- 0:17Speaker 1: To get our starters in the number of reps they
- 0:19Speaker 1: did for two days in a controlled environment really is
- 0:23Speaker 1: good work, you know, because in a game like tonight
- 0:26Speaker 1: they would only get maybe a quarter again or a
- 0:28Speaker 1: quarter and a half. And you know, sometimes you don't
- 0:31Speaker 1: get the scenarios of the situations you want, So doing
- 0:34Speaker 1: a joint practice like that, you can do that and
- 0:37Speaker 1: really get some good work.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Welcome into jag Zam. After two days of joint practice
- 0:43Speaker 2: with the Buccaneers, we got to see the Drags in
- 0:45Speaker 2: action against the Buccaneers in their second preseason game without
- 0:48Speaker 2: most of the starters playing. We got an extended look
- 0:50Speaker 2: at some of the backups and people fighting for a
- 0:53Speaker 2: roster spot. I'm Kennanni Stevens. Welcome into jag Zam. Brian
- 0:56Speaker 2: Sexton and John Oser are with me here today. Start
- 0:59Speaker 2: off with big Things number one, which is QB number two.
- 1:02Speaker 2: Things pretty much solidified after Mac Jones had a great play,
- 1:05Speaker 2: great play in the preseason game two. Brian, did you
- 1:08Speaker 2: see what you needed to see for Mac Jones to
- 1:10Speaker 2: kind of solidify things for you that he's QB.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Two without a doubt, And Kay, you know you and
- 1:14Speaker 3: I talked to him on Friday afternoon, and it was
- 1:16Speaker 3: clear that he was here to push the reset button
- 1:19Speaker 3: on a career that had gone south in New England
- 1:22Speaker 3: last year, but not his confidence. He knows what kind
- 1:25Speaker 3: of player he is. He's been a winner at every
- 1:27Speaker 3: level and he just had that mentality. So he got
- 1:29Speaker 3: out on the field and made plays. A couple of throws,
- 1:32Speaker 3: the one to Parker Washington for the touchdown on third
- 1:34Speaker 3: down and fourteen after taking a nine yard sack was
- 1:38Speaker 3: a thing of beauty.
- 1:39Speaker 4: I mean, he just he's got it and.
- 1:41Speaker 3: You know, enjoying Wiley's here because you look around the
- 1:44Speaker 3: National Football League. Would he be an upgrade in Las
- 1:47Speaker 3: Vegas over their quarterback situation? Absolutely? Would he be an
- 1:51Speaker 3: upgrade over the situation in Minnesota right now?
- 1:53Speaker 4: Absolutely?
- 1:54Speaker 3: It was a smart trade for the Jaguars to bring
- 1:57Speaker 3: in a quarterback with ability, with a pedigree.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Life he's got. He proved it on Saturday night. Yeah.
- 2:03Speaker 5: I keep getting questions about should they trade Mac Jones
- 2:06Speaker 5: for this pick or that pick? At some point, when
- 2:09Speaker 5: you trade for guys, you trade for him for a
- 2:10Speaker 5: reason because you want them on the field, and you know,
- 2:14Speaker 5: I think that may mean not getting anything for Mac
- 2:16Speaker 5: when he leaves, but you traded a six round pick
- 2:19Speaker 5: for him with the idea that you wanted some security
- 2:22Speaker 5: this year. He was impressive. I think more than anything.
- 2:24Speaker 5: You can tell that he has confidence and why that's important.
- 2:30Speaker 5: There's going to be times where things go bad in
- 2:32Speaker 5: a game. Mac, not every quarterback, particularly not every backup
- 2:39Speaker 5: quarterback has the ability to sort of push through that
- 2:42Speaker 5: and still make plays. It appears that Mac Jones, if
- 2:44Speaker 5: he starts, you know, three or four games, at some
- 2:47Speaker 5: point during the season, you can see him overcoming the
- 2:50Speaker 5: adversity and having solid enough play to get you two
- 2:55Speaker 5: and two, three and one during those times.
- 2:56Speaker 3: When I mentioned the touchdown after the nine yard sack, right,
- 2:59Speaker 3: that's a great example bit. But later in the second
- 3:01Speaker 3: quarter he missed Alan or I keep home Allen Austin Trammel.
- 3:05Speaker 3: He threw behind him in the next play hit him
- 3:07Speaker 3: for twenty nine yards to set up the field goal,
- 3:09Speaker 3: the go ahead field goal at the end of the half.
- 3:11Speaker 4: That's what the guy does. And you're right you wouldn't.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Trade him because you brought him here to be your
- 3:16Speaker 3: number two in case your number one isn't done in
- 3:19Speaker 3: the field.
- 3:19Speaker 2: A great security blanket to have especially after we saw
- 3:21Speaker 2: what happened to Trevor getting a little banged up at
- 3:23Speaker 2: the end of last season.
- 3:24Speaker 5: Our big thing Number.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Two is O line. He certainly saw some good things
- 3:28Speaker 2: from the quarterback play, but the offensive line is still
- 3:30Speaker 2: a little bit of a concern. We saw two of
- 3:32Speaker 2: the starters originally in the game to start, but then
- 3:34Speaker 2: the backups had some trouble. C J. Bether got sacked
- 3:37Speaker 2: quite a bit. John, Is this a concern? I know
- 3:39Speaker 2: we talked about the O line a ton, but what
- 3:41Speaker 2: you saw in the game on Saturday.
- 3:43Speaker 5: Well, anytime your backup to the backups, which is what
- 3:47Speaker 5: someone was playing, struggles, is it concern you rather have
- 3:53Speaker 5: it not? But are you losing sleepover compared to many
- 3:56Speaker 5: other issues on the team. I don't think so. I
- 3:58Speaker 5: never worried too much in preseason about offensive line breakouts
- 4:03Speaker 5: meaning a couple of sacks, because once you're beyond your starters,
- 4:08Speaker 5: the offensive line is only as good as its weakest link.
- 4:11Speaker 5: So if you've got five offensive line when forbum can
- 4:14Speaker 5: play well, if the guy who's not gonna make the
- 4:17Speaker 5: team is the one guy not playing on the offensive line,
- 4:20Speaker 5: then there's really not that much to be concerned about
- 4:23Speaker 5: would they like to be a little deeper, would you
- 4:25Speaker 5: like to get better play? Maybe I'm just not gonna
- 4:29Speaker 5: lose sleep over the non starting backup offensive line.
- 4:33Speaker 3: You're gonna lose sleep if you have a lot of
- 4:35Speaker 3: injuries on the offensive line, and at this point you don't,
- 4:38Speaker 3: so no reason to get too wound up about it.
- 4:40Speaker 3: I spent a lot of time watching Javon Foster, the
- 4:44Speaker 3: fourth round draft choice, and last year's seventh round pick,
- 4:47Speaker 3: Cooper Hodges. Those are the two guys that I focused on,
- 4:50Speaker 3: and they had some up and down moments, which you
- 4:52Speaker 3: would expect, right Neither one has played more than two
- 4:54Speaker 3: games in the National Football League. But if you're looking
- 4:56Speaker 3: at those two guys in their progress, because you're not
- 4:59Speaker 3: gonna see perfection from them, you see guys with ability,
- 5:02Speaker 3: and you don't get too wound up about where you're
- 5:04Speaker 3: at in this term by saying, well, I might have
- 5:06Speaker 3: injuries in October, you will have injuries in October a piece.
- 5:09Speaker 4: Guys get better by that, sorry.
- 5:10Speaker 5: Ryan Keithing, or remember with the offensive line too, Yeah,
- 5:13Speaker 5: there are past blocking breakouts. They also ran for one hundred
- 5:16Speaker 5: and forty yards, so there were some decent things going
- 5:20Speaker 5: on in the last two games. While we've been focused
- 5:22Speaker 5: on what they've done wrong, there's been some encouraging things
- 5:26Speaker 5: about the offensive line that makes you think it's not,
- 5:29Speaker 5: you know, awful.
- 5:31Speaker 4: Right.
- 5:31Speaker 2: A great day from Tank, John, which I'm sure you're
- 5:33Speaker 2: going to be excited to talk about a little bit later.
- 5:35Speaker 5: We love Tank.
- 5:35Speaker 4: We're on here.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Our final big thing today is going to be defensive depth.
- 5:38Speaker 2: As I get close to that fifty three man roster
- 5:41Speaker 2: cut down next week, a lot of the spots that
- 5:43Speaker 2: are going to be opening, probably on the defensive side
- 5:45Speaker 2: of the football. Brian, we got an extended look at
- 5:47Speaker 2: some of those players fighting for spots. What did you
- 5:49Speaker 2: see on the defense? And anybody surprise you?
- 5:52Speaker 4: You know, I don't think it's already surprised is.
- 5:54Speaker 3: I think what I appreciated seeing was a lot of
- 5:56Speaker 3: the young guys that we've talked about, whether it's the
- 5:58Speaker 3: defensive backs right Monterey or Trey Prince or Christian.
- 6:01Speaker 4: Braswell, all flash. They all made a play.
- 6:04Speaker 3: Bedro Miller was all over the field, some good, so bad.
- 6:07Speaker 3: But you're looking at a guy you want to seek
- 6:09Speaker 3: any run and read and react to what's going on,
- 6:12Speaker 3: and then it was great to see both Mason Smith
- 6:14Speaker 3: and Jordan Jefferson make plays up front. It was the
- 6:17Speaker 3: first look we had at the other defensive tackle they
- 6:20Speaker 3: drafted from LSU. There are a lot of bodies, and
- 6:22Speaker 3: Ryan Nielsen likes to rotate guys in from the first
- 6:25Speaker 3: level all the way back to the secondary. He's got
- 6:28Speaker 3: guys he can work with.
- 6:29Speaker 4: John.
- 6:29Speaker 5: Yeah, they could have a pretty deep linebacker bunch. I
- 6:32Speaker 5: was watching Chad Moon a little bit and he had
- 6:34Speaker 5: the huge hit either first or second series, I forget
- 6:37Speaker 5: which one it was. Chad's a guy they drafted third round.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Has been solid and available, and you thought when they
- 6:44Speaker 5: drafted and maybe he would be a guy eventually starts.
- 6:48Speaker 5: Between Chad and Ventrel Miller, you feel like, all of
- 6:51Speaker 5: a sudden, if they're not able, if either Devin Lloyd
- 6:56Speaker 5: or Foya Lucan aren't in, there's some depth there that
- 7:00Speaker 5: you don't feel like everything's out the window if the
- 7:04Speaker 5: backups have to play.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Could be some difficult roster decisions at the end of
- 7:07Speaker 2: the day next Tuesday, when they make those cuts.
- 7:10Speaker 5: Stay with us here on Jagzam.
- 7:11Speaker 2: We're going to go over all the highlights for you
- 7:12Speaker 2: from preseason game number two against the Box.
- 7:20Speaker 5: DAGs.

- 7:34Speaker 2: Club to sign up today.
- 7:38Speaker 6: Yeah, I think there's always things we can clean up.
- 7:40Speaker 6: And I've been very fortunate to be be a starter
- 7:43Speaker 6: and not off to play, and then also in this
- 7:44Speaker 6: situation having to play, but I always want to be
- 7:47Speaker 6: on the field, and these guys always want to be
- 7:48Speaker 6: on the field, So I know it means a lot
- 7:50Speaker 6: to a lot of people, and we're going to show
- 7:52Speaker 6: passion and the energy and plug the young guys. And
- 7:54Speaker 6: the offense line did a good job overall, and the
- 7:57Speaker 6: starters did a good job on the sideline communicating. That's
- 8:00Speaker 6: another thing you look for in those situations, like Trevor
- 8:02Speaker 6: and everybody and Christian Gabe, So I thought it was
- 8:05Speaker 6: good for all of us to come together and and win.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Welcome back to jag Zam Mac Jones making the most
- 8:12Speaker 2: of his first start in a Jaguars uniform, as he
- 8:15Speaker 2: got two touchdowns through for ten two hundred and ten yards.
- 8:18Speaker 3: In a wings well, would you try to get him
- 8:20Speaker 3: a series on Friday Night with the with the ones?
- 8:23Speaker 4: Maybe maybe two series?
- 8:25Speaker 2: I think it depends what they do after the half,
- 8:27Speaker 2: because don't they usually do the starters the first.
- 8:29Speaker 5: Yeah, last year they even play him until the half.
- 8:32Speaker 5: That I don't think just KR theories.
- 8:34Speaker 3: I mean, he did a good job with the number
- 8:36Speaker 3: twos and the number three. I just would like to
- 8:37Speaker 3: see him with the Yeah.
- 8:39Speaker 5: I think if Doug's normal approach, and he's only been
- 8:45Speaker 5: here two years so it's hard to tell exactly his
- 8:48Speaker 5: range of approaches in the last preseason game, if he
- 8:52Speaker 5: plans on playing them into the second half, then maybe
- 8:56Speaker 5: it feels like last year they only did three series early.
- 8:59Speaker 5: So I don't know that he would risk injury to
- 9:03Speaker 5: other guys trying to force him into that, but I
- 9:07Speaker 5: wouldn't mind seeing it. I'm just not sure what Doug's
- 9:10Speaker 5: watsfield be.
- 9:10Speaker 2: On that we might see a little carryover. We did
- 9:12Speaker 2: see Brian Thomas Junior play in the game on Saturday,
- 9:15Speaker 2: so maybe something like that. Some of the rookies, not
- 9:17Speaker 2: everybody on offense. But let's talk a little bit about
- 9:19Speaker 2: the game. Let's look at some of the highlights. First off,
- 9:21Speaker 2: Tank had a day. John, We know you love team Tank.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Excuse me, we know you love Team Tank. But it
- 9:26Speaker 2: was spacely se him being confident out there because, as
- 9:28Speaker 2: we've talked about a little bit, I think kind of
- 9:30Speaker 2: got in his own head a little bit towards the
- 9:32Speaker 2: back of last season, and now he's running confident, which
- 9:34Speaker 2: is huge as a running back to kind of just
- 9:36Speaker 2: get a little bit momentum behind you.
- 9:38Speaker 5: Yeah, it felt like they really wanted this was the
- 9:42Speaker 5: opportunity to get him out there, get him carries, get
- 9:45Speaker 5: him feeling like the main guy. Early. He has played
- 9:53Speaker 5: through training camp like he did early in training camp
- 9:56Speaker 5: as a rookie. He tends to be running hard. He
- 10:02Speaker 5: just looks like a big time NFL running back, which
- 10:05Speaker 5: he looked like early in training camp last year. I
- 10:08Speaker 5: think the key for Tank this year. It feels like
- 10:11Speaker 5: will be the first time he hits a snag. Does
- 10:14Speaker 5: he oh, oh my goodness, this is what happens to
- 10:16Speaker 5: me in the NFL? Or does he push through it.
- 10:18Speaker 5: I think he'll push through it.
- 10:19Speaker 4: I've talked to him. I don't sense any snags coming.
- 10:22Speaker 3: I mean, I think he has a lot of confidence
- 10:23Speaker 3: in who he is and what he could do. And
- 10:25Speaker 3: you know, last year I was banging the drum when
- 10:26Speaker 3: they couldn't convert third and short.
- 10:29Speaker 4: Put him in. You're seeing right here.
- 10:31Speaker 3: He's got awareness, he's got power, he's got suddenness.
- 10:35Speaker 5: Now.
- 10:35Speaker 3: Is he as explosive as traps etn No, not even close.
- 10:39Speaker 4: But that's not what you need him to be.
- 10:41Speaker 3: You need him to be the pounder, the enforcer, the
- 10:44Speaker 3: guy that can go get the yards when it's third
- 10:46Speaker 3: and four or third and one. They even threw the
- 10:48Speaker 3: ball to him the other night, which, by the ways,
- 10:49Speaker 3: where his problem came in last year. It wasn't like
- 10:51Speaker 3: he was fumbling all over the field. He just had
- 10:53Speaker 3: those two go off of his hands that went crazy.
- 10:57Speaker 3: I think he got unfairly tagged with a ball secure
- 11:00Speaker 3: the issues last year, and I don't think that should
- 11:02Speaker 3: affect his confidence.
- 11:03Speaker 4: I don't think he does affect his confidence, and.
- 11:04Speaker 3: I think they should just feed him the ball in situations,
- 11:07Speaker 3: find a package for him and let him go.
- 11:10Speaker 2: It's been good to see him kind of focusing on
- 11:12Speaker 2: that as well, not trying to bounce outside every time
- 11:14Speaker 2: like kind of just going getting whatever yardage is there
- 11:17Speaker 2: for him and keeping the ball moving, which has been
- 11:19Speaker 2: huge for them.
- 11:19Speaker 3: I have told the story, but I shook his hand
- 11:21Speaker 3: the first time and I had to ask him to
- 11:22Speaker 3: let go. I mean, he's just got these powerful he's
- 11:25Speaker 3: got He's a power back.
- 11:26Speaker 5: Absolutely.
- 11:27Speaker 2: We saw Brian Thomas Junior for a little bit in
- 11:29Speaker 2: the beginning of that game on Saturday, and another first down,
- 11:32Speaker 2: first down machine, which we love to see from him.
- 11:34Speaker 2: And he's got the little celebration down too, So we
- 11:36Speaker 2: love to see Brian Thomas coming into his own a
- 11:38Speaker 2: little bit. But I'm just so excited to see him
- 11:40Speaker 2: in the regular season.
- 11:42Speaker 5: Yeah. He feels to me like a guy who is
- 11:44Speaker 5: going to matter early and then potentially what I always
- 11:49Speaker 5: look for from rookies. You want to see him by
- 11:51Speaker 5: the end of the season, By the time we walk
- 11:53Speaker 5: out of here in hopefully February. Wow, that guy is
- 11:57Speaker 5: going to be a big time NFL player. You don't
- 12:00Speaker 5: always see it in October, but then you'll feel these
- 12:03Speaker 5: moments in November and December when you think, okay, teams
- 12:06Speaker 5: are having a hard time stopping this guy. He's figured
- 12:09Speaker 5: out what defenses do and you're starting to see it.
- 12:12Speaker 5: And he can take everything he learned concentrated on in
- 12:15Speaker 5: the offseason and come back a year two and be
- 12:16Speaker 5: really strong. I'm telling you, I usually expect nothing from rookies.
- 12:21Speaker 5: I'm starting to ask some expectations for him.
- 12:23Speaker 4: You can tell that they do too.
- 12:25Speaker 3: I mean there's no hesitation on Trevor's port or Mac
- 12:28Speaker 3: in that particular instance, for.
- 12:30Speaker 4: Them to throw the ball to him. They trust him,
- 12:32Speaker 4: they believe he can go and make the play.
- 12:34Speaker 3: If they believe in him and he believes in him,
- 12:38Speaker 3: hold account.
- 12:39Speaker 5: And he started to do stuff in practicing and games
- 12:42Speaker 5: that translate to regular season stuff. Sometimes you will see
- 12:48Speaker 5: wide receivers lower in the depth chart have big numbers
- 12:50Speaker 5: in the preseason, you think, well, okay, great, that's not
- 12:53Speaker 5: going to translate the rate of season. He started to
- 12:56Speaker 5: do stuff that you can see will work against frontline cornerbacks.
- 13:02Speaker 5: So yeah, it looks like he's going to add a dimension.
- 13:06Speaker 5: And if this receiving corps is going to feel like
- 13:09Speaker 5: a four deep receiving corps and it just never quite
- 13:12Speaker 5: felt that way last.
- 13:13Speaker 4: Year, well if other people's opinions mean anything to you.
- 13:15Speaker 3: The Buccaneers, who were a good defense, were buzzing about
- 13:18Speaker 3: him last week and how difficult he was for them to.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Cover and playing off of him, respecting his speed, which
- 13:22Speaker 2: is great to hear as well. The mac Jones experience
- 13:26Speaker 2: at times can be what we've seen, at least in
- 13:29Speaker 2: New England, sacking himself but then coming back and making
- 13:33Speaker 2: a great touchdown throw. And sometimes that's just how it is.
- 13:35Speaker 5: As he would say.
- 13:36Speaker 2: He and potentionially did that to give himself a little
- 13:38Speaker 2: more room to throw the football. I don't know if
- 13:40Speaker 2: that was actually the plan, but also Park of Washington,
- 13:43Speaker 2: which is just seeing him come into his own so
- 13:45Speaker 2: far in this preseason. He's told me he felt like
- 13:48Speaker 2: he was injured a lot last year and didn't really
- 13:50Speaker 2: get to what he felt he could be, his ceiling,
- 13:52Speaker 2: and he's getting there now.
- 13:53Speaker 3: What he was I mean, he came in coming off
- 13:56Speaker 3: of an injury from Penn State and then got into
- 13:58Speaker 3: the ballgame in London against the Falcons and immediately tweaked
- 14:01Speaker 3: his knee and wasn't really healthy until they needed him
- 14:04Speaker 3: at the end of the year. So I think a
- 14:06Speaker 3: lot of mac Jones, not a big Alabama guy. I'm
- 14:09Speaker 3: a BK guy, not a bulls guy, right, So I
- 14:11Speaker 3: didn't follow his career there very much. But in getting
- 14:13Speaker 3: to spend time and watch and talk to him, you
- 14:16Speaker 3: just realize he's a winner and he knows what it
- 14:18Speaker 3: takes to win. And I loved how he hung in
- 14:21Speaker 3: the pocket. That's one play where he overcame adversity John.
- 14:24Speaker 3: The other is, as I mentioned in the A block,
- 14:27Speaker 3: he missed Trammel on a short underneath rout and then
- 14:29Speaker 3: came back the very next play for twenty nine more
- 14:32Speaker 3: to set up the go ahead field goal at the half.
- 14:34Speaker 3: He's got a little gunslinger mentality to him. He's not scared,
- 14:37Speaker 3: and I think that's why Doug and Press and Mike
- 14:39Speaker 3: McCoy like him so much.
- 14:41Speaker 5: Yeah. Two thoughts on these guys. I think the biggest
- 14:43Speaker 5: name is Mac Jones. Is don't you feel like if
- 14:47Speaker 5: Trevor happens to go down and not be available and
- 14:50Speaker 5: Mac Jones walks into the huddle, everybody on offense goes, oh, okay, good. Yeah,
- 14:54Speaker 5: I mean not good, but okay, if we can do this,
- 14:57Speaker 5: not what's going on? Yeah? Yeah, So I think that
- 15:01Speaker 5: is as important as anything that mac does in the
- 15:03Speaker 5: fact that I think teammates are gonna believe in him.
- 15:06Speaker 5: How significant is it if Parker Washington develops and is
- 15:12Speaker 5: a guy they can count on. And I'm not here
- 15:15Speaker 5: to slam the last twenty drafts, but it's been a
- 15:18Speaker 5: long time since a receiver has sort of developed organically
- 15:25Speaker 5: from the Jaguars garden, if you will. You had Hearns
- 15:29Speaker 5: and a Rob back in twenty fifteen. He wasn't either
- 15:33Speaker 5: a draftmack Well, but I mean guys that came in
- 15:35Speaker 5: that they brought into the organization that you didn't have
- 15:38Speaker 5: to go out and spend mega millions to get. That
- 15:44Speaker 5: would be such an addition to the depth and what
- 15:48Speaker 5: they've built to all of a sudden, have the four
- 15:50Speaker 5: we're talking about, and Parker Washington as an addition to that,
- 15:54Speaker 5: and Devin Duvernet, who you feel like can add you
- 15:56Speaker 5: a little something. All of a sudden, they have a
- 16:00Speaker 5: receiving corps where if one guy goes down, you don't
- 16:05Speaker 5: feel like now you're playing with two and you know,
- 16:10Speaker 5: and a backup. You feel like you've got a starter
- 16:13Speaker 5: to put in there. That hasn't happened around here in
- 16:14Speaker 5: a long time. At that position before you go on.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Can we just cut something off at the pass with
- 16:18Speaker 3: folks with mac Jones, enjoy him while he's here right, Oh,
- 16:22Speaker 3: list public's yesterday I was stopped twice bye. People said
- 16:25Speaker 3: can they keep him? Can they keep him? Can they
- 16:27Speaker 3: keep him? No? No, you're not going to be able
- 16:29Speaker 3: to keep him because he's a good player and he's
- 16:31Speaker 3: going to have an opportunity and free agency to move on.
- 16:33Speaker 3: And you can't pay two quarterbacks. What it would take
- 16:35Speaker 3: to pay two quarterbacks. Just put that one out there
- 16:37Speaker 3: right now.
- 16:38Speaker 5: Well, and in fairness to him and giving in the
- 16:40Speaker 5: building know is Doug Press. He doesn't want to be
- 16:44Speaker 5: kept for more than a year, right, And this should
- 16:48Speaker 5: be a story where at the end of the year,
- 16:51Speaker 5: he's signing somewhere, staying front a podium and saying, what
- 16:56Speaker 5: a great year in Jacksonville, what a dream I was home,
- 17:00Speaker 5: and now it's signed for me to move on. That's
- 17:02Speaker 5: what you hope for him, and that's what the team
- 17:04Speaker 5: hopes for him.
- 17:05Speaker 3: I think his phrase when we talked to him on
- 17:06Speaker 3: Friday was he wanted to use the opportunity against the
- 17:08Speaker 3: Buccaneers to show people what he's going to do.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Next.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Absolutely, let's see some more from Mac. And he talked
- 17:15Speaker 2: a lot off the top of this block about helping
- 17:17Speaker 2: the players around him. Right. He likes to play in
- 17:18Speaker 2: the preseason because he knows these guys are fighting for
- 17:20Speaker 2: roster spots, that they want to showcase, get some film.
- 17:22Speaker 5: He's doing that for Austin Trammel.
- 17:24Speaker 2: He gave four big receptions seventy five yards for Trammel
- 17:28Speaker 2: and one big third and long conversion. I was very
- 17:31Speaker 2: impressed by, of course, as everyone's probably seen.
- 17:33Speaker 5: M on the internet.
- 17:35Speaker 2: I just I think the fact that, as Doug has
- 17:39Speaker 2: talked about, there's no drop off on any of these
- 17:41Speaker 2: with the quarterback play, and then to be able to
- 17:43Speaker 2: see what other people are capable of it really gives
- 17:45Speaker 2: you an idea of the depth of this team, because
- 17:47Speaker 2: sometimes you don't really know what you have until later
- 17:49Speaker 2: in the season. Yes, there, I am John. That's how
- 17:53Speaker 2: you look when you see nice glass of bourbon.
- 17:54Speaker 5: Or well, yeah. What you hope for Trammel is that
- 18:01Speaker 5: nobody else notices this. You can get it to the
- 18:03Speaker 5: practice and you can get him the practice squad guy,
- 18:06Speaker 5: because again he's a guy. Last year when Christian was out,
- 18:12Speaker 5: Parker wasn't quite ready to be one hundred percent, So
- 18:15Speaker 5: when Christian was out, all of a sudden, you felt
- 18:17Speaker 5: like they had only two guys that they could trust.
- 18:24Speaker 5: For Trammel, these are big because you put up things
- 18:27Speaker 5: like this and you've been in the league already three
- 18:29Speaker 5: or four years. He's gonna have a job somewhere in
- 18:31Speaker 5: the NFL. That's it's important to him. I love that guy.
- 18:37Speaker 5: But it looks like now they're starting to have guys
- 18:42Speaker 5: who they'll be able to get to the practice squad
- 18:44Speaker 5: and have solid if needed.
- 18:48Speaker 3: I look at it, and you covered him, but I
- 18:50Speaker 3: look at him and I see West Welker, right. Wes
- 18:52Speaker 3: Welker was a guy who was well. He was in
- 18:55Speaker 3: San Diego and then Miami and in.
- 18:56Speaker 4: Place four years.
- 18:58Speaker 3: In those two places, he had like eighty six catches,
- 19:00Speaker 3: and in his first year with Tom Brady, that's Tom Brady,
- 19:02Speaker 3: he had ninety catches.
- 19:03Speaker 4: He just looks like one.
- 19:04Speaker 3: Of those guys who if you keep working to develop him,
- 19:08Speaker 3: he's going to pay off for you in some way,
- 19:09Speaker 3: shape or for him. So I hope they can get
- 19:11Speaker 3: him through the practice squad because he had a really
- 19:12Speaker 3: impressive camp.
- 19:13Speaker 2: I'm going to talk a little bit about this in
- 19:15Speaker 2: my hot tape, But trying to get this roster down,
- 19:17Speaker 2: especially certain position groups, there's a lot that you want
- 19:19Speaker 2: to keep, and I don't know how we're going to
- 19:20Speaker 2: get the numbers to work out. We'll discuss that a
- 19:22Speaker 2: little bit. Some good defense as well in the second half.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Obviously you know second third stringers there. But we did
- 19:26Speaker 2: see some flashes from some people. Brian, what were you
- 19:29Speaker 2: must impressed by? I feel like the defensive line we
- 19:31Speaker 2: saw some flashes as well, and then just different different.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Players speed, right, I mean these guys were running to
- 19:37Speaker 3: the football from any direction. And this is a fast
- 19:41Speaker 3: team at Parker right there, right. I mean, he's the
- 19:44Speaker 3: guy who comes in as an undrafted rookie free agent,
- 19:46Speaker 3: and he ran all over the field. I thought he
- 19:48Speaker 3: had a really nice night. This is a fast team, now, John.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Part of that speed maybe because the defense is so simple, right.
- 19:55Speaker 3: They have a few coverages, they have a few pressure packages,
- 19:58Speaker 3: and they just want to execute them at the highest
- 20:01Speaker 3: level possible. The other thing I say is we see Edmunds.
- 20:04Speaker 3: They had some power. I mean we saw some big
- 20:06Speaker 3: hits from him again and from Chad Mumma. This defense
- 20:09Speaker 3: just from top to bottom has been an impressive unit.
- 20:11Speaker 5: Yeah. I think in the second half with defense, you
- 20:13Speaker 5: sort of look at the overall picture and again you
- 20:18Speaker 5: see speed and you think to yourself, okay, there's sixteen
- 20:21Speaker 5: practice squads, eight of them are on defense. If they
- 20:25Speaker 5: have eight young, fast guys who are out playing the
- 20:29Speaker 5: other teams young guys, then maybe you can have three
- 20:33Speaker 5: or four guys on that practice squad that can come
- 20:35Speaker 5: in and get you through if needed. Maybe one guy develops.
- 20:40Speaker 5: It was encouraging because again you had guys late in
- 20:44Speaker 5: the game getting some sacks, doing some stuff that makes
- 20:46Speaker 5: you think, Okay, we're not in incredible trouble. If guys
- 20:52Speaker 5: go down. I don't know that we saw guys who
- 20:55Speaker 5: will be talking about in October, but that's a better
- 20:58Speaker 5: sign than if you don't see it.
- 20:59Speaker 3: You got to develop this wrong and the practice squad
- 21:01Speaker 3: is not something we talk a lot about through the
- 21:03Speaker 3: course of the season.
- 21:04Speaker 4: But if you want to talk about developing.
- 21:06Speaker 3: You've got to get those guys to a position where
- 21:08Speaker 3: they can step into the bottom of your roster. When
- 21:10Speaker 3: guys get hurt, you need to bring them along too.
- 21:12Speaker 3: So guys like Trammel and Parker, Hey man, if you
- 21:15Speaker 3: can get them into a position where they can contribute
- 21:17Speaker 3: at the end of the year, you're really set up
- 21:18Speaker 3: to protect your salary cap.
- 21:20Speaker 5: Well, we're coming up on a time next week when
- 21:22Speaker 5: there's cuts mentioned the practice squad. For years we talked
- 21:27Speaker 5: about the fifty three. The reality in the NFL since
- 21:30Speaker 5: COVID and since the practice squad has been expanded, that
- 21:33Speaker 5: it's really closer to a sixty man sixty one man
- 21:38Speaker 5: roster because these guys come off the practice squad so often,
- 21:40Speaker 5: guys like Trammel, even CJ. Bethard, if they get him
- 21:44Speaker 5: to the practice squad, If that's how it plays out,
- 21:45Speaker 5: I don't know who's going to play out with CEG.
- 21:47Speaker 5: Maybe they keep three. But you now have situations where
- 21:50Speaker 5: these guys really come up two or three times a
- 21:54Speaker 5: year and the team considers those guys very important pieces
- 21:59Speaker 5: of what they might do week to week. Let's take
- 22:02Speaker 5: a look at CJ.
- 22:02Speaker 2: He was supposed to play the entire second half, but
- 22:04Speaker 2: unfortunately he had to leave with a groin injury. We'll
- 22:07Speaker 2: try to get an update from Doug on that a
- 22:08Speaker 2: little bit later on in the day, but he was
- 22:11Speaker 2: having quite a time running for his life at certain
- 22:13Speaker 2: points there. And I know John you were saying this
- 22:16Speaker 2: is late farther down in the depth chart of the
- 22:18Speaker 2: offensive line, but it makes some questions as well because
- 22:20Speaker 2: some of these guys have been around a couple of years.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Is this maybe where you focus more on Javon Foster
- 22:24Speaker 2: and Cooper Hodgs than some of the other guys you've
- 22:26Speaker 2: kept around if it's getting down to that point.
- 22:28Speaker 5: Well, again, it's so tough because on the offensive line,
- 22:31Speaker 5: it's the one spot where one error completely can wipe
- 22:35Speaker 5: out whatever eight other good things going on. So I
- 22:39Speaker 5: did not break down exactly where all the pressure was
- 22:43Speaker 5: coming from. Again, I've seen it so often where there's
- 22:47Speaker 5: huge holes in the offensive line in the fourth quarter
- 22:51Speaker 5: of the game, where nobody really plays that I just
- 22:54Speaker 5: don't attach as much to it as I would if
- 22:56Speaker 5: it was happening to guys who I thought were gonna
- 22:57Speaker 5: be on the team.
- 22:58Speaker 4: Can I just point out this.
- 22:59Speaker 3: Is the point last year in a preseason game where
- 23:02Speaker 3: Nathan Rourke would be running around and slinging the ball
- 23:05Speaker 3: and making a play and having everybody say, we've got
- 23:07Speaker 3: to keep that guy right. This is a This is
- 23:11Speaker 3: what a nine year veteran, ten year veteran.
- 23:13Speaker 4: You've got him out there.
- 23:14Speaker 3: He doesn't get away from anybody, and he's playing behind
- 23:17Speaker 3: a ligne with some guys who are going to be
- 23:19Speaker 3: accountants or attorneys or back in school in weeks to come, right,
- 23:23Speaker 3: I mean, that's just the nature of late in the game,
- 23:26Speaker 3: in the preseason, the fourth quarter and so poor.
- 23:30Speaker 4: I mean, it's just well, that's what you see is
- 23:32Speaker 4: you see those those those.
- 23:33Speaker 3: Run around guys that can make dramatic plays, and that's
- 23:36Speaker 3: where they shine in situations where everything breaks down.
- 23:39Speaker 5: Also, before you completely right off, everybody who played, which
- 23:43Speaker 5: I've been doing too, it's the most it's the group
- 23:49Speaker 5: that most depends on cohesion and the third offensive line.
- 23:54Speaker 5: There are situations where it's the first time they've ever
- 23:56Speaker 5: been together in live action the other night, So I
- 24:01Speaker 5: guess keep it in perspective.
- 24:02Speaker 4: A little bit.
- 24:02Speaker 5: Alright.
- 24:03Speaker 2: One more highlight for you that Mac touchdown throw in
- 24:05Speaker 2: the latter part of the game there as we talk
- 24:07Speaker 2: a little bit about just what he brings in terms
- 24:09Speaker 2: of he made some good specific throws earlier in the
- 24:13Speaker 2: game as well, just into a you know, tight windows
- 24:16Speaker 2: or whatever it was that shows you that first round capability.
- 24:19Speaker 4: Yeah that this what doesn't need much analysis. I mean
- 24:22Speaker 4: he he timed it.
- 24:23Speaker 5: Beautiful drop of the bucket.
- 24:24Speaker 4: Yep.
- 24:25Speaker 5: Well, and I think what was I guess cool? Not
- 24:28Speaker 5: the CJ got hurt. But you saw MATC come in.
- 24:32Speaker 5: He's been on the sidelines. He thinks he's done. He's
- 24:35Speaker 5: probably done a couple of Hey mom, dad, you know, uh,
- 24:38Speaker 5: thanks for coming to the game. All of a sudden
- 24:40Speaker 5: he's back in, and all of a sudden, once he
- 24:42Speaker 5: got back in, the level went back up. So I
- 24:47Speaker 5: think he saw that he's a guy who uh belongs
- 24:52Speaker 5: on the football field in the NFL. No matter what
- 24:55Speaker 5: the circumstance, he could have easily come in and thrown
- 24:59Speaker 5: a couple of in complations. I played well, so I
- 25:01Speaker 5: was focused on the first half. So again, a good
- 25:04Speaker 5: night for mack. Well.
- 25:05Speaker 4: He wants to be on the field, he said that
- 25:06Speaker 4: after the.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Game, and if he likes to play, if we do
- 25:08Speaker 2: see him come into a game, hopefully not not gonna
- 25:11Speaker 2: whatever would we have it would be a situation like
- 25:13Speaker 2: that where maybe Trevor needs to take off a series
- 25:15Speaker 2: or whatever. It is, so good stuff there. Coming back
- 25:17Speaker 2: after the break, we'll go over our hot takes from
- 25:19Speaker 2: three season Game number two, Move the Fray, Move the freight,
- 25:28Speaker 2: Magellan Transport, What did the coolest office space in Jacksonville?
- 25:31Speaker 2: You can apply online at Magellanlogistics dot com jag exam. Also,
- 25:36Speaker 2: we're gonna do hot takes today, brought to you by
- 25:38Speaker 2: Firehouse Subs, because why not have a hot take on
- 25:41Speaker 2: a Monday, especially after we got to see preseason game
- 25:44Speaker 2: number two and a lot of good action from some
- 25:47Speaker 2: of the guys fighting for roster spots. Brian, when you
- 25:49Speaker 2: were looking at what your hot take was going to
- 25:51Speaker 2: be today, what were you thinking about?
- 25:52Speaker 3: Well, first of all, I hadn't really think about it,
- 25:55Speaker 3: but Trent Balky told us on Saturday night in the.
- 26:01Speaker 4: Television broadcast that they.
- 26:03Speaker 3: Had a different process this year for on boying rookies,
- 26:05Speaker 3: for getting younger guys engaged earlier, and I think it's
- 26:09Speaker 3: gonna pay off, and not just this year's younger guys,
- 26:11Speaker 3: but last year's as well. There's a youth movement coming right.
- 26:14Speaker 3: I mean, you watch Mason Smith and we saw just
- 26:17Speaker 3: a few plays from Jordan Jefferson, but he made plays right,
- 26:20Speaker 3: and you can see where those two guys are more
- 26:23Speaker 3: valuable to your roster than guys like Roy Robertson Harris
- 26:26Speaker 3: and Orlando Ledbetter who were contributors last year but don't
- 26:31Speaker 3: have that youth, don't come with that lower salary cap number.
- 26:33Speaker 3: Aren't the developmental prospects. I don't know how ninety eight
- 26:37Speaker 3: and ninety four don't make the roster over You know
- 26:39Speaker 3: guys in their early thirties who carry a higher salary
- 26:42Speaker 3: cap number, who you're not counting on more than maybe
- 26:44Speaker 3: year to year. As opposed to these two guys, you're
- 26:46Speaker 3: looking three four years in the future. I think to
- 26:49Speaker 3: some degree, you could say the same thing with Cooper Hodges.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Now he's not ready to step in the starting lineup today,
- 26:55Speaker 3: but if you watch him on the practice field last week,
- 26:56Speaker 3: you can tell he's not far and he had a
- 26:59Speaker 3: bad play that gave up a sack, but also it's
- 27:01Speaker 3: a good plays. On Saturday night, you can see where
- 27:03Speaker 3: Brandon Sheriff, who struggled all last year with the foot
- 27:06Speaker 3: in the ankle, but played because he's a tough guy.
- 27:09Speaker 3: I won't have to this year, and at some point
- 27:11Speaker 3: it'll be time for Cooper Hodges to step in and
- 27:14Speaker 3: to take that spot. There are young, talented players here
- 27:18Speaker 3: who need to be on the field, and those are
- 27:19Speaker 3: just a couple of them.
- 27:21Speaker 5: Yeah, those storylines need to happen because if they don't,
- 27:25Speaker 5: then they have to readdress positions down the road.
- 27:27Speaker 4: So it's a natural progression of a roster.
- 27:30Speaker 5: Yeah, and I couldn't agree more. My hot take is
- 27:35Speaker 5: that I'm team Tank more than.
- 27:37Speaker 4: A welcome to the club now I've been here a lot.
- 27:41Speaker 5: Again, we joke about it, and I don't know Tank
- 27:45Speaker 5: much better do much more than any other player on
- 27:48Speaker 5: their oster. I know that he the season started off
- 27:55Speaker 5: rough last year on the weird play, the one where
- 27:58Speaker 5: he caught the ball and he fumbled, and it just
- 28:00Speaker 5: seemed like never got back on track. The other thing
- 28:02Speaker 5: with Tank last year was because he was always in
- 28:07Speaker 5: short yardage almost always. His yards per carrier were like
- 28:13Speaker 5: two point three or two point four needed well, and frankly,
- 28:18Speaker 5: the offensive line last year at one point, I'm not
- 28:22Speaker 5: sure it would matter to anybody back there would have
- 28:24Speaker 5: had had trouble. So he was in a situation where
- 28:27Speaker 5: his hard for him to succeed. I think it'll be
- 28:30Speaker 5: tough for the team to commit to him the way
- 28:33Speaker 5: that would maximize his potential because you're not gonna pull
- 28:38Speaker 5: Travis etn off the field in big, big situations, or
- 28:42Speaker 5: you're not gonna take away an offense where Travis is
- 28:46Speaker 5: a main focus. But I think the concerted effort to
- 28:49Speaker 5: keep Tank involved and to use him more, it's a
- 28:52Speaker 5: storyline to watch and they need to figure out a
- 28:54Speaker 5: way to do it. My hot take today is similar.
- 28:57Speaker 2: We talked a little bit about it already, but I
- 28:59Speaker 2: think this is gonna be the toughest roster cut down
- 29:01Speaker 2: that Doug Peterson's had, at least here in Jacksonville, because
- 29:04Speaker 2: of what we've just discussed.
- 29:06Speaker 5: There's some position groups.
- 29:07Speaker 2: Where you may want to keep, you know, you almost
- 29:09Speaker 2: tempted to keep seven wide receivers maybe, but then there's
- 29:12Speaker 2: other groups where you really are going to have to
- 29:14Speaker 2: commit to the youth, and I think that's a sometimes
- 29:18Speaker 2: difficult decision for people to make. Specifically, obviously these are
- 29:21Speaker 2: people you're dealing with, but then also like that's your
- 29:23Speaker 2: future with the team as well, so you know, to
- 29:25Speaker 2: make those commitments and cut people that have contributed in
- 29:28Speaker 2: the past, but maybe you need to now focus on
- 29:30Speaker 2: the younger players. Those are difficult decisions to make at
- 29:33Speaker 2: the end of the day, and I think there's going
- 29:34Speaker 2: to be more than a handful of them this time
- 29:36Speaker 2: around with the Jaguars roster, specifically on the defensive side
- 29:38Speaker 2: of the ball, and on both both lines, both sides
- 29:41Speaker 2: of the line.
- 29:41Speaker 3: You know, I think to some degree, two thirds of
- 29:45Speaker 3: the teams in the league kind of say that they
- 29:46Speaker 3: feel like they've got a good roster and they're going
- 29:48Speaker 3: to lose some guys. It's worth noting that, you know,
- 29:51Speaker 3: everybody has their ninety man roster right now, and they
- 29:55Speaker 3: have worked through camp to keep a focus on their guys.
- 29:59Speaker 3: So I think that this whole process of keeping some
- 30:02Speaker 3: guys you want isn't quite as difficult as we think
- 30:04Speaker 3: it is, because everybody would like to keep the guys.
- 30:06Speaker 4: They've developed, you know what I mean.
- 30:08Speaker 3: There might be a Trammel right that people need a receiver,
- 30:11Speaker 3: but I don't think it's as difficult, not that there
- 30:13Speaker 3: won't be difficult decisions on who's on the fifty three,
- 30:16Speaker 3: but getting those guys through to the practice squad. I
- 30:17Speaker 3: don't think it's quite as difficult these days as it
- 30:20Speaker 3: once was.
- 30:20Speaker 5: Well, and you'll probably lose a guy fifty three cut.
- 30:26Speaker 5: You might lose one guy that some teams enamorate with me.
- 30:28Speaker 5: Brian's points exactly right. Jalen Jackson, for instance, who I
- 30:32Speaker 5: think he's played very very well. You know we've seen
- 30:37Speaker 5: Jalen Jackson play really really well. My guess is there's
- 30:39Speaker 5: twenty teams that have a rookie free agent running back
- 30:43Speaker 5: who has flashed enough for the team's gonna say, you
- 30:45Speaker 5: know what, we like him. He's been in our system,
- 30:48Speaker 5: He's familiar. It's mainly what Brian's talking about. When these
- 30:51Speaker 5: guys have been there since April fifteenth or since ride
- 30:54Speaker 5: for the draft, and they're familiar with the system. If
- 30:58Speaker 5: you have a third quarterback, well, if a team has
- 31:01Speaker 5: a third quarterback and he's been in their system for
- 31:03Speaker 5: four months, he's probably a better option for them than CJ.
- 31:07Speaker 5: Bethard would be, who's been in this system for three months.
- 31:10Speaker 5: So it takes a lot for a team to say
- 31:13Speaker 5: I want that guy, and I want to put him
- 31:16Speaker 5: on my active roster and juggle what I've already been
- 31:21Speaker 5: planning for four months. We'll have to see.
- 31:24Speaker 2: We still got about a week left until they make
- 31:26Speaker 2: those final cuts, but that'll be done on Tuesday that
- 31:29Speaker 2: deadlines at four pm, say with us here on dag Vam.
- 31:31Speaker 2: We'll talk about what we got going on the rest
- 31:33Speaker 2: of the week and the final preseason the game of
- 31:34Speaker 2: the year.
- 31:42Speaker 5: Jagsvaans.

- 31:48Speaker 2: Chair is furniture for fans.
- 31:53Speaker 7: He really treats each day like a game day. So
- 31:56Speaker 7: with that, we're trying to align the just before the
- 31:58Speaker 7: pre snap win. The pre snap is what we talked
- 32:00Speaker 7: about a lot, and then it's also attack and aggressive,
- 32:02Speaker 7: and I think you're able to see that with our
- 32:04Speaker 7: play how guys are attacking the ball, hit getting hard hits,
- 32:07Speaker 7: and I think it just allows us to play fast too,
- 32:10Speaker 7: and just being able to trust one another out there.
- 32:13Speaker 2: Bad mom against some playing time in preseason game number two,
- 32:15Speaker 2: he's trying to get in that linebacker mix they've got
- 32:18Speaker 2: going on with Ryan Nielsen's rotation on defense. But the
- 32:22Speaker 2: final days of training camp, you guys, I know camp
- 32:24Speaker 2: officially broke, but we still got a couple more days
- 32:26Speaker 2: of practice before the final preseason game on Friday.
- 32:29Speaker 3: Muma's interesting guy if you get him, and he's moved
- 32:32Speaker 3: to strong side and he's obviously playing in a new
- 32:34Speaker 3: scheme with Ryan Nielsen, but he's a third round pick
- 32:37Speaker 3: and if you get something from him this year, it
- 32:39Speaker 3: reminds us that not everybody is ready to play even
- 32:42Speaker 3: in year two. I mean, he's a guy who looks
- 32:44Speaker 3: like he gets it now.
- 32:46Speaker 4: Well.
- 32:46Speaker 5: I think both he and Ventrel Meller are are are
- 32:48Speaker 5: very important storylines. If you're gonna be a deep team,
- 32:53Speaker 5: that depth has to come from somewhere, and they feel
- 32:57Speaker 5: deep to me at linebacker. Where again, if they have
- 33:01Speaker 5: an injury and you see forty eight or fifty one
- 33:04Speaker 5: running out there, you're not in a panic that all
- 33:07Speaker 5: of a sudden that's a weak spot in the defense.
- 33:08Speaker 5: So that's it. Takes time when you take over in
- 33:13Speaker 5: twenty twenty one with a depleted roster to get a
- 33:16Speaker 5: roster where you feel like there's a lot of depth
- 33:19Speaker 5: in a lot of places in Mac Jones, Ventro Miller,
- 33:22Speaker 5: Chad Mooma, Parker Washington, Tank, Bigsby Alsome. We're talking about
- 33:25Speaker 5: depth around here.
- 33:26Speaker 3: One more preseason game and then the preseason by yes,
- 33:29Speaker 3: which is gonna go away when they go to eighteen games.
- 33:31Speaker 2: You know it, so don't ruin. Don't rain on the
- 33:33Speaker 2: parade already, don't ran on the parade all right. We're
- 33:35Speaker 2: gonna have Jags on Wednesday and Thursdays we get ready
- 33:38Speaker 2: for that final preseason game on Friday. Thanks for joining us.
- 33:40Speaker 2: We'll see again soon.
