Alyson Iarrusso, a jeweler from Hampton, New Hampshire, has been chosen to craft America’s 250th birthday fine jewelry collection — a historic honor fueled by her lifelong love of U.S. history, sparked by childhood road trips with her dad. Once a teacher and James Madison Fellow, she rediscovered her passion for jewelry making in Hawaii during grad school, and after a brief pause, launched Cove Fine Jewelry in 2023.
