- 0:00Speaker 1: Live from the WOR LifeVac Studios, Mark Simone.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Well, with us right now, the best-selling author, the great columnist,
- 0:11Speaker 2: Ann Coulter. And we've got lots to talk to her about.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Make sure you follow her on Twitter. Even better, her
- 0:17Speaker 2: sub stack is there. She's got podcasts and videos, all
- 0:20Speaker 2: sorts of stuff. And start watching Ann Coulter's Rumble channel.
- 0:26Speaker 2: A lot of good content there. Ann Coulter, how are
- 0:28Speaker 2: you doing?
- 0:30Speaker 1: Fantastic. How are you, Mark Simone?
- 0:32Speaker 2: I'm good. You're a Cornell alumni.
- 0:36Speaker 1: What happened?
- 0:36Speaker 2: It's not in the news anymore. I don't see anything
- 0:38Speaker 2: about Cornell anymore.
- 0:39Speaker 1: I think maybe the media figured out that the accused
- 0:45Speaker 1: were diverse.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Oh.
- 0:48Speaker 1: So it's not really their kind of case. They prefer,
- 0:51Speaker 1: you know, like the falsely accused Duke lacrosse players, the
- 0:55Speaker 1: falsely accused UVA players. fraternity and uh... here uh... the
- 1:02Speaker 1: accused rapist uh... and the i guess acknowledged orgy participants uh...
- 1:10Speaker 1: or in a month long an african-american uh... and asian
- 1:14Speaker 1: meaning oriental indian uh... and to his panic and the
- 1:19Speaker 1: only two white guys it with any involvement are the
- 1:23Speaker 1: ones who saw the tweet free. I can't say it
- 1:28Speaker 1: on radio, but everybody knows what it is because the
- 1:30Speaker 1: media is on all of it.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Oh, free, yes. Body part, free body part.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Right, right. Female genitalia. Crude term for female genitalia. That
- 1:41Speaker 1: was sent out by Jonathan Newell, the African-American fraternity boy.
- 1:46Speaker 1: And they were all taking drugs. And the two white
- 1:50Speaker 1: fraternity guys saw the Snapchat, and both by their account
- 1:57Speaker 1: and the account of the alleged victim, Jane Doe, they
- 2:01Speaker 1: just went up to break up whatever was going on.
- 2:05Speaker 1: They were alarmed or, you know, befuddled by this text.
- 2:10Speaker 1: So they checked in. They were there for less than
- 2:12Speaker 1: five minutes, never laid a finger on her, which she
- 2:15Speaker 1: herself told the police at the time. So it's not
- 2:20Speaker 1: really fitting in with the media's favorite narrative, which is
- 2:25Speaker 1: it's got to be all white gang rapists. Remember, it
- 2:28Speaker 1: all started with Tawana Brawley, and she accused white male prosecutor,
- 2:34Speaker 1: white male policeman. Yeah.
- 2:37Speaker 2: I like the way you call them orgy participants. It
- 2:40Speaker 2: makes it sound so legitimate.
- 2:44Speaker 1: The case is nuts. so i mean many of pointed
- 2:49Speaker 1: out today perhaps you're one of them i haven't been
- 2:53Speaker 1: up long enough to do much tweeting today uh... that
- 2:57Speaker 1: there is this is a shocking appalling that is really uh...
- 3:01Speaker 1: are at night point rate at sixty seventh just off
- 3:05Speaker 1: this avenue are you kidding what why don't everyone leaving
- 3:11Speaker 1: new york at i mean everybody knows who but i
- 3:13Speaker 1: can hear my voice right now i suspect but these
- 3:17Speaker 1: are ten twenty million dollar apartments right there this is
- 3:20Speaker 1: central park which was totally during during juliani and bloomberg uh...
- 3:27Speaker 1: a girl could cross it late at night and you
- 3:29Speaker 1: would say now at eight thirty p m you're not
- 3:33Speaker 1: safe from a knife point rape and uh... meanwhile have
- 3:37Speaker 1: you heard anything what what what hopeful doing about that
- 3:40Speaker 1: how about a finding a special prosecutor special task force
- 3:44Speaker 1: For that, oh, no, no, no, no, but we'll shut
- 3:47Speaker 1: down government to investigate an alleged gang rape that sure
- 3:52Speaker 1: looks consensual.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Hey, explain this to me. The nerve of Democrats, you know,
- 3:59Speaker 2: they've controlled every inch of New York for 15 years.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Democrat mayor, Democrat city council, Democrat legislature, Democrat governor, and
- 4:07Speaker 2: now they're complaining there's an affordability crisis. Wouldn't that be
- 4:11Speaker 2: on them?
- 4:16Speaker 1: Yes, well, I mean, the pristine example of that, not
- 4:21Speaker 1: only in New York, but San Francisco, I mean, any
- 4:23Speaker 1: place that has rent control, apartments overnight become unaffordable for
- 4:30Speaker 1: obvious reasons. And apartments get really, really crappy. And you
- 4:36Speaker 1: can look around the country. and see wherever there is
- 4:41Speaker 1: rent control immediately prices go up quality goes down uh...
- 4:46Speaker 1: but i mean you have this lobby this is the
- 4:50Speaker 1: problem with with uh... quotes democracy when people who don't
- 4:55Speaker 1: care about about the good of of society of the
- 4:59Speaker 1: town of the country of the state uh... but just
- 5:03Speaker 1: let me make more money just give me give me
- 5:05Speaker 1: give me give me more and you know sometimes it's
- 5:08Speaker 1: It's the rich farmers, the rich Republicans who want their
- 5:14Speaker 1: cheap foreign labor, but sometimes it's the denizens, the lucky
- 5:21Speaker 1: winners of rent-controlled apartments. Even though participating in this fraud
- 5:27Speaker 1: drives up prices and lowers quality for everyone else in
- 5:30Speaker 1: the city, I'm supposed to say, oh, that's great that
- 5:33Speaker 1: you have a rent-controlled apartment. No, I always want to
- 5:36Speaker 1: kick those people. Yeah.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Hey, apparently word is if Hochul gets re-elected, she's planning
- 5:43Speaker 2: all kinds of new taxes, increasing income tax, property tax,
- 5:46Speaker 2: every tax to help fund Mamdani's nonsense. I mean, what
- 5:54Speaker 2: is wrong with these people? They want to just, they've
- 5:55Speaker 2: already had double the budget they should have. What is
- 5:59Speaker 2: wrong with Democrats?
- 6:02Speaker 1: What they will end up doing is exactly the opposite
- 6:06Speaker 1: of what they say they want to do, and that is,
- 6:09Speaker 1: as you say, deal with affordability. Make it possible for
- 6:13Speaker 1: middle-class people to live somewhere in New York and not
- 6:17Speaker 1: be forced to move to Iowa or something. It will
- 6:23Speaker 1: be a city like the Soviet Union, like Caracas, of
- 6:28Speaker 1: the very, very uber-rich who, it'll be unfair how much
- 6:34Speaker 1: they're paying in taxes. They might squawk but they'll either
- 6:37Speaker 1: strike a special deal with the powers that be, or
- 6:42Speaker 1: they'll just say, oh, well, and the very poor, who
- 6:47Speaker 1: are their servants. Boy, talk about the czar's court. I
- 6:52Speaker 1: was just thinking about that with, you know, humble middle-class
- 6:56Speaker 1: people who maybe have a pied-a-terre in New York. They're
- 7:01Speaker 1: the ones who are going to get screwed, not Ken Griffin,
- 7:05Speaker 1: whose apartment... I mean, I love the guy. I'm not
- 7:08Speaker 1: complaining about it. But him, I think it's outrageous that
- 7:11Speaker 1: Momdami stood in front of his apartment to gin up
- 7:15Speaker 1: this envy of the rich. That's never gotten any society
- 7:19Speaker 1: anyplace and was always the great thing about America, which
- 7:23Speaker 1: you still see in the MAGA movement and their support
- 7:27Speaker 1: for Donald Trump. They're not resentful of his wealth. But
- 7:31Speaker 1: that was really sleazy Mondami standing in front of Ken
- 7:34Speaker 1: Griffin's apartment, denouncing him in particular by name, showing this
- 7:39Speaker 1: apartment and saying, oh, he should pay a little bit more. Oh,
- 7:41Speaker 1: good grief. The rich already pay through the nose. The
- 7:44Speaker 1: middle class already pays through the nose. But they're the
- 7:49Speaker 1: ones who are going to leave. Middle class.
- 7:52Speaker 2: So, hey, Ann Coulter, tell us about Europe, France, Paris,
- 7:59Speaker 2: all these cities, Milan. burning every weekend, they got a
- 8:03Speaker 2: problem that's going to take decades to fix, don't they?
- 8:07Speaker 1: Well, you know, I wrote about this this summer when
- 8:11Speaker 1: I was in London for a spell. You see these videos,
- 8:17Speaker 1: and I mean, what's going on in France is, of course,
- 8:19Speaker 1: utterly ridiculous and appalling, and it is bringing in, it
- 8:24Speaker 1: isn't Muslims, it's not Palestinians, it's not Marxists, I mean,
- 8:28Speaker 1: they'll all take advantage of it the same way Antifa
- 8:31Speaker 1: would leap on these things and fight with the police
- 8:34Speaker 1: during the BLM riots. It's immigrants from Africa who are
- 8:39Speaker 1: just looting and burning and arsoning. And, you know, I
- 8:44Speaker 1: don't know why any country would do this. You have
- 8:46Speaker 1: a nice country, France. Same thing with England. England has
- 8:51Speaker 1: more of the Islamic, you know, 20 wives, Muslims. And
- 8:56Speaker 1: you see these videos, but Keep in mind, England is
- 9:00Speaker 1: still 88% white European. France is still 90-92% white European.
- 9:10Speaker 1: America is hanging on by its fingernails at 56% white European.
- 9:17Speaker 1: And in the below-30 age group, oh man, our country
- 9:22Speaker 1: is over so much sooner than those countries are. Hmm.
- 9:26Speaker 2: President Trump is now proposing, if they get control of Congress,
- 9:29Speaker 2: keep control, legislation that would ban any future president from
- 9:34Speaker 2: ever opening the border. What do you think?
- 9:40Speaker 1: Well, Democrat, I think it's a great idea. Don't get
- 9:43Speaker 1: me wrong, but Democrats aren't big rules followers. I mean,
- 9:47Speaker 1: as I said throughout, or law followers, I said throughout
- 9:51Speaker 1: the Biden administration on your show, Mark Simone, what, President Biden, well,
- 9:57Speaker 1: he had the mention of his staff, and Alejandro Mayorkas
- 10:03Speaker 1: were doing, was directly violating federal law. They just ignore
- 10:10Speaker 1: it and drag in the third world. Just keep them coming,
- 10:14Speaker 1: keep them coming. What are you going to do about it, Republicans?
- 10:17Speaker 1: and now you know republicans the people vote as he
- 10:20Speaker 1: found twenty twenty four largely because of immigration with a
- 10:23Speaker 1: majority of americans saying they wanted the man deportation force
- 10:28Speaker 1: that was trump's most popular idea that according to new
- 10:30Speaker 1: york times poll uh... january twenty twenty five uh... uh... uh...
- 10:36Speaker 1: a clear majority want every illegal alien in the country
- 10:40Speaker 1: deported and now okay will Sometimes the ICE agents have
- 10:46Speaker 1: to get a little rough to deport them. No, liberals
- 10:49Speaker 1: just count on we bring the man, and you'll have
- 10:51Speaker 1: to use law enforcement to get them out, but we
- 10:54Speaker 1: can count on the media to fixate on any roughness
- 10:58Speaker 1: with our darling third-worlders.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Ann Coulter, great talking with you. Your Rumble channel, what
- 11:05Speaker 2: can people look for on there?
