- 2:00as a thank you for your great question. Again, the phone lines are
- 2:04open six oh eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six soh eight three
- 2:07two one thirteen ten. Another way to reach Tim is via email Tim at
- 2:12find your Healthy Place dot com. That's Tim Tim at find your Healthy Place
- 2:15dot com. We'll get to some of your email messages and just a moment
- 2:19and take your calls as well. Tim. One of the cool things too,
- 2:21I saw I was at the at the website this morning, find your
- 2:23Healthy Place dot com. And you know, one of the challenges my son
- 2:29had had he had got some an infection in his leg and he actually had
- 2:32to go see the doctor and they prescribed antibiotics. And one of the questions
- 2:38that the doctor asked, my son's twelve, so he's getting a little bit
- 2:42older now. The doctor said, how are you with pills? And he's
- 2:46like, I'm okay, And so they ended up giving them giving them a
- 2:49liquid form. My point is, when it comes to things like vitamins and
- 2:52other things for kiddos, sometimes the form is is is very important to make
- 2:57sure that they're getting them in. And I was at the website find your
- 2:59Healthy Place dot com and I saw kids daily multi vitamin soft Choose, and
- 3:04I thought, is that only for children? Or Yeah, you know,
- 3:10you kind of hit hit a spot I'm sensitive around because you know, nutrition's
- 3:16powerful. And I watched my mom battle through cancer and and I watched some
- 3:21of these nutrients make all the difference in her recovery and and and you know,
- 3:25thousands of customers over the years. You start to watch what works what
- 3:30doesn't work. And so when you talk to a customer, whether it's for
- 3:34them or their kids or someone else, you know, you can make recommendations,
- 3:38but if they're not going to stick to those recommendations, then it it's
- 3:42sort of a loss. And and you know you need to ask the right
- 3:45questions. So part of what you uh, you know, come into contact
- 3:50with when you step into our stores is our wellness consultants are thinking of all
- 3:53these things that you might not even think to think about yet. So,
- 3:55you know, taking a pill, for example, if that's hard for you
- 3:59to do, speak up. Because we have been intentional about having options,
- 4:03whether it's chewable or liquids or capsules or tablets or powders to mix in and
- 4:10often you can open capsules and tap the powder out into yogurt, putting apple
- 4:14sauce. And we worked with enough folks in the community where you know,
- 4:17these questions have all been asked before, and they've been asked a thousand times
- 4:20before. Where As a wellness consultant team, we get to refine and get
- 4:25better and better at helping people get the right nutrition because we carry you know,
- 4:29gosh four thousand different supplements products in our stores and that's a lot to
- 4:32navigate. There's a lot of different conditions, issues, problems, and you
- 4:36know, we want to be that resource for folks and hey, yeah,
- 4:41kids being able to swallow, you know, for my own kids. As
- 4:43an example, getting a smoothie is if I can get a parent to do
- 4:46a smoothie, because then you can get sneaky with all sorts of stuff that
- 4:50you can sneak in their probiotics, Omega three oils, multi vitamin and you
- 4:57can get so much more nutrition than you know trying to take it this way
- 5:00or that way. So just creativity and ideas and working with you and your
- 5:03family to make sure we're getting the best nutrition in a way that you can
- 5:08is sustainable? You had me at pudding. I'll tell you I'm putting inboard.
- 5:14Baby. I'm want to ask you about probiotics as well in just a
- 5:16moment. At the meantime, if you've got a question, love to get
- 5:19you on the air with Tim O'Brien from The Healthy Place six O eight three
- 5:23two one thirteen ten. That's three two one thirteen ten head up to want
- 5:26a key and Jim joins us. Jim, welcome to the program. You're
- 5:29on there with Tim O'Brien from The Healthy Place. Jim, good morning,
- 5:32Good in the morning. Is sage? I understand you of the Silver Circle
- 5:35there, Yes, problem, yeah, problem. I'm a CDL driver,
- 5:45yep. And I can't take your your fun, your fun, CD your
- 5:48your fun. CBD share the cbdtcum because you're a pot smoker. We can't
- 5:57hand you anymore. So what are you got that will be effective? Because
- 6:01my brain will not shut off at night and I want to be able to
- 6:04actually get some sleep because mill doesn't work with me. Yep, yep,
- 6:11yep. There's there's two things I'd recommend, uh and it sucks first off,
- 6:15so just stinks so bad, you know, CBD and THHC are so
- 6:18helpful when it comes to sleep and pain and stress and anxiety, and and
- 6:23we have a plethora of positions that we simply cannot take this because the risk
- 6:28is too high. And even a CBD uh a THHC free like an isolate
- 6:32form of CBD, can still trigger a false positive for a drug test because
- 6:36of something called THHD metabolite. So that that whole topic is frustrating for Jim
- 6:42and millions of others right now. So hoping things change. But back to
- 6:45your question. Two products, and we've been recommending these for years before we
- 6:49were able to recommend CBD and THHC, So my confidence is high that it
- 6:55will take the edge off and and and send you into to slumberland is snoop
- 7:00fest. So that's product number one, and that has alphenine. It has
- 7:04your gaba gamma amino bututric acid to get you into that deeper rem sleep.
- 7:09It has some valerian in there, some camomile, very nice sleep formula,
- 7:13and it works to regulate and balance your sleep system. So falling asleep,
- 7:17staying asleep, and deeper sleep, all three of those are what you get
- 7:23when you purchase this snooze fest. And then number two is one called chill
- 7:26pill, and I like that one because it balances the cortisol. You know,
- 7:30you mentioned that busy brain. It's probably because you got a busy life
- 7:32and you're running around and stress can be kind of high. So the Magnolia
- 7:35bark at a fifty The active compound in Magnolia bark is Hano Kyle and we
- 7:42got a fifty percent level in there, which is a therapeutic level, so
- 7:45it really brings that cortisol down to bring that stress down. And those two
- 7:48together have been magic for sleep. So now you're recomending both at the same
- 7:53time or just one or the other. I would do both at the same
- 7:57time at least until you get sleeping deep blee and feeling refreshed in the morning
- 8:01and you're like, okay, this is clearly working. Because in the beginning,
- 8:03it's about getting the front door open sometimes, getting the forest put out,
- 8:07getting that breakthrough, and then you can play around and try to quit
- 8:09one of them to save a little cash. The chill pill, you might
- 8:13decide you like during the day though, too, because it just takes that
- 8:16edge off. So if I'm on my a game taking all my supplements.
- 8:20I'll take chill pill in the AM and the PM just to take that edge
- 8:24off. Okay, great call, Great, great question, Jim, and
- 8:28I love that accent starting out great. If I don't do that the prequel,
- 8:33he starts crying and that's Jim. Thanks to call. You enjoyed this
- 8:43hlable day. Great opportunity right now to be just like Jim. Love to
- 8:46get you on the air. Six eight three two one thirteen ten. That's
- 8:48six three two one thirteen ten. By the way, Tim, I just
- 8:52checking the text I sent you. I said perfect, not whatever the heck
- 8:56that I texted there. I don't even know what that word is. Thinking

- 10:11listening, I know you're still listening. I know that check out find your
- 10:15Healthy Place dot com. You might be pleasantly surprised what you see right there
- 10:18on the on the top part of the of the web page. Also sign
- 10:20up for the email eblast as well. And uh, Tim, speaking of
- 10:24emails, one of the great things and a great way that folks reach out
- 10:28to you. Tim at finds your Healthy Place dot com is through that email,
- 10:31and Jordan wrote in Jordan said, recently, I noticed many people around
- 10:35me feeling ill. I've heard that zinc can boost the immune system. How
- 10:41much zinc is considered safe to consume daily? And that email is from Jordan.
- 10:46Yeah, very good question, Jordan. I love zinc. You know,
- 10:48zinc boosts the immune system, but it's it's more powerful than many of
- 10:52the other minerals for the immune system, and it supports overall immune functions,
- 10:58so it's pretty key. I love this question, especially this time of the
- 11:01year. So zinc is crucial in general, playing a significant role in enhancing
- 11:07the immune systems overall well being, and it's especially important because most people are
- 11:11deficient. So from a boosting of the immune system perspective, zinc and elderberry
- 11:18are like two of my very favorite and so another point with zinc in its
- 11:22support to the immune function is it participates both in the innate and the adaptive
- 11:30immune responses. So these are like the bodies defenses against illnesses, and the
- 11:35adaptive immune system in particular relies heavily on zinc. So love zinc. Thirty
- 11:41milligrams a day is a great amount. And I want to call out a
- 11:46product named Elderberry Boom. That's Elderberry Boom. If you're listening, Jim,
- 11:54what was the name of this it was this, Jim Jordan, Jordan Jordan,
- 11:58I knew it was a Jay Jordan and Jim two dudes. Okay,
- 12:01So Elderberry Boom, Elderberry powerhouse for reducing viruses. The University of Sydney had
- 12:07very cool studies a couple of years back on minimizing the ability of a virus
- 12:13to enter a cell. So that was super cool and that came out during
- 12:16COVID so that sort of blew up. But Elderberry very good science. Reason
- 12:20to believe that that would be powerful this time of year with zinc, Elderberry
- 12:24Boom has both go get it great, great question, great answers as well.
- 12:28Of course, if you ever want to email Tim Tim at find your
- 12:31Healthy Place dot com. Also call in get you on the air during the
- 12:33show six three two one thirteen ten. That's six so eight three two one
- 12:37thirteen ten. You can always meet with a wellness consultant. They'd love to
- 12:41see you. Whether it's West Side of Madison, Fitchburg, or sun Prairie
- 12:43also available online. It finds your Healthy Place dot com. That's fined your
- 12:48Healthy Place dot com, I said earlier, told Jim, I said,
- 12:50check out the website. You can also stop in at the Healthy Place because
- 12:54you guys have plato Yeah, about five times a year. We have a
- 13:01one week long twenty percent off sale in stores and online and you can head
- 13:07to the website to see more details. Hit our social pop into our stores.
- 13:11We love it as a team because our sales are sort of a culmination
- 13:16of all the work that we've worked with our community working through their chronic pain,
- 13:20their stress, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, and there's so many
- 13:24testimonies and when we have a sale, people come back to purchase that which
- 13:28is working for them. So our sales are just these sort of celebration of
- 13:33conversations around what's working and our success rate in help and take the edge off
- 13:39with folks and bringing relief to Madison has been going strong since twenty ten.
- 13:41So these sales are a way to thank the community and so come on in.
- 13:46We're doing it through Saturday in stores through Sunday online and now's a good
- 13:50time to stock up. Check it out if you're curious too. You're just
- 13:52wondering about something, whether it's the CBDTHC gummies, whether it's hey, I
- 13:58got an ailment. I'm curious what the natural world has to say about it.
- 14:01Now is a really great time to come in. Stop on and I'd
- 14:03love to see a west side of Madison, Fitchburg or sun Prairie. Also
- 14:07online find your Healthy Place dot com. That's find your Healthy Place dot com.
- 14:11And Tim, let's talk a little bit about the Healthy Place you mentioned,
- 14:13of course, and we talk regularly about the wellness consultants. We also
- 14:18talk about the rest of the folks on the team at the Healthy Place,
- 14:22and you guys all have obviously everybody, we've all got to do something for
- 14:26a living. And one of the great things is finding people that it's not
- 14:31to them, it's not just a job, it's not just something that they're
- 14:33doing. Finding people that are truly passionate about what they're doing. Obviously,
- 14:37when you're helping people live a better life. I've got to say, and
- 14:41I haven't I haven't heard from you of this, but I've got to guess
- 14:45those people are pretty easy to find. I think all of us have this
- 14:48love of helping others, but you really find special people that are truly committed
- 14:54to helping people live that healthy life. And day in and day out,
- 14:56you guys are seeing some pretty amazing things. You know, it's super cool.
- 15:01I mean, we started running our company off of our five core values
- 15:05a little while back, and once you do that as a company, it
- 15:09starts to reveal who on your team really maybe isn't the best fit for your
- 15:13core values. And it doesn't make them wrong or bad, it just makes
- 15:16maybe not a best fit. And so in that when we launched the core
- 15:20values a little while back, it brought some clarity to Becky and I too
- 15:24as we go to hire, like what are we hiring for? You know,
- 15:28integrity passion, for example, is more important than the knowledge or sales
- 15:33ability in our wellness consulting world is just an example. So you start to
- 15:37run the company off of like running eight core value, integrity, knowledge,
- 15:43customers, team outlook, attitude, like, it starts to separate who should
- 15:48really be on your team and who shouldn't. So after some time with that,
- 15:50I mean, our team is dynamic right now, Sean, I'm so
- 15:54giddy about that because you can start to see how like a laser versus a
- 15:56floodlight. You can be more success full as you start to work on the
- 16:02community and work with the community, and then you match our mission. I'm
- 16:06real proud of these because you can see how they've crafted our actions day in
- 16:10and day out. You know, our missions impact, empower and educate every
- 16:14customer to learn, grow, create a lifelong foundation of health and wellness.
- 16:18And then our vision statement, you know, is a little different. It's
- 16:22more of like an infinite goal. It's like end human suffering, increase quality
- 16:26of life. So when we're trying to make business decisions or decisions on brands
- 16:30to bring in, you know, is this going to help us end suffering?
- 16:34Is this going to help us increase quality of life? You know?
- 16:37Are we doing a good job educating our community? And how can we get
- 16:41better at that? So it just brings about those questions which lead to answers.
- 16:48So, for example, in twenty twenty four, our wellness consultant Army
- 16:52I like to call them, We're going to meet bi weekly as a group
- 16:56to discuss what's working, what's not working, How can we improve, how
- 17:00can we communicate better, How can we get the right resources and information into
- 17:03the right hands at the right time of our community. And it's super fun
- 17:07because we're successful at it. We're seeing the move, the needle move,
- 17:11We're seeing the results from our community. You know, whether it's verbally spoken
- 17:15or are You can check our Google reviews or Facebook reviews. I mean,
- 17:19that's some of the best reading material of my day. I just love reading
- 17:23through those and seeing the testimonies. And that's that's what our mission is here.
- 17:27Thanks for calling that out. It's and it's it's so cool and and
- 17:30you know, we talk about and I think as as folks that have been
- 17:33listening to the program for a while realize talk about quality supplements, but it's
- 17:37also having quality people and great great folks throughout. That's a nice thing too.
- 17:41When you stop in to the Healthy Place any of the locations, or
- 17:45if you're online talking with the wellness consultants, they are there for you.
- 17:49They want to help you get in. Today. Today it's the perfect day
- 17:52to do just that. All I got to do is stop on in whether
- 17:55it's Fitchburg, Sun Prairie west Side location of course available online. It finds
- 17:59your Healthy Place dot com. Let's find your Healthy Place dot com. Especially
- 18:03a great time to get in with the sale going on. There's some great
- 18:07opportunities there for you again. Get on in westside of Madison, Fitchburger,
- 18:11some Prairie and online finds your Healthy Place, dot com and tim time flies.

- 18:17enjoyed this beautiful day. Thank you so much, brother, you too.
- 18:19Dan o'donald has your chance to win one thousand dollars next right here on thirteen
- 18:22ten. Wuib I
