SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Ascension Alchemist Podcast.
• 0:05
SPEAKER_00: This is your host, Michael Abramson, and this is my solo episode, which I'm so excited to be here with you.
• 0:13
SPEAKER_00: And I have a powerful question for you.
• 0:17
SPEAKER_00: What if you had the power to heal your body with one simple action?
• 0:27
SPEAKER_00: What if the way you speak to your body, the way you think about your body, the emotions you repeatedly feel toward your body becomes the pure healing pathway to heal your body?
• 0:47
SPEAKER_00: This is what I'm so excited to dive into today because I know this body has an infinite capacity to heal itself.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_00: And it's very important to remember that we have this infinite intelligence within us, this divine capacity to create some of the greatest and most powerful healing possible.
• 1:19
SPEAKER_00: Because what I am so excited to talk about today is how we communicate to our body determines our true healing nature.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: You know, we've all experienced the power of words, how one sentence can sometimes lift your spirit, or how harsh comments can lower your vibration for years, how words have such power.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: And I share this because in most modern medicine we don't talk about how we communicate and how our ability of our body receives every vibration, every tone, every expression that we voice not only internally or externally.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: For I just came back from my mom's house, and for four days she was cleansing, she was sick, and I kept reminding her the way we are communicating to our body is the way our ability to move forward in the flow of all of the oxygen, the blood, the circulation.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: Because what I recognized with her was she told me how angry she was for overextending how she was doing things beyond what she wanted to do, and she was really upset, she was really anger with herself.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_00: And when we really look at our emotions, energy in motion, how they impact the body, we don't talk a lot about what their physical action is on them, because if we think about anger, how it contracts, how it restricts, and what that does to the pathways of all the channels in our body receiving the vital fluids, or how the organs function with each other and flowing different types of oxygen, blood, and vital fluids through that emotions actually can cause stagnation, they can actually impede the vital flow, and they can actually restrict our health just the way how we communicate to ourselves.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: And when we really stop and think about it, when we do become ill, or when their pain arises, or there's something that becomes uncomfortable, what words do we really use?
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: And how does that delay the healing or help the healing?
• 4:23
SPEAKER_00: For if you look at life, there has been powerful documentation, studies shown where when we look at just living nature, where they've placed plants in one room and placed classical music, and they placed plants in another room, and they placed very negative, heavy lyrics that weren't positive, and they compared both rooms.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_00: They actually showed in the area that played classical music, the plants grew in higher capacity, and the areas that they were playing negative, dark, heavier music, the plants moved away from that.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: So it shows that whatever our environment is in the communication of whether it's lyrics, sound, or what we're actually expressing has a vital impact on our growth expansion.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: And I find sometimes when we look at healing our own body, sometimes we look outward so quickly before we look inward.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: And that's where today I'm excited to share with you what would happen if the next time that you're moving in any disharmony, discomfort, you actually have the ability to shift, transform your healing process just by the way you speak to your body, just by the way you are radiating positive emotions, and just by how you choose to think what the next process is.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: Have you ever met the person where once they get a cold, they declare with all their heart they're getting sick and it's gonna get worse, and before they know it, they're gonna have to, you know, take days off.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: And every time this happens, they actually direct the cold, the sickness based on what they're communicating to themselves.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: You know, many times I have had difficulty within pain, and I sometimes get a little overreactive because I'm so sensitive in my body that I'm like, okay, where's the pain?
• 6:48
  SPEAKER_00: What's it doing?
• 6:48
SPEAKER_00: And I'm overanalyzing it, I'm looking for it, I'm stressing about it, I'm worrying about it.
• 6:53
SPEAKER_00: And the more I put that negative intention of like, okay, is there something wrong with myself?
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: Okay, maybe I'm not doing something right, I'm actually creating a vibration that's not allowing my body to heal because I'm putting more stress, intention, and worry, and fear.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: And if you look at what happens when the body moves in stress, anxiety, and fear, it actually closes up.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_00: Shoulders start to roll, heart starts to close up, and we start to contract because these emotions bring forth a dense vibration.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: Yet when we bring gratitude, joy, thankfulness, happiness that this will pass, and we keep feeding positive affirmations, telling our body, communicating to our body, then something shifts and changes.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_00: Because we have that power within us, we have that innate ability, and so does life.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: Because fifty years ago, Finhorn, Scotland, where they had one of the most famous stories possible, in which they literally planted seeds into an area of sand and very, let's just say, unhealthy conditions in the soil.
• 8:27
SPEAKER_00: In this project, they actually spoke to the plants, communicated to them in the highest level of gratitude, love, compassion, and were actually communicating to that divine intelligence in the plants.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: And do you know what happened?
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: They actually grew forty pound cabbages.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: They had broccoli, they had vegetables that they looked at and they said, Wow, how phenomenal it was to actually see by expressing their positive, happy, joyful energy to the plants, they actually grew in some of the most harsh regions, which communicates to us humans because we, as plants, have similar DNA.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: We have mitochondria, we have cell walls, we have nucleus, we have ribosomes, we have similar genetic properties.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_00: So, what am I saying?
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: Imagine every cell in your body, every organ in your human frame is listening, is hearing what you are expressing.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: And could you just imagine right now, whatever discomfort, whatever challenge, whatever pain you're going through, if now you become the director, the communicator that allows it to shift by starting to work with it versus against it?
• 10:17
SPEAKER_00: Many times we don't realize we're creating our own resistance to our pathway of healing because we unconsciously think something is wrong, bad, and we have to fix it.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: When really, what happens if it's an opportunity to give us a greater awareness that there is a great force, God Almighty's presence, to communicate to that infinite power within us and work with that by communicating and feeling, sensing, seeing, and visualizing that your body is getting healthier.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: And I've seen this time after time in how to heal the body.
• 11:05
SPEAKER_00: Literally, there's been moments where pain has come up, and I've breathed into the muscle, and I just started visualizing the muscle relaxing.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: I visualize the area opening up, I visualize the articulation of the shoulder starting to relax, and just by sending breath of positive healing intentions, that it's going to get better and feeling the relief, the liberation that it's healing, that I'm grateful that by tomorrow it's going to be less painful than today, and breathing in that feeling that it's going to happen, then all of a sudden my body started to shift from a severe pain to light pain.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: How come no one ever taught us the ability when we grew up that we are the doctors of our own body?
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: Actually, Thomas Edison quoted that we are the doctors of our body because it is our responsibility in our diet and prevention of dis-ease.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: And what I'm sharing to you today is what are our words doing to the trillion of cells within us?
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: How are we communicating to them?
• 12:29
SPEAKER_00: And imagine the chronic illnesses and diseases, what vibration is raiding out of us?
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: Because those that choose this pathway of aligning the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies move into an alignment that natural homeostasis, which means natural balance, starts to form so that our autonomic nervous system, our breath, which we don't think about, our heartbeat, which we don't control, our eyes that blink automatically naturally function.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: Yet when we start to communicate and bring heavier, denser ways through negativity, through lower emotions such as resentment, shame, guilt, blame, even hatred.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: The lower we go on the scale of vibrational emotions, which, if anyone wants to look at at Dr.
• 13:41
SPEAKER_00: Hawkins' scale of emotions, we actually start to slow the process of healing down because those lower densities start to create blockages, start to create restrictions in the pathways of our body that are naturally delivering the healing properties to ourselves.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: So imagine today becomes the day where you choose to communicate to your body in a way you have never done before, by thanking every disharmony to move into alignment, by being grateful for the areas of challenge are now moving into areas of peace and ease, by visualizing and taking the time that your body is recalibrating from maybe a place of exhaustion, tiredness, so that it can refuel and move into its greatest aspect of itself.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: Because many of us weren't taught that our direct communication has a direct impact with everything, not only within us, but around us.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_00: Even the art of communication has been a topic that is still evolving of how we communicate in relationships, how we communicate around us.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: And a lot of us haven't learned the discipline or the consciousness to really choose our words appropriately.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_00: As I was working with my mom, it was amazing that the anger actually was controlling the healing process because it was like still ruminating in the past of what we all do, blaming ourselves for something that we didn't want to happen, criticizing external events for creating current circumstances and dwelling and processing in the past that all of a sudden doesn't allow us to move forward.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: And communicate them in a way that allows healing to thrive in success, in liberation, and in peace, we would see a whole different shift of our body choosing to react in a positive way.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: Just like plants that were choosing to grow and expand in positive classical music versus negative dark music.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: You know how we choose to communicate to animals, to our children, to loved ones, there's an equal and opposite reaction when we choose to communicate in a positive way or negative way.
• 16:55
  SPEAKER_00: Now turn that inward.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: And now imagine well, my body is always listening.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: Now the question is, how am I communicating to it?
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: And what happens now if there becomes this greater awareness that even though it may not feel okay, they feel not okay, you give yourself the permission to bring forth what you want to see in the healing process versus what you don't want, and you imagine the solution happening, and you feel those thoughts, emotions, and feelings, and you direct them to the current moment, and you keep feeling and moving that energy through you, then you start to see a shift.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_00: As I was helping my mother bring forth a greater level of awareness and her choice of thoughts and where to put the focus and attention, I could see a shift, I could see that her energy was starting to rise, I could start to see that her emotions were changing all on how she chose to communicate to her body, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_00: Because imagine if we choose to communicate through our body, through our human lens, then what happens when we choose to communicate from our divine God Almighty state?
• 18:43
SPEAKER_00: From the state that we know divine health is our natural state, that the divine is here to constantly remind us that we're a reflection of the perfection that is here to lift us out of any disharmony or challenge in our health.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: And the more we thank God and we have the trust and faith that this too shall pass because we're moving from what could be just a cleansing, clearing, transformative process into a higher state of vibration, and all it requires is to let go of how we've been acting, communicating, so we can rise to the greatest version of ourselves.
• 19:34
  SPEAKER_00: How does that sound?
• 19:36
SPEAKER_00: Because to me, it shifts my whole mindset each time that when I move into a negative state, which we all do, how I want to express myself.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: Because if every cell, nucleus, electron, atom is receiving the vibration from my voice, don't I want to choose?
• 20:02
SPEAKER_00: Don't you want to choose what makes the cells thrive versus contract or resist?
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: Don't we want to focus on the attention of what makes us bring forth our greatest success, abundance, and prosperity, which is our innate power?
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: How we communicate to our body determines how healthy and how this great level of healing thrives within us.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: And now it becomes a choice.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_00: It becomes a perfect choice point to practice.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_00: And it may not always be easy when we don't feel good, and that's when the mastery starts because that's where we're tested to see, even though we are not at our greatest level of comfort, whether it's a headache, whether it's a cough, whether our body's not acting right, can we rise above it and start to share in a way that gives us the opportunity to communicate from a lens that our body is going to react from where we want to take it versus where we don't want to feel.
• 21:27
SPEAKER_00: You know, when I grew up with my dad, when he got sick and ill, he would always just talk about how bad and how horrible, and it just made him feel so yucky.
• 21:38
  SPEAKER_00: And I understood that.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: There was a lot of empathy.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: But I realized the more we started just to dwell and process, the more that that pain and just the harshness of the illness or disharmony would just last for days.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: It almost seemed like it was like a black cloud that would never.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Disappear because we were just feeding it through how we chose to communicate.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: So now you have the opportunity.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: Next time there becomes a gift.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: I call it a gift because each challenge provides you a gift to apply how I can be thankful for it, how can I speak favor into it?
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: How can I use my words, my vibration, and my tone to lift myself out of a situation that requires greater levels of healing.
• 22:45
SPEAKER_00: Because it now comes this opportunity to draw the awareness and really all the old conditions and beliefs that we were practicing to choose what we're going to say and what we're going to tell our body.
• 23:04
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you, body.
• 23:05
SPEAKER_00: I see and I feel you moving through this challenge.
• 23:09
SPEAKER_00: I know that you're going to create healthy blood cells and it's going to move through my lungs and it's going to clear any obstruction.
• 23:18
SPEAKER_00: Thank you, body, for allowing me to breathe clear.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for eliminating any headache.
• 23:23
SPEAKER_00: I know that you are a powerful being because I don't have to think about you blinking or swallowing or having my heart rate.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: I know you always want to move back into alignment, and all I have to do is get out of the way.
• 23:37
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you, body.
• 23:39
  SPEAKER_00: I so appreciate you.
• 23:40
  SPEAKER_00: I honor you.
• 23:42
  SPEAKER_00: I respect you.
• 23:43
SPEAKER_00: And I know that through what I tell you, you are listening, every thought, every word.
• 23:49
SPEAKER_00: So I'm going to treat you as my best friend.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_00: I'm going to communicate to you as if it's you're my teammate, my lover.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_00: And from now on, when something arises within me, I'm going to give the opportunity to talk faith, trust, and belief that what I want to create in my intention is going to transform what the current circumstance is revealing in front of me.
• 24:19
SPEAKER_00: And what would happen if the current circumstance is just a mere test to use your infinite power, that divine intelligence, to transmute it and to show how powerful you really are, so that you can continually rise and show that you can move beyond anything when you put your heart, your mind, God's essence, and how we voice it and how we speak it and how we give our communication to it.
• 24:52
SPEAKER_00: The power of the word is so extremely important.
• 24:58
SPEAKER_00: And for those that want to go deeper into this, I've developed a four-week course, Four Keys to Master Your Health, which the first key is the power of the word.
• 25:12
SPEAKER_00: And these four keys are universal keys to unlock the power of your health.
• 25:17
SPEAKER_00: It is a series pre-recorded that provides tools, exercise, and great wisdom.
• 25:23
SPEAKER_00: So for anyone that is interested, please email me at info at ascensionalchemists.com and put in the subject line the four keys to master your health.
• 25:36
SPEAKER_00: Because this is one key, the power of your word.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: And that communication and the power of your word is so strong because when we know we use the most two powerful words in the whole universe, I am, then you're creating every step after those two words.
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: And that's a whole other journey and a discussion for a future time.
• 26:00
SPEAKER_00: But for now, when the opportunity arises, whether it's a sneeze, whether it's a cough, whether it's an ache, thank the body immediately for knowing it can overcome any stress, any illness, because it has the power of God Almighty.
• 26:24
SPEAKER_00: You're an expression of the divine.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_00: You are what created everything and it's in you.
• 26:30
SPEAKER_00: And when you direct that intention through the power of your communication, you will be surprised how quickly you can heal your body.
• 26:38
SPEAKER_00: And this is just the silver lining, the icing on the cake.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: Because when we can practice this communication in prayer, in meditation, and start to work with our body in ways not only to meet it in a circumstance of challenge, but we meet it when we're in our beautiful equilibrium, then you start to see how sickness, illness doesn't affect you because then you're just vibrating at a frequency where it can't touch you.
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: And that's an area that I've been blessed upon because I can't remember the last time I was sick because I speak to my body in gratitude of knowing that this infinite intelligence, this divine nature is here to create the balance by speaking to it in its highest blessing, in its highest gratitude, and its highest love.
• 27:41
SPEAKER_00: When you can express the greatest force of the universe through your words to your body, then you're going to see some of the most phenomenal healing changes.
• 27:51
SPEAKER_00: And it just starts with how you communicate to your body.
• 27:56
  SPEAKER_00: Watch what will happen.
• 27:58
SPEAKER_00: And please let me know.
• 28:01
SPEAKER_00: Send comments, email us, because these are tools that God has implanted within us.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: And when we align to the divine and we embody this nature and put it into action, then we're going to see changes that are going to evolve some of our greatest gifts just by putting them into awareness and putting them into action.
• 28:27
SPEAKER_00: So thank you all for joining me today.
• 28:30
SPEAKER_00: And the next time there's an opportunity to meet disharmony and balance, choose to communicate it in a way where you're directing it through your intention of your words in gratitude, and joy, and happiness, and compassion and love, and see what happens.
• 28:52
SPEAKER_00: Until next time, wishing you all a most beautiful, blessed day.
