- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I almost Famous podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with iHeartRadio.
- 0:06Speaker 2: This is the almost famous podcast post holiday season. Well,
- 0:10Speaker 2: I guess we still have New Year's left. This is
- 0:14Speaker 2: the final few days of twenty twenty three. So today, Ashley,
- 0:19Speaker 2: I really want to dive in to start this thing off.
- 0:21Speaker 2: We're going to break down some headlines and talk about
- 0:23Speaker 2: what's going on in Bachelor Nation, including now the official
- 0:28Speaker 2: commercial that is, you know, highlighting Teresa and Gary's upcoming wedding.
- 0:36Speaker 2: That's going to be very exciting for everybody and very
- 0:38Speaker 2: excited to tune in.
- 0:41Speaker 3: But before we.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Get there, Ashley, it is the final week of twenty
- 0:47Speaker 2: twenty three, and one of my favorite things that I
- 0:52Speaker 2: get to do every year with everybody in my life
- 0:55Speaker 2: is kind of ask what in twenty three, twenty twenty
- 0:57Speaker 2: three you're most surprised by and most grateful for. I
- 1:03Speaker 2: would love for you to answer those two questions for me.
- 1:06Speaker 4: Okay, first, let me say that I don't I actually
- 1:10Speaker 4: do not. I get anxiety going into a new year
- 1:14Speaker 4: because I have been extremely blessed to have some great years. Sure,
- 1:21Speaker 4: and every time we go into a new year, I'm like, well,
- 1:24Speaker 4: it can't be better it can only be worse.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Well, and I mean, so far, I don't think that
- 1:31Speaker 2: theory of yours has been proven true.
- 1:33Speaker 4: Right, you're right, Yeah, you're right. So I don't know
- 1:37Speaker 4: why I look at it in a scary light. Let's
- 1:40Speaker 4: see what surprised me the most about twenty twenty three.
- 1:44Speaker 4: I guess, just like I mean, what's been the most
- 1:47Speaker 4: fun is watching Dawson develop. But it's weird because it happens,
- 1:51Speaker 4: you know, each day, and you know how this is
- 1:54Speaker 4: a bad embarrassment, but whatever. You know how when people
- 1:57Speaker 4: gain weight over time, you don't notice necessarily if you
- 2:02Speaker 4: live with them, but then people who don't notice it. Yeah,
- 2:07Speaker 4: that's like how it is having a kid, because like now,
- 2:10Speaker 4: I don't even remember what he was like a year
- 2:12Speaker 4: ago at this time, because I just feel like he
- 2:16Speaker 4: must have been exactly the way she is now. But
- 2:19Speaker 4: what's been really cool is just watching him form a
- 2:21Speaker 4: personality that's the best.
- 2:23Speaker 2: And he's got a big personality. I was able to
- 2:25Speaker 2: be with him like last week, and he is. You
- 2:29Speaker 2: can start to see who Dawson is gonna be and
- 2:32Speaker 2: who he's becoming, and it's yeah, it's really fascinating and
- 2:36Speaker 2: really fun. Because he has both you and Jared's personalities
- 2:42Speaker 2: mixed in all of the same time.
- 2:45Speaker 4: I think that's probably the most surprising thing, is just
- 2:49Speaker 4: to see your kid have interests and traits of your own.
- 2:55Speaker 4: I think a year ago, from a year ago now,
- 2:57Speaker 4: my mom was kept saying things like, you know, we
- 3:00Speaker 4: have to get beyond his looks. It's not just he's
- 3:04Speaker 4: so cute, you know, eventually we have to like he's
- 3:07Speaker 4: got to get his personality and his intelligence and all that.
- 3:10Speaker 4: And like what's really formed over the past year is
- 3:12Speaker 4: that because now besides him being the cutest baby in
- 3:16Speaker 4: the law and the land, he also just has he's
- 3:20Speaker 4: just incredible. So I guess does that answer your question?
- 3:24Speaker 4: How about you, Ben, what surprised you most about twenty
- 3:26Speaker 4: twenty three.
- 3:29Speaker 2: I think, you know, there's there's really two aspects. I
- 3:32Speaker 2: would say my development in picturing our family growing has
- 3:40Speaker 2: been like surprising to me.
- 3:44Speaker 3: I think it makes sense.
- 3:46Speaker 2: You know, I've been very like honest with Jess, especially
- 3:49Speaker 2: in the family. I've never woken up and being like, hey,
- 3:52Speaker 2: I think I could be a dad today, Like it
- 3:54Speaker 2: freaks me out, scares me.
- 3:57Speaker 3: But I think just.
- 3:59Speaker 2: The year of it isn't as much maybe now as
- 4:03Speaker 2: more the anticipation or the curiosity or the hey, we
- 4:11Speaker 2: can make this happen. I also think for me in
- 4:13Speaker 2: twenty twenty three was a big year for contentment. And
- 4:18Speaker 2: I don't mean like I practiced contentment. I didn't and
- 4:21Speaker 2: maybe I should have. But you know, life has changed
- 4:25Speaker 2: for me in twenty twenty three. They're you know, really
- 4:28Speaker 2: post COVID. I went into COVID hosting three different shows
- 4:32Speaker 2: and doing television and doing live stages and doing this,
- 4:37Speaker 2: and then none of that has came back except for this.
- 4:40Speaker 2: This has stayed true, tried and true for me. And
- 4:43Speaker 2: so it's been a big refocus since COVID on what
- 4:46Speaker 2: does my career look like.
- 4:50Speaker 3: Moving forward?
- 4:51Speaker 2: And it was a kind of a hard divorce from
- 4:53Speaker 2: what you know, the exciting and the you know, the
- 4:56Speaker 2: the the attention and you know those things. Yeah, the
- 5:01Speaker 2: craziness of that to now, you know, I sit in
- 5:04Speaker 2: my office most days and I work on coffee and
- 5:08Speaker 2: restaurants in this and so but I I think in
- 5:13Speaker 2: twenty twenty two I was probably a little bit envious
- 5:15Speaker 2: or a little bit upset at the life I had before.
- 5:18Speaker 2: In twenty twenty three, I've really started to enjoy this
- 5:20Speaker 2: and really started to get excited about those things and
- 5:27Speaker 2: what they bring. And so yeah, I think for me,
- 5:31Speaker 2: it's a new perspective on what life is going to
- 5:35Speaker 2: look like, hopefully for the next you know, many years,
- 5:39Speaker 2: as many years as you've.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Got it, tesk giving me.
- 5:42Speaker 4: That's so good. But can I revisit something, you know
- 5:45Speaker 4: how you're talking about becoming comfortable with the idea of
- 5:47Speaker 4: being a dad. I'll say this. I used to get
- 5:51Speaker 4: annoyed when I was pregnant with Dawson and people would
- 5:54Speaker 4: be like, are you so excited? And I'm like, that's
- 5:57Speaker 4: honestly not like the emotion that I have just like
- 6:00Speaker 4: jutting out of me right now. It's it's definitely like
- 6:04Speaker 4: fear of the unknown. I'm definitely more anxious than anything.
- 6:08Speaker 4: It's like, of course I'm looking forward to it, but like,
- 6:10Speaker 4: before you have a kid, you don't even know how
- 6:13Speaker 4: the love feels. So I think that your feelings are
- 6:17Speaker 4: totally normal. It's okay, like you can want it because
- 6:20Speaker 4: you're like, I know that I want a family, but
- 6:23Speaker 4: like that first year, I think it's the thought of
- 6:28Speaker 4: it is scarier. Well, it's scarier the thought of it
- 6:30Speaker 4: than it is living it.
- 6:32Speaker 3: I don't even know, And I think it's just.
- 6:33Speaker 4: The most normal feeling. I think that excite is something
- 6:36Speaker 4: that like society throws around. Sure, it's just it's just
- 6:41Speaker 4: not the right word.
- 6:42Speaker 2: I mean, you've done this long enough, you know, due
- 6:45Speaker 2: to my Enneagram personality type or whatever you want to say,
- 6:48Speaker 2: like authenticity, even good or bad, Like even in my
- 6:52Speaker 2: marriage is all I ask for with my family, with
- 6:54Speaker 2: my friends, is like if Jessica's pissed off at me,
- 6:57Speaker 2: I want her to tell me like I don't want
- 6:59Speaker 2: her to be I'm fine if she's feeling down or out,
- 7:04Speaker 2: or if my family's feeling down around I just wanted
- 7:06Speaker 2: to tell me like there's I don't want that shame.
- 7:08Speaker 2: And I just don't want to live in a place
- 7:10Speaker 2: where I feel like everybody is sugarcoating everything. And so
- 7:13Speaker 2: it took me a long time, like it was a
- 7:15Speaker 2: personal struggle for a bit where I was like, I
- 7:17Speaker 2: don't know if I've ever felt like excited, like I don't.
- 7:20Speaker 2: I don't even know what i'd be excited for. I
- 7:22Speaker 2: don't know what I want, Like I know the idea
- 7:25Speaker 2: of a kid sounds great and it sounds intriguing. It's
- 7:29Speaker 2: always been something that like has felt like a path
- 7:33Speaker 2: for me and something that I've prepared to do. And
- 7:36Speaker 2: I've always thought about, Hey, the decisions I make at
- 7:38Speaker 2: a younger age maybe will affect my kids one day.
- 7:41Speaker 2: And so I want to try to be a good husband.
- 7:42Speaker 2: I want to be a good friend, a good son,
- 7:44Speaker 2: all those things. But I don't know what I'm act like.
- 7:47Speaker 2: I don't even know when you say, hey, I want
- 7:48Speaker 2: a family, Like, what what does that want?
- 7:50Speaker 3: Like?
- 7:50Speaker 2: I just want more people in my house, Like I
- 7:52Speaker 2: want less sleep. No, I don't want any Like. I
- 7:54Speaker 2: don't want those things. But what I do want is
- 7:58Speaker 2: the love and the community and the ability to share,
- 8:00Speaker 2: you know, the things that my parents would passed down
- 8:03Speaker 2: and grandparents and family and friends to me to pass
- 8:07Speaker 2: down to some you know, to somebody smaller.
- 8:09Speaker 3: But uh, yeah, you know, the fear of it.
- 8:12Speaker 2: I don't think that like, oh my gosh, if Jessica
- 8:15Speaker 2: told me tomorrow, hey, I'm pregnant, like I want to
- 8:17Speaker 2: be like life falling apart, Oh my goodness, freak out.
- 8:21Speaker 3: I'd be like, Okay, let's let's do this thing.
- 8:24Speaker 4: Yeah, it's like, Okay, so it's happening, So.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Like, what do we doing now?
- 8:27Speaker 4: We want this on a macro level.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't really know what it means. We're gonna
- 8:32Speaker 2: figure this out as we go. Okay, So what are
- 8:35Speaker 2: you most grateful for?
- 8:36Speaker 3: Then?
- 8:37Speaker 2: And let's you know, I know it's easy to say
- 8:39Speaker 2: Dawson here and those things, but let's take Dawson out
- 8:42Speaker 2: of it. What what things in life are you personally
- 8:45Speaker 2: most grateful for outside of maybe Dawson.
- 8:49Speaker 4: Well, I mean obviously Jared, and I think it's just
- 8:52Speaker 4: a continuation of just the fact that, like knock on wood,
- 8:58Speaker 4: but it's like my family is happy, healthy and safe.
- 9:01Speaker 4: We're all so close and like we just and like
- 9:06Speaker 4: it's just it's been like that for quite some time,
- 9:11Speaker 4: and I'm just like incredibly grateful for every single day
- 9:14Speaker 4: that it stays like that. And then you know, just
- 9:19Speaker 4: the whole this whole career that has been yeah, gifted
- 9:23Speaker 4: to me by an appearance on The Bachelor franchise almost
- 9:26Speaker 4: a decade ago, and how I'm still able to like
- 9:30Speaker 4: sustain myself my family with it.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Yeah, and we get to talk about a show that
- 9:34Speaker 2: both met you know, so much to us. Yeah, weekly
- 9:38Speaker 2: and actually feel like it matters because a lot of
- 9:40Speaker 2: people listen. A lot of people listen. Those are great things.
- 9:44Speaker 2: I think it is, uh, you know, my for me
- 9:47Speaker 2: and during this time of life. This year, my devotional
- 9:51Speaker 2: I read a devotional.
- 9:52Speaker 3: Uh.
- 9:53Speaker 2: It's by the Center of Action and Contemplation. It's a
- 9:56Speaker 2: Christian based contemplative school in New Mexico's founded by Richard Rohrer,
- 10:02Speaker 2: who's a Franciscan. So it's really fun for me because
- 10:06Speaker 2: it's not the you know, I don't attend to Franciscan Church.
- 10:09Speaker 2: I don't practice you know, the Franciscan Siscan Church. So
- 10:13Speaker 2: it you know, it is a it would be more
- 10:16Speaker 2: I guess if you're looking at like the balance here,
- 10:19Speaker 2: it'd be more of like a Catholic type church than
- 10:22Speaker 2: it would maybe be an evangelical, nominational kind of you know,
- 10:27Speaker 2: more church that we've seen in the last twenty years.
- 10:29Speaker 2: And so it's just more like contemplative really leans back
- 10:34Speaker 2: in the history. And so this year one of the
- 10:36Speaker 2: things that they did as Richard ror got older and
- 10:38Speaker 2: they started to make a switch, was they started to
- 10:41Speaker 2: teach in the devotionals about like small moment gratefulness, and
- 10:47Speaker 2: so I have been very attuned or I guess like
- 10:50Speaker 2: very aware of the things that like I look at
- 10:52Speaker 2: in the course of my day and find pleasure in,
- 10:56Speaker 2: or find satisfaction, or find gratefulness beauty in. And so
- 11:01Speaker 2: it could be small moments wrestling with my dog too.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Even yesterday, there was a pine cone laying like a
- 11:08Speaker 2: small little pine cone laying on the ground. I picked
- 11:10Speaker 2: it up, and I was looking at all the intricacies
- 11:11Speaker 2: of this pine cone and just saying, this is a
- 11:13Speaker 2: really cool piece of the earth that I get to
- 11:16Speaker 2: live in it. I get to enjoy this little piece
- 11:18Speaker 2: like it's that thing. So for me, it's been finding
- 11:20Speaker 2: gratefulness and smaller things, which I think also parallels with
- 11:25Speaker 2: why maybe I'm feeling more content, because it's not just
- 11:28Speaker 2: gratefulness that oh my gosh, I just got a crazy
- 11:31Speaker 2: offer to post for this brand that I love and
- 11:34Speaker 2: I'm going to make so much money, which maybe four
- 11:36Speaker 2: years ago would have been something that I would have said.
- 11:40Speaker 2: It's the gratefulness for the small little moments in my life,
- 11:43Speaker 2: the things that maybe other people don't wouldn't celebrate. I
- 11:45Speaker 2: couldn't call somebody be like I just saw the coolest
- 11:47Speaker 2: pine cone today.
- 11:49Speaker 4: I'm pleaded. Do Yeah, that's so cool. No, I'm glad.
- 11:52Speaker 4: That's awesome.
- 11:53Speaker 3: Yeah, so that's kind of my path.
- 11:56Speaker 2: I feel like I'm just on a place where something
- 11:59Speaker 2: inside of me is preparing myself for really exciting, a
- 12:02Speaker 2: really fun journey ahead that will involve maybe less glitz
- 12:08Speaker 2: and glamour and attention as the previous almost ten years.
- 12:13Speaker 2: And that's exciting for me. I think it's preparing me
- 12:15Speaker 2: to enter into a cool stage of life.
- 12:17Speaker 4: Oh, Ben, that's so awesome. I'm really glad to hear that.
- 12:30Speaker 2: So at the end of this podcast, we are going
- 12:33Speaker 2: to update everybody on kind of what we did in
- 12:36Speaker 2: the holidays. It's gonna be very quick, it's gonna be
- 12:38Speaker 2: very short. We're going to talk about what we did
- 12:39Speaker 2: in the holidays, things that stood out to us. I
- 12:41Speaker 2: have a special thing I want to talk about that
- 12:44Speaker 2: my brother in law did that's going to blow everybody's mind.
- 12:47Speaker 3: I mean it blew our mind.
- 12:49Speaker 2: I felt so fancy talking about being content. Yeah, this
- 12:54Speaker 2: celebration at the holidays. He made sure all of us
- 12:57Speaker 2: were not feeling content as much as very fancy.
- 13:00Speaker 3: And so we're gonna talk about that.
- 13:02Speaker 2: We're gonna get an update from Ashley, but before we
- 13:04Speaker 2: do all that, we do have headlines to jump into.
- 13:06Speaker 2: A Bachelor Nation was active during the last couple of weeks,
- 13:11Speaker 2: and so let's start with this one. Tanner and Olivia
- 13:14Speaker 2: from Bachelor in Paradise dating speculation. We just had Tanner on.
- 13:18Speaker 2: He didn't say anything about this.
- 13:19Speaker 4: He said that he loved her. He's definitely made it
- 13:23Speaker 4: seem like Olivia is one of his favorite people on
- 13:25Speaker 4: the beach, but didn't make it seem like there was
- 13:27Speaker 4: anything romantic about it. And this could be our friend
- 13:30Speaker 4: Zachary reality just kind of creating a little rumor here.
- 13:35Speaker 4: He took a picture and posted it as a TikTok
- 13:38Speaker 4: of the two of them. It was just two pictures
- 13:41Speaker 4: of the two of them melded together. Basically, it just
- 13:46Speaker 4: seems snugly but at the same and it is. It's
- 13:49Speaker 4: one of those like weird borderline things, like it could
- 13:52Speaker 4: definitely be friendship and it could definitely be like them together, but.
- 13:56Speaker 3: Like we'd be happy about it, right sure.
- 13:59Speaker 4: And there's one where Tanner's picking up Olivia and like
- 14:02Speaker 4: carrying her like a baby. It's just it just it's
- 14:06Speaker 4: not happening. It's my thought.
- 14:09Speaker 2: I here's here's my only comment personally on this. They're
- 14:14Speaker 2: both very attractive people. They both obviously are very single.
- 14:20Speaker 2: I don't fully like I didn't have a traditional dating
- 14:23Speaker 2: life really because I went on the show so young
- 14:27Speaker 2: and kind of came off of it and was more
- 14:28Speaker 2: like secretive and protective about the dates and the people
- 14:32Speaker 2: I was going, you know, interested in or pursuing. But
- 14:37Speaker 2: I would just imagine that if I'm an attractive person
- 14:41Speaker 2: and the other person is attractive and I'm single and
- 14:44Speaker 2: we're friends, like, yeah, I would just think that like
- 14:48Speaker 2: something would be sparked. They're like, I don't know that
- 14:50Speaker 2: many people in my life at thirty four years old
- 14:53Speaker 2: that have like guys at least that have like really
- 14:57Speaker 2: tight just girlfriends.
- 14:59Speaker 4: I well, okay, so I really.
- 15:02Speaker 2: Maybe vachelination is different or maybe I'm ready tell me
- 15:04Speaker 2: if I'm wrong, or if you don't.
- 15:05Speaker 4: I used to make Jaredy pictures like this with me
- 15:08Speaker 4: when we were very complicated, obviously.
- 15:11Speaker 3: But you guys also were in love. You're proving my point.
- 15:14Speaker 3: You end up you ended.
- 15:15Speaker 4: Up like having a child, And then Susie and Justin
- 15:20Speaker 4: are doing the same thing, and I definitely think there's
- 15:23Speaker 4: feelings on one side there. Yes, we did a grilling
- 15:26Speaker 4: podcast with them. Guys, if you do it yet, definitely
- 15:29Speaker 4: go back. I I try to get every answer I can.
- 15:32Speaker 4: It's like a whole twenty minutes about their relationship and
- 15:35Speaker 4: they're so amazingly honest about it. They even say that
- 15:39Speaker 4: if one of them were to get a significant other,
- 15:42Speaker 4: they couldn't have the relationship that they have today. So
- 15:45Speaker 4: you know, maybe you're right, and maybe maybe I did
- 15:46Speaker 4: disprove your point.
- 15:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I think you did well. Okay, And zachar Reality
- 15:52Speaker 2: does take his job very seriously, and.
- 15:54Speaker 4: So yeah, he's not just gonna maybe throw anything up
- 15:57Speaker 4: there without some sort of rumor that he's here in
- 16:00Speaker 4: the background.
- 16:00Speaker 2: And he's up for Zach Reality a special shout out
- 16:03Speaker 2: to our friend is up for an award, a social
- 16:05Speaker 2: media award this year in Los Angeles for top social
- 16:10Speaker 2: media I think it's a journalist or host of the Year.
- 16:13Speaker 2: It's a big deal and so congratulations to him. That's exciting.
- 16:17Speaker 2: Hope he wins. We like him.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Next headline is this somebody that.
- 16:21Speaker 2: We believed was going to go farther on The Bachelor
- 16:25Speaker 2: than they did Marlena Wesh she was the Olympian a
- 16:30Speaker 2: few years back.
- 16:31Speaker 4: Well on Clayton season.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Yeah, on Clayton season. And she just announced an engagement
- 16:36Speaker 2: and her quote is a million times.
- 16:38Speaker 4: Yes, she went public with her boyfriend. His name is
- 16:44Speaker 4: get this Italian name and I think he's from Italy.
- 16:47Speaker 4: Well they met on Bumble in Florida, so maybe he's
- 16:51Speaker 4: got Italian roots. Listen to the name Tomaso Matali. So nice,
- 16:56Speaker 4: what a nice, nice name. So she is in They
- 17:00Speaker 4: hard launched in May and now they posted an engagement video.
- 17:07Speaker 4: Cute little shot next to a Christmas tree, a picture
- 17:10Speaker 4: of with other loved ones in Italy. I think that's
- 17:13Speaker 4: where the engagement went down. And of course we have
- 17:17Speaker 4: Bachelor Nation wishing them all the congratulations.
- 17:20Speaker 3: It's a big deal.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Congratulations of both of them, Bachelor and Paradise is Kylie
- 17:24Speaker 2: Russell been in the headlines a lot recently. Sends message
- 17:27Speaker 2: to supporters after Avon Jones split.
- 17:31Speaker 4: She said on December twentieth on her Instagram story, feeling
- 17:35Speaker 4: extra thankful this past week, having spent it with my family.
- 17:39Speaker 4: I want to thank each of you for your kind words,
- 17:42Speaker 4: the overwhelming love and thoughtfulness means the world to me,
- 17:45Speaker 4: and of course we know what Kylie is going through.
- 17:48Speaker 4: Avan has admitted to basically infidelity since in between the
- 17:55Speaker 4: filming of Paradise and the announcement of them being together,
- 17:58Speaker 4: which only lasted twenty four hours in December.
- 18:02Speaker 3: It's you know in the headlines this week.
- 18:05Speaker 2: There's also been some opinions stated about if she should
- 18:10Speaker 2: have publicly came out and said the things she did
- 18:12Speaker 2: about Avan or not.
- 18:14Speaker 4: Really were you even seeing this?
- 18:16Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 18:17Speaker 2: I just prefering for this googling Kylie Russell. There are
- 18:22Speaker 2: some thoughts on that. I personally feel like this was
- 18:27Speaker 2: a very messy situation and she probably felt like she
- 18:30Speaker 2: had to so that questions weren't going to be continued
- 18:33Speaker 2: to be asked if they were together or not, or
- 18:35Speaker 2: why they broke up.
- 18:36Speaker 4: So I think it's fine if a guy cheats on
- 18:39Speaker 4: you and you guys had a public relationship on TV.
- 18:42Speaker 4: I think you're allowed to say it.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Yeah, you can say, hey, this was not good. This
- 18:48Speaker 2: did not work out like I thought it would. You know,
- 18:51Speaker 2: we had Jess on oh two weeks ago. She was
- 18:56Speaker 2: talking about I think she had mentioned that Kylie was
- 18:59Speaker 2: one of those considering moving to San Diego.
- 19:01Speaker 4: Right, Well, wasn't she living She was living in San
- 19:05Speaker 4: Diego with Aidan.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Okay, so she'll stay and then these girls will kind
- 19:08Speaker 2: of go and build up more of a bachelor following
- 19:13Speaker 2: in San Diego.
- 19:14Speaker 3: Is that what's happening?
- 19:15Speaker 4: I guess so?
- 19:16Speaker 3: Okay?
- 19:17Speaker 2: Well, speaking of San Diego, Hannah Godwin reveals why she's
- 19:21Speaker 2: been mia and details her emotional struggle with insomnia.
- 19:27Speaker 4: Hannah and Dylan live outside San Diego, and she has
- 19:31Speaker 4: been saying recently, like, oh my gosh, this is awful.
- 19:35Speaker 4: She has been a little bit quiet on her socials.
- 19:38Speaker 4: She just said that, like she's just exhausted and just
- 19:42Speaker 4: emotionally spent because she has been going through this insomnia
- 19:47Speaker 4: about which is awful. Sixteen minute vlog entry that she
- 19:51Speaker 4: posted on her YouTube, she said, I've been really, really,
- 19:54Speaker 4: really struggling with insomnia. I used to not want to
- 19:57Speaker 4: call it that because I would just say that I
- 19:58Speaker 4: had sleep issues sometimes, but lately it's been full blown insomnia.
- 20:02Speaker 4: I went to bed at like this five point thirty
- 20:05Speaker 4: or six thirty this morning, and now it's eleven am.
- 20:08Speaker 4: So I slept for maybe three or four hours, which
- 20:11Speaker 4: is more than I've been getting, she says. In the
- 20:13Speaker 4: past three weeks, I think I've had two nights of rest.
- 20:17Speaker 4: I like, can't freaking fall asleep, and it's so frustrating
- 20:20Speaker 4: and it holds me back, and I'm crying and I'm
- 20:22Speaker 4: just tired, and I think that it just holds me
- 20:26Speaker 4: back from everything. She says. She's tried everything, magnesium, melotonin,
- 20:31Speaker 4: hot bath at night, cold bath at night, no screen time, insomnia, exercises,
- 20:35Speaker 4: looking directly in the sun in the morning, you first,
- 20:36Speaker 4: arcadian walk, regulating not taking naps during the day, no keffeine,
- 20:41Speaker 4: no alcohol edibles, breath work, yoga, exercising every day, and
- 20:45Speaker 4: other things. You name it, I've tried it, she said.
- 20:48Speaker 4: But I just lay down in bed. And for example,
- 20:50Speaker 4: the other day, I went to bed at seven am
- 20:52Speaker 4: and I woke up at nine am, and I've just
- 20:54Speaker 4: been running on two hours of sleep. It's really frustrating.
- 20:56Speaker 4: It's not good for you. Went to my primary care doctor.
- 21:00Speaker 4: I prescribed some sleeping medication, which she doesn't like to take,
- 21:02Speaker 4: she said, because it's, you know, habit forming. She's also
- 21:06Speaker 4: gone to a natural pathoic doctor. A lot there's a
- 21:09Speaker 4: lot here, obviously, but I can't. I know, I can't imagine.
- 21:14Speaker 4: That's just awful, awful, Ben, Do you know any anything
- 21:17Speaker 4: about insomnia, because I'm just wondering, like, if she's going
- 21:21Speaker 4: to bed at five thirty seven am. I've been thinking that.
- 21:25Speaker 4: I'd be thinking that if she can, especially during these
- 21:27Speaker 4: like slow months of December, sleeping and really late. But
- 21:30Speaker 4: it's it also like hinder your amount of sleep.
- 21:33Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, what was it?
- 21:35Speaker 2: It was three months ago I went a whole month
- 21:37Speaker 2: without sleeping. What well, I was sleeping like two hours
- 21:42Speaker 2: a night. And mine was based around like just weird anxiety,
- 21:47Speaker 2: internal anxiety. It was right after my truck had gotten stolen.
- 21:52Speaker 2: We had already committed to getting new windows in our house,
- 21:56Speaker 2: painting our house. We had just gotten back from an
- 21:59Speaker 2: Italy that was an amazing trip but a big, you know,
- 22:02Speaker 2: a big undertaking for Jess and I. So like it
- 22:05Speaker 2: was a lot of like financial stress, which seems to
- 22:07Speaker 2: be where I get my stress on just like how
- 22:09Speaker 2: are we going to make this thing work? And so
- 22:13Speaker 2: this like stress kind of like came out in other ways.
- 22:17Speaker 2: I don't know a lot scientifically about it. What I
- 22:20Speaker 2: did was I it's weird for me, like there's only
- 22:25Speaker 2: there's one thing in the world, and you know this
- 22:26Speaker 2: that relaxes me the most is rbon No. I stopped
- 22:31Speaker 2: drinking because I thought that was like causing it.
- 22:35Speaker 3: It was.
- 22:36Speaker 2: It's like getting massage, like deep massage and getting different
- 22:40Speaker 2: massage techniques like actually like sleep focused massages, and I
- 22:43Speaker 2: would at least get tired or relaxed, and I would
- 22:46Speaker 2: try to do it. There's a place here in Denver
- 22:48Speaker 2: I could do it, or like kind of right before
- 22:49Speaker 2: I'd go home and get like chilled out for the day.
- 22:53Speaker 4: Yeah, it's weird. I don't tell me an expensive habit.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Yeah, well think about what she just mentioned, all the
- 22:58Speaker 2: things she's trying.
- 23:00Speaker 4: How did you like, so you get a massage like
- 23:02Speaker 4: how many times a week?
- 23:03Speaker 2: No, I don't do anymore. I started to get back
- 23:05Speaker 2: and got back into rhythm. And honestly, for me, it
- 23:08Speaker 2: was therapy too. It's speaking about like sharing openly, like
- 23:12Speaker 2: speaking through my concerns and just like getting them out
- 23:15Speaker 2: there into the world and also getting better at sharing
- 23:18Speaker 2: them with Jessica so that she's on the same page.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Like there was a moment I was like, I don't
- 23:22Speaker 2: want to tell her that we need to do this
- 23:24Speaker 2: and this and this because I don't want to freak
- 23:26Speaker 2: her out. And then when I did, it was like, okay,
- 23:28Speaker 2: we can We're a team, we can do this thing together.
- 23:32Speaker 2: But I don't know like the science behind it necessarily
- 23:36Speaker 2: it has to mean it's really it's very hard, and
- 23:38Speaker 2: you start to go, you know, you start to feel
- 23:42Speaker 2: crazy because you can't keep your thoughts together. Everything's making
- 23:45Speaker 2: your irritable anxious. Your body doesn't look good, you know,
- 23:49Speaker 2: you just because you're not working out because you're so tired.
- 23:51Speaker 3: It's weird.
- 23:53Speaker 4: Well, I hope that Hannah figures something out soon, and
- 23:56Speaker 4: she says she's so thankful for everybody who is sending
- 24:00Speaker 4: her messages in just support, solidarity and those giving advice
- 24:05Speaker 4: as well.
- 24:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:07Speaker 2: I would be cautious about the ambient though, because that
- 24:10Speaker 2: is well, yeah, it is habit for me. And then
- 24:13Speaker 2: you start taking that thing and getting on a flight.
- 24:15Speaker 2: People do weird stuff, you all those crazy stories, right,
- 24:19Speaker 2: all those viral the weird stuff on fights. All right,
- 24:32Speaker 2: totally transitioning here and no good way to do it.
- 24:35Speaker 2: But Katie Thurston discusses worst day of her life breakups
- 24:41Speaker 2: New Bachelor Nation Connections and more.
- 24:44Speaker 4: So all this is very vague. Katie's great at teasing, though.
- 24:50Speaker 4: Katie is great at putting like a little something out
- 24:52Speaker 4: there to get your attention and then not really fully
- 24:56Speaker 4: giving you the story. So she said that this past
- 24:59Speaker 4: month she experienced the worst day of her life, yet
- 25:02Speaker 4: somehow she managed to experience her twenty twenty three high
- 25:06Speaker 4: the following month. Life throws things at you, but stay
- 25:10Speaker 4: strong through it all because some of your best moments
- 25:12Speaker 4: are yet to come, she said from for my high,
- 25:16Speaker 4: I'm enjoying it privately for now, and for my low,
- 25:20Speaker 4: I'll tell you when I'm ready. In the meantime, I'm
- 25:23Speaker 4: in therapy, start taking Lexapro, and I'm focused on finding
- 25:27Speaker 4: my piece. She also said that she will be talking
- 25:30Speaker 4: to therapy Jeff on his podcast about her f Boy
- 25:35Speaker 4: Island breakup. She said that there's not much to share
- 25:38Speaker 4: there though Reality TV dating offers its own unique obstacles
- 25:43Speaker 4: and sometimes some things just don't work out.
- 25:46Speaker 3: That's fair.
- 25:46Speaker 2: Katie Thurston continues to keep the headlines because she's been
- 25:49Speaker 2: on our screen again. That's the past episode we just
- 25:52Speaker 2: did catching.
- 25:53Speaker 3: Up with her.
- 25:54Speaker 2: That one is a little more vague of an interview
- 25:56Speaker 2: because she wouldn't tell us why she was on the
- 25:58Speaker 2: beach in Paradise.
- 25:59Speaker 3: But now obviously we.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Know, well, you know, we have seen the commercial final
- 26:05Speaker 2: headline of the day for the Teresa and Gary wedding.
- 26:10Speaker 2: They're anxiously looking forward to this. But Life and Style
- 26:14Speaker 2: Ashlely is reporting that some of her friends are warning
- 26:18Speaker 2: her to not go through with it. I'm curious about
- 26:22Speaker 2: this headline.
- 26:24Speaker 4: Okay, well it's Life and Style, all right. I saw
- 26:26Speaker 4: this on my Instagram feed and I was like, oh,
- 26:29Speaker 4: Life and Style, Well they are you know, I trust
- 26:34Speaker 4: us weekly, I trust people magazine Life and Style, you know,
- 26:38Speaker 4: I don't know there's sources as much. But and they
- 26:41Speaker 4: love to like take something and run with it. Sure,
- 26:44Speaker 4: just looking at like even like the articles that they've
- 26:46Speaker 4: written about you and I. Sometimes it's like they'll take
- 26:49Speaker 4: a quote and they'll make it sound really salacious. It's
- 26:52Speaker 4: like in context it's actually nothing. But let's let's go
- 26:55Speaker 4: through this anyway for the sport and for the sake
- 26:57Speaker 4: of the fact that we basically have a bachelor gossip podcast.
- 27:01Speaker 4: So in a new report, people that are close to
- 27:04Speaker 4: Teresa are warning the Golden Bachelor finalists to think twice
- 27:08Speaker 4: about marry and Gary Turner the Life and Style article.
- 27:13Speaker 4: The report is based on a source that says that
- 27:16Speaker 4: Teresa is shocked by some of the last minute revelations
- 27:19Speaker 4: that were you know, churned up about Gary that last
- 27:24Speaker 4: week of it airing, you know, the Hollywood Reporter article,
- 27:29Speaker 4: and friends are now urging her to get a prenuptial
- 27:31Speaker 4: agreement if she goes ahead with the marriage. Says that
- 27:36Speaker 4: he was very much rattled by the revelations from the
- 27:41Speaker 4: former girlfriend who talked to the Hollywood Reporter, and according
- 27:45Speaker 4: to Life and Style, Teresa was shocked because Gary was
- 27:51Speaker 4: caught lying and telling and people are telling Teresa now
- 27:55Speaker 4: to think twice. Gary's having to explain himself, and Teresa
- 27:59Speaker 4: is questioning everything he's ever said. The source told Life
- 28:03Speaker 4: and Style, Teresa's friends are stressing the importance of having
- 28:07Speaker 4: a prenup and you know, I don't know much about
- 28:11Speaker 4: this me personally.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Now.
- 28:13Speaker 4: I don't know much about the financial situation between the
- 28:15Speaker 4: two of them, but it is a little different than
- 28:17Speaker 4: when you're starting your lives out together in your twenties
- 28:19Speaker 4: and thirties and getting married at that age. You know,
- 28:24Speaker 4: both of these people have made money for many more
- 28:29Speaker 4: years than people in their twenties and thirties getting married.
- 28:32Speaker 4: So I don't think, I don't I know, I know
- 28:36Speaker 4: nothing about their break accounts and their savings, but I
- 28:38Speaker 4: don't love if that a prenup is the worst idea,
- 28:41Speaker 4: especially that they're getting married after five months of knowing
- 28:44Speaker 4: each other.
- 28:45Speaker 2: Do you feel like prenups? You know, obviously the marriage
- 28:48Speaker 2: rates have gone down over the years. Do you feel
- 28:50Speaker 2: like prenups are going to get more popular or less
- 28:54Speaker 2: kind of taboo as we move forward.
- 28:59Speaker 4: Well, let's clarify the marriage rate, like the divorce rate
- 29:02Speaker 4: is actually not that bad, and I do believe it's
- 29:05Speaker 4: quite good amongst millennials, which yes, I know we're still
- 29:08Speaker 4: quite young. But it's if you are over twenty five
- 29:13Speaker 4: and you get married, your college educated, yours chance of
- 29:18Speaker 4: your marriage surviving is far beyond the fifty percent that
- 29:22Speaker 4: people love to throw around. Yeah, far beyond it.
- 29:25Speaker 2: And a lot of people in our generation have our
- 29:27Speaker 2: children of divorce. And so I'm assuming kind of like,
- 29:31Speaker 2: you know, just like every generation, you say, Hey, I
- 29:33Speaker 2: don't want that, you know, So I'm not either going
- 29:36Speaker 2: to get married or I'm going to really make sure
- 29:38Speaker 2: this is the right person for me.
- 29:41Speaker 4: So you think that the thing that the amount of
- 29:43Speaker 4: prenups are going up, I.
- 29:45Speaker 3: Have no idea.
- 29:46Speaker 2: I was just guessing that it maybe wouldn't be. It
- 29:49Speaker 2: wouldn't be you know, you don't hear about it a
- 29:51Speaker 2: ton right now, but it just wouldn't be a weird
- 29:53Speaker 2: conversation now for people to be like, yeah, let's get
- 29:56Speaker 2: a prenup.
- 29:56Speaker 4: Just you know, I think it's not a weird thing
- 30:00Speaker 4: if you have your own money, if you're both coming
- 30:02Speaker 4: from a place of being in your seventies and having
- 30:05Speaker 4: a massed your own money, especially since we know Teresa
- 30:09Speaker 4: is really into her job. Her job is in finance.
- 30:12Speaker 4: Don't know how much he's making, but who knows, uhy
- 30:17Speaker 4: who knows? The whole topic is obviously one that is touchy,
- 30:22Speaker 4: and I.
- 30:23Speaker 3: Just don't think Ashley.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Here's why I don't think it's as big a deal
- 30:27Speaker 2: as people are making it, because I know, I mean,
- 30:30Speaker 2: Teresa is a confident, intelligent woman who's made her personal
- 30:38Speaker 2: choices here, right, So she's making her personal choices and
- 30:44Speaker 2: we are seeing the commercial for their wedding. If this
- 30:48Speaker 2: was as big of an issue as people are making it,
- 30:51Speaker 2: I believe Teresa and her family would be pulling the
- 30:55Speaker 2: brakes on this a little bit and we'd see it publicly.
- 30:57Speaker 4: You think so, yes, But like the wedding was announced
- 31:01Speaker 4: basically the same week that the Hollywood Reporter article came out,
- 31:06Speaker 4: So what an awkward time to put breaks on it.
- 31:10Speaker 2: I feel like awkwardness would be that's okay considering you're
- 31:15Speaker 2: making a commitment to somebody. I think they're doing fine,
- 31:19Speaker 2: and I will believe that until we hear differently from
- 31:22Speaker 2: the two of them or we don't see them go
- 31:26Speaker 2: through with the wedding. I think they're doing just fine,
- 31:29Speaker 2: and I think the public is making, you know, statements,
- 31:33Speaker 2: And this is tough, Ashley. It's really hard because we've
- 31:36Speaker 2: talked about it many times with couples coming off the show.
- 31:39Speaker 2: This is one of those behind the scenes things that
- 31:42Speaker 2: we won't probably see a lot of, but is making
- 31:45Speaker 2: their relationship harder because it is a question they probably
- 31:47Speaker 2: get asked every time they do an interview. It is
- 31:50Speaker 2: probably something that you know, they have to read about,
- 31:53Speaker 2: see their names pop up, their families are not reading
- 31:55Speaker 2: about it. It does add some kind of like heaviness
- 31:59Speaker 2: to what could be a really exciting time, and so
- 32:03Speaker 2: I hope if it isn't a big deal for them
- 32:05Speaker 2: and they have communicated it and they are at a
- 32:07Speaker 2: place of understanding and they're both very excited for the
- 32:10Speaker 2: idea of marriage and getting married, then we stop perpetuating
- 32:16Speaker 2: something that isn't really a thing because it just hurts people,
- 32:20Speaker 2: and we start celebrating the love that is finally, you know,
- 32:24Speaker 2: coming from the golden Backchy we waived on for so
- 32:26Speaker 2: many years.
- 32:27Speaker 4: Well you know what. They were on Kelly and Mark
- 32:29Speaker 4: this week, and they did do a mock wedding ceremony,
- 32:32Speaker 4: but they also revealed something they are not necessarily sold
- 32:38Speaker 4: on moving to Charleston together. Like they announced on after
- 32:41Speaker 4: the Final Rows, they are possibly considering New Jersey her
- 32:45Speaker 4: home state, because he actually is really enjoying New Jersey
- 32:48Speaker 4: as New Jersey is the most underrated state.
- 32:51Speaker 3: Goodness, Gracis, I've never heard anybody say that, but I'm.
- 32:54Speaker 4: Glad lots of people they'll tell you that Jersey is
- 32:57Speaker 4: a bad.
- 32:57Speaker 2: Rap all from New Jersey, Ashley. To close out the show,
- 33:04Speaker 2: I did want to get your update on kind of
- 33:05Speaker 2: how your holidays were. It looks like you're back home
- 33:09Speaker 2: in Newport right now. Anything crazy special that happened.
- 33:16Speaker 4: Nothing crazy, nothing crazy special, but everything was special. We
- 33:22Speaker 4: had a really nice couple days, three separate sequential family
- 33:28Speaker 4: get together which was really nice. His Jared's cousins on
- 33:31Speaker 4: Christmas Eve and then his sister's on Christmas Morning, and
- 33:36Speaker 4: it was really fun to see the kids play. So
- 33:38Speaker 4: my niece is three months older than Dawson and they
- 33:42Speaker 4: were like opening presents together and dancing to Justin Bieber's Baby,
- 33:47Speaker 4: which is Dawson's new favorite song, and it's just like
- 33:49Speaker 4: really really adorable. And then we went to his parents
- 33:52Speaker 4: for Christmas dinner. It was just and my sister was
- 33:55Speaker 4: here and that was really nice, and it was so
- 33:58Speaker 4: sad and sweet because today when we dropped her off
- 34:01Speaker 4: at the airport, Ugh Dawson just like he first saw
- 34:05Speaker 4: where we were, and he goes on planes all the time,
- 34:07Speaker 4: and now he's like plane playing, play playing, so he's
- 34:11Speaker 4: either thinking that he thinks that he's going on a
- 34:13Speaker 4: plane and that normally means that he's gonna go see
- 34:16Speaker 4: Grandma and Grandpa and Auntie, and then he realized that
- 34:20Speaker 4: Auntie was leaving and he was not getting on a plane,
- 34:22Speaker 4: and he just started bawling. It was so sad. But
- 34:27Speaker 4: he's so cute with my sister because it's like everything
- 34:29Speaker 4: is like Mama, Dada, Auntie Auntie really really cute. And
- 34:34Speaker 4: then yeah, she's just she's the best aunt. Oh my gosh,
- 34:39Speaker 4: she's the best ant. So so for Christmas, for our
- 34:44Speaker 4: for Jared's side of the family, we basically we are conducting.
- 34:51Speaker 4: We have organized a family trip to Disney World, Jared
- 34:56Speaker 4: and his dad's favorite kind of vacation in the world,
- 35:00Speaker 4: in mid January. So it's been in the works for
- 35:03Speaker 4: a couple of months, but this was kind of like
- 35:05Speaker 4: our big like Okay, everybody like, let's start doing it.
- 35:10Speaker 4: So we're excited. We're gonna be taking a two year
- 35:13Speaker 4: old and an almost two year old to Disney World
- 35:15Speaker 4: along with Jared's like cousins and his aunt and uncles.
- 35:19Speaker 4: It's like a big it's Jared's dream because it's like
- 35:22Speaker 4: family vacation. It's so he's like he's taking a big
- 35:25Speaker 4: hay boone family vacation and we're going to Disney World.
- 35:29Speaker 4: And I'm sure it's gonna be crazy and chaotic, but
- 35:32Speaker 4: it'll be really fun. And even though they're too he
- 35:35Speaker 4: is so into Aladdin and she's very into Muana and
- 35:39Speaker 4: like they are, they're gonna in their eyes.
- 35:42Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, mid January in Orlando, Florida is the
- 35:47Speaker 2: time for the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Change.
- 35:50Speaker 4: You're gonna be there.
- 35:51Speaker 3: I'll be there.
- 35:52Speaker 4: Wait, we're gonna be there on fourteenth, like the nineteenth
- 35:55Speaker 4: or something like that.
- 35:56Speaker 3: There, I'll be there that whole week.
- 35:59Speaker 4: Oh my god.
- 36:00Speaker 2: So if you want to see some amateurs play golf
- 36:02Speaker 2: alongside some incredible professional athletes, stop on over. It'll be
- 36:07Speaker 2: a blast. It's always a lot of fun. It's a
- 36:09Speaker 2: big old party in celebration. But it sounds like you
- 36:11Speaker 2: guys will have your hands full. But yeah, well that's exciting.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Well I have to give a shout out actually to
- 36:18Speaker 2: my brother in law. Now, we did the holidays in Nashville, Tennessee.
- 36:22Speaker 2: I just got back my parents. My mother in law
- 36:25Speaker 2: and father in law were gracious enough to invite my
- 36:29Speaker 2: parents to come celebrate Christmas with us. It was Jade,
- 36:32Speaker 2: my nieces, as I've mentioned, first Christmas, so this was
- 36:35Speaker 2: a big Christmas for everybody.
- 36:38Speaker 3: It was awesome. We had a really great time.
- 36:40Speaker 2: It was really special and it is very special to have,
- 36:45Speaker 2: you know, my family and Jess's family together having so
- 36:49Speaker 2: much fun together. But I got to give a special
- 36:52Speaker 2: shout out to my brother in law. So he is
- 36:54Speaker 2: a chef. He's an incredible chef. He's brilliant.
- 36:59Speaker 4: That is a chef. Yeah, Jim is he professional chef
- 37:04Speaker 4: as his occupation he.
- 37:06Speaker 2: Has He's cooked at some of the best restaurants in
- 37:08Speaker 2: the US.
- 37:08Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I remember hearing all that's okay, yeah.
- 37:10Speaker 2: But it's not what he does for a career any longer.
- 37:13Speaker 2: But he still obviously is very skilled and he loves
- 37:15Speaker 2: to cook for the family. And so his gift to us, Ashley,
- 37:19Speaker 2: it was to buy caviar and black truffle, and he
- 37:24Speaker 2: made a caviar egg yolk pizza and a black truffle
- 37:30Speaker 2: mushroom pizza. Now these things were so fancy, like you
- 37:34Speaker 2: he's at a restaurant would be hundreds of dollars, and
- 37:36Speaker 2: he made them and they were incredible because he is incredible.
- 37:39Speaker 2: And then he had this tin of caviar and he's like,
- 37:42Speaker 2: I bought this tin of caviar not to save, but
- 37:45Speaker 2: to enjoy, and so it was amazing. We had the
- 37:48Speaker 2: bottles of wine and we were sitting around. We were
- 37:50Speaker 2: literally putting caviar on our pizza crust and eating our
- 37:54Speaker 2: like caviar with pizza crust and just like and then
- 37:58Speaker 2: potato chips like we He made sure we went all out.
- 38:01Speaker 2: It was like the fanciest, coolest dinner ever. And he
- 38:04Speaker 2: did it as our as the gift to say, hey,
- 38:07Speaker 2: let's just enjoy being together. Indulge, indulge, and not worry
- 38:12Speaker 2: about the fact that we're you know that this caviard
- 38:15Speaker 2: is very expensive, and it was awesome and we were
- 38:17Speaker 2: just so also thankful he crushed it.
- 38:21Speaker 3: It was it was special.
- 38:22Speaker 4: That's for sweet. What does caviard taste like? It's like,
- 38:27Speaker 4: does it enhance your potato chip?
- 38:29Speaker 3: Oh? Yeah, does it enhance.
- 38:31Speaker 2: Yeah, It's like a buttery, like very light sea flavor butter.
- 38:38Speaker 2: It's it's special.
- 38:39Speaker 4: So it's not super it's not super fishy.
- 38:42Speaker 2: No no, no, it's not super fishy like you could
- 38:45Speaker 2: you would love it. It's like it's like a very
- 38:47Speaker 2: good accent to anything. You put caviar on anything, it's
- 38:51Speaker 2: going to be good. But I have never really ever
- 38:53Speaker 2: eaten like that, And it just happened to be at Christmas.
- 38:56Speaker 2: Based on the cooking of my brother in law. So
- 39:00Speaker 2: I felt cool, My mom felt cool, my dad felt cool.
- 39:03Speaker 2: They had never had caviaar before, so we were just
- 39:06Speaker 2: all feeling cool, being cool together. It was awesome, feel
- 39:11Speaker 2: good holiday. I'm back now and we're getting ready to
