- Sarahn Says: Hello, beautiful people. Today is Saturday, June the 6th. And today's calendar challenge is send a loved one a voice note. You know the voice notes on your phone where you press record and you can send them a note. Think how much personal, more personal it is to send a voice note than a text message, right? It's like the instant voicemail. That's why I love it. I'm not a big fan of voicemails, but I love voice notes. Today, send a voice note to someone you love so that they can Feel the love and the energy through the vibration of your voice. Text messages are cool, but sometimes they lack authenticity. They lack understanding of tone. You don't always know how somebody is saying what they're saying through a text message. You just know what they're saying. And it leaves a lot of room for interpretation. And sometimes that might be good and sometimes that might create barriers for our communication. But a voice note is a perfect middle ground, not too much effort, just a lot of intentionality to share a positive message with someone you love. It could even just be like, Mom, I'm just reminding you that ⁓ we meeting up on Sunday, whatever it is. It can be to a friend, it can be to a family member, someone that you haven't spoken to in a while, or someone you talk to all the time. It doesn't matter. Today, send a loved one a voice note. We're celebrating connection. We're being present and we're cherishing the people who fill our world with joy. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
