  And remember that pile is shrinking, not growing because

  every year over the last three to four years the world has

  needed to tap into the surplus above ground silver.

  We some kind sometimes call it the silver slush fund, the

  silver surplus fund. But you may notice that amount

  of yellow sand at the top is shrinking and shrinking.

  And eventually it will get to critical levels, which could
