- 0:56[SPEAKER_02]: Got them in tank tops.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_02]: I know Luke loves them.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely loves them, dude.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_02]: He's a tank top queen.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_02]: That's all they wear, it's apparently.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_02]: It's our little inside joke here at the studio.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_02]: I kids, we got a big show today, this Candice Owens thing is his madness, Anthony.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_02]: Candice Owens is a genius, apparently.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_02]: Tyler Robinson wants to dodge the death penalty because his bullets only hit the intended targets.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_02]: when it killed conservative activists Charlie Kirk, his lawyers wildly argued in a new court document that was released, a Robinson's attorneys claims that no other person was in danger.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_02]: They're in Kirk's turning point, USA.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_02]: Is this real?
- 1:45[SPEAKER_02]: Is what this show is called fake news?
- 1:46[SPEAKER_02]: Is this real?
- 1:47[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, the evidence presented supports that the bullet travel to Bub not through the crowd.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_08]: Defense attorney's wrote and documents late Tuesday to stop the case from proceeding to trial.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_08]: prosecutors countered that Robinson Lotus rifle with four rounds suggests that he knew he could miss and thereby putting others in danger.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_08]: So this isn't an admission of guilt per se.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_08]: They're saying that the case is being tried with the presumption of something like a mass shooting and the reason they want to do that is because Utah's got a moratorium, I think, on.
- 2:23[SPEAKER_08]: the death penalty, and they want this to be a death penalty case.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_08]: The bullet that's struck and killed, this is the problematic thing for Candace Owens, and the reason why she's been added to the title today.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_08]: She's got a quote unquote debate on some show coming up with Andrew Wilson, who was a fucking retard in his own, where we talked about this guy before, he's just a
- 2:48[SPEAKER_08]: um, bad faith, uh, uh, retarition, like retaric.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_08]: He's never, he, he like, I'm a great abater and he, what do he, his whole style, you watch any debates ever done.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_08]: His whole style is to, um,
- 3:04[SPEAKER_08]: goal post shift a little bit, pick one thing that you're wrong on a technicality about and just hammer that for three or four turns on a row and then say in the clear victory he's never made a point that makes any fucking sense.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_08]: It's just it's so fucking exhausting.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_08]: But not as exhausting as Candice Owens.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_08]: Not in this case anyways because she's a legitimate crazy person and they're supposed to be debating
- 3:31[SPEAKER_08]: about whether the evidence points to Tyler Robinson as the shooter or not, and obviously you know which side can this is on.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_08]: So this is the sentence you can put that up on screen.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_08]: This is the sentence that's a big problem for her going into this debate.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_08]: blue press play.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, it's not a. Oh, the the one from the article.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_02]: I saw that in the background.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_02]: Look the one that's highlighted.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_08]: There you go.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_08]: Blow that up.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_08]: The bullet that struck and killed Mr. Kirk was not fired in an enclosed bedroom or space but would rather in an open air arena.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_08]: with what the state's witnesses that that is uh... the tranny uh... termed a clear line of sight now this is the defense trying to make the case that nobody else was in danger because they say there's nobody directly next to Kirk uh... no one on on that side of the tent etc.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_08]: etc.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_08]: so they don't elevate it to a death penalty case but even tele robinson's defense team
- 4:28[SPEAKER_08]: says that it was a bullet that killed Charlie not some exploding microphone or whatever other retarded fantasy.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_08]: These dumb dumps have been having.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_02]: Remember the little pocket gun?
- 4:40[SPEAKER_02]: Remember that one?
- 4:41[SPEAKER_02]: That debates?
- 4:41[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I do.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_08]: Now,
- 4:46[SPEAKER_08]: The defense argued that it's just as likely the shooter didn't believe he would miss despite having four rounds in the and the weapon, whether Robinson with the crowd or spectators in danger.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_08]: is a key element needed to charge him with aggravated murder, and prosecutors have to provide evidence of the so-called aggravating factor for Kirk's death to be considered a capital crime in Utah, where the death penalty does exist, but there's been a more
- 5:22[SPEAKER_08]: again, his lawyer's claim prosecutors have yet to provide any evidence that Robinson knew his action would create a great risk of death for anyone other than Kirk.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_08]: But this is effectively.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, this isn't denial and they're confirming the fact that it was a bullet
- 5:50[SPEAKER_02]: How do you know you're not going to miss?
- 5:51[SPEAKER_02]: Let's start there.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I wouldn't.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_02]: You wouldn't.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_08]: But this kid is what?
- 5:57[SPEAKER_08]: 20 years old, 21 years old.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know how much he shot in the past, but this is not a difficult shot to make.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_08]: But the thing that I'm curious about is how Owen's is going to handle this.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_08]: Because it's going to be something like Twigs is a Jew.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_08]: or is real got to him or they got to the defense or the prosecution or everybody.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe everybody's a Jew except for Candace Owens.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe she is a Jew and we just don't know it.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, Black is a real light.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, this one is a big problem for her, but it's a good, the reason that I wanted it to be the lead story is because
- 6:42[SPEAKER_08]: in a high control group, which is, you can call it, like, culture, a high control group, but they're not the only one.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_08]: Retard political movements, controlling individual relationships, whether it's a parent child or spouse or whatever, even in the workplace to some degree.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_08]: One of the functions or features rather of a high control group is what we call a sealed system.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_08]: It means no matter what evidence you throw at them, two things happens.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_08]: One, the evidence gets folded into their idea.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_08]: and it becomes proof of it and two questioning it outside of that shows that you're in securing your position which is also proof that the thing that they're the conspiracy they're presenting is true.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_08]: It's all retarded nonsense, but I want you to be prepared for it because if this debate does happen, it's going to go down in just a couple of days and you'll be able to watch it happen in real time.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_08]: You'll be able to see
- 7:42[SPEAKER_08]: a bet too bad faith actors actually but you'll be able to see one in particular uh... can't so it's try to fold overwhelming evidence to the contrary of her position and is into her position as proof of her position you get to see it in real time went what is it scheduled
- 7:58[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, look at a Marra at 10 and okay.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, so you'll get to watch if you want to watch that live go for it.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_08]: I wouldn't I think these are two of the dumbest fucking people and and and the world to be honest two of the most mid with people.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_08]: just convinced of their own intellectual superiority.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_08]: Amathia on display, if you're familiar with that phrase.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_08]: But if you're curious about how this works in a high control group and how delusional these people really are, it would be interesting to watch to see how she folds at least, you can just wait for the clips because somebody will clip it.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_08]: How she folds this new piece of information from the defense and to her worldview.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_08]: because it will be a smooth transition.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_08]: It will fold immediately into what she thinks somehow.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know how yet, but she'll make it because that's how that again, that's how a high control groups work.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_02]: I've got a guess on it.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_02]: I'm still start with he's just saying this to not get the death penalty.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_02]: You know, she'll say, hey, they met with their lawyers.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_02]: This is the best way out of the death penalty.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_02]: So he's going to admit to this thing that he did not do.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_02]: And there will be no way to prove that.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_02]: So back to your points of these two people debating each other.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_02]: You're right.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to take whatever information this is new to us, obviously.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_02]: So we're just kind of digesting it in regards to this trial and say, hey, guys, I'm still right.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_02]: It's just the fact that, you know,
- 9:27[SPEAKER_02]: He's trying to get out of the death penalty right now.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_02]: Now, on the other side of this, let's take the guy himself, Tyler Robinson, why do you want out of the death penalty?
- 9:39[SPEAKER_02]: I don't really get that.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_02]: I've never understood somebody wanting to admit to a murder, spending their rest of their life behind bars, and not wanting to die.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_02]: Like that would be a miserable existence.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_02]: He's 21 years old.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_02]: What are you going to just spend 60 years in a fucking,
- 9:55[SPEAKER_02]: on death row, essentially, or, you know, 60 years of your life, uh, just hanging out and fucking prison, like that would be awful, dude.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I don't know.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, if I were him, I would just tell my lawyers, look, man, just come in the fucking death penalty.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_02]: Let's get this over with.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_02]: And if you're trying to be some hero or martyr in this, which he clearly was trying to be based on those love letters and all that other bullshit,
- 10:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, go out and say, yeah, I fucking did this, stand up in court, say, I fucking did this.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_02]: And guess what, dude?
- 10:24[SPEAKER_02]: I'm the hero that you guys couldn't be, and fucking kill me right now.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_02]: To me, that would be the most impressive thing if you was trying to do it.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_02]: All right, cool, man, that's what you really wanted to do.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_02]: But then again, that's going to leave both of them open for their own.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_02]: debates tomorrow and who's right and who's wrong.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_02]: Now what I can't figure out is why people even want to do these in the first place.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the last you've been challenged on this a few times.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_08]: The reason he doesn't is because this is how he identifies himself as a good debate or but again, I just told you what he does.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_08]: It's not debating any meaningful way.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_08]: But the reason people want to do it is for attention and clicks.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody in the chat is asking, don't I find the influencer campaign supporting the
- 11:08[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what that means.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, do I find it concerning that people are talking about what happened?
- 11:15[SPEAKER_08]: I don't find Nancy Grace, particular concerning.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, everybody has something that they think about something, right?
- 11:23[SPEAKER_08]: But like, what do you mean by influencer campaigns?
- 11:25[SPEAKER_08]: Who's getting paid in your opinion to voice what opinion specifically?
- 11:30[SPEAKER_08]: Because I think that
- 11:33[SPEAKER_08]: The overarching theme of this is that there is a problem with true and leftist violence.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_08]: And that part of the dissident right who are actually just collectivists, as we've, as I've mentioned many, many times.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_08]: want to, they want everything to circle back to Israel for some reason.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_08]: To me, that's an op because while there's plenty of things wrong with Israel, the enemy of my enemy is my friend ideology.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_08]: Right?
- 12:03[SPEAKER_08]: So this is all something to get Islam more accepted than U.S. We'll talk more about that later in the show.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_08]: But I'm a lot more concerned with people who say out loud, they want to kill me all the time than people who want to influence elections because they're worried about their country getting wiped out of the face of the earth, frankly.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, I don't like either, obviously, but one is clearly worse.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_08]: So yeah, I'm not, no, I don't, the evidence for this.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_08]: The evidence for this case that has, especially now that we've seen all these public findings of people, of the imagery of him walking with a weird stride because he's got the buttstock and barrel of weapon down his pants before he put it together, which half a dozen people now have made videos showing that you can put that weapon together in less than 30 seconds.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_08]: What's the up yet like every everything's not an up observing reality is not an up and I just don't know What you mean when you ask that question frankly because there's no evidence to anything Candace Owens has ever said as matter fact though the the frame that she argues from and the the supporting details have all been wrong if you recall the bullet couldn't have done that well now we have bullet fragments that not only
- 13:37[SPEAKER_08]: prosecution has but the defense it mits is real of a 30 our 30 caliber fucking fragment that that bounced off his spine and and severed all kinds of shit we have this discussion she started about who was what time he was apprehended that completely dissolved as well when you have the chain of custody actually presented everything she said is fucking stupid
- 14:06[SPEAKER_08]: there's no argument there.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_08]: So what is the app?
- 14:08[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know, you'll have to ask a better question than that, because I don't see one, frankly.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_08]: The only op I see are people trying to shift this onto the cause to your, which is Israel must have done it or whatever the fuck.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, I don't know if you will pay attention to this stuff, but Tucker Carlson tried to say that the Hunter Biden laptop was in Israel op.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_08]: What the fuck are you talking about?
- 14:34[SPEAKER_02]: specifically in regards to miners, I believe.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_02]: The miners that were shown in the leaked video footage and all that other shit, and it's like, this is crazy.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_02]: Go to that fox clip that you had loaded up here and regards to this trial.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_04]: The apparent defense strategy here isn't to prove that Tyler Robinson didn't kill Charlie Kirk, but that he didn't intend to kill anyone else, and that therefore this should not be a death penalty case.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_04]: Robinson was charged with aggravated first-degree murder because prosecutors say he fired a high-powered rifle from a good distance away into a crowded turning point USA event where others, including children, could have been killed.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_04]: And at a preliminary hearing last month, they presented overwhelming video DNA and ballistic evidence to convince the judge to proceed to trial.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_04]: But in a new filing, Robinson's lawyers argued the state has failed to establish probable cause that the shooter knowingly created a great risk of death to another other than Charlie Kirk and himself.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_04]: The state is required as a matter of law to show more than a possibility that someone else may be killed by Defendant's conduct, rather that there was a high probability of that result, and that the defendant knew of that high probability.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_04]: The filing also objects to the use of hearsay evidence, including that video taped interview with Robinson's roommate and romantic partner Lance Twigs, who told investigators Robinson confessed to the crime.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_04]: The defense said the state failed to prove probable cause by reliable evidence and that therefore this case should not proceed.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_04]: Everyone is back in court on September 1st for closing arguments and then the judge will issue his ruling of Bill as you know, Judge Grath does not routinely make rulings from the bench.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_04]: So it's possible we could mark the anniversary of Charlie Curtis assassination on September 10th before we know whether his accused killer will
- 16:29[SPEAKER_08]: that's something else yeah this is i mean it's smart by the defense if they're trying to keep their client alive and i don't know if there's all there's always some kind of legal strategy here it's like um... does the
- 16:49[SPEAKER_08]: Does the fact that it's not a death penalty case change the investigation somehow or change the way they're going to lay out their case?
- 16:55[SPEAKER_08]: I think that's really important to consider.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, the funniest thing about all this.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, it's very obvious this guy clipped him.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_08]: There's been exploitation of all of his devices, no indication that there was any foreign nexus.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, what the, here's the issue.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_08]: I think, is that that one fucking little squirrely weirdo who tried to kill Trump had a foreign nexus.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_08]: He had a bunch of phones.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_08]: They fucking threw his body down a fucking ravine before anybody got a chance to really look at it and they haven't answered any of the questions at all about it.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_08]: Which feeds into this conspiratorial bullshit because that was a legitimate conspiracy.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_08]: Is it not, like this, the guy just disappeared off the face of the earth after getting fucking planked in the head and we have no answers.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_08]: There's no way somebody was fucking with me recently and I called a buddy of mine from an organization that exists in the military that does certain technical exploitation.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_08]: And I was able to find out who it was in a very short amount of time.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_08]: There's no fucking way that the U.S. government with the access they have would not have been able to exploit his devices, and that is 100% unbelievable.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_02]: I agree, and if there's a conspiracy that all buy into, it's that one for the guy that Matthew Thomas Matthew Crooks.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_02]: This one no, because all right, let's say Israel page it or whatever the fuck it was.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_02]: You could come out and say that in court, or you could also plead not guilty, because didn't they, didn't can't have someone's at one point say that Tyler Robinson was not the shooter?
- 18:42[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, she said a who fucking knows what she said.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_08]: The problem is, um,
- 18:46[SPEAKER_08]: uh... that somebody says they wouldn't let Joe can't investigate the foreign nexus his office does not do collections or investigations it was not his job to investigate anything that is come that this is this is you
- 19:02[SPEAKER_08]: Please learn a little bit and understand, this is not a criticism by the way, this is something that we all need to do a little bit better.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_08]: It's something that that guy that we posted on Tuesday said, that I think is really important.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_08]: We are asking of people stuff that is outside of their constitutional purview or their job duty.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_08]: And then we think that it's a conspiracy or some kind of failure that it didn't happen the way that we expected it to happen.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_08]: No, that's a failure of us not understanding how things work.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_08]: You're asking politicians or bureaucrats do things that they don't have the Constitutional authority to do.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_08]: And to be fair, they're telling you that they're going to do it, even though they know for a fact they don't have the Constitutional authority to do it.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_08]: Joe Kent, in the role that he was in, does not have the fucking authority or capacity to do what you're saying they wouldn't let him do.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_08]: That is not a thing.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_08]: I think Joe has gone a little bit off the deep end.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think he was ever particularly conservative.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_08]: He was a Bernie Bruo in 2016, for example.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_08]: I don't dislike the guy necessarily.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_08]: I'll tell you this.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_08]: I talked to some buddies of mine about this guy sometimes.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_08]: If we were planning a kinetic operation to go kill somebody, I would 100% want that dude in charge of it.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_08]: Or someone very much like him.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_08]: But as far as Intel collection and analysis, that is not what he does.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_08]: And it's, there is this thing where we think somebody, because they're good at one thing, that they would be good at something else, even if it's in the same generalized category.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_08]: That's not true.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_08]: It's not how things work, okay?
- 20:42[SPEAKER_08]: Just to be clear.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_08]: Again, I think, I don't think Joe is a bad person.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_08]: So I'm not going to talk shit.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_08]: But,
- 20:49[SPEAKER_08]: That piece of evidence, I understand why you might think that if you don't know the facts of this particular case, but that's not how it works.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_08]: His office has no collection, responsibility or authority, and it has no analysis.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_08]: It has fusion, like it can take analysis and collections from other people and fuse it, and then do stuff like that, but that's not
- 21:13[SPEAKER_08]: what we're talking about here, right?
- 21:15[SPEAKER_08]: The people who would investigate this are the FBI and perhaps the CIA, if they indeed found a foreign nexus, and then some elements that will go unnamed, but not Joe Kent.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_08]: He's not, like, it's like,
- 21:30[SPEAKER_08]: something happens at your company in the finance department and your chief marketing officer wants to go investigate.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_08]: That's not how the fucking company works, man.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_08]: I'm sorry.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_02]: And also in regards to the last thing with this Tyler Robinson thing, if he did not do it, he just would have started off with not guilty.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_02]: That's it.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_02]: I had to do this.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_08]: Well, this is a video about that is against surveillance or anything else.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_08]: This is about the Thomas Crooks thing.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_08]: This is about the Thomas Crooks thing that they don't, people don't think Joe is allowed to investigate.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_08]: Well, somebody, I don't know what investigation to be to your point.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_08]: GVC, I think it is, to your point, we don't know what investigation took place.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_08]: We got bits and pieces and Trump was in our office.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not, there isn't, yeah, Trump was in an office yet.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_08]: The, um,
- 22:17[SPEAKER_08]: idea that there might have been a cover up, I think, is I think that's a decent idea because we don't even know who was in charge from April of 2024 until fucking January of 2025.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_08]: We have no idea who was actually running the government.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_08]: We know it wasn't Biden because he was a fucking space cadet that whole time.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_08]: So, it is fair to say that the crook situation is fucked, but let's clear out some of these details.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_08]: Joe can has nothing to do with that, but that doesn't mean that he isn't right to say what the fuck, right?
- 22:52[SPEAKER_08]: Because I think he is right to say what the fuck, frankly.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_08]: And I think that's feeding into a lot of this conspiratorial bullshit.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_08]: Now, I'll say, again, what I've said before, I don't think that Trump,
- 23:03[SPEAKER_08]: Trump is the most petty human being that's ever served in political office in this country.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_08]: I don't believe he would just let it go.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_08]: So if there's evidence out there, he's either leveraging it against somebody or he's using it to plan something.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_08]: I don't fucking know.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_08]: Or they couldn't exploit it, but I don't believe that last one.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_08]: I've watched these guys, the person who
- 23:26[SPEAKER_08]: that I work with on some of this stuff, the well, the persons, there's multiple people.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_08]: They don't even work for the goddamn government anymore.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_08]: They're still capable of doing this.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_08]: With having the compute power,
- 23:39[SPEAKER_08]: that the US government has to exploit these devices.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_08]: There's no fucking way that they didn't trace this somewhere.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_08]: It leads to a country through a VPN or something like that.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_08]: I don't believe it.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_08]: I just don't believe that.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_08]: So that's a good question, right?
- 23:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_02]: And by the way, I agree.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_02]: And I think because of these two events happen so close to one another,
- 24:01[SPEAKER_02]: I think the conspiracy of the Matthew Crooks thing immediately fed into this.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_02]: Well, this has got to be a conspiracy.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_02]: I think you have to treat both cases completely separate here.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_02]: And during that time period with Thomas Matthew Crooks, Trump was in an office.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_02]: Um, somebody else was running the FBI.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody else was in all those positions.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_02]: He didn't take office till seven months later.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_02]: Six and a half, roughly.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_02]: So,
- 24:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, now I agree with you as far as how petty Trump is.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, dude, if somebody tries to kill you in particular Trump, I think that he would go to the ends of the earth to find out who the fuck it is, but I don't know that they have the info for it.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_02]: So who knows, uh, the body was destroyed.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_02]: The body was spurned what cremated 10 days later, so it's like that.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_02]: So, I mean, if you're willing to go through that, what else you're willing to cover up there, that one all buy into.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_02]: This one, not so much.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_02]: If you're not guilty, you're not guilty in this case.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think there's a shot to put a bow on this?
- 24:58[SPEAKER_02]: That's the judge.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_02]: We'll try to wrap this up like that, the lady on Fox said, on the day of Charlie's death?
- 25:08[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_08]: I don't, I mean,
- 25:11[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know how busy the murder courts are in Utah to be honest.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_08]: This isn't just about the judge.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_08]: Obviously, they can schedule whatever they want, but there's also extending certain chances.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_08]: They don't know.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_02]: Because I don't know who the judges are or anything like that.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_02]: If he's right, he's left.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_02]: Usually we hear about that stuff beforehand.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_02]: Because yeah, if he was
- 25:37[SPEAKER_02]: But sure we can serve it if he would probably push that date to coincide with it.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_02]: That's just my guess here, but I have no idea.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_02]: All right, that'll bring us to our first advertiser that is mybookie.com promo code drinking Bros doubles.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_02]: That first deposit up to $1,000 or they've got the bet back right now, which is awesome.

- 26:13[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think I've ever seen a company do it that high, where you can just bet 500 on one thing and then just walk away.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_02]: My bookies doing it.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_02]: So, uh, God, that's a, that's a, that's a bold move of cotton.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of games out there that are, that are, that are locks that are coming up college footballs kicking off here into weeks NFL's kicking off here in three weeks were about to get in the stink of it.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_02]: If you want to bet on the Super Bowl winners and national championship winners.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_02]: now is your best time.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_02]: Those futures are very very high this year.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_02]: In particular in college football, usually it's three to one, starting off at six to one for the the favorite there.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_02]: So if you're dropping some coin, now's the one to do it on it.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_02]: And if you're asking, hey, can I put the whole $500 on a Super Bowl winner or a national championship winner?
- 27:04[SPEAKER_02]: answers yes and you can write that out so let's take the rams and the rams are favored right there look in five fifty to one let's say you put that whole five hundred on the rams pay off it but twenty eight hundred dollars so that you could just cash out go home that would be fun and then you can just watch the whole season and enjoy it's
- 27:24[SPEAKER_02]: It's my knowledge.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if Aaron Donald is said he's coming back yet, but he isn't workouts.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_02]: Those numbers will go up.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_02]: And if you are a Rams fan, now's the time to get that bet in.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_02]: Bills are second on there and don't sleep on the Chief of Bangle of Moved Up.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_02]: to 15 to one.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_02]: All right, shit, shit.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_02]: Burrow in the house.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_02]: Can't wait for college to kick off and the NFL.

- 27:57[SPEAKER_02]: Winner lose, you're going to get it back to it.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_02]: Next up, Chinese thieves, fund Kathy Hockel.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_02]: Kathy Hockel received 55,000.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_02]: in campaign contributions from social adult daycare centers or S.A.D.C.'
- 28:14[SPEAKER_02]: 's in fraud plagued flushing queens record show.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_02]: Almost half of those donations can be linked to two men, local power broker, Bailey Zeng, and Yenemann Scheng.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_02]: I can't give it a pretty good shot.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_02]: Alright, I'll warm it up this morning.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_02]: It all warm up the old
- 28:37[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
- 28:58[SPEAKER_02]: Shout-out to that.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_02]: Personally donated $10,000, as well as another $5,000 through his Bawa King, adult daycare, financial disclosures show.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_02]: Zang's various businesses have claimed at least $32 million from Medicaid since 2018 on behalf of ten of thousands of patients.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_02]: Now,
- 29:24[SPEAKER_02]: Not like Zang, this is with an S-H, runs living well day care, which donated $5,000 to Hocul in 2022.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_02]: This same year it build $5.8 million to Medicaid.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_02]: Another $5,000 came from finest adult day care, which sheck also runs.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_02]: What do they do over there at the adult day care?
- 29:45[SPEAKER_08]: Um, I don't know, tapioca probably.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_02]: Is it for all of people?
- 29:51[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, okay.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_08]: It's for it's the same as the young daycares.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_08]: It's just government subsidies to take care of old people that these foreigners steal and then use to fund democratic campaigns.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_08]: God, that's really, I mean, I think people know that this is going on, but saying it means not even America,
- 30:19[SPEAKER_08]: And is, by the way, I went to Juilliard.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_03]: Really?
- 30:24[SPEAKER_08]: World Class Musician on some weird two-string Chinaman instrument, but...
- 30:30[SPEAKER_08]: What random music conservatory and Beijing for some amount of time or something like that and then he's been working on this adult daycare bullshit for years now because it's a scam.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, it's just a huge scam.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_08]: They build Medicaid 15.7 million dollars between 2018 and 2024.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_08]: And then that's just one part of it.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_08]: The point of service Medicaid provider was build tax payers, directly 2.65 million, according to federal data from one of the other companies.
- 31:02[SPEAKER_08]: So it's, you're talking about tens of millions of dollars.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_08]: And then they gave a shitload of money back to democratic campaigns, particularly Kathy Hughill.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, and I think that was part of the big speech for Peggy that Peggy Flanning and Chick, and who's running for Senate?
- 31:21[SPEAKER_02]: She won the primary on Tuesday night in Minnesota, where she's saying free Medicaid, free Medicare for all, what they really mean is we need campaign money.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_08]: free came pay money for all USA ideas gone now so you're gonna see a big push in the midterms this year for expansion of other Social programs because that's in one of the ways the democrats steal money from american taxpayers for their campaigns yeah i agree and some you know
- 31:50[SPEAKER_02]: even the daycare system.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_02]: If you got kids out there, we've had a couple listeners hit us up that are saying the same thing.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_02]: They're trying to get them to fill out these applications that say your kids could potentially be autistic.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_02]: So we should look into this and they want you to sign these forms, right?
- 32:09[SPEAKER_02]: And the forms are just going straight to the government so they can get funding.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_02]: And I think the
- 32:15[SPEAKER_02]: secrets is out.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_02]: I think we all know this is going on.
- 32:19[SPEAKER_02]: And I know, you know, look, the Trump administration, those guys are shutting out a lot of these in particular in Minnesota and California right now.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_02]: But I think this is going on in every state of the country.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think it's just in red or blue states.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry, blue states.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's also happening in red states as well.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_02]: I really do.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_02]: Free money is free money from the governments.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, shit.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_02]: Even Paul Pelosi got popped the other day for taking PPE money.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_02]: And there were a thick adjoined dollars.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, there's a lot of people who took a lot of...
- 32:47[SPEAKER_08]: of that PPE money.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_08]: I don't it's interesting because the government just doesn't have the resources to go after everybody who did it.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_02]: But what's shocking to me is how do they have the resources to pay these people then?
- 32:59[SPEAKER_02]: Because you've got to submit a shits on a paper work and all that other stuff.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_08]: So what's they just rubber stamp to pay for work and and
- 33:06[SPEAKER_08]: send the money out got you guys on that's why one of the things that's that's saving the money that's the government and they're in their taxpayers a shitload of money is Elon Musk making having the executive branch ad
- 33:21[SPEAKER_08]: uh, a couple of fields that people actually have to fill out, and it has to get reviewed by two tiers of people before money actually gets sent out.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_08]: So before it was just like, you submit the form into the system and the check gets printed and sent out.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_08]: Now there's another human in the loop.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_08]: which has prevented a quite a bit of fraud.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what to agree yet.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_08]: We'll see probably in April of next year, we'll get a report on that because it went into action mostly this year and you're not gonna get like a full fiscal report until, I mean, it's the government, you may never get one, but until I would say mid next year at the earliest.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_08]: But it did save a lot of money just by putting an extra step in, and that's not bureaucracy for its own sake, that's just like there should be a human in the loop of this process that isn't just the person who's there should be this is how a fucking business works.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_08]: There's an expense that the production or marketing team wants to make, and then the finance team signs off on it.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_08]: That's how it works in every fucking company on earth, every serious company, anyways.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_08]: So they just tried to implement that for government as well.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_08]: Because a lot of these Medicaid stuff, a lot of the welfare, snap, whatever stuff was just automatic.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_08]: Boom, you submit the form,
- 34:43[SPEAKER_08]: the form meets the requirements of the statute and the money just goes out immediately, which is that is fucking insane.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they don't even send anybody there, right?
- 34:52[SPEAKER_08]: No, well, that's never going to happen.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_02]: Because we don't have enough people working, right?
- 34:57[SPEAKER_08]: That's which is why the government shouldn't be involved in an entitlement program in the first place, because you have to build.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_08]: to send a million dollars in entitlements to people you have to spend three million dollars.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_08]: That's fucking retarded.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_08]: That doesn't make any sense.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_08]: For a non-profit to do it, they figure out a way to do it with volunteers or whatever because they're trying to keep costs low.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_08]: That's why the market is better than the government.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_08]: The government will just hire more people to do the job.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_02]: Now, Cooper, what was that instrument that bluecat up there?
- 35:28[SPEAKER_02]: this little too stringer we were talking about that was trying to remember the name of it all look it up right now uh... i've seen him before i've seen this it looks like half a fishing pole with what's the bottom part is that a fucking circle i thought it is a little electric vial in or something but it's called an arrow uh... yet are each you
- 35:49[SPEAKER_02]: Can I hear a little tickle of an arrow here just so I know what the fuck this sounds like?
- 35:53[SPEAKER_02]: I've never seen this instrument.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_11]: I didn't know that.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_11]: E-H-R-U.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_11]: I'm sure that you've heard it.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_11]: It's the, like, stereotypical, I've never played one.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_11]: I've played a lot of stringed instruments, but nothing from... E-R-U, it's called?
- 36:07[SPEAKER_11]: China.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_02]: E-R-U is what you're saying.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_02]: What if I was only into E-R-U?
- 36:15[SPEAKER_11]: So that right there, like...
- 36:17[SPEAKER_11]: Beautiful.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_02]: Anything you associate with Chinese music sounds like this in me a number four from Panda Express right now Like that is all I'm thinking about We're gonna get things on YouTube here today.

- 37:12[SPEAKER_08]: That's the face you make when you're about to blow your brains out of the shot.

- 38:45[SPEAKER_02]: So if you're a powder guy starting the day with a shake and some opti greens, dash to creatine in there, good to go.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_02]: They've also made those micro factors that take the guesswork out of items that I always talk about.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_02]: They've made them into a powder formula instead of the 30 individual bags in a box.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_02]: Now you can still get those as well.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_02]: Now you can put the powder in there and just knock out everything at once in the morning, dude.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_02]: I might get back into the shape game again.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_02]: It's been a while.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_02]: Last time was that arena league game.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_02]: I started pounding those to kind of beef up for that.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going back next to you to break the record.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I say that we want back next year.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_11]: I think we should get a blender in the company kitchen over there so we can do some smoothies.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_02]: I would like to see this little, what are they?
- 39:30[SPEAKER_02]: Those little buckets?
- 39:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's what I have in my house.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so yeah, I'm down because I'm going back next year to break the record of the all-time record.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_02]: No shit.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_02]: Hell yeah.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_02]: So I started training this week.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_02]: I wanted to get the body in shape, so for there's first performance, literally all over my house, like a psychopath.

- 39:53[SPEAKER_02]: Like, it's the best.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_02]: I'll write her die for this company forever, dude.

- 40:35[SPEAKER_02]: during her upcoming vacation to two terror hotspots in the Middle East, despite the mayor's office claiming otherwise.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_02]: The NYPD does not send officers to countries with level 4 travel advisories for discretionary reasons such as personal travel.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_02]: A spokesman for the law enforcement
- 41:04[SPEAKER_02]: No idea.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, thank you.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's how you pronounce it.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, she is planning to travel to Syria and Lebanon to visit family in September, great time to do, and fall back in season.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_02]: Sure, Syria.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_02]: Lebanon are beautiful this time of year.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_02]: That's according to the New York Post.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_02]: Both of those countries are on the state departments.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_02]: Do not travel this.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_02]: Do two terrorism concerns.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_02]: The mayor's office is previously confirmed that Duage would have an NYPD security detail on the trip.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_02]: And upon the strong recommendation of the NYPD, the first lady's security detail will be joining her, which is Travels, to visit family and Syria and Lebanon at Mumdonny's spokesperson said, that ain't true.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_02]: Play this video here, Bluek.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_07]: time.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_07]: The NYPD says it will not say security with Mermum Donny's wife when she visits Syria and Lebanon next month.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_07]: In the mayor, now blaming his staff for the mixed messaging made for a joint just now with the details.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_07]: Nate, what happened?
- 42:12[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, Griff.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_05]: So, yeah, the big apples first lady is headed to the Middle East without a taxpayer funded police escort and it
- 42:19[SPEAKER_05]: After sort of a high profile back and forth between the mayor and the NYPD, a police spokesperson says, quote, the NYPD does not send officers to countries with level four travel advisories for discretionary reasons not linked to investigative work.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_05]: earlier in the week, a source told the New York Post that the first lady had requested the escort.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_05]: And a spokesperson for the mayor's office had confirmed that police would, in fact, join her.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_05]: They even issued this statement saying the detail would join her on the trip per the end of the year.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_05]: That's a long recommendation.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_05]: He's absolutely fucking on that.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_05]: That might be because both countries on her itinerary happen to be on the state.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_02]: You can kill this right here.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_02]: So, Dan, my question you is,
- 43:02[SPEAKER_02]: Why is this guy treating himself like he's the president of the United States for fucks sakes?
- 43:05[SPEAKER_02]: I've never heard of local police going with any mayor and their family anywhere outside the United States.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, they do, uh, that I don't know, actually.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_08]: But in my PD does have a PSD a personal security detail for the commissioner and the mayor I would imagine, right?
- 43:24[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody's doing it all over the world though I mean typically I don't know that they would travel all over the world, but for the mayor himself, maybe I don't know But what they're never gonna do is go to a fucking level for hot spot without they're not going to Syria that's run by a former Al Qaeda guy
- 43:41[SPEAKER_08]: or Lebanon that's under constant, but it's been in a constant state of war between Hezbollah and Israel for the last 100 years.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_08]: But the fuck you talk, I mean, it's been 10 years, but what the fuck are these people thinking?
- 43:54[SPEAKER_08]: Like, hey, my wife's got to go to Iraq.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, X-week, you guys want to tag along?
- 44:05[SPEAKER_08]: No, you fucking idiot.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_08]: So,
- 44:09[SPEAKER_02]: And what would that is like expected to be in full uniform?
- 44:13[SPEAKER_08]: That would be fucking insane.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_08]: I have no idea.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, upon the strong recommendation of the NYPD, the first lady's security detail will be joining her when she travels to visit family and Syrian Lebanon.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_08]: That's what his spokesperson said later in the day,
- 44:28[SPEAKER_08]: The NYPD was like, no, the detectives endowment association, Scott Monroe, furiously slammed the implication that NYPD detectives would ever do something like that.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_08]: Our detectives put themselves in harm's way every day protecting New Yorkers.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_08]: The DEA would never remain silent for our members.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_08]: We're asked to travel to a dangerous off-limits foreign country for anything other than a legitimate law enforcement or intelligence operation.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_08]: Our detectives are needed here in New York City.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_08]: protecting residents and fighting crime.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_08]: And now Maidanay also has a pretty long history of trash and police and I think that's a surprise to anybody.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_08]: This is a tweet from his in 2020.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_08]: There's no negotiating with an institution this wicked and corrupt defunded dismantled in the cycle of violence.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_08]: This is in reference to the NYPD he wants to accompany his wife into a fucking active war zone.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_08]: Fuck you, you fucking faggot.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_02]: That's crazy, man.
- 45:21[SPEAKER_02]: Every week, and again, this guy just sucks up the media.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_02]: Every week, there's something crazy like this where it's like, these are rules for thee, but not for me.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, hey, defund the police and everything's fine.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_02]: But wait, my wife needs police because she might get hurt.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_02]: Fuck that shit.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_02]: This fucking guy, man, it's nuts.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_02]: Boy, dude, and then I'm going to bring it, wow, fuck it, I will now.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_02]: Then 9-11 element to it.
- 45:48[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think the NYPD would want to fucking fly over there?
- 45:52[SPEAKER_02]: No, not one prayer, not one goddamn prayer.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_02]: Jesus Christ, man.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_02]: What are you going to stop at the World Trade Center on the way?
- 46:00[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to have them circle that, too.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_02]: Before they go over to fucking Lebanon and Syria and all that shit, it's insane, dude.
- 46:07[SPEAKER_02]: Next up, you got the Doxing Judge.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_02]: What began as a controversial,
- 46:12[SPEAKER_02]: Facebook posts a spiral into a legal firestorm for a West Texas judge who now faces a federal civil rights law suit in an unprecedented effort by his own district attorney to remove him from office.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_02]: Midland County Judge Terry Johnson.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_02]: is accused of posting a political critic's social security number.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_02]: Whoa, really?
- 46:34[SPEAKER_02]: Jesus Christ, drivers license number and date of birth on Facebook less than 24 hours after the man published federal court records involving Midland County.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_02]: Nino America online, alleges that a 26-page federal lawsuit that Johnson retaliated against him for criticizing local government by using his position to obtain confidential information and publishing it online, according to lawsuit, Johnson posted a 2015 arrest warrant on his personal Facebook page with a caption, convicted felon trying to be a player.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_02]: Complaints alleges the charges connected to the warrants were later dismissed and Rodriguez was not convicted in the case This is a wild one here What happens at the end of the day?
- 47:35[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know of scroll down a little bit and show the judge Nope, don't don't play that right there.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_08]: That's the judge.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_08]: You don't have to do all that to zoom in.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_02]: There you go
- 47:47[SPEAKER_08]: there's the judge and now go back and let's see this guy he's apparently a maga influencer a Mexican mean mean how America if he's Mexican then it's probably mean you know he likes Jesus and Trump here you go like um he probably shops at gld yeah sure does look at that Jesus piece dude I got mine on today yeah I mean I don't know what's going on in
- 48:17[SPEAKER_08]: Midland is named Midland because it's midway between Dallas and El Paso, right?
- 48:23[SPEAKER_08]: Isn't that the thing?
- 48:24[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_08]: Um, so it's all like fucking, it's all oil out there.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_08]: I would imagine.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, yeah.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_08]: And hunting in cammets and shudders that can't be that much out there.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_08]: What the fuck is this judge thinking?
- 48:40[SPEAKER_08]: Well, how do you think, you can't just post people's security number on Facebook if you're a judge.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_08]: That's why all the shit they're how old is it saying that in the thing how old the judge is because he looks like he's 600 years old Hmm, let me look at that.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_02]: I hope he's 69 and that's just a hope before we even find out what it is You know, but it's also kind of just gauging his age and Sexual precarious abilities obviously like I hope it's 69
- 49:05[SPEAKER_02]: Give me fucking 69 blue.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_02]: Let me see it.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_02]: No whammy's.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_02]: No whammy's.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_02]: It's not publicly available.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_02]: That's not the full.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_02]: What's his name?
- 49:14[SPEAKER_02]: Terry Johnson.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_02]: Terry Johnson, judge age.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_02]: You got nothing on that, huh?
- 49:19[SPEAKER_02]: Nothing.
- 49:20[SPEAKER_02]: I'm surprised.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_02]: He's hidden.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_02]: I thought judges had to as he federal.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_02]: He's federal, right?
- 49:28[SPEAKER_02]: usually have to release all this shit.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, it says an exact age or birth date is not publicly documented and standard biographical records.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_11]: How's that up on screen?
- 49:35[SPEAKER_11]: So people believe it.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_08]: So he grabbed this, you've got to be smarter, boys.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_08]: He got his, he graduated high school in 1973, do the math.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_08]: All right, 70's 18 and 1973.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, it seemed plus 56.
- 49:54[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no, that's dumb, dude.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_02]: That's 53.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, 71 won.
- 50:00[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
- 50:00[SPEAKER_08]: You 71.
- 50:02[SPEAKER_02]: I was super close.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_02]: 69 and that should be applauded for that.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, that was close.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_02]: I deserve that.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_02]: I deserve that this morning.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_08]: I think that these, why should you be in that position at 71?
- 50:18[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_02]: Did you hear Trump trying to ask for the term limits and all that stuff the other day?
- 50:25[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I think there should be age limits for all this shit.
- 50:30[SPEAKER_02]: There also should be age limits for social media.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_02]: And this is why Steve Martin blocked me.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_02]: I go due to a certain age.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_02]: I think we should pass a law that we just end people's social media accounts and you're done after that.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_08]: I think I should put them on their own social media
- 50:47[SPEAKER_08]: You leave.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_08]: I think that's called next door.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_08]: You know how many people I troll on next door.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_08]: Well, let me find one.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_02]: The H.O.A.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_02]: group too.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_02]: There's always people who post in there like it's their own personal Facebook and it's like, hey, do not have your own friends outside the H.O.A.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_02]: don't really understand what's going on here.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but it always makes me laugh when they post like memes and shit and you're like this is nothing to do with our neighborhood Yeah, it's not really what that's for now.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_02]: And it's your your little fun jokes can can be for your friends But usually I want to hear if there's a a fire or something damaging.
- 51:29[SPEAKER_02]: Not a Mean about Taylor Swift for Christ 6.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_02]: Okay
- 51:34[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but yeah, I would say that age, if you were going to do like a reverse mine space, like an old space, which is called old space.
- 51:41[SPEAKER_02]: My space is allegedly coming back.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_02]: It is.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_02]: Um, allegedly.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_02]: We'll see.
- 51:46[SPEAKER_02]: Fingers crossed on that one, but old space would be great.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_02]: And then you can kind of figure things out after that.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_02]: And if you're at home and you're saying, well, how can my grandparents look at the kids?
- 51:55[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, the fun videos and vacations and all that other stuff, I think they should be able to look.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_02]: they just can't comment.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_02]: They can't comment and they can't send anything else.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_10]: So it looks like that most US states enforce mandatory retirement ages for state-level judges typically ranging from 70 to 75 years old.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_08]: Well, he's in that range.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_08]: I like Cubs idea of the long walk from Judges.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_08]: I would fucking send a fucking hate.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, they all go straight to Haiti.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_11]: I'd be fucking rad dude.
- 52:27[SPEAKER_11]: Have you seen that movie?
- 52:29[SPEAKER_11]: Judge Dred?
- 52:30[SPEAKER_11]: No, the long walk.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_11]: Oh no, I haven't seen that one yet.
- 52:32[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, the Judge Dred references are one that we're talking about.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_11]: Old Judges.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_11]: I can talk a long walk.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and dude, it's just, it's about a group of kids and they just make them walk, if you stop walking, they kill you.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, based on the Stephen King milk, right?
- 52:46[SPEAKER_11]: So, just make all these old heads, dude, just walk and then it's like, I can't do this.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_11]: I'm sorry, but we got a fucking Andrew life.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_11]: So, trailer tears for retiring judges.
- 52:56[SPEAKER_11]: I would be awesome, dude.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_11]: Logan just, Logan is gonna do.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_11]: It was pretty good, too.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_11]: I'd go for Logan's run, also.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_11]: My clue is Logan's.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know, I don't know that 30 is the right age.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_02]: Logan's walk and I'm just it's going to be a slow walk we know that but if you can make it through you get to live if not you get to sorry you've got to die and that's it
- 53:18[SPEAKER_02]: What year was Logan's run by the way?
- 53:19[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_11]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_11]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_11]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_11]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_11]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_11]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_11]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:36[SPEAKER_08]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_08]: I'm getting it that way.
- 53:40[SPEAKER_08]: I'm getting it
- 53:42[SPEAKER_08]: I'll tell you, I've said this before, but I wish it would have existed 10 or 15, how much year is this, 13 years ago, when I first identified that I was having to stosterone issues because our testosterone is under attack from all directions.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_08]: Some people think it's environmental, some people think it's habit-based, like we were
- 54:13[SPEAKER_08]: they have taken all of the best ingredients that exist natural ingredients for boosting testosterone libido and they put them into one dose basically.
- 54:24[SPEAKER_08]: So Tungat Ali which helps manage testosterone production but also cortisol so stress hormones.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_08]: Sheila's eat, which is promotes energy metabolism a lot like B vitamins do and testosterone production K1 and 2 vitamin D that I mentioned that we're all pretty much missing in our body touring, which I've been taking every day for 10 years.
- 54:49[SPEAKER_08]: Zank, which is obviously good for immune function and testosterone as well, if any Greek, which is good for DHT levels, which by the way is one of the things that causes hair loss, and Then boron, of course, to help maintain your estrogen balance estrogen.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_08]: You want to have some left in your body, right, because otherwise you can have issues downstream from that.
- 55:08[SPEAKER_08]: So This is the most complete complex for testosterone support that exists in my opinion.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I'm with you because once you start TRT it like let's say this would have existed back in the day you can't go off But you're doing a shot every single week Some people are doing two and kind of split in the doses there.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_02]: I fucking hate needles If you do two and you want to give this a go before going into TRT shots should be the last part of this like hey
- 55:36[SPEAKER_02]: That's it, man.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_02]: I can't repair my system anymore, and I got to do this.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_02]: But again, how this existed, it would have been amazing.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_02]: These are fucking hate needles.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_02]: It sucks.

- 56:05[SPEAKER_02]: Next up, this is one of my favorite stories of the week, SPLCCFO Charge, a former Southern poverty law center finance officer with charge Wednesday for her leading role in having the left-wing nonprofit secretly pay informants to participate in white supremacist groups.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_02]: Heidi Behrick of Palm Springs made her initial appearance Wednesday in federal courts in Riverside, California, according to her attorney, uh, Michael Proctor seen and reported, uh, that she had been arrested, uh, earlier that day.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_02]: The 26-page superseding indictment, aiming Burric, was first unmasped by the New York Post in June, and was later filled in the middle district, sorry, filed in the middle district of Alabama.
- 56:57[SPEAKER_02]: Do you have video of that?
- 56:58[SPEAKER_02]: Was that her talking right there?
- 57:02[SPEAKER_02]: That's exactly what I picture to look like.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_02]: Press play on this.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_02]: I just want to hear voice.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_01]: their views, I think white supremacy is one of the worst things mankind has come up with.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I can have a direct impact on these movements.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_01]: And just in the first year, I was there.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_01]: We did some very good work myself on my colleagues exposing anti-immigrant networks in the United States, some of which are still functioning today.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_01]: Their views, I think white supremacy is one of the worst things mankind has come up with.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I can have a
- 57:35[SPEAKER_02]: So, she's saying white supremacy is the worst thing that mankind has come up with.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_02]: However, she was funneling money into these white supremacy groups.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_02]: One of them, so I think I saw Cash Patel talking about it yesterday.
- 57:50[SPEAKER_02]: One of them was this group, had they run the bus with that black chick who pooped all over the bus.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_02]: I remember the lady who duked out.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_10]: Crowdboys?
- 57:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 58:18[SPEAKER_08]: I think the, I've guess has been going for a long time.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know, is Patriot front racist?
- 58:24[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know that I've heard them say racist shit.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_11]: I think they're just considered an alt-right group so get lumped in with the rest of them.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, well, white supremacists look like home.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_08]: The other one is national alliance, which is straight up, white supremacist group.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_08]: And one of the person, the so-called informant that she was paying from that group, she was also a bang at him.
- 58:48[SPEAKER_08]: Um, no way.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, and the superseding indictment accused her of while I mean her.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_08]: I'll put her in quotations because that looks like a fucking gorilla to me or something.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_08]: This is like a gorilla that fell in a vat oblique.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_08]: Um, of helping to funnel 1.2 million and SBLC donor money to inform it and the white supremacist group.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_08]: That she was fucking the June 2nd indictment had named the person would become director of the SPLCs intelligence project as quote employee too That's her She's one of the served in that role in 2014 the employee paid off an informant known as F9
- 59:23[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know why they're running this like a 302, but to break into national lines, headquarters in CO25 boxes, documents, only to later use the materials to author and article for SPLC's blog hate watch, the article chaos hit the compound is still available online.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_08]: uh... if you want to read it the indictment notes that it was used to solicit more donations to splc uh... barric or byric uh... as a employee was also alleged to have been in a romantic relationship with f nine uh... over twenty-year period uh... f nine received more than one point two million dollars and another informant known as f thirty nine was paid six thousand and donor cash to quote falsely take responsibility for a
- 1:00:07[SPEAKER_08]: uh... liberated the documents from the national lines uh... after the nine is uh... Randolph dill away a nearly death account and who had belonged to several other hate groups for joining the neo-nazi organization i mean i guess if you're death
- 1:00:23[SPEAKER_08]: It's okay.
- 1:00:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I would say it's all right.
- 1:00:27[SPEAKER_02]: How do you think a deaf person sounds when they're saying the in the word?
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, boy, I was man.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_02]: Don't put the camera on me.
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_02]: I would love to give that a shot today.
- 1:00:36[SPEAKER_02]: I just it's not the day for it.
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_02]: Coupe.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_02]: It's not the day, but let's work shopping after the show.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_02]: I work shop in a pillow, you know, in the back before I come on air every single day.
- 1:00:47[SPEAKER_02]: Now here's what's interesting about this case, if you don't believe it because she's saying this isn't true, the lawyer saying this isn't true.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_08]: Obviously, I mean good luck.
- 1:00:57[SPEAKER_08]: They have all of the document.
- 1:00:58[SPEAKER_08]: These are internal fucking SPLC documents that they're using.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, this this gets better the pair even had a joint bank account according to the New York Post.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_02]: So how are you going to get out of that one?
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_02]: You and your fucking Nazi lover have a joint bank account.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_02]: That's impossible unless both of you guys go into the fucking bank together or guess you could call over the phone but yeah dude and some of these pictures I'm
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, you know, she's not fit enough.
- 1:01:33[SPEAKER_02]: It's not a wheelchair, isn't it?
- 1:01:35[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, it's going to be soon.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_11]: I know.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_11]: It's, that's here.
- 1:01:38[SPEAKER_02]: It's quite important for its fucking life.
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_02]: My God, dude.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_02]: My God.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, this, this is the easiest slam dunk case of all time.
- 1:01:47[SPEAKER_02]: You have a fucking joint bank account with the dude.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think's going to happen to you here?
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, I've seen these groups.
- 1:01:56[SPEAKER_02]: This has always been suspicious.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_02]: And a matter of fact, last time that Patriot front marched, everybody that was training was SPLC.
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_02]: in the in the headlines here and then speaking of headlines will shit we get breaking news here uh... right as of
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_02]: eight minutes ago, Luigi Manjione is expected to plead guilty to federal charges in assassination of United Health Care CEO, the 28-year-old accused killer who is set to appear at a morning hearing and a Manhattan federal court is charged with the federal case of two counts of
- 1:02:40[SPEAKER_02]: stemming from his alleged December 2024, cold-blooded murder of the powerful executive on a man hat and sidewalk, Manjiani would still likely face a potential life sentence if you were to plead guilty in federal courts, but such a deal could cripple a separate state case where a trial
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_02]: against double jeopardy or being tried twice for the same crime.
- 1:03:09[SPEAKER_02]: Interesting.
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_02]: The Manhattan District Attorney's Office, which is claimed to a primary jurisdiction in the case because it charged man's joining with a murder first, could also push to take man's joining to trial if it disapproves in the terms of any plea deal.
- 1:03:25[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, look, there's no doubt that he did this.
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_02]: I thought he just wanted to be famous.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_02]: So what happened?
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_02]: And why would you do that right now?
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_08]: Um, I don't know, and so it's not to rack up more legal fees that you don't really want to pay about, maybe I have no idea.
- 1:03:42[SPEAKER_02]: But I think he's got just normal fucking prosecutors anyways, right?
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, whatever the court gives you.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_08]: What ever it is, he's not gonna wait anything.
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, he's not gonna wait anything.
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_02]: So, why dragged this out if other than to be famous?
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_02]: I, that's what I thought this whole thing was about.
- 1:04:00[SPEAKER_02]: Like he was the one that was supposed to be the martyr.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_02]: I know we were talking about Tyler Robinson earlier.
- 1:04:05[SPEAKER_02]: This was the guy who was actually like, yeah, I fucking did this, and there's a bunch of,
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_02]: women lined up outside the courthouse and all that other shit.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_02]: That effectively would end that.
- 1:04:15[SPEAKER_02]: So I guess if he just pleads guilty,
- 1:04:18[SPEAKER_08]: What do you you just get life and that's it and you kind of move on with your life right I mean that is certainly I don't know at this point how much more Work there would be to get done I mean I it certainly saves the government money downstream on appeals and shit if you just pleads guilty But I don't know how to what degree this case has already been settled Right like how much more money with the
- 1:04:44[SPEAKER_08]: with the city or the state have to spend to get their conviction here and how much is that saving.
- 1:04:50[SPEAKER_02]: Is that what they take into account?
- 1:04:52[SPEAKER_02]: Do they go back behind the scenes and say, all right, this would cost the city x amount of dollars.
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_02]: Let's just try to get this guy to plead.
- 1:04:58[SPEAKER_08]: That's one of the primary reasons you do it other than just to secure a quick clearance.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_08]: But yeah, saving the city money, especially if you're the DA running for office again, in a year or what I was six months or how long they're, I don't know if they run in the midterms, or if it's a four year thing or not.
- 1:05:16[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, interesting, interesting, so is that going down today?
- 1:05:20[SPEAKER_02]: I thought you just pulled up there a look.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_10]: It said this morning, but it says, okay, so this was just posted a state trial for manager, any state case in connection with the killing, it is beginning next month.
- 1:05:36[SPEAKER_10]: And then this is the federal case, which he's pleading guilty to.
- 1:05:39[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 1:05:41[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I see.
- 1:05:42[SPEAKER_02]: So the double jeopardy thing that he's talking about, we're kind of getting out of that case, where he's just like, I've already played guilty here.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_02]: Let's not even fucking do this bullshit.
- 1:05:52[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, interesting.
- 1:05:53[SPEAKER_02]: I don't it's my knowledge.
- 1:05:55[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think they have the death penalty in New York.
- 1:05:57[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah.
- 1:05:59[SPEAKER_10]: Well, yeah, I guess so which is weird.
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_10]: I would expect him if they don't have the death penalty in New York.
- 1:06:04[SPEAKER_10]: I would expect him to plead guilty in the state case and then do the double jeopardy for.
- 1:06:11[SPEAKER_10]: The federal case, you know what I mean, but it looks like it's bleeding guilty on the federal case.
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, interesting, interesting.

- 1:08:50[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, who do we got here today?
- 1:08:51[SPEAKER_08]: We have uh uh Brandon Herrera.
- 1:08:55[SPEAKER_08]: He is a soon-to-be congressman and uh Texan and hair enthusiast uh his video is cut grade here.
- 1:09:05[SPEAKER_08]: uh uh yeah working on getting the video going here yeah pop open the zoom here he's going to give us kind of a brief on what all happened with uh uh the NFA and everything recently and what that means for everybody he just I think did a thing yesterday where he bought um uh suppressor without going through the NFA to do it Brandon can you hear me?
- 1:09:29[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's going on bro, but are you guys doing?
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_08]: We're living the dream, thank you.
- 1:09:33[SPEAKER_08]: So we've got no, you can throw that picture room up there.
- 1:09:36[SPEAKER_08]: We've got no video, that's fine.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_08]: Tell everybody what happened in the courts over the last however long with regard to the NFA specifically with suppressors in short barrel rivals and shotguns.
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_08]: And what that means for them and then what you did yesterday as far as buying one.
- 1:09:55[SPEAKER_06]: Absolutely.
- 1:09:56[SPEAKER_06]: So, yeah, sorry for the new video.
- 1:09:57[SPEAKER_06]: I'm actually driving on my way to another campaign event.
- 1:10:01[SPEAKER_06]: You know, don't want to be irresponsible of least.
- 1:10:04[SPEAKER_06]: It's not on internet.
- 1:10:06[SPEAKER_06]: I, uh, so backing all the way up, this all started when Congressman Andrew Clyde and several others, a coalition of Congressmen, including Chip Roy.
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_06]: They got together during the big beautiful Bill fight, and they decided they were going to die on the hill that they wanted to get suppressors, originally just suppressors, removed from the NFA.
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_06]: And then later that became suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs.
- 1:10:34[SPEAKER_06]: And so the Republicans in Congress actually did their job in defending the Second Amendment, but give them a round of applause for that one.
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:10:41[SPEAKER_06]: And we got it through.
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_06]: There you go.
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to come in the big beautiful bill.
- 1:10:45[SPEAKER_06]: The only thing was, because Senator John Stone, you know, I'll show you guys your big fans, refused to fire the Senate Parliamentarian who changed the language so that it wasn't removed from the NFA, but they did lose.
- 1:10:59[SPEAKER_06]: Please remove the tax stamp and down to zero dollars, which is a big fucking deal in here's why the Supreme Court have ruled after the NFA was challenged in court.
- 1:11:13[SPEAKER_06]: The Supreme Court ruled the only reason that the NFA was constitutional is because it wasn't a registration of firearm.
- 1:11:19[SPEAKER_06]: It was instead a registration of the tax.
- 1:11:29[SPEAKER_06]: tax, what the fuck are you registering if not the firearm.
- 1:11:32[SPEAKER_06]: And so that is what these lawsuits kind of came about.
- 1:11:36[SPEAKER_02]: And you really are by the way, driving food taxes, I can tell me.
- 1:11:40[SPEAKER_02]: My voice was like this, driving food taxes on business meetings.
- 1:11:44[SPEAKER_02]: So you're, you've got to be out in the stick somewhere.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_02]: Where you headed right now, Brandon?
- 1:11:51[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, sorry.
- 1:11:51[SPEAKER_06]: I might give you my phone through kind of choppy.
- 1:11:53[SPEAKER_02]: Hi, you're not your good.
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_02]: You're back now, but it's Texas.
- 1:11:56[SPEAKER_02]: What's that, sorry?
- 1:11:57[SPEAKER_02]: You're back now, but it's Texas.
- 1:11:59[SPEAKER_02]: I understand it, driving through the mountains and all that stuff or the hills or the hill country or whatever we're calling it.
- 1:12:05[SPEAKER_02]: Where are you driving to right now?
- 1:12:10[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I've got a meeting with a couple of business owners and things like that here in the district.
- 1:12:15[SPEAKER_06]: Trying to figure out what we can do to help them out.
- 1:12:17[SPEAKER_06]: But if you want to talk more about the thing last night,
- 1:12:21[SPEAKER_06]: So that a lawsuit went forward with G-O-A, I think the plaintiffs were G-O-A, silencer shops, I don't know, B&T, and a couple others, but those were the main ones.
- 1:12:35[SPEAKER_06]: They put that forward basically challenging the constitutionality of the NFA, because there was a zero dollar tax now.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_06]: And a federal judge in Texas,
- 1:12:44[SPEAKER_06]: agreed.
- 1:12:44[SPEAKER_06]: And so that federal judge put up an injunction saying that, yeah, the NFA for these first, uh, suppressors, SBRs, SBRs, SBRs, SBRs, this should be on constitutional under these provisions.
- 1:12:56[SPEAKER_06]: And they gave a seven day window for the Department of Justice under the Trump administration and the ATF under Robsecata, uh, to basically, you know, file and appeal that and say that, no, that's not the way we're going to do this.
- 1:13:12[SPEAKER_06]: six days goes by or up about five and a half days goes by we all expect it in a appeal and it turns out there's a bunch of conversations from the Trump administration trying to figure out like how are we gonna play this and they never appealed and so I got a call from gunners of America they're like hey I've got an ideas my buddy eight and Johnson he said I've got an idea would you like to be the first
- 1:13:42[SPEAKER_06]: a tax stamp on the midnight 01 on the 7th day and I said absolutely let's let's do it.
- 1:13:49[SPEAKER_06]: And so we're kind of pushing the envelope.
- 1:13:51[SPEAKER_06]: We're just trying to figure out it's exactly what we did in a state legislator west for Dell.
- 1:13:56[SPEAKER_06]: We're transferred suppressors right after the midnight deadline without an NFA tax stamp.
- 1:14:01[SPEAKER_06]: First time that's happened in 92 years.
- 1:14:05[SPEAKER_06]: So this is a historic one for the Constitution for gun rights.
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_06]: It's not over yet, the fight's not over.
- 1:14:10[SPEAKER_06]: We still have a lot of work left to do, but this was a giant step forward.
- 1:14:15[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I agree.
- 1:14:16[SPEAKER_08]: I think now a lot of people, I think the biggest thing right now is people are confused about how this applies to them because there's a list of states that you can go ahead and start operating this way immediately there's some states that are in the middle and the yellow zone North Carolina is one of those and then there's states in the red where you still can't do this I don't I'm not going to ask you to rattle off all 50 but what do you know about for the average gun
- 1:14:45[SPEAKER_08]: a person around the country right now what what should work and they go look and find information about what their rights are as of today and then second question is what do you how do you expect this to play out over the next year because I assume the Supreme Court's going to have to take this up in the next session and my guess is they'll make an determination and agreeance with this federal court because there's no other avenue at this point by the way just for context.
- 1:15:09[SPEAKER_08]: The tax thing is the same way that Obama care got upheld.
- 1:15:13[SPEAKER_08]: That it was the tax and Congress has the ability to levy tax against people.
- 1:15:16[SPEAKER_08]: That's why it was upheld as a mandate.
- 1:15:18[SPEAKER_08]: Versus, but when there's no technical constitutional authority to mandate, people buy health care from the government, just to be clear.
- 1:15:25[SPEAKER_08]: So this is a precedent that was already set by the Supreme Court before dealing with the bomb a care back in the day.
- 1:15:30[SPEAKER_08]: So now that it has been stripped and it's the inverse, everybody kind of thinks that the Supreme Court is going to say, yeah, you can't just have a gun registry.
- 1:15:38[SPEAKER_06]: a thousand percent on that note, especially because the Supreme Court's party rule, that the only reason it was constitutional, I think it was like a five-four decision, the only reason it was constitutional, and they allowed it this day, because it was a restoration of tax.
- 1:15:52[SPEAKER_06]: But as far as the average Joe, I wouldn't be too bullish on that right now, you can find out, so a lot of states have
- 1:16:04[SPEAKER_06]: really kind of cocked restrictions where they basically have their own NFA where they're like yes all of these items are illegal unless you've gone through the federal NFA process you have your tax damage such I don't see the reason why they would have laws like that if it's already federal law but whatever states like Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, I believe have those and that's just supremely disappointing from you know more or less red states.
- 1:16:28[SPEAKER_06]: So, the big thing to note is that we're in very, very gray area right now.
- 1:16:33[SPEAKER_06]: What happened last night was a low risk heat, but we're pushing the envelope.
- 1:16:37[SPEAKER_06]: And because it's past the seven-day window, but I think the Department of Justice has either like 60 or 90 days to actually formally appeal this.
- 1:16:46[SPEAKER_06]: So this still could get appealed, and that would put us in some very interesting waters.
- 1:16:50[SPEAKER_06]: Well, but if it wasn't peeled, that would of course have to go up to the offspring.
- 1:16:53[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, what it could put us in some interesting waters, unless
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_08]: gun owners in these states where it's legal right now, tactically, go out and go full retard.
- 1:17:06[SPEAKER_08]: We saw this before.
- 1:17:07[SPEAKER_08]: The government accidentally made a rule some years ago, and people went out and bought a bunch of M1 carbines, and they bought so many of them that the government was like, well, we can't go out and fucking claw all these backs or we're just gonna let it go.
- 1:17:21[SPEAKER_08]: And I think, right now, that's what I would,
- 1:17:24[SPEAKER_08]: That's what I would recommend.
- 1:17:25[SPEAKER_08]: If you're in one of these states where you can go out and buy an SBRS BS or can go fucking spend your life savings on it and make this too big problem for the government to tackle after this is over.
- 1:17:37[SPEAKER_06]: So this podcast is not legal, but I'm really glad you brought that up because there's an interesting provision there because people were talking about last night, I filled out a 4473, I've been NFL with SOT, so like at first 4473, I've built that in a long time because technically suppressors without the NFA provision, they would go back to the GCA, I believe, which
- 1:18:00[SPEAKER_06]: designates them firearms.
- 1:18:02[SPEAKER_06]: So under current American law, I mean, suppressors have always been kind of considered firearms.
- 1:18:06[SPEAKER_06]: And a lot of people were like, well, that's gay.
- 1:18:08[SPEAKER_06]: We shouldn't have to register what's essentially a muffler as a, you know, as a firearm.
- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_06]: And I'm like, okay, philosophically, yes, I agree.
- 1:18:16[SPEAKER_06]: But let's be careful with that, because right now that's actually probably helping us more than it's hurting us.
- 1:18:23[SPEAKER_06]: because if it's considered a firearm that is in common use, which legally I would say it is a very strong case that that's true, and might be more so very soon with this new ruling, if it's a firearm in common use, it is thereby protected by the second amendment due to the Supreme Corbinings.
- 1:18:39[SPEAKER_06]: So like let's, you know, let's take the silver linings where you can get it.
- 1:18:42[SPEAKER_06]: This is definitely law fair.
- 1:18:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:18:44[SPEAKER_02]: 100%.
- 1:18:45[SPEAKER_02]: For sure.
- 1:18:45[SPEAKER_02]: And then, Brandon, I know you're busy.
- 1:18:47[SPEAKER_02]: We appreciate you calling in.
- 1:18:49[SPEAKER_02]: I got one more question for you here because you did make some headlines this week.
- 1:18:54[SPEAKER_02]: Everywhere saying that's, you know, when you get into Congress, one of your top priorities would be forcing every state to let people carry guns and public regardless of whether they have a permit.
- 1:19:07[SPEAKER_02]: your quote was, I want to see nationwide constitutional carry here, how likely do you think that is and what are the uphill battles that you'd be facing and something like that?
- 1:19:18[SPEAKER_06]: Well, it all depends on how the balance of whether or not we keep the house really.
- 1:19:22[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, this is going to determine whether or not we're going to be able to push stuff like that forward.
- 1:19:27[SPEAKER_06]: I've already taught.
- 1:19:27[SPEAKER_06]: I've had very good conversations with, for example, Richard Hudson, the NRCC.
- 1:19:31[SPEAKER_06]: He's very bullish on national reciprocity, at least.
- 1:19:35[SPEAKER_06]: I know a lot of people are on board for Constitutional Period.
- 1:19:37[SPEAKER_06]: A lot of Republicans are very, very on board.
- 1:19:40[SPEAKER_06]: So I would definitely be a champion of that.
- 1:19:42[SPEAKER_06]: It's funny every every news article every news agency wants to talk about like So what are you gonna do with guns?
- 1:19:47[SPEAKER_06]: I'm like man.
- 1:19:48[SPEAKER_06]: I have so many problems in my district like yeah I think everybody knows right stand on guns But they try to shoehorn me in as like the gun guy.
- 1:19:55[SPEAKER_06]: He only cares about guns like that's a priority
- 1:19:58[SPEAKER_06]: But also so is screw worm West Texas water data centers that they've been border wall situations like man I feel like I don't talk about guns at all when I'm on the campaign trail because I feel like people know where I stand on that It's not exactly a secret
- 1:20:12[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, it may not be helping that we have a picture of you on the screen with a fucking machine gun right now.
- 1:20:17[SPEAKER_02]: Or the fact that your name is the AK guy on lines.
- 1:20:21[SPEAKER_02]: Well, yeah, what are you gonna do?
- 1:20:23[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's gonna funny because I'll hear people say, like, especially like reporters or, you know, political types, they're like...
- 1:20:28[SPEAKER_06]: Well, you know, I think you should branch out to other issues and not just be about guns.
- 1:20:32[SPEAKER_06]: I know you did zero-fucket research by that sentence because, wait, I can't tell you the last time in the campaign of that outside of just mentioning that I was a fire manufacturer, and I talked about guns at all.
- 1:20:42[SPEAKER_06]: It's like this is, you know, we have so many issues in the district, biggest border district in the country.
- 1:20:46[SPEAKER_06]: You know, immigration, data centers, water issues, agriculture, and rural environments like man, I never have time to talk about guns.
- 1:20:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:20:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:20:56[SPEAKER_02]: In particular, Texas has a whole, I mean, the Muslim thing is gotten pretty crazy down there as well, trying to build epic city and everything else.
- 1:21:05[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I know you love guns just as much as all of us, but yes, you have a lot of issues to tackle there in the state of Texas.
- 1:21:14[SPEAKER_06]: a lot of things started as an issue in like oh well that's a Dallas issue oh that's a Houston issue but it's expanding.
- 1:21:19[SPEAKER_06]: You need to be careful with that.
- 1:21:20[SPEAKER_06]: We need the strong people in the state legislature a good attorney general that they're going to fight that tooth and nail because we cannot let Texas become Minnesota.
- 1:21:27[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah no shit.
- 1:21:28[SPEAKER_08]: All right agree well good the good news is and this is will let you go now you can go back to driving our next story is about the footwashing stations the Dallas airport is adding DFW.
- 1:21:38[SPEAKER_02]: which is hilarious and sad at the same time, also go out November 3rd and vote for Brandon Herrera and it's district down there in San Antonio.
- 1:21:48[SPEAKER_02]: Thanks for being on the show, Brandon.
- 1:21:51[SPEAKER_02]: Don't mess with Texas.
- 1:21:53[SPEAKER_02]: There's our last story here and last year of Muslim.
- 1:21:57[SPEAKER_02]: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport will install Islamic foot wash stations inside bathrooms at the facility according to the Detectives Department of License Licensing and Regulation.
- 1:22:10[SPEAKER_02]: I want to say what I said earlier.
- 1:22:11[SPEAKER_02]: This is why the show is called Fake News.
- 1:22:12[SPEAKER_02]: There's no way this is a real story.
- 1:22:17[SPEAKER_02]: The project was officially registered with Texas regulators on July 31st, according to Documents Detailing the Project, the installation of the Woodoo Ablution, whatever the fuck that is, station is expected to become complete at the end of the year.
- 1:22:34[SPEAKER_02]: Why are they washing their feet at the fucking airport?
- 1:22:38[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 1:22:39[SPEAKER_08]: And why is that mandatory?
- 1:22:41[SPEAKER_08]: It's privately funded.
- 1:22:44[SPEAKER_08]: The documents state the updates aimed at water on standard restaurant floors and to protect sink encounters from their dirty ass feet or you could just Arrest people for washing their fucking feet in the sink and making a mess in the bathroom
- 1:23:01[SPEAKER_08]: That's it.
- 1:23:01[SPEAKER_08]: I don't, what the fuck are you talking about?
- 1:23:04[SPEAKER_08]: There have been other places in the US like Chicago, here, which smells like piss anyways, have done stuff like this and so, so-called inner-faith spaces.
- 1:23:15[SPEAKER_08]: Look, man, I'll say this same thing about this is I'll say about anything that you participate in.
- 1:23:21[SPEAKER_08]: If you can't go a flight without it, then it's probably got too much of an impact on your fucking life.
- 1:23:29[SPEAKER_08]: And then some of these dipshits are like, oh, people are freaking out, but it's not pushing an ideology, it's just basic hygiene.
- 1:23:36[SPEAKER_08]: No, you're codifying their interference and normal American daily life with their fucking Muslim bullshit.
- 1:23:44[SPEAKER_08]: And don't care if it's privately funded, because once they put in their $300,000 fucking Hajji footwashing stations, who's gonna pay for it?
- 1:23:53[SPEAKER_08]: who's going to pay for the upkeep of it after that it's going to be the fucking uh... people who are buying flights who don't want to be near these people in the fucking first place here's a better idea get the fuck out of the country retard if you have to fuck up somebody else's personal space with your dipship belief that's your problem not everybody else's under no circumstances should we be making these uh... making things easier for these fucking savages
- 1:24:17[SPEAKER_08]: to dominate our country, which is what they've done in every state where they've built an on-clave.
- 1:24:22[SPEAKER_08]: And this is the same nothing, by the way, of the tech companies, bringing in the Dallas and Austin tens of thousands of Indians who are making food with their feet, I guess.
- 1:24:33[SPEAKER_08]: You know what I mean?
- 1:24:34[SPEAKER_08]: And eating food off the ground with their fucking bare hands after wiping their ass.
- 1:24:37[SPEAKER_08]: That state is going to be unrecognizable in five years.
- 1:24:41[SPEAKER_02]: And there's just letting it go down, man.
- 1:24:43[SPEAKER_02]: Even when we were there, we pitched about this all the time.
- 1:24:46[SPEAKER_02]: And again, I'll say what I said last time I voted there before we left.
- 1:24:51[SPEAKER_02]: Sharia law was on the ballot.
- 1:24:53[SPEAKER_02]: Do you want this?
- 1:24:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yes or no?
- 1:24:55[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even know why that's on the fucking ballot.
- 1:24:57[SPEAKER_02]: If it's not in the goddamn constitution.
- 1:24:59[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't know, man, this is all fucking madness to me.
- 1:25:04[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, is that the picture of it right there?
- 1:25:07[SPEAKER_02]: Is that what this is?
- 1:25:09[SPEAKER_02]: I've never seen this.
- 1:25:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I've never heard of this before.
- 1:25:12[SPEAKER_02]: What the fuck?
- 1:25:14[SPEAKER_11]: That's real, that's not AI.
- 1:25:15[SPEAKER_11]: They're gonna be putting these in airports.
- 1:25:17[SPEAKER_10]: Like, this is what they actually look like.
- 1:25:20[SPEAKER_10]: There's been a lot, I've been scrolling through.
- 1:25:22[SPEAKER_10]: There's a lot of pictures of different types of footwashing stations.
- 1:25:26[SPEAKER_02]: But what's the significance of it?
- 1:25:28[SPEAKER_02]: What would you walk to the airport fucking and miles and your feet or dirty as fuck like I don't understand the significance of this You don't have to take your shoes off of the airport anymore, so that's not a thing.
- 1:25:39[SPEAKER_02]: So you can't even bitch about that And then real quick here.
- 1:25:43[SPEAKER_02]: There is one more story.
- 1:25:45[SPEAKER_02]: So Caroline leave its step down as White House press secretary
- 1:25:51[SPEAKER_02]: think what you think over here, but there's got to be a replacement.
- 1:25:56[SPEAKER_02]: And this is a shocker, according to the Daily Beast.
- 1:25:59[SPEAKER_02]: This is Breaking News.
- 1:26:00[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know that I believe this and I'm going to ask you if you do here.
- 1:26:04[SPEAKER_02]: Political commentator and current CNN host, Scott Jennings, is the current front runner to take the job?
- 1:26:12[SPEAKER_02]: Is that true?
- 1:26:13[SPEAKER_08]: I have no idea.
- 1:26:14[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think any of these people know either.
- 1:26:16[SPEAKER_08]: They're just pushing.
- 1:26:17[SPEAKER_08]: And somebody says, you know who'd be good
- 1:26:21[SPEAKER_08]: Um, like, according to sources, though, with the daily beast.
- 1:26:24[SPEAKER_08]: The daily beast doesn't have any, the daily beast is a leftist rag.
- 1:26:27[SPEAKER_08]: They don't have any sources in the goddamn White House.
- 1:26:30[SPEAKER_02]: That would be, uh, it'd be fun.
- 1:26:33[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if it's true.
- 1:26:34[SPEAKER_02]: What was Caroline Levitt's background before she got in?
- 1:26:37[SPEAKER_08]: Um, mom knows she was after.
- 1:26:40[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 1:26:41[SPEAKER_08]: She's 27 when she started.
- 1:26:43[SPEAKER_08]: She just happened to be good at talking, I guess.
- 1:26:45[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 1:26:45[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I'm just seeing her age right now.
- 1:26:47[SPEAKER_02]: She looks a lot older than 27, man.
- 1:26:49[SPEAKER_02]: Ooh, that's wild.
- 1:26:50[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:26:51[SPEAKER_02]: Hi, though.
- 1:26:52[SPEAKER_02]: She was like, maybe 36, 37?
- 1:26:54[SPEAKER_08]: Twenty seven years old, not just 20 inches.
- 1:26:56[SPEAKER_08]: I'm pretty polished for the age for sure.
- 1:26:59[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, I think her husband's got a heart sure.
- 1:27:04[SPEAKER_08]: That's it, there's her husband's 60.
- 1:27:06[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, it's a difficult job.
- 1:27:09[SPEAKER_08]: in general, but, you know, obviously she's full of shit most of the time, but that's the job job.
- 1:27:15[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, and a lot of people are saying, hey, they're saying this, they send shockwaves through the White House and everything else, no, most of these people don't last very long.
- 1:27:25[SPEAKER_08]: No, why this isn't send shock waves to run anything.
- 1:27:27[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think so either a typical press secretary.
- 1:27:30[SPEAKER_08]: It's a very demanding job.
- 1:27:31[SPEAKER_08]: Like you're doing this 20, not just this, not just speaking in front of the press every single day, but you're managing all the messaging in and out of the campaign as well and you're
- 1:27:45[SPEAKER_08]: reviewing speeches that have been written and blah, blah, I mean, the communications director will have a big part in that too, but it's a lot of fucking work in doing it for more than a year and a half is a lot to ask.
- 1:27:56[SPEAKER_02]: I agree, man.
- 1:27:58[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm trying to think in the last administration, wasn't it Jen Socky and then who is the black chick?
- 1:28:05[SPEAKER_11]: We usually just make fun of her.
- 1:28:07[SPEAKER_11]: Jean Pierre.
- 1:28:07[SPEAKER_11]: That's it.
- 1:28:08[SPEAKER_11]: Jean Look Picard, yeah.
- 1:28:11[SPEAKER_10]: It looks like they are floating a steven chung to be the next communications director.
- 1:28:17[SPEAKER_02]: Stephen Chum, what is that name, something like?
- 1:28:19[SPEAKER_02]: Who's he hates me?
- 1:28:20[SPEAKER_08]: This John.
- 1:28:20[SPEAKER_08]: That's right, Mongo.
- 1:28:22[SPEAKER_08]: That's right.
- 1:28:23[SPEAKER_08]: There's no way.
- 1:28:24[SPEAKER_08]: No, they're not going to put something like Trump would not put something like that in front of camera.
- 1:28:27[SPEAKER_02]: Not that ugly.
- 1:28:28[SPEAKER_08]: You can't do that.
- 1:28:29[SPEAKER_08]: It'll be a blonde woman.
- 1:28:31[SPEAKER_02]: That's my guess as well.
- 1:28:32[SPEAKER_02]: He could body slam their reporters.
- 1:28:34[SPEAKER_02]: He looks like a fucking old school 80s WWE wrestler.
- 1:28:38[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, this is wild.
- 1:28:39[SPEAKER_11]: No, it looks like Trump will do that.
- 1:28:41[SPEAKER_11]: Looks like a bond villain.
- 1:28:43[SPEAKER_11]: I know.
- 1:28:43[SPEAKER_02]: There's no way Trump's going to put that out.
- 1:28:44[SPEAKER_02]: Go out there.
- 1:28:45[SPEAKER_02]: He doesn't do that.
- 1:28:46[SPEAKER_02]: He doesn't do August dude.
- 1:28:48[SPEAKER_02]: Come on man.
- 1:28:49[SPEAKER_02]: Trump does a lot of things.
- 1:28:50[SPEAKER_02]: It doesn't put agos out there for the fucking audience.
- 1:28:52[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, man.
- 1:28:53[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 1:28:54[SPEAKER_02]: Now's the point.
- 1:28:54[SPEAKER_02]: The show we get to the drinking bro of the week.

- 1:29:11[SPEAKER_02]: Fly kind of shirts have been on fire when China rips them off.
- 1:29:14[SPEAKER_02]: And

- 1:29:53[SPEAKER_02]: Not this time.
- 1:29:54[SPEAKER_02]: Next slide.
- 1:29:55[SPEAKER_02]: Which one do you want?
- 1:29:56[SPEAKER_02]: What tank tops do you want?

- 1:30:25[SPEAKER_02]: One of the things that you guys have asked us because we started off on Facebook with a huge private group, Zuck, ended up new, can't it?
- 1:30:33[SPEAKER_02]: And then we've had these other subgroups, but because of ads and everything else, they're kind of knocking these subgroups that everybody's in,
- 1:30:42[SPEAKER_02]: down the line over the years, then everybody's like, man, what happened to the Pupue group?
- 1:30:46[SPEAKER_02]: What happened to the drinking bros fitness group?
- 1:30:47[SPEAKER_02]: And all that other stuff?
- 1:30:48[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, we're going to start highlighting some of these.
- 1:30:50[SPEAKER_02]: These are the private groups that you guys were all members of and one of them is drinking bros fitness.
- 1:30:57[SPEAKER_02]: It has 21,000.
- 1:31:00[SPEAKER_02]: members and it's now granted the group is private and you can post you know your fitness routine ask questions about anything you want shit that might not be appropriate for the rest of Facebook and we thought it'd be fun since we got the first form as a sponsor here just to shout out some of these people man and drink and browse fitness who were doing great on their fitness journey and just say hey dude we care about you guys so this will be the first

- 1:31:31[SPEAKER_02]: I follow this group and he's recently lost 70, I'm sorry, 95, holy shit, 95 pounds.
- 1:31:39[SPEAKER_02]: There you go, dude.
- 1:31:43[SPEAKER_02]: It says working hard to get in even better shape so I can live a long time wanted to have a summer beach body while I was in Italy, but it wasn't in the cards, but maybe by next summer I'll be able to hit the beach and not look like a beached whale dude.
- 1:31:59[SPEAKER_02]: I love that, dude.
- 1:32:00[SPEAKER_02]: Congratulations, Lewis, for real.

- 1:32:32[SPEAKER_08]: 30% of the DMs I get from people who watch our people thanking me for calling them fat.
- 1:32:39[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not kidding.
- 1:32:39[SPEAKER_08]: Ted Cers.
