102 Garry Glowacki (Prison Art Show)

Bridging the Social Distance · Sep 17, 2020 · 58m

For this episode of "Bridging the Social Distance", I interview Garry Glowacki, curator of "Art Inside Out" - an outdoor exhibit of art created by prison inmates during Garry's time working and running art programs in prisons. You can check it out every weekend in September from Thursday-Sunday, 10am till 6pm at 140 Metcalfe St, corner of Eramosa. This week's exhibit focuses on Indigenous art. This is an inspiring and at times heavy conversation, and the audio is a little dusty, but it's worth a listen. Tune in!
