  very briefly tonight a topic that I believe will be

  a blessing and will help us to be effective in

  our work with God, effective in our service to Him,

  and to help build a very rich Christian life. In

  the name of Jesus Christ one hundred and forty five

  look at three scriptures I'm teaching on the topic, onto

  the King Eternal, Onto the King Eternal, like us to
• 5:07
  explore for a few minutes the extent of the greatness
• 5:11
  of this God, hoping that at the end of our
• 5:14
  discussion praise will rise from our heart truly to this
• 5:19
  great God. He says, great is the Lord, and greatly
• 5:24
  to be praised, and that his greatness is unsearchable. Someone
• 5:29
  agree as you say, amen, that the greatness of our
• 5:33
  God is unsearchable. He is not only great, he's not
• 5:37
  only deserving of our praise. But the Bible says his
• 5:41
  greatness is unfathomable, unsearchable. Second Scripture, First Corinthians, twenty nine,
• 5:49
  eleven and twelve, First Chronicles, Mypologists, First Chronicles twenty nine,
• 5:57
  eleven and twelve. Profound Scripture, First Chronicles, twenty nine. It says, Thine,
• 6:05
  Old Lord is the greatness and the power, and the glory,
• 6:12
  and the victory and the majesty. It says, for all
• 6:17
  that is in the heavens and in the earth is dye.

  Thine is the Kingdom, o Lord, and Thou at exalted
• 6:27
  above it all. Verse twelfth is very inspiring. It says,
• 6:32
  both riches and honor come from thee and thou reignest
• 6:37
  over all. It says, in thy hand is the power
• 6:42
  and might, and in thy hand is the power to
• 6:46
  make great.

  Speaker 4: And to give strength to all.

  Speaker 5: Scripture number three, firstimote, chapter one and verse seventeen, Onto

  the King eternal, while looking tonight at the greatness of
• 7:05
  our God, the Bible says, now, onto the King. It
• 7:10
  is amazing how Paul puts it here. It was enough
• 7:14
  to just say he's a king, But what then, would
• 7:17
  be the difference between him and all other kings? He says,
• 7:20
  this king is so unique in that number one, he
• 7:24
  is the king eternal. That's a very profound statement, because
• 7:30
  most kings only last for as long as they're alive.
• 7:34
  And he says this king is eternal. Then number two,
• 7:38
  this king is immortal. If you know anything about the
• 7:43
  study of kings and kingdoms, most kings and kingdoms pride
• 7:47
  in the ability to be able to manipulate the invisible
• 7:50
  rem In fact, when you study classical Greek mythology, they
• 7:54
  teach on the reincarnation of kings. Their pride in the
• 7:58
  fact that they have the ability to still circumventce their
• 8:02
  way around death and return back. But most of them
• 8:06
  have their graves full of the bones of such kings.

  The bones, together with the gold and the ornaments, that
• 8:14
  they were even at the point of death, has proved
• 8:17
  that no matter how they felt about themselves, they were
• 8:20
  still mortal.

  Speaker 4: But the Bible says this king is immortal.

  Speaker 5: The empty grave today remains a testament that is a

  king immortal. Every other king and every other kingdom where
• 8:34
  we can find as much as history has shown us,

  they can show us where the kings died, and upon
• 8:40
  investigation we can find their bones and their remains, as
• 8:45
  proved that most of them did not have power beyond
• 8:48
  the grave. And yet this king is called the king immortal.

  Then the Bible says he's the king invisible. This is profound.

  Every king had a location where he could be found.
• 9:03
  He could be found in palaces or in their various
• 9:06
  hiding places. They could not be everywhere. But the Bible
• 9:11
  says this king is invisible. Invisible does not mean unreal,
• 9:16
  Invisible means beyond.

  Speaker 4: The realm of sight.

  Speaker 5: Then the Bible calls him the only wise God, not
• 9:27
  the only wise person, the only wise God, because it
• 9:32
  is of his fullness we have received. But that among

  the gods, like the Psamis who said there is none

  like him, the only wise God. And he says, if

  you understand everything he said, there are two things you

  have to accord him, be honor and glory, and that

  you do that forever and ever.

  Speaker 5: The quality of your Christian experience and even your faith

  work depends largely on your experience with God.

  Speaker 4: I have seen this through scripture, through history, and even

  through my own experience.

  Speaker 5: By the privilege of God's grace, no believer can excel
• 10:17
  spiritually beyond the level of your experience with God. No believer,
• 10:24
  no matter how well intentioned, will excel in life and
• 10:28
  in any end devil beyond the level of your experience.

  The impact of your experience that you have with God
• 10:38
  is what translates to the excellence as far as your
• 10:41
  spiritual life is concerned. And like I did say, and
• 10:45
  encounter with God, or and experience with God would help
• 10:48
  you to know Him, and that when you know this
• 10:52
  God truly, you will love him. Loving God was never
• 10:56
  supposed to be mechanical. It was not supposed to be
• 10:59
  something you trme people and try to force them.

  Speaker 4: It was designed to be a reaction.
• 11:05
  Speaker 5: It seemed possible to love genuinely without having knowledge of
• 11:09
  that God, because when you understand him, then you will
• 11:13
  love him, and from that love you will desire to
• 11:17
  live for him and to serve him. The moment you
• 11:21
  corrupt this formula, something happens with your Christian experience. It
• 11:25
  becomes all the way mechanical, and it just becomes a
• 11:29
  journey full of burdensome rituals.

  Speaker 4: That you know God, then you love him, then you

  live for Him as you serve him all your days.

  Do you believe that? Alle luyer? So, the quality of

  a Christian.

  you will reveal to your world.

  the kind of God you will reveal to your world

  So the challenge with the weakness of the average believer

  is not necessarily that our witness is ineffective.

  Speaker 4: Is that our encounters are not strong enough. So we

  reveal through us.

  Speaker 5: Many lobsided dimensions of God that cannot convince the nations

  enough that he's King of kings and Lord of lords.

  Speaker 5: Everyone who encountered God went in the strength of the

  conviction and the confidence that that encounter provided.

  his confidence as he went to Pharaoh.

  Speaker 4: When he stood before Pharaoh, here's what he said.

  of the Hebrews, let my people go.

  I hope you know that Egypt was the then world's superpower.

  Speaker 4: And Pharaoh was not just a normal human being.

  Speaker 5: Pharaoh was a wizard, Moses was being trained to be

  the next Pharaoh, so he had an understanding. He knew
• 13:58
  everything about each the vastness of Egypt. It was in

  Egypt that you could learn the various ways.

  Speaker 5: You could bring out truth from anybody you wanted, their master,

  the art of being wicked. So for Moses to stand

  before Pharaoh, he needed an encounter. That's why when God

  sent him he refused. He said, I'm not going until

  you let me know who is sending me. I know
• 14:26
  the man who I'm about to face, but I'm not
• 14:28
  I don't know the one who is sending me to
• 14:30
  face him. I know Pharaoh, I know Egypt.

  Speaker 4: I know the mayhem that can be meted out upon him. Man,

  I hope you know.

  Speaker 5: The reason why he ran away from Egypt was because
• 14:40
  he killed a man, and he knew the consequences that
• 14:43
  would follow.

  Speaker 4: So he ran away.

  Speaker 5: And you're saying, now you're asking me to go back

  to a place where my history can be referred to.

  Speaker 4: Who is sending me here?

  what I'm teaching. Not every spiritual knowledge is useful for

  the believer or to the believer. In learning God and
• 16:37
  exploring spiritual things, it is important for us to narrow
• 16:41
  our knowledge to that which is recommended within scripture and
• 16:46
  that which makes for our edification. The blind pursuit for
• 16:51
  spiritual knowledge who only end us in confusion and delve
• 16:55
  us into sometimes many practices that are.

  Speaker 4: Not of the Christian faith.

  Speaker 5: Believer is not given the liberty to just learn anything

  just because it is spiritual.

  but never coming to the knowledge of the truth. Are

  we together now? Where people of vast knowledge? We have

  access to many kinds of knowledge. But do you know

  that the kind of knowledge we have vers seas the

  reality of dominion, the life of God that comes from

  us does not seem to match. There is a lot

  of supposed communication of knowledge as far as your dominion

  and my dominion is concerned.

  Speaker 4: On earth. The knowledge that we need is very exact

  need to explore to know God and then to become wholesome.

  you that guides your spiritual pursuit toward a very profitable

  Christian life.

  the knowledge of God through Jesus. The knowledge of God

  dominion in order of spiritual priority. Every time you pursue

  spiritual knowledge, the first part of call should be your
