- 0:22blind or have other disabilities that make it difficult to
- 0:26read printed material. We'll begin with the first article, dated
- 0:30June twenty second, from countrynow dot com. Ella Langley announces

- 0:40more chances to see Ella live this year, because this

- 1:15She will officially bring the tour to a close on
- 1:17Halloween when she delivers her final show in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
- 1:22Tickets to the Dandelion Tour will be available via pre
- 1:25sale beginning this week. The tour was named after her
- 1:28number one in RIAA platinum certified album Dandelion, which spawned
- 1:33two of the biggest country records in twenty twenty six,
- 1:37the four times platinum single Choos in Texas of Course,
- 1:39which became the first song by a woman to simultaneously
- 1:42top the Billboard Hot one hundred, Hot Country Songs and
- 1:46Country Airplay charts, and platinum hit be Her, which recently
- 1:50was named the fastest solo female song to reach number
- 1:53one in country radio in the past ten years. Her
- 1:57milestone year also includes snagging all seven awards she who
- 2:00was nominated for at the ACM Awards, and earning two
- 2:03recent American Music Award wins. The Alabama native executive produced
- 2:08her highly anticipated sophomore album alongside Miranda Lambert and Ben West.
- 2:13The album includes eighteen tracks, the Showcase of Flirtier, Freer,

- 2:30Her upcoming dates will feature support from a rotation of
- 2:33rising acts and hit makers, including Ernest Cameron, Marlowe, Gabriella Rose,
- 2:38and Lacey k. Booth. The closest she gets to Our
- 2:41Neck of the Woods would be in Knoxville, Tennessee, on
- 2:44the twenty fourth of September at the Food City Center.
- 2:49Next Kenny Chesney says he refuses to bring politics on
- 2:53to his stage. Kenny Chesney's opening up about his decision
- 2:57to keep politics out of his performances. Over the past
- 3:00three decades, the superstar has built his career around bringing
- 3:03people together, saying his concerts are meant to serve as
- 3:06an escape from the noise of everyday life. Because of that,
- 3:10he says he's chosen not to use his platform to
- 3:12tell fans how to think or how to vote. During
- 3:17a recent conversation with Bill Maher That's on Club Random podcast,
- 3:21Jesney explained that he has never felt it was his
- 3:24place to influence fans politically from the stage, noting that
- 3:27people are already surrounded by those conversations everywhere else. I've
- 3:32never saw it to be my place to use my
- 3:33stage or platform, no matter where I'm playing, to tell
- 3:36people how to think or how to vote. He stated,
- 3:38they hear that, they get that everywhere else, everywhere, on
- 3:41every device, every network. They're there as an escape from
- 3:45all that stuff. Jesney's comments came after the conversation turned
- 3:49to Bruce Springsteen, who, like Maher, hails from New Jersey.
- 3:53Maher admitted he as a Springsteen fan, but said he
- 3:56started to view the outspoken singer through a more political lens.
- 4:00Now that starts to be well, it's so funny, everything
- 4:02has to be political now, Maher said. Jesney agreed and said,
- 4:06I just refused to do it. I was very thankful
- 4:08when I came on your show in November that you
- 4:10knew I didn't want to talk about that. Of celebrities
- 4:13who are outspoken on their political views and hoped to
- 4:16influence fans by talking politics, Chesney said and stated, there's
- 4:20a certain ego I think that lives in there, in
- 4:22a certain box inside your head and your soul that
- 4:25you have to check for some reason to think that
- 4:27you can make a difference. During his appearance, Chesney also
- 4:31discussed nearly thirty years without canceling a show, why he
- 4:34stopped drinking performances, and his upcoming Sphere residency. Chesney returned
- 4:41to the stage at the Sphere in Las Vegas over
- 4:43the weekend, opening his summer run with an epic show
- 4:45that included hits like Young Beer in Mexico and Keg
- 4:48in the Closet, and a surprise three song performance with
- 4:51fellow superstar Eric Church. Next. Arrest warrant issued for Bailey
- 4:57Zimmerman following alleged hotel in in New Mexico. A warrant
- 5:03for Bailey Zimmerman's arrest has been issued in the state
- 5:05of Mexico, New Mexico, according to new court documents filed
- 5:09in Albuquerque Metropolitan Court. In a new report shared by TMZ,
- 5:14Zimmerman is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after allegedly wrecking
- 5:18a hotel room and causing more than sixteen thousand dollars
- 5:22in damages. Court documents, which are public, state that the
- 5:25warrant was issued on June eighteenth. The charges include criminal
- 5:29damage to property over one thousand dollars, which is a felony,
- 5:32along with two counts of falsely obtaining services, both misdemeanors.
- 5:37The charges are reportedly tied to an incident on May
- 5:39twenty seventh, when Zimmerman was scheduled to perform in Albuquerque
- 5:43at the Amphitheater at Sandirira Resort in Casino. According to TMZ,
- 5:48local authorities claimed Zimmerman went on a bender and trashed
- 5:51the hotel room, later canceling that night's performance and being
- 5:54removed from the resort. Reports also alleged the singer appeared
- 5:58intoxicated throughout the evening, acting erratically during sound check, including stumbling, falling,
- 6:04and acting belligerently and throwing equipment. Zimmerman, is only twenty six,
- 6:09allegedly stormed off stage and while returning to the resort,
- 6:12spit in the direction of a security officer and complained
- 6:15about being transported in a white SUV instead of a
- 6:18black one. He was later taken back to the resort,
- 6:21where he reportedly continued to stumble and had to lean
- 6:24on a member of his team while walking through the hallway.
- 6:27The resort ultimately asked him to leave, and law enforcement
- 6:30was called to escort him off the property. According to documents,
- 6:34housekeeping staff discovered the hotel room the following day had
- 6:37been extensively damaged. The alleged damage included the hotel's TV, phone,
- 6:41coffee table, and two chairs. Staff also reported a hole
- 6:44in one wall, additional damage throughout the room, carpet stains,
- 6:48and two missing chairs. The hotel further alleged Zimmerman charged
- 6:52more than four hundred dollars in alcohol to the room,
- 6:54never paid the bill. Court documents state that both resort
- 6:58staff and law enforcement attempted to contact Zimmerman and his team,
- 7:02but were reportedly unsuccessful, which led to the issuance of
- 7:05an arrest warrant. Zimmerman canceled that night's show, as well
- 7:09as a scheduled performance in Robneck Park, California, on May thirtieth,
- 7:13telling fans he was ill and unable to perform. Bailey
- 7:18Zimmerman has not yet publicly commented. According to his official website,
- 7:21Zimmerman's next schedule tour dates were set for this weekend.
- 7:26Now we move on over to peoplecountry dot com and
- 7:30with an exclusive report. This goes back to the seventeenth
- 7:33but it's the Laurel Cove Music Festival twenty twenty six.
- 7:37Now affirmed Appalachia's central role in the modern American music narrative.
- 7:42There's magic in the hills surrounding Pineville, Kentucky, as many
- 7:45of us know anyway, and Laurel Cove Music Festival is
- 7:48the chosen vessel through which it all flows. Once again,
- 7:52the three day festival, held at Pine Mountain State Resort Park,
- 7:55succeeded at bridging every facet of the American music experience
- 7:59into a single weekend of NonStop artistry set against some
- 8:02of the most gorgeous natural scenery east of the Mississippi.
- 8:06Held between June eleventh and thirteenth, the Hallowed Grounds called
- 8:10together makers of country, bluegrass, rock, folk and beyond to
- 8:13a literal meeting of the musical minds and a proverbial
- 8:17who of individuals both ascending to stardom and those who
- 8:21have served as pillars of their respective genres for years,
- 8:24both in Kentucky and beyond. For this year's iteration, the
- 8:28team of mines behind the event assembled a lineup that
- 8:31tantalized in terms of national and regional star power. Leading
- 8:35off its first day, Emily Jamerson saw a break in
- 8:38the rain that defined her twenty twenty five set at
- 8:40Laurel Cove and delivered a truly moving full band performance
- 8:43on its Jam Nation main stage. Not long after, Denver
- 8:47based Americana outfit Marfa took to the main stage to
- 8:51rock out to their fan favorite track Daisy among other hits.
- 8:55Sheenaneaua Valley artist John R. Miller locked listeners in a
- 8:58trance with his set from the main stage, performing a
- 9:01World Away along with a slew of other equally captivating numbers.
- 9:05Then Texas took to the main stage via five piece
- 9:08outfit The Wilder Blue, who brought fans to their feet
- 9:11with modern classics like Bless My Bones. The fun continued
- 9:15when Alabama's cash As Culpepper, who performed an earlier slot
- 9:19in the Rain on the main stage in twenty twenty five,
- 9:21closed out the core lineup on Night one with a
- 9:24velvet smooth performance of Jenny and After Me and More.
- 9:28I Love Laurel Cove. It appeels like family here. I
- 9:31feel like there's real life music spirits in this place.
- 9:34Culpeper tells people of what brought him back for a
- 9:37second year at the festival. As for the late nights
- 9:40set on Day one, Kentucky rock trio Bedford, who were
- 9:42forced to perform what ultimately became an iconic lightning bug
- 9:46backed set out of their tour van during rain delays
- 9:50in twenty twenty five, finally brought their electric live performance
- 9:54energy to the Laurel Cove main stage. Guitarist and singer
- 9:58col And Michael tells people, I've never been around a
- 10:00community of more loyal listeners that ride for the artists here.
- 10:04The type of fans that come to Laurel co are
- 10:06the fans that build careers. Drummer and singer Tristan Fraser
- 10:10calls the festival the spirit of Appalachia, with bassist and
- 10:14singer Samuel May agreeing that there is some real beautiful
- 10:17art being made and this is a really nice place
- 10:20to share it. Creekside stage support on Day one was
- 10:23held down by Kentucky natives Laura Lewis and Alt Country
- 10:26Americana band Hollerhead, as well as North Carolina based artist
- 10:31Justin Clyde Williams. Day two continued the Mountain Side Jam
- 10:35with performances from the likes of Rebecca Porter, Joe's Stam Band,
- 10:38The Low Down Drifters, Shadow Grass, The Creakers, The Damn Shames,
- 10:42Dalton Kaiser and The Downwind Rock, Burton and Gracy Yates,
- 10:46Colton Bowland and Magnolia Boulevard. Though Porter's main stage performance
- 10:51already moved fans, it was a subsequent musical Moonshine backed
- 10:54acoustic taping of the Guambourne, Virginia based artists track Heyday
- 11:00Loans on the neon lit trail between the two stages
- 11:04that stopped passerbys dead in their track. Bowlin, who People
- 11:08recently featured for his album Grandpa's Mill, delivered one of
- 11:11the most memorable performances of the weekend to a packed
- 11:14out creek side stage. Throngs of captivated listeners shared attentively
- 11:19as the twenty two year old prodigy effortlessly switched between
- 11:22spot on renditions of Willie Nelson and Whalen Jennings's voices
- 11:26during a Mama's Don't let Your Babies grow up to
- 11:28be Cowboys and tugged at heartstrings with his original Clinton County,
- 11:32leaving droves clamoring for a main stage return in twenty
- 11:36twenty seven. Burton and Yates Laurel Cove fans fans turned
- 11:41performers who hail from Kentucky and deliver road warn Americana
- 11:45and country rock with heartfelt storytelling, warm harmonies, and a
- 11:48free spirited, rootsy feel. Were particularly moved by their experience
- 11:52performing at the Creek Side stage. Australian grunge country artists
- 11:57didn't know that was a thing in grunge country. Artist
- 12:01Tory Forsyth, who traveled roughly ten thousand miles to attend
- 12:05Laurel Cove for a second year as a fan after
- 12:08performing there in twenty twenty five, tells people on the
- 12:11second day that it's the fact that we had no
- 12:12idea this place existed. We showed up and it fell immediately,
- 12:16like we were walking into familiar territory like a family.
- 12:20The best part of it is that we have a
- 12:22certain specific kind of sound and it was just welcomed
- 12:24into this community for sight ads people get here and
- 12:28what we're doing and if it's not something we see
- 12:30at home. Laurel Cove Music Festival ended strong on Day
- 12:34three with a stacked lineup at both the main and
- 12:36side stage. Bell County native Jordan Lee King started off
- 12:41the day strong from the jam Nation stage with smile
- 12:44inducing tracks like Best Show of the Year and the
- 12:47Kentucky Twanged cover of Cyndi Lauper's girls just want to
- 12:50have fun. If there's a single notion that the Cove
- 12:54proves year after year, it's that the Holler is as
- 12:56much a state of mind as it is a place
- 12:58one calls home. Take Cloverdale Records artist Leon Matchin, born
- 13:03in the Czech Republic to Bosnian refugees and having moved
- 13:07to Clearwater, Florida as a toddler, performing as he describes
- 13:11cowboy chords and hammer ons that have as much at
- 13:14home in the Sunshine State as they do in Montana.
- 13:17Maten overcame slight technical difficulties to light up the main
- 13:21stage on day three by effortlessly blending guitar picking and
- 13:25harmonica melodies that cut deep through surrounding Hemlock Mountain, Laurel
- 13:29and rhododendron. Day three continued the likes of Dallasbourne, Nashville
- 13:33based Harper O'Neill, Kendall Minter, I'm Sorry, Oliver Sianni, and
- 13:39Rich Henderson. At around dinner time, rising Oklahoma City Americana
- 13:43outfit Jason Scott in the High Heat, took to the
- 13:45main stage, braving literal high heat in the hollers to
- 13:49perform the likes of High Country and if We make
- 13:51It till the Morning. Undoubtedly, the most blazing, contagious utilization
- 13:56of a six stringed instrument of the weekend came via
- 13:58Kentucky legend Late Backcountry Picker, the longtime social studies teacher
- 14:03and riotous guitarist who claims Tyler Childs as a student
- 14:07of both his curriculum and musical stylings, was joined by
- 14:11his wife and drummer Honey to deliver melodies of some
- 14:14of rock and Blue's greatest riffs, alongside originals like LB's
- 14:18Truth and Civilian Vic at the Creek side stage. Recent
- 14:22People featured artists S. G. Goodman brought atmospheric sonics and
- 14:26earth shaking bass to the main stage for her performance,
- 14:29which included the likes of her new original Satellite, as
- 14:32well as crowd favored a live cover of the Butthole
- 14:35Surfer's Pepper. Right after col Cheney delivered main stage energy
- 14:39on the Creek side stage to a crowd that overflowed
- 14:42into the street with hits including Feels Like Rain. To
- 14:46round out the festivities, Evan Hohner, who set last year,
- 14:48was relegated to performing acoustically atop a cooler underneath a
- 14:52picnic pavilion to avoid a torrential downpour. Finally claimed his
- 14:56rightful spot on the Laurel Cove main stage with la
- 15:00DLit crowns of flowers atop his and his band's heads.
- 15:03Howner backflip jammed hits like maybe for once and I
- 15:07don't know about cars, and closed out another memorable weekend
- 15:11in Kentucky with a bang. Though Loria Cove is intentionally
- 15:15and naturally restricted in size by its venue, the message
- 15:18of the festival is extending far beyond its Kentucky confines today.
- 15:23This is in part thanks to Where the Mountains Sing,
- 15:25a forthcoming documentary via Mesmeric Media created by director and
- 15:30executive producer Michael Holstein, A spotlights why the Small Festival
- 15:34is one of the last bastions of a dying breed
- 15:37of live performance and will appear on a major streaming
- 15:40service late in twenty twenty six. Now we hitchhike down
- 15:44to USA today with the article date of June twenty third.
- 15:49Luke Bryan Jason Aldean sued for one point four million
- 15:53dollars after closing Nashville Steakhouse. A real estate company is
- 15:58suing country music stars Jason Aldeen and Luke Bryant, as
- 16:01well as former Major League Baseball player Adam Laroche following
- 16:05the closure of their Nashville steakhouse. Village twenty one Investment
- 16:09Partners LLLC is seeking more than one point four million
- 16:14dollars in damages, claiming the closure was a default on
- 16:17their lease agreement. The lawsuit, filed in Davidson County Circuit Court, reads,
- 16:22according to the complaint, the trio previously operated a restaurant
- 16:26called E three Chophouse, but stopped paying the monthly rent
- 16:29and abruptly closed the restaurant in February. The steakhouse, located
- 16:33in the city's Hillsborough Village neighborhood, opens its doors in
- 16:37twenty nineteen and is one of two in the country.
- 16:41The other location, owned by Larosh and his brothers Jeff
- 16:44and Andy, is in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, opened in twenty thirteen.
- 16:49Nashville We're hitting pause, the three Chophouse Nashville website read
- 16:53on Tuesday. We're temporarily pausing operations as we evaluate what
- 16:57Nashville needs next. Our team is assessing market opportunities and
- 17:01exploring potential rebrand and reconcept strategies for the future of
- 17:05this location. Laroche became friends with Brian more than two
- 17:09decades ago after he attended one of Brian's music gigs
- 17:13in Atlanta. The tennesseean part of the USA Today network,
- 17:16previously reported, and Laroche later introduced himself to Aldine after
- 17:21the musician performed the national anthem at an Atlanta Braves game,
- 17:25and they eventually became hunting buddies, he said. USA Today
- 17:29has reached out to the defendant's attorneys. Online court records
- 17:32show hearing for the civil cases set for Friday. Now
- 17:36it's savingcountry music dot com time. As we read the
- 17:40article from June twenty second, Turnpike Troubadours tease new music
- 17:45this weekend. Nobody panic try to look cool, but the
- 17:49Turnpike Troubadours are probably dropping new music on us sooner
- 17:53than later, and probably this weekend. According to a social
- 17:56media post that appears to show the band loading into
- 17:59a studio and warming up for a session, you see
- 18:02frontman Evan Felker fitting himself out with a set of earphones,
- 18:06hammer and Hank Early finger rolling on a banjo, Kyle
- 18:09Nick's fiddling with his fiddle. Ryan Engelman working the frets
- 18:13of his unplugged telecaster and Gabriel Pearson returning with a tambourine.
- 18:18Though the setting is a little ambiguous, the outside shots
- 18:21of the band walking into the studio do look similar
- 18:24to the entrance to Sunset Sound in Los Angeles and
- 18:27the Snake Mountain studios of Shooter Jennings. Shooter produced the
- 18:31band's last two records. The reason anticipation for any new
- 18:35Turnpike Troubadour's music is so high is due to the
- 18:38high bar they've set for the rest of the country
- 18:40music industry with their catalog, especially their last album, twenty
- 18:44twenty five's The Price of Admission, which won Saving Country
- 18:48Music's Album of the Year, Song of the Year on
- 18:50the Red River Heaven Passing Through and earn Evan Felker
- 18:54and The Troubadour's Artist of the Year. All the accolades
- 18:57have yet to turn the Turnpike Troubadours even as much
- 19:00as a Grammy nomination or attention from the CMA or
- 19:03ACM Awards, who have been featuring more independent artists lately,
- 19:07Flatland Cavalry forty nine, Winchester, The Red Clay Strays and
- 19:11Muscadeene Bloodline have all received nominations from these country institutions,
- 19:17but fans don't need any validation from awards shows to
- 19:20know how important even a tease for new Turnpike Troubadour's
- 19:23music is. Right now, the only thing they've announced is
- 19:27the single, but who knows. It could be the first
- 19:29single from a new album, perhaps the first single to
- 19:31a tribute to Robert Earl Keane, or simply a standalone single.
- 19:36On December ninth of last year, Evan Felker did post
- 19:39on Instagram new record in twenty six you tell me,
- 19:43But for now froth and anticipation and be happy. This
- 19:46week has a gift waiting for you at the end
- 19:49of it. The Turnpike Troubadours will be playing the Kettle
- 19:52House Amphitheater in bonnerd, Montana, on Friday, before headlining the
- 19:55Jackalope Jamboree and Pendleton, Oregon on Saturday. Now it's on
- 20:00to Country central dot Com with the article date of
- 20:03June twenty third. Parker McCollum Tys's new version of Killin'
- 20:07Me with lee Anne Walmack. Parker McCollum was announced a
- 20:11new version of his single Killin' Me featuring country music
- 20:14veteran lee Anne Walmack. The Texas native, revealed the collaboration
- 20:18on social media, writing, She's literally country music royalty, y'all.
- 20:22This is a huge deal. Couldn't be more grateful to
- 20:25have lee An Walmack on this song with me. The
- 20:28collaboration arrived just weeks after mc collum and Walmack shared
- 20:31the stage at the sixty first Academy of Country Music Awards,
- 20:34where they delivered a duet performance of Killin' Me. The
- 20:37appearance marked one of the night's most talked about collaborations,
- 20:40pairing two artists with deep Texas roots and showcasing Womack's
- 20:44distinctive vocals on the favorite track. Originally released on Parker
- 20:48McCollum's self titled album, Killin' Me has become one of
- 20:52the standout songs from the project. The track was later
- 20:55released to country radio and has remained a staple of
- 20:58his live shows. Halfway through twenty twenty six, Parker has
- 21:02stayed extremely busy, continuing his extensive tour, which included a
- 21:06headline stop with the Houston Rodeo in his home state
- 21:09and winning Album of the Year at the ACM Awards,
- 21:12where he and LeeAnne Womack first performed the single, continuing
- 21:17to move on. We're at Holler dot Com with the
- 21:20article dated the fourth of twenty fourth of June. Taylor
- 21:24Swift joins Laney Wilson for Love Story performance in Nashville.
- 21:29Taylor Swift's surprise attendees at Nashville's Tight Ends and Friends
- 21:32last night that would be the twenty third by emerging
- 21:35during Laney Wilson's set to perform her hit song love Story.
- 21:40Taylor's appearance was greeted by a deafening chorus of cheers,
- 21:43with the cruel summer singing songwriter delivering a live wire
- 21:46rendition of her much loved country anthem. After Taylor kicked
- 21:50things off, Laney took the helm for the second verse,
- 21:53with their vocals combining seamlessly, leaving us and many others
- 21:57at Holler hoping they'll link up for official collaboration in
- 22:01the future. Taylor's appearance has some fans wondering whether this
- 22:04is the latest clue that she's returning to country music.
- 22:08Taylor's Love Story performance comes hot on the heels of
- 22:11her new single We've Talked About I Knew It, I
- 22:13Knew You, which the Pennsylvania native penned in honor of
- 22:16Disney's Toy Story five. The fact that I Knew It,
- 22:19I Knew You was country leaning and that the Global
- 22:21Icons joined forces with Laney leaves Holler wondering if she
- 22:25is teasing that her next album will be country. Well,
- 22:29Holler's not so sure. As I Knew It, I Knew
- 22:31You being country feels like an homage to Randy Newman's
- 22:34legendary Toy Story soundtracks, and Taylor's performance at tight Ends
- 22:38and Friends was likely just to show of support to
- 22:41her fiance Travis Kelcey. What's more, Taylor also performed that installment,
- 22:46taking the stage for an impromptu rendition of Shake It
- 22:49Off alongside Kane Brown, Kelsey, George Kittle, and Greg Olsen
- 22:54host tight Ends and Friends each year to raise money
- 22:57for a variety of charities as part of the trio's
- 22:59tight End and University program. This year's ceremony took place
- 23:03at Nashville's The Pinnacle and also feature performances from country
- 23:07hit makers Dan and Shay and Chase Rice. Now we
- 23:11click our heels and welcome in the boot dot com.
- 23:14With the first article dated June twenty second, This John
