- 1:41dot com slash Treehouse on air, you can learn about all those things and
- 1:44other things each week inside Deep Deep inside the Treehouse. As it is,
- 1:51it is episode eighty eight. Time for the regular stuff, the free stuff.
- 1:55And once again I would like to mention how I do not like to
- 1:59live in h what is it stocracies. No. I love living in Paradise.
- 2:07I just don't like living in any place where one religion tells everyone how
- 2:10they how they should or should not live. And to that end, I
- 2:15have some troubling news to share with you boys about island life. Oh boy,
- 2:21that is doesn't matter where you moved to, where you go, where
- 2:28you hide, the Jehovah's Witnesses will find you. Yes, that's great,
- 2:38No, it's not at this point. I'd prefer the goat man of Bordeaux
- 2:43Mountain lurking outside the house. I think his picture. No, this is
- 2:49according according to the two nice ladies outside our house this morning. That's Jesus.
- 2:54Oh did you that right? There is a that is an artist rendering
- 2:59of Jesus. Did you know you can schedule an appointment with for Jehovah's witnesses.
- 3:04I thought you were about to say Jesus. I'm like, oh my
- 3:06god, people have been waiting for him for a while. Jesus is on
- 3:08calendly. Let me look on, let me schedule some time. I got
- 3:15questions many, I like how many questions. I like how they just gave
- 3:19their their their version of white. Jesus just brown hair. The thing is,
- 3:23though, I actually give them credit because you know, thinking logically common
- 3:28sense, right, Jesus is from Middle East, from Africa area, So
- 3:34blue eyed European Jesus he was not, No, unless he had some serious
- 3:39recessive genes in there, which I guess could be possible. But at least
- 3:43at least this Jesus is brown eyed Jesus. Like like, this Jesus is
- 3:45sort of while he's not, I wouldn't immediately say he's a Jesus of color.
- 3:51He's not lily white either, and at least he doesn't have blue eyes.
- 3:55Yeah, he just looks like the brownie man, like if you,
- 4:00if you, if you, if you put flannel in suspenders. That's uh.
- 4:02That that dude's drinking I p as in uptown. That is true.
- 4:06This this is uh, this is hipster Jesus, because yeah, this is
- 4:12this is the brownie man with with the curly hair. Yeah, I dig
- 4:15it, man. He listens to everything on vinyl, oh yeah, because
- 4:19it sounds better. He's a staple at Josie's Records. Yeah, yeah,
- 4:24you know he's got uh. He also sells all of his old pants at
- 4:29Buffalo Exchange. He only buys used, uh Chucks, not the new ones
- 4:36out of the punt, because that would be who is that you got on
- 4:42your phone there, Trey, I think you're showing me. So this was
- 4:45the guy who played Peter in the in the Bible whole big series they did
- 4:48a few years ago. Like it literally it looks like they took him and
- 4:51put him as Jesus. They I think they did. Oh yeah, I
- 4:56think yeah, hold that up, side by side, let's do this again.
- 4:58This is again where it would come in hand to join our Patreon because
- 5:00we put the full video of every episode on patreon dot com slash Treehouse on
- 5:04air. That is a got If we can just cross over and hold them
- 5:10in like across our little screen panels, it'd be perfect. Yeah that's yeah.
- 5:15Yeah. He also looks a little bit like Dominic West from uh uh,
- 5:20what's the What's the Drug Show in Washington? The cop Show? I
- 5:25have no idea. It's one of the best, The Wire, The Wire.
- 5:30For some reason, I was trying to call the line and I know
- 5:31that's that's it's a movie about lines, but it's called The Wire. Dominic
- 5:34West, who's one of the Yeah yeah, uh so Dominic West was also
- 5:40in three hundred he played the bad guy. Yeah, that's kind of what
- 5:43he looks like there anyway. So, uh, the Jehovah's witnesses will find
- 5:46you no matter where you go on this planet. And I also suspect that
- 5:50if you managed to colonize Mars, there's gonna be two old ladies that are
- 5:55gonna knock on your on your colony door and ask if and ask if you
- 6:00know about water Tower magazine and are you saved? Is that the new water
- 6:05tower? It used to be an actual like four pinch watch tower, water
- 6:10tower, watch tower. Sorry, watch, I'm not I'm not no,
- 6:14No, I mean water tower actually makes sense. Maybe it's holy water in
- 6:17there. No, maybe he turns every tower into wine like that would be
- 6:21nice. Now that's a good recruiting tool. Yeah, like you know,
- 6:25we'll give you access to this water tower, turn your turn your faucet on
- 6:28and watch and then you every day everyone can paint their their mascot on their
- 6:33their water tower. I'm just gonna use Peter from the Bible, four time
- 6:40state champion on that water tower, constantly defeating Satan. That's what he's doing.
- 6:47Mm hmm. I just uh Jeovah's Witnesses really the angels one again,
- 6:54We're so shocked. Uh, they're they're the no holidays is no birthday present
- 6:59people, right, Yeah, And I'm no, I'm just I'm not.
- 7:02I'm not. I'm not down with the with the Jehovah's Witnesses, no thank
- 7:08you. Yeah, it was too crazy for Michael Jackson, like just like
- 7:12he was raised Jehovah's witness and when he's read out on his own before he
- 7:15released Thriller, he was like, f all, y'all, I'm out of
- 7:18here. Like he just wouldn't did his own day. Like maybe that's what
- 7:21it was. Maybe it wasn't so much of him in some sort of identity
- 7:26crisis, you know, by you know, bleaching his skin and you know,
- 7:30the vidaiging all that kind of stuff. Maybe he was just trying to
- 7:31hide. But you can't from them, apparently exactly. And he learned that
- 7:36the very very hard way, as I have now learned, because they even
- 7:41have them here on Saint John. The good thing is about that Jehovah's Witnesses
- 7:44is like this, they will put their address in the pamphlet. So you
- 7:47see right there it says uh five G so addresses here are a little funky
- 7:54five g estate, Pastory, pocket Money Road, Saint John v I.
- 7:59The thing I appreciate about the Jehovah's Witnesses when they put their addresses is that
- 8:03means I know the address to a void. I make sure that I never
- 8:07go in there. If my car breaks down, that's the house I'm not
- 8:09going into to ask for help. I'd rather think both Prince and Michael Jackson
- 8:18one point where Jehovah's witness mm hmm. We don't have to just say that
- 8:22it's bad. If you're a talented, you know, black guy, bad
- 8:26religion also also a good band. I wonder if they're related as well.
- 8:39Yeah, I my dad they would they would always come to my my folks
- 8:45house to drop off the watch Tower pamphlet because my dad would invite them like,
- 8:50hey, come on in that talk to me, let me hear about
- 8:52it. And they would sit there and they were just stunned that they got
- 8:56that foreigner and that's a gay. Come on in. They're like, really,
- 9:01we never get passed the passing out of the pamphlet. So he'd sit
- 9:05down, they'd talk and he's like, yeah, still not gonna convert but
- 9:09thank you. But I think my dad was killing time because he was bored.
- 9:11He's like, we got company for an hour. No, I know
- 9:18what I'm gonna do as an old man, just let people come in and
- 9:24talk. Yeah, I just wouldn't. Wouldn't you rather just have a kid?
- 9:31No? I tell the Jeova's witness to get the s out years to
- 9:41do that, and at least the Jova's witnesses will come to visit you.
- 9:48And I don't mean that, yeah, And I don't mean that you specifically,
- 9:52Dre. I mean that's just sort of a kid thing in general.
- 9:54Hell. I saw the other day there was a story about a guy who
- 9:58cut his kids out of the will, or I cut certain he cuts some
- 10:05kids out of the will and others he left in and he put in the
- 10:07will. The reason as to why is because they didn't go. They didn't
- 10:11visit him enough. Yeah, And it's like, well, that's kind of
- 10:15the ultimate old man thing. That makes sense. I get that. The
- 10:18last the last thing you know, your your your offspring are going to remember
- 10:22you for is being super petty because they didn't come to visit you, which
- 10:26I kind of get. And so they of course went through all the legal
- 10:28stuff they tried to sue and everything in the court's like, no, he
- 10:31seemed to sound mine. You guys seem like a bunch of a holes,
- 10:35So we're gonna let this stand. Yeah, what's the commercial that's on TV
- 10:39now where the cat gets everything? It's like, I think it's an unlimited
- 10:43supply of whatever because of whatever Pat's smart or whatever it is is the online
- 10:48and it's like, the one kid, what's it the chewing? Is that
- 10:52what it? And then one kid gets a train set and they're like,
- 10:54and so, where's the summerhouse going? They're like, now that also goes
- 10:58to mister whatever, mister Chi or whatever the cat's name was, and the
- 11:01one guy goes, it's my favorite parts. It's such an a whole move
- 11:05from the cat because cats are a holds to be one. Uh he goes
- 11:09when they're like the in the summerhouse goes to so to mister Chuckles or whatever,
- 11:13and the Glee kid goes, what the cat goes? But you got
- 11:16a train set? Looks like that is that is? I want that cat?
- 11:28If I can have a cat, that's the one I want. This
- 11:30is the one that just literally calls you out on your bst. It's also
- 11:35a very accurate representation of of of cats, like if they could in fact
- 11:39talk, like I know, do we do? You guys know? Because
- 11:43I don't, and I'm pretty versed in a lot of religions, but I
- 11:46know nothing about Joe's Witnesses except for they don't get to have fun. Uh.
- 11:50I know a little bit, just based on research that I've done on
- 11:54this show for years. That's also the reason why I know a little bit
- 11:58about scientology, and the reason why I know a little bit about lots of
- 12:01things is because somehow it would come up and next thing, you know,
- 12:05I'd start, you know, googling stuff and finding things out. Like one
- 12:09of the things that always intrigued me about the Jehovah's Witnesses is that supposedly,
- 12:13if I remember this correctly, and this may have changed, but only like
- 12:18four hundred and forty four thousand people get into Heaven and the Jehovah's hes a.
- 12:24I think it's hundred and forty four thousand, okay, one hundred and
- 12:26forty so limited Heaven's got limited space according to Jehovah's Witnesses. It seems this
- 12:31has always seemed weird to me, if Jehovah's witnesses feel only one hundred and
- 12:35forty four thousand of them specifically get into heaven and no one else, then
- 12:39why are they constantly recruiting? Don't they have one hundred and forty four thousand
- 12:43by now? No? But what if that's the thing They're like, God,
- 12:46man, we're at one hundred and twelve, we're right there, Like,
- 12:50maybe what happens if they hit the one hundred and forty four thousand goal,
- 12:54then the rapture actually happens. Yeah, and the Earth experiment is shut
- 12:58down and they all poof disappear like Jedi. Yeah, that's what that they
- 13:01get to one forty four and why Jesus comes down or or or their heaven's
- 13:07run by like FIFA and we're all gonna be quadruple bump bunked in one room.
- 13:13So then I have DIBs on MESSI that's a good DIBs. J I
- 13:26just I don't. I don't know anything about them. I do know the
- 13:28one hundred and forty four thousand. I thought that was Mormons as well,
- 13:33that had a finite number of how many people were getting in. I don't
- 13:39know, based on your time in Utah recently, you would probably be the
- 13:41foremost expert on Mormonism inside the treehouse. My my, my limited experience with
- 13:46the Mormon religion is based on sixth grade basketball when my basketball coach at the
- 13:52y or whatever league it was in and Plano at the time also had his
- 13:58church basketball team with his son and they needed someone to play. So they
- 14:03asked me after we got finished with our quote unquote regular league game if I
- 14:07wanted to come play in their Mormon league. And I was like, okay,
- 14:11sure and uh and we played on I think the court was on carpet
- 14:18inside of a Mormon church. It was very, very odd. That was
- 14:24one of the other teammates. Just all of that coaches kids. Yes,
- 14:28the cheerleaders were all his wives. I mean great, they outlawed that many
- 14:35many years ago. Sure, wink wink much much. I have TEAL,
- 14:39I have TLC. I know, I know it goes on. I see
- 14:41I see seeking sister wives. That's not normal. Who wants more wives?
- 14:46Who's Who's who wakes up that happy? No? One's like, you know
- 14:48what, I need more of this? Yeah, you know what I'd like
- 14:52fourteen of these? Yeah? Who wants more wives? This guy. Yeh,
- 14:58Why why would you only want a nagger of one when you can have
- 15:01a chorus of naggers? You don't that or do? I mean, we'll
- 15:13lose that responsor. But if you're gonna go out, go out that way.
- 15:18No, I think I think our sponsors might might hang around just to
- 15:20see what happens. But where did I put that delete button? Uh?
- 15:28I have I had a fear because I'd like to get to know about other
- 15:31people's religions because they're just fascinating. But I wanted to ask, like,
- 15:35like squatty Pete, his whole his whole family, my mom, dad,
- 15:39brothers, they're all moments. He's the one that, uh, I guess
- 15:43left the pat and we saw how it turned out for him. Well in
- 15:48in the in the Trehouse Plus episode, Trey did mention the Mormon mafia.
- 15:52So maybe there's something to be said about Yeah, when you when you live
- 15:54when you live in Prova, I mean you in Provo, Utah, and
- 15:58you leave, yeah, the religion, then you know, maybe you're turned
- 16:03a squatty Pete. He's like the Fredo of their mind. Is he going
- 16:11around kissing dudes on the mouth? That might explain some of it, but
- 16:17I wanted to ask him, like, you know, so tell me about
- 16:18and I didn't want to because I they're that kind of that's the kind of
- 16:22religion. Maybe squaty Pete's not that way. But if I would have asked
- 16:25anybody else, I think they would be like I think he wants to know
- 16:27more than he can join, and I'm like, that's not I just want
- 16:30researcher, just want to be I just want you to tell me the the
- 16:34pros and cons of your religion, Like I don't know what they are for,
- 16:37like no booze, no caffeine, no sex, no nothing, but
- 16:42you I don't know. I don't. Yeah, I knew. I knew
- 16:45that basketball game was weird when at halftime, instead of gatorading orange slices,
- 16:49they all started drinking milk. And I'm like, oh, that's not so.
- 16:55You guys aren't used to win it used to vomiting a lot. This
- 17:02is just milk and a trash can. That's yeah. That I think maybe
- 17:06they were on a mission to get that court carpet peeled up and put the
- 17:11only because you know how they have to I do know this, they have
- 17:14to do them. Is it a mission is that when you graduate high school
- 17:18or something like that, didn't you. Yeah, yeah, that's Freddie Mark.
- 17:21You said get on your bike and ride. Yeah, so it's so
- 17:25I take it back my my My first experience with Mormonism was with a basketball
- 17:30coach in sixth grade. My second experience with Mormonism, and what I know
- 17:34about it mostly revolves around the movie or Gasmo and South Park. Okay,
- 17:41I was in I was in London in two thousand and nine and I was
- 17:44doing some shows out there, and I was in Watford. Uh, that's
- 17:47where I was staying. And I went down to the city Central and there's
- 17:49a subway there and I'm like, oh, I'm go get a subway sandwich.
- 17:52And I walk out of the subway and I'm going to my right,
- 17:53and from behind me, I hear these two guys talking and it's very American
- 18:00sense, and I got excited that there's not a lot of American people in
- 18:02Wantford. So I turn around and go, oh, I know those accents.
- 18:06And then they turned around and there was name tags and ties and they
- 18:10had bicycle helmets in their hands and they go, uh, they go,
- 18:14they go, I recognize those accents, and they turn and go, hey,
- 18:15man, how's it going. I go Nope, not today, And
- 18:18I turned around the other way and just kept walking. Nope, not dealing
- 18:22with this. I'm in London. I'm not doing that. Does beg the
- 18:25question, then, who's more committed? The Mormons or the Jehovah's Witnesses.
- 18:29They're they They're on an island. I think, well, the Mormons are
- 18:33here too, I've seen him. No. Yeah, are they on the
- 18:37bikes? Well some of these, some of these roads are pretty steep.
- 18:44They're extreme Mormons. Yeah, it's the ziplining Mormons. Screw the X Games.

- 21:47We spoke during our week of Treehouse Gone Wild, our Spring breakout, about
- 21:53whether or not spring break as we all knew it when we were college aged
- 21:59was over. And I saw that there are remnants of the things we recognized
- 22:06from our spring breaker years that have lived, and not only lived, but
- 22:11they have flourished and in some cases been taken to the next level. I
- 22:15am talking specifically about a young lady who goes by the name of Hurricane Ayana.
- 22:23She lives on a boat off the coast of Florida near Fort Lauderdale,
- 22:29and she works two months a year spring break bartending in South Florida and Fort
- 22:36Lauderdale, and for a mere thirty dollars per shot. You take it back.
- 22:41She's not a bartender, She's a freelance shot performer, I think might
- 22:48be a good description. So for thirty dollars, not only will she find
- 22:56a creative way to deliver your shot into your mouth, but she'll also splash
- 23:02you into face with a picture of water and then slap the everlover, the
- 23:07everlov and piss right out of you. All for thirty dollars and makes enough
- 23:15to not work ten months out of the year. Yeah, I mean she's
- 23:19she's living that Texas State Fair lifestyle where you only work part of the year
- 23:23and you make so much in that portion of the year you do whatever you
- 23:26want the rest of it. She's a booze carny. Okay, I'll take
- 23:30it. How's that for a LinkedIn profile? Okay, and people people are
- 23:38paying for this, yes, not only paying for it, but it's very
- 23:41popular on social media. RAJ, allow me to introduce you to Hurricane Ayana
- 23:56water. Now, So there you saw the shot, the water and the
- 24:03smack. And now he has seemingly passed out from just sheer joy until he
- 24:08stands realizing he's now been baptized in the waters of spring Break, and he
- 24:15celebrates followed up, I'm sure with a hearty let's go. I'd just like
- 24:26to point out that when we were on spring Break, we were trying to
- 24:32find boobs to take shots off of. Yes, we're not the same this
- 24:38generation. No, And I you know, here's you got to give credit
- 24:44to spring Break because just a mere three years ago we were gloves and masks
- 24:51and social distancing and now we're just plastic tubes and mouths. That's where we've
- 24:56gone. And I do you do love it? I mean Fort Lauter you
- 25:00know, spring Break has moved to Fort Lauderdale. Was with the video said
- 25:03that's where it kind of originated. It's just now everything's coming back, you
- 25:07know, full circle. Yeah, Yes, spring Break has come home.
- 25:12There's a whole generation in those communities. That have forgotten what it's like.
- 25:15Now they're gonna get spring break. Give Miami a break, and then it
- 25:18would be a nice rotation. That's right, it is. It's sort of
- 25:22like the Olympics. You got cities bidding, city's bidding for spring break.
- 25:29And so spring break has come home to Fort Lauderdale, and apparently she's angry
- 25:33and slapping these kids silly for having left in the first place. Huntsville,
- 25:37Alabama never wins, they never get trust me, Huntsville Alabama first spring break
- 25:42is a hell of a lot better than Huntsville, Texas. That's a different
- 25:48shot. Yeah, that's uh Tray's right. Like the the two times I
- 25:53went down to Pondre, that was the thing. It was like you were
- 25:56wanting to do, Like the bodie shots were cool, like that was kind
- 25:57of fun. And then you know, uh keg stands on the beats,
- 26:02there's a It was amazing to me, as the son of immigrants to see
- 26:07what people that have grown up here generation after generation we'll do for plastic beats.
- 26:11I mean, they don't do that on during spring break along the Ganges.
- 26:15Uh No, there's that. That also sounds like a terrible Julia Roberts
- 26:19movie. But no, no, no, let's not sell it short.
- 26:25Has anyone tried Ganges Gone Wild? I don't think you want to. That's
- 26:29one that's where we go to take the dead. Oh wait, I think
- 26:32you're right. I think that's the problem is the Ganges is already too wild.
- 26:36Yeah, that's the thing. And there is no spring. There's no
- 26:38such thing as spring break in India. That's hilarious. That's like no school
- 26:42keeps going until you're a doctor, and that's when school finishes. That's when
- 26:47school ends. That's when you're a doctor. But yeah, I would it
- 26:51was amazing, Like I would see these girls and then we had we had
- 26:53the beads where we're given and it was it was amazing. Was what was
- 27:00happening for said for said trinkets during during my time of spring break in nineteen
- 27:04ninety six eight is when I went down so nobody, nobody, nobody got
- 27:11slapped in the face after a picture of water I wash and paid thirty dollars
- 27:15for it. That's that's just that's just not financially sound. Well that also
- 27:21might just speak to uh, to the inflation problem that we're Yeah, and
- 27:30then I see stuff like this, and I'm like, somebody's dad's gonna like,
- 27:33somebody's parents are gonna watch this. I'm like, you know, what's
- 27:36our kid doing? A kid doing in college? You know, he's doing
- 27:38great, he's getting you know, he's getting decent grades. You know he
- 27:41studies a lot. And then they see this and like thirty that's where thirty
- 27:45dollars went? Like that's the Indian parent in my head. There's a dad
- 27:48that's going, there's my money at work. There could be a proud dad
- 27:53and a very angry mom. That's there's also that there's also there's also the
- 27:57dad that that is that is saying like, son, why did why?
- 28:00Why didn't I want to go? Or the dad's going, son, let
- 28:07me show you how to spend thirty bucks far more wisely maybe dolls. But
- 28:15then there's also but then there's also a shotgirl going like father like son.
- 28:22I figured that's something like like Robert Kraft would tell his kids, like we
- 28:25are in Florida right now, let me show you how to spun spend thirty
- 28:27dollars. Come with me. Why aren't we at this strip mall? What
- 28:34did you hear? Strip club? No strip mall? Yeah, we're not
- 28:38here for back to school clubs? Is that Tom Brady? It trure is
- 28:44Son Let's go inside now. Florida just clearly does operate on a completely different
- 28:53level. And this is another good example of that. Yeah, just oxy
- 28:57conton the content and test tube shots. Good on you. Yeah, I
- 29:03did see. There's a there's a separate video that that this girl posted Hurricane
- 29:07Ayana, where like I mean you, I'm gonna show I'll show you this
- 29:11again. This kid. She claims in a couple of posts that she's a
- 29:15really good performance artist and that she doesn't slap them as hard as it truly
- 29:22appears. But watch this and and you be the judge. Okay, So
- 29:30there's the shot down the mouth, water in the face, slapped to the
- 29:37cheek. I mean, you know, maybe they're both theater majors from University
- 29:42of Miami and it's stage combat. I don't know, or he's doing this
- 29:48Jake Paul impression. Yeah, he better watch out. If Mike Tyson comes
- 29:57to the ring with a test tube shot in the mouth, let me make
- 30:03it better. I just want I just want Mike Tyson to knock knock him
- 30:07out and go. Just call me Hurricane Ayana, you just got a hurricane,
- 30:14bitch and just keep going. That's fantastic. Yeah, someone was talking
- 30:21about Rocky four and yeah the Drago Apollo Creatio that it was an exhibition match,
- 30:26and someone goes, has anyone told Mike that this is an exhibition match?
- 30:34I don't think. So do we have a? Do we have a?
- 30:37Do we have Has anybody been keeping up with the clips? I have
- 30:41not seen. I have not seen the most recent Mike Tyson training clip.
- 30:44But I do know just from seeing day three, three and Sunday four,
- 30:48Sunday four because he's his rhyming skills are getting really good. Because it was
- 30:52day three used to want to f with me, and then day four is
- 30:55this is what's in store? And I was like, oh, he don't
- 30:57kill that kid, Like that's my god? What was Day six? Uh?
- 31:07I don't want to I don't want to guess. That's why going you
- 31:14do smart research? Day fixed punging a bag of dicks? Like what?

- 34:00The website Brooks Plumbing Texas dot com. Coming off the heels of Hurricane
- 34:07Ayana, I was starting to tell you guys, there's other videos of her
- 34:13like she claims that that she's, you know, pulling these slaps, and
- 34:15she's not slapping these kids as hard as it appears. She does women as
- 34:20well, by the way, and she'll do more than one at the same
- 34:22time. There's also there's a pretty good video of her where she goes down
- 34:24the line. There's like five chicks or five guys lined up in front of
- 34:28her, and she'll give shots to all of them, and then she'll douse
- 34:34all of them with a picture of water and then give give each a double
- 34:37slap as she works her way down the line. It's pretty impressive. But
- 34:40there's another video where she's got like blood on her palm, her hand is
- 34:45bruised. You've got guys with split lips and stuff, and it's like,
- 34:50okay, see you're you're, you're, you're saying one thing, but oh
- 34:52no, no, it's not that hard. But then some of these kids
- 34:55are spitting up blood as well, So kind of mixed message here. Yeah,
- 35:02that's the I don't that's are they all white? Can I ask?
- 35:07I know I pulled that hard a lot in the video that but but it
- 35:16seems like this one just white kid fun young young white kids. That's what
- 35:22I'm saying, like, like that's what I'm saying, Like in the video
- 35:23of her like slapping, like going down the line and just slapping people and
- 35:27like busted lips. Are those all white kids? Of course? Okay,
- 35:30good, at least that stayed the same. That's good. I look,
- 35:36I see right right after this is your your sign up to you know,
- 35:39go hike Everest. I'm glad you brought that up. Mount Everest climbers must
- 35:51now meet a new requirement. Do you hear about this? Mount Everest climbers
- 35:57must now rent and wear a tracking device on their journeys to cut down time
- 36:01on search and rescue missions. Oh that's yeah, Nepal's Tourism Department director of
- 36:10mountaineering. I said, maybe there's a different director of valuing. I don't
- 36:15know, but Nepal's Tourism department director of mountaineering says that a climber will pay
- 36:20around ten dollars for an electronic device the size of a thumb drive provided by
- 36:25their expedition agency, which will be inserted inside their jacket then returned after the
- 36:30climb if anything goes wrong. The idea is that the search and rescue missions
- 36:35can locate the missing climber with the help of the detector, So basically getting
- 36:40Apple air tags on Everest climbers to make it easier to scoop them up.
- 36:50I honestly, I mean maybe there's something, but in general, if you
- 36:54are in need of rescue on Everest, you're dead. You're dead. Yeah,
- 36:58that's just period be in and they're not coming to get your body,
- 37:01like like that's your final resting place too. Yeah. So that's uh,
- 37:06that's that's just them going. Here's where yeahst ten bucks. First of all,
- 37:13First of all, the Paul, this is why you're having charge more.
- 37:15You're dealing with people that are spending two hundred thousand dollars to go climb
- 37:19a mountain. Charge him a thousand bucks for this thing. Yes, but
- 37:23ten dollars ten dollars of them is eighty is eight hundred of theirs. So
- 37:28it's not it's not too it goes a long way, it's not. It's
- 37:30not too shabby. But still you're not. But they need they need to
- 37:34know their worth rus. Yes, but still it's ten dollars, you know,
- 37:38I mean, this is in all seriousness. If nothing else, use
- 37:42that charge more, Use that as a fund for the Shurpas and their families.
- 37:46But it's it is ten dollars for just a Nepalese guy to go.
- 37:50This is where he died, see the little bloody thing. Basically, they're
- 37:54going to have an iPad with a map of going here all the bodies.
- 38:00It's like when you when you buy someone a star, like this is your
- 38:04star right there. We named him. Your uncle is right there. It's
- 38:16still blinking, but he isn't. In other news, oh, a group
- 38:24of California residents have filed the lawsuit against Starbucks and claimed the popular coffee house
- 38:29chain discriminates against lactose in tolerant customers Okay, California. The five million dollar
- 38:38class action lawsuit represents Maria Bullager, Don Miller, and Shunda Smith, three
- 38:43women who alleged Starbucks has violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by charging lactose and
- 38:49tolerant coffee lovers like them more for non dairy milk options and they are not
- 38:55having it. People, you too hate them. I just hate them.
- 39:04Don't don't bring your own stuff. If that's the case, then they're like,
- 39:07you want cream and coffee, No, I brought it. I've got
- 39:09my own stuff. I'm lactose intolerance. That's that's for somebody that's lactose intolerant.
- 39:15They're very intolerant of them, for their companies, for the people that
- 39:21provide them a service. That's uh, that's so dumb. God, it's
- 39:23just so we're just such a reggious society. Now. That sucks. I'm
- 39:27so glad I've never had Starbucks the lawsuit. They charge more for something that
- 39:30costs them more. Yes, that makes sense in expense in in expensive cities,
- 39:39not inexpensive, but in expensive cities such as San Francisco and New York
- 39:44City. Alternatives to cow milk, such as oat, almond, coconut,
- 39:49and soy milk, can add up to ninety cents to a customer's bill.
- 39:52This lawsuit claims Starbucks is adding a surcharge to the products even though milk costs
- 39:55are comparable to lactose free options. Hey, or you just drink your coffee
- 40:02black? Yeah? Yeah, try being a little more tolerant. Try try
- 40:08drinking, Try drink, Try having coffee with your coffee beverage. Yes,
- 40:15that's really what it is. I mean, what do you think a lot
- 40:21of these specialty beverages are like a lot te. What is alte? It's
- 40:25it's a bunch of milk with a little bit of coffee. Right, It's
- 40:28like a it's steamed milk with some coffee. Or it's uh, it's steamed
- 40:32milk with one shot of espresso or something. It's it's it's it's not watered
- 40:37down, it's dairied down coffee. Yeah, but isn't the end result of
- 40:44latose intolerance and coffee the same thing. You just try to take a big
- 40:47dump. That's not what you're trying to do. I think lacktose intolerant people
- 40:52get real gassy. Oh gotcha, Okay, So that's just they're not allow
- 40:57they're just not really liked at work. Is that what is? Well?
- 41:00Yeah, but I mean it's it's I mean, they have to pay more
- 41:04for us not to have to smell their dairy intolerance. But that's like think
- 41:08about coffee shops and bars. What are their two purposes? They make something
- 41:15that people love but taste like shit, taste good. Joking there somewhere,
- 41:24but I can't find it. So I found one other. I found the
- 41:36example that I wanted to show you of of Hurricane Ayana doing a group shot
- 41:40with a bunch of spring break girls. Ready, okay, all right,
- 41:45So here they are. They're in there, they're they're all on their knees
- 41:47standing in front of Hurricane and Aana. She's got their shot tubes in her
- 41:52swimsuit like pantylion thing across the front. So they got to take him out
- 41:55of her bottoms basically, and then they drink and then she hits them all
- 42:00in the face with water and then double slaps each one of them. And
- 42:04again, these these girls paid thirty dollars each for this treatment. Here we
- 42:07go just up and down the line. Just that's the wrong button. But
- 42:22you get the idea. I don't understand them, Like what how boring is
- 42:24your bar? Like what else do we need? I'll pay thirty dollars for
- 42:28somebody to slap the shit out of me right now? Hurricane Io pops up
- 42:30like deal Dan, Yes, I think there's a bit here, you know,
- 42:37Hurricane Tarak. Can you can recreate this she? You know, and
- 42:46she wants to slap you. Yeah. See, I get Hurricane Tara without
- 42:52without the without the liquor. It just thing the cap box. You should
- 42:59go catch them, go catch that bat. I'm just saying, like there's
- 43:06a there's is there a market for that in uh In Saint Thomas or Saint
- 43:09John's. That type of scene is a different mentality. Most people come here.
- 43:16It's more of a chill, relaxed vacation. There's sometimes that are going
- 43:20to party like that, but it's it's a it's a much smaller segment of
- 43:22the population. People that do that. They're going to can Kun, They're
- 43:25they're going to Fort Lauderdale here, not not not as much. I mean,
- 43:30you can put your own spin on it. Like Tera could to do
- 43:34the shot, to pour the jug of water on them and then like slap
- 43:37them with a chicken. It could be shots and cocks. I don't know
- 43:40how it works, but it could be something to don effect or an iguana
- 43:44or a goat or a goat or you just you you you're you get a
- 43:50you get a shot of a rum and you get kicked in the head by
- 43:52by a feral donkey. You're laughing, But that could happen here. But
- 44:00that's spring break in India. That's what that is. You put the scorpions
- 44:05to work having delivered kila shots. Oh man, all right, one final
- 44:12thing before we punch out of the Treehouse today. We missed it last week,
- 44:15but I'll mention it here. Bluebell has released a new flavor of ice
- 44:22cream. The Blue Bell has released their new flavor of ice cream. It
- 44:28is called Gooey butter Cake. It has a cake batter, ice cream base
- 44:34with a cream cheese swirl and pieces of gooey butter cake. And interestingly enough,
- 44:39I'm pretty sure that's what Jake Paul's gonna look like after Mike Tyson's done
- 44:43with him, is gooey butter cake. That's fit. They could have just
- 44:54called it Jake Paul. But to give it a name, well, I
- 44:59think I think that's one of those uh it starts out as just plain old
- 45:04gooey butter cake. But then after the pipe or after the fight, then
- 45:08they'll rebrand it as Jake Paul. Ben and Jerry's will release a flavor.
- 45:16I'll take tootho. I'll take let's tie. Yeah, that's uh wow.
- 45:28I'm not a big again, not a big sweets guy, but I will.
- 45:31Buttercake sounds interesting? No, no, no, gooey butter cake.
- 45:36What is it like? What? Okay? That doesn't I don't know.
- 45:40I'll try, I'll try. I'll try, it. You don't. You
- 45:43don't do you get the blue belt on the on the island there, my
- 45:45friend. No, That's why when I see these stories, it makes my
- 45:47heart hurt. Because blue Bell doesn't ship here because it we're too far away.
- 45:52So when I see news alerts about Bluebell with new flavors, it it
- 45:57makes me long for home. Oh we should. We should get some some
- 46:00water Burger yeah and eat it on the air we're talking. Or some Chipotle.
- 46:08I'll tell you what. You want to meet Hurricane Tara when you get
- 46:10on this show and you eat a bunch of Chick fil A in front of
- 46:13her. I know what I'm doing next week. Yeah, dying. She
- 46:30turned everyone into gooey buttercake, easier to bury. Yeah. All you gotta
- 46:39do is pour you down the mountain. All right, thanks for hanging out
- 46:45with us inside the Treehouse today. Covered a lot, covered a lot of
- 46:47ground. We did some good work today, gentlemen. Yeah, so we'll
- 46:52keep it up next episode day inside the Treehouse. I'll see you there.
