Woman Charged After Truck Hit Passenger | Dayton News
A Kentucky woman is facing vehicular homicide charges after allegedly causing a deadly crash — but she wasn’t even driving the truck that killed her passenger. The victim, Lemus, reportedly jumped from her moving car, only to be struck by a tractor-trailer. But police found inconsistencies: her car’s door was ripped off after hitting a guardrail at 100 mph, and Lemus wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. Evidence also shows Orr was intoxicated — with a BAC of .170 — as she’s now held on a $500K bond. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn. Advertise on…
