- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice Shoots.
- 0:12Speaker 2: It's time hell never Never Never Never, lever Lo Lovello,
- 0:15Speaker 2: Welcome to the Naughty but Nice. I'm your host, Rob Shooter,
- 0:19Speaker 2: and it's Wednesday, which means our dear friend Donna Meacham
- 0:22Speaker 2: joins us. Hey, Donnie, are you there? Oh?
- 0:24Speaker 1: Hello, level Levell. I've been busy. I've been so busy.
- 0:29Speaker 1: My book is out. It's been so I've had to
- 0:35Speaker 1: promote it. Ended with a coffin is the name of
- 0:40Speaker 1: the book. I don't know if you guys have read it.
- 0:44Speaker 2: I'd read that book. Get writ in sweet. You got
- 0:46Speaker 2: plenty of times on your hands in La the one
- 0:49Speaker 2: less day on the beach for your DONNAE, one more
- 0:52Speaker 2: day in the office, the life that you have. Okay,
- 0:55Speaker 2: let's jomp in. What time is it? My friends? It
- 0:57Speaker 2: is a big story. At the top of the show,
- 1:02Speaker 2: Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift are going to get a prenup.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Obviously they're going to get a prenup. But there's one
- 1:07Speaker 2: thing that's very, very curious, and our friends at TMZ
- 1:10Speaker 2: pointed this oude it's the location. I never thought about.
- 1:13Speaker 2: This where you sign your prenup actually is major because
- 1:18Speaker 2: different states look at these prenups in very different ways,
- 1:22Speaker 2: so we know they're going to get a prenup. TMS
- 1:25Speaker 2: have been reporting that we have confirmed that these stars
- 1:28Speaker 2: combined wealth. It's staggering. She's worth two billion dollars. Let's
- 1:34Speaker 2: just get passie. He's worth eighty million, which seems like
- 1:38Speaker 2: twenty dollars. It seems like who cares? Ninety million is
- 1:44Speaker 2: a lot of money. Now, Legal insiders say that states
- 1:48Speaker 2: like Rhode Island where they could get married. I don't
- 1:50Speaker 2: know what Kansas is on the list. Does he play
- 1:52Speaker 2: in Kansas? Is that why that's on the list. Where's
- 1:54Speaker 2: his football team? That's why because he has a house
- 1:57Speaker 2: in Kansas. So Rhode Island where her house is, Kansas
- 2:00Speaker 2: where his house is. They are considered very preing up friendly.
- 2:05Speaker 2: What that means is they go by what's in the prenup.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Where New York, God bless new York. They're not so
- 2:11Speaker 2: close and sometimes you can challenge it in New York
- 2:14Speaker 2: and there can be a disagreement. New York's always a negotiation,
- 2:17Speaker 2: isn't it. Even with a contract, you can negotiate. And
- 2:20Speaker 2: so neither star has spoken about this, but their future
- 2:25Speaker 2: is going to be about where they decide to sign
- 2:30Speaker 2: this prenup. Now, hopefully it's irrelevant and they never need it.
- 2:34Speaker 2: But it's just such a fascinating detail that I would
- 2:37Speaker 2: never cross my mind, Donnie, if we got married, heaven
- 2:41Speaker 2: for good. But if we did and we signed a
- 2:43Speaker 2: pre and up, we absolutely would. Would we sign it
- 2:46Speaker 2: in LA where you live, or New York where I live?
- 2:49Speaker 2: I would say in New York. But now I'm told
- 2:51Speaker 2: New York they don't always honor the prenups. With New York,
- 2:56Speaker 2: you can renegotiate the I thought the whole point of
- 2:58Speaker 2: a prenup was you've settled all this, You've decided before
- 3:02Speaker 2: you get married. Every dollar, where's it coming. If we
- 3:05Speaker 2: don't make it, heaven for bid, it doesn't work out,
- 3:08Speaker 2: we've got an agreement. Now I'm finding that not so fast.
- 3:13Speaker 2: In New York we can discuss what do you think?
- 3:17Speaker 2: I mean?
- 3:18Speaker 1: I never thought about that either. You just think about
- 3:20Speaker 1: your like prenup, prenup put it doesn't matter. But the
- 3:24Speaker 1: thing is is also I didn't even, weirdly enough, didn't
- 3:27Speaker 1: even think about Taylor Swift and Travis having a prenup.
- 3:31Speaker 1: But if you think about it.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Two billion dollars billion.
- 3:34Speaker 1: It's a lot of money. It's a lot of money
- 3:36Speaker 1: because you think you like, oh he's rich too, Like
- 3:39Speaker 1: does he like he has his own money? What two
- 3:43Speaker 1: billion dollars?
- 3:44Speaker 2: It's a billion.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Everybody always says it. It's like, oh, you know, I
- 3:49Speaker 1: would never take anything that you say that. Now, after
- 3:53Speaker 1: you go, you marry somebody, you never know what happens,
- 3:56Speaker 1: how it's gonna end. They can end up to be nasty.
- 3:59Speaker 2: It could it can be rude.
- 4:00Speaker 1: They they could cheat on you. You never know. So
- 4:03Speaker 1: then all of a sudden, you want to be spiteful,
- 4:05Speaker 1: go after everything they have.
- 4:07Speaker 2: That's what you do.
- 4:08Speaker 1: That's the problem. That's why people because I watch these shows,
- 4:12Speaker 1: all these reality shows all the time, Love is Blind
- 4:15Speaker 1: all that, and they're like, oh, one person always wants
- 4:18Speaker 1: to prenapp. The other person's like, I don't understand why
- 4:20Speaker 1: you would want one. And it's like, well, technically the
- 4:24Speaker 1: person who doesn't understand is the person who doesn't have
- 4:26Speaker 1: any money, the person who's like, well, why would I
- 4:29Speaker 1: don't understand why you want Well, you have nothing to protect.
- 4:32Speaker 1: I am just saying I'm not going into this saying
- 4:35Speaker 1: I'm going to divorce you. I'm going into the saying,
- 4:37Speaker 1: just in case something happens, just like to protect what
- 4:42Speaker 1: I have.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Let me play devil's advocate. Though, if you had two
- 4:45Speaker 2: billion and you had to give me one billion, you
- 4:48Speaker 2: still have a billion, Like that's a lot. How much
- 4:53Speaker 2: money does a person need?
- 4:56Speaker 1: Okay, I understand where you and she will still continue
- 4:59Speaker 1: to make and make millions next year. I mean, it
- 5:03Speaker 1: will happen, but it's her money, she meaning, why should
- 5:07Speaker 1: she have to give it to him?
- 5:09Speaker 2: I think with Taylor, who we saw her fight so
- 5:13Speaker 2: so so hard to get back the rights of her songs.
- 5:17Speaker 2: She owns her catalog now in the divorce, if they
- 5:20Speaker 2: didn't have a prenup, he would own half of Taylor's songs.
- 5:24Speaker 2: And that doesn't feel right, does it. That's how you
- 5:25Speaker 2: have to think about it. It's not just the number
- 5:27Speaker 2: in a bank. It's the amount of hard work you've
- 5:30Speaker 2: done to get to that number. Now, ninety million, Donnie,
- 5:35Speaker 2: if I had ninety million, I'd be fine if I
- 5:37Speaker 2: had forty five, Like, it's I don't think my life
- 5:40Speaker 2: would be that different. I don't have a prenup. When
- 5:43Speaker 2: I got married with Bruce, lucky me because he was
- 5:46Speaker 2: the one with all my money, not me, but there
- 5:49Speaker 2: is no prenup. Would you ever, donny get married without
- 5:52Speaker 2: a prenup?
- 5:54Speaker 1: I would hopefully not marry somebody who was poor. That's hopefully,
- 6:00Speaker 1: I mean, that's.
- 6:02Speaker 2: That's that's the true.
- 6:03Speaker 1: As a get holder. And I look for I'm like,
- 6:06Speaker 1: I'm not sure, people, what are you looking for? Most
- 6:08Speaker 1: people looking for love, I'm not. You're looking for both
- 6:13Speaker 1: at least your point.
- 6:14Speaker 2: You don't put I can't.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Break this other hip. Somebody's gonna help, honey.
- 6:19Speaker 2: When you broke your hip, it was war for wasn't it?
- 6:22Speaker 2: Like the tin man you are from the waist down
- 6:25Speaker 2: or put back together with glue? Goodness, gracious, let's go
- 6:29Speaker 2: to our whole question of the day. Taylor Swift and
- 6:32Speaker 2: twelfph Travis Kelsey. I forgot his name from because I
- 6:35Speaker 2: already care about her, like he could be X. We
- 6:38Speaker 2: could just fill in the name in the sentence. I've
- 6:40Speaker 2: tried so hard to care, I've watched the football. Is
- 6:43Speaker 2: I don't it's her, She's my priority. So Taylor Swift
- 6:47Speaker 2: and X that's rude and Travis Kelsey are going to
- 6:52Speaker 2: sign a prenup? What do you think good idea is
- 6:55Speaker 2: a prenup a good idea or a bad idea? What
- 6:59Speaker 2: are you think a bad pre nups? Good or bad?
- 7:04Speaker 2: Let us know. Go to a Twitter, paget a nice
- 7:07Speaker 2: rab Facebook page is notty gossip and be sure that's
- 7:11Speaker 2: a check back to Mora to hear your results. Hey,
- 7:14Speaker 2: Donny Love, what are you working on? Oh?
- 7:16Speaker 1: John t Volta, he knows how to get his name
- 7:20Speaker 1: out there.
- 7:20Speaker 2: I will give that.
- 7:22Speaker 1: So you know, he popped up at the Cannes Film Festival.
- 7:26Speaker 1: He was wearing a beret. He was no, I'm not
- 7:30Speaker 1: gonna lie. I saw the picture and I was like, oh,
- 7:33Speaker 1: he actually looks kind of cute, like he worked for
- 7:36Speaker 1: him he did. It was bizarre, though, because this is
- 7:41Speaker 1: not the John ti Volta. We know this is not.
- 7:44Speaker 1: So he explained it. He goes, I wanted to look
- 7:47Speaker 1: like a director. Oh, I'd met many directors. Not sure
- 7:50Speaker 1: if I'm not. I don't think that is what they're
- 7:55Speaker 1: known for. I think John is he's in his seventies.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I think he is more trying to hide, you know,
- 8:05Speaker 1: the lack of.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Hair that could be. I think that's more of yes
- 8:10Speaker 2: a version. I do think that Losing the week, though,
- 8:14Speaker 2: it is a good move. He looked so silly the week.
- 8:17Speaker 2: So I think he's quite handsome with the balls read.
- 8:19Speaker 2: But he was promoting and this is where Johnny's old
- 8:22Speaker 2: school Hollywood. It all ties up, it all adds up.
- 8:25Speaker 2: He was promoting his directorial debut, so he wanted to
- 8:30Speaker 2: look like a director, not like a movie star, not
- 8:33Speaker 2: like John Travolter. So what did he do? He stood
- 8:36Speaker 2: in filmmakers in the nineteen twenties. Why not? And he
- 8:39Speaker 2: noticed that in old photographs a lot of the directors
- 8:42Speaker 2: had berets and glasses. This is such an actor's mentality
- 8:48Speaker 2: when they're going to play a role. They're going to
- 8:50Speaker 2: play a character instead of just living it. You are
- 8:53Speaker 2: a director, if you direct a movie, you're a director.
- 8:56Speaker 2: He has to put on the costume to feel the part,
- 8:59Speaker 2: because really he's an actor in his bones. And so
- 9:03Speaker 2: made me chuckle. But you do look lovely, and I
- 9:06Speaker 2: like a little bit of whimsy, do you, Donnie? Would
- 9:09Speaker 2: you wear a beret if you were in frowns? I
- 9:13Speaker 2: will look ridiculous and you would look ridiculously. That's the
- 9:16Speaker 2: whole point.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Yeah, But also I have a four head of hair,
- 9:19Speaker 1: Oh honey, you got I don't want to hide this.
- 9:21Speaker 2: You got good hair. Why are you wearing a baseball
- 9:23Speaker 2: cap now?
- 9:24Speaker 1: Because it's not clean?
- 9:27Speaker 2: It's a dirty hair. How often you wash that for?
- 9:31Speaker 2: How often?
- 9:32Speaker 1: Daily?
- 9:33Speaker 2: Every day gets washed?
- 9:35Speaker 1: But it's early early, I washed it.
- 9:39Speaker 2: You haven't even cleaned your teeth. Well, thank you for
- 9:41Speaker 2: being with us. Okay, moving along, Angelina Angelina Jelly's daughter
- 9:45Speaker 2: Zahara takes another dig at Brad. I don't know if
- 9:48Speaker 2: it's another dig or the same, the same situation. So
- 9:51Speaker 2: she's dropped his last name. She's no longer picked well.
- 9:54Speaker 2: She graduated from college, and when she graduated, she was
- 9:58Speaker 2: a horror ma jo Lee leaving the pit out of
- 10:02Speaker 2: her name. Every time she leaves the pit out of
- 10:04Speaker 2: her name. It cannot be breaking news because we know
- 10:07Speaker 2: it's not a one off. She's dropped the name. It
- 10:10Speaker 2: is no longer Jolie Pitt. It is Jolee. So I'm
- 10:15Speaker 2: told he has almost zero interaction with the children. He
- 10:19Speaker 2: was not there when she graduated. Angelina turned up with
- 10:23Speaker 2: brothers and sisters and so it was a beautiful family day.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Brad's not part of this family anymore. It is sad,
- 10:30Speaker 2: it is toxic, it is awful, there's been horrible accusations,
- 10:34Speaker 2: but the fact is he's not part of it. Now.
- 10:37Speaker 2: Someone said to me, there's nothing stopping him from showing up. Yes,
- 10:41Speaker 2: he could have turned up. Bel if Brad had turned
- 10:43Speaker 2: up at the graduation, there would have been bad blood
- 10:45Speaker 2: and drama. And he's so famous, and so I just
- 10:48Speaker 2: don't know. I don't know about this one. I don't
- 10:51Speaker 2: want to say I feel bad for Brad, but I
- 10:53Speaker 2: think we should all just get used to the fact
- 10:56Speaker 2: that his kids with Angelina Jolie are no longer using
- 11:00Speaker 2: case naming. It must be really hurtful, but it's a fact.
- 11:04Speaker 2: What do you think.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, look, I was, if I'm not mistaken.
- 11:08Speaker 1: It was Shilah who did it first kind of came
- 11:11Speaker 1: out and was very publicly like, no, I'm basically dropping
- 11:14Speaker 1: his name. It's just it's all in all, it's sad,
- 11:20Speaker 1: is what it is. And it's like, but it's these
- 11:22Speaker 1: kids aren't really kids anymore, and they're grown up and
- 11:25Speaker 1: they're adults, and if they decide that they don't want
- 11:28Speaker 1: to be associated with him, that is, you know, their prerogative,
- 11:33Speaker 1: and that's the right. I do think though, that he
- 11:38Speaker 1: has to see this I mean, obviously he wasn't as
- 11:42Speaker 1: a graduation, so he didn't see that, you know, the
- 11:45Speaker 1: last name was Jolie, or that when it was walked
- 11:47Speaker 1: across the stage it was announced as Jolie. But he
- 11:50Speaker 1: has to see this out there in the press, and
- 11:52Speaker 1: he has to see it. It has to hurt a little.
- 11:56Speaker 1: I don't. I just wish though, and who I don't.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Will it change something inside of him? Will it make
- 12:01Speaker 1: him want to reach out? I don't know, because the
- 12:04Speaker 1: sad part is in reality, when you continue to see
- 12:07Speaker 1: things like this, a lot of people tend to, you know,
- 12:10Speaker 1: go the opposite way and a distance, and even more so,
- 12:15Speaker 1: they don't want nothing to do with me. I won't
- 12:17Speaker 1: movee out. There's no winning there.
- 12:20Speaker 2: There's no winning. There's no winning on this one makes
- 12:22Speaker 2: me sad. I'm glad Sahara graduated. I'm glad her mom
- 12:25Speaker 2: was there. Glad her brothers and sisters are there. Makes
- 12:27Speaker 2: me sad. Family dramas make me sad. Okay, moving along, Donny,
- 12:31Speaker 2: what's going on with Kevin Hart. You think of him
- 12:33Speaker 2: as one of the most successful people in the world,
- 12:35Speaker 2: but one of his businesses is not doing so well.
- 12:38Speaker 2: What's happening.
- 12:39Speaker 1: He's in a bitter bitter, bitter bitter war with ex
- 12:45Speaker 1: employees over alleged treat secrets. So Heartbeat, which is his
- 12:50Speaker 1: entertainment company, I get it, two or four more employees
- 12:55Speaker 1: accusing him of secretly building a competing podcast a podcast
- 12:59Speaker 1: is podcast while still on his payroll.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Well that's a bit shater.
- 13:05Speaker 1: And he says they launched their own visior and even
- 13:08Speaker 1: pitched investors for two million by maybe using some of
- 13:14Speaker 1: Kevin Hart's shada or info.
- 13:17Speaker 2: It's a little ship.
- 13:19Speaker 1: The thing is though, I mean, like you said, a
- 13:22Speaker 1: podcast is a partcast? How much trade secret?
- 13:26Speaker 2: It's not really like us. They could have googled it is.
- 13:33Speaker 1: This does scream a litter. Oh you built a podcast company,
- 13:39Speaker 1: and whatever this competing podcast company is must be succeeding,
- 13:44Speaker 1: because you wouldn't sue somebody who had failed company, because
- 13:47Speaker 1: what's the point. You're not going to get anything, but
- 13:49Speaker 1: also just laugh at them because it was failing, you
- 13:52Speaker 1: wouldn't care. So whatever this company is must be succeeding.
- 13:58Speaker 2: The new company. So we know Kevin Hawk's company and
- 14:00Speaker 2: he's in trouble. He had to lay people off this week,
- 14:02Speaker 2: and so who wants to steal secrets from a company
- 14:05Speaker 2: that's not doing very well. So none of this makes
- 14:07Speaker 2: any sense to me, can't you. I mean, they talk
- 14:10Speaker 2: about this as if it is the secret Kentucky fried
- 14:13Speaker 2: chicken recipe. It's in a safe and nobody can know
- 14:17Speaker 2: that recipe is a podcast. I listened to the Kevin
- 14:19Speaker 2: Hart podcast, Kevin talking, it ain't that secret. Like everything
- 14:24Speaker 2: you're hear, this is really what the secret is. So
- 14:27Speaker 2: I'm not quite sure what state's going to be quick.
- 14:30Speaker 2: That's how nuclear secrets they had here In a podcast.
- 14:34Speaker 2: You sit there, you're talking to a microphone, You're trying
- 14:37Speaker 2: to be entertaining for twenty minutes. I don't like a
- 14:39Speaker 2: long podcast, you know, I like a short one. Twenty
- 14:42Speaker 2: minutes and you say goodbye. Kevin's being a bit spiteful. Hey,
- 14:46Speaker 2: these two people knew the company was in trouble. They've
- 14:48Speaker 2: started up their own thing, and instead of celebrating them
- 14:51Speaker 2: saying good luck, he's going to go after them legally.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Not right, I haven't struggling lately because he had that.
- 14:58Speaker 1: He had like a restaurant here, a lot of fast
- 14:59Speaker 1: food right with vegan, which much interesting.
- 15:04Speaker 2: They are when out of business. They went out of business.
- 15:06Speaker 2: They did go out of business. That roast quite recently
- 15:09Speaker 2: was funny though, although they were brutal about Kevin. I
- 15:12Speaker 2: know Kevin, punch up, not down. Go after Chelsea Hat,
- 15:15Speaker 2: Chelsea Handler, and go after Joe Rogan's podcast. Don't go
- 15:19Speaker 2: after two people that worked with you who are starting
- 15:21Speaker 2: a podcast. There's not that many.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Seats miss they started the writing on the wall.
- 15:25Speaker 2: They jump to them, and we'll do our own. We'll
- 15:28Speaker 2: do our own. Okay, we're going to take a quick break.
- 15:30Speaker 2: The movie right back. Really compared to the naught even
- 15:34Speaker 2: I share, I'm your host shot with a very very
- 15:38Speaker 2: unkept Donny Meacham who has revealed he has not even
- 15:43Speaker 2: showered before the show. Does that make you feel dirty? Naughty?
- 15:47Speaker 2: Does it give you a little bit of joy? So
- 15:50Speaker 2: I don't want to know that stuff. Okay, let's get
- 15:52Speaker 2: to the polls. Du Prince William is selling off twenty
- 15:58Speaker 2: percent of his duchy of Cornwall estate. He owns this
- 16:00Speaker 2: massive estate, hundreds of thousands of acres of land and property.
- 16:04Speaker 2: It's worth a billion. He's going to sell twenty percent
- 16:07Speaker 2: of it off. Is this a good idea or a
- 16:10Speaker 2: bad idea? Eighty percent has had a good idea. He's
- 16:12Speaker 2: going to take that money and invest it in the
- 16:15Speaker 2: estate that he still owns putting low income housing there,
- 16:18Speaker 2: environmental projects. He's doing a good thing here. I agree
- 16:22Speaker 2: with you. It is a good thing. Hey, don't forget
- 16:24Speaker 2: to vote on today's poul Go to our Twitter page
- 16:26Speaker 2: at naughty Nize rob. A facebook page is anady gossip

- 16:41Speaker 1: The nicest of it is miss you know which is
- 16:44Speaker 1: where that we really give her the noise.
- 16:45Speaker 2: That's time.
- 16:48Speaker 1: It's your choice, mega mark he level and we know
- 16:53Speaker 1: she listens. Celebrates her eighth anniversary with never before seen
- 17:00Speaker 1: royal wed was very cute. Now, look, I know this
- 17:05Speaker 1: is the nicest of the day, and I will keep

- 18:03Speaker 2: and now I'm notice of the day. Naughty Nordy Hayden
- 18:07Speaker 2: Panateea has some shocking confessions about Hollywood. She's saying that
- 18:12Speaker 2: when she was just nineteen years old, an Oscar winning
- 18:15Speaker 2: actor and director that's specific, he won an Oscar an
- 18:19Speaker 2: actor and a director exposed himself to her at a
- 18:24Speaker 2: private party. She was nineteen years old, so she was
- 18:26Speaker 2: young famous in Hollywood. She was the itat girl, and
- 18:30Speaker 2: she said she was leaving a party and unnamed star
- 18:33Speaker 2: allegedly told her look down there, and then she saw
- 18:36Speaker 2: he was exposing himself. His fly was unzipped. She hasn't
- 18:41Speaker 2: revealed the name, but this attracts We know, Hollywood, we
- 18:47Speaker 2: know how creepy it is. I'm so so angry about this.
- 18:52Speaker 2: I'm glad she's finally, finally, finally telling the story. And
- 18:56Speaker 2: I hope that actor, director, you know who you are,
- 18:59Speaker 2: is terrified that she's going to say the name. And
- 19:04Speaker 2: you can't tell people what to do when they tell
- 19:06Speaker 2: their stories. I would have named him. I would have
- 19:09Speaker 2: named him. And what is the day? Let's end with
- 19:11Speaker 2: a moment of rub a rub. The magic starts when
- 19:15Speaker 2: you stop trying to control everything. Most of the time,
- 19:19Speaker 2: the breakthrough comes the moment you stop obsessing about that outcome.
- 19:24Speaker 2: The magic often begins when you're loosing your grip. You
- 19:28Speaker 2: trust yourself and you keep moving forward. When you stop
- 19:32Speaker 2: needing certainty, you make room for possibility. When you stop
- 19:36Speaker 2: forcing every detail, things flow naturally. Peace does not come
- 19:42Speaker 2: from controlling everything. It comes from believing you can handle
- 19:47Speaker 2: whatever happens next. Once again, nough is the magic starts
- 19:53Speaker 2: when you loosen up, when you stop trying to control everything. Hey,
