Welcome to the live stream. Today we have a special guest.
0:06
There are some unfortunate, tragic things that happen in the
0:09
world of crypto. We know that.
0:12
But there's also a lot more good that goes on as well.
0:16
Today I'm joined by Rival. He's the guy behind Rastalan TV.
0:22
Many of you know him. He was hacked during a live
0:25
stream. He's fighting cancer.
0:27
He has a tragic story, as you all know, I was also hacked, so
0:32
I can relate to that. But rival's also fighting
0:35
cancer. He's got a great story of hope,
0:38
a great story of survival. Mr. on TV Rival, welcome to
0:43
Ron's basement and on behalf of all the Unicorn Fart Desk
0:46
community members, thank you for joining us today and sharing
0:50
your your story with us. Thank you for having me.
0:55
Thank you guys. It's it's great to be here.
0:59
Yeah, it's great. Great to have you on.
1:01
So tell us a little bit about you.
1:04
Now, obviously we'll get into the hack and we'll get into, I
1:07
think even more importantly what happened after that.
1:10
And I think there's some great things on top of that that
1:13
you're also doing to help support possibly some other
1:15
people. But tell us what's going on with
1:19
you and your life and what kind of led up to this live stream
1:23
that is everybody knows. And I think, you know, kind of
1:26
broke everybody's heart when we when we saw it.
1:32
Where? Where do you want me to start?
1:34
Well, just kind of give us an idea of you in your, your
1:40
background and, and you know what's going on with you and
1:43
your life. I know you're you're fighting
1:45
cancer and what led up to the point where you were on the live
1:50
stream and in that and that happened.
1:54
Well, if basically, if we start with the cancer, then sadly my
2:02
dog passed away last year and then I went into deep, deep
2:06
depression and that there's a whole story.
2:12
Whole of my story is on X, you know, on my timeline if anybody
2:17
wants to see more details about that.
2:19
But basically my dog sadly passed away.
2:23
I went into this basically self destruction mode was hating
2:29
myself and and and and everything that I had that was
2:36
to do with me. But basically that led to me
2:40
getting a small like the cancer came out like a small, small
2:45
thing came on my back, like literally a small, small ball,
2:50
maybe like this, you know, then I went to Latvia.
2:55
I, I was 26, you know, I never thought in my head that it's
2:59
cancer. In my head.
3:00
I was sleeping very bad for two months in the chair.
3:04
I wasn't using my bed. I was just like breaking my
3:07
back. So in my opinion, it was just a
3:09
muscle like popping out of my back.
3:14
Sadly, though, the time passed on.
3:16
The pain started increasing and and I was diagnosed with, when I
3:21
was diagnosed it was stage 2 if I'm not wrong.
3:26
Then like week or two weeks later, it became Stage 3 and
3:33
when I got to Tenerife, back from Latvia and back from the
3:37
trip, it was already at Stage 4. Wow.
3:41
And basically since then, I've been just struggling to to
3:48
survive, you know, and sharing my story on X and, and then
3:53
trying to get help. And there's a lot of people who
3:56
showed up since then already, you know, that I knew over the
4:00
years in chat rooms and in Discord rooms, Telegram chats
4:04
and stuff like that. So people saved me more than
4:08
once over this year already. And yeah, basically I was slowly
4:16
sharing all my story over the X and of course over the time, you
4:21
know, I only had the same people help me over and over again over
4:25
the months. And of course slowly also they
4:29
couldn't help me anymore. So I was basically, no, the coin
4:36
is live for 26 days. So 27 days ago, basically me, my
4:42
mom and my two brothers that live together, basically they
4:45
watch over me, they take care of me.
4:47
But mostly we had like €10 left on our on our name and all the
4:56
streaming meta was going on. You know, I'm sick, but I was
4:59
usually sitting in my phone following, you know, all the
5:02
chats, everything what's going on in crypto world.
5:05
I've been doing that since I'm basically 18.
5:08
And yeah, I just, I thought I'm going to, I'm going to go for
5:14
it, you know, I'm going to give it a shot.
5:17
Yeah. And I went live and the coin
5:21
bonded. I did not expect the coin to
5:25
bond. In my wildest dreams.
5:27
I was, I was expecting it to go to 0 so fast, like, and I was
5:32
expecting to be like the only holder and maybe, yeah, my
5:36
friends would buy, you know, $100 worth.
5:39
But like, I never expected it to go where it did.
5:44
And. And these were, let me ask you a
5:48
question. The the the coin was created and
5:51
it was created as a way for you to help raise money to pay for
5:55
your medical expenses. Is that is that accurate?
5:58
OK, OK, go ahead. I'm sorry.
6:00
The idea was just to raise at least, you know, I'm sorry, I,
6:08
I'm really sorry. I lost my earphones.
6:14
Oh no. What are they still?
6:19
Can you hear me on your speakers?
6:21
Oh, no, All good. All good.
6:24
Apologies. Cool.
6:28
Where did we stop? You said you were you created
6:31
the coin to help pay for medical expenses and then you.
6:34
Were yeah basically idea was I always wanted to stream my my
6:40
whole life I have had like the setup that I have you know I
6:44
bought it like 6 years ago and the idea is that I live on a
6:50
Tenerife on an island in Spain and Internet here is so bad that
6:55
I never had the chance to actually stream like it would
6:59
always be just too laggy and now like also great people from
7:07
crypto role they they heard that I want to stream they heard that
7:11
my Internet is bad and they offered the to sponsor me with
7:16
Starlink router. So basically they bought me
7:19
Starlink router from Daffy Dijon's discord and.
7:24
And yeah, they. So are you on Starlink right
7:27
now? Yes.
7:29
OK, wow. So we're, we're we're we're,
7:32
we're, we're going to outer space.
7:35
That's cool. Yeah, Go, go ahead.
7:38
And basically somebody even, yeah, sponsored me to get my
7:42
router going and everything, and now I was ready to go.
7:46
So somehow it all just came together and like even the
7:52
craziest thing is like 1-2 days before the stream when I
7:56
launched, like I was still completely almost paralyzed in
8:00
my bed and I wasn't able to move.
8:03
But somehow we just all came together and now I'm able to
8:09
almost stream daily. Wow, that that is awesome and I
8:14
know. So let's talk about, well, I
8:17
want to talk about one thing and then I want to talk about the
8:19
hack. But you said something because I
8:23
stream almost every day and I have for three or four years.
8:27
And something you said resonated with me or made sense to me.
8:31
You said finally you were like, I'm going to give it a shot.
8:33
I'm going to go for it. And, and I think there's a big
8:37
lesson in that for people out there, maybe even people
8:40
watching us, whether it's streaming or starting a business
8:44
or going back to college, whatever it may be at some
8:48
point, if you just give something a shot, if you don't,
8:52
if you don't give it, give it a shot, you're guaranteed you're
8:55
not going to, you're not, you're going to be a failure.
8:57
Whereas if you just give something a shot and give it a
9:00
try, you got to do that if you want good things to happen.
9:05
So it's and I and I kind of did the same thing that you're
9:08
talking about. When I was 52 years old.
9:10
I started a YouTube channel because I always wanted to do
9:13
that, but I was kind of afraid to do it.
9:15
And then I was like, yeah, I'll just do it and I'll stick with
9:18
it. And here I am in my basement
9:20
and, you know, 10s of thousands of followers and, and I get to
9:25
hang out in my basement and talk through outer space to a really
9:30
cool guy who's in Spain. So, yeah, yeah, all right.
9:35
So anyhow, but I want, I want tell us about the hack and then
9:40
if it's OK with you, I'm going to share the short video clip.
9:42
I know it's painful to watch it. I honestly watched it once.
9:47
And then when I knew you were coming on, I thought I would ask
9:51
you respectfully, it's on your X page if we could watch it again
9:54
and it's. But go ahead and kind of tell us
9:56
what led up to that. And then we're going to talk
9:58
about the good news, 'cause there's a lot of good things
10:01
that are that happened in crypto as well.
10:04
Yes. So basically I can't, I can't
10:09
remember very clearly. Was it the same day I got?
10:14
Was it like the first string? Uh.
10:20
Oh, hold on guys, hopefully we're going to get Rasta LAN TV
10:27
back here. He froze up on my end.
10:31
It looks Here you are. You're back.
10:32
You're back. I can hear you now.
10:34
Yeah. Oh yeah, I can't exactly
10:38
remember was it first or the second stream, but basically I
10:42
was, I was having a lot of fun, you know, it was second day.
10:46
Now I remember it was second day.
10:49
The coin was looking quite sad, to be honest, you know, and but
10:54
in my mind, I was speaking to chatters, you know, I was saying
10:57
like, that's it. I launched my streamer coin like
11:04
it already earned me in the first day, you know, enough fees
11:07
to basically stay alive for the next year, you know, to not
11:10
worry about my expenses and like not being bad everyday.
11:15
Just like begging people, you know, in all chat rooms to like
11:19
if they can't donate like even a dollar, you know, Because for
11:23
me, like any dollar was making like a big difference.
11:28
Yeah. And then, yeah, somebody came
11:32
into my chat and like, he was really like, he, he was quite
11:38
honest, you know, like he wasn't coming off as a scammer.
11:43
Like I've been in this space for six years.
11:45
I have, I have talked to hundreds, if not thousands of
11:50
scammers, you know, over the years.
11:53
And I have, have always had my 1 main PC, all my wallets on my
11:59
main PC, like I'm, I'm just always, I was always quite sure,
12:05
you know, I'm secure enough to not get myself drained or hooked
12:09
or, or stuff like that. And he was playing himself as
12:15
the game dev. I, I guess he was the game dev.
12:18
And yeah, he shared the, he didn't share a link, you know,
12:23
he shared the name. He told me to like I, I even
12:28
told him like, I'm not going to click any links, dude.
12:30
You know, just give me the name of the game.
12:33
I'm going to find it in Steam. Maybe we try it out.
12:37
I found it on Steam. And, you know, just a billion
12:40
dollar, billion dollar company. Why would I even be worried
12:45
about security? You know, at this point, I
12:48
download the game, it's looking like a 2D3D game.
12:51
I don't know, like something similar to that, that is block
12:55
blasters or whatever, but it's been taken off Steam since then.
13:02
And yeah, I download the game, I turn it on once, turn it on
13:07
twice. Like it's not really working.
13:10
It's making my PC laggy and he's still in my chat, you know,
13:14
like, yeah, it's so weird. Your game, your PC, it can run
13:19
CS2, but it can't run the game. Something is known.
13:23
Can you try to launch it again? So launch it twice.
13:27
Maybe that was also like a mistake.
13:31
But basically I'm I'm streaming for like 11th hour I think and
13:34
I'm tired as as hell. You know, I, I have cancer and
13:39
everything, but I'm telling him, OK dude, this is not working out
13:43
today. We're going to try it out
13:45
tomorrow. Like, thank you everybody for
13:48
tuning in. I basically turn off the stream
13:51
for one second, you know, and also like my creator fees, they
13:58
were sitting there, you know, I never claimed them because in my
14:01
head it still wasn't real. It was the second day there was
14:06
32,000 and 32 and a half, $1000 in creator fees.
14:11
I still couldn't wrap my head around like where should I send
14:15
it? How should I go around it?
14:17
You know, like how to be smart about like I've been for a year
14:22
just living from dollar to dollar.
14:24
You know that having 32K like in in front of my screen, it was
14:29
just just a wild dream. And to turn off the stream, I
14:36
literally stand up for a second and something like just slugs on
14:42
my screen, you know, and the creative Rev would disappear.
14:46
So I immediately opened my of course, phantom wallet and I
14:49
check and the money's immediately gone.
14:52
And there was even some donations that people, you know,
14:56
send me. And I was like even mad that
14:59
like, dude, steal the creator reverse, you know, but leave me
15:03
at least like the donations I already had in my wallet from.
15:08
But of course, I understand. He just pressed Max and send
15:11
away and yeah. And basically, yeah.
15:14
Then I immediately turned on the stream because I knew there
15:17
would be some people in chat and maybe they can just like at that
15:21
moment, I just needed to confirm that.
15:25
Is it really the Steam game? And it was confirmed.
15:29
And yeah, then the video happened.
15:33
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I went through the very similar
15:36
situation. I think I told you before we
15:38
went on live here, I was in a Zoom call and I was tricked and
15:43
I was, I was tired. That's the other thing.
15:45
I think that's a similarity that I heard from you.
15:48
I'd been, it was my coin was about 6 weeks old.
15:52
I was doing all kinds of interviews.
15:54
I was in a quote UN quote interview and they we were doing
15:58
it on Zoom and they tricked me into clicking on a like share
16:05
screen link link and then same thing.
16:09
Then the ended appropriately and I checked my phantom wallet and
16:13
same thing. It was every everything was gone
16:15
everything like in an instant and it's a it's a shocking
16:20
experience. Obviously the lesson is don't
16:23
click on what? You said it was around $1
16:26
million. Yeah, it was over $1,000,000
16:31
worth of the coin that I'd created called Unicorn Fart Desk
16:34
UFD and. They stole a coin and they they
16:39
also, I imagine they also sold it.
16:43
Oh yeah, they sold it. That's how I found out because
16:45
I, I, I got off the, the interview and then I started
16:50
getting, I looked at the timeline and people are like
16:53
Ron's selling, saying that I was selling.
16:55
I'm like, what's going on, you know, And then I pulled out my
16:58
phantom wallet and I was in shock, right?
17:01
I was sitting right here looking like this.
17:03
I'm like, Oh my God, you know, everything that I kept
17:07
refreshing it, refreshing it. I'm like, I got hacked, you
17:10
know, and then I had to go. I had to go live because
17:15
everybody thought that I was selling, but it was the hacker
17:18
who was selling and shipping it wherever it was going, some
17:22
place where it couldn't be getting taken back.
17:26
So I had to do a live stream not really too dissimilar from
17:29
yours. I think I cried a few times.
17:32
Obviously, I was in a big state of shock.
17:34
And it was absolutely. Yeah, very, very traumatic
17:40
experience that I think neither of us will probably ever, ever
17:44
forget. Definitely.
17:46
Yeah. Can I can, I can, I, can I show
17:51
your 12 second video? You want to take your headphones
17:53
off? And I can show everybody.
17:55
Those who maybe haven't seen yet.
17:57
I want to show. Guys, this is the unfortunate
18:01
time when our friend Revo hold on one second here.
18:06
Get the right screen up. Here we go, and I'll warn you,
18:11
this is not pleasant to watch. But if this is what can happen
18:15
in crypto? Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
18:31
Man, OK, all right, we're done. We won't watch that again.
18:36
I appreciate you letting me share that just so people can
18:38
see what it's like. And you know, your story is even
18:42
more, I think in some ways tragic than mine, right?
18:46
Like mine was, it was a coin that I created.
18:49
A community sprung up. We and we still do have an
18:52
awesome community. It's gotten actually stronger
18:55
through all this. But you know, to me, it was just
18:58
life changing money for my family, for you, This is Money
19:03
life changing as well, but money that you're using to support
19:06
yourself while you're while you're fighting stage 4 cancer.
19:10
And but let's talk about maybe both of us because, because I
19:13
think there's a big message of hope through all this as well
19:16
and positivity because my community actually re
19:21
replenished all of the tokens from my our project, our
19:25
project, not my project, our project that were stolen from
19:29
me. They set up a charity multi sig
19:31
wallet over the course of like 6 weeks.
19:33
Amazingly, because I never thought it would happen,
19:37
everybody donated coins back and got me to the point where I had
19:42
the same amount of tokens in the project that I had before the
19:46
hack. But you've got a really, I think
19:49
heart as I understand it. I want to hear from you heart
19:51
warming story as well and in terms of what some people did to
19:54
kind of help you after this happened.
19:59
Yeah, I. I actually there's quite a bit I
20:03
want to say about this, like basically when the heck happened
20:08
and when you see me crying there and there's even longer and I
20:12
the world is still alive. If somebody wishes to find it,
20:15
you can find it on my stream or like the world is still there,
20:20
but I go live. I go back live, I go into
20:26
basically there's one chat room that's been helping me like for
20:30
the whole year. Those guys sponsored the
20:32
Starling. They are like the legends that
20:35
taught me crypto. You know, I went with them
20:38
through finance Smart chain run when it like the old, old
20:43
finance smart chain run we are talking about and basically a
20:47
good, good. I went to some good guys, you
20:51
know, to talk to them and to basically say goodbye because at
20:57
that point when I got hacked, you know, it was 3:00 AM.
21:02
It was maybe 4 AMI don't remember exactly, but I woke up
21:06
my mom. She leaves behind a thin wall.
21:09
I woke up my baby bro. They all came in.
21:12
They I just couldn't look at anybody's eyes.
21:17
Like in my mind, you know, I didn't only, well, I lost money,
21:22
you know, that can save my life. And basically, if I lose, if I
21:26
die, you know, they all will be sad.
21:28
So it's just, it's just I was so sad and I was basically telling
21:35
to everybody that, yeah, I'm done.
21:36
Like I actually give up like this time.
21:40
And thankfully, like the Discord owner that I'm talking about
21:45
told me like, don't you dare. He's one of the guys that taught
21:50
me basically Krypton and he's been a mentor and, and helping
21:55
over the years. When my dog passed away, he
21:58
helped me to bury him and stuff like that.
22:02
Amazing guy. But he told me don't you dare.
22:05
He told me to like immediately change the dev wallet.
22:10
Like he got me to do it. He got me to make the tweet like
22:13
while I was like completely, you know, out of it.
22:18
Like I was, my body was giving up.
22:21
But like he was pulling me through.
22:23
Like he was like, and I have never met the guy, you know, in
22:27
my life. I have never seen him.
22:29
But I know him over like 5-6 years.
22:33
Like he's a mentor to me, you know, and yeah, he got me to do
22:40
it. And I joked, like I stopped the
22:45
stream and I joked to the boys in Discord, like, all right,
22:49
guys, we made the tweet. I changed the wallet.
22:52
Like I am still, you know, so broken that I'm going to go to
22:56
bed and ha ha, I'm going to wake up as national news.
23:02
Yeah. So I wake up in like 7 hours I
23:06
think. I didn't sleep a lot.
23:08
I wake up and there are people just you know, bombarding me
23:13
like in every possible place I know.
23:17
Telegram, discord X. Like the post I made about the
23:22
coin the video showed it got already like 1,000,000 views
23:26
over the night for me. Just so you understand.
23:31
You know my, my original post that I've been sharing over a
23:35
year for people to help me and donate money to like my donation
23:41
wallets. It it maximum got like 30,000
23:45
views. So over the night I have million
23:48
views. I wake up and there are actually
23:52
people explaining me that Alex Becker is trying to reach out to
23:57
me and I just woke up. You know, I'm completely sleepy.
24:02
I'm going to my PC. I open the EMS, Alex Becker
24:06
tells tells me send me your wallet and I will send the small
24:10
test. Test the transaction.
24:14
You tell me, you get it, and I send you all the amount that you
24:18
lost. Wow.
24:21
I am, you know, lost. I'm not really using, you know,
24:24
anything from my phantom wallet anymore.
24:26
You know, I'm not touching that. So the fastest thing in my mind,
24:31
you know, I open soul scan, I open my new dev wallet and I
24:36
copy the last address that has the same 4 digits at the
24:43
beginning and at the end that I use for my exchange to safely
24:50
secure the fees, you know that I get since the hack.
24:54
And I sent him that wallet. He sends the test transaction.
24:58
I'm checking there's nothing coming in.
25:00
I'm starting to sweat it already.
25:03
Like I'm, I'm shaking and I'm, I'm texting him like something
25:08
is not OK. I, I didn't get to send a
25:12
message and he sends me OK. I send out 32 1/2 thousand to
25:17
that wallet. Like I hope you feel OK.
25:20
But I was brosky and in my mind, just so you understand, you
25:26
know, I was basically hacked twice.
25:30
So I was spoofed in the morning. Oh boy.
25:38
So yeah, first time I took off the fees, you know already that
25:41
piled up there because people were telling me like now the
25:44
first thing you do, you wake up, you send the fees to your maxi
25:47
wallet. Somebody was spoofing me and
25:51
sending me small transaction of 00.1, so on with the same four
25:56
and last digits of, of my wallet, you know, and that's
25:59
usually how I check my wallet. I just send it to Alex Becker
26:03
and yeah, he sent it to basically the wrong address.
26:06
And just, I'm sitting there and I'm already like, OK, that's it.
26:11
I'm, I'm standing up. I'm about to break my PCI.
26:15
Lost $65,000 in a span of eight hours and I'm telling him like,
26:22
thank you. Hold on one second, Reva.
26:25
I'm getting. Can you hear me, Reva?
26:29
Yeah, I can hear you, but your video is is frozen.
26:35
You my video is frozen. Yeah, I don't know this, that
26:40
act. This actually may be on my side.
26:43
I'm back. OK, so Alex Becker is who's
26:46
doing all this? Who's saying?
26:48
And you got, you got spooked twice.
26:51
I got that much. So then, then then what?
26:56
Yeah, basically I tell him like, sorry man, I lost.
27:01
Like I send you the wrong address and he's like, OK, don't
27:05
worry, send me the right address this time.
27:08
And basically he sent the money twice and and everything just
27:14
goes crazy from there. Like there are easy eats bodega
27:19
trying to reach out to me in comments like they he wants to
27:23
donate 10 KUSDC. Somebody else is reaching out.
27:28
He wants to donate 10 KUSDC. So Jakey during the night when I
27:33
was sleeping, just said that he bought my coin and that he's
27:38
going to support me. And you know, for me, he's a
27:42
pump fun streamer. He's like, he's from base at
27:46
house, like he's a guy, Like, what is going on?
27:50
You know, not in my wild dreams. I couldn't know, like what to
27:59
do. And then I was next day, I was
28:03
in a Discord room with FBI agents who were like trying to
28:08
catch the the hacker. And like some people came
28:13
together and they actually found the guy, but they haven't caught
28:17
him yet, as I understand. So they know he's like who he
28:24
is, but they haven't caught him. And and that all that is all
28:30
happening in the next day and two.
28:36
And yeah, basically everybody is showing up.
28:39
My coin is blowing up. Like the fees are coming in.
28:43
At this point, I just don't know what to do.
28:47
Like, I am completely lost. I don't know how to say thank
28:51
you to people. Like at the beginning, the
28:54
biggest problem to me was like, I felt so obligated to run back
29:03
online and tell people like how thankful I am and that like I
29:08
want to continue streaming. I'm going to be here.
29:10
You know, I'm, I'm not giving up.
29:12
Like after what you guys did. What, what crypto Twitter
29:18
community showed up and show the power, you know, it, it just
29:24
blew my mind. And but basically I overdid it
29:28
by feeling obligated to come back online.
29:32
I was running around stores, getting new PC, getting new hard
29:36
drive just to be safe. I actually didn't tell this to
29:40
anybody and I haven't actually shared this because I was scared
29:45
that somebody's going to judge me.
29:46
But basically I couldn't buy a Ledger or treasure on the
29:52
Iceland. So I took an emergency flight to
29:56
Malaga, which was the closest place I could go to.
29:59
It's like a three hour flight. I actually flew there with my
30:03
mom in my condition, but it was a basically 12 hour trip.
30:08
We went there, we got me a treasure and we came back home.
30:13
But that had to be done just to also like save like part of the
30:18
donations and fees coming in because at this point I still
30:22
have to go through the taxes and everything.
30:24
But that's a whole another story.
30:28
But they are basically good. People are showing up that
30:30
there's well and the The thing is the first days were crazy
30:36
because there is like so much positivity.
30:39
You know, there is so much love and mostly it was love.
30:44
But sadly, you know, probably maybe you've been there,
30:47
especially if you got hacked. And I think people, I don't
30:52
know, but I, I assumed that people were accusing you for at
30:57
least a week or two that like you just trick them, you know,
31:01
you sold the coin, probably run away with the money.
31:05
And that is that is what I was getting.
31:08
There was probably like one person from 5 different accounts
31:11
just telling me that like I hacked myself.
31:17
I pumped the coin to 2 million. Like, yeah, sure, whatever, you
31:22
know? Yeah, I ran away with more than
31:26
1,000,000 in like dollars. Like I'm asking, you know, can
31:30
you show like some transactions and proof like where is the
31:33
$1,000,000 going and coming? Like, I would love to have a
31:38
million, you know? I your story and my story are so
31:42
similar. This live streams about you.
31:44
So I don't want to talk about me that much.
31:45
And most of my community knows my story very well.
31:48
But I went through the same thing.
31:52
And there are a few people out there that occasionally pop up
31:55
and say, oh, Ron's a scammer. Ron rugged his own community.
31:59
And it's, it is very hurtful. I don't see it very often and I
32:03
don't even reply because you know what?
32:05
I know the truth and I think everybody out there knows the
32:08
truth. And I often, and whenever it
32:11
does come up, I just say, hey, if you want to bet me $1,000,000
32:17
that, that we can, that we can prove or disprove this, I'm
32:20
happy to take that bet and I'll take it anytime over and over.
32:24
And then they don't say anything because I would, right?
32:27
And it, it is hurtful to hear that.
32:29
But you know what? I think you and I both know on
32:31
the Internet people can say whatever they want.
32:34
And, and I know that in the long run, the truth always comes out.
32:38
The other thing I want to mention, so similar in our
32:41
stories, like right after I got hacked, I got called by a guy
32:44
named Keith Grossman, who's an executive at a company called
32:48
Moon Pay. And it really, you know, he was
32:51
like, hey, we, you know, don't leave crypto over this Ron, you
32:54
know, we're going to and he helped kind of facilitate some
32:58
other people, another group of people who set up the multi sig
33:04
donations wallet for me. But there were some really good
33:07
people to me. It was, you know, and and really
33:10
great people obviously in my community that were there and
33:14
stood by. And it just shows to me that
33:17
like, you know, yeah, there's this little bitty part of the
33:21
people in crypto who are devious bad actors, but there are so
33:26
many more people who are good people and just really good
33:30
hearted, kind people that far outweigh these, you know, scum
33:36
balls that are out there that that, that do some pretty bad
33:40
things. Yeah, that, that's, that's true.
33:45
Yeah. The the positivity was piling
33:48
in, you know, but for me it was just hard to not see all those
33:52
comments, you know, and I was, I was rage baited few times.
33:56
Like I was, I was replying to them and then deleting the
34:00
replies in 15 minutes because I would breathe and understand
34:03
like, OK, I shouldn't be doing this.
34:05
Like they are just literally rage baiting me.
34:09
And that's what they want. They want the reply.
34:11
You know, they want me to be mad on the other side.
34:15
So slowly but surely, like the positivity just took over.
34:19
So now they're just positivity leftover.
34:22
Like that's literally like some people knew my chart went again,
34:27
it went to like there's no secret.
34:29
You know, it went to 11,000,000 and it dumped to like 60K now
34:34
after, I don't know, 20 days, something like that.
34:38
And there is still like at least 100 people in my messages who
34:43
don't care about the church. They care about me getting
34:47
healthy and then continuing, you know, like my dream.
34:51
That is like making this into a one big stream, like me going
34:57
across the globe and helping other people out from the fees
35:00
that I can, I can keep earning, you know, and on the platform
35:05
and, and yeah, and that's just insane.
35:08
That's one thing, you know, I have people that care about me
35:11
nowaday. I have people that are actually
35:14
helping me with things that I've been looking for over a year.
35:18
I've been begging for help in crypto, not crypto Twitter, but
35:22
in Twitter in general. I would, I would be looking for
35:25
ivermectin, fanbadazole, you know, that's some alternative
35:29
medicine that you can try to use to fight cancer.
35:34
In this aggressive stage that I have and like the I would
35:40
usually get scam replies like you would always get scam
35:44
replies. You would, people will try to
35:46
scam you. It's really hard to get those
35:48
things in Europe. I think Big pharma don't want
35:51
you to get them anyway. That doesn't matter.
35:55
But now there are people who actually came into, came into my
36:00
DMS, they found out that I need them and they are real people
36:03
who also fought cancer. They have won their battle and
36:08
they are sending me their supply that they have leftover and
36:11
they're sending me safe suppliers where I can buy and
36:15
like that's insane. Then I have people from London
36:19
who are like also cancer oncology experts and they are
36:24
trying to look into my case and and find out can maybe a surgery
36:30
can be done faster than my doctors are telling me here in
36:33
Spain. Basically they are just trying
36:36
to get second opinion for me, you know, and that was never an
36:39
option before. And now people just start
36:42
trying, coming and offering and not even asking, you know,
36:45
anything back. They really just want to help
36:48
out. There are, there are so many
36:52
nice people. I mean, I almost tear up because
36:55
I mean, I know you're 26, right? I'm almost 56.
37:00
I'm 55. I'm 27.
37:03
OK, Happy birthday, my friend. Thank you.
37:06
I'm 30. I'm 30 years older than you.
37:08
It's amazing the the what can be done on crypto Twitter on Web 3
37:15
on just with like what we're doing right now, like the people
37:19
from all over the world and I had a lot of people that did a
37:22
lot of nice things for my wife Susie.
37:25
This is this is my wife Susie. She talks to me on a
37:28
walkie-talkie from upstairs. But but the just amazing nice
37:34
acts of like and like you said, wanting nothing in return.
37:38
And look, 10 months ago I started my coin just just like
37:45
almost exactly 10 months ago, 10 months ago today, I never owned
37:49
a crypto. I'd never owned a crypto in my
37:51
life. I did it as an experiment.
37:53
I never had a wallet. I mean I had 0 crypto
37:57
experiment. And you didn't expect it to go,
37:59
but it didn't know. No, I'd say no it mine went mine
38:03
went to like I mean I put I put $100 through moon pay who now
38:08
who now sponsors my channel. I put $100 into a crypto wallet
38:13
and then on pump fun created Unicorn fart dust and 24 I don't
38:17
know 30-6 hours later it was worth the market cap was
38:21
millions of dollars. I had a real similar experience
38:24
to you, except I didn't have the cancer, right?
38:27
I mean, that's that. There's a big difference.
38:29
I looked at your lunch story. It's amazing story.
38:32
It's. Amazing.
38:33
It's nuts, man, you know, but I'll tell you what, it was A and
38:36
and and then I like I did sell some during the 1st 24 hours,
38:41
right, which was a horrible idea because the market cap was like,
38:44
I don't know, 500,000 or whatever.
38:46
And then I said, I won't sell because I realized like what was
38:50
going on in the people, right? Immediately it's like these
38:54
people in crypto. It's, it's, it's there's like I
38:58
said, there's that little bitty segment of not good.
39:01
And there's a whole massive segment of just people, the
39:06
investors, the people that are buying the coins, whatever every
39:09
the the community members that are just absolutely incredible.
39:13
They don't want anything in return.
39:15
They do the most wonderful like they did for you, like they did
39:19
for me, like I've seen them do for other people, just like the
39:22
most wonderful. So I felt the same way you did.
39:25
I'm like I but I felt that even before this the hack, I'm like
39:29
these these every coin has a person with it, right, And I'm
39:33
like, these are people and what they're doing is all.
39:37
I mean, it was just it was unbelievable.
39:38
It's really unbelievable what the, you know, the good that is
39:42
out there in the in the crypto world.
39:45
It's it's insane to see. And this is also a thing I
39:49
wanted to mention like like I never in my wildest dreams
39:54
imagined that I created like a small meta.
39:59
But after my coin blew up, after the story blew up, many people,
40:05
as much as I know, came to pump fund to stream and raise money
40:10
for their battles. Yeah, different battles, you
40:14
know. And a lot of them succeeded,
40:16
like who were genuine, you know, and stuff like that.
40:20
Like, for example, there was mom who has a small child and she's
40:25
fighting cancer and she earned enough money to now cover her
40:29
all expenses. I even came to her stream,
40:33
donated a little bit to her and then she has since then donated
40:39
it forward to somebody else because she's also not in need
40:44
for this much, you know, like and another guy who has a brain
40:50
injury and he has two daughters and a wife, you know, and he's
40:56
trying to raise 100K like quite fast to so he can keep walking
41:01
and keep living with his family. Like he has raised 60,000 over
41:06
the last two weeks. And like, he told me that
41:09
basically they both told me that they saw my story and I gave
41:13
them the inspiration, which is like, I can't believe that I
41:18
inspired somebody to like go live and do it and like,
41:24
basically save their lives almost, you know, like some of
41:28
these people are actually saving their lives.
41:31
And, and now they're helping authors like trying to follow
41:35
what I'm doing, you know, which is amazing, just amazing to see.
41:41
It's insane. I want to.
41:42
I want to go ahead. And we like we have already.
41:49
Not in my wildest dreams 26 days ago, I wouldn't have dreamed
41:54
that. I have already donated over
41:57
$13,000 to other cancer charity organizations and people.
42:03
Wow. So you.
42:04
So you, you, you, you've donated over 13,000 to other charity
42:10
organizations, is that? Right, Yes, good for you.
42:12
We've been getting, it's just been going to donations.
42:17
And, and I want to show you something real quick.
42:19
Our community for our coin Unicorn Fart desk did a charity
42:23
fundraiser for a pediatric, a children's cancer charity here
42:27
in the United States that we're still in the process of.
42:30
But last I checked, I'm sharing the screen there.
42:33
It's called Live Like a Unicorn, and I think the Unicorn name had
42:37
something to do initially, why the community chose it.
42:40
But they donate money for pediatric cancer, part of which
42:45
goes to these things called Unicorn boxes, which are these
42:49
like prize boxes that they send to children who are going
42:54
through chemotherapy. And the parents get the get to
42:58
kind of tell the, the, the charity what the kids like.
43:01
And, and yeah, I mean, and I'll tell you what, it feels good.
43:05
It's probably the best thing. You know, there's been a lot of
43:09
great things that I've been involved with with Unicorn Fart
43:12
Dust from the beginning. But to be able to raise money
43:15
for this charity has been one of the more definitely one of the
43:18
more rewarding. It feels good to do good things.
43:23
Is it that leave likeaunicorn.org?
43:28
Yeah. Yep, Yep.
43:29
I'll share the screen here again.
43:30
It is. Hold on here, let me pull it up
43:34
on my screen. Yeah, Liv.
43:35
But it's spelled Liv like a Unicorn.
43:39
And it's and the reason it's called, the reason it's Liv is
43:43
because the little girl, I think it was 10 or 11 years ago that
43:48
started it. Her name was Olivia, so and she
43:52
had cancer. And unfortunately she, from what
43:54
I understand, she passed away, but her parents kind of were
43:58
getting when she would go get her chemotherapy.
44:00
We're sending these boxes along with her.
44:04
Yeah. Anyway, I get choked up.
44:06
But the kids, other kids would see it.
44:09
So they started the charity, which is pretty cool, you know,
44:12
really, really cool. It's amazing.
44:15
Can you donate crypto there? Yeah, you can donate to them.
44:19
They don't take crypto, but on their website, if people want to
44:22
donate, there's a like a, a link where they can donate and they
44:27
make it real easy. I met I did a live stream with
44:31
one of the board members. Good people, great.
44:34
You know, it's been around for a long time.
44:36
It's a great, it's a great charity, a great charity
44:39
organization, definitely. You know who else helped me out?
44:43
I wanted to mention to you and I think I think it's, I want to
44:45
repeat this because it's so important.
44:47
The other similarity we had was I did not have my crypto in a
44:53
hardware wallet, cold storage. I just kept it, you know, on my
44:58
computer. And I was like you, I thought,
45:00
oh, I'm 55 years old. I've never been hacked.
45:03
I never, you know, nobody's ever stole my credit card even, but
45:07
whatever. I didn't think about security
45:11
until after something happened and and the other people that
45:14
helped me out afterwards were Ledger.
45:17
I know you talked about getting a hardware wallet, but Ledger,
45:21
the company kind of came to my rescue.
45:23
They actually sponsor my channel now and, and I use Ledger for
45:28
everything. I have the, you know, the signer
45:30
hardware wallet device. I use the Ledger live app and
45:34
that's, you know, where I, my primary wallet.
45:36
And I guess I, and I think you'll agree with me on this.
45:40
For anybody out there watching it, it can happen.
45:43
And you know, one of the management at Ledger said, you
45:48
know, they have a saying like think about security before
45:51
something happens because you can be tired and you can be
45:55
exhausted and you can be whatever.
45:57
And it just takes 1 little slip. And so many people after it
46:03
happened to me, that was the other thing.
46:05
So many people, executives, a big crypto companies reached out
46:09
to me and said, don't feel bad about it, Ron.
46:12
I mean, it's obviously it's horrible to get hacked, but
46:15
everybody, so many people said to me, it happened to me too.
46:18
It happened to me too. Like people that you would think
46:21
it wouldn't happen to. And then, you know, after you
46:24
know what happened to you and just a number of other people,
46:27
it does happen. Yeah, definitely guys.
46:32
Basically if you, if you hold money that means to use
46:38
something, just go ahead then invest like those $80.00 in a
46:43
Ledger or treasure, whatever you choose.
46:45
But yeah, just go ahead and do it.
46:48
It's better to be saved than than to download a Steam game
46:53
game and just never imagined that you can get hacked from
46:58
something like that. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
47:01
Hey, one more question for you. I know you, you said you had
47:04
about 50 minutes and we're getting close here.
47:06
A number of people in our community noticed that on a lot
47:10
of your graphics and things that you put out, you'll have
47:12
unicorns on there occasionally. Are you Are you a fan of
47:15
unicorns? I I don't know why, but I am,
47:20
Yeah. Like the Unicorn emoji has
47:22
always been in my mind. I, I use it a lot since I got
47:27
sick because it just brings joy to me.
47:29
You know, I like when you showed me like this charity
47:33
organization. I'm going to look more into it
47:35
and I'm going to try to donate them to them as well.
47:38
But it's amazing that they send out these boxes like I know, but
47:43
if, when you're sick with cancer, unicorns just make you
47:46
happy. I don't know, maybe it's a
47:48
common thing for cancer patients.
47:51
Yeah, when I, when I announced to our community that I was
47:55
going to be, I had this pleasure to meet with you, They a bunch
47:59
of people started. I got all these emails and
48:01
messages saying, hey, look, he's got unicorns, he likes unicorns.
48:05
So that is that is that. Is it was funny to say to me as
48:11
well, yeah, that you have like Unicorn theme all around you.
48:15
And then I always use the Unicorn emoji.
48:17
It was really nice to see. Yeah, let me, I want to pull up
48:23
your ex profile so people can see where they can follow you.
48:28
Hold on one second here. Hold on.
48:31
Let me pull this up. There's the live Like a Unicorn
48:34
website again. And I took the other one down.
48:39
Give me one second here before we say goodbye.
48:42
And if there's if, if, if people want to watch your streams, you
48:46
want to tell them where they can do that.
48:48
And then I'm going to try to here we go.
48:49
I'm going to pull up your ex profile as well.
48:58
Oh, can you hear me, Rasta? You might be having Internet.
49:02
OK, All right, so here is our friend revosrastalon.tv.
49:10
So on xitsrastalon.tv at Rastalon and I'm still.
49:17
Seeing. The now.
49:19
Now I got it. Now can you see it?
49:22
Yeah. OK, sorry guys, Rasta Land,
49:26
Rasta Land TV and it's at Rasta Land TV is the is the handle.
49:33
What about if they want to watch one of your streams?
49:36
How would they be able to do that?
49:39
So usually I stream cross stream on Fun fun and on X when I'm
49:45
home from my PC. But I'm also streaming my
49:50
journey now that I go to hospital and get chemotherapy I
49:55
stream from hospital but sadly that I can't multi stream yet so
50:01
that is only on pump fun if you want to see that.
50:05
But I always share a link on my ex profile so if you follow me
50:09
on that you should be. It should be easy to find.
50:14
Yeah, yeah. So everybody, please go out
50:16
there, give him a follow. I want to say thank you real
50:20
quickly to my sponsors, Moon Pay and Ledger, and it's been a real
50:26
pleasure to get to talk with you today.
50:28
You're a good man and I know you're doing a lot of good
50:30
things. And I know the Unicorn fart dust
50:33
community support you and I think it's more than just a
50:38
coincidence that you like unicorns.
50:41
And, and I'm and I'm and I think it's really cool that you like
50:45
what live like a Unicorn. The foundation is doing as well.
50:48
You didn't tell us you're you're you're the we're both developers
50:52
of meme coins. Tell us where people can find
50:56
your meme coin. Is it, is it called cancer or is
50:59
there a different name for it? And I'm sure there's links on
51:01
your profile as well. It's a cancer and the official
51:06
contract address is in my Bo on my ex profile, but the ticker is
51:12
cancer. And then it says help me beat
51:15
cancer because then there's some copies of course out there and
51:19
stuff like that. Also crazy to see like people
51:23
making copies and and and and trying.
51:27
It was it was insane. There were people coming and
51:31
begging me to like support different fuck cancer tokens and
51:38
stuff like that, you know? I know exactly, I know exactly
51:41
what you're saying. I was in the same position and
51:43
they're very. They're very tricky about it
51:45
also. Yeah, yeah, They, they sound so
51:48
genuine. They're like, want to help you.
51:50
But like, at the end of the day, like, I have my coin and I'm
51:55
going to stick with it. You know, I'm not going
51:58
anywhere. The idea is that I will be this
52:02
thing that I have on my back, sadly, yeah.
52:05
And after I do that, I will figure out a way to go to some
52:11
incredibly beautiful places. But there are a lot of places
52:16
that are incredibly beautiful, but people need help there, and
52:20
I hope that I can go around those places and help them out
52:23
with the creep. The power of crypto, the power
52:26
of crypto community. People crypto is about the
52:31
people, right? It really is it crypto's for
52:33
people. Crypto is for community and,
52:37
and, and I believe that at the end of the day, you know, the
52:42
good of the people and the good of community because of the way
52:45
crypto was set up, right? Those original ethos, the
52:50
original structure and how it was made that, that the good of
52:53
the people is definitely going to prevail.
52:56
And, and it's been a great honour.
52:58
Is there anything I forgot to ask you?
53:00
Anything you want to add before we we say goodbye?
53:04
That's probably something that fell out of my mind now with the
53:07
JAMA therapy, just like that, you know, my mind is all over
53:11
the place. But no, mostly like I just want
53:15
to say again, thank you for all and everybody who is out there
53:21
in the crypto space and who shared my story, who looked into
53:24
it, who cares who who bought the coin, who sell the coin.
53:28
It doesn't matter. You know, you can just thank
53:31
you. Like thank you from the bottom
53:33
of my heart, from the bottom of my heart, from my family, like
53:37
my mom and me. Like it was hard.
53:41
Like the first six days it was hard.
53:43
I was, I was getting rage baited.
53:46
The hate was getting to me. But now, since then, since then,
53:51
it's been amazing. I had the chance to actually, my
53:55
brother came to from Latvia to to meet me and I haven't met him
54:00
for over a year. Like I have another brother that
54:03
lives still in Latvia. He was here for six days and we
54:06
had some amazing time. We live streamed that as well on
54:09
my on my channel. And yeah, it's just just thank
54:16
you to everybody and, and I hope that the good prevail.
54:22
Well, the goodwill prevail always.
54:24
The goodwill, the good, the guys, let me tell you.
54:27
Let me tell you something. The good is prevailing right
54:29
now, OK? I believe you and believe in you
54:33
100% and I believe that you're going to get better.
54:37
And I know in my heart that you're a good person, OK?
54:41
And I know that there are a lot more good people out there.
54:45
I think the world, the vast majority, the VAT most everybody
54:50
is, is falls into the good category and the good is
54:54
prevailing. And the fact that like right
54:56
now, you and I are together and the people that helped you and
55:00
the, the people at Moon pay and Ledger that helped me and, and
55:04
this and the people that are out there that the, the good, I'm
55:08
getting fired up. But I'm telling you, the
55:10
goodwill prevail and the, and the structure of crypto is going
55:14
to guarantee that, right? Everything's transparent.
55:17
If you were a scammer, somebody would have proved it.
55:19
If I was a scammer, somebody would have proved it.
55:21
But we're not. And that's why we're here, and
55:24
that's why we're continuing to do good things, and we'll
55:27
continue to do it as well. Yeah, yeah, I totally agree and
55:32
thank you Moon Pie. Thank you Ledger for sponsoring
55:36
this stream and thank you everybody.
55:39
It's. Been very nice We're we're we're
55:42
going to talk again my friend. OK, I know you got to run.
55:46
It's been great on Behalf. Of I have to do third day of
55:50
five day chemotherapy so I have today and two more days left
55:54
till Friday. I hope it goes well, but two
55:57
days I've done, I'm still feeling very good, very strong.
56:00
Like usually I am not like this, but I think part of it, it's
56:05
because of you. You asked me to join the stream
56:08
before I started the channel and I just been so excited then and
56:13
like I never imagined that I would be on a big channel like
56:18
this and talking to somebody who is also doing good in.
56:22
The world you're in, you're you're in my basement, right?
56:26
You know, you've made it to the big time and that that's a big
56:29
what you just said is a is a big compliment.
56:33
And I just want everybody out there who's joining us right now
56:35
to remember this man is in the middle of doing chemotherapy and
56:40
he's on here and he's spreading some good and has a great
56:44
attitude. And I think there's a big lesson
56:47
that you're that you're giving to all of us.
56:49
So hey, thank you. Good luck.
56:51
OK. And I'm going to look forward to
56:53
seeing you next time. All right, see you Revo.
56:56
Can't wait. Thank you so much.
56:58
Thank you guys. Hold on, I got to press.
