- 0:13There may not be a more controversial topic in the world than abortion.
- 0:21More so now than ever, which is interesting that we evolved so much in science, and you would think logic that the conversation would have evolved with it, and it has actually done the opposite.
- 0:39It's a subject matter that immediately has a reaction from people one way or the other.
- 0:50It goes beyond politics.
- 0:52It became a political issue for decades for the rights of women, reproductive rights, care, whatever you want to call it.
- 1:07Let's be let's be honest.
- 1:10It was the fight to continue to allow this to occur for a woman.
- 1:18Like the rights of the woman, the rights of the child, where is the line, everyone has different opinions.
- 1:26That's okay, that's the way the world works, but science is science.
- 1:30It is science.
- 1:32I am the daughter of a research biologist.
- 1:36She studied embryonic development.
- 1:39And it was a I don't want to say the word cause, but very personal for my family, my you know, growing up Catholic, you were pro-life.
- 1:56That that just went with the religion.
- 1:59You know, if you were a Catholic, it was a right to life.
- 2:03That was very, it was undisputable.
- 2:06Every life has value, no matter how the life has come to be life begins at conception, it's biology, science.
- 2:17It has no religion, science when it comes to this issue.
- 2:21It's just mat fact that life begins at conception.
- 2:27The value of that life and personhood, as some people have said, is always up for debate, but the science of it is undeniable.
- 2:37And with science, it's always evolving.
- 2:40It's it's an you never stop learning, and that's the whole point.
- 2:43Nothing is finite in a science.
- 2:46And in science, back in the old days when I was born, you there were no sonograms, there were no ultrasounds, there was there was no real understanding of what was going on inside the mother's body, other than if there was some miscarriage or something had happened where you could see visually what the product, let's say call it product, as they say in Planned Parenthood, a product uh looked like visually, and the mother never saw that.
- 3:22That was something that was gone, you know, it was discarded, or so there was really a very emotional connection to a miscarriage, an abortion, it was in the dark rooms, it was there was a lot of shame attached to it.
- 3:40Uh a very difficult, it's a difficult subject no matter what.
- 3:44And you know, some people will say, well, no one wants to get an abortion.
- 3:50Our culture has completely shifted.
- 3:54Uh whether or not that's true, the messaging of it has become uh complicated, and then how do we get here?
- 4:10How did this happen?
- 4:12How do we become a society that when Hillary Clinton was in office or younger, you know, she would say Bill Clinton safe, rare.
- 4:23It was like the last, it was very a very protected uh issue on both sides, and there was this somewhat of an agreement that this it should always be rare and safe, and it's a woman's right, or the child has a life, you know, there was there was definite lines in the sand and the issue, but as it became a political topic over the last two decades, I would say maybe maybe a little less, even even more so it became a democratic calling card of fear that women are going to have no option to get an abortion, that their rights are going to be taken away, that and Roe v.
- 5:12Wade was overturned, which was a turning point for our country.
- 5:19No one knew what that was going to do to our country when that happened.
- 5:23The fear of not being able to do this procedure overcame people.
- 5:32It became their their hill that they would die on.
- 5:37And uh by state by state, it became more extreme.
- 5:42New Jersey is very extreme.
- 5:44All night all nine months you can have an abortion, and people don't believe that, but it's true.
- 5:48You don't have to have a parent's permission in New Jersey.
- 5:51A teenager who's 13 years old can go into an abortion clinic and and have a procedure.
- 5:57It is uh uh shocking, and uh, I think almost so shocking that people don't believe it.
- 6:07Uh, because this is the same issue a child in school cannot get an aspirin, has to get a note, but they can be taken by a stranger to an abortion clinic and have an abortion, and the parents never know about it.
- 6:22And it's uh it's truly shocking that New Jersey, uh, Colorado, New Mexico, the same, the same law put into the constitution they call it the constitution of the state.
- 6:37So Ruth Bader Ginsburg also said the law was flawed before she passed.
- 6:44So she agreed that Roe v.
- 6:46Wade was a flawed issue.
- 6:49Uh so that in the constitutional sense, it didn't make sense, but it was so polarized.
- 6:58Why am I talking about this?
- 7:00You know, it's an issue that has been very close to my own heart, and I I don't like to talk about it because it is so personal, and I'm not here to judge or again.
- 7:15This is not the issue that I'm going to be on the streets, you know, I'll do some I'll do the work.
- 7:24I think I always say it's you know, talking is one thing, doing is another.
- 7:27I I'm I'm much I feel much more fulfilled helping women who are facing unplanned pregnancy who want to have their children and just need some help, need some guidance, need a little some encouragement, and and that's what I want to talk about in the second half of this show, about where we have failed women in this country.
- 8:00And I saw an article today about the it's almost the demonizing of motherhood and how in the in the Marxist socialism, being a mother is seen as less than it's a the supposedly the empowerment of women to be like men, which we are not.
- 8:26That's the whole point.
- 8:28We have a certain we are our own, our own lane that is incredibly powerful, can do anything, anything when they put their minds to.
- 8:42I think women can, you know, a woman can lift a car when her child is underneath to save their lives.
- 8:46I mean, it's it's it's documented that the the amount of of strength a woman has to have children physically have children, childbirth, raising children is we're the only ones who can do that job, and it's the most important job because without mothers, you don't have a future of this of the world.
- 9:07You if you stop having children or building lives and and society surrounding family, the family goes away, the society deteriorates, and the world falls apart.
- 9:18It's just it's just science.
- 9:23And in China, when they did the one child policy, and and it they didn't want girls, you know, they're facing this, they try to play God.
- 9:31When you try to play God, God just takes notes.
- 9:38Isn't that what's happening?
- 9:40What did what what was the result of that?
- 9:44Not enough girls.
- 9:46Baby girls were being murdered, they were being put in orphanages alone.
- 9:52You know, the humanitarian crisis that it caused.
- 9:57And China has many of those.
- 10:01The brutality of how they treat people is an example of how the lack of humanity and that goes for any any country or any mission that lessens the value of life, whether it's in prison, taking a life, forced abortion, coerced, it is control, power and taking away the role of the mother and diminishing it, we all lose.
- 10:43So I wanted to talk a bit about why I'm pro-life, my story.
- 10:56Because I think lived experiences cannot be denied, and it impacted me so much in my life that how could I not tell the story?
- 11:09And I've told the story before, but the good news is I think I've figured out something that I'd never figured out before regarding the issue, which is exciting for me because as soon as people hear your pro-life, it's always the same question.
- 11:28Do you feel the same way about rape, incest, health of the mother?
- 11:31You know, it always comes down to that.
- 11:33And I'm going to address that later.
- 11:37But let me tell you a bit about my story.
- 11:40When my mother was a research biologist, and when she was studying the embryo and the fetus and the the life of the gestaan, they had, which just sounds so strange, almost like a uh a horror movie, but in in the the labs, they would have donated uh babies that were, you know, the to science, and that's how they would just put it, they were in, they were in you know, formaldehyde, and you could see them and just look at them physically, and my mother, which I think about this now, it's amazing that she did this, brought home a test tube of a 10-week-old baby in a informaldehyde.
- 12:26She was a biology teacher as well, and she was going to bring it to show her students what a baby looked like at 10 weeks.
- 12:33I was fascinated by that.
- 12:34I was very little, four or five years old, and I would stare at it, and you could see the eyes, the little black dots, the eyes, the feet were perfectly formed.
- 12:47It was maybe an inch and a half long in a in the fetal position.
- 12:52It was fascinating to me.
- 12:54So I had no idea that what I was looking at, most the majority of the country never would never see.
- 13:02Either it was hidden, it was not considered life, it was discarded when it wasn't wanted, but but loved when it was, I wasn't thinking that complex it way back in that time.
- 13:15I just could see it with my own eyes as a child.
- 13:22So fast forward when I went to high school, my best friend got pregnant by uh her boyfriend who was a lot older than her and didn't want to tell her parents, wanted to have an abortion.
- 13:34I begged her not to.
- 13:36I was very Catholic.
- 13:37I mean, I was younger than her, I was 14, she was 16, and I just was said, you can't do this, you have to have this child.
- 13:45I didn't even know where it was, it was just it was to me, there was no other option, and she was terrified to tell her parents, and I knew her parents, I'd met her parents, and they were very sweet people, and I really believed that if she told them they would support her, and they did.
- 14:01It took a lot for her to do that, and she went away.
- 14:06Remember, this is back in the 80s, had her daughter and came back to school like it never happened.
- 14:12But I knew it.
- 14:14We were very close.
- 14:15I kept her secret.
- 14:18It was very emotional for me.
- 14:22Um, I didn't really know how to process it, but I knew I knew that was the right thing, just instinctually.
- 14:28Again, I didn't, I was young, and fast forward in her life, she went on and got married, had had three more children, and with uh her the boy, the the father of that child actually ended up passing away and gone from her life, and she finally met her daughter, she gave up in high school, and her daughter said, Thank you for giving me life, thank you for choosing life.
- 14:54She's now a grandmother, and the pain, you know, the the it's very unselfish to give a child up for adoption, and a lot of the language you hear is oh, I could never give up a child, but yet they could have an abortion.
- 15:09I hear that a lot, you know, in the in the language, and the reality is no matter what you decide, that stays with you.
- 15:18It even if you're okay or you believe you're okay with the decision of having an abortion or giving up the baby for adoption, that stays with you emotionally in some way.
- 15:29Whatever that is, it could be that was the best decision for me.
- 15:33And I when I think about it, I realize it was the right thing for me at the time, or whatever, or adoption, that was the right thing at the time.
- 15:40It always has an emotional uh you're tethered to it emotionally, as if you and you have a child, there's this you keep the child, maybe you struggle, but you have this emotional connection, and that shaped my life, even as a person who went to Catholic high school and was on television and in the entertainment business, which was very liberal even in those days, but I was unapologetically pro-life.
- 16:19I was never asked about it except for one time when there was an a someone from another country came over to interview the actors, and uh somehow, I guess I was wearing my Catholic school uniform, and the the writer asked me, Well, how do you feel about abortion?
- 16:36I said, Well, I'm pro-life.
- 16:38And this woman went crazy on me.
- 16:40Crazy.
- 16:41I'm like 17 years old.
- 16:43You know, it's like, what why are you so worked up about it?
- 16:46Why do you care what I think?
- 16:47What is it?
- 16:48What is it that that's bothering you so much that you care?
- 16:54And then I'm when I moved to California, and it the culture was self, it was about self and career and drive and all of that, you know.
- 17:06There was a lot of that choice was was was uh made by many actors, you know, the girlfriends and things like that was you know, not uncommon to hear that people were not having children.
- 17:19There was that was very very rare, if at all, and it the culture shift for me was massive, and I felt somewhat of a pain for that, a sadness for that, but it was a reality, and I understood.
- 17:36Like I I saw their position.
- 17:38I don't have to agree with it, and it's none of my business really.
- 17:43Um, but that was the reality that came more into my life, and then I go back to my east coast life, get married, have children, and then recently the calling that I had was I'm a staunch believer in being a voice for the voiceless, and and um you know you have different callings in life, and God gives you choices, you have free will to make the decision whether or not you want to speak to this issue or not.
- 18:28But I do feel like I had a lived experience that would be helpful to people or eye-opening something.
- 18:38So I began speaking about it more publicly on social media, and my position was very clear, and then something interesting happened.
- 18:53I was approached to join a production team about unplanned pregnancy, a documentary about unplanned pregnancy, and the producer thought I would be a great asset to the production and with my experience and my position and all of that well, it's interesting.
- 19:17God puts you in certain places to educate you to give you a path, and this film tells the story from women who have lived this experience of an unplanned pregnancy, and there's only three choices.
- 19:43You can have the baby, give the baby up for adoption, or have an abortion.
- 19:57And I figured something out.
- 20:03This was never about babies.
- 20:06Stay with me for a second.
- 20:11The abortion issue.
- 20:14The unplanned pregnancy issue is not about babies.
- 20:22It's about mothers.
- 20:25Women.
- 20:29And as we're going through the production of this movie, which we are still doing and we are still editing.
- 20:35Why am I talking about it now?
- 20:42Because when you get an epiphany or you get an idea in your head and you realize it will be helpful, or it could be open a conversation, and you keep it to yourself, what does that do?
- 20:53Who does that help?
- 20:57If there's this incredible opportunity, just living in the universe, and you don't open the door, and you're supposed to, nothing will ever change.
- 21:08The messaging has never changed, it's gotten worse on both sides.
- 21:13The extreme the extreme point of view.
- 21:17You know, I have this vision in my head, and it's so bad now where it's the one side screaming so loud, you know, drowning out everything else, and the other side has their own position about protecting the child, and you know, you're it's murder, and it's this and it's that.
- 21:36Whatever your position is.
- 21:42What are we leaving out?
- 21:45How did those women get there in the first place?
- 21:54Think about that for a second.
- 21:55Have you ever thought about that for a second?
- 22:02If people are screaming on one side and screaming on the other, they can't listen.
- 22:14And there's nothing more Tragic than a woman facing an unplanned pregnancy who cannot be heard.
- 22:28And I heard an incredible line.
- 22:44You're not listening.
- 22:45And there's probably no bigger issue.
- 22:48Emotional issue in the world.
- 22:53That what a mother does when she finds herself in an unplanned pregnancy and is terrified.
- 23:01For so many reasons.
- 23:03And I learned a lot about those reasons.
- 23:06I learned about the failures.
- 23:08I learned about what we're doing wrong.
- 23:12And how do you fix it?
- 23:16But I'm getting somewhere.
- 23:23Because I know so many people, let's say in the political world and the film world and the the women world and all of that.
- 23:30And I say, how can you save a baby if you don't save the mother?
- 23:36And this light goes on in people's minds.
- 23:38You see it.
- 23:41If a mother can't afford to raise her child, and we're giving her nothing to help her get away from an abusive relationship, uh, get on her feet.
- 23:51You know, pregnancy resource centers are incredible, incredible help.
- 23:56Sometimes they're only for a little while, sometimes they're for a few years.
- 24:00Sometimes they're they're extremely helpful.
- 24:03Sometimes they can't go women can't go there with their partners because there's they don't allow partners to come.
- 24:10You're talking about domestic violence issues, so how do you deal with that?
- 24:13There's a lot of well, dot dot dot, well, dot dot dot.
- 24:19And we need to fix that.
- 24:22We need to fix that.
- 24:24Just a small problem.
- 24:25But my point is, until we change the language, until we change the conversation, there's just going to be a lot of yelling.
- 24:36And a lot of babies that could be born into loving families that they don't have voices either.
- 24:46So here you have a mother who culturally, so it's like in the culture, her pregnancy is a problem.
- 25:03Normalize to not have the child, not encouraged to have the child, discouraged.
- 25:12So no matter what the mother thinks once it's irrelevant, or has been so ingrained in their head that it you cannot do it.
- 25:21You can't do it.
- 25:23Telling women you can't do something, you'd think that it would be the the the attitude would be the opposite.
- 25:28Wait a minute, what do you mean I can't do it?
- 25:36The culture is you don't want to do that.
- 25:39You you can't do that.
- 25:41You have a you have to stay in college, you've got to have a career.
- 25:45Can't do that.
- 25:47But we're failing the women from top to bottom on this issue.

- 30:13How do you take decades of messaging and brainwashing and you name it?
- 30:23Shame, guilt, empowerment.
- 30:26You don't need to stop.
- 30:27You can't.
- 30:28You don't need him.
- 30:29Why would you want to get married?
- 30:30Why do you want to have kids?
- 30:31Don't have kids.
- 30:32The environment.
- 30:33I mean, pick it.
- 30:34Pick a topic, and there's a reason why you should not have a child these days and age.
- 30:44Right?
- 30:45Think about it.
- 30:46The environment, the overpopulation, you know, it's like the messaging.
- 30:53Yet other cultures are encouraged to have as many children as possible to populate the whatever it is, whatever that their belief system is.
- 31:10It's culture.
- 31:12It's the culture.
- 31:18But let's look at the the messaging, right?
- 31:21The messaging is you are a woman, you're a single woman, you're you're having your your life, and you meet somebody and you want to have a family.
- 31:31It's like, well, I can't until X, Y, and Z, and this happens and that happens, this happens.
- 31:35Why was society has pushed that.
- 31:40But here for me, I had a mother who worked full-time, who had four children, who ran the house, who took care of my father was, you know, my mother ran his business.
- 31:50Like my I had not one iota of thinking I couldn't do anything that I wanted to do.
- 31:56And I wanted to be a mother a parent.
- 31:57I knew I wanted to be a mother very, very young age.
- 32:01Probably because I saw my own mother, and she was so powerful and strong and smart and could do it all.
- 32:08I I had an incredible role model in her way she handled life, which was not always easy.
- 32:15And it wasn't that it was even choice.
- 32:19It was like, no, of course you can do all these things.
- 32:26And I'll remember in my life a few times people say, You can't do that.
- 32:30You can't do that.
- 32:33And it made me want to do it more better.
- 32:37Prove them wrong.
- 32:41There's a reason why the president of the United States has a big big pardon on my wall.
- 32:47It wasn't because it was easy.
- 32:52Having a family raising children, that's harder.
- 32:54I'll admit.
- 32:56In a great way.
- 32:57Best job in the world is to have children.
- 33:01But some people can't have children.
- 33:04And it pains them.
- 33:06And there's a big big controversy or war discussion in pro-life about IVF.
- 33:12So let's talk about that for a second.
- 33:15What is the issue for IVF?
- 33:22It is the most incredible.
- 33:27The fact that science can even achieve that a miracle.
- 33:33It is got it is a miracle.
- 33:35God wouldn't give the the life is valuable.
- 33:40Life has meaning.
- 33:42Life is, I knew you before.
- 33:44I knew you in the womb, right?
- 33:45That's the whole from the Bible.
- 33:47But the let's separate what the issue is for the Catholic church.
- 33:54Because I have it's none of my business how you want to bring in your family into the world.
- 33:59It wouldn't be for me.
- 34:02That's something that if I wasn't meant to have children, I would not have gone to the process.
- 34:07It's just not just not something I would I would have done.
- 34:10It's a personal decision.
- 34:13But the issue is the ethics of it and the from the perspective of a religious perspective.
- 34:22It's playing God, it's this and that.
- 34:24But at the same time, you know, there's there's people who who want to be parents who be amazing parents who have struggled, and they want this is this is this is what they've in their heart, they want.
- 35:35No morals, don't care, take the money.
- 35:43That I have a problem with.
- 35:52You know, this process, it's very painful, very painful.
- 35:56It's very emotional.
- 35:58But when it's when it's treated like the drive-thru at the Burger King, I got a problem with that.
- 36:02I got a big problem with that.
- 36:04And like, oh, we're just gonna, we're gonna do this now and see how it goes.
- 36:08It's like the value of life and what it means, the moral decisions, there's more the moral, the morality of it all.
- 36:23And when it comes to rape and incest, and here's where I you know, I have I have my issue is that I'm I I the whole point of when a crime is committed against a woman, and the person gets away with it because the victim has an abortion, or it happened at a teenage girl that I knew, her one of her coaches, coach, got her pregnant, took her to get an abortion, parents never found out.
- 37:11This is a case that I bring up a lot because if that child was not able to go there and had to tell her parents that man would have been locked up and not been able to go on and do it to other children, which he did.
- 37:30Didn't find this out for quite a while, long down the road, it came out.
- 37:41No crime, no evidence.
- 37:43Sad, isn't it, that it has to be that way?
- 37:47Perpetrators can take young girls, make it all go away.
- 37:54So there's both sides.
- 37:56You have to look at the both sides.
- 38:00Should that child have to live with this pregnancy and go through that?
- 38:03It's very difficult, very difficult.
- 38:06And I say child, a teenager.
- 38:08I'm not saying any of this is easy.
- 38:10This is these are the hard conversations that are not had.
- 38:12It's like wiped away.
- 38:14Say any kind of crime committed, and this result is a pregnancy is a very difficult, challenging moral, ethical conversation in the pro-life world.
- 38:30A life is a life is a life.
- 38:33If the child's disabled, it's whatever, what God's plan, that's religion.
- 38:37That's that's the pro-life side of it.
- 38:42And Bill Maher had a great statement.
- 38:45He's just, he really does come up with some profound points.
- 38:52There was someone on his show, and he said, but you have to understand the pro-life, people who are pro-life believe it's it's a murder.
- 39:03And the person would, wow, he said, no, no.
- 39:06You have to understand that's their belief.
- 39:10You saying that you don't believe it doesn't make a change that that's how they they that's their position.
- 39:18And it's so true.
- 39:19I'm no matter what, it ends a life, a beating heart stops.
- 39:24That is reality.
- 39:25Whether you want to accept that or not, that's on the person who doesn't want to accept it.
- 39:36The life has value in the pro-life community, and these are not easy conversations.
- 39:44But I bring this up for a reason, like I said on the first part.
- 39:48If we don't take care of the woman, how can we take care of the child?
- 39:54So I give you a couple, I just gave you some examples that are probably the most challenging.
- 40:03How do we give the victims support, help, strength to feel that there's someone out there that they could tell, as opposed to run away.
- 40:18That's the extreme.
- 40:20That's the the point zero one percent.
- 40:24So let's that again, that's it.
- 40:26That's a very difficult conversation to have.
- 40:34And people who are children who have who have who are children of rape say, what do you mean my life didn't matter?
- 40:42I'm not judged by the person that brought me here.
- 40:45It's not that's not me.
- 40:47So how do you devalue their lives?
- 40:50Saying that, oh, they shouldn't have been born, okay?
- 40:52So this is my point.
- 40:54You know, then that then the number gets smaller and smaller of the extremes.
- 41:00But in New Jersey, you can have an abortion all nine months, nine months, nine months.
- 41:07That doesn't happen.
- 41:08Yes, it does.
- 41:10Yes, it does.
- 41:12I'm doing a documentary on this issue.
- 41:15I know the I know the facts.
- 41:18Colorado, New Mexico.
- 41:22So how do we what do we do about it?
- 41:27The woman.
- 41:29All right.
- 41:30It seemed to have resonated with people when I said that.
- 41:40Let's give a scenario.
- 41:45Back in the day, you would have it took a village to raise a child, right?
- 41:49You had support, you had family, you had the family unit was more connected.
- 41:59You had the mother, the aunts, the cousins, the you know, had a family, and you know, your extended family was close by.
- 42:06That has changed.
- 42:08That has changed.
- 42:09That is something that is not gonna change again for a long time.
- 42:14But yet in our family, grandparents help, they are there for the par the children to help with the the children, which is wonderful.
- 42:29So I saw an opening.
- 42:34These pregnancy resource centers, let's talk about that for a second.
- 42:38There's one in New Jersey where they don't provide any medical care, it's all just helping women, get them on their feet, get them housing, babysitting, travel, really wonderful organization.
- 42:52And our representative in New Jersey, Josh Gottheimer did a press conference in front of that facility saying that they need to be shut down.
- 43:02They are they're lying to women, they're coercing women, they are they they are, and I lost it, and I went after him on the radio or one of his things, because he was lying, but why are they lying?
- 43:21Why don't they want to help women?
- 43:27Think about that.
- 43:30The funding that goes in politically from Planned Parenthood to shut these places down, so there's no other option.
- 43:38How sick is that?
- 43:41The people that run those facilities are usually they're volunteers, older women trying to do something good, help, and they put a bullseye on that place because the people there've been firebombing them, and they're you know, this is this is the issue is that if your government is willing to completely shatter you as a woman, and and with the line that you're doing it for women, which is so ironic, it's not planned parenthood has nothing to do with parenthood, quite the opposite, and now with their funding getting cut, they're giving Botox apparently, and they're doing all these other it's money, money, greed, money, money.
- 44:36But could you imagine if they took all the money that they spent on this shutting woman down, but raising them up?
- 44:51Why don't they want a functioning society with happy women, functioning women, healthy relationships with their children?
- 45:02I'm not saying I'm going to save the world, but I am telling you that there is opportunity here, and I hope the movie that we've done will come out soon, and you can hear it from their own mouths.
- 45:18I had nowhere to go.
- 45:20No one told me.
- 45:21I had no education.
- 45:24I already had a few children, I didn't want another one.
- 45:32I didn't want to do it, but I was forced to do it.
- 45:34I was coerced to do it, and I regret it.
- 45:38Because no one was there to help me.
- 45:40And then you hear inspiring stories about one person coming into someone's life to just give them that extra help.
- 45:47That's all they need, and that's the overwhelming message is that these women said, if just somebody, I just needed a little help, a little encouragement, it would have been so much easier for me.
- 46:05But the society, whatever, whatever the influence was, that decision was based on it.
- 46:14That that was also overwhelming.
- 46:18Whatever the first thing they saw or heard, or that the influence was so is so powerful because they were in an emotional place.
- 46:35I just think what's happening in our country regarding this issue is gotten so disturbing and demonic, and I don't use that word lightly, and the lack of education for people to understand science, that just shows you the messaging has been very successful on one side.
- 47:03It's a clump of cells.
- 47:04It's listen, I saw that child in that test tube, and that was not a clump of cells.
- 47:10There was no doubt that was not, that was a baby.
- 47:14That's baby.
- 47:17But we've become as a society, it's either a baby when it's wanted, but it's a it's a clump of cells if it's not, and that's the truth.
- 47:27I mean, I'm not saying something that's extreme.
- 47:33I saw a video yesterday, and this woman said, you can have more babies.
- 47:39It's like, wait a minute, you could have more babies, so this one doesn't, you can get rid of it.
- 47:45The logic behind it is so bizarre to me.
- 47:49And I don't know if people understand what's you know what how how influenced they've become.
- 48:01How do you rewind that?
- 48:02I really believe, which is really something that I've talked about before, when the reality comes down, crashing of what we've done to our women, really done the the anger and the resentment and the pain is is going to be cosmic that they were lied to or coerced, or told they couldn't when they really could, demeaning them, you're not enough, you can't with the with the messaging that you are being you don't need that, and you gotta be empowered, and you gotta make your own rules, it's about you, you know, you gotta do this.
- 48:50It's like the I heard someone speak the other day about feminism and how the what that means, you know, how it's it's really harmed women, and it and it is true, but let's take that aside.
- 49:13There is no feminism, there's no feminism because when the women's Iranian team was put on a bus and shipped back to Iran where they're God knows what they're gonna do to them, the feminists don't come out and speak.
- 49:32The feminists don't talk about the trans issue.
- 49:37They don't stand up for women who are in locker rooms with biological males, they don't stand up for women when they have men on their sports teams who are physically harming them and taking away their successes that they fought.
- 49:54So, where are the feminists?
- 49:55So it's all feminists in name only, or or by cho.
- 50:00Whatever issue.
- 50:01Yeah, not that issue.
- 50:02This one, yes, but that one no.
- 50:03Either you are or you were not.
- 50:05Either you support women or you don't.
- 50:07This is my point.
- 50:08It is about failing women.
- 50:13The feminists are failing women.
- 50:17The society has lessened women with the help of that.
- 50:27So the feminist movement has really gotten their neat gotten kneecapped by their own silence.
- 50:34Here it is decades, right?
- 50:37You don't need a man.
- 50:38You can do this yourself.
- 50:40It's like, well, sorry, sorry, Cher.
- 50:42The guys who built the bridges and the tunnels and the and the those are sorry.
- 50:49They're man jobs.
- 50:50She's like, we don't need men.
- 50:52You don't need men.
- 50:54Okay.
- 50:55Every tree climber that I know, you know, that there's jobs that are for men.
- 51:00Because, and you know how I know that?
- 51:02Try to get any woman to do it.
- 51:08Firemen, mostly men, not women, mostly men.
- 51:12See my point.
- 51:15There's this signaling.
- 51:21The virtue signaling, but it's not based in anything real.
- 51:26So it's crumbling.
- 51:33So the woman who felt empowered by the messaging of you can, you don't need, you can do, you need to think about yourself.
- 51:43You can't have a child now.
- 51:45You can't afford it.
- 51:46You can't handle it.
- 51:46You're too young.
- 51:47You're too old.
- 51:48You're too this.
- 51:49How does that woman feel?
- 51:53When she looks around, and the people that got her there are nowhere to be found.
- 51:57And they moved on to the next thing.
- 52:00It's very lonely.
- 52:03I can imagine.
- 52:04I'm just observing what's happening in society.
- 52:10So what's the good news?
- 52:11Well.
- 52:15The good news is the light that I saw in people's eyes when I said that.
- 52:22These were pro-life people.
- 52:24And I admire their work.
- 52:28Other people.
- 52:31So instead of me being like, I'm pro-life.
- 52:34I'm pro-woman.
- 52:36I am pro-woman.
- 52:39No one else can create life, give life, sustain life with their own body.
- 52:46Come on.
- 52:48If that's not supporting women, I don't know what is.
- 52:57Who had families, had careers and families, and managed.
- 53:02We're wonderful parent mothers, you know, really hands-on mothers who were artists, but yet, you know, wonderful.
- 53:13But the light went on when I said, if we don't save the mother, we can't save a child.
- 53:21And if the mother feels lost and alone and confused and scared.
- 53:33How can we what are we going to do about that?
- 53:37And the looks that I would get was like, wow, you're right.
- 53:41You're right.
- 53:43And I have some plans and some ideas.
- 53:46And I really believe our movie, when it comes out, can be a jumping off point for this discussion.
- 53:55Because those untold stories through the women's own voice will be undeniable, clear as can be that we have failed as a society.
- 54:09To mother the mothers, to nurture the mothers, the givers of life.
- 54:19We have diminished that role to the point of almost shame.
- 54:24It's horrible.
- 54:29But yet when you have the when it's a wanted child, it's a this oh gender reveal parties and everybody loves and the disonogram and the thing and the and yes, not everybody's story is going to be like that.
- 54:46But I'm sure people listening to this right now, their own story is probably very unique of how they got here on this planet.
- 55:02Think about it.
- 55:07A world with women who are supported and are encouraged and raised up instead of put down and told no they cannot.
- 55:20Once we are supported, enveloped with that confidence that we are we can do anything, and having a child and managing that and and being an incredible parent as best you can and contributing to the world and society.
- 55:52When you leave the planet, you leave these children.
- 56:07But that doesn't mean they can't be a mother.
- 56:10I read that too.
- 56:11Mothering means many things.
- 56:14Mothering means nurturing and empathy, encouraging other women, supporting them.
- 56:26Mother Earth.
- 56:28So many mothers.
- 56:31So on that note.
- 56:36But it will get better.
- 56:37I saw it.
- 56:38I saw it in people's eyes.
- 56:43It's a good thing.
- 56:45God bless you all.
