- 0:00Calen: You made it to the last two letters.
- 0:02Calen: Now we come to the C and E.
- 0:06Calen: This is where strategy turns into legacy.
- 0:09Calen: Stay with me.
- 0:11Calen: Welcome to the Stuck No More Voices podcast.
- 0:14Calen: I am Theresa Croft, a visibility strategist for Christian businesswomen leaders whose credibility has outgrown their visibility.
- 0:24Calen: If you've done the work, you've built the name, carried the calling, and still feel like a room you were made for has not opened the doors, you're in the right place.
- 0:34Calen: Now, I'll be honest here, just a little brief interlude is last week or last few weeks, my body crashed.
- 0:41Calen: I came home from Vancouver at the end of this month into May, and wow.
- 0:46Calen: I went to the urgent care, and they said I had bronchitis, and they said I had pneumonia.
- 0:50Calen: That hit me hard.
- 0:51Calen: Pneumonia?
- 0:53Calen: I later went to my own doctor, who said,"Don't go to urgent care." Uh, I'll leave that aside.
- 0:59Calen: And I found out that I didn't have pneumonia, but I had a serious case of bronchitis.
- 1:05Calen: So let me tell you, even a visibility strategist needs to take care of their voice and needs to rest.
- 1:11Calen: I have a dear friend who tells me,"T, rest creates more." So there's a lesson in that.
- 1:16Calen: So I'm so excited to come back though to this final lesson of the EVOICE Method, and it's sitting right here.
- 1:24Calen: So just to review, the EVOICE Method, the E is executive authority and identity.
- 1:31Calen: The V is vision and value.
- 1:33Calen: The O is the offer ecosystem.
- 1:35Calen: The I is influence platform.
- 1:37Calen: The C, content strategy, and the E, expansion and execution.
- 1:42Calen: I'm gonna tackle the last two together.
- 1:45Calen: So let's get into it.
- 1:47Calen: Looking at C, content strategy.
- 1:49Calen: Here is the truth most women might miss.
- 1:53Calen: You do not have a content problem.
- 1:56Calen: You have a clarity problem dressed up like a content problem.
- 2:01Calen: You sit down to post, maybe your mind goes blank.
- 2:05Calen: Maybe you haven't learned the secrets of training AI to sound like you, and it's not because you have nothing to say.
- 2:11Calen: You may have too much to say and no map for it.
- 2:16Calen: Content strategy is the map.
- 2:19Calen: It tells your message where to go.
- 2:22Calen: You know, think of it like a garden, okay?
- 2:24Calen: You do not throw every seed into the ground on the same day and hope it draws people.
- 2:30Calen: You do plant on purpose.
- 2:32Calen: You water on a rhythm.
- 2:33Calen: You know what grows in each season.
- 2:37Calen: Your content works the same way.
- 2:40Calen: One message, many forms.
- 2:43Calen: The podcast plants down deep, long conversation.
- 2:46Calen: The Reel on social carries it wide, and the email walks it home into their inbox where you get to be so personal with them.
- 2:56Calen: For me personally, this is what I like to do.
- 2:58Calen: I consider this, my podcast, like my content engine.
- 3:03Calen: I share most of the things that I'm working on and that I'm sharing with my clients right here.
- 3:09Calen: The content then can be dispersed, it can be cut down, it can be sent into Reels.
- 3:16Calen: So this is really...
- 3:18Calen: Another way I like to think of it, can I give you another way?
- 3:21Calen: It's, I call it the tree house method.
- 3:23Calen: You have a tree house.
- 3:25Calen: It might be your website, it might be your funnel, the beginning of your funnel.
- 3:29Calen: It might be your podcast.
- 3:31Calen: And so you got seeds, content, and you're not just gonna f- flow it everywhere and hope people come to your birdhouse.
- 3:38Calen: No, you have specific places you send that seed, hoping they will come back to the birdhouse.
- 3:45Calen: At the birdhouse might be a start of a funnel, it might be your website, it might be an offer.
- 3:50Calen: So you gotta be able to have a solid systems, a solid website, a solid whatever that is, birdhouse, and then the content is the seed.
- 4:01Calen: All right.
- 4:02Calen: So let's talk about expansion and execution.
- 4:06Calen: Uh, this is the last letter, and we talk about content, but this is a lot of times where most dreams die.
- 4:14Calen: They got the content, but the execution, the final thing, is just kinda, I don't know, lagging.
- 4:22Calen: Let me assure you, expansion, it's not louder.
- 4:26Calen: Expansion is reach.
- 4:29Calen: It's your message landing in rooms you have never walked into.
- 4:33Calen: Stages, books, partnerships, collaborations.
- 4:38Calen: The spaces got already approved before you felt ready.
- 4:42Calen: But expansion only comes through execution, and execution is just one word made simple.
- 4:50Calen: Finish.
- 4:51Calen: Carry through.
- 4:52Calen: Go to the next level.
- 4:54Calen: You don't need 10 new ideas.
- 4:55Calen: You just need to finish the one in front of you.
- 4:59Calen: Here's, like, I think is a key.
- 5:02Calen: God hands you a key, but a key in your pocket, you're not gonna open anything.
- 5:08Calen: You have to walk through the door and turn it.
- 5:11Calen: So expansion asks one question.
- 5:14Calen: What room is God preparing you for?
- 5:18Calen: And execution asks a smaller one.
- 5:21Calen: What is the one step you take this week?
- 5:25Calen: Example, once again.
- 5:27Calen: I had the seed.
- 5:29Calen: I had the places I wanted to send it.
- 5:32Calen: One was a seed for a content build.
- 5:35Calen: In came someone into the build process.
- 5:39Calen: Two dear friends wanted to take advantage of my podcast skills, which led into a website build and a new podcast, it's coming soon.
- 5:48Calen: So these are all things I j- enjoy.
- 5:52Calen: What do you enjoy?
- 5:54Calen: Are you going through the final step of executing those steps in the EVOICE Method even?
- 6:01Calen: You can go back and listen.
- 6:02Calen: Each step is so powerful for you to be visible, for people to find you.
- 6:08Calen: It's time, because you have something extra that you might think is ordinary.
- 6:12Calen: It's an extraordinary solution to someone's pain point.
- 6:16Calen: So that's all today.
- 6:18Calen: Appreciate yous hanging on with me and waiting for this next episode.
- 6:23Calen: Here's what I want you to do before I close this app.
- 6:26Calen: The thing we talked about is not some, a someday thing.
- 6:29Calen: It is all this week thing.
- 6:31Calen: You do not need a bigger calling.
- 6:32Calen: You need the capacity to carry the one you have.
- 6:35Calen: The gap, okay, is exactly what the calling and capacity audit shows you.
- 6:41Calen: Takes really less than five minutes.
- 6:43Calen: It holds up a mirror to where your vision and your capacity are.
- 6:48Calen: You don't have to guess.
- 6:49Calen: You see it right there.
- 6:50Calen: So get it free at teresacroftaudit.com.
- 6:55Calen: That's teresacroftaudit.com.
- 6:57Calen: And then come back next week.
- 6:59Calen: We're not done getting you seen.
- 7:02Calen: Until then, remember, speak from your scars, not your wounds, on purpose for purpose God's way.
- 7:10Calen: I'll see you next time.
- 7:11Calen: Another episode of the Stuck No More Voices podcast.
