• 0:01
  Speaker 1: Welcome.
• 0:01
Speaker 2: It is Vertical Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you,
• 0:04
Speaker 2: and it's so nice to have you with us around
• 0:05
Speaker 2: the country wherever you are listening on radio stations all
• 0:09
Speaker 2: over And we have got a lot to talk about
• 0:11
Speaker 2: in today's show, including the fact that Center it wasn't
• 0:15
Speaker 2: just enough that they wanted to spy on your cell
• 0:17
Speaker 2: phone records. They decided, screw it, we'll just tap like
• 0:21
Speaker 2: federal lines in your office.
• 0:23
Speaker 3: The Biden administration has been caught spying on now nine
• 0:28
Speaker 3: US senators, twenty percent of the Republicans in the Senate,
• 0:32
Speaker 3: Jack Smith, issued subpoenas to spy on and to get
• 0:36
Speaker 3: our cell phone records.
• 0:37
Speaker 4: I was one of the nine.
• 0:39
Speaker 3: We now know also that Judge Boseburg, who is this
• 0:43
Speaker 3: left wing radical judge who keeps issuing national injunctions against
• 0:47
Speaker 3: President Trump, signed at least an order to me concerning me,
• 0:52
Speaker 3: ordering at and t not to tell me that that
• 0:57
Speaker 3: DOJ was trying to get my phone wrecked. Because the
• 1:01
Speaker 3: judge concluded with zero basis that I was likely to
• 1:04
Speaker 3: destroy evidence and to tamper with witnesses. It is an
• 1:09
Speaker 3: absolute disgrace. We're gonna break it down. We're gonna talk
• 1:12
Speaker 3: about the accountability that needs to flow from this. We're
• 1:16
Speaker 3: also gonna talk about the shutdown that keeps on going
• 1:19
Speaker 3: and going and going. Day thirty one in the Schumer
• 1:23
Speaker 3: shutdown with no end in sight. We're gonna talk about
• 1:26
Speaker 3: where the shutdown stands. And finally, an extraordinary story, Bill
• 1:31
Speaker 3: Gates reverses his position on climate change. He's been telling
• 1:34
Speaker 3: the world we're all gonna die. Now he's saying, never mind,
• 1:38
Speaker 3: it's all gonna be fine. All of that we've got
• 1:40
  Speaker 3: on today's pod.
• 1:41
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's really incredible.

• 3:22
Speaker 2: All right, senator, So let's just remind people how this
• 3:25
Speaker 2: all started with arctic frost.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: What was the basis of arctic frost?
• 3:30
Speaker 2: And now what we've learned about the reality of Arctic frost,
• 3:33
Speaker 2: which is this was no more than abuse of government power.
• 3:37
Speaker 2: It was a spying expedition on twenty percent of the
• 3:41
Speaker 2: Republicans in the Senate, and not only that but also
• 3:46
Speaker 2: conservative influential organizations and individuals as well.
• 3:49
Speaker 1: We're learning, you know.
• 3:50
  Speaker 4: That's exactly right.
• 3:52
Speaker 3: We now know that that Jack Smith issued one hundred
• 3:56
Speaker 3: and ninety seven different subpoenas targeting more than four hundred Republicans,
• 4:02
Speaker 3: targeting nine US Senators, targeting a House member, targeting Charlie
• 4:08
Speaker 3: Kirk's turning point USA, targeting the Republican Attorney Generals Association,
• 4:13
Speaker 3: systematically going after in a widespread basis, a phishing expedition
• 4:19
Speaker 3: attacking his political opponents on the Senate side. So the
• 4:23
Speaker 3: Senators who had subpoenas issued against them were Marsha Blackburn,
• 4:28
Speaker 3: Lindsey Graham, Bill Haggerty, Josh Hawley, Ron Johnson, Cynthia Lummis,
• 4:34
Speaker 3: Dan Sullivan, and Tommy Tubberville and then yours truly. For
• 4:39
Speaker 3: the first eight their cell phones were all with Verizon,
• 4:44
Speaker 3: and Jack Smith sent the subpoena to Verizon, and Verizon
• 4:47
Speaker 3: complied and gave their cell phone records to the Department
• 4:50
Speaker 3: of Justice. My cell phone was with AT and T.
• 4:54
Speaker 3: AT and T got a subpoena for my cell phone records,
• 4:57
Speaker 3: and AT and T did not comply.
• 4:59
Speaker 4: Their legal council concluded that.
• 5:01
Speaker 3: The speech and debate clause of the Constitution protected my communications,
• 5:05
Speaker 3: and they did not comply.
• 5:06
Speaker 4: And that we now know.
• 5:09
Speaker 3: And just this week I did a press conference with
• 5:13
Speaker 3: the other Republican senators talking about this issue. I want
• 5:16
Speaker 3: you to listen to. This is me describing just the
• 5:19
Speaker 3: scope of how serious and grave this is. Arctic Frost
• 5:24
Speaker 3: is Joe Biden's Watergate. Merrick Garland was a fundamentally corrupt
• 5:29
Speaker 3: Attorney General. Jack Smith was a fundamentally corrupt prosecutor. This
• 5:34
Speaker 3: was a political enemies list from the beginning, one hundred
• 5:38
Speaker 3: and ninety seven subpoenas for four hundred and thirty Republican
• 5:44
Speaker 3: entities and individuals. That is an absolute and egregious abuse
• 5:49
  Speaker 3: of power.
• 5:51
Speaker 2: Is there any scenario there, Senator, where you look at
• 5:55
Speaker 2: this and you hear them and you think they could
• 5:58
Speaker 2: have even for a moment, thought they were doing legitimate work.
• 6:01
Speaker 2: I mean, when you think about the scope of this,
• 6:03
Speaker 2: for people that are listening, this just seems like they said,
• 6:06
Speaker 2: rules be damned, laws be damned, We're gonna spy on
• 6:10
Speaker 2: twenty percent of the Republican senators. That is bigger than Watergate.
• 6:14
Speaker 2: And then all these other organizations that we think are
• 6:17
Speaker 2: helping conservative movements, we'll just spy on them too, Like
• 6:19
Speaker 2: what were they even looking for?
• 6:21
Speaker 3: Look, I think Jack Smith is a partisan zealot. I
• 6:24
Speaker 3: think Merrick Garland is a partisan zealot. I think they
• 6:26
Speaker 3: eagerly weaponized the Department of Justice. Jack Smith was appointed
• 6:32
Speaker 3: as the special prosecutor to go after President Trump three
• 6:37
Speaker 3: days after President Trump announced his twenty twenty four campaign.
• 6:41
Speaker 3: So this all happened two years after January sixth. Yeah,
• 6:46
Speaker 3: I don't think it would have happened if Donald Trump
• 6:48
Speaker 3: had decided I'm not running in twenty twenty four. I
• 6:51
Speaker 3: don't think Jack Smith is ever appointed. I don't think
• 6:53
Speaker 3: these prosecutions happened. The reason they happen is Donald Trump
• 6:59
Speaker 3: announced he was running in twenty four and immediately with
• 7:03
Speaker 3: three days later, Jack Smith was appointed. And this was
• 7:06
Speaker 3: about target our political enemies, Let's go after them. I
• 7:11
Speaker 3: think Merrick Garland presided over the most partisan Department of
• 7:15
Speaker 3: Justice this country has ever seen.
• 7:17
Speaker 4: And I think Merrick Garland is still seething with rage.
• 7:20
  Speaker 4: Remember Merrick Garland.
• 7:22
Speaker 3: Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court to
• 7:25
Speaker 3: fill the seat when when antonin Scalia passed away and
• 7:30
Speaker 3: in twenty sixteen, Yeah, in twenty sixteen. It was the
• 7:34
Speaker 3: spring of twenty sixteen, and we decided we're gonna keep
• 7:38
Speaker 3: the seat vacant and let the voters decide in November
• 7:42
Speaker 3: of twenty sixteen who's gonna fill it. And of course
• 7:45
Speaker 3: that ended up being filled by Neil Gorsich instead of
• 7:47
  Speaker 3: Merrick Garland.
• 7:48
  Speaker 4: I think Merrick.
• 7:49
Speaker 3: Garland seethes with resentment, and he used that resentment to
• 7:54
Speaker 3: fuel let's go after the Republicans. Let's target them, let's
• 7:58
Speaker 3: target Donald Trump. Let's turn earned the Department of Justice
• 8:01
Speaker 3: into an arm of the DNC. And I think Hamala
• 8:04
Speaker 3: Harris and the Democrats were all eagerly on board with that.
• 8:08
Speaker 2: There was a strategy here. And if they didn't trust
• 8:11
Speaker 2: you to know that you were being subpoena in your
• 8:13
Speaker 2: records are being subpoena and other concernis were not going
• 8:16
Speaker 2: to be told as well.
• 8:16
Speaker 1: You mentioned that earlier. They said, no, no, we can't trust
• 8:19
  Speaker 1: Center Cruz.
• 8:20
Speaker 2: And I'm assuming that was just a blanket across the
• 8:22
Speaker 2: board thing because everyone knew how corrupt this was and
• 8:25
Speaker 2: they would fight back instantly.
• 8:27
  Speaker 1: I'm sure.
• 8:27
Speaker 2: But was this a spy to see who's working with who,
• 8:31
Speaker 2: because if you didn't know what was happening, it may
• 8:33
Speaker 2: not be as much about intimidation as it was connecting dots.
• 8:36
Speaker 2: Or was it to try to find something they could
• 8:38
Speaker 2: charge them with criminally explain the logic here behind Jacksmith.
• 8:42
Speaker 3: Yeah, this was a fishing expedition. They were sweeping broadly.
• 8:46
Speaker 3: They were just trying to find evidence of wrongdoing and
• 8:49
Speaker 3: going as broadly as they could. And I got to say,
• 8:52
Speaker 3: I used to work at the Department of Justice. I
• 8:54
Speaker 3: was an Associate Deputy Attorney General back in two thousand
• 8:58
Speaker 3: and one under George which was president. The idea that
• 9:02
Speaker 3: you would authorize subpoenas for nine US senators for twenty
• 9:06
Speaker 3: percent of the Republicans and the senator, or for that matter,
• 9:09
Speaker 3: for twenty percent of the Democrats, that you would do
• 9:11
Speaker 3: the opposing party. There has never been a Department of
• 9:14
Speaker 3: Justice that wouldn't like that, would be willing to do that.
• 9:19
Speaker 3: That is an extraordinary step, and it's a sign of
• 9:23
Speaker 3: just how corrupt these folks got. But it's not just
• 9:26
Speaker 3: the prosecutors, it's not just Jack Smith. They had I
• 9:30
Speaker 3: think an extreme partisan judge, Judge Boseburg, who has been
• 9:35
Speaker 3: one of the worst actors when it comes to issuing
• 9:37
Speaker 3: these nationwide injunctions. We've talked about him before, and the
• 9:41
Speaker 3: order he signed concerning the subpoena directed of my phone
• 9:45
Speaker 3: records I believe was an absolute corruption of his judicial oath.
• 9:49
Speaker 3: And here's what I called for. I called for him
• 9:53
  Speaker 3: to be impeached.
• 9:54
Speaker 2: Yeah, there was a great clip, and you're gonna hear
• 9:57
Speaker 2: Senator Grassley talking to the press conference and then your
• 9:59
Speaker 2: comments all so you made on Newsmax about it.
• 10:02
  Speaker 1: Take a listen.
• 10:03
Speaker 5: That includes a hard line for Senator Cruz's office and
• 10:08
Speaker 5: a staffer sell phone for former Senator Leffler.
• 10:14
Speaker 6: So they tried to subpoena Arise and attack the off
• 10:17
Speaker 6: the office phone in your.
• 10:18
Speaker 3: In your office well to get the phone records. And
• 10:22
Speaker 3: they also subpoena at AT and T to get my
• 10:24
Speaker 3: cell phone records. And I'll tell you AT and T
• 10:26
Speaker 3: did the right thing. They refused to comply with the subpoena.
• 10:29
Speaker 3: Their legal counsel concluded that it was protected by the
• 10:33
Speaker 3: speech and debate clause.
• 10:34
Speaker 4: Of the Constitution. But you know, one of the things
• 10:37
  Speaker 4: that is amazing.
• 10:38
Speaker 3: Along with that subpoena they sent to AT and T,
• 10:41
Speaker 3: they also included an order from Judge Bosburg, who's one
• 10:44
Speaker 3: of these left wing radical judges who's issuing nationwide injunctions.
• 10:48
Speaker 3: Judge Bosberg's ordered AT and T do not tell crews
• 10:53
Speaker 3: we are subpoenaing his cell phone records.
• 10:56
Speaker 4: Why And he makes a.
• 10:57
Speaker 3: Conclusion, He says, because I can if he's informed, Cruz
• 11:03
Speaker 3: will destroy or tamper with evidence and intimidate witnesses. That
• 11:08
Speaker 3: is utterly without factual basis. It is a complete abuse
• 11:11
Speaker 3: of judicial power. And I've called on the House of
• 11:14
Speaker 3: Representatives to impeach Judge Bosburg the Constitution. When Judge Bosburg
• 11:20
Speaker 3: decided to become a partisan warrior and be part of
• 11:24
Speaker 3: the most egregious abuse of power. This is Richard, this
• 11:28
Speaker 3: is Joe Biden's Watergate, and I believe the House should
• 11:31
Speaker 3: impeach Judge Boseburg. And I also think we are going
• 11:34
Speaker 3: to get to the bottom of every partisan who signed
• 11:38
Speaker 3: off on surveilling and spying on twenty percent of the
• 11:42
Speaker 3: Republicans in the Senate.
• 11:44
Speaker 4: That's what Joe Biden and their DOJ did.
• 11:47
Speaker 2: You just put that number into perspective, Senator, I mean,
• 11:50
Speaker 2: twenty percent is unbelievable.
• 11:53
Speaker 1: And you talked about the House taking this up. Is
• 11:55
Speaker 1: there a real chance that they're going to do this.
• 11:58
Speaker 3: I think there is, and it's going to be a
• 12:00
Speaker 3: decision for the Speaker, for Mike Johnson, and for Jim Jordan,
• 12:03
Speaker 3: the chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
• 12:04
Speaker 4: But I think they will.
• 12:06
Speaker 3: And let me actually read from the order that Judge
• 12:09
Speaker 3: Boseburg signed. He signed an order where he says, quote,
• 12:13
Speaker 3: the court finds reasonable grounds to believe that such disclosure,
• 12:18
Speaker 3: in other words, if AT and T told me that
• 12:22
Speaker 3: they were subpoening my phone records, that such disclosure will
• 12:27
Speaker 3: result in destruction of or tampering with evidence, intimidation of
• 12:32
Speaker 3: potential witnesses, and serious jeopardy to the investigation. Now that statement,
• 12:39
Speaker 3: and by the way, I have no reason to think
• 12:40
Speaker 3: that that was unique to me. My assumption, although we
• 12:43
Speaker 3: have not seen the subpoenas for the other eight senators,
• 12:46
Speaker 3: my assumption is that Judge Boseburg signed it for all
• 12:49
Speaker 3: nine of us that he was printing them out like
• 12:52
Speaker 3: placemats at Denny. If you're a Republican senator, that's all
• 12:56
Speaker 3: he needs to know to conclude. And let me read
• 12:58
Speaker 3: again what he signed. The court finds reasonable grounds to
• 13:03
Speaker 3: believe that such disclosure will result in destruction of or
• 13:07
Speaker 3: tampering with evidence, intimidation of potential witnesses, and serious jeopardy
• 13:12
Speaker 3: to the investigation. And let me say, if DOJ came
• 13:15
Speaker 3: and represented that to the judge, that is sanctionable. There's
• 13:19
Speaker 3: no factual basis. That's the sort of order you put
• 13:22
Speaker 3: in if you're issuing a sabina for the mafia, for
• 13:26
Speaker 3: the mob, for a drug cartel, right, not simply the
• 13:29
Speaker 3: fact that, well, it's a senator of the opposing party,
• 13:32
Speaker 3: so we're going to represent to you that they're going
• 13:35
Speaker 3: to destroy evidence. I believe it that the judge had
• 13:40
Speaker 3: absolutely zero basis to conclude that there was no evidence
• 13:43
Speaker 3: of that. I don't know if DOJ made that representation
• 13:46
Speaker 3: or not, but the judge there was no hearing on it.
• 13:48
Speaker 4: There was, we certainly didn't know about it.
• 13:51
Speaker 3: It is utterly absurd to say that nine senators are
• 13:54
Speaker 3: going to go destroy evidence and tamper with witnesses. He
• 13:58
Speaker 3: signed that, and when he signed that, he was no
• 14:00
Speaker 3: longer being a judge, he was being a partisan. It
• 14:03
Speaker 3: is clear this man hates Republicans and is willing to
• 14:07
Speaker 3: act on his partisan animus, and I think that is
• 14:09
Speaker 3: why the House should impeach him, then the Senate should
• 14:12
  Speaker 3: convict him.
• 14:13
Speaker 2: Two questions quickly. One, do you think that there are
• 14:16
Speaker 2: may be other centers out there that we don't know about?
• 14:18
Speaker 2: In two, a lot of this information we've been getting
• 14:21
Speaker 2: is because of people that are coming forward, whistleblowers.
• 14:23
Speaker 1: How important are they going to be moving forward? Because
• 14:25
Speaker 1: if this is what they.
• 14:26
Speaker 2: Were doing in this scenario, I can't imagine what else
• 14:29
Speaker 2: was going on that we don't know about. There could
• 14:31
Speaker 2: be other spying expeditions that were taking place on House
• 14:33
Speaker 2: members on a completely different set of issues.
• 14:36
Speaker 3: Well, look, we know four hundred and thirty Republicans were
• 14:41
Speaker 3: the targets of these subpoenas.
• 14:43
Speaker 4: There may be more.
• 14:43
Speaker 3: You're right, it's whistleblowers who have come forward with this.
• 14:46
Speaker 3: We wouldn't know without the whistleblowers. And I'll tell you
• 14:49
Speaker 3: interesting little factoid. Sean Davis of the federalist reported, he
• 14:54
Speaker 3: said Arctic Frost. The code name used for this operation
• 14:59
Speaker 3: was not a randomly generated code name, which is how
• 15:02
Speaker 3: these operations generally get their name.
• 15:05
  Speaker 1: Yeah, that's important.
• 15:06
Speaker 3: Arctic Frost is a cultivar of orange that thrives in
• 15:12
Speaker 3: Florida but can also withstand cold weather. The cold name,
• 15:15
Speaker 3: the code name was deliberately chosen by corrupt federal agents
• 15:19
Speaker 3: because the entire purpose was to take down Donald Trump,
• 15:23
Speaker 3: the orangeman who lives in Florida.
• 15:26
Speaker 4: This was corrupt, that it was political targeting.
• 15:29
Speaker 2: Want to take a moment talk to you about an
• 15:30
Speaker 2: incredible company. It is a company that is called Patriot Mobile.
• 15:34
Speaker 2: They have been in business now for more than twelve years.
• 15:37
Speaker 2: I use Patriot Mobile and the reason why is because
• 15:40
Speaker 2: not only do I get incredible nationwide coverage, but I
• 15:43
Speaker 2: also saved money on my bill. And then the magic
• 15:47
Speaker 2: part of being where a conservative company is this Patriot
• 15:50
Speaker 2: Mobile takes about five percent of your bill every month
• 15:53
Speaker 2: and they give it back month after month, year after
• 15:56
Speaker 2: year to conservative causes that fight to protect our first
• 16:00
Speaker 2: First and our Second Amendment rights, the rights of unborn children,
• 16:04
Speaker 2: and they also stand with men and women that wear
• 16:06
Speaker 2: a uniform that we're a badge men and women in
• 16:08
Speaker 2: law enforcement, men and women that served in Iraq, Afghanistan,
• 16:12
Speaker 2: around the world, and they take care of families who
• 16:15
Speaker 2: have lost loved ones serving and protecting this country. That
• 16:19
Speaker 2: is why I made the switch to Patriot Mobile. Now, look,
• 16:21
Speaker 2: it's gonna be amazing coverage that matters. Right, You're gonna
• 16:24
Speaker 2: get unbelievable coverage of Patriot Mobile. So if you like
• 16:27
Speaker 2: the coverage you have now, you're gonna love Patriot Mobile.
• 16:30
Speaker 2: And switching has never been easier. When I made the switch,
• 16:33
Speaker 2: I did it over the phone and they did it
• 16:36
Speaker 2: in about ten minutes. So stop giving your money to
• 16:40
Speaker 2: wote companies that are fighting against your values. You may
• 16:43
Speaker 2: not know this, but Big Mobile gives big donations to
• 16:46
Speaker 2: democratic parties, organizations, causes, and even organizations that pay for abortions.
• 16:52
Speaker 2: So don't have your money go there. Go with Patriot
• 16:55
Speaker 2: Mobile and we're gonna give you a free month of
• 16:57
Speaker 2: service as well. Go to Patriot Mobile dot com slash

Speaker 2: you use the promo code vertict, you're gonna get a
• 17:10
Speaker 2: free month of service. So switch today. It's so easy.
• 17:13
Speaker 2: Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict or nine to seven to
• 17:16
Speaker 2: Patriot promo code vertict for free month of service. All right, Senator,
• 17:20
Speaker 2: So I want to move to a topic that we
• 17:21
Speaker 2: teased it earlier, and it's also a pretty big one,
• 17:24
Speaker 2: the government shut down. We're now seeing polling that I'm
• 17:27
Speaker 2: looking at my screen over here, and it really is
• 17:30
Speaker 2: fun to see this backfire in the Democrats face. They've
• 17:32
Speaker 2: been holding America hostage. They keep negotiating the hostage deadline
• 17:36
Speaker 2: and extending it. Is it is disgusting to see how
• 17:40
Speaker 2: much they're trying to hurt Americans, trying to withhold food stamps,
• 17:43
Speaker 2: trying to withhold military pay, government pay, the list goes
• 17:46
Speaker 2: on on. They they want this to hurt because they
• 17:49
Speaker 2: assume that the American people are so ignorant that they're
• 17:52
Speaker 2: just going to blame the top of the food chain
• 17:54
Speaker 2: aka President Donald Trump.
• 17:56
Speaker 1: But the data is showing that that is a disase.
• 18:00
Speaker 2: Asked her for them right now, and in fact, Donald
• 18:02
Speaker 2: Trump's proverating has gone up, not down during the government shutdown.
• 18:06
Speaker 1: Your reaction to that.
• 18:07
Speaker 4: Well, that's exactly right.
• 18:09
Speaker 3: This is backfiring badly on the Democrats. But before we
• 18:12
Speaker 3: dive into that, I want to tell you a fun
• 18:14
Speaker 3: story that you'll like. So my press secretary was down
• 18:17
Speaker 3: in New Orleans and she took an uber to go
• 18:21
  Speaker 3: to her hotel.
• 18:22
Speaker 4: And the uber uber driver was a guy.
• 18:24
Speaker 3: A fellow named Dax and and and they struck up
• 18:27
Speaker 3: a conversation and she mentioned that she worked for me,
• 18:30
Speaker 3: and he said, I listened to Verdict every week.
• 18:32
Speaker 4: I listened to it on the.
• 18:34
Speaker 3: Radio here in New Orleans. And he told her, well,
• 18:36
Speaker 3: like what time, what time it aired, and and he
• 18:39
Speaker 3: was a regular listener.
• 18:40
Speaker 4: That was very cool.
• 18:41
Speaker 3: And so everyone who's listening on the radio, everyone who's
• 18:44
Speaker 3: listened to the podcast, I just wanted to say, thank you.
• 18:46
Speaker 3: We're doing this to give you information you can't get
• 18:48
Speaker 3: anywhere else. And to Dax, if you're listening, thank you
• 18:52
  Speaker 3: especially for listening.
• 18:52
Speaker 4: We're glad to have you and appreciate you.
• 18:55
  Speaker 7: It is.
• 18:56
  Speaker 4: Isn't that cool?
• 18:57
Speaker 1: It's awesome. That's the best. Like when you have an
• 18:59
Speaker 1: uber a live drivers like, oh yeah, listen.
• 19:01
Speaker 2: That is what I envisioned as we do the show,
• 19:04
Speaker 2: is people like that working hard, providing for their families,
• 19:07
Speaker 2: and they just want to know someone's fighting for them.
• 19:10
Speaker 3: Absolutely. Look, today is Halloween. It's thirty one days into
• 19:14
Speaker 3: the shutdown, and the Democrats have not budged an inch.
• 19:18
Speaker 4: Yeah, thirty one days.
• 19:19
Speaker 3: The federal government is closed, the non essential functions are
• 19:23
Speaker 3: shut down. We're seeing thousands upon thousands of federal workers
• 19:28
Speaker 3: who are not getting paychecks. Let's take airports, airports right now,
• 19:32
Speaker 3: they're fifty thousand TSA agents who are going into work
• 19:36
Speaker 3: and they're not getting the paycheck. They've missed their last paycheck.
• 19:38
Speaker 3: There are fourteen thousand air traffic controllers. They're going into work,
• 19:42
Speaker 3: they're not getting a paycheck. And you know what we're seeing.
• 19:45
Speaker 3: We're seeing as a result of that, more and more delays,
• 19:48
Speaker 3: more and more ground stops, ground stops and Houston, ground
• 19:51
Speaker 3: stops in LA, groundstops in DC.
• 19:54
Speaker 4: They want that, you know.
• 19:56
Speaker 3: One senior Democrat aide told Politico that the sh humor
• 20:00
Speaker 3: shutdown will keep going. He said, quote until planes start
• 20:04
Speaker 3: falling from the sky. That's what they're looking for. Tomorrow, Saturday,
• 20:09
Speaker 3: November first, forty one million people are not going to
• 20:13
Speaker 3: get the food stamps they would have otherwise gotten. Now
• 20:16
Speaker 3: now forty it's actually forty two million now. Set aside
• 20:19
Speaker 3: the fact that the number of people on food stamps
• 20:21
Speaker 3: has doubled in the last five years. That is a
• 20:24
Speaker 3: major problem, and it is a failure of the policies
• 20:27
Speaker 3: of the Biden administration. But they're forty two million people
• 20:30
Speaker 3: who were expecting Saturday morning to get their food stamps,
• 20:34
Speaker 3: and they're not going to get it. And they're not
• 20:36
Speaker 3: going to get it because the Democrats are voting. You
• 20:38
Speaker 3: don't get food stamps. Air traffic controllers, you don't get
• 20:42
Speaker 3: paid TSA agents, you don't get paid FBI agents, you
• 20:45
Speaker 3: don't get paid customs and Border patrol, you don't get
• 20:48
Speaker 3: paid ice, you don't get paid general federal worker. You
• 20:53
Speaker 3: don't get paid And by the way, the Democrat congressmen
• 20:58
Speaker 3: and senators, almost all of them are taking their own paychecks.
• 21:01
Speaker 4: The members of Congress.
• 21:02
  Speaker 3: I'm not I said I wouldn't take my paycheck as
• 21:04
Speaker 3: long as the government shut down, But most of the
• 21:06
Speaker 3: Democrats are happily depositing their own money.
• 21:09
Speaker 1: Let's be very clear to people listening.
• 21:11
Speaker 2: Just like Dax's down there in New Orleans, there have
• 21:15
Speaker 2: been moments where Republicans have said, hey, let's at least take,
• 21:20
Speaker 2: for example, not be giving you all their food stamps
• 21:22
Speaker 2: off the table. And Democrats have still said, no, we
• 21:26
Speaker 2: won't do that. By Parson, peace with you, We've said
• 21:30
Speaker 2: the same thing FANFA and military there.
• 21:33
Speaker 1: They want this people to suffer.
• 21:36
Speaker 2: They've had the opportunity to have in essence of carve
• 21:38
Speaker 2: out and they've chosen know every time because they want
• 21:40
  Speaker 2: people to suffer.
• 21:41
  Speaker 1: Period.
• 21:42
Speaker 3: Now that's right, And I'll tell you the media knows
• 21:45
Speaker 3: that this is a partisan shutdown. Here, give a listen
• 21:47
Speaker 3: to Jake Tapper. Now, Jake Tapper is hardly a conservative,
• 21:51
Speaker 3: but even he on CNN is calling bs to the
• 21:55
  Speaker 3: Democrats talking points.
• 21:56
Speaker 6: Give a listen, Should the Democratic senators from New Mexico
• 21:59
Speaker 6: you're own state vote to open the government so that
• 22:02
Speaker 6: these snap funds are not at risk?
• 22:05
Speaker 7: Let me be clear, the administration is choosing to start
• 22:11
Speaker 7: American children with money that they already have appropriate the
• 22:20
Speaker 7: White House. This is a choice the White House.
• 22:24
Speaker 6: This is also this is also a choice by Senate
• 22:27
Speaker 6: Democrats to not vote to open the government. Yes, I
• 22:31
Speaker 6: understand why they're doing it. They're doing it because they
• 22:33
Speaker 6: want Medicaid funds restored. They're doing it because they want
• 22:36
Speaker 6: Obamacare premiums to be extended past the end of the year.
• 22:40
Speaker 6: I understand the reason.
• 22:41
Speaker 7: I let me just be clear. The money for contingency
• 22:45
Speaker 7: plans is sitting there. That is why the states are
• 22:48
Speaker 7: suing the White Houses with holding funds worth of SNAP funds.
• 22:52
Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, well you.
• 22:54
Speaker 7: May not be a big deal to you, but let's
• 22:55
Speaker 7: is a big deal to me. The grandparents, for GRIM
• 22:59
Speaker 7: is a big deal feeding their children those accounts.
• 23:04
  Speaker 4: It's a short term sure.
• 23:05
Speaker 7: At the end of the day, people need to be
• 23:07
Speaker 7: able to feed their families, and Saturday is when those funds.
• 23:10
Speaker 6: Are congress Woman, why not asking the Senate Democrats from
• 23:16
Speaker 6: New Mexico to vote to open the government so that
• 23:19
  Speaker 6: the SNAP funds.
• 23:20
Speaker 7: I am here in the House of Representatives. It is
• 23:23
Speaker 7: shut down. I am fighting to get the government reopened.
• 23:25
Speaker 7: I am fighting to get funding put back into SNAP
• 23:28
Speaker 7: that is already existent. And I am fighting for the
• 23:31
Speaker 7: American people. I am here, But show me a single
• 23:33
Speaker 7: Republican that is here. Not a single one is here
• 23:37
Speaker 7: to make sure that Americans are fed on Saturday. That
• 23:39
Speaker 7: is why I am here.
• 23:41
Speaker 1: I love how right there and it just made me laugh.
• 23:44
Speaker 2: How even Jake Taveri's like, you're totally full of crap,
• 23:47
Speaker 2: Like you can say this all you want to, but
• 23:49
Speaker 2: they put it together. You guys keep saying no, And
• 23:52
Speaker 2: she's like, I'm here, they're all gone. By the way,
• 23:54
Speaker 2: I'm sure there was a Republican congress person there.
• 23:57
Speaker 4: Of course there were.
• 23:58
Speaker 3: But yeah, look as he put it, he says, this
• 24:01
Speaker 3: is a choice by Senate Democrats to not vote to
• 24:04
Speaker 3: open the government. And she says, no, it is not,
• 24:06
Speaker 3: and he says, yes, it is. And we've done this
• 24:09
Speaker 3: thirteen times. I voted repeatedly this week to open the
• 24:12
Speaker 3: government if you want the food stamps to go out.
• 24:14
Speaker 3: The Democrats had it in their power to do that.
• 24:16
Speaker 3: All they had to do was vote yes to fund
• 24:19
Speaker 3: the government. And they had multiple opportunities, and the Democrats
• 24:22
Speaker 3: all voted no. Are all but three, I think voted no.
• 24:25
Speaker 3: The reason the Democrats have been able to force the
• 24:28
Speaker 3: shutdown is in order to move a funding bill in
• 24:31
Speaker 3: the Senate, it takes sixty votes. There are only fifty
• 24:34
Speaker 3: three Republicans. Republicans, we are voting to open the government.
• 24:38
Speaker 3: We're voting over and over and over again, and thirteen
• 24:41
Speaker 3: times the Democrats have voted shut it down, shut it down,
• 24:44
Speaker 3: shut it down. And this is the stupidest shut down
• 24:49
Speaker 3: we have ever seen, because the Democrats really are just
• 24:52
Speaker 3: trying to show off to their partisan base that they
• 24:55
Speaker 3: hate Donald Trump. The reason you're having a shutdown, the
• 24:59
Speaker 3: reason people are not being paid, the reason your flights
• 25:01
Speaker 3: are being delayed, the reason food stamps are not going
• 25:04
Speaker 3: out tomorrow, is because the Democrats are trying to chuck
• 25:09
Speaker 3: Schumer in particulars trying to prove to the activist marching
• 25:12
Speaker 3: of the No Kings radical in the No King's rallies
• 25:15
Speaker 3: that he really, really really hates Donald Trump. They're gonna
• 25:19
Speaker 3: end up caving, but I'll tell you what my prediction is,
• 25:22
Speaker 3: they won't cave before next Tuesday because Tuesday's election day
• 25:26
Speaker 3: in Virginia and New Jersey. And bizarrely enough, they think
• 25:29
Speaker 3: their base is energized by the Democrats shutting down the government.
• 25:34
Speaker 2: All right, So this one is just one of those
• 25:36
Speaker 2: segments that I'm just gonna enjoy Bill Gates as a
• 25:41
Speaker 2: guy that was like the world's gonna end center and
• 25:43
Speaker 2: we're all gonna, you know, die of heat and global
• 25:46
Speaker 2: warming is real, and I'm investing in all these projects
• 25:50
Speaker 2: and things, and the government should be doing the same.
• 25:52
Speaker 2: And now he's like, all right, screwed, it's not gonna happen.
• 25:55
Speaker 2: It reminds me I think it was Newsweek back in
• 25:57
Speaker 2: the eighties where they said we're all gonna free to
• 26:00
Speaker 2: death from like arctic freezing of the entire globe.
• 26:03
Speaker 1: That went away too, So they got it wrong in
• 26:06
  Speaker 1: the eighties.
• 26:06
Speaker 2: And now Bill Gates is admitting and Al Gore, remember
• 26:09
Speaker 2: we were supposed to be dead like after ten years.
• 26:11
Speaker 2: That was like ten years ago when he made his
• 26:12
Speaker 2: prediction that we're all gonna die of global warming. None
• 26:15
Speaker 2: of it's actually happened. And so now Bill Gates like,
• 26:18
Speaker 2: I'd screw it. I was wrong, I guess.
• 26:20
Speaker 4: So it wasn't ten years, it was twelve years.
• 26:23
Speaker 3: And for some reason for the apocalyptic left, the world
• 26:26
Speaker 3: is always ending in twelve years, and that's been true
• 26:29
Speaker 3: for about two decades now. They'd been saying twelve years
• 26:31
Speaker 3: from now, we're all gonna die. Twelve years from now,
• 26:33
Speaker 3: we're all gonna die. And I got to say Bill
• 26:36
Speaker 3: Gates was willing to be as hysterical as Greta, the
• 26:40
Speaker 3: European teenager who shut down the German economy because they
• 26:45
Speaker 3: listened to a teenager and said, hey, why don't we
• 26:47
Speaker 3: shut down all of our nuclear power plants? And then
• 26:50
Speaker 3: they suddenly realized they couldn't power their country, and ironically enough,
• 26:54
Speaker 3: instead they're now opening coal plants and polluting a lot
• 26:56
Speaker 3: more so the apoca the world is ending because of
• 27:01
Speaker 3: climate change. Well, look, all right, don't necessarily believe me.
• 27:05
Speaker 3: Let me just read what Bill Gates has done. So
• 27:08
Speaker 3: this is from Daily Wire. Microsoft co founder Bill Gates
• 27:11
Speaker 3: has done in about face on climate change alarmism recently,
• 27:14
Speaker 3: saying that there are more pressing matters people should be
• 27:17
Speaker 3: worrying about instead. The seventy year old tech billionaire, who
• 27:20
Speaker 3: has been an outspoken environmental activist for years, said as
• 27:24
Speaker 3: much in a memo published Tuesday titled Three Tough Truths
• 27:28
Speaker 3: about Climate Here's what he wrote. Climate change, disease, and
• 27:32
Speaker 3: poverty are all major problems. We should deal with them
• 27:35
Speaker 3: in proportion to the suffering they cause. The businessman admitted
• 27:40
Speaker 3: that the Earth's temperature is not the most important factor
• 27:43
Speaker 3: for improving life on the planet, and said the quote
• 27:47
Speaker 3: doomsday view of climate change is wrong. Let me read
• 27:51
Speaker 3: that again. Bill Gates said the doomsday view of climate
• 27:55
Speaker 3: change is wrong. Here's what he wrote. Quote, although climate
• 27:59
Speaker 3: change will have serio consequences, particularly for people in the
• 28:02
Speaker 3: poorest countries, it will not lead to humanity's demise.
• 28:08
Speaker 4: Shocking that Bill Gates said that, and and and here
• 28:11
Speaker 4: he goes on to say, quote.
• 28:12
Speaker 1: What what does that mean?
• 28:13
Speaker 2: He can find his private jets now and like take
• 28:16
Speaker 2: a nap, not be like having to buy carbon credits
• 28:18
Speaker 2: or get on his yot.
• 28:18
Speaker 1: I'm just confused. I want to be here. What does
• 28:21
Speaker 1: this free him up to do?
• 28:22
Speaker 3: Oh no, no, the carbon credits scam is is definitely
• 28:24
Speaker 3: still on. But but but he's gonna keep lying on
• 28:26
Speaker 3: his jets. And remember, by the way, John Kerry the
• 28:29
Speaker 3: Zealot when he discussed his private play and he said,
• 28:32
Speaker 3: you know he flies private because he says, really, for
• 28:34
Speaker 3: someone like me, it's the only reasonable way to travel. Yes,
• 28:38
Speaker 3: but like the utter hypocrisy. But but here's what Gates wrote.
• 28:42
Speaker 3: This is a chance to refocus on the metrics that
• 28:45
Speaker 3: should count even more than emissions and temperature change in
• 28:49
Speaker 3: proving lives. Our chief goal should be to prevent suffering,
• 28:53
Speaker 3: particularly for those in the toughest conditions who live in
• 28:56
Speaker 3: the world's poorest countries, and he added quote, although climate
• 29:00
Speaker 3: change will hurt poor people more than anyone else, for
• 29:03
Speaker 3: the vast majority of them, it will not be the
• 29:05
Speaker 3: only or even the biggest threat to their welfare. And
• 29:09
Speaker 3: he wrote this seventeen page analysis ahead of next months
• 29:13
Speaker 3: United Nations Climate Change Conference in Brazil, hoping to shift
• 29:18
Speaker 3: funding away from climate initiatives towards other endeavors that he
• 29:21
Speaker 3: now believes are more important.
• 29:24
Speaker 4: Look. I don't know about you, but I'm not tired
• 29:26
Speaker 4: of winning. I mean this is climate change was an
• 29:30
  Speaker 4: ex so.
• 29:31
Speaker 2: Has scam to make a bunch of money. Is that
• 29:32
Speaker 2: what we can kind of get to here? It was
• 29:34
Speaker 2: just about all of the money.
• 29:36
Speaker 4: Money and power. There's a lot of money, a lot
• 29:38
Speaker 4: of money about it.
• 29:39
  Speaker 1: Power.
• 29:39
Speaker 3: Look, look for Democrats. If you are a socialist, if
• 29:42
Speaker 3: you are a communist, if you are a comrade Mamdani,
• 29:47
  Speaker 3: I assume he's a climate change not I don't actually
• 29:51
Speaker 3: know that, but I know he's a communist.
• 29:53
Speaker 4: And climate change was the excuse.
• 29:57
Speaker 3: For communists to seize control of our government, and and
• 30:00
Speaker 3: that today's Democrat party. It was a great we're all
• 30:03
Speaker 3: gonna die unless you let me. The Democrat politician control
• 30:08
Speaker 3: the energy and business and your life, and regulate every
• 30:12
Speaker 3: aspect of your life. The fact that Bill Gates is
• 30:15
Speaker 3: making this change, it really shows the momentum is moving
• 30:19
Speaker 3: and people are engaged in just just common sens is
• 30:23
  Speaker 3: coming back.
• 30:24
Speaker 2: Well, and not only common sense, but like you look
• 30:26
Speaker 2: at a lot of these solar farms, they're like being
• 30:29
Speaker 2: dormited right now, Like they're just shutting them down because
• 30:32
Speaker 2: they just can't work. They're not working in the pollution
• 30:35
Speaker 2: that comes actually from the turbines and all the other
• 30:38
Speaker 2: things they are actually saying, it's like having a real
• 30:40
Speaker 2: negative effect on the environment.
• 30:41
  Speaker 1: Shocker there.
• 30:43
Speaker 2: And then we also found out that like a pension
• 30:45
Speaker 2: fund in California lost like seventy plus percent of the
• 30:48
Speaker 2: investment that they went in green alternative energy that just
• 30:51
Speaker 2: came out. So like they've screwed countless hardworking even liberals
• 30:55
Speaker 2: in California with this crap.
• 30:57
Speaker 3: And a point to understand, the climate change radicals have
• 31:02
Speaker 3: consistently hurt the environment.
• 31:04
Speaker 4: They are bad on the environment.
• 31:06
Speaker 3: If the only thing you care about, if you wake
• 31:09
Speaker 3: up every morning praying to Mother Earth, if if that's
• 31:13
Speaker 3: your only voting issue, you should vote against Democrats. Why
• 31:16
Speaker 3: let's let let's take for example, Germany. The Greens forced
• 31:20
Speaker 3: nuclear power plants to be closed. The result is today
• 31:23
Speaker 3: Germany is relying more on coal, which is much much
• 31:26
Speaker 3: worse for the environment. And what country is leads the
• 31:32
Speaker 3: world every year in the reduction of carbon emissions?
• 31:35
  Speaker 1: Which one?
• 31:36
Speaker 4: That would be the United States of America? Do you
• 31:38
  Speaker 4: know why?
• 31:39
  Speaker 1: Why is that?
• 31:41
Speaker 4: Look? This is a question actually I pose.
• 31:43
  Speaker 3: When I'm when I'm in a college campus, when I'm
• 31:45
Speaker 3: talking to college kids and they're Bernie Sanders supporters and
• 31:48
Speaker 3: they're they're freaked out about the climate, I'll ask them
• 31:51
Speaker 3: a question. I'll say, tell me what human being has
• 31:55
Speaker 3: done the most to reduce climate in our lifetimes? And
• 31:58
Speaker 3: inevitably they have no idea. There is an objectively right answer.
• 32:01
Speaker 3: The right answer to this is George Mitchell. Now, who
• 32:04
Speaker 3: is George Mitchell. George Mitchell was a Texas oil man.
• 32:08
Speaker 3: He was the son of a Greek goat herder. And
• 32:11
Speaker 3: George Mitchell is the man most responsible for pioneering fracking,
• 32:17
Speaker 3: and he did it in the Barnett shale under Fort
• 32:20
Speaker 3: Worth and Dallas. Fracking unlocked the shale revolution, which resulted
• 32:25
Speaker 3: in massive production of natural gas much of it in Texas,
• 32:29
Speaker 3: although also in Pennsylvania and Ohio and other states across
• 32:32
Speaker 3: the country. And the reason the United States every year
• 32:36
Speaker 3: leads the world in the reduction of carbon emissions is
• 32:40
Speaker 3: because at a wide scale level, we are replacing coal
• 32:44
Speaker 3: powered electricity generation with natural gas powered electricity generation, and
• 32:50
Speaker 3: that pollutes much much less, it emits much less carbon,
• 32:54
Speaker 3: and the Greens and the Radical Dems have opposed that
• 32:57
Speaker 3: at every step. By the way, do you know what
• 32:59
Speaker 3: country leads the world in pollution?
• 33:02
  Speaker 1: What's that?
• 33:03
Speaker 3: That would be Communist China, which pollutes massively, and yet
• 33:06
Speaker 3: the Biden administration bear hug them with all they had.
• 33:10
