- 1:02function is kinda like running an engine without oil. It's not gonna work very well. It's also brought to you by snapfat.com.
- 1:11That is snap,phat.com.
- 1:14It's also brought to you by the Prife International terahertz frequency wand through iteroplanet.com.
- 1:23Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 2:18Unknown: Alright. Well,
- 2:20Paul's starving us here. He won't let me have an open mic during the intro, but I'll have to deal with it, I guess. Here we go again.
- 2:27More obstacles.
- 2:29More obstacles to maneuver and cross.
- 2:32At the radio ranch, you just never know what they're gonna throw up in front of you, do you? Here we go. Roger Sales on the Wednesday,
- 2:41miraculous
- 2:42edition,
- 2:43and it is the date stamp for Tom d. Tom, hope you're listening the June
- 2:4824.
- 2:50We're about to. We raced through June, haven't we?
- 2:54Seems. Yes. And, so we're about to embark upon the very important month for me personally of July.
- 3:02Incredibly important month.
- 3:04We'll talk about it more as we get into it. Looks like I'm gonna be deprived of a couple of weeks of July this year as we shoo fly. Shoo fly.
- 3:13We're gonna shoo fly, mister Paul on down to Oklahoma.
- 3:18Sometime here pretty quick, I think.
- 3:21So good morning to you guys. At this point, I turned it over to Paul, and he
- 3:26says good morning too.
- 3:28Unknown: Among other things. Quick one.
- 3:30Among other things. Our website is thematrixdocs.com.
- 3:33Thematrixdocs.com.
- 3:35And free conference call is the platform we use so people can join us live on the show. Room for a thousand of you. Come on down.
- 3:43Unknown: Yeah. Dust off the seat. There's only one waiting for you.
- 3:48I I I it's kind of a mandate that I started at the start of the show. Maybe somebody new out there, may not be. I don't know. Hopefully, somebody's looking for freedom.
- 3:58If so, that's why we're here is for you. We're not here for me. I don't get up here to expand,
- 4:03my my jollies and giggles. I'm trying to find people that wanna get educated,
- 4:08be free, and
- 4:10use this powerful information against our traditional enemies.
- 4:14So that's what we are. If you're here, that's what I say. We're for you. And, because
- 4:19of the convoluted and very complex nature of the subject matter.
- 4:25I mean, it's really not that way, but it is that way to you at first because you've had a whole life of upside down living.
- 4:33And what we do is just flip it and flip it back over into reality and show you how to escape the maze
- 4:40where you don't have any more satanic Jew handlers and masters,
- 4:44and you don't want these little creeps with the big noses and their their little their little shitty little hats,
- 4:51that you don't want them minding your business.
- 4:55I was just listening to, actually
- 4:57Scott Ritter,
- 4:59who's back from a
- 5:01trip to, Moscow over there on the judge, good judge.
- 5:08Scott Ritter said something really stupid this morning.
- 5:14I was shocked, really. The guy goes, well, it's not the Israelis that are controlling us. It's the money.
- 5:24Hold it, Scott.
- 5:25Do you not connect those two as one and the same?
- 5:29I mean, the new chairman of the Federal Reserve is Estee Lauder, the head of the World Jewish Congress's
- 5:36son-in-law.
- 5:38Scott?
- 5:40So I just I I I've
- 5:42always had a a pretty good healthy respect for mister Ritter. O seven. That one kinda dashed it a little bit this morning. Come on, Scott. Wake up.
- 5:51K.
- 5:54So, anyway, let's see what else is going on. Hey. Y'all got something to launch off on this morning. I'm a little dry.
- 6:00We're the the braves are on a West Coast tour, and I had to stay up late to to watch and and get up this morning and to to to find out they lost by one run, Rick. So, anyway, anybody else got something important?
- 6:14I couldn't even get through all of Harrison yesterday.
- 6:17He had the little redheaded
- 6:19bombshell.
- 6:21Can't remember her. I I why do I forget her name?
- 6:26Anyway, the the one he calls the bubbly flower of doom.
- 6:30She was on the phone. Kinda cut her off yesterday. She was talking about this is interesting.
- 6:36Joe's gonna probably come in on this one. Joe, do you know the,
- 6:41bring your bacon home bill or save your bacon bill or whatever they're trying to get through in the farm bill this month? You know anything about that? Any of our ag people out there know anything about that?
- 6:53You're gonna love it. You're gonna love it. I'm telling you.
- 6:57No?
- 6:58Okay.
- 7:00How about they were there was two sections. I missed the first section. There was one that they really,
- 7:06oh, the liability for,
- 7:09for poisons on cancers and stuff. Well, they that was in the farm bill. They got that out. But
- 7:15it you know, these people, they got these techniques that are so tried and true and tested.
- 7:20So they know you're gonna go after that one. So they sit that out there like a big fat plum,
- 7:26and while you're going to quash that one, they bring, something just as bad on the other side that you didn't see and didn't know they were doing because you're too busy concentrating on the other thing. These are the kind of techniques these people use
- 7:39constantly
- 7:40Yes. That I guess, Paul, really,
- 7:44they have
- 7:45mastered over thousands of years of controlling political situations.
- 7:50I mean, you remember the little video we played, fifteen minute video on the all the the countries they'd been kicked out? What was the theme? Every time. They get control of the money. They get control of the government. There is no money in the country's ruin, and they're ruling over you. Every time, that's the effect. Well, how
- 8:09did that happen?
- 8:10Maybe with usury.
- 8:13You think?
- 8:15Unknown: Yeah.
- 8:16Unknown: Mhmm. Sure. Sounds good. Every time it's the same damn thing. It ain't like they deviate a whole bunch.
- 8:24No. They don't. You think we'd learn after a couple thousand years, wouldn't you?
- 8:28Go ahead, Paul. Right.
- 8:31Unknown: Well, I I haven't finished up my bring the bacon home thing. Bacon home yet. Yeah. Bring the bacon home.
- 8:38I think Joe is Joe is in here.
- 8:40Unknown: He jumped in here. Joe, are you listening here? Because this is up your alley here.
- 8:46Save the bacon. It may be something like that. It has something to do with bacon.
- 8:51Cleverly
- 8:52named by lobbyists.
- 8:56That means that no state can pass any regulation in their state that overrides anything to do with agriculture.
- 9:07Save the bacon
- 9:08act.
- 9:12Did you hear that? Do I need to repeat it? They're trying to pass a amendment to the whole farm bill where states cannot
- 9:19regulate within their own borders on anything to do with agriculture.
- 9:27Folks, this is a final push right here. Of course, what do the communists always want? They always want control of, of of means of production.
- 9:36Control of food. They want control of food, infrastructure, and transportation. They wanna starve your ass when they won't give you any. Look at Ukraine in the thirties.
- 9:46For those of you who may not know, this little piece bastard piece of land over there we call Ukraine
- 9:51was earlier known as Khazaria.
- 9:54It goes back a long time in the, in this, crossing of swords, if you will, between Ukraine and Russia. This is nothing new. It's been going on a long time. In fact, Russia was founded in in Kyiv,
- 10:08which is in Ukraine.
- 10:10Okay?
- 10:11And and this goes back to the ruse coming down before they were Russia and breaking up Khazaria,
- 10:18which was
- 10:19manning over all the trade,
- 10:22caravans were coming in and out of Europe because they're set right on some of those key tributaries.
- 10:28Okay? So this this stuff goes way back, man.
- 10:32Way back.
- 10:33They are wanting to evidently, it appears to me
- 10:38that they're wanting Ukraine,
- 10:40Paul,
- 10:41to be the new Israel.
- 10:44Right there in the heart of Europe, that's what they were starting on when they started this damn war.
- 10:51Victoria noodle man.
- 10:53Get a sip of coffee here.
- 10:592014
- 11:02with a incident called the madan, m a I d
- 11:06a n, I think, madan.
- 11:10You were the history here, Paul. Do you know what's going on? I mean, the recent history, especially.
- 11:15They they go in and elect a popularly elected president
- 11:19who's going to be more Russia centric than Eurocentric,
- 11:23and that's when they overthrew him with the Madan.
- 11:27And she overthrewing
- 11:28you to she
- 11:31overthrew them using this
- 11:34group, this bunch called the Azov Brigade. They're up there in
- 11:39Western Ukraine.
- 11:43Now these are the Ukrainians that sided with the Nazis
- 11:48during war two. The big mistake number two is
- 11:52what Rivera likes to call it, pretty accurate.
- 11:57And so there are remnants up there. The CIA has been supporting them the whole time,
- 12:02but the problem with the Azoff guys is they're so heinous.
- 12:06They're so absolutely
- 12:08vicious, vindictive, and heinous
- 12:11that the Nazi SS didn't even wanna deal with them.
- 12:17Oh, they're fond of calling them Nazis.
- 12:19The Nazi SS
- 12:21would not deal with these people we call the Azov Brigade during World War two because they were too vicious and too vindictive,
- 12:29Paul. Now you wanted to add something? Seen
- 12:33Unknown: I've seen a lot of
- 12:36social media stories.
- 12:38There's there's YouTube clips and and Quora articles and stuff like that. I've seen a lot of things
- 12:46Mhmm. Singling out
- 12:48SS
- 12:50officers
- 12:51and painting the picture of how evil they were.
- 12:56Unknown: Now Of course. Well, how about Hitler? He's supposed to be pretty evil too. You wanna know how evil what Hitler was? Watch him watch pictures or look at photos
- 13:04when he's with children or dogs.
- 13:07Children and dogs do not go up and lick dictators'
- 13:11hands, people.
- 13:12Children don't flock to them.
- 13:16Unknown: Yeah. Well More propaganda.
- 13:19Whenever I see a sudden flood
- 13:22of,
- 13:24like type videos and social media posts and things like that, I always look for the for the why.
- 13:33Why is that stuff all coming
- 13:36to a head now?
- 13:39Unknown: And I just haven't found the why yet. I'm still working on it. Yeah. Well, that's who we're dealing with here. Most people don't know. They've got it so covered up, so convoluted, so distracted. They got you looking off somewhere, and then they got the balls
- 13:54or the temerity or the stupidity. And I'm not sure speaking of the what we played yesterday. I'm not sure which one of those apply, Paul, but they get one of the big guys from this Azoff brigade,
- 14:05and they bring him over to Canada
- 14:07to speak to the Canadian parliament.
- 14:11And they introduce him as somebody who fought the Russians.
- 14:15Woah. Who was fighting the Russians?
- 14:20But we're gonna have him talk to our parliament as a hero.
- 14:24I come on, people. Come on. Come on. Please.
- 14:28Please.
- 14:29Yeah. Man, it don't get any weirder than this. That's right. So what they're planning on doing evidently through BlackRock, they've gone in there. They wanna go in and buy up all the land they can get. I guess we get let Russia go ahead and get what they're gonna get. I hope I wish Russia just go in and take the whole damn thing except that I don't believe Putin wants it with this Azoff bunch in there.
- 14:53Unknown: So
- 14:56Unknown: we'll see, but they're using that in the future. You know, black rocks come out and say, well, the Ukraine is gonna be one of the test markets in the world for all this fancy technology and all this stuff we've got planned and the electronic civilization.
- 15:10Well, they were already.
- 15:12They already had 30,000
- 15:14Jews
- 15:15out of Israel moved up there.
- 15:17They were picking and chick cherry picking the settlement people
- 15:21on what criteria god only knows
- 15:24and moving them up there to Ukraine, I guess, with their weapons and start new settlements up there because they want the Ukraine to take the place of Israel
- 15:33and be plopped down right in the middle of Europe.
- 15:37Don't you know the Europeans are thrilled? They got black Africans coming from all over the place. Now they they they're gonna do this and just turn it all over.
- 15:48Mac Macrae is about to he's on his last legs. We by the way, we got rid of Starmer. Be sure and talk to Paul about that tomorrow. I'm not sure if it was a positive or not, Paul, because evidently,
- 16:00the guy that is taking his place is worse. He used to be his assistant. So you got England on the way out. Star you know what's the last thing Starmer did
- 16:10officially?
- 16:11He signed the bill where they're gonna have these gigantic
- 16:14missiles
- 16:15where they can hit Moscow from England.
- 16:19Oh, would they excuse me?
- 16:21You're gonna allow gigantic
- 16:23missiles with no telling what all now to start going at Moscow?
- 16:28I I sense bad times ahead, Paul. Sorry. My little crystal ball says that ain't very damn smart.
- 16:35That's incredibly provocative.
- 16:38What do you expect Russia to do if they send a big old I can't remember what they named the storm shadow storm shadow missile or something in, and they plop it right down the middle of Moscow with all the crap they're doing right now and sending all these drones in there. They're killing civilians. They almost killed Scott Ritter.
- 16:56He was telling the story. He almost got killed by a drone
- 16:59when he's just in Russia.
- 17:02Unknown: So
- 17:04Unknown: they got all those people moved out because, god forbid, we don't want any Jews fighting the Russians here in Ukraine.
- 17:11We're gonna send them back to Israel. We want you Ukrainians,
- 17:14you white,
- 17:16Orthodox Christians.
- 17:17We want you fighting them.
- 17:19And if you've left the country, we're gonna see if we can't get you extradited from Poland or France or wherever the hell you went to to get away from this.
- 17:30We want your blood.
- 17:32We want Christian blood. We don't want Jewish blood. We want Christian blood.
- 17:37That's what's going on, folks.
- 17:40Now
- 17:42since they've just about gotten everybody they can get,
- 17:46the easy,
- 17:47the low hanging fruit, Paul. They've already grabbed the low hanging fruit. They've already thrown them out to the into the butchery lines.
- 17:55Well, now they're trying to get more. And when those people are going in and they're doing critical jobs somewhere,
- 18:02they pull the Ukrainian out and bring in an Indian or an African.
- 18:08So the Christian can go fight on the front lines.
- 18:12Folks, this has got a terminable end.
- 18:14This cannot continue.
- 18:17Kapish,
- 18:19we're we got all kinds of these things. We got we got this coming to a head in the in the Middle East. I haven't talked about that yet.
- 18:27You got it. It's already almost ignorance gone to seed up there in Ukraine.
- 18:35And then you got the Israelis
- 18:37over there orchestrating
- 18:38both screwing with us.
- 18:42Oh, we're gonna because we don't care what you say. We're gonna go bomb these. Tell us not to do it, and we'll go do it, and we'll do it double than we did it last time. How about that,
- 18:52USA?
- 18:55How about that? How about how about we take your nose and we rub it in the crap that we left on the on the carpet?
- 19:03Israeli crap on the carpet. How about that?
- 19:09It's coming. It's coming to a head, folks. I don't know what's gonna precipitate it. I don't know what's gonna throw it over the edge. I we have no idea what's coming even later on in this day, but I can tell you what, we're in a precarious
- 19:23situation.
- 19:25Unknown: Mhmm.
- 19:26Unknown: So I hope you've, I hope you've
- 19:29I don't know what to tell you to do preparations. Get some food and have a put some water.
- 19:34Have have some good lead. Have some good caliber.
- 19:38Have a couple of nice iron pieces right by the door. It may come to that, folks. It may it very well may come to that.
- 19:45So I don't know. I hope not. Hope not for all of us. That's not a pleasant situation to be in by any means,
- 19:54but something serious is coming.
- 19:57Well, Israeli false flag is one of the most obvious ones. They're even telling us.
- 20:02They're publicly saying, Paul, well, we need to show Americans who's the boss, who's the hefe.
- 20:08Who's the hefe here?
- 20:14That's what that's what we got facing us this morning. So with all that wonderful setup and news,
- 20:21is there anybody that's got any questions about getting free?
- 20:24Unknown: Hey, Roger. It's William.
- 20:26Unknown: Hey, William. How are doing? I haven't seen you in a day or three.
- 20:30Unknown: I know. I've been busy.
- 20:32I wanted to kinda go over my appeal today if we have time.
- 20:37Unknown: William, we got nothing but time. K? So before you launch off onto that, let's make sure that we got nothing else out there because we may get into a long discussion on that.
- 20:49So is this a first draft?
- 20:51Unknown: It is.
- 20:53Unknown: Okay.
- 20:54Well, good. Then we can edit it a little bit as we go along. So does anybody have anything else that was bearing or oppressive on you that you wanted to get out?
- 21:04Well, I'll tell you in the I guess I'm doing a great job or we got the meekest audience or they're so well educated. I don't know which is the answer,
- 21:13William.
- 21:14Anyway, if nobody has any objection, we're gonna let William launch off into the reading of his draft, first draft, I guess, on this appeal.
- 21:22Unknown: And in the words of, Alan Greenspan,
- 21:25I guess I should warn you if I turn out to be
- 21:28particularly clear, you've probably misunderstood what I said.
- 21:34Unknown: And that's truth. He just passed, by the way, just recently. He did. He did. Yep.
- 21:40So he wrote the code for the Federal Reserve?
- 21:44Unknown: Oh, did he?
- 21:46Unknown: He was a computer genius. He wrote the code for the Federal Reserve.
- 21:50Unknown: Golly.
- 21:53Unknown: Amazing.
- 21:56Your rational exuberance.
- 21:58Do you know what mister Greenspan did as a young man, William?
- 22:03Unknown: No.
- 22:05Unknown: He sat at the feet of Anne Rand.
- 22:08Unknown: Oh, really?
- 22:09Unknown: Yes.
- 22:11Wow.
- 22:13Unknown: Yep.
- 22:15So
- 22:16so nobody else has got something they've dying to get out here because, otherwise, I'm gonna I'm gonna open the gate. I'm just gonna turn William loose.
- 22:24Unknown: Yeah. John Stewart got Alan Greenspan to admit that, we're in a centrally planned economy.
- 22:29It's not a free market.
- 22:31Yeah.
- 22:32Unknown: Because we have centrally set interest rates. Mhmm. Yeah. Because it's not the Israelis that control us. It's the money.
- 22:39Right.
- 22:42Way to go, Scott.
- 22:45Unknown: And I did hear
- 22:47Greenspan say on C SPAN one time that we would do well to go back on a gold standard.
- 22:53Unknown: Oh, yeah. He was big kind of a gold buff. Joe, did you hear that information I put out about a save the bacon act a minute ago?
- 23:03Unknown: Actually, I didn't.
- 23:05Unknown: Well, you need to know. Sorry, William. This,
- 23:08they are trying to push the farm bill through,
- 23:11and all of the efforts got concentrated on the, getting the liability waiver out of there so that they couldn't write off your cancer.
- 23:23And while they were concentrating on that, there's another part over there that says save the bacon act, I think.
- 23:30And what they're doing if it passes is they're going to override all the states, and none of the states can produce regulations that have anything to do with agriculture.
- 23:42Unknown: That surprises me not.
- 23:44Unknown: Okay. I'm just telling you. I heard little little redheaded fairy of doom talking about it just last night.
- 23:51Alright.
- 23:52There you go.
- 23:54So let's see if we can any other folks got something?
- 24:00No.
- 24:01William.
- 24:03Unknown: Here we go. So this on on appeal, we're not really rearguing the case so much as,
- 24:09trying to point out where the trial court aired.
- 24:12So I have to point out I have to enumerate their errors. So the first error is the trial court erred in finding no genuine issue of material fact regarding residency.
- 24:24The citizenship clause of the fourteenth amendment to The United States constitution plainly states that citizens of The United States reside
- 24:31in a state. I've got that as house sized.
- 24:34The only lawful methods for a person to be in residence in a state is if that person is a,
- 24:40a citizen of The United States in residence under the language of the fourteenth amendment,
- 24:45or b,
- 24:46a resident alien foreign national
- 24:48with residency as a visa holder or lawful permanent residency.
- 24:53While a person must domicile in a state as a condition of being in residence,
- 24:58the fact that a person domiciles
- 25:00in a state does not necessitate
- 25:02residence.
- 25:04The United States Supreme Court held an Elk v. Wilkins,
- 25:08the jurisdiction of The United States citizenship and its associated residency
- 25:12is contemplated politically within the citizenship clause of the fourteenth amendment.
- 25:17The trial court accepted the appellee's assertion that the appellant resides in the state of Georgia based on circumstantial
- 25:24factors such as property ownership,
- 25:26voting,
- 25:27registration,
- 25:29and licensing.
- 25:30However, for the appellant
- 25:32to reside in Georgia, he must be a United States citizen or resident alien.
- 25:37While Forrester v Culpepper
- 25:39provides a definition to determine Georgia residency,
- 25:42it does not establish United States residency
- 25:45upon which it relies.
- 25:48Congress has vested The United States Secretary of State with all final authority over all matters concerning United States citizenship and residency.
- 25:57The state of Georgia and its political subdivisions have no authority in law to determine a person's United States citizenship or residency.
- 26:05These determinations are solely vested in The United States Secretary of State and the documentation in his possession by operation of law.
- 26:14The United States Supreme Court held in your Tiki v to RC documentation
- 26:18in possession of the secretary if of a character admissible in a court of justice
- 26:23is the higher and better evidence of the fact of citizenship
- 26:27if produced upon the trial.
- 26:30The appellant produced an affidavit of citizenship evidence filed with The United States Secretary of State to the trial court demonstrating that he is not a citizen of The United States nor a resident alien.
- 26:41This fact makes the appellant nonresident alien under US law, codified in 26 USC
- 26:47seventy seven zero one b one b,
- 26:49thereby rebutting any presumptions of residency.
- 26:53The fact of the appellant being
- 26:55nonresident alien is not up for debate and has been settled administratively with The United States secretary of state.
- 27:02Georgia law provides that residency is a rebuttable presumption.
- 27:07Unknown: Did did you put anything in there about the passport and a passport issued under that same document Yeah. William? Okay. I'll shut up.
- 27:18Unknown: Georgia law provides that residency is a rebuttal presumption.
- 27:23It is non sequitur
- 27:25for the appellant to be nonresident under US law while simultaneously being resident under Georgia law as determined by the trial court.
- 27:34A reasonable fact finder could clearly determine from the evidence in the record that the appellant
- 27:39is nonresident alien and not a citizen of The United States or a resident alien.
- 27:44The record reflects
- 27:46disputed issues concerning United States and thereby Georgia residency,
- 27:51act applicability of statutory definite definitions,
- 27:54and these disputes preclude summary judgment.
- 27:58So that's the first
- 28:00that's the first section there, the first
- 28:03item that I got them on. I got five of them here in total.
- 28:08Not all of them are that long.
- 28:10Unknown: Uh-huh. Heard a couple of words I would I heard a couple of words I'd have changed, but nothing of any severity, just my preference.
- 28:19But it sounds pretty good.
- 28:21Okay. And you say that's what first of five modules you got?
- 28:25Unknown: Yeah.
- 28:27The other ones aren't aren't near as long.
- 28:30Unknown: Okay.
- 28:32Unknown: Taxation required us For the audience. For the audience, you made a very important point there at the last, and you used the legal phrase non sequitur,
- 28:41s e q u I t o r, I believe. That means that that does not follow.
- 28:48So what he laid out and identified is something that didn't follow or didn't make sense or had no consistency
- 28:55as you extrapolated
- 28:56the contact the concept out. Just wanted to say that.
- 29:02Unknown: I was trying to get Legal language. Through to him that I'm I'm nonresident under US law,
- 29:08but how am I resident under Georgia law? You know? Correct.
- 29:12Unknown: Yeah. You're gonna put them right square in a little, conundrum, aren't you?
- 29:16Yep.
- 29:17Taxation
- 29:18Speaking
- 29:19of the earlier Anne Rand,
- 29:22one of her statements is there are no such things as contradictions.
- 29:28Unknown: Right.
- 29:30Taxation requires a sufficient nexus under due process.
- 29:34United States Supreme Court has held that taxation requires a definite link or minimum connection between the state and the person or transaction it seeks to tax. That was Miller Brothers
- 29:46Company versus Maryland in 1954.
- 29:48The trial court failed to analyze whether specific
- 29:52the specific transaction giving rise
- 29:54to the tax satisfied the constitutional nexus requirements. The Georgia statutes relating
- 30:00to the title ad valorem tax apply exclusively to persons who are US citizens or resident aliens.
- 30:06The appellant
- 30:07provided an affidavit of citizenship evidence in possession of the secretary of state demonstrating he is not a US citizen or resident alien and therefore not a person to whom the statute applies.
- 30:18Instead, the trial court improperly relied on the previously rebutted presumption of law that the appellant is a US citizen or resident and broadly generalized
- 30:28indicators of residence without addressing whether Mhmm. The vehicle transaction itself created a taxable nexus with a nonresident alien.
- 30:36The statutory scheme
- 30:38was properly applied,
- 30:39and this And they additionally
- 30:41Unknown: hold on. They additionally they additionally identified
- 30:45you
- 30:46as a sovereign citizen, which has no legal definition.
- 30:52Unknown: Right.
- 30:53Unknown: I don't know if I wanna drag that in there.
- 30:56Unknown: Well, wait, Shay. Hell, I would think the whole case almost would would
- 31:00roll
- 31:01on it. He charged you and found you guilty
- 31:05on a legal condition they specifically stated called a sovereign citizen that is not defined anywhere, and then they charged you $4,500
- 31:14for that?
- 31:16Yeah. I I get to that. I
- 31:18believe it's worth mentioning,
- 31:20Unknown: William. Go ahead. Well, it's in one it's in one of the ways that they aired. Just one of their errors. Okay. Yeah. It's definitely an error. If you convict somebody
- 31:30Unknown: on on on a condition, there ain't no definition for it. I guess that's a damn error, ain't it? Right.
- 31:37Unknown: So them omitting the nexus constitutes reversible error.
- 31:42So that's that that section, that error that they made, not looking at the nexus.
- 31:48Mm-mm. And
- 31:50Unknown: then the appellee failed to establish I'm so glad I'm so glad you're doing this. Okay? Thank you.
- 31:56Because I know what's involved with what you're reading here and what you've been through.
- 32:01And it ain't no walk in the park necessarily. You got a family with children,
- 32:06a job, and all this other stuff, and you've had to put a lot of that on the back burner to do this right here. And I appreciate it. Thank you, William.
- 32:14Unknown: Yep.
- 32:15I've got the stay in, you know, a motion for stay on those attorney's fees,
- 32:19but I got a feeling the judge is gonna sign it, and I'm gonna pay them. But,
- 32:24hopefully, I can get the appellate court to
- 32:27make them send it back to me.
- 32:31The appellee failed to establish entitlement to summary judgment as a matter of law. Under Georgia law, the burden of summary judgment rests with the movement the movement,
- 32:41and that's in Lyles court case.
- 32:43For the appellee to overcome the higher and better evidence of the citizenship file
- 32:48citizenship on file with The United States secretary of state, he would have to submit his own evidence under penalty of perjury to the secretary
- 32:55disputing the facts filed by the appellant.
- 32:58The appellee relied on circumstantial indicators of residency but failed to conclusively
- 33:03establish
- 33:04statutory
- 33:05applicability of the tablet to the appellant or nonresident aliens,
- 33:09absence of legal defenses,
- 33:11and where the movement fails
- 33:12to negate all essential elements of the opposing party's claim, summary judgment must be denied.
- 33:20Unknown: So they didn't Will you be considering
- 33:23you considering going back to law school?
- 33:29Unknown: I thought I've always want I've always had interest in law.
- 33:33Unknown: It show it shows.
- 33:37Unknown: So now we're gonna move on to the next error.
- 33:40The trial court improperly resolve legal and factual questions in favor of the appellee.
- 33:46Jurisdictional and tax liability determinations
- 33:49must be supported by clear statutory authority.
- 33:52While the courts have rejected generalized claims of exemption from taxation,
- 33:56each case must still be evaluated on a specific legal and factual basis.
- 34:01The appellee failed to establish clear statutory
- 34:04applicability to persons other than US citizens or resident aliens.
- 34:08The trial court improperly
- 34:09treated the appellee's position as the dispositive
- 34:13without fully addressing statutory interpretation issues,
- 34:16constitutional limitations,
- 34:18and factual disputes.
- 34:21So that's another error that they made. Dispositive.
- 34:24Unknown: Good good word.
- 34:26Unknown: Right.
- 34:28Okay. Here's the attorney's fees. The trial court improperly awarded attorney's fees pursuant to OCGA nine fifteen fourteen.
- 34:35For a party to be awarded litigation costs and attorney's fees pursuant to OCGA nine fifteen fourteen, the party must demonstrate to the court that an action is substantially frivolous, substantially groundless,
- 34:46or substantially vexatious.
- 34:49The appellant
- 34:50demonstrated to the trial court that he is a quote, unquote, national pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act codified in eight USC
- 34:5811 o one a twenty one and submitted evidence to the record in the record to the to that effect processed by The United States secretary of state and placed firmly in his administrative files.
- 35:10Acts of congress codified
- 35:12The United States statutes at large
- 35:15are positive law and are clearly not considered frivolous, groundless, or vexatious.
- 35:20Furthermore,
- 35:21the Georgia constitution guarantees the people's right to redress their grievances
- 35:25with their government by petition by petition
- 35:28without threat of reprisal,
- 35:31punishment, or retaliation.
- 35:34The award by the trial court of fees is obviously intended to be punitive and retaliatory
- 35:38against the petitioner.
- 35:40The trial court openly admits the punitive purpose of the fees award in the order are a result of the appellant's con quote, unquote conduct
- 35:48of being a quote, unquote national as that term is defined in the INA.
- 35:53The trial court improperly treated the appellant's position as frivolous and thereby permitted the appellee,
- 35:59an agent of government,
- 36:00to utilize the code against the people in violation of the provisions of the Georgia constitution,
- 36:05article one, section one, paragraph
- 36:07nine, and the first amendment to the United States constitution.
- 36:12That's that section.
- 36:16Unknown: Does bring up If I could if I could,
- 36:19I would exercise
- 36:20the long arm statute.
- 36:23You know what that is?
- 36:25Yeah. I heard that. That's where where I reach through Zoom
- 36:29and put my arms around you and give you a big hug.
- 36:35Unknown: And so now I get to the conclusion. So I didn't bring in the sovereign citizen stuff,
- 36:40but I did I did
- 36:42bring in just focused on being a national under the INA
- 36:46Unknown: and how Okay. Well, you fossils. I I don't know if you I I'm not I'm a plant a seed that I I think that should be woven in there. I think that's really part of your case that they've charged you and fined you on a legal condition that does not exist anywhere and has no definition.
- 37:04But to me, that just seems like a pretty important point, but I'm gonna let you handle it however you want to.
- 37:10Unknown: Okay.
- 37:11In conclusion,
- 37:13just conclusion,
- 37:14the Columbia County tax commissioner is an elected public office, and the commissioner has a duty and obligation to know or should have known his delegated jurisdiction extends to exclusively
- 37:24the persons who are citizens of The United States or resident aliens.
- 37:28It is a gross miscarriage of justice for the appellant not only to be responsible for an improperly assessed tax,
- 37:34but also attorney's fees and litigation costs,
- 37:37defending,
- 37:38and confidence.
- 37:42Little bit of an attack.
- 37:44Get to the next stage.
- 37:46Unknown: Well,
- 37:48again, they've they've found you guilty
- 37:50and charged
- 37:52you $4,500
- 37:55for your efforts here
- 37:57and charging you with a
- 38:00condition that doesn't exist in law.
- 38:03Right. Is the appellate level going to condone and and
- 38:08rubber stamp that?
- 38:10Unknown: Right.
- 38:12Unknown: The trial court erred in granting summary judgment. Then the whole reason the whole reason for the appellate levels wash away if they do that.
- 38:21Unknown: Right.
- 38:24Unknown: Go ahead, William.
- 38:26Unknown: The trial court erred in granting summary judgment to the appellee and denying the appellant's motion.
- 38:31The appellant
- 38:32respectfully request that the court reverse the trial court's order,
- 38:36vacate the grant of summary judgment, including attorney's fees to the appellee,
- 38:41and grant the appellant's motion or remand the case with instructions to enter judgment for the appellant as no reasonable fact finder could rule in favor of the appellee
- 38:50based on evidence in the record.
- 38:53And that's it.
- 38:54Unknown: William, you got a couple of friends who are attorneys. Are they helping you with this? Are you advised, asking them for a little advice on this? Because you really have drafted up a a pretty tight document.
- 39:05Unknown: Sounds like I did it I did it all. I had, chat GPT
- 39:09just do the outline for me.
- 39:11Uh-huh.
- 39:13And then, and then I went in and filled it because chat GP GPT
- 39:16Unknown: was saying, oh, this is this is this is never gonna stay. You know? Of course. Yes. Yes. I understand. How what's your due date? What's your drop dead date here?
- 39:26Unknown: July 7.
- 39:28Okay. Just gonna have a have shot.
- 39:32Unknown: Okay, man. Good job. Is anybody in the audience?
- 39:35Listen. Folks in the audience, you're not if you don't want to do something like this, we're we don't require that in our protocol here.
- 39:43But, William, as I was talking about yesterday, William, isn't this interesting that you would come today with this?
- 39:49You see, all I know to do is to put this information out and see how people like you react.
- 39:56You know, I never told you to do this.
- 39:59It's just like whatever the information
- 40:02moves you or whatever you feel like you are
- 40:06supposed to address with the knowledge you've been given, that's
- 40:10where you're supposed to go. With me, nobody knew anything. All I knew from the early on was I knew this is really powerful. K? And because I knew that they went to a lot of trouble
- 40:22to put this
- 40:24political
- 40:25condition national
- 40:27into the internal revenue code
- 40:29as a nonresident alien.
- 40:32Now they had to jump through some damn hoops to do that.
- 40:37And that really, in essence, is what drove me for a lot of these years
- 40:41was
- 40:42things like that that I you just you look at that, you think about it for a minute, and you know it's important.
- 40:50You just don't know how and why.
- 40:53And so that's what we've we've
- 40:56gone through all this all these years.
- 40:58Go ahead. I'll let you I'll shut up. Let you talk, William. Go ahead.
- 41:02Unknown: No. Go ahead. Looking, you know, at the requirements to be president says you have to be a resident
- 41:08of The United States.
- 41:10I think it's for fourteen years
- 41:13Yes. And a natural born citizen.
- 41:16Unknown: Yes.
- 41:17Unknown: But then the only other place that resident shows up or reside is in the fourteenth amendment,
- 41:22and it's contemplated politically there.
- 41:25But I think it's contemplated geographically,
- 41:29you know, in the in the presidential requirement.
- 41:32Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 41:35Well, it's this conundrum
- 41:37is this conundrum
- 41:38of these two different sides of the word resident?
- 41:42The original one or all these man made ones? I think that's what they're turning the whole thing on, that right there.
- 41:50Unknown: Well, they introduced another citizenship,
- 41:52and that introduced,
- 41:54international
- 41:55law is what Yes. Judge Ellis said.
- 41:58And then the international law definition Well, it is. Is
- 42:02Yeah.
- 42:03Unknown: And because just a second, Paul. Because of the melding well, of course, didn't happen for a couple 100.
- 42:10The melding of these two bodies of law, the international
- 42:13aspect is the uniform commercial code. Well, I guess common law's got an international aspect too, but a narrow one. Paul?
- 42:25Unknown: I I
- 42:26want to make sure that William
- 42:30goes through the definition
- 42:31of international president,
- 42:34but
- 42:36just listening to that document, I think you've you've drawn
- 42:40a pretty solid line between unconstitutionality
- 42:44and their actions against you.
- 42:47So I'm thinking if it doesn't go your way at the appellate level, you've got a really really good chance of removing to federal jurisdiction
- 42:58and actually challenging the constitutionality
- 43:01of the state.
- 43:03It might be one of the few like William. Joe Lustica did.
- 43:07Yeah.
- 43:10Unknown: Okay. There was somebody else trying to say something a second ago as we were starting the discussion. Who was that? I don't wanna exclude you.
- 43:21I could've sworn I heard somebody trying to I spoke
- 43:24Unknown: up a couple of times.
- 43:26Unknown: Okay. Well, maybe that was Paul doing double duty.
- 43:29Anybody else? If not, William, good job, man.
- 43:33I do wish you'd consider weaving that in there on
- 43:37how how can that how in the ridiculous nature that I'm appealing a
- 43:43case and a decision
- 43:45on a legal theory that doesn't exist
- 43:49in any kind of law.
- 43:52Yeah. Oh, we've got it mentioned all the time. It's another Southern Poverty Law Center,
- 43:57magician, whoop, waiver one, and we got an entity.
- 44:01I think they may have started all that to combat what we're doing, folks. The Southern Poverty Law Center has known about this information
- 44:10and that I was putting it out from the very first shows I was ever on the air fifteen years ago. This is nothing new to them. K?
- 44:18I could go in and tell the story and all that, but I I won't necessarily,
- 44:22but they've known about it the whole time. And it's very
- 44:26feasible
- 44:27that they cooked up this sovereign citizen thing
- 44:31and
- 44:32saw it as a good way to put up a straw man.
- 44:36Again, there's your there's your patriot term, a real straw man against what we're doing.
- 44:42Then they blame people. Oh, you're a sovereign citizen. Well, it's got no basis in law. It's got no definition.
- 44:48It's got all kinds of damn negative,
- 44:50connotations
- 44:51to it, and nobody can find it defined anywhere, and that's the case I'm appealing.
- 44:57But don't you doesn't it sign kinda sound a ludicrous on his face a little?
- 45:03Just thoughts,
- 45:04William. I'll continue to noodle on it, but, that
- 45:10almost should be the whole basis of the whole thing, not whether the tax is owed or what they made a decision as to what you were and fined you for it.
- 45:19Right. Never defined it. They never defined it. They just slammed the gavel down the minute you said this is political. He goes, I know it isn't. Boom. We're gonna hit you here. That's basically what happened because none of these judges wanna touch a political question.
- 45:36Unknown: Comment.
- 45:37That's
- 45:38Unknown: the less you're like international
- 45:42sorry, Raj. Can can you share the definition of residence,
- 45:47the international definition real quick so we can get that on the transcript?
- 45:52Unknown: Let me see. I got it in
- 45:56OVA's
- 45:58constitutional
- 45:59dictionary.
- 46:02Let me find it.
- 46:04I screenshot it a while back.
- 46:10Unknown: We'll get you a second, Rick.
- 46:13You can go ahead while I'm looking for this. Alright. Rick, you wanna come forward with what you have?
- 46:19Unknown: Yeah. When I heard William read the
- 46:23their summation,
- 46:25they
- 46:27really base their rejection of his of his
- 46:33suit where he was bringing on
- 46:35residency, they threw sovereign citizen in as a comment.
- 46:39That's the way I heard it. Is that right, William?
- 46:42Unknown: Yeah. It was more of a
- 46:44he was equating national status to
- 46:47Oh. Citizenship.
- 46:49Unknown: Okay. So he wasn't calling you that. He was giving an example.
- 46:53Unknown: Yeah.
- 46:54He was saying that Okay. My bad. Found that that people with
- 46:59Unknown: sovereign or national status aren't exempt, but there's never been a case that said nationals weren't exempt. Not prop not properly where you got someone like you that's done everything properly and filed an affidavit and done everything they required to the to the I dotting of the I and the crossing of the t.
- 47:18Unknown: When
- 47:24Unknown: I was looking in the law library, they said, there was a case.
- 47:28Let's see, National Discount Corp in 1961 reside is an elastic term to be interpreted in light of purpose of statute in which the term is used and is not synonymous with citizenship.
- 47:41And while a person may be said to have one domicile,
- 47:44he might have several residences.
- 47:47Unknown: Well, this is not synonymous with citizenship. What about the fourteenth amendment?
- 47:52Unknown: Right.
- 47:54Unknown: It's a function of citizenship. Have you looked in have you looked in words and phrases?
- 47:59Unknown: Yeah. That's what I that's where I read it from. Oh, okay. That that case. Boy, is that a resource or what?
- 48:06It is. Yeah. It's just
- 48:08there's a there's a lot of contradictory
- 48:10information in there.
- 48:12Unknown: I'm sure. Well, even the Supreme Court can't define the word income.
- 48:19Unknown: Yeah.
- 48:22Citizenship for the purposes of diversity statute is synonymous not with residents, but with domicile.
- 48:30Unknown: And then they come back and tie domicile into residency when I don't think it should be.
- 48:35Unknown: Right.
- 48:36One more comment.
- 48:38Unknown: Yes, sir.
- 48:41Unknown: Battelle,
- 48:42and I've read that
- 48:44several times,
- 48:45He did not use the word resident or domicile or anything like that. He used the word settlement,
- 48:51and that's exactly the word that the Jews used when they moved into Palestine
- 48:55and established Point. Their homes.
- 48:59So William,
- 49:01his where he lives is his settlement. It's not his residency. Not his residence. That word. I like that word. I remember reading the pages on residency,
- 49:10Unknown: and he never once uses the word residency.
- 49:12He uses resident alien
- 49:15every time.
- 49:17Unknown: And what they've done use
- 49:19that's why they use the word inhabitant,
- 49:22you know,
- 49:23more than That that's what they used in Urotiki
- 49:25that Urotiki case.
- 49:27Right. He was an inhabitant of Louisiana.
- 49:30Unknown: Exactly.
- 49:31Or a sojourner,
- 49:32sojourning through.
- 49:34Those types of terms.
- 49:37Can you, I mean, I forgot where I was going. Anyway,
- 49:40this is all very important stuff if you're, you know, I hope y'all are sponging this up out there. Get an actual
- 49:47chance of one of our students
- 49:51getting to go voluntarily,
- 49:53initiate
- 49:53this action himself,
- 49:56and go in there and test the system. These are the ways we get answers.
- 50:01And, I applaud Woody for the sacrifice. Oh, I'm gonna compliment you again.
- 50:06I applaud him for the sacrifices he's made to get this to this point.
- 50:11K? Because if you've never done this before, you just don't know.
- 50:15Now, obviously, William likes doing it. Okay?
- 50:19And he's excelling at it from what we he's read to us today.
- 50:23Go ahead, William, please. This
- 50:26Unknown: is from Beauvoir's
- 50:29constitutional
- 50:30it's from the Library of Congress
- 50:33Unknown: dictionary. '9 1917?
- 50:37Unknown: Yeah. I think so. It's the Beauvais constitutional
- 50:40dictionary.
- 50:41Mhmm.
- 50:42Unknown: Red This what congress uses, by the way, folks. They don't use blacks. They use Beauvais,
- 50:48and they use if I'm not wrong, the 1917
- 50:51edition. Go go go ahead, William.
- 50:55Unknown: Yeah. This is from the congressional,
- 50:59whatever it is, the printing office.
- 51:02Resident international law is a minister according to diplomatic language of a third order,
- 51:08less in dignity than an ambassador or an envoy.
- 51:12This term is formerly related
- 51:14only to the continuance
- 51:16of the minister's stay,
- 51:18but now it is confined to ministers of this class.
- 51:21Unknown: There you go. The ambassadorial
- 51:23laws, what he's reading right there.
- 51:26Unknown: The resident does not represent the prince's person in his dig in his dignity,
- 51:31but only his affairs. His representation is in reality of the same nature as that of the envoy.
- 51:39Hence, he is termed as well as the envoy, a minister of the second order, thus distinguishing only two classes of public ministers,
- 51:47the former consisting of ambassadors
- 51:50who are vested with the representative character of preeminence,
- 51:54and the latter comprising
- 51:55all other ministers who do not possess
- 51:58that exalted character. This is the most necessary distinction and indeed the only essential one, and that comes from Vattel.
- 52:08Unknown: There you go.
- 52:10Ambassadorial
- 52:11law, ministers,
- 52:12envoys,
- 52:13that's all ambassador law. He didn't did did he have a driver's license? Did he pay property taxes? Didn't have any of that language in there, does it?
- 52:22Not a bit.
- 52:23K.
- 52:25See, that's what they're doing. They're taking this definition,
- 52:29and they're imputing it into all of their things,
- 52:32and then they're trying to trick you
- 52:35on the geographical
- 52:36definitions they've laid out that don't apply to you if you don't want them to. Remember, the term resident is a rebuttable presumption.
- 52:44No. I choose for those not to apply because this is being used
- 52:49in this ministerial admiral ambassadorial
- 52:53context.
- 52:54It's not where you live.
- 52:57It's what laws do you
- 53:00choose
- 53:01to be under.
- 53:03Unknown: So the first definition of resident is international law. The second definition
- 53:07is of resident is for persons.
- 53:11A resident persons is a person
- 53:13coming into a place with intention to establish his domicile
- 53:17or permanent residence
- 53:19and who,
- 53:20in consequence,
- 53:21actually remains there. Time is not so essential as the interest executed by making or beginning an actual establishment,
- 53:29though it may be abandoned
- 53:30in a longer or shorter period.
- 53:33And then it says, look at Hall's Law Journal.
- 53:36Unknown: In two so then we go, well, I wasn't I wasn't planning to do all that. I was just hanging out for a while sojourner and through the place and decided to hang my hat here or whatever the other word inhabitant
- 53:48or or the other ones you wanna use. So see the hey. What's what's the title of my book there, Rick? Government by the Treachery and Deception
- 53:56of Words.
- 53:59Yes, sir, Rick.
- 54:03Unknown: I was just gonna say intent.
- 54:05Unknown: You're talking about intent. What's your intention being here? Yes. That's right. Well, I intend to be a national, and that means those things that I'm not I'm not doing that. I'm not residing there.
- 54:16And and what all these things come back to and funnel back to,
- 54:20everything's gotta be voluntary.
- 54:23If it's not voluntary,
- 54:25it's tyranny.
- 54:27Here's an interesting one. A way to weave that you might find a way to weave that into your document, William,
- 54:33somehow.
- 54:35Unknown: Here's an interesting one from words and phrases. Georgia appellate case
- 54:39nineteen thirteen as used in the Georgia civil code of nineteen million one hundred thirty two thousand five hundred ninety
- 54:45providing that a mortgage on a personnel
- 54:48a personality
- 54:49must be recorded in the county of the mortgagor's residence.
- 54:53The word residence means actual residence as contra distinguished from his domicile
- 54:58or his political residence.
- 55:02That was Farmer v Phillips.
- 55:04Unknown: I still love that one I saw years ago.
- 55:08I don't know. I'm sure there were others. This one just hit me. I use it on the show a bit.
- 55:17Whenever the word resident is used in any legal context, its definition is always legal.
- 55:25Pretty straightforward.
- 55:28Boy, me too.
- 55:29But it was in there. K?
- 55:34Unknown: And then another interesting one here was,
- 55:38this one says
- 55:39interest paid to foreign corporations,
- 55:42this is 1934,
- 55:44by The United States in 1925 and 1926
- 55:47on a refund of income
- 55:48and profit taxes illegally assessed and collected in prior years.
- 55:53Payable is taxable income from sources within The United States under statute defining
- 55:58such income as including interest on interest bearing obligations
- 56:02of residents.
- 56:05Such interest was taxable income in view of the Revenue Act of 1926,
- 56:10which provides that
- 56:11in the case of a foreign corporation,
- 56:13gross income means only gross income from sources within The United States determined in a manner provided
- 56:19in section two seventeen.
- 56:22Since the obligation to pay such interest imposed on government
- 56:26by Revenue Act of 1924
- 56:28was an obligation,
- 56:30quote, unquote, and that the government
- 56:32was a resident, quote, unquote, of The United States within the meaning of the Revenue Act of 1926,
- 56:38which provides that income from sources within The United States shall be deemed to include interest on bonds, notes, other interest bearing obligations of, quote, unquote, residents, corporate, or otherwise.
- 56:51So there they even shared that The
- 56:53United States itself was a resident.
- 56:56The government was a resident.
- 56:58Unknown: I still like just a second. Somebody's trying to say something to get to you. Just a second. I still like the
- 57:07the Webster's legal definition is where you live or dwell for some time for the receipt of a benefit and the discharge of a duty.
- 57:17That's pretty specific. And when you talk about these things, you can if you apply them to that, you can see how they
- 57:23apply.
- 57:24Who was trying to say something?
- 57:27Unknown: Ed from Michigan.
- 57:29Unknown: Hello, Ed. Well, this right up your wheelhouse, isn't it?
- 57:32Unknown: Yeah.
- 57:33I was gonna say we just talked about some of this yesterday,
- 57:37but I had a quick question for I don't wanna break in too far here. Just one quick question for,
- 57:42William.
- 57:43Is that Palmer versus Phillips
- 57:46that you mentioned?
- 57:48Unknown: See which one yep. Farmer.
- 57:50Farmer v Phillips. Farmer.
- 57:52Unknown: With an okay. Farmer. Okay.
- 57:56V Phillips.
- 57:58Yeah. And that was what state?
- 58:01Unknown: Georgia appellate.
- 58:03Georgia.
- 58:05Unknown: That was Maybe that's what we've been looking for, Roger. Thank you.
- 58:11Unknown: There's another interesting here one. This is from 2004
- 58:15now in New York.
- 58:16For the purposes of the privileges and immunities clause,
- 58:20which provides that the citizens of each state shall be entitled to all the privileges and immunities of citizens
- 58:26in the several states,
- 58:28the term citizen and resident are used interchangeably.
- 58:35That's Swedenburg D Kelly 2004.
- 58:38Unknown: Yeah. Uh-huh.
- 58:40I was just thinking of something else.
- 58:42I know. Let me see if I can get it back, William.
- 58:46Did you bring in title 42 section nineteen eighty three at all?
- 58:51Unknown: I don't think you did. I didn't it's it's in my
- 58:54in my other brief.
- 58:57Unknown: If you're in something where you're talking about a national,
- 59:00you might say it is even buttressed by the fact that congress has put this in title 42,
- 59:07and it is labeled there as a white citizen.
- 59:11Unknown: Yeah. I might add that. You know, that's another question
- 59:13Unknown: you may wanna leave open in your brief. Whatever happened to the white citizens of Jim Crow?
- 59:20Of course, we know
- 59:22these judges don't don't know how they've done this.
- 59:28So just ideas. Now somebody was trying to say something. I interrupted you.
- 59:35Yes, sir. Well, no. Was that Ed? I got Ed cleaned that up. Okay.
- 59:39Anybody else got something they wanna inject? Okay.
- 59:45Well, you're seeing where the rubber meets the road right here, and William's done an excellent job.
- 59:51Aren't we about to get some energy?
- 59:53There it is, man. Boy, Paul, how about that for anticipation,
- 59:58buddy?
- 59:59Even on the faintest
- 1:00:02entrance.
- 1:00:03We got it. Okay. Well, I'm gonna talk. I can talk for a couple minutes here or not. Minute seconds. Thank you. And then Paul's gonna talk. Radio Ranch with Roger Sales.

- 1:00:59I'm Paul from the Radio Ranch and Global Voice Network. Thank you for being with us. We'll be returning to the program shortly.
- 1:01:07Thank you so much for your patience.
- 1:01:49Unknown: And that listeners is like a little a little a little dish of sherbet
- 1:01:55after a nice meal to cleanse your cleanse your palate.
- 1:01:59So consider that wonderful interlude and Paul's
- 1:02:03message as a little dish of sherbet,
- 1:02:07preferably orange or lime.
- 1:02:09Now, William, I wanna go back
- 1:02:12while I would had a minute there to cleanse
- 1:02:15my palate.
- 1:02:17You could go back. I'm not telling you to do this, but you could go back and go, well, the IRS accepts it.
- 1:02:25Unknown: Yeah. That's not a transcript.
- 1:02:28Unknown: It is? Okay. So, anyway, and yet we're dealing with a taxing authority that doesn't accept it,
- 1:02:35but the IRS does. In
- 1:02:38Unknown: the appeal brief, I was just trying to focus on
- 1:02:42more of the errors that the court made and why Yes. Yes. They confirmed rather than trying to argue the
- 1:02:49Unknown: The issues again. Case?
- 1:02:52Right. Listen.
- 1:02:53Don't don't don't let me distract you. You've done a wonderful job, and I see what you're doing. That is one of their requirements
- 1:03:01on even accepting an appellate submission
- 1:03:04is that they go back, and they're looking for errors.
- 1:03:08So they're they're Right. But but remember,
- 1:03:11someone told me years ago,
- 1:03:13this is the first level you really get real law to.
- 1:03:19Unknown: Right.
- 1:03:22Unknown: So I'm trying not to get to And, yeah, and the reason for that the reason for that is because this level establishes
- 1:03:29precedent.
- 1:03:30So what William's doing
- 1:03:32is he's messing with a level here which says if these things ever come up again here in the state of Georgia, you're gonna have to rule this way.
- 1:03:43So that's one of the reasons I think you get more law is because they've got that responsibility.
- 1:03:52Yeah. So just
- 1:03:54noodling.
- 1:03:58Unknown: And, like, I I like what Joe did, Lustica,
- 1:04:01you know, but he didn't
- 1:04:03you know, if I were to go to New Jersey and do the same things he did, I would be subject to the same treatment that he got, you know?
- 1:04:11Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:04:13Unknown: Whereas
- 1:04:14I'm kinda plowing the way for other nationals in Georgia,
- 1:04:19you know, to have something to work with.
- 1:04:23And that way, we can Well, I'd
- 1:04:26Unknown: the result, I sure hope that they would recognize the fact that this status
- 1:04:31is in legislation.
- 1:04:33It's in the statutes at large.
- 1:04:35It's in The United States code,
- 1:04:38and it's recognized thoroughly and totally throughout the federal government. Why isn't it recognized here in Georgia?
- 1:04:47Unknown: They don't wanna give up that controls.
- 1:04:51Unknown: Well, what we're doing right now, folks, if you're just new stumbling, we're we're wrestling with the nexus where they've got all of us. This is where they've got you tied in. They lock in at
- 1:05:03least in their system from birth,
- 1:05:06then they ask you, do you agree with this? Your whole life, do you agree with this? And and that's where we are. All these things are established because you agreed with them.
- 1:05:14Now we're going back and undoing those things as best we can. So,
- 1:05:19again, hats off, William, to your effort here and the things, what you've already
- 1:05:26sacrificed in a sense of being with your family and the other things you could be doing.
- 1:05:31But I can tell that you've got a,
- 1:05:34an a a a like for this and an aptitude.
- 1:05:38So, so you've done a real good job, I think. Anybody else wanna give William any kudos or criticisms or anything?
- 1:05:45Suggestions?
- 1:05:48Damn, William. They must think you're doing good too, son.
- 1:05:52So the seventh is drop dead day.
- 1:05:55Unknown: It is. Yeah.
- 1:05:58I've gotta pay him I've gotta pay him $300.
- 1:06:02And then I'll I'll file this brief
- 1:06:06by the seventh.
- 1:06:07And then the opposing attorney will have twenty days
- 1:06:10to file a brief if he wants to. He's not required to.
- 1:06:14Right. Okay. And then and then I'll have another twenty days
- 1:06:18to respond to a brief if he files one. If he files one. Yeah. Yeah. And then
- 1:06:24they've already set the date
- 1:06:27and the judges.
- 1:06:29They said if it goes to oral argument,
- 1:06:32that that'll be on October 15.
- 1:06:35Unknown: Oh, cool. Would you love to go up and argue that in front of them?
- 1:06:39Unknown: Really?
- 1:06:42Unknown: Oh, it'd be a great oh, I know it'd scare the crap out of you, but it'd be a great experience to have under your belt, man. Yeah. You got total command of the facts. Roger. It would be great. So let's see if it goes that far. Probably won't.
- 1:06:56Unknown: Yeah. One of us has to request an argument,
- 1:06:59Unknown: and I'm not gonna request it.
- 1:07:03Yeah.
- 1:07:04I understand.
- 1:07:07And I gotta I gotta go to Atlanta to do it. So And then and you could also say, and I demand an en banc hearing.
- 1:07:18You know what that means? Kudos from ex gentile.
- 1:07:21There you go. Ex gentile says kudos. You know what that en banc thing means, William?
- 1:07:27Unknown: Yeah. They bring them all in.
- 1:07:29Unknown: I think there's probably 10 or 11 of them, and the three of them will generally your case.
- 1:07:3415.
- 1:07:3515 judges there, and you ask for a en banc hearing. If they grant it, you get to talk to all 15 of them. Wow.
- 1:07:42Boy, you thought you were scared before. Right?
- 1:07:46Unknown: Well, they can,
- 1:07:47they can also certify
- 1:07:49certain issues to the supreme court.
- 1:07:53They could certify the whole thing to the supreme court or they could say,
- 1:07:57you know, we need we need the Supreme Court to rule on this national status thing, and then they can apply it to the case.
- 1:08:04Unknown: Yeah. Now you're you get the hot potato.
- 1:08:07Unknown: Right.
- 1:08:08So
- 1:08:09if it's something they feel like is constitutional,
- 1:08:12they can they can certify it to the Supreme Court of Georgia.
- 1:08:18Unknown: Well, do we have an important question there, justices?
- 1:08:22Which one of you would like to be the one that puts his name on pulling the bottom card out of the house cards?
- 1:08:28Unknown: Right. Roger?
- 1:08:33Unknown: Yes, Rick.
- 1:08:36Unknown: William, if it actually goes to October, William, you might want to see if you can obtain a copy of volume 16 of American jurisprudence.
- 1:08:46It has a lot of
- 1:08:48law on constitution
- 1:08:51and is full of juicy tidbits.
- 1:08:57Unknown: What about bringing in that diet case? You do you have that woven in there anywhere, diet?
- 1:09:02Unknown: I didn't.
- 1:09:04Unknown: Okay.
- 1:09:06Unknown: By the way, for the audience, if you knew, we found a case finally after all these years. Can't believe and on
- 1:09:12top of that, it comes out of Utah where John Glenn should've known about this. It's back in the sixties.
- 1:09:18Parallels,
- 1:09:19basically, everything we say right here was written by one of the justices on the Utah Supreme Court, And then a year later, after he'd contemplated on all this stuff, year, year and a half, he went back and wrote an additional brief
- 1:09:32further clarifying some of these issues.
- 1:09:36Unknown: Yep.
- 1:09:39Unknown: Har I cannot believe we've never found that case before,
- 1:09:44honestly.
- 1:09:45But so be it. That's the way it is.
- 1:09:50Well, William, I just, I'm real thrilled to see if we're gonna at least get this tested,
- 1:09:55see how they react.
- 1:09:57You've done such a good job of laying it out,
- 1:10:00and,
- 1:10:03so cross our fingers, and maybe we'll learn something real big out of this.
- 1:10:07Unknown: Well, I've had a lot of near death experiences,
- 1:10:09and, the good Lord's coming here for some reason.
- 1:10:13Unknown: Same as me, man.
- 1:10:16Unknown: I had a couple
- 1:10:18Unknown: of aircraft incidences.
- 1:10:20I was I had a home invasion one time. My wife was kidnapped.
- 1:10:24Unknown: Oh, you're kidding.
- 1:10:26Unknown: No. I've been
- 1:10:28I got a walk in pneumonia when I was 25, and it nearly killed me. Put me in ICU for seven days.
- 1:10:34Unknown: Oh my god, William.
- 1:10:36Yeah. Well, it seemed like me. I mean, I shouldn't be here, you know, all intents after that accident in Argentina.
- 1:10:42I mean, even the newspaper people could see that. It's a miracle this guy's alive,
- 1:10:46and it was, and here we are. And I think the only reason I lived through that's to do this.
- 1:10:52Yeah. That's why I do it with such zeal, folks. We're on borrowed time here. I am.
- 1:10:59Rick, you were trying to say something?
- 1:11:03Unknown: Yeah. The the thing I remembered in volume 16, American jurisprudence was a statement in there that said that there's any constitutional question between you and an authority like the government, it must be decided in your favor because you are the clearly intended beneficiary
- 1:11:19of the constitution.
- 1:11:22Unknown: Oh, in either respect. Right?
- 1:11:28Either citizen of The United States or citizen of The United States Of America.
- 1:11:33Correct.
- 1:11:34Yep.
- 1:11:35Okay.
- 1:11:36Amger, 17, you say?
- 1:11:40Unknown: Yeah. 16.
- 1:11:42Unknown: 16. 16. Okay. Under national or what? What's the the heading?
- 1:11:50Unknown: Who was that guy's name? He used to go around without a license plate in Michigan.
- 1:11:55He had that in his in his video. Oh, yeah. Carl something?
- 1:12:00Unknown: Carl. Yeah.
- 1:12:04Unknown: Crap.
- 1:12:05His name just went out of my mind. I'm old.
- 1:12:08Unknown: Well, yeah. It'll
- 1:12:10come back.
- 1:12:11Carl Miller.
- 1:12:14Miller. There's a Yeah. Well, you'd leave it to a Michigander. Throw that in there. Carl Miller.
- 1:12:22K. But he
- 1:12:24guy was skilled in the courtroom.
- 1:12:27Skilled.
- 1:12:31We don't want you to get skilled in courtroom. We want you to get free and get away from away from these bastards.
- 1:12:38Alright.
- 1:12:40I just wanna keep what's mine. Because no. Listen. I made a statement. I did it officially. It's in it's in court testimony vernacular.
- 1:12:48I submitted it to the right person, and nobody said boo.
- 1:12:53Yep. I don't have to go to court. It's already been accepted in the in the administrative court. The secretary of state's now an administrative agency.
- 1:13:02Used to just be a cabinet position. Now it's an agency.
- 1:13:07They're the first wall of defense on anything. I submitted it to them in proper form, recognized form. They accepted it.
- 1:13:15Why
- 1:13:16do I have to deal with all this other crap?
- 1:13:19Unknown: Yep. That's why I said this. I got a passport with this.
- 1:13:23Unknown: It's not up for It's not up for You know? No.
- 1:13:26Unknown: It's just like allegiance for protection protection for allegiance. When and when this document's filed, the state now,
- 1:13:33if you wanna adhere to known and recognized law of a thousand years or more, now you've got the protection you owe me, and these bastards are invading on me.
- 1:13:44I want some of the protection that's due in owing. It's not a choice. It's an obligation.
- 1:13:51You see these these things, and they just don't flat teach these things in law school, folks,
- 1:13:56anymore. Haven't in a hundred years.
- 1:14:00Were it not for John Benson,
- 1:14:03I would never know them.
- 1:14:07Consequently, you wouldn't either.
- 1:14:09So consider
- 1:14:11the position and the blessing that you're receiving here.
- 1:14:15You're receiving knowledge that virtually none of these other people hardly have access to.
- 1:14:20Oh, they do, but it's a real rare
- 1:14:23thread where you gotta read some 1913
- 1:14:26case, and it talks about allegiance for protection protection for allegiance. John Benson was steeped in all this stuff.
- 1:14:33All these major concepts
- 1:14:35underpinned all his teachings,
- 1:14:37and that's the the advantage and the blessing we got today,
- 1:14:41my friends.
- 1:14:45Thank you, John Benson.
- 1:14:47Made a lot of sacrifice.
- 1:14:49Now this guy, William?
- 1:14:51I remember Glenn and I did a show
- 1:14:53to commemorate his passing, kind of a celebration of his life
- 1:14:58years ago when he passed.
- 1:15:01And Glenn said something in that that I just
- 1:15:04it it hit me like a ton of bricks because I could relate to it.
- 1:15:08Although I never spent anywhere near the amount of time with him as as Glenn did.
- 1:15:16And in that, Glenn said, you know, the whole time I've ever been around John Benson,
- 1:15:22I never heard him raise his voice
- 1:15:26one time.
- 1:15:29And I flashed on the little time I had spent around, you know, and I'll be damned.
- 1:15:33Have you ever known anybody that never raised their voice even once?
- 1:15:39Unknown: Oh, I I never raised my voice. Think about it.
- 1:15:44Lions.
- 1:15:45There
- 1:15:46Unknown: you go. So he's a very special individual,
- 1:15:49and, I feel very fortunate that
- 1:15:52I was able to sit at his feet, so to speak,
- 1:15:56learn as much of this, and then go back and piece it together and remember as much as I could and the things that had been important to me, like this definition of the word person, how you arrive at it. Man, that's important information that I not only have, but be able to be skilled at using because it tells you what legal person you are. If you don't know what legal person you are, you're adrift in a sea of mist,
- 1:16:20folks.
- 1:16:21They're gonna tell you what person you are, and you don't know the difference on to to stand up and be belligerent with them.
- 1:16:28It's a very important knowledge we offer here. There I I say it very proudly,
- 1:16:34not egotistically
- 1:16:35necessarily.
- 1:16:36You can't get this information anywhere else to my knowledge on the face of the earth, folks. I'm very proud of that.
- 1:16:44Unknown: And, Roger,
- 1:16:45you said, you know, when you were dealing with the IRS
- 1:16:49that,
- 1:16:50man, there has to be a better way of doing this. Yeah. Doing this.
- 1:16:56And I kinda feel like that way too with property taxes. I know you say property taxes are local,
- 1:17:01but, you know, everybody's going after the loyal title and land patents and all this. And,
- 1:17:09you know, why not just hit them with jurisdiction?
- 1:17:11You know, the same thing we do with IRS and just say, hey. You know,
- 1:17:15these property rights are mine, not yours.
- 1:17:17Unknown: And Well, you know, it's funny that guy got down in Orlando that was able somehow to weasel out of the out of property taxes, but you had to be a resident to do it.
- 1:17:29Unknown: Crazy.
- 1:17:31Unknown: Yeah. It's nuts from one to the next. Folks, that's why say, and you can get into this as you can see here from today's discussion.
- 1:17:38You can get into this just about as deep as you wanna get.
- 1:17:42Okay?
- 1:17:44You just keep digging and digging, man. And, if you want to, I I I know how and there's a special person that wants to do that like William and others, and I applaud you, that the information
- 1:17:56in the search for truth is driving you.
- 1:18:01Hats off.
- 1:18:03K?
- 1:18:04Other people because
- 1:18:06you don't know everybody's circumstances.
- 1:18:08They hey. Just they wanna learn the basics. They wanna get out. We got a forum right here. Should you get contacted by the big bad individuals representing Satan or any of these other problems, we got a forum for you. I don't know if we necessarily always have a concrete answer, but we got a forum of pretty well, as you can see here, pretty skilled, knowledgeable people, and we can bring these issues up and have them discussed for you. That's also extremely helpful.
- 1:18:35Yes, William. I interrupted you. Roger,
- 1:18:37may I? Hold on. Hold on. Just let me get William first. Hold on. William was trying to address the I was I
- 1:18:43Unknown: was gonna move into move into sales taxes real quick, but he can go ahead.
- 1:18:49Unknown: Yes,
- 1:18:49sir. This is Matt.
- 1:18:51Yeah. I just wanted to
- 1:18:57respond to William.
- 1:18:58So I've been I've been fighting with the
- 1:19:01doing land patent and that whole thing for about six years now. And I completely agree with what you're saying and exact it's exactly what I'm doing, William.
- 1:19:11I'm trying to trying to put it in their court. I'm trying to make it as simple as possible. I'm trying to make them prove
- 1:19:19jurisdiction.
- 1:19:20Yep.
- 1:19:21Stating
- 1:19:22that, okay,
- 1:19:24I have proof right here on the land patent that it says to heirs and assigns forever.
- 1:19:29And I have evidence here, I've provided evidence that I am the current assign.
- 1:19:34And I'm asking them to prove
- 1:19:37when that became null and void. Because it's my
- 1:19:41contention that that's those rights never went away
- 1:19:45and that I'm the current assign, and I'm trying to put it for them to prove otherwise.
- 1:19:50And in the California revenue and taxation code, I think it's general provisions. I think it's number four
- 1:19:57states very clearly that any right accrued prior to the inaction to the the enactment of that code
- 1:20:05will not be affected.
- 1:20:07And so when they try to bring them to the revenue and taxation code, yada yada yada, and then they're they're they're fighting really, really hard to try to make this a property tax issue, trying to make it you know, trying to change the argument.
- 1:20:20And I'm just going to try to so we've got a case
- 1:20:23management hearing and
- 1:20:25Unknown: go ahead and watch that. You can you can appeal. Like once I I just say pay the tax if they send you a tax and then appeal it, or when they do the assessment on your property taxes,
- 1:20:36appeal that and just keep appealing and appealing. And eventually, get like I did to the supreme or superior court.
- 1:20:43And now you're in a now you're in a venue. You've you've exhausted your administrative remedies with the Board of Assessors
- 1:20:50and their processes.
- 1:20:53And now your due process allows you to get into the state and we have an argument on jurisdiction,
- 1:20:59whereas the land patent argument
- 1:21:01is a tough one to make, I feel like,
- 1:21:04whereas
- 1:21:05our knowledge in this and what Roger teaches
- 1:21:08is pretty sewn up
- 1:21:11and pretty solid and backed by
- 1:21:13statutes and codes and laws
- 1:21:15in the books. I feel like we have valid argument here
- 1:21:20to get them off our back even locally.
- 1:21:24And
- 1:21:25in my the
- 1:21:27judge said, well, help me understand why
- 1:21:30you pay your property taxes,
- 1:21:32but you don't wanna pay this property tax. Why can you pick and choose? And it's like, well, you got to start somewhere.
- 1:21:37I had to appeal somewhere.
- 1:21:40So I mean, I just picked this one, but it should be universal across the board if I can get the appeals court to rule in my favor
- 1:21:49and I go down to the county and I appeal my real property
- 1:21:54taxes on the basis that I'm nonriminated alien,
- 1:21:57they're
- 1:21:58gonna back down and and and
- 1:22:00because we've already gone to court over this. You know?
- 1:22:04Unknown: William, you bought this car
- 1:22:07man, hold on just a second. William, you bought this car from a used car lot. Right?
- 1:22:12Unknown: Right.
- 1:22:13Unknown: So he had to do have a lot. He had to have a license from the state of Georgia,
- 1:22:19Unknown: he's the one that's responsible for paying the sales tax, not you. It's the way I understand. Well, it's not it's that Valorum. It's not sales tax. And it and I purchased the car in floor I purchased the car in Florida.
- 1:22:33Unknown: Well, my contention is why are you double charging? This tax on this was already sold, paid before when it was put into the market. Now every time it changes hands, you're gonna charge the sales tax on that?
- 1:22:46Unknown: Yep.
- 1:22:46Unknown: Well, it's an ad valorem tax. It's just like the tax on your house. Oh, okay. So it's the value. It add that means added value. Okay. Matt, sorry to interrupt. Go ahead. I hope I didn't dis destroy your thought.
- 1:22:59Unknown: No. No. I just, I mean, you know, may maybe I'm not doing it the best way. To me, it seems like this is I'm trying to go real gentle, real just
- 1:23:08I'm just and and they're going berserk just with me asking the question. I'm I'm basically
- 1:23:14about a request for a declaratory judgment
- 1:23:17and relief, and that's it. I'm just asking them if they're saying that those rights that were granted are no longer apply,
- 1:23:25I have then then there must be a specific date, a specific act or event that changed that. And to me,
- 1:23:34I mean, it's recorded in the county. It says right there, errors and assigns forever, and nobody's disputed the fact that I'm the current assign.
- 1:23:42And I did a a writ of mandate a couple three years ago in the court, and the judge even stated because I tried to get the land patent my acceptance of the land patent recorded, and they wouldn't do that. But the judge made it clear. I have the have it the recording
- 1:23:55where he stated
- 1:23:57that the rights are transferred through the grant deed. So there's no dispute.
- 1:24:02Those rights are to us. We are the current assigned.
- 1:24:06And
- 1:24:07to me, it seems like they have the burden of proof of proving
- 1:24:11when those rights, if those aren't affected because it's recorded in their thing and it says, the rights forever.
- 1:24:18And so if that's not valid, then when? To me that that I'm trying to put it on them. Instead of them putting on us to prove, I want them to prove when those rights became null and void.
- 1:24:30Unknown: It's She stated right there in the documents.
- 1:24:33I it's right there in the document from what you read. As you got a clear cut prime and face your case, and they won't dispute
- 1:24:40otherwise as to when those were taken away from your ability to have them.
- 1:24:45Exactly. Exactly. Well, you've got them where
- 1:24:49where you've got them where we've got them, but they're still,
- 1:24:53got some wiggle room or or discretionary ways to try and block you and not give give you what you want. The federal government doesn't have that ability with us.
- 1:25:02That's tyranny. I mean, when you really boil it down and look at it. But I think you've done real good, Matt.
- 1:25:09Unknown: We'll see. I'm just trying to I'm not I'm not even talking about property tax. That that comes secondary. He he he's trying to, you know, in his demure, he's trying to make it all about property taxes because I started this whole thing out with offer to pay property taxes back in 2020.
- 1:25:25As long as you prove your ability to place
- 1:25:28an ad valorem tax on a private noncommercial property that was taken out of the and put into the private. All that, I I did that. But but so we've since paid everything up. We're all paid. And in his demure, he talks about,
- 1:25:41you know, we haven't paid, and we think we can get out of private blah blah blah. Well, that doesn't say that in our in our complaint. It's it's really just asking the questions and trying to put it on them. There must be a specific
- 1:25:52date and exact
- 1:25:54time when those rights became null and void, and we want to know when because it's very clear. It says forever.
- 1:26:01And if they can't produce that, then then it's our contention that that we still have those rights, and therefore, we're not in that jurisdiction. And so
- 1:26:10Well, they're doing it the jurisdiction. I'm challenging jurisdiction.
- 1:26:14Unknown: That's my main main challenge based on that. They were trying to say, you know, well, you pay your your house taxes. You know what? You're just not wanting to pay these. Like, you you basically, you since you paid your real property taxes, you consent that you owe them. And it's like people pay taxes that they're not lawfully subject to every day, whether they do it out of ignorance or willfulness or
- 1:26:37or whatever. You know? Let me tell you one. The the IRS you pay a doesn't mean you own it.
- 1:26:43Unknown: IRS has been cautious sending out UO notices, and the people will stroke them a check rather than challenge it even if they don't owe the amount.
- 1:26:53Unknown: Right.
- 1:26:55Unknown: Like, that's not an omission of that's not an omission of anything.
- 1:26:59Unknown: See, just, it's a it's a doctrine of necessity, and I'm sitting here every time I you know, as as Brent has said, I've seen grown businessmen wet their pants when they get a letter from the IRS. Paul, you were trying to say something.
- 1:27:14Unknown: Yeah. The property taxes make sense,
- 1:27:17and and William mentioned that to the judge. He explained very clearly
- 1:27:22the property tax,
- 1:27:24funds the schools in my neighborhood. It funds the police and fire and emergency response in my neighborhood. That is that is a service that has value to me as a homeowner.
- 1:27:38With your ad valorem tax on my automobile
- 1:27:41has no value
- 1:27:44to me.
- 1:27:45And, and ad valorem tax, isn't that collected
- 1:27:49annual annually?
- 1:27:51Unknown: It is. And well, it typically is. This this Avalon tax is collected at title transfer.
- 1:27:58But
- 1:28:00Unknown: Okay. Well, if if it's an annual tax,
- 1:28:04if it's tax that's collected annually,
- 1:28:07This is the state of Georgia knuckling
- 1:28:10under
- 1:28:11the international
- 1:28:13law and the globalist, the one world government guise,
- 1:28:18because Klaus McShawbage
- 1:28:20said you will own nothing and you will be happy, and continuing
- 1:28:24to penalize people for owning things
- 1:28:28is exactly why that tax is in
- 1:28:31place.
- 1:28:32It is threat, duress, and coercion
- 1:28:34to force you to lease something
- 1:28:38instead of actually
- 1:28:39buying it outright and owning it.
- 1:28:43Unknown: Comment?
- 1:28:45Unknown: Rick?
- 1:28:47Unknown: The Avaloran tax on a car in Georgia is a one time tax when you buy the car or bring it into the state.
- 1:28:54The fee after that is just for the sticker for your registration.
- 1:28:58One thing about the property tax, the guy a couple years ago that
- 1:29:03he went to the county assessor and was talking about his property tax. He found out that residential
- 1:29:08is actually a commercial term, and they're assuming that you're in business.
- 1:29:12He said, well, I'm not in business. I'm not doing business.
- 1:29:15And he got the official form and looked at it, and the assessor never signed the assessment.
- 1:29:21And he asked why? He said, well, we can't sign all of them. He said, well, I want you to sign mine.
- 1:29:26He disappeared for about ten or fifteen minutes, came back and said, you're off the property rolls. He can't sign it because it would be perjury
- 1:29:32if you're not in business.
- 1:29:37Unknown: Like I said, the deeper you dig down in this, the more interesting it gets.
- 1:29:43Unknown: That is interesting.
- 1:29:46Unknown: I was
- 1:29:47gonna touch on property tax or not property, sales tax.
- 1:29:51The the sales tax, Roger always says, is paid by the seller
- 1:29:56and it's technically only supposed to be paid by a foreign seller. So if if I have a Georgia business and I'm here in Georgia and I'm selling widgets,
- 1:30:05and there's a company in Ohio says, I can go down to Georgia and sell my widgets cheaper than than William selling them in Georgia. I'm a go
- 1:30:13down and sell there.
- 1:30:16Well, it's a privilege for him to come to Georgia with his Ohio company and sell here.
- 1:30:22The the Georgia puts a tax on him
- 1:30:25to to help me be competitive. It's sort of like a tariff in a way.
- 1:30:30Yes. That's the purpose of sales tax is to is to even the playing field between
- 1:30:35domestic and foreign,
- 1:30:37you know, players in the market.
- 1:30:41Unknown: Well, okay. Who who has to eventually pay the tax?
- 1:30:46Unknown: The seller.
- 1:30:49Unknown: The licensee.
- 1:30:50Unknown: He's the one that owes it.
- 1:30:52Unknown: Well, let's say, see, that's my question. Just not
- 1:30:56that you bought it out of use another dealer.
- 1:30:59What if you just bought it from another individual?
- 1:31:02They impair that too? What? When you on Georgia, if I remember, you flipped the title over and you train transfer the title right on the back.
- 1:31:11So that when you take that This
- 1:31:16Unknown: is a big problem here
- 1:31:18about ten years ago because the dealers were pissed in the moment because
- 1:31:22they you know, if you did a casual sale, there's no sales tax. If I went and bought my car from Roger when he was in Atlanta,
- 1:31:30there's no he'd give me the title, I'd give him the money, and then I'd take it off with Yep. The registration fee and there's
- 1:31:36Yeah. See you later. Well, the dealer the dealers go, well, that puts us at a disadvantage because we gotta pay sales tax.
- 1:31:43If they
- 1:31:44but if you go buy a car from a dealer
- 1:31:47Unknown: Because you got a license. But if you buy it from a I've
- 1:31:50a You applied and got a license from the state to sell your cars. You're the one that's gotta pay the tax. All you do is pass it on to the consumer, and then you don't have to pay it.
- 1:32:03Unknown: Right. Well, that's unfair to them because that makes their cars less more expensive.
- 1:32:08Unknown: Well, they're in business.
- 1:32:10Unknown: Sorry. And said, you can make a lot more they're you can make a lot more money if if you basically tax these casual sales
- 1:32:20by putting an ad valorem tax on the title transfer and not the transaction itself.
- 1:32:26And that's where that comes There's
- 1:32:28Unknown: the power of a lobby right there, folks, but the ultimate
- 1:32:32person that owes the tax is the person that applied for and received the license to sell whatever they're selling.
- 1:32:39Unknown: Roger.
- 1:32:42Unknown: Dave.
- 1:32:44Unknown: So back to property tax in Michigan,
- 1:32:48we have a Michigan compiled laws, MCL.
- 1:32:51There's a a code. I can't remember what it was, but it's it basically says that they can only charge property taxes on a business or a corporation.
- 1:33:03And and we took that to our board of review when they you know,
- 1:33:09we were allowed to go and argue with them, and they said that's not a viable argument.
- 1:33:17So anyhow,
- 1:33:18yeah, they do whatever they want. And now, Mike, we have we have a
- 1:33:23it's called
- 1:33:26our our deed is a
- 1:33:29warrant not a warranty deed. It's a covenant deed,
- 1:33:32and it does not say that we are tenants
- 1:33:35on our property. It literally says
- 1:33:38we own our property and we can pass it on
- 1:33:43to,
- 1:33:45Unknown: you know,
- 1:33:46the
- 1:33:48Unknown: what did what did Matt say? Something in the signs.
- 1:33:53The errors in the sign.
- 1:33:56And I mean, says it right on the on the deed that we got from the bank when we paid it off. Yep. Yep. So
- 1:34:03Unknown: that's something we need to take to the
- 1:34:06Unknown: to the tribunal as well. And and I yield.
- 1:34:14Unknown: If for like William.
- 1:34:16How many children you got, William? Three?
- 1:34:21Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:34:21Three.
- 1:34:23Unknown: And they're all that good. What grades are they in?
- 1:34:29Unknown: I got one, she's a three year old, and then
- 1:34:32I got a
- 1:34:39Unknown: William's cutting in and out on a three year old. What were the other ones?
- 1:34:45Unknown: Fourth and sixth grade.
- 1:34:47Unknown: Okay. So William legitimately,
- 1:34:49are they in are they in public schools?
- 1:34:53Unknown: They are.
- 1:34:54Unknown: Okay. So he's legitimately,
- 1:34:56your honor, I've got children. I wanna it's not that I don't want to take
- 1:35:01on my responsibilities.
- 1:35:03Here's plain that I do because I do pay property taxes.
- 1:35:07But this ad valorem thing,
- 1:35:09I'm gonna fight because this shouldn't be there in the first place. I'm just spouting off the top of my head.
- 1:35:15But, this is a real sticky wicket. Some people, a couple of people want to do this, Matt and Samuel
- 1:35:23and a couple of others,
- 1:35:25and to some people, it didn't make much difference. So, but it is an issue that
- 1:35:30can be balanced against our status, political status.
- 1:35:36I I wish you a bunch of luck with that, William.
- 1:35:40Unknown: Yeah. When you get a property tax like you're on your house,
- 1:35:44it says, you know, here's the millage rate for school tax. Here's the millage rate for fire, police.
- 1:35:50When I go down to the DMV and I give them the title,
- 1:35:54they say, you owe $2,300.
- 1:35:55Put your credit card in here. Write me a check. Like
- 1:35:59they just give me a receipt that says, Georgia Department of Revenue, $2,300,
- 1:36:03and it just goes in the coffer, and I don't know anything about it.
- 1:36:07Unknown: I don't know where to
- 1:36:10Unknown: your honor, does that go to
- 1:36:13pay for my children's schooling?
- 1:36:17Unknown: Right.
- 1:36:19Hey, Raj.
- 1:36:20Unknown: Yes. Well, there. Yes, sir. Ed.
- 1:36:24Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. This is Ed.
- 1:36:26William, was that Farmer versus Phillips
- 1:36:29Agency
- 1:36:30Inc?
- 1:36:33I kinda looked that up, but then there was a number of different cases.
- 1:36:37Unknown: Farmers
- 1:36:38versus Phillips.
- 1:36:39Really? Okay.
- 1:36:42Yeah. Sometimes you kinda Well, now you ask about
- 1:36:46You just gotta go hunt it down. Farmer v Phillips.
- 1:36:51Unknown: Farmer v Phillips seven
- 1:36:53Unknown: a With it with it. S Holly's gonna give you the site.
- 1:36:57Go go again.
- 1:36:59Unknown: Yes.
- 1:37:01Farmer single farmer singular
- 1:37:03versus Phillips plural.
- 1:37:06Gotcha. 78SE353.
- 1:37:1312
- 1:37:15Georgia appellate
- 1:37:17732.
- 1:37:19Unknown: Okay. 732.
- 1:37:21Unknown: Thank you kindly. Yep. Alright. Now that case will be considered
- 1:37:26persuasive
- 1:37:27and not presumption,
- 1:37:29Ed.
- 1:37:30Okay. May we ought to go over that sometime. It's persuasive,
- 1:37:35but it's not presumption. It's not, mandatory.
- 1:37:38Julie, you've got something to add. We haven't heard from Julie yet today. Good morning.
- 1:37:44Unknown: Hey, William. It's good to hear from you. You already have a breath of of fresh information and new educational material.
- 1:37:52Yeah. I have a I there we don't they don't get called ad valorem taxes here. They get called
- 1:37:59personal property taxes here.
- 1:38:01And I have a huge problem because they're due annually here as well. And they tax you based on the market value of your car. And it's an annual basis and it's a huge tax. And
- 1:38:16there is like double taxation. You already taxed us on the car when we bought it. Now you're taxing us to use the car.
- 1:38:23And I have a huge problem with property taxes because
- 1:38:27using the property taxes to pay for the school bond
- 1:38:30Ponzi scheme.
- 1:38:32And again,
- 1:38:33that's problematic for me because they're taxing you on the market value of your home. So basically, what they're doing is taxing you on unrealized gains of your home when you've never sold it.
- 1:38:43And to top it off, they're not even using the money that
- 1:38:47they lie about and say that they're using for school purposes.
- 1:38:52It's for these bonds that have been
- 1:38:56they can't pay the interest on it. And these types of bonds there's all sorts of different types of bonds, general obligation bonds and all sorts of other bonds.
- 1:39:04These bonds are where you
- 1:39:08don't pay the maturity value during
- 1:39:11the time of the life of the bond. You pay it at maturity date, which is thirty years down the road. They can't pay these, so now they've got to issue a new bond to pay the old bond. And again, the inflated values,
- 1:39:23it's just a huge
- 1:39:27Unknown: Ponzi scheme and it's all and
- 1:39:30Unknown: so problematic
- 1:39:31that after I watched that that, Mitch Bechsler video in Las Vegas that he just did recently,
- 1:39:38if you just see the charts and look at the math, you'll vomit. These school bonds can never be paid back just like the debt can never be paid paid back. Of course. I wish
- 1:39:48Unknown: After seven years,
- 1:39:49a compound in after seven years, a compound interest loan cannot be paid off.
- 1:39:56It's my understanding. Go ahead, William. Sorry to interrupt.
- 1:39:59Unknown: I wish I was a little more on my toes in the hearing because he asked me about the schools and my kids in schools. There's
- 1:40:05four states so far that have ruled that that funding schools with
- 1:40:09property
- 1:40:11tax is unconstitutional
- 1:40:13because it it it violates the equity clause. Because if you're in a affluent area, you have nicer schools, or if you're in a less affluent area,
- 1:40:20you won't have as good a schools. Interesting.
- 1:40:22In Illinois, I think they came back. Illinois, they came back, like, four times and told the told congress
- 1:40:29the the state congress, hey. You guys gotta figure something else out. You gotta find figure another way out
- 1:40:35to fund this this education because, you know, in the in the in the state house and senate just said, well, screw off. We're not doing it.
- 1:40:45We're not changing it. And so Well, actually, it's good to be a very just but It's it's good to be a very contingent issue. Their hands up and said, oh, well, apparently, we don't have jurisdiction over this.
- 1:40:57Unknown: Happening all over the country. Their pricing blank
- 1:41:03Unknown: of the communist manifesto is.
- 1:41:09Unknown: By the way, in my continuing
- 1:41:11effort to show people the difference
- 1:41:14of where I live and what y'all are going through and and miss Julie's a real estate agent,
- 1:41:20My trumpet player friend or a former friend or whatever he is,
- 1:41:24has a nice condo in a closed gated community of three stories,
- 1:41:30and the tops are always open.
- 1:41:33The open floor is the fourth one. You can't build on it or you get fined generally,
- 1:41:37but it's a nice place.
- 1:41:39Julie, you know how much he paid in property taxes a year?
- 1:41:45Unknown: Oh, $50?
- 1:41:47Unknown: No. You're a little too low.
- 1:41:5070.
- 1:41:52Unknown: Okay. Well, I was close.
- 1:41:54Unknown: You were close.
- 1:41:56Yeah.
- 1:41:57He was Yeah. I'm a broker. I'm
- 1:42:00Unknown: was broker, not a real estate agent.
- 1:42:03Unknown: Okay, bro. I'm sorry. I'm I'm sorry. I'm sorry. My my nomenclature
- 1:42:08mistake.
- 1:42:09When he was rebuilding the top of his
- 1:42:123rd Floor, when he bought it, it was wood. That's some wood stuff up there, and it gotten kinda rotten way weather worn. And he was replacing it with steel,
- 1:42:21And he went to get these steel rods. I forget how long they were. Three feet, six feet, something. And they were, like, $22
- 1:42:29apiece.
- 1:42:30And and he thought, jeez, I I think I'll check The US. You know how much they were up there? 300 and something dollars apiece.
- 1:42:40Unknown: FYI. Julie broker than a real estate agent.
- 1:42:45Unknown: Do do do what?
- 1:42:47What's a what about Julie?
- 1:42:50Unknown: She's broker than a real estate agent.
- 1:42:53Unknown: I don't know. I'm sure that didn't fit her category.
- 1:42:57Unknown: Very very funny, Dave.
- 1:42:59Unknown: Yeah. Very funny, Dave. Broker brokers control control
- 1:43:03the whole deal. They got the agents underneath them.
- 1:43:07So, good deal. Anything else, Jules?
- 1:43:14No. It is a big issue all over the country.
- 1:43:17I'm sure y'all have seen some of the stuff about it. Is that Larry?
- 1:43:23Unknown: Yeah. Good afternoon.
- 1:43:25I just wanted to give you
- 1:43:27hey.
- 1:43:28I wanted to give you an update on the on DeSantis'
- 1:43:32Florida hosted property tax elimination proposal. Have you heard the latest news?
- 1:43:38Unknown: I have not, of course, or anything from Florida, but I wanna know how Fishback's doing.
- 1:43:45Unknown: Well, I haven't really been following him. I've been following this whole property tax elimination
- 1:43:51Unknown: Mhmm. Proposal.
- 1:43:53Unknown: And so what DeSantis did is he he called a special session
- 1:43:58in June
- 1:44:00for the Florida legislature
- 1:44:02to come together
- 1:44:04and to help eliminate homestead
- 1:44:08property tax.
- 1:44:10And I've I know I've mentioned
- 1:44:12this in the past.
- 1:44:14The
- 1:44:15homestead property tax is only about 30%
- 1:44:18of the annual budget
- 1:44:21that they collect, that the state of Florida collects in terms of property taxes.
- 1:44:25So it's just a fraction
- 1:44:27of the amount of revenue they get in.
- 1:44:30And so they had this special session,
- 1:44:33and and, of course, it's Ron DeSantis'
- 1:44:38plan to eliminate the the I mean, all property taxes
- 1:44:43in terms of the homestead
- 1:44:45property tax
- 1:44:48because he doesn't believe you should be renting
- 1:44:51your property from the government.
- 1:44:53So if you failed to pay your your tax bill,
- 1:44:57you know, of course, everyone knows they the government could just come in there and and and confiscate your property.
- 1:45:04And so he wanted to, do that for those that had homesteads
- 1:45:08because that was their their domicile. That was their permanent home. So they had this special session,
- 1:45:15and then what the lawmakers did
- 1:45:17is they they added a carve out of DeSantis'
- 1:45:21proposal,
- 1:45:22you know, after he left,
- 1:45:25and and they carved out
- 1:45:28this section
- 1:45:30out of the proposal that protects the school district levies,
- 1:45:34and this ensures that they are excluded from the new exemptions.
- 1:45:38So because the school taxes represent about half of overall property tax bills,
- 1:45:44this prevents
- 1:45:45the full tax elimination,
- 1:45:47obviously.
- 1:45:48So
- 1:45:49what the new proposal does is
- 1:45:52the all all it's doing is raising
- 1:45:55in November, everyone's gonna get the vote on this
- 1:46:02Unknown: No. We lost Larry. In November, everyone's gonna get the keep the school tax because the homestead exemption
- 1:46:08Unknown: institution. And because property taxes are collected at the local county level,
- 1:46:13they need this amend they need to amend the constitution.
- 1:46:17So now this new proposal,
- 1:46:20which the lawmakers
- 1:46:21have passed,
- 1:46:23it what it does is it just raises
- 1:46:26the
- 1:46:27the non school tax
- 1:46:30part of the
- 1:46:32property tax
- 1:46:33to from 50,000
- 1:46:35to 150,000
- 1:46:37in 2027,
- 1:46:39and then it it's raised the second time to 250,000
- 1:46:44in 2028.
- 1:46:46And what's interesting is it was the Republicans that did this.
- 1:46:52So
- 1:46:55Unknown: the
- 1:46:57Unknown: if they I got some I got some statistics here as far as who Yeah.
- 1:47:02Unknown: DeSantis is a lame this.
- 1:47:05And DeSantis is a lame duck. This is at the end of his term he's doing this.
- 1:47:12Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:47:14So, you know, he went up against the government himself
- 1:47:17even though he's a part of the government,
- 1:47:19and they just, they just
- 1:47:22pretty much resisted,
- 1:47:24you know, this this, this change to eliminate
- 1:47:27homestead property tax.
- 1:47:29And it was the Republicans that did it.
- 1:47:33So what happened was
- 1:47:35back in 1980,
- 1:47:38they that this first proposal to create an exemption on homestead properties,
- 1:47:43this was initiated in 1980 for 25,000.
- 1:47:47And in the bill,
- 1:47:49they they
- 1:47:51well, actually, later on, they had to come back because of inflation and all that. So they back in 2008
- 1:47:59was the last time that the homestead exemption was raised, another twenty five thousand.
- 1:48:04So it's been at 50,000 since 2008,
- 1:48:09and that's long overdue. So all they're doing really,
- 1:48:13at the end of the day is they are just raising
- 1:48:16the the non school tax aspect of the property tax.
- 1:48:21They're they're raising that
- 1:48:23due to inflation.
- 1:48:25So nothing's gonna be eliminated.
- 1:48:29Unknown: Yeah. It's a mess.
- 1:48:31It's a mess.
- 1:48:33Unknown: All over the country, this problem. Yeah. Hundred year agreement with Disney.
- 1:48:40Unknown: What yeah. William, you're with Disney.
- 1:48:43A hundred year agreement with what? I just said they're they
- 1:48:49Unknown: with Disney, ain't it? With Disney, isn't it, like, a hundred years or something? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I forgot about all that shit. What's
- 1:48:56Unknown: on? Yeah.
- 1:48:59Yeah. So here's the vote in the vote, Roger. In the house Well, it It was the revised bill
- 1:49:06the proposed bill was passed 75 to 26.
- 1:49:10Republicans overwhelmingly voted yes
- 1:49:13to send the modified plan to voters
- 1:49:16while most Democrats voted no arguing the cuts
- 1:49:19would still hurt local services like fire rescue and libraries. Of course, that's what they're always gonna cry.
- 1:49:26And, and then in in the senate, it passed 30
- 1:49:29to nine.
- 1:49:30The vote was heavily partisan,
- 1:49:32though a few lawmakers crossed lines. Three Democrats joined the Republican majority to vote yes, while two Republicans broke ranks to vote no.
- 1:49:41So, really, nothing's changed. All they're doing is raising the exemption from 50,000
- 1:49:46to a 150,000
- 1:49:48in 2027
- 1:49:49and then the 250,000
- 1:49:51to
- 1:49:52in 2028,
- 1:49:54but they're still gonna remain intact. And if you don't pay your property tax, the government will still come in. They'll take your property,
- 1:50:02and everything's gonna be the same. You're still gonna be considering renting your property from the government.
- 1:50:07Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:50:09Yeah. I just
- 1:50:11of course, Florida's got some weird things going on because the different people just absolutely
- 1:50:18invading Florida.
- 1:50:21But
- 1:50:22interesting. Another one of these things. It's all local. This is another reason, by the way, folks, that I endorse you registering
- 1:50:29as a national. If you wanna go through, Dave and Kay have done it.
- 1:50:34It might take a little and now is not the time to do it because they're busy with the elections coming up for November.
- 1:50:42But,
- 1:50:43this one of those things where you voting locally can really impact you. People in your county commission and your school board and in these different local boards, they're they're important to you locally,
- 1:50:54and it's something you ought to think about participating in,
- 1:50:58I think.
- 1:51:00Unknown: Roger. Roger, you're an anti Semite if you don't wanna pay property taxes.
- 1:51:05Unknown: I'm sure that's correct. Please print my T shirt. Yes, Rick.
- 1:51:12Unknown: You know, the biggest suspense in any business is generally, payroll.
- 1:51:17City, county, and state is no different.
- 1:51:20Now in Douglas County, we had to vote splash with a special local option sales tax. And they said, you don't vote for this, we're gonna increase your property taxes.
- 1:51:30So it passed. In the very next year, they had an average across the board, 23% increase in property taxes. And their excuse was, well, we've got to play
- 1:51:40county employee benefits retirement plans. Now, I knew a teacher for a long time. She graduated when she was 22.
- 1:51:47She became a teacher and they immediately started a twenty year retirement plan.
- 1:51:52When she was 42,
- 1:51:53that retirement plan
- 1:51:55had been satisfied
- 1:51:57and they started another one, another twenty year plan. When she was 62,
- 1:52:03she retired. She had two
- 1:52:05retirement plans from the state plus her Social Security and state paid for medical benefits. She made more money in retirement than she did when she was working.
- 1:52:15Unknown: She was doing pretty good. Well, Rick, what county did you say you're in? Ducks or Floyd? Which county?
- 1:52:23Unknown: Well, that's I used to live in Douglas. That was where where they Oh, Douglas. Okay. Up there at Douglasville. Yep. Gotcha.
- 1:52:29Yeah.
- 1:52:30I'm not there anymore, though. Well, I'm glad congratulations.
- 1:52:36But
- 1:52:37that's I think that might be common.
- 1:52:40And that's that that doesn't sound right, does it? Giving two retirement plans?
- 1:52:45Unknown: Well, they call it double dipping or triple dipping of people different pensions they've worked for and gotten. It's not nothing new.
- 1:52:56On my eye to my knowledge, I remember hearing him talk about it when I was much younger.
- 1:53:02Unknown: What about those that go from the the congress to the senate
- 1:53:06and to the presidency? There's three retirements
- 1:53:09Unknown: right there. Well, all you gotta do is you gotta be a Somalian, and you set your first one up in Minnesota.
- 1:53:16Then you go down to Ohio,
- 1:53:18and you set the second one in Ohio,
- 1:53:20and then you go over to Nebraska,
- 1:53:23and there's your tripper dipping.
- 1:53:26Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:53:27Unknown: You know they got a guy. There's a big indictment. They were announced. They got one guy with over $1,000,000,000
- 1:53:33in wound care
- 1:53:35fraud.
- 1:53:38Folks,
- 1:53:38hey. They they, they found 20 oh, all the I'm glad I thought of that. Did anybody hear about remember last year or year and a half ago when the, when the, Al Qaeda boys or the,
- 1:53:52oh, the Antifa boys,
- 1:53:54put up as an ambush on a police station down in Texas?
- 1:53:59Y'all remember that about a year, year and a half ago? Seven or eight of them, they got caught.
- 1:54:06Nobody remembers that?
- 1:54:10Come on, please.
- 1:54:14Well, there was one publication
- 1:54:17that put out that they 20 something of them got convicted. There were 27
- 1:54:23of these al not Al Qaeda,
- 1:54:26Antifa guys in one relatively small town in Texas,
- 1:54:30and they all got sentenced to different combinations of stuff. One of them got a hundred years,
- 1:54:37and all the others got twenty, thirty, fifties, whatever,
- 1:54:41and you didn't hear a word about it.
- 1:54:45Not a word except for this or if you listen to Harrison yesterday.
- 1:54:53Tulsi Gabbard,
- 1:54:54all the expose on
- 1:54:56Fauci. Boy, she they got him. They nailed him. Of course, I think he's got some kind of a whether it holds or not, they're never gonna prosecute him, but, some sort of a pardon from
- 1:55:07Biden
- 1:55:08Yes.
- 1:55:10Hold on just a second, Julie. Let me finish, please. And,
- 1:55:14I
- 1:55:18lost my train of thought. Yes, Julie?
- 1:55:21Unknown: I'm sorry. Yeah. I wanted to interject. Fauci's been indicted in several other countries, including Norway, and they're out for his arrest.
- 1:55:29Unknown: Okay. Good. Yes. Well, he better not leave The States. He's got protection there. But what I was going to say
- 1:55:36was that Tulsi Gabbard laid out that whole thing last Friday.
- 1:55:41And unless you've seen it on alternative moves, you hadn't seen it because it hadn't been mentioned in any establishment news. This is the segregation,
- 1:55:50and the the point they're at,
- 1:55:53they they've gotta totally segregate this from any of their audience. A few the small audiences
- 1:55:58of baby boomers probably mostly they've got left.
- 1:56:02So, anyway, just interesting observations,
- 1:56:04things that have come up. I thought this is really good on all these people, 20 people that they sentenced to pretty lengthy prison terms. They're young. These young antifa,
- 1:56:16thugs. You know?
- 1:56:19So there is some
- 1:56:20there's a little justice out there, folks.
- 1:56:25K. We're about to end the show, it appears.
- 1:56:28Good thanks for bringing your paperwork, William.
- 1:56:32Good job again.
- 1:56:35I'm sure you and I'm glad you're on your way with that to that stage at this point because now you got at least ten good days to sit there and think about it and go back and and brush it up and tidy it up, the edits you wanna do,
- 1:56:51add takeaways,
- 1:56:52whatever.
- 1:56:53Unknown: But good job, man. Writing it. I'd started writing it pretty early on, and then I've been noodling on it and
- 1:57:01changing things and sleeping on it. And Mhmm. I kinda got it where I wanted it, and I wanted to make sure you guys didn't have any
- 1:57:07input or any changes that that you would see or add. And then
- 1:57:12I don't think it worries the wife. I'm gonna run it by an attorney.
- 1:57:16Unknown: Okay. Yeah. I think you need to do that too. Good just a good job. It's not. What he's doing ain't easy, folks. He's wanting to pay these attorneys
- 1:57:24big money or used to. Now all their clerks and paralegals do all the work for him.
- 1:57:30So, okay, we'll be with William on that from near from now to then. And, everybody else, thanks for your contribution.
- 1:57:39And, we're no. Don't forget. We're real on the hunt for for new people all the time, so keep running your mouth.
- 1:57:46It's real simple. Hey. Are excuse me. Are you a citizen of The United States, or are you a citizen of United States Of America?
- 1:57:53Just curious.
- 1:57:56There's our whistler. That means we're closing the book and putting it in the can
- 1:58:04on June
- 1:58:0624.
- 1:58:08Did I say the
- 1:58:10June 24, folks? I hope I got that first. I think I did. If not, Tom d would have been on me.
- 1:58:17So, we'll see what happens in the big wide world between now and then, maybe a new person tomorrow.
- 1:58:23Who knows?
- 1:58:24I do know tomorrow is Thursday, though, and that means Paul, our our good buddy and is
- 1:58:31doing double duty days tomorrow.
- 1:58:34Paul, please send that
- 1:58:36that German
- 1:58:38thing to
- 1:58:39mister English.
- 1:58:41I trust you did already.
- 1:58:43I would think he'd wanna play it tomorrow.
- 1:58:46Unknown: Yeah. I'll send it to him.
- 1:58:48Unknown: Yep. So, like, that was a startling,
- 1:58:51stunning piece of work.
- 1:58:53So we'll be back tomorrow to discuss that, other people's papers if we have any, anything that comes up topically in the news
- 1:59:02that, may apply
- 1:59:03and be a contrasted and compared to what we do on our approach to freedom here
- 1:59:09and just have all kinds of fun and mental stimulation
- 1:59:12and some iron sharpens iron and
- 1:59:16got just good lord no telling what's gonna come up at the radio ranch.
- 1:59:21We'll
- 1:59:22look forward to having that little titillation placed for you,
- 1:59:26and we'll see you either tomorrow or soon.
- 1:59:29Be careful. Have a great day.
- 1:59:31Ciao. Ciao. Okay.
- 1:59:42Now who's got something for Roger?
- 1:59:45I do.
- 1:59:46I knew there's one. I knew it. I felt it. Hey, Joe.
- 1:59:51Unknown: Since you brought it up at the end of the show, I should have said something beforehand
- 1:59:55but I have to give credit to to RBN
- 1:59:59and
- 2:00:01Steve O'Brien on his Republic of Texas.
- 2:00:04That's where I found
- 2:00:06that video.
- 2:00:08He was the one that played it on Sunday morning
- 2:00:10or played excerpts from it. He discussed it. But that comedy,
- 2:00:15thank you if you're listening.
- 2:00:18Unknown: Mister d,
- 2:00:20what a interesting fellow to say the least. Thank you, Joe,
- 2:00:24from the Republic of Texas.
- 2:00:26I'm not sure if Texas continues. It's gonna be a republic or what? Islam or
- 2:00:31or India? Or what the hell are they gonna be a republic of, Joe?
- 2:00:39Unknown: Well,
- 2:00:40I can't am I I can't see my phone. There's too much sunlight out here right now. Okay. Well, we got you. I hear you. Okay.
- 2:00:50Mister O'Brien
- 2:00:51is very worrisome of that because of all the invasion
- 2:00:55from other states
- 2:00:58and people who are not like minded.
- 2:01:00He is a native to California
- 2:01:03immigrant immigrated to Texas,
- 2:01:06but he's
- 2:01:09quite worried about it.
- 2:01:11Unknown: Think there's a lot of people in a lot of those Western states. Yep. Yep. Yep.
- 2:01:16Well, we'll keep our finger on the pulse and take it a day at a time and put one foot in front of the other, Joe. That's all I know to do.
- 2:01:23It's all the family. So I know, buddy, and put put put faith in the big guy.
- 2:01:28I was glad to see your Oklahoma people when they were getting
- 2:01:32interviewed after that win,
- 2:01:34gave full credit
- 2:01:36to God, both your coaches and all that. It's nice. Always appreciate seeing that.
- 2:01:42Unknown: Yeah. But,
- 2:01:43our legislators,
- 2:01:45Unknown: most of them Uh-oh. Yeah. While I'm talking about them, I I was talking about the athletes and the baseball team and the coaches. So that's
- 2:01:54a bit let me tell you, man. It's a big deal to win the college world series.
- 2:01:58It ain't no easy feat by any means.
- 2:02:01Anyway, well, listen. We will, readjourn
- 2:02:05tomorrow
- 2:02:06at about the same time. We'll look for you to be here. If there's anybody new, you grab them by the earlobe and drag them on over to the platform and see if we can get their attention,
- 2:02:17put up mirror under their nose to see if they can still frost it or if they're in this stupid category
- 2:02:23we learned about yesterday.
- 2:02:25Probably most are, I'm afraid to say.
- 2:02:29Regardless, we will try and get to them as best we can. That's our obligation.
- 2:02:34And if they don't listen,
- 2:02:36that's their problem and their obligation.
- 2:02:40I'll see y'all tomorrow. Love all of you. Okay?
- 2:02:43Be good. Have a great day.
- 2:03:11Unknown: Way to go, William. You did us proud.
- 2:05:21Unknown: I just heard a a breaking news.
- 2:05:25Bill Gates says that Epstein tried to use Bill Gates' sex life against him. He had
- 2:05:33three extramarital
- 2:05:34affairs.
- 2:05:36And when
- 2:05:37Epstein found out about it, he he had Bill Gates take some pictures with some of his
- 2:05:44female assistants,
- 2:05:46which he says he doesn't know who they are,
- 2:05:49and he used it against him.
- 2:05:53That's about all the info they gave. I yield.
- 2:05:57Unknown: Hey, Dave. I believe in that along with the tooth fairy.
- 2:06:02Unknown: Don't forget Santa Claus.
- 2:06:05Unknown: Yeah. I can't forget that. No.
- 2:06:36Unknown: Anybody here?
- 2:06:42Unknown: Anybody here hear me? Oh, yeah. Everybody's
- 2:06:45Unknown: people were just talking. Did you not hear him?
- 2:06:48Unknown: No. I didn't hear him because I was multitasking.
- 2:06:51Unknown: I apologize. That's okay. That's okay. I'm just trying that audio issues was more what I was checking on, dear.
- 2:06:58Unknown: Oh.
- 2:06:59Well, is Bory here?
- 2:07:05Maybe he's just listening. Anyway, Bory sent me something really scary from Puerto Rico and what The United States is trying to do to the Puerto Ricans and enslave them into our crap we're enslaved in right now.
- 2:07:19Unknown: Hey, Julie. I think it's too late. They already are.
- 2:07:22Unknown: Yeah. Hey. Did you guys see the,
- 2:07:24the family that was in Brazil in a hot air balloon, and the hot air balloon caught on fire. And you can see them one jumped out of the balloon,
- 2:07:34so high in the air, the other people,
- 2:07:37scrouched down in the basket. They were filming it. They all died. It was so tragic.
- 2:07:45Unknown: They actually have a video of that? I heard about it. I didn't see it. Yeah. It's all over Telegram.
- 2:07:51Unknown: It's just so scary.
- 2:07:57Unknown: I used to have a dog and we have a My wife and I were in a in a hot air balloon
- 2:08:02riding across Texas.
- 2:08:04It was one of the most
- 2:08:06exhilarating
- 2:08:07things I've ever done.
- 2:08:10I thought it was freaking awesome.
- 2:08:14I never thought about the balloon catching on fire. Glad I didn't see that video.
- 2:08:19Unknown: Well, that's what I used to have a dog that used to freak out on hot air balloons that would go over us, and they did at the pro football hall of fame parade. They have balloon fest,
- 2:08:28and they landed at a park right down the road from us. And he would always
- 2:08:33if we didn't keep him in the house, he would get out and go over to there freaking out on those people up there in balloons on fire.
- 2:08:42Unknown: Can't get out the group. And
- 2:08:44I would only I would only go up in one of those, and I would only work on one of those floors and, like, those twin towers that were so high if I had parachute training and had my own parachute in there.
- 2:08:58Unknown: Hey, Lisa. Your dog was trying to protect you from the arson. Living in Virginia
- 2:09:03Unknown: right next to DC, is it?
- 2:09:05I
- 2:09:08hear them ambulances
- 2:09:09or police.
- 2:09:13Unknown: Did you guys, on a separate note, hear about,
- 2:09:16another NIH
- 2:09:18virologist
- 2:09:19named Vincent
- 2:09:20Munster who was caught smuggling dead deadly pathogens into The United States recently?
- 2:09:26Unknown: Course, his name is Munster.
- 2:09:33I hadn't heard about it.
- 2:09:38Unknown: Jesus.
- 2:09:41Unknown: You can't make it up.
- 2:09:45They're very desperate people. Be ready, vigilant, and
- 2:09:50keep both eyes open even when you're asleep.
- 2:09:54Unknown: Hey, Julie. That's one of the few they caught. Trust me. There's a lot more. Oh, right.
- 2:10:02Unknown: Oh, yeah. A 100%. I wasn't suggesting that that was the only one. That's just the recent news article that I just read this morning about I another
- 2:10:11mean, the ones that were in Vegas that had all those pathogens in their garage refrigerator
- 2:10:16that were from China,
- 2:10:17and all this crap. And
- 2:10:19Tulsi Gabbard came out recently and said there's over something like, I don't know, five thirty or 1,300
- 2:10:26bioweapons labs spread throughout the world. Once you get over one, you've got too many.
- 2:10:37Unknown: I
- 2:10:39think Eddie Munster got caught on purpose so they could throw that name out there, and they want us to know that, you know, this stuff is going on, and it's not them doing it. Right? It's not us.
- 2:10:51We don't got nothing to do with it, but we're catching them. Right? We're catching them.
- 2:10:55Yeah. Right.
- 2:11:33Unknown: Mike gets up this morning,
- 2:11:36and my dumbass smartphone
- 2:11:38tells me that there's an earthquake going on. I need to duck and cover and
- 2:11:43run away, and I didn't feel anything. Did did anybody hear about earthquakes out here in
- 2:11:49room picker land?
- 2:11:58Unknown: Woody, you some kind of Quaker?
- 2:12:02Unknown: A conundrum.
- 2:12:04Either the phone is dumb
- 2:12:07or it's a smartphone.
- 2:12:09I do not understand.
- 2:12:12Unknown: No. I call it a dumbass smartphone.
- 2:12:15But, yeah, it's one of those
- 2:12:19smarter than me phones. Hell, I don't even know how to It's self monitoring and reporting telephone.
- 2:12:27Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:13:07Unknown: You know, Dave, we gotta get you a we gotta get you a show
- 2:13:12because,
- 2:13:13at the time, you can take calls or tell new stories, and the other times, you can come up with some pretty good zingers.
- 2:13:42Unknown: Speaking of extreme sports,
- 2:13:45have you guys seen the video of
- 2:13:48the three guys tossing that girl off the abandoned bridge without her rope on?
- 2:13:54I
- 2:13:57Unknown: saw that.
- 2:14:01Unknown: Think that was done on purpose. It looks like it. I was, like, wondering
- 2:14:05we should research
- 2:14:07who she was and what she was saying because
- 2:14:12or something. I don't know. Because when I was looking at it, I was like
- 2:14:17Unknown: It was a it was a it was purely an accident done by the three stooges. Come on.
- 2:14:24Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:14:28Unknown: Hey, Moe. Hey, Larry. I'm a successful clerk.
- 2:14:31Unknown: I'm surprised they didn't poke each other in the eye and
- 2:14:35twirl each other's ears after that.
- 2:14:42Unknown: Think the only I think the only
- 2:14:45human thing to do was just to jump behind her, try to save her.
- 2:14:51Unknown: Yeah. They all had ropes on. They had, like, these safety ropes in there.
- 2:14:56And then the person taking the video,
- 2:14:59I
- 2:15:00don't even
- 2:15:03I mean,
- 2:15:04that explains a lot about us when you see videos like that. Well, not us, but the Nana? People around us. Yes. It was Maria
- 2:15:12Unknown: Eduardo
- 2:15:14Rodriguez
- 2:15:15de Freitas.
- 2:15:16She's 21 year old Brazilian woman.
- 2:15:19She died after being thrown from the Skeleton Bridge
- 2:15:23in Lemuria
- 2:15:25Sao Paulo without a safety cord attached.
- 2:15:30Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:15:32Yeah. Apparently, they're doing a a swing or like, instead of, like, a bungee jump.
- 2:15:38Unknown: No. It's not
- 2:15:40quite bungee. It's different than bungee.
- 2:15:42She was found alive by a bystander.
- 2:15:46And then,
- 2:15:49what was I gonna say? And then she died shortly thereafter. But, the instructors,
- 2:15:53age 27,
- 2:15:5432, and 42, were arrested and charged with homicide
- 2:15:58and with potential eventual intent for failing to to secure the safety, equipment.
- 2:16:04Good.
- 2:16:06Unknown: And their name was Moe, Larry, and Curly?
- 2:16:11Unknown: And, also, they did not have authorization
- 2:16:13to operate the abandoned
- 2:16:15railway railway bridge anyway.
- 2:16:22Unknown: Don't blame that on Curly. That would have been Curly Joe.
- 2:16:30Unknown: Yeah. I watched a guy kinda break that down, and he said that they kind of have a history of
- 2:16:37some
- 2:16:38questionable
- 2:16:41usage of their skills. And he was like, yeah. Everything that they've done is probably gonna come under
- 2:16:48scrutiny now.
- 2:16:50But
- 2:16:52it was it did do that that balloon incident, and you
- 2:16:56and your comment reminded me of that. And but just watching those people do that
- 2:17:02to her,
- 2:17:03you got four people that could have
- 2:17:08said something or stopped
- 2:17:10that
- 2:17:11it it kind of reminds me of kind of what happens
- 2:17:17around us. We got, you know, one for every
- 2:17:2110
- 2:17:22people around us and nobody wants to help or step in or
- 2:17:28say anything on our behalf or get behind us, they just go, oh, well, the Google says
- 2:17:35the national doesn't really exist or yours
- 2:17:40or or
- 2:17:41the or I watched a sovereign citizen video and, yeah, the cops
- 2:17:46say you're stupid and you're stupid.
- 2:17:49So I was like,
- 2:17:51well, you can just stand by and watch them take me away then. Thank you.
- 2:18:24Unknown: Oh, yeah. 99.9999991
- 2:18:29of the human race is afraid
- 2:18:32of going to jail.
- 2:18:3599.
- 2:18:36Nine nine nine nine nine nine nine nine one
- 2:18:41of the human race is afraid of going to jail.
- 2:18:47Hey, Jerry Garcia.
- 2:18:50What percentage
- 2:18:51what what percentage of the of the countries
- 2:18:55in the in the world
- 2:18:57has the highest
- 2:19:00prison population.
- 2:19:13United States has the highest incarcerated
- 2:19:16population
- 2:19:18in the world.
- 2:19:20In I know. The world. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. This is the freest country in the world. Come on.
- 2:19:26China.
- 2:19:33Unknown: No. China has the China has the prison. It's free.
- 2:19:37China has the highest total prison population in the world. And if you wanna go by per capita by country in 2026,
- 2:19:46El Salvador
- 2:19:47has the highest highest
- 2:19:49prisoner rate worldwide
- 2:19:51with over 1,600 prisoners per 100,000 of national
- 2:19:55population.
- 2:19:56Following that is Cuba, Rwanda,
- 2:19:59Turkmenistan,
- 2:20:01and then The United States.
- 2:20:06Unknown: Not not saying that I don't trust you duly, but I'm gonna check that out.
- 2:20:17Unknown: Yeah. It it was California. Well, at least I got my, statistics
- 2:20:22from a company called statista.com,
- 2:20:26and it's not a three lever three letter government agency.
- 2:20:50Unknown: It's not bad to be
- 2:20:52afraid of going to jail. Right?
- 2:20:55But
- 2:20:57when it comes to being afraid
- 2:20:59to
- 2:21:01help your fellow man
- 2:21:05and you and if there's a large percentage of those people,
- 2:21:10that's
- 2:21:11that's an issue.
- 2:21:49I assume most of you guys have a pile of books that you're
- 2:21:53trying to get through, but I just gotta throw out there. Been
- 2:21:57going through reading a science fiction book called
- 2:22:01Alas Babylon,
- 2:22:04and it's a really good
- 2:22:07book to kind of
- 2:22:10read
- 2:22:11and
- 2:22:13see how
- 2:22:15people act and how the world
- 2:22:18could go in a
- 2:22:21in a kind of a collapse.
- 2:22:25It's Roger brings up the patriot,
- 2:22:27and I I would say this is kinda like
- 2:22:30the patriot for the nineteen fifties.
- 2:22:34So there's kinda some interesting
- 2:22:38cultural
- 2:22:43injections for the for the time that it was written, but
- 2:22:47a lot of it still really kinda holds true, and you can kinda just switch some things around. And
- 2:22:53and and he uses the word currency really well in the book, I noticed.
- 2:22:58Really well written. So
- 2:23:01you guys ever want
- 2:23:03a science fiction book that's
- 2:23:05a little too true to
- 2:23:08possibilities
- 2:23:09and
- 2:23:10the last ban
- 2:23:11a last Babylon.
- 2:23:13That's pretty good.
- 2:23:15Almost done with it.
- 2:23:34Unknown: Hey, Dave in the thumb.
- 2:23:43Unknown: You want science fiction, just read the bible.
- 2:23:51Unknown: Is David the son here?
- 2:23:54Unknown: I'm here, but I gotta take his call.
- 2:23:56Unknown: Okay.
- 2:24:00Unknown: You're out of luck, Judy. You're out of luck.
- 2:24:07Unknown: I wanted to ask him. Normally on the Republic call last night, Mike Mike Lermer was on, and he was basically saying the minute you show up in any court that you've just lost,
- 2:24:19subject matter jurisdiction by step setting foot into
- 2:24:24a court.
- 2:24:25I don't know if any of you guys heard the republic call last night or not.
- 2:24:32Unknown: Hi, Julie. No. I did. It is it is a it is a fact that as soon as you
- 2:24:37as soon as you step in
- 2:24:40that door,
- 2:24:42that you've already lost all your
- 2:24:44not just jurisdiction, personal
- 2:24:46personal matter and
- 2:24:49all rights.
- 2:24:50Unknown: Yep. Personum.
- 2:24:52If you you're saying you didn't lose personum.
- 2:24:58So, Dave, did you listen to, the republic call last night with Mike Lohrmer? Yes.
- 2:25:03So, is that correct what Mike said? He said as soon as you set foot into their court, you've just lost subject matter jurisdiction?
- 2:25:11He said if you hire an attorney, I'm pretty sure. Oh, that's right. But I thought he oh, yeah. You're right. You subject matter if you hire an attorney. You're correct. Yeah. That's right. Thank you. Now and I don't know if he if I'm pretty sure that's as a defendant
- 2:25:26Unknown: because
- 2:25:28or unless it's criminal, but, you know, like, if you're suing somebody as a plaintiff and you hire an attorney,
- 2:25:35they wanna get paid. They don't get paid unless they win in most cases, you know, if you Right. Don't hire them right out and pay them. You know? A lot of attorneys take
- 2:25:47on cases. I forget what they call that, but they don't get paid unless they win.
- 2:25:53Unknown: So I'll get that to that. I was trying to take notes, but Mike speaks so fast that I didn't get I couldn't get half the stuff down because I'm trying to it right at the time. If you dial in, you can listen to that call till it's recorded over on the FCC replay
- 2:26:10Unknown: or you go click on the link in the you know, that they sent
- 2:26:14and it's on the computer.
- 2:26:16Unknown: Yeah. I'll just I just usually go to USA Organic Republic afterwards because you could Yeah. Call them the bank on there and then, you know, lose them.
- 2:26:24Unknown: Yep.
- 2:26:35Unknown: Where is it that you can go to get the
- 2:26:39transcript of the shows?
- 2:26:44Unknown: Good question.
- 2:26:46Unknown: You talking about Rogers? Are
- 2:26:49you talking For about
- 2:26:50Rogers, I just go to the Matrix docs, and then I click on Radio Ranch archives.
- 2:26:57And then it brings up all of the Pod Home recordings. And you can,
- 2:27:03click on the tabs, and you'll see the titles. But you can click on the tab for the transcript.
- 2:27:09Unknown: Oh, okay. Pod
- 2:27:10Home.
- 2:27:12Unknown: Well, that but you don't go there. I just well, you I guess you can. I just go through rogers,
- 2:27:17the matrixdocs.com,
- 2:27:19and then you scroll down a third of the page, and you'll see Radio Ranch Archive link. Click on that, and then they all pull up on there.
- 2:27:40Unknown: Hey, Manna. Did you get my message the other day? I you sent me a birthday message
- 2:27:47and a text, and I tried to respond three times, and it kept
- 2:27:51saying it wouldn't go through. And I mentioned it on the call, and I don't know if if you heard me. Thank you. Oh, happy belated birthday, Dave. Thank you.
- 2:28:03Unknown: No. I didn't hear you on
- 2:28:06the call,
- 2:28:07but I I got you I got a response from you, I guess, at some point. And you said, wow. Thank you. Yeah. I
- 2:28:16Unknown: sent that three times, and I got a message back each time saying that my email didn't go or my text did not go through.
- 2:28:25Unknown: Oh, you know what?
- 2:28:27That okay. So
- 2:28:30that day,
- 2:28:33I
- 2:28:34I
- 2:28:35didn't I didn't pay my phone
- 2:28:38bill. Okay. And and for the first part of the morning,
- 2:28:43you and the homeowner were trying to get ahold of me, and I was just getting texts that say,
- 2:28:50you have insufficient funds to receive texts. And then I paid
- 2:28:55my bill, and then it finally came through.
- 2:28:58Unknown: Gotcha.
- 2:28:59Unknown: You got a TracPhone?
- 2:29:01Unknown: I do. Oh, good. I love it.
- 2:29:06Unknown: And I but I hate it because Verizon bought them out.
- 2:29:11Unknown: Well yeah. And there's some they have something to do with Walmart too.
- 2:29:15Uh-huh. And I don't I don't go to Walmart ever, but I guess I do get phone.
- 2:29:22Unknown: Yep.
- 2:29:24Unknown: But I just pay it without going there.
- 2:29:28I have been looking into something called Freely
- 2:29:32with a p h p h r e e l I,
- 2:29:37and it seems to be pretty
- 2:29:41well liked
- 2:29:42and has the same kind of setup
- 2:29:45that was started
- 2:29:47by
- 2:29:48a journalist who
- 2:29:51wanted to keep wanted people to build and not be tracked and
- 2:29:55harassed
- 2:29:57through their phone
- 2:29:59information.
- 2:30:01So I might try and support that, but you have to buy an unlocked
- 2:30:06phone.
- 2:30:07So I'm looking and my phone only cost me $20 for
- 2:30:12a chat phone. So I'm trying to find a cheap
- 2:30:16phone that I could maybe try and do freely with.
- 2:30:22And then I was thinking about doing peer talk because it, I guess, supports veterans,
- 2:30:28but
- 2:30:29it seemed like a lot of people had trouble with it. So
- 2:30:33so I was just stuck with the track phone so far.
- 2:30:36Not that I haven't had trouble with it from time to time.
- 2:30:44But the the Freelie looked really interesting about how he
- 2:30:50really interested
- 2:30:51in keeping people's information secure.
- 2:30:55Unknown: So
- 2:30:56far with me, the TracPhone's been the best
- 2:31:00thing that ever happened to me as far as a cell phone is concerned.
- 2:31:05Yeah. I got this cheap little $20 flip phone.
- 2:31:08I must have dropped it on the floor 500 times.
- 2:31:12I dropped this I
- 2:31:13got this $400
- 2:31:16military
- 2:31:17grade flip phone, you know, supposed to be rugged and blah blah blah. I dropped that thing one time and it freaking broke, and I had to get a refurbished
- 2:31:26one, you know, with the insurance. And, it was a nightmare ever since.
- 2:31:31And it finally well,
- 2:31:33AT and T, I got in a big battle with those
- 2:31:37freaking
- 2:31:39yeah. American telephone and telegraph. No. It's Filipino telephone and telegraph.
- 2:31:45Unknown: Oh, yeah. What a joke. I
- 2:31:51Unknown: have a $20 smartphone.
- 2:31:55I haven't even put a screen protector on it, and
- 2:31:59I'm not
- 2:32:01too
- 2:32:02good with
- 2:32:04keeping it in my hand. And it
- 2:32:07it hasn't broke or cracked the screen or anything.
- 2:32:12Still works.
- 2:32:14Pretty impressed, actually.
- 2:32:16It's some Blue Eddie or some off brand.
- 2:32:21And I got people telling me, oh, I got I got a $200 phone bill and my $600
- 2:32:29phone.
- 2:32:30I'm like, why?
- 2:32:34It doesn't even
- 2:32:36make any sense to me. I'm like, I spend
- 2:32:40I spend
- 2:32:42$600
- 2:32:43every
- 2:32:44two years of that.
- 2:32:53But I commend you for having a flip phone.
- 2:32:56I had one up until
- 2:32:58maybe, like, eight years ago. Everybody freaked out that I still had one.
- 2:33:03I only pretty much learned how to use a smartphone is because I was doing pizza delivery, and my
- 2:33:10boss
- 2:33:12was always freaking out about me being able to find where I was going.
- 2:33:17I'm like, well,
- 2:33:19I can Google Maps it on the computer before I leave, and b, I'm delivering in a place I was born and raised. So
- 2:33:27have I had that much trouble? And then something happened with the
- 2:33:32with the delivery at one point where
- 2:33:36some some stupid with the guy who actually ordered the pizza, and she's like, I'm getting
- 2:33:41a track phone for you
- 2:33:44and you can learn how to use it and we'll pay for it. And then
- 2:33:48she just let me use it as my personal phone and have it for work. And
- 2:33:54I was I was trapped ever since it kinda has some
- 2:33:59uses,
- 2:34:00and it's my kinda research tool and
- 2:34:04helps me diagnose
- 2:34:06stuff here living off grid.
- 2:34:08So I
- 2:34:10I kinda continued with that,
- 2:34:13but kinda part
- 2:34:14of me wants to go back to a flip phone. But I still think they just track your flip phone, and then I don't get to use
- 2:34:22the
- 2:34:24other
- 2:34:26benefits.
- 2:34:27That's
- 2:34:28kind of where my mind's at with that.
- 2:34:36Unknown: Judith, the 12 presumptions of court.
- 2:34:39The 12 presumptions of court.
- 2:34:42Number six.
- 2:34:46Number six and seven.
- 2:34:50The presumption of custody
- 2:34:53is that by custom a summons or warrant for arrest unrebutted
- 2:34:57stands
- 2:34:58and therefore,
- 2:35:00Julie,
- 2:35:01when you attend court,
- 2:35:03you are presumed to be a thing
- 2:35:06and therefore, you got to pay to
- 2:35:08be detained
- 2:35:10in custody by the custodians.
- 2:35:13This includes
- 2:35:15the dead,
- 2:35:16legal,
- 2:35:18fiction,
- 2:35:19non human
- 2:35:21capital
- 2:35:22name, Julie,
- 2:35:25that corporate government's rules and regulations are written for.
- 2:35:29Custodians
- 2:35:30may only lawfully hold custody
- 2:35:33of property
- 2:35:34and
- 2:35:35things,
- 2:35:38not flesh and blood, soul possessing human beings.
- 2:35:42Unless presumption is openly challenged
- 2:35:45by rejection
- 2:35:46of
- 2:35:47summons
- 2:35:48and or at court, the presumption stands
- 2:35:52and you are therefore
- 2:35:53a thing
- 2:35:55and property
- 2:35:57and therefore lawfully able to be kept in custody by the custodians.
- 2:36:01And number seven,
- 2:36:04the presumption of court of guardians is a presumption that is you may be listed as a resident quotation marks
- 2:36:12of a ward.
- 2:36:14What do they keep in wards?
- 2:36:17Of a local government
- 2:36:19area and have listed on your passport the letter p.
- 2:36:23You are a pauper.
- 2:36:26A dead poor thing. Can't own anything property or or whatever.
- 2:36:31And therefore, under the guardian powers of the government and its agents
- 2:36:38as a court of guardians. And this is the junction of Oprah Chandler to
- 2:36:43demonstrate you are both a general guardian and a general executor
- 2:36:49executive
- 2:36:50of the matter
- 2:36:51of the trust
- 2:36:53parenthesis.
- 2:36:55Before the court, the presumption stands,
- 2:36:58and you are by default
- 2:37:00a dead poor Mexican
- 2:37:03and a
- 2:37:05lunatic.
- 2:37:06And therefore, must obey
- 2:37:09the rules of the clerk of guardians.
- 2:37:13Clerk of
- 2:37:14magistrate
- 2:37:15courts.
- 2:37:20Thank you, my fellow minions.
- 2:37:23What are the what the little yellow things? Minions?
- 2:37:27Thank you.
- 2:37:33Unknown: How lovely. Thank you so much.
- 2:37:35My day is better now.
- 2:37:42Unknown: I gotta keep that number two. Hey, Jerry. Did you say did you did you say a poor Mexican? What was the thing?
- 2:37:51Yeah. Because I'm not Mexican, and I'm not a parper.
- 2:37:54Unknown: No. He said dead poor Mexican. He said he said dead poor Mexican.
- 2:37:59Unknown: Dead poor in in capital letters.
- 2:38:03Unknown: Yeah. Don't forget the word dead and poor.
- 2:38:07Unknown: I missed that part.
- 2:38:10And property and things.
- 2:38:14The 12 And award of court.
- 2:38:16And award of the state. And award of people. Everybody lives in a local ward.
- 2:38:22My ward is the 4th Ward of Eddy County
- 2:38:27along with all my neighbors
- 2:38:29that are in that ward. We have five wards
- 2:38:33in Eddy County, and I live in the 4th
- 2:38:36Ward.
- 2:38:37Well, I'm domiciled in the 4th Ward,
- 2:38:44and that's why The
- 2:38:47US
- 2:38:48national is very important.
- 2:38:52By that, I get out of the war state.
- 2:38:56And I get out of that presumption of being property
- 2:39:00and a thing and a dead poor Mexican.
- 2:39:14Unknown: So I looked that up because I wanted to read all 12 of them. It seems pretty easy to find.
- 2:39:23I wanted to see if there's different,
- 2:39:31I don't know, different documents
- 2:39:33on that. But
- 2:39:35then I so then I I don't usually do this, but I decided to just kinda read through the AI generated
- 2:39:43answer that
- 2:39:45the search engines give you.
- 2:39:48And at the bottom, it says
- 2:39:50this is what my friends always hit me with when I'm talking. They're always googling stuff.
- 2:39:55And then they they always and I'm like, is that's what the AI top search
- 2:40:00told you, isn't it? Well, this this says right here, these presumptions are recognized in standard legal practice and are part of legal theories often associated
- 2:40:10with sovereign citizen ideology.
- 2:40:14But right here,
- 2:40:15common law.
- 2:40:18What is it? Right here. It's it's right here. In all these court, it's a
- 2:40:26so it's it's frustrating because it's obviously
- 2:40:30a solid court
- 2:40:33documentation,
- 2:40:34yet
- 2:40:36up here, they try and
- 2:40:39tell you your stupid sovereign citizen
- 2:40:41ideology
- 2:40:42for
- 2:40:44for knowing anything about law.
- 2:40:53Unknown: And if you look at the very top, it says
- 2:40:56Roman
- 2:40:57Canon
- 2:40:58Law.
- 2:40:59It says, Roman
- 2:41:01Canon
- 2:41:02Law.
- 2:41:04Our courts are Roman
- 2:41:08come Roman administrative
- 2:41:10courts.
- 2:41:12They have to operate off of canons.
- 2:41:15All the judicial system operates off of
- 2:41:18canon
- 2:41:19law.
- 2:41:22Unknown: Yeah. That was one of the websites.
- 2:41:24Canon
- 2:41:26that one didn't have where where
- 2:41:29are you reading this off of? Because most of them don't have start with that Roman
- 2:41:34Canon law part.
- 2:41:37Unknown: But they're all 12 presumptions of court?
- 2:41:40Unknown: Well,
- 2:41:41Unknown: that's what I At the top at the very top, it says it says, the 12 presumptions of court, canon.
- 2:41:47They're three two two eight.
- 2:41:50Unknown: Okay. I see that one.
- 2:41:53Okay. And archive.
- 2:41:56Unknown: Two two eight. That's that's a cannon law.
- 2:42:06Unknown: You're getting this off of archive.
- 2:42:08Yep. Oh, beautiful.
- 2:42:10Okay. This is what I was looking for. Awesome. Oh, beautiful.
- 2:42:14Unknown: Nobody ever accused me of being beautiful.
- 2:42:17Unknown: Well,
- 2:42:20it's beautiful that you are here to direct me to this.
- 2:42:27Unknown: You mean direct?
- 2:42:29I
- 2:42:31I can only play guitar.
- 2:42:36Sometimes I can sing, but Paul shuts me or Paul mutes me
- 2:42:41or tell me to shut up.
- 2:42:44But that's okay.
- 2:42:51Unknown: Alright.
- 2:42:53And
- 2:42:55Unknown: if you if you look at Robin Robin,
- 2:42:58be hard away.
- 2:43:06Unknown: Robin
- 2:43:07v Hardaway.
- 2:43:11Unknown: R o b I n v
- 2:43:14Hardaway
- 2:43:161790.
- 2:43:20Biblical law
- 2:43:22supersedes
- 2:43:24old
- 2:43:25Unknown: law.
- 2:43:36Unknown: Seven
- 2:43:37I'm get I'm in April
- 2:43:40'72.
- 2:43:43Unknown: Yeah. It started in '72, but it was a
- 2:43:47supreme court case finished in 1790.
- 2:43:51Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 2:44:04Unknown: And it states,
- 2:44:06biblical law
- 2:44:11let's see. I have here some.
- 2:44:21Unknown: Oh, dang.
- 2:44:41Unknown: Is biblical law supersedes
- 2:44:45common law.
- 2:45:00Unknown: This little overview
- 2:45:02that I found so far says the judgment in the case of Robin
- 2:45:07v Hardaway ruled that the descendants of a certain indigenous woman who had been sold into slavery between 1682
- 2:45:15and 1748
- 2:45:17were, in fact, free as their ancestor had been sold into slavery
- 2:45:22illegally.
- 2:45:24Their enslaver was charged with trespass,
- 2:45:27assault, and battery and imprisonment.
- 2:45:30However, he only had to pay 1 shilling in damages.
- 2:45:39Sounds a lot like now.
- 2:45:48Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:45:49That's
- 2:45:50a in the
- 2:45:54in the case
- 2:45:59It says let me see that. I'm gonna have it here somewhere.
- 2:46:07Hey, Julie.
- 2:46:19Oh, Julie.
- 2:46:50I can't seem to find it.
- 2:46:54Unknown: He split.
- 2:46:57Unknown: Oh, Julie? Yeah.
- 2:47:01Hey, Brent.
- 2:47:02I was I was just gonna tell her that we go to
- 2:47:06Unknown: Cracker.
- 2:47:08Unknown: I was
- 2:47:11just gonna tell her to go to
- 2:47:13this site this website, the p u
- 2:47:16l s e post.
- 2:47:18It's saying that The United States is the the number one
- 2:47:22incarcerated
- 2:47:26country in the world.
- 2:49:01No. And I lost it.
- 2:49:03You have a look.
- 2:49:38Hey, Brent. I was trying to bring up that YouTube thing you sent me, and I've
- 2:49:44seen I always have problems with YouTube.
- 2:49:50I appreciate it anyway.
- 2:50:18Okay. It's in the here it is. I found it. You're in luck.
- 2:50:27Robin
- 2:50:28supreme court cases.
- 2:50:31Robin
- 2:50:32Robin b Hardaway.
- 2:50:351790.
- 2:50:37Biblical law
- 2:50:38at
- 2:50:39parenthesis
- 2:50:41common law
- 2:50:43supersedes
- 2:50:44all laws.
- 2:50:46And Christianity
- 2:50:48is custom.
- 2:50:49Custom
- 2:50:50is
- 2:50:51law.
- 2:51:06Unknown: Yeah. Back then, you had more of a
- 2:51:10of a consensus
- 2:51:13with that within your fellow
- 2:51:16population,
- 2:51:17and now
- 2:51:20and now nobody even really
- 2:51:22cares about stuff like that. I think they just brush right over that these days,
- 2:51:30and nobody would even bat an eye.
- 2:52:18Were you able to read
- 2:52:20that
- 2:52:22court case? Everything I click on, I have so far is a
- 2:52:28it's like a
- 2:52:31small one page thing or I have to pay
- 2:52:37to download it or whatever.
- 2:52:41Unknown: That's because of your third grade education.
- 2:52:45Anyway,
- 2:52:46go
- 2:52:48it's it's under
- 2:52:50script,
- 2:52:53and it's duty to speak in Collins v Virginia.
- 2:52:59Unknown: Oh, we're on a
- 2:53:01yeah. Okay. So once you can read, but you just can't download.
- 2:53:08Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:53:11Unknown: I can I can You
- 2:53:14Unknown: can take a picture of it?
- 2:53:20And
- 2:53:22it's a
- 2:53:23duty to speak in Cone
- 2:53:26B, Virginia.
- 2:53:38Unknown: CEO
- 2:53:39HEN?
- 2:53:46Unknown: Test? Yes.
- 2:53:49Dirty to speak in
- 2:53:51c o h e n s
- 2:53:56verse v,
- 2:53:57Virginia.
- 2:53:59And it's and and
- 2:54:02script, if you put
- 2:54:04and you probably if you would've clicked on the next thing on your phone,
- 2:54:09it would've took you over to that.
- 2:54:11If you were on Google or wherever you were at.
- 2:54:15Unknown: I use Brave, but
- 2:54:19Unknown: either one.
- 2:54:21Duck duck go.
- 2:54:24Yes. Pop one of the junk in the other.
- 2:54:28Unknown: Yeah. I get that. That pops up
- 2:54:31everywhere too. I'll kinda dig around in that too.
- 2:54:35We'll see how far I get. I got about 70 tabs open
- 2:54:40when everybody talks. 70?
- 2:54:44Unknown: Girl, everybody talks. Who talks?
- 2:55:01Unknown: So I guess you guys had a discussion about
- 2:55:05Alphenhaus
- 2:55:07yesterday.
- 2:55:17To get there was a I'll have to listen to the archive, but
- 2:55:22I'll listen to that video
- 2:55:24because Brent sent it to me and
- 2:55:33it just
- 2:55:40not not that anything he said isn't true, but
- 2:55:44I just wonder what he was seeing that made him
- 2:55:49I mean, we can only know so much about history. So
- 2:55:58that stuff confuses me when they
- 2:56:01say they saw all this evil, and then
- 2:56:07and then it's like,
- 2:56:10was Hitler evil? Was he not? Is he kinda in the middle?
- 2:56:16Is he
- 2:56:19I wonder sometimes.
- 2:56:22A lot of people try and
- 2:56:25World War two experts,
- 2:56:28revisionists,
- 2:56:30kinda like tout him as this great guy, but I'm kinda like, I don't know if he would have liked
- 2:56:35me very much.
- 2:56:36So I wonder.
- 2:56:39Unknown: All men are evil.
- 2:56:42No man is good.
- 2:56:47Unknown: They only have evil in their heart.
- 2:56:54He says, strive.
- 2:56:57Christ
- 2:56:58said, strive.
- 2:57:00Not like that in Texas.
- 2:57:02There are six tenders.
- 2:57:06I've done it.
- 2:57:09Unknown: He got rid of juicery.
- 2:57:11Trust it. And he got and he got rid of pornography
- 2:57:14and he built his monetary system up out of the
- 2:57:19ashes of
- 2:57:22of what they did to him after World War one.
- 2:57:26Unknown: Yeah. The Weimar Republic? Yep.
- 2:57:30Yeah. I mean, that all seems pretty solid, but then,
- 2:57:35you know, but then
- 2:57:37I get these videos with Alfenhaus saying,
- 2:57:41you know, what he said in that video. And this
- 2:57:44is like, well, what was he seeing? Was he just
- 2:57:48maybe he wasn't actually seeing anything. He was just going along with
- 2:57:53well, he wasn't in Germany at that point kinda how the video made it sound.
- 2:58:00So maybe he
- 2:58:02was subject to propaganda
- 2:58:04and felt that he had to do the right thing based on that.
- 2:58:19Because I have kinda changed my whole outlook and kinda thought, you know,
- 2:58:25seems like he wasn't that bad a guy.
- 2:58:29But he also was a
- 2:58:32a
- 2:58:33leader of a country,
- 2:58:38and they all seem to have
- 2:58:40they all none of them are perfect. So I wonder just wonder what
- 2:58:46wish I could be a fly on the wall.
- 2:58:49Unknown: Well, they went from pretty much rags to being able to take zeppelins
- 2:58:54on
- 2:58:55vacations
- 2:58:56across the pond in New Jersey.
- 2:58:59Unknown: Yeah. So,
- 2:59:02you know,
- 2:59:03Unknown: he pulled some he pulled some miracles.
- 2:59:08Unknown: Yeah. It was.
- 2:59:13Yeah.
- 2:59:14I mean, everything I read kinda makes me have to just throw
- 2:59:19everything I was taught or told out the window, and I have a lot of really
- 2:59:25have some personal
- 2:59:27relationships with them with people who know a lot about it.
- 2:59:31And I've done
- 2:59:33lots of reading and
- 2:59:35research based on documentation
- 2:59:38from the time period and interviews. I that was what really
- 2:59:43hammered it home as much as I wanted to
- 2:59:46be upset of what they were telling me. I've started to go through it myself and be like, gosh. You know?
- 2:59:54It says right here,
- 2:59:56all these people that were there and all their
- 2:59:59true their firsthand accounts
- 3:00:02backed
- 3:00:04everything
- 3:00:07against what we were taught. So
- 3:00:11I'm coming around to that fact, but but, know and that but so then
- 3:00:16and so then I was just curious of, like, what
- 3:00:19everybody was getting out of Alpha House because
- 3:00:22if you read the comments,
- 3:00:24it's it's
- 3:00:26coming from a
- 3:00:28normie perspective.
- 3:00:31And
- 3:00:33I was just curious exactly, I guess, why exactly
- 3:00:37it was played and why
- 3:00:39it was important to share even though it has some historical
- 3:00:45fall fallacies at this point, possibly.
- 3:00:50Unknown: Comment?
- 3:00:53Unknown: Denied.
- 3:00:55Okay.
- 3:00:56Overall, Joe
- 3:00:58Unknown: is this Joe
- 3:01:00talking about Hitler and stuff?
- 3:01:03Unknown: No. No. No. This is Manna. I must have Hey. Hey, Manna. Sound a little bit like Joe.
- 3:01:09Unknown: Hey, Manna. Have you watched the video series called the greatest story never told yet?
- 3:01:15Unknown: Yes. I have. I watched Europa,
- 3:01:18the greatest
- 3:01:19story never told,
- 3:01:22communism through the back door.
- 3:01:25I've read the synagogue of Satan,
- 3:01:29Bradbury's book.
- 3:01:31Yeah.
- 3:01:35Unknown: Okay. I was just checking because if you hadn't, I got it on the Google Drive if you ever want it. And your rope and a lot of other things. Okay?
- 3:01:43Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 3:01:45Think I I think I downloaded them off of BitChute and burnt on to a CD myself.
- 3:01:52Hoping to
- 3:01:54maybe get somebody else to watch it, but so far
- 3:01:59so far, no luck.
- 3:02:02Unknown: If you're on here, you're one in a million.
- 3:02:07Unknown: Right.
- 3:02:09I'm starting to realize that.
- 3:02:11Unknown: Yeah. Like, Carl Maxwell said a hundred years ago,
- 3:02:15it'll be one in a million that'll figure this out,
- 3:02:19and we're literally it.
- 3:02:22Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:02:24Yeah. I was at a friend's house the other day
- 3:02:28for a birthday party, and one of those mutual friends,
- 3:02:36for the most part, I found usually agrees
- 3:02:39with me.
- 3:02:42And
- 3:02:44one of the other friends said to the birthday boy, he's like, oh, you look like Honest Abe. I was like,
- 3:02:53if you knew anything about that, you would know that was a diss. Don't ever call me that. And then
- 3:03:00I was like, you gotta stop believing in
- 3:03:05Abraham Lincoln and the Tooth Fairy. And then
- 3:03:09a little bit later, I said something about
- 3:03:12can't remember how it got brought up, but I was like, well, the the Holocaust didn't really exist until 1960.
- 3:03:20And my my friend
- 3:03:23that kinda has
- 3:03:24a similar mindset looked at me and he's like, be careful
- 3:03:29saying that
- 3:03:31or be careful where who you say that around. And I was like, well, if I have to worry about anybody here,
- 3:03:38I would like to know now,
- 3:03:40and you'll never see me again.
- 3:03:43And nobody really attacked me or went
- 3:03:45crazy or anything.
- 3:03:47They're used to me throwing little digs in like that. So I was just like, oh, there goes mana again.
- 3:03:53But then my friend who knows all this, too afraid,
- 3:03:57I realized
- 3:03:58can't really speak. He just wants to know and
- 3:04:02and just hold it
- 3:04:05in, I I guess. I it was kinda interesting.
- 3:04:08Maybe I'm
- 3:04:11maybe he's smarter than me. I don't know. Well, that's a super sensitive
- 3:04:15Unknown: minefield.
- 3:04:17You know, the holy hoax.
- 3:04:19And Yeah. You might say it openly around someone,
- 3:04:24and
- 3:04:25they're gonna be quiet,
- 3:04:27And they'll go to their buddies or minions and tell them and target you,
- 3:04:33and your life is ruined.
- 3:04:37Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 3:04:39So maybe he is smarter than I am.
- 3:04:42I
- 3:04:43just kinda know the crowd. You know you know, I was like,
- 3:04:48I should be safe
- 3:04:50saying that here. You know, I wouldn't necessarily say that
- 3:04:54at the rodeo.
- 3:04:57Well,
- 3:04:59Unknown: you might have a couple of guys that are solidly in your corner that are quiet.
- 3:05:05And if you happen to say something like that,
- 3:05:08they should go and take a look at the room and see the reactions
- 3:05:13because somebody's gonna
- 3:05:15show a tell,
- 3:05:18you know, that they were disturbed by it,
- 3:05:21and
- 3:05:22that'll probably be your person.
- 3:05:26Unknown: Yeah. I think most people aren't even really paying attention or probably
- 3:05:31just didn't
- 3:05:34absorb it completely. But, of course, my friend knows a lot about that and was he knew exactly what I was saying. So he's telling me, be careful.
- 3:05:43Where do you say that?
- 3:05:47I was like, okay. Well, I'll go home if I'm not supposed to be
- 3:05:51comfortable here.
- 3:05:52Unknown: Well, a lot of the society is Judaized,
- 3:05:56period.
- 3:06:01Unknown: So, yeah, they're
- 3:06:03they're
- 3:06:05they're Pavlov dog. I've really noticed that more as as that gets brought up. I realized I realized my dad kinda is in that even though he's
- 3:06:16interested in all these
- 3:06:23the information,
- 3:06:24I I I try not to use conspiracy theory, but it's a good word to know what we're all talking about. But he
- 3:06:32he kind of, I think, got hit by so many things. He didn't know what to do. He just kinda sat in the corner and cried.
- 3:06:39So it
- 3:06:41really kinda hit me hard, like, realizing that
- 3:06:44you can be aware,
- 3:06:47and then you can end up
- 3:06:51just hiding away and doing nothing.
- 3:06:54And I just don't wanna end end up there,
- 3:06:58I guess.
- 3:07:31Unknown: There's there's only three kinds of people
- 3:07:35in the world.
- 3:07:37Those that do
- 3:07:39something about it.
- 3:07:42Those that wonder if they could do something about it,
- 3:07:48and those that walk around and wonder
- 3:07:52that if they had done something about it,
- 3:07:58wish they hadn't done something about it.
- 3:08:01But it's too late.
- 3:08:02The doers,
- 3:08:04the wanderer,
- 3:08:05and the ones that just sit back in their closets and say, oh, there's nothing I can do about it.
- 3:08:13There's a whole lot you can do.
- 3:08:17And you don't have to do a whole lot. All you gotta do is just plant the seed.
- 3:08:23You don't have to worry about that if that seed's gonna grow or not.
- 3:08:27All you gotta do is plant it.
- 3:08:31And
- 3:08:33if it grows, more power.
- 3:08:39And then if you could see it grow, man,
- 3:08:42it's like, wow. Something's really happening.
- 3:08:46And if we don't do something about it today,
- 3:08:50tomorrow will be too late.
- 3:09:03Unknown: That's why I throw throw those things out kinda in my friend group
- 3:09:08just
- 3:09:09because, you know, because they they know me. They know I'm not a skinhead or I'm not a
- 3:09:15you know, they at least know that, so they can't write me off
- 3:09:19right away as
- 3:09:21as a white supremacist
- 3:09:23or or anything. You know? They have to go, wow, man. I said that.
- 3:09:28And then and then maybe they could try and prove me wrong, which is where I get a lot of my information.
- 3:09:34I get kind of
- 3:09:36like, what? I was like, that can't be right.
- 3:09:39And then and I get a little ticked off or something, and I go and try and prove
- 3:09:46those wrong. And I end up finding out all the things that prove it's right because I can't prove it wrong.
- 3:09:54And so that's kinda what I like. I I'm like, yeah. Prove me wrong. Please.
- 3:09:59Please
- 3:10:00prove me wrong.
- 3:10:25Unknown: And I think that's what we all try to do is
- 3:10:28we we all wanna be right that we can't be wrong. Hey. That's a song.
- 3:10:34But the
- 3:10:35not that. I'm I don't know who it was earlier talking to Dave, I think.
- 3:10:41Anyway,
- 3:10:43holds a question to them about if
- 3:10:46I'm wrong if I'm wrong,
- 3:10:49prove to me that I am wrong.
- 3:10:55Prove it to me.
- 3:10:58So in my eyes,
- 3:10:59everything called the facts that I've laid out
- 3:11:03prove
- 3:11:04that they're facts,
- 3:11:06they're truth,
- 3:11:09and not false.
- 3:11:10So now the the ball's in your court.
- 3:11:13Prove it to me
- 3:11:16that I am not the true owner
- 3:11:19of this document that I have here in my hand.
- 3:11:23Show me
- 3:11:24show me where you're listed on it, and I'll show you where I'm listed on.
- 3:11:29As a true natural soul possessing
- 3:11:32man
- 3:11:36and not as a corporate government entity
- 3:11:40person.
- 3:11:46Unknown: I've gotten some people that kinda
- 3:11:50get kind of foot and I was like and I'd be like, dig out. Do you have your title? Dig out a title. I'll tell you what it says at the top.
- 3:11:58They're like, yeah. I have a title. I'm like, no. You don't have a title. You have a certificate
- 3:12:03of title.
- 3:12:04And they're like, no. It's a title.
- 3:12:06I'm like, well, go dig it out if you can. And then they're like, yeah. I have it right here.
- 3:12:12Yeah. And then they kinda have to sit there and go,
- 3:12:16well
- 3:12:18and then, you know, you can see them trying to make the
- 3:12:21argument in their head.
- 3:12:23And I'm like, well, first, you thought I was wrong,
- 3:12:27and now you're trying to
- 3:12:30make it make sense.
- 3:12:34Unknown: So
- 3:12:35good luck.
- 3:12:38Unknown: I
- 3:12:39was so glad when somebody finally pointed that out because I was like, that will wake up. That's such a good one. That and the national being on the passport
- 3:12:50hit
- 3:12:51hit that one a few times, and then you get the same thing.
- 3:12:55Like, well,
- 3:12:59it must mean something else.
- 3:13:02Well, it says it right there.
- 3:13:07Prove me wrong.
- 3:13:10They proved me wrong by reading the AI Google
- 3:13:15summarization at the top of the search. So I'm like, yeah.
- 3:13:19And they're saying people, I'm like, when's the last time you guys read a book? I've had a few of them say
- 3:13:24laugh at me.
- 3:13:26Well, I haven't read a book since high school.
- 3:13:28Well, there you go.
- 3:13:31Unknown: That's a good that's
- 3:13:33a good question right there because that's
- 3:13:35why Roger pushed him to get the the passport card.
- 3:13:39Because on the back on the back of the passport card,
- 3:13:43it has numbers and those numbers. I've talked about this a little bit. Yeah. Anyway, that's a good that's a good question
- 3:13:50to pose AI or Gronk or
- 3:13:54somebody.
- 3:13:55What is the o nine endorsement
- 3:13:59on the back of a passport card
- 3:14:02indicate?
- 3:14:04Unknown: I kinda remember doing it that day,
- 3:14:07and it it didn't really answer my question very well.
- 3:14:11And that's kinda why I was like, well, you gotta call the office and ask.
- 3:14:20Unknown: And what was your question?
- 3:14:22Unknown: Because it was kinda giving me a vague and general thing.
- 3:14:28Unknown: Did you go to 88?
- 3:14:31Number 8.
- 3:14:32Unknown: Accepting that. You know?
- 3:14:34Can't be looking in the right spot.
- 3:14:43Unknown: That's why I say, did you go to 8FAM505Dot0.2.
- 3:14:54Unknown: Had that out. Yeah. I have that.
- 3:14:56But it doesn't in that document, it doesn't tell you where to look for the endorsement numbers.
- 3:15:02Unknown: Sure does. It says endorsement code.
- 3:15:07Can you just scroll down to the endorsement code?
- 3:15:11Mine is O9.
- 3:15:14Unknown: Well, no. It doesn't tell you where that number is on your card, though.
- 3:15:19It
- 3:15:20just says endorsement code and gives you them,
- 3:15:24but it doesn't give you
- 3:15:26Unknown: It's not gonna tell you where it's at on your card. They gotta they gotta fool you somehow.
- 3:15:32Well And I can tell that by your third grade education,
- 3:15:37you step back instead of stepping forward.
- 3:15:41Because they've been at it for over two hundred years.
- 3:15:45Unknown: I I don't know why you said that. I really don't know why you just said that to me, but,
- 3:15:50anyway,
- 3:15:51I Can I make a comment? I was actually stepping forward. Come
- 3:15:56Unknown: in come in with your comment.
- 3:15:58Unknown: Yeah. I'm
- 3:16:00pretty sure the passport
- 3:16:01code that you're talking about is on the front of your passport behind the dash
- 3:16:06under your picture.
- 3:16:09See, there's I know there's been some confusion about this, but Tom
- 3:16:13Tom d from
- 3:16:15RBN has been in the business for about forty years being a national, and that's what he said. And and it makes sense to me.
- 3:16:23Mine was at o nine. Up until then, I really didn't know what I was looking for where. I was looking on the back,
- 3:16:30you know, between those
- 3:16:32greater than, less than signs. I thought maybe that was it.
- 3:16:37Yeah. But I yeah. I'm pretty sure it's the front behind the dash under your picture.
- 3:16:43Unknown: How many stars and asterisks do you have?
- 3:16:47What's that, Brent? How many stars
- 3:16:50or asterisks
- 3:16:52do you have on your card?
- 3:16:55Unknown: I can pull it here a minute.
- 3:16:59And where where are those stars, Brent? The ones you're talking about?
- 3:17:04Unknown: To the right of the picture.
- 3:17:07Okay. Probably the upper right.
- 3:17:10They look like asterisks,
- 3:17:12but they look like stars.
- 3:17:14I have five and all that. Under passport.
- 3:17:18Unknown: To the right of the picture.
- 3:17:20Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 3:17:23Unknown: Right above your name, your surname.
- 3:17:25Unknown: Okay.
- 3:17:26Yeah. Yeah. I also have four. How about you, Brad?
- 3:17:30Unknown: I have five.
- 3:17:32Unknown: Okay.
- 3:17:34Unknown: Well, I don't have three.
- 3:17:37Unknown: Most people have three or 10. Interesting.
- 3:17:41Unknown: So then, Brent, what is your what what is the number behind the dash on your on on yours?
- 3:17:47Unknown: I don't have mine on me right now. Oh. Oh, okay.
- 3:17:52But in looking in the
- 3:17:56that manual,
- 3:17:58I'm nothing. They don't even have my code.
- 3:18:03Unknown: Oh, really?
- 3:18:05Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:18:06Unknown: Okay.
- 3:18:08And when did you get your passport card?
- 3:18:10Unknown: 2019.
- 3:18:13Unknown: Interesting.
- 3:18:14Okay.
- 3:18:15Yeah. There was one other guy like he was think he lived out in California near San Francisco.
- 3:18:21He was on the show about a year ago and he had really pushed these guys hard on trying to get his passport to say that he was a national, not a citizen or whatever.
- 3:18:31And he was saying that
- 3:18:33they're not issuing cards with
- 3:18:36dot dash O nines anymore is what he was told by somebody.
- 3:18:41I
- 3:18:42haven't been able to confirm that
- 3:18:45but that's what his opinion was. And then
- 3:18:48the other thing he he pointed out was that the rules these guys have to go by are in some manual for like the state department.
- 3:18:57Yep. And and I went and followed what he told me about. I'm like, son of a gun, here it is.
- 3:19:02But like some of the rules that have been passed in the last couple years are classified.
- 3:19:09So they're not telling you what they're doing. Go ahead. It's interdepartmental
- 3:19:14Unknown: use only and
- 3:19:16if
- 3:19:18everybody knew the codes, they wouldn't be a code.
- 3:19:25Unknown: Anyway,
- 3:19:26that's what I got. I'm not sure if it helps anybody but
- 3:19:30Yeah.
- 3:19:31I'm off Well, if if foreign
- 3:19:34Unknown: governments knew how,
- 3:19:36you know, things are numbered or coded,
- 3:19:40they would be well, they're able to
- 3:19:43duplicate our crap anyway.
- 3:19:45But
- 3:19:46if the great unwashed knew how to do it, we'd have to start over again.
- 3:19:52Even
- 3:19:56Unknown: if I went with that endorsement o two o two series,
- 3:19:59it still makes a diplomatic passport.
- 3:20:03O two a, diplomatic passport. And it says,
- 3:20:07the bearer is the title, and that's all it says.
- 3:20:12O two a
- 3:20:15says
- 3:20:16the bearer is a member of the family of the title.
- 3:20:21That's what that those two endorsements said. O two and o two, that's under my name. And on the back, o nine endorsement.
- 3:20:30Unknown: Well, we have stories all over the board. Some people get red carpet treatment at TSA.
- 3:20:37Like, we're we apologize.
- 3:20:39You're even in line, and they don't get wandered or anything.
- 3:20:43And then there's people who get the full meal deal.
- 3:20:48Unknown: Endorsement o nine, the bearer is a United States national
- 3:20:53and not a United States citizen.
- 3:20:58And that states all types of passports.
- 3:21:03You don't want that states. You
- 3:21:08Unknown: don't want that endorsement that's on page 26
- 3:21:13because,
- 3:21:15Unknown: man, you're don't serious.
- 3:21:19Unknown: You don't wanna be classified as Samoan.
- 3:21:22You you are less than anything here.
- 3:21:35Unknown: Oh, I must have mowing.
- 3:21:43Unknown: You're in it, you meowing.
- 3:21:50Unknown: What's another?
- 3:21:52Woman? Woman?
- 3:21:55Unknown: Well, Tulsi Gabbard. USA soccer team.
- 3:21:59Tulsi Gabbard, I think, was
- 3:22:03a Samoan. Well, she is a Samoan,
- 3:22:05but she became a US citizen.
- 3:22:08Therefore, she became an officer,
- 3:22:10and she got the highest
- 3:22:12speed in
- 3:22:14national intelligence. She held
- 3:22:16she's held the highest post probably higher than any Samoan
- 3:22:21other than ones that are reps in congress.
- 3:22:27And the ones that are in congress don't even have a vote. They're just there to hear it.
- 3:22:39Unknown: Yeah. Brent, I I
- 3:22:42used to think that you were right about that o nine thing.
- 3:22:47But the more I'm thinking about it, the more
- 3:22:51you know, what they're saying is that you're not a United States fourteenth amendment citizen, I think is what they're saying there.
- 3:22:59Unknown: Probably.
- 3:23:01I I don't know for sure. Only my hairdresser knows
- 3:23:06for sure.
- 3:23:10If you remember that Back
- 3:23:15Unknown: in '80 back in '85. Oh, no. I sorry. I missed that. I didn't I don't think I know the commercial.
- 3:23:21Unknown: Oh, how old are you?
- 3:23:24Unknown: I'm I'm in my sixties.
- 3:23:28Unknown: I'm I'm 68.
- 3:23:30It was on when I was a teenager.
- 3:23:34You know, back in the seventies.
- 3:23:36If you remember back then,
- 3:23:40they had some commercials that were kinda funny.
- 3:23:43Unknown: Okay.
- 3:23:45Yeah, I grew up,
- 3:23:47my dad was really tight.
- 3:23:49I grew up without a TV so I'm not I probably missed that one.
- 3:23:54Unknown: Yeah,
- 3:23:55yeah.
- 3:23:56That was a popular commercial.
- 3:23:59Unknown: Okay.
- 3:24:01Well, nice talking to you. Okay. Yep.
- 3:24:06Unknown: So back in back in '87
- 3:24:08when I filled out my first passport
- 3:24:12application,
- 3:24:14I was over in
- 3:24:16Germany.
- 3:24:17And
- 3:24:19I remember
- 3:24:21there were two questions that were asked.
- 3:24:24And
- 3:24:26the there was a block that I checked.
- 3:24:29It said it asked the questions
- 3:24:34within The United States
- 3:24:38or
- 3:24:39without The United States within The United States Of America.
- 3:24:45And that
- 3:24:46that I found out later was that,
- 3:24:49I believe it was a Jurat
- 3:24:51that was the, 1740
- 3:24:53six dash one.
- 3:24:56But I remember seeing that back in '87,
- 3:24:59and I signed it without
- 3:25:02The United States within The United States Of America.
- 3:25:07So
- 3:25:10I I think I think though when I last time I looked at my passport, I I think that
- 3:25:15maybe because I was in the military,
- 3:25:18but I
- 3:25:19had a a three stars.
- 3:25:24But I think there were only four stars available,
- 3:25:27at least on the on the pictures that I saw.
- 3:25:30You gotta look really close because
- 3:25:33it's so faint.
- 3:25:37And I
- 3:25:38Brent, I could've sworn that I when I looked at my last time,
- 3:25:43I found those stars,
- 3:25:45but it seemed to me like they were on the left side for me.
- 3:25:49Unknown: Oh, well, they're on the left side, but they're on the right side of the picture.
- 3:25:58Okay. In the upper upper right side of the picture.
- 3:26:04Unknown: Okay.
- 3:26:06I thought mine were on the I could've sworn mine were on the left side.
- 3:26:11Unknown: Oh, it's on the left side of the page, for sure.
- 3:26:15If you put a dividing line center of the page,
- 3:26:19it's on the left side but it's to the right of the picture, upper right of the picture.
- 3:26:27Unknown: Yeah. That's that's where mine are, Above the surname like that guy was saying.
- 3:26:33Unknown: Mhmm.
- 3:26:37Unknown: Yeah. But I I remember when I when I checked that block back in '87,
- 3:26:42I said without
- 3:26:43The United States,
- 3:26:46within The United States Of America.
- 3:26:50Yep. So I was telling them I was not I
- 3:26:53was not a I was not a US citizen. I was telling them that I was not within the District Of Columbia's jurisdiction.
- 3:27:02Unknown: Yep.
- 3:27:03And you probably didn't know that back then.
- 3:27:07And, you know, I certainly didn't.
- 3:27:11And I got my passport back in '81.
- 3:27:15Unknown: I knew that
- 3:27:17I knew what I was telling them when I checked that block
- 3:27:21that I did not fall under the under the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia.
- 3:27:27Even though I was in the military,
- 3:27:29I I had read something somewhere before I filled out my passport application
- 3:27:35maybe about a year before.
- 3:27:37I don't know if it was Eustace Mullins'
- 3:27:40book or I can't remember if it was
- 3:27:44non Dericolic conspiracy,
- 3:27:48America Throw Off the Yoke. I I just can't remember which book it was there that I specifically
- 3:27:55remember reading
- 3:27:57the importance
- 3:27:59of not being
- 3:28:02at or participating
- 3:28:04within the District Of Columbia and its territories
- 3:28:08and arsenals and all that kind of stuff.
- 3:28:10Unknown: You had read that stuff way back then?
- 3:28:14Like, you were way ahead of the game.
- 3:28:18Unknown: Well, it it
- 3:28:19my my father was actually way ahead of the game, but he was
- 3:28:25he's a he he was in the
- 3:28:28he was a San Diego County sheriff,
- 3:28:32and
- 3:28:34the
- 3:28:35back in the '6
- 3:28:37back in the sixties, he was all into that that, you know, stuff.
- 3:28:42And William was
- 3:28:47Unknown: who was So here's what he says.
- 3:28:51Generals in the US military have between one and a five stars depending
- 3:28:56on their specific rank.
- 3:28:58The general officer ranks
- 3:29:01in a in ascending order are as follows. Brigadier general, one star.
- 3:29:06Major general, two star.
- 3:29:09Unknown: Lieutenant general, three star. Those are those are stars on the collar, aren't they?
- 3:29:15Unknown: No. General stars on the star. General
- 3:29:21Unknown: of the army, five star, the army in wartime ranking
- 3:29:28created during the World War two.
- 3:29:31And that's all the stars that you're allowed to have. Five stars, but only the five in wartime
- 3:29:38only rank.
- 3:29:42Yes. Those are stars on the color, and that's what they go by, including on that passport as a diplomatic agent.
- 3:29:50Here on this call, we just had three,
- 3:29:53four, and five.
- 3:29:55I've seen I've seen cards that have two two stars,
- 3:30:00some that have one star.
- 3:30:03I've seen those with my own eyes.
- 3:30:05But right here on this call, we just had one. Brent's got five, but I have four.
- 3:30:11And that other gentleman said he had three.
- 3:30:16Unknown: I saw a guy's card.
- 3:30:20I had a guy on my bus several years ago. He had dropped his passport
- 3:30:26card,
- 3:30:28and I found it.
- 3:30:30And he had four stars on there. And,
- 3:30:35you know, I think I know pretty much most people that are that make themselves known on the call.
- 3:30:42He
- 3:30:43I'd never heard his name before,
- 3:30:45but that guy had four stars.
- 3:30:52Unknown: There was a lady out in California that, as a listener on on the program, I haven't heard of her call in for a long time, but, I remember her saying that she
- 3:31:04she got pulled over in in California,
- 3:31:08and
- 3:31:09she was
- 3:31:10up on all this information.
- 3:31:12And and she
- 3:31:14she showed the
- 3:31:16whoever pulled her over,
- 3:31:19I don't know if it was a checkpoint or what, but she pulled out her
- 3:31:23passport and showed it to them. She said that she had four stars
- 3:31:28and they
- 3:31:30after they looked at it and stuff, they they
- 3:31:33said,
- 3:31:33you're you're you're free to go.
- 3:31:38And she said
- 3:31:40something about
- 3:31:42four stars,
- 3:31:45helped her
- 3:31:46be on her merry way a lot lot sooner.
- 3:31:51Unknown: One of our, former listeners,
- 3:31:54he's kind of a neighbor of yours,
- 3:31:57you know, a little bit south,
- 3:31:59east,
- 3:32:00but
- 3:32:01he only had a passport book.
- 3:32:04And he his license
- 3:32:06plates were out of date,
- 3:32:09and
- 3:32:10I don't know if he had insurance or not. Yeah. But he got pulled over.
- 3:32:15Like, the cops were pulling over everybody
- 3:32:18all four,
- 3:32:19ways.
- 3:32:21And they came over.
- 3:32:23He just gave him his passport book. The guy called it in.
- 3:32:27And about within a minute later, he came back up and said, have a nice day.
- 3:32:35And
- 3:32:36and get and get some insurance on your car
- 3:32:39and let him go in Alabama.
- 3:32:42Unknown: I met I I missed that guy.
- 3:32:46He hadn't been on for a couple years.

- 3:32:54couple people that were on the on the,
- 3:32:57coming on to the shows
- 3:32:59that kinda probably upset him so much that he,

- 3:34:58but I think he'll be back.
- 3:35:07Unknown: I hope so.
