- 2:29Speaker 6: getting them. They're sending them to us.
- 2:31Speaker 5: I tell them to send those like today because there's
- 2:34Speaker 5: so many of them.
- 2:34Speaker 6: Want to keep up with them.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I don't want to through. Yeah.
- 2:38Speaker 6: I might have signed some to like Greg some the
- 2:40Speaker 6: Gina because they're pretty good you know, I think you
- 2:43Speaker 6: guys are good Evaluatorsah, I think so. I would love
- 2:45Speaker 6: to you know, Sea Baths as well, will be the front.
- 2:49Speaker 1: I know what you want the most. God no SOB stories.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Honestly, I do trust Sea Baths, and I do somebody
- 2:57Speaker 3: I do.
- 2:57Speaker 5: But I think like if Greg and Gina went through
- 2:59Speaker 5: them and the rules and then from there we give
- 3:01Speaker 5: them the Sea Bass and you can kind of because
- 3:03Speaker 5: it's gonna have to take a few passes we have
- 3:04Speaker 5: to get from.
- 3:05Speaker 6: However, many people submit their story down to.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Five because see the thing is Greg and Gina they
- 3:11Speaker 3: have this thing called compassion problem. They might fall for.
- 3:15Speaker 6: Some of the SOB story. Yeah, you're right, but we
- 3:18Speaker 6: do know the rules.
- 3:19Speaker 1: But if the.
- 3:22Speaker 6: Great, yeah great doesn't like the sub story, what are
- 3:24Speaker 6: you talking about?
- 3:25Speaker 5: But if we if we if we take them, you know,
- 3:27Speaker 5: with the guidelines and take through the whole thing. Yeah,
- 3:30Speaker 5: and then Sea Basket because he's almost like the catch all.
- 3:34Speaker 5: He's the redundancy in the system. But also we know
- 3:38Speaker 5: that Greg loves people that are super annoying and loud. Yeah,
- 3:42Speaker 5: so it's a good balance.
- 3:47Speaker 6: I know what that is saying, you guys, when it
- 3:49Speaker 6: gets down to it.
- 3:50Speaker 5: We're gonna like five semi finalists will interview on the
- 3:53Speaker 5: air with us, We'll talk to them, we'll find out
- 3:54Speaker 5: for ourselves and then really it's Medicin and I who
- 3:56Speaker 5: get to make the final decision about who gets to go.
- 3:59Speaker 7: Uh.
- 3:59Speaker 5: But yeah, it's a it's round trip. We're not paying
- 4:02Speaker 5: your taxes on it. You gotta do that like you
- 4:03Speaker 5: would for any other big win on a game show
- 4:06Speaker 5: or something. We're not providing any hotel.
- 4:09Speaker 8: Uh.
- 4:09Speaker 5: And the trip is gonna happen sometime early December, is
- 4:11Speaker 5: what we're thinking. But to enter in to get official rules,
- 4:13Speaker 5: just go to the woodieshow dot com. No purchase necessary,
- 4:15Speaker 5: void were prohibited. Open to US and DC residents twenty
- 4:18Speaker 5: one and older. Your entry submission. The deadline is this Sunday,
- 4:23Speaker 5: October the twenty sixth, noise Yeah, the woodieshow dot com. Also,
- 4:29Speaker 5: we were talking about this in oh Roe v.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Bros.
- 4:32Speaker 5: Yeah, And was it how long can sperm survive inside
- 4:38Speaker 5: of a woman? And what was the answer was like
- 4:41Speaker 5: up to five days?
- 4:42Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 4:42Speaker 5: And then what what about like what age would a
- 4:47Speaker 5: man sperm or could it start going bad?
- 4:50Speaker 2: Oh?
- 4:51Speaker 1: Right?
- 4:51Speaker 6: Like turn like as a guy ages?
- 4:54Speaker 9: Right?
- 4:54Speaker 6: Really, but I think like old guys never Yeah, they
- 4:57Speaker 6: decided it was time to study this, and so they
- 5:00Speaker 6: look at guys between the ages of twenty four and
- 5:02Speaker 6: seventy five.
- 5:03Speaker 5: They able to see, you know, changes that occur over
- 5:06Speaker 5: time and what those changes might mean for potential children
- 5:10Speaker 5: down the road. Two percent of the baby batter from
- 5:15Speaker 5: the thirty somethings contained mutations that could cause disease in
- 5:19Speaker 5: future offspring.
- 5:20Speaker 6: Well that's not much.
- 5:21Speaker 5: By the time a man turns forty three, that mutation
- 5:24Speaker 5: percentage increases to three point five and for the seventy
- 5:28Speaker 5: plus people, that percentage goes up again to seven point
- 5:32Speaker 5: five percent. Oh, so the mutated sperm had what they
- 5:36Speaker 5: call it a competitive edge over the healthy stuff. Like
- 5:39Speaker 5: forty genes were found where you know, some changes in
- 5:42Speaker 5: DNA were favored during sperm production and carry major links
- 5:46Speaker 5: to childhood diseases, neurodevelopmental disorders, and the risk of cancer.
- 5:51Speaker 5: And in addition, there could be issues with fertilization if having
- 5:54Speaker 5: a baby is the goal. You think about this when
- 5:56Speaker 5: you see like Robert de Niro or al Pacino. Yeah, insane,
- 6:01Speaker 5: he's like ninety seven years old, and look at yeah,
- 6:05Speaker 5: like do you think that Bill Belichick's gonna see this
- 6:07Speaker 5: girlfriend of his.
- 6:08Speaker 6: Probably yeah, she get her talents in him.
- 6:11Speaker 5: And I don't know how I missed this video, but
- 6:13Speaker 5: I guess everybody has seen the button me because I
- 6:15Speaker 5: started sending it around the people and they're like, oh, yeah, dude,
- 6:18Speaker 5: that video has been out for a while. It's where
- 6:20Speaker 5: they're walking through the concourse. They were at some game
- 6:22Speaker 5: together or some event together. He's walking ahead of her,
- 6:25Speaker 5: she's walking kind of behind him through like a concourse
- 6:28Speaker 5: of it looks like an arena or a stadium. And
- 6:31Speaker 5: it reminds me of every high school girl you know
- 6:35Speaker 5: that I've ever seen from the time I was in
- 6:37Speaker 5: high school, where instead of wearing the jacket up over
- 6:39Speaker 5: her shoulders, she has it down. It's like, oh, she's
- 6:42Speaker 5: she's wearing it on her arms, but it's kind of
- 6:44Speaker 5: hanging down the way, kind of like her lower back.
- 6:46Speaker 6: And she's walking. It looks like he's walking with his daughter.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Yeah, it's such a little girl.
- 6:50Speaker 6: It's like a dumb immature look like, yeah, like little
- 6:54Speaker 6: kids do all do it. Yeah, it's such a like
- 6:58Speaker 6: middle school girl thing.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I don't know why that bothers me disproportionately when the
- 7:02Speaker 1: when a woman does that with her jacket.
- 7:03Speaker 5: It's weird. It's like, are you wearing the jacket? Are
- 7:06Speaker 5: you not wearing the jacket?
- 7:07Speaker 1: Do you want it on?
- 7:08Speaker 6: By the way, you're so turned on by a shoulder,
- 7:11Speaker 6: they're hot, Greg, Is it appropriate? Is it cool for
- 7:16Speaker 6: a guy too, if you have a sweatshirt tied around
- 7:19Speaker 6: your waist? Is it cool for mand to around your waist?
- 7:22Speaker 6: Gina shaking her head, No, absolutely not. I think it
- 7:24Speaker 6: looks stupid, like women can get away with it.
- 7:26Speaker 1: I think like, uh, you age out of that. Yeah,
- 7:30Speaker 1: I would see a teenager doing.
- 7:32Speaker 6: When someone has like a sweater or like a sweatsh
- 7:35Speaker 6: or whatever kind of over, they kind of tie it
- 7:36Speaker 6: like a scarf kind of thing wearing you're wearing a
- 7:39Speaker 6: sweats or a sweater like a cape.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Yeah, that's like the tennis club or something.
- 7:42Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it's and very good.
- 7:45Speaker 6: It's like it is very good.
- 7:48Speaker 10: I was, I was at a dinner and I saw
- 7:50Speaker 10: a guy with that look and he was a an
- 7:54Speaker 10: older gay, but certainly again yeah.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Yeah, And there's certain ways you can tie the sleeves
- 7:59Speaker 1: just carry the jack or wear it or be a
- 8:01Speaker 1: man don't wear a jacket or don't wear it right,
- 8:04Speaker 1: or just don't wear a jacket or carry it. That's right.
- 8:06Speaker 6: Be it, You're right, man, it's be a man.

- 9:16Speaker 5: a lot of people that work in the medical field
- 9:18Speaker 5: in all different capacities.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Everything from you know, people driving.
- 9:21Speaker 6: Ambulances to get you to the hospital, the people who
- 9:23Speaker 6: nurses and whatever take carry and check you in front desk,
- 9:26Speaker 6: all that kind of stuff. Yeah, assistance, and you know
- 9:29Speaker 6: what administrative people. And we know this because they show
- 9:32Speaker 6: up to all of our parties. The parties they.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Do they do.
- 9:35Speaker 1: We know doctors, we know surgeons. Do you think you
- 9:38Speaker 1: could stomach being a paramedic.
- 9:41Speaker 6: I think you could.
- 9:42Speaker 5: I could compound fracture, could menace No? Oh no, for
- 9:47Speaker 5: I try to get a look at a newborn.
- 9:48Speaker 3: Baby gross, But in emergency situations, I'm surprisingly super calm.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Yeah. Greg couldn't do it. I would literally no, I
- 9:58Speaker 1: would faint.
- 9:58Speaker 6: Organ Sammy, not really, Morgan, you couldn't do it.
- 10:02Speaker 12: I get really gross of food, which is ironic that.
- 10:04Speaker 6: I was and am. It's not her thing.
- 10:11Speaker 13: My sister got bit by a dog when we were little,
- 10:13Speaker 13: and I passed out because I was freaking out about it.
- 10:16Speaker 5: I'll today is National Naked Dog's Day, so make your
- 10:20Speaker 5: dogs day today. Will Let's see Today is Smart is
- 10:24Speaker 5: Cool Day, Sea masked, so you and Gina can celebrate
- 10:27Speaker 5: that together.
- 10:29Speaker 6: And Greg, Yeah, Smart is Cool Day.
- 10:32Speaker 5: Every day. By the way, it's a National nut Day.
- 10:34Speaker 5: Going back to dusty old sperm. I guess it's lung
- 10:37Speaker 5: Health Day. It's International caps lock Day, International Stuttering Awareness Day, Okay,
- 10:43Speaker 5: and I.
- 10:43Speaker 6: Take a scar appreciation Day. See, scars are cool.
- 10:46Speaker 14: Yos oven scars though those aren't cool gas those are.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Not the cool kind of but I got a lot
- 10:53Speaker 1: of them.
- 10:54Speaker 5: Dude, My my father in law, he had his knee
- 10:57Speaker 5: replaced and you know, scars scar from that. He is
- 10:59Speaker 5: so self conscious about. Why can't I say the words
- 11:03Speaker 5: self conscious about his niece? Yeah, I'm like, you're a
- 11:06Speaker 5: first of all, you're a man in your seventies. Yeah,
- 11:08Speaker 5: what do you care like out here? I'm picture like
- 11:10Speaker 5: I thought that your generation was like, oh yeah, kind
- 11:13Speaker 5: of remember in Jaws. Remember in Jaws when they're all
- 11:15Speaker 5: sitting on the on the orca comparing and they're comparing
- 11:18Speaker 5: scars eleven.
- 11:20Speaker 10: I would say this, the knee scar is not a
- 11:23Speaker 10: very cool scar though, really it is the it is
- 11:25Speaker 10: a sign of number one old man.
- 11:27Speaker 5: Well, I think is also because you played sports. He
- 11:29Speaker 5: played basketball and stuff like you know, high school, college
- 11:32Speaker 5: stuff like that.
- 11:33Speaker 10: So look, that's all well and cool on a twenty
- 11:34Speaker 10: five year old, but yeah, I went on an old man.
- 11:36Speaker 6: It looks like, oh you're you're an oh you old thing.
- 11:38Speaker 6: You're just falling apart.
- 11:39Speaker 1: No, you know what I think. I think?
- 11:41Speaker 6: Uh you know when you wear those those knee brace things.
- 11:44Speaker 6: Oh yeah, and you see dudes like in their thirties
- 11:45Speaker 6: with those things on like that looks hell old.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 11:48Speaker 6: I would wear No, I would wear it.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:51Speaker 5: I mean if I needed that, I would wear it.
- 11:52Speaker 5: I would have to do athletics and do anything you know,
- 11:54Speaker 5: physical for me totally. My knees are screaming now, I guess.
- 11:59Speaker 5: But yeah, it's a Scar appreciation day.
- 12:02Speaker 6: Some of the news in the world of entertainment. You
- 12:04Speaker 6: got there, menace, Yes, we were just talking about them.
- 12:06Speaker 6: Eric Dane, the actor who is Steamy Yeah on Grey's
- 12:10Speaker 6: Anatomy and Euphoria. He does have als, but he is
- 12:15Speaker 6: not off screen because he will be a guest star
- 12:18Speaker 6: on Brilliant Minds as a firefighter who was diagnosed with ALS.
- 12:23Speaker 6: So if you don't know, this show is on Monday
- 12:26Speaker 6: nights at ten pm on NBC and it is about neurosurgeons. Okay,
- 12:33Speaker 6: and oh I did thank you, yeah, sar for me
- 12:37Speaker 6: for the brain and stuff, right, all right, yeah, okay.
- 12:40Speaker 5: Here's the question, Like, you know how there's the equal
- 12:43Speaker 5: opportunity employment stuff. Like let's say you're in a wheelchair
- 12:46Speaker 5: and you apply for a job as a firefighter.
- 12:48Speaker 6: Do they have to interview you? Oh, that's a good question, probably.
- 12:51Speaker 9: But you would still have to go through academy and pass.
- 12:54Speaker 15: Yeah, you can't pass the physical right, so there's like
- 12:56Speaker 15: Amazon delivery drop, like FedEx whatever, they have specific requirements
- 13:00Speaker 15: that are not protected, like being able to fifty pounds
- 13:02Speaker 15: over your head.
- 13:03Speaker 6: Things are that way trying. Yeah, yeah, it makes sense.
- 13:05Speaker 5: But I'm thinking I'm thinking like in the in the
- 13:07Speaker 5: world that we live in, you would think that somebody
- 13:09Speaker 5: has like taken that and challenged it.
- 13:11Speaker 15: Yeah, but I think you could roll someone away faster
- 13:13Speaker 15: than carry them, so something.
- 13:15Speaker 6: They can get them on the wheelchair with you.
- 13:17Speaker 5: I said, them on the on the wheelchair firefighter's lap,
- 13:19Speaker 5: Yeah exactly, and like it almost like a handtruck exactly,
- 13:22Speaker 5: like a Dolly, but they.
- 13:23Speaker 9: Can't go up the stairs to get Yeah, that's a
- 13:25Speaker 9: different problem.
- 13:26Speaker 1: I'm sure there's maybe something in the office they can do.
- 13:31Speaker 5: Also know they want to be out there in the
- 13:33Speaker 5: fire man, They want to be in there in the trenches.
- 13:36Speaker 3: On TMZ, they're reporting that Donald Trump is considering commuting
- 13:42Speaker 3: ditties commuting commuting, Yeah, and did he sends early But
- 13:47Speaker 3: and they said that they got this information from a
- 13:49Speaker 3: high ranking White House official. The White House has come
- 13:52Speaker 3: out and said this is absolutely not a true story.
- 13:55Speaker 3: But TMZ stands behind their sources.
- 13:58Speaker 5: So that this whole thing started when and uh Trump
- 14:01Speaker 5: commuted the sentence of George Santos. The was he a
- 14:05Speaker 5: congressman or senator or whatever.
- 14:06Speaker 1: He's a super cool guy.
- 14:08Speaker 6: He's such a dork, go out like, he's such a
- 14:11Speaker 6: punchable face hot.
- 14:12Speaker 5: Yeah, he's a loser, a loser. It's so dumb that
- 14:17Speaker 5: his that he got his sons got commuted. That stuff
- 14:20Speaker 5: so like and by the way, in the comments that
- 14:22Speaker 5: I think it was ABC News that posted about it,
- 14:23Speaker 5: and in the comments for ABC News was Joe exotics
- 14:28Speaker 5: waiting he goes you committed that he did say exactly
- 14:33Speaker 5: what about me?
- 14:35Speaker 6: Be on that for a while.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Tell somebody on the phone.
- 14:38Speaker 5: He was on Idaho prison penpal. How are they doing that?
- 14:42Speaker 6: That's ABC news dot Com. Maybe he pulled the cell
- 14:45Speaker 6: phone out of his rectum.
- 14:46Speaker 3: Yeah, was phone this election on the previous election. Like
- 14:51Speaker 3: he had a limousine waiting for him outside the the jail,
- 14:55Speaker 3: right he was going.
- 14:55Speaker 1: To day one.
- 14:56Speaker 5: Yeah, So that rumor about the Diddy things started the
- 15:00Speaker 5: same time as the George Santos sentence thing, and then
- 15:04Speaker 5: you know, then immediately went to Oh Judy's next?
- 15:06Speaker 1: Did that?
- 15:07Speaker 5: That became the thing that everybody kind of piled onto.
- 15:09Speaker 5: So do I think that's really gonna happen? No, But
- 15:11Speaker 5: do we really know what's gonna happen at any day anytime?
- 15:13Speaker 5: It's so random.
- 15:15Speaker 1: High ranking White House official is calling tmz.
- 15:18Speaker 3: Oh a ton of them.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm sure there's those people on the inside, all right.
- 15:22Speaker 3: For sure they want to like sway a narrative about something,
- 15:25Speaker 3: but just don't get caught. Yeah, for sure, Sea Bass,
- 15:28Speaker 3: this is something you might be interested in, and we
- 15:30Speaker 3: need to get you into this.
- 15:33Speaker 1: You need to get you into.
- 15:34Speaker 3: This movie because there's a movie being shot right now
- 15:37Speaker 3: called I Play Rocky, and it's all about Sylvester Stallone
- 15:42Speaker 3: and how he made the Rocky movie. And it's not
- 15:45Speaker 3: a documentary. It's an actual, like legit movie with actors,
- 15:50Speaker 3: and it's being put out by MGM and Amazon Studios.
- 15:53Speaker 3: I'll be really interested. No date on release yet, though I.
- 15:57Speaker 5: Watched that to watch it. I watched that slide documentary
- 15:59Speaker 5: was cool and they talked very much about the Yeah,
- 16:02Speaker 5: the process of making getting Rocky. He wrote it, and
- 16:05Speaker 5: yet it was so good.
- 16:06Speaker 6: It's cool.
- 16:08Speaker 10: It could be an extra or something. And it looks
- 16:09Speaker 10: like they're filming in around Newark that area.
- 16:11Speaker 3: Yeah, do it?
- 16:13Speaker 1: Hit them up? Say I want to be in the movie.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Yeah, because I've been trying to get into the studio
- 16:18Speaker 3: on their show and it's not working.
- 16:20Speaker 6: It's on the bucket list.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Yep.
- 16:22Speaker 3: All right. Britney spears. You know her ex husband, Kevin Fredline.
- 16:25Speaker 3: He has a book out and he says it's ten
- 16:27Speaker 3: times worth with Brittany than you can think of. But
- 16:31Speaker 3: Brittany has come out and she says, guess what, guys,
- 16:34Speaker 3: I got brain damage? Yeah, yeah, from what though, but
- 16:40Speaker 3: she didn't say from what. It's a good question.
- 16:45Speaker 6: Crashed his head on like marble and everything else. A
- 16:48Speaker 6: thousand times.
- 16:49Speaker 3: I've been saying, like that era of celebrity of Amanda Buys,
- 16:54Speaker 3: Britney Spears and like a couple other ones, and the
- 16:58Speaker 3: only things, the only person that's made out of it
- 17:00Speaker 3: is what's her face has turned her around. I think
- 17:05Speaker 3: there was something in the drugs in that era that's
- 17:08Speaker 3: like like burnt people's brains.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Maybe maybe for real.
- 17:11Speaker 9: So from what I saw, what Britney Spears was saying
- 17:14Speaker 9: caused her brain damage was that they didn't let her
- 17:17Speaker 9: like get up and walk around and like made her
- 17:19Speaker 9: stay in bed for however long, and that affected her
- 17:22Speaker 9: body and also in isolation or something and not being
- 17:28Speaker 9: able to move.
- 17:28Speaker 5: It's like how parents tell their kids, like, God, I
- 17:30Speaker 5: wish somebody was begging me to go take a nap,
- 17:32Speaker 5: and you're gonna eat all that mac and cheese before
- 17:35Speaker 5: you're allowed to have dessert sir?
- 17:37Speaker 2: Really?
- 17:38Speaker 3: Oh, I was gidding that she got some brain damage
- 17:41Speaker 3: and then she wasn't able to move for four months.
- 17:42Speaker 3: But you're saying.
- 17:43Speaker 9: That She was saying yeah, because she was that that's.
- 17:47Speaker 1: What caused she was down for four months.
- 17:49Speaker 15: She was being held like real couldn't yeah, but your
- 17:53Speaker 15: brain well, well exactly, but that's the brain damage talking.
- 17:56Speaker 6: I mean in her memoir that you guys all read.
- 17:59Speaker 9: The woman and me said she had never been the
- 18:01Speaker 9: same since, even around like lunacy.
- 18:04Speaker 3: Well, the guy that like tried to beat the record
- 18:07Speaker 3: of staying up the most days without sleeping, like he
- 18:11Speaker 3: had permanent brain damage from that.
- 18:13Speaker 6: Yeah, I understand. Really that's staying up.
- 18:15Speaker 12: I'm sure we have permanent brain down.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Oh yeah, anybody can listen to the show and hear that.
- 18:21Speaker 5: It's like when Bertie Spears says she has brain damage, like,
- 18:23Speaker 5: well done, thank you very much.
- 18:28Speaker 6: Miss Yeah, time for the birthdays show this shiver.
- 18:35Speaker 2: We won't sit.
- 18:38Speaker 1: And you know we don't do and we'll say happy birthday.
- 18:42Speaker 5: Yesterday was Back to the Future day, and today it's
- 18:44Speaker 5: Doc Brown's birthday.
- 18:47Speaker 6: Christopher Lloyd is eighty seven years old.
- 18:49Speaker 1: He stood in him.
- 18:51Speaker 6: Really, Yeah, he's a celebrity. Eye would be interested to me.
- 18:54Speaker 6: But apparently he's not that kind of guy, you know,
- 18:56Speaker 6: because I just read the book.
- 18:58Speaker 1: What do you mean that kind again?
- 18:59Speaker 6: Michael J.
- 18:59Speaker 15: Fox's very painfully shy. He's not a real gregarious dude.
- 19:03Speaker 6: I don't want to sit there and talk to him
- 19:04Speaker 6: all night.
- 19:05Speaker 1: I think I'd just say that'd be it. Interesting, like, hey,
- 19:08Speaker 1: big fan, blah blah blah.
- 19:10Speaker 3: Okay, that's it.
- 19:11Speaker 5: Yeah, Christoph Lloyd is eighty seven. Today another guy I'm
- 19:14Speaker 5: a big fan of Bob Odenkirk.
- 19:16Speaker 6: Oh hell yeah. Saw Little Saul Goodman from Breaking Band
- 19:20Speaker 6: and better better call Saul.
- 19:22Speaker 5: He's sixty three. Jeff Goldbloom is seventy three. Jesse Tyler
- 19:27Speaker 5: Ferguson Mitchell from Modern Family is fifty years old.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Today he played.

- 19:35Speaker 5: Rapper twenty one, Savage is thirty three, Shaggy is fifty seven,

- 19:45Speaker 5: and Jerry Maguire Yeah yeah, he's thirty five. Zach Hanson,
- 19:49Speaker 5: the musician from the band Hanson Yeah, is thirty eight.
- 19:53Speaker 5: Suzuki he Tro Suzuki, the former MLB All Star, is

- 20:00Speaker 5: He just stole it, Yes, but he's fifty eight years
- 20:03Speaker 5: old today. Your porno birthday is Alexis Monroe and today's

- 20:19Speaker 5: also in The Very Scary Evil Anal Volume twenty, The
- 20:23Speaker 5: Great American Slut Off Volumes one and three.
- 20:26Speaker 6: She was in five Floozy.
- 20:27Speaker 5: Females f for Fun Beyond the Call of Booty Volume five.

- 20:51Speaker 5: that's your porno birthday, your celebrity birthdays. And that is
- 20:54Speaker 5: a Wednesday morning. Look what's happening in the world of entertainment.
- 20:57Speaker 5: You're on the Woody Show show. Hi, welcome back. Yeah,
- 21:04Speaker 5: it is Wednesday, is the Wooden Show. Halloween will be
- 21:06Speaker 5: here next week, and then after that we get to.
- 21:10Speaker 6: Focus briefly because people will go right into Christmas crap.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Because God forbid Thanksgiving get the worship it deserves.
- 21:16Speaker 5: But Thanksgiving, which is a ruly holiday Number one.
- 21:20Speaker 6: I'll be looking forward to that.
- 21:21Speaker 5: But if you're planning on having a traditional turkey for Thanksgiving,
- 21:25Speaker 5: I am you're going to be paying more than normal.
- 21:28Speaker 1: No way, But everything else is cheaper.
- 21:30Speaker 6: According to the American Farm Bureau Federation, the nation's turkey
- 21:34Speaker 6: flock has decreased to its small size in forty years.
- 21:39Speaker 6: What why they always do this year?
- 21:43Speaker 1: Last year?
- 21:44Speaker 5: You know, like it's when summer rolls around, summer blend
- 21:47Speaker 5: gasoline prices are up. It's because it's summer blend, guys,
- 21:50Speaker 5: they always have some reason to jack the price up.
- 21:52Speaker 6: It's it's just because it's that time of year. That's
- 21:54Speaker 6: what they're doing.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Last year they said, good luck even finding one.
- 21:57Speaker 5: They say, it's all thanks to cases of avian flu.
- 22:03Speaker 6: There it is.
- 22:05Speaker 3: I'm gonna stick with my tradition for the past couple
- 22:08Speaker 3: of years and just do rotistory. It tastes way better anyways.
- 22:12Speaker 5: Because of that, turkey prices are expected to increase to
- 22:15Speaker 5: around a dollar thirty two a.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Pound, which I don't know how much that. I don't
- 22:18Speaker 1: know that usually that's the cheapest purchase of the.
- 22:21Speaker 5: Whole Yeah, turkey, And with turkey production down, five percent
- 22:26Speaker 5: from last year. According to the USDA, over five hundred
- 22:29Speaker 5: thousand turkeys have been affected by the flu this month alone.
- 22:35Speaker 5: They say, maybe this year have ham instead.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Yeah, some honey baked ham.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Honey bagdam is good.
- 22:41Speaker 6: I did that for Thanksgiving on your turkey and a ham.
- 22:43Speaker 6: It was fantastic. Yeah, there's DEFINEA says you can't do both. Yeah.
- 22:46Speaker 6: And by the way, honey big tams love them delicious.
- 22:49Speaker 6: We've had them in studio before.
- 22:51Speaker 3: Hm.
- 22:51Speaker 6: They are much more than a dollar thirty pounds.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Oh yeah sure.
- 22:55Speaker 10: So hey, you know, guys, how you know how Turkey's
- 22:57Speaker 10: going to be a few pennies more five times by
- 23:02Speaker 10: big ham propaganda.
- 23:04Speaker 5: Caviard you know, thrown around stands from the American Farm
- 23:08Speaker 5: Bureau Federation, which I'm sure is unhackable.
- 23:12Speaker 6: Good God, you can't just quote them and them.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Not know about it.
- 23:14Speaker 6: I don't have special interests. Somebody, somebody has a business
- 23:18Speaker 6: card and on their business card it says American Farm
- 23:21Speaker 6: Bureau Federation.
- 23:22Speaker 3: My thing, though, is honey baked ham. They're open year round,
- 23:25Speaker 3: like people begin hamds like that.
- 23:27Speaker 6: I get them. Sandwiches.
- 23:29Speaker 3: Sandwiches are good.
- 23:30Speaker 6: The sandwiches, Yeah, they're incredible.
- 23:33Speaker 3: I didn't realize it was a sandwich spot.
- 23:35Speaker 5: I thought it was just it has a deli and
- 23:37Speaker 5: then and then the leftover honey baked ham. But my
- 23:39Speaker 5: mom would get for like a family gathering or whatever
- 23:42Speaker 5: it was for Easter or whatever it was. The leftover
- 23:44Speaker 5: stuff she would then take and make into those. She
- 23:46Speaker 5: would use that ham for the refrigerator sandwiches or the
- 23:50Speaker 5: funeral funeral.
- 23:51Speaker 6: Sandwiches like the Hawaiian Kings. Yes, the dumped that butter
- 23:56Speaker 6: onion kind of stuff over the top and playment the
- 23:57Speaker 6: refrigerator overnight, and then she used that with the honey
- 24:00Speaker 6: baked ham, and then swiss.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Inside. Yeah, and then whatever you have that, I want
- 24:05Speaker 1: one of those inside me.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 24:07Speaker 15: And then whatever you after that goes into split pea soup.
- 24:10Speaker 6: Oh yeah, yeah, delicious.
- 24:11Speaker 1: There you good idea?
- 24:12Speaker 6: Yeah I had that for a while.
- 24:13Speaker 1: All right, Well, I'm sorry, what is everything?
- 24:17Speaker 2: Yeah?

- 24:32Speaker 1: Yeah, I can't thank him.
- 24:41Speaker 6: And we are into another new insensitivity training for a
- 24:45Speaker 6: politically correct World Wooding, Greg Miss Gina grand Against that
- 24:50Speaker 6: they're Sammy Morgan is here. Phones are open eight seven
- 24:55Speaker 6: seven forty four Wooding. Send us a text over to
- 24:57Speaker 6: two two nine eighty seven.
- 24:59Speaker 5: You still have a chance now and Sunday to enter
- 25:01Speaker 5: to win extreme weekend trip fly to Dubai. Let's do
- 25:06Speaker 5: it with Medicine I for MENACE's birthday month first class experience.
- 25:12Speaker 6: The ticket price went up, by the way, Yeah, waiting
- 25:17Speaker 6: so long on everybody else? Well, no, it's just it's
- 25:19Speaker 6: it's not from waiting so long. It's because our dates shifted,
- 25:23Speaker 6: you know, and so the dates now that we're looking at,
- 25:25Speaker 6: it's I will say a total like one hundred and
- 25:29Speaker 6: one thousand dollars for three for first class.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Round be called first class. It should be called like
- 25:38Speaker 1: mega first. Yeah, first class steroids. This has been MENACE's
- 25:43Speaker 1: dream for a number of years. He puts it on
- 25:45Speaker 1: his birthday wish list every year he wants to fly
- 25:47Speaker 1: first class to Dubai. And the first class on this
- 25:52Speaker 1: plane is insane. It's like a little studio apartment. Basically,
- 25:56Speaker 1: you have your own little area. Plus there's showers, there's
- 25:58Speaker 1: a bar, there's a lenge. You're telling them in a caviar, which,
- 26:02Speaker 1: by the way, I'm not gonna have one bite of
- 26:04Speaker 1: because i don't like him.
- 26:05Speaker 6: But it's lost on you, that's lost to me. But
- 26:09Speaker 6: I'm only interested in seeing the plane. It's an extreme
- 26:11Speaker 6: weekend trip. You see a lot of.
- 26:12Speaker 5: People doing things on social media, and so, uh, flying there,
- 26:15Speaker 5: leaving like Friday at four pm, and then we land
- 26:19Speaker 5: back after a sixteen hour there and a sixteen hour back.
- 26:23Speaker 5: We land Sunday at like two pm. On the ground
- 26:28Speaker 5: for like ten hours or something something something like that.
- 26:31Speaker 5: But Menace is planning to leave the airport for a
- 26:33Speaker 5: couple of things, and whoever wins. The listener who wins
- 26:35Speaker 5: can go with Menace to these little like you know,
- 26:37Speaker 5: stops on these guy mates, or you can just join
- 26:40Speaker 5: me in the the Emirates lounge there at the airport.
- 26:45Speaker 5: I'm not leaving the airport. In fact, one of my
- 26:47Speaker 5: one of my friends, he has this watch that he
- 26:50Speaker 5: wants that he saw at the Dubai airport and he's, uh,
- 26:54Speaker 5: he's trying to convince me that he's gonna give me,
- 26:55Speaker 5: like it's a fifty thousand dollars watch, so he wants
- 26:58Speaker 5: me to like take the fifty thousand dollars from him.
- 27:00Speaker 6: And go buy this watch at the Dubai airport. Yeah,
- 27:02Speaker 6: that's what you'd want to be recording. Is it filled
- 27:04Speaker 6: with cocaine?
- 27:05Speaker 1: Yeah right, I mean I like watches and everything. Yeah,
- 27:08Speaker 1: I think I think it would be fun.
- 27:09Speaker 6: Do it customs. Yeah, man bought at the airport yeaheah.
- 27:15Speaker 6: Oh yeah they put a little bag and the little zip. Yeah,
- 27:19Speaker 6: I bought it the air I'm sure it would be
- 27:21Speaker 6: I'm sure I did see something about how safe Dubai is.
- 27:25Speaker 8: Uh.
- 27:26Speaker 6: This guy was like, I will show you exactly how
- 27:28Speaker 6: safe it is here in Dubai. He took off his watch.
- 27:31Speaker 6: He had, like this really crazy expensive watch. He took
- 27:33Speaker 6: his wallet and his phone and just sat it on
- 27:35Speaker 6: the hood of his car in like a shopping center
- 27:38Speaker 6: parking lot. And then he went in there and there
- 27:41Speaker 6: was like a time lapse just showing like from the
- 27:44Speaker 6: distance the car. Over the course of an hour and
- 27:48Speaker 6: a half, nobody touched it, and plenty of people walked by,
- 27:52Speaker 6: so many people saw it. Nobody touched it.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Now, I don't know how it works, like maybe they
- 27:56Speaker 1: cut your hands off.
- 27:57Speaker 6: It ain't worth it, But it's not worth I don't
- 28:01Speaker 6: know what it is, but it works. But yeah, it works,
- 28:04Speaker 6: and I was like, wow, that's actually kind of cool.
- 28:06Speaker 1: That's how life could be.
- 28:09Speaker 6: That's pretty cool. Anyway, So the entries are coming in.
- 28:12Speaker 5: I did send you guys a giant list. It's a
- 28:15Speaker 5: link that shows all the people who have submitted so
- 28:18Speaker 5: far and like what they're saying. And I don't know
- 28:19Speaker 5: if you've got a chance to look through those yet.
- 28:22Speaker 5: You have until Sunday to go to the woodieshow dot com.
- 28:26Speaker 5: Tell us why you deserve to win the trip, and
- 28:30Speaker 5: you know, make your answers fun, creative, truthful as possible,
- 28:34Speaker 5: and then we'll narrow down to five semifinalists. We will
- 28:37Speaker 5: interview those people on the air, and then Menace and
- 28:40Speaker 5: I get to make the final decision. The final call
- 28:43Speaker 5: is completely at our discretion. Anything we may it's not
- 28:46Speaker 5: your face, like we may think, you know, yeah, film
- 28:51Speaker 5: that haircut exactly, but not that we would do that,
- 28:53Speaker 5: I'm saying, but we could legally. It's all in the rules.
- 28:57Speaker 5: It's it's all on the rules. And then we'll decide
- 28:59Speaker 5: who gets to go with the and the trip's going
- 29:01Speaker 5: to happen. I think in early December is what we're
- 29:02Speaker 5: targeting right now to enter official rules all that stuff
- 29:06Speaker 5: there at the woodieshow dot Com. No purchase necessary. It
- 29:09Speaker 5: is open to US and DC residents twenty one and older,
- 29:11Speaker 5: and you have until Sunday to go to the woodieshow
- 29:14Speaker 5: dot Com and side to win your opportunity to fly
- 29:17Speaker 5: to Dubai.
- 29:18Speaker 6: We can't say trip to Dubai, but we have that.
- 29:20Speaker 6: We have to call it fly to Dubai. Okay.
- 29:22Speaker 1: The punishment for theft and Dubai depends on the severity
- 29:25Speaker 1: of the crime. Can include a prison sentence, up to
- 29:27Speaker 1: three years of fine, or even deportation.
- 29:30Speaker 3: Oh nice, that'll get America. But somehow people follow.
- 29:34Speaker 6: Their exactly but they actually go through with it.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 29:37Speaker 6: It resulted in this guy's really expensive watches while his
- 29:40Speaker 6: phone's sitting there on the hood of his car and
- 29:41Speaker 6: nobody touched it.
- 29:42Speaker 1: I'd be like, that's a bait watch.
- 29:43Speaker 6: I'm not going near it. Yeah, yeah, let's check it
- 29:47Speaker 6: with excuse me, my mi, let's check it with Gina
- 29:51Speaker 6: grad on the trending news headlines.
- 29:53Speaker 15: Well, the government shut down is now on date twenty two,
- 29:55Speaker 15: which makes it the second longest ever. Now that talks
- 29:58Speaker 15: between Democrats and Republicans are all stalled out, so Democrats.
- 30:03Speaker 15: Democrats are blocking the Republican plan to fund the government
- 30:06Speaker 15: just for the short term because they want to meet
- 30:08Speaker 15: with Trump and get him to agree to extend healthcare subsidies.
- 30:11Speaker 15: But Republicans say there will be no talks until Democrats
- 30:14Speaker 15: vote to reopen everything. And right now, about seven hundred
- 30:17Speaker 15: and fifty thousand federal workers are still out and they're
- 30:19Speaker 15: about to miss the first paycheck.
- 30:21Speaker 6: The first one could spend like three weeks.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Yeah, if they just get paid every month.
- 30:25Speaker 5: Is the second one, Yeah, it says they go on
- 30:27Speaker 5: three weeks and that's that's that's who I feel bad
- 30:30Speaker 5: for people who have no saying this.
- 30:32Speaker 2: Okay, so we.
- 30:33Speaker 15: Got we got to ask you a big solid just
- 30:35Speaker 15: keep working.
- 30:37Speaker 5: You know, these guys who are considered essential and they're
- 30:42Speaker 5: they're obligated to show up to work, but they're not
- 30:45Speaker 5: getting paid. Like there will get back pay when it's
- 30:46Speaker 5: all said and done, but that that'sn't doesn't mean in
- 30:48Speaker 5: the meantime, that doesn't help you promise sorry, note Yeah,
- 30:51Speaker 5: when you're yeah, when you're around your mortgage, your car payment,
- 30:53Speaker 5: you go to the grocery store.
- 30:55Speaker 6: You can't say, hey, I'll come back, We'll get you
- 30:57Speaker 6: next time.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Unexpected bills.
- 30:58Speaker 5: So this is what I this is what I I
- 31:01Speaker 5: don't understand, Like why can't why can't we just do
- 31:04Speaker 5: like something. It sounds like a bigger conversation like whatever
- 31:07Speaker 5: they want to get done with the healthcare thing. I
- 31:10Speaker 5: don't pretend to understand the whole thing. But in the meantime,
- 31:12Speaker 5: there are real people being affected, like normal people. Like
- 31:15Speaker 5: if you guys don't want to take any pay, go
- 31:17Speaker 5: for it, go for it. But like for these people
- 31:20Speaker 5: who have no not skin in the game, but they
- 31:23Speaker 5: have no say and whether this happens or not, Like
- 31:25Speaker 5: those people.
- 31:26Speaker 6: Those people should be paid.
- 31:28Speaker 5: It is the people who are expected, the essentials, who
- 31:30Speaker 5: are expected to go to work, the people that you
- 31:32Speaker 5: furlough because they're not essential, that's a different story.
- 31:35Speaker 6: I hope they go back to work too. I don't
- 31:37Speaker 6: want anybody to be out of work.
- 31:38Speaker 3: But but things like the military say like air trafficking, dude, Yeah,
- 31:44Speaker 3: so let's let's do a temporary thing, understanding that it's
- 31:48Speaker 3: going to be a bigger conversation whether you work something
- 31:50Speaker 3: out or not.
- 31:51Speaker 6: I mean, but in the meantime, let's get these people paid.
- 31:53Speaker 15: Well, I think, like you said, it goes back to
- 31:55Speaker 15: you know, well, they still the lawmakers still break for vacation,
- 31:58Speaker 15: so they don't get paid and they don't go on
- 32:00Speaker 15: vacation till they figure this out.
- 32:01Speaker 6: I think everyone would be happy with that.
- 32:03Speaker 15: Well, the Louver is back open and French lawmakers want
- 32:06Speaker 15: the museum's director to testify about the jewelry heist. They
- 32:09Speaker 15: want to know how the theft happened in the first place,
- 32:12Speaker 15: and why the museum's security was so weak. So they
- 32:14Speaker 15: think the whole thing was a highly organized operation.
- 32:17Speaker 6: You think, y'all, well, the fact that they got in there,
- 32:20Speaker 6: they got what they got and they haven't been found
- 32:22Speaker 6: yet yet.
- 32:22Speaker 15: But remember it was pretty organized, so it was kind
- 32:25Speaker 15: of low end, like they just came in as workers
- 32:27Speaker 15: and like gotta take this stuff. The value of things
- 32:31Speaker 15: they stole around one hundred and two million dollars. And
- 32:34Speaker 15: it sucks because no rests have been made. They don't
- 32:36Speaker 15: know where these guys are and like Menace Ben saying,
- 32:39Speaker 15: experts are worried the jewelries may have already been recut
- 32:42Speaker 15: or melted down. There's a good chance they'll never see
- 32:44Speaker 15: them again, even if they catch the thieves.
- 32:46Speaker 3: Yeah, it's so broken down, like the Tierra thing that
- 32:50Speaker 3: you know, it's it's also a work of art. It
- 32:53Speaker 3: looks incredible and now it's broken apart.
- 32:56Speaker 6: What if one of the thieves has a daughter and
- 32:58Speaker 6: he's just letting your play with it at home? I
- 33:00Speaker 6: should play stress up, Princess. You're coming up Napoleon exactly, Princess.
- 33:08Speaker 6: Would you like some of my tea?
- 33:09Speaker 2: Dad?
- 33:10Speaker 6: Yes, pouring tea from the Teddy Bears?
- 33:12Speaker 3: Know that thing dolls chopped up destroya Yeah.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Well.
- 33:18Speaker 15: Warner Brothers Discovery, that's the company behind HBO and CNA
- 33:21Speaker 15: and tons of other networks. They say they might sell
- 33:23Speaker 15: after they got a surprise offer from some potential buyers,
- 33:27Speaker 15: but in the meantime still moving ahead with plans to
- 33:29Speaker 15: split its cable networks from its streaming and studio business.
- 33:32Speaker 15: Oh and HBO is getting more expensive too. The ad
- 33:35Speaker 15: plans now ten ninety nine, Standard is eighteen forty nine
- 33:39Speaker 15: and Premium twenty two ninety nine, and the new price
- 33:42Speaker 15: is kicking right away for new users after November twentieth.
- 33:46Speaker 15: That'll be for the current users, and the company says
- 33:48Speaker 15: hikes just keep them in line with other streamers like
- 33:51Speaker 15: Disney and Apple and Netflix, so you know Max.
- 33:53Speaker 1: Is getting more expensive.
- 33:54Speaker 2: YEP.
- 33:55Speaker 1: I have such a bone to pick with HBO Max Drama.
- 33:58Speaker 1: So Bailing Out Loud.
- 34:00Speaker 6: Which rules about the Girl's got.
- 34:02Speaker 1: The so good season two is out, so of course
- 34:07Speaker 1: I'm watching it, but they release it one episode at
- 34:09Speaker 1: a time. You go to HBO Max and you see
- 34:12Speaker 1: the tile for Bailing Out Loud and there's a little
- 34:14Speaker 1: bar there that says new episode. I already watched that one.
- 34:18Speaker 1: We can go to Mars and take photos of the
- 34:20Speaker 1: surface of Mars, but you can't do a thing where
- 34:23Speaker 1: after you watch it, that little new thing comes off
- 34:26Speaker 1: the screen, because then you go to it and they.
- 34:28Speaker 6: Psych you out and you're like, oh, a new episode.
- 34:31Speaker 1: I've already watched this. Why does it say new?
- 34:35Speaker 6: But when you click on the episode's list, doesn't it
- 34:37Speaker 6: show that you watch? Like checks it absolutely got him excited,
- 34:40Speaker 6: just on.
- 34:41Speaker 1: The front exactly. I think we have the technology take
- 34:44Speaker 1: the word new off. Once you've watched it, you're out.
- 34:47Speaker 3: Hulu does that though, like gray it out, show that
- 34:50Speaker 3: you've already watched.
- 34:51Speaker 1: Get it together, first world problem. But yeah, I don't know.
- 34:54Speaker 6: It doesn't mean, it doesn't mean, it doesn't mean.
- 34:56Speaker 1: It can't be annoying.
- 34:57Speaker 6: Thank you, it's annoying.
- 34:58Speaker 2: Well.
- 34:58Speaker 15: The dude who threatened to show up the airport in
- 35:00Speaker 15: Atlanta has been officially hit with a ton of federal charges.
- 35:04Speaker 6: He's forty nine, by the way.
- 35:05Speaker 15: He went through the Hartfield Jackson Airport terminal with threats,
- 35:08Speaker 15: and the guy's family was the one who called the
- 35:10Speaker 15: cops after he started live streaming it on social media, saying.
- 35:14Speaker 6: He was headed to the airport to shoot it up
- 35:16Speaker 6: with a semi auto rifle.
- 35:18Speaker 15: Cops arrested him in the airport when they found him
- 35:20Speaker 15: with the rifle and the AMMO in his truck. He
- 35:22Speaker 15: was walking back to his truck after kind of casing
- 35:24Speaker 15: the joint. But hold on, guys, this is where stuff
- 35:26Speaker 15: gets crazy.
- 35:27Speaker 6: Wait, it's not crazy yet. No, no, no, this is where.
- 35:30Speaker 6: This is where it gets crazy.
- 35:32Speaker 15: This is where you're gonna want to strap in. Cops
- 35:34Speaker 15: say he's a felon with a criminal history and mental
- 35:37Speaker 15: health issues. Why he's been charged with making terroristic threats
- 35:41Speaker 15: and criminal attempt to commit aggravated assaults. But he's already
- 35:45Speaker 15: been on their radar and just free to roam around
- 35:48Speaker 15: and threaten everybody.
- 35:50Speaker 3: He had twenty rounds on him.
- 35:51Speaker 12: Yeah, jeez.
- 35:53Speaker 15: Well, we have another update in the death of former
- 35:55Speaker 15: NFL running back Doug Martin. Just to recap for everyone.
- 35:58Speaker 15: Martin died over the weekend. He was thirty six years old.
- 36:00Speaker 15: Police say he died in their custody after trying to
- 36:03Speaker 15: break into a house. And now the new update is
- 36:05Speaker 15: that his family says Martin suffered privately from mental health
- 36:08Speaker 15: issues that damaged his personal professional life. So according to
- 36:11Speaker 15: the family, on the day he died, Martin was disoriented
- 36:14Speaker 15: and he left his house. He went into a neighbor's
- 36:16Speaker 15: house two doors down, and that's when cops confronted him.
- 36:20Speaker 15: The cops who arrested him by the way and tussled
- 36:22Speaker 15: with him. They're on administrative leave and that's being investigated
- 36:25Speaker 15: because you know that.
- 36:26Speaker 6: That gets a little sticky.
- 36:28Speaker 15: And not only will we be setting the clocks back soon,
- 36:31Speaker 15: but there's something else happening in early November for everyone
- 36:34Speaker 15: to get excited about, Sammy, and that's Starbucks Red Cup Day.
- 36:38Speaker 6: Okay, it's maybe it's big and.
- 36:40Speaker 15: You'll return along with some new menu items. Menace the
- 36:44Speaker 15: holiday cup and menu will launch in early November. They'll
- 36:47Speaker 15: bring back the favorites like the ice Gingerbread.
- 36:49Speaker 6: Chi I Know.
- 36:55Speaker 1: On my Wall.
- 36:56Speaker 15: Later in the holiday season, a Polar Bear cake pop
- 36:59Speaker 15: and them in pull apart bread will make their big debut.
- 37:02Speaker 15: And the company also says they have something special for Menace,
- 37:05Speaker 15: a new limited edition collab with Hello Kitty. Yeah, gonna
- 37:12Speaker 15: feature a cold drink tumbler with a straw, a coffee mug,
- 37:16Speaker 15: a hot beverage tumbler, and a plush Hello Kitty and
- 37:20Speaker 15: a Starbucks.
- 37:24Speaker 3: They never talked about this and I might just do it,
- 37:27Speaker 3: but the F one race in Vegas, they're gonna have
- 37:30Speaker 3: a Hello Kiddy.
- 37:31Speaker 6: Section and those go together. Why because how do those
- 37:37Speaker 6: two things go together at all? Brand for F one, Yeah.
- 37:42Speaker 3: Because there's a huge demographic with kids in F one.
- 37:46Speaker 3: It's massive. They started, you know how, like Nickelodeon did
- 37:49Speaker 3: that thing with the NFL where they have their own broadcast.
- 37:52Speaker 3: They're starting to do that with F one as well.
- 37:54Speaker 3: That's why Disney's got involved. That Disney's gonna have probably
- 37:56Speaker 3: they're gonna have their own section two next year. They're
- 37:59Speaker 3: doing like huge, huge collaborations like younger and younger fans
- 38:03Speaker 3: or I have.
- 38:05Speaker 15: Seen Hello Kitty throw out a first pitch at a
- 38:07Speaker 15: baseball game.
- 38:08Speaker 3: So it is one of the biggest I know, we
- 38:10Speaker 3: think it's ridiculous, but it is one of the biggest
- 38:12Speaker 3: brands in the world for children. Supposed to be for children,
- 38:17Speaker 3: but adults adopt it.
- 38:18Speaker 9: But adults like me, we will say about Disney though,
- 38:21Speaker 9: we still love it.
- 38:22Speaker 6: Yeah, that's more of a nostalgia thing. I can't see
- 38:26Speaker 6: like Menace where he grew up and all the stuff
- 38:28Speaker 6: he talks about and his friends and stuff they were doing.
- 38:30Speaker 1: I can't see him being like the Hello Kitty crowd.
- 38:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, you know, so the thing when we
- 38:35Speaker 3: were kids, you probably didn't recognize it, but when we
- 38:37Speaker 3: were kids, there was a huge amount of stores Sanrio
- 38:41Speaker 3: stores across the country. And yeah, so a lot of
- 38:44Speaker 3: the adults they did grow up on it. And you
- 38:46Speaker 3: know the big thing with the dots these days.
- 38:48Speaker 5: Yeah, like maybe like my wife. Yeah, but like i's
- 38:52Speaker 5: not just not it's just odd. It's a odd combination
- 38:54Speaker 5: you and Hello Kitty. It's also also an odd combination
- 38:57Speaker 5: f one and Hello Kid.
- 38:59Speaker 1: Just seems weird combo.
- 39:01Speaker 3: Yeah, well, there's a whole section. You can get tickets in.
- 39:03Speaker 1: The get Ready.
- 39:04Speaker 6: Look look, I'm happy for you just because just because
- 39:07Speaker 6: I'm not getting.
- 39:08Speaker 3: Put your whiskers on and get ready lights out.
- 39:12Speaker 6: Hell yeah, that's what's going on, all right, Thank you
- 39:14Speaker 6: very much, Gina Greb What about see? How about?
- 39:18Speaker 1: Oh?
- 39:18Speaker 6: I got some of the show with a little follow
- 39:20Speaker 6: up on the love connection.
- 39:21Speaker 12: Conversation A suitor?
- 39:23Speaker 1: What's that?
- 39:24Speaker 12: A suitor?
- 39:24Speaker 10: No?
- 39:24Speaker 6: No, no, no, no no, no, this is this is
- 39:27Speaker 6: this is just something I want to see. Ladies, do
- 39:29Speaker 6: you agree?
- 39:30Speaker 5: And then also just a real little reminder for the
- 39:32Speaker 5: fellas that might help you. Funny stuff, funny stuff, but
- 39:36Speaker 5: also is it really true? It's funny, but is it
- 39:38Speaker 5: also true? That's going up next eight seven seven forty
- 39:41Speaker 5: four Woodie. You can text us over to two two
- 39:44Speaker 5: nine eight seven. We're gonna take a quick break. More
- 39:47Speaker 5: WOODI shows coming up next, and I'm gonna give you
- 39:50Speaker 5: some information about how you can win your Dodgers World
- 39:53Speaker 5: Series tickets. We got tickets for Game three, which is
- 39:56Speaker 5: happening Monday at Dodger Stadium. I'll tell you how you
- 39:59Speaker 5: can win after the break, and some information about the
- 40:02Speaker 5: Alter Ego tickets man, that pre sale yesterday went crazy.
- 40:07Speaker 5: That's got to be the quickest that the Capitol one
- 40:09Speaker 5: cardholder pre sales ever sold out. I think for any
- 40:13Speaker 5: event that this company's had, I don't ever remember it
- 40:16Speaker 5: being that fast. But in the lineup is I told
- 40:19Speaker 5: you it is the best Alter Ego lineup that we've had.
- 40:23Speaker 5: But I'm gonna tell you how. You have another opportunity
- 40:25Speaker 5: to get tickets before the general on sale, which is
- 40:27Speaker 5: on Friday. But I'll have all that in for info
- 40:32Speaker 5: for you.
- 40:33Speaker 6: Next on the Woodies show, Here in a House is going.
- 40:40Speaker 1: The Woody Show. We'll return. I've given you guys a chance.
- 40:49Speaker 16: The wood Show.
- 40:53Speaker 6: While we were talking relationships specifically, uh, dumbass Tyler's you
- 40:58Speaker 6: know I can't call our girlfriend.
- 41:00Speaker 1: No, they haven't even bid.
- 41:02Speaker 6: Right, Craig, I'm saving myself from marriage when it comes
- 41:05Speaker 6: to holding hand. I know that's just too duggers. It's
- 41:12Speaker 6: probablynna do like soaking too. I around.
- 41:16Speaker 17: I forgot about soaking soaking The Mormons like making a
- 41:22Speaker 17: big comeback that people are just talking about it. I
- 41:24Speaker 17: don't know why it doesn't count. It doesn't count. I
- 41:26Speaker 17: guess his intercourse unless you're thrusting. Yeah, so like, uh,
- 41:30Speaker 17: what the Mormon kids are doing to get around that
- 41:32Speaker 17: is like the dude will stick it in and he'll
- 41:35Speaker 17: just leave it there and then somebody else like.
- 41:37Speaker 6: Shakes the bed. Oh my god, is that dumb.
- 41:40Speaker 12: I've never heard of that before.
- 41:42Speaker 6: You're not moving?
- 41:43Speaker 5: Well, look, I thought it was kind of like the
- 41:45Speaker 5: rules of a touchdown, like once you broke the plane,
- 41:48Speaker 5: like that's intercourse.
- 41:50Speaker 6: So once once you're in, that's intercourse.
- 41:52Speaker 1: I love a good religious loophole, right, I mean I
- 41:54Speaker 1: love a good loophole.
- 41:56Speaker 12: I thought the only loophole.
- 41:58Speaker 6: Now sometimes it's back door is the loophole.
- 42:01Speaker 12: Yes, back door is the loophole.
- 42:02Speaker 9: From what I hear, that's what she's told.
- 42:06Speaker 6: I'm still a good girl.
- 42:10Speaker 3: With the Catholics apparently. Yeah, just the tip, Yeah, just
- 42:13Speaker 3: the tip.
- 42:14Speaker 7: Uh.
- 42:15Speaker 5: We still got to find Menji a girlfriend, but we'll
- 42:18Speaker 5: want to get into kind of what he's looking for.
- 42:21Speaker 1: You know, I have no idea, Yeah.
- 42:24Speaker 6: Like what kind of thing is he looking for? What
- 42:26Speaker 6: kind of person is he interested in? What is more importantly,
- 42:28Speaker 6: what kind of person is he not interested in? You know,
- 42:31Speaker 6: do you remember then diagrams from school? Yeah, with the circles.
- 42:35Speaker 5: Yeah, so you'd mashed circles together the show, you know
- 42:37Speaker 5: what different things had in commons, So be like this this,
- 42:40Speaker 5: and you see where they intersect, and.
- 42:41Speaker 6: You know you ever seen one of those men?
- 42:43Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 42:43Speaker 5: You know what we're talking aout? Okay, Well, this chick
- 42:45Speaker 5: posted a video explaining her new version. It's called the
- 42:48Speaker 5: men Diagram, and a lot of chicks seem to think
- 42:52Speaker 5: it's extremely accurate. I want to get the latest opinion here.
- 42:57Speaker 5: It's supposed to predict what kind of guy you're dealing
- 42:59Speaker 5: with and how datable he is. And it's based on
- 43:01Speaker 5: three main factors, how smart, how nice, and how handsome
- 43:06Speaker 5: he is. If he's more than one, it might actually
- 43:10Speaker 5: be a red flag. The four possible combinations in what
- 43:14Speaker 5: they what she says, they mean. If he's smart and nice,
- 43:19Speaker 5: he's probably a nerd.
- 43:20Speaker 12: Yeah yeah.
- 43:21Speaker 5: If he's smart and handsome, he's probably a jerk. If
- 43:26Speaker 5: he's handsome and nice, he's probably dumb. Yes, So do
- 43:33Speaker 5: you do you agree? Well, we'll go down the list
- 43:35Speaker 5: to your ladies. Just say agree or disagree. If he's
- 43:37Speaker 5: smart and nice, he's probably a nerd.
- 43:40Speaker 12: Agree, Agree, Agree, yes.
- 43:42Speaker 13: Okay, heart agree part Agree heard agree hard agree.
- 43:47Speaker 6: If he's smart and handsome, he's probably a jerk. Yes,
- 43:51Speaker 6: dated some of those.
- 43:52Speaker 13: I'm on the fence about this one. I don't think
- 43:55Speaker 13: this one's always so true.
- 43:57Speaker 6: I agree with this one.
- 43:59Speaker 5: Okay, Uh, if he's handsome and nice, he's probably dumb.
- 44:06Speaker 9: I don't necessarily agree with that one.
- 44:08Speaker 12: Yeah either, I'm not sure about it.
- 44:09Speaker 1: No, I do agree with that.
- 44:10Speaker 15: I've I've dated a lot of dumb dumbs, and yeah,
- 44:13Speaker 15: they're cute, and but what do you do with them
- 44:15Speaker 15: after handsome?
- 44:16Speaker 1: Nice? Probably? I agree, But it's.
- 44:18Speaker 9: Also stereotypical, I think, right, But I don't necessarily think
- 44:23Speaker 9: it's always true.
- 44:24Speaker 12: I guess it's.
- 44:27Speaker 6: A general more than it's not correct.
- 44:29Speaker 1: Look, I don't date dudes, but I'm around him, and
- 44:32Speaker 1: I agree with.
- 44:34Speaker 6: What would you What would you say?
- 44:35Speaker 1: Andy?
- 44:35Speaker 10: Is? Uh?
- 44:38Speaker 1: Smart, nice, handsome?
- 44:39Speaker 6: He's all three?
- 44:40Speaker 12: Smart, nice, handsome, don't fall into the trap?
- 44:43Speaker 15: Well, do I have to lose one? Because I think
- 44:44Speaker 15: he's all three? I wouldn't have married him?
- 44:46Speaker 2: Right?
- 44:46Speaker 12: Well, there you go, that's a great answer.
- 44:48Speaker 6: I mean, I think he's smart, I think he's nice,
- 44:50Speaker 6: I think he's handsome. We're not gonna get he has
- 44:53Speaker 6: a big okay, Oh yeah, there we go, all right,
- 44:56Speaker 6: top of the list. I don't know which one I
- 44:58Speaker 6: would drop. I think I really do think.
- 44:59Speaker 1: That's boat Willie. What would you say?
- 45:01Speaker 9: I mean, that's the problem I have. Genus problem is
- 45:03Speaker 9: that they're all three?
- 45:04Speaker 12: Which is that?
- 45:04Speaker 9: And like he's very nerdy for sure, Like I agree
- 45:07Speaker 9: that smart and nice is nerdy. He's a huge nerd,
- 45:10Speaker 9: but he is also very cute.
- 45:11Speaker 15: But and I think to what he's point, this girl's
- 45:15Speaker 15: talking about the kinds of dudes you date.
- 45:16Speaker 6: We all dated these dudes and dropped them, and then
- 45:18Speaker 6: we found one that hits all true.
- 45:19Speaker 5: Oh and it says if he's smart, nice, and handsome,
- 45:23Speaker 5: you're out of luck.
- 45:24Speaker 6: He's probably gay. That's what she says.
- 45:30Speaker 15: I'm the one that's constantly losing out nights to Tony Horton,
- 45:33Speaker 15: So I think she might be right about that.
- 45:35Speaker 1: Because and he keeps going over to Tony Horton's.
- 45:37Speaker 15: House extended periods of time.
- 45:43Speaker 5: There's an old one about chicks that is extremely accurate,
- 45:46Speaker 5: looking at the three factors, saying hot single can only
- 45:50Speaker 5: be two.
- 45:50Speaker 6: Like, no chick is all three. So if she's hot
- 45:52Speaker 6: and single, she's not saying, if she's saying and hot,
- 45:55Speaker 6: she's not single. You see what I'm saying, saying hot single,
- 46:00Speaker 6: So you can't be all three whatever, it's sane, hot single,
- 46:05Speaker 6: Greg pick two hot insane. So if she's hot and sane,
- 46:08Speaker 6: she's not single. If she's sane and single, she's not hot. Yeah, right,
- 46:13Speaker 6: you can't. You can't be all three. Now, this other guy,
- 46:16Speaker 6: this is pretty funny. He broke it down for the
- 46:18Speaker 6: fellas and older dude and he said this in his
- 46:20Speaker 6: life experience, he has found this is true. He took
- 46:23Speaker 6: it a step further.
- 46:24Speaker 4: It's everything a young man needs to know about women.
- 46:27Speaker 4: I've developed this on my own over forty six years
- 46:30Speaker 4: of living on the earth.
- 46:30Speaker 6: Now he's on in front of a whiteboard and he's okay, yeah,
- 46:36Speaker 6: this is.
- 46:36Speaker 1: How it works.
- 46:37Speaker 4: You have your crazy axis and you're hot axis. Hot is,
- 46:42Speaker 4: as usual, measured from zero to ten.
- 46:44Speaker 3: We're all familiar with that.
- 46:46Speaker 6: Yeah, Morgan loves that on the scale one that right.
- 46:50Speaker 4: Crazy is measured from four to ten. Because of course,
- 46:53Speaker 4: there's no such thing as a woman who's not.
- 46:54Speaker 6: At least a four crazy.
- 46:56Speaker 1: As a rule, this is your no go zone.
- 46:59Speaker 4: We do not hang around and date and marry women
- 47:04Speaker 4: who are not, at least in our mind a five.
- 47:07Speaker 4: So this is your no go zone. You don't go here.
- 47:11Speaker 4: We just rule this out. Life is better this way.
- 47:15Speaker 4: That's the way it.
- 47:15Speaker 2: Is, all right.
- 47:17Speaker 4: Above a five and to about an eight and below
- 47:22Speaker 4: the crazy line, this is your fund zone. You can
- 47:26Speaker 4: hang out here and meet these girls and spend time
- 47:30Speaker 4: with them. That's your fund zone. But keep in mind,
- 47:32Speaker 4: when you're in the fund zone, you want to move
- 47:35Speaker 4: out of the fund zone to a more permanent location.
- 47:39Speaker 1: Okay, So that's the fund zone.
- 47:42Speaker 4: Okay, above the crazy line, we have the danger zone.
- 47:48Speaker 4: This is your redheads, your strippers.
- 47:50Speaker 1: You know one named Tiffany. This is hairdressers.
- 47:55Speaker 2: This is where.
- 47:55Speaker 1: This is where your car.
- 47:56Speaker 4: Gets keyed, you get a bunny in the pot, you're tired,
- 48:00Speaker 4: get slashed, and you wind up in jail. But at
- 48:02Speaker 4: this point, understand something above an eight hot and between
- 48:07Speaker 4: about a seven and a five crazy, this is your
- 48:10Speaker 4: wife's zone. Okay, when you meet this girl, you should
- 48:15Speaker 4: consider a long term relationship. Now below five crazy and
- 48:21Speaker 4: above an eight hot, this is your unicorn zone. These
- 48:24Speaker 4: things don't exist. If you find a unicorn, please capture it.
- 48:30Speaker 4: Safely keep it alive. We'd like to study it and
- 48:32Speaker 4: maybe look at how to replicate that.
- 48:35Speaker 6: It agreed based on my experience that that is absolutely true. Yeah,
- 48:41Speaker 6: he seems like he's had some rough relation like seeing
- 48:45Speaker 6: hot single. That also holds true.
- 48:47Speaker 3: I think he's had the common gull of a male
- 48:50Speaker 3: in the dating.
- 48:52Speaker 6: Hey, if the woman one's true, the dude one's true.
- 48:56Speaker 6: Yea makes sense.
- 48:57Speaker 5: Eight seven seven forty four Woodie and his up with
- 49:00Speaker 5: the tax Let us know if you agree or disagree
- 49:02Speaker 5: over to two two nine eight seven. Somebody texting over smart,
- 49:06Speaker 5: nice and handsome equals small pee peet none my cake. Well,
- 49:12Speaker 5: then one of them, one of them must be off.
- 49:16Speaker 5: Then she does tell us what it is. You're not smart,
- 49:19Speaker 5: not handsome, one.
- 49:21Speaker 6: Smart, funny saying.
- 49:26Speaker 12: What was it?
- 49:27Speaker 10: Hot?
- 49:27Speaker 1: Smart?
- 49:28Speaker 6: Smart, nice, smart, nice, handsome and he's very nice endowed. Yeah,
- 49:35Speaker 6: I guess I guess he's not. Oh she almost almost.
- 49:40Speaker 6: I'll tell you this. He always tells me that I'm
- 49:42Speaker 6: smarter than he is. Okay, so maybe that one.
- 49:45Speaker 1: So he's an idiot is a bag of wet hair.
- 49:49Speaker 1: That is pretty dumb.
- 49:50Speaker 5: Wet hair. Everybody knows how dumb that is. So I
- 50:00Speaker 5: wonder what's going on here.
- 50:00Speaker 6: You guys, if you drive for Uber, you're in luck.
- 50:06Speaker 5: The company is offering you another way to make money
- 50:09Speaker 5: that doesn't include trips or deliveries. They just made this announcement.
- 50:14Speaker 5: The drivers have the option to complete digital tasks, and
- 50:18Speaker 5: those tasks would be used to help train AI, so
- 50:24Speaker 5: things like a driver recording themselves speaking, submitting documents in
- 50:29Speaker 5: different languages, uploading images, and it's all part of a
- 50:33Speaker 5: new pilot program that Uber is running to bring AI
- 50:36Speaker 5: more to the forefront. And it also stems from the
- 50:38Speaker 5: idea that drivers want more ways to earn when they're
- 50:41Speaker 5: not on the road. Now, huh.
- 50:43Speaker 6: I wonder what they're gonna do with this.
- 50:47Speaker 3: I heard a whole breakdown on this from some tech
- 50:49Speaker 3: guys on why they're doing all this.
- 50:51Speaker 5: Yeah, it's called, hey, let's figure out these other things
- 50:54Speaker 5: you guys do besides drive the car, so that we
- 50:57Speaker 5: can automate that too.
- 50:59Speaker 3: Yeah, because they go, Hey, we're going to automate the cars,
- 51:03Speaker 3: and you know, we'll like companies like Waimo and all
- 51:05Speaker 3: the drivers vehicles and your other jobs are like, I
- 51:09Speaker 3: don't know, helping food deliveries.
- 51:11Speaker 6: Upload documents. These different things again. Uh exactly, So huh.
- 51:17Speaker 1: We're a little experience your own grade.
- 51:19Speaker 6: Exactly exactly. Here's a shovel. We're going to need to
- 51:21Speaker 6: be at least six feet on the way and yeah, yeah,
- 51:28Speaker 6: for now, that's one of those excuses somebody is going
- 51:30Speaker 6: to do it, might as well be here.
- 51:31Speaker 12: Yeah, pretty much, it's going to happen.
- 51:33Speaker 6: I mean, it's it's happened traditionally.
- 51:36Speaker 5: I've seen it happen where somebody gets brought in and
- 51:39Speaker 5: they're basically being trained by the person who they're replacing.
- 51:43Speaker 5: But the person that they're replacing has no idea, They
- 51:47Speaker 5: have no idea that that's happening.
- 51:49Speaker 6: They just want to shadow you. No big deal.
- 51:52Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, so it's uh, I don't know. I drove away.
- 51:59Speaker 3: I mean I didn't drive it.
- 52:00Speaker 1: I was in a way MO.
- 52:01Speaker 3: Last week. It was pretty awesome.
- 52:03Speaker 12: My friend just got stuck in one.
- 52:04Speaker 13: It gave it a four oh four message, could you
- 52:08Speaker 13: get out?
- 52:08Speaker 12: Yeah, he got it.
- 52:09Speaker 13: He said to wait because someone was coming, but it
- 52:11Speaker 13: said it would be like thirty minutes, so he's like
- 52:12Speaker 13: he diuched it.
- 52:13Speaker 3: Yeah, and it's not gonna be perfect right when it starts.
- 52:17Speaker 1: Well, yeah, of course, didn't you say there was an
- 52:19Speaker 1: HR woman that you was in charge of the list
- 52:22Speaker 1: of all the people to be fired.
- 52:23Speaker 6: And then and then she had to fire her fire herself.
- 52:25Speaker 1: Oh really, yep.
- 52:26Speaker 15: She it was big, big turnover, big layoffs, and she said,
- 52:29Speaker 15: you know what, we never liked to do this. It
- 52:31Speaker 15: doesn't feel good. And so she went to the higher up.
- 52:34Speaker 15: So it was all done after like two weeks and
- 52:36Speaker 15: they're like bad news, and she had to give sign
- 52:40Speaker 15: all the paperwork that she was giving everybody else the
- 52:42Speaker 15: last two weeks and fire herself.
- 52:44Speaker 6: Oh so they let her do all the dirty work. Yeah,
- 52:46Speaker 6: and then they let her.
- 52:47Speaker 1: Go and she did that blow ye self fire.
- 52:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 52:51Speaker 9: I saw something similar happen where they had the like
- 52:54Speaker 9: assistant walking around and grabbing everyone to bring into the
- 52:58Speaker 9: GM's office, and that's they were getting let go. So
- 53:01Speaker 9: everyone knew that if she came and got you, they
- 53:03Speaker 9: were getting let go. And they were going in alphabetical order,
- 53:05Speaker 9: and all of a sudden, she was next on the list.
- 53:08Speaker 9: Let her go, and then they had to find someone
- 53:09Speaker 9: else to go around. They din't evenait till the rest.
- 53:11Speaker 6: Is her the grim Reaper. They went back to the
- 53:14Speaker 6: a's and they went through until they found someone who
- 53:16Speaker 6: was capable.
- 53:17Speaker 1: That's when you hide under your desk.
- 53:19Speaker 6: So easy.
- 53:20Speaker 3: How smart everybody is it is?
- 53:22Speaker 5: It is a skill set that not everybody has. I've
- 53:26Speaker 5: been a part of it a few different times where
- 53:29Speaker 5: somebody needs to be let go.
- 53:32Speaker 6: And it blows. Yeah, you feel bad, and what's crazy?
- 53:36Speaker 6: They just did a round of cuts around here. And
- 53:40Speaker 6: there are so many rules that the managers are told
- 53:44Speaker 6: that when when they speak to people, there's only certain
- 53:48Speaker 6: things that they're allowed to say. But one of the
- 53:50Speaker 6: things they're not allowed to say, I'm sorry, I'm really
- 53:53Speaker 6: sorry this has happened. Admitting fault or in a car accident.
- 53:56Speaker 1: Yeah, you're not allowed like the HR directive, you cannot
- 53:59Speaker 1: say that. So no.
- 54:02Speaker 5: But but still it's like as a human being, like
- 54:04Speaker 5: no empathy, Like, hey, maybe this person wasn't great at
- 54:08Speaker 5: their job, maybe they're not the right fit. Maybe whatever
- 54:10Speaker 5: the reason is that they're in this situation. Maybe it's
- 54:12Speaker 5: simply just a financial decision. It's a budget cut, Like
- 54:17Speaker 5: you're not allowed to have or you can't have you
- 54:20Speaker 5: can't show empathy, you know what. It's just because everybody's litigious.
- 54:24Speaker 15: Yes, and I think That's such a good point because
- 54:26Speaker 15: it just when all the layoffs and radio and all
- 54:28Speaker 15: this stuff, they always bring it back to themselves.
- 54:31Speaker 6: You know, I feel bad doing this.
- 54:32Speaker 15: This This never feels good for me, you know, like
- 54:34Speaker 15: they want to turn it around, so you feel sorry
- 54:36Speaker 15: for the person firing.
- 54:37Speaker 1: Because they can't say exactly.
- 54:39Speaker 6: They can't say, I'm you know, I know this sucks,
- 54:41Speaker 6: I'm really sorry. Correct.
- 54:43Speaker 5: I've had people say that to me in the past.
- 54:45Speaker 5: I've been fired a number of times. I never took
- 54:48Speaker 5: it personally. It's a business. It sucks, but man like
- 54:54Speaker 5: when people have to go through and just one after
- 54:58Speaker 5: the other after the other, like that takes it. It's
- 55:01Speaker 5: like how people who are police officers or firefighters, they
- 55:04Speaker 5: see stuff all the time, like how do you you
- 55:05Speaker 5: know you got You gotta have a certain emotional skill
- 55:08Speaker 5: set for that.
- 55:09Speaker 1: Yes. I think when I got fired, I was told
- 55:12Speaker 1: five words, so we're letting you go.
- 55:14Speaker 6: That's it.
- 55:15Speaker 1: That was it. And then it's like, okay, terrific sign
- 55:17Speaker 1: here and then any questions, I said, can you tell
- 55:20Speaker 1: me why? That would be my number one why? And
- 55:23Speaker 1: they can't. They said just I think they said changing directions.
- 55:28Speaker 6: Or something Okay, right, sounds good, So we're letting you go.
- 55:32Speaker 1: Take care a right.
- 55:35Speaker 6: Text us over to two two nine eight seven.
- 55:38Speaker 17: Damn, oh, I think I know this.
- 55:47Speaker 6: Yeah, a little follow up here as we get into
- 55:50Speaker 6: another new hour insensitivity training for a politically correct world.
- 55:55Speaker 1: We're talking about Uber and their offering their drivers.
- 56:01Speaker 5: Some money to do these things that are basically training
- 56:05Speaker 5: AI to be able to take over those aspects of
- 56:08Speaker 5: replace them like some of what the Uber drivers do,
- 56:12Speaker 5: document uploading and different things in different languages and speaking
- 56:16Speaker 5: and conversational type of things, so it can it can learn.
- 56:20Speaker 5: And then we get got into the whole thing about
- 56:22Speaker 5: you know, when hr whoever has to sit down a
- 56:25Speaker 5: boss that you have to have a certain skill set
- 56:28Speaker 5: I think emotionally and and just it's like sea baths
- 56:32Speaker 5: to be perfect at it.
- 56:36Speaker 6: Yeah, but I mean there's there's a good friend, you know,
- 56:38Speaker 6: my friend Kevin, he was in a very high level
- 56:41Speaker 6: management executive position for a long time and that stuff
- 56:44Speaker 6: would chew him up and it would it would wreck
- 56:47Speaker 6: him for even people that he didn't necessarily like because
- 56:50Speaker 6: they were like kind of dicks or whatever, even bad workers,
- 56:53Speaker 6: but like he just felt bad because the position you
- 56:56Speaker 6: know that that.
- 56:59Speaker 5: Like all this stuff that comes with that. Yeah, the discruption,
- 57:01Speaker 5: they have families, they have whatever. Easier with people who
- 57:06Speaker 5: aren't performing or who are breaking rules, Like somebody texted
- 57:10Speaker 5: over this is the follow up six ZH two. One
- 57:12Speaker 5: of my largest duties as an HR person is to
- 57:14Speaker 5: terminate people in a high turnover business. It's not easy
- 57:19Speaker 5: and it absolutely takes skill, but it's also very easy
- 57:22Speaker 5: if they're not doing their job or they broke the rules.
- 57:25Speaker 5: I didn't do it to them, I am doing it
- 57:27Speaker 5: because of them.
- 57:28Speaker 1: Great.
- 57:28Speaker 5: That being said, they are the ones that there are
- 57:31Speaker 5: the ones that break your heart when they're good people
- 57:33Speaker 5: but not right for the job.
- 57:35Speaker 6: Yeah that's fair.
- 57:36Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that that suits well.
- 57:39Speaker 3: You see some of them are like, oh that makes sense,
- 57:41Speaker 3: yep yeah, and then some of them are like how
- 57:44Speaker 3: they last this line?
- 57:45Speaker 1: I know others that are unfireable. They've been stealing forever. Yeah.
- 57:49Speaker 6: Other ones that you know, made a deal with the devil. Yeah.
- 57:52Speaker 5: Yeah, some follow ups. Let's go to the app drover's voicemail.
- 57:57Speaker 5: Of course, after ten am we always tell you can
- 57:59Speaker 5: call in for those in the podcast getting caught up.
- 58:00Speaker 5: You want to leave us whatever you got eight seven Woodie,
- 58:05Speaker 5: Hi with the show.
- 58:06Speaker 16: I'm calling and I'm It's a Tuesday and I'm crossed
- 58:12Speaker 16: so being drinking most of the classes of wine and smoking.
- 58:17Speaker 16: But I'm calling you because they just listen to the
- 58:20Speaker 16: podcast the Rov Versus Bros. So good, so good as
- 58:27Speaker 16: a as a woman listener, love it, love it so
- 58:34Speaker 16: tackling Regina like her just paring it out there.
- 58:39Speaker 6: Enjoy your enjoy your buzz.
- 58:42Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, I like thought we were going to learn
- 58:44Speaker 1: something about vaginas.
- 58:45Speaker 2: Right, Yeah?
- 58:47Speaker 6: Does it?
- 58:47Speaker 1: Does it?
- 58:48Speaker 6: Does it really go back to what it was before
- 58:49Speaker 6: you had a baby there? Yeah, that's one of the
- 58:51Speaker 6: things on that Yeah, uh follow up.
- 58:54Speaker 5: We were things that you had to teach to another
- 58:56Speaker 5: adult that you were shocked, like, I can't believe I
- 58:59Speaker 5: had to teach an adult how to do this?
- 59:02Speaker 8: All right, So I listened to the podcasts and you
- 59:04Speaker 8: guys are talking about like the most ridiculous thing that
- 59:06Speaker 8: you have to explain to an adult. So my very
- 59:09Speaker 8: first girlfriend that I was with, we were probably like
- 59:11Speaker 8: eighteen nineteen at the time, and she bought this car.
- 59:16Speaker 8: It was her first car, and you know, she was
- 59:18Speaker 8: on this hatchback trend. She really wanted a hatchback and
- 59:21Speaker 8: then I don't know, six months, two, a year most later,
- 59:24Speaker 8: she's just kind of over. At that point, she's like,
- 59:26Speaker 8: I kind of want to get a new car, and
- 59:28Speaker 8: I'm talking. I'm like, well, I mean that's a terrible idea,
- 59:30Speaker 8: like you're not gonna get nearly as much for it,
- 59:32Speaker 8: and then you're gonna be in the hole and you're
- 59:34Speaker 8: gonna lose money, you know. And she's like, no, I'm
- 59:37Speaker 8: just gonna sell it to somebody and then I'll use
- 59:40Speaker 8: that money and I'll buy a new car. And I
- 59:42Speaker 8: was like, well, like the bank paid for your car,
- 59:46Speaker 8: you owe the bank money, you know. And she's well,
- 59:48Speaker 8: not if I don't have the car. I thought that,
- 59:52Speaker 8: like if you sold the car to somebody, that you
- 59:55Speaker 8: wouldn't have to pay your loan anymore. And I was like, no, oh, figure,
- 1:00:00Speaker 8: that's not how it works. And then she had all
- 1:00:02Speaker 8: that to look at me, and she like laughingly said like,
- 1:00:06Speaker 8: oh my god, are you serious. You do not know?
- 1:00:10Speaker 8: And she was all, I'll go ask my mom. And
- 1:00:13Speaker 8: I called her like with the biggest grin on my face.
- 1:00:17Speaker 8: I was like, yeah, you go. After she went and
- 1:00:22Speaker 8: she asked her mom and she came back with tears
- 1:00:26Speaker 8: in her eyes, and then I, as the boyfriend, had
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: to comfort her.
- 1:00:34Speaker 10: Wild all right, Like and your kid comes to you
- 1:00:45Speaker 10: and you're like, wow, did I fail?
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: Yeah? Well well what did I do anymore? Though?
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: But what what?
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:00:51Speaker 6: What makes you think that you still wouldn't?
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: You know? On to the next thing. But I sold
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: it for me.
- 1:01:02Speaker 6: Bank of America. You don't seem to understand.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't have it anymore.
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: I don't have the carne. Yeah, you're just the person
- 1:01:10Speaker 6: I sold to on Craigslist. Go call them, they'll make
- 1:01:14Speaker 6: the pay.
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: Bitch be see bitch be tripping. I know if you
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: do a transfer of least. But you can do a
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: transfer of ownership with payments, right.
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: Uh, well, you have to work that out with the bank.
- 1:01:28Speaker 6: I'm sure, right, don't just come with getting rid of
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: the car, because.
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: If they decide not to pay, you're still the one
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: on the hook. Right, it's a coast signing, right, Yeah.
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: Sure you can transfer payments.
- 1:01:38Speaker 9: Yeah, but they would have to be willing to pay
- 1:01:40Speaker 9: however much you owe on the loan too.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:01:42Speaker 6: But like subleasing all, that's the thing I wouldn't I
- 1:01:45Speaker 6: don't want to get involved you're screwed. Didn't that happen
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: with your r V?
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: Or well?
- 1:01:50Speaker 10: I I offered her because I was Again, I offered
- 1:01:52Speaker 10: a single mother who needed a place to live my
- 1:01:55Speaker 10: r V payment plan.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: That Sea Bass was living in.
- 1:01:58Speaker 6: I did, Yeah, I was living because I was proven
- 1:02:00Speaker 6: up to the George Jefferson.
- 1:02:03Speaker 10: It was like ten ten payments. She was going to
- 1:02:05Speaker 10: live in it on like a far her friend's farm,
- 1:02:07Speaker 10: with her kids in the RV. And I was like, okay,
- 1:02:08Speaker 10: that's an interesting story. Uh. And then she paid on
- 1:02:12Speaker 10: time most. I mean, I got all my money eventually.
- 1:02:15Speaker 10: But she would also do things like run red lights
- 1:02:18Speaker 10: and I would message her, Hey, here's the ticket I
- 1:02:21Speaker 10: got from the county. Here's you a picture of you
- 1:02:23Speaker 10: driving my RV that's not paid off yet, and nothing,
- 1:02:27Speaker 10: just no response.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: You never signed a transfer of liability, uh, not till
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: the until the end.
- 1:02:33Speaker 10: Well, because you do that on your title. You can
- 1:02:35Speaker 10: do that like once you sell. I just got really
- 1:02:37Speaker 10: my old accord and you do that saying I no
- 1:02:39Speaker 10: longer own this anymore. But I didn't do that until
- 1:02:42Speaker 10: after it was sold because the title wasn't hers technically.
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: Then.
- 1:02:45Speaker 6: Oh so you finally did resolve that just wasn't in
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: the wind with your RV. No, like she everything worked out.
- 1:02:51Speaker 10: She paid for the RV properly, but she would not
- 1:02:53Speaker 10: pay for the parking ticket she got from you.
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: That's pretty crazy to have that liability out there.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: Though. There was something, I mean was at least no.
- 1:03:03Speaker 10: I remember she brought her one of her kids with
- 1:03:05Speaker 10: her two days to see the r V. Yeah, bus,
- 1:03:08Speaker 10: you know there was something I used, some kind of
- 1:03:10Speaker 10: form that I'm sure was legally suspect, but something to
- 1:03:17Speaker 10: the effect of, well, I mean, I'm sure I could
- 1:03:18Speaker 10: have gotten come after if she doesn't an awful.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: We can't get blood from a stone, you know, Yeah,
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: she runs over a bunch of people.
- 1:03:30Speaker 5: Well no, but what I'm saying is like, uh, you know,
- 1:03:33Speaker 5: you trying to recover the money from those tickets that
- 1:03:35Speaker 5: you already got, Like, there's no way you were ever
- 1:03:37Speaker 5: going to get that money back I show up at.
- 1:03:39Speaker 6: First of she will never show up the court.
- 1:03:40Speaker 10: No, I'll get a judgment against a single mom living
- 1:03:43Speaker 10: in a cornfield and she.
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: Doesn't with her kid.
- 1:03:45Speaker 5: I'm sure she doesn't even have the money. So you
- 1:03:47Speaker 5: can try to get money out of somebody, all you want,
- 1:03:49Speaker 5: but they don't have the money. They don't have the money.
- 1:03:51Speaker 6: Yeah, you have that judgment till whatever.
- 1:03:54Speaker 15: But that's like all those civil suits, like good luck
- 1:03:56Speaker 15: getting eight million dollars from this person.
- 1:03:58Speaker 6: It's really just the principle of the thing.

- 1:18:45Speaker 11: What do you show let's start with the Dodgers. Game
- 1:18:46Speaker 11: number one of the World Series is Friday, five pm
- 1:18:49Speaker 11: from Toronto. We now know the pictures for the first
- 1:18:52Speaker 11: couple of games. Blake Snell starting for the Dodgers in
- 1:18:54Speaker 11: game number one, and also Yoshi Nobu Yamamoto in game
- 1:18:58Speaker 11: number two, exactly what they did in the NLCS. Glass
- 1:19:02Speaker 11: now and Otani will likely pitch games three and four
- 1:19:05Speaker 11: back home here in La and Now. Speaking of Otani,
- 1:19:08Speaker 11: the fan that caught his third home run ball from
- 1:19:11Speaker 11: last Friday's.
- 1:19:11Speaker 6: Game, his name is Dave Flores.
- 1:19:13Speaker 11: He's looking at a huge payday when he show that
- 1:19:16Speaker 11: ball is estimated to grab three million dollars at auctions.
- 1:19:20Speaker 11: Congratulations Dave Flores. Moving on to the Angels, Halos have
- 1:19:24Speaker 11: a brand new manager, Kurt Duzuki. They should announce him
- 1:19:26Speaker 11: in the next couple of days.
- 1:19:28Speaker 6: NBA Luca looked great.
- 1:19:30Speaker 11: He dropped forty three points last night versus the Warriors DP.
- 1:19:32Speaker 6: One Don't Chicks Money First Ball.
- 1:19:35Speaker 11: Dpnik has lost the Warriors one nineteen one oh nine
- 1:19:37Speaker 11: No Lebron James.
- 1:19:38Speaker 6: Of course, tonight we got.
- 1:19:40Speaker 11: A full slate of games in the NBA, including the
- 1:19:42Speaker 11: Clippers in Utah at six pm hockey King's got to
- 1:19:45Speaker 11: win last night in overtime.
- 1:19:46Speaker 6: See past Kaffrey shoots, Ay scars, catfy Waitzeck, chase it
- 1:19:50Speaker 6: over time, Goodbye, good night.
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: Game Over.
- 1:19:53Speaker 11: Ducks also beat Nashville five to two. And finally, former
- 1:19:56Speaker 11: NBA player and now espn Atalys Kendrick Kids dropped a
- 1:20:01Speaker 11: bar on Sports Center the other day. I had to
- 1:20:03Speaker 11: share it with you.
- 1:20:03Speaker 8: Guys.
- 1:20:04Speaker 6: Listen to this, Okay, what you need I be proful
- 1:20:07Speaker 6: for when you have a.
- 1:20:08Speaker 11: Park worse to live by perks Over, I'd be profien
- 1:20:11Speaker 11: all day.
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: I'm Jeff G. And that's your.
- 1:20:13Speaker 6: SoCal sports all right, Jeff G. I feel this falls
- 1:20:20Speaker 6: under the headline of that's what we've been saying because
- 1:20:26Speaker 6: you hear about you know these everybody's got like a
- 1:20:28Speaker 6: food allergy of some kind. And I never remember like
- 1:20:31Speaker 6: kids growing up where we couldn't have cupcakes for someone's
- 1:20:34Speaker 6: birthday in class or you know peanuts that yeah, it
- 1:20:38Speaker 6: just if it was you just never heard about it.
- 1:20:41Speaker 6: But new research is showing that sixty thousand kids have avoided.
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: The peanut allergy in the last decade.
- 1:20:50Speaker 5: The lower numbers are thanks to parents introducing peanuts to
- 1:20:53Speaker 5: their kids before the recommended age of three. Now, this
- 1:20:57Speaker 5: is that that's what we've been saying kind of, Yeah,
- 1:21:00Speaker 5: by introducing peanuts to kids in infancy, the risk of
- 1:21:04Speaker 5: developing the allergy dropped by eighty percent. Oh there you go,
- 1:21:08Speaker 5: and that the protective function went into adolescents in seventy
- 1:21:11Speaker 5: percent of kids. And so the findings are so true
- 1:21:14Speaker 5: that the National Institutes of Health they've revised their advice
- 1:21:18Speaker 5: on peanuts and parents are now being told to introduce
- 1:21:22Speaker 5: peanut related products to their kids when they were as
- 1:21:24Speaker 5: young as four to six months old. This whole thing
- 1:21:27Speaker 5: about and that that's kind of even though we're idiots overall,
- 1:21:32Speaker 5: like we're not medical experts of any kind, it just
- 1:21:34Speaker 5: doesn't even make any sense. Like if you don't give
- 1:21:37Speaker 5: somebody something like, they're going to develop not it's going
- 1:21:41Speaker 5: to be a foreign thing to them, right, so then
- 1:21:43Speaker 5: when they do get exposed to it, it's then.
- 1:21:45Speaker 6: You're more likely to have a reaction to it, an
- 1:21:47Speaker 6: allergy to it. But if it's something much like in
- 1:21:50Speaker 6: the Princess Bride, he built up like so if you
- 1:21:56Speaker 6: have a little bit of peanut or I think it's honey,
- 1:21:57Speaker 6: is something else the kids aren't supposed to have whole
- 1:22:00Speaker 6: certain age.
- 1:22:01Speaker 15: Yeah, but do you know how they test They test
- 1:22:04Speaker 15: peanut butter on babies that you might have done it
- 1:22:05Speaker 15: for yours.
- 1:22:06Speaker 6: They put it behind their ear. I don't think the
- 1:22:09Speaker 6: eighties we just ate it. No, but like for a
- 1:22:11Speaker 6: four month old, yeah, I don't. I don't think my
- 1:22:13Speaker 6: wife and I ever followed any of that. That's the thing,
- 1:22:17Speaker 6: like the no peanuts, No honey, big.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: Fans of peanut butter. At least your son isn't, right,
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: they don't.
- 1:22:22Speaker 6: Yeah, so when they go trigger treating, we get, like
- 1:22:26Speaker 6: you know, parents will get the stuff that kids don't want.
- 1:22:28Speaker 6: We get all the Reese's peanut butter cups. That's like
- 1:22:30Speaker 6: getting away with robbery. I know, Like, are you guys insane?
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: That's crazy, Like all the fruity stuff like they do.
- 1:22:37Speaker 5: Like chocolate and things they just don't for whatever reason
- 1:22:39Speaker 5: they don't like. But they'll eat uncrustables. They'll eat peanut
- 1:22:43Speaker 5: butter and jelly, steam, peanut and chocolate. Yeah, but they
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: don't like the Reese's peanut butter cups, which.
- 1:22:47Speaker 6: My wife and I is we we we don't get
- 1:22:52Speaker 6: a DNA test on I know. Yeah, but how is
- 1:22:55Speaker 6: it possible that neither one of us are the parents
- 1:22:57Speaker 6: because we both love it.
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: They could have been switched to the hospital, maybe somebody
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: else's kid altogether. Yeah, that's true. That sounds true.
- 1:23:04Speaker 10: This is why Greg's not allergic to any of that stuff.
- 1:23:06Speaker 10: Not allergic an alcohol, acohol?
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, he was given that as a kid. I
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: was like, I don't know, twelve, I would rather have
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: you drink alcohol than soda. Oh damn, yeah, I would
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: have what's what's a Russian? That's right? Yeah? Yeah, ruled Yeah,
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: good childhood. Wow, that's crazy.
- 1:23:26Speaker 6: Yeah, so there you go. You can give your kids
- 1:23:29Speaker 6: peanuts and everything else and the brighter future. Yeah, Like
- 1:23:34Speaker 6: some of these kids are seem to be allergic.
- 1:23:36Speaker 3: To everything because you've got to be exposed to the elements.
- 1:23:39Speaker 11: Man.
- 1:23:39Speaker 15: Well that's when they say, like kids like in uh,
- 1:23:42Speaker 15: you know what are they called Quakers and you know
- 1:23:44Speaker 15: that kind of stuff that grew up in like farms
- 1:23:46Speaker 15: and barns. They're not allergic to anything because they're exposed
- 1:23:48Speaker 15: a barn animals.
- 1:23:49Speaker 6: Hey, and they're fine.
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: I don't want to start a fight with Sammy. But
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: then people like that talk themselves into things that I
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: think are not true, Like I can't have a warm dessert?
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: Will you?
- 1:24:02Speaker 8: Oh?
- 1:24:02Speaker 9: Really, I've been in public places where I cannot make it,
- 1:24:06Speaker 9: Like it's been really bad. Why would I want because
- 1:24:09Speaker 9: psychological effects not I know other people that it happens
- 1:24:12Speaker 9: to too. It's crazy, But like, how could I psychologically
- 1:24:16Speaker 9: talk myself into that? Like, at what point would I
- 1:24:18Speaker 9: decide that I can't have delicious warm dessert?
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: Brain is powerful.
- 1:24:23Speaker 12: I did not decide that disgusting. Oh yeah, well I
- 1:24:30Speaker 12: hate the smell of it.
- 1:24:31Speaker 10: It doesn't it doesn't start at I'm having an emergency
- 1:24:34Speaker 10: in public. It's a little tiny step when you're you know,
- 1:24:36Speaker 10: twelve years old, and and you don't you don't want
- 1:24:39Speaker 10: Oh that's gross, and your parents like, okay, you don't
- 1:24:41Speaker 10: have to have it, as opposed to our parents who
- 1:24:43Speaker 10: are like, shut up.
- 1:24:45Speaker 9: Why would I not want a delicious, warm dessert.
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: It's good. I want it.
- 1:24:49Speaker 10: Maybe maybe one time you had it and you felt
- 1:24:51Speaker 10: a little odd and queasy, and then the next time
- 1:24:53Speaker 10: you make it.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: Oh, and then I didn't feel well once as a
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: kid after eating some tacos, and I just waited it
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: out and then had talk and again, like if I
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: even look at a picture of it.
- 1:25:06Speaker 6: I tried the.
- 1:25:07Speaker 9: Warm desert thing I think about two years ago again,
- 1:25:11Speaker 9: because I'll do that.
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: I'll go, well, this is this is crazy.
- 1:25:13Speaker 6: I must be over we're talking about like you were.
- 1:25:16Speaker 6: It's like a like a like a warm hot chocolate
- 1:25:18Speaker 6: chip cookie and they put the ice cream on top.
- 1:25:22Speaker 6: Want that?
- 1:25:22Speaker 12: No, I can't exactly who wouldn't want that? Delicious?
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: I cannot have it. My mom.
- 1:25:27Speaker 3: I've shared the story a bunch of times where I
- 1:25:30Speaker 3: thought there was chocolate chip cookies and my mom made
- 1:25:32Speaker 3: zucchini cookies and I ate into them and I threw up.
- 1:25:35Speaker 6: Yeah, see now that this is allergic want he's allergic
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: to him?
- 1:25:41Speaker 3: You got right.
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: I go to go close out of the zoom app
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: and what do I see? I see my boss still.
- 1:25:49Speaker 6: On camera laying on the ground with the dows out,
- 1:25:52Speaker 6: and there was a stranger.
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: She was rubbing panoma on them in.
- 1:25:58Speaker 6: The Woody Show. Well, apparently she had peanuts as a child,
- 1:26:03Speaker 6: but she's not allergic to peanut butter putting it on
- 1:26:05Speaker 6: toes one of my favorite complish butter and toes on
- 1:26:10Speaker 6: to damn. Yeah, my kids don't like that whole like
- 1:26:13Speaker 6: peanut butter and chocolate thing. Yeah, someone said, you know, maybe.
- 1:26:18Speaker 5: Your kids just don't want to be a fat lard
- 1:26:20Speaker 5: like their dad. So also good point. You know, you
- 1:26:26Speaker 5: see that You're like, I'm not going to end up
- 1:26:27Speaker 5: like that. I'm not going to end up like my mom. Ladies,
- 1:26:30Speaker 5: you dolls, I'm not gonna end up.
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: Like a dad.
- 1:26:32Speaker 6: Fellas you do.
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, that's right. Well we have another new

- 1:27:55Speaker 1: Mass Well, this is this of the lady Miriam, And

- 1:28:04Speaker 10: am having with my like mom and my dad as
- 1:28:07Speaker 10: they are getting older.
- 1:28:08Speaker 2: Okay, I am guess.
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: I love helping out with predicament.
- 1:28:20Speaker 16: The teacher my.
- 1:28:22Speaker 14: Mom lost on walks but she wants to remain independent.
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: Air good idea that fast.
- 1:28:39Speaker 10: Next question, Oh yeah, okay, makes total sense. Throw a
- 1:28:47Speaker 10: throw or a tile, you know, if you have an
- 1:28:49Speaker 10: Android or something like that.
- 1:28:50Speaker 6: I mean, Gina puts those things on everything. Oh never
- 1:28:52Speaker 6: get lost. So I kind of have her explain that some.
- 1:28:56Speaker 2: More like i' gone walk exactly.
- 1:29:01Speaker 6: That's why just airtager Sebastian and now you can watch.
- 1:29:05Speaker 2: You are very smart, I know, and you can.
- 1:29:11Speaker 11: Just put it on something that she walks with.
- 1:29:13Speaker 6: You can freaking put it on her phone.
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: Probably she wouldn't even know.
- 1:29:18Speaker 6: You can put it on her phone. Who else did
- 1:29:21Speaker 6: we know who would do that on their phone?
- 1:29:25Speaker 10: That's pretty dumb because they already are airt again. But
- 1:29:29Speaker 10: this lady I'm talking to thinks it's an old lady thing. Well,
- 1:29:34Speaker 10: this lady that I'm talking to, and she's giving me
- 1:29:35Speaker 10: a great advice. If your parents old her parents are
- 1:29:38Speaker 10: getting lost, thrown your tag on.
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: Sure.
- 1:29:40Speaker 10: But I know while she's while she's telling me this,
- 1:29:43Speaker 10: she is not even facing the camera. She's looking at
- 1:29:45Speaker 10: her screen, which is set up to the side webcams
- 1:29:48Speaker 10: over at a different angle. One of her fingers is somewhere,
- 1:29:52Speaker 10: So I say, well, you know, we found this great advice.
- 1:29:54Speaker 6: In the bowl of butterscotch candy.
- 1:29:55Speaker 8: Where is it?
- 1:29:56Speaker 6: Well, I'll tell you right here.
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: What does your thing smell like? Like? My rose?
- 1:30:04Speaker 10: Like?
- 1:30:09Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:30:10Speaker 1: Oh god? Your finger?
- 1:30:12Speaker 2: What does your fingers smell like?
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: And in that cont.
- 1:30:25Speaker 6: Man, all right, we'll do you show a a golden bachelorettes.
- 1:30:29Speaker 6: So I had this other lady I talked to didn't
- 1:30:31Speaker 6: have her finger anywhere.
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: Uh huh, but I have.
- 1:30:33Speaker 10: But I of course again had some more questions, this
- 1:30:35Speaker 10: time about my dad and something weird my dad does
- 1:30:37Speaker 10: when I leave my house.
- 1:30:42Speaker 2: Thank you, right, I am a Pretti.
- 1:30:48Speaker 3: What's that?
- 1:30:49Speaker 14: Every time I leave my house my dad tries to
- 1:30:54Speaker 14: wrestle meet you out yard.
- 1:30:58Speaker 6: Every time I try to leave the hell, my dad
- 1:31:00Speaker 6: tries to wrestle me in my You know, some guys
- 1:31:03Speaker 6: just had that competitive edge to them all the time.
- 1:31:09Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, so far, not so great answer anything.
- 1:31:18Speaker 6: I thought you were a question lay Yeah, so maybe,
- 1:31:21Speaker 6: like we'll just break it down, give me some help.
- 1:31:28Speaker 15: Well, when I wrestle guys on here, I tend to
- 1:31:32Speaker 15: end up grabbing there, so I don't know that that
- 1:31:35Speaker 15: would work for you.
- 1:31:42Speaker 1: Can you take him?
- 1:31:43Speaker 3: Take his legs out?
- 1:31:45Speaker 5: When you're wrestling dudes on a webcam. You don't grab
- 1:31:50Speaker 5: them anyway.
- 1:31:51Speaker 16: She does?
- 1:31:52Speaker 10: She bring a duty in how does that work can
- 1:31:55Speaker 10: be done? But I don't see it on this website.
- 1:31:58Speaker 10: There are there are sights where guys and girls.
- 1:31:59Speaker 5: Do pretend that you're doing that. So I mean, I
- 1:32:01Speaker 5: guess you could pretend to do that to your dad
- 1:32:03Speaker 5: if he wants to wrestle you in the yard. Just pretend,
- 1:32:05Speaker 5: don't actually do it.
- 1:32:06Speaker 6: Freak him out?
- 1:32:07Speaker 1: Yeah, that'll get them run.
- 1:32:09Speaker 6: Would he show a golden bachelor ratt a little more
- 1:32:11Speaker 6: on the wrestling technique? Oh? Okay, do you like the rustles?
- 1:32:16Speaker 2: I tried and his mouth?
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: Yeah? Which is it?
- 1:32:27Speaker 6: Turned it around? Turned that frown ups?
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:32:30Speaker 6: Would you show a golden bachelot?
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: Who's next?
- 1:32:32Speaker 10: This is a lady who I have a question about
- 1:32:36Speaker 10: my mom, and my mom is like, let's say she's
- 1:32:39Speaker 10: leaving some stains around the house.
- 1:32:41Speaker 2: Oh god, alright, Sebastian, I am a problem.
- 1:32:46Speaker 6: What is your issues?
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: Sebastian.
- 1:32:49Speaker 2: My mom needs to start wearing a tie.
- 1:32:59Speaker 18: They make these little panties if we really want to know,
- 1:33:03Speaker 18: they look just like underwear and women wear them for
- 1:33:07Speaker 18: their period and she can wear them.
- 1:33:10Speaker 10: It'll be great.
- 1:33:14Speaker 6: Is that right, I don't are just like cheaper panties.
- 1:33:24Speaker 3: Yeah, these ones are hotter.
- 1:33:26Speaker 6: Always these.
- 1:33:29Speaker 15: For incontinents I'm talking about, right, all right, well more
- 1:33:34Speaker 15: about uh, she knows these panties exist for incontinence.
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: What are yeah?
- 1:33:40Speaker 6: Keeping keeping a straight face in my corporate drama listening?
- 1:33:43Speaker 6: This is impossible? Also very hot?
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:33:46Speaker 2: Yeah, these.
- 1:33:49Speaker 6: Called what these diapers be called?
- 1:33:53Speaker 18: Yeah, they're not a diapers though, they're just underwear.
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: Angel are you asking me?
- 1:33:58Speaker 18: Because I'm an old lady, You're hilarious, I'm gonna I.
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: Swear to God.
- 1:34:08Speaker 10: Well, well, they have the What the women usually do
- 1:34:10Speaker 10: is they'll take the messager and they'll stick it behind
- 1:34:14Speaker 10: their underwear so it stays in place. I think sometimes
- 1:34:17Speaker 10: it shifts around and maybe gets into places that are.
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: Yeah, they learned a lot. What do they be called?
- 1:34:31Speaker 2: Yeah? What the bell?
- 1:34:37Speaker 6: Well, there's another round of show, Golden bachelrette.
- 1:34:39Speaker 2: You got.
- 1:34:45Speaker 6: I'm gonna take a quick break. We got some more
- 1:34:47Speaker 6: show coming.
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: Up for you next, right back.
- 1:34:55Speaker 3: This is.
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: All right, So if you're just scraping by paycheck to paycheck,
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: you can take.
- 1:35:08Speaker 5: Comfort and knowing and I'm sure you already know you're
- 1:35:10Speaker 5: you're you're not alone. A lot of people, even the wealthy.
- 1:35:17Speaker 5: Oh feel your pain. Really Oh when I read, when
- 1:35:21Speaker 5: I read stuff like this, they're with us. I'm like, dude,
- 1:35:25Speaker 5: and I don't.
- 1:35:25Speaker 6: I don't knock anybody success wide, Like whatever you got,
- 1:35:29Speaker 6: you got, whatever you do, you do, But dude, don't.
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: What's the line we like, Gina, don't pee on my
- 1:35:35Speaker 5: foot and tell me? Yeah, like, stop it with this.
- 1:35:40Speaker 5: Four and ten workers earning more than three hundred thousand
- 1:35:45Speaker 5: dollars a year claim that they're living paycheck to paycheck,
- 1:35:51Speaker 5: including people making over half a million dollars a year.
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: What does that work?
- 1:35:55Speaker 6: What's your overhead?
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: More money?
- 1:35:57Speaker 3: More problem?
- 1:35:58Speaker 1: SI? Dog?
- 1:35:59Speaker 6: Like you can't stop? Don't it's impossible.
- 1:36:03Speaker 5: Fifty seven percent of those earning under fifty thousands say
- 1:36:07Speaker 5: they're barely getting by that.
- 1:36:09Speaker 6: I believe that tracks. But three hundred you can't make
- 1:36:12Speaker 6: three hundred thousand. I don't care where you live.
- 1:36:15Speaker 5: Pick the most expensive city in the country, the New York,
- 1:36:19Speaker 5: the LA is the San Francisco. Yes, yeah, like you
- 1:36:23Speaker 5: can't make three hundred thousand to where you classify that
- 1:36:27Speaker 5: as paycheck to paycheck?
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: Well, I get the f out of here. Maybe if
- 1:36:31Speaker 1: you have twenty kids.
- 1:36:34Speaker 6: Kids, because even still I don't.
- 1:36:37Speaker 3: I don't know. I kind of believe it because dude,
- 1:36:40Speaker 3: I went to go have lunch just for myself the
- 1:36:42Speaker 3: other day and it was forty five dollars. Yeah, and
- 1:36:44Speaker 3: if you have, like you don't, I understand.
- 1:36:48Speaker 6: Yeah, that paycheck to paycheck is not going out to eat.
- 1:36:51Speaker 3: I staid, Yeah, you gotta downsize, you gotta cook at
- 1:36:53Speaker 3: home and all that kind of stuff.
- 1:36:55Speaker 5: You're like, you're you're doing what you can't to survive,
- 1:36:57Speaker 5: which doesn't include going out cooking at home. It's not
- 1:37:00Speaker 5: much cheaper. I guess, yeah, I guess it depends on what,
- 1:37:04Speaker 5: like how you define living paycheck to paycheck, and then
- 1:37:08Speaker 5: also what are your what are your spending lines of
- 1:37:13Speaker 5: your budget?
- 1:37:14Speaker 1: What is it going to?
- 1:37:15Speaker 6: Anybody?
- 1:37:16Speaker 5: You can give somebody whatever the dollar amount and tell
- 1:37:18Speaker 5: them you have to spend this, and they'll figure out
- 1:37:20Speaker 5: way to spend it. And at the end they have
- 1:37:22Speaker 5: nothing to show, so they'll say, yes, I'm paycheck to
- 1:37:24Speaker 5: paycheck or whatever month to month because they have way
- 1:37:28Speaker 5: too many things loaded. What do they ca It's called
- 1:37:30Speaker 5: the lifestyle creep. Have you heard that term before? So
- 1:37:33Speaker 5: it's the tendency to spend, and it goes. It goes
- 1:37:36Speaker 5: up as your income goes up. So you you make more,
- 1:37:40Speaker 5: you spend more. Sure, right, you increase. That's a why
- 1:37:43Speaker 5: like high earners still feel broke because they got the
- 1:37:47Speaker 5: lifestyle creep going.
- 1:37:48Speaker 1: You get a nicer car, you don't fly coach business.
- 1:37:53Speaker 6: It's Dave Ramsey here, Dave Ramsey there.
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: Sorry.
- 1:37:57Speaker 10: Three, If you make three hundred thousand dollars in San
- 1:38:00Speaker 10: Francisco with all their ridiculous taxes, your take home pay
- 1:38:03Speaker 10: monthly is over fifteen grand a month.
- 1:38:05Speaker 5: Okay, you can't make that work. That's paychecks to pay
- 1:38:09Speaker 5: paycheck to paycheck, wet dream.
- 1:38:11Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:38:12Speaker 5: Home prices are so high that the number of millionaires
- 1:38:15Speaker 5: opting to rent instead of bias tripled.
- 1:38:17Speaker 6: That's insane.
- 1:38:19Speaker 5: Many six figure earners aren't giving up their luxuries, they're
- 1:38:23Speaker 5: just cutting back elsewhere. It's funny that you say this
- 1:38:25Speaker 5: metas they're flying economy instead of first class check paycheck
- 1:38:30Speaker 5: to paycheck high income earners. It's not that they're not traveling,
- 1:38:34Speaker 5: it's that they're not going first class. Yeah, they're shopping
- 1:38:38Speaker 5: at discount grocery stores. They're delaying big purchases like homes,
- 1:38:43Speaker 5: vacations and cars, not giving up on the dream, just delaying,
- 1:38:47Speaker 5: scaling back subscriptions and even postponing weddings, creg.
- 1:38:50Speaker 1: Yeah, it's sad, but even if you're a billionaire, there's
- 1:38:53Speaker 1: things out there. Why would you do it? Like those
- 1:38:55Speaker 1: smoothies Meta spot, Oh yeah, smoothies bezos and why would
- 1:39:01Speaker 1: you do that?
- 1:39:01Speaker 3: Morgan's addicted to them now love them.
- 1:39:05Speaker 6: Two?
- 1:39:06Speaker 12: But I think that's there's another one in the fridge.
- 1:39:08Speaker 3: Yeah, that's not a daily thing, though.
- 1:39:11Speaker 5: I question question for me, like what what drives you
- 1:39:14Speaker 5: more crazy? Is it the fact that there are you know,
- 1:39:16Speaker 5: like people get mad at rich people because they just
- 1:39:19Speaker 5: don't like that they have money and you don't, or
- 1:39:22Speaker 5: you know whatever whatever that that reasoning is you don't
- 1:39:24Speaker 5: like you know, you eat the rich, you'll see like whatever?
- 1:39:29Speaker 5: Or do you hate the person more who does make
- 1:39:32Speaker 5: three hundred thousand dollars a year and wants to sit
- 1:39:34Speaker 5: here and tell you to your face that they're living
- 1:39:36Speaker 5: paycheck to paycheck. I think that person's way more obnoxious.
- 1:39:39Speaker 15: I think they're out of touch, Like I feel your pain.
- 1:39:42Speaker 15: I only make three hundred thousand dollars, Like I think.
- 1:39:45Speaker 6: That's you're not even saying they feel your pain. I
- 1:39:47Speaker 6: guess necessarily, just like how but.
- 1:39:50Speaker 1: I can't stand it when you have like an A
- 1:39:52Speaker 1: list actor on a talk show. Let's say I don't
- 1:39:54Speaker 1: know Meryl Streep right, and you did so many movies
- 1:39:57Speaker 1: this year. Meryl, Well, you as an actor, you never
- 1:39:59Speaker 1: know when you'll work again. Shut out. You could retire
- 1:40:03Speaker 1: eight thousand lifetimes over not with her lifestyle. No, well
- 1:40:07Speaker 1: they checked the Patrick.
- 1:40:08Speaker 3: That's another thing they've said that, Uh, these actors are
- 1:40:12Speaker 3: not really getting a lot of work nowadays. If you
- 1:40:14Speaker 3: actually watch the television and you see all these A
- 1:40:17Speaker 3: listeners are now doing all these commercials, and look at
- 1:40:20Speaker 3: pay attention to television and look at the commercials, and
- 1:40:23Speaker 3: there's like so many actors now that you would think
- 1:40:26Speaker 3: you would never see in a commercial doing it.
- 1:40:28Speaker 6: Well, they're not getting the payday that they used to get.
- 1:40:31Speaker 5: And I did read something about that because it used
- 1:40:33Speaker 5: to be where Tom Cruise in a movie and it
- 1:40:36Speaker 5: meant almost instant box office success, like you weren't going
- 1:40:39Speaker 5: to lose out necessarily.
- 1:40:40Speaker 1: It would be tough to lose money on a Tom.
- 1:40:43Speaker 6: Cruise movie because everybody rush out the there was that.
- 1:40:45Speaker 5: Star power, and that star power is not a thing
- 1:40:48Speaker 5: really anymore. People aren't going to see movies just because.
- 1:40:51Speaker 1: So and so is in it. Yeah, unless it's Liam Neesen.
- 1:40:55Speaker 6: Then ghost they get Greg's twelve US. Yeah that case.
- 1:41:02Speaker 6: In that case, Greg goes.
- 1:41:03Speaker 12: But aren't they making a ton on commercials anyway?
- 1:41:05Speaker 15: Yeah, they're making a lot on commercial well, and back
- 1:41:07Speaker 15: in the day they would only do those overseas secretly,
- 1:41:09Speaker 15: all right, because.
- 1:41:12Speaker 6: I am a film actor, I can't be seen on television.
- 1:41:17Speaker 6: Oh I'm a television person. I can't be heard on
- 1:41:19Speaker 6: the radio.
- 1:41:21Speaker 1: I would never do voiceover.
- 1:41:23Speaker 10: That's my favorite part of listening to these celebrity podcasts
- 1:41:25Speaker 10: when I do catch them, is that they now have
- 1:41:27Speaker 10: to do what we do. Like famous people have to
- 1:41:29Speaker 10: read ads. Yeah, and they're terrible at it. Yeah good,
- 1:41:33Speaker 10: But you know, you know, fifteen years ago they would.
- 1:41:35Speaker 5: Have not going to do a live read for some drug.
- 1:41:39Speaker 5: More employees are now staying on the job longer than usual.
- 1:41:43Speaker 5: We kind of saw this coming, right because everybody got
- 1:41:45Speaker 5: like real bold for a while and they were just
- 1:41:48Speaker 5: quitting over anything because they're like, oh well, people, people
- 1:41:51Speaker 5: needed employees so bad that they were getting offered crazy.
- 1:41:54Speaker 5: You kind of named your price and you named your schedule,
- 1:41:57Speaker 5: and people thought, like cutting the core, it was gonna
- 1:42:00Speaker 5: last forever. All the big savings are be able to
- 1:42:03Speaker 5: like make big money and just choose the job and
- 1:42:05Speaker 5: choose you tell your employer what you're gonna do. And
- 1:42:09Speaker 5: now people are staying on the job longer. It's called
- 1:42:11Speaker 5: job hugging or just staying at work.
- 1:42:15Speaker 6: There's a job for er.
- 1:42:18Speaker 5: Workers admit that they're staying in their role longer than
- 1:42:20Speaker 5: they would otherwise for security, stability, and just sometimes even
- 1:42:25Speaker 5: just for comfort. Ninety four percent of workers recognize it
- 1:42:28Speaker 5: has potential downsides, like you know, you miss out on
- 1:42:31Speaker 5: higher pay possibly or you know, burnout from just like
- 1:42:33Speaker 5: a lack of change or doing the same, same old thing.
- 1:42:36Speaker 5: But three quarters expect to be in their current job
- 1:42:39Speaker 5: for at least two more years. And you know, job
- 1:42:42Speaker 5: hugging again just becoming more and more common because the
- 1:42:44Speaker 5: job market's not like exploding, if anything, it's it's getting smaller.
- 1:42:49Speaker 5: I mean, I know, this industry just gets smaller by
- 1:42:51Speaker 5: the day.
- 1:42:51Speaker 1: Every hour. Yeah, yeah, in a minute.
- 1:42:54Speaker 3: I do have suggestion, though, like if you are struggling
- 1:42:57Speaker 3: with money, and Morgan close your ears, like you shouldn't
- 1:43:01Speaker 3: have pets. Oh, that's out correct, endless money.
- 1:43:05Speaker 6: I see homeless guys with pets, yea, the homeless guys
- 1:43:08Speaker 6: with dogs. Yeah, but the babies.
- 1:43:10Speaker 3: It sucks because you're e mostly attached to these animals
- 1:43:13Speaker 3: and you, you know, you just get suckered into.
- 1:43:17Speaker 10: It's a direct money suck menace, But it's also a
- 1:43:19Speaker 10: side money suck on your time where you might have
- 1:43:21Speaker 10: time to try, you know, do whatever, pick up a shift,
- 1:43:23Speaker 10: doing anything.
- 1:43:24Speaker 6: But I can't be away from my dog that long.
- 1:43:26Speaker 12: That's also up time that I could be doing other
- 1:43:30Speaker 12: jobs exactly.
- 1:43:31Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, it's Did we ever get any feedback from
- 1:43:36Speaker 5: the Craigslist jobs?
- 1:43:37Speaker 6: Oh?
- 1:43:37Speaker 12: The blind musician?
- 1:43:38Speaker 10: Oh?
- 1:43:39Speaker 1: Did you know?
- 1:43:39Speaker 12: I left him a voicemail?
- 1:43:41Speaker 6: Oh so did you go to menace?
- 1:43:42Speaker 13: And no, because in the thing it says please call only. Okay,
- 1:43:47Speaker 13: that's smart, I said, no messages will be read.
- 1:43:49Speaker 6: What about the backup one?
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: What was the backup on?
- 1:43:52Speaker 12: I thought we chose this one.
- 1:43:53Speaker 6: No, we did, that was the number one, I thought.
- 1:43:55Speaker 12: Oh, I mean I have other ones. Oh no, that's
- 1:43:58Speaker 12: the only guy I reached out to.
- 1:44:00Speaker 6: Ye and did you speak extra sexy.
- 1:44:02Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I tried to sound normal.
- 1:44:03Speaker 6: You guys, Oh I don't like that.
- 1:44:05Speaker 1: So what did you say to us? Is the guy
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: that needed like a four hour ride somewhere right to
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: go play blues.
- 1:44:14Speaker 6: Somewhere to traffic you across state lines?
- 1:44:16Speaker 2: Right?
- 1:44:16Speaker 6: You know, whoever's on the other.
- 1:44:17Speaker 1: End of that line was amazed that anybody even called.
- 1:44:20Speaker 13: Yeah, he might have gotten a couple of calls. I
- 1:44:22Speaker 13: don't know which. Honestly, the date was last weekend, so
- 1:44:26Speaker 13: it's already passed. Did he get a ride to a
- 1:44:28Speaker 13: show or not?
- 1:44:29Speaker 7: I don't know, right, Well, for two on these craigslist jobs,
- 1:44:34Speaker 7: I know this is I just wanted. I have a
- 1:44:37Speaker 7: lot more, but yeah, right, we can get to them
- 1:44:41Speaker 7: all right.
- 1:44:41Speaker 6: Well it looks like your job hugging for a bit. Yeah, job,
- 1:44:45Speaker 6: it's so worth it, forty four wood. I mean there
- 1:44:49Speaker 6: were worse jobs, me think I I you know, I
- 1:44:52Speaker 6: do feel lucky when people say, oh, well, so what
- 1:44:56Speaker 6: exactly you know, what all do you have to do?
- 1:44:58Speaker 6: And I go, well, you know it.
- 1:45:00Speaker 5: It's the it's the preparation for the show that sucks,
- 1:45:03Speaker 5: you know. It's all the reading, the writing, the editing,
- 1:45:05Speaker 5: the different things that Yeah, it's like.
- 1:45:07Speaker 15: People like comedians and rock stars. You say, I get
- 1:45:10Speaker 15: paid to travel, but you know I would do the
- 1:45:11Speaker 15: job for free.
- 1:45:12Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, you get paid to do the prep. But
- 1:45:14Speaker 1: this is the fun part.
- 1:45:15Speaker 6: Once the show goes on the air and the microphone's gone,
- 1:45:17Speaker 6: that part is great. Yeah, this is the good part.
- 1:45:19Speaker 5: It's all the other stuff that that blows and that's
- 1:45:23Speaker 5: that's the real job part of it. But then we stop,
- 1:45:25Speaker 5: stop and think about like what we do for a job,
- 1:45:28Speaker 5: dream job, right, yeah, it's it's it's pretty great. Butt chugging, Yeah,
- 1:45:35Speaker 5: a little butt chugging of a somebodysl right.
- 1:45:40Speaker 6: Sleep Rede is this and so we were talking about
- 1:45:51Speaker 6: people make all this money and it's three hundred five
- 1:45:53Speaker 6: hundred thousand dollars a year, claiming that they live paycheck
- 1:45:57Speaker 6: to paycheck.
- 1:45:58Speaker 10: Wow.
- 1:46:00Speaker 1: Greg mentioned like actors and actresses to go, well, you
- 1:46:04Speaker 1: know you have to because you never know when you
- 1:46:06Speaker 1: work again. I have a hundred million right now. I'm
- 1:46:09Speaker 1: holding on to this waiting for the right moment. This
- 1:46:12Speaker 1: is it.
- 1:46:13Speaker 5: Yeah, actors who got paid to do almost nothing. So
- 1:46:16Speaker 5: Mark Hamill, you know, Luke Skywalker, he had a cameo
- 1:46:23Speaker 5: and what was it Star Wars. I forget what it
- 1:46:24Speaker 5: didn't say a single word in one of the newer
- 1:46:27Speaker 5: Star Wars anyway. Three million dollars for a cameo. God
- 1:46:33Speaker 5: for for a cameo where he didn't even speak, didn't
- 1:46:35Speaker 5: even have a line. Three million. Let's see you have
- 1:46:40Speaker 5: Michael Keaton. He had a glorified cameo in the Batgirl
- 1:46:45Speaker 5: movie that never even got released.
- 1:46:46Speaker 6: They didn't even come out. They didn't come out. They
- 1:46:48Speaker 6: paid him two million dollars for that one. It's pretty good.
- 1:46:53Speaker 1: Uh see you have.
- 1:46:56Speaker 6: Tom Helton.
