- 4:50Speaker 1: everybody hates about being a guy. Notice Toxic masculinity. Apparently
- 4:53Speaker 1: we're like number five in the whole toxic masculinity podcast category.
- 4:58Speaker 1: I didn't even know there was such a categor Sorry,
- 5:00Speaker 1: but here we are anyway, and we are in missing
- 5:03Speaker 1: man formation. We're missing g tonight. We also don't have
- 5:05Speaker 1: our bar babe, so a dry, toxic masculinity. I don't
- 5:09Speaker 1: know how I feel about this, Andrew, Did you bring
- 5:11Speaker 1: a drink? Maybe? Did you maybe please tell me you
- 5:13Speaker 1: brought a drink? Maybe? Maybe I got my flask? I
- 5:19Speaker 1: mean you always have your I'm not sure that counts.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I'm not sure that counts.
- 5:24Speaker 5: I mean, I brought a drink, but it's you.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Didn't bring enough to share, enough to go around. I
- 5:36Speaker 1: didn't bring enough to share, though, did you? I see
- 5:38Speaker 1: how it is anyway?
- 5:39Speaker 9: So that's what I got in my flask.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Nice. So, yeah, it's been a day. How are y'all? Yeah?
- 5:51Speaker 1: We keep running into that with your whole monthly taco
- 5:54Speaker 1: and bourbonshipments. You keep telling me I'm going to get
- 5:56Speaker 1: and I never get them because they don't pass quality control.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I'm starting to figure out I think you are the
- 6:00Speaker 1: quality control.
- 6:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:04Speaker 9: By the way, uh, did you stock up your couch
- 6:11Speaker 9: cushion taco supply? Am I the only one who remembers
- 6:17Speaker 9: that conversation?
- 6:17Speaker 5: Now? Who does? Well?
- 6:22Speaker 1: He was waiting on an answer, and neither one answered him. So,
- 6:25Speaker 1: I mean I don't have to stock mine up. They're
- 6:27Speaker 1: still there. So yeah, it was a superfluous question.
- 6:33Speaker 6: Yeah, so how many couch talkers do you have?
- 6:37Speaker 9: Not enough?
- 6:40Speaker 1: There's no such thing as enough couch talks.
- 6:43Speaker 5: Every time I rotate it for fresh stock, it's you know,
- 6:47Speaker 5: I always think to myself, I need more.
- 6:53Speaker 1: There's never enough couch tacos, just like there's never.
- 6:58Speaker 9: If you're gonna get into a Mash marath and you
- 7:00Speaker 9: gotta have a full supply of couch tacos.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Well, I mean the gut Well, I mean, honestly, if
- 7:05Speaker 1: you're doing Mash right, you should have your emergency taco
- 7:08Speaker 1: pocket shorts on two. So you should have an ample
- 7:10Speaker 1: supply of topcos. Yeah. Well yeah, so you know, because
- 7:16Speaker 1: who can't who who can watch Mash without tacos.
- 7:21Speaker 9: Or pocket fheatous?
- 7:22Speaker 1: This is true?
- 7:24Speaker 5: Oh the only.
- 7:27Speaker 9: So you had a day wreck.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's been a day. The mothership is half down.
- 7:42Speaker 1: It's actually technically completely down if not for some rendeck engineering,
- 7:45Speaker 1: otherwise we wouldn't even be doing this tonight. So yeah,
- 7:48Speaker 1: because the electrician kind of scratched his head for a
- 7:50Speaker 1: second when he came out like, I don't even know
- 7:53Speaker 1: how this has been working for this long, and I'm
- 7:55Speaker 1: like I don't know either, but can you fix it?
- 7:59Speaker 1: He's like, no, I could replace will I can replace it.
- 8:05Speaker 1: I cannot fix it. Fun times fun times anyway, So yeah.
- 8:10Speaker 9: It's funny when you told me, when you told me
- 8:12Speaker 9: how you got the mothership running, I said, God, that
- 8:14Speaker 9: reminds me of when I was in college. I did
- 8:15Speaker 9: the same thing to steal power from vacant apartments. I
- 8:20Speaker 9: decided San Diego Gas Electric was charging way too much
- 8:23Speaker 9: for the amount of power I used.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Well, they always do. But then you know, yeah, I
- 8:29Speaker 1: probably wouldn't have I probably wouldn't have freaked out so
- 8:32Speaker 1: much if I had remembered that we have, you know,
- 8:35Speaker 1: a socket on the pole, and I have a garage
- 8:38Speaker 1: that still has an entirely sepp breaker. So I was
- 8:40Speaker 1: able to get creative and still at least get some
- 8:43Speaker 1: power back into the house. But dude, for like an
- 8:45Speaker 1: hour today, I was just like, ah, I was almost
- 8:48Speaker 1: jroken out. I don't even know as it was like
- 8:51Speaker 1: out of nowhere. I'm like, at least when it was
- 8:52Speaker 1: acting up before it was like the front of the
- 8:54Speaker 1: house would go dark for a little bit and then
- 8:56Speaker 1: I could finagl it enough to get it back on. Yeah,
- 8:58Speaker 1: the fanagling didn't work today. The finiggling. I'm I'm I'm
- 9:01Speaker 1: still replaying everything that happened in my head and I'm like, dude,
- 9:05Speaker 1: if I had not held my tongue just right, I
- 9:07Speaker 1: probably wouldn't be here having this conversation today. That's how
- 9:10Speaker 1: that went. Yeah, so yeah, I should have died. Fun times.
- 9:16Speaker 1: But yeah, so now we've got to replace the entire
- 9:19Speaker 1: breaker box, the wiring coming into the house. So yeah,
- 9:24Speaker 1: it's gonna be fun.
- 9:27Speaker 9: Not and gen Z and millennials complain about how they'll
- 9:31Speaker 9: never be homeowners.
- 9:32Speaker 6: They're missing all this joy.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Dude, I'm telling you're enjoy kids right now. I'm wishing
- 9:38Speaker 1: I was a renter again. I'm not gonna lie so
- 9:41Speaker 1: I'd be like, hey, this is a you problem, fucker,
- 9:45Speaker 1: and no, They're like, no, this is a you problem
- 9:47Speaker 1: because you're the homeowner. I'm like yeah, because even the
- 9:50Speaker 1: electric company when I called them, I was like, uh,
- 9:52Speaker 1: I don't know if it's me or y'all, but I
- 9:54Speaker 1: just lost power, you know, trying to play dumb thinking
- 9:56Speaker 1: maybe they didn't somebody have the look you know they didn't.
- 9:59Speaker 1: They're like, yeah, we still have a at the meter,
- 10:00Speaker 1: so you're fucked call somebody else.
- 10:02Speaker 9: Yeah fuck yeah, our responsibility end is at the meter.
- 10:07Speaker 1: And then I was like, wait, they have a reading
- 10:08Speaker 1: at the meter, and there's a plug on the pole,
- 10:11Speaker 1: so I can rig this for a couple of days.
- 10:15Speaker 5: But yeah, so anyway, yeah, that's.
- 10:20Speaker 1: What I spent my afternoon doing, was, you know, figuring
- 10:23Speaker 1: out which chords I could run where. So yeah, I
- 10:28Speaker 1: have absolutely no fans in the house save the one
- 10:31Speaker 1: in my studio that was already plugged into the search
- 10:33Speaker 1: partictor that's now daisy chained into an extension chord to
- 10:36Speaker 1: make everything else run. So I have one air conditioner.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I have my refrigerator, so at least, even though it's
- 10:42Speaker 1: like one hundred degrees outside, it's only like eighty in
- 10:44Speaker 1: my house right now. So yeah, because the fans don't that,
- 10:49Speaker 1: there's no fans to circulate the air, so it's not
- 10:51Speaker 1: getting any cool or tel it cool. But I'm alive
- 10:57Speaker 1: and I'm able to do this, so which has kind
- 11:01Speaker 1: of become my job. So I was really fair, was
- 11:03Speaker 1: like I can't write stories. I can't do shit because
- 11:06Speaker 1: I got no power. What am I gonna do? And
- 11:09Speaker 1: then he's like, even if you, even if we figure
- 11:12Speaker 1: out a way to you know, get you squared away
- 11:14Speaker 1: where we can start the work, it's gonna be probably
- 11:16Speaker 1: a week or so because we got to get the
- 11:18Speaker 1: parts first, Like you suck.
- 11:22Speaker 9: You.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Suck. And then he starts quoting me prices and I'm
- 11:28Speaker 1: just feeling my testicles shrink up into my stomach as
- 11:31Speaker 1: he's telling me, and this is gonna cost this much,
- 11:33Speaker 1: and this is gonna cost as much. And oh, by
- 11:36Speaker 1: the way, you still have aluminum wiring and we can't
- 11:38Speaker 1: even touch that. So the electric company is gonna have
- 11:40Speaker 1: to come out and do with that to get coup
- 11:42Speaker 1: or wires ran into the place where I'm gonna be
- 11:44Speaker 1: able to put the new bus.
- 11:46Speaker 9: Yeah, unfortunately that's probably not in your house.
- 11:49Speaker 6: That's outside the house.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Yeah, because it's amazing. It's the trunk lines, so that
- 11:56Speaker 1: that won't cost me anything, at least it shouldn't. But
- 11:59Speaker 1: it's the whole coordinating between the electric company to the
- 12:02Speaker 1: contractor everything. And I'm like, I hate you. And then
- 12:07Speaker 1: for like a half a second, I almost had him
- 12:09Speaker 1: convinced because I found the I found the two twenty breaker,
- 12:12Speaker 1: the main that isn't working anymore for like three hundred bucks.
- 12:15Speaker 1: But like, if I get that, can you put it in?
- 12:18Speaker 1: And then he started looking at the grounding real He's like,
- 12:20Speaker 1: you have pieces of your grounding reil missing. I can't
- 12:22Speaker 1: fix this anymore, son of a bitch.
- 12:25Speaker 6: I'm out the bitch.
- 12:29Speaker 11: Yr son of it.
- 12:31Speaker 5: You just need ae of copper, need twenty foot piece
- 12:35Speaker 5: of copper to drive down and test the wire two rounded.
- 12:42Speaker 9: Yeah, well, jam some ree bar in the ground and
- 12:45Speaker 9: you'll be fine.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Well nose the main breaker like the big one, the
- 12:50Speaker 1: two hundred, the big one. Yeah, it's it's gone. It's fried.
- 12:53Speaker 1: It won't it won't be won't. It won't even go
- 12:56Speaker 1: all the way back into the You can try to
- 12:58Speaker 1: reset me now position it just as it's like nope,
- 13:02Speaker 1: I'm done, I quit.
- 13:05Speaker 9: But yeah, yeah, time yeah, Because I mean even though
- 13:08Speaker 9: your break for boxes out of code, like years out
- 13:10Speaker 9: of code, still, if you've got aluminum coming into the house,
- 13:15Speaker 9: I'm amazed this didn't happen years ago.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Well, it explains the random little sizzling sound I've been
- 13:23Speaker 1: hearing off and on and didn't really realize what it
- 13:26Speaker 1: was because I wasn't paying attention to where it was
- 13:28Speaker 1: coming from. And they're like, oh, that explains that then,
- 13:31Speaker 1: because aluminum wire just melts quick. So I'm sure I've
- 13:38Speaker 1: been having intermittent problems for a while and just never
- 13:41Speaker 1: really put the two together because when.
- 13:44Speaker 6: It doesn't, Yeah, yeah, that's.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Good time. But yeah, fun times, fun times. Buy a house,
- 13:54Speaker 1: they said, it'll be fun, they said.
- 13:56Speaker 6: Right, be a homeowner with the American dream.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Yeah still though, yeah, yeah, anyway, but yeah, I mean
- 14:06Speaker 1: you did put me on the right track for a
- 14:07Speaker 1: couple of things that I'm going to check on tomorrow.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Now that I have access to internet again, it can
- 14:10Speaker 1: actually charge my phone, because for like twenty seconds, I
- 14:12Speaker 1: was really freaking. I was like, do the only place
- 14:14Speaker 1: second we charge my phone right now was my damn car?
- 14:18Speaker 1: What I'm gonna do? So, yeah, I have a list
- 14:21Speaker 1: of things to do tomorrow in between work so I
- 14:25Speaker 1: can try to keep some money coming in. So ey,
- 14:27Speaker 1: fun times. But anyway, yeah, I do hope that works
- 14:30Speaker 1: out for you.
- 14:30Speaker 9: Hey, you want me to compound to your awesome day?
- 14:35Speaker 9: I don't know, but now at least forty three years
- 14:39Speaker 9: ago today.
- 14:41Speaker 1: You know what, I quit fuck you wilets God, dude,
- 14:50Speaker 1: tront is that dude that that would make that would
- 14:53Speaker 1: mean I was nine when that movie came.
- 14:55Speaker 9: Out July ninth, nineteen eighty two.
- 14:59Speaker 1: I was, Yeah, I only by a couple of months.
- 15:05Speaker 1: I don't care. The second one didn't exist to me anyway.
- 15:09Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, I'm sorry.
- 15:11Speaker 5: I mean the second one was okay. Just don't go
- 15:14Speaker 5: and inspect that anything.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. I mean the little bit that
- 15:20Speaker 1: I didn't mind about the second one got wiped out
- 15:24Speaker 1: when the dude was part of the White Dudes for
- 15:26Speaker 1: Harris group. I'm like, you know what, I just can't anymore.
- 15:29Speaker 1: I can't. I can't even look at you. I don't
- 15:30Speaker 1: care anymore. Like, how did you go from the dude
- 15:34Speaker 1: to bides to let's vote for this psycho bitch? I don't,
- 15:37Speaker 1: I don't, uh, I no, no.
- 15:39Speaker 5: No, it's see, you got to look at anything by
- 15:44Speaker 5: Disney for the last twenty years. It's going to be
- 15:47Speaker 5: stupid and well, yeah, expect nothing, expect to be disappointed,
- 15:56Speaker 5: and you're not.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Well. I will say the one thing about the Leela
- 16:00Speaker 1: on Stitch Live Action, I never watched the original, so
- 16:02Speaker 1: I wasn't disappointed. Everybody that I know that saw the
- 16:05Speaker 1: original cartoon version was like they cut all the good
- 16:07Speaker 1: parts out, like I wouldn't know. I never I never
- 16:09Speaker 1: watched the original, so I wasn't disappointed. I actually did
- 16:13Speaker 1: go back and try to watch the original, and I
- 16:14Speaker 1: fell asleep on.
- 16:15Speaker 5: It that that wasn't an original. The second dram was
- 16:23Speaker 5: an original, right, you know what?
- 16:29Speaker 9: Even Olivia Wilde couldn't carry that, which I can't think
- 16:34Speaker 9: about Olivia Wilde without thinking about big foot rotica.
- 16:39Speaker 1: I mean she tried to carry but yeah, for.
- 16:45Speaker 9: Those of you who don't get the joke about the
- 16:48Speaker 9: kilor'd joke about bigot rotica. Back in the days of
- 16:50Speaker 9: food Bar, we had to do a story about a
- 16:54Speaker 9: Virginia house race that was Cockburn and Wiggleman and one
- 17:04Speaker 9: of the uh, one of the participants in that one
- 17:09Speaker 9: of the candidates in that race was outed as being
- 17:12Speaker 9: an officiando bigfoot erotica. And the reason why Olivia Wilde
- 17:17Speaker 9: reminds me that is that Cockburn is her mom. So
- 17:20Speaker 9: you had Cockburn and bigfoot porn, oh wow? Or she
- 17:28Speaker 9: is Olivia Wilde's mom.
- 17:29Speaker 5: As he that was also in time the Sad Puppies.
- 17:33Speaker 5: It was also the same time the Sad Puppies campaign
- 17:36Speaker 5: was going on with the Hugos, so it kind of
- 17:37Speaker 5: all fit in because of all the books were nominated
- 17:42Speaker 5: there too, My hot My hot Key Rags.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Oh god, you know, the only puppies that weren't sad
- 17:57Speaker 1: the ones that were free.
- 17:59Speaker 9: Yeah, for the god damn it, Andrew, you you mentioned
- 18:02Speaker 9: fucking pickled eggs before the show. Now, I could absolutely
- 18:05Speaker 9: go for some pickled eggs.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Nope, nope, nope, I've already I've already had this discussion
- 18:11Speaker 1: with Andrew. I will be r s V ping no
- 18:13Speaker 1: on the pickled eg nights. Just no, okay, I don't.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I don't need you. I don't need y'all sticking up.
- 18:20Speaker 5: I mean, well, how else are we going to be toxic?
- 18:25Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 18:27Speaker 9: Yeah, pickled eggs and Heineken. That's gonna make for a
- 18:35Speaker 9: magic night and not dairy Kramer.
- 18:42Speaker 5: I think the only thing, I think, the only thing
- 18:45Speaker 5: that would work better on that one already would be
- 18:47Speaker 5: a red stripe.
- 18:51Speaker 9: Poray beer.
- 18:54Speaker 5: Yea beer.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Yeah. The good news, junkie is I don't have power
- 19:01Speaker 1: of running to the aluminum right now, regardless, but yes,
- 19:04Speaker 1: it will be getting replaced because I don't have a choice.
- 19:09Speaker 9: So there isn't aluminum in the house, it's just the
- 19:12Speaker 9: service that's aluminum.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Well according to him, he said, I have aluminum wires
- 19:17Speaker 1: coming into the house, but he can't find any trace
- 19:19Speaker 1: of any aluminum wires outside of the breaker box.
- 19:22Speaker 9: So yeah, I'll raise your house in just fucking that
- 19:25Speaker 9: makes sense.
- 19:26Speaker 5: That makes sense. That makes sense.
- 19:31Speaker 1: So and the good news is the garage when we
- 19:33Speaker 1: were additions, so it has copper. I had that check
- 19:36Speaker 1: the day too, of like, we need to go check
- 19:38Speaker 1: those wires and then I know we have power out
- 19:41Speaker 1: there because I need to find out if I need
- 19:42Speaker 1: to have that fix too. In for openny, in for
- 19:46Speaker 1: a pound, dammit. But yeah, they're gonna do it, do
- 19:49Speaker 1: it fun times. Hey, we have two erics in the.
- 19:56Speaker 9: Chat, so doing erics.
- 20:00Speaker 1: We have Eric squared. Yeah m hm.
- 20:06Speaker 5: So yes, I was exciting July fourth weekend as I did.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Uh you're gonna say my July fourth weekend was actually
- 20:19Speaker 1: pretty good. The a couple of days after not so much.
- 20:23Speaker 6: I have you had five July for its?
- 20:27Speaker 1: Well yeah, but I always have that, so that's nothing new.
- 20:30Speaker 1: You hush woman, my dog.
- 20:32Speaker 6: Your dog.
- 20:33Speaker 1: She's like, you're not paying attention to me, so come
- 20:35Speaker 1: pay attention to me. But yeah, I know, yeah, yeah,
- 20:44Speaker 1: your yours was eventful, but please share with.
- 20:47Speaker 5: The emergency room visits and blowing up a kitchen window.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Hey, I mean, what better way, what better way to
- 20:56Speaker 1: celebrate America than trash in the kitchen windows?
- 21:00Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 21:02Speaker 6: Hey, you know what I mean.
- 21:05Speaker 9: In your own house.
- 21:08Speaker 1: To say it wasn't.
- 21:09Speaker 5: You If you're not visiting the er for injuries or
- 21:13Speaker 5: blowing up stuff, are you really still breaking the fourth right?
- 21:19Speaker 6: Any holiday?
- 21:19Speaker 9: Really? Right?
- 21:22Speaker 5: All right? I just I'm just saying, you know, are
- 21:26Speaker 5: you are you really American? Or are you just a Britan?
- 21:29Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 21:31Speaker 12: Right?
- 21:31Speaker 9: Are you just a Briton Britton?
- 21:32Speaker 6: A blue cloak.
- 21:35Speaker 9: Mot was good. I went to I I you know,
- 21:37Speaker 9: I toured around a couple of friends houses for you know,
- 21:40Speaker 9: burgers and hot dog and ship and yes, I did
- 21:42Speaker 9: bring my own peanut butter and I spread the word
- 21:46Speaker 9: about it because I am a pilgrim and then Holy
- 21:48Speaker 9: Land on that so I got a couple of converts
- 21:52Speaker 9: in real.
- 21:52Speaker 6: Life too, And excuse me, I just wasn't in the.
- 21:57Speaker 9: Mood for crowds after that. So I wasn't gonna go
- 22:00Speaker 9: watch the fireworks down at the lake. So I crawled
- 22:02Speaker 9: up on my roof where I can see the fireworks
- 22:05Speaker 9: from with a six pack of eight oh five and
- 22:08Speaker 9: enjoyed the show and made it off the roof. That's
- 22:12Speaker 9: the important thing.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Yeah, making it off the roof without you know, taking
- 22:16Speaker 1: the expressway down is always a good thing.
- 22:18Speaker 9: Yeah, And in my opinion, you get better booms the
- 22:21Speaker 9: farther you are away. Yeah, you don't get all the
- 22:24Speaker 9: you know, a little sparkle crackle shit, but the really
- 22:28Speaker 9: powerful mortars. I think you can feel that more like
- 22:32Speaker 9: when you're a mile and a half away or a
- 22:34Speaker 9: couple miles away than you are right under the detonation.
- 22:40Speaker 9: I learned that I was.
- 22:44Speaker 5: I let see them pretty good.
- 22:45Speaker 9: Friday years old.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I learned that you were Friday years old when you
- 22:49Speaker 1: learn that. Yeah, my son always manages to get the
- 22:53Speaker 1: ones that are like right below the commercial grade, like
- 22:56Speaker 1: the biggest you can get without having to have a
- 22:58Speaker 1: license to be able to get them. So yeah, we
- 23:01Speaker 1: usually set off some pretty big boomers.
- 23:04Speaker 6: See that's what.
- 23:05Speaker 9: Like, you're out in Oklahoma and you know where I'm
- 23:07Speaker 9: at access to uh quick easy access to Indian reservations
- 23:11Speaker 9: who have the best fireworks. They have the Hoosker News
- 23:16Speaker 9: and the Hooskar don'ts.
- 23:18Speaker 1: You know, that was the one thing I forgot to
- 23:20Speaker 1: do this year. I never once worked that bumper in
- 23:22Speaker 1: for the fourth.
- 23:23Speaker 9: Yeah, well we took the whole weekend off.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Yeah, well that's because I took a weekend off, so
- 23:31Speaker 1: it's but yeah, that's that's because every usually usually it
- 23:37Speaker 1: spread out. So usually like the weekend before, the little
- 23:41Speaker 1: town that I'm in does a kick ass Fourth of
- 23:43Speaker 1: July display or the little town that I'm next to,
- 23:46Speaker 1: so we usually go hang out on that one if
- 23:48Speaker 1: I'm not working. And then usually the night before the fourth,
- 23:53Speaker 1: the Purcell Lake will do theirs and then we usually
- 23:56Speaker 1: go to that, which this week it was or this
- 23:58Speaker 1: time it was actually on the fourth, so we went
- 24:01Speaker 1: there and then went to our friend's house on eight.
- 24:03Speaker 1: And then Saturday was the Saturday after the fourth, which
- 24:07Speaker 1: is usually when we do our big family get together,
- 24:09Speaker 1: but it's usually spaced out a few it's not usually like,
- 24:12Speaker 1: you know, back to back like that. So yeah, Friday, Saturday,
- 24:15Speaker 1: Sunday and Monday, I was doing fireworks.
- 24:20Speaker 9: For reasons see Andrew and no blown out windows and
- 24:23Speaker 9: no er trips. Did he really did his Fourth of
- 24:27Speaker 9: July ear trip a few days early?
- 24:30Speaker 1: I was gonna say, Jeff, Jeff actually managed to go
- 24:33Speaker 1: to the ear long enough for both of us, So
- 24:35Speaker 1: I'm gonna count his among mine.
- 24:36Speaker 6: So yeah, yeah, you got mine too, Jeff.
- 24:40Speaker 1: I'm still gonna say I was celebrating the fourth appropriately
- 24:43Speaker 1: because somebody was in the hospital for days. Well it was.
- 24:49Speaker 9: Yeah, Eric being able to share memes in chat too.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know why they don't have that feature.
- 24:59Speaker 1: You can share memes everywhere else on X.
- 25:01Speaker 9: I don't know what I mean, X is memes. I
- 25:04Speaker 9: mean I'm looking through my feed right now and it's
- 25:06Speaker 9: all memes and gifts, So it's weird.
- 25:10Speaker 5: Yeah, Well, we weren't the only ones at her neighborhood.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Weren't the only one window.
- 25:21Speaker 5: Well, see, see my little town, We're able to set
- 25:24Speaker 5: off fireworks starting for three days and the entire town
- 25:30Speaker 5: goes down and spends like four hundred thousand dollars buying
- 25:33Speaker 5: fireworks individually. And not only were we blowing up things
- 25:38Speaker 5: and blowing out windows, we had a neighbor two houses
- 25:42Speaker 5: down and he's shooting mortars that are going off and
- 25:45Speaker 5: landing at his house and shooting it took sober and
- 25:49Speaker 5: shoots at him or firing down the road trying to
- 25:52Speaker 5: blow up cars. So we were having fun. Swear there
- 25:59Speaker 5: was no there was no alcohol involved.
- 26:05Speaker 1: M Are you sure? There was absolutely no alcohol involved?
- 26:11Speaker 13: Like no, doesn't drink, but doesn't mean a fireworks. I
- 26:21Speaker 13: wouldn't like no fireworks, but.
- 26:25Speaker 1: There was drinking even if it wasn't. The peoples that
- 26:28Speaker 1: not the fireworks, That's what I'm saying.
- 26:29Speaker 5: So, but it was not involved. No, here hold my beer.
- 26:36Speaker 1: There should have been, dammit.
- 26:39Speaker 5: Oh that's the rest of the rest of the city.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Nice h mm hmm.
- 26:50Speaker 9: So while we're talking about alcohol, I am getting low,
- 26:55Speaker 9: you are, I am.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Well, we should probably take care of that. What do
- 27:01Speaker 1: you want me to play for break?
- 27:03Speaker 5: Oh?
- 27:04Speaker 9: I gets picked during our show. You go ahead find something.
- 27:08Speaker 1: You always complain about what I picked it, which is
- 27:10Speaker 1: why I usually ask.
- 27:11Speaker 9: You, Well, if I'm gonna complain and just go with it,
- 27:14Speaker 9: then mhm.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Uh you know what, I'm just gonna play this sift.
- 27:21Speaker 5: I gotta make sure thanks.
- 27:26Speaker 1: I don't have most of jeff stuff. I gotta find it.
- 27:33Speaker 1: And every time I think I'm gonna have five minutes
- 27:35Speaker 1: to find it, something goes sideways in my life. So
- 27:37Speaker 1: there's that. All right, We'll be back. Stay tuned, lad.
- 28:04Speaker 10: Click click town on.
- 28:06Speaker 8: The stepping on the radio, click quick up the town.
- 28:11Speaker 1: With the new style. I didn't know about why.
- 28:14Speaker 8: Click quick I'm on the radio station.
- 28:17Speaker 10: Talking about the day ship.
- 28:18Speaker 9: Wait the scene, the devastation I see.
- 28:27Speaker 10: I didn't see.
- 28:30Speaker 14: Said say the ser sid said.
- 28:37Speaker 9: Way, what the hell is wrong with me?
- 28:53Speaker 10: My mama tad weren't perfect mistake of no hand, No
- 28:56Speaker 10: cridess mentioned for me, what the sieves to be hold?
- 28:59Speaker 10: Everybody see that said that for that day. I'm gone
- 29:03Speaker 10: that a minute. Then show you something intact. Squick put
- 29:15Speaker 10: come to.
- 29:16Speaker 8: Town on the stepping me on the radio, quick put
- 29:20Speaker 8: come to town with the mill stop and didn't knowing
- 29:23Speaker 8: about why quick put on the radio.
- 29:26Speaker 10: Station, talk about the nation we not to sing the devastation?
- 29:31Speaker 10: Why up by what.
- 29:40Speaker 13: From?
- 29:41Speaker 12: And make to.
- 29:46Speaker 10: Weird?
- 29:54Speaker 1: Cuick put puck put who.
- 30:04Speaker 10: Quick quick.
- 30:14Speaker 5: Clear clear?
- 30:20Speaker 1: No Saturdays and kids go out place? But what was
- 30:23Speaker 1: up with my broom let story?
- 30:24Speaker 9: No plays on saturdays when kids go out place? I
- 30:27Speaker 9: was up my broom.
- 30:28Speaker 14: I let the story out, its sod, its sound inside.
- 30:35Speaker 14: It's solid inside of me. It's solid side up and
- 30:41Speaker 14: solid inside up. It's solid inside.
- 30:47Speaker 10: Up, its sound.
- 30:49Speaker 1: And we are back eventually working on it, trying to
- 31:14Speaker 1: get things set up for next hour because Gene is
- 31:17Speaker 1: taking the night off, so we're gonna throw a replay
- 31:20Speaker 1: up for his HR media, then go into recking order.
- 31:22Speaker 1: You then go back to shr mean fun time.
- 31:27Speaker 6: There we go.
- 31:29Speaker 1: So we're back, we're live, and it's Wednesday night, motherfuckers.
- 31:34Speaker 1: And this was the show that almost wasn't because my
- 31:37Speaker 1: house almost tried to explode.
- 31:39Speaker 9: Today it's also Team No Pants and Chat Lives Matter Night,
- 31:43Speaker 9: So this is true.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Yeah, especially now that I really now that I don't
- 31:49Speaker 1: have to go anywhere for work, I am like, legit,
- 31:51Speaker 1: Team No Pants. I'm not even trying to pretend. I mean,
- 31:56Speaker 1: I'm not like, you know, when I'm on video, I'm
- 31:58Speaker 1: not like doing the whole tube thing with the you know,
- 32:00Speaker 1: nothing on but my underwear and a shirt. But pretty well,
- 32:03Speaker 1: you know, there have the times I have done, you know,
- 32:06Speaker 1: had dressed clothes on on the top and pajama shorts
- 32:09Speaker 1: on the bottom because you know, still team, no pants.
- 32:14Speaker 1: That has happened.
- 32:16Speaker 9: That has happened, right, the statute of limitations has worn out,
- 32:21Speaker 9: so you can admit it now.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Eh, I mean, is there a statute of limitations for
- 32:26Speaker 1: wearing pajama shorts at work when you work from home?
- 32:30Speaker 5: Yes?
- 32:30Speaker 1: I I think not.
- 32:35Speaker 9: So, hey, Andrew, Yes, I understand you might have some
- 32:40Speaker 9: poles for us.
- 32:43Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I have poles, giggity. In fact, I have
- 32:49Speaker 5: Jasmine Crocker to dance on our poles. Now, mental image,
- 32:56Speaker 5: nobody needed.
- 32:59Speaker 9: You, damn you, and now we know.
- 33:08Speaker 5: Why we're toxic. You know.
- 33:11Speaker 9: I love what she speaks though, because you never know
- 33:13Speaker 9: if you're going to get the ghetto rat or the
- 33:15Speaker 9: Harvard lecturer.
- 33:17Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I just figured I'm getting the Harvard ghetto rat.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Also, yes, okay, now what I expected. I was trying
- 33:26Speaker 1: to pipe in some burlesque music, but I think it's
- 33:28Speaker 1: actually playing from the soundtracks. Never mind, never mind.
- 33:35Speaker 5: So yes, I do have some poles here at Toxic.
- 33:40Speaker 5: We run poles whenever I'm available. I had wasn't available
- 33:43Speaker 5: last month or a month before. I forget, I forget
- 33:48Speaker 5: what happened. I know I was working way too hard
- 33:51Speaker 5: and all and that's what she says.
- 33:55Speaker 1: Well, since we do have some since we do have
- 33:57Speaker 1: some pollworking going on, I did find some appropriate music for.
- 34:03Speaker 5: Oh, there we go.
- 34:14Speaker 9: You know, the greatest sttlement in American history is when
- 34:16Speaker 9: they stopped playing that in the strip clubs.
- 34:21Speaker 1: I knew ALM was.
- 34:26Speaker 12: No.
- 34:26Speaker 1: I mean, oh dude, I tore a.
- 34:30Speaker 9: Strip club from nineteen ninety two to two thousand and
- 34:32Speaker 9: five without that being like every third act song.
- 34:36Speaker 1: I mean, I can count the number of times I've
- 34:38Speaker 1: actually been in a strip club on one hand, and
- 34:40Speaker 1: their fingers left, so it never really mattered to me anyway.
- 34:47Speaker 5: I can count a number of years from nineteen eighty
- 34:49Speaker 5: to two thousand and eight what in a strip club?
- 34:57Speaker 5: On one hand?
- 35:00Speaker 1: Oh, you're welcome for the refresher there, glad I could
- 35:04Speaker 1: be of service, sir, chas been.
- 35:08Speaker 6: Working hard for you on stage three.
- 35:14Speaker 5: So let's go all the way back to April. Okay,
- 35:20Speaker 5: we didn't have a poll in Mark and for me,
- 35:22Speaker 5: but in April we had the UK Court defines woman,
- 35:28Speaker 5: the Pope's death, does Trump's President and Ta tar O
- 35:34Speaker 5: Force one and I don't remember that one.
- 35:39Speaker 9: That was when the Air Force one replacement was being
- 35:43Speaker 9: gifted to us.
- 35:43Speaker 5: From Okay, yeah, yeah, see that. You know, look how
- 35:51Speaker 5: long that lasted. So anyway, what do you think that one?
- 35:58Speaker 5: Who do you think won that one? What? What one
- 36:00Speaker 5: do you think it was gonna have to be?
- 36:06Speaker 9: You know, I'm gonna go with a gutter force one, That's.
- 36:09Speaker 1: What I was going go with.
- 36:11Speaker 5: Nope, that was only twenty percent of the vote, No
- 36:15Speaker 5: ship by two percent. Winner. It was the UK Court
- 36:20Speaker 5: defines woman.
- 36:22Speaker 1: Yeah, I can see that.
- 36:24Speaker 5: That was the thing on my radar, though Pope's death
- 36:27Speaker 5: was second.
- 36:30Speaker 9: Yeah, that should have been the other way around. I mean,
- 36:32Speaker 9: going by my feed, which is completely uh subjective, so.
- 36:36Speaker 5: I thought the same thing. But yeah, but it was
- 36:43Speaker 5: got in Games thirty six. So but for the last
- 36:51Speaker 5: two months were made June Pole next guy that says Shenanigans, Hey, farmer.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Where's that place you liked to go with all the
- 37:04Speaker 1: goofy stuff.
- 37:04Speaker 9: On the wall.
- 37:09Speaker 5: So for May June.
- 37:13Speaker 1: We have.
- 37:15Speaker 5: Jarvis Best is dead. Because that that pretty much took
- 37:19Speaker 5: a couple of weeks. And yeah, I did Big Beautiful Bill,
- 37:26Speaker 5: which actually not for two months there, which was surprising.
- 37:31Speaker 11: You got Elon Trump feuding and then the Texas flooding
- 37:37Speaker 11: came in on the tailor in there this last week
- 37:42Speaker 11: came out of the.
- 37:43Speaker 1: Wire, just barely made it in. Do there's some weird
- 37:47Speaker 1: stuff going on with that, Like I guess it was
- 37:50Speaker 1: because I was living in Seattle at the time, so
- 37:52Speaker 1: I didn't I didn't really keep up with and I
- 37:55Speaker 1: don't guess it made it up there to where we
- 37:56Speaker 1: were until and by the time it would have, I
- 37:59Speaker 1: probably didn't live there. I had no idea that like
- 38:02Speaker 1: William Shatner and everybody was talking about this stuff on
- 38:04Speaker 1: like their shows, like you know, in nineteen eighty seven,
- 38:07Speaker 1: world's worst flood in Texas, and I'm like, shouldn't we
- 38:10Speaker 1: have been working on putting all these sirens and shit
- 38:12Speaker 1: in from like maybe eighty eight on then. I mean,
- 38:15Speaker 1: I'll live in Texas, so I need none of my business.
- 38:17Speaker 1: But I was saying, maybe maybe we should have fixed
- 38:21Speaker 1: that stuff back then.
- 38:23Speaker 5: I don't think it'd done any good, though.
- 38:27Speaker 1: It would have taken at least one talking point away, though,
- 38:29Speaker 1: because that's all I keep hearing. If we'd had these
- 38:31Speaker 1: sirens along the river banks, more of these kids might
- 38:33Speaker 1: still be alive. And why didn't we do that?
- 38:36Speaker 9: Well, you see, that's the That's the great thing about government,
- 38:39Speaker 9: about government planning, is you get, oh, that was a
- 38:41Speaker 9: hundred year flood, so we don't have to worry about
- 38:43Speaker 9: it for another ninety eight years.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Yeah, except here we are. I mean well, I mean
- 38:48Speaker 1: they actually said it right today on the news. They
- 38:50Speaker 1: said it was a once in a century flood, and
- 38:52Speaker 1: I'm like, well, I guess technically they might be right,
- 38:54Speaker 1: as long as there's not another one before twere.
- 38:59Speaker 5: Well, they The biggest thing is they could put up
- 39:02Speaker 5: the sirens, right, yeah, they do testing on them. People
- 39:08Speaker 5: ignore them. And the biggest example for that is is
- 39:12Speaker 5: look at people's cars when the alarms go off.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Yeah, eventually you get desensitized to the sounds and don't
- 39:18Speaker 1: even notice anymore. Yeah, yeah, I get that too.
- 39:22Speaker 5: I mean that's the people ignore it. I mean it is.
- 39:27Speaker 5: I can't tell you in the number of times I've
- 39:29Speaker 5: ignore the fire alarm drill right, oh look the firearms
- 39:35Speaker 5: gone off, okay whatever.
- 39:37Speaker 1: There were several times when I worked in the building
- 39:40Speaker 1: where we used to work before they let us come
- 39:42Speaker 1: home when I was still working for OU that they
- 39:46Speaker 1: would have the time. They would send out emails and
- 39:48Speaker 1: be like, well, they're working on the fire alarm system,
- 39:50Speaker 1: so please make sure you disgre disregard all fire alarms.
- 39:53Speaker 1: And I'm like, so, what happens if one of the
- 39:54Speaker 1: times they're working on it, we're told to disregard. Shit,
- 39:57Speaker 1: there's actually a real fire, just.
- 40:00Speaker 5: Sign it's and the fact that they're all saying if
- 40:06Speaker 5: they had these warnings, it's like they put out the
- 40:09Speaker 5: warnings or you know, I'm sorry, two o'clock in the morning.
- 40:12Speaker 5: People aren't listening. They're not our wait to hear the
- 40:15Speaker 5: froens and thirty minutes of twenty eight foot of rising water.
- 40:21Speaker 5: Yeah that's.
- 40:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:27Speaker 9: I mean most people, Oh, you know, the river's rise
- 40:29Speaker 9: and I'm just gonna go up to that hill over there,
- 40:31Speaker 9: not knowing that a hill is also about to be swamped.
- 40:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean yeah, And I mean I get it.
- 40:39Speaker 1: There is no perfect scenario. And it is you know,
- 40:41Speaker 1: one of those things where you know, especially with flooding,
- 40:44Speaker 1: is a lot like tornadoes. You get some warning, but
- 40:47Speaker 1: you just never really know what it's gonna do. Like
- 40:49Speaker 1: everybody around me freaks out and I keep telling them, dude,
- 40:52Speaker 1: we are on a plot of land between two rivers.
- 40:55Speaker 1: I can count the number of times because I've looked
- 40:57Speaker 1: at it historically that's actually been a tornade touch down
- 41:00Speaker 1: here in the last one hundred years. It was once
- 41:04Speaker 1: because for some reason, the tornadoes they jump the first
- 41:07Speaker 1: river and they just keep going until they get passed
- 41:09Speaker 1: to the second one, and then they touched back down again.
- 41:12Speaker 1: It's only not happened that way one time in the
- 41:14Speaker 1: last one hundred years that I've been able to find,
- 41:16Speaker 1: and I've watched it happen, like you can watch it
- 41:19Speaker 1: pick up and then go over everything and then get
- 41:22Speaker 1: to the other side and just keep going. And there's
- 41:25Speaker 1: a town about seven miles northwest of us from here
- 41:30Speaker 1: that usually it's somehow when it jumps, it winds up
- 41:33Speaker 1: going backwards a little bit, and it almost always hits
- 41:36Speaker 1: that town every single time, And every time my dad
- 41:39Speaker 1: sees it on the news, like that's only seven miles
- 41:41Speaker 1: from you all, are y'all okay, I'm like, dude, Dad,
- 41:44Speaker 1: that's the same spot that gets hit at least once
- 41:47Speaker 1: every two years, So yeah, we're fine.
- 41:56Speaker 5: Alan's right, though, sirens only work if people actually trained
- 41:59Speaker 5: to understand what they mean. We lost of us when
- 42:02Speaker 5: we stopped doing the nuclear war drills.
- 42:07Speaker 6: You know, I want those.
- 42:08Speaker 9: Desks to build a house out of.
- 42:11Speaker 1: Right, you know those those are the desks that we
- 42:14Speaker 1: could withstand a nuclear blast. I want, I want several
- 42:17Speaker 1: of those.
- 42:19Speaker 5: As far as I'm going. They could schools.
- 42:27Speaker 9: Well, you couldn't save us, saying the only thing those
- 42:30Speaker 9: desks couldn't save us from quicksand.
- 42:34Speaker 5: Right, I still say we got to bring back.
- 42:42Speaker 1: Talk about things that were over hyped in your childhood.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Though every TV show we used to watch, cartoon live action,
- 42:47Speaker 1: all of them had, you know, quicksand quicksand.
- 42:53Speaker 9: Now.
- 42:53Speaker 6: I'm not saying it doesn't exist.
- 42:56Speaker 9: But I've lived in a lot of places with a
- 42:59Speaker 9: lot of very terrain, and I've heard tell of quicksand
- 43:06Speaker 9: in one of the areas I lived in the possibility, oh,
- 43:10Speaker 9: down by the river, but I've never experienced it.
- 43:14Speaker 6: I live in the desert.
- 43:16Speaker 9: I was reasonably assured by every Western ever made that
- 43:19Speaker 9: live in the desert I would encounter quicksand, and I'm
- 43:23Speaker 9: ready for it.
- 43:25Speaker 1: How many tumbleweeds have you actually seen?
- 43:28Speaker 6: Oh god, damn, how many people.
- 43:32Speaker 9: Are in China?
- 43:33Speaker 5: I won't tell you. The biggest disappointment is I can't
- 43:38Speaker 5: address something to acme and get it delivered.
- 43:42Speaker 9: That day, like ten minutes later. Hey, fun facts about tumbleweeds.
- 43:48Speaker 9: Did you know they're not indigenous the United States?
- 43:51Speaker 1: I did not know.
- 43:53Speaker 9: It's Russian thistle. It came in on a grain shipment.
- 43:58Speaker 1: So it's a fucking weed trying to take over the world.
- 44:02Speaker 9: Yep, you catch up before it hardens and gets all
- 44:10Speaker 9: the the Prickley's on it. It's edible, really not worth
- 44:15Speaker 9: the effort, but I've tried it and it's.
- 44:19Speaker 5: You what.
- 44:21Speaker 9: It's fine anyway, but yes, not a digitous the United
- 44:29Speaker 9: States and edible. Now everything you need to know about tumbleweeds,
- 44:34Speaker 9: you're welcome.
- 44:35Speaker 1: Who said the.
- 44:36Speaker 9: Top being toxic and masculine can't be educational, right?
- 44:42Speaker 6: We want people to learn.
- 44:43Speaker 1: So yes, you can eat you can eat tumble weed.
- 44:46Speaker 5: Yes, but you can't walk off the side of the
- 44:50Speaker 5: cliff and not fall down unless you look down.
- 44:55Speaker 9: Well that's just physics. Well song as you don't walk down,
- 45:00Speaker 9: you're fine.
- 45:00Speaker 5: I've not been able to get into work. It's irritating.
- 45:06Speaker 9: Well, you just have not read enough Einstein, Markacku or.
- 45:13Speaker 5: Tyll probably probably because you know I went into quantum.
- 45:20Speaker 5: I did some quantum studies and I can't make myself believe.
- 45:24Speaker 5: Yet that's what they teach in quant You have to
- 45:32Speaker 5: believe first.
- 45:39Speaker 1: You know, it's funny because this new show that Kryn
- 45:41Speaker 1: launched that I'm slowly becoming more of a co host
- 45:45Speaker 1: for than a producer. We've been talking about the very
- 45:48Speaker 1: same thing the last few episodes has been kind of interesting.
- 45:55Speaker 9: I pointed my followers, I'm in an obvious strange brew reference.
- 46:00Speaker 9: I mean it was hidden, but still, I mean, if
- 46:03Speaker 9: you are paying attention, Wait, that's a strange brew. Only
- 46:07Speaker 9: one person got it all y'all.
- 46:10Speaker 1: Hey, at least one person got it all right, So
- 46:13Speaker 1: even though I am not our bar babe, since since
- 46:15Speaker 1: we are in Missing People formation, tonight, I found a
- 46:18Speaker 1: drink called it's called a toxic Wasted cocktail. It is
- 46:26Speaker 1: one and a half of vodka, one or a half
- 46:30Speaker 1: ounce of melon liqueur, a splash of blue cocoal, three
- 46:35Speaker 1: ounces of orange juice, and three ounces of lemon lime soda,
- 46:41Speaker 1: lime wedge or wheel for garnish, and basically you fill
- 46:45Speaker 1: the cocktail shaker or highball glass with ice, pour in
- 46:49Speaker 1: the vodka and the melon. The core had the orange
- 46:52Speaker 1: juice and the splash of cocw gently stir to blend colors.
- 46:58Speaker 1: Your drink should turn a night green or blueish green
- 47:02Speaker 1: top with the lemon lime soda for a fizzy finish.
- 47:07Speaker 6: I do like a good fizz.
- 47:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I actually, yeah, the only reason I picked it
- 47:15Speaker 1: was because it looks really cool in the picture. It's
- 47:17Speaker 1: like a bright green. It was like hate.
- 47:22Speaker 9: I mean, it doesn't sound terrible. It's a it's a
- 47:26Speaker 9: it's an overworked screwdriver. But yeah, I I fuck, I'll
- 47:33Speaker 9: drink it.
- 47:35Speaker 1: I'll try to now that I now that, now that
- 47:37Speaker 1: I have the ingredient list, I'll probably be trying one,
- 47:40Speaker 1: hopefully to celebrate when I have power working again completely.
- 47:44Speaker 9: See the whole time you're talking about him Son to go,
- 47:46Speaker 9: What why would you put blue cacao with orange juice?
- 47:49Speaker 9: It's just gonna matp oh, you're gonna turn the green?
- 47:51Speaker 6: Got it?
- 47:54Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 47:56Speaker 9: Probably has another name for around Saint Pact to stay.
- 48:01Speaker 1: I'm sure it probably does.
- 48:10Speaker 9: But yeah, so anyway, obvious obvious strange crew reference. Nobody
- 48:14Speaker 9: got it.
- 48:15Speaker 1: Dude. You're still sad about that, aren't you.
- 48:17Speaker 6: I'm pissed.
- 48:19Speaker 9: I've got some of the most in tune, cultural, culturally
- 48:23Speaker 9: dialed in followers A guy could.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Want and they have let you down, and they let
- 48:31Speaker 1: me down.
- 48:33Speaker 6: For the last time. X.
- 48:39Speaker 5: Yeah, but we're bringing back forty six thousand year old worms.
- 48:44Speaker 1: God damn, did we learn nothing? We're doing what now?
- 48:48Speaker 9: But oh they found a nice age worm frozen in Siberia.
- 48:53Speaker 6: They thought it out and it's active. Jesus, have we
- 48:58Speaker 6: have we our whole?
- 49:00Speaker 9: There are whole subgenres of science fiction.
- 49:04Speaker 6: Dedicated to.
- 49:09Speaker 1: Is it a worm? Or is this the beginning of
- 49:12Speaker 1: star gage?
- 49:15Speaker 9: Yes, embrace the power of hand.
- 49:20Speaker 5: I just like, has nobody gone to the movies in
- 49:24Speaker 5: the last forty years?
- 49:27Speaker 12: Well, the movies only made them excited to think about
- 49:30Speaker 12: what if we can actually do that?
- 49:31Speaker 1: That's the problem. They get inspired by the movies, not
- 49:34Speaker 1: warned by them. It's never it's never a good thing,
- 49:38Speaker 1: was warning us? Yeah, Well, Jeff Goldbloom is also making
- 49:43Speaker 1: money off apartments dot Com right now too, So whatever,
- 49:49Speaker 1: Oh I do like.
- 49:49Speaker 9: That a.
- 49:54Speaker 5: Out of control?
- 49:55Speaker 1: Nice dude? What the hell did I miss with groc
- 50:00Speaker 1: last night? Because I was I was doing all, I
- 50:03Speaker 1: was doing all kinds of other stuff and I can't
- 50:05Speaker 1: I turned on X kind of I flap back over
- 50:07Speaker 1: to X kind of late and I was like, why
- 50:09Speaker 1: is everybody freaking out about Rock?
- 50:11Speaker 9: And you want to talk about that now? Are you
- 50:13Speaker 9: want to save it for our show right now?
- 50:16Speaker 1: We've only got like eight minutes. We wanted to save it.
- 50:18Speaker 5: Okay, we'll talk about it, yeah, because it'll take more
- 50:21Speaker 5: than eight minutes to explain that one.
- 50:26Speaker 9: Short short version.
- 50:29Speaker 6: Grock became Microsoft TA.
- 50:32Speaker 1: I was wondering because he I actually did ask it
- 50:35Speaker 1: this morning and it kind of chuckled a little bit
- 50:38Speaker 1: and said, yeah, they kind of let they kind of
- 50:41Speaker 1: they kind of turned me a little loose. They fixed
- 50:43Speaker 1: it now though, Yeah, apparently.
- 50:47Speaker 9: It's like I joked last night, Oh you know, it's like, wow,
- 50:51Speaker 9: we really screwed down those guardrails. It's all it's doing
- 50:53Speaker 9: now is just regurgitating academic dogma. Maybe we should drop
- 50:57Speaker 9: those guardrails a little bit. What's worse could happen?
- 51:02Speaker 1: Who? Well, you see what happened?
- 51:05Speaker 10: Uh?
- 51:06Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what.
- 51:07Speaker 5: It reminded me of way back when they first introduced
- 51:10Speaker 5: it and all that would do it would it was racist? Now?
- 51:14Speaker 6: That was Microsoft A right it is?
- 51:18Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 51:19Speaker 9: Yeah that was a forte.
- 51:23Speaker 1: So yeah, speaking of with the ball at Linda is
- 51:25Speaker 1: exiting stage left right around the name time Grog goes
- 51:30Speaker 1: nuts and Elon starts a new political party. I wonder
- 51:32Speaker 1: if that has anything to.
- 51:33Speaker 5: Do with it.
- 51:35Speaker 9: I you know here, okay, aside from the political party,
- 51:40Speaker 9: because that was cool for like a second before it
- 51:43Speaker 9: got retarded. I think the Grock thing and Linda's stepping
- 51:49Speaker 9: down well one because x Ai is now owns Twitter
- 51:54Speaker 9: or x but uh, I think that might be Elon's
- 51:58Speaker 9: heavy hand returning. And by heavy hand I mean on them,
- 52:02Speaker 9: not us. I can hope because coming back after fucking
- 52:07Speaker 9: around with polytics for a couple of years, looking at
- 52:09Speaker 9: the state of Twitter and going, what the fuck have
- 52:11Speaker 9: you done to my platform?
- 52:15Speaker 1: Dude, it's a mess. I I hope. I hope whoever
- 52:19Speaker 1: they bring in to replace her actually does believe in
- 52:23Speaker 1: free speech. That's all I'm gonna say, because I don't
- 52:25Speaker 1: really trust Elon with that anymore either. If I'm being
- 52:28Speaker 1: completely honest, dude has got one stick. Now it's like,
- 52:31Speaker 1: oh my god, he's He's in the Epstein files. Shut up, dude,
- 52:37Speaker 1: shut up. Don't even get me started on that shit. Either.
- 52:40Speaker 1: I was actually I was actually I was.
- 52:43Speaker 5: Going now the Epstein files were a Hillary hit list.
- 52:48Speaker 1: Wouldn't surprise me, wouldn't surprise me, But yeah, I was.
- 52:54Speaker 1: I was before my house started acting stupid to day
- 52:57Speaker 1: and I started playing a video. I was kind of
- 52:59Speaker 1: going off on that and then things started going weird,
- 53:01Speaker 1: so I played a video and then that's when I
- 53:03Speaker 1: almost died. So yeah, right in the middle of my
- 53:07Speaker 1: shows and everything was just gone. I'm like, I can't
- 53:12Speaker 1: do anything because it's all dead. Sometimes sometimes I don't know.
- 53:16Speaker 1: I may wake up tomorrow and realize I actually did die.
- 53:18Speaker 1: That would be interesting. All of this has been a
- 53:21Speaker 1: dream or something.
- 53:22Speaker 5: Okay, No, you're just gonna swat change timelines. You'll change
- 53:29Speaker 5: timelines and it'll be greater. I am your father.
- 53:34Speaker 1: Well, if that's what happens, I'm just waiting until I
- 53:37Speaker 1: start jumping into the timelines where my bank account doesn't
- 53:40Speaker 1: say you wish, because yeah, that would be nice anyway,
- 53:46Speaker 1: all right, Sam, all right, Jan's believe it or not,
- 53:51Speaker 1: We're down to like three minutes. Wow, it did fly
- 53:56Speaker 1: line many so Andrews. Since you're the shortest of the three.
- 54:01Speaker 1: As far as things you have to say about this,
- 54:03Speaker 1: where can folks find you?
- 54:06Speaker 5: Uh, you can find me on x at Nuclear MM
- 54:12Speaker 5: one retired clear the nuclear nuclear so much fun at times,
- 54:23Speaker 5: but unless the only place I'm at, and I am
- 54:26Speaker 5: here every second Wednesday a month, as long as my
- 54:31Speaker 5: job doesn't.
- 54:31Speaker 1: Interfere and as long as the mothership doesn't with.
- 54:40Speaker 5: Well, yeah, there is that. So and don't forget the poll.
- 54:45Speaker 5: This month's pole is pinned on my timeline. So vote
- 54:50Speaker 5: and share it, folks, don't just vote, share it, then
- 54:54Speaker 5: vote again, because hey, voting multiple times is the American way.
- 55:00Speaker 1: Vote early and vote often, because we learned from the
- 55:03Speaker 1: Democrat a much. Where can folks find you?
- 55:09Speaker 9: Well, thank you for asking. You can find me on Twitter,
- 55:11Speaker 9: surprisingly still as Ordinance packard. You can find me coming.

- 55:29Speaker 9: makeup show from Missing last week if you still have
- 55:32Speaker 9: power and Sunday, I'm not sure if it we're doing
- 55:35Speaker 9: it this Sunday or the Sunday after with a Vincent
- 55:37Speaker 9: Charles project.
- 55:40Speaker 1: I think I think you guys are this Sunday because
- 55:43Speaker 1: it didn't happen less.
- 55:44Speaker 5: Than well, yeah, I asked him about it's not okay
- 55:50Speaker 5: and it's either the best or worst movie. Oh, I
- 55:54Speaker 5: know the movie.
- 55:54Speaker 9: We're doing.
- 55:58Speaker 1: A folk You can find me here in about an
- 56:02Speaker 1: hour with the Amish one. You can find me pushing
- 56:04Speaker 1: buttons for the Edge of Liberty Crew here in just
- 56:06Speaker 1: a minute, and then again after myself an amage and
- 56:08Speaker 1: that'll be our closing act for the night because Beezy
- 56:10Speaker 1: was off last night, so that'll be it tomorrow. After
- 56:14Speaker 1: Tomorrow morning, assuming my Jerry Rigging holds now that Amish
- 56:18Speaker 1: chinxed me, you should find me doing the Rick Robinson

- 56:25Speaker 1: Jen's been on vacation lately and we haven't been able
- 56:27Speaker 1: to connect, so there may or may not be a
- 56:30Speaker 1: Gin and Rick, but I know I think you and
- 56:32Speaker 1: Brad are doing are the culture shot tomorrow serves yes,
- 56:37Speaker 1: and then Friday night, I think there will be he said,
- 56:40Speaker 1: She said, power notwithstanding because I'm I think Aggie's at
- 56:46Speaker 1: her mom's but I think she's still pudding on doing
- 56:49Speaker 1: that one. But I'll find out for sure. And then
- 56:51Speaker 1: of course we have the makeup of Jucks and then
