- Casey: Welcome back, y'all. Welcome back to the Mention It All Again pod. I am one out of two of your gorgeous co-hosts, Casey, and I'm here with Adiva. Blake: Adiva, also known as Blake. Two out of two of your gorgeous co-hosts on the Mention It All Again podcast. I low-key forgot we even did a podcast. It's been so long. Casey: I know and the fans are probably right now listening, being like, Yeah, I'm us too, y'all. Like so true. I've Blake: They're in in the comments like I always see you guys took a a week off. Casey: I bet right when we said that, listener, you were like, literally, like, where have they been? Blake: Damn unfollow you guys are so disrespectful, how dare you? But it was what was it? Memorial? Labor? It was Labor Day. Wait, what what was Yeah. It was yeah, I was exactly If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. Casey: Yeah, yeah. No, it was Labor Day. So we had to not labor. Not that this is labor, it's pleasure, but sort of labor. You never work a day. don't job what is it? Don't job your love. Don't don't job your love. Blake: Don't love your job. Job your love. Wait, somebody tweeted that the other week and they were like, wait, why does this actually make so much sense? They were like, wait, I actually like implement this into every aspect of my life and it actually makes so much sense. I was like Casey: Ha ha ha. Blake: I was like, we don't really have to give her like credit. It's okay. We can like move on. Casey: Yeah, no. Let's just let that one be like some random person that we like don't know who like said it and we just laugh and move on. Blake: Wait so like just quickly because we brought that up No I know, we're putting it back out in the world. Casey: Yeah, I guess now now we're gonna have to put it here. Because everyone's probably like, what the damn hell are they talking about? Blake: But since we mentioned that, do you think we'll ever do a Dubai episode? Yeah. I Casey: There's just no way. Sorry if I'm offending any like loyal Dubai riders. But like there's just no way. And I watched Blake: I like Casey: it. Like I watched it and like still no. I will never be re-watching that show. Yeah. Blake: I watched all of it. What was it two seasons? No, it was really bad. Like, unfortunately they Casey: Like that is not rewatch material. The only one who I really liked was Chanel Ayan, and I also sort of liked Caroline Stanbury for like she was like, you know, the most seasoned in terms of like house whifery. Like she was keeping keeping shit moving. So I appreciated her and her young hot husband, but Blake: Mm. Casey: not not the focal point of of tonight. We're gonna job our love and get back to the topic at hand, which is Salt Lake City season two. We're picking back up from our part one episode. So if you didn't tune in, go give her a listen or don't. It's your life, but it's there for you if if you'd like to. And we're back. Blake: It's kind of deranged to not want to s know what happened for the first half of the season, if you ask me. I mean I would take that a little bit personally disrespectful. However, a stream is a stream. I won't stop you from listening to this episode, but I will I will look at you with a a a glare of disrespect Casey: For sure. Blake: and sadness in my eyes the entire time. Yeah. Casey: Absolutely. And if you're one of those people, you're like, well shit, but let's carry on. Blake: Yeah, if you if me being in the corner of wherever you're streaming this from staring at you solemnly for an hour and a half makes you uncomfortable, then maybe you should just start from the beginning. But if you don't care about that, we are presenting part two, and we got a lot to cover, so why don't we both shut our big fucking fat mouths and open them again to talk about this? Casey: I was just gonna say, shut them, but then open them. Very much. Open them. Hella. And let's let's get yapping. I know, seriously, we're not we're not Blake: Open them for an hour and a half. God willing, it takes only an hour and a half. Okay. Casey: concise or what's the word? Like we're verbose. That's what we are. I don't know. We're not not verbose. We're yappers. Blake: We're yappers, we're loudmouths, we're scallywags, whatever other words I could say, but we don't have time for that. Anyway, moving on. Casey: We're recapping Salt Lake City is what we are right now. And Blake: Hehehe Casey: where we left things off, like around this is a longer season, it's twenty-four episodes. So like the eleven episode eleven, episode twelve mark is sort of the halfway point. So we're picking it back up with episode twelve. And where we left the ladies is on a cast trip to Vale, which Jen is now not on because she was apprehended in the beauty lab parking lot on the way there. So everyone else is there. And they are obviously reeling from this. But not only the Jen thing, they also are very concerned about Mary Cosby's church. Like that's the other fraud, fraud question mark in the air. Blake: The secondary fraud in a season full of fraud. Casey: Fraud one B is is coming up Blake: Ha ha. Casey: in Veil because Jen's not there. Like, you know, they can only speculate so much, they have to just wait till they get back and they can find out what's really happening. So they're like, Alright, let's move on to to the other fraud and let's all talk about Mary. Blake: They're like, let's set our sights on Mary Cosby. Because she w y'all thought we were gonna get distracted, but we could walk and chew gum at the same time. And Mary, come to the front. Casey: That's right. Blake: To the front. Come on, Mary. Casey: Sit right here, Prince. We're gonna investigate your fraud. You're up. And she's literally up. And in Vale, as as we all know, of of watchers of this, Mary like takes her leave from certain events pretty often. Like she needs to go like lie down or get away from them because she's very annoyed by them, especially at this point in time. so they're all Blake: She needs to go cash app request her church pr parishioners for three thousand dollars for no reason. Casey: And a message attached that says you are God. And then she Blake: Ha ha ha ha. Casey: can rest peacefully. But Mary's not like at the table, and the women are in like leaderhosen discussing the fraud. And the issue at the table at the moment is that the women are very frustrated with Meredith, specifically for not. Calling Mary out. Like they really feel like Meredith is way too much of a ride or die for Mary. And Lisa and Heather are very incensed by Meredith not really caring about these rumors about Mary. She's kinda like, who can say? Like I can't say. And so I c I don't know. Like I just don't know. And they're like, have a stance. Like these people are saying she's running a cult and that they she mortgages their homes and like that all this crazy stuff is happening. Like, say something of Meredith's like, No. I won't. Blake: The running theme is just like I refuse. The running Casey: Yeah. Blake: theme is that there are issues between like so Mary and Meredith are like in their own kind of alliance and Meredith is like pissed at Lisa for like being claiming to be her best friend but also like defending Jen and still kind of seeking Jen out. And this Casey: Yeah. Blake: entire season, like Meredith kind of like turns a blind eye to what Mary's doing because Mary's had her back and lap pisses Lisa off because she's like, You are being a hypocrite. You're saying that like I can't be friends with Jen because of what she's done. But like Mary's been rude to me and you're friends with her. So there's like that Casey: Right. Blake: tension going Casey: And it is kind of a mirrored situation. Like Lisa is kind of right in clocking that, even though like you can't be mad at her for doing it if you were also doing it. Like neither of you then have a right. So actually it cancel cancels out its null. But it is like Lisa and Jen are friends, and Jen has a like a hold over Lisa at this time. And Mary and Meredith are becoming friends, and the women think that Mary has this hold over Meredith at the time. So both of them are saying, drop your other bitch. And be my one and only, please. But they don't really want to. Question mark. So they're having this weird tension where Lisa is like getting increasingly offended that Meredith is sticking up for Mary in the way that Lisa wishes Meredith would do that for her. Like she feels like if Meredith's gonna do that for anybody, it should be me. And it shouldn't be like that with anybody else, because I'm her longest friend. It's like very, very middle school the friendship dynamics in this group at times. They're all very like jealous. worried about like who's hanging out with who, but I guess that's kind of like what Housewives does. It brings out that like middle school friend group aspect. How terrifying. Blake: Yeah, it's a it's kind of just like being like in a glorified classroom, like a very small classroom, and then you're always going on these glorified like field trips and then it's very much just like, Why won't she talk to me? Like I've been nothing but nice to her. Does she think I'm not cool enough? Casey: Right. And there's like reward systems to make them jealous of each other, like the first seat on Watch What Happens Live, the first seat at the reunion. Like so there are these systems in place. The center snowflake, the outer snowflake. So they're literally pit against each other by Bravo in itself to make it like middle school where it's like, wait, she's the line leader? Like, no. What the damn hell? Like that bitch cannot lead that line well. Like, get me up in the front of the line. Get me that center snowflake. Blake: Have they seen me lead the line? Like Casey: Like w when someone gets called on to read and they're like illiterate and you're sitting back there like give me the give me the paragraph. Like I can read Blake: I've been I've been practicing all summer for this. Casey: Let just let me read it. It won't take us 14 minutes. Like I can do Blake: Ha ha ha ha. Casey: it. That's what's happening here. So there's a lot of like very petty lines drawn in the sand this season. I they had to do something to distract themselves from them being in the middle of an FBI arrest scheme. So I guess fair enough. But yeah, they're all talking about Mary and it's basically this is the point of debate actually is i who started this conversation about Mary is the question. Because Lisa It's her friend Cameron who first brings up these rumors on camera, invited to an event by Lisa. But it's Meredith who tells Whitney, and then it's Whitney who brings it up at the table. So this becomes. Blake: That Mary is not even at. Casey: Yes. And this all becomes Whitney's fault. Like Lisa literally sitting at this table. I wonder how her brain works. Cause she just kind of like gets up and and fritz away and she goes straight up to Mary's room and it's like, hey Mayor, like, just wanted to come Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: check on your girl. Like, love you so much. And I'll be honest, everyone's down there talking about you. I don't believe them. Like I think it's sick and it's making me so uncomfortable. Especially like Whitney keeps saying that people think you're God. Question mark. just thought you should know, mama. Love you. Like, Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: are you serious? Are you actually serious? I was like jaw-dropped like at the audacity of her downstairs, like fully like, I believe my friend Cameron. I believe my friend Cameron a hundred percent. Like this is the and then right up the stairs she goes and is literally like This is so messed up. Blake: Yeah, and also it's like y the only reason Whitney knows who Cameron is is because you invited this man who you know was a former parishioner of P Mary's Church and who you know has talked shit about Mary's church. Like I get her like excuse was that he's on like the board of like Utah Foster Care or something, so that's why you came to the charity event. But you know you're filming a TV show and Casey: Mm. Blake: you knew that he went up to Meredith. Like what are they talking about? I I really wonder what he wants to tell Meredith on camera, you know, about the Utah Foster program or whatever. Like, girl Casey: Well and the interesting thing about the foster event was again if you're if you not refreshed from our other episode, Whitney and Meredith were the only two women invited to it. So none of the other housewives housewives were invited. And this was like a point of contention among the women because Lisa and Whitney were not really friends. And like, why just them two? Like really, we couldn't have come to the charity event for foster care. Like Kay. You don't want our Blake: Right. Right. Casey: charitable donations? Like that's kinda messed up. But So Whitney is she doesn't go. Whitney skips it. Meredith's the only one there. But Whitney's supposed to be there and this puts the question in their minds of like What was she doing? Like putting Whitney and Meredith there is a pretty like inquisitive duo, especially when Whitney would have never been invited. So why was Whitney invited, if not to s try to get her to get the bone and carry it herself? But she doesn't, so she gives it to Meredith. It's like a a relay. Like Meredith passes the baton to Whitney. Whitney brings it around to the group, and we are at the finish line. And Whitney is like, wait a second, I didn't start this. Like, hold on, hold the phone. But you know, Lisa. talks to Mary about this, everyone goes to bed. Seemingly it might be all right. We wake up in the morning and Meredith is like, ladies, ladies, like let's let's hash everything out before we leave. Like let's not leave weird. We have to go back home and deal with our convict castmate. So let's get our issues Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: sorted now. And she basically says, like, all right, I repeated the things that Cameron told me, and I shouldn't have done that. Like I told Whitney, so I'm sorry Whitney for involving you, and I'm sorry Mary. And Mary's totally cool with this apology. Like Mer Meredith is exempt. Like that's all good. Mary's like, okay, great. Like, no worries, girl. And we're back to Whitney. and yeah, it's just kind of this back and forth of like Who's at fault here? Is it Whitney because she spoke the rumor to the to the group, or is it Lisa because she brought this man on camera? And like, it's Lisa. She brought this man on camera and introduced him to the group multiple times. Like, she had a one-on-one with Whitney where they talk about him. Like, he's brought up by Lisa constantly. It's not like she was like shying away from this. So, justice for my girl, Whitney, as always. Like, I know I'm biased, but I feel like I'm right about this one. Like, she really didn't do anything. besides Blake: She Casey: say like wait what's going on? Like with the these cult rumors, y'all? Blake: Right, I mean if you're if you're gonna bring that up to the group, like the person wanting clarification on the rumors you just brought to the group is not the culprit, but is, you know, simply trying to maybe better understand like are these even real? Like is this fair that we're Casey: Yes. Blake: even talking about this like about our friend, but you're the one nobody would have even known to bring this up in the first place. Casey: Well and Whitney's point is like Blake: If Lisa Barlow Casey: Meredith is talking to me about it. Lisa's talking to me about it. Like at this point, I'm gonna tell Heather because Heather's my best friend. So that's Blake: Right. Casey: four of us that know now, we might as well like clue the other remaining women in and then decide what we're gonna do with that information. Like that's what the conversation was. They were like making a plan to be like, let's talk to Mary. No one can like go back on this because you know she'll get really mad if it falls on one person. So Whitney's like, this is literally the exact opposite of what we were just planning to do with this information. And Lisa, scared, went upstairs and threw me under the bus to keep her name out of it because she felt like maybe it would come back to her. So she had to throw Whitney under the bus and back it up over her seven times. And it works. Blake: Right. Casey: Like for Lisa it works. Her and Meredith really get off of this. Like Mary's rage goes to Whitney, like in this moment. And it gets tense at the group gathering. Blake: Well and also Lisa Lisa knew that it would be easy to dump it on Whitney because Whitney and Mary are like beefing at this point. Like they're not in Casey: Yes. Blake: a good place. So Mary like wants to sort of jump on Whitney already. And so like maybe in like a normal situation, Mary would have been annoyed that she brought it up or like she was part of the conversation. But because they're in a really bad place She's just like, y fuck you for you're like you're this is a pattern of slander against me, blah blah blah blah blah and like Lisa came to me and told me you were saying this and it just clouds her judgment of like what actually happened. Casey: Yeah, and Mary gets pissed. Like, I mean, yeah, I guess fair enough. And her rage kind of just starts extending outwards. Like Heather kinda tries to like speak up for Whitney a little bit, and Mary just hits hits her with some hard ones. Adjust adjust her little cap. You have a good day, ma'am. Blake: Chauffeur cap. Alright my lady, then you have a good day. Wait, I'm sorry, like Casey: She's like, I'll drive you home in the in this little number Blake: Lisa Lisa in the corner giggling at Mary saying, You're always on some kind of wine Casey: Giggling. Lisa not even trying to hide it. Jenny lets out a and Meredith tries to like stifle a giggle. Because I mean that that's hilarious. Like, that's one of those things that, like, even if you're the person who's getting insulted, like an hour later later, later, you'll be like, Blake: Yeah. Casey: Yeah, that was good. Like, even if it's against Blake: Yeah. Casey: you, you might giggle at it later on. Like, it might be not in the moment. Heather doesn't giggle here, but Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: I think she probably does nowadays. Like someone's always driving you home is so good. Like it's so much better Blake: I say that so often like Casey: than like you're always getting too drunk. Like you're a messy drunk. No no no. Someone's always driving you home. Mind you, like that's the responsible move. Like, do you want her to get in the the car and drive herself home? Blake: You're always right I love you're always on some kind of wine like it's a drug. Like you're always smoking some kind of wine. Casey: And she's absolutely right about that. Blake: I mean honestly, like if I were a housewife, like your job basically is just to like get drunk and yell like God forbid I'm having a good time. Like sorry Casey: Pretty much and h have a good time. Yeah, literally. But someone who's not having a good time at this exact moment, Jennifer Shaw. And we have to transition back into the the Salt Lake to revisit her post arrest. And I feel like as a nice little transition point, let's let's show her her praying for her deliverance. Yes. Blake: For her blessings, yes. So Casey: Yes. Blake: so if you're if you're listening, th we are we're analyzing a picture of Genshaw praying over takeout Popeyes. Casey: Quite a bit of Popeyes. There's a there's a beautiful centerpiece that could be used for fruit or flowers that is holding a mound of biscuits. And they have a lot of fried chicken. Blake: That's at least like eight biscuits. I would say she definitely ordered like the family meal, maybe two of them. She has a big family. I know Sharif was yeah, there's she's just Casey: Hundred percent. They're not there, but they'll eat it later. Blake: eating with Sharif Sharif's like, this is my favorite and I'm like, Jen, are you gonna eat like she has like two pieces of chicken on her plate. I'm like, You gonna eat anything else? But she's she's really like maybe she's too preoccupied feeling the spirit of Allah in this moment because She's only she she's eyes closed, hands over the Popeyes, her long acrylic nails, beat face, laid wig, slash real hair, I don't know. Extensions Casey: I know. This might be the last real or g last good wig we see on Genshaw for a minute. 'cause it gets bumpy shortly. Blake: Well yes. I mean we also it gets bumpy, but before it gets bumpy, we go to hijab town and she's once again praying but now with her hair covered. Casey: Why does she look legit as fucking hers? Like Blake: literally, maybe probably 'cause she is like actually Muslim. I would imagine she's had Casey: Yeah. But y Blake: practice Casey: she's getting her prayer shots in on camera to show that she is Being wrongly accused, they are praying, Blake: Yeah. Casey: praying for Jen deliverance. Like we're laying in the Popeyes prayer, the hijab prayer. Like she was like camera crew, like, get in here when my family does a group prayer. Now, like, Blake: Yeah. Casey: now. We need to to highlight how this is affecting me. And that's that's the whole second half of the season for Jen. Is like a lot of how this has all been affecting her, a lot of protestations of innocence, despite the charges looming, looming large. but obviously Blake: Yeah. Casey: the women. come back from Vale and they have to catch up with her and deal with what they left behind. Blake: Right, 'cause she she wasn't answering anyone's calls after the fact. She was MIA. so when the women get back, she calls everyone in the group from a new number. So everyone gets this like text that's like, Hey, it's Jen, this is my new number, and then they get a phone call, and the only one who answers is Heather. So they end up going to get lunch together. Heather's like, Hey, like let me check in on my friend who just you know, waltzed out of the penitentiar penitentiary just a couple days ago. What's up, girl? So they meet, they they hang out, and Jen tells Heather like, You were the only one who picked up. She says that after she fled the scene of the crime at Beauty Lab, a white minivan and a black SUV pulled her over and arrested her, brought her to a courthouse and to like a break room area and like handcuffed her to a table, and then they said that they're bringing her to, you know courtroom to get arraigned. so we c we cut to Lisa and Meredith who are horseback riding and Lisa tells Meredith that Jen reached out to her and she was like really struggling with whether to answer or not, but she's kind of just like in a weird place with her because she feels like she doesn't know her. Fair enough, I mean a lot of this stuff is very confusing to say the least about someone that you claimed to be a friend. Casey: Right. Maybe they can take a a beat, just one or two to to to think on it, but I mean Blake: Yeah. Maybe she could take a moment. and so she's and and Jen is actually very hurt by specifically Lisa not picking up. She expected Heather to, Heather did. Heather obviously is like with Jen for the ride. But Lisa is really unsure of how to feel about her friendship with Jen at the moment. and then then Lisa starts talking to Meredith about Whitney Bringing the Cameron rumors up to Mary, even though Lisa literally brought them up to Mary. Whitney brought them up at the house, but Lisa's mad at Whitney for bringing them up as if like Whitney was the one who started the whole conversation to begin with, and as if Lisa never told Meredith on camera that Cameron said he had to mortgage his house and give her money and stuff like that. Like she's she's acting like she's completely like blindsided by all this. And she kind of starts to get mad at Meredith. they kind of get into it. And and I would be right, I would be shaking in my flops if someone said that to me. but Whitney s Casey: Stuff you do do. Imagine if Meredith was like doo doo heh. Blake: She like looks at the camera, she goes, hee hee, doo-doo Meredith Marks of all people. In her little like Casey: I'm just gonna say, like, that's like the last person I would expect to do that. Like, that would absolutely fry me though, if she did, but unfortunately, she does it. Spoiler alert. Blake: We need more like we need more comedic timing housewives. Like they just look at the camera at the right moment. anyway, so Casey: Help. Blake: Whitney is telling Heather and Angie or telling Heather that she got Cameron's phone number from Angie H and she called him to get like more information about Mary. So now she's digging. Now she's doing her own digging. fair enough, I mean she's already been accused of starting the whole thing, like she might as well see what the hell's going on with the situation. Casey: Right. At this point, like I'll call him since I'm already being slandered for doing this whole cult rumor myself anyways and then I can actually speak to him and form my own opinion because I've only heard about it from y'all. Like I did never I never got this from the source. Like so Blake: Right. Casey: I'll go do that and then I'll come back to the group and be like, you know what? Fine. And now I know and here's my Whitney thoughts on it for real because before it was like Lisa and Meredith just kind of sharing and like hoping someone would take the the bone and and deliver it. But Lisa does it underhandedly in a surprise fashion so Whitney gets Whitney gets fucked. Blake: Right. So Whitney is now investigating that. and what we are going to investigate is what the hell is going on with Jen's wig because this Casey: it's so true. Blake: is this is like the point in the season, episode fourteen, when suddenly the hair it the situation with Jen and her legal troubles takes a toll on her hair. And I'll pull this picture up. She's proclaiming Casey: Like the wig budget dropped off. This one was thrown up and she ran underneath it and was like perfect. Like let's go film with the husband. Blake: It's like there's no lace front. You the like the the the hair part is so clearly like elevated above her skin. Like it's just that's not that's not her scalp. And then there's like a bump in the back, like she wasn't wearing like a a hairnet or something. I feel like I feel like this was very much like a Sheree, fuck, I forgot we have to go like sit on the couch and talk about this real quick. Like the cameras are about Casey: Yeah. Blake: to be here. Fuck, okay, like I don't have my Shaw squad around me. Like let me just okay, this looks fine, like I'll just I'll throw this on. And like just like a helmet. Strapped it to her head, sat down, and said, I'm I'm innocent. Casey: Literally. And this This combo is even funnier for her to be in this wig because it literally is just like a staged, like her and Sharif talking about like the consequences of the of the trial and the arrest and like, you know, pretending like Blake: Ha ha. Casey: this is their first time doing that. Like it's been a while. Like they've obvious they're obviously aware of this, but they basically are like framing it as they're on this like quest for justice for Jed. And I think that they are so funny. I said this to Vlog. Blake, when we were getting ready for the episode, these two could have been actors, should have been actors instead of fraud, frauders, defrauders, because they are putting on the performance of a lifetime in this entire season. It actually only gets stronger and stronger. Like they they really know their lines and they know their role. But one that I thought was fantastic from Sharif, he says word for word to Jen. He goes, Look, and he's like justifying, like she's like, We're spending so much money on this trial, like this. And he's like, you know, well, we're going against the behemoth that is the federal government. And they're wrong. And we have to prove that. So money, no object, baby. Like we're gonna take them down and we're gonna get you justice and we are gonna show them that we're not intimidated. And like the the behemoth Blake: That's a bar. The behemoth that is the federal government versus the Shah Squad. And I would say, you know, if ever there was a a another behemoth, it would be the Shah Squad. One could argue. One could argue. Although Casey: So true. That's really that's really poignant. Blake: although I don't think she can afford them anymore, so that's maybe a problem. Casey: Yeah. Or now she doesn't trust them because one of them basically threw her under the jail bus and and ran her over with Blake: Ha ha Casey: it too to keep going with the the bus runover metaphor. But Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: And it actually comes up a little bit later, but since we're on the subject, Jen and Sharif also kind of start to do this thing where they're like, it's so, it's so weak. It's such a weak, weak attempt at like grasping for their own, like, what's the word? Like boosting themselves up for defending themselves. Like obviously you have to. It's not like some heroic crusade. But Jen says something along the lines of like, I have to do this because some people don't have the money to fight wrongful conviction. Some people have to take a plea deal and go to prison and they don't have the resources to stand up to the government being lazy over cases, like looking at people of color wrongly. Like it's so bad the the length she goes to. And she's basically Blake: Ha ha ha ha. Casey: like, so I'm gonna throw everything I can have at this for those people. Like, girl, they don't want you. Like they didn't ask for a champion. Blake: She's literally like okay, Rosa Parks. Let's let's take a beat. you are being accused of literally defrauding elderly people. You're not a civil rights champion. Casey: Like, I don't think it's gonna make those people who are in jail because they couldn't afford excellent lawyers, it's not gonna make them feel any better that you have excellent lawyers and like a lot of money Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: that you stole from the elderly to throw to throw at your trial. Like, why would that make me feel good 30 years behind bars? Because I was like, fuck, I can't afford a lawyer, I'll just take this goddamn plea deal. But thank God Jen Shaw is getting us justice out there. Blake: Jen Shaw is asking her mother to liquidate her entire retirement savings of close to a million dollars so that she can fight for us. And by us I mean she's going to fight for her, and if she wins, she gets to stay out of jail and we'll still be here, but it will feel important. Casey: But we're gonna know in our hearts that one person Blake: Ha ha. Casey: got to beat the system and get away with their crime. Yay! Blake: Free free Genshaw essentially means upholding the Constitution. Casey: absolutely it does. my god, I have tears in my eyes, as usual. But yeah, she's she's on her game and she actually has an okay wig one more time. Maybe this luncheon was filmed before the shake and go, and they and they met they messed up the order. But Jenny has an event. She has like a luncheon in this beautiful, beautiful little garden area where she's like serving them pho and like giving them traditional Vietnamese food. Vietnam Vietnam is where Blake: Yeah. Casey: she's from, right? Giving them traditional food to show them like a part of her culture. And you know, on this day where it's about Jenny's culture being shown. To her counterparts who don't understand the where she wants to open up and like get show them so they can respect her background. Literally, almost immediately, the girls are showing this picture of Jenny. They like put her in a wig and like made her look sexy. So they were showing, like, look how good Jenny looked last night when we put her in this blonde wig, like limphal. And the phone, moments record scratch, like moments before disaster. The phone gets passed to Mary. And I wish it had it because what Mary says looking at this photo, she goes, like I love, I love the slanty eyes. And Jenny is kind of like, What what was that? Like, what what did you just compliment in that photo? Like, and Mary's like, the slanty Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: eyes, like passing back the phone, like, love it, like beautiful beautiful pick. And obviously, Blake: As if Casey: like, what the hell? Blake: That is like like if if you are like in s like the first class day one of like racism one one like it's like intro syllabus like let me tell you like about racism like number one you don't say that you don't say that about that's Casey: Right. I feel like even like the most hardcore racists like kind of like get over that one because it's like low h it's like a low hanger fruit. Like they go for the more hardcore stuff. Like everyone Blake: It's Right. Casey: knows not to talk about people's eyes. Like I feel like we've all kind of moved there are very I haven't met a racist lately who goes for that that one. That's a that's ol that's outdated. That's outdated. Like that's not even good. Blake: Well no, I feel like cause it's like there's no yeah, there's no plausible deniability. That's just straight up extremely racist. Casey: You're literally just commenting on her distinct feature that is only from Asian cultures pretty much. Like what more could that Blake: Right. So it's like Casey: be? Blake: it's like the fact that she has this like smile on her face, like and she's acting like it's some like she's like, I love your earrings like, gorgeous earrings But it's like Casey: No, literally she's acting like she's like in a good mood this day, like love it Jenny. Like I love it. And Blake: Yeah. Casey: it's funny too 'cause she keeps that energy going. Like they, you know Moments pass in between the slanty eyes comment and this one. But I think this is a funny d detail. They're like talking about the arrests, and you know, Jen's kind of like, No, of course I didn't expect it. Like they're like, Well, you looked good in all the pictures, like the pictures of the arrest. And Mary like kind of like smiles and is like, Yeah, Jen, I loved your outfit. Like I loved it. Like it was so good. I'm like, Mary, like, you hate her ass. Like, why even add that in? Blake: Mary did Mary did say that she loved the fur coat that Jen was wearing when she walks out of the courtroom. Casey: But this day she was like fine with it. This day she wasn't that mad at her. Like this she was curious. She had to get the tea on the arrest. So she was being kind, kind to Jen. Blake: Hehehehe Casey: but yeah, this this luncheon is like the group debrief of the arrest. Everybody together and they're they're getting their opportunity to kind of like question Jen and they're you know saying, Hey, all right, clue us in. Like, what's going on? Like, are these gonna be real? Like, Jen, what's up? Blake: Hey girl, are you girl d okay I look girl be okay be honest like I won't tell anyone but like low key did you do it did you do it No okay fine don't say it Don't say it but are you but don't Casey: Are you guilty boots, mama? Are no! No, don't say it, girl, no. Shit. Blake: but like wink wink wink Casey: Ha And that's like basically what's happening. And and you know, Jen, like I said, is in her she's trying to get that egot. Like she's not just going for the Oscar, she's not just going for the Tony, she's going for all four. And she's like, I have no clue where these are coming from. All the names listed in it. I don't know who they are. Like, I've never heard of any of this. This is so wild. And if anyone's saying otherwise, they're wrong. Like, I do not know these people. I don't know anything about this. And Some of them are kind of like, really? Like it's not like there's nothing that you can think of that might Blake: Yeah. Casey: be tied to this. Like, and she's like, no, like literally nothing. And you know, it kind of gets back to this point of like, but who's been talking about me? Like, why have you all been speculating about if I'm guilty or not? Why did you all just not a hundred percent believe that I'm innocent right away? Is Jen's POV. And Whitney's like, Jen, we've all been talking. Like it's not just one of us. All of us have talked about you and Mary. This is what I mean. Why are they all so fake this season? Mary pipes in and goes, Not me, Jen. I haven't I haven't said a bad word about you, Jen. And Mary and Heather like both have confessionals being like, What are we talking about? Like and it cuts to Mary at the leaderhoes and dinner, like, she's guilty. And if she I don't want a guilty person around me, and if you mess with me, you're going to jail. Like it's like Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: And she's like, nah, no, Jen. Like, I didn't say a word. Blake: Like it's funny because like it's like it's not even Mary being like, Jen scares me or I really want to like maintain the friendship and like I'm being two-faced. Like, she's just lying to lie. Like she doesn't care if Jen likes her or not. She like really Yeah. She was like Casey: Like she literally was just bored this day. Like she was like, Okay. Let's see what happens if I like am a little bit kind to her. Like I dunno. Let's see w let's shake things up. Blake: She's like, will anyone catch if I say the complete opposite of what I did? Like, let me just throw that in. Casey: She's like, wait, Lisa did a fun thing where she like flipped that whole thing around. Like, maybe I could do that too. Like let's just let's just see. Blake: And Jenny immediately is like, no, like actually no, you can't do that. Like Casey: So mad. Jenny's like, Mary girl, like I'm not letting this one slide. Like you be talking about Jen everywhere you go. that's what I mean. Like a fight breaks out between different members of the cast every five seconds this season because like they're all lying and being fake. The fraud really affected them. Affected them all deeply. but yeah, like Mary, like I said, is being nice to Jen at this lunch, so they both get offended. Mary, because of Jenny sort of yelling at her and Jen because she's like, I need good friends around me. I need peace. Like I'm going through too much. This is too much. So they both end up walking off and they have a moving one-on-one. Blake: Wha you know, whatever. Casey: So good. Blake: Guilty, innocent, whatever it might be. Like it doesn't it doesn't really matter. No, and I don't Casey: Do I follow it? No. No. my god, no. Blake: really know what guilty or innocent means. Which one do you wanna be? okay, then innocent. Go girl, I pray to God you're innocent. Like Casey: face when she corrects herself like she couldn't even believe she said that she's like I did I say my bad girl I I meant I meant innocent I meant guilty whatever the hell I meant to say Blake: Jen Jen just like in tears like I am innocent. Like okay. Like it's like, I guess Casey: Okay. Blake: we're gonna do this for the whole season. I guess we're gonna just have to pretend. Casey: And it's so good. And like yeah, like I said, there's fights going on at this moment between Lisa and Meredith. Like, Jenny's mad as fuck. Whole house mad. Everyone's mad as fuck. And it kind of calms down because they're like, we need to be there for Jen. And Jen needs Jen needs a peaceful lunch. Like, she's so stressed. Blake: Yeah. Casey: But one more shining moment from this lunch is a beautiful statement of innocence from Jen. Mary forgot she was Blake: Mary Casey: playing nice that day for like five seconds. She was like, fuck, I I forgot I wasn't doing this today. Blake: She was like, I'm so bored of being nice. I wouldn't say she has people in her fucking corner, like Casey: The world is in your corner, Jen. Blake: The world minus the behemoth that is the federal government. Casey: The federal government and maybe minus your dad, your kids, and the Blake: Yeah. Casey: other person that you promised your innocence on because help. Blake: Your mom and her retirement account. Casey: She's like no need to to do it on her life because I just drained her finances, so she's Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: already screwed. Let's go with my dad. Like Blake: So we end the the pho luncheon. It appears that all that happened before they even got their pho. I'm like Casey: They're literally serving the phone while Jen is doing this this conversation. Blake: Like at the a Casey: Like she's literally sobbing about her innocence in a massive FBI trial and these poor servers are like putting the soup down. Like sorry. Blake: They're like, I'm sorry if it's too hot, don't scream at me. Casey: Please don't subpoena me to the trial, please. Blake: I don't know anything. I'm innocent. Casey: anything please she didn't tell me anything Blake: So we move on from that debacle. Casey: Ha ha Blake: And we have Mary and Meredith getting lunch together. And Mary expresses to Meredith that she's upset at Jenny for blurting out to Jen at the luncheon that Mary talks about Jen behind her back when Mary was having her little fun. you know, moment of goofiness where she was lying about not talking about Jen. So she's mad that Jenny felt that felt the need to call her out on that and like cause problems with her and and Jen. and Mary says like Jenny is like an extension of Lisa. She's like Lisa brought her into the group and Lisa needs to be checking her. Like I blame Lisa for Jenny's behavior. And Meredith says it's hard for her to be friends with Lisa when she's developed a friendship with Jen after everything that Jen did with Brooks, even though they've apologized, but I think Meredith is just like, I I can actually like milk this arrest thing and like still be mad about everything. So know Casey: Hundred per hundred percent. I hate when people do that where like they say it's fine, but then every five seconds it's still gonna be counted against you on like the scorecard. Like yes. Blake: If something else happens, then it's like tacked on, even though that thing was apologized for and it's like actually right. You just want Casey: Like so it wasn't fine. It was never fine, actually. Blake: you just want to still be mad, but you know that you would be psychotic to stay mad about one thing, so you're gonna wait for there to be like another thing to be mad about. Casey: Right. Like are you more excited that you just got a bargaining chip over me than you actually are mad about what happened? Maybe. Blake: at the thing. Right, and that's a that's exactly Meredith. anyway, so just a little bit of like situational dynamics brewing between those women. like we said, Jen meets with her mother and her mom says that she is liquidating her nearly a million dollar retirement account to help her pay for her two million dollar legal retainer, which You know, I d like criminal law is I know it's expensive, I know whatever, but like you are downsizing your home, you are your mom needs to pay like half of your legal r like she's all of her fucking money that she's ever saved in her entire life. And number one, like where are the funds that you stole? And maybe th her accounts are frozen, like maybe she's not allowed to like move any of her assets because Casey: Yeah, I would assume so. There must be like some type of a hold on her business funds. Blake: Then get a cheaper fucking attorney. Casey: Well, right. And even like even let's ignore let's ignore draining your mom's savings, Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: bank account, whatever. Why did you want this on camera? Like why did you invite your mom over and have the producers Blake: I Casey: like it's just like a little bit like, are you like are you g are you getting off on this? Like I feel confused. Blake: I'd be embarrassed. I would be so Casey: Why did you want this out there? And why did your mom Blake: I Casey: agree to Like Blake: and her the mom is so like, honey, you're innocent, I believe you, we're gonna prove it, like it's worth it to like protect your freedom or whatever, and I'm like, whole time whole time Miss Wig over here was about to plead guilty and admit to defrauding the elderly, and I could only hope that her mother got some of that money back. I can only hope that they didn't spend the two million retainer. 'Cause they didn't go to trial. So I hope that some of it was left over for for Mama Shaw because that is that was hard to watch. Like Casey: Hopefully money back to Mama Shah, but that money comes at the cost of all the people in prison that took plea deals that that Jen Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: was gonna represent and champion that she did not. Spoiler alert. Blake: Yeah, so you have you're you're using blood money, Mama Shaw. Casey: Yeah. Blake: You're responsible for the American carceral system. so just know that next time you go to the grocery store to buy a sandwich. Casey: Know that. Blake: Mama Shaw. Anyway, so Casey: Vamos. Blake: that's happening. Absolutely horrifying. Whitney and Heather meet up, they talk about Vale and how Mary said about Jen, like, if you mess with my church, you end up in jail. So they're wondering, like Whitney says, like, either she really is God or she knew something. but they're talking about how Mary and Meredith weren't on the sprinter van that morning of Jen's arrest and how they're like grasping at straws like, hmm, maybe they knew something, maybe they knew like this was gonna happen and that's why they didn't want to be there. Maybe they like had something to do with it. They're kind of spitballing. It kind of reminds me of like on traitors, at the very beginning, where like if you cough the wrong way, people like start coming up with conspiracy Casey: Yeah. Blake: theories about you. It's like at this point everyone is just like It could there could be any explanation. And so they're looking inward of like, well, that's kind of strange. Meredith's a lawyer and she wasn't on the bus, so maybe she called the FBI. And it's funny because the way they talk about it is like you can just ring up the FBI and get someone arrested if you feel like it. Like, as if there wasn't like a years long investigation. Like they're just Casey: Hey. Hey, it's Meredith Marks, FBI. I've got a tip. Blake: Yeah, have you been saying the tweets that Jennifer Shah has been liking about my family? I don't like that woman. And then I I know, because it's like she she Casey: That's a good one. you just got a little British for a second, but that was pretty good. Blake: has like a little transatlantic Chicago whatever, and it's difficult, but I did take a Xanax before this episode, so it did help. Casey: But we persist. Blake: So anyway, they're like having this crazy conversation about that, which we'll come back to bite them later. Whitney is also launching her rebrand of Iris and Bo into Wild Rose Beauty. This is another thing that stresses me the fuck out because she's talking about how she's spending her family's entire savings for the rebrand. It's like a million dollars that they've saved up and it's all going into this rebrand and everything's riding on it, and like Justin like is only half clued in, and like they at one point they're having this conversation in front of Bobby Rose. She's like eating her chipotle like the the kitchen counter and Whitney's like either we like ha like put down a million dollars or I and you have to like co-sign or we I am gonna get approved for like two hundred thousand dollars of credit but like if I don't then we have to put down the million dollars and you have to co-sign and like Justin's like what the fuck? And then Whitney looks at Bobby and is like, Hey babe, can you go take a shower like right now? Like can you can you go Take a shower like in a different room that's not the kitchen. Like, can you get out of the kitchen? And they're like having this really tense argument, and I'm like It's just like the amount of money, but like also I support. I support it. I support her doing it. Cause honestly Right. Right. Casey: Right. Make his pockets hurt, Queen. And Her business this one this does well. She actually unfortunately has to rebrand again after she partners with like that bad company Blake: my god. Casey: like in present day. So she'll have another rebrand back to Wild Rose Beauty. But they talk about at their union and she basically says that she didn't like drain their accounts. They had a separate savings account that was gonna be for like buying a beach house and that's where they took the money from. So it wasn't like they were like broke, but she did drain like a significant portion of savings. So Like it's still their money. And then they were talking about how she was doing well and they were making their return back at a rate that they were cool with. So seemed to be fine by reunion. but it comes up again because it was like a big a big thing and a lot of viewers felt like Whitney is this dumb girl that's like hemorrhaging Justin's money, like she's probably a gold digger. That's what the question is, the reunion. It's like Blake: my god. Casey: How do you feel wasting Justin's hard-earned money over a long career that you just don't understand as a as a young, beautiful lady who's never worked a day in her life? Like, Blake: Yeah. Casey: okay. Whatever, girl, like Blake: How how does it feel to be a stupid woman who can't do anything and you're trying to handle money? Like Andy's like. Casey: Like go put this in the Justin Rose shows inbox. wait, there's not one. So Blake: clocked. okay, so yeah, Whitney's having her launch party for for her her rebrand. And the entire cast is invited, and this pisses Meredith off because Meredith made it very clear in Vale that if she was invited somewhere to not invite Jen, or vice versa. And so they invited both of them. And I think Jen Meredith might have also been really pissed off that Jen showed up in a fuck-ass strawberry blonde wig. Which we'll pull up right now for the viewer. If you are listening, it doesn't, Casey: that doesn't even like do it justice. Blake: I think from the side, like y 'cause you can kind of see how it gets raised in the back. But it's clearly another like no Casey: You can't. Blake: lace front, it's not glued down, like it there's no wig cap. It's the color is it's like it is strawberry blonde, but it's like why is she wearing like this is not her Casey: Well then she's wearing this dress that's like almost nude, like very like also light. So like the whole color palette on her is like not it's like you know those things on Instagram where it's like some woman holding a palette in front of someone and they're like, You're a winter, you're a you're a spring. Like Jen is Blake: Yeah. Casey: in the wrong one for her in whatever's going on with the strawberry blood. Right, like fuck. Blake: Wrong season girl. Wrong s maybe it's like Casey: We need to get you a color analysis because this Blake: Ha. Casey: one was not right at all. Blake: Go fund me to to raise money for Jen's color analysis. Casey: She could have used a GoFundMe probably. wait, didn't she have one? Blake: Well she just got out of Casey: Wait, no, because I definitely have Blake: She should have started one. Casey: posted it before. I'll find it and we I'll put it up. She d or maybe it was a Blake: That's incredible. Casey: maybe it was a fan who like made it. It might have been like fake. Blake: I was gonna say like she should have started one 'cause she asked for s too much from her mother. Would have been helpful if she got had a GoFundMe to Casey: I'm sure that she did. I'm sure people just didn't really donate to it. Blake: S just it was it was Kyle Umansky sending five hundred dollars which we will we'll get to that later. Casey: Whoever Kyle Umancy is. Like, girl, put Richards down. Like, what the fuck are you doing? Like, don't piss me off. We get Blake: dump as we are. Casey: it. You're divorced. Like fucking put Richards back on like who is that? Kyle Umancy. Blake: No, Omansky is h is her married name. Like she's choosing to use the one the Mauricio's last name. Casey: Girl, what the jam? Yeah. Blake: We're we'll we will get into this later. We have a surprise for for for you guys, but we can't we can't get distracted with this right now, but we will be speaking about it. anyway, Casey: So okay. Blake: Jen Jen has his fuck ass wig on. Jenny has she is she has a mission at this party. She's going to bring Mary aside to confront her about the slanted eyes comment. And she gets the group together because she says Mary like always pretends like she doesn't remember anything. So she's like, I want everyone there to corroborate what happened. Mary s says it again that she loves slanted eyes and she's like I didn't know it was offensive. Like she doubles down, says she didn't know it was offensive, and like Jenny's asking everyone, like, did y'all would y'all say that? Like, did you know that was offensive? and everyone's like, Yeah, yes, absolutely. Except for Meredith is like, Well, it's something I wouldn't say, but I'm not sure if it's racist and everyone is everyone everyone's just kind of like girl, like you're clearly caping for Mary right now. Like you you you if you wouldn't say it, then you probably know it's wrong. So you can just say it's wrong. And when it comes to this issue, like I think you can take a I think you can be a a good, you know, friend and say, yeah, Mary, you were you were wrong on that one. Like it's fine. Casey: Right. And if she wanted to play smart, like she could have given this one concession so that any other time they were like, You never go against Mary. She could have been like, Literally remember Blake: Yeah, I Casey: last week when I said that was wrong and I agreed with y'all. Like this is like you said, a clear, a clear right and wrong where she could have gotten herself a brownie point of like, No, I go against Mary, everybody, and she doesn't. So it's just it's not wise. Like they really are like loyal to each other though at this time. Blake: As a as a white woman, yeah, but as a white woman it just is crazy for her to not just be like absolute especially when there's an Asian woman in front of you being like that's extremely offensive to me. For Meredith to be like, well, I d I don't really know. Like, well but she's telling you, so like what do you what do you mean? Casey: It's funny that you say that actually, like you said, like having an Asian woman in front of you, like telling you. Meredith even says something at the reunion defending Mary, being like, I didn't I thought I or defending this comment about herself and sort of Mary. She's like, I thought the protocol, like whenever something is said that's like potentially racially insensitive, is that I defer to the person who like is feeling insulted. So I thought I didn't have the right to send. like it's racist. That's why I didn't make a clear if or or. But it's like, but then Jenny said it was racist, so you could have been like, okay, like she said it. So Meredith Blake: Yeah, your answer Casey: used the justification and like look dumb. Blake: Girl, it's yeah, you look stupid and it's like you it's yeah, whatever. Like just say, my god, well yeah, if she's offended, then absolutely that's horrible. Anyway, so Mary apologizes for that and then Whitney isn't done. Whitney's like, Okay, Mary, to be honest, like I'm I'm also like on this topic, not o comfortable with what you said in Vail saying that like Jen is like a Mexican thug, like with the crimes that she's committed or whatever. Casey: Yeah, what she says Blake: And Casey: is like, I'm not you know, I'm not used to this. Like, how are we how do we have a friend that's like involved in you know, starting off okay, like how do we have a friend that's involved in such like high crimes? And then she says, It reminds me of like Mexican thugs and like those Mexican people who deal drugs and like something like just so stereotypical, like horribly horribly stereotypical. Blake: Yeah. Casey: Like why would you like again, we're just like why would you ever say that? It's also like she's not being charged for anything drug related. Like if anything, this is like a white Blake: It's like fully unrelated. Casey: man. Like this is Blake: Right, it's Casey: like a a loser man who like can't tell his family that he gambled away his college his kids' college foot. Like this is like a white a white man a white man's game. Blake: It's right, and she's it's like a white collar crime and she's I and like it would be fine if she was like, my god, like this just feels like a whole operation, like a cartel or something, but she has to like bring in Mexican thug, and it's just like so she but it like she doesn't even at like she doesn't even acknowledge what Whitney says. She just gets up and leaves. She's like, I I she says something like I wouldn't say something like that, and then she gets up and leaves, and then Lisa like leaves and tries to talk to her and Lisa says like she she's trying to like to have a separate conversation with Lisa saying like I feel like with Mary, sorry. Saying like I feel like your walls have been up with me. Like I feel like I can't get anywhere with you. And Mary tells Lisa that like she thinks that Lisa comes across as two faced. Mary says like Lisa needs to be more upfront and direct when she has an issue and like Lisa's like, Okay, I guess I understand. Like I should I shouldn't wait to tell you things Like I should just tell you in the moment. and also Lisa and Meredith are beefing at this at this party because I think this is when Meredith is just losing her patience with Lisa about like being friends with Jen. And so like Lisa tries to go talk to Meredith and Meredith is like, I'm not gonna have you scream at me, and then she walks away and Lisa's like, I'm not chasing you anymore. So like now things are really tense with them. So yeah, Whitney's launch party, I think it sounded like overall it was fun, but there was definitely this like giant major road bump of the women kind of sc I feel like Whitney's like parties or her events are always like she's trying to give a toast or like there's like a big like moment in her life and then there's always like people screaming over her and like pulling people to the side. Casey: They never respect my sis. Blake: No, it's horrible. Casey: It's horrible. but you know This whole season, like it's like a rest and then like the in-between of like cast trips. And I feel like there's there's the in between of like this party and then right after Whitney's party, there's a a birthday party for Seth Marks. that Jen doesn't get invited to. Obviously, like you said, Meredith is has put a a ban on Jennifer Shaw from her presence when she can control it. So of course Jen isn't invited. And Jen and Heather are like talking about it. Heather's like, Were you invited? Like Heather Girl, you know she was not. Invited, but okay. And I just think it's funny because Jen is just so like delusional. I guess she thought like if she committed as hard as possible to like the I am so innocent and anyone treating me otherwise, like I'm gonna be mad because that's how innocent I am. Like I'm I'm so pissed off at anyone even like faltering in my innocence as well. so she's like I feel like I'm being treated really differently by some of the girls. Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: It's like, yeah, yeah, I'm sure that you are, and is that not fair? Like, can she be even a little realistic? Blake: Yeah. Casey: Like, that's so weird. Like, why why am I not being invited? Blake: I wonder what changed between our friendship and our group dynamic and suddenly people are really treating me like I committed a crime or something. Casey: Ha ha ha! And while they talk, like it they continue to brew this narrative that Heather and Whitney kind of like started to concoct of maybe Mary and Meredith knew this was happening. Wait, maybe they made this happen. Maybe they Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: maybe they absolutely set this whole thing up. Like they weren't on the bus. The the bus is is a real like they thought they had what's the word for like a the key piece of evidence? Like they thought they had they Blake: The smoking gun. Casey: thought they had the smoking gun with them not being Blake: Ha ha. Casey: on the bus. They were like, we've got something here. Like, let's let's get to work. Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: but yeah, so that's like in the air, and then Seth's birthday party happens, and literally I hate him so much. I wish I didn't even have to mention him or his birthday, because I just I don't respect any moments of joy that he has in his life. But the women are there, so Blake: He's such a creep. Casey: he's a creep. And actually at this party, Whitney brings him a boob cake, like It's a boob it's boobs. It's a boob cake. It's like it's balding breasts Blake: A pair of boobs, breasts. Casey: in like a bikini. You can like see the nipples on them. It's beautiful. It's beautiful craftsmanship. But the point is, she brings them because she like she basically comes around and brings it out to Seth and is like, Since you talk about my boobs so often, I thought we could give you here they are in cake form and now you can stop. Like You know, she's like it's like in jest, but you can kinda tell she's being like, and now we don't have to mention my boobs anymore. Like now if you do it again, it will be weird. Like I'm I'm cutting it off. It was already weird, but and Blake: Yeah. Casey: they edit a montage of Seth all the times on camera that Seth has mentioned Whitney's tits. And like I thought about clipping it, but I honestly like I'll I'll vomit. Like we'll have to take a vomit break. Like I actually might throw Blake: Ha ha ha ha. Casey: up. So I didn't clip it 'cause like it makes me it makes me feel ill. Blake: do not need to share screen time with that man. Casey: Like if you really need to see it, I don't know, like message me I guess and I'll I'll get it for you. But I'm I if you Blake: Yeah, if it if it Casey: have to know that I'm gonna throw up while I do it. If you're okay with that, then fine. Blake: If you if you are okay with that, maybe we'll start a Patreon. If you can if you wanna pay us like ten bucks, fifteen bucks, and we can post it there behind a paywall. Casey: Yep. Mandar it's free on Peacock in the episode. Blake: Ha ha ha ha. Casey: It's behind a paywall though. But literally he's such a creep. Gut it. Cut it. Well, I Blake: We're gonna we're gonna cut that because why would you tell them it's free? We need to make money Casey: guess it's not free, but anyways, we don't even have a Patreon. Cut it. Blake: Anyway Casey: Whatever. yeah. I hate him so bad and he's an absolute weirdo. But at this party, the men, the husbands, announce that they're sending the women to Zion on a trip for Mother's Day. They're like, We love you ladies. We're sending you to Zion. Have fun. Meredith is Blake: Yeah. Casey: pissed because they're like, by the way, even though Jen's not here tonight, she's invited because Sharif was with us when we made this plan. So Blake: Right. Casey: sorry. And that's how Jen Jen scores the invite. and they they get ready to go and things really things really blow up there. One small detail that I kind of forgot about that I feel like this is one of those like dumb details that Bravo accounts love to post like 5,000 times. Lisa and John Barlow. John Barlow dated Lisa's sister before her. Like Lisa's Joe Ellen's grandpa. Blake: Yeah, that's I don't know that I could do that. Casey: She's the ancestor of Joelyn. No, it's really weird. And at least Lisa's weird sister doesn't come on camera and start hitting on her man like Joelyn, so John Barlow outsold. Blake: Dude like grabbing his grabbing his like underwear being like my god like I love ya underwear and trying to like smell it like hello Hello Like Casey: Weird as fuck. But I was like, whoa, what like that's so weird. I wonder if they're gonna have a key about that or if they already have. Maybe they already have had a key key about that. Blake: I feel like they've absolutely done that. And you know what? I will really just shout out Lisa for sparing us from any further conversation about that, to be honest. I'm good. Casey: Yeah, for real. Thank you, Lisa, and Lisa's classy sister for not coming on cam and making me on making me throw up. That makes me want to throw up too. Blake: Jo Ellen, if you're listening, notes for next season, just saying. Casey: Take note, Joelan. Get your sister off the camera. I want her banned from the camera. Back Blake: Get her banned. Casey: to back to focus. We go to Zion, and Zion is funny because like they're getting ready to go and they're getting into a bus in a parking lot. And they're all kind of like, This is this is freaking me out a little bit. Because because again, it's the same group of women. And not only is it the same group of women, as in Mary and Meredith, are again not there. It's the same sprinter van and it's the same driver as the arrest day. So they're like greeting this man driving Blake: Like are y'all Casey: the bus and they're like, Kyle, hopefully it's a chiller day than last time. And he's like, Hopefully, ladies. Blake: He's like, I am I have PTSD. I'm like, are y'all not He's Casey: He's like, I have a contract, so I had to still drive you, I would have backed out. Yay. Blake: it's just like are y'all not superstitious at all? Like there's no part of you that feels like let's not Casey: Like Jen got back in it. Like if I was Jen, I'd be like, I'm a I'm a drive myself. I think I'm a Blake: my yeah. If I yeah. Like did they were they I don't remember if they were in the the beauty lab parking lot this time. Okay, maybe that's really smart. Casey: I think they went to a different parking lot. Heather was like, My b my business can't take another hit. Like we need to we need to go outside someone else's place of work. Like I can't do this. I was just gonna say they were outside Meredith Mark's jewelry, like get in girls. Blake: They met at the the Vita Tequila mines Outside of her boutique that's on like a one lane street that's like only meant for walking and shopping. Casey: Monica was inside stealing while they were while they were leaving. but yeah, they're they're Blake: that's good. Casey: back aboard the sprinter, and this gives them ample time to discuss more about Mary and Meredith because they're not there. And once again, smoking gun times two. They're not on the bus again. Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: So the guns are on fire. The guns are the smoke alarms going off. Like they are like, we have to discuss this. Like they're not on the bus again. Blake: The bus explodes. Casey: and everyone's really mad. And it comes out that Meredith Meredith told the women that she hired a private investigator when all the comments were attacking Brooks, like online, to see if any of the women were involved, is what she tells them. Like obviously she means Jen, not any of the women, but she says, if any of you were involved. and Jen is like getting increasingly more angry about this reveal. Like this information has already been told to her, but like she kind of needs to ruminate on it. I guess. She has a lot going on right now. Maybe, maybe not. So Blake: Hehehehehe. Casey: it took her a sec, but on this bus ride, she's getting really mad. And since Meredith isn't there, she like turns it on Lisa and just starts screaming at Lisa, being like, This makes no sense to me. Like, how can you be friends with Meredith when she hired a private investigator to look me up? Mary Cosby said all this stuff. Like, how can you be friends with these people? And Lisa's like, Okay, first of all, like I didn't even defend Mary Cosby, like Meredith, yeah, like. That's my girl, but like, whoa, whoa, whoa. And it gets really crazy. Like, Jen gets up in her face. Lisa is very confused and starts to get mad herself. And she like Lisa's screaming. She's like, I'm shutting down. I'm shutting down. Like my computer after, like, I try to use more than three tabs at once. Like, Blake: Ha ha. Casey: literally, she's like, I'm shutting down right now. You know, this is a Blake: Ha ha. Casey: small van and it's like five women, but they're like up Jen, getting up and mobile in that small van, you know Blake: Well and Jen is yeah, Jen is violent. Casey: immediately, like, ooh, why do you need Blake: Like Casey: to get mobile in that type of van? You don't. You shouldn't while moving. Definitely not. Blake: Right. You you should not you should not be you should not be standing up in a moving vehicle ever, but most especially not when you're trying to beat the shit out of somebody else within the same vehicle, which is what Jen is trying to do. She like gets in Lisa's face and she's like, This is your friend and like she's like fully like cause Lisa's like, What are you gonna do? Like attack me? And then Jen like comes like runs after her. Literally, like a producer has to restrain Jen. She's like in Lisa's face. The producer restrains her. Then she tries to get back up and run back at her. Like it's a whole van effort to prevent Jen from, I don't know, like ripping Lisa's hair out or something. and Jen is like screaming that Mary and Meredith somehow got her arrested and is mad that Lisa's friends. Casey: Like and this is Lisa's fault? Blake: No, she's literally like, your friend. If she had anything to do with this. Bullshit charges and Lisa's like, what the fuck are you talking about right now? Like why are why am I being physically a accosted? Like Jesus Christ Casey: Shys this at a later point, Lisa. I don't know when, but she's talking about her friendship with Meredith. And she goes, I mean, I kind of thought I'd be the one getting an apology because I almost got my ass beat for her. Blake: Ha ha ha ha. Casey: And it was like actually Loki, yeah, she she literally almost did. Like she was trying to do she was trying to have your back Blake: She did. No, Jen was close. Casey: and and she had to shut down. She had to shut down right there. Blake: She barely she was barely like even really like saying much of a defense, but like Casey: No. Blake: Jen I mean yeah, Jen just needed to like attack somebody and yeah. Casey: She like works herself up, Jen. Like she gets on a roll of like, it's like she hears herself say the earlier sentence and it's like a gasp with everyone else. Like Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: she's like, no fucking way. Like I'm pissed. She's like, wait, I'm getting angrier. Like, I can't believe this. Blake: She's shocked by everything she's saying. She's like, Mary and Meredith got me arrested. They did what? Casey: They got me I just remember they got me arrested. Let me get up. Let me get up and get at Lisa's face. she's mobile. She's mob. Blake: I'm standing up. I'm getting up for the first time today. Casey: She is at at movement inside the van. Blake: I'm en route to across the bus to beat your ass. Casey: Like how they say about like the the president, like the eagle is flying. Like the eagle is flying. The the eagle is flying towards towards the seagull, towards the pigeon. Blake: Towards Lisa Barlow. Towards the pitch. And so literally within like a matter of minutes, they are hugging it out and they're cool again somehow. which my god, I would have like an emotional hangover from just like going from like fight or flight to like come come here, babe, like it's okay. And like Lisa's the one who gets up and hugs Jen. I'm like, girl, you don't have to Casey: We got Blake: do all that. Like, whatever. If I were Meredith Loki, I'd be mad too, but whatever. Casey: Yeah, agreed. Blake: So they arrive at Zion. And they get dinner, they all sit down at dinner, and Jen asks Meredith why she hired a private investigator to look into her. And Meredith said that she hired an investigator to look into threatening texts and asked every one of the women to be submitted as a suspect. Jen denies threatening Meredith's family, and then they kind of get into a back and forth because Meredith's like, You were horrible to my son. Are you really saying you weren't? And then Jen's like, Well, actually, Brooks was horrible to my vagina. And so they get back into this whole argument and then Meredith's like, I've seen your vagina, Jen! I've seen your vagina And it's like Casey: Yeah Blake: it's like very heated over Jen's vagina. and like Jen, as she just did with Lisa, now realizes she can get in Meredith's face, which is the person she was originally angry with, so now she gets in Meredith's face. and Jen screams to Meredith that she better not be behind the charges against her. And Meredith is like, I'm fucking disengaging from this bullshit. So she gets up and leaves the table. And you know, I have to give it to Miss Miss Zan over here because this is a very, very iconic line. Casey: They were all gagged boots. They were like Blake: Jen was trying to land some type of an insult for like five minutes. She's like, why don't you cause you you know, you live ten lives and you you're you're fraudulent and then sh Meredith just like Casey: Boyfriend and your family girl, just shut the fuck up. Blake: like in her like robe with her glass of red wine, like, I'm going inside. Like Casey: I know, this is a r this could be my favorite Meredith Marks line and I feel like it's gotten kind of like forgotten about like in the wake of like s some of her like more explosive iconic moments over like the last couple seasons. This is like this is underrated, I think. I think we need to Blake: It's Casey: bring this back into like the the cultural conversation because who's calling who a fraud? Love you, baby. Bye. Blake: Right, period. And it's like it's the most First of all, sometimes she says things where it's like, You're just kind of making something up right now. Like when she's Casey: Yes. Blake: like the husband or whatever. But this was straight up like why like that was Jen gave you a layup. Like you had to. Right. Like, did you really just dare to call me Casey: Right, like I'm not gonna argue with the woman who's being investigated for fraud by the FBI. Like Blake: fraudulent? Like, are you you were arrested like three episodes ago. Like by goodbye Casey: Like literally love you, baby. Bye. Like I have to go. it's it's really, really good. And what's Blake: Like Casey: even funnier is like she goes in at this moment and she goes out. She comes back out and goes back in. Like she's not really exiting just yet. But but she had to like she knew she was delivering Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: delivering the line. Like Azda Rit says about Erica, Blake: Ha ha Casey: but she knew what she was doing, and she she comes back out. And Whitney, there's always like this like latent undercurrent of these women cheating, not cheating, affairs. These like they always will mention Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: like half-baked affair theories and kind of like keep mentioning it, but we never get anywhere with the affair theories in Salt Lake. But here's one, and Whitney goes, I think I know what's going on here, really. Jen and Meredith. Blake: Ha ha. Casey: Jen was actually sleeping with the man that she was trying to say that Meredith was sleeping with, like, way a couple a couple episodes ago, a couple weeks ago, whenever it was, in the first half of season one. And that's why they're fighting. And Meredith, she like says this to Meredith, like just one-on-one, and Meredith is like I cannot say. I can't I can't say right now. Blake: Ha ha Casey: That was British. That was too British. She's like, you know, I'm not even gonna try again. She's like, I can't say. She's like Blake: Yeah. Casey: I I I can't I can't I can't confirm or deny that, basically. Okay, Meredith, great. So whatever that means, yeah. Blake: All right, so confirmation, great. Okay. Casey: and Whitney again is like, Okay, you know, I just kind of made some ground with Meredith. Like, you know, looks like they had a little bit of like an exchange of information and then Whitney's like, let's let's flip it back on her head and she goes So were you involved in getting Jen arrested? Like, let's get it all on the table. Like, did you? As if Meredith's gonna be like, yeah, that was me. I called it in. I'm undercover. my god. That would have been electric. Blake: You know, I I knew you would I knew this day would come, and yes. I'm wearing I'm wearing a wire under my breastplate. Casey: Yeah. Blake: You know that gray confessional look? Casey: Her Zan accent all this time was a cover. Blake: My name isn't Meredith Marks. It's actually Mary Marks. Casey: It's officer marks to you. It's special agent FBI. Blake: Or like can Casey: FBI Blake: Special agent female body inspector to you. Whitney's like, wait, I'm kind of interested. Casey: Yep. And now let's bring her to justice. Blake: Ha She she takes her robe off and like thirty guns fall out of me. She's like Meredith's like Whitney, Casey: All of a sudden it reveals that there's like thirty men holding up guns at all of their heads around them. Blake: I'm gonna need your help to go arrest Jen now. She's like I Casey: And Whitney's like, I got you. I got you, Mayor. Blake: I am a little drunk, but I'm down Casey: it's so funny. And Meredith finds it funny too. Like she she cackles. She's like, okay, I'm leaving again. Like, if we're doing this again, then I'm Blake: Ha ha ha ha. Casey: going back inside. And she goes back inside, and somehow, you know, like I think Jen Shaw's rage is like, it needs a an object for her to feel like she gets anything out of it or like to get away from it, she needs to funnel it into someone. So when her object of rage leaves the room, it doesn't matter who is around. It like needs to find another host. Like it like literally needs someone. Blake: Yeah. Like you're you're like it's like if you're still there, you're in the splash zone. Like sh Casey: Yeah, like how like in like movies when there's like a a ghost spirit and like when it comes out of someone else's body, it has to go into another body. Like her her anger like can't just be floating around. Yes, it literally needs a host. Like and it will it will find one. It doesn't really matter. Blake: It needs a host. Casey: It just anyone who's around, like, it's gonna pick one. And Meredith leaves Blake: Ha ha. Casey: again. So the s the the rage spirit flies over into Lisa and she's back on Lisa again. and I don't know, it looks like the thing that she throws at her is a first aid. Kit, which I don't know like why they would have that so easily accessible. I guess they needed it ultimately. Blake: That would hurt. Casey: But she picks up like something like box-shaped. That's what it looks like. And she chucks it at Lisa when Lisa's like trying to like kind of bring things back to peace. And she storms off and calls Lisa a fucking liar. And Lisa's like, you know what? Like, I'm getting actually sick of this, and chases after Jen. She's like, no, like this is bullshit. And then mid-Chace, she goes, I'm actually gonna walk away because you're not. Healthy, like you are sick. Like, I'm leaving. So she walks away. So again, whole house mad, pretty much, except Heather and Whitney, and like and Jenny, but literally, like, she doesn't even count to me. So, like, when I say, Blake: Jenny's irrelevant. Casey: like, I it just doesn't matter. I'm talking about I'm talking about the girls, I'm talking about the core, the core girls, and Whitney Blake: The girls. Casey: is so drunk. There's like a funny moment that I didn't clip because there's too many other good ones, but Lisa is so mad, and she's like going inside, like pissed, and Whitney Hammer. Is like Lisa, we're both mothers. We're both women who can take charge of their own life. Like I'm on your team. Lisa's like, fuck you. And just like goes inside so mad. And and Heather, Heather also wasted with Whitney, is like, that's so true, Whitney. Like, amen. And I'm like, damn, like, people get annoyed with them because of their antics, but I'm like I identify with those antics, I would be sat right with them, like so true. That's so fucking true. Blake: I'm sorry, like that's funny. Like that's fucking like everyone is like bl busting a gasket and she's like, Lisa, I want you be a mother with me. Lisa Casey: Lisa, we're mothers, we're women with the prerogative to own our own destinies. Like why can't we all just work it out? And Heather, Heather literally zoning out. Yup. No yup. it's good. It's real good. Blake: Like, I never thought of it like that. So, yeah, the next day they're you know, they love to do this thing where they like get sh like shwasted blitzed, like out of their goddamn mind, and then like go to bed at like three in the morning and then wake up at seven and like have a full day of like activities. So like everyone has activities planned for the next day. Heather and Lisa are randomly decided to pair up and do an activity together, and they're like talking, and they realize that Meredith told Lisa that her dad's memorial was on the day they were taking the bus up to Vale or to Zion. or no, the day they were going to Vale. Casey: Or to veil. Blake: Sorry, yes. The day they were going to Vail, the day that Jem was arrested, Meredith wasn't on the bus because she had told Lisa that was the day of her dad's memorial. So Lisa says like Casey: Right, and they keep using this footage of like going back to the arrest of Lisa like calling Meredith and being like, wait, sorry, like I forgot you're at the memorial, like, my bad like click. So like Blake: Yeah. Yeah, well technically technically she says, I forgot you're with your family. You should go be with your family. And that's what Meredith ends up saying later is like she didn't say that, like I was at the memorial. But so she apparently told Heather that the memorial was Monday. So both of them now are like this is like adding to the was Meredith involved in the FBI scheme of it all? 'Cause they're like, Well, she's lying, like the memorial was one of those days, so and she told us both different things. And then they also discuss Meredith's hypocrisy and supporting Mary, but not Jen. And they're like, you know what, let's bring this up to the group. Like we have to. Like we have to pursue justice. Casey: We have to. Blake: separately, Meredith pulls Whitney aside and says, here we go. Sh I'm I've we got a clip. We got a clip. I'm so sorry. That's probably like one of the funniest, like top five funniest moments on this show. Casey: my god, that is so fucking good. The way that Whitney is so wasted, like you can tell she has no thoughts on Meredith saying that she has zero assets. She literally looks back at her like Blake: She's like, what does stipulate it mean? And then if you're if Casey: Zero assets. Okay. Blake: you're if you're listening, it's like Meredith tells Whitney that Jen is zero assets, and then the editors cut to Jen in like a Cinco de Mayo like Maracca outfit, and she's shaking the Maracas, walking down the stairs, going, rah, like. Casey: Right, because she is throwing a cinco de mile themed event. This isn't just cultural Blake: Yeah it's called it's called Casey: I mean, I guess it is cultural appropriation, but it's not on the wrong day at least. We actually don't even know that. This could have been like in Blake: Right. Which is okay. That's well we don't Casey: in January. Blake: It's called a Cinco de Mayo Caliente party. for Casey: My bad. Blake: for those who are wondering. so anyway, that so Mer Meredith basically says like I'm not comfortable going to this dinner if Jen's paying for it because she told the government she has no money and then Whitney's like it's I understand that like the husband's are paying for this. And she's like, okay. And I'm like, Yeah, like didn't we didn't we already establish that that's what this whole trip was? Like why are you like why are you acting like Jen's randomly paying f like you guys were g you would you needed to eat dinner tonight. Like that was obviously in the plan, like Casey: Like you're basically saying why did Jen have to brand this as her party when we're on a trip that all of our husbands are paying for? Like it's not her trip, so like why did we have to do this? But she should have just said that instead of like painting Blake: Right. Casey: it as like I'm uncomfortable if Jen pays for me. Like it's it's gonna be fine. Blake: Like, I'm a girl, I'm sure Jen's not paying for your dinner anytime soon. Casey: I'm sure you're not gonna go to the slammer because Jen Shaw got you a maracca at the Cinco de Mayo caliente party. Like I think I think it's gonna be fine. I I mean maybe I could be wrong. They're all like tweaking this whole season. Like the the Blake: It's Casey: conversations that are occurring are so Blake: The paranoia is like it's gobsmacking. The level of like Casey: Yes. Blake: these women are like truly Meredith and Mary called the FBI and Merritt Meredith's like, I don't want to go to prison if I eat dinner tonight. And like I'm just like, can you all like literally like this is the one time you should take as X. Like you're all being crazy. And Jen, well, she has been drinking all day, but like she's the one who's having the best time. And she's the one who faces a a time in jail. Casey: Well that's what she keeps saying is like I like could end up in jail, y'all, even though I'm innocent, quote quote. But I'm trying to Blake: Hehehehe Casey: have a good time. Like I'm trying to not fight with people, I'm trying to enjoy myself. Like she repeatedly says this every time there's an argument, even when she is a a key player in said argument. Like that's how she like takes herself blame out of it by being like, wait, guys, I need peace. Like, how dare you? Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: How dare you bring all of this energy to Blake: Yeah. Casey: me? How dare you get me like this when you know that I need to be relaxing and enjoying myself. Blake: How dare how dare you try to get the most calm lady on this cast worked up when all she needs is peace right now? How dare you? Casey: She's like, I'm on my fraud cation. Like I'm trying to enjoy my last my last few weeks of fun before the clinker. Like please, guys. Please. Which I guess she knew Blake: So they sit down. Casey: that she wasn't innocent, so she really did need to live it up. Like she was like, Please, guys, I'm not gonna be able to do this again. Fuck. Blake: Yeah. I mean, I don't think she thought she'd never done anything sketchy in her entire life, you know what I mean? Casey: Yeah. Blake: so anyway, they sit down for dinner, and Jenny starts talking to Mary, saying that she feels like Mary's been rude to her earlier on the trip. Basically, Mary Meredith and Jenny went to a spa and they were talking about their husbands and like when they asked Mary, Mary was like, I don't wanna talk about my husband in front of her, I don't know her and so Jenny's just like, Mary, you've just been rude to me and Mary like is just like, I don't care She's like, I really don't Casey: Yeah, Mary has given up on Jenny, like on any type of pleasantry at this point. And it like things get worse between them, but for Mary it like can't get worse because she is like she already has the lowest opinion and thought of her. So it's really for Jenny that it like descends. Cause Mary like just one day was like, yeah no more. Like I'm not even gonna listen to her talk. I'm not gonna talk if she's in the room. I'm Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: gonna blatantly say I don't give a fuck when she's speaking. Like Mary's done with Jenny. Like it's over. Yeah. Blake: It's like dead on site, like your ghost to me. so Heather says, like, you know, Jenny's husband also pitched into this trip, like, you know, I feel like, you know, she has every right to be here. We sh you know, you have to be kind to her. And Mary goes, Why is that relevant? You don't have a husband to Heather, and Heather's like She's like, what does that have to do? She's like, I'm aware I don't have a husband. She's like, fuck you, Mary Cosby. And then Mary's like, relax. Like, Mary's kind of like, it's like ping pong balls, like everyone's like a ping pong ball coming after her. And she's like, whack, whack, whack. Like, she doesn't fucking give a fuck. Casey: No, she's over it. Blake: And then Lisa kind of leans into Meredith and goes, like, Mary's not being kind. Like, you're defending this behavior. and Meredith is just kind of like You said no one was there for you. Like, I guess no one's gonna be there for you. Like, I'm not gonna I I don't care. And Jen is telling Lisa to be consistent about being kind and brings up how Lisa wasn't there for her when she called her to like, you know, after her arrest or whatever. and then Casey: All these women like they hear a buzzword that reminds them of their grievance and they just chime in and throw it into the fucking pot. Like, you say kind? You weren't kind to me when you c called me. Like whoa. Blake: No literally. How about how about how about you be consistent about your kindness, Lisa, when you didn't call me ten episodes ago? Casey: Like speaking of of consistency, like they literally just like bounce off of one to the fucking next. Like get whoa. Blake: No, it's true. Because then Mary's like Mary is like, Lisa, Lisa, you're not real. Your whole life is fake. And the she goes she kinda just goes off on like this this tangent that is It's like not even relevant to a beef. It's just like I love how we went from Lisa, you're fake, like you're you're two-faced to like Lisa clearly doesn't value human life because she eats Taco Bell and her family's gonna die. Casey: On an existential level she does not understand the meaning of life and she doesn't care about her children having nutrients. Case close. Like, hell yeah. Blake: You your kids and yourself and your husband needs nutrients. Casey: Like low key me, like I don't really know the meaning of life and I am not feeding myself, my husband, or my children nutrients because I don't have those things. Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: But love, love that clip. I also love Jenny. You can hear her go, What's wrong with eating Taco Bell? It she later on tries to like uphold this of her being like Lisa's champion. Like she's like, I stood up for you. Like she goes, You didn't hear me. I Blake: Ha ha ha ha Casey: said what's wrong with eating Taco Bell? Like I I was Right there with you girl. Blake: Defended your human right to eat Taco Bell, Lisa. And so Mary calls Lisa the biggest liar. And then Lisa says everything about Mary's fake. She's like, your apologies are fake, your church is fake, the way you treat people is fake. And then Mary says Lisa needs to work on herself. And Lisa screams, Lisa Barlow is an amazing human being. And then Lisa says Mary's congregation is leaving because they don't understand who they're praying to or what they're praying for. And then Mary. Bans Lisa from her church and calls her the devil and says she doesn't have the devil come to her church. and Meredith essentially like kind of like defends Mary, saying that like people have been saying mean things about her or whatever, and this really triggers Lisa because she's like, like, you're not even gonna defend me when Mary comes after me. And like Lisa cries, she gets up, she leaves the table, and we have The infamous infamous Like dam Casey: Under underrated, underrated, I'm literally I'm literally gonna get up. Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: Her fucking family that poses. Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: Like why c why can't they pose? Like they're really annoying, but why aren't they allowed to pose? Whatever. Blake: I I fucking hate her family when they get up and take pictures and they're posing for the picture. Casey: Like I don't like them either girl, but what do you mean by that? really beautiful like Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: choice of language, like piece of shit garbage whore. Like wow, that is punchy. Like I love that. Real good Blake: Yeah. Mm-hmm. It was so punchy that she put it on every goddamn piece of merchandise back then. Casey: my god. Speaking of first of all, I think it's so tacky when housewives overdo it with their merch, especially too quickly or too greedily. But not even the Lisa of it all. There's a scene later on, post, post the Cinco de Mayo party. We're gonna actually get it. And Meredith is wearing this like sweatsuit and it's printed of her her own quotes and like Blake: That's Casey: For season two filming? That's crazy. Like you didn't even Blake: That's unacceptable. Casey: really have enough to do that. And the show wasn't even that big. You had one the rest hadn't even like happened when she had these made. Like that's bold. That's Blake: No. I'm sorry like Casey: bold. That gives Rosie and the slam pig merge. And even that was a bigger moment than anything Meredith had in season one. So like, come on. Blake: I think it was like I'm disengaging is what's on her fucking sweatshirt and it's like Casey: And her tagline it says she has on jealousy Blake: my. Casey: as a disease bitch, get well soon and disengaging Blake: It's just like Casey: in something else like dumb. Blake: it's just like you like you you can't as a housewife, like, that's too meta. Like, we you still have Casey: Yes. Blake: to maintain the wall up of like the fans get to enjoy it and they get to come up with like what they like and they get to talk about it and quote it. But like you should be wearing like a fucking Lululemon hoodie or something. Like, why are you fucking wearing Casey: Right. One to two pieces of merch because you still gotta make a coin and you know, fine. But you can't like wear it yourself and this wasn't Blake: No Casey: even something she was selling. Like th did you get this commissioned for yourself? Like I'm so fucking embarrassed. Like you know, like what did Brooks make it and his like or did he pay some like someone in a sweatshop to make it? 'Cause you know he's not doing that shit himself. So whatever, man. Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: Besides the point, but this party sends them all into pandemonium inside the house, like still whole house mad. in the Zion house unleashed. Like everyone kind of like stormed off in different directions. Everybody's really mad. Like so it's chaotic. but in the in the chaos. I think Mary Cosby thought she was escaping the cameras when when she got this clipped. Blake: She don't even know. She looked Like was she was she staring at Heather through the window? Casey: Yes, I'm pretty sure. I think I genuinely think that Whitney drunk Whitney and Heather drunk as fuck were still sitting at that table outside Blake: Ha ha. Casey: and Mary's up in her room like Blake: She's like she's like standing like very like respectfully with her hands clasped, like she's like gazing out the window, she's like, Heather true snobbiness of a real Mormon. She don't even know she look inbred. So good. Yeah. They were they were really Casey: Like that's f insane. They get a lot of inbred comments, B Whitney and Heather, this season. It's tough for them to Blake: like this was the peak of their cousinness, I feel. Casey: Mm-hmm. Yeah. Cause this is before they have their falling out next season, and that's when like they kinda separate a little bit more. But whole house mad, Meredith is still mad, but she's become more mad, actually, less at the Jen conversation from the dinner. Like Jen and her like are kinda like whatever, like they're done. Like at at this moment in time, there's not even worth like still arguing. But Meredith gets mad as fuck about the questioning of the father's memorial. Like Blake: Which Whitney chooses Casey: She Blake: to drunkenly waltz into the home and start. Like Meredith looks absolutely bedraggled after that dinner. And Whitney is like, I'm not done yet. Like I'm still having a good time. And she like sits right down next to Meredith and is like, I have another topic we could discuss. I've been hearing that you lied about your father's memorial. Which We know with Meredith you don't touch the family. Casey: Mm-mm. And like she's saying this in like a like let me equate this, like my father dying in his memorial. Like, let me pick something that I know has been extremely painful for you. Like, cause like that would be the level of gravity. Like, she's not trying to like really poke at Whitney and her dad. She's just trying to say, like, stress how deep this is to her. Like, to be like, but whenever whenever anybody does this in real life on Housewives, all the per person hears is, you just threw my trauma in. My face. Like they're not really thinking about the comparison. So Whitney's like, my dad! Like, how dare you speak about my dad? Like, so like Whitney's getting mad. but she does kind of pull it together. She goes, I mean, I just asked you the question, like, was I supposed to hire a PI to find it out? Like, you tell me. Gagger! End her, ender. And Meredith at this point, like, goes non-verbal. She's so mad at Whitney. She's like, just kind of like. Blake: She No, her eye is twitching like Casey: Tweaking out of her. Blake: she looks she's like it looks like sh her head's about to Casey: And Mary Cosby is witnessing it. Blake: The way she like sort of shakes her head. Women. Casey: One word spoken in that 30-second clip, and but all of it is comedic genius. If you if you aren't watching that clip, like honestly, like take the time to to go pull it up through YouTube and just watch this one specific clip. Because the way Meredith is looking at Whitney, the music, the silence between Meredith and Whitney while they stare at each other, like they are having a full conversation with just their angry eyes. They're like. Blake: No, literally it's like it's like Meredith's and then my favorite thing is how Meredith I was fully expecting her to like stand up and walk away. She just like turns she like turns her little kitchen like stool, her like swively stool to the other Casey: I know. Blake: side and just is like, Alright, now you can talk to my back. Like she doesn't even like Casey: Like just in case she was gonna say anything, like while she's slowly getting up like do you have anything else to say or no? and you know, this this begins like the the father memorial talk. So Meredith gets like even more angry and she's like stalking around the house like screaming like, Who was speculating on my father's death? Like, speak up now. And Whitney's like, We all were a girl, like she's drunk as hell. She's like, It wasn't just me, like it was everyone. And basically the women are like, All right, regardless of if we were or not, yeah, maybe it was shitty, like whatever. But just tell us what day the memorial was. Like, come on. That That'll clear everything up. And Meredith refuses to tell them. And on one hand, I get it, because like on principle, they really shouldn't be debating this, is Meredith's take. Like, it shouldn't matter what day my father's memorial was. Even if I did tell you the wrong day, maybe I was grieving my father's death and just like said it was Tuesday when it was really Monday. Like, you know, that's you have a lot going on. Your friend's getting arrested, your dad's dead. Like, maybe she just like didn't like say the right thing. so she's like, no, I'm not gonna confirm what day it was, because this is ridiculous, and like I'm not gonna do that. So like I kind of understand, and ultimately they're debating between like a difference of like one day. Like it's not like there's like this crazy discrepancy, like it's Monday and Tuesday. Like she like it's Blake: Ultimately, whatever happened doesn't matter. Like it's it's not gonna get you guys any closer to like whether Meredith called the cops or not, you know what I mean? Casey: Yeah, even if she even if you catch her in that lie, it's not like that's proof of anything. Like, my bad. Blake: Worst case, it's like, she lied and didn't want to ride on the sprinter van with you guys. And could you blame her? Have those gone well? Casey: Again, her dad is dead. Like maybe she wants just like a peaceful plane ride herself. Blake: Right. Like, I just think that To assume someone would lie about that is already low. And I don't think that she actually would. So like I get why she's just like No. Casey: Yeah. I don't th I it wasn't giving that she was lying. I genuinely think it was a like a like she was talking to multiple people about like these grief like grief events is like you're constantly telling people when it is, like yeah, we have to do this, we have to do the wake, we have to do like she just probably got it wrong and like they are Blake: Yeah. Casey: all like spiraling out of control. So I understand why she's mad and I understand why she doesn't want to like engage to use her favorite word, but also From the women's point of view, it's like you refusing to answer it now makes us think that something is even more fishy. Like 'cause it looks we now feel like we caught you and you won't say it because you know that we caught you. But you feel the opposite. So they're just at an impasse and like it's not gonna go anywhere productive. Meredith isn't gonna change her mind on it being offensive and effed up and she's really, really mad again. Good God. It usually kind of Whitney becomes the figurehead for most of these movements because she gets drunk and she doesn't gaff. Like she Talk to anyone about any of it. Like I feel like I'm like her where like I would rather just be out there even if I get shot because I like am one who said it. Like I feel more comfortable being like, Okay, like did you do this? Like s or no. Like maybe not like did you get her arrested? Blake: I just answer the question. Casey: But like, girl, th they think you were at the memorial on Tuesday and she thinks you were out there on Monday. Like which day were you there? Like it's not. Blake: Yeah, like I we could put this to bed right now, like it's not deep. Casey: But it that doesn't work that way, obviously. Blake: But it is deep. Casey: It is very deep. And we go back from Zion and things are fractured, obviously, in pretty much like every direction. yeah. Blake: Yeah. And we we we go to the finale party, but before we go to the finale party, Whitney makes sure to set up what is now known as the infamous paint scene where she and Justin have this like sexual paint number in their room that s he it's Casey: Right. It's like a touching, like they're she's in a bikini, they're like spanking each other. It's Blake: like a a a very rare miss on on Miss Miss Rose's part and As we now know, Justin lost his job for this scene. you know, his I guess his boss didn't find it arousing. but then then we or he was questioning certain things about himself. Casey: Or he found it too arousing. Blake: So then we move to the finale party, which is like some Vita cocktail event, whatever. And really not like the most like Eventful at finale party, I would say. Really, like Whitney pulls Mary aside to apologize for talking about her church. She says she didn't say anything that wasn't like already out there. Mary obviously is like, you know, well, you shouldn't have said it to begin with. And Whitney says, like, she probably wouldn't have talked about it if Mary didn't put her down. and Mary says, like, you know, that Mary's not that, you know, she's not a mean person. she like doesn't put people down or whatever. And Jenny overhears this, and you know, Jenny. Jenny's still mad at Mary. So Jenny butts in and Mary again tells her to shut up. Mary Mary does make another racial comment. She goes, don't get hood on us. and then Mary walks away and Jenny is trying to chase her, trying to talk to her, and Mary just like ref like is like, You're a gnat, I'm swatting you away. And then Jenny throws a glass at Mary. And Mary's just like she's kind of like amused by it almost and she's just like, okay, like I'm gonna go, I guess. Like this is a little bit Casey: Well she throws it like and she makes this distinction to try and be like I'm not like an attack I didn't attack Mary. Sh I threw it at the floor. If I wanted it to hit Mary, it would have hit Mary. you know, like which whatever. But yeah, she like crashes out. And honestly. Blake: Right. It's like, well that makes it a lot more kouth that you threw it on the floor and not a f at her face, I guess, like Casey: Right. Right. Like okay, that takes you down from assault to just general debauchery and class lack of a lack of class, yeah. Blake: To like like the threat of assault, I guess. Yeah. Casey: but it's like funny too because Mary and Jenny, you know, this is the the final party, so this is their last interaction ever, probably in their lives. Because Blake: Ever. Ever. Casey: Mary doesn't come to the reunion after this, which is obviously a big point of contention because some people are like, You're fired. Like you could never come back here again if you skip the reunion, the people who act like there's like some strict housewives rule book, like okay, whatever. It's kind of annoying, but we'll move on. but also I didn't I don't know how long they've had this up for 'cause like I don't think I've watched the reunion recently, but they have a frickin' PSA before part one of the reunion. And that's like this was filmed before Jenny Nguyen's comments were found. Like, so they are not addressed on camera. Her racist remarks, like PSA. Which Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: is just like crazy. but yeah, Mary's not there. The women are all like, wait, Mary's like really not coming. Are you being serious? Like, that's dumb. Like, she was very involved in a lot of this. So, well. and like everyone has issues with her besides Meredith. So everyone's like, okay, well, guess we're not talking about. my grievances with Mary. and sidebar Jenny second chair at this reunion over Meredith. I mean if I were Meredith like I would have like committed an atrocity against Bravo HQ. Like how are you gonna put Jenny Nguyen second C above me? Like that's foul. Blake: Especially when if like the minute Mary didn't show up it's like, so you've no storyline now, so you're plopped in the back. Goodbye. Like Casey: Right. And actually Merrieth has a very she's really upset about this on camera actually. Blake: Ha ha ha. Ha ha ha. Casey: Okay, so she wasn't actually verclempt over being third seat behind Jenny, but she she could have been. She should have been verclemed over that. I don't even know what she was actually verklempt over, but really, really Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: good. I mean, using the word verklempt any day is like already like okay. But using the word verklempt in that feather ensemble at the very end of the couch. Blake: Her cookie monster outfit. Casey: Girl I was just gonna say Blake: Which which designed by Brooks Marks, of course. Casey: designed by Brooks Marks, by the way. God, he sucks. Me and the Marks men Blake: Got it. Noted. Casey: are not on good terms. and whatever. I didn't even remember him. I'm like, I thought you just said something about reading. Like you read a book or something. Blake: I kind of like Reed though. The older one. Yeah, 'cause he's not on No, Reed. No I mean like separately, sure, but like Reed marks the one who's not on camera, like the older brother who just like randomly will be there and he's like, Hey. Yeah. I mean he hasn't committed a war crime, so Casey: Okay. Whatever. Kia Kia Marks like next. but one of the crazy things about this reunion is that somehow between the episodes that we just discussed and the reunion, Jen and Meredith are fine, sort of. Like they're rebuilding their relationship. They're definitely not angry with each other. Meredith says something like Andy basically is like like are you really mad with Jen? Like she really like said a lot of stuff to you, like you seemed really mad with her all season. Meredith, like what do you want to say about this? And Meredith is like I don't blame Jen. I don't blame Jen at all. Like with the information that people were feeding her, of course she thought to say these things to me. Like I I honestly probably owe Jen an apology. Like she was being kind, actually. And Jen's like, Thank you, Meredith, for saying that because actually like you know, whatever she says, like she's so vindicated and Lisa Lisa is gagged. She's like, wait a damn minute. What do you mean what do you mean you don't blame Jen? And what do you mean you're cool with Meredith? Like Jen's like, we're we're working on it. Like We're getting back to a good place. Blake: Right. Casey: you might as well have skipped the reunion too, if you guys are gonna have this thing happen off camera. Because what the hell are we talking about that y'all are like not enemies for this reunion? It's like, okay, no wonder Meredith's in the third the third seat. Because without that, I guess what is she gonna talk about? I don't know. But yeah, part one, I would say also the notable Aspect of the part one of the reunion is they get into the racism at play on this season, mostly by Mary, who has made several racially insensitive comments. We mentioned the Mexican thug comment. We mentioned the the slanty eyes. Andy says this. I didn't catch this, but maybe it like wasn't didn't make the final cut or it was like subtle. Andy says you also brought up Jenny's. yellow tone a few times. Yeah. Blake: She did I sh I did hear that, yeah. She did say that. Casey: I was like, and yeah, and so they play a montage of all of these moments without Mary being there. And it is like Good God, like all together like that with her not there. I mean, no wonder she didn't show up. Like that is that's crazy. And she probably wouldn't have gotten away with it if Jenny wasn't outed to be like an even worse racist shortly after the reunion. Or even it Blake: Yeah. Casey: might have even come out that she was racist like in between the reunion airing. Like it might have even been during the season. But you know, that ultimately kind of saves it because the person she was mostly offending was Jenny. So it kind of got Like, well, they canceled each other out because they both were being extremely racist to each other's cultures. So Blake: And they both end up getting fired anyway, so it was kinda Casey: Yeah. Blake: like, All right. Casey: And Andy's like, yeah, I called Mary and I I addressed this with her when she said she wasn't coming. And she told me that that black people can't be racist. So Heather, let's talk about your your struggle with fate this season. Why don't we? And you know, it's like, wait, and Jenny's like, wait a second, Blake: Mm-hmm. Casey: like can we backtrack? Because she can absolutely be racist. And it's like, right, and so can you. That's how you know, because you know that Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: people of color can be racist firsthand. So she's like, wait Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: a second, we exist. Exists. Blake: Representation. Casey: It's crazy. and yeah, they're all kind of like, well, This sucks, but Mary's not here. So what can we really do about this? I'm not gonna Blake: Right. Casey: get myself in a situation with Mary or a racial, you know, in a racially sensitive topic. Like if I can stay out of that one because she's not here, I'm just gonna, you know, let that go. But Andy kind of goes, and by the way, Jenny, like we got a few questions being like, why did you speak to Mary with a black scent? Like often as well, like flipping it back to Jenny. And Jenny, Jenny's like, okay, like that's just so ridiculous. Like I have my accent that I have from where I'm from, blah blah blah blah. And she goes, ladies, come on. You were there. Did I ever use a black set? Dead, dead quiet. Crickets Blake: Ha ha. Casey: absolutely pan, like straight faces when the camera pants to the women. They're like, and they just move on from this. Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: Yeah, that's part one of the reunion and that's like the thing that I feel like Mary was like definitely not wanting to deal with. I mean she was also done with these women, but I think she also knew that she like would have had a lot to answer for too. So she was like, I'll see you. Blake: Yeah, I'm sure she saw what was tweeted about her and like how people responded to the season and she was like, whatever, I'm over it. And like Casey: Right, and Andy called her and said, like asked her about it so she knew it was coming as well. So she was like, Yeah, I'm good. I'm not coming. Blake: So part two of the reunion essentially focuses on some of the Mary church allegations, which again, not there, so it's kinda like we really took the wind out of our sails for a lot of this conversation. Casey: Yeah, it's tough. Blake: Whitney says that she texted Cameron, the church member who came out and told Meredith all the stuff about Mary's church. and he said he was ready to come out about Mary and that the congregation believes Mary is God. Lisa and Whitney say that there's like a support group for ex members of Mary's church. but I I think before the reunion happened, Cameron had died. Like I think he dies like he dies I forgot how, but I remember they were talking yes Casey: He's dead? Like while they're talking about this? Blake: Yeah, by the time the reunion happens, like he dies, it's like a tragic, like young death or whatever, but then everyone's it's kind of like adds to the conversation because they're like, he was ready to come out and talk about Casey: They thought Mary did it? Blake: it. Like they didn't say that, but like that's like the in between the the lines, so that's like kind of what Whitney's kinda getting at. anyway, we ca there's not really much to say about it because Mary's not there. and then they pivot to the Casey: Rest in peace. Blake: they pivot to the hot mic moment. And Meredith is livid and she's like, there's absolutely nothing that I did that justifies what Lisa said about me in that hot mic moment. and I would agree, Casey: I think that's true. I agree with her on that. Blake: I would agree. I think that was like a complete meltdown on Lisa's part. Casey: Like being annoyed with her is maybe justified after that night, but like saying all that shit was she was harbouring that Blake: I mean, she was upset about yeah, exactly. She was upset about the same thing that Meredith was upset about, and Meredith never let it get there. So but then Meredith also kind of brings up the fact that like Lisa never called her to check on her father or to check on her when her father was dying. and all she did was like attack Meredith about being friends with Mary and like s tried to be friends with Jen while Meredith was going through this with her father, blah blah blah. And Lisa says she did call, and Meredith was like, it was two days after my father had already died. And then Heather chimes in and is like, Lisa texted her after Heather's father died that she hopes Heather's father is feeling better. And Heather had to be like, he died. So they're Casey: He's dead. Blake: kind of just both like, you know, Lisa's a shitty friend. Casey: Right, like they're like, Yeah, there she goes. Blake: Yeah, basically Meredith reads this like sappy text that she sent to Lisa about how she's gonna need extra support from a friend, and like she's like, I sent that to her. And what is she going to do? The hot mic. And so Lisa apologizes, and just says she feels Meredith was rejecting her because of her relationship with Jen. They don't get anywhere, but like they just kind of explain, I guess, what made it so heated. And that's where they leave it. Casey: And then part three, they bring out the husbands, which is basically pointless besides Sharif. Like we literally didn't need really anybody else besides like two questions for Seth and like a question to Justin and like but we really just need to talk to Sharif. And like I said, my favorite actor is coming out when he comes out. Like he's ready to perform with Jen. And you just know that like for them to go on this reunion, both Jen like solo and then knowing that Sharif was gonna be in a segment with her, you know the rehearsals. They had with their lawyers were tight. Like they were like, and then if he's if he asks you this, you say this. Like, because they could have gotten like a lot of extra issues based on the things they say. But you know, Andy tries to tries to pull some stuff out of them. And they'd bring up the internal bleeding call. And Andy's like, okay, like, so were you internally? Like, what's the deal? Like, what was that real? And Jen's like, 100% that was a real call. And Sharif kind of like is I'm I was at a doctor's appointment because I've been having issues. I have a history of rectal bleeding slash like gastrointestinal gastrointern bleeding. And that's his answer to like, were you internally bleeding? So like no. Like no. Technically no. Not in Blake: Like I wasn't. Casey: the way that Jen was making it sound. and Jen's like, no, of course it wasn't a tip off. Like if it was a tip off I I wouldn't have been there. So no, debunked. Like Blake: Ha ha Casey: Boom. Blake: ha. Casey: And it's like, well, girl, it could have just been a late tip-off. Like it could still be a tip-off, right? Like, just Blake: Yeah, like not a very good tip or offer. Casey: because it was it was delayed doesn't mean it wasn't a tip-off. Like, she's Blake: She's like myth busted. They're like, not really. Casey: like sharif rectal bleeding. Debunked. Tip-off. Nope. Blake: Ha ha ha ha. Casey: I was already there. Debunked. I'm so innocent. You guys, are we seeing this? Like, it's crazy. Blake: She's like, if I can just manage to do this in court, then I'm good. They're like, I don't know about that, actually. Casey: And it's they they're like they are unflappable. Like they are not getting flapped by Andy's questioning. He even goes to Sharif, like, were you ever curious? Like about Jen's spending and like her money. And Sharif is like, Absolutely not. My wife is a hardworking woman. She she works, she has many, she's had many businesses. She provides for the family, for her family, for friends. She's so she's so diligent. Like, wow. And Jen's Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: like, I just love And she Blake: Ha ha Casey: she takes this into being like, and honestly, people questioning my wealth is interesting because you wouldn't be questioning it if I wasn't a woman of color. Like, no, no, not this right now. We're questioning Blake: Yeah, I mean Casey: it because you're under investigation for fraud by the FBI. Blake: Yeah, 'cause you were arrested by like three different agencies in the federal government. So I feel like that's why we're questioning it. Casey: She again was like, and I got y'all. Like boom. Blake: charges are dropped the next day. They're like, wait, guys, guys, were the charges low-key racist? Like guys, drop. Innocent drop, your honor. Drop the charges, dead ass. Casey: Drop drop these low key. and and that's really it. Ted as drop them right now, for real. I just watched SLC Reunion Part Three and we gotta we gotta axe this. Blake: Guys, this is not looking good for us. Casey: Sharif and Jen are ready to go. Like they are they are rehearsed boots. Like we gotta have our game on. Like, let's go. Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: and one thing that's interesting for like later Salt Lake dynamics is Heather says that she loves Jen regardless of whether or not she's guilty, which we know is is true. Heather doesn't really Blake: We know that. Casey: care. And final moment, Andy like is getting close to closing out the reunion. He's like, Jen, how are you feeling about the trial? And she's like, you I'm ready to fight. For justice. I'm I'm ready to speak my truth. And he goes, The New York State Attorney's success rate is ninety five percent. What do you think? What do you think about that, Jen? I would Blake: I'll just leave you with that little tidbit of information. Casey: have been like, Fuck you, Andrew. Like you can choke on a Blake: I would have been like Casey: on a dick. Blake: like literally like you know what? and my kill rate's a hundred percent and I'm Casey: Yeah. Blake: about to kill you bitch Which like a person who's like fully like Might as well let Casey: Pulls out gun like if I'm going to prison anyways Blake: you up, motherfucker! And so then yeah, basically the reunion ends with everyone getting shot dead by Genshaw and the show is ultimately cancelled. and that that's our show, guys. Thank you for listening. Cause Andy's gone. Casey: The whole net the whole network is actually canceled because yeah, it's just the tragedy was too much to my god. Blake: And that's the story of Genshaw You got you got really it got so Casey: I was getting really really creative with the liberties of the storytelling. I'm like, Meredith is a cop and Jed shoots everyone at the reunion. We get a one-star Blake: No wonder the show is so popular, damn. Casey: review that's like this is becoming fanfic. Like Blake: Th like this is gory and violent and my my child was listening to it and it it Casey: I don't even know what's actually happening and what you guys are making up anymore. Like Blake: So none of that happened. It was a two hour long episode and none of that happened. There was a lot. Casey: I know that's crazy. But there was a lot to say. Like we really try, you guys. Like I s I sit with our episode planning notes and I cut out so much shit. Like it's cr crazy. It's crazy. Blake: We cut a lot of nonsense. Like important stuff that like yeah, this was literally like the we had to share all of this information. Like this was core. Casey: Like this was the best that we could do. And I I even felt like all right I'm I just did that a little speedy. Blake: Yeah, no, I feel like we were like tight with it and it still was like damn, here we sit. Here we sit two hours later. but Casey: Ugh. Well, that's that. Blake: thank you guys for sitting through f for sitting through our fan fiction. and Casey, what do we have next week? For those who haven't checked the schedule Casey: Check the schedule, but if you didn't, we're doing the best of Nene Motherfricking leaks. So tune in for the Queen, tune in for Blake: The coin Casey: the OG. Obviously there's gonna be probably way too many moments to even get to in just one episode, so we'll get to a lot of them and come find out which ones, because we'll select.
