- 1:35Speaker 1: Janine Low. Welcome, Janine, Hi.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Victor, looking forward to speaking to you today.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Janine, your biography says you were intuitive as a child
- 1:46Speaker 1: and this did not find favor with your mom. Please
- 1:49Speaker 1: share with us your early path and how this manifested
- 1:52Speaker 1: for you.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Okay, So, basically, from a very early age, I would
- 2:01Speaker 2: know that someone was knocking on the door, I mean
- 2:03Speaker 2: like five years old, and I'd go to the door
- 2:06Speaker 2: and tell them to open the door. My mom used
- 2:08Speaker 2: to get freaked about it. Also, before the phone rang.
- 2:12Speaker 2: As I grew older, I say, oh, the phone's ringing,
- 2:15Speaker 2: and there would be nobody that wasn't ringing in the house.
- 2:19Speaker 2: And my mum was brought up as a devout Catholic,
- 2:24Speaker 2: and basically all these weird things I did were not
- 2:29Speaker 2: weird to me because I didn't know they were weird. Remember,
- 2:32Speaker 2: she started to get really upset about it. And I
- 2:37Speaker 2: used to see things before they happened. And on one day,
- 2:40Speaker 2: I think I was about sixteen or seventeen then, and
- 2:44Speaker 2: I saw a car accident and it was my boyfriend
- 2:48Speaker 2: to be at the time, or actually was my husband.
- 2:50Speaker 2: In the end, and I described it to her, and
- 2:55Speaker 2: three days later he was involved in this major car accident.
- 2:59Speaker 2: As it happen, and so was I, and the picture
- 3:01Speaker 2: that I saw was when I was outside of the
- 3:05Speaker 2: car with him in the car in flames. The car
- 3:07Speaker 2: had been hit from behind and it had gone up
- 3:10Speaker 2: from flames. She was so upset by this she brought
- 3:13Speaker 2: a priest around to see me. Yeah, so she's literally
- 3:19Speaker 2: all my life. She really struggled with this. So in
- 3:24Speaker 2: the end I learned to hide it from her. In fact,
- 3:27Speaker 2: the priest was actually the person that said to me, Janine,
- 3:31Speaker 2: you know, I believe you see these things.
- 3:33Speaker 1: You know.
- 3:34Speaker 2: He went all over well prow and all this sort
- 3:36Speaker 2: of thing. He's very, very knowledgeable, and he said, you
- 3:39Speaker 2: just need to keep it to yourself. So that was it.
- 3:42Speaker 2: I went into hiding until I married my husband, and
- 3:47Speaker 2: then I was allowed to unleash my intuition. Everywhere.
- 3:51Speaker 1: I had a very similar upbringing, except my parents would
- 3:55Speaker 1: say that when I would share something before it actually happened,
- 3:58Speaker 1: that I had an overactive imagination until the phone rang
- 4:01Speaker 1: with the word or whatever the message might be, and
- 4:04Speaker 1: they understood that that's where my talent was coming from
- 4:07Speaker 1: at the time that way, I was intuitive and I
- 4:10Speaker 1: was open to energy. And do you have any advice
- 4:13Speaker 1: for parents who have children who are manifesting these things? Now?
- 4:17Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I have lots of different forms of advice,
- 4:21Speaker 2: and the main thing is listen to them because as
- 4:24Speaker 2: soon as you start to make them feel unheard, awkward
- 4:29Speaker 2: or whatever, then when they get to school and they
- 4:33Speaker 2: start to be around people, it can lead to bullying.
- 4:37Speaker 2: So they need to know that you believe in them
- 4:41Speaker 2: and they can talk to you about it and you
- 4:44Speaker 2: know that you really I think it's the belief that
- 4:47Speaker 2: you're not making it up, because when you're a child,
- 4:49Speaker 2: you don't know what this intuition is. It's only as
- 4:53Speaker 2: you get older it gets a title for you. So
- 4:56Speaker 2: I think in fact, I have a son and he
- 5:00Speaker 2: was very intuitive, and growing up I used to play
- 5:04Speaker 2: the game with him so that he would think it
- 5:07Speaker 2: was like magic. And you know, he loves Harry Potter
- 5:10Speaker 2: and all this, so he started to see and I
- 5:12Speaker 2: know it's funny saying Harry Potter, but Harry Potter made
- 5:16Speaker 2: so much more sense to him because he was so intuitive,
- 5:19Speaker 2: and it made him feel that he wasn't alone and
- 5:21Speaker 2: I think when you are intuitive as a child, or
- 5:25Speaker 2: you see things or hear things or feel things, like
- 5:27Speaker 2: when you go into a room and you see people
- 5:29Speaker 2: and it makes you feeluncomfortable, if you can make that
- 5:31Speaker 2: scene that that's okay, they can come to you.
- 5:33Speaker 1: I think that makes a difference absolutely, And listening is
- 5:37Speaker 1: the key word and not dismissing what they're sharing with you.
- 5:40Speaker 1: And I think that's wonderful advice. So tell us about
- 5:42Speaker 1: your mentor Joey yapp and what you learned from him
- 5:46Speaker 1: about Chinese astrology and metaphysics.
- 5:49Speaker 2: So, being an intuitive, I was told to hide it
- 5:55Speaker 2: and one of my girlfriends said to me, oh, why
- 5:58Speaker 2: don't you learn feng shui, So I was like, right, okay,
- 6:00Speaker 2: other finishwa, which actually made a lot of sense to me,
- 6:03Speaker 2: and we can go into that later. But this young
- 6:08Speaker 2: chap called Joey Yat came over from Malaysia and he's
- 6:11Speaker 2: in London and I went to watch him and he's
- 6:14Speaker 2: all about metaphysics. So basically metaphysics is if you place
- 6:19Speaker 2: this here, this will happen. If I do Chinese A
- 6:22Speaker 2: strategy readings, which I do full time, it's all metaphysics.
- 6:27Speaker 2: So I went and studied under him and learnt so much.
- 6:31Speaker 2: And it was a really good thing because when I say,
- 6:34Speaker 2: when people say to me, Janine, you know, what do
- 6:37Speaker 2: you know about me? I say, give me your date
- 6:38Speaker 2: of birth, and I can tell them so much about themselves.
- 6:40Speaker 2: They're like, oh, You've got it so precise. All underneath
- 6:45Speaker 2: this metaphysics, I'm allowed to be intuitive. So for me,
- 6:50Speaker 2: Joey yat being very straight and this is this, you
- 6:55Speaker 2: know very He comes from Malaysia. So what he says
- 6:58Speaker 2: is it was a great help to me. And so
- 7:01Speaker 2: it gave me a what do you say? Forum? No,
- 7:05Speaker 2: something that I could go out and share with other
- 7:08Speaker 2: people without having to share my intuition, which a lot
- 7:11Speaker 2: of people didn't understand twenty years ago, but I think
- 7:14Speaker 2: now people understand it much better.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Western astrology had its foundation in Mesopotamia and later in Greece.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Is there a big difference between Chinese and Western astrology?
- 7:27Speaker 2: Well, it's interesting Carmen, who's a Western astrologier. Her and
- 7:31Speaker 2: I are writing a book together, and by writing it
- 7:34Speaker 2: we've learnt that actually there is so much the same
- 7:38Speaker 2: it's unbelievable. I use Chinese animals, She uses the sun, signs.
- 7:44Speaker 2: In Chinese astrology they use the stars, and in Western
- 7:49Speaker 2: astrology they used the moon cycle. So there is a
- 7:53Speaker 2: huge crossover with both of them, and both of them
- 7:59Speaker 2: are of course right. So if you were speaking to
- 8:02Speaker 2: a Western astrology about what's today all about, they might say, oh,
- 8:07Speaker 2: it's a really good day to do this, whereas I
- 8:10Speaker 2: would say it's a very auspicious day to launch your
- 8:13Speaker 2: book or something like that. So that's for me, is
- 8:18Speaker 2: what I love about the pair of them together Western
- 8:20Speaker 2: Anisi astrology. There is definitely an affiliation there.
- 8:24Speaker 1: And in Chinese astrology, what years is the year of
- 8:26Speaker 1: the what.
- 8:27Speaker 2: This year is the year of the wood dragon, so
- 8:32Speaker 2: the wood dragon. This year is all about change. I
- 8:35Speaker 2: don't know how you felt this year has been, but
- 8:38Speaker 2: everyone's been like, oh I was going to do this,
- 8:39Speaker 2: but everything change. And the way to go through twenty
- 8:42Speaker 2: twenty four is to go, not go with the flow,
- 8:47Speaker 2: but make the changes you need to make your life happier.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Absolutely, How did the study of functue manifest for you?
- 8:58Speaker 2: So fenthua to me? When I was looking at it,
- 9:03Speaker 2: it used to be adverts where this man was drinking
- 9:05Speaker 2: some sort of beer with a fridge and a chair
- 9:08Speaker 2: or something like that, just sitting there. There was nothing
- 9:10Speaker 2: else in the room. My friend Lezetta said to me
- 9:13Speaker 2: because of my intuition, she said, I think there's something
- 9:18Speaker 2: you could learn. So I started to learn fengshuei. And
- 9:21Speaker 2: the interesting thing about it, as soon as I've started
- 9:24Speaker 2: to put it into action, like we're going a bit later,
- 9:28Speaker 2: so I was like clearing room, etc. You would start
- 9:34Speaker 2: to see the energy change. So fengshuei. The idea is
- 9:39Speaker 2: that if you fengshwe a room, which can be from
- 9:42Speaker 2: decluttering to making sure that elements in the room are right,
- 9:46Speaker 2: you then start to see the energy move and things
- 9:49Speaker 2: start to happen. And in your house there are nine
- 9:52Speaker 2: different areas. Maybe I'm going a bit too fast here,
- 9:56Speaker 2: but there are nine areas in your house. And if
- 9:59Speaker 2: you work on any part of that particular area. So
- 10:03Speaker 2: so for instance, right, so the books of benshue your
- 10:06Speaker 2: way to abundance. Right, So, abundance is generally in the
- 10:10Speaker 2: northeast of your house. Okay, So then when you work
- 10:13Speaker 2: on that that part of your house, then wealth comes in.
- 10:19Speaker 1: And we'll talk a little bit more about that in
- 10:20Speaker 1: a few moments. For those who are not familiar with
- 10:23Speaker 1: func shue, please tell us about the history of it,
- 10:27Speaker 1: what it actually means and how it applies.
- 10:31Speaker 2: So bengshui is I don't know, two billion years old
- 10:36Speaker 2: is not that far, but it's a massive thing. Needs
- 10:38Speaker 2: to use it many years ago. And feng shui thing
- 10:44Speaker 2: means water and shue means wind. So when you fengshuay
- 10:52Speaker 2: a house, say, for instance, I have been brought in
- 10:53Speaker 2: by a company to facuate their building. I work for
- 10:57Speaker 2: a lot of companies who want to either launch products
- 11:01Speaker 2: or bring more money in. And each year I go
- 11:04Speaker 2: in and what I have to do because that I
- 11:06Speaker 2: will have set up the company really well for the
- 11:09Speaker 2: directors and everything. I then go in and place water
- 11:13Speaker 2: for the year. And it's got to be moving water.
- 11:16Speaker 2: People say, oh, can I put a picture of a
- 11:18Speaker 2: water scape up, and I'm like, no, you have to
- 11:21Speaker 2: have moving water. So in a company it could be
- 11:24Speaker 2: like a fountain in the foyer or a very large
- 11:27Speaker 2: fish tank, because it's got to be moving water. That
- 11:30Speaker 2: it can't be You can't use water where there's a
- 11:33Speaker 2: sun dial depending on the sun, especially in the UK
- 11:36Speaker 2: because we have not got a lot of sun over here,
- 11:40Speaker 2: so it's about placing water and what the idea of
- 11:43Speaker 2: it is. If you have trying to think think acupuncture.
- 11:48Speaker 2: So if you have acupuncture, there's different parts of your
- 11:50Speaker 2: body and when they press on them, it starts to
- 11:53Speaker 2: activate your body to make you feel well. So that
- 11:57Speaker 2: happens in a house as well. So what you do
- 11:59Speaker 2: is in a house, you activate the house by placing
- 12:04Speaker 2: water at a certain time and a certain era of
- 12:07Speaker 2: the house. I mean that's the more complicated stuff, but
- 12:12Speaker 2: you can finish where your own house with really easy ways,
- 12:18Speaker 2: from decluttering to changing the color of the room, to
- 12:23Speaker 2: making the furniture in the right place, all those sorts
- 12:26Speaker 2: of things.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Congratulations on you're just published, actually just published today book
- 12:33Speaker 1: Buns Where Your Way to Abundance. Congratulations, Thank you so much.
- 12:37Speaker 2: It's so excited. I've been waiting eighteen months from the
- 12:40Speaker 2: publishers to get it to brought out. So when it
- 12:43Speaker 2: came out today, I've been like, it's like, I don't
- 12:46Speaker 2: know what, it's like a party. It's just amazing and
- 12:49Speaker 2: I can't believe all these people, like there's thousands of
- 12:52Speaker 2: people are going to have this book through their letterbox
- 12:55Speaker 2: today and yeah, it's quite quite darting in a feeling
- 13:00Speaker 2: and a little bit of nervousness. But yeah, very exciting.
- 13:04Speaker 1: What inspire you to write this book and how does
- 13:07Speaker 1: it differ from other books on the subject.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Okay, what inspire me? So I did write a book
- 13:14Speaker 2: that came out last year of Date Love MARYA Boyd,
- 13:16Speaker 2: and that's all about Chinese astrology. But I've always wanted
- 13:19Speaker 2: to write a book on feng shuit because my passion
- 13:23Speaker 2: for functua is so huge, because I've seen it actually
- 13:27Speaker 2: work amazingly. I wanted to write a book that was
- 13:32Speaker 2: easy to implement. Let's use that word easy to pick
- 13:36Speaker 2: up the book. Yes, I can find the center of
- 13:38Speaker 2: the house. Yes, that's where the relationship era is. Yes,
- 13:42Speaker 2: I'll go and work on it. How do I need
- 13:44Speaker 2: to work on it? And the book tells you it
- 13:46Speaker 2: then gives you examples of how I functuade people with
- 13:50Speaker 2: the same things going on. For instance, I had a
- 13:54Speaker 2: lady who wanted to meet somebody, meet a partner. She've
- 13:58Speaker 2: been with her husband since she was at and unfortunately
- 14:00Speaker 2: he passed. This is a true story, and so all
- 14:05Speaker 2: her friends and family after six years saying, look, you
- 14:07Speaker 2: need to bring you know it needs to be bring
- 14:10Speaker 2: someone in. And she was like, oh, don't know, Janine,
- 14:12Speaker 2: what do you think. I said, well, let me come
- 14:14Speaker 2: along and talk to you. So I went along. We
- 14:16Speaker 2: found out where the relationship for her was in the house.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Interesting enough, she had all her husband's clothes in it,
- 14:25Speaker 2: so it's quite an easy thing to do. So we
- 14:27Speaker 2: decluttered that part of the house and then she had
- 14:31Speaker 2: to paint a wall red. That was just to activate
- 14:33Speaker 2: the room and everything. Anyway, she contacted me about three
- 14:36Speaker 2: months later and she'd she was in I don't know,
- 14:40Speaker 2: the shopping Asdas or one of these shopping mouths, and
- 14:45Speaker 2: this guy came up to her and she'd gone to
- 14:48Speaker 2: school with him as well. Turns out his wife had
- 14:51Speaker 2: died of the same as her husband. And she said, oh,
- 14:54Speaker 2: we've just started dating. Well, she said, I don't like
- 14:57Speaker 2: to call it dating, you know, we're just meeting up
- 14:59Speaker 2: and having coffee, but basically they were dainting. So yeah,
- 15:03Speaker 2: it was. It was really really magical. But that's the
- 15:06Speaker 2: power of finshwa.
- 15:07Speaker 1: We're going to touch upon some of these aspects of
- 15:10Speaker 1: it a little bit later. But the fact that she
- 15:12Speaker 1: had maintained her husband's clothing in that area of the
- 15:15Speaker 1: house connected to romance and relationship. What negative effect did
- 15:19Speaker 1: that have?
- 15:20Speaker 2: It meant he was still in her energy. And it's
- 15:25Speaker 2: not that she wanted to get rid of his energy.
- 15:27Speaker 2: She din'll wants to get rid of his energy. Basically,
- 15:31Speaker 2: keeping hold of his clothes meant that she's still He
- 15:34Speaker 2: was still with her. And the point of well, obviously
- 15:38Speaker 2: I didn't know when I went there that his clothes
- 15:40Speaker 2: would be in the area that we needed to source
- 15:42Speaker 2: out because I don't know where it's going to be
- 15:44Speaker 2: until you get the compass out. So as soon as
- 15:48Speaker 2: we remove them, it was like the staleness not stale
- 15:52Speaker 2: about her husband, The staleness of that area started to
- 15:55Speaker 2: move because she I gave her action manifesting. This manifesting
- 16:00Speaker 2: is amazing, but you have to take action. The energy
- 16:04Speaker 2: started to work.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Talk a little bit about the compass. You had mentioned
- 16:08Speaker 1: the compass to locate these various areas of the home
- 16:12Speaker 1: that have the nine centers. How what is the compass
- 16:15Speaker 1: and how is it used?
- 16:17Speaker 2: Right? So you can get a basic compass appsite Basic Compass.
- 16:21Speaker 2: If you're using your phone, which a lot of people do,
- 16:24Speaker 2: make sure you take off all your jewelry because your
- 16:27Speaker 2: phone can be affected by magnetic stuff around. So what
- 16:31Speaker 2: you have to do is find the center of your house.
- 16:33Speaker 2: And everyone's like, oh, how do you do that? Well,
- 16:36Speaker 2: it shows you in my book I must tell you that.
- 16:38Speaker 2: But one of the thing is you say you had
- 16:41Speaker 2: a square room, you just walk the horizontal and walk
- 16:44Speaker 2: the diagonal, then go in. So it was ten steps
- 16:47Speaker 2: one way and ten step steps the other, and you
- 16:49Speaker 2: go in until you've got right in the middle of
- 16:51Speaker 2: so five steps in. That's the that's the easy way.
- 16:54Speaker 2: But houses aren't always like that. Sometimes you get horseshoes.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Sometimes you have houses with missing space. When that happens,
- 17:02Speaker 2: I've written in the book how to do it. But
- 17:03Speaker 2: let's talk about having a straight and easy censer today.
- 17:07Speaker 2: So a you stand in your house, each degree has
- 17:12Speaker 2: a different section in your house. So if you were
- 17:16Speaker 2: standing and your compass said not degrees, that would be
- 17:21Speaker 2: the north, and in the north that's all about your career,
- 17:26Speaker 2: and so that if you wanted to work on your career,
- 17:31Speaker 2: you'd go to the north. If you wanted to work
- 17:33Speaker 2: on your relationships, you would go to Standing in the
- 17:37Speaker 2: middle two hundred and twenty degrees, you always have to
- 17:39Speaker 2: be standing in the middle. If you take it from
- 17:41Speaker 2: a different angle, you're not going to get it right.
- 17:44Speaker 2: So two twenty degrees would be your relationship areer, and
- 17:49Speaker 2: if you were looking to meet somebody, you'd find that
- 17:52Speaker 2: area and then you would carry out doing the finsway
- 17:55Speaker 2: in there. Other people are looking for fame, which is
- 18:00Speaker 2: actually one hundred and eighty degrees, so you would get
- 18:02Speaker 2: a compass one hundred and eight degrees go there. So
- 18:05Speaker 2: in my house, I went to a charity function and
- 18:11Speaker 2: unbeknownst me, I bid when I knew i'd bed, but
- 18:14Speaker 2: I didn't think i'd win. A great picture of Brad
- 18:17Speaker 2: Pit in the fight club, So that sits firmly there. Yeah,
- 18:21Speaker 2: because obviously I'm gonna give the fame you know, or
- 18:25Speaker 2: met Brad hit either way it works for me. But yeah,
- 18:29Speaker 2: so there's different areas in the house that focus on
- 18:34Speaker 2: what you want, like I have made in my life
- 18:37Speaker 2: nine babies. People who haven't been able to have babies
- 18:40Speaker 2: have brought me in and I fcuade their house. Found
- 18:46Speaker 2: babies are found in the west of your house at
- 18:48Speaker 2: two hundred and seventy degrees, So obviously you can imagine
- 18:52Speaker 2: what I asked them to do to have babies in
- 18:53Speaker 2: two hundred and seventy degrees, but we picked exact days
- 18:57Speaker 2: and hours and they should go and find their baby there.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Put it that way. The other big thing I get
- 19:05Speaker 2: called in for, obviously, wealth and abundance is one, and
- 19:11Speaker 2: that if you stand in the middle of your house
- 19:13Speaker 2: is thirty degrees and people like they weren't wealth in abundance,
- 19:20Speaker 2: But sometimes abundance isn't always about money, and so I
- 19:26Speaker 2: think it's an important part of everybody's world to have
- 19:30Speaker 2: abundance and what they want. So infistrate your way to abundance.
- 19:35Speaker 2: Basically each area is covered so you know where you
- 19:38Speaker 2: would go to find your abundance. I mean, some people
- 19:42Speaker 2: want helpful people in their life. Can I tell another
- 19:45Speaker 2: little quick story please? Right? So I was brought in
- 19:49Speaker 2: by a lady and she was really quite lonely, well
- 19:54Speaker 2: very lonely, didn't but she was liked she liked to
- 19:57Speaker 2: be by herself. But that's a nice story. So I
- 20:01Speaker 2: got called in by her family. So I went into
- 20:04Speaker 2: this very timid little well, I'm not litting. She was
- 20:08Speaker 2: about in her forties and she the house was perfect,
- 20:11Speaker 2: you know. I was like, how am I going to
- 20:12Speaker 2: find any think that I need to do in this house.
- 20:15Speaker 2: So but then when she told me that she wanted
- 20:17Speaker 2: to meet someone, you know, people. She didn't want to
- 20:20Speaker 2: meet a partner, she want to meet people. I went
- 20:22Speaker 2: to the northwest of her house, where helpful people are,
- 20:26Speaker 2: and we spoke about it, and I said, well, why
- 20:29Speaker 2: do you find it difficult to bring people in? She's all,
- 20:31Speaker 2: I just don't like them to have my house untidy.
- 20:34Speaker 2: I was like, oh okay, I said, well you haven't
- 20:37Speaker 2: even got a cat. Oh no, cats are you know?
- 20:39Speaker 2: They'll make your house untidy. So my suggestion we did
- 20:44Speaker 2: some French way in the northwest, and my suggestion was
- 20:47Speaker 2: that she went and did some charity work. Interesting enough,
- 20:50Speaker 2: she went to a charity that looked after cats. She
- 20:53Speaker 2: wanted a cat, but she didn't want the cat to
- 20:55Speaker 2: mess up the house. Yeah you know, it says her.
- 20:59Speaker 2: This is me. I actually look after street cats and
- 21:03Speaker 2: find them homes. But anyway, moving on, so Luisa did this.
- 21:08Speaker 2: She went and did this. She loved doing this charity work,
- 21:13Speaker 2: and then she got to meet people with like minded ways.
- 21:17Speaker 2: And the last time I heard from her, which I
- 21:20Speaker 2: think it was about six months ago, she had fostered
- 21:24Speaker 2: two elderly cats, so she had broken through the fact
- 21:28Speaker 2: that she didn't want any in her house. She had
- 21:30Speaker 2: brought them home. And this was as far as I
- 21:33Speaker 2: was concern was going to help with her sort of
- 21:35Speaker 2: O C D. And yeah, so helpful people was in
- 21:39Speaker 2: the Northwest, and you know, for Luisa it was a
- 21:42Speaker 2: life of you know, change of life thing to happen.
- 21:45Speaker 2: I mean, you know, I'd give you ideas what to do,
- 21:48Speaker 2: but it's up to you and then you you take
- 21:50Speaker 2: the action.
- 21:51Speaker 1: In the Finschwei, my guest is Janine Lolhar brand new

- 22:27Speaker 2: a whole load of them, but Amazon seems to be
- 22:30Speaker 2: the prime one. I luckily hit number one and number
- 22:33Speaker 2: two in Amazon, which is so exciting.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Congratulations you can't I'm lucky kids.
- 22:40Speaker 2: I went on to find something out there. It was

- 24:31Speaker 5: People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals five on one
- 24:33Speaker 5: Front Street in Norfolk, Virginia two three five one oh.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Back on Destination Unlimited. My guest this week, Janine Lowe.
- 24:42Speaker 1: We're talking about her brand new, just published book, Fung
- 24:45Speaker 1: Shwere Your Way to Abundance. Janine, how does fung Shwe
- 24:51Speaker 1: impact financial success?
- 24:54Speaker 2: Interesting question? Basically, as I said, part of every part
- 24:58Speaker 2: of your house has a different energy and so if
- 25:02Speaker 2: you want to bring financial in financial money wealth into
- 25:07Speaker 2: your house, you have to work in that area. Now
- 25:11Speaker 2: you have to literally can we can I just take
- 25:14Speaker 2: the northeast because it's just the easier. I'm a bit
- 25:17Speaker 2: of a picture girl, right, I'll talk about my house.
- 25:20Speaker 2: So in the northeast you have to make sure that
- 25:24Speaker 2: there's no clutter, and everyone goes, oh, you know, cluster cutter.
- 25:28Speaker 2: But literally what should be in there is the only thing, okay.
- 25:32Speaker 2: So for me in fincheray, my house in that area
- 25:37Speaker 2: happens to be in the kitchen, okay. So the northeast
- 25:41Speaker 2: element is earth, okay. And when you deal with elements,
- 25:46Speaker 2: there are supporting elements and negativelopments, right, So in the
- 25:50Speaker 2: northeast it is the supporting element is fire. So it's
- 25:56Speaker 2: lucky that it's in the kitchen. So my cooka has
- 25:59Speaker 2: been placed specifically in an area in the kitchen to
- 26:04Speaker 2: enhance my wealth. Now, the hearts of any Feinschway is
- 26:09Speaker 2: always in the kitchen when you move into a house.
- 26:13Speaker 2: When you move into a house, you always put everything
- 26:16Speaker 2: in the kitchen first. This is a form of actually
- 26:19Speaker 2: bringing wealth into your house and abundance when you leave
- 26:22Speaker 2: a house, because you're moving out, the last thing you
- 26:25Speaker 2: take out is from the kitchen. So the idea is
- 26:28Speaker 2: that you take your wealth with you. So this is
- 26:35Speaker 2: without it being in the northeast. But lucky for me,
- 26:37Speaker 2: my kitchen is in the northeast. So what I have
- 26:40Speaker 2: in the northeast to make sure that I keep bringing
- 26:44Speaker 2: the wealth. In my Chinese astrology, the tiger is wealth
- 26:49Speaker 2: to me. So I found the tiger in the kitchen,
- 26:52Speaker 2: which is at thirty degrees, which I talked about before,
- 26:55Speaker 2: and outside, because the energy outside your home brings in
- 26:59Speaker 2: a lot more faster energy. Shall we say, I have
- 27:02Speaker 2: got a water feature outside the house at thirty degrees.
- 27:07Speaker 2: So it sounds like it's been very precise, but I
- 27:11Speaker 2: know the actual precise positions are what make the difference.
- 27:15Speaker 2: You can do lots of things in the house, but
- 27:18Speaker 2: if you put water features in the exact area, that's
- 27:23Speaker 2: when the magic happens. Shall we say.
- 27:26Speaker 1: You had mentioned earth, Do you also have plants in
- 27:29Speaker 1: that area?
- 27:31Speaker 2: I have plants in the area, and also rounded leaves.
- 27:35Speaker 2: You don't want to have like cactuses or anything. Cactuses
- 27:39Speaker 2: are very spiky, so they tend to go in the
- 27:41Speaker 2: south where there's fame, so it's rounded edged plants. Also,
- 27:49Speaker 2: I don't have other than outside, I don't have water.
- 27:53Speaker 2: I wouldn't have water, So though mine's placed on the
- 27:57Speaker 2: oven cooker, I don't have the sink near it.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Do you have a special recipe that you prepare?
- 28:05Speaker 2: Well, you laugh at that, but I mean, yeah, there's
- 28:13Speaker 2: certain things that I do do on certain moons and
- 28:16Speaker 2: certain auspicious stays in that area to bring wealth in.
- 28:19Speaker 2: And yes it does. It is all about picking something
- 28:23Speaker 2: at a special time. But I mean, my main thing
- 28:25Speaker 2: is I'm good at roast chicken, if I'm being honest
- 28:27Speaker 2: with you. But yeah, that's it. So financials can be
- 28:32Speaker 2: brought in there, and I think it's important that wealth
- 28:37Speaker 2: has in money is brought into the house because that's
- 28:39Speaker 2: just an exchange of energy. But we have to do
- 28:43Speaker 2: it in our times. It's the only way. Also, the
- 28:47Speaker 2: other thing that I keep there in my office which
- 28:51Speaker 2: is not in the northeast, but my office in the
- 28:55Speaker 2: northeast of that room, I keep all my financial stuff.
- 29:00Speaker 2: So I'm taking it from the house and I'm taking
- 29:02Speaker 2: it from outside in the garden into the house into
- 29:05Speaker 2: the room I'm working in. So in the northeast of
- 29:08Speaker 2: my house has all my financials, but it doesn't have
- 29:11Speaker 2: my bills. Okay. The idea is it's about the good stuff,
- 29:15Speaker 2: and bills are not good stuff, so you keep everything.
- 29:18Speaker 2: So what you're doing is you're manifesting outside into the
- 29:22Speaker 2: house into your office, wealth coming in.
- 29:26Speaker 1: It's about credits, not debits.
- 29:29Speaker 2: Absolutely, we don't want that bills sitting in that corner.
- 29:32Speaker 2: And also there's another Chinese astrology thing that they say
- 29:36Speaker 2: if you send out an invoice, although we don't do
- 29:38Speaker 2: that nowadays, it's very often because it's mainly by email,
- 29:41Speaker 2: you send it in a red envelope and in like
- 29:45Speaker 2: in the twenty twenty years or fifteen years ago, before
- 29:48Speaker 2: we use email as much. I used to send my
- 29:50Speaker 2: bills out and get all my clients do and inevitably
- 29:53Speaker 2: the money would come back in the same day from
- 29:55Speaker 2: a different source. It's very weird, but it works.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Red envelops are very special, are they.
- 30:01Speaker 2: Yes, they use them when they get married, of when
- 30:04Speaker 2: they get married in China, and that because the idea
- 30:08Speaker 2: is that the person who's getting married, they give you
- 30:11Speaker 2: an envelope. I think it's with trying to think what's
- 30:16Speaker 2: in it forgotten now, but like some sort of fruit
- 30:20Speaker 2: and you have it through and then you put the
- 30:21Speaker 2: money Like, they don't go and buy you a tea
- 30:24Speaker 2: set or anything out there. They give you money so
- 30:27Speaker 2: you can do what you want. So the idea is
- 30:29Speaker 2: putting a gift there, a gift back is the auspicious
- 30:34Speaker 2: way of doing it.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Aside from your own success story, can you give us
- 30:38Speaker 1: an example of someone who had a financial transformation using
- 30:43Speaker 1: your techniques.
- 30:46Speaker 2: So I'm going to have to go to a client
- 30:48Speaker 2: as in a company. This company was in the print,
- 30:55Speaker 2: I say, what was because he retired. He was able
- 30:57Speaker 2: to retire after using me before. So basically he used
- 31:04Speaker 2: to say, when I would come in once a year
- 31:07Speaker 2: and sort out the factory, in the offices and everything.
- 31:10Speaker 2: And he used to say, and his sales staff as
- 31:12Speaker 2: soon as I walked in the building, the phones used
- 31:14Speaker 2: to ring. He said, can't I just have you here
- 31:16Speaker 2: all the time. So when I go to fentua something,
- 31:20Speaker 2: I immediately become that person on the journey there. I
- 31:23Speaker 2: think about what's happened in the journey there. So when
- 31:27Speaker 2: I meet the client, I can then talk him through
- 31:29Speaker 2: what happened on my journey. Is this what's happening in
- 31:31Speaker 2: your business? Et cetera. We then go through that. Then
- 31:35Speaker 2: we've pinpoint for that year using something else which is
- 31:38Speaker 2: actually in the book called flying Stars. And each year
- 31:42Speaker 2: there is a star that is powerful for wealth. So
- 31:48Speaker 2: you always have the northeast, but there's an even more
- 31:50Speaker 2: powerful one. And I've actually put sit in my book
- 31:53Speaker 2: because each year it moves, and I've given you up
- 31:55Speaker 2: to fifty two twenty fifty two where it is every
- 31:59Speaker 2: year and basically I go in, I pinpoint the area.
- 32:04Speaker 2: He then obviously puts some water feature there on a
- 32:09Speaker 2: certain day at a certain time, and then the company
- 32:12Speaker 2: one hundred pcent. They will tell you this just makes money.
- 32:16Speaker 2: They have to have their sales guys out selling and
- 32:18Speaker 2: all this sort of thing, but it all seems to flow.
- 32:22Speaker 2: So as I said, he retired for four years ago, No,
- 32:25Speaker 2: I worked in four years. He retired yeah last year actually,
- 32:28Speaker 2: So yeah, it's an interesting concept using it, but it
- 32:35Speaker 2: really works, really works.
- 32:38Speaker 1: I know a lot of people who hold on to
- 32:42Speaker 1: everything they do. They never clean the clutter out of
- 32:46Speaker 1: their homes. You had talked about that one woman who
- 32:48Speaker 1: kept her husband's clothes in the romance or the relationship
- 32:52Speaker 1: corner of her house. How does clutter affect the flow
- 32:56Speaker 1: of energy.
- 32:58Speaker 2: Okay, so alvious see a lot of people talk about clutter,
- 33:02Speaker 2: whether it's manifesting or functue. So this is how I
- 33:07Speaker 2: see it. So when you don't know what to do,
- 33:10Speaker 2: this is when clutter starts to arrive in different areas
- 33:13Speaker 2: of your house. You always have somewhere you think I'll
- 33:16Speaker 2: just get around to doing that next time, Asians put
- 33:18Speaker 2: it there. So you start to have like old mobile
- 33:22Speaker 2: phone connections, old diaries, et cetera, et cetera, And the
- 33:26Speaker 2: energy then becomes quite stale. It and because the energy
- 33:30Speaker 2: of the area is trying to break free, nothing starts
- 33:34Speaker 2: to happen. For example, I was working with a lady
- 33:38Speaker 2: in London and she wanted to meet a partner, but
- 33:44Speaker 2: she wanted to move to Brighton. Okay, so when we
- 33:47Speaker 2: found out where it was. She had this room in
- 33:49Speaker 2: her house and it was actually a bathroom, but because
- 33:52Speaker 2: she didn't want to use it because it was really
- 33:54Speaker 2: cold and unloved, she's just put anything in there. So
- 33:58Speaker 2: she put anything in there from boxes to jigsaws to
- 34:02Speaker 2: old clothes, so it just became a dumping ground. Right
- 34:06Speaker 2: as it turned out, it was exactly where she needed
- 34:10Speaker 2: to be, not having that because her man that she
- 34:14Speaker 2: was going to meet was actually in the bathroom. As
- 34:17Speaker 2: soon as we started distributing the clutter from like trash
- 34:22Speaker 2: to charity to reusable, things started to move. And again
- 34:27Speaker 2: I seem to think three months is the lucky thing
- 34:30Speaker 2: she met somebody and is now living in Brighton.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Wonderful, Absolutely wonderful.
- 34:37Speaker 2: The clutters a hard thing because some people keep they
- 34:42Speaker 2: never see it as clutter. It's their belongings. Yeah, and
- 34:46Speaker 2: they love it all. I mean, you see these TV
- 34:48Speaker 2: programs where people they go in and they've got like
- 34:50Speaker 2: paper bags and masses of stuff. Yeah, and you're like, oh,
- 34:53Speaker 2: how did you get to that room? But because I
- 34:57Speaker 2: found that people hold onto clutter because they don't want
- 35:00Speaker 2: to face reality. This is not for everybody. But as
- 35:04Speaker 2: soon as you start to move that energy out of
- 35:07Speaker 2: the area and disperse it to where it should be
- 35:11Speaker 2: or charities or whatever, the energy starts to feel all
- 35:16Speaker 2: all things. If you think about a wardrobe that you
- 35:18Speaker 2: don't open when you open it's really musty. Yeah, that's
- 35:21Speaker 2: the sort of thing that's happening in an area which
- 35:24Speaker 2: you just put clutter. So as soon as you open
- 35:26Speaker 2: the wardrobe and the smell comes out, it starts to
- 35:30Speaker 2: breathe again, doesn't it. So that's what happens in the
- 35:33Speaker 2: areas that you don't clutter, and then when you clutter free.
- 35:37Speaker 2: And also it feels so good. I mean, he's emptying
- 35:40Speaker 2: a drawer, you know, I think I'll just spend fifteen minutes.
- 35:43Speaker 2: I had a load of my mum's stuff delivered when
- 35:45Speaker 2: she passed, had to sort it all out. I just
- 35:48Speaker 2: left it somewhere. As soon as I start working on it,
- 35:50Speaker 2: I feel better.
- 35:54Speaker 1: You know. That brings up an interesting point. I'm not
- 35:56Speaker 1: sure about in the United Kingdom, but here in the States,
- 35:59Speaker 1: we have a lot of rental storage facilities outside of
- 36:03Speaker 1: the home, and a lot of people take their clutter
- 36:05Speaker 1: and move it to an outside facility where they pay
- 36:08Speaker 1: a monthly charge for storing it. Is that something that's
- 36:11Speaker 1: negative to take that same clutter and move it out, Well, yes.
- 36:15Speaker 2: I'm being honest. It's interesting you should say that because
- 36:20Speaker 2: my partner, he has a he lives in a different house. Obviously,
- 36:26Speaker 2: we all got together in twenty twenty, and then he
- 36:28Speaker 2: moved back in for his place, and he has this
- 36:31Speaker 2: garage that he's rented. It's three hundred pounds a month
- 36:36Speaker 2: or one hundred and fifty times twelve. Yeah, and then
- 36:40Speaker 2: he's been doing that for ten years. So how much
- 36:42Speaker 2: money is that?
- 36:43Speaker 1: A lot?
- 36:45Speaker 2: A lot of money. Plus when I went there, it
- 36:48Speaker 2: had like five golf bags and I'm like, well, why
- 36:52Speaker 2: don't you give four of them to someone that would
- 36:54Speaker 2: really appreciate them. But some people it's just they can't
- 36:57Speaker 2: let go of it. I have to be honest. I
- 37:00Speaker 2: don't rent space. I couldn't even think that that would
- 37:05Speaker 2: be a thing to do. It's to me, it just
- 37:08Speaker 2: seems mad, financially mad, shall.
- 37:11Speaker 1: I say, financially mad? And again you're holding on to
- 37:14Speaker 1: that old energy just outside of your home.
- 37:16Speaker 2: Yeah. So yeah, absolutely, and you know, and also with class,
- 37:22Speaker 2: and my biggest thing is it could be just helping
- 37:24Speaker 2: other people.
- 37:25Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely absolutely donated if you have something that is
- 37:31Speaker 1: still in good shape and c and clean, donated to
- 37:35Speaker 1: someone who can use it. Absolutely.
- 37:37Speaker 2: I know a lot of people hold on to Christmas
- 37:39Speaker 2: decorations years after years and they don't use them, and
- 37:43Speaker 2: they go back up in the loft and we'll buy
- 37:46Speaker 2: some new ones. And yeah, one of my friends, her
- 37:51Speaker 2: mother just passed and she said, oh, I've got all
- 37:53Speaker 2: these Christmas decorations, you know, I said, perfect timing, just
- 37:57Speaker 2: put them on. I don't know if you have on
- 37:59Speaker 2: them base that this called marketplace in this country, and
- 38:03Speaker 2: you just get people and they donate and you don't
- 38:06Speaker 2: get paid for it or anything, or you can. And
- 38:08Speaker 2: she put them on and within hours they had all gone.
- 38:12Speaker 2: Can you imagine the difference that just made to someone
- 38:14Speaker 2: else's Christmas?
- 38:15Speaker 1: Absolutely? Absolutely. You had mentioned one of the areas, the
- 38:20Speaker 1: guas the corners of the home as helpful people. Tell
- 38:24Speaker 1: us a little bit more about helpful people.
- 38:27Speaker 2: So the north each area of the low shoe it's
- 38:31Speaker 2: called or bagwak is different areas, and the northwest is
- 38:37Speaker 2: we call it helpful people. It's also the father of
- 38:42Speaker 2: the family or the male energy of the house. So
- 38:46Speaker 2: helpful people can be. I often tell my clients or
- 38:52Speaker 2: people i'm teaching to put a manifest board up there. Now,
- 38:56Speaker 2: people got manifest boards, but I don't believe in just
- 38:59Speaker 2: you have to when you put a manifest board up.
- 39:02Speaker 2: So if you put a manifest board up for helpful people,
- 39:04Speaker 2: you put in your mentors, you put in people that
- 39:08Speaker 2: help you in your life. You put in friends and
- 39:09Speaker 2: family that you want on not just anybody, but when
- 39:13Speaker 2: you decide what you want to happen with that person.
- 39:16Speaker 2: With Louisa, she just wanted to meet people. Yeah, so
- 39:21Speaker 2: when we realize that cats are what she wanted to do,
- 39:24Speaker 2: I know we laugh now, but we put the charities
- 39:27Speaker 2: of cats on there, and then it sort of blended
- 39:30Speaker 2: into what she wanted. And then she started action in
- 39:32Speaker 2: it because she went to the Northwest and the pictures
- 39:35Speaker 2: were continually up there. But some people want mentors to
- 39:38Speaker 2: help to help them, and you by putting them up
- 39:43Speaker 2: there and also taking the action to contact these people,
- 39:47Speaker 2: you start see that energy moving as well. So helpful
- 39:51Speaker 2: people is a big thing. You know. You can put
- 39:53Speaker 2: your mum, your dad. Evidently, I'm in these manifest boards
- 39:56Speaker 2: in my clients and everything. So the idea is just
- 39:59Speaker 2: to bring in people that will be helpful for you.
- 40:02Speaker 1: Absolutely. What role does intention play in this practice?
- 40:10Speaker 2: Okay, so I am a huge manifestor so intention. I've
- 40:16Speaker 2: actually covered intention in my book Frustrated the Way to Abundance,
- 40:19Speaker 2: And basically intention is everything. You know, The universe is
- 40:24Speaker 2: listening to what you say. I always think it is listening.
- 40:28Speaker 2: And if you put out your intention and put it
- 40:32Speaker 2: out with I was going to say so much intention,
- 40:35Speaker 2: but then you really want this to happen. That's like intentions,
- 40:39Speaker 2: like manifesting. So what you do is you think what
- 40:43Speaker 2: you want. Like when I wrote the book, I needed
- 40:48Speaker 2: someone to help me because I had a car accident
- 40:50Speaker 2: in twenty one, two thousand and one, and I had
- 40:53Speaker 2: to learn to read and write again. So I wanted
- 40:56Speaker 2: someone to come in and help me to make sure
- 41:00Speaker 2: that I knew how a book should be written, and
- 41:03Speaker 2: also check that I was my writing was great and
- 41:06Speaker 2: all this sort of thing. I have a way of
- 41:07Speaker 2: reversing things sometimes, So when I wrote my first book,
- 41:11Speaker 2: she came in and she helped me with that, which
- 41:13Speaker 2: is great. And since when I wanted to write this book,
- 41:18Speaker 2: she's like, Jeanine, there's loads of them out there, and
- 41:20Speaker 2: I was like, yeah, but I want to make it
- 41:21Speaker 2: really simple. So she did come in, and unfortunately she
- 41:26Speaker 2: passed last year, which was she's never got to see
- 41:28Speaker 2: this book come out today. But she knew what I wanted. Yeah,
- 41:35Speaker 2: but I didn't, So she gave me the steps to
- 41:38Speaker 2: make my manifest an intention of this book come true.
- 41:40Speaker 2: As soon as she knew that my passion behind it
- 41:43Speaker 2: was to write this particular book. She was there, so
- 41:46Speaker 2: she gave me the steps. So what I'm saying to
- 41:48Speaker 2: you is when you manifest or have intention, you have
- 41:51Speaker 2: to work out the steps beforehand and include the intention
- 41:55Speaker 2: to get where you want.
- 41:57Speaker 1: Does that make sense absolutely, my guest, Low. We'll be

- 45:06Speaker 1: Back on Destination Unlimited. My guest this week, Janine Low.
- 45:10Speaker 1: We're talking about her brand new, just published book, Fung Shwe.
- 45:14Speaker 1: You're Way too Abundance, Janine, what are some of the
- 45:19Speaker 1: common misconceptions about fung shwe that you address in your book?
- 45:24Speaker 2: So people buy things off the internet, Yes, without actually
- 45:31Speaker 2: going into the history of it. So someone might buy
- 45:35Speaker 2: the frog. Everybody knows what a fun shave frog. Yeah,
- 45:38Speaker 2: and they think, and I'll just tell the story about
- 45:40Speaker 2: the functuation frog. So the frog. When you want to
- 45:43Speaker 2: bring wealth in, you face it out the door at night,
- 45:46Speaker 2: you give it a rest and you turn it round. Right.
- 45:49Speaker 2: But people think just by having the frog, yeah they will.
- 45:54Speaker 2: Actually the money will come through the door when you
- 45:57Speaker 2: can buy objects all for all that I have, I
- 46:01Speaker 2: have coins on my front door and various things around
- 46:04Speaker 2: the house. But you also have to action it. So
- 46:08Speaker 2: I suppose the common mistake for me is that people
- 46:10Speaker 2: will go, oh, I thought that, and it hasn't actually worked,
- 46:13Speaker 2: you know. And actually what we're saying is you need
- 46:17Speaker 2: to put the intention in, do the action and make
- 46:21Speaker 2: it work. Common other mistakes is take people giving. But
- 46:27Speaker 2: can I give an example, right, So you know, when
- 46:29Speaker 2: someone has likes to have a clean house, Yes, you'll
- 46:35Speaker 2: go to the under their sink. I don't know if
- 46:37Speaker 2: you have under sinks their cupboard, and they'll have every
- 46:40Speaker 2: cleaning item that you need. Just just been launched a
- 46:44Speaker 2: new cleaning product to clean your bathroom. Yeah, they've got it.
- 46:48Speaker 2: Under the under their sink, but they haven't actually used
- 46:52Speaker 2: it and the house really does need a really good clean,
- 46:55Speaker 2: but because they've actually bought it, they think that that happens. So,
- 46:59Speaker 2: for example, when people buy my book being say Your
- 47:02Speaker 2: Ways Abundance, if you take the advice that I give,
- 47:06Speaker 2: then things start to happen. It's about actioning it rather
- 47:10Speaker 2: than just saying, oh, I've got this and I've got that,
- 47:13Speaker 2: so this must happen. But a lot of people do that.
- 47:16Speaker 1: Absolutely, it's not just getting the cure, it's being using
- 47:20Speaker 1: the intention with the cure and the positive energy with
- 47:23Speaker 1: the cure.
- 47:24Speaker 2: Absolutely. Absolutely. You know, I have people send me what's
- 47:29Speaker 2: that pictures? If I buy this, will this happen? And
- 47:33Speaker 2: my answer is right, So you're buying a couple of
- 47:35Speaker 2: dragons outside your front door. What are they there for? Oh?
- 47:39Speaker 2: They look really nice. No, they're there to protect your house.
- 47:43Speaker 2: Are you feeling threatens? What's going on?
- 47:45Speaker 1: You know?
- 47:45Speaker 2: And they'll be like, oh, no, I just thought it's pretty,
- 47:47Speaker 2: So they bought them just because they're pretty. Yeah, so's
- 47:50Speaker 2: it's about that that I think is one of the
- 47:54Speaker 2: top things that go wrong. Also, the other thing to
- 48:00Speaker 2: realize the other thing so when people use the functuay
- 48:03Speaker 2: to declutter this particular eraror so they we're looking for
- 48:06Speaker 2: good fortune, which is in the southeast, so they go over,
- 48:09Speaker 2: they declutter it, they put a fish pond outside and everything,
- 48:13Speaker 2: and then oh, so they've done it. So they've done
- 48:16Speaker 2: it that day and it's yeah, magic's already starting to
- 48:18Speaker 2: happen yet love it not. And then they don't do
- 48:21Speaker 2: anything for two months. Yeah, so it gets dusty. You
- 48:24Speaker 2: might have had a I don't know, something happened in
- 48:28Speaker 2: the area. You drops a cup of tea over it
- 48:30Speaker 2: or whatever, and they one would hope they would clean
- 48:34Speaker 2: the t street straight away. But I'm just given examples.
- 48:37Speaker 2: The answer is when you're manifesting in that area is
- 48:41Speaker 2: to continually keep it clean, to continually keep it decluttered.
- 48:44Speaker 2: You can have that enthusiasm at the beginning, but you
- 48:47Speaker 2: need to keep it up if that is what you
- 48:49Speaker 2: want to happen.
- 48:50Speaker 1: Absolutely, are there functional practices for health.
- 48:55Speaker 2: So health a health area is in the center of
- 48:59Speaker 2: your bil. So when I said where you stand with
- 49:01Speaker 2: the compass, if you go like a foot around that,
- 49:05Speaker 2: that's the health area. So the idea about the health
- 49:09Speaker 2: area in Feng shuai is to keep it clean and tidy.
- 49:14Speaker 2: I don't believe this is my personal belief that benshua
- 49:20Speaker 2: can heal you. I think you need to get alternative,
- 49:24Speaker 2: you know, people in and see your doctors and that
- 49:27Speaker 2: sort of thing. But what I do believe in is
- 49:30Speaker 2: if you keep the health area clean and tidy and
- 49:36Speaker 2: just in a really good thing, that it helps your
- 49:39Speaker 2: mental and your own health. If you have something seriously
- 49:42Speaker 2: wrong with you, then I don't believe and I'm sure
- 49:46Speaker 2: people would taught me down on this that fengshua is
- 49:49Speaker 2: the answer. I think it's a complimentary thing that you
- 49:51Speaker 2: can use for your health.
- 49:53Speaker 1: And you talked about mental health. With the amount of
- 49:57Speaker 1: stress that people are experiencing in the world right now,
- 50:00Speaker 1: may functually be used for peace of mind.
- 50:06Speaker 2: So if you think of the house as a living energy, yeah,
- 50:13Speaker 2: if you think of your front door as your mouth,
- 50:16Speaker 2: because that's what it is, keep that clean and tidy. Yeah.
- 50:20Speaker 2: Your windows are your eyes, so you keep that clean,
- 50:23Speaker 2: clean and tidy. If you have a roof, not a
- 50:27Speaker 2: roof which aloft, that is your brain, that is your head,
- 50:33Speaker 2: you know where, And often people just stuff load of
- 50:36Speaker 2: stuff up there because they want to keep it, but
- 50:38Speaker 2: they don't know why they want to keep it. So
- 50:42Speaker 2: different areas of the finchway in your house are different
- 50:46Speaker 2: parts of your body. So if say you had a
- 50:52Speaker 2: bad leg, yeah, that's sort of I think it's Northwest.
- 50:56Speaker 2: I've have to bring my book out because I don't
- 50:58Speaker 2: deal so much with health. If people come to me
- 51:00Speaker 2: with health issues, I give them like acupunctures and reiki
- 51:04Speaker 2: and obviously their doctors. But I think if you keep
- 51:08Speaker 2: your if you think of your house as your body,
- 51:11Speaker 2: if you keep it all clean, decluttered, you're doing the
- 51:14Speaker 2: best that you can for your own health because the
- 51:20Speaker 2: house is a living thing.
- 51:23Speaker 1: And what about the source for stress in today's modern
- 51:27Speaker 1: world electronic devices, cell phones, internet, televisions.
- 51:36Speaker 2: I know, well, I mean they all say that you
- 51:38Speaker 2: shouldn't take your mobile phone to bed for obviously reasons.
- 51:41Speaker 2: This is a big finschwet thing. They say you shouldn't
- 51:46Speaker 2: have a TV in your bedroom, you shouldn't have plugs
- 51:49Speaker 2: in the walls. So to bring down the emf EMFs
- 51:55Speaker 2: that they put off, It's a hard one, isn't it.
- 51:57Speaker 2: Because when my mom was passing, I had to take
- 52:01Speaker 2: my mobile phones. But with me because we don't have
- 52:05Speaker 2: so many landlines over here anymore. Everyone seems to have mobiles.
- 52:09Speaker 2: But you can put all of these onto a quiet
- 52:13Speaker 2: mode if you need to. So as the computers and
- 52:19Speaker 2: the I don't know if people still have those standards,
- 52:22Speaker 2: you know, where the computers aren't all in one. They
- 52:24Speaker 2: have a what's that thing called where you used to
- 52:27Speaker 2: put floppy disks in?
- 52:28Speaker 1: What's that called floppy disc reader?
- 52:33Speaker 2: You're as good as me, aren't you.
- 52:35Speaker 3: No?
- 52:35Speaker 2: Anyway, A lot of them say there are machines that
- 52:39Speaker 2: you can buy, health machines you can put beside them
- 52:42Speaker 2: all crystals and all that sort of thing. My big
- 52:46Speaker 2: thing about stresses with your computers and that is you
- 52:49Speaker 2: should only go on for three hours a day. I
- 52:52Speaker 2: know we have to work sometime on full time, but
- 52:55Speaker 2: on your phones or your TV or that I think
- 52:58Speaker 2: you know what you want, which you know comes into
- 53:01Speaker 2: your body. If you watch a horror before you go
- 53:03Speaker 2: to sleep, you're going to have horror dreams. So for
- 53:06Speaker 2: me to get the best stress is to have a
- 53:09Speaker 2: routine before you go to bed to de stress you
- 53:13Speaker 2: so that you like, have a cup of corrad maltee,
- 53:17Speaker 2: turn your phone off, you know, don't go into TV mode,
- 53:20Speaker 2: don't go into kindles and read things that just have
- 53:23Speaker 2: that half an hour before you go to bed is
- 53:25Speaker 2: really good faciator. Just bring your body down. The other
- 53:29Speaker 2: thing is like people talk about mirrors. You know, you
- 53:31Speaker 2: need a mirror in your bedroom, or you shouldn't have
- 53:33Speaker 2: a mirror in your bedroom, but you can put a
- 53:36Speaker 2: mirror in your wardrobe so when you close the door,
- 53:38Speaker 2: you don't have that mirror, so you see yourself during
- 53:41Speaker 2: your sleep. So there is a lot of things that
- 53:45Speaker 2: you can do, but my best advice is half an
- 53:48Speaker 2: hour before you go to bed, turn off all machines
- 53:52Speaker 2: and also make sure there's none no electrical things going
- 53:56Speaker 2: on in your bedroom. You know, if you've got to
- 53:57Speaker 2: use a hair dryer, like use it in another room,
- 54:00Speaker 2: that sort of thing.
- 54:01Speaker 1: And meditate, do yoga, relax yourself.
- 54:04Speaker 2: One I used to be one of these people that
- 54:07Speaker 2: just jumped out of bed and got on with things.
- 54:09Speaker 2: I was listening to I think you have something called
- 54:11Speaker 2: meil Oh. I can't remember. I know your surname names
- 54:14Speaker 2: now really famous person, and I was listening to her
- 54:18Speaker 2: Meil Robins. Maybe I don't know. I was listened to
- 54:20Speaker 2: her manifesting, and it said before you get out of
- 54:24Speaker 2: bed or was it her five four three two one
- 54:26Speaker 2: one of those, and it said before you get out
- 54:29Speaker 2: of bed, you should spend five minutes thinking of the
- 54:33Speaker 2: positive ways that you are going to have in your day.
- 54:37Speaker 2: If you can't do five minutes, do two minutes. But
- 54:39Speaker 2: think of the day and begin the day with positive thoughts.
- 54:42Speaker 2: Now I have, because my mind's always so full of many,
- 54:45Speaker 2: many things. I thought, right, I'm going to try this.
- 54:48Speaker 2: So that's what I do. First thing, before I jump
- 54:50Speaker 2: out of it. I'll set the alarm beforehand, and I
- 54:54Speaker 2: will just lay there and just think of the day
- 54:57Speaker 2: ahead and think positively about it. Also, if there's something
- 55:01Speaker 2: I want to be done in the day, I will
- 55:03Speaker 2: go to that functuey pair bit of area in the
- 55:06Speaker 2: house and do some cleaning and sorting. Yeah, or playing music.
- 55:11Speaker 2: Just playing music in that area is bringing the vibration
- 55:14Speaker 2: up absolutely.
- 55:16Speaker 1: Her name is Janine Lowe. Her book just published today
