Activist DA in Philly Releases Criminals 'wit' LUV, Biden-Judge 'Sparkles' helping Illegals Vote & 2 YUGE Victories in SCOTUS Week In Review · The 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson

0:00
Speaker 1: Welcome.
0:00
Speaker 2: It is verdict with Ted Cruz, we can review Ben
0:03
Speaker 2: Ferguson with you. And here are some of the stories
0:05
Speaker 2: that you may have missed that we talked about this week.
0:07
Speaker 2: First up, an activist DA in Philadelphia, yet again letting
0:11
Speaker 2: criminals walk. Why is this happening and who's behind it?
0:15
Speaker 2: We explain that for you. Next up, another judge has
0:18
Speaker 2: decided to step in and say that no, you cannot
0:22
Speaker 2: check and see if someone is an illegal immigrant before
0:24
Speaker 2: they vote. So what was behind this? Obama? Pointed judge.
0:28
Speaker 2: We break that down as well. And lastly, two big
0:32
Speaker 2: victories for Donald Trump and the Supreme Court when dealing
0:35
Speaker 2: with illegal immigrants. It's the weekend review and it starts
0:39
Speaker 2: right now. I want to move on to another big issue.
0:42
Speaker 2: We've got another activist DA that's been busted flat out
0:46
Speaker 2: lying center, this time in Philadelphia. You can say thank
0:50
Speaker 2: you to the Democratic Party, to the George Soroses for
0:53
Speaker 2: allowing this to happen. And this day's story that needs
0:55
Speaker 2: to be on your radar screen as well.
0:57
Speaker 3: It is, and let's talk about who this is. You know,
1:00
Speaker 3: we talked about singhmen and a left wing billionaire spending
1:06
Speaker 3: money to do real damage to America. This is a
1:09
Speaker 3: story about another left wing billionaire spending money to do
1:14
Speaker 3: enormous damage to America, in this case George Soros. George
1:18
Speaker 3: Soros has spent billions of dollars. He is the single
1:21
Speaker 3: most effective political giver I think in American history. Now,
1:26
Speaker 3: effective is not a compliment. He is effective in being
1:29
Speaker 3: unbelievably harmful. There are I believe, thousands of Americans who
1:34
Speaker 3: are dead because George Soros has spent the money so effectively.
1:38
Speaker 3: So he's spent propaganda in support of open borders, and
1:42
Speaker 3: you look at all of the people who have been
1:43
Speaker 3: raped and killed by illegal immigrant violent criminals, all the
1:47
Speaker 3: people that have been subject to terror attacks from illegal
1:50
Speaker 3: immigrant violent criminals. But Soros also is creative in his destruction,
1:56
Speaker 3: and he realized that that our democrats society has vulnerabilities
2:02
Speaker 3: and vulnerabilities that he can target. So he doesn't just
2:05
Speaker 3: target a presidential race that's an easy, big, sexy target.
2:09
Speaker 3: He really pioneered targeting district attorney races. Now, district attorney
2:14
Speaker 3: races used to be sleepy little races. You'd have a
2:17
Speaker 3: Democrat and a Republican, but they both were prosecutors they
2:21
Speaker 3: both were going to lock up criminals. If you were
2:23
Speaker 3: a murderer, you'd lock up the murder, you'd prosecute them.
2:27
Speaker 3: There didn't used to be a massive difference between the
2:30
Speaker 3: two sides on das. You'd have a little bit different
2:34
Speaker 3: priorities from the one to the other, but everyone agreed
2:37
Speaker 3: violent criminals will lock them up and throw the book
2:39
Speaker 3: at him. That changed when Soros began flooding millions into
2:45
Speaker 3: DA races. Now these races didn't used to have millions
2:48
Speaker 3: of dollars in them, so this money just appeared out
2:50
Speaker 3: of nowhere and he elected what are called Soros das
2:54
Speaker 3: and Soros DA's are the prosecution side of the Abolished
2:59
Speaker 3: the Police camp. Look Soros funded the Abolished the Police
3:02
Speaker 3: campaign too. If you want to destroy a society, I
3:05
Speaker 3: can think a few more effective ways to do it,
3:08
Speaker 3: then eliminate law enforcement, because the result is anarchy and chaos.
3:12
Speaker 3: It's more murders, more rapes, more children being abused. That is.
3:18
Speaker 3: I don't like to ascribe ill tent to someone, but
3:22
Speaker 3: ben I will say, quite seriously, I do not know
3:26
Speaker 3: any other motivation for George Soros that makes any sense
3:29
Speaker 3: to me, other than that he wants to destroy America
3:33
Speaker 3: because his action he seems perfectly calculated to destroy America.
3:37
Speaker 2: Yeah, if you look at the and it's a it's
3:39
Speaker 2: very calculated. It's prison reform, it's bail reform, it's defund
3:43
Speaker 2: the police. You do that trifecta, which is saying, well,
3:47
Speaker 2: we're gonna let people out of jail because we just
3:49
Speaker 2: believe jail's somehow fundamentally wrong. You then say you want
3:53
Speaker 2: to defund the police, so then you have no law enforcement.
3:55
Speaker 2: And then you have bail reform, which says we're gonna
3:57
Speaker 2: not put you in jail while we hold you for
3:59
Speaker 2: trial because you don't have a lot of money. So
4:02
Speaker 2: then you're letting rapists and murderers literally back on the
4:04
Speaker 2: street as fast as we catch them. That you combine
4:08
Speaker 2: those three, this is a framework for total anarchy and society,
4:13
Speaker 2: which is clearly what Soros wants.
4:16
Speaker 3: Yeah, look, just ask yourself the simple basic question, is
4:20
Speaker 3: society better if there are more murderers on the street,
4:25
Speaker 3: more murderers in your community, more murderers living in your neighborhood.
4:29
Speaker 3: Any rational person would say no, I don't want more
4:33
Speaker 3: murderers in my community. Soros says yes, and he spends
4:38
Speaker 3: millions of dollars to elect DA's who agree with him.
4:41
Speaker 3: And so one of those Soros DA's is a guy
4:43
Speaker 3: named Larry Krasner. He is the left wing Soros DA
4:47
Speaker 3: in Philadelphia. And instead of going in with a mission
4:49
Speaker 3: of I'm going to go lock up the bad guys,
4:52
Speaker 3: his mission is quite literally, I'm going to release as
4:55
Speaker 3: many bad guys as I can. Now, now you may
4:57
Speaker 3: be saying, come on, that can't be true, so extreme.
5:01
Speaker 3: All right, let me just give you the facts. So
5:04
Speaker 3: just this week, a five to Democrat court, So I'm
5:09
Speaker 3: going to read you what judges who are Democrats said
5:11
Speaker 3: about Larry Krasner. They found that he is so quick
5:16
Speaker 3: to falsely concede error in murder cases to try to
5:21
Speaker 3: free convicted murderers that it has tasked the Pennsylvania Attorney
5:25
Speaker 3: General with checking to make sure that the Soros DA
5:30
Speaker 3: is not lying. Now, now let me give you a
5:32
Speaker 3: little context of this, because legally this is astonishing. I've
5:35
Speaker 3: never seen anything remotely like this. So a lawyer, particularly
5:39
Speaker 3: a government lawyer, has the ability to do what's called
5:42
Speaker 3: confess error. And confessing error is you go to the
5:45
Speaker 3: court and you said you say we screwed up, we
5:48
Speaker 3: made a mistake, we made a legal mistake, we made
5:50
Speaker 3: a factual mistake, and we're confessing error. You should take
5:53
Speaker 3: it from us. We were just wrong, and courts generally
5:57
Speaker 3: give enormous weight to that because nobody, almost nobody ever
6:01
Speaker 3: confesses error falsely. Like confessing error is against your interest.
6:05
Speaker 3: So if you've go saying you screwed up your job, right,
6:08
Speaker 3: that's what you're saying. So it confessing error doesn't happen often,
6:12
Speaker 3: and you usually believe it because it's against the interest
6:14
Speaker 3: of the litigant. I want to read from an appellate
6:18
Speaker 3: decision in one of these cases here. In this case
6:22
Speaker 3: reviewed under a King's Bench jurisdiction, the Philadelphia District Attorney's
6:26
Speaker 3: Office on behalf of the Commonwealth, conceded that LeVar Brown,
6:32
Speaker 3: a convicted murderer sentenced to death for a separate murder,
6:36
Speaker 3: was entitled to a new trial based upon a facially
6:41
Speaker 3: untimely claim under the PCRA. Upon careful review, we conclude
6:47
Speaker 3: this concession was not reliable. More specifically, we find the
6:52
Speaker 3: District Attorney's office conceited relief although none was warranted based
6:57
Speaker 3: on the existing record, violated its duty of candor to
7:02
Speaker 3: the PCRA Court, withheld material evidence from the court, opposed
7:09
Speaker 3: efforts by a MIKI to gain access to this evidence,
7:13
Speaker 3: submitted a false stipulation of fact, misstated facts in its pleadings,
7:20
Speaker 3: failed to conduct a reasonable investigation, and opposed a required
7:25
Speaker 3: evidentiary hearing. The predictable result was an erroneous grant of
7:31
Speaker 3: a new trial. These circumstances, troubling as they are, would
7:37
Speaker 3: not warrant a remedy beyond reversal of the PCRA Court's
7:41
Speaker 3: order in this particular case if they were confined to
7:46
Speaker 3: one case. Unfortunately they aren't. Since twenty eighteen, the District
7:53
Speaker 3: Attorney's office has conceded relief well over one hundred times.
8:00
Speaker 2: By the way, if that's your record, that would mean
8:03
Speaker 2: that you're basically the worst attorney in the history of
8:05
Speaker 2: the world.
8:05
Speaker 3: It's worse than that. But let me get back to it,
8:07
Speaker 3: let me finish reading it, and then I'm as conceited
8:10
Speaker 3: relief well over one hundred times, mostly in murder cases
8:15
Speaker 3: like this one.
8:16
Speaker 1: Incredible.
8:17
Speaker 3: There have been numerous instances of untrustworthy concessions, lack of candor,
8:24
Speaker 3: misrepresentations of fact, lack of adequate investigation and avoidance of hearings,
8:30
Speaker 3: and the problems are poised to continue. There are apparently
8:36
Speaker 3: more than one thousand cases yet to be reviewed by
8:39
Speaker 3: the District Attorney's office Conviction Integrity Unit, and the District
8:44
Speaker 3: Attorney's Office vigorously defends its checkered concession program as a
8:49
Speaker 3: necessary corrective to pass misdeeds by prior administrations. The District
8:55
Speaker 3: Attorney's office active, ongoing and problematic concessions program requires broader
9:01
Speaker 3: remedial action to promote just outcomes. Accordingly, in addition to
9:07
Speaker 3: reversing the PCRA Court's granted a new trial here, we
9:11
Speaker 3: also hold that in any pcr A case in which
9:14
Speaker 3: the District Attorney's Office concedes relief, the PCRA Court shall
9:20
Speaker 3: grant the Office of the Attorney General notice and the
9:24
Speaker 3: right to intervene in the case before ruling on the concession,
9:28
Speaker 3: regardless of the Attorney General's position on the concession. If
9:31
Speaker 3: it chooses to intervene, it may well agree relief is warranted.
9:36
Speaker 3: Its independent assessment and participation will enhance the reliability of
9:41
Speaker 3: the proceedings and the PCRA Court's ultimate decision. I've never
9:45
Speaker 3: seen that, and I've practiced law a long time under
9:49
Speaker 3: So you said one hundred times, that means they're terrible lawyers.
9:51
Speaker 3: It's actually worse than that. This is not Larry Krasner
9:55
Speaker 3: saying I Larry Krasner screwed up one hundred times. What
9:59
Speaker 3: he's doing is he he's looking at murderers who are
10:01
Speaker 3: in jail right now that we're put there by his predecessors,
10:04
Speaker 3: by previous district attorneys. And he's going and finding murderers
10:08
Speaker 3: and saying, we should release you, we should release you,
10:11
Speaker 3: we should release you. And then he's going in. He's
10:13
Speaker 3: not just conceding error, he's conceiting relief. Relief means what
10:18
Speaker 3: do you get. He's saying, no, throw out your conviction.
10:20
Speaker 3: Altogether over one hundred times, almost all with murderers, and
10:26
Speaker 3: he's lying, Look, the only reason you do that go
10:31
Speaker 3: back to the fundamental question that I asked at the
10:33
Speaker 3: beginning of this segment. Do you think America is better
10:37
Speaker 3: off if there are more murderers walking the streets or
10:40
Speaker 3: fewer murderers walking the streets? Do you want more murderers
10:44
Speaker 3: living in your neighborhood with your family, or do you
10:46
Speaker 3: want fewer murderers living in your neighborhood with your family,
10:50
Speaker 3: anyone who is rational, anyone who loves America, anyone who
10:53
Speaker 3: is not trying to destroy our nation. The obvious answer is,
10:58
Speaker 3: of course, we don't want more murderers, and yet George
11:01
Speaker 3: Soros and Larry Krasner both do, and by the way,
11:04
Speaker 3: Singham does too.
11:05
Speaker 2: Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
11:08
Speaker 2: you can go back and listen to the full podcast
11:10
Speaker 2: from earlier this week. Now onto story number two. All right,
11:15
Speaker 2: I want to take a moment. I want to talk
11:16
Speaker 2: to you for just second, honestly about how an act
11:19
Speaker 2: of compassion really feels. A few years ago, I made
11:22
Speaker 2: the choice to partner with Compassion International to sponsor a
11:27
Speaker 2: child who is in desperate need.
11:28
Speaker 1: Now, it was a.
11:30
Speaker 2: Great idea, right, that's what most people say. All right,
11:32
Speaker 2: it's nice, sure, but you really have no idea just
11:36
Speaker 2: how much that simple act can actually change a life.
11:40
Speaker 2: And I'm not just talking about the child. I'm talking
11:41
Speaker 2: about my life now. I sponsored Naudia and got to
11:45
Speaker 2: watch your life change right in front of my eyes,
11:48
Speaker 2: going from starving alone on the street to getting the
11:51
Speaker 2: health care and education that she needs to reach her
11:54
Speaker 2: God given potential. I got to be a part of
11:57
Speaker 2: that change. And the light of that compassion only illuminate her,
12:01
Speaker 2: it illuminated me. That's the power of compassion and it's
12:05
Speaker 2: something I'm trying to teach my children about as well. Now.
12:08
Speaker 2: The light of Christ shines on all of us. And
12:12
Speaker 2: you can feel this for yourself and for your children.
12:16
Speaker 2: You can sponsor child and have them involved. That's what
12:19
Speaker 2: I love so much. So not only are you changing
12:21
Speaker 2: a child's life, you're helping change the world, but you
12:24
Speaker 2: may even be changing yourself and your family. You can
12:27
Speaker 2: sponsor a child today. Visit compassion dot com. That's compassion
12:35
Speaker 2: dot com. I want to get to this for arount
12:37
Speaker 2: of times, and that is election database. And this activist
12:41
Speaker 2: judge explain, this judge what she has done here in
12:48
Speaker 2: a simplistic way. What they were trying to do is
12:50
Speaker 2: make sure that people that were not American citizens and
12:53
Speaker 2: those that are not eligible vote would not be able
12:55
Speaker 2: to eligible to vote. That doesn't seem controversial. The majority
12:59
Speaker 2: of Americans in favor of the Save Act. It's seventy
13:01
Speaker 2: five eighty percent depending on what poll you look at.
13:04
Speaker 2: And this judge said, hey, you guys can't crosscheck in
13:07
Speaker 2: different groups, like, so security can't work with others, and
13:10
Speaker 2: you guys know we're not going to allow this to happen.
13:13
Speaker 2: That was shocking.
13:15
Speaker 3: Yeah, so I'm gonna read from the Associated Press. A
13:18
Speaker 3: federal judge on Monday ruled that a recently revamped version
13:21
Speaker 3: of a federal tool central to the Trump Administration's effort
13:24
Speaker 3: to nationalize elections can no longer be used. US District
13:29
Speaker 3: Court Judge Sparkle L. Suknnan, I want you to stop
13:34
Speaker 3: and think there's a friggin judge in America named Sparkle L.
13:40
Speaker 3: Suk Denon. By the way, she was a clerk for
13:43
Speaker 3: Sonya Sotomayor. She's a radical leftist. I voted against her confirmation.
13:48
Speaker 3: But she is a district judge in Washington, d C.
13:51
Speaker 3: And Judge Sparkle sided with the advocacy groups that argue
13:55
Speaker 3: that the recent upgrades to the program called the Systematic
13:59
Speaker 3: Alien Verification for Entitlements or Save aggregated American sensitive personal
14:05
Speaker 3: data in a way that could result in voters being
14:07
Speaker 3: wrongly purged from voter rules.
14:10
Speaker 1: Quote.
14:11
Speaker 3: All in all, the federal government has knowingly trampled on
14:14
Speaker 3: the privacy rights of American citizens in a manner that
14:17
Speaker 3: threatens the sacred right to vote. Sukanan said in an
14:21
Speaker 3: order explaining the decision, this court cannot stand idly by
14:26
Speaker 3: while that happens. She says, Congress had expressly prohibited the
14:30
Speaker 3: government from centralizing americans personal identifying information, and the federal
14:34
Speaker 3: agencies that created the SAVE program quote knew that the
14:37
Speaker 3: database violates these statutory protections. Now, this is a liberal
14:43
Speaker 3: activist decision. It is also a decision that doesn't make
14:49
Speaker 3: sense under the statute. The statutes that she was looking at.
14:55
Speaker 3: Number one the statute is the Social Security Act. SO
15:00
Speaker 3: Security Act requires quote, SO Security account numbers of record
15:04
Speaker 3: that are obtained or maintained by persons pursuant any provision
15:07
Speaker 3: of law shall be confidential, and no authorized persons shall
15:11
Speaker 3: disclose any such Social Security account number or related record. Well,
15:15
Speaker 3: you know what, Trump administration didn't disclose anyone social Security
15:18
Speaker 3: number that if they released, you know, your Social Security number,
15:25
Speaker 3: that would be a violation of the SO Security Act.
15:27
Speaker 3: They didn't do that. So Security Act doesn't say the
15:31
Speaker 3: federal government can't look at soial security numbers like the
15:34
Speaker 3: government is one entity and it is a bizarre system
15:38
Speaker 3: that says, you have records that show if people are
15:42
Speaker 3: illegal aliens or not. You the federal government are not
15:45
Speaker 3: allowed to look at those records because a law says
15:48
Speaker 3: you can't publicly disclose them to others. They didn't. There's
15:51
Speaker 3: another there's another law called the Privacy Act, and the
15:55
Speaker 3: Privacy Act they claim it viholated this as well. But again,
16:01
Speaker 3: the Privacy Act does not prohibit the federal government from
16:06
Speaker 3: looking at its own records. I mean, understand, this is
16:09
Speaker 3: a ruling from a radical judge who's saying, even though
16:13
Speaker 3: the federal government, and initially this SAVE database was set
16:16
Speaker 3: up to stop the federal government from giving government benefits
16:22
Speaker 3: giving welfare to illegal aliens. Now, mind you, it is
16:25
Speaker 3: illegal to give government benefits to give welfare to illegal aliens.
16:30
Speaker 3: Congress has passed that law over and over and over again.
16:34
Speaker 3: And Democrats, when they're being completely split personality on this,
16:39
Speaker 3: they will say repeatedly, well, we don't give welfare benefits
16:43
Speaker 3: to illegal aliens. They'll say that over and over again.
16:45
Speaker 3: They'll simultaneously say, dear God, we've got to give welfare
16:48
Speaker 3: benefits to legal aliens. What a monster would deny them?
16:51
Speaker 3: So they say them both Remember when every Democrat running
16:54
Speaker 3: for president twenty twenty was asked, should we give free
16:56
Speaker 3: health care to every illegal in America? And they all
16:59
Speaker 3: raise their hand up. Yep, yep, every one of them
17:01
Speaker 3: right down the line. But at the end of the day,
17:06
Speaker 3: Congress has passed repeated laws saying do not give welfare
17:09
Speaker 3: benefits to illegal aliens. And Judge Sparkle and and and look,
17:13
Speaker 3: by the way, I think it is really impressive that
17:16
Speaker 3: my little pony is now a federal judge. But I
17:21
Speaker 3: just wish my little pony was not not a Marxist.
17:24
Speaker 3: You would think that Judge Sparkle would would recognize something
17:28
Speaker 3: beautiful like like the Constitution or federal law. It is
17:32
Speaker 3: insane to say that the same Congress that says you
17:37
Speaker 3: cannot give government benefits or welfare to illegal aliens somehow said,
17:42
Speaker 3: but you're not allowed to look to see if anyone's
17:45
Speaker 3: an illegal alien. Nope, you're the government is blindfolded from
17:48
Speaker 3: looking at your own databases. I'm going to make another
17:51
Speaker 3: prediction in this show. Decision will be reversed.
17:57
Speaker 2: It will be win and how quickly.
17:59
Speaker 3: I don't know how quickly it might be reversed by
18:02
Speaker 3: the d C Circuit. If it's not reversed by the
18:05
Speaker 3: d C Circuit, I think it will be reversed by
18:08
Speaker 3: the US Supreme Court. What I don't know is if
18:10
Speaker 3: it gets reversed in time for the election. Part of
18:14
Speaker 3: the strategy of the litigans is delay, and generally speaking,
18:20
Speaker 3: these decisions can take a lot of time. Now, the
18:22
Speaker 3: Department of Justice likely will seek emergency relief from the
18:27
Speaker 3: d C Circuit. Now, it will depend on what panel
18:29
Speaker 3: of judges you get. You get three random judges on
18:32
Speaker 3: the DC Circuit, and then if the DC Circuit the
18:38
Speaker 3: probably the biggest danger is they seek emergency relief in
18:41
Speaker 3: the d C Circuit and they get a bad draw
18:44
Speaker 3: of left wing judges in the DC Circuit. And what
18:46
Speaker 3: I predict they would do then is just try to
18:48
Speaker 3: delay it till after the elections. They just slow walk it.
18:51
Speaker 2: And it's naturally you can make sure that they don't
18:55
Speaker 2: have any of this ebiment for election day so you
18:57
Speaker 2: can have more people that can vote illegally.
18:59
Speaker 1: Yeah.
19:00
Speaker 3: Yes, And so if you get a good panel on
19:04
Speaker 3: the DC Circuit, I am quite confident this will be reversed.
19:08
Speaker 3: And by the way, if the d C Circuit upholds this, decision.
19:11
Speaker 3: I think the Supreme Court would take the case and
19:14
Speaker 3: reverse it, but in the normal course of things, that
19:17
Speaker 3: would take a couple of years, so that would not
19:19
Speaker 3: impact the twenty sixth election. It would probably be in
19:21
Speaker 3: time for the twenty eight election. My hope is they
19:24
Speaker 3: take an emergency appeal and the d C Circuit overturns
19:28
Speaker 3: it quickly, or even if the d C Circuit rejects
19:31
Speaker 3: the appeal, I want them to make a decision fast
19:33
Speaker 3: because then they could appeal that to the Supremes. I
19:35
Speaker 3: think the Supremes would act quickly. The danger is the
19:39
Speaker 3: d C Circuit slow walks it for another six months.
19:42
Speaker 1: As before.
19:43
Speaker 2: If you want to hear the rest of this conversation
19:45
Speaker 2: on this topic, you can go back and dow the
19:48
Speaker 2: podcast from earlier this week to hear the entire thing.
19:51
Speaker 2: I want to get back to the big story number
19:54
Speaker 2: three of the week.
19:54
Speaker 3: You may have missed, all.
19:56
Speaker 2: Right if you just joined us. We're talking about the
19:58
Speaker 2: Supreme Court, and we just talked about the second memic case,
20:00
Speaker 2: a big victory over Hawaii there. But the Supreme Court
20:04
Speaker 2: also had a President Trump two major immigration victories, and
20:08
Speaker 2: this was an exciting moment when it comes to immigration
20:11
Speaker 2: cases and victories that we needed.
20:13
Speaker 3: Well, that's right, six' three The Supreme, court there were
20:16
Speaker 3: two big. Wins one case Was mullen Versus. Do the
20:19
Speaker 3: other case Was mullen versus Alotro, lado which Is spanish
20:23
Speaker 3: for on the other, side and in both instances it
20:28
Speaker 3: was six to. Three both, Instances Justice alito wrote the.
20:30
Speaker 3: Opinion so all three of these opinions were written By Justice.
20:33
Speaker 3: Alito he had an incredibly strong week defending our. Rights
20:37
Speaker 3: one of the, cases The mullen Versus Alotro. Lado what
20:40
Speaker 3: it concluded is that an illegal immigrant on the other
20:45
Speaker 3: side of the border In mexico has not entered into
20:49
Speaker 3: The United states for purposes of immigration. Law and The
20:53
Speaker 3: biden administration had it adopted a policy where they treated
20:58
Speaker 3: illegal immigrants who weren't in the country as if they
21:00
Speaker 3: were in the country and that they had a right
21:04
Speaker 3: to all sorts of processes before they come into the. Country, now,
21:08
Speaker 3: remember starting in the First trump, Term President trump implemented
21:12
Speaker 3: what was called The remain In mexico, policy which dramatically
21:15
Speaker 3: reduced illegal immigration in the First trump, term and that
21:18
Speaker 3: was preventing illegal immigrants from coming to this country in
21:21
Speaker 3: the first, place and this was an effort to ignore
21:28
Speaker 3: the plain language of the of the immigration. Laws AND
21:33
Speaker 3: i led an amicus brief amicus curiei Is latin for
21:37
Speaker 3: friend of The. Court AND i led an amicus brief
21:41
Speaker 3: that was joined by five members Of congress supporting The
21:44
Speaker 3: trump administration's policy of stopping, immigrants preventing illegal, immigrants stopping
21:49
Speaker 3: them from coming into the. Country and The Supreme court
21:52
Speaker 3: agreed with my, brief agreed with The Trump department Of,
21:55
Speaker 3: justice handed down that. Victory and then the other, case
21:59
Speaker 3: which which Is mullin Versus, doe The court concluded that
22:04
Speaker 3: that temporary protected, status which which The biden administration had
22:09
Speaker 3: awarded to hundreds of thousands Of haitians And, syrians That
22:15
Speaker 3: President trump could reverse that that it wasn't a permanent
22:19
Speaker 3: grant of. Amnesty that, decision likewise was hugely important for the.
22:24
Speaker 3: SUCCESSES i, mean, remember in this Second trump, term we
22:28
Speaker 3: have seen illegal border crossings drop ninety nine. Percent that's
22:32
Speaker 3: a staggering. Victory and The Supreme court upheld the president's
22:36
Speaker 3: ability to continue to continue enforcing the.
22:38
Speaker 1: Law, yeah it really.
22:41
Speaker 2: Is AND i want people to just to hear she
22:43
Speaker 2: said this On Fox News channel about. THIS i want
22:45
Speaker 2: to take a. Listen here's how she described it in
22:48
Speaker 2: front of The Supreme.
22:49
Speaker 4: Court shin And syrian refugees who were here in the,
22:52
Speaker 4: Country and basically what the court has said is that
22:55
Speaker 4: they can't challenge this decision by The department Of Homeland
22:59
Speaker 4: security by the, administration that they're the ones who get
23:02
Speaker 4: to make the assessment about whether they leave or. NOT
23:04
Speaker 4: i haven't read the whole, thing but they do get
23:06
Speaker 4: into some of the claims that by some of those
23:08
Speaker 4: who are advocating for The haitians refugees that there was
23:11
Speaker 4: some kind of racial. Animis the court says they don't
23:13
Speaker 4: see evidence of. That So i'll keep. Reading but it's
23:17
Speaker 4: another very fractured decision that seems to be a win
23:19
Speaker 4: for The trump, administration which would be the second win
23:22
Speaker 4: for them on, immigration that earlier decision that we talked
23:24
Speaker 4: about that came out just a few minutes, ago saying
23:27
Speaker 4: that if you get to The mexico border but you
23:29
Speaker 4: don't make it ONTO us, soil you can't file an asylum.
23:32
Speaker 4: Claim so The trump administration has to be happy about
23:34
Speaker 4: what they've gotten. Today we've still got eight opinions left
23:38
Speaker 4: and it looks Like monday will Be so.
23:40
Speaker 2: You hear her talk about this ruling in favor Of.
23:42
Speaker 2: Trump this is another example of doing the right. Thing maybe.
23:45
Speaker 2: Tough you may go to The Spring, court but you're
23:47
Speaker 2: going to win in this.
23:47
Speaker 3: Scenario and by the, way both of these decisions were six,'
23:51
Speaker 3: three which means that the liberals on, THE courts i
23:53
Speaker 3: don't care what the statutory. Language says they just like
23:58
Speaker 3: In The second, amendment case where they would affect Read
24:00
Speaker 3: The second amendment out Of the Bill. Of rights when
24:03
Speaker 3: it comes to, legal immigration they would read out the
24:06
Speaker 3: ability to secure our border and they would try instead
24:09
Speaker 3: embody the open border policies we saw During the. Biden
24:12
Speaker 3: administration Compare How shannon brain covered It. On Fox can
24:16
Speaker 3: compare this to, ms now WHICH is i guess what
24:20
Speaker 3: THEY'RE calling. MSNBC now i don't even know that anyone watches,
24:24
Speaker 3: the show but listen to the lefties on THE ms
24:28
Speaker 3: now losing. Their, minds yeah.
24:30
Speaker 2: Total meltdown take, A, LISTEN.
24:32
Speaker 5: Alan i want your reaction To what fallon just laid
24:35
Speaker 5: out for. Us there and the concept here that the
24:37
Speaker 5: core is ignoring the history of this administration's Remarks about
24:42
Speaker 5: haitian people. IN particular i don't think there is A
24:44
Speaker 5: single american who can say they actually forget what we
24:48
Speaker 5: heard From, the president what we Heard From Vice president
24:51
Speaker 5: Vance about, haitian people just some of the most disgusting
24:54
Speaker 5: and racist remarks you. CAN imagine i know that you
24:57
Speaker 5: work with a Number of haitian client break down for
25:01
Speaker 5: me just how devastating all of this is about to be.
25:04
Speaker 6: Very DEVASTATING and i hope we stop talking about it
25:06
Speaker 6: as the trouble administration one or, someone won because Right now.
25:09
Speaker 6: America loss there are going to be a lot of
25:11
Speaker 6: jobs that, are open and a lot of people in
25:13
Speaker 6: home health care industries that are not going to receive
25:15
Speaker 6: any service because their providers are going to be removed
25:17
Speaker 6: From The. United states there are a lot of people
25:19
Speaker 6: who are going to die and suffer because of the account.
25:22
Speaker 6: Of THIS so i wish this court was more of
25:24
Speaker 6: a court of equity than they say they were a
25:25
Speaker 6: court of policy.
25:26
Speaker 1: Right NOW so i am the.
25:28
Speaker 6: Chair Of The Haitian, bridge alliance which Is The united
25:30
Speaker 6: states organization that Represents these haitians Before The, supreme court
25:34
Speaker 6: and we have made the argument that not just, his
25:37
Speaker 6: comments but also in the writings and just recently even
25:39
Speaker 6: the discovered Emails From christy home about the clear conversations
25:43
Speaker 6: they've Made about haitians and black immigrants in general when
25:46
Speaker 6: you even look at the, refugee policy and this court
25:48
Speaker 6: has said even with, that information there's nothing for us to,
25:52
Speaker 6: do here which seems to be extremely problematic along. Party
25:55
Speaker 6: lawns and today you've seen SOMETHING that i haven't seen
25:57
Speaker 6: In The supreme court in a very, long time is
26:00
Speaker 6: that you've Seen the justice sort of read descents that
26:02
Speaker 6: are thirty five pages from. The bar so even In
26:04
Speaker 6: The supreme court you see not the harmony that generally
26:07
Speaker 6: exists there in peaceful descent in saying that this is outside,
26:11
Speaker 6: the norm and because it is outside, the norm because
26:13
Speaker 6: it isn't about just policy. And procedure this is about
26:16
Speaker 6: people in human engagement and the concept that people keep
26:19
Speaker 6: saying that the problem is that it's temporary status and
26:22
Speaker 6: it's been longer. Than, temporary well change, the word don't
26:26
Speaker 6: put people's lives in danger because you feel that that
26:29
Speaker 6: arbitrary remove something and has stated before there are a
26:32
Speaker 6: million of CLASSES of tps individuals who are here, legally
26:35
Speaker 6: working so, they're authorized they've.
26:37
Speaker 1: Been vetted there's no other concerns that.
26:38
Speaker 6: You have but people who may come in undocumented as
26:41
Speaker 6: well as they're supporting, our economy and when you remove,
26:44
Speaker 6: those individuals you draw down all of those.
26:47
Speaker 1: Work areas so all those jobs.
26:48
Speaker 6: Are doing all of these companies that are relying ON
26:50
Speaker 6: these tps workers to work tomorrow are going to have
26:53
Speaker 6: to make decisions about them. Leaving today so this is
26:55
Speaker 6: not a big win that we think we're going. To
26:57
Speaker 6: celebrate and they're a three hundred and fifty million Or
26:59
Speaker 6: more america In The, united states A million tps holders
27:02
Speaker 6: are not causing some economic burden On The United.
27:05
Speaker 2: States center you listened to that and you would think
27:09
Speaker 2: the sky, Is falling and that is how they're covering
27:11
Speaker 2: it ON ms now THE.
27:12
Speaker 3: Former, msnbc yeah look that the left wants. Open borders
27:17
Speaker 3: what we Saw Under, joe biden twelve million people invade
27:20
Speaker 3: this country and that, included criminals included murderers and rapists
27:24
Speaker 3: and terrorists and. Child molesters and that's what these. Advocates
27:29
Speaker 3: want and by, the way you look At. From haiti
27:31
Speaker 3: haiti right now is rocked with. Massive violence it is
27:36
Speaker 3: all but Chaos and haiti as the gangs have, taken
27:39
Speaker 3: over and that's those are those are the people that
27:43
Speaker 3: the left is trying to. Bring in and let me,
27:45
Speaker 3: be clear the immigration law that was being decided on
27:50
Speaker 3: here says explicitly no judicial review of, any determination and
27:54
Speaker 3: yet that's what the. Court followed and yet the dissenters
27:58
Speaker 3: don't care what the. Statute says they just want to.
27:59
Speaker 3: Open borders, as always.
