SPEAKER_00: Holding the Samehalaf, we're gonna start with the left of yes by the two dots on the bottom of Samachul and Baze.
• 0:05
  SPEAKER_00: Simone Ha'aif Linamru.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_00: So we're talking about we're going back to the Mishnah where we started discussing the Simone Kashhras as relates to Aifais, specifically more as related to Behemas and Chayas, Simone Khashras.
• 0:16
SPEAKER_00: And we said Simone Aifais, whereas the Simone Behemas and Chayas Mafresas Parsa, Shesah, Shesa, Shay Prasas.
• 0:23
SPEAKER_00: So as we know, those Simonim are Mefersh and the Tyra.
• 0:26
  SPEAKER_00: Those are Midivre Tyra.
• 0:27
SPEAKER_00: The Mishnah said, Simone Behemothaira.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: This simone if lay namru.
• 0:32
SPEAKER_00: The semana if weren't said in the taira.
• 0:34
SPEAKER_00: Aval Amrucha Khanim, but the Khanun gave you this Simonim of Aif.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_00: How do you know if a if is kosher?
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: How do you know what a kosher bird is?
• 0:40
  SPEAKER_00: The hahan gave you.
• 0:41
SPEAKER_00: Call if a dairy stummy.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: Anything that's dairy is tummy, a couple of other semanim we're gonna go into shortly.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_00: But says the gamer and starts the gamara with a question, Veloy.
• 0:49
SPEAKER_00: Really, you're gonna tell me that the Simon of Aif were not mid so it sounds, or we're not, don't don't come from the Tara.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: It was only a Amru Khachaman, really.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: But we have a Braysa where the posic says Nasher.
• 0:59
  SPEAKER_00: So Nesha Ma Tamalamir.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: So what's Nesher teaching you?
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: What's the word Nesher, which uh most explain as an eagle?
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: So what's the word in the Tarah?
• 1:07
SPEAKER_00: This is one of the iphai's Teme.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: There are 24 specifically counted in the Tara, 24 ipha-tmayas, um, that the taira lists out as non-kosher birds, and one of them is the nesher.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: So the nasha we're learning something from.
• 1:20
  SPEAKER_00: What are we learning?
• 1:20
SPEAKER_00: Zak the braisa, man nashram youhuhacha einlay at baisera.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_00: These are someone in the Mishnah gave for cur kosher animals.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: So the Nesher is a non-kosher animal, and it's one of the non-kosher animals that specifically don't have any simone taichla.
• 1:32
SPEAKER_00: So manneshamiucha ain't like it doesn't have this extra finger like the kosher ones do.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have the zepik.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_00: The eagle attacks its doires.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: These are all simone toma because a kosher bird, um it dares part of it, it's uh it attacks and then eats the prey.
• 1:57
  SPEAKER_00: So tame.
• 1:58
SPEAKER_00: So just like a nesher has all these qualifications in its tame, tomate tame.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: So to anything that's like the nesher that has these simone toma, is going to be considered tomate.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna be a kosher bird.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: And the marine continues though.
• 2:09
SPEAKER_00: Toirin, which are kosher birds, right?
• 2:11
  SPEAKER_00: Doves, let's say.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_00: So turin, sheyeshle in that's based era, it has the exact opposite of all these four things that the Nesher doesn't have.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: So it has the extra finger.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_00: The Zephyk, it has a Zephyk, the Kurkabun Niklaf, and it has the Kurkabon that folds over.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: But in Darcinan, they don't attack other birds.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_00: In Daris, they're not theirs.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: Just like the Tyrin have all these Simon in the opposite of the Nasher, they have all these four qualities, and they are Tar.
• 2:35
  SPEAKER_00: A kol can't man tyrant.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_00: So to anything like the Tyrun that has these qualities is going to be tar.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: Now the question is, does it have to have all four?
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: Like the tyrant, it has to be exactly like the tyrant to be kosher, or does it have to be just be not like the nasher?
• 2:47
SPEAKER_00: And just like the nasher doesn't have any of those, so let's say animal, so let's say uh oif has one of them, it's gonna be considered kosher.
• 2:53
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna see in a second that Gemara is going to uh is going to don those toot stadim of this suffix, but we're gonna come out just to know that really the haloho is that it could have even one sim in kahara, one of these four is gonna be good enough to be con to be considered an oif kosher.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_00: We have other sim uh other eifus listed in the tire that the tire is telling you.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: You would think maybe it's gonna be kosher.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you, no, these specifically are tomatoes, and that and these specifically are going to have problems, but in general, it has to be not like the Nesher.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: The Nesher doesn't have any of these qualities, and therefore, if it has one of these Simani Tahar or one of these qualities, then it's gonna be a Kashra bird.
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: But either way, what's the question?
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: What are we what are we up to right now?
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: We just brought a Bryce.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_00: So the Bryce compared a Nesher, that a Nesher doesn't have any of these four things, and therefore, if an animal's like if a bird is like a Nesher, it's gonna be Tame.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: If it's not like the Nesher, it's gonna be Tar.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_00: And then we compare it to Tim the ta to what's it called?
• 3:46
  SPEAKER_00: To uh Tyrun.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: The Tirin have these four qualities, so if it's like a tar and it has these four qualities, then it's gonna be considered a tar.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: What do we see from here?
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: We dartion the word nesher in the tyra to teach me this Indian that I can't be like a Nesher.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: And if we dartion that, that's one of the Yud Gilmamidh Shatar in the Jaris Men, which makes it Darisa.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: So what are you telling me in the Mishnah?
• 4:04
SPEAKER_00: Simone Oif Loy Namru that the Simonim that if we're not said in the Tara, what are you talking about?
• 4:07
SPEAKER_00: We dartion the word Nasher.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_00: And that's like any Josha.
• 4:10
  SPEAKER_00: It's a Drosha Gamura, and therefore 100% it's Darisa and 100% it's from the Tarah.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: And so the Gemara, the Gemara just explains, you might we may have understood it like this anyway.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_00: What we meant in the Mishnah, the Tana in the Mishnah, when he said Simone Oif Loi Namru wasn't said in the Torah, Aval Amru Khachamim, he didn't mean that the Tarah didn't allude to it, the khal.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: He just meant Perushin Vidivaritah.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: It wasn't explained me on the Torah level.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_00: The Torah didn't go into detail explaining what the Simone Tahara of a bird is.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_00: Whereas by uh Behemah and Hayah did, right?
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: Mafres says Parash, those are Psukim, and therefore the Torah did go into detail explaining the exact pyrush of what the Simone Tara by Behema was.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_00: Whereas by a'aif it's only a drush, it's only uh learned out of the word Nasher, and therefore Simone uh Pirush Midvir Tara and the Middle Saif.
• 4:57
SPEAKER_00: The Chachanim expanded and explained Alpi uh Alpi Drosh's Gemuras, yeah.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: But in the end of the day, they had to come on to explain what those droshas were, and that was Midever Sayfr, and that was the explained by the Chachanim.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, more on this note.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: Tani Ribhi Ribhia Torah over and the Brasa.
• 5:12
  SPEAKER_00: Oif Hababi Simanachatar.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: Oh if that only has one of the simonim.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: So we said in the Braissa again, we compared the Nesher as none, as zero out of the four Simonim, and the Taririm have all of the four Simonim.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: So does it need to have all like the Taririm?
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: Or does it need to just not be like the Nesher and at least have one of these Simonim because the Nesher has none?
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: So Ribchir Tar over and the Brahsa, they're Ifab over Simanachatar.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: As long as it has one out of four, even one of these simonim, it's gonna be tar.
• 5:36
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 5:38
SPEAKER_00: Because it's not compared to it's not similar to Nasher.
• 5:40
  SPEAKER_00: Neshra has none.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if the bird has any of them, it's gonna be tar.
• 5:44
  SPEAKER_00: Nesher, the less likeh.
• 5:46
SPEAKER_00: Nasher doesn't have any of these, you're not allowed to eat.
• 5:51
SPEAKER_00: But if you find a bird that has one of these things, then you're going to be able to eat it.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: Why don't we down the other way, right?
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: You're learning it from Nasher that it's just not like an ashra.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: So even one is gonna be enough.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: Why don't you learn it the other way?
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: Why don't we learn it from Tyrin?
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: That's just like my tarum, by dogs.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: They have all four simone tahara, so maybe something is only gonna be kosher, or if it's only gonna be kosher if it's like tarim that has all four.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: So I'll tell you why not.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_00: Because in Cain, Shara If I'm in the cause of Rahman Alamali.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that really to be a kosher bird, you need to be like the Tarium to have all four Simani Tahara, then why did the Tarian need to list out to me the other Ifais Timayan?
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: Why did it need to say 24 different Ifis Mayan in the read- what's the question?
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: Because some of these iphis tamayan, the 24 that the Tara lists, some of them have some of the Simane.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: They're not all like the Nesher.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_00: The Nesha the Nesher is actually the only one out of the 24 that doesn't have any Simani Tahara.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: All the other ones have some Simani Tahara, they just don't have all four.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: Some have one, some have two, some have three Simani Tahara, but these Ifis Tman do not have four Simani Tahara.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, we'd already know that it's some.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that the bird is only gonna be kosher when it's like a tar, when it's like the tarum, that it has all four, so we would already know that those 24 are not kosher because they don't have all four, they only have some of them.
• 7:08
SPEAKER_00: So why would the tarin need to list out these 24 if I would have known anyway that they're tame because they don't have all four, they only have some simanim.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: That's why, that's why I need to tell you that really uh that that's why obviously what?
• 7:20
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, it's not learnt like that it has to be exactly like the Tyra, but rather like the Nesher.
• 7:25
  SPEAKER_00: The Neshra has none.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: So even if it has one, then it's gonna be good to go.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_00: Even if it has one Simon tahara, now it's gonna be kosher, and it's up to Tara.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: Here are 24 that have some Simon Tara.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: So you would have thought maybe it's gonna be kosher.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you, these specifically are not gonna be kosher.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara um Vinela Fminayu.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: Okay, a little bit of a different question, similar though.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: So why don't I learn from the other 24 birds?
• 7:51
  SPEAKER_00: I understand why I didn't learn from Tyrant.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_00: I understand why I'm telling you that uh why I know now that you can't say it has to be exactly like Tyrant to have all four, because then I wouldn't need the tyrant to go out of its way to list 24 birds that are Tame that, anyways, don't have all four.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: I would already know that, right?
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: So obviously it doesn't have to be like Tyrant to have all four.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: It would be kosher even with one.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_00: But Vinanth Minaya, why don't I learn it from the other 24 that we listed?
• 8:13
  SPEAKER_00: Now what?
• 8:13
SPEAKER_00: Let's start with the birds of those 24 that have three Simonitara.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: So again, there's 24, 20 of them specifically have three out of four of the Simonitara.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_00: So a full 20 out of the 24 of these 24 birds that are listed as non-kosher, 20 of them have three out of four Simonitara, and still they're Tommy.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: Three of them, or two of them have two out of two out of four, not three out of four.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: So again, just uh make things clear.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: 20 out of the 24 have three out of four Simonitara.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: Two of the 24 have two of the Simonitaras we're gonna see.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: One of them, the Oyrev, has only one.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: Or rather, I mixed that up, sorry.
• 8:53
SPEAKER_00: The Oyrav has only two.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: There are two of them that have only one, and the Nesher, as we saw a second ago, doesn't have any.
• 8:59
  SPEAKER_00: That's that's how you reach the 24 number.
• 9:01
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemar like this.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_00: Why don't I learn it out of the other ones?
• 9:05
  SPEAKER_00: The 24.
• 9:06
SPEAKER_00: And let's start with the ones that have three Simonitara.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: The Mahasum Talla Sublayan, just like by those 20.
• 9:12
  SPEAKER_00: They have three Simonitara.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_00: They have Mamash three out of four.
• 9:15
SPEAKER_00: You would think maybe they're okay.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_00: And still we are not allowed to eat them because the Tara lists them as Ipismahes.
• 9:20
  SPEAKER_00: So Avkatla Sublainecho.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_00: So anything that only has three, and it doesn't have the full four like the Tara, so you shouldn't be able to eat it.
• 9:26
SPEAKER_00: But obviously, if it only has two, or it only has one, obviously those would be a problem.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: If the ones that have three are a problem, then obviously those would be a problem.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: So I'll tell you why not, because in Cain, Oyriv to Kosrafana Lamali.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_00: If so, that you're gonna tell me to learn it out of the birds that are tame that have three siwane tahara, then why would the tar need to tell me that a oyriv, a raven, why would the tar need to tell me that that's tame?
• 9:46
SPEAKER_00: Because our oyriv again was the one that had only two out of the four.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: Twenty of them have three out of four, the oyriv has two out of the four.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: So the oyrev has two out of four of these simanim.
• 9:55
SPEAKER_00: So if you're already gonna tell me that it's gonna be tame if it has three out of the four, because it doesn't have four out of four, so obviously if it only has two, it's gonna be a problem.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_00: So why would I need the tar bakal to tell me that our irif is gonna be tame?
• 10:04
SPEAKER_00: So I'm the cause of rahman a lemonly.
• 10:06
SPEAKER_00: Hash to the islit last leichlin.
• 10:07
SPEAKER_00: If you can't eat something that has three out of four, this lay trailer can arrive me, boy.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, you would know that already, and therefore, that's not where we learn it from.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: So the Gamera doubles to the next the next layer, which is two out of four, right?
• 10:18
  SPEAKER_00: Then lay the.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so why don't I learn how to add the irrif?
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: The Mahasam tray uh trailoi of call trailer.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: That just like by innoph of the tara tells you that you're not allowed to eat it, and the arriv has two.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: So something with two simonium you can't eat.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: So anything, any bird that has only two simonium, you're not gonna be able to eat.
• 10:33
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore what?
• 10:34
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore what?
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, something with one as well.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: So I'll tell you what asked, because Imkane Paris Vosnia because of Rahman Alamali.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: If so, then I wouldn't need the Tara to list out Paris Vasnia.
• 10:43
  SPEAKER_00: What's Paris Vasnia?
• 10:44
SPEAKER_00: Those are the two that have only one out of the four.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_00: So again, 20 of them have three out of the four, or the Ariv, one of them has two out of the four, Paris Vasnia, another two, have one out of the four.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: And how many are left?
• 10:56
SPEAKER_00: We're up to 23, there's only one left, which is the Nesher, who has zero out of four.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_00: So, says the Gemara, if so, then you're gonna learn out of Ayriv then Paris V'asnia, which are the two birds that are tamay, the toilet says tame, that have two, that have one out of the four because of Rahman Alamali.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_00: Why do I need to say that?
• 11:11
SPEAKER_00: Because then if you learn it from Arif that has two of this imanitara, then a hash to this like tree lay a clean of you can't eat something that has two, so this like something that has only one, like the parasvaznia mi boy, you wouldn't even need to tell me that.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, I mean we don't learn it out of the Urif, says the Gemara.
• 11:26
  SPEAKER_00: Enigma me paras Vaznia.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: Let's go to the next slab, right?
• 11:29
SPEAKER_00: So why don't I learn that out of what?
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: The Paras Vaznia! These two birds have only one cementara.
• 11:35
  SPEAKER_00: That what?
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: That just like anything, if these two have only one cementara, the Tara told you you're not allowed to eat it.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: So to anything with only one cementara, you're not gonna be able to eat it.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: But says the gemara, I'll tell you why not, because the next level, what's the next level?
• 11:46
  SPEAKER_00: The Nesha.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: The Nesha, the eagle, MK Nesha the cause of Rahman Alamani.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: Why do I need the Tara to tell me you're not allowed to eat an eagle?
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: Hash to the islay chadahleen.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: If you found something that has one, the parents of Azniya, it has one cement tara, and still you can't eat it.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_00: So the islay, the lesle cloud device, or something that has no simoneim tara, like the eagle, so obviously that for sure you're not gonna be able to eat.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: So Ella, that's where we circle back and we learn it the opposite.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: Ella Nasher the Leslay Klau is the way it's made for.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: Really, where's the ikerlimud from the ikerlimut?
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: It's from the nasha, the eagle.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: That the nesher with darshing, like we saw in the Brahsa, the Nasher de Lesle Clau, if it doesn't have any of these four Simonim, zero out of four, that's gonna be not kosher.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: You find the bird that has zero out of four, it's not kosher because that's front end of the nasher that has zero out of four, which teaches you what?
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: Had the isle ha dechal.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: But if it has even one of the simani tahara, then you are going to be able to eat it.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: Because again, we learned it out of the nasher.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: It's like an asher, it has none of these four, problem.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_00: If it has even one of the four, it's not like an asher, and therefore you're gonna be able to eat it.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: What about all those 24 that tara listed that have some Simani Tahara?
• 12:46
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, very good.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_00: The Tara needed to list them.
• 12:48
  SPEAKER_00: That you should know.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: You would have thought they're gonna be tar because it's not like the Nesher, because they have one or two or three Simone Tahara.
• 12:54
  SPEAKER_00: Maswan, these are separate.
• 12:56
  SPEAKER_00: These birds are different.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_00: The Tara tells you these birds are tame.
• 12:58
SPEAKER_00: But any other bird, you find one that has one, two, three Simone Tahara, four uh Kabochimer, it's going to be okay as long as it doesn't have zero, and as long as it's not part of the list that the Tara mentioned, that even though they have some Simonitara are still gonna be a problem, says the Gimar.
• 13:12
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 13:14
SPEAKER_00: So the only reason that we didn't just learn it out of Paris Vasnia, which was the second shlab, it was the Paris Vasnia were the two birds that have one out of four Simonitara.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_00: The only reason that we didn't learn it from Paris Vasnia that uh and because of that we learned that a Nesher that has zero out of four, which teaches me even one is gonna be good enough, right?
• 13:33
SPEAKER_00: So the only reason we said that is because the Tara said Nesher.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: So Halla Vati, havaminal, I mean Paris Vasnia.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: So if not for the fact that the Tara said Nesha, right, I would fall back to the next love, which was what?
• 13:42
  SPEAKER_00: Paris Vasnia.
• 13:43
SPEAKER_00: So if not for the fact that Taras said Nesha, I would think to learn it out of Paris Vaznia to teach you that just like Paris Vaznia, the Tara told you, is gonna be tame, and they have one out of four Simonitar, so to anything with one out of four.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_00: So more than that might be okay, but only one is gonna be a problem.
• 13:58
SPEAKER_00: I would have thought that something about really?
• 13:59
SPEAKER_00: I would have ever thought to learn out of Paris Vaznia, is that true?
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: Havale Paris Vaznia Snake Suvanaman Keachat.
• 14:04
  SPEAKER_00: Very good question.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_00: Paris Vaznia is or Snake Suvanaban Kekhar.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: What's the halocha, the rule by Snake Suvanaban Kayakad that in Malamden, you're not able to learn out of them.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: Sneik suvanaban kachod are two things the tar is telling you that teach you the same alakha by both those things.
• 14:18
  SPEAKER_00: Now the rule isn't.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: And the reason for that is because if the tar is trying to teach you something that's not unique to that in in itself, but it's coming to teach you something about other things as well.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: So the Tara should tell it to you once, and we should learn how to meet the shawtara and address mine, just like the din is kacha over here, so too, we're gonna learn it by other things as well.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: When the Tara comes along and tells you two things that have unique qualities, the Tara is going out of its way to say, hey, here this is true, and here this is true.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_00: We're not gonna learn it anywhere else.
• 14:46
  SPEAKER_00: Sneak Suvana Man Kahah.
• 14:47
  SPEAKER_00: Call Snake Subanaman Kechal.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: Ain't lambda, you're not gonna you're not gonna be able to learn out anything to anywhere else, because the tariff dafka listed out all the places where it's relevant.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: If it only said it by one place, then yes, you could learn out of certain uh drushes that it applies elsewhere as well.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: But if it has two places, the tariff mamesh told you every single place, only here, and only here, and nowhere else.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara, if I have two, if I have two places that Mamesh Dadah is the same thing, right?
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: If it has one cementara, it's still gonna be a problem.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: And I would have thought, said the Gemara, the only reason you didn't learn it out of there was because it's a Nesher.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_00: Nesher would have been extra, so that's why we fall onto learning from Nesher, and we're not learning from Paris Vasnia.
• 15:25
SPEAKER_00: Really, if it didn't say Nesher, you would learn from Paris Vasnia, that one cimentara would be a problem in general.
• 15:29
  SPEAKER_00: How could it be?
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: You have Paris, which is one bird, Aznya, which is another bird, the sneak suvanamankeach, because the Tara is telling you Dafka here, dafka here, koshnexaman kachod, a melamnin.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: So says the gemar snake suvanaman kachad emalamn.
• 15:41
SPEAKER_00: So what's the havmin of to think that without the word nasha you would learn bakhl from parasva aznya?
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: And it says the gimara, I'll tell you why not.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: Because gimiri, dika bahi lakha bahayu, deikbahay laka bahai.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: Because we have a Mesira that the cimitar, yeah, Paris wa aznia, each have one cimentara, one out of the four, but it's not the same one.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: It's a different one by each one, and therefore it's not the same alakha baklaw.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_00: It's not the same thing.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_00: Tara's telling you if you have only that one, we don't know which one.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_00: But if you have only that one, let's say the the first one, if you have only the first cementara, it's gonna be still a problem by Paris, let's say.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_00: And Osnia has only the second cementara, or the third, or the fourth.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_00: The point is it's a different one.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_00: It's a if it's a different one, it's not the same thing by Paris, and not the same thing by Osniah, which makes it not snakes of, which makes my avramine of learning from them without the word nasher, guns fine.
• 16:24
  SPEAKER_00: Says the gimmara, mihti.
• 16:25
  SPEAKER_00: Esimar ba oifusmaina.
• 16:27
SPEAKER_00: How many oifusmayim are there?
• 16:29
  SPEAKER_00: 24, as we know.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: Says the gemara, interesting question.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_00: If I have twenty-four, and there's only four simani tahara, so it's impossible that one of the simonim that I have on one of them I'm not gonna also have on the other one.
• 16:46
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore what?
• 16:49
SPEAKER_00: And then it's vital gonna be sneak summaman kachar.
• 16:51
SPEAKER_00: Again, we have 24 birds, but we 24 uh different birds, but we only have four simone tahara.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_00: If I have I must have two overlapping somewhere, even if I have two of them that share the same quality, it's gonna be sneak summon kachar.
• 17:02
SPEAKER_00: And if so I can't learn out, says the Gamar Gimiri.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why not, because we have a Masera that Estrem Arba If is tmanhavu, the Arba Simon.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_00: We know the 24 of his tman, and there are four Simonim, four Simani Tahara.
• 17:15
SPEAKER_00: T'loss sahadi bikulu, you have three out of four of those of those four simanim that are by 20 of them.
• 17:23
  SPEAKER_00: And shloisha slosha.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_00: 20 of them, again, 20 of them have three.
• 17:28
SPEAKER_00: So 20 of them are gonna have three of these simonim.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_00: And the same three, by the way.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: 20 of them are gonna have the same three of these simonim.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: The trebi ayrif, the irif again, was the one, the raven, which has only two out of four.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_00: The chadbi peres, the chadbaasnia, uh, paras and the asnia were the two birds that only have one out of the four.
• 17:46
  SPEAKER_00: The isibaha last baha.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_00: And we have a masaira.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: We know that the iseba last baha, whichever one, the the the one that has uh let's say the paras has this one, the aznia is a different one.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: And therefore it's not gonna be sneak summon kacha.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: The way it's set up, it's based on the masaira.
• 17:58
SPEAKER_00: We know it's not overlapping, and therefore it's not gonna be a problem.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_00: I would think maybe to learn, as we just explained in different words, like a little wordy, but I would have thought to learn at a paras of aznia that just like these are tame and they only have one out of four.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: So too, if anything only has one out of the four, it's gonna be tame.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_00: You need more than one out of four.
• 18:15
SPEAKER_00: Kamashwana Twa the Tara said Nesher, Nesher the Less Lake Lalalhudlay Sechul, Ha iko de Islechad Akol.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_00: And you learn at a Nesher, that's the ikerlima, that the Nesher, the eagle, has zero out of four.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_00: And if you find the bird that has zero out of four simone tarah is no simone of tahara, you're not gonna be able to eat it.
• 18:31
  SPEAKER_00: So I't tame.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: But if it has any, if it has even one, it's going to be kosher, except if it's one of the 24 that the ta'ir listed, that although they have some simone tahara, there's still going to be a problem.
• 18:42
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gamaro K.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_00: Alla Tayr in the cause of Rahman Allah.
• 18:45
SPEAKER_00: So why did the Tyrrh need to write tar?
• 18:47
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 18:47
SPEAKER_00: The tarin were the opposite end of the spectrum.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: It was the kosher doves that have all four of these simonim.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_00: So if I'm really learning out of nasher, that's what I'm using as my basis to know what a kosher bird is.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: Why did the tarin need to write in this context?
• 18:59
SPEAKER_00: Tarin, which teaches me all four.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_00: That was uh the other tsad we had on Amanala.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: Then maybe you should need all four like tarin.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: So why did it need to say tarin makal for only learning it out of nasher?
• 19:07
SPEAKER_00: says the Gemara, Amr of Uqabham Karbon.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: It's not Bakhl coming to teach you anything about what's kosher, what's not kosher.
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to teach you what you could use as a carbon.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: You can't use every kosher bird as a carbon, but turin you can use as a carbon, and that's what it's coming to teach you.
• 19:21
SPEAKER_00: Nothing about being kosher and up, or rather what's kosher as a carbon or not.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: Umr of Nachman and Nachman says, how you uh Amr of Nachman, how you Bakibaan wish my saying.
• 19:30
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, sorry.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, okay, but this we'll pick up tomorrow.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: But anyway, oh, that's Ravuk Vibra Hama said about Umra Ravukrahman, the carbon, yeah, it's coming to teach me about a carbon, and not about kosher and not kosher, it's coming to teach and we'll hold it over there.
• 19:44
  SPEAKER_00: Get
