Transcript
- 0:12And now,
- 0:16the mob guys Craig Coglianese
- 0:19and
- 0:23Wayne Dolcefino,
- 0:41We are the Bomb Guys on KSEV Radio.
- 0:45I am Craig Coglianese. He is Wayne Dolcefino and he's on special assignment today.
- 0:51So you get just me by myself. I did want to start by, well, and Russell's here
- 0:56too, if he wants to jump in and be a part of the show at all.
- 0:58I did want to start by saying that I thought it was interesting.
- 1:01We got reactions to the Trump talking about Nicki Minaj's butt on social media.
- 1:07I am putting a lot more of our clips on different social media places.
- 1:12It's not all the same place. At Radio Craig C on X and Twitter and, well,
- 1:17that's the same thing, on TikTok and Facebook and a bunch of places, gets a few
- 1:22clips of me. Wayne Dolcefino's main Facebook page, Dolcefino Consulting, gets
- 1:27some clips of him. KSEV radio, put some clips up.
- 1:30So there's clips of us all over the place.
- 1:33And part of the reason I'm doing this is to kind of gauge the reaction to it,
- 1:37gauge the significance of how many people, you know, watch whatever we're putting
- 1:41out there. And I'm really kind of intrigued by some of the responses.
- 1:47Excuse me. And so one of the responses we got to the Trump thing was about how
- 1:52devolved our society is now. And the best way for me to explain this, I don't
- 1:57want to read the whole thing. I'm going to paraphrase it.
- 1:59Uh, but, uh, essentially the comment is that a sitting president of the United
- 2:03States should never discuss a woman's butt the way that Trump discussed Nicki
- 2:08Minaj's butt and that that is a problem and that we need to get back to a place
- 2:12in society where stuff like that doesn't happen.
- 2:15And I have two thoughts about that real quick.
- 2:18And I know that this is kind of an odd place to start the show today, but I
- 2:21couldn't help it. Uh, the first thing I was thinking is there's, I have a
- 2:25tendency to agree with the idea of that.
- 2:27I'm not saying that I actually agree with it, but and I'm being very specific
- 2:31about how I'm using my language in this discussion, but I have a tendency to
- 2:36agree with a with a thought similar to that one, essentially meaning that I would
- 2:40like it. It would be nice if by and large the person who is in fact the President
- 2:45of the United States was this like better guy than the rest of us.
- 2:48You know, and I don't mean this specific to Trump.
- 2:50I mean this in general, like we want the best of us to serve in a certain
- 2:54position and whatnot. But here's the thing, the more you think about it, the less
- 2:59realistic the concept of that is.
- 3:02And it's not that they can't say the right thing in front of the camera, because
- 3:05there's a lot of guys who do that.
- 3:06There's a lot of politicians that I think consistently say interesting things.
- 3:12They seem like respectful things in front of cameras.
- 3:16It matters what they do when they go behind the closed doors though more.
- 3:20You know what I mean? Like very often now, any of those people that are praised
- 3:24Barack Obama is one example. The things he was doing behind the scenes didn't
- 3:29match the way he was carrying himself publicly.
- 3:32You know, like he was screwing a lot of things up for a lot of people with the
- 3:35decisions he was making. Obamacare certainly among them.
- 3:39And then publicly was saying like, you get to pick your own doctor, everything
- 3:42will be great. I would rather have a guy.
- 3:45So this is the second half of my thought on this reaction to the post we put up
- 3:49on social media. I'd rather have a guy that's just himself all the time.
- 3:52You know, like the more I think about it, the more I like people that don't have
- 3:56a filter, because I don't have to worry about what they're doing to try to stab
- 3:59me in the back later. I know exactly who they are.
- 4:02I know exactly how they behave at all times.
- 4:04So that's part of the reason that even though if I were someone that were to say
- 4:09it would be better if the president didn't say that somebody has a beautiful ass,
- 4:14which is I think an exact quote, that truthfully I prefer this to the
- 4:19alternative. And we get the alternative all the time.
- 4:21And the alternative is horrible, in all honesty.
- 4:24The thing where they seem like a good person publicly, and then behind closed
- 4:27doors they're doing terrible stuff.
- 4:29I mean, think about Bill Clinton, who I don't know if he was all that great
- 4:32publicly, but behind closed doors did some pretty terrible things.
- 4:35And then definitely didn't understand what the definition of is is for a little
- 4:39while there. And that doesn't seem better.
- 4:42And so I find that kind of amusing because I guess the thing I'm really trying to
- 4:46say, The thought I'm having to open the show is that there are a lot of
- 4:50individuals and I just saw another great Monty Python clip and I might just start
- 4:55playing those to be honest with you too.
- 4:57Because there's something about the Monty Python humor and how dated it's
- 5:01supposed to be, but how relevant it feels to right now that you can't get over.
- 5:06But anyway, there's a lot of people out there who I think just want to criticize
- 5:09at all costs and find whatever Avenue they can to do it.
- 5:12And they think this is the strongest avenue that'll make people on the other side
- 5:16upset. Like when I'm reading through the message, part of me thinks that the
- 5:19person saying it doesn't even really care themselves if a Democrat were in
- 5:23office. If they could carbon copy who Trump is and just turn him into a Democrat,
- 5:29which sounds terrifying, but if they could do that, Democrats would love it.
- 5:33They would be thrilled by it. They're actually asking Gavin Newsom to behave that
- 5:37way. If you haven't seen, Gavin Newsom's been happy about some of the ways he's
- 5:40been a jerk on social media over the last year and a half, whatever it's been,
- 5:44and people are thrilled by it. And actually, this goes to the Monty Python sketch
- 5:49I was just talking about, or just thinking about where it's John Cleese again, he
- 5:54seems to be the one I don't know if he was writing these things, or if he was
- 5:57just the one acting in things that seem most relevant today.
- 6:01But essentially, he was telling you that you need to be an extremist to be happy
- 6:04with yourself. He was saying that political divide is so intense on one side and
- 6:09the other. This is a sketch. It's a skit It's not John Cleese in his actual
- 6:13words, although who knows seems like they might be similar But he was saying that
- 6:17in order for you to feel good every day The best thing you can do is create
- 6:21enemies and those enemies need to be on the far side of whatever you're on the
- 6:24other side of so you need to dive deep into your corner and then find people that
- 6:28are in the other corner and attack them constantly and My favorite part of the
- 6:32quote and again, I should probably just play the audio is when he says, you know
- 6:35you'll feel good because you can be a terrible person and excuse your behavior.
- 6:40You'll be like, that's fine. I'm just attacking the enemy.
- 6:43It'll be great. And that's how a lot of people seem to behave, honestly, at our
- 6:47society. And that's part of what I get from these messages.
- 6:49But it's also funny because I will say, part of me also thinks a lot of the
- 6:53comments are bots because we're so close to election day, that we have only a few
- 6:58days left before I actually vote and then this whole thing's over and we know who
- 7:02wins stuff. But there's just so many comments that come in so quickly, on certain
- 7:05posts that don't seem to make sense, especially when some of the social media
- 7:10accounts I'm using to post these things have almost no following.
- 7:12Like I made a TikTok for Craig and Wayne at Radio Craig C.
- 7:17It's got like 12 people on it that actually followed her 20.
- 7:20It might be up to 40. I might be undershooting it, but I've only been using it
- 7:23for a couple of weeks and occasionally we get like what I would consider not
- 7:27actually viral, but what I would consider a viral post for a page that small
- 7:31where it's a few thousand views and a whole bunch of comments and people seem
- 7:35crazy. And I don't know why that is.
- 7:38Yeah, like a few of the videos have like three, 2800 views.
- 7:41And then a bunch of the other ones have like 200 views and we only have like 40
- 7:45followers. So I think the algorithm sometimes picks up based on maybe hashtags
- 7:51or excuse me again, maybe some sort of thing that you say, maybe it pulls a
- 7:56transcript and then it starts throwing comments there.
- 7:58because it just seems illogical that this many people would follow someone with
- 8:04my opinions and then constantly trash them.
- 8:07But it's fine. It is what it is.
- 8:08And I honestly, I think I've talked about it before in the air.
- 8:11I've stopped deleting them the way that Wayne D 'Altrafino says we should stop
- 8:14deleting things. And I saw a couple come into his page.
- 8:17I wanted the post he put up that where it seemed body, but it is what it is.
- 8:22All right. There is a lot else to talk about today.
- 8:23I promise we'll get into a ton of different things.
- 8:26I am still feeling a little bit under the weather.
- 8:28So if you are watching on social media, you probably see that I'm still at my
- 8:31house. This is not something we intend to do a lot.
- 8:34It's just something I've been doing the last couple days to not actually skip the
- 8:37show because I don't want to do that, especially a week before we actually know
- 8:42who wins this election. It's crazy that Halloween is on Saturday.
- 8:48We have voting day on Tuesday and then a lot of nothing until Christmas.
- 8:52Although I do love Thanksgiving.
- 8:54I'll say that there is an interesting video out that seems to be an even further
- 9:00Demonstration of how much the left seems to just hate Israel and Jewish people
- 9:06What I'm amazed at about that And I'll talk about this more after we take a break
- 9:10in about a minute or so But I'm amazed at it is how unapologetic this stuff is
- 9:14like you see this commercial and you hear these actors say these incredibly
- 9:20negative things about Israel. And you think to yourself that that's a selling
- 9:23point now in politics in our country.
- 9:26And it's sort of amazing. And I'll be very clear in what I'm saying,
- 9:32criticizing the government of any country is not the same as being anti -Semitic
- 9:37or any form of ism that people will throw out there.
- 9:42If you wanna criticize Benjamin Netanyahu, if you wanna criticize the way that
- 9:46they were in their country, that's one thing.
- 9:47But the video is more about just supporting Israel in general and the thing that
- 9:52people don't seem to understand about the idea of us sending money there is that
- 9:56place would be obliterated by all of the people that surround it if we didn't
- 10:01help them defend themselves on a constant basis even before they went to war with
- 10:06a terrorist group before any of that.
- 10:08That is a place that needs our support quite desperately to exist.
- 10:13And we find a reason to do that.
- 10:14We find a connection to them or whatever you want to call it, a relationship with
- 10:19them that matters to us, that benefits us too.
- 10:21And that's one of the reasons I'm sure that the United States has been such a
- 10:24longtime supporter of Israel, but that That seems to be missing in some of the
- 10:29way that people talk about this now.
- 10:30And it's kind of surprising to me that when you want to attack what you think is
- 10:34a place that deceives and manipulates and pushes us to do things we shouldn't be
- 10:40doing, which also has never made sense to me, President Trump would not have
- 10:44fought Iran if he didn't think it was the right thing to do.
- 10:47He's not that kind of dude. He's not the kind of dude to be told by someone else
- 10:50what to do and to listen, at least in my opinion.
- 10:53That's not how he behaves at all.
- 10:55And so even more so I just think it's kind of fascinating that the attack is so
- 11:00generic Instead of being much more specific much more sophisticated and
- 11:04potentially sound way less anti -semitic, but all right well.
- 11:07We'll take a quick break We'll come back from the break I'm gonna get a lozenge
- 11:10or something so that I feel a little bit better and Stop coughing so much and
- 11:14what we'll do or whatever clearing my throat.
- 11:16I will do this We'll play the audio of a brand new commercial out there that
- 11:21seems to be critical of supporting Israel in general and how much it costs us to
- 11:26do it and how families are pretending that they can't afford things now because
- 11:30they have to send their real money to Israel not the government doing it for us.
- 11:34Alright quick break a lot more this is KSEV mornings the mob guys I am Craig
- 11:39Colonnays, Wayne Dolcefino on Special Assignment.
- 11:41This is the voice of Texas. My name is Craig Coglianese.
- 11:45Wayne Dolcefino is on special assignment.
- 11:47We call ourselves the mob guys for a crap ton of reasons, many of which I very
- 11:52much enjoy. But also I think, and I've been changing this a little bit, as a
- 11:57reflection on who the actual mobsters are.
- 11:59Because to me, the actual mobsters are the politicians.
- 12:02They are the people that we most criticize because they seem like horrible,
- 12:06terrible individuals. One of the things that came out recently that seems to
- 12:11crystallize this thought or this position is a piece of audio, the new democratic
- 12:17slogan on just how much they seem genuinely anti -Semitic.
- 12:22And here's what I'll say again, because I want to be clear about this.
- 12:25I do think that there are times when people now pretend as though and attack any
- 12:30attack on Israel is anti -Semitic and that's not true.
- 12:34If you actually do attack the government position on something, the politician
- 12:38decision making, if you want to complain about what you think are decisions they
- 12:43make that they shouldn't be making, et cetera, et cetera, that's allowed with
- 12:46anybody. You can't immediately call somebody an ist just because they criticize
- 12:50that. But general support from the United States for Israel, a country that has
- 12:55long needed it because they're surrounded by enemies, and if we were to cut off
- 12:59support completely, the iron dome essentially no longer functioned, Israel would
- 13:04be in a lot of trouble. So that to me feels different because that's the river to
- 13:09the sea stuff. That's the end of days stuff in the world of Israel.
- 13:13This clip, this commercial seems to ram home the message of that's what the left
- 13:18thinks we should be doing. Nothing when it comes to Israel.
- 13:21We should completely cut them off and stop supporting them at all.
- 13:24And actually here's what's really funny in this audio, it eventually says how
- 13:27much money it costs each person To support Israel and it it doesn't feel like a
- 13:32lot to be honest with you. Let's go ahead and play on this Yeah, I know what
- 13:37about the bananas? Yeah, I got them too But honey What you're gonna
- 13:43have to put those eggs back. They don't like eggs anymore No, they like eggs, but
- 13:48we have to set that $7 aside for killing Palestinians What?
- 13:54I mean, don't we give Israel $4 billion a year anyways?
- 13:57Yeah. And now we're giving them another $26 billion.
- 14:01Do you know how much that is per American taxpayer?
- 14:04No. It's like $161 per person. Apparently, it's costing us a lot of money to drop
- 14:10bombs on Gaza. That's terrible.
- 14:13Yeah. I think at Universal Healthcare, too.
- 14:16Yeah, they do.
- 14:19We're paying for that, too, probably.
- 14:21Might as well put the bananas back.
- 14:22Why the f*** do we have to pay for all of this?
- 14:25I forgot that was actually... Don't cuss at me.
- 14:29Why does Mike Rogers care so much about...
- 14:32That's the end of that. Because they go after a specific politician and it's
- 14:36amazing to me though. That that is the sentiment that people want to share
- 14:39publicly. We have to kill Palestinians and this is how much it costs and we
- 14:43should just cut off Israel entirely.
- 14:45And it's terrible and awful. At what point does the discussion forget the
- 14:50tremendous history of the place?
- 14:51the area and the tremendous history of Israel defending itself and getting
- 14:56attacked, even, you know, the October attack that often gets dismissed in the
- 15:00conversation that's the catalyst to some of what's been going on here.
- 15:03It's just it's surreal to me, in all honesty, that this is the way that people
- 15:07want to attack each other politically in this country, to be honest.
- 15:11Now, I'm sure they'll say, how dare you, you darn conservative.
- 15:14And all the times you say horrible, terrible things.
- 15:17By the way, I did very often become a proponent of what we were doing in Ukraine
- 15:22was okay, but we needed a whole lot more information than we were getting about
- 15:27how that money was being spent, which was different than some, because I've heard
- 15:31in response to talking about Israel, a lot of people pivot and say, but you said
- 15:36never to support Ukraine anymore.
- 15:37That's not actually true, at least not for me individually.
- 15:41It's true for a lot of people. And I don't like foreign conflict.
- 15:45I know that that's the popular opinion of say the America first position is that
- 15:51we shouldn't be in any foreign conflict ever at any time There's a lack of
- 15:55realism to that thought What I mean by that is there is a true reality where if
- 16:00the United States doesn't step in to help Ukraine defend itself against Russia,
- 16:04that Russia would just keep going.
- 16:06We want to mitigate the expansion of our biggest threats in the world of the
- 16:11United States. This would be Russia, China, etc.
- 16:15And sometimes we have to do that the way that we're doing it.
- 16:17I mean, honestly, I'll say one more thing about this and then I'll move on
- 16:21because I don't want to rant about just one topic or a couple topics all day.
- 16:25I don't have the skill set for that, but I'll be honest.
- 16:28I think it's kind of interesting that people have been attacking President Trump
- 16:32for the decisions he's made in conflicts beyond just Iran.
- 16:36Let's talk about Venezuela just quickly, anything like that, because they say
- 16:41that it definitively goes against the idea of we do you, we do us, everybody else
- 16:45does whatever they want to do, and nobody in the middle really matters.
- 16:49Essentially meaning that at all times, we act as though the end of our borders is
- 16:54the end of what we care about. And it's just it's so illogical, because that type
- 16:59of behavior from Democrats or from others in some of these instances has caused
- 17:04them to be as bad as they are. When you look at China and their influence in the
- 17:08countries that surround us, their capability, even right now, the fight with
- 17:11Iran. I'll tell you that if this happened 1520 years ago, it'd be easier.
- 17:16It's harder because it's now. It would not have been as difficult because support
- 17:22wouldn't be coming from places as significantly as it is when you're talking
- 17:26about China. There's a lot that China is doing to help Iran in their fight
- 17:29against us. Some of it they're doing serendipitously, some of this they're doing
- 17:33sort of willfully, publicly. But nonetheless, like that wouldn't be as
- 17:37significant of an issue if we rewound the clock enough to where we didn't prop
- 17:42China up. And if I'm really going to go like full conspiracy theory or explain my
- 17:47opinion on this, which I don't think is a conspiracy theory at all, to be honest,
- 17:51but some do. But what I think is really most important when you talk about this
- 17:56topic is that we are sort of the reason that China is what it is today.
- 18:02We outsourced so much of the production and manufacturing of things we wanted,
- 18:06that we allowed another country, a country that inevitably now would like us to
- 18:11be much less significant than they are, they'd like to take our spot as one of
- 18:16the most influential countries in the world.
- 18:17They already have. They haven't taken over from the United States, but they've
- 18:20already become one themselves. It is our fault.
- 18:23Again, it's policies and decision making that get us here in the first place that
- 18:27make someone capable of fighting us more than we want them to.
- 18:31And if we go back to the example of Israel, if we go back to the conversation of
- 18:35the Middle Middle East, deciding to cut them off entirely creates a much
- 18:40different enemy and animal out there than we have right now.
- 18:44Israel is an ally of ours as much as we are of them, and we want to protect that
- 18:48because we need an Israel or we need an ally in the Middle East.
- 18:52We don't want the places that have come up with or created the most threatening
- 18:58terrorist attacks in our country to have unchecked versions of continuing to do
- 19:02that. So I just I don't get some of this because I do I'll say it this way.
- 19:08I Do think that politics and we're a few days from the actual election itself has
- 19:13become a game of oversimplification not that it might have not been that all the
- 19:18time But even more so in the digital clip society the piece of audio we played
- 19:23yesterday of Talarico Complaining to a supporter of his who was recording him
- 19:29and he didn't seem to know it that there's clips out there of Talarico that say
- 19:33things that he doesn't want his supporters to think he believes anymore.
- 19:37The best way to explain that again is that Talarico is saying he is not as anti
- 19:41say women competing against men in sports as he sounds like he is on the campaign
- 19:47trail right now. And he got caught saying the wrong thing in front of a camera in
- 19:51a way that he should have been doing it.
- 19:53But that didn't matter, I guess, because people are complaining that it's clipped
- 19:57out in general. We're in such a version of society like that where everything is,
- 20:03it has a life of its own. President Trump is probably the other best example of
- 20:07this constantly. Half of the time, if not more than that, that people obsessed
- 20:11with the things he said, it's not even really what he said.
- 20:14There's more before or after that adds context that media refuses to add because
- 20:19they don't want you to think that Trump isn't a horrible person.
- 20:23They want anyone who will believe it to think that Trump himself is a terrible
- 20:26person. But nonetheless in the society we're in where all of that becomes the
- 20:30norm the desire to oversimplify your thoughts has become even more extreme and to
- 20:35convince you Whoever you are out there that you're above the curve There are a
- 20:40lot of people that I hear that want to pretend as though The individuals that
- 20:44vote for them are the smart people and that everybody else is the idiots I when
- 20:48the truth is that there are smart and stupid people along along the whole
- 20:53spectrum and that the only real way for me or you to consider ourselves
- 20:58intelligent on these topics is to read about them, is to, you know, do the
- 21:03research. Before you punch the ticket and vote for someone, know who you're
- 21:07voting for, know why you're voting for someone and what positions they have, that
- 21:10it seems like a basic ask. But in a society where it's become easy to get a
- 21:14headline, I think that there are a lot of people that settle for that.
- 21:18And I think that's part of the problem.
- 21:20And I think if I'm going to be specific about any one race here in this county,
- 21:26here in our listening area, the Carla Wyatt one makes the least sense to me.
- 21:32We did that interview on Friday.
- 21:33You can still find that interview up on social media and in podcast form.
- 21:38She crashed into three people after having other DUIs and problems that seem to
- 21:44make it obvious she shouldn't be a politician anymore and she's likely to win.
- 21:48That is a real thing that's out there in the world.
- 21:51And it just makes no sense to me at all.
- 21:53And I don't know what we do to convince people not to say a vote away that
- 21:58they're gonna vote on that issue because like how much more can you do?
- 22:02I guess I'll ask you that question and you ponder it.
- 22:05And if you wanna call in and be a part of the show, you can with Carla Wyatt as
- 22:09the example, how much more could a local politician do and still get
- 22:14elected to a political office than what she's done over the course of the last
- 22:18few months or a few years. This is a twice arrested DUI individual
- 22:24crashed into multiple cars, hasn't given anybody any money, didn't have any
- 22:28insurance to cover the crash and might get reelected.
- 22:31So what else could people do? How much further could they go?
- 22:34Give me an answer on KSEV radio, the voice of Texas, the Mob Guys, 700 AM back
- 22:40after can also call into the show and be a part of it today.
- 22:43Two, eight, one, five, five, eight, five, seven, three, eight, two, eight, one,
- 22:47five, five, eight, five, seven, three, eight.
- 22:49We got Joe on the line wants to talk about the election.
- 22:52Joe, what would you like to say?
- 22:55Hey, I think you said, what more can they do and get away with or whatever?
- 23:00You know, they could say that they're for murdering children because they're not
- 23:03really people yet, and they could say they're for exposing children to trans
- 23:08ideology because a lot of them might really be the other sex.
- 23:12But I wanted to read a Bible verse real quick about that.
- 23:15Timothy says, For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine,
- 23:20but after their own lusts, shall they heed to themselves teachers, having itching
- 23:24ears, and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned
- 23:29unto fables." Like children, boys can be girls, and girls can be boys, that's a
- 23:35pretty good fable.
- 23:38And then the last one real fast says, this is a rebellious people, lying
- 23:42children, children that will not hear the law of the Lord, which say to the sea,
- 23:46or see not into the prophets, prophesied not unto us right things, speak unto us
- 23:50smooth things prophesied deceit.
- 23:53And that's the Stanley Milgram brownshirt Democrats right there.
- 23:56Yeah I agree with you a lot and by the way I'm pretty famous quote from the Bible
- 24:02to Timothy 4 -3 as one of them.
- 24:06As far as what you think you'll be doing and why you'll be doing it, do you want
- 24:11to talk about who you're voting for without even specificity why you're voting
- 24:14the way you're voting in this election?
- 24:17Well I mean I'm just voting against that kind of stupid evil regardless of what
- 24:21you know regardless of what Paxton has done in his personal life a little bit.
- 24:25I don't know all the details but what I do know is he's done some good
- 24:29conservative things in his office and you know I do wonder where all of his money
- 24:33comes from but I looked up a lot of it and it comes from a legitimate source I
- 24:37mean he probably made half a million dollars a year as an attorney and he had a
- 24:40good investment that made several million.
- 24:43So I don't know whatever else going on.
- 24:45What I do know is he's not trying to trans kids and kill babies.
- 24:48So yeah. And that's pretty important.
- 24:50You bear enough. I thank you for the call, Joe.
- 24:53All right. Joe is done. I guess let's move on to Lisa, who is also called in.
- 24:57I know she just called in, but let's go ahead and do it.
- 25:00And again, you can call and you can be a part of the show if you want to.
- 25:03Lisa, what would you like to say?
- 25:05Carla Wyatt, how on earth are there not rules in place to remove her from office.
- 25:12The lady in Fort Bend County that was using the money to take care of her mother,
- 25:16they got rid of her. How come we can't get rid of Carla Wyatt?
- 25:19We, there are, my first reaction is that we have people in positions of power
- 25:24that are stopping those rules from being used.
- 25:26Like the senator that works here, state Senator Paul Bettencourt has called for
- 25:30resignation. They've put things on paper that have attempted to do that, but
- 25:34there's too many Democrats in power locally to allow that to happen.
- 25:38But I think that's a really good question because she should no longer be in
- 25:41power and Lisa The more important thing that I'm asking today is how can she get
- 25:46reelected? How can there be so many people within our community who don't care at
- 25:51all about this level of what seems to be just inept?
- 25:55Incapable human and not necessarily incapable politician But she's gotten to the
- 26:00level where if it was a family members of yours You'd have them checked into some
- 26:03sort of facility to help them you know, at this point, you wouldn't have them
- 26:07just on their own. Go ahead.
- 26:10Well, she is either blacked out or she was still drunk and hit those people,
- 26:17but the lack of care is just not even being a decent human
- 26:22being. Forget that she's in office.
- 26:24She's not even a decent human being to act like that.
- 26:28And I was voting Saturday, I won't say where, but I mean Sunday and the person
- 26:34next to me was in the lower, I guess it's more for, you know, handicap people,
- 26:39but a regular person was using, they're just flying through Democrat, Democrat,
- 26:42Democrat, Democrat. And I'm like, that's okay.
- 26:44But when you get to Carla Wyatt, write in somebody's name, I don't care.
- 26:48Just vote for her. But I, you know, just make up somebody's name, but not her.
- 26:54Hey, man. I agree with you, Scully.
- 26:56Thank you so much for the call, Lisa.
- 26:58I love, I She was, you know, just how
- 27:04annoyed that all of us are because it is ridiculous.
- 27:07To be honest. And I'll say one more thing about it since some of the calls were
- 27:10going that road. And I know Joe is more generic about the bad things that
- 27:15Democrats are standing for right now.
- 27:17And then Lisa is more specific about Carla.
- 27:20But both are true. There are certain people right now.
- 27:23And I hear I'll say it this way, because I'm struggling with how I'm going to
- 27:29talk about some of these topics today.
- 27:30His part of me just wants to say it exactly the way that I think it's true.
- 27:34And I don't want you to misunderstand me.
- 27:36I want everyone out there to understand the nuance with how I present some of
- 27:40these topics because I'm not actually a person who agrees with anything the left
- 27:44says. However, I do think that when, and I'm not trying to attack Joe
- 27:48specifically, I feel like I've been too mean to him too often when he calls into
- 27:51the show. I don't intend to do that.
- 27:53the simplified statement, trans the kids, doesn't work as well as a more
- 27:58developed discussion about what's actually happening.
- 28:03So sometimes I have a knee -jerk reaction to saying out loud that the Democrats
- 28:06are trying to trans your kids when the reality is that they kind of are, but how
- 28:11they go about doing that, what that actually looks like is quite a bit different.
- 28:15And you have to talk to someone who's brainwashed enough to think these stupid
- 28:19things to hear for yourself what they mean by this.
- 28:23But here's the best example of this type of rhetoric having a position in
- 28:28reality, is today four to five times the amount of people who
- 28:33used to think of themselves as potentially in the wrong body, like I'm the wrong
- 28:37gender. The amount of people who now say that I'm the wrong, I'm a boy and I
- 28:42should be a girl kind of thing has grown exponentially.
- 28:46And why has that happened? And a lot of people in the world of actual medical
- 28:49science would tell you it's because of convincing people that they're this way in
- 28:54some sort of medical room, whether it's someone who goes to a therapist, someone
- 28:59who sees a doctor, someone who has this version of a thought that, ah, that's
- 29:04normal, other people feel this way too.
- 29:06So you're just, you're a transgender person.
- 29:08Instead of saying what we used to say before, which is by and large, most people
- 29:12who feel that way are suffering from something called, you know, body dysmorphia
- 29:17and that they're just upset with how they look, they're not necessarily upset
- 29:21with which sex they are. And that a lot of these people now are given an answer
- 29:24that makes no sense to what we thought just a simple amount of years ago.
- 29:29And it's not because science has progressed.
- 29:31Like that's what James Talarico will argue.
- 29:33If I'm truly trying to attack a specific conversation that Talarico and I would
- 29:37have with each other, the thing that I think James Talarico would say and
- 29:41response to this is for so long we failed people and we need to start helping the
- 29:46people that we failed the most by acknowledging that they're going through
- 29:49something that we don't understand.
- 29:51But the reality is you're actually convincing a lot of people that whatever their
- 29:55pain is in their life, it can be explained by something that they don't
- 29:58understand. The best way to brainwash someone in my opinion is
- 30:04to tell them why the challenges they face are not their fault and to tell them
- 30:09why it's the fault that maybe they can't even truly process, that they can't go
- 30:15from A to B. But trust me, this is what it is.
- 30:18And then if you go ahead and support me, put me in office, I'll help you and
- 30:21anyone else that's like you, I get to a better place.
- 30:23But one of the most fascinating studies about transgender kids, it's a weird
- 30:28sentence to say, but I'll say it on the radio, because it's true.
- 30:31And I remember looking into this when this first became more of a political
- 30:34topic. I'll be honest, I haven't dug back into the research in a bit, because not
- 30:39terribly relevant to me, My family, my world doesn't have a lot of this that
- 30:44we're dealing with. But a lot of people who go through a surgery, even as adults,
- 30:49specifically as adults, regret it.
- 30:51A lot of people. Way more people than they want to tell you about in the world of
- 30:55the left. crazy things they talk about.
- 30:57So when you expand the simple conversation of the left wants to trans your
- 31:02children to the left wants to convince as many kids as possible that whatever
- 31:07they're struggling with, if they're just having a depressive, you know, episode
- 31:12in their life that it's actually explained by this crazy thing that would change
- 31:15their body forever, that that would be harmful and damaging to our society.
- 31:19We can't have that. We need to not have as much of that as possible.
- 31:23And we need to put Republicans in power.
- 31:25So our government doesn't push us further in a direction we shouldn't go.
- 31:29That is a more valuable argument to me that the left can't dismiss as easily.
- 31:34The left can say that they want to trans our kids is a crazy thing and then just
- 31:39move on. To be honest I'll say...
- 31:41I know I've got to take another break, but I just think it's important to say it
- 31:44this way. Sometimes when I hear rhetoric on both sides, on the left or the right,
- 31:49I picture it being said by the South Park characters on their show.
- 31:53And if it seems like it's ridiculous and a joke and they can make fun of it and
- 31:57they can put, like, Cartman's face and voice into a makeshift version, a
- 32:03parody version of what they think a conservative is, I think we need to change
- 32:06the way we say it. Not that we're trying to placate the left, but we're trying to
- 32:10make it harder for them to play their game against us.
- 32:12We're essentially trying to fight fire with fire in a different way.
- 32:16We're not changing the idea. I'm not backing down from the discussion that you
- 32:20shouldn't have children have their bodies mutilated and changed.
- 32:24And those words do matter. I'm just saying that there might be a more developed
- 32:28way to make the argument and they'll they'll cut it however they want.
- 32:32I'm sure they will, but at least I made it the right way.
- 32:35So if they want to go look, it's going to be harder for them to argue with it.
- 32:38All right, we'll take a break. I don't know why I zeroed in on that topic, but I
- 32:42did. I have more audio to play.
- 32:44I have President Trump on the campaign trail, which I think is interesting.
- 32:47I'm talking about Barack Obama.
- 32:49All that more in just a bit. KSEV radio.
- 32:52This is the voice of Texas. Thrilled to be with you.
- 32:55So much stuff out there to talk about so very often.
- 32:59You can call in and be a part of the show.
- 33:01It's actually probably even easier to have call -ins.
- 33:04I know Wayne loves calls. So we should encourage people to call in all the time,
- 33:07especially when Wayne D 'Alciofino is here.
- 33:10He is on special assignment today.
- 33:11But it's a little easier when it's just me and I like talking to somebody and
- 33:15somebody can be you. 281 -558 -5738.
- 33:19281 -558 -5738 to call in and be a part of the show.
- 33:24I do want to play this and I know people are now saying that like Trump and the
- 33:28campaign trail is happening every day.
- 33:30There's video or audio that we can play every single morning because of
- 33:36what he said the night before and some people are sick of it.
- 33:38I'm not one of those people and not even a little bit actually.
- 33:41He complained about Barack Hussein Obama which is what he likes to call the man,
- 33:45which is his name. He loves to throw that middle name in there, but just the
- 33:49whole, you miss me. I do miss you, Dolcefino.
- 33:52I just got a text from Wayne. Do you want to be on the show?
- 33:55If he wants to be on, if he's listening somehow and wants to jump in, he can.
- 33:58I don't care about doing one hour with just Wayne.
- 34:01But here, I'll play this audio with Trump.
- 34:03He's talking about all kinds of things, but then he goes on a big rant about how
- 34:06terrible Obama was as a president, a crooked Hillary Clinton.
- 34:10This stuff is just entertaining.
- 34:11No part of me dislikes anything about this at all.
- 34:15And so, yeah, I'm not bored. I'm not annoyed by it.
- 34:18Here we go. Barack Hussein Obama, have you heard of him?
- 34:23Boo!
- 34:25He's a man that yesterday, you know, he campaigned to sparse crowds, very sparse
- 34:29review people said. So he fought me on, he fought me with
- 34:34Truckee and Hillary, came in campaigned, he said, Donald Trump will never be
- 34:39president. He fought me with...
- 34:42Yeah, that was wrong. He fought me with Crooked Hillary.
- 34:45That didn't work out well. And he fought me with Kamala.
- 34:50That didn't work out well.
- 34:54And now they say, oh, whoa, Barack Obama is going to start campaigning.
- 34:58And he's not even campaigning. Tell him he's not campaigning about me.
- 35:01Maybe he'll go home. But he came in yesterday and...
- 35:04I love that. made a speech and part of his speech was to say isn't it terrible
- 35:09that Donald Trump spends a lot of his time very little time I do it very good I'm
- 35:12really good at real estate and fixing things I fix things very good very
- 35:16beautifully and I always build beautiful and inexpensive which is a good
- 35:21combination sure you can do yeah I can do it naturally it's a natural thing job
- 35:25sir it actually relaxes me Donald Trump spends a lot of his time
- 35:30fixing up the White House. Isn't that a nice thing to do?
- 35:34The place?
- 35:37No. I thought that was hilarious.
- 35:40Look, I'll stop it for a second.
- 35:42I love the fact that, and I think Bill Maher has been one of the...
- 35:46A few voices on the left that's willing to say this part out loud.
- 35:49Yeah. How is this a bad thing? How is changing some things in the world of what's
- 35:53going on at the White House, at least structurally?
- 35:55Like, how is that actually bad?
- 35:57If you improve it, if you make it nicer, if you build a whole ballroom, what part
- 36:00of that is actually a negative?
- 36:02I don't have an actual answer to that question because I don't think there is an
- 36:06answer to that question because I think the obvious answer is the one we're
- 36:10hopefully all thinking that I'm certainly thinking that there's nothing wrong
- 36:13with this, that this is good, that nobody else really does this.
- 36:16And the reason they say that they don't change a lot with the White House,
- 36:19granted, it's certainly gone through remodeling before, but the reason they don't
- 36:23is, oh, we gotta respect the building so much.
- 36:24Well, respect it until it falls down.
- 36:27When I lived in Chicago, we had a few apartment complexes that my wife really
- 36:31loved because they were old, because no one had really done anything to them.
- 36:34And I challenge you to live in one of those places for a year and still love it,
- 36:39because it did change. My wife's opinion of where she wanted to live quickly
- 36:43change when the amount of challenges you face because something is old and
- 36:47falling apart I'm not saying necessarily that's where the White House was but it
- 36:50could be one day I mean anyway if you update something you make it nicer how is
- 36:54that bad? It doesn't make any sense.
- 36:55I want to play a little bit more of Trump because he makes the Cheesecake Factory
- 36:58joke He said this isn't a Cheesecake Factory.
- 37:02Can you believe it? Which is a very successful company?
- 37:05This is it he doesn't like successful companies, but you know He was very
- 37:10critical about that. Yeah, he was very critical of you, sir, and he doesn't like
- 37:12successful companies because he's a politician.
- 37:15Because the difference between a President Trump being elected into a specific
- 37:19office and then handling business day -to -day in that office when he comes from
- 37:23a different world is how much better it could be as far as decision -making that
- 37:28gets us all to a place where we're making more money, where the economy is
- 37:32better. He'll do it again. The other thing I'll say, this is not an election
- 37:35about Trump. I know when I had my cousin Vince on, I think it was a couple weeks
- 37:40ago when he's done the show. He said that's fine.
- 37:43If the left wants this to be an election where everyone focuses on Trump, who's
- 37:47not on a ticket anywhere, I think Wayne even pointed that out on his social media
- 37:51page yesterday to someone who came and made a comment to him, President Trump is
- 37:55not being voted into any kind of office in 2026, even if the left doesn't want it
- 37:59that way. One of the things that I think is most fascinating about this is, is
- 38:03where we'll be in the next two years and how people I think will feel about
- 38:08President Trump, at least economically, by the time he leaves office in 2028.
- 38:12Because it happened right before the pandemic actually.
- 38:15And if the pandemic hadn't occurred, it's probably a thing where you would have
- 38:19left office the first time as President Trump was close to doing and have created
- 38:24one of the best economies we've ever seen.
- 38:26And that will, I think, happen more so in the near future, because the Iran
- 38:30conflict will end. I'll say this, I only got a couple minutes left before we take
- 38:34a break for the top of the hour.
- 38:35I was wrong on this radio station when I said that I thought that the conflict
- 38:39would end sooner than it did. I was wrong.
- 38:42I'll admit that. I looked into, and not that this will mean much, these will feel
- 38:46like hollow words to a lot of people who thought they were right all along, but I
- 38:50looked into part of the reason why, and part of the reason why, to me and to some
- 38:54out there, is that Iran made inroads politically, politically within our country,
- 39:00which is disgusting in order to try to discourage us as a country from fighting
- 39:05them and hopefully get them the best possible deal they can.
- 39:08And so the political atmosphere that was starting up back when this conflict
- 39:14first started at the beginning of this year and is certainly at its height right
- 39:18now is a big cause for the stretching out of this conflict.
- 39:22There's a few other reasons that it seems to have gone on much longer than people
- 39:25thought it would, but Iran's unwillingness to admit the situation they're in
- 39:29partially is because they hope that politics would get them out of it.
- 39:34Now, granted, we're a week away from that being over.
- 39:36So once that's done, I do project and I do think that we'll be in a much
- 39:41different conversation environment, whatever you want to call it with Iran, and
- 39:46hopefully it would be much quicker to the end of that.
- 39:49Although Democrats will have the potential for power, they won't actually have
- 39:53the power yet if they win in as many places during the midterm elections as
- 39:57people assume, but then like all bets are off, then it won't matter.
- 40:01Also the inability for anyone else in the world to stand against Iran too, for it
- 40:05to just be the United States and Israel is part of the reason this has gone on as
- 40:09long as it could because the Strait of Hormuz is, as Trump said, something very
- 40:13easily defendable if the rest of the world, the world that cared more about that
- 40:17oil actually wanted to fight that fight, but they don't.
- 40:20A quick break, a lot more. This is Craig Coglianese on the Mob Guys, Craig
- 40:24Colonnays, excuse me, on the Mob Guys.
- 40:26Still weird to say the real name.
- 40:28On The Voice of Tech.
