  It is 7:00 AM right now as I'm recording.

  It is so early because I have a hair appointment at 9:00 and

  that takes like 5 hours. So I was like, I need to do mini

  scroll before my hair, so let's just get into it.

  So the first story that I have for you guys is that Kim

  Kardashian has revealed that she actually walked on platform

  shoes without a heel at the Met Gala.

  So Monday was the annual Met Gala and for a full recap,

  listen to yesterday's episode. So as usual, Kim Kardashian made

  headlines. She wore this amazing dress and

  her waist was teeny tiny, and everyone is talking about how

  tiny her waist is and how that could possibly be possible.

  But now it's actually her red carpet shoe situation that has

  everyone talking. So today Vogue just posted a

  YouTube video of Kim getting ready for the Met Gala, and she

  basically talks in this video about how she chose to wear
• 1:55
  platform shoes that had no heel because the heel would be so

  tiny that it would end up getting stuck in the dress.

  So her dress was like kind of, it was almost like metallic
• 2:06
  chains, but like with intricate designs.

  It wasn't quite like a chain design, but it was kind of that
• 2:11
  vibe. So she said that the heel would

  basically get stuck in the chains of her dress and she
• 2:16
  didn't want to risk that. So the decision that they went

  with was to make her shoes without heels.

  So she literally walked the whole red carpet, like up and

  down stairs wearing just like platforms that had no heel.

  So she was just on the balls of her feet.

  And she talks in this video about how, you know, she has to

  have her calves, like basically locked in for the entire time

  this. Is my shoe.

  It's clever because if I had a shoe with the heel, the heel

  gets stuck in the metal skirt and so that was our issue of

  walking. So I'm going to have to put

  these on and to wear these, you're on your tip toes and

  you're balancing the whole time flexing your calf muscles.

  So that's what I'm going to have to do is stand on my tippy toes.

  But I think ballerinas do it, and they probably have a lot of

  practice. This is our only practice, but

  we'll do it. Say what you want about Kim

  Kardashian, but she does not play with her career.

  Like, if we can give credit to Kim for one thing, it's the fact

  that she has this absolutely wild work ethic that like 99.9%

  of the world could never have. Like we would just never commit

  to the bit that hard. And I do believe it is possible

  now because there's all these clips of Kim posing on the red

  carpet and she's like leaning forward and she looks like she's

  about to fall. And everyone thought that that

  was because of her corset. But if you watch interviews of

  Kim on the red carpet, when she's speaking like she's

  speaking normally, she's holding herself pretty normal.

  So people were actually surprised to see that she could

  actually speak and seems to be able to breathe because

  basically like, it looks like the reason why she was off

  balance was because probably because her waist was cinched so

  tight in a corset, which I still believe that's absolutely true.

  But it seems like it is possible that the reason why she's kind

  of like leaning forward and off balance and swaying a little bit

  in some of the clips, like the video that you can see from her

  on the red carpet is because is literally on her tip toes the

  entire night. That is so wild only Kim

  Kardashian would do this. Like this is the crazy shit that

  you hear celebrities do for a look or for, you know, a red

  carpet. But something this far where she

  basically has to walk on her tip toes in platforms the entire

  night and make it look seamless and normal.

  Like only Kim would fucking do that for something like the Met

  Gala. Like, I know the Met Gala is

  like the place that you would do that, but only Kim would do

  that. All right, the next story is

  some people believe we are getting a Sabrina Carpenter

  Selena Gomez music collab, so fans are convinced that we might

  be getting a Sabrina Carpenter ex Selena Gomez collaboration

  very soon. The pop stars were spotted

  leaving Electric Lady Studios together in New York City on the

  weekend, and this was slightly overshadowed because I think

  this happened on Sunday. And then the Met Gala obviously

  was Monday, so this was kind of overshadowed by that.

  But I feel like this would have popped off a lot more on Twitter

  and even TikTok if we didn't have the Met Gala, because

  Selena and Sabrina are like 2 pop star powerhouses, especially

  right now. They're both entering this new

  era of their pop careers, so I think this would be a wildly

  successful song, first of all, and very powerful collaboration

  and I hope to see it. I love both of their music and I

  think that a collaboration with Selena, even though Sabrina, I

  would say, is more known now as a singer than, you know, Selena

  Gomez, because she also does rare and she obviously acts and

  stuff as well. I feel like this will just

  solidify her in like the place that she needs to be.

  Like she will no longer be an opening act.

  She will no longer be Taylor Swift's opening act.

  She and I know, I know she's had her own shows and she's been

  doing this for a long time. But I still think, like, because

  she went on tour with Taylor for so long, she's still kind of

  seen as one rung of, like, celebrity or singer below the

  big guys. And a collaboration with Selena

  Raven Symone has told fans to stop sending her wife death

  threats. So former Disney star Raven

  Symone. She has a podcast with her wife,

  Miranda. It's called Tea Time with Raven

  and Miranda. And it's actually pretty viral

  on TikTok. They are doing pretty well in

  like the social space. I don't know in terms of Ravens

  career, like doing films and things like that anymore.

  But like she's really solidified herself as like an Internet

  personality and somebody who makes great content online.

  Like they have a YouTube channel and yeah, they do TikTok and

  podcast and whatever, so they're pretty popular there.

  Raven and Miranda have been doing some interview rounds to

  promote their new podcast and clips of their interviews have

  led to backlash against Miranda for being a Raven hater.

  So most of the backlash is coming from these clips where

  Miranda says that she has not seen a lot of Raven's early

  clips that you know are circulating on TikTok are out of

  context, that Miranda was 13 when that's a Raven started, so

  everything is out of context and just go watch or listen to the

  full podcast because the heat against Miranda basically is

  unfair. But this didn't stop the hate.

  So over the weekend, Raven and Miranda sat down on TikTok and

  Raven spoke directly to camera and basically said stop fucking

  coming for my wife. I'm here with Miranda, my wife,

  to tell you to stop it in the comments and stop with the death

  threats in her DMS. It is disrespectful to her and in turn

  disrespectful to me. Stop it.

  It's really become wild. I hope to clear the air right

  I did not know who Raven was. I only ever said that I did not

  grow up watching that. So Raven, I did not watch her as

  a child, but since getting. Married and meeting.

  Her in 2015. I have seen the majority of her

  work. I've also been at a lot of this

  work. So I mean backstage at the view,

  it's like I want to go defend myself and then I remember them

  Because I think anybody who is, you know, in their 20s,

  thirties, 40s, whatever, who has been through the motions of like

  a relationship that's been in a long term relationship and has

  had crushes before and has been in serious relationships would

  see this as flirty banter and not as Miranda, like being an

  asshole to her wife. And I think just in general, the

  level of heat coming towards her, it's so unwarranted.

  You can think that she's an asshole to Raven.

  Sure, like that's your prerogative.

  You can see these clips and say, you know what, I still don't

  think that she's treating her right.
