- 0:07Speaker 1: Welcome to the Favorites, presented by Draft Kings.
- 0:12Speaker 2: The crown is yours.
- 0:14Speaker 1: The off season heat has been turned up to one
- 0:17Speaker 1: hundred in the NFL. Let's welcome in the crew, the
- 0:20Speaker 1: first Lady of the Pod, Miss Kendri Middleton, the Prime
- 0:23Speaker 1: Minister of Primers Evan Abrams, and we have a special
- 0:27Speaker 1: guest joining us. I'm your host, Brandon Kravitz. But let's
- 0:30Speaker 1: welcome in a giant round of applause for the one
- 0:33Speaker 1: the only fellow Action Network fiend, Chris Raybaund joining the
- 0:37Speaker 1: show right now. Chris, Welcome to the Tomfoolery Channel.
- 0:43Speaker 2: How are you doing.
- 0:44Speaker 3: I'm good. I'm excited.
- 0:46Speaker 4: This is my first pod with you, it as my
- 0:47Speaker 4: first pod with Kendra, so I mean, I'm ready to go. Evan,
- 0:53Speaker 4: you know, veteran here, but I'm just happy to be
- 0:58Speaker 4: on with you, and I think there's a lot.
- 0:59Speaker 3: There's a lot to talk about.
- 1:00Speaker 4: It's a very been a very interesting free agent period,
- 1:03Speaker 4: and I'm still kind of get over the shock of
- 1:06Speaker 4: this Bam out of Bio eighty three point game though
- 1:08Speaker 4: that's kind of where my head.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Yes, I'm glad that you brought that up.
- 1:11Speaker 1: I you know, I don't want to overly glaze you here,
- 1:14Speaker 1: but you are.
- 1:15Speaker 2: A legend in my eyes.
- 1:16Speaker 1: The content that you put out every football season has
- 1:19Speaker 1: been absolute food for me. And the fact that we
- 1:22Speaker 1: get to chop it up here as NFL Free agency
- 1:26Speaker 1: Wave one, maybe even Wave two, is wrapping up an
- 1:29Speaker 1: absolute treat. So thanks for spending some time with us,
- 1:31Speaker 1: first and foremost, but you brought up something that I
- 1:35Speaker 1: wanted to spin into an NFL discussion, So this one's
- 1:38Speaker 1: for the panel. Give me the NFL equivalent if you
- 1:41Speaker 1: can pluck one out of your memory bank of an
- 1:46Speaker 1: occurrence that is similar to what bam At of Bio did.
- 1:49Speaker 1: So let me lay the groundwork for this question so
- 1:52Speaker 1: you understand where I'm going with this. Bam out of
- 1:53Speaker 1: Bio is a good NBA player, that's he's an All Star.
- 1:57Speaker 1: But if I said you didn't watch it, someone in
- 2:02Speaker 1: the NBA the other night scored eighty three points, how
- 2:06Speaker 1: many guesses would you have to roll through before you
- 2:09Speaker 1: got to bam At a Bio as the name. I
- 2:12Speaker 1: think most of us would probably rattle off about twenty
- 2:15Speaker 1: five to thirty names before getting to him.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Is there fifty eight maybe even more?
- 2:21Speaker 1: I'm not even sure he would have been my first
- 2:23Speaker 1: guest on the heat for this, that's correct, ray Von.
- 2:29Speaker 2: We'll start with you.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Is there a random but decent player in the NFL
- 2:35Speaker 1: that you can think of that has put up a
- 2:37Speaker 1: stat line that would be similar to this?
- 2:39Speaker 2: As close as we can get.
- 2:42Speaker 4: For me, it's got to be Nick Foles in the
- 2:44Speaker 4: seven touchdowns like that. That's that's the one that stands
- 2:47Speaker 4: out like it's it's tied for the record. I think
- 2:49Speaker 4: it's I think seven other players got there, so it's
- 2:52Speaker 4: not like it's not as exclusive as you know, eighty
- 2:56Speaker 4: one and one hundred, but it's still Nick Foles and
- 3:00Speaker 4: he I know he won the Super Bowl, but.
- 3:01Speaker 3: It's Nick Foles so.
- 3:03Speaker 4: For me, and that actually makes it a little more
- 3:06Speaker 4: like bam. The fact that he actually did win the
- 3:08Speaker 4: Super Bowl, win a Super Bowl, Uh believe it was
- 3:10Speaker 4: that season or a few seasons later. So yeah, it's
- 3:13Speaker 4: got to be Nick Foles in that seven touchdown game
- 3:16Speaker 4: in U I think it was November of twenty thirteen,
- 3:19Speaker 4: and was.
- 3:20Speaker 2: He on the Eagles at that time? If I remember correctly.
- 3:23Speaker 4: Riley Cooper put up a monster stat line in that game.
- 3:25Speaker 4: If I'm not mistaken, So I mean, you got you
- 3:27Speaker 4: probably could use him. The Kevin Ogletree game comes to
- 3:30Speaker 4: mind for that, the Cowboys on Opening Day, but it
- 3:33Speaker 4: wasn't a record, so it's got to be Nick Foles
- 3:34Speaker 4: in the seven touchdown easy.
- 3:36Speaker 2: That's a good one.
- 3:37Speaker 1: It's hard to find a one for one comparison because
- 3:39Speaker 1: NFL player rankings and NBA player rankings are so different.
- 3:43Speaker 1: It's much more direct as far as where you would
- 3:45Speaker 1: put Bam in the hierarchy of the association.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Evan, what about you? Is there one that comes to mind?
- 3:51Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 3:52Speaker 6: I was thinking about like Matt Flynn, but I feel
- 3:54Speaker 6: like bam Odebayo is much better. Is a good call out,
- 4:00Speaker 6: but yeah, I was trying to if I remember correctly. Yeah,
- 4:04Speaker 6: it was like the yards the I mean, he just
- 4:06Speaker 6: played absolutely lights out. But it's somebody who hasn't had
- 4:09Speaker 6: like a lot of playing time compared to Bam, who's
- 4:11Speaker 6: like an everyday starter.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Flynn would be more like Jeremy Lynn.
- 4:15Speaker 7: I think that's fair. That's fair.
- 4:18Speaker 6: Like what about I think a lot of people have
- 4:19Speaker 6: mentioned this, but Matt Schaub had like a really crazy game.
- 4:23Speaker 6: I think he threw for like five hundred and thirty yards,
- 4:27Speaker 6: But even Bam is better than Matt Shaub, So I
- 4:31Speaker 6: feel like even that doesn't do it very well of justice.
- 4:33Speaker 3: Like, oh sorry, I was gonna say what I got.
- 4:37Speaker 4: I got a really, I got one that I want
- 4:39Speaker 4: to see if any of you guys, even if you
- 4:41Speaker 4: could name the team that this guy was on, a
- 4:44Speaker 4: lot of props it was in two thousand and nine,
- 4:48Speaker 4: are running back?
- 4:49Speaker 2: I got it.
- 4:49Speaker 1: I'm gonna say, most of all time, of all time, Yeah,
- 4:53Speaker 1: Buzzy Jerome Harrison.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Jerome Harrison.
- 4:57Speaker 4: Yeah, two hundred and eighty six yard games still the
- 4:59Speaker 4: third most in NFL history, only ten yards off the
- 5:03Speaker 4: record of Adrian Peterson that was set just a couple
- 5:06Speaker 4: of years before that.
- 5:07Speaker 3: So yeah, that that one kind of stands out too.
- 5:09Speaker 7: That's the d I mean, like Ryan Fitzpatrick when he
- 5:12Speaker 7: he threw like six touchdowns against the opening day for
- 5:15Speaker 7: the Bucks.
- 5:16Speaker 2: I think he did it bad games too.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Remember getting a king's ransom for him in Fantasy Kendra,
- 5:23Speaker 1: what about you?
- 5:24Speaker 8: I have to say one.
- 5:26Speaker 5: I don't know if you guys know this, but bam
- 5:28Speaker 5: Adebayo is engaged to Asia Wilson, and if they decide
- 5:31Speaker 5: to have children. The absolute avenger that they are about
- 5:35Speaker 5: to raise insane.
- 5:37Speaker 8: But I went with this one for a very specific reason.
- 5:40Speaker 7: One.
- 5:40Speaker 5: I went with Alvin Kamara's six touchdowns on Christmas in
- 5:43Speaker 5: twenty twenty against the Minnesota Vikings because I feel like
- 5:46Speaker 5: the role that they play for their teams is quite
- 5:48Speaker 5: similar and their careers are a little bit similar.
- 5:51Speaker 8: And two because Kamara.
- 5:53Speaker 5: Did this with one hundred and fifty five yards rushing
- 5:56Speaker 5: that game, so he got all the accolades, but it's
- 5:58Speaker 5: kind of the same way that he did it with
- 6:00Speaker 5: all the free throws.
- 6:01Speaker 8: Like you it's kind of it's kind of cheating.
- 6:03Speaker 5: They just lined you up and said, all right, you're
- 6:05Speaker 5: about to hit this record. Let's go out there, let's
- 6:07Speaker 5: do it. So I think that Alvin Kamara, not only
- 6:09Speaker 5: just his career, but the way that they both got
- 6:11Speaker 5: these games done were very similar to me.
- 6:14Speaker 7: There's some of the players.
- 6:15Speaker 3: You're right, that's a good one too.
- 6:17Speaker 4: That's a good one too, because like Bam is not
- 6:19Speaker 4: usually like a scorer like that, he's a he's.
- 6:22Speaker 8: A quarterback in their team.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Yeah, right, exactly.
- 6:25Speaker 4: Kamara is known as like not a touchdown guy, like
- 6:28Speaker 4: that's usually his weakest stat is like touchdowns. He was
- 6:31Speaker 4: like a big yards per carry, big receptions guy early
- 6:34Speaker 4: in his career, but they would take him out a
- 6:35Speaker 4: lot if the goal one. So even him being the
- 6:38Speaker 4: guy to get six touchdowns, Yeah, that's a good one.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Last nominee, wasn't there a game where Brandon Marshall had
- 6:44Speaker 1: like twenty catches if I work correctly, Yeah, he's kind
- 6:48Speaker 1: of a Brandon Marshall and bam Adebaya would be very
- 6:50Speaker 1: similar in terms of like.
- 6:51Speaker 8: George Tittle comparison too.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Shout out to our producer, Gifford Gold was his was
- 6:58Speaker 1: his nomination for Yeah, Kittle Kittle, I think maybe slightly better,
- 7:03Speaker 1: but again tough with the one for one, so we
- 7:05Speaker 1: still have a load to get to. NFL Free Agency
- 7:08Speaker 1: was electric, and we're gonna give Rave on the floor
- 7:12Speaker 1: for a full breakdown and throw a bunch of questions
- 7:15Speaker 1: his way.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Two things off the beaten path real quick. One.
- 7:19Speaker 1: I was just got back home from my son's field day.
- 7:25Speaker 1: It was field day at our local elementary school, and
- 7:29Speaker 1: so I was stationed at stationed six and I was
- 7:32Speaker 1: I was overseeing the potato sack race. But do you
- 7:35Speaker 1: guys remember field day from back in the day, because
- 7:39Speaker 1: I remember this being the absolute best when I was
- 7:42Speaker 1: a kid. But I also remember keeping score, Like I
- 7:46Speaker 1: remember there being a winner at the end of field day,
- 7:50Speaker 1: and there was none of that going on where I was.
- 7:53Speaker 2: It was just a madhouse.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Which I don't want to sound like a boomer here,
- 7:57Speaker 1: but you know, I think we I think we stopped
- 7:59Speaker 1: keeping scores one point.
- 8:00Speaker 2: But Kendra, do you recall field day?
- 8:03Speaker 8: Yeah, I definitely do.
- 8:05Speaker 7: I was.
- 8:05Speaker 5: Do you guys remember the big like rainbow thing that
- 8:07Speaker 5: you would put above you and you'd have to like
- 8:09Speaker 5: run from one side to the other.
- 8:11Speaker 8: That scared the ship out of me. Do you guys
- 8:13Speaker 8: know what I'm talking about?
- 8:14Speaker 2: Are you talking about like where you would like leave?
- 8:16Speaker 8: That thing scared me so bad. I wouldn't do that.
- 8:20Speaker 5: However, I loved dodgeball. We would do dodgeball and that
- 8:23Speaker 5: was my favorite activity. I definitely loved field day.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Chris Rayball, you struck me as you strike me as
- 8:30Speaker 1: a as a kickball guy.
- 8:34Speaker 4: First of all, I've never heard a field day.
- 8:36Speaker 3: I don't know. Wait what I'm guessing.
- 8:37Speaker 4: It's just I'm guessing it's just when kids play a
- 8:39Speaker 4: bunch of games.
- 8:40Speaker 2: You are correct, it is OK. It's like the Olympics
- 8:44Speaker 2: on crack.
- 8:47Speaker 3: School.
- 8:48Speaker 4: I went to school in the hood, in the Bronx.
- 8:50Speaker 4: We had we barely had a working basketball Jackson Florida work.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Hey man, the Jacksonville drill scene. All my favorite drill
- 8:59Speaker 4: rappers from dead now like from jack It's kind of crazy.
- 9:03Speaker 3: On another note, or people.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Flowed away right now by this, I mean we.
- 9:08Speaker 4: Did have those kinds, Like we had this thing called
- 9:11Speaker 4: fun Day, but that was on Halloween. But we kind
- 9:13Speaker 4: of did the same thing where we just they just
- 9:15Speaker 4: opened a gym and we would play a bunch of.
- 9:16Speaker 3: Games we played like dodgeball and stuff.
- 9:18Speaker 6: Uh.
- 9:19Speaker 4: But my favorite game, my favorite thing that we used
- 9:21Speaker 4: to play was Duck Duck Goose. But that's so talk
- 9:24Speaker 4: about some boomer shit.
- 9:24Speaker 8: He's a duck duck goose guy.
- 9:26Speaker 5: You really said na kickball and he said, bitch, duck
- 9:30Speaker 5: duck goose.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Actually, I mean it's his thing.
- 9:33Speaker 1: Heavan you're you're you live in the Northeast as well.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Am I just totally off base? Is this just a
- 9:38Speaker 1: is this a Florida thing because we can be outside
- 9:40Speaker 1: all year? Yeah?
- 9:41Speaker 6: No, I'm laughing so much because I went to field day.
- 9:43Speaker 6: There was tons of field days. I just think Chris
- 9:46Speaker 6: Raybon had a very different bring out, upbringing and school experience.
- 9:50Speaker 6: Uh and he should be individualized here and I mean
- 9:55Speaker 6: was field day.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Guess my nickname is money Money Goose, white white boy.
- 10:00Speaker 4: I was the only white kid about class for the
- 10:02Speaker 4: first nine years of school, like into ice and I'm
- 10:06Speaker 4: only halfway. So that'll give you a how to do
- 10:10Speaker 4: your indication.
- 10:12Speaker 8: The duck up Goose is making sense.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Yeah, all wasn't far off with Goose then with my guests.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Still a lot to get to on the pod. But
- 10:25Speaker 1: first a word about DraftKings. The Favorites podcast is sponsored

- 11:01Speaker 1: all right, Kendrick, before we get off and running with
- 11:03Speaker 1: NFL free agency. Stucky is not here today.
- 11:05Speaker 2: He is a buried in.
- 11:07Speaker 1: College basketball conference tournament play the NCAA Tournament coming up,
- 11:11Speaker 1: so I figured we might lose him for a couple
- 11:13Speaker 1: of weeks here around this time of year. That means
- 11:15Speaker 1: that the onus is on you to come up with
- 11:17Speaker 1: the question of the week.
- 11:19Speaker 7: Hey, this is a dumb question.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Let me ask you a personal question.
- 11:24Speaker 6: Kind of question?
- 11:25Speaker 8: Is that is question?
- 11:27Speaker 5: So production has informed me that it is Girl Scout Day,
- 11:32Speaker 5: National Girl Scout Day. I love a Girl Scout cookie,
- 11:36Speaker 5: so I would like to know what your favorite is
- 11:39Speaker 5: and if you think that there is one that is overrated,
- 11:41Speaker 5: because I believe that there is an obvious correct answer
- 11:44Speaker 5: to both of these.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll take this first.
- 11:48Speaker 1: I actually think I'm pretty confident I am the most
- 11:52Speaker 1: reach recent purchaser of Girl Scout cookies on the podcast today.
- 11:57Speaker 1: I was at a farmer's market two weeks ago and
- 11:59Speaker 1: the Girl Scouts approached me. And you know that you
- 12:04Speaker 1: can't say no to those cute kids, So I bought
- 12:07Speaker 1: a box and thought I would go off the beaten path.
- 12:10Speaker 1: I have a feeling Kendri is gonna say that thin
- 12:13Speaker 1: mint is overrated. They had thin Mint, I chose to
- 12:16Speaker 1: go in a different direction. They had Rocky Road. Bad mistake,
- 12:23Speaker 1: and it's just sitting there in the pantry. They're not
- 12:25Speaker 1: It's just it's not good enough to justify the calorie count.
- 12:29Speaker 1: So they're just rotting in my pantry right now. But
- 12:33Speaker 1: I think peanut butter is probably the way to go.
- 12:35Speaker 1: That was the That was the error on my part.
- 12:38Speaker 7: I don't need a ton of Girl Scout cookies.
- 12:40Speaker 6: So I am confirming what each of these categories are
- 12:44Speaker 6: and what they look like.
- 12:46Speaker 7: Uh. I believe the caramel delights on the ones I
- 12:50Speaker 7: probably would like the most.
- 12:54Speaker 8: You're not a Girl Scout cookie guy.
- 12:56Speaker 6: I'm not a huge one, and I believe I just
- 12:58Speaker 6: looked there's like a jelly one. If there's a jelly one,
- 13:00Speaker 6: I'm I'm a jelly and chocolate guy, So maybe that
- 13:03Speaker 6: would be the one I would go with.
- 13:05Speaker 2: We don't eat we don't eat cookies in the hood.
- 13:07Speaker 4: Next questions, I've never met a Girl Scout in my
- 13:10Speaker 4: life that I knew was a Girl Scout. Never saw Yeah,
- 13:13Speaker 4: the only the only kid kids was like kids used
- 13:17Speaker 4: to steal those like Snickers, like those Snickers bars from
- 13:20Speaker 4: the bodegas and like or and sell them on the
- 13:23Speaker 4: train or the Welchis root snacks and they would sell
- 13:25Speaker 4: them on a subway train for for a discount.
- 13:27Speaker 3: That's the only time. I don't know.
- 13:30Speaker 4: My friend I did buy some Girl Scout cookies once,
- 13:33Speaker 4: but I never actually received them because I was just
- 13:36Speaker 4: doing it too.
- 13:38Speaker 3: I think it was our one of our prior CEOs
- 13:40Speaker 3: p K.
- 13:41Speaker 4: I think his daughter had like a Girl Scout thing
- 13:44Speaker 4: and and I just bought a bunch of bought a
- 13:46Speaker 4: bunch of boxes, but like didn't actually want them delivered.
- 13:49Speaker 3: So yeah, I've never I've never had a Girl Scout cookie.
- 13:51Speaker 8: I think you just made a great point.
- 13:54Speaker 5: I don't think I've ever met someone I know in
- 13:58Speaker 5: real life as an.
- 13:59Speaker 8: Adult that was a Girl Scout. Ever, huh, I'm like company, I.
- 14:07Speaker 5: Like literally feel like oh and the Yeah, I feel
- 14:10Speaker 5: like it's a money laundering scheme. However, the correct answer
- 14:12Speaker 5: the best ones are thin mint's, the worst are tag alongs.
- 14:15Speaker 5: My follow up question before we get back to hashtag sports.
- 14:19Speaker 5: The big argument up here in New England because weed
- 14:22Speaker 5: is legal here, all of the Girl Scout moms will
- 14:25Speaker 5: go prop them up outside of the dispensaries.
- 14:28Speaker 7: Smart and the.
- 14:29Speaker 5: Girl Scouts will sell their cookies outside of dispensary. I
- 14:33Speaker 5: personally think that this is fair game and good business.
- 14:35Speaker 5: But it has been a big conversation up here. Do
- 14:38Speaker 5: you guys think that selling Girl Scout cookies outside of
- 14:40Speaker 5: the dispensary to vulnerable people is fair game?
- 14:42Speaker 7: It's like the gym that has the bakery in front.
- 14:45Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 14:45Speaker 5: My my college gym shared a wall with a pizza hut.
- 14:49Speaker 8: Yeah, and that was tough.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:51Speaker 1: What's the difference between that and Smoothie King posting up
- 14:54Speaker 1: at a gym selling protein smoothies?
- 14:56Speaker 8: Exactly?
- 14:59Speaker 2: That's just good business, the business.
- 15:01Speaker 5: Okay, that was like, wow, I really think that this
- 15:03Speaker 5: might be a money laundering scheme.
- 15:04Speaker 7: Now.
- 15:04Speaker 8: I don't know a single Girl Scout.
- 15:06Speaker 1: I did not think when we went live here that
- 15:09Speaker 1: we were going to uncover the the grand schemes.
- 15:12Speaker 2: There was probably a.
- 15:13Speaker 4: Saint there probably was Girl Scouts back into boomer days.
- 15:16Speaker 4: But then they were like, you know what, we just
- 15:18Speaker 4: we got the cookies. We don't need the girl Scouts.
- 15:20Speaker 4: It was just a brilliant business decision.
- 15:22Speaker 8: By Women's Months.
- 15:23Speaker 5: We're not gonna We're not gonna be mean to the
- 15:25Speaker 5: girl Scouts.
- 15:28Speaker 3: I've never met a boy scout either.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Boy scouts they definitely don't sell cookies.
- 15:33Speaker 8: So many boy scouts. That's the boys that I know
- 15:35Speaker 8: that can.
- 15:38Speaker 1: NFL Free Agency was electric and eclectic, as are we
- 15:42Speaker 1: in the.
- 15:43Speaker 4: First So was that first first few minutes of the podcast.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Chris Raybond's here to help us break it down, So
- 15:50Speaker 1: let's get into it. Let's start with what in the
- 15:52Speaker 1: world is going on in Baltimore. I'm curious how they
- 15:57Speaker 1: actually feel about this. Eric the cost of the GM
- 16:01Speaker 1: pretended like he was just up all night in tears.
- 16:04Speaker 1: I'm not sure I believe him. So Max Crosby, if
- 16:06Speaker 1: you haven't heard, failed as physical. He was in Baltimore.
- 16:11Speaker 1: He was putting up pictures from a hotel at the
- 16:13Speaker 1: Inner Harbor and then failed as physical. And now the
- 16:17Speaker 1: trade has been rescinded and the Ravens will get their
- 16:20Speaker 1: two first round picks back. Raybon, how do you think
- 16:23Speaker 1: the Ravens actually feel about this, especially now they wound
- 16:26Speaker 1: up with Trey Hendrickson.
- 16:28Speaker 4: I think it felt great because number one, apparently they
- 16:34Speaker 4: were kind of courting both at the same time, so
- 16:37Speaker 4: they kind they kind of knew one where the other
- 16:39Speaker 4: day were going to get one of the top two
- 16:41Speaker 4: edge rushers on the market. They got the guy from
- 16:45Speaker 4: their division rival, and remember Tom was no longer in Pittsburgh.
- 16:49Speaker 4: Who knows what they got a quarterback. The Browns are
- 16:52Speaker 4: the Browns, so like this has this might shrink back
- 16:55Speaker 4: to that like a initial two team race that we
- 16:57Speaker 4: always think it's going to be. And then Pittsburgh kind
- 16:59Speaker 4: of MUCKs things up, so they not only steal their
- 17:03Speaker 4: the Edgdresser from their division rival, but they also don't
- 17:08Speaker 4: have to give up two first round picks. And what's
- 17:11Speaker 4: one of the things the Ravens do really well draft,
- 17:15Speaker 4: So I think I think it's a win for them.
- 17:18Speaker 4: I think they had a really good Like they kind
- 17:20Speaker 4: of framed it as, oh, we had.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Two plan a's. I actually think that's true.
- 17:24Speaker 4: And I think a lot of people are gonna be
- 17:25Speaker 4: looking at the Ravens like there's still a stench because
- 17:28Speaker 4: you know, they lose their coach, they will they you know,
- 17:31Speaker 4: the way this last season ended just all the blown opportunities,
- 17:34Speaker 4: But this actually might be a good thing for them,
- 17:36Speaker 4: like high end needle mover, you know, new regime. They're
- 17:40Speaker 4: kind of getting rid of some of these other guys that,
- 17:42Speaker 4: like like the Patrick the cards of the team that
- 17:45Speaker 4: were like important but probably not worth as much money
- 17:48Speaker 4: or snaps as they were getting. So this could be
- 17:52Speaker 4: good for the Ravens, really good. So I'm not as
- 17:54Speaker 4: down on it as a lot of people. I think
- 17:56Speaker 4: that I think that whatever, like, we're always going to
- 18:00Speaker 4: get the best of most teams and deals anyway. They're
- 18:02Speaker 4: They're just a well run team. So if it has
- 18:05Speaker 4: any repercussions as far as teams wanting to do business
- 18:07Speaker 4: with them, they're still always like the Jacks and the
- 18:09Speaker 4: Titans and teams you can fleece.
- 18:12Speaker 8: That's yeah, that was gonna be my follow up.
- 18:13Speaker 5: We talked before everyone kind of got on the pod
- 18:16Speaker 5: about how do.
- 18:16Speaker 8: I think that this is the better move for the Ravens.
- 18:19Speaker 5: Yes, I just don't like how they did it, and
- 18:22Speaker 5: I think that it's definitely gonna leave a bitter taste
- 18:25Speaker 5: in a lot of teams' mouths who want to do
- 18:27Speaker 5: business with them in the future. I guess I can
- 18:30Speaker 5: open it up to the class. Do we think that
- 18:32Speaker 5: this is going to hurt the Ravens in the long
- 18:35Speaker 5: term and also especially now that it's become public news
- 18:39Speaker 5: that both of them were in the building at the
- 18:41Speaker 5: same time.
- 18:42Speaker 1: I think they wanted I genuinely think they wanted to
- 18:45Speaker 1: sign both of them. Tyler Linderbaum went out the door,
- 18:48Speaker 1: and they needed to strengthen a strength. And if they're
- 18:52Speaker 1: going to sign one and they have the money to
- 18:53Speaker 1: sign the other, it just get both ends of the
- 18:56Speaker 1: d line figured out.
- 18:57Speaker 2: That would be an elite.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Defa front if you had those two coming off of
- 19:02Speaker 1: the Kravitz. But I started to buy into that more
- 19:08Speaker 1: over the last twenty four hours that they actually wanted
- 19:10Speaker 1: to sign both. But you said, are they Are they
- 19:12Speaker 1: in worse shape? I think they're in better shape. They
- 19:14Speaker 1: get a they get an elite edge rusher, and they
- 19:17Speaker 1: keep their picks. They're in a great spot.
- 19:19Speaker 8: It was the right move. I'm just saying it looked smelly.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Oh definitely.
- 19:24Speaker 7: Look, the whole thing is really smelly.
- 19:26Speaker 6: If I had to pick between Crosby and Hendrickson, I'd
- 19:29Speaker 6: take Crosby, but I would also then take my two
- 19:31Speaker 6: first round picks. So I would take the hendricksonside of this.
- 19:34Speaker 6: I think pretty much as simple as that, Like player
- 19:37Speaker 6: to player, it's a really good comparison. There's age, there's
- 19:41Speaker 6: you know, all sorts of different status you.
- 19:42Speaker 7: Can look at.
- 19:43Speaker 6: But when you add in the fact that they're good
- 19:44Speaker 6: at drafting and they get their two first round picks back,
- 19:47Speaker 6: I mean, whether they had both guys in the building
- 19:49Speaker 6: at the same time or not, they just looked at
- 19:52Speaker 6: option A and Option B and said, oh, we can
- 19:54Speaker 6: get out of this and do this. And I think
- 19:56Speaker 6: they just took the better option because they're a smart
- 19:58Speaker 6: team and trades onto a diva.
- 20:00Speaker 5: I wouldn't like, are you kidding the way that he
- 20:02Speaker 5: I don't know if you guys remember last night outside
- 20:09Speaker 5: of the window when he was on the way to Florida,
- 20:11Speaker 5: like he was in a Michelle Branch music video.
- 20:14Speaker 8: Give me a break.
- 20:15Speaker 4: He's gonna get like he's gonna get like nine sacks
- 20:18Speaker 4: combined in the two games against the Bengals on Joe Burrow,
- 20:21Speaker 4: Like he's gonna single handedly be the reason they missed
- 20:23Speaker 4: the playoffs again or something like this. He's gonna be
- 20:26Speaker 4: a man possessed and Hendrickson plus two first rounders or
- 20:31Speaker 4: Hendrickson plus Crosby. I think you take Henderson was two
- 20:34Speaker 4: verse rounds, like I haven't said because because I think
- 20:37Speaker 4: Henderson plus Crosby would have been an overkill. It would
- 20:42Speaker 4: have been a reaction to the Ravens of the past.
- 20:44Speaker 4: But they're trying to move on from that. They're trying
- 20:46Speaker 4: to move on from those days. Minter he did like
- 20:51Speaker 4: amazing work with the Charge with the Chargers defense that
- 20:55Speaker 4: was on paper very average, So he'll be able to
- 20:59Speaker 4: scheme up this defense without needing two of the top
- 21:05Speaker 4: four edge rushers in the NFL. Essentially, I think I
- 21:08Speaker 4: think those first round picks. I think they're better for
- 21:10Speaker 4: having the first round picks.
- 21:11Speaker 7: The question to me is more about the Raiders.
- 21:13Speaker 2: That's exactly what I was gonna say.
- 21:15Speaker 3: Of course it's gonna smell it's the Raiders, but.
- 21:19Speaker 2: Yeah, it's screwed, go ahead, Evan.
- 21:23Speaker 7: No.
- 21:23Speaker 6: I was more gonna say, like talent wise, like you
- 21:25Speaker 6: keep keep keeping Crosby plus doing everything they didn't free agency. Uh,
- 21:29Speaker 6: I mean, I guess it depends on what you think
- 21:31Speaker 6: about Mendoza, but they've definitely gotten better in a really
- 21:35Speaker 6: difficult division.
- 21:36Speaker 7: Uh so kind of tough to figure out.
- 21:38Speaker 4: I will also say, just you know, kind of looking
- 21:41Speaker 4: at the Raiders again, and it kind of plays into
- 21:44Speaker 4: what we think about the long term impact for the
- 21:46Speaker 4: Ravens and just everything. Some of it's just like to
- 21:49Speaker 4: be determined, right because we still don't exactly know how
- 21:53Speaker 4: much credence there was to failing his physical right, like,
- 21:58Speaker 4: because first of all, what we do know is the
- 22:01Speaker 4: Raiders tried to trade him. The Ravens could have had him,
- 22:06Speaker 4: so two teams now essentially said no to Max Crosby.
- 22:10Speaker 4: So like, once he steps on the field this year,
- 22:15Speaker 4: that or if he can step on the field this year,
- 22:18Speaker 4: then we'll know more.
- 22:19Speaker 3: But until then, and also what.
- 22:21Speaker 4: If the Ravens, if the Raiders trade him again or
- 22:24Speaker 4: move them again somewhere else, what do they get in return?
- 22:26Speaker 5: Now?
- 22:29Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 22:29Speaker 4: Right, So all those things I think will kind of
- 22:31Speaker 4: shape the final kind of result. But I think it's
- 22:36Speaker 4: still it's still to be determined on the Raiders side.
- 22:38Speaker 4: But I think for the Ravens, I think I think
- 22:40Speaker 4: you're fine getting Trey Hendrickson keeping your picks and you
- 22:44Speaker 4: have a you have a guy you know running the
- 22:46Speaker 4: team that specializes in defense, and I think will get
- 22:49Speaker 4: it done without needing to pay that much, especially because
- 22:53Speaker 4: you got you know, you got Lamar, Like you're already
- 22:55Speaker 4: one of those teams. It's not like you're in your
- 22:57Speaker 4: rookie quarterback window. So I think that would be a
- 22:59Speaker 4: move for for like a Patriots or somebody like that,
- 23:02Speaker 4: if they wanted to do something like that.
- 23:04Speaker 3: But you're paying Lamar.
- 23:06Speaker 5: So it's funny that you bring that up, because one,
- 23:09Speaker 5: what is the new asking price for him?
- 23:11Speaker 8: Realistically?
- 23:11Speaker 5: But two you have to look at how Tom Brady
- 23:14Speaker 5: looks in all of this, because he said that he
- 23:17Speaker 5: didn't want to do business for Max Crosby with the Patriots,
- 23:21Speaker 5: So who are their realistic options now? Because I also
- 23:24Speaker 5: thought the Patriots, but Brady kind of shot himself in
- 23:26Speaker 5: the foot saying he didn't want to do business with
- 23:28Speaker 5: New England And who could the potential takers be.
- 23:32Speaker 7: I don't think there's going.
- 23:33Speaker 6: To be many teams that are going to give away
- 23:34Speaker 6: two first round picks if that's going to be what
- 23:36Speaker 6: And they've already stayed to be wanting there, and they've
- 23:39Speaker 6: stated already that that's what they're still looking for. I
- 23:41Speaker 6: believe it's it's keeping Crosby or getting that type of stash,
- 23:45Speaker 6: And I think at this point they're probably gonna end
- 23:47Speaker 6: up keeping Crosby or giving him away for less would
- 23:50Speaker 6: be probably how this goes. And I would also assume
- 23:53Speaker 6: he's he'll be ready for September. Like I don't necessarily
- 23:58Speaker 6: think that's the issue. I think it's like what you
- 24:01Speaker 6: see in the medical to going forward, like you know,
- 24:03Speaker 6: how how much time do you actually have with this
- 24:05Speaker 6: guy based off the medicals? Now it could be bs right,
- 24:08Speaker 6: like what the Ravens could be saying could be actually
- 24:10Speaker 6: absolute uh crap in this scenario.
- 24:13Speaker 7: But either way, it could you know, stop other teams.
- 24:17Speaker 4: I mean, it's I think it's I think that possibility
- 24:20Speaker 4: is going underlooked, like oh wow, again, like the Raiders
- 24:24Speaker 4: traded this guy the Ray like they're bringing in a
- 24:27Speaker 4: lot of people. They traded this guy, and then the Ravens,
- 24:31Speaker 4: a team that is clearly in a win now like
- 24:34Speaker 4: new regime, like could definitely have used him, and the
- 24:38Speaker 4: Raves that admitted that they they were signing both said no.
- 24:42Speaker 4: So it's like and he's still back on the Raiders.
- 24:46Speaker 4: It's not like other teams immediately like there could have
- 24:49Speaker 4: been like this is this is what two day old
- 24:51Speaker 4: news now, you know, like other teams could have swooped
- 24:54Speaker 4: in already. He's still a Raider, So in my opinion,
- 24:59Speaker 4: there's there's definitely something up with this. It's kind of
- 25:01Speaker 4: kind of reminds me of like that when it's a
- 25:03Speaker 4: little different because it happened later in the off season,
- 25:05Speaker 4: but that that you're Christian McCaffrey. They were like, oh, yeah,
- 25:07Speaker 4: he's going to Germany or something to get some something
- 25:09Speaker 4: with his calf, and then it was like he just
- 25:11Speaker 4: sent to We missed like the entire season pretty much,
- 25:14Speaker 4: and it's just like, something's up with this because I
- 25:17Speaker 4: don't I don't think the Ravens would have just hurt
- 25:20Speaker 4: like they agreed to the deal. It's not like I
- 25:23Speaker 4: don't think it's as simple as okay, they decided Hendrickson
- 25:26Speaker 4: was better, because I think Crosby is probably a tiny
- 25:30Speaker 4: bit better. So yeah, yeah, I think there could be
- 25:34Speaker 4: some smoke here.
- 25:35Speaker 1: We had our best and least our favorites in terms
- 25:40Speaker 1: of the signings in free agency. We did that episode already,
- 25:44Speaker 1: but we want to get your thoughts on that. Your
- 25:45Speaker 1: favorite and least favorite signing from the first couple of
- 25:49Speaker 1: waves of free agency.
- 25:51Speaker 4: Chris rayven favorite easily the Rams acquiring McDuffie and Watson,
- 25:59Speaker 4: the two corners from the Chiefs. If you look at
- 26:03Speaker 4: the Rams, this is a super Bowl team almost every
- 26:08Speaker 4: year under Sean McVay, a super Bowl cottender. Matthew Stafford
- 26:12Speaker 4: still at the top of his game. The offense will
- 26:13Speaker 4: be fine, the defense great under Shula that you know,
- 26:17Speaker 4: the d line, a lot of young guys there. Front
- 26:20Speaker 4: seven is solid overall. The issue was at cornerback.
- 26:25Speaker 3: Last year.
- 26:25Speaker 4: They gave up nineteen touchdowns in the regular season just
- 26:29Speaker 4: the Ram corners alone. If you look at the other
- 26:30Speaker 4: playoff teams, Philadelphia's corners four, San Francisco nine, Carolina eleven,
- 26:36Speaker 4: Seattle twelve, Chicago thirteen, Red Bay seventeen. So the Rams
- 26:41Speaker 4: corners gave up almost double as many touchdowns as like
- 26:44Speaker 4: most of the playoff other playoff teams, So they severely
- 26:48Speaker 4: needed an upgrade at that position.
- 26:51Speaker 3: They've got it.
- 26:52Speaker 4: Watson hasn't given up a touchdown since twenty twenty three.
- 26:56Speaker 4: And you know mcduffiely, we know he's a top end
- 26:59Speaker 4: corner and most of these guys can play man coverage too,
- 27:02Speaker 4: so I think it gives the Rams a lot more options.
- 27:04Speaker 4: They also resigned Curl, you know, wake they have who's
- 27:07Speaker 4: just an amazing player as well. So I think when
- 27:11Speaker 4: you look at the Seahawks, how did they win?
- 27:13Speaker 3: How did they win it?
- 27:13Speaker 7: All?
- 27:13Speaker 3: Their secondary? It was amazing.
- 27:15Speaker 4: Uh, the Eagles a year before that secondary amazing. So
- 27:19Speaker 4: the Rams now have a chance to have an amazing
- 27:22Speaker 4: secondary and the team around that secondary is top notch,
- 27:27Speaker 4: so that that was easily my favorite.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Would you bet them plus seven fifty right now to
- 27:33Speaker 1: win the Super Bowl?
- 27:34Speaker 2: I would.
- 27:34Speaker 4: It's it's not a ton of value, but I do
- 27:36Speaker 4: like to kind of bet the Rams and the Niners
- 27:40Speaker 4: and the and whoever else. I think every in the
- 27:43Speaker 4: NFC every year, because it's usually either a McVeigh team
- 27:45Speaker 4: or Shanahan team the Eagles, like that's it's kind of
- 27:48Speaker 4: who it is. It's been until until the Seahawks kind
- 27:51Speaker 4: of stuffed the picture actor. But it could have easily
- 27:52Speaker 4: been the Rams last year. Could have easily been the
- 27:56Speaker 4: Niners last year if they if they didn't get so hurt.
- 27:58Speaker 3: So yeah, I think, you know I would.
- 28:00Speaker 4: I would hope to get a bat like I would
- 28:01Speaker 4: hope to get getting down to at least tend to one.
- 28:04Speaker 4: You know these right now, it's it's it's probably at
- 28:07Speaker 4: a peak because coming off to signing, you know there's
- 28:10Speaker 4: gonna be some other contenders that are gonna probably max
- 28:12Speaker 4: some more moves and things like that. You know, the
- 28:14Speaker 4: Rams always kind of moved their draft picks. But but
- 28:16Speaker 4: still I wouldn't mind it. I think they're right there
- 28:19Speaker 4: like this is this is just a really good move for.
- 28:21Speaker 3: Them, and it hurts it hurts the Chiefs.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Honestly, was it harder for you to come up with
- 28:26Speaker 1: your favorite or your least favorite free agent move?
- 28:30Speaker 4: The favorite was easy? So yeah, I would say least
- 28:32Speaker 4: favorite because there's multiple it's.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Kind So that's usually how it works in free agency.
- 28:37Speaker 1: There's so much there's so many dumb moves that go on.
- 28:40Speaker 2: I often say that.
- 28:41Speaker 1: If people get so caught up in the headlines and
- 28:44Speaker 1: you want your team to make moves, usually if your
- 28:47Speaker 1: team is not even in the news during the first
- 28:51Speaker 1: second wave of free agency, you're winning free agency by
- 28:55Speaker 1: just not getting involved in this ship.
- 28:57Speaker 2: But what's who's your least favorite?
- 29:01Speaker 4: I think I gotta go with if it's just one move,
- 29:06Speaker 4: David Montgomery. And I know it's more of like it
- 29:09Speaker 4: was a trade, but the David Montgomery to the Texans thing,
- 29:13Speaker 4: because it's like number one, clearly an overreaction to the
- 29:17Speaker 4: way they exited the playoffs when Woody Marks had like
- 29:21Speaker 4: eighteen carries for negative eighteen yards or whatever it was
- 29:24Speaker 4: in that game against the Patriots. So they go out
- 29:26Speaker 4: and get Montgomery, they trade multiple draft picks for him.
- 29:31Speaker 4: He was I was already coming into last season, like
- 29:34Speaker 4: I was telling Kerner every flex pot we did, I
- 29:36Speaker 4: was like, this, it's not gonna be a good season
- 29:38Speaker 4: for him. This is the year you gotta get off
- 29:39Speaker 4: the Montgomery train. He clearly regressed last year and this
- 29:44Speaker 4: and now the Texans are doing this. And I just
- 29:46Speaker 4: don't like many of the Texans moves on offense period.
- 29:49Speaker 4: I mean, it's it just doesn't doesn't look like there's
- 29:54Speaker 4: any rhyme or reason to it. I don't necessarily think,
- 29:56Speaker 4: you know, their offensive line moves are moving the needle either.
- 30:00Speaker 4: But speaking of offensive line, if it's more of a
- 30:03Speaker 4: collective team that just we favorite the Browns like their
- 30:08Speaker 4: their whole offensive line is gone. I don't think they
- 30:10Speaker 4: signed anybody that's like a needle mover on the offensive line.
- 30:14Speaker 4: They overpaid for pretty much everyone they did sign. They're
- 30:17Speaker 4: not drafting first, so their quarterback situation is still up
- 30:20Speaker 4: in the air. They didn't get Willis, So yeah, the
- 30:24Speaker 4: brown the Browns as a team, Montgomery, the Montgomery trade
- 30:27Speaker 4: for the Texans as an individual movie, because I just think,
- 30:31Speaker 4: I mean, you could have just signed Kenny's Gang, well
- 30:35Speaker 4: Rico Doubt of somebody like that, and you would have
- 30:37Speaker 4: had to give up multiple draft picks to get that
- 30:39Speaker 4: done and they would have been very affordable. It's like
- 30:41Speaker 4: it was kind of like how the Cowboys last year.
- 30:44Speaker 4: I know it ended up working out because they got
- 30:47Speaker 4: they got Williams, Javonte Williams, but you know, first they
- 30:50Speaker 4: gave up doubting and he ended up signing somewhere like
- 30:53Speaker 4: in Carolina for really cheap where it was like you
- 30:55Speaker 4: could have avoided all that shuffling and they ended up
- 30:58Speaker 4: needing a second back at times anyway, and they could
- 31:00Speaker 4: have just had doubt in the building again and just didn't.
- 31:02Speaker 4: So I just think that I don't think the Texts
- 31:04Speaker 4: needed to do this. I think their their issue was
- 31:07Speaker 4: offensive line, and it's like they're just kind of running
- 31:09Speaker 4: in place there, like they moved on from Howard and
- 31:12Speaker 4: but it's it's still just not like Brown is an
- 31:15Speaker 4: injury risk, you know, urseries.
- 31:18Speaker 3: He was okay. But yeah, I think I think the
- 31:21Speaker 3: Texas is still gonna have issues.
- 31:22Speaker 5: I was gonna say, you talked about players you loved,
- 31:26Speaker 5: didn't love needle movers a least favorite team. Is there
- 31:29Speaker 5: a team that has done a bunch of stuff or
- 31:32Speaker 5: has sat properly and not done anything that you're happy with,
- 31:35Speaker 5: or that has moved the needle for you in a
- 31:37Speaker 5: positive way, maybe getting closer to the window on winning
- 31:40Speaker 5: a division or a super Bowl chase or something like that.
- 31:44Speaker 4: In a positive way, Like a team that's like essentially
- 31:46Speaker 4: been quiet.
- 31:47Speaker 5: You mean, no, I'm asking is there a team that, like,
- 31:50Speaker 5: whether they stayed quiet and that's been good for them,
- 31:52Speaker 5: or they made a bunch of moves and that's been.
- 31:53Speaker 8: Good for them.
- 31:54Speaker 5: Who's like a positive Who do you think is the
- 31:55Speaker 5: most positive outcome?
- 31:59Speaker 4: So I actually think, and this is gonna be a
- 32:03Speaker 4: probably a controversial one, but I think the Titans they
- 32:07Speaker 4: made a lot of moves and the interesting no, here's
- 32:10Speaker 4: the thing, A lot of their moves are panned, right,
- 32:12Speaker 4: It's like, Okay, they're getting all these former giants and
- 32:16Speaker 4: they're doing all this stuff. But remember these highly drafted
- 32:22Speaker 4: quarterbacks over the last few years, they've usually had a
- 32:25Speaker 4: really good year at some point in their first three years,
- 32:28Speaker 4: Like Bryce Young third year Panthers go to the playoffs.
- 32:30Speaker 4: You know, Jayden Daniels year one, Stroud every year, Drake
- 32:36Speaker 4: May big year. So if cam Wore makes a jump.
- 32:40Speaker 4: The Titans had so much money they were gonna have
- 32:41Speaker 4: to spend it regardless. They spent a lot of money
- 32:44Speaker 4: in free agency on defense. Salah Is you know, he's
- 32:49Speaker 4: had really good defense wherever he goes, and they got,
- 32:53Speaker 4: you know, some some pieces on offense too, and they
- 32:56Speaker 4: still have the draft and they don't need a quarterback.
- 32:59Speaker 4: So you could be looking at the Titans as like, Okay,
- 33:02Speaker 4: they everyone's gonna think they're gonna be terrible. They're easily
- 33:04Speaker 4: gonna everyone's gonna pick them last place, easily.
- 33:07Speaker 8: But I was gonna say the Colts in that division.
- 33:10Speaker 3: Well, yeah, well it depends.
- 33:12Speaker 4: I mean, if Daniel Jones comes back on schedule, it
- 33:15Speaker 4: makes it a little more interesting. But yeah, I just
- 33:18Speaker 4: think the Titans have at least the potential and that
- 33:21Speaker 4: could have it could it could go really bad. But
- 33:23Speaker 4: I just I think they have the potential at least.
- 33:25Speaker 4: But I mean, the Rams moves stand out to me
- 33:28Speaker 4: just because that was already a team that was Even
- 33:31Speaker 4: if they don't make these moves, they're a Super Bowl contender.
- 33:34Speaker 4: They addressed their biggest weakness twice over with two high
- 33:37Speaker 4: quality players, like both of those guys were in the
- 33:39Speaker 4: top thirteen among over ninety qualified corners in PFF's grades
- 33:44Speaker 4: last season, and their safeties. They also have three excellent safeties,
- 33:48Speaker 4: so like you now have, you could have like a
- 33:51Speaker 4: Seahawks level secondary for the Rams. So I think it
- 33:54Speaker 4: would be the Rams, but a low key team. Depending
- 33:56Speaker 4: on how their draft goes, the Titans.
- 33:59Speaker 3: Could be interesting.
- 34:00Speaker 1: Mike Evans, that was my favorite move of free agency,
- 34:05Speaker 1: the forty nine ers, landing him with the infrastructure that
- 34:08Speaker 1: they already have in place, assuming the power plant doesn't
- 34:11Speaker 1: get in the way of his health. Do you think
- 34:13Speaker 1: he has enough left to be a factor for the
- 34:17Speaker 1: San Francisco forty nine ers.
- 34:20Speaker 3: He has enough left. Absolutely. I don't love the move
- 34:22Speaker 3: because he's old. The Niners already are.
- 34:27Speaker 4: He's old, and he's slow and now he for the
- 34:31Speaker 4: first time in his career was hurt, like or not,
- 34:35Speaker 4: it's not the first time, but who was hurt to
- 34:36Speaker 4: the point where he couldn't get his thousand yards. So
- 34:40Speaker 4: it's like the Niners are kind of playing with fire here.
- 34:43Speaker 4: Trent Williams Old might be traded Christop McCaffrey. Old not
- 34:49Speaker 4: as fast anymore. Who's fast on their receiving corps? Now
- 34:54Speaker 4: Kittle's been getting hurt of Like, I just feel like
- 34:58Speaker 4: he's good, and I guess if you're not gonna resign
- 35:01Speaker 4: Jennings like he's a he's a good replacement for that.
- 35:03Speaker 4: But it just worries me that like this era of
- 35:07Speaker 4: Mike Evans career could end up being like kind of
- 35:09Speaker 4: like a lot of twenty twenty five type Mike Evans
- 35:12Speaker 4: seasons where it's like he's it's like he's when he's
- 35:16Speaker 4: on the field. Rock Carty's throwing three hundred and eighty
- 35:19Speaker 4: yards and four touchdowns, but he only plays seven or
- 35:22Speaker 4: eight games. So that that's my worry with So I
- 35:26Speaker 4: like it from the sense of like they needed receivers,
- 35:30Speaker 4: but I don't like that they're still a little old
- 35:33Speaker 4: and slow at the scope positions.
- 35:36Speaker 1: That is what has happened already. We're gonna keep Raybonn
