Transcript
- 0:09Speaker 1: Vis time.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Low. Welcome to the Naughty but Nic show'm your host
- 0:17Speaker 2: of Shooter and it's Tuesday, which means our dear friend
- 0:20Speaker 2: Delana Dixon is joining us. Hey, mister, are you there?
- 0:23Speaker 3: I am, and it's extremely early where I'm going in from.
- 0:29Speaker 3: I'm actually in Los Angeles.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Let's be honest with everybody. So normally, when we tape
- 0:36Speaker 2: a show from Los Angeles, which we do every week
- 0:38Speaker 2: with Donnie, I can't ask Donnie to get up at
- 0:41Speaker 2: five am to tape an eight am show. That's the
- 0:44Speaker 2: time we normally take between seven point thirty and eight
- 0:47Speaker 2: am because we want to get you all the new
- 0:48Speaker 2: dish of the day. So with Donnie, we pre tape
- 0:52Speaker 2: late at night and then it's scheduled to run in
- 0:55Speaker 2: the morning. And it's lovely because Donnie doesn't have to
- 0:56Speaker 2: get up early and actually I can have a little
- 0:58Speaker 2: bit of a sleep in. I really sure the Wednesdays
- 1:01Speaker 2: that Donnie's on. However, now that miss de has become
- 1:04Speaker 2: an international traveler writing cover stories and whizzing around the world,
- 1:10Speaker 2: you find yourself in La So I didn't text you,
- 1:12Speaker 2: and I was like, should we pre record this? And
- 1:15Speaker 2: you are a trooper? You said, I will be up.
- 1:18Speaker 1: I am up.
- 1:19Speaker 3: I mean, the nice thing about visiting la And when
- 1:22Speaker 3: you're a New Yorker is that you're still on East
- 1:24Speaker 3: Coast time. So it was actually up about an hour ago.
- 1:28Speaker 3: But listen, I couldn't miss the Nazis. I missed two weeks.
- 1:31Speaker 3: I was like, I am packing all my equipment and
- 1:35Speaker 3: I will be there for the Nazis.
- 1:38Speaker 1: They deserve it. So I am here.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Let's jump
- 1:43Speaker 2: into the show and give everybody what they want. What
- 1:45Speaker 2: time is it, my friends, It is tea time. Yesterday,
- 1:48Speaker 2: late in the day, Kate Middleton the Palace put out
- 1:50Speaker 2: a really powerful video. I've never seen anything like this
- 1:53Speaker 2: from the royal family. It was so intimate, it was
- 1:56Speaker 2: so personal, it was so behind the scenes. It's really
- 1:59Speaker 2: the opposite what this family normally does. They're normally a
- 2:02Speaker 2: little bit stand offish, they're normally a little bit well
- 2:06Speaker 2: self produced, to the point where they don't let you
- 2:09Speaker 2: in that much. This is like a three minute love story.
- 2:12Speaker 2: It's like a documentary. We'll have been going through it
- 2:15Speaker 2: with a fine tooth comb, and we have lots of
- 2:19Speaker 2: things that stand out. The most important one I think
- 2:22Speaker 2: is that Kate is in the driving seat, So in
- 2:24Speaker 2: the early shops of the video, Kate is literally driving
- 2:28Speaker 2: the car. It's a clear metaphormasty that she's taking control
- 2:32Speaker 2: of her life. Do you agree?
- 2:33Speaker 1: Absolutely? I mean the video was just amazing.
- 2:37Speaker 3: First of all, we all wanted to see Kate first
- 2:40Speaker 3: making this announcement that she is cancer free, her chemotherapy
- 2:44Speaker 3: is done, and then giving us three minutes of her
- 2:49Speaker 3: life is just incredible. I think it's what everybody needed
- 2:52Speaker 3: to see. I think it was just so beautifully done.
- 2:56Speaker 1: And if I might be dare I be.
- 2:58Speaker 3: A little bold to say they may have learned from
- 3:01Speaker 3: some family members that love to put their lives out there,
- 3:06Speaker 3: and I know they want to connect with people on
- 3:09Speaker 3: a more personal level, and what better way to do it.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Absolutely, you're so smart, Misty a source of mindset this morning, Harry,
- 3:16Speaker 2: and they can have changed the family forever, for better
- 3:19Speaker 2: or worse. They have definitely changed his family. And after
- 3:21Speaker 2: what three hours on Oprah being that intimate, they changed
- 3:25Speaker 2: the rules and now the rest of the family has
- 3:28Speaker 2: to respond. They don't have to do tennel books and
- 3:30Speaker 2: they don't have to do interviews with Oprah. But no
- 3:32Speaker 2: longer putting out a fifty word statement. It's not going
- 3:35Speaker 2: to cut it anymore. Now we want more from these royals,
- 3:38Speaker 2: and I think Kate William her family has certainly met
- 3:41Speaker 2: the challenge. In this video I thought was interesting too,
- 3:44Speaker 2: missd Is. There's a lot of trees in the video.
- 3:46Speaker 2: We see Kate standing at the base of a tree,
- 3:49Speaker 2: and my insiders are saying this symbolizes growth and wisdom.
- 3:53Speaker 2: We should remember as well though, the last time Kate
- 3:55Speaker 2: gave us a personal video, it was back in June,
- 3:59Speaker 2: and where was she standing in front of a tree?
- 4:02Speaker 2: So clearly trees mean a big deal for Kate. I
- 4:04Speaker 2: think too, the metaphor was she's stepping out of the woods.
- 4:08Speaker 2: She's been in the woods for a long time and
- 4:11Speaker 2: now she's stepping out. Another little detail I loved, mister,
- 4:14Speaker 2: and I've been really looking at this carefully, so you
- 4:16Speaker 2: don't have to. You could just sit back and enjoy it.
- 4:18Speaker 2: If you notice there are several close ups now in
- 4:21Speaker 2: they close up that's on purpose, that's not by accident.
- 4:24Speaker 2: That means they really want you to see this. They
- 4:26Speaker 2: do close up several close ups of an eternity band
- 4:29Speaker 2: on her ring finger, replacing her iconic sapphire engagement ring
- 4:34Speaker 2: that used to belong to Princess Diana. I thought that
- 4:38Speaker 2: was really really interesting releasing a butterfly. At the end
- 4:41Speaker 2: of the video, Kate rather dramatically releases this beautiful butterfly.
- 4:46Speaker 2: It's a classic symbol of hope and transformation. Mister, did
- 4:50Speaker 2: you notice she's wearing a new pendant too around her neck.
- 4:54Speaker 2: So she had this fabulous new necklace on and it
- 4:57Speaker 2: had the initials see G L. That's her children's name,
- 5:04Speaker 2: so Charlotte, Prince George, Prince Louis. I thought that was
- 5:09Speaker 2: such an amazing touch, and this is showing everybody the
- 5:12Speaker 2: importance of her role as a mother as well as
- 5:16Speaker 2: a princess. I thought it was really interesting, Misty that
- 5:19Speaker 2: we got to see the Middletons, so it was quite brief,
- 5:23Speaker 2: but Kate's mom and dad were in the video. This
- 5:27Speaker 2: is showing that not only is she being supported by
- 5:31Speaker 2: the Windsors, but also to the Middletons, her family are
- 5:35Speaker 2: involved in this. I think if you marry into a
- 5:37Speaker 2: very powerful family, maybe this has happened to you. That
- 5:41Speaker 2: family sometimes gets all the attention and your family, how
- 5:45Speaker 2: can it possibly compete with the king, with a queen,
- 5:47Speaker 2: with trs with booking a palace. The Middletons have been
- 5:51Speaker 2: there for Kate since day one. When Kate got sick,
- 5:55Speaker 2: her mom moved in. William has a great relationship with Carol,
- 5:59Speaker 2: his mother in law. Overall mystery. I give this video
- 6:03Speaker 2: an a plus. What about you?
- 6:05Speaker 3: I mean, absolutely again, we have to realize, even though
- 6:09Speaker 3: it's a video, it's very intimate.
- 6:10Speaker 1: We are dealing with royal.
- 6:12Speaker 3: So it's going to be very produced, down to the minute.
- 6:15Speaker 3: So anything you see, nothing is a mistake. Everything is intentional.
- 6:20Speaker 3: But the point that they want to make is that
- 6:22Speaker 3: she is healthy. She is looking forward to growth, she
- 6:26Speaker 3: is looking forward to spending more time with her children.
- 6:29Speaker 3: Even that thing with the family, Like you said, letting her,
- 6:31Speaker 3: letting you know that her side of the family has
- 6:35Speaker 3: been there, has been supporting her. Everything was thought out carefully,
- 6:39Speaker 3: and if I may be so bold, maybe another side
- 6:42Speaker 3: of the family can learn. You can tell a story
- 6:45Speaker 3: about what's going on without insulting or bringing anybody else
- 6:50Speaker 3: into it.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Just tell your story.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Tell the story. Don't need to don't need to yeah,
- 6:57Speaker 2: don't need to exaggerate, don't need to make stuff up.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Tell your story now. Remember when it was first announced
- 7:01Speaker 2: that Kate was ill, they were quite shady. They didn't
- 7:05Speaker 2: reveal a lot of information. So I think they've learned
- 7:07Speaker 2: from that mistake. Initially, there was all those rumors. We
- 7:09Speaker 2: had celebrities out there doubting she was even sick. Andy
- 7:12Speaker 2: Cohen had to apologize and so this I think Blake
- 7:15Speaker 2: Lively had to apologize. So they didn't want to go
- 7:17Speaker 2: down that route again. And honesty is always the best way.
- 7:20Speaker 2: You don't have to reveal everything. Think about this in
- 7:23Speaker 2: your own life, but you do have to reveal the
- 7:26Speaker 2: key details or the emotion, the feeling. And I think
- 7:29Speaker 2: that's what Kate did here. She released to us all
- 7:32Speaker 2: how she's feeling. What I thought was fascinating too. And
- 7:35Speaker 2: this is a bit of an exclusive here on the
- 7:36Speaker 2: Naudy but Ny Show. There was a disagreement initially between
- 7:40Speaker 2: William and Kate, not an aggressive disagreement, but whether or
- 7:43Speaker 2: not to include the children. Kate is fiercely protective of
- 7:47Speaker 2: these kids. We've never seen her children like this before.
- 7:50Speaker 2: We've just never seen behind the scenes. William was the
- 7:53Speaker 2: one that encouraged Kate to do this, because they are
- 7:56Speaker 2: very much part of the family. And let's be honest here.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Unlike Celebt British who have children, these kids are in
- 8:03Speaker 2: the family business. It's not just a family, it's a job.
- 8:06Speaker 2: And so that's where the Royal family gets very, very difficult.
- 8:09Speaker 2: You can't be private. If you're an actor, you can
- 8:12Speaker 2: say I chose to be famous, not my kids. Or
- 8:15Speaker 2: when you're in the Royal family, the whole package seems
- 8:19Speaker 2: to be seems to be tied up in that, which
- 8:21Speaker 2: brings us to our pole question of the day. Kate
- 8:23Speaker 2: and William initially did not agree about including the children
- 8:27Speaker 2: in their video. I don't want to over emphasize this.
- 8:29Speaker 2: They didn't have a fight about it, but the level
- 8:32Speaker 2: of cooperation with the children is something that was discussed
- 8:35Speaker 2: and it should be discuss this stuff before you do it.
- 8:38Speaker 2: And initially they didn't agree, they obviously found a conclusion
- 8:41Speaker 2: something that made them both happy. How question is quite simple,
- 8:44Speaker 2: should the children be on camera? What do you think?
- 8:46Speaker 2: Because now that they've led us into their lives mystery
- 8:49Speaker 2: we're in. Go vote on our Twitter page. I had
- 8:51Speaker 2: naughty Nyes rob Our facebook page is the Noredy Gossip
- 8:54Speaker 2: and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear results. Hey, mystery,
- 8:58Speaker 2: what are you working on all right?
- 9:00Speaker 3: Beyonces, the beehive are buzzing with outrage because the CMA
- 9:06Speaker 3: Awards failed to nominate her highly successful album Cowboy Carter,
- 9:11Speaker 3: which is kind of redefine the genre. It received zero
- 9:16Speaker 3: nominations for the twenty twenty four show, leading her devoted
- 9:20Speaker 3: fan base to call the snub races Now it was
- 9:24Speaker 3: released earlier this year, Cowboy Carter, I mean it topped
- 9:28Speaker 3: the charts. It was praised for blending country with elements
- 9:32Speaker 3: of Beyonce's signature style and for shining a spotlight on
- 9:36Speaker 3: the genre in a way that captivated both the country
- 9:39Speaker 3: and the pop music audiences. I mean, everybody's you know,
- 9:43Speaker 3: we're not Texas, but we're dancing that song.
- 9:48Speaker 1: So.
- 9:48Speaker 3: Some fans also pointed out that Beyonce has previously faced resistance.
- 9:51Speaker 1: From the country music community.
- 9:53Speaker 3: Now I remember, back in twenty sixteen, she did a
- 9:56Speaker 3: performance of Daddy Lessons on the CMA Awards and it
- 10:00Speaker 3: was met with backlash. Now, while come while Cowboy Carter
- 10:04Speaker 3: continues to receive critical and commercial acclaim, the CMA Awards
- 10:09Speaker 3: decision to ignore Beyonce's contributions to country music has sparked
- 10:13Speaker 3: a larger conversation about race and inclusivity in the genre.
- 10:18Speaker 3: Now look, I work at Ebony. This is something we
- 10:22Speaker 3: discussed quite a bit. A lot of more artists of
- 10:25Speaker 3: color are getting into country, and if you think about it,
- 10:28Speaker 3: black people have been in the South, They've been in Texas,
- 10:33Speaker 3: so it makes sense that this would be a part
- 10:35Speaker 3: of our heritage. And so it's not something It's not
- 10:40Speaker 3: music that I've listened to, but knowing that more people
- 10:43Speaker 3: of color are participating in writing songs and maybe telling
- 10:47Speaker 3: a story from their point of view makes me say, hey,
- 10:49Speaker 3: maybe this is something I do want to listen to.
- 10:52Speaker 3: So it's interesting that there's so much pushback. We have
- 10:55Speaker 3: all sorts of artists and hip hop, we have all
- 10:57Speaker 3: sorts of artists and pop. You know, we have artists
- 11:01Speaker 3: who are not of color who rap, So why can't
- 11:03Speaker 3: people of color be in country?
- 11:05Speaker 2: What do you think, Rob, I'm so outraged by it. It
- 11:08Speaker 2: feels like a conscious snub. This album was one of
- 11:10Speaker 2: the biggest country albums of the year. Was that the
- 11:13Speaker 2: number one for over ten weeks on the country chart.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Beyonce even talked about her past experiences in the country
- 11:20Speaker 2: world not being welcome, and that's why she wanted to
- 11:22Speaker 2: come back with this country album. I just can't believe
- 11:25Speaker 2: that it didn't get a single nomination. There is no
- 11:27Speaker 2: way that an album this big by any other artist
- 11:31Speaker 2: would just be ignored. She might not win Album of
- 11:33Speaker 2: the Year or Single of the Year, but no nominations
- 11:38Speaker 2: at all. We have to sit back now and say
- 11:41Speaker 2: what's going on? Because not only was it a success,
- 11:43Speaker 2: it was a critical success. And the grammar is if
- 11:46Speaker 2: you sell a lot of albums, it helps, but that
- 11:48Speaker 2: isn't really why they vote for you. It's not about popularity,
- 11:51Speaker 2: It's about excellence. This album's excellent. Dolly Parton's on it,
- 11:56Speaker 2: Mighty Cyrus is on it. The legends of country music
- 12:00Speaker 2: I have said, this album is remarkable. It's one of
- 12:02Speaker 2: my favorite Beyonce albums ever. Her craft, her songwriting, her ability,
- 12:08Speaker 2: it just can't be questioned. And so what is going on? Well,
- 12:11Speaker 2: let me tell you ABC has a problem on their
- 12:14Speaker 2: hands because ABC they televise this award show and the
- 12:19Speaker 2: fact that Beyonce isn't there has really rubbed ABC the
- 12:23Speaker 2: wrong way. Now because ABC is an inclusive network and
- 12:27Speaker 2: who wants to mess with Beyonce. Well, Beyonce now boycott ABC.
- 12:31Speaker 2: I don't think she will. I don't think she's gonna
- 12:33Speaker 2: say anything. If they change their minds, could she go
- 12:35Speaker 2: and present? I doubt she's going to turn up now.
- 12:38Speaker 2: But this to me confirms everything Beyonce said, which I
- 12:44Speaker 2: always always believed. Mister, I did believe it, but I
- 12:47Speaker 2: didn't see it. Now I'm seeing it. I don't like it.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Yeah, And I think what ABC will try to do.
- 12:54Speaker 3: Having a little background in television, is there of course
- 12:57Speaker 3: going to ask Beyonce, can you open the show?
- 13:00Speaker 1: Oh? Can you? Can you be a part of it?
- 13:01Speaker 3: Because they know people would tune in to see Beyonce,
- 13:05Speaker 3: But without her having any nominations, it's very easy for
- 13:08Speaker 3: her to say.
- 13:10Speaker 1: I'm going to pass on this one.
- 13:11Speaker 3: Obviously they didn't want me there, and I think she
- 13:14Speaker 3: has a fair right or or if she wants to
- 13:17Speaker 3: shock the world, she can go there and perform and
- 13:21Speaker 3: it'll be yes.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Yes, yes, yes, yes, Okay quickly before we get a break.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Selena Gomez is on the cover of Vanity Affair with
- 13:29Speaker 2: a really intimate tell all interview talking about her fertility struggles.
- 13:34Speaker 2: She said I can't carry my own children due to
- 13:36Speaker 2: health concerns. So the thirty two year old has revealed
- 13:39Speaker 2: that due to her medical issues, she's not able to
- 13:42Speaker 2: carry her own children. She opened up and said the
- 13:44Speaker 2: following quote, I unfortunately have a lot of medical issues
- 13:49Speaker 2: that would put my life and my baby's life in jeopardy.
- 13:54Speaker 2: That is something I had to grieve for a while.
- 13:58Speaker 2: If you remember, the star was diagnon with lupus in
- 14:01Speaker 2: twenty thirteen, that's a chronic autoimmune disease. She underwent a
- 14:08Speaker 2: life saving kidney transplant in twenty and seventeen, and she
- 14:13Speaker 2: said now that this is not what she envisioned, and
- 14:17Speaker 2: she thought about this a great deal and had to
- 14:20Speaker 2: come to peace with it. But she did conclude that
- 14:23Speaker 2: she's hopeful and optimistic about motherhood, expressing her gratitude for
- 14:27Speaker 2: alternative paths, including surrogacy and adoption, and she ended by
- 14:33Speaker 2: saying she's so positive that she's actually excited what the
- 14:37Speaker 2: journey will look like.
- 14:38Speaker 3: I love that Selena Gomez is sharing the story with us,
- 14:41Speaker 3: especially nowadays, because I think there are a lot of
- 14:45Speaker 3: discussions of what is motherhood and the fact that she's
- 14:49Speaker 3: saying that she can adopt that she can be a surrogate.
- 14:52Speaker 3: I mean she could be a great auntie. These are
- 14:55Speaker 3: all forms of being a maternal figure for someone, and
- 14:59Speaker 3: I think we need to hear that today because some
- 15:02Speaker 3: people are questioning what defines motherhood and I'm glad that
- 15:06Speaker 3: she's saying that it can be done in many, many ways.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Team Selena a beautiful, beautiful interview and a really brave
- 15:13Speaker 2: and honest one.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Two.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Okay, We're going to take a quick break and we
- 15:16Speaker 2: will be right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but
- 15:20Speaker 2: Nice Show and your host job shoot with our dear
- 15:21Speaker 2: friend mister. Hey, mister, let's get to the polls done so.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Last year we talked about Jayla and Matt Damon sharing
- 15:30Speaker 2: a long and deep conversation. They were even holding hands
- 15:32Speaker 2: amid her divorce. A question Morris, can Matt remain friends
- 15:38Speaker 2: with Ben's X? Can you remain friends with your ex?
- 15:44Speaker 1: Is tricky?
- 15:45Speaker 2: Let's have a look. Sixty percent said yes, forty said no.
- 15:50Speaker 2: I want to believe the sixty here, but it is difficult.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Like Matt's priority is always going to be Ben. Jennifergets that,
- 15:58Speaker 2: but you don't have to be war I guess what
- 16:01Speaker 2: do you think, misterie, can you can you remain friends
- 16:05Speaker 2: with your BFFs X.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Okay, I gotta wrap my head around this one. So
- 16:11Speaker 3: I think if you have a good relationship with your ax,
- 16:15Speaker 3: you can still be friends with their friends. But even
- 16:18Speaker 3: when you fall out with a friend and it's just
- 16:21Speaker 3: like a girlfriend and they've brought a friend that you
- 16:23Speaker 3: get to know, it's always really tricky to stay friends
- 16:27Speaker 3: with that other person.
- 16:28Speaker 1: So I wish you're the best.
- 16:30Speaker 3: So I'm hoping that j Loo and Ben can come
- 16:33Speaker 3: to some kind of like, yeah, our relationship didn't work out,
- 16:36Speaker 3: but we're you know, we're still friends.
- 16:38Speaker 1: We're still friendly. I think that's a ways off.
- 16:40Speaker 3: But if that works out, then yeah, why not stay
- 16:43Speaker 3: friends with Matt. Look, they're celebrities. They're gonna run in
- 16:46Speaker 3: the same circles. You gotta keep it. You got to
- 16:48Speaker 3: keep it friendly, You got to keep it.
- 16:50Speaker 1: You know, you gotta keep it.
- 16:51Speaker 2: You're so nicely still, you always take the high road,
- 16:53Speaker 2: even at five am in the morning. Don't forget to
- 16:55Speaker 2: vote on today's Twitter page at Nulty Nice rab or
- 16:58Speaker 2: Facebook page Multy Gossip. Be sure to check back tomorrow
- 17:01Speaker 2: to here at your results and Now it's time for
- 17:04Speaker 2: nst of the Day.
- 17:07Speaker 3: Well, our nicest of the day is Megan Markle because
- 17:11Speaker 3: she made a surprise appearance over the weekend at the
- 17:14Speaker 3: grand opening of Godmother's Bookstore in Summerland, California. Now the
- 17:20Speaker 3: Duchess of Sussex joined Oprah Winfrey, one of her first dies,
- 17:25Speaker 3: at the event, and there she was seen chatting with
- 17:28Speaker 3: fellow authors and warmly greeting Oprah as we would all do.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Warmly greet Oprah us.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Show up to celebrate your friends, even when you're not invited,
- 17:39Speaker 2: or even when it's not your event. Mister, when you
- 17:41Speaker 2: host panels, I pop up and sit in the audience too.
- 17:44Speaker 2: I host events. I don't expect to see your beautiful
- 17:47Speaker 2: face out there looking back, but you're always in the audience.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Show up for your friends, even if your friend is
- 17:52Speaker 2: someone like Oprah. We all need a friendly face in
- 17:54Speaker 2: the crowd. Let's do and naughte the day. Naughty James
- 17:58Speaker 2: Earl Jones has died at ninety three years old. What
- 18:02Speaker 2: a legend, So no one for his unforgettable roles, including
- 18:06Speaker 2: the voice of Dark Vader in Star Wars and the
- 18:10Speaker 2: Fossa in The Lion King He died Monday at his
- 18:14Speaker 2: home in Upstate New York, surrounded by his family. He
- 18:19Speaker 2: is the rare winner of an egot that is a Emmy.
- 18:23Speaker 2: He got two of those, a Grammy, an Honorary Oscar,
- 18:26Speaker 2: and three Tony Awards. I had met him a few times, Misty.
- 18:31Speaker 2: He was graceful, he was a gentleman.
- 18:34Speaker 3: He was kind.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Now.
- 18:36Speaker 2: I know we're all gonna die. This is not something
- 18:38Speaker 2: that's just going to happen to James Ul's Jones, but
- 18:41Speaker 2: it's still so shocking when somebody who was that interweaved
- 18:46Speaker 2: in our lives has passed away. Rest in peace, you legend. Okay,
- 18:52Speaker 2: let's end with a moment of we're gonna rub. Listen
- 18:55Speaker 2: to this very carefully. You have the right to say no.
- 19:00Speaker 2: No is a complete sentence. I think most of us
- 19:04Speaker 2: have a very weak no muscle. It's a muscle, and
- 19:07Speaker 2: we feel guilty when we say no because the muscle
- 19:10Speaker 2: aches because we don't use it enough. Start practicing to
- 19:14Speaker 2: say no. If you want to run a marathon, you
- 19:18Speaker 2: start every day with a few steps. Start now practicing
- 19:22Speaker 2: to say no. We're all told all the time we
- 19:25Speaker 2: have to say yes. We have to be positive come
- 19:27Speaker 2: from a place of yes, that's not true. If it's
- 19:31Speaker 2: not right for you, say no. I know you struggle
- 19:34Speaker 2: with this mystery.
- 19:35Speaker 1: I have in the past.
- 19:36Speaker 3: I've definitely gotten better at saying no because I realize
- 19:39Speaker 3: when you get a little older in life, you have
- 19:41Speaker 3: to prioritize your time. As you mentioned with James Earl Jones,
- 19:45Speaker 3: We're not gonna be here.
- 19:47Speaker 1: Forever and so you have to choose.
- 19:49Speaker 3: But you know something I will never say no to
- 19:52Speaker 3: the nazis the Rob Shooter Show because this is the
- 19:56Speaker 3: place to be.
- 19:57Speaker 1: So this is where you say, yeah.
- 19:59Speaker 2: You're here today. Proven that, mister. That is it for today.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Thank you so much for listening. They're notdy be nice
