- 0:41Speaker 3: to tell you that Larry Dawson is in studio with
- 0:43Speaker 3: us again this week and he is.
- 0:45Speaker 4: Here right now.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Larry, good morning, How are you doing this morning? I
- 0:47Speaker 3: guess you need your mic? Oh yeah, I think my goodness.
- 0:52Speaker 4: Sorry about that.
- 0:54Speaker 3: Between the two of us, we have about forty years
- 0:56Speaker 3: of radio experience. You would think that we would know
- 0:58Speaker 3: when the mic would come on, right, well.
- 1:00Speaker 5: Thank you, thank you. And I love the music and
- 1:03Speaker 5: I love the socks.
- 1:04Speaker 4: Oh my friend Flintstone socks.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Yeah, my daughter gets a kick out of when I
- 1:09Speaker 3: wear like imprinted socks or some kinds.
- 1:11Speaker 4: So that's usually where.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Yeah, that's usually like my little Easter egg for her.
- 1:14Speaker 3: She looks for my socks every day to see whatever. Right,
- 1:16Speaker 3: So I try to get some character or something I
- 1:18Speaker 3: put on them. Uh so this morning it's Fred Flintstone O.
- 1:21Speaker 3: The Dino ones are interesting, but they're pink.
- 1:25Speaker 5: Somewhere. You have to draw the lad with the kids.
- 1:28Speaker 5: Maybe you're just around the house there.
- 1:30Speaker 4: Yeah, they're they're all right.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Hey, if you have any questions this morning, or if
- 1:33Speaker 3: you want to ask Larry about anything, you're welcome to
- 1:36Speaker 3: gives a call. Three zero, four, three, four five fifty
- 1:37Speaker 3: to fifty eight. You can text threes are four nine,
- 1:39Speaker 3: three five, five years or eight. Larry Dawson is here.
- 1:41Speaker 3: Of course he still buys cars, and uh, we're gonna
- 1:43Speaker 3: be talking about the audio industry and plus all kinds
- 1:45Speaker 3: of things this morning. Say if you have any questions,
- 1:46Speaker 3: you're moren welcome and gives the call. So what's going on?
- 1:48Speaker 2: Man?
- 1:48Speaker 5: Well, the automobile industry is just typical December. You know,
- 1:52Speaker 5: I still have though I'm not in the game in
- 1:54Speaker 5: the retail, I'm still involved and I talked to you know,
- 1:58Speaker 5: my five buddies or the five that I know that's
- 2:02Speaker 5: going to be truthful with them. And December is always
- 2:06Speaker 5: the push to get rid of the last car, you know,
- 2:09Speaker 5: to get that last bark on the board. The commercial industry,
- 2:13Speaker 5: I think it's six thousand GVW. I believe it could
- 2:16Speaker 5: have changed. You know, you get the total right off
- 2:18Speaker 5: in most applications of your company corporation LLC that you
- 2:22Speaker 5: know you have some profits there you want to you
- 2:24Speaker 5: want to purchase to offset some corporate tax. So it's
- 2:28Speaker 5: always a push. And as we get closer to the
- 2:31Speaker 5: end of the month, you'll see more and more and
- 2:33Speaker 5: more uptick of adversements. You know, nationally on TV, on
- 2:39Speaker 5: the computer, on the radio stations, just all they're going
- 2:42Speaker 5: to do their last spin. It seems like it's always
- 2:46Speaker 5: who wants to be the number one and whatever segment
- 2:48Speaker 5: they want. You can be number one about any segment
- 2:51Speaker 5: if you create a segment. Yeah, so believe it or not.
- 2:55Speaker 5: Back when it really mattered to me and I was
- 2:58Speaker 5: heavily involved in the retail world, and you know, there's
- 3:01Speaker 5: some really large automobile dealerships in West Virginia and especially
- 3:07Speaker 5: around this area, and they included the Independence, which I
- 3:11Speaker 5: was an independent and for We're about a ten year
- 3:14Speaker 5: run and I was I think I got really interested
- 3:19Speaker 5: in watching to see what position I was in for
- 3:23Speaker 5: whatever matter. Maybe it was ego, maybe just knowing if
- 3:25Speaker 5: I was doing things right, because you know, I was
- 3:27Speaker 5: just a very small retail outlet that I hovered around
- 3:33Speaker 5: number eighty in a state for many years, so I
- 3:37Speaker 5: was the eightieth largest. So I put myself in a segment.
- 3:41Speaker 5: I thought, well, you know, with everybody else that's really
- 3:43Speaker 5: really I thought was really really good. You know, now
- 3:46Speaker 5: you know it doesn't matter because that's not my game,
- 3:50Speaker 5: but you can put yourself in whatever segment. There wasn't
- 3:53Speaker 5: a segment of independent dealers. There was a segment of all,
- 3:56Speaker 5: you know, registered dealers in state of West Virginia and
- 3:59Speaker 5: through West virgin and Auto Dealer Association and me belonging,
- 4:03Speaker 5: I had access that information, which I think was very
- 4:05Speaker 5: important to me at one time. It's funny how you
- 4:08Speaker 5: shift not careers. I retired from my career. I'm still
- 4:12Speaker 5: playing as a hobby, as I tell people, but I'm
- 4:14Speaker 5: still buying cars. There's no instrument or rating out there.
- 4:18Speaker 5: Who's buying the most cars. I know you know I
- 4:20Speaker 5: probably want to bottom. But what stands me different is
- 4:23Speaker 5: I'm one on one. You know, your information that we're
- 4:26Speaker 5: going to share with each other is conversation. And I'm
- 4:30Speaker 5: not going to pull out a laptop or any device
- 4:33Speaker 5: and enter other than I am going to take a
- 4:36Speaker 5: coffee of your driver's license, and that coffee is going
- 4:39Speaker 5: to be printed and put in this manilla envelope with
- 4:41Speaker 5: your name, or in a fiul that's behind a locked door.
- 4:44Speaker 5: It's not going to go in any type of computer
- 4:47Speaker 5: where anybody can get in to access information off what
- 4:52Speaker 5: you give me and listen, they just throw a brick
- 4:55Speaker 5: through the window and pray open a foul cabin. But
- 5:00Speaker 5: I was telling Dell before I came on in the air.
- 5:03Speaker 5: We were talking and I've said this for the last
- 5:06Speaker 5: several years when I was in the retail. Now I'm
- 5:09Speaker 5: just buying cars. Is we are the safekeeper of the
- 5:14Speaker 5: information that you give us. And in so many times
- 5:19Speaker 5: do you ever really see talk to the individuals buying
- 5:23Speaker 5: your car or you just doing this by your phone
- 5:25Speaker 5: exchanging information and this little white truck shows up that
- 5:30Speaker 5: you know, it says Carvana or gas Monkey or who
- 5:34Speaker 5: they're all doing it. You know, who are going to buy?
- 5:36Speaker 5: Well are they going to do with that information? I
- 5:39Speaker 5: received a letter yesterday and now I was telling Dale,
- 5:43Speaker 5: and I was at Kim's house and I don't really
- 5:45Speaker 5: receive mount Kim's house, and she said, here's a letter
- 5:49Speaker 5: addressed to you, and basically it was from Blue Cross
- 5:53Speaker 5: Blue Shield, a third party they used to maintain or
- 5:57Speaker 5: whatever they do with my information. Their data was breached
- 6:02Speaker 5: and it was informing me, informing me for about a
- 6:05Speaker 5: period of five months, all my information and all the
- 6:08Speaker 5: information they had on their clients, which I'm sure is
- 6:11Speaker 5: hundreds of thousand. All the information was breached. So you know,
- 6:17Speaker 5: the safekeeping is not safekeeping. Someone has by SO security number, name, address,
- 6:22Speaker 5: and a lot of information about me. And it's basically
- 6:26Speaker 5: says saying, I can get on here and monitor what
- 6:29Speaker 5: they gave away. Well, who are you gonna call? There's
- 6:33Speaker 5: not a phone number on here. I mean, who are
- 6:35Speaker 5: you gonna call? I was having a conversation with a
- 6:38Speaker 5: friend of mine last night. She is moving. Her father
- 6:40Speaker 5: just passed away in Texas. She liquidated his estate, kind
- 6:45Speaker 5: of like what you talked about with your mother. And
- 6:47Speaker 5: now she's moving to Myrtle Beach to sell off her
- 6:52Speaker 5: father's belongings, which I knew Roy very well. He had
- 6:56Speaker 5: a lot of tools, a lot of machinery. He lived
- 6:59Speaker 5: to be ninety five, was a very active ninety four
- 7:01Speaker 5: year old man. He had stuff. Well, she was Facebook
- 7:05Speaker 5: marking in it, and during her Facebook marking she used
- 7:09Speaker 5: to word coach. Facebook flagged her and put her on
- 7:15Speaker 5: Facebook jail because she used to word coach in. What
- 7:19Speaker 5: they said was there's people selling knockoffs coach purses, and
- 7:23Speaker 5: they and they threw her under that umbrella. And now
- 7:26Speaker 5: Lisa is a very smart lady. She's traveled the world
- 7:29Speaker 5: with dal Chamical. She's been in Shanghai and Columbia, you know,
- 7:35Speaker 5: in South America. She's been all over to buy. So
- 7:38Speaker 5: this isn't just this is a pretty smart lady. She
- 7:42Speaker 5: cannot get a Facebook jail.
- 7:44Speaker 3: Yeah, what what they're doing is because there is no
- 7:47Speaker 3: customer service anymore. No, they're using AI to capture the
- 7:50Speaker 3: broadest possible net that they possibly can. And then they're
- 7:52Speaker 3: just throwing up their hands at the people that get
- 7:54Speaker 3: caught in the net that shouldn't be And it's like
- 7:56Speaker 3: we well, anyway at least we're not getting sued for
- 7:58Speaker 3: stuff that that that's leaking out or whatever it might be.
- 8:00Speaker 4: It's a terrible situation to see you.
- 8:02Speaker 5: So Lisa is a single lady with no children, never
- 8:07Speaker 5: been married, has been a professional worker all her life,
- 8:11Speaker 5: and she liquidated her father's estate and kudos to her
- 8:15Speaker 5: because it was large. I mean we talk a lot,
- 8:18Speaker 5: went to the funeral. I mean we're that close. Now
- 8:22Speaker 5: she's decided to downside sell her house. So she has
- 8:25Speaker 5: stuff over many years. She can't sell on in the
- 8:29Speaker 5: marketplace because she used a word sixty to ninety days ago.
- 8:34Speaker 5: She's even went to YouTube and followed their instructions how
- 8:38Speaker 5: to file. And you know, I guess a grievance to
- 8:43Speaker 5: say or your side of it. Well, when you give
- 8:47Speaker 5: all this information to someone you've never even talked, that
- 8:50Speaker 5: doesn't even polish a telephone number, there is no talking
- 8:53Speaker 5: to them, and you've given them information and then you
- 8:57Speaker 5: get breached. Who do you call? Ian stay with your
- 9:00Speaker 5: local person, and once again, I buy cars and I'll
- 9:04Speaker 5: come to your mother's house, or I'll go to your
- 9:06Speaker 5: aunt's house, or I'll come and we get at one
- 9:09Speaker 5: on one right there. Because I've done it all my
- 9:11Speaker 5: life is sitting in the living room, in the kitchen
- 9:14Speaker 5: or wherever you want to set and we're going to
- 9:16Speaker 5: exchange a couple of pieces of paper. One of them
- 9:18Speaker 5: is going to be a check. Here's going to be
- 9:20Speaker 5: a title. In some cases there's two checks, a payoff
- 9:23Speaker 5: check and your equity check. And then that information is
- 9:26Speaker 5: going to be safeguarded by me, not by a computer
- 9:30Speaker 5: that has firewalls. It's going to go in an envelope.
- 9:33Speaker 5: And that's where I stand out and what I'm finding
- 9:35Speaker 5: out Dell. Really, since I've semi retired, the person that
- 9:42Speaker 5: contacts me, I'll bet you is sixty years old or north.
- 9:47Speaker 5: I can't get into the young generation's mind because they're
- 9:50Speaker 5: not listening to what I'm telling It's not going to
- 9:53Speaker 5: it doesn't change their world. It's going to change their
- 9:55Speaker 5: world when they do these days when the right breach happens.
- 9:59Speaker 5: But you know, they don't quite understand because they were
- 10:03Speaker 5: raised with that laptop, telephone, you know, desktop in their hand,
- 10:09Speaker 5: and they think that's the only way to do business.
- 10:12Speaker 5: My clients is the older professional retired thing. You know.
- 10:16Speaker 5: I don't want to give this information to everybody, and
- 10:20Speaker 5: I just don't want everybody coming into my house because
- 10:23Speaker 5: you know, nosy neighbors sometimes see things, you know, and
- 10:27Speaker 5: then they get on fakebook and blow it up that
- 10:30Speaker 5: I guess what, Joe next door just sold his car
- 10:33Speaker 5: to Caran there's a big van that not everybody wants
- 10:36Speaker 5: their information out there, and then where that car lands.
- 10:40Speaker 5: And if you read the blogs that I read, I mean,
- 10:43Speaker 5: it just it makes you want to delete that word.
- 10:46Speaker 5: But I can only I can only share my information
- 10:50Speaker 5: when I say my information what I do, and I
- 10:52Speaker 5: buy cars and I'm finding out that the people's contact
- 10:57Speaker 5: to me is near my age, if not older. And
- 11:00Speaker 5: it's a delicate situation. They just don't want to share
- 11:04Speaker 5: and they they know I'm safeguarding it because I don't talk.
- 11:08Speaker 5: You know, there is some let's say, high profile people
- 11:13Speaker 5: in this area, in this county that I buy their cars,
- 11:17Speaker 5: and I know they sell me their cars because I
- 11:20Speaker 5: don't talk about it. You know, it's not broadcasting.
- 11:23Speaker 3: Now for people tell me that they've sold you their
- 11:25Speaker 3: cars and I never knew that they sold you. You
- 11:26Speaker 3: they sold you sold you their cars, you know, but
- 11:28Speaker 3: they would mention it in some other context. Was like,
- 11:30Speaker 3: oh yet somebody else that does business with Larry. I
- 11:33Speaker 3: didn't know.
- 11:34Speaker 5: That I bought them from this station right here.
- 11:36Speaker 4: Yep. Oh yeah.
- 11:36Speaker 5: But before they were distributed or remarketed that logo you
- 11:42Speaker 5: all had, I made sure it came off it because
- 11:45Speaker 5: it's just what I do. And you know, I normally
- 11:49Speaker 5: go through glove compartments. I go through the navigation system
- 11:55Speaker 5: to see what you have stored. Do you realize that
- 11:58Speaker 5: taxt are stored?
- 11:59Speaker 3: Oh my goodness, I mean even twenty years ago. How
- 12:02Speaker 3: long whenever it was that I've worked for Enterprise, It
- 12:04Speaker 3: was almost twenty years ago now. Even back then where
- 12:06Speaker 3: they had where you could engage your bluetooth into the
- 12:09Speaker 3: dash of the vehicle and give it permission on stuff.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Whenever we would get vehicles back and you would go
- 12:14Speaker 3: in to get it ready for the next person or whatever.
- 12:16Speaker 3: You could scroll down through the dashboard and see all
- 12:18Speaker 3: their texts, the calls that they made, the whole thing,
- 12:20Speaker 3: and like you, I would always try to erase those sayings.
- 12:23Speaker 3: People wouldn't be able to sink their bluetooth. So it
- 12:24Speaker 3: was a customer service aspect to it. But how much
- 12:27Speaker 3: privacy and stuff? I mean, because it was the text
- 12:29Speaker 3: of the text, not just the number. Now, the calls
- 12:31Speaker 3: were just the number, of course, but the texts were
- 12:32Speaker 3: the text of the text because where they had it
- 12:35Speaker 3: up on the display. To me, that is crazy that
- 12:37Speaker 3: people sync up their data like that and then just
- 12:41Speaker 3: abandon it.
- 12:41Speaker 4: They just leave it. You go to vacation somewhere.
- 12:44Speaker 3: I've rented a condo a couple of years ago down
- 12:46Speaker 3: in Florida, showed up there and somebody left all of
- 12:48Speaker 3: their accounts logged in to the netflixes and stuff like
- 12:53Speaker 3: that on the community TV there. Like you go there
- 12:55Speaker 3: and you bring it up Disney Netflix. All this stuff
- 12:57Speaker 3: was already logged in with the previous people that were there.
- 13:00Speaker 3: I don't guess you could reverse engineer any data necessarily
- 13:03Speaker 3: out of that, but you know what you could do.
- 13:04Speaker 3: You could watch a bunch of stuff that they don't
- 13:07Speaker 3: like to watch, and then when their kids go on
- 13:09Speaker 3: too log one, suddenly there's a bunch of programming that
- 13:11Speaker 3: they don't watch. It's being recommended to them. I mean, well, take.
- 13:14Speaker 4: Care of your data little more.
- 13:15Speaker 3: I feel like sometimes being a gen xers and being
- 13:19Speaker 3: a gen x er, we're kind of one of the
- 13:21Speaker 3: smaller generations and there's not many of us in leadership positions,
- 13:23Speaker 3: you know. I mean, there's just like there's never been
- 13:25Speaker 3: a gen X president of my generation. There's just I
- 13:28Speaker 3: feel like sometimes that we're in we're in the uh
- 13:31Speaker 3: in the breeze, trying to tell people about the storm
- 13:33Speaker 3: that's coming when it comes to data. Because I was
- 13:35Speaker 3: on the cusp of the handoff of the technology and
- 13:39Speaker 3: I was really big into the privacy aspect of that.
- 13:42Speaker 3: The only thing activism that I've ever done in my
- 13:44Speaker 3: life is online privacy. I did that in the late nineties,
- 13:47Speaker 3: in the early two thousands, And I feel like that
- 13:50Speaker 3: you can't caution people enough about do you realize how
- 13:53Speaker 3: bad it is with the data fate, with the forensic
- 13:56Speaker 3: data fate, data print that can be put together about
- 13:58Speaker 3: you right now, with all the safeguards that you try
- 14:01Speaker 3: to put together. It is alarming. And you can go
- 14:04Speaker 3: and find people that will do mockups of how you
- 14:06Speaker 3: can get data from here here and here and here
- 14:08Speaker 3: and here and put together a forensic data fingerprint of
- 14:12Speaker 3: a person that is extraordinarily accurate with their family history
- 14:16Speaker 3: and their friends and where they've lived and what cars
- 14:18Speaker 3: they own. I mean, you can derive this stuff just
- 14:20Speaker 3: from metadata, and we don't protect any of that stuff.
- 14:24Speaker 5: Walk out on the street and catch the next person
- 14:26Speaker 5: walking down and asking me to give me your SOID
- 14:27Speaker 5: security numbers and see what they say to you.
- 14:30Speaker 4: I would never do that.
- 14:31Speaker 5: Well they have, well guess what, And it's all over
- 14:34Speaker 5: the place. And the more you do it, the more's
- 14:36Speaker 5: out there. And so be very protective everything like your
- 14:39Speaker 5: social security numbers. Seriously exactly. And once again, when I
- 14:44Speaker 5: go in and buying a car, I met a gentleman
- 14:46Speaker 5: last Friday. I did not buy his car, but I
- 14:49Speaker 5: don't think anyone else has. I'm hoping to be able
- 14:52Speaker 5: to buy his truck. Seventy six, seventy seven retired god
- 14:58Speaker 5: on common ground. He told me what he was doing.
- 15:00Speaker 5: And you know, a nice guy lives up Systonvielle and
- 15:03Speaker 5: he made the journey to Nitro. And I would bet
- 15:07Speaker 5: to say he made the journey to Nitro. He's probably
- 15:09Speaker 5: heard me on this station and what and that's when
- 15:11Speaker 5: it That's when it dawned on me. I don't know.
- 15:14Speaker 5: I do not have twenty five and thirty year olds
- 15:16Speaker 5: and really forty year olds walking in or calling or
- 15:19Speaker 5: texting or getting hold of me. It's sixty plus years
- 15:22Speaker 5: old and a lot of it is generated right here.
- 15:25Speaker 5: And that's why Sean asked me if I was, you know,
- 15:28Speaker 5: going to be back next year, and I suggest because
- 15:31Speaker 5: I believe the majority of your listeners probably I won't
- 15:36Speaker 5: say it's sixty, but they're they're not twenty.
- 15:38Speaker 3: If there's the way that it works out with talk radio,
- 15:41Speaker 3: if you're sixty plus listening to the radio, that the
- 15:43Speaker 3: chances are you listening to talk radio is very high.
- 15:45Speaker 4: Yes, that's just I mean.
- 15:46Speaker 3: There's others that listen and you go elsewhere, but once
- 15:49Speaker 3: you get to a certain threshold, talk radio and classic
- 15:52Speaker 3: rock into some degree classic country, but talk radio is
- 15:55Speaker 3: basically where those people reside.
- 15:56Speaker 4: So yeah, that's true.
- 15:57Speaker 5: So that brings in that.
- 15:58Speaker 4: That's all of us, I mean, you know, I mean
- 16:00Speaker 4: that's West Virginia.
- 16:01Speaker 5: Yes, and that's where I get a lot of people
- 16:04Speaker 5: calling just asking questions or they'll run into me because
- 16:07Speaker 5: I'm where I'm not in that retail business. They don't
- 16:10Speaker 5: feel obligated. Really good friend of mine and a neighbor,
- 16:15Speaker 5: he is a CPA, really bright guy, and we talked well.
- 16:20Speaker 5: I was over his house yesterday evening. We was just
- 16:23Speaker 5: watching little TV and just shooting a breeze. And he's
- 16:26Speaker 5: big in sports and bigger than I am, but I
- 16:28Speaker 5: you know, we talk sports and Sunday evening he and
- 16:33Speaker 5: I met over at Billy Sundays and he was having
- 16:35Speaker 5: a beer and I was having a sandwich in a sprite.
- 16:37Speaker 5: You know, I just came back and snowshoe and he said,
- 16:41Speaker 5: you know, Larry, he said, being a CPA in account
- 16:43Speaker 5: and I know I sometimes asked him a question though
- 16:46Speaker 5: Mike Greenley is my accountant, just to talk to him.
- 16:50Speaker 5: And he says, a lot of people ask me questions
- 16:53Speaker 5: about their taxes because I'm a CPA. And he says,
- 16:56Speaker 5: I've come to the point in my life that I'm
- 17:00Speaker 5: gonna start charging because he is a walking IRS manual.
- 17:06Speaker 4: I'm doing.
- 17:07Speaker 5: This is always ever done. And I said, you know,
- 17:10Speaker 5: I can see where you should and I understand that,
- 17:13Speaker 5: I said me On the other side, I said, I
- 17:16Speaker 5: like to engage and if I can help, because it's
- 17:19Speaker 5: my follow up, it's my credentials, it's hey. Larry said,
- 17:24Speaker 5: you know, we'll call Larry because he gave me some
- 17:27Speaker 5: good advice when my mother was ill, and we had
- 17:29Speaker 5: to sell a car. I'm actually dealing with one of
- 17:32Speaker 5: those right now. And I've navigated and dell. I started
- 17:37Speaker 5: the automobile business when I was this shy of twenty
- 17:40Speaker 5: years old. I'm sixty eight, well, I soon to be
- 17:43Speaker 5: sixty eight years old. I've done this almost five decades.
- 17:47Speaker 5: I kind of know the car business. And you can
- 17:49Speaker 5: get on that fake book, or you can get on
- 17:52Speaker 5: the internet and you can educate yourself for about three
- 17:55Speaker 5: to five minutes, because that's when you get tired of reading.
- 17:58Speaker 5: You can't comprehend what I have. Yeah, right, absolutely, it's priceless.
- 18:02Speaker 5: So I have nothing else to do in life other
- 18:05Speaker 5: than buy cars. I mean, I'm not in that retail
- 18:08Speaker 5: world now. The Stevens occupying my spot and they leased
- 18:11Speaker 5: it from me, and I just have a small space.
- 18:13Speaker 5: But I still got this great mind and I like
- 18:16Speaker 5: to engage and I do like to be helpful, but
- 18:19Speaker 5: once again, I'm not gonna get do it by gathering
- 18:22Speaker 5: up a large information. I saw this commercial wise a
- 18:25Speaker 5: snowshoe about carbonam. They got Shaquille O'Neill doing the commercial.
- 18:31Speaker 5: You think he's.
- 18:31Speaker 4: Free, No, no, no, And.
- 18:34Speaker 6: Do you think that television you know I mean he's
- 18:36Speaker 6: probably a part owner on Yeah, he made has has
- 18:39Speaker 6: his fingers and everything, so it wouldn't surprise me. So
- 18:42Speaker 6: when you get when you start reading and watching adversements nationally,
- 18:48Speaker 6: that's not free.
- 18:49Speaker 4: No, no, So how.
- 18:50Speaker 5: Can they do all this magic and pay you more
- 18:53Speaker 5: than anybody else and then pay shock you know to
- 18:58Speaker 5: do this? This is this small business in West Virginia
- 19:02Speaker 5: and we have a lot of small entrepreneurs. I have
- 19:06Speaker 5: leased a building to a lady at four it's a
- 19:10Speaker 5: great address, four twenty first Avenue, and she has nitro
- 19:13Speaker 5: energy and wellness and she does herberlight. I'm gonna call there.
- 19:19Speaker 5: It's a drink. It's an energy drink to me because
- 19:23Speaker 5: it does hype me up a little bit. But she
- 19:25Speaker 5: has so much business. It is amazing because I didn't
- 19:30Speaker 5: understand her concept when she came to meet about leasing
- 19:33Speaker 5: the building. Actually, I mean, Christian, if you're listening, you
- 19:37Speaker 5: sold yourself on me. I didn't have a grasp on
- 19:41Speaker 5: your product. I just didn't know. I almost. I mean,
- 19:44Speaker 5: I don't want to say I saw maybe a potential
- 19:47Speaker 5: failure in this thing because I didn't quite understand she's
- 19:50Speaker 5: rocking it nice and she's I don't think Christian's forty yet.
- 19:55Speaker 5: She's a mother and a wife and has this business.
- 19:58Speaker 5: But one thing I saw her was a vision during
- 20:03Speaker 5: one of our first conversations. Let's just say, it didn't
- 20:08Speaker 5: go real well. And I, you know, it's my building,
- 20:12Speaker 5: I at least to whoever want to, and I didn't
- 20:14Speaker 5: return a couple of her texts, and she confronted me
- 20:18Speaker 5: about it, and I said, well, you were telling me
- 20:20Speaker 5: how you're going to do things in my building before
- 20:23Speaker 5: you had become you know, And she apologized, she said,
- 20:27Speaker 5: you know what, You're right, and boy, we got on
- 20:30Speaker 5: the right page immediately.
- 20:32Speaker 4: Something just took a couple of minutes of this. We talked.
- 20:36Speaker 5: We talked. I mean, it's all it took was a talk.
- 20:39Speaker 5: You know, text can go wrongs real and this was
- 20:42Speaker 5: not going real right. And so you know, if you're
- 20:47Speaker 5: invading my space and it's mine and the incomings not real, well,
- 20:52Speaker 5: then I just don't text back. Because I'd had a
- 20:55Speaker 5: similar situation with a person of youth that had rented previously,
- 21:04Speaker 5: and we just it just did work real well. This
- 21:07Speaker 5: is working very well, and I'm very proud of her,
- 21:10Speaker 5: though I don't know her. I'm promoting her. She happens
- 21:13Speaker 5: to be in a building I own. But this girl
- 21:16Speaker 5: is driven. And once we talked and not text, I
- 21:20Speaker 5: saw it. I understood it, but the text wasn't going
- 21:23Speaker 5: very well. And so I guess the message behind this
- 21:29Speaker 5: meaning or the meaning behind this message I'm saying is
- 21:32Speaker 5: call me. I mean, if you have something to sell,
- 21:35Speaker 5: if you have a circumstance that you just want to
- 21:37Speaker 5: talk about, it might be a delicate situation. I understand,
- 21:41Speaker 5: I'm not going to share it. How do you know
- 21:43Speaker 5: that that texting with that AI bought as they call it,
- 21:49Speaker 5: isn't being shared to multiple multiple monks.
- 21:52Speaker 4: I guarantee it is.
- 21:53Speaker 3: I mean, have you ever read all the terms of
- 21:55Speaker 3: service of every service you sign up for that it
- 21:58Speaker 3: uses AI or using your data and some say way
- 22:01Speaker 3: shape or form, because I guarantee you that all of
- 22:04Speaker 3: those places reserve some right to sell or to manipulate
- 22:06Speaker 3: your data.
- 22:07Speaker 5: Last yesterday evening around eight, I got a notification they're
- 22:12Speaker 5: going to update my phone. Will you have to sign
- 22:15Speaker 5: that to let the I mean I didn't read it right,
- 22:20Speaker 5: and I'm struggling right now this morning because it was updated.
- 22:23Speaker 5: It is completely different Kim Morman yesterday evening before I
- 22:27Speaker 5: left her house, she said, have you updated? And I said,
- 22:29Speaker 5: I don't think I've got a you know, alert that
- 22:32Speaker 5: I'm going to be updated. She said, wait until you are.
- 22:36Speaker 3: You know, we forget about like regular software not attached
- 22:39Speaker 3: to phones anymore. But recently the Enterprise Suite for Microsoft
- 22:43Speaker 3: updated all the way through at system, so you know,
- 22:45Speaker 3: when you have a corporate license those things eventually, well
- 22:48Speaker 3: I'll update. But Microsoft incorporated AI into everything that they
- 22:51Speaker 3: do now, so suddenly one day you open up Outlook
- 22:53Speaker 3: and it's just regular Outlook. The next day you open
- 22:55Speaker 3: it up and suddenly it's asking you if you want
- 22:56Speaker 3: a computer to write your email for you, like.
- 22:59Speaker 4: You had to button. You're like, wait minute, I didn't
- 23:01Speaker 4: mean to hit that is what are you writing? What
- 23:02Speaker 4: is this?
- 23:03Speaker 5: I mean palette?
- 23:04Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, okay, yeah, I mean what are you doing?
- 23:06Speaker 2: Man?
- 23:06Speaker 4: I don't want this thing on here.
- 23:07Speaker 3: I mean, I've I've been writing thank you, but I
- 23:10Speaker 3: I'm fifty one years old and I've been writing emails
- 23:12Speaker 3: for a long time. I don't suddenly need for some
- 23:16Speaker 3: some robot to write my email for me. I mean,
- 23:18Speaker 3: and it's intrusive. It's not even somewhere where you have
- 23:21Speaker 3: to go look for me, like, Okay, let me go
- 23:22Speaker 3: find this tool to do it for me. It's like
- 23:24Speaker 3: they're trying to make you hit that instead of just
- 23:26Speaker 3: doing the thing that you normally do. I'm sorry, I've
- 23:29Speaker 3: gotten to this ad. I did a whole show on
- 23:30Speaker 3: it on Monday. But I've gotten to this point where
- 23:34Speaker 3: as somebody who used to embrace technology and used to
- 23:38Speaker 3: really be I mean, my first computer was called a
- 23:40Speaker 3: k Pro two. I had it in nineteen eighty. I
- 23:42Speaker 3: was six years old.
- 23:43Speaker 4: Man.
- 23:44Speaker 3: I mean, I've been on these things forever, and I'm
- 23:46Speaker 3: at the point now where if I could throw it
- 23:47Speaker 3: all on the river, I would.
- 23:49Speaker 5: If it's so good. You know, Fruth Pharmacy is closing down,
- 23:54Speaker 5: and that's where I get my prescriptions from in Winfieldruth.
- 23:59Speaker 5: They me a tax, not a call, sent me a
- 24:02Speaker 5: text saying that my information was being transferred to Walmart,
- 24:07Speaker 5: excuse me, to Walgreens. Walgreens in Eleanor and I just
- 24:12Speaker 5: live across the river, so I thought, well, I'll drive
- 24:14Speaker 5: over and say hi, and do you need anything? I
- 24:17Speaker 5: mean you need I have whatever I have. You do
- 24:21Speaker 5: need it? Yeah, and she said, oh, no, we have
- 24:24Speaker 5: all your information. I said, so everything that Fruth has
- 24:28Speaker 5: you have now they'll they'll not not only get one prescription,
- 24:32Speaker 5: it's it's an annual thing. She said, oh no, there'll
- 24:34Speaker 5: be no interruption. I said, great, Well, Friday, I'm on
- 24:38Speaker 5: my way to snush you. I get a text from
- 24:39Speaker 5: Walgreens says, we just received a script for you. Press
- 24:44Speaker 5: type yes to go or no quit. I don't remember,
- 24:47Speaker 5: and you know obviously, but yes. Well Monday afternoon, I
- 24:51Speaker 5: hadn't heard anything because normally they send you a follow
- 24:54Speaker 5: up text and your prescriptions ready. So I call, I was,
- 24:59Speaker 5: I was on whole twenty four minutes. Twenty four minutes.
- 25:02Speaker 5: I was on hold the Walgreen's in Eleanor, and I
- 25:06Speaker 5: kept saying, you're the third. There's three waiting, two waiting,
- 25:09Speaker 5: one waiting, then bang, and I could hear all this
- 25:12Speaker 5: noise or no, it was quite noisy. I don't know why.
- 25:15Speaker 5: In Eleanor Or, West Virginia. And she said, well, we
- 25:19Speaker 5: have not received a prescription for you. I said, well,
- 25:22Speaker 5: why did you send me a text? And I read
- 25:24Speaker 5: it to her. You know these things you can put
- 25:26Speaker 5: on the microphone and I brought it up. She said, well,
- 25:29Speaker 5: hold on, well I go back on old come back.
- 25:32Speaker 5: She said, oh, yeah, we did. I said yeah, and
- 25:35Speaker 5: she said, well I need to enter all your information
- 25:37Speaker 5: in the computer. This will take a while. I said, ma'am,
- 25:40Speaker 5: I came over there to give you all this information
- 25:44Speaker 5: and you told me you didn't need you had it all.
- 25:46Speaker 5: Well hold on. Well finally another person got on the phone.
- 25:51Speaker 5: I don't have any off people as occupied. And I'm
- 25:53Speaker 5: not really complaining, just that how did this speed things?
- 25:58Speaker 4: Eleanor?
- 25:58Speaker 5: I don't know. See, that's what I was thinking, wonder
- 26:01Speaker 5: if they was really in Eleanor? Was I really talking
- 26:03Speaker 5: to Eleanor.
- 26:04Speaker 3: I saw somebody going through the Walgreens trash over in
- 26:08Speaker 3: Kansas City. They were trying to break into it and
- 26:10Speaker 3: get some stuff out of it, and I was ready
- 26:12Speaker 3: link for work. I couldn't stop to go in, so
- 26:13Speaker 3: I called the Walgreens and I discovered at that point
- 26:17Speaker 3: in time that it's almost impossible because I got a
- 26:19Speaker 3: hold of somebody. I was like, man, you got somebody
- 26:21Speaker 3: outside trying to break into your trash right now. You
- 26:22Speaker 3: need to get out there and see if you can
- 26:24Speaker 3: do anything about it. They're like where are you calling from?
- 26:26Speaker 3: I'm like, what, I called your local?
- 26:28Speaker 4: What do you mean?
- 26:28Speaker 3: And I found out that it was a call center somewhere.
- 26:31Speaker 3: They had no idea. They had to transfer. Although I
- 26:33Speaker 3: called the local number to the local pharmacy, they had
- 26:36Speaker 3: to transfer me to the local business so I could
- 26:38Speaker 3: tell them there was somebody trying to break into their trash.
- 26:40Speaker 3: And I still couldn't get through it, just ring and
- 26:41Speaker 3: ring and ring.
- 26:42Speaker 5: So you know this big isn't always better. If it works,
- 26:46Speaker 5: it's great, it's streamline. You go, wow, that was easy.
- 26:49Speaker 5: Let it be difficult, and then try to make a
- 26:51Speaker 5: phone call. I'm getting ready to change my doctor. And
- 26:55Speaker 5: I really like my doctor, but he's involved with h
- 26:59Speaker 5: IMG and I've just I've just I can't stay on
- 27:02Speaker 5: hold as long as I've stayed on hold. And I
- 27:05Speaker 5: had a prescription that didn't get called in. I had
- 27:08Speaker 5: a lower respiratory went down there a month ago, and
- 27:12Speaker 5: I really liked my doctor. I waited for Fruit to
- 27:16Speaker 5: call me to tell me it was ready. I went
- 27:18Speaker 5: down I lived in wild I went down there and said,
- 27:20Speaker 5: we've not received anything. I tried to call hi MG
- 27:24Speaker 5: out of a dozen times. Finally, because I had been there.
- 27:28Speaker 5: I got a text wanting a follow up a survey
- 27:33Speaker 5: of well guess what I did. I got a phone
- 27:36Speaker 5: call instantly. Yeah, we got a break.
- 27:39Speaker 4: Yeah, we can do it whenever you writ okay, whenever
- 27:40Speaker 4: you're ready. Want to go and do that?
- 27:41Speaker 2: Now?
- 27:41Speaker 3: Yes, all right, let's go and do this. Let's go
- 27:43Speaker 3: ahead and take our break. We can come back. You
- 27:44Speaker 3: can still get ahold of us a sort if you
- 27:45Speaker 3: have any questions for Larry. Maybe you're interested in selling
- 27:48Speaker 3: him your car, you have a testimonial about Larry, one
- 27:50Speaker 3: of the truth of fact about nitro, anything along those lines.
- 27:52Speaker 3: You're welcome to give us a call. Thre es er
- 27:53Speaker 3: A four three four five fifty eight fifty eight. Thre
- 27:55Speaker 3: es er A four three four five fifty eight fifty eight.
- 27:57Speaker 3: You can text three zer a four nine three five
- 27:59Speaker 3: five zero zero eight. Will take a break and be
- 28:02Speaker 3: back right after this. You're listening to ask the expert
- 28:04Speaker 3: Larry Dawson this year, this morning he buys cars. Just
- 28:13Speaker 3: about eight minutes left in the program. You can still
- 28:15Speaker 3: get in to talk to Larry Dawson if you'd like
- 28:17Speaker 3: to this morning three zero four three four five fifty
- 28:19Speaker 3: eight fifty eight three zero four, three four five fifty
- 28:21Speaker 3: eight fifty eight For Larry Dawson. He buys cars and
- 28:23Speaker 3: he can help you out in any of those regards
- 28:25Speaker 3: if you'd like to give us a call this morning
- 28:26Speaker 3: or text three zero four nine three five five zero
- 28:28Speaker 3: zero eight three zero four nine three five five zeros
- 28:30Speaker 3: you're eight. We're talking about all kinds of things, not
- 28:32Speaker 3: only uh Larry buying cars, but also just in general.
- 28:35Speaker 3: How much safer it is to do uh, to do
- 28:37Speaker 3: business sliding papers across the table rather than sliding data
- 28:41Speaker 3: across your phones.
- 28:42Speaker 4: Yeah here in your house, in your house, yeah right, your.
- 28:45Speaker 5: And you have a local fellows coming that. I'm really
- 28:47Speaker 5: easy to find. You know what, I can't be a
- 28:51Speaker 5: bank robber. Everybody knows me. They go, yeah, that's great, Right,
- 28:54Speaker 5: that's Larry. I've been around a long time and I've
- 28:57Speaker 5: seen now I don't know if I've seen at all,
- 29:00Speaker 5: because i've seen it all then you know you're at
- 29:02Speaker 5: the end. So I've seen a lot, see just about
- 29:06Speaker 5: all themes. Yeah, I think so, I've seen a lot
- 29:08Speaker 5: of different scenarios. I've seen situations. I mean, we could
- 29:11Speaker 5: do a show or fraudulent acts that I have heard
- 29:15Speaker 5: of or actually been a part of, and didn't realize it.
- 29:20Speaker 5: And I thought I was pretty good, you know that
- 29:22Speaker 5: they came in, that they've came in and got me,
- 29:25Speaker 5: and I thought, wow, I learned something.
- 29:28Speaker 3: You know.
- 29:28Speaker 5: It's it's funny that when you're doing everything right and
- 29:31Speaker 5: you have nothing but the best intentions, you're blinded because
- 29:37Speaker 5: that person out there that doesn't have the best attentions,
- 29:41Speaker 5: they're taking advantage of your being blinded. Orn'arro sighted or
- 29:46Speaker 5: you got your blind because you're looking straight ahead, you're
- 29:48Speaker 5: looking the path of doing things right. And I've done
- 29:52Speaker 5: it right all these years. When I say I did right,
- 29:55Speaker 5: I mean was every car I sol did everybody have
- 29:58Speaker 5: a great experience? I'm sure not. I'm sure there's been
- 30:01Speaker 5: some people out there, but it wasn't intentional, and when
- 30:03Speaker 5: I found out about it, I did my best to
- 30:06Speaker 5: correct the situation. I mean, you don't stay in business
- 30:10Speaker 5: as long as I stayed in business at Nitro being
- 30:13Speaker 5: an independent car dealer and not upset somebody or some people.
- 30:19Speaker 5: But the long haul, I have no regrets. I mean,
- 30:23Speaker 5: there's nothing. If I had to do over, I'll do
- 30:26Speaker 5: it over exactly how I did it. But the people
- 30:30Speaker 5: that has taken advantage of me was because what I
- 30:33Speaker 5: was trying to do was doing the right way and
- 30:36Speaker 5: they were circumventing and taking advantage of me. Because I
- 30:41Speaker 5: don't think that one.
- 30:42Speaker 3: Yeah, do you bring up such a good point there,
- 30:44Speaker 3: because if you don't practice the deceitful side of things. Frankly,
- 30:49Speaker 3: and I'll speak from experience on this. As as good
- 30:52Speaker 3: as you might be at your business, the people that
- 30:54Speaker 3: are bad faith actors may can trick you, man, because
- 30:57Speaker 3: you're not like I met from me, I'm a little naive.
- 31:01Speaker 3: In some cases, I've been absolutely blindsided by something that
- 31:05Speaker 3: where I found out it was somebody doing something in
- 31:07Speaker 3: authentic or in bad faith or something like that, I
- 31:09Speaker 3: was like, I had no I mean, I felt like
- 31:11Speaker 3: an idiot because I had no idea. But I just
- 31:13Speaker 3: don't approach life from that perspective. It's hard for me
- 31:15Speaker 3: to see that perspective.
- 31:16Speaker 5: I bet you when you were in a rental car
- 31:18Speaker 5: business that people came in, Yeah, you're shaking your head.
- 31:23Speaker 5: I could only imagine that when you there was probably
- 31:27Speaker 5: some questions that you were trained to ask, oh yeah,
- 31:30Speaker 5: you know, to see if they were going to pass
- 31:33Speaker 5: that part of the test because you do not know
- 31:35Speaker 5: what they're really going to do with that.
- 31:37Speaker 3: You do not And like I told you before, we
- 31:39Speaker 3: were responsible for cars. If you lost cars, you had
- 31:41Speaker 3: to pay for them. And when you worked for enterprise,
- 31:43Speaker 3: if somebody stole your car or whatever. So when somebody
- 31:45Speaker 3: would come in and rent something and wouldn't return it,
- 31:47Speaker 3: or you're trying to get a hold of them and
- 31:50Speaker 3: they're not returning your calls, and well, we had a
- 31:52Speaker 3: credit card on foul, but we can't run it anymore
- 31:54Speaker 3: because it won't take it. And you, I mean, and
- 31:56Speaker 3: you have to make a character judgment sometimes when people
- 31:59Speaker 3: when they're coming into that. Man, I tell you, it's
- 32:01Speaker 3: not easy. Sometimes it's not easy.
- 32:02Speaker 5: Well, the same way when I was in the automobile
- 32:04Speaker 5: selling business, people come in and you know, obviously they
- 32:07Speaker 5: want to drive a car, and I would always think,
- 32:09Speaker 5: you know, they would have good intentions, but I am
- 32:11Speaker 5: a little questionnaire that I would ask, and as long
- 32:15Speaker 5: as all of the answers was in the parameters of
- 32:19Speaker 5: what I thought was good faith, and you know, we're
- 32:21Speaker 5: all good, I really didn't have much of a problem
- 32:23Speaker 5: because I was so well known, especially in that Nutro area.
- 32:27Speaker 5: And that was my customer base. You could drop a
- 32:30Speaker 5: compass and go around and draw ten mile radius, and
- 32:33Speaker 5: that was the business. And it's probably still the business
- 32:36Speaker 5: in me buying cars. I mean, I don't get a
- 32:39Speaker 5: call from Webster Springs, not I wouldn't go to Webster Springs.
- 32:43Speaker 5: I was in Webster Springs Friday and Sunday, so I
- 32:46Speaker 5: can stop by your house. I've had conversation up around
- 32:49Speaker 5: the Snowshoe area because it's a virgin area, nobody's working it.
- 32:53Speaker 5: But I don't plan to go up there. I really
- 32:54Speaker 5: don't plan. I'm not going back to work. I love
- 32:57Speaker 5: his hobby. This is a great hobby because I'm helping people.
- 33:00Speaker 5: I'm doing what I really like and kind of what
- 33:02Speaker 5: I know best to do, and that was to buy cars.
- 33:05Speaker 5: So if you're thinking about it, if you have a
- 33:07Speaker 5: loved one or what just a circumstance you want to
- 33:10Speaker 5: run by me, you can call me. My cell phone
- 33:12Speaker 5: numbers three oh four five four five zero two eleven.
- 33:16Speaker 5: That's the same number I've had since nineteen ninety eight,
- 33:19Speaker 5: the same number. So it's if you did if you
- 33:24Speaker 5: dealt with me in ninety two and you had an
- 33:26Speaker 5: old business card laying around. That's still my telephone number.
- 33:29Speaker 5: So I'm a very easy accessible person and I think
- 33:33Speaker 5: I'm a whole lot more than probably anyone you're going
- 33:36Speaker 5: to find in the automobile world, because these stores have
- 33:40Speaker 5: gotten bigger, and you know, they don't always answer the
- 33:44Speaker 5: phone like the old days, because you don't know who's
- 33:47Speaker 5: answering that phone now, good intentions, bad intentions. You know
- 33:51Speaker 5: that's warehoused in their bricks and mortars, but it might
- 33:55Speaker 5: not be the department that you want. And I've told
- 33:59Speaker 5: this story before. You know, you get pulled on hold
- 34:01Speaker 5: and that customer gets let's say, disgrunt or upset or
- 34:05Speaker 5: just hangs up. You may very well lost customer. And
- 34:09Speaker 5: there's the next person down the street that you know
- 34:12Speaker 5: is waiting for that to happen. And I'm not the
- 34:16Speaker 5: next guy down the street, but I'm the guy that's
- 34:18Speaker 5: really easy to find. So once again, if you want
- 34:21Speaker 5: to call, it's three h four five four five zero
- 34:23Speaker 5: two eleven. I'm next door to where I was for
- 34:26Speaker 5: thirty seven years. I'm local in the community. I set
- 34:29Speaker 5: on a couple of boards, so one in the city
- 34:31Speaker 5: of Nitro, one in the city of Winfield, which I
- 34:34Speaker 5: reside in. I sit on the DMV board that the
- 34:37Speaker 5: governor appointed me too, so I'm kind of around. I mean,
- 34:39Speaker 5: I'm kind of that guy. So any automobile world.
- 34:42Speaker 3: At least that's right, and it has been on the
- 34:45Speaker 3: radio for a long time with that, and we encourage
- 34:47Speaker 3: you if you have any questions earlier, you can't give
- 34:49Speaker 3: him a call. Threes are a four five four five
- 34:50Speaker 3: zero to eleven. Threes are a four five four five
- 34:53Speaker 3: zero to eleven. And every second, what do we on
- 34:56Speaker 3: the second Wednesday?
- 34:57Speaker 5: Wednesday?
- 34:57Speaker 3: A right, well, on the second Wednesdays of every month
- 34:59Speaker 3: right here on five E you see HS You can
- 35:01Speaker 3: talk to Larry. If you have any questions, you can
- 35:04Speaker 3: get ready for next time. But really it's easier just
- 35:06Speaker 3: to give him a call. Three zer a four five
- 35:07Speaker 3: four five zero two eleven. Then you can call it
- 35:09Speaker 3: next time and tell us how it went and how
- 35:11Speaker 3: well it went right.
- 35:12Speaker 5: Hey, if you're down Nitro, stop buy and get you
- 35:13Speaker 5: one of those energy drinks. Well, can and see Christ
- 35:16Speaker 5: and tell her Larry sent you. Let's see how this
- 35:18Speaker 5: radio works.
- 35:19Speaker 4: There you go. That sounds good, No problem with that
- 35:21Speaker 4: at all.
- 35:21Speaker 3: So that was Larry Dawson from Larry Dawson's or from
- 35:24Speaker 3: Larry Dawson's We Bought Cars. That was our guest here
- 35:27Speaker 3: this morning. When I ask the expert, he'll be back
- 35:28Speaker 3: next month. Coming up next, Dave Allen, We'll be here
- 35:30Speaker 3: with five eighty Live. I'll be back this afternoon at
- 35:33Speaker 3: three oh six. I'm filling in for Dave weekly on hotline,
- 35:35Speaker 3: so i'll be back this afternoon at three six. Thanks
- 35:38Speaker 3: so much for tuning in today, and thanks so much
- 35:40Speaker 3: for Larry too coming in. We'll see him back here
- 35:42Speaker 3: next month.
- 35:43Speaker 4: Have a great day.
- 35:43Speaker 3: Everyone listening to five eighty w c HS. We are
- 35:46Speaker 3: the voice from Charleston.
