台東志航基地11日下午驚傳地下油堡火警，一名60多歲張姓包商人員處理油槽內剩餘油料時發生意外，墜入約12公尺深油槽，一度OHCA。送醫搶救後已恢復自主循環，但全身約90%燒燙傷，情況仍相當危急。軍方表示，事故地點屬陸軍後勤指揮部所屬單位，詳細起火原因及事故經過仍待調查。

A fire broke out at an underground fuel facility inside Taitung’s Chihhang Air Base. A contractor in his 60s fell about 12 meters into a fuel tank and suffered cardiac arrest. He regained spontaneous circulation after emergency treatment but remains in critical condition with burns covering about 90% of his body. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
