- 7:58Let's talk science. In a significant advancement
- 8:02for quantum physics, researchers have successfully
- 8:05created a Schrodinger's cat state at temperatures
- 8:09above absolute zero. Named after physicist Erwin
- 8:13Schrodinger, this principle illustrates how particles
- 8:16can exist in two states simultaneously, known
- 8:20as quantum superposition. Traditionally, achieving
- 8:24such states required cooling quantum objects
- 8:27to nearly absolute zero. However, a new study
- 8:31published in the journal Science Advances shows
- 8:33that these states were generated at a temperature
- 8:36of 1 .8 Kelvin, which remains cold but is notably
- 8:40warmer than usual. This breakthrough could transform
- 8:44quantum computing, potentially eliminating the
- 8:47need for costly cooling systems. and in entertainment
- 8:53news. The anticipation for James Gunn's Superman
- 8:58is building with a new trailer just released.
- 9:02The first trailer, launched in December, garnered
- 9:05over 250 million views, the highest ever for
- 9:09DC Comics and Warner Brothers. Originally titled
- 9:14Superman Legacy, the film stars David Cornswet
- 9:17as Superman and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane.
- 9:22This is the first solo Superman film in more
- 9:25than a decade, set to hit theaters on July 11th.
- 9:30Well, alrighty folks, it's time for the quote
- 9:33of the day. And today, our quote comes from the
- 9:37American writer and philosopher, Ralph Waldo
- 9:40Emerson. And he said, Do not go where the path
- 9:45may lead. Go instead where there is no path and
- 9:50leave a trail. And that's a wrap for this morning.
