- 0:00Speaker: Welcome to the Growth Pro Edge.
- 0:02Speaker: We're here to help scale your
- 0:04Speaker: business, build stronger teams
- 0:06Speaker: and sharpen your leadership
- 0:08Speaker: skills.
- 0:10Speaker: I'm Denise Killian with the
- 0:11Speaker: Growth Pro Group and
- 0:12Speaker: entertainment.
- 0:13Speaker: And today I'm joined by Kevin Copeman from Simcox to tackle a
- 0:18Speaker: problem we've all experienced.
- 0:20Speaker: The manager meeting that becomes a total time suck.
- 0:25Speaker: We're talking about how to turn
- 0:26Speaker: those boring meetings into
- 0:27Speaker: conversations that actually
- 0:29Speaker: solve problems, drive
- 0:31Speaker: accountability, and move your
- 0:33Speaker: business forward.
- 0:34Speaker: Let's get started.
- 0:37Speaker: Kevin, welcome back to Thinking Thursday.
- 0:40Speaker: Thank you very much, Denise.
- 0:43Speaker: Well, listen, we're thrilled to
- 0:44Speaker: have you and I'm especially
- 0:45Speaker: excited to talk about this
- 0:47Speaker: topic, the dreaded meeting that
- 0:50Speaker: everybody doesn't look forward
- 0:53Speaker: to.
- 0:53Speaker: So we're going to talk about how to make them more effective and
- 0:56Speaker: how to make them a little bit even, shall we say, fun.
- 1:00Speaker: So before we get started, Kevin,
- 1:03Speaker: why don't you introduce yourself
- 1:04Speaker: and tell us a little bit about
- 1:05Speaker: you and what you do for SIM
- 1:07Speaker: knocks?
- 1:08Speaker: Yeah, sure.
- 1:09Speaker: Uh, my name is Kevin Coachman.
- 1:11Speaker: I am sixty seven years young, and I've spent about thirty five
- 1:17Speaker: years in the entertainment industry, uh, primarily
- 1:21Speaker: restaurant business and family entertainment center business.
- 1:24Speaker: And currently I am a sales partner with semi POS solutions.
- 1:30Speaker: Excellent, excellent.
- 1:31Speaker: So and all of that time, I imagine you have been to your
- 1:35Speaker: fair share of meetings.
- 1:37Speaker: Yes.
- 1:37Speaker: I have conducted a lot of
- 1:39Speaker: meetings as a general manager,
- 1:41Speaker: as a manager of management
- 1:43Speaker: training, I've done thousands of
- 1:46Speaker: meetings.
- 1:47Speaker: So first I want to ask you, um, you know, uh, oftentimes, you
- 1:54Speaker: know, there's the meme.
- 1:55Speaker: This could have been an email.
- 1:56Speaker: This meeting could have been an email.
- 1:58Speaker: Right.
- 1:59Speaker: Um, meetings tend to be
- 2:01Speaker: something that we all know need
- 2:03Speaker: to happen, but really we
- 2:06Speaker: struggle sometimes with making
- 2:09Speaker: them effective.
- 2:10Speaker: Um, often, Lord knows I've been to plenty of meetings where I
- 2:13Speaker: was dreading going to it, um, and sitting through it.
- 2:18Speaker: Um, I've led meetings where I didn't even want to lead it.
- 2:22Speaker: Um, so it is something that, uh, unfortunately we all kind of
- 2:26Speaker: have to deal with, but we don't have to suffer through it.
- 2:30Speaker: So that's what we're going to talk about today is how to make
- 2:35Speaker: those meetings more effective.
- 2:37Speaker: And, you know, first off, I
- 2:41Speaker: guess the big question is should
- 2:44Speaker: meetings be just an information
- 2:47Speaker: dump or should they be something
- 2:50Speaker: else?
- 2:51Speaker: Yeah, that's a great question.
- 2:53Speaker: When I, when I was a, a young,
- 2:56Speaker: inexperienced GM, I, I was very
- 2:59Speaker: much a head buffalo, and I
- 3:02Speaker: expected the.
- 3:03Speaker: Her to follow my every wish and command, and I found out that
- 3:09Speaker: that's not a very effective way to lead a meeting.
- 3:12Speaker: So there's the head buffalo way.
- 3:14Speaker: But then there is the head geese
- 3:18Speaker: way, which is everybody takes a
- 3:21Speaker: turn, everybody participates in
- 3:23Speaker: leadership.
- 3:24Speaker: Everybody's got something to contribute.
- 3:27Speaker: So okay, I kind of love this head buffalo versus a geese.
- 3:32Speaker: When geese fly in formation, they take turns being at the at
- 3:37Speaker: the tip of that flight pattern.
- 3:41Speaker: So that's interesting thinking about conducting meetings so
- 3:44Speaker: that it's not just the one person, but the, the entire
- 3:49Speaker: group of people.
- 3:50Speaker: Everybody contributes.
- 3:52Speaker: Exactly.
- 3:52Speaker: Everybody plays a role.
- 3:53Speaker: And just like in a flock of
- 3:55Speaker: geese, when one geese gets
- 3:56Speaker: injured or a different role
- 3:59Speaker: comes up where different goose
- 4:00Speaker: is required.
- 4:02Speaker: Then they just change places and that way the entire team
- 4:06Speaker: contributes to their success.
- 4:10Speaker: So really, this concept really means that everybody in that
- 4:18Speaker: meeting has a specific role or a specific part of the meeting
- 4:23Speaker: that they're responsible for.
- 4:25Speaker: Exactly.
- 4:26Speaker: Everybody contributes, and we'll
- 4:27Speaker: talk about that in just a
- 4:28Speaker: second.
- 4:29Speaker: But there is an agenda that each manager fills out.
- 4:34Speaker: And it's it's their participation, it's their
- 4:37Speaker: contribution to the meeting.
- 4:39Speaker: And, you know, there are
- 4:42Speaker: thousands of videos out there
- 4:44Speaker: about how to conduct effective
- 4:46Speaker: meetings.
- 4:47Speaker: You know, and there's the old standby suggestions like start
- 4:50Speaker: on time, uh, send out agendas prior to the meeting.
- 4:54Speaker: Everybody contributes, make sure that the, the, the meeting, you
- 4:58Speaker: know, stays on time.
- 5:00Speaker: Um, summarize your action steps
- 5:03Speaker: and then send a recap of the
- 5:05Speaker: meeting out.
- 5:05Speaker: So there's all kind of videos about that.
- 5:07Speaker: But what's not out there is
- 5:10Speaker: something for the family
- 5:12Speaker: entertainment business because
- 5:14Speaker: our business model is quite
- 5:16Speaker: complex.
- 5:17Speaker: You have food and beverage,
- 5:19Speaker: you've got attractions, you've
- 5:21Speaker: got arcade games, you've got
- 5:22Speaker: rock climbing, you've got all of
- 5:24Speaker: these different elements to the
- 5:26Speaker: business.
- 5:27Speaker: And there's a lot to cover in a
- 5:28Speaker: one hour, one hour and a half
- 5:30Speaker: meeting.
- 5:31Speaker: So, so I think using a, a, a
- 5:34Speaker: specially designed agenda for
- 5:36Speaker: family entertainment, I think
- 5:38Speaker: would go a long way into making
- 5:39Speaker: these meetings much more
- 5:40Speaker: effective.
- 5:42Speaker: So, you know, Kevin, it's funny
- 5:43Speaker: that you say that because at
- 5:44Speaker: entertainment, we actually do
- 5:46Speaker: have, in fact, an entire book
- 5:48Speaker: about this called Fun Training,
- 5:50Speaker: serious results.
- 5:52Speaker: And it, it includes an agenda and it includes different
- 5:56Speaker: training that you can do throughout the year or
- 6:00Speaker: throughout a six month period.
- 6:02Speaker: And one of the things that is
- 6:05Speaker: very important that I think
- 6:06Speaker: people forget about when they
- 6:09Speaker: have a meeting, they think of it
- 6:11Speaker: as an agenda that is just an
- 6:13Speaker: information dump.
- 6:14Speaker: I'm just going to give a bunch
- 6:16Speaker: of information and then
- 6:17Speaker: everybody should go out and do
- 6:19Speaker: it.
- 6:20Speaker: Uh, but meetings can also be and
- 6:22Speaker: something that at trainer
- 6:23Speaker: tainment, we.
- 6:23Speaker: We encourage and want people to
- 6:26Speaker: do is to include training within
- 6:31Speaker: each of the meetings and, you
- 6:33Speaker: know, identifying one thing that
- 6:36Speaker: you want everybody to focus on,
- 6:38Speaker: whether that's, uh, paying
- 6:40Speaker: attention to the upkeep of the
- 6:43Speaker: facility, right?
- 6:44Speaker: Um, whether that is having that bright smile and a and customer
- 6:49Speaker: service heart of service to others and paying attention and,
- 6:54Speaker: and, and those sorts of things.
- 6:57Speaker: How important can training be and developing your staff?
- 7:02Speaker: Well, I always I used to look at manager meetings as my way of
- 7:08Speaker: informing managers where we're doing well, where we're not
- 7:11Speaker: doing well, where they're not doing well, uh, maybe guest
- 7:15Speaker: complaints that we've gotten.
- 7:17Speaker: So I, I took almost the entire meeting time of just kind of
- 7:20Speaker: dumping all of this information onto my managers and they would
- 7:24Speaker: walk away from the meeting, you know, just kind of rolling their
- 7:27Speaker: eyeballs and thinking, oh my gosh, I can't take another
- 7:29Speaker: meeting like that.
- 7:31Speaker: I eventually, uh, evolved into realizing that manager meetings
- 7:37Speaker: really should be used as a development tool to help your
- 7:41Speaker: managers learn business acumen, learning how the business works,
- 7:47Speaker: learning how they control a big part of the business results.
- 7:51Speaker: And once I realized that, it kind of revolutionized how how
- 7:56Speaker: we did our managing meetings.
- 7:57Speaker: So instead of me taking forty
- 7:59Speaker: five minutes or an hour, I then
- 8:01Speaker: began creating an agenda that
- 8:04Speaker: the managers.
- 8:05Speaker: Each department head.
- 8:06Speaker: We talked about department heads
- 8:08Speaker: in a prior in a prior podcast,
- 8:11Speaker: and it really comes into play
- 8:12Speaker: here because you don't want to
- 8:14Speaker: think of them as assistant
- 8:15Speaker: managers.
- 8:16Speaker: You want to think of them as executives, as department heads
- 8:20Speaker: that own a big part of the PNL.
- 8:23Speaker: And so I created an agenda that does that where it, it, it holds
- 8:28Speaker: the manager responsible to prepare this information before
- 8:32Speaker: they come to the meeting.
- 8:34Speaker: And then the role of the GM is to help facilitate what each
- 8:38Speaker: department head is presenting.
- 8:40Speaker: So it's, it's a different paradigm.
- 8:43Speaker: It's, it's a, it's a different mindset.
- 8:46Speaker: So when when you're doing that, you know, sometimes meetings can
- 8:52Speaker: stall out when and when people aren't engaged, when people
- 8:57Speaker: aren't feeling like they should contribute or can contribute,
- 9:01Speaker: maybe they're they're shy, maybe they're young and aren't sure
- 9:06Speaker: what their role is.
- 9:08Speaker: How do you help develop that engagement within a meeting?
- 9:13Speaker: Yeah.
- 9:13Speaker: So if you look at, uh, a typical
- 9:17Speaker: agenda that I used to use, I
- 9:19Speaker: have it broken out into
- 9:21Speaker: different categories.
- 9:22Speaker: I have it broken out by sales.
- 9:24Speaker: What are your budgeted sales for your department?
- 9:27Speaker: What were your actual sales?
- 9:28Speaker: What was your cost of sales for your department for the past
- 9:31Speaker: week or for the past month?
- 9:33Speaker: What was your labor like?
- 9:34Speaker: What's your employee turnover like?
- 9:37Speaker: And so I created this agenda that that takes them through.
- 9:40Speaker: Think about if this was your own independent business, what would
- 9:44Speaker: be all the things that would be important to you?
- 9:47Speaker: All right, now let's walk
- 9:48Speaker: through it and let's go through
- 9:50Speaker: the numbers.
- 9:50Speaker: What were your guest satisfaction scores?
- 9:52Speaker: What were your employee SAT scores.
- 9:54Speaker: Like what was your cost of sales?
- 9:56Speaker: Like what, uh, what who's your top five?
- 9:59Speaker: Bottom five in terms of employee performance and, and you help
- 10:04Speaker: them fill out the agenda, uh, before the meeting.
- 10:07Speaker: And then that way when they come
- 10:09Speaker: to the meeting, they're
- 10:10Speaker: prepared.
- 10:11Speaker: They know exactly what they need to say.
- 10:13Speaker: They may not feel comfortable in how they say it, but that's
- 10:16Speaker: where you coach them and you use your own body language.
- 10:19Speaker: You do a lot of positive affirmations, a lot of nodding,
- 10:22Speaker: a lot of a lot of smiling, a lot of thumbs up.
- 10:25Speaker: And, you know, the first few
- 10:27Speaker: meetings or might be a little
- 10:29Speaker: bit rough, but what it does is
- 10:31Speaker: it starts treating them like a
- 10:34Speaker: department head, like an
- 10:35Speaker: executive.
- 10:36Speaker: And it makes them, I think, feel
- 10:38Speaker: a lot more vested in in the
- 10:40Speaker: business and a lot more
- 10:42Speaker: interested in seeing the
- 10:43Speaker: business succeed.
- 10:44Speaker: I think a lot of times, one of
- 10:46Speaker: the things that's really key
- 10:48Speaker: that that these meetings can be
- 10:50Speaker: a key to is helping people see
- 10:54Speaker: the bigger picture so often,
- 10:56Speaker: especially if you're a
- 10:57Speaker: department head and let's say
- 10:58Speaker: you're running the kitchen,
- 10:59Speaker: you're only thinking about the
- 11:00Speaker: kitchen, you're thinking about
- 11:02Speaker: your cogs, you're thinking about
- 11:03Speaker: your people.
- 11:04Speaker: Are we turning food quick enough?
- 11:06Speaker: Is the quality okay?
- 11:08Speaker: How's my inventory looking?
- 11:09Speaker: You're really focused in on that department.
- 11:13Speaker: But when you have these meetings and information sharing, you get
- 11:19Speaker: to see this is one part of the bigger pie that this is.
- 11:24Speaker: This is one element.
- 11:26Speaker: And see how the kitchen impacts operations and how operations
- 11:32Speaker: impacts sales and how we all can kind of work together to uplift
- 11:37Speaker: the business as a whole.
- 11:39Speaker: And that without that information sharing, you're kind
- 11:44Speaker: of left in your own silo.
- 11:47Speaker: Yeah.
- 11:47Speaker: And the other thing that that
- 11:48Speaker: does, you bring up a great
- 11:49Speaker: point.
- 11:50Speaker: The other thing that that does
- 11:51Speaker: is it communicates to the other
- 11:53Speaker: managers.
- 11:54Speaker: Here's how I want my department to run when I'm not here.
- 11:59Speaker: So, for example, during my in my restaurant days, we would go
- 12:04Speaker: through an entire week's worth of line checks and prep sheets
- 12:08Speaker: and freezer pulls.
- 12:09Speaker: These are all tools used in the kitchen.
- 12:11Speaker: And we would go through and, and identify, okay, how did we do on
- 12:15Speaker: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
- 12:16Speaker: How did we do over the weekend?
- 12:18Speaker: Did we complete all the line checks?
- 12:20Speaker: And we would kind of grade
- 12:21Speaker: ourselves because I knew that
- 12:23Speaker: that was important to the
- 12:25Speaker: kitchen manager.
- 12:26Speaker: And so it communicated to the other managers, hey, these
- 12:30Speaker: things aren't done just when the kitchen manager is here.
- 12:32Speaker: These things are done fourteen shifts a week.
- 12:36Speaker: So I want everybody to buy in to how, you know, John or Mary
- 12:40Speaker: wants to run the kitchen.
- 12:41Speaker: Same thing for the bar.
- 12:42Speaker: Same thing for the games manager.
- 12:44Speaker: You want to teach other managers
- 12:46Speaker: to have enough respect for each
- 12:48Speaker: other so that everybody's
- 12:50Speaker: managing the business the same
- 12:52Speaker: way.
- 12:53Speaker: And I'll give you a small, small example uniform standards.
- 12:58Speaker: We want all the managers to enforce the same standards.
- 13:01Speaker: But if Jon decides that jeans
- 13:03Speaker: are okay and Mary decides that,
- 13:05Speaker: well, you don't have to wear a
- 13:07Speaker: logo shirt.
- 13:07Speaker: And Kevin decides, well, we don't need name tags today.
- 13:11Speaker: Now you've created inconsistencies.
- 13:13Speaker: So another objective of these
- 13:15Speaker: manager meetings is to align and
- 13:18Speaker: agree.
- 13:19Speaker: Here's how we're going to manage the business.
- 13:21Speaker: So it doesn't matter what shift you're on.
- 13:23Speaker: And it doesn't matter what manager is working that day.
- 13:26Speaker: We all manage the shifts the same exact way, and the more
- 13:29Speaker: consistent you get, the better you get and the better you get,
- 13:33Speaker: the more sales you get and the more sales you get, the more
- 13:36Speaker: profit you get.
- 13:38Speaker: Absolutely, absolutely.
- 13:39Speaker: So let's talk about adding a
- 13:42Speaker: little fun to these meetings,
- 13:47Speaker: right?
- 13:48Speaker: The information is important, Uh, but there should also be an
- 13:53Speaker: opportunity for, um, uh, not just we're putting numbers up on
- 13:58Speaker: a board or we're going through these big numbers.
- 14:02Speaker: Um, we should include that
- 14:04Speaker: training as well that we want to
- 14:06Speaker: focus on.
- 14:07Speaker: And what, as you pointed out,
- 14:08Speaker: the entire facility to be
- 14:11Speaker: focusing on whether it is a
- 14:14Speaker: customer service piece or
- 14:16Speaker: whether it is a cleaning piece
- 14:19Speaker: or whether it is a, uh, we've
- 14:22Speaker: identified that the more large
- 14:25Speaker: souvenir cups we sell that that
- 14:28Speaker: indicates better sales in the
- 14:30Speaker: kitchen.
- 14:31Speaker: So we're going to really focus on that, right?
- 14:33Speaker: Whatever that one thing is that
- 14:35Speaker: you want the entire team to
- 14:38Speaker: focus on.
- 14:39Speaker: Uh, but, but an opportunity
- 14:42Speaker: additionally to, to make it, we
- 14:45Speaker: know that people learn better
- 14:46Speaker: and do better when they're in an
- 14:48Speaker: environment that is welcoming
- 14:50Speaker: and that they can have a little
- 14:52Speaker: fun.
- 14:53Speaker: We're in the fun business, right?
- 14:55Speaker: Exactly.
- 14:56Speaker: And there's all kind of
- 14:58Speaker: different things that you can
- 14:59Speaker: do.
- 14:59Speaker: You can do icebreakers.
- 15:01Speaker: Uh, one of the things that I used to do is start off each
- 15:04Speaker: meeting with a heart check.
- 15:05Speaker: And that doesn't sound like fun, but it ends up being fun because
- 15:08Speaker: what you're doing is you're, you start seeing the personal side
- 15:13Speaker: of, of your team.
- 15:14Speaker: And, um, so it's, you know, how is your home life?
- 15:19Speaker: How is your school life?
- 15:20Speaker: How is your work life?
- 15:21Speaker: How's, how's, how is your married life?
- 15:24Speaker: Uh, the questions are endless,
- 15:26Speaker: but it's all about, hey, how,
- 15:28Speaker: how are you actually doing
- 15:29Speaker: today?
- 15:30Speaker: Um, another thing that you can
- 15:32Speaker: do is to invite guests to, to
- 15:35Speaker: your meeting.
- 15:36Speaker: And sometimes I would invite,
- 15:38Speaker: uh, staff to our manager
- 15:40Speaker: meetings and, and it might be,
- 15:44Speaker: uh, some training ideas that the
- 15:45Speaker: staff has, or I would invite my
- 15:47Speaker: certified trainers to the
- 15:49Speaker: meeting and kind of give an
- 15:51Speaker: update on how we're doing on
- 15:52Speaker: training.
- 15:53Speaker: And do we have all the training tools available?
- 15:55Speaker: Uh, but I, I think getting
- 15:58Speaker: personal and doing heart checks
- 16:00Speaker: or doing icebreakers, uh, maybe
- 16:03Speaker: having some snacks as part of
- 16:05Speaker: the meeting.
- 16:05Speaker: But, but making and making each
- 16:08Speaker: meeting a little bit different
- 16:09Speaker: so that it's not always the same
- 16:11Speaker: format, but you always use the
- 16:13Speaker: agenda.
- 16:13Speaker: That is, to me, one of the most
- 16:15Speaker: important things is you use the
- 16:17Speaker: agenda because the agenda is
- 16:18Speaker: what's giving your meeting, you
- 16:20Speaker: know, structure, and it's giving
- 16:22Speaker: it the rich content that you're
- 16:23Speaker: after.
- 16:24Speaker: Then the last the last part of the meeting is the GM part,
- 16:29Speaker: where the GM now can kind of wrap everything up and talk
- 16:33Speaker: about the week's numbers, talk about projects, uh, ask for
- 16:38Speaker: updates on existing projects, and then kind of setting the
- 16:41Speaker: tone for the next coming week.
- 16:44Speaker: And what are, what are some highlights that we need to, you
- 16:47Speaker: know, whether it's group events or birthday parties.
- 16:50Speaker: But what are the big rocks that are coming up in the next week?
- 16:53Speaker: And then and then you're done.
- 16:55Speaker: So it doesn't turn into this two and a half hour, you know,
- 16:59Speaker: slugfest where the managers are just getting beat up.
- 17:03Speaker: It's, it's it's personal, it's interactive.
- 17:06Speaker: It's team oriented.
- 17:08Speaker: Um, but you still get everything
- 17:10Speaker: accomplished that you need to
- 17:11Speaker: get accomplished.
- 17:12Speaker: And it's not the GM being the
- 17:14Speaker: head buffalo and just preaching,
- 17:17Speaker: uh, for an hour and forty five
- 17:19Speaker: minutes.
- 17:20Speaker: It's, it's everybody contributes, uh, because that's,
- 17:24Speaker: that's how business actually succeeds is everybody plays,
- 17:27Speaker: plays a role.
- 17:28Speaker: And, and again, in summary, use
- 17:32Speaker: the meetings as a coaching tool
- 17:35Speaker: as, as a teaching tool to help
- 17:37Speaker: younger managers become the next
- 17:40Speaker: GM.
- 17:41Speaker: This is all about career
- 17:42Speaker: progression and career pathing,
- 17:44Speaker: right?
- 17:45Speaker: It's all about how can I get my
- 17:47Speaker: team to replace me so that I can
- 17:50Speaker: then go on to my next big thing,
- 17:51Speaker: right?
- 17:52Speaker: So I think that's where management meetings can play a
- 17:55Speaker: real important role in, in the success of your business.
- 18:00Speaker: Of course, after this manager meeting, the expectation is, is
- 18:05Speaker: certainly there's some information that stays within
- 18:07Speaker: that manager meeting, but that they should be disseminating
- 18:12Speaker: information and having similar meetings with their teams.
- 18:17Speaker: Exactly.
- 18:18Speaker: That's exactly right.
- 18:19Speaker: So it's important at the end of
- 18:20Speaker: the meeting, everybody goes
- 18:22Speaker: their way.
- 18:23Speaker: Then as the GM, I would always
- 18:24Speaker: send out a summary of key
- 18:26Speaker: points, key action steps, key
- 18:28Speaker: focuses, so that they could
- 18:30Speaker: print that out and then share it
- 18:31Speaker: with their with their team, with
- 18:33Speaker: their, you know, during their
- 18:34Speaker: daily hourly rallies or shift
- 18:35Speaker: meetings.
- 18:36Speaker: Yeah.
- 18:37Speaker: Excellent, excellent.
- 18:38Speaker: All right.
- 18:39Speaker: Kevin, um, before we run out of
- 18:41Speaker: time, um, I wanted to take an
- 18:44Speaker: opportunity.
- 18:45Speaker: If people have questions or thoughts or any kind of comment.
- 18:49Speaker: How can they get a hold of you, Kevin?
- 18:52Speaker: Yeah, sure.
- 18:52Speaker: My name is Kevin Coachman, and my email is Kevin dot coachman
- 18:57Speaker: at fox dot com, or you can reach me on my cell phone anytime at
- 19:04Speaker: nine four zero nine four five seven one eight eight.
- 19:08Speaker: So listen, Kevin, thank you so
- 19:09Speaker: much for this insight and for
- 19:11Speaker: these ideas.
- 19:12Speaker: And I particularly love the buffalo versus geese idea.
- 19:18Speaker: I think that's, that's really
- 19:19Speaker: something that'll stick with
- 19:20Speaker: people and kind of make them
- 19:21Speaker: rethink.
- 19:22Speaker: Oh yeah, I'm totally buying the buffalo.
- 19:25Speaker: How can I be more inclusive and get more people involved and
- 19:29Speaker: have that geese style meetings?
- 19:32Speaker: So thank you so much for your time today and look forward to
- 19:36Speaker: talking to you again soon.
