Jordan Condra, 36, is locked up without bond after a violent standoff with U.S. Marshals — he stabbed an agent in the chest during an arrest attempt, causing a collapsed lung, while also being shot by the officer. Condra, who appeared in court via video looking injured and in a wheelchair, admitted he was trying to escape.
