- 3:45Speaker 5: be all.
- 6:00Speaker 8: Okay.
- 6:17Speaker 5: I guess we was off the line. I'll see that.
- 6:20Speaker 5: I'm back, Patrice.
- 6:22Speaker 4: Can you hear us?
- 6:22Speaker 5: Andrew? Can you hear us?
- 6:24Speaker 9: Now?
- 6:30Speaker 5: Well, I guess so, I guess they can hear us.
- 6:32Speaker 5: We're gonna just keep on going the Kendrick. I just
- 6:35Speaker 5: want you to go back and just repeat it because
- 6:38Speaker 5: it said that we was offline. So I got confirmation
- 6:44Speaker 5: that they can hear us. Now go ahead, the Kendrick.
- 6:48Speaker 10: Okay, I was just saying that since the last time
- 6:51Speaker 10: I was, I'm pretty much in the same position on
- 6:54Speaker 10: the Facebook as a reason, I just cannot let her
- 6:57Speaker 10: to get the application for the conviction of piggery unit.
- 7:00Speaker 10: I seen it then before. You know, pretty much good.
- 7:03Speaker 6: Wow.
- 7:04Speaker 10: You know it's kind of hard to be backing, of course,
- 7:06Speaker 10: but you my dear to bed. Like I said, somebody,
- 7:09Speaker 10: I said, that's how the system works, so it's not
- 7:12Speaker 10: about the time, and it was put stuff in. So
- 7:14Speaker 10: wait on application to the end.
- 7:16Speaker 6: And see what you do.
- 7:19Speaker 5: Okay, So.
- 7:21Speaker 11: Go up.
- 7:22Speaker 5: There's there's our co host right there. Car Now, how
- 7:26Speaker 5: are you doing this evening?
- 7:29Speaker 6: Tell them, ma'am how are you doing? Man? I'm not
- 7:31Speaker 6: doing great. Thanks you about having me on the show
- 7:33Speaker 6: the night and tell them the how you doing to
- 7:37Speaker 6: night though?
- 7:40Speaker 10: DOUTI man, how you do it?
- 7:41Speaker 6: Man? Good to see if you're hearing.
- 7:45Speaker 8: Well, Brom.
- 7:46Speaker 6: You know, I just heard of what you just said,
- 7:47Speaker 6: just right now, you knowing the one thing I'm always doing,
- 7:50Speaker 6: the cur do one thing, keep your head and from
- 7:53Speaker 6: the keep fight.
- 7:54Speaker 12: Will it never stop? And you can believe that much
- 7:57Speaker 12: if you don't believe nothing else. Now you getting a
- 8:00Speaker 12: statement just a few minutes ago that you have said
- 8:04Speaker 12: an application answer the conviction in checkvision and that you
- 8:08Speaker 12: know this is the second time that you since this
- 8:10Speaker 12: an application answered them and that they haven't done anything
- 8:14Speaker 12: much on your situation.
- 8:16Speaker 6: Okay.
- 8:17Speaker 12: So I do understand the fact that you have already
- 8:20Speaker 12: followed an application eleven oh seven, okay, and that if
- 8:24Speaker 12: you were to come back to try to follow one
- 8:26Speaker 12: now it was tappify as a subsequent application, right.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Right?
- 8:34Speaker 6: Okay? So do you remember when we talked about the
- 8:38Speaker 6: issue of arraignment, whether Jermy or president during the arraignment
- 8:43Speaker 6: of the two indictments, that the district attorney's offers that
- 8:47Speaker 6: we saw that was never dismissed.
- 8:49Speaker 10: Do you recall that?
- 8:52Speaker 4: Yes?
- 8:54Speaker 2: Okay?
- 8:55Speaker 6: So you okay, So do use these? Do you feel
- 9:01Speaker 6: that we should have another substu application based up on
- 9:05Speaker 6: the lack of the matter of jurisdiction get the case
- 9:09Speaker 6: like that? Do you leave the pulpy constable.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Well, I feel it.
- 9:14Speaker 6: I feel it.
- 9:15Speaker 10: I feel like that because uh, they had assisted me
- 9:19Speaker 10: before on an application other emotion, and uh to educate
- 9:23Speaker 10: them most still has to ben after and I wrote
- 9:26Speaker 10: either what I had transferred, I wrote and told me, hey,
- 9:29Speaker 10: we know you at you know what I'm saying, and
- 9:31Speaker 10: now we get back wish the world rule of her.
- 9:33Speaker 6: And to this day they never ruled on it.
- 9:35Speaker 9: So I still, God, that's gonna happen with it or whatever.
- 9:38Speaker 6: I don't know if they dismissed but Roger fault or
- 9:40Speaker 6: whatever case might be. Well, I never heard anything back
- 9:45Speaker 6: from that.
- 9:45Speaker 9: But like I said, like you know a lot like
- 9:47Speaker 9: I know, and you know, you know you cannot just
- 9:51Speaker 9: dismiss an datment without I mean, you cannot trust is
- 9:55Speaker 9: new and without dismiss the first settlement. You said, I
- 10:01Speaker 9: came to find out that they dismissed sick Man after
- 10:04Speaker 9: my tries.
- 10:06Speaker 6: Okay, yes, so.
- 10:07Speaker 12: We okay, So now with that being said, because the
- 10:11Speaker 12: disrecern office has not be funded, so they're not the
- 10:14Speaker 12: thinking that you do already have them there, right, Okay,
- 10:19Speaker 12: something issue that the Districturne is out the plans of
- 10:21Speaker 12: Powlem to be present something.
- 10:23Speaker 6: To the of the just. But that's here that's gonna
- 10:26Speaker 6: stop us from being able to challenge the lack of
- 10:28Speaker 6: the stuffing out of jerdiction. Th this on the fact
- 10:31Speaker 6: at the two in nights, which that was difference, that
- 10:33Speaker 6: was the distance. So I was waiting for you to
- 10:36Speaker 6: tell me what was going on with So now God
- 10:40Speaker 6: has spoken, I have laid over and I will be
- 10:43Speaker 6: on the other side very close. Okay, yeah, okay, uh
- 10:52Speaker 6: huh now, yeah, I ain't gonna le him.
- 10:55Speaker 9: Give a plans, keep pushing a did it twenty seventh?
- 10:58Speaker 6: Plans for that day?
- 11:00Speaker 10: I could give you up a long time ago.
- 11:03Speaker 6: Okay, well, let me let you go ahead and finish
- 11:05Speaker 6: killing the story so the audience can hear what you
- 11:07Speaker 6: have to say. I will your favorite too, Okay, all.
- 11:13Speaker 5: Right, Okay, he he's gonna hold he's gonna hold on.
- 11:19Speaker 5: He's gonna also ask questions. If anyone of you guys
- 11:25Speaker 5: out there would like to ask the Kendrick a question first,
- 11:29Speaker 5: let me get that, okay from him? The Kendrick. Is
- 11:33Speaker 5: it okay for them to call and ask you any questions?
- 11:38Speaker 5: Would you be open to ask any questions?
- 11:43Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 11:43Speaker 10: I'm okay, okay, so if I can answer to the
- 11:46Speaker 10: best ability.
- 11:48Speaker 5: Yes, So if you guys would like to call in
- 11:52Speaker 5: and either talk to Cornell, myself or La Kendrick, you
- 11:58Speaker 5: can call us at four two four three one nine
- 12:03Speaker 5: nine nine two five once again as four two four
- 12:09Speaker 5: three one nine nine nine two five, and you'll be
- 12:13Speaker 5: able to talk to the Kendrick, Cornell or myself. You
- 12:19Speaker 5: can ask us a question and we will answer to
- 12:22Speaker 5: the best of our ability. Just to remind you that
- 12:26Speaker 5: Luke Kendrick is going to be with us until about
- 12:31Speaker 5: five thirty and then we have another guest coming on.
- 12:36Speaker 5: But until then, the Kendrick give us a little something
- 12:40Speaker 5: about your book. I've been hearing about your book that
- 12:43Speaker 5: you got out there.
- 12:47Speaker 10: I guess if it's a love story, you know, out
- 12:51Speaker 10: flasts of these, you know, based on two main characters,
- 12:55Speaker 10: Kendrick the Kendrick Rock. You know what I'm saying, Both
- 12:59Speaker 10: of all out and they'll never find love again due
- 13:01Speaker 10: to a circumstance they both get to uh you know,
- 13:05Speaker 10: they got to spend off two friends. You know, everybody
- 13:08Speaker 10: got to the side kick, so you know they end
- 13:11Speaker 10: up having anything going on. This loud Twitter turns and
- 13:14Speaker 10: going on in the book man, so you know, advising
- 13:17Speaker 10: everybody to get out there, you know, get your copin
- 13:19Speaker 10: on Amazon. Man exploded with me.
- 13:23Speaker 5: Yeah, and you can get you can purchase his book
- 13:26Speaker 5: on Amazon. And what's the name of it again, the
- 13:31Speaker 5: Kendrick Flowers Flowers from ey go get your copy. You
- 13:39Speaker 5: would be in for a treat. What made you decide
- 13:42Speaker 5: to write a love story? And even though you're enduring
- 13:49Speaker 5: this situation, what made did you decide to just to
- 13:53Speaker 5: write a love story?
- 13:57Speaker 10: Well, I'm I'm gonna tell you like I want gonna say,
- 14:00Speaker 10: it's my it's my new office ego. And what reason
- 14:03Speaker 10: I say that is because you know, when I used
- 14:06Speaker 10: to be in the world, I was kind of like
- 14:08Speaker 10: a person that didn't care about relationships, say anything like that.
- 14:12Speaker 10: So just my coarseration, you know what I'm saying. Like
- 14:15Speaker 10: I say, you know the time where man become mumble
- 14:18Speaker 10: and learn you know, his mistakes, you know, and that
- 14:20Speaker 10: just that I did a lot of women wrong out there,
- 14:23Speaker 10: and uh, it's my time to redeeming myself. And pretty
- 14:27Speaker 10: much where it's in that book, it's pretty much how
- 14:30Speaker 10: I envisioned myself, you know, redeeming myself in that world.
- 14:35Speaker 10: Like if I had the woman to do those things
- 14:39Speaker 10: and have those quartities with That's how I build my life,
- 14:43Speaker 10: you know what I'm saying. And you know, not only
- 14:45Speaker 10: that it's it's not full in my story or nothing
- 14:48Speaker 10: like that. It's just got some of my moodity traits
- 14:51Speaker 10: of how I would you like that dealing with little
- 14:55Speaker 10: you know what I'm saying, Right.
- 14:57Speaker 5: So, how would you say your mindset has changed since
- 15:02Speaker 5: you entered from the time you entered entered the system
- 15:08Speaker 5: to now.
- 15:12Speaker 10: Actually to be honest, uh, I I never been. I've
- 15:19Speaker 10: never been the type of person like, yeah, I was
- 15:23Speaker 10: like dumb or you know, literally anything like that. I
- 15:26Speaker 10: was raised in a good home, you know what I'm saying.
- 15:28Speaker 10: You know, I just get school and all that, but
- 15:30Speaker 10: I paid attention. I picked up all things fast, you know.
- 15:34Speaker 10: So when I came in prison system, you know, like
- 15:38Speaker 10: I say, the first book I ever read was a
- 15:40Speaker 10: book called Him and we got to come or sent me.
- 15:43Speaker 10: You know what I'm saying. When I hit the prison system, like, man,
- 15:45Speaker 10: why don't put out the field in your mind?
- 15:46Speaker 4: Man?
- 15:46Speaker 10: Put a meeting of the blank. So from that day
- 15:49Speaker 10: for he gave me some books May and and I
- 15:51Speaker 10: went half the un head after that, you know, yep,
- 15:56Speaker 10: you go, so yeah, I just I ain't never look back,
- 15:59Speaker 10: so kind of educated myself.
- 16:02Speaker 6: Just you know, I'll still.
- 16:04Speaker 10: Ain't gonna lie that that comes with the territory. But
- 16:07Speaker 10: you know, over time I did with all the two.
- 16:10Speaker 10: So you know, things change, mentality change.
- 16:15Speaker 6: I really get out of there, man, and thank you.
- 16:19Speaker 10: Apply everything I know.
- 16:21Speaker 5: So you know when you went to when you went
- 16:28Speaker 5: into the system, to the prison system, was it hard
- 16:32Speaker 5: for you to adjust? We know that you had to
- 16:35Speaker 5: adjust to be in a whole nother world. And when
- 16:41Speaker 5: you come home, what will it be even harder for
- 16:47Speaker 5: you to be adjusted when you are finally released, when
- 16:51Speaker 5: you're coming when you're home.
- 16:56Speaker 10: Well, I don't think it's gonna be that hard because
- 16:59Speaker 10: I have read and I find myself incase myself keeping
- 17:03Speaker 10: up things, reading make the things, reading newspapers. And I
- 17:06Speaker 10: have a brother that take savvy, you know what I'm saying,
- 17:08Speaker 10: And uh, he teaches me like I asked questions and
- 17:11Speaker 10: he tells me. You know, Uh, I'm paying attention to
- 17:14Speaker 10: the commercials, you know what I'm saying, So pretty much
- 17:16Speaker 10: I'm not gonna be knocked out there. You know, I
- 17:18Speaker 10: have in the next you know, to find that I
- 17:23Speaker 10: need to find me. So I think my transition is
- 17:28Speaker 10: kind of pretty much over ease.
- 17:31Speaker 6: Right.
- 17:33Speaker 5: What do you what do you look for? What are
- 17:35Speaker 5: you looking for?
- 17:37Speaker 6: You know?
- 17:41Speaker 5: Do you ever dream of the day that the door
- 17:45Speaker 5: is finally open? Because I mean listening to your when
- 17:51Speaker 5: I first talk to you and listening to you your
- 17:56Speaker 5: your case. You know, anybody can see the wrongness, you know,
- 18:03Speaker 5: and it's for an African American man. It seemed like
- 18:12Speaker 5: the system is even harder on you. Guys. You do
- 18:16Speaker 5: the longest time when they find that they was wrong,
- 18:23Speaker 5: you still, you know, they extend that time even longer.
- 18:28Speaker 5: I've seen where some man's had been released after forty
- 18:32Speaker 5: five years doing on role for convictions. You know, what
- 18:43Speaker 5: do you look for?
- 18:48Speaker 2: I just.
- 18:52Speaker 10: You know everybody you know, but it's all about any
- 18:57Speaker 10: knowledge what you make and they should all know and
- 19:00Speaker 10: you know yourself. So I'm at the point of my life, well,
- 19:04Speaker 10: I'm just ready to move forward, you know what I'm saying,
- 19:06Speaker 10: and ask for forgiveness, to forgiveness and just move forward,
- 19:09Speaker 10: just be successful. No, make share of my.
- 19:14Speaker 5: Carip Uh, it's a question that's up and they want
- 19:19Speaker 5: to know what is the first things you want to
- 19:23Speaker 5: do when you get out.
- 19:27Speaker 6: The first thing I want to do?
- 19:28Speaker 5: Yes, Oh, I some Popeye chicken.
- 19:33Speaker 4: You you know you you know what.
- 19:37Speaker 5: That's the same thing my husband said. He said, I
- 19:40Speaker 5: just want some Popeye chicken. And I was like what
- 19:43Speaker 5: and he said Popeye chicken. Then I want to spicy
- 19:47Speaker 5: and I was like, okay, you're the second person that
- 19:53Speaker 5: said that. I heard Coke Cornell over there laughing, what you.
- 20:00Speaker 6: Think, slam?
- 20:01Speaker 11: I am.
- 20:03Speaker 5: Go ahead for now.
- 20:06Speaker 12: I have always caught the land of things and I
- 20:09Speaker 12: know him personally. Man, okay, and so we see he's correct.
- 20:14Speaker 12: It wouldn't be hard for him to transition facts page
- 20:18Speaker 12: because the things that we think.
- 20:21Speaker 6: Are complicated are very very sup to him. And I
- 20:25Speaker 6: told him that even the legal system, we understand the
- 20:28Speaker 6: thing that we do that complicated, we put it together
- 20:32Speaker 6: like a hand in the glove.
- 20:33Speaker 2: So with that thing said, now, he's a very very.
- 20:38Speaker 6: And I'm glad I met him. Yeah, you will be
- 20:40Speaker 6: able to get you from Pope.
- 20:42Speaker 12: Because we're gonna bring you home because we're.
- 20:45Speaker 5: Gonna be out. They gave with some Popeye's Chicken.
- 20:49Speaker 4: Uh, it's a uh.
- 20:51Speaker 5: They want to know what kind of hole does popeye'es
- 20:54Speaker 5: have on y'all? You know, I used to work at Popeye's,
- 21:05Speaker 5: so I used to work there as well. Yeah, oh
- 21:12Speaker 5: yeah back in ninety ninety No, yeah, ninety five, ninety three,
- 21:20Speaker 5: I used to work there. I mean you, yeah, you
- 21:27Speaker 5: can't get me to do fast food no more. I
- 21:31Speaker 5: have enough for that.
- 21:32Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 21:33Speaker 5: But anyway, back to you, you know, it's a it's
- 21:36Speaker 5: a pleasure always talking.
- 21:39Speaker 10: To you, and.
- 21:41Speaker 5: We wish you the the best over here. You know,
- 21:48Speaker 5: my heart goes out to you to well to all
- 21:52Speaker 5: the man's why I have you on the phone on
- 21:56Speaker 5: on here and also Cornell since a men a Denver,
- 22:01Speaker 5: I'm not able to talk to them because they said
- 22:06Speaker 5: that they can't talk about their case with on podcasts.
- 22:11Speaker 5: They can only talk about their case with a lawyer.
- 22:15Speaker 5: And you know, they've been upset about that because they
- 22:18Speaker 5: started off with me and then all of a sudden
- 22:22Speaker 5: the CEO said, no, that's you know, that's against Denver policy.
- 22:29Speaker 5: But yet it still they have a podcast coming out
- 22:32Speaker 5: of one of the prisons and it's another young lady
- 22:36Speaker 5: doing her and her husband is actually doing a podcast.
- 22:41Speaker 5: But I would like to ask you guys this so
- 22:47Speaker 5: everyone know that my husband, Wan Johnson is incarcerated in Denver.
- 22:53Speaker 5: He's fighting a wrong for conviction. And in his charging
- 23:01Speaker 5: documents they charged him with fell first agree murder after deliberation,
- 23:09Speaker 5: then they charged him with felony murder. Well in the
- 23:14Speaker 5: state of Denver, it was their law is that you
- 23:20Speaker 5: cannot charge be charged with both of them. But he
- 23:26Speaker 5: was charged with both of them, and with the felony.
- 23:29Speaker 5: He doesn't It wasn't an underlying credicate defense. It wasn't
- 23:35Speaker 5: no robbery, wasn't nothing to go with that. But they
- 23:39Speaker 5: still found him guilty, even though the even though he
- 23:47Speaker 5: was found not guilty of the homicide, the judge said,
- 23:53Speaker 5: just for the mere fact that they mentioned the word robbery,
- 24:00Speaker 5: that that can stand. But he was never charged with
- 24:06Speaker 5: a robbery and he was never convicted of a robbery charge.
- 24:11Speaker 5: And the witness stated that Wyan Johnson did not rob me.
- 24:18Speaker 5: Can you guys help me understand what is wrong with that?
- 24:27Speaker 6: But for that, okay, you're in the United States.
- 24:37Speaker 4: Man.
- 24:37Speaker 12: No person shall be confined except the pint of the
- 24:40Speaker 12: presentment of manage and no person can be that does
- 24:45Speaker 12: not care an office. Okay, you don't have him.
- 24:48Speaker 2: But another charge.
- 24:49Speaker 6: Would have to be a robbery. Now, for he cannot
- 24:52Speaker 6: have to be a robbery sure enough to the offense
- 24:54Speaker 6: is a murder of capital offic Okay the office. You
- 24:59Speaker 6: have to have a on the line of office, which
- 25:01Speaker 6: means that the prince was a lesser included offence has
- 25:04Speaker 6: come a parme. But with just being said, mister Johnson,
- 25:08Speaker 6: and can't convicted for acquiring that he did not commit.
- 25:11Speaker 6: So in actuality is based on the less included offence,
- 25:15Speaker 6: which is the highervat of robbery, which is in prison.
- 25:18Speaker 12: He's actually worcoming convicted, but the offense dispropoisons to what
- 25:23Speaker 12: he's got because he's got life without parole.
- 25:26Speaker 6: For a felly murders, that cannot be used in the
- 25:31Speaker 6: same cali as capolic murder. It would have to be
- 25:34Speaker 6: used in the same viron as with murders. Why because
- 25:38Speaker 6: the elements change. You have to have a tentional and
- 25:41Speaker 6: no one murdered hard to get the capital murder, but
- 25:44Speaker 6: for fellow murder you have for element to be fooved.
- 25:48Speaker 6: So the Pelbany murderers that the Jimmy Farren have henty book,
- 25:52Speaker 6: cannot see the life without parole. You can't have that
- 25:56Speaker 6: sim that's the illegal Simmons, that's the BOYD said, So
- 26:01Speaker 6: how can that be logic guitars to have right now?
- 26:06Speaker 6: I don't know what he's canasland, but he can both
- 26:09Speaker 6: at it right now and be his case boys, because
- 26:13Speaker 6: a disproportion that's what it is.
- 26:16Speaker 5: Now, Okay, that's it.
- 26:22Speaker 10: This case exactly like that.
- 26:27Speaker 5: And this and you know, and he give them and
- 26:30Speaker 5: I know you guys, you give them back the law.
- 26:35Speaker 5: But by you guys don't have a lawyer to represent you,
- 26:40Speaker 5: and you're doing it pro safe. The judge the courts
- 26:44Speaker 5: shooted down said no, you know, no, you know, but
- 26:48Speaker 5: you're giving it back to you're giving them back their word,
- 26:51Speaker 5: but they don't want to accept it. And what he
- 26:57Speaker 5: told me, he said, he don't, he don't, he don't,
- 27:06Speaker 5: you know, he don't pretention the the conviction. Uh he said,
- 27:14Speaker 5: he tried to, you know, go at it, and they
- 27:18Speaker 5: keep you. Now you know, it's a case also in there.
- 27:24Speaker 2: That the guy had.
- 27:27Speaker 5: Committed three murders and they actually had the murder weapon
- 27:31Speaker 5: because his brother gave the DA the murder weapon he
- 27:36Speaker 5: has three three felony murders because he robbed the people
- 27:42Speaker 5: of marijuana plant. So there's the robbery right there. So
- 27:46Speaker 5: that's felony murder right there. So everything that one tried
- 27:52Speaker 5: to do get back in court, they deny him. Evan Devik,
- 27:56Speaker 5: every ditiary hearing they deny him. But here come this person.
- 28:02Speaker 5: He gets an evid he petition for evidence you in
- 28:06Speaker 5: their hearing, he gets it. He gets back in court
- 28:13Speaker 5: and the DA come with him with an offering. Do
- 28:20Speaker 5: you know that guy has a date to come home.
- 28:23Speaker 5: They took three fellow me murders away from him, gave
- 28:28Speaker 5: him forty years plus seven years time, Sir, I can believe.
- 28:36Speaker 10: That it's whatever in America right now.
- 28:40Speaker 6: And I think that you got seven Yeah, you sent
- 28:44Speaker 6: me that.
- 28:44Speaker 5: I believe you said. Did you send me that case? Lukendrick?
- 28:51Speaker 11: Uh?
- 28:51Speaker 10: I think, uh, well, before what I had told you
- 28:54Speaker 10: about the Public Records Action? Can you know see the
- 28:57Speaker 10: Public Record Act? You can ask for other the things.
- 28:59Speaker 10: You try to get it and they must give it
- 29:01Speaker 10: to you. You know what I'm saying, it's it comes
- 29:03Speaker 10: out of Michael Morton.
- 29:04Speaker 6: That Mi Michael Morton.
- 29:06Speaker 10: So uh, it's people that try to get this get
- 29:09Speaker 10: some information. They won't give it to them when they
- 29:12Speaker 10: then when they finally gave it to them, it wasn't
- 29:14Speaker 10: what they needed. So we got the church involved in
- 29:17Speaker 10: the church file for them from the record and he
- 29:19Speaker 10: got everything and neither. It's how you return this case
- 29:21Speaker 10: because beate with hell from the tribe that the jerry
- 29:25Speaker 10: can see that maybe can overturn the case or shed
- 29:28Speaker 10: light in the case that they wouldn't shed in the try.
- 29:32Speaker 6: So that's the whole purpose from the record act, you know.
- 29:35Speaker 5: So you know, why do you guys think that it's
- 29:38Speaker 5: hard for an African American man or Expanic man to
- 29:44Speaker 5: get their case overturned when it's wrong, when they're being
- 29:47Speaker 5: wrongfully convicted compared to other ethnic groups, I believe, I mean.
- 30:00Speaker 6: Type of system. Now it's more heart for what five
- 30:02Speaker 6: because they don't want to acknowledge the okay, just like
- 30:05Speaker 6: you not the jenist. I'm help, but he said that
- 30:07Speaker 6: I'm time bar but waiting man, what's going And that's
- 30:11Speaker 6: the fact that I'm innocent. That's not the point that
- 30:14Speaker 6: I'm illocate. So if I come come there to not
- 30:16Speaker 6: access to reveal my case, I had to follow laws
- 30:20Speaker 6: So in your husband's case right now, because he is
- 30:23Speaker 6: time bar what he have to do right now, come
- 30:26Speaker 6: back to follow mantas for emotion, going to issue notice
- 30:30Speaker 6: to the far for jist. That's put the good back
- 30:34Speaker 6: on to stop a finding the fact that conclusions of
- 30:39Speaker 6: the laws to his disportionate couldn't because he had already
- 30:43Speaker 6: challenged his conviction. Then that's why the guy who you
- 30:47Speaker 6: take got the three Fellamy murder, he ended up problems complicational,
- 30:51Speaker 6: having no pendant challenge his conditions, and they presented him
- 30:54Speaker 6: in evident area here. But the one one has already
- 30:57Speaker 6: challenged whatever he challenged on the conviction, but he never
- 31:00Speaker 6: raised the issue of the boys gently he challenging the
- 31:04Speaker 6: Jervy charge. You can't challenge the Jerry charge on eleven
- 31:08Speaker 6: h seven wow, because it's a determination of a jury verd.
- 31:12Speaker 6: So the one have to do a come back and
- 31:14Speaker 6: follow a motion for tudition notes which is Amanda Turby
- 31:18Speaker 6: guideline under the due process and show that his conviction
- 31:22Speaker 6: is illegal because he cannot be in prison but a
- 31:26Speaker 6: capital life and a snopolol call a family member. That's
- 31:30Speaker 6: all we have to do there. So yes, it's all
- 31:32Speaker 6: for us to get that up in there. But you
- 31:34Speaker 6: have to comply with the rule of law the same
- 31:37Speaker 6: way they do. Okay, that's what he's at man.
- 31:40Speaker 5: So the Kendrick, I'm gonna give you trying to chime
- 31:46Speaker 5: in on that question as well. Uh, I'll see that
- 31:49Speaker 5: your time. The time is probably winding down on your end,
- 31:54Speaker 5: so I'm gonna give you some time to answer and
- 31:57Speaker 5: your final thoughts.
- 32:01Speaker 10: Yeah, I'm just with it with something said. And it's
- 32:05Speaker 10: not about the time, I say one time, it's just
- 32:09Speaker 10: make it harder for to get part and people that have,
- 32:13Speaker 10: you know, the money and resources you get down in
- 32:16Speaker 10: the earlier stage, that's when everything follows in place. So
- 32:20Speaker 10: like I said, challenge and challenge and get that Public
- 32:24Speaker 10: Records Act.
- 32:24Speaker 1: Man, get that.
- 32:27Speaker 10: And you don't feel what to me you have one? No,
- 32:29Speaker 10: I just thank god, thank y'all for having me on
- 32:33Speaker 10: and I enjoyed it, and I hope y'all make sure
- 32:37Speaker 10: be more passionate than that.
- 32:39Speaker 5: Yes, thank you, and we hope that that everything that
- 32:43Speaker 5: you be out when I'm looking for some of you
- 32:46Speaker 5: guys to be coming home at twenty twenty.
- 32:48Speaker 10: Five, okay, yeah, yeah, okay, what's up?
- 32:59Speaker 5: Be blessed.
- 33:00Speaker 9: Like I said, get his book.
- 33:06Speaker 5: You see his there's a picture of his book located
- 33:11Speaker 5: right there. Go out and get his book, Flowers of Even.
- 33:17Speaker 4: Yes.
- 33:20Speaker 5: Okay, So while we're waiting for Cornell and our next
- 33:29Speaker 5: guest to call, it would be Sebastian. He's going to
- 33:34Speaker 5: chime in. You know, this year has been unbelievable. I'm
- 33:40Speaker 5: doing something that I never thought that I will be
- 33:44Speaker 5: able to do. And I want to just thank Angela,
- 33:49Speaker 5: the visionary of the Crew podcast, for giving me a chance,
- 33:53Speaker 5: for allowing me to be able to use my voice
- 33:58Speaker 5: on something that I'm very passion I know sometimes I
- 34:02Speaker 5: may get tongue tied or I'll be trying to figure
- 34:05Speaker 5: out trying to get a question because you know, listening
- 34:08Speaker 5: to the men's story and actually when you have their
- 34:14Speaker 5: cases in your hand and you read them, it's you
- 34:21Speaker 5: have you fight the hole the tears back because you
- 34:26Speaker 5: seeing it in black and white, the wrongfulness of what
- 34:29Speaker 5: are justice system doing? And they say, oh, they say
- 34:34Speaker 5: that justice is blind. Justice is not blind. Justice is
- 34:40Speaker 5: not She is definitely peeking from up under that blind folk.
- 34:45Speaker 5: She got her hands out for the money. Because you know,
- 34:50Speaker 5: if you look at the statistics, you will see that
- 34:54Speaker 5: men of color and let's see our Hispanic men. Them
- 35:02Speaker 5: two are the ones they have the hardest time getting
- 35:09Speaker 5: out on a wrong for conviction. You don't have to
- 35:13Speaker 5: believe me. You can google it. You can look at
- 35:16Speaker 5: the statistics the Innocent Project. You can look at the statistics.
- 35:21Speaker 5: It's all there for you to see. This is not
- 35:25Speaker 5: nothing racial or anything. I'm just bringing you this is
- 35:31Speaker 5: a free call. I'm just bringing you the fact we
- 35:35Speaker 5: got Sebastian up.
- 35:36Speaker 7: On that Connelly unit. This call is being recorded and
- 35:41Speaker 7: it's subject to monitoring. To accept this free call, pres
- 35:44Speaker 7: one to thank you for using securists, you may start
- 35:48Speaker 7: the conversation now.
- 35:50Speaker 5: Well, Hello, Sebastian, I am doing good. Long time no here.
- 35:58Speaker 6: From Yeah, glad you're back.
- 36:04Speaker 5: I am glad to hear your voice. So how have
- 36:08Speaker 5: you been?
- 36:11Speaker 6: I'm playing well, going through all the holidays and about it.
- 36:22Speaker 5: So, you know you said you brung up the holidays.
- 36:27Speaker 5: How how was it for you? You know, I can
- 36:31Speaker 5: only imagine what you going going you know what you're
- 36:41Speaker 5: going through, or you know I can only imagine Nick,
- 36:46Speaker 5: But we want to hear from you. How How was you?
- 36:50Speaker 5: How was your basically, how was your mental you know,
- 36:56Speaker 5: just just let me know.
- 36:57Speaker 6: How how you was?
- 36:58Speaker 5: How did you do.
- 37:03Speaker 11: Well?
- 37:03Speaker 6: When the comment is a hard time for me? I
- 37:07Speaker 6: mean my family, h.
- 37:11Speaker 11: And I do trying to look at the wet things
- 37:13Speaker 11: like you want to get to eat a lot more
- 37:16Speaker 11: and a lot better foods during those times.
- 37:18Speaker 6: So I just try to look at that. And now
- 37:23Speaker 6: I also talk to my family during those times to
- 37:27Speaker 6: help me get through it, and I feel a little
- 37:29Speaker 6: bit better.
- 37:31Speaker 10: The situation.
- 37:33Speaker 6: You start the conversation.
- 37:37Speaker 5: Okay, so Cornell is joining us now, welcome back, Cornell.
- 37:44Speaker 6: Yes, is welcome than very much.
- 37:46Speaker 5: So we had mister Sebastian on and he was just
- 37:49Speaker 5: telling us how the holidays was going and stuff. So Sebastian,
- 37:57Speaker 5: how's everything going with your case? East bring us, you know,
- 38:01Speaker 5: let's do a little recap for the ones that may
- 38:04Speaker 5: not had the chance to hear from you.
- 38:11Speaker 11: Okay, well for those days do not know. Once again,
- 38:16Speaker 11: I'm Sebastial and I'm in here for murder.
- 38:18Speaker 6: I didn't commit it.
- 38:19Speaker 11: I was taking trial as a primary actor. After hearing
- 38:23Speaker 11: come awaitness there and my trial team, my codependence Steven
- 38:26Speaker 11: so Lee said he's doing Candace sports then tried me
- 38:29Speaker 11: under Sia Tall party then and that he said they
- 38:34Speaker 11: would proved us that I committed the murders. Yet explosing
- 38:39Speaker 11: Hi themselves, they just they didn't know who committed it
- 38:42Speaker 11: did not matter. Basically, they must find me guilty under.
- 38:45Speaker 6: The lawn.
- 38:48Speaker 11: They believe my new company there my trial before defending
- 38:51Speaker 11: gave a whole another motive for why he didn't. There's
- 38:54Speaker 11: no DNA evidence, no video footage, nor any other all
- 39:00Speaker 11: crete evidence business only my whole defend that says that
- 39:03Speaker 11: I did it. Where see now it's turning back in
- 39:07Speaker 11: Rental County for domestic islence. I received fifty five years
- 39:11Speaker 11: from murders. He got understand against me is making it up,
- 39:15Speaker 11: and he received fifteen years. Since then, he's made for
- 39:20Speaker 11: He's got double flights now now for a violent crime.
- 39:24Speaker 11: All evidence pointed to him. Yet I'm the one who
- 39:27Speaker 11: they swim the posts that grew up for everything. They're
- 39:29Speaker 11: supposed to me, all my money and company for reasons. Please,
- 39:33Speaker 11: it was proceeds a showy myth that I've never been
- 39:36Speaker 11: prepicted for any sort of charges.
- 39:38Speaker 6: When I tried to information for everything they took and
- 39:41Speaker 6: why they stopped me.
- 39:44Speaker 11: They also the same when I tried to get informationed
- 39:48Speaker 11: on the list of expert and all the sensing that
- 39:50Speaker 11: they did on pieces of the sposing gun with no
- 39:54Speaker 11: firing sands.
- 39:55Speaker 6: Or pharos, the something where they're trying to hide. This
- 39:59Speaker 6: is why I happened ongoing petition.
- 40:02Speaker 11: I changed the word he can re open my face
- 40:05Speaker 11: for an investigation man to abtainous documents the latest the
- 40:08Speaker 11: criminal investigators to.
- 40:10Speaker 6: Confiscated and stealing my money and talking to.
- 40:13Speaker 10: The grug of finis.
- 40:14Speaker 6: I was never conticulous.
- 40:16Speaker 11: Now, outside of all this, I would like to see
- 40:18Speaker 11: all the know who I am. I come from a
- 40:21Speaker 11: good family. My parents worked all his life. I went
- 40:25Speaker 11: to school and graduated. Later I went to the army
- 40:28Speaker 11: and I taught in Iraq. I received the honorable discharge
- 40:32Speaker 11: from the military. I went to college and received my
- 40:35Speaker 11: Associates degreement. I'm a father of three wonderful boys, who
- 40:39Speaker 11: my love was on my heart after being incarcorated, and
- 40:43Speaker 11: I say designed to his foot in my life. Who
- 40:46Speaker 11: I am as a person. I've set the prize with
- 40:49Speaker 11: my Lord and saviors. I exercised read and draw to
- 40:54Speaker 11: help catch my time and keep my head level.
- 40:57Speaker 6: I realized I would never get the time back that
- 41:00Speaker 6: I love giving everyone why my relief. Don't want to
- 41:05Speaker 6: find a good shirt more so one has a lot
- 41:09Speaker 6: of goodship.
- 41:10Speaker 11: That's what I like. And I would like to spend
- 41:13Speaker 11: a lot of time with my family and if the
- 41:16Speaker 11: rest of my freedom, for the rest of my life.
- 41:19Speaker 11: For everyone who is listening to this podcast to night,
- 41:22Speaker 11: I would like to ask for all your supports, if
- 41:25Speaker 11: you want to my supporters. I changed dot org Justice Perspection.
- 41:33Speaker 5: Okay, thank you, Sebastian. So, Sebastian has a change dot
- 41:39Speaker 5: org up and we are asking everyone to please support
- 41:46Speaker 5: and go out there and sign his change dot org
- 41:52Speaker 5: Justice for Sebastian Royce, Change dot org.
- 41:57Speaker 6: Yeah, please volume of the people out there tonight.
- 42:03Speaker 5: Just you know, just listening to him. What you just
- 42:08Speaker 5: said about you said the co defendant is he's back
- 42:13Speaker 5: in prison for domestic violence.
- 42:17Speaker 11: He's sitting in Randall County right now or domestic violence.
- 42:21Speaker 11: And I don't know if the pilot or pro hole
- 42:25Speaker 11: that's what he's in there right now for at this moment.
- 42:29Speaker 5: And this was after he was released.
- 42:35Speaker 11: Yeah, I think's been released by Trouble Flight. But like
- 42:39Speaker 11: I said, this is the second time and domestic violence.
- 42:45Speaker 5: So let's let's let's look at this.
- 42:48Speaker 11: You know.
- 42:49Speaker 5: So he gets up understand, right, and if I if
- 42:55Speaker 5: I can remember, he gets up understand and he points
- 43:03Speaker 5: the finger at you. But you don't have not no
- 43:09Speaker 5: violent attentions. You never was arrested for any violence attention.
- 43:15Speaker 5: They tried to say that you was a a drug
- 43:19Speaker 5: dealer and all of this other stuff. So they took
- 43:21Speaker 5: your your money in your possessions. But here you was got.
- 43:30Speaker 11: This.
- 43:32Speaker 5: I forgot his name, hush, here you got this. This
- 43:39Speaker 5: guy your cofended what was his name?
- 43:45Speaker 6: Steven?
- 43:51Speaker 5: He gets released from after he don't point at the
- 43:54Speaker 5: finger at you. Oh he did it, he did it.
- 43:57Speaker 5: I guess he probably acts like he was some little
- 44:00Speaker 5: perfect angel and stuff. Now he got hisself sitting back
- 44:10Speaker 5: in the county jail for domestic violence, a violent crime.
- 44:25Speaker 6: For now, your take, just now, thank you for having
- 44:30Speaker 6: me on man. And based upon the circumstances of what
- 44:34Speaker 6: Miss Chapashion has basically online for us tonight, the Stake
- 44:38Speaker 6: of Texas has actually utilized this law party.
- 44:41Speaker 12: Thanks convictions of anybody. Okay, let's be classified the law party.
- 44:47Speaker 12: And it's pacified that the double heading for which means
- 44:51Speaker 12: that if we can't get you for kidling the individual,
- 44:54Speaker 12: we can just hit you for just tandelm across the streets.
- 44:57Speaker 6: Wow, because you should have at to say that that
- 45:00Speaker 6: somebody was going to go kill somebody. Okay, we have
- 45:04Speaker 6: an out of the line that that's an unconstitutional president.
- 45:07Speaker 6: Wow because the nifer person again gonna think of having
- 45:11Speaker 6: to anticipate for somebody else's money to and you can't
- 45:16Speaker 6: prove beyond the reasons, go doubt that I knew that
- 45:19Speaker 6: he was gonna go and kill somebody. So when Bosa
- 45:22Speaker 6: Schebastians came here is the State of Pictures knew that
- 45:25Speaker 6: they didn't have enough evidence to bickness of Sebastian. So
- 45:28Speaker 6: what they did they made a deal was even the
- 45:30Speaker 6: leaf the quickness even to justify mister.
- 45:36Speaker 12: So with that being said, mister Solice is gonna take
- 45:39Speaker 12: a clear of guilty for unless time this king is
- 45:42Speaker 12: and mister che Fashion is please not because he didn't
- 45:45Speaker 12: do anything, so because missus ter Fashion want the trial
- 45:49Speaker 12: and challenge his constitutionality of being NIFA. The State of
- 45:53Speaker 12: Tation brought in all of this spalsified evidence, a burnt.
- 45:56Speaker 11: Of mixed up peace of a good as all these other.
- 46:00Speaker 12: Them the false customer on the soleas and other business
- 46:04Speaker 12: tonnisicals Sebastians.
- 46:06Speaker 6: So as a right now, the trial court good to
- 46:09Speaker 6: mister Schabastian case or the crook is good. The judge
- 46:13Speaker 6: in mister j Basson's case was allowed and needs from
- 46:15Speaker 6: and thus game to get away with all types of
- 46:18Speaker 6: other illegal activities. So that's how mister Schabastians even ended
- 46:22Speaker 6: up business process because the judge was allowing them to
- 46:26Speaker 6: go and confiscate people's property and to confiscate their money
- 46:32Speaker 6: out of de bank account without convictions and for the
- 46:36Speaker 6: most part allows people don't even count on that. Why
- 46:39Speaker 6: not because they don't feel like they need to count
- 46:41Speaker 6: on that because they don't want to get it on
- 46:42Speaker 6: the front. Okay, So as of right now, mister Schabastians
- 46:46Speaker 6: had been competed for a front he didn't commits. So
- 46:49Speaker 6: now as a right now, the state of tensions is
- 46:52Speaker 6: refused to respond to to Milesiter Shapashion's requests but them
- 46:55Speaker 6: to show where is this prophecy at that y'all have
- 46:58Speaker 6: complicated from here? They will not release that opposition because
- 47:02Speaker 6: he don't have a conviction for that now here. It
- 47:06Speaker 6: is they got him a conviction for murder that he
- 47:08Speaker 6: didn't committed, and all the potentity gets property. So he
- 47:12Speaker 6: got to change out all the petitions. Up to with
- 47:14Speaker 6: the change out, all the petitions were accept for anybody
- 47:18Speaker 6: who was supporting us to Sebastians to come and put
- 47:21Speaker 6: us the petition of city, county, state officials to reopen
- 47:25Speaker 6: mister Sebastian's case for an investigation. That's just fun to
- 47:29Speaker 6: tell because the destcutor and the base, because the faith
- 47:33Speaker 6: with these mister Sebastian's money without mister Sebastian's knowledge, that's
- 47:38Speaker 6: being compiscated property. And you can't do that in a
- 47:41Speaker 6: state of tex I mean in the United States, man,
- 47:44Speaker 6: because you've got to have compensation.
- 47:47Speaker 2: Well, I mean.
- 47:50Speaker 6: A compensation for a complication. So right now the Sebastian's
- 47:56Speaker 6: case to be reviewing.
- 47:57Speaker 5: Man, Okay, I got the I had to take a
- 48:09Speaker 5: go in and out because my grandson was in the
- 48:12Speaker 5: background making a little bit of noise. I had to
- 48:15Speaker 5: get that straightened up. So yeah, buddy, he been here
- 48:21Speaker 5: all week. Sebastian. That's okay, I know it was. You know,
- 48:42Speaker 5: I always say it every time I talk to you.
- 48:46Speaker 5: You know, I try to give my blood pressure to
- 48:49Speaker 5: go down. But every time I talk to any man
- 48:54Speaker 5: that's been wrongfully convicted, and I can hear it in
- 48:57Speaker 5: your voice, you know when you got tell me, talk
- 49:01Speaker 5: to me, and your stories never change. It's always remain
- 49:07Speaker 5: the same. Even from when I do my reason, I
- 49:21Speaker 5: read newspaper clippings up and then when I all comes
- 49:25Speaker 5: together and my heart goes out to you. You went
- 49:32Speaker 5: to Iraq and you fought for our freedom that none
- 49:52Speaker 5: of us will ever see. Now, lets we go to
- 49:57Speaker 5: now lest we and listen to to the miller, to
- 50:00Speaker 5: her which some of us is not. And for you
- 50:05Speaker 5: to go over there and fight for you. Now you
- 50:17Speaker 5: have to fight the justice system. That's not right, that's
- 50:26Speaker 5: not right. And then they sit up there, they take
- 50:30Speaker 5: a word, they take the word over someone that I
- 50:34Speaker 5: don't know the young man personally, and I don't know
- 50:36Speaker 5: if he has a prior, any priors in his records
- 50:41Speaker 5: or anything. But to take his word and not do
- 50:50Speaker 5: a proper investigation, it's ridiculous. It's ridiculous. I see, you know,
- 51:02Speaker 5: I read where sometimes the co defended is giving a
- 51:10Speaker 5: lesser charge, and they get out and they reoffend. So
- 51:16Speaker 5: that should tell the tell them something that you, guys
- 51:21Speaker 5: is making a deal. You you cutting a deal with
- 51:24Speaker 5: the wrong person. And then the one that doesn't that
- 51:31Speaker 5: that doesn't do that's not really that doesn't do the crime.
- 51:36Speaker 5: It's the one that's being convicted and get the most
- 51:42Speaker 5: time while you let the one that actually did it
- 51:46Speaker 5: get away with it. And then they go out and
- 51:49Speaker 5: they reoffend. You see it time and time again. I
- 52:02Speaker 5: read it. My heart goes off to you, Sebastian. You
- 52:07Speaker 5: shouldn't have had to go away and fight for your
- 52:09Speaker 5: country and come back and have to fight for your life,
- 52:13Speaker 5: to fight for your freedom to come home. So once
- 52:18Speaker 5: again I ask you guys, please go look at Sebastian
- 52:27Speaker 5: Royce change dot org and sign it. Sign it for you.
- 52:34Speaker 5: He gave he went to Iraq, put his life on
- 52:38Speaker 5: the line. I know some of you guys are probably saying, oh,
- 52:43Speaker 5: didn't nobody ask him to do it, or didn't nobody
- 52:45Speaker 5: tell him to do it? Or he wanted to do it.
- 52:49Speaker 5: Regardless if he wanted to do it, he just wanted
- 52:52Speaker 5: a better life for his self. No reason for him
- 53:02Speaker 5: to go fight in a war and to come back
- 53:08Speaker 5: home This is supposed to be the land of the free.
- 53:13Speaker 5: Where we're free at? Where are we free at? He's
- 53:20Speaker 5: fighting to regain his freedom while he fought for our
- 53:25Speaker 5: freedom for everybody freedom. Where's the justice? Where is the justice?
- 53:43Speaker 5: Can't nobody say nothing? You got men? You in Texas alone?
- 53:51Speaker 5: Texas have nine thousand. It's a thousand, nine thousand men
- 53:58Speaker 5: I believe wrongfully convicted in prison, nine thousand. I'm not
- 54:11Speaker 5: making this number up. I did my research. Do the
- 54:15Speaker 5: research and you will see it. Texas got nine thousand
- 54:20Speaker 5: men and women. Let's not forget the women that's being
- 54:26Speaker 5: wrongfully convicted as well, sitting in prison for something they
- 54:32Speaker 5: didn't do. Sebastian, do you you guys want to say
- 54:37Speaker 5: something because you know, y'all know I'm getting in love
- 54:41Speaker 5: a little fluster right now because you know, like I said,
- 54:46Speaker 5: it doesn't make any sense, you know, for you to
- 54:51Speaker 5: go away and to come back and to fight for
- 54:53Speaker 5: your freedom and then you went to college. They took
- 54:59Speaker 5: you away from your three boys. So I mean, jump
- 55:09Speaker 5: in the Cornell's from Sebastian. You know you just don't.
- 55:13Speaker 5: Maybe I need to hit the bell for me.
- 55:15Speaker 6: No, man, good, you are basically only port. Now you
- 55:20Speaker 6: know what members of facts, okay, and this is what
- 55:23Speaker 6: the audience wants to hear. The facts man, Okay, mister
- 55:26Speaker 6: Sebastian has done here to the job.
- 55:27Speaker 12: Man, I wouldn't bought to our country, and now I
- 55:29Speaker 12: only have to come over here and try to fight
- 55:31Speaker 12: his freedom. That's a fairly scary thing for anybody.
- 55:33Speaker 6: Man.
- 55:34Speaker 12: So you know, for anybody who's listening to mister Sebastian's
- 55:37Speaker 12: story tonight, who would encourage y'all to support mister Sebastian.
- 55:41Speaker 12: And it has supported support his family. And all we
- 55:44Speaker 12: want to do is the question is dead at the
- 55:47Speaker 12: house that FeAs has allowed for mister Japashian to get
- 55:50Speaker 12: played from the germantob after allowing criminal investigators to steal
- 55:55Speaker 12: mister Schebastian's money.
- 55:57Speaker 2: And his property.
- 55:58Speaker 12: See than he fell us some more for the delict
- 56:01Speaker 12: allow mister Sebastian, if you wronged, to be convicted for
- 56:04Speaker 12: a crime who did not committed.
- 56:06Speaker 6: So they took on these facts actually for everybody.
- 56:09Speaker 12: Who was supporting mister Sepashion to put a petition in
- 56:12Speaker 12: but to support the petition and mister Sebastian battle to
- 56:16Speaker 12: question the judge the question the time of real police department, the.
- 56:20Speaker 6: Question the time of real reports to find out why
- 56:23Speaker 6: and how to do judge allow mister Sebastian to be
- 56:26Speaker 6: convicted for this crime because they followed them to Dutch
- 56:30Speaker 6: who signed the order for these people to confiscated money.
- 56:34Speaker 6: So really, what you might be opening up to an
- 56:36Speaker 6: investigation into what people are not really paying attention to.
- 56:40Speaker 6: These jenigens are allowing for these people to want to
- 56:43Speaker 6: be condicted for crimes.
- 56:44Speaker 12: After running us downs, are allowing people and the police
- 56:47Speaker 12: officer to steal their money. So that's what Rickon was
- 56:50Speaker 12: right now, we're actually for an investigation panel. It's mister
- 56:53Speaker 12: Sebastian's state the.
- 56:54Speaker 6: Mister Salisi is anything you would like to add to
- 56:56Speaker 6: that court? I mean I can't.
- 57:02Speaker 11: I can't do it without everyone support. After that, I'll
- 57:05Speaker 11: try to time again, and they keeps a tone walling
- 57:08Speaker 11: me that the last time that I reached it out,
- 57:11Speaker 11: I tried to and get an inquiry from the attorney
- 57:15Speaker 11: dinner we actually went that way and I tried to
- 57:18Speaker 11: get an acquired and why they haven't answered me still
- 57:20Speaker 11: to this day?
- 57:22Speaker 6: How long is it's been in that A long time?
- 57:27Speaker 6: They still reputed to answer me. It would not answer me.
- 57:32Speaker 11: They told wrong, and they used government point zero two
- 57:37Speaker 11: eight anything that they can to help me all the
- 57:41Speaker 11: way with it, and tried to get the judge to
- 57:44Speaker 11: give me a quarter point of attorney to get this
- 57:47Speaker 11: paperwork before. She did not be because she knows the
- 57:50Speaker 11: stun be in trouble as well. So I have to
- 57:53Speaker 11: have it off theable.
- 57:56Speaker 6: I can't.
- 57:58Speaker 11: I have.
- 57:59Speaker 5: You know, My quest is, I know Texas have people
- 58:04Speaker 5: that over their applicate applic you know what I'll get
- 58:09Speaker 5: time time that speaks out on injustice. Have you reached
- 58:15Speaker 5: out to any of them groups over there.
- 58:22Speaker 6: That's what you're talking about, like the project well.
- 58:25Speaker 5: The Innocent Projects Texas. I've seen some where they applicate
- 58:30Speaker 5: for injustice. Have you reached out to any of them groups?
- 58:39Speaker 11: Oh?
- 58:39Speaker 6: Don't MA have?
- 58:40Speaker 11: Like I supposed you that when I looked into it,
- 58:43Speaker 11: they were doing more for for people that have like
- 58:47Speaker 11: text friends and stuff like that. And because they were
- 58:51Speaker 11: going they were using a lot of it for the
- 58:53Speaker 11: DNA evidence. Like I said, as I've been incorporated, they
- 58:58Speaker 11: walked again, did another DNA had seen and walked again
- 59:03Speaker 11: and there's kill no DNA avenue taking into this murder.
- 59:08Speaker 5: So DNA is you know is like that and mister
- 59:12Speaker 5: Lincoln kates Okay, no DNA is.
- 59:19Speaker 4: Hm hmm can this man yes?
- 59:24Speaker 5: Uh?
- 59:26Speaker 6: For anybody who's listening to mister Sebastian's throwing, mister Sepashian
- 59:29Speaker 6: man one of the best layers in the state of Texas.
- 59:32Speaker 6: Mister Sabatan had a lawyer, man Josh Shaffer, and mister
- 59:35Speaker 6: Shafer is one of the peoples been not laryers. So
- 59:38Speaker 6: mister Josh Shaffer really did but star mister Sebastian for
- 59:42Speaker 6: a number nine to ten years. Mister Sebastian has been
- 59:45Speaker 6: sitting here waiting and hunting and training to take his cape.
- 59:48Speaker 6: A return from a lawyer to just south the top
- 59:51Speaker 6: of mister Sebastian's case. So what happened is that mister
- 59:54Speaker 6: Sebastian has lost down on a lot of time to
- 59:57Speaker 6: get his case get indicated for a crime we get.
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: So once mister Scheabashion follows con playing against the lawyer,
- 1:00:03Speaker 6: he had knowledge the fact he did not do anything
- 1:00:06Speaker 6: in mister Sebasti's take, so he ended up giving mister
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: Schabashian back to run without doing anything on mister Sebastian's kin.
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: Mister has taught by utilizing his firm cadas demonicate himself
- 1:00:19Speaker 6: in the state. It seemed like every time he threw
- 1:00:21Speaker 6: that either the learning attorney would pass away or the
- 1:00:24Speaker 6: attorney would not do his job. So then mister Sebastian
- 1:00:27Speaker 6: has lost power dollars trying to, you know, prove with us.
- 1:00:32Speaker 12: So now with just being said the lawyer that mister
- 1:00:34Speaker 12: Schabashian did have, he didn't do his job. So but
- 1:00:38Speaker 12: anybody listened to this shoulder like mister Baston has lockt
- 1:00:41Speaker 12: on the lone.
- 1:00:42Speaker 6: Why because don't.
- 1:00:43Speaker 12: Nobody want to give involved into mister Basson's take any
- 1:00:46Speaker 12: other case for that matter. The affacacy coops down here
- 1:00:49Speaker 12: in Texas, they are only concerned about one thing received,
- 1:00:53Speaker 12: even nonfarm that's it. They are not really pushing an
- 1:00:57Speaker 12: appeal on what's wrong.
- 1:00:58Speaker 6: With our comber suction system?
- 1:01:00Speaker 12: Uh I want I did at one of.
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: The systems semester, I clean systems semester. Longst me.
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: We don't have no time to vanish.
- 1:01:16Speaker 6: I feel for you and there's anything I can.
- 1:01:18Speaker 10: Do, please let me know.
- 1:01:21Speaker 6: And that does any kind of solicit hilly, Please thank you.
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: So much, Sebastian. I know you up under the time
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: for yours because we have another caller that's getting ready
- 1:01:34Speaker 5: to call in in a three minutes, so I'm gonna
- 1:01:36Speaker 5: give you this last minute to do a closing remarks.
- 1:01:43Speaker 11: Okay, So for y'all they don't know about the law party.
- 1:01:48Speaker 11: This is how they convicted me. And it's basically saying
- 1:01:52Speaker 11: it doesn't matter whether or not you all you have
- 1:01:56Speaker 11: to do. All they gotta make them think down is
- 1:01:58Speaker 11: that maybe you have to.
- 1:02:00Speaker 6: And then then something that did face something and all that.
- 1:02:03Speaker 11: But remember they took me to trial as a primary actors,
- 1:02:07Speaker 11: so in order to try me under the law parties,
- 1:02:11Speaker 11: there had to be a primary actor victim skirts for
- 1:02:16Speaker 11: the wait a minute, they took me as a primary actor,
- 1:02:20Speaker 11: so he went against their own law and then tried me.
- 1:02:24Speaker 6: Under the law party. That was illegal, but they still
- 1:02:28Speaker 6: did anyway, and at the time didn't under illegal law party.
- 1:02:36Speaker 11: When you took me to trial as a primary actor
- 1:02:40Speaker 11: and you couldn't prove there a reasonable and I did
- 1:02:44Speaker 11: this murder.
- 1:02:45Speaker 13: Instead all this other balls and I'm not going to
- 1:02:51Speaker 13: say saying that he did it when all when you
- 1:02:55Speaker 13: missed it doing.
- 1:02:55Speaker 6: Everything else that's doing me. He admitted to everything. In
- 1:03:00Speaker 6: this evidence.
- 1:03:01Speaker 11: There's showing there's people saying that he left the victims.
- 1:03:06Speaker 11: There's video foot with him with the victim. Like I said,
- 1:03:10Speaker 11: the fun He can't say that he sell me or
- 1:03:16Speaker 11: something in the morning and I never answered. They say
- 1:03:19Speaker 11: that I met.
- 1:03:19Speaker 6: Him back and handed the video put. It shows that
- 1:03:26Speaker 6: I was never there and.
- 1:03:27Speaker 11: What happened to talk to the story that isn't it
- 1:03:30Speaker 11: to help me? There is so much wrong, wrong something
- 1:03:35Speaker 11: my face.
- 1:03:37Speaker 6: It's crazy. But once again, this is why I came
- 1:03:42Speaker 6: to y'all, oh everyone, to help me.
- 1:03:45Speaker 11: Because I can't do it. They're not gonna help me out.
- 1:03:48Speaker 11: They don't want to send me street, they don't want
- 1:03:50Speaker 11: to make things right.
- 1:03:52Speaker 6: So y'all to tell you have.
- 1:03:54Speaker 11: To help you make fays right. I thank you for
- 1:03:59Speaker 11: all your supporter thank you for everything, not just for
- 1:04:02Speaker 11: myself but for everyone else as well. Here back there, Hey,
- 1:04:09Speaker 11: that was all right, man.
- 1:04:10Speaker 5: That's thank you, and I look forward to hear him more.
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: We're gonna keep in touch, you know, you you. I
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: look at all of them as my brothers.
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: All of them.
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: I got a lot of brothers, y'all. But we're gonna
- 1:04:33Speaker 5: keep in touch and I'll see you in the new
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: year's and hopefully new and hopefully twenty twenty.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: Five is.
- 1:04:47Speaker 5: The year that you walk free out of them gates.
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: You have one minute left, that's my prayer.
- 1:04:55Speaker 6: Yes, yes, that's blessing.
- 1:04:58Speaker 5: So with the said, I will see you in twenty
- 1:05:04Speaker 5: five Sebastian.
- 1:05:07Speaker 6: Okay, everybody, have a great here.
- 1:05:10Speaker 5: Thank you, you welcome.
- 1:05:14Speaker 7: The caller has hung.
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: Up, Hey Cornell, Yes, ma'am, Yes, ma'am Again, ma'am.
- 1:05:23Speaker 12: That was a good show with mister Sebastian. Another post
- 1:05:26Speaker 12: that you had on, mister Kendrick, ma'am. And you know,
- 1:05:29Speaker 12: if anyone listening to mister Sebastian's for regional free, you know,
- 1:05:34Speaker 12: go to change out or free Sebastianoyds, you know, just
- 1:05:37Speaker 12: as such Sebastianoyds.
- 1:05:39Speaker 6: And and he'll sign onto the petition.
- 1:05:41Speaker 14: And let's say if we can get an investigation into
- 1:05:43Speaker 14: headcation because he conserve an investigation because there's too much
- 1:05:46Speaker 14: crooked stuff going on in our system and don't want
- 1:05:48Speaker 14: to pass or love. Has anyone really really sand enough
- 1:05:52Speaker 14: to it? So we all afraid that people join on
- 1:05:56Speaker 14: signed a petition for mister Sebastian and let's open up
- 1:05:59Speaker 14: an investigation.
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: So thank you very much.
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: You know, yeah, you know you just said something that
- 1:06:14Speaker 5: they know they did wrong. Really to me, you know,
- 1:06:19Speaker 5: the more I listen to these man's and the more
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: I do my researches on this justice system, to me,
- 1:06:31Speaker 5: it's just this is my opinion.
- 1:06:35Speaker 11: That you know, the d A.
- 1:06:38Speaker 5: I'll we'll get to that. The d A only want
- 1:06:45Speaker 5: to want a conviction. They once they get they would
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: do anything to get that conviction. That it doesn't matter
- 1:06:55Speaker 5: who they hurt. They would hold evidence, and they they don't.
- 1:07:02Speaker 5: They suppress stuff. It's so much stuff, crookedness that's going on.
- 1:07:10Speaker 5: And then they have all these conviction up under their belts,
- 1:07:14Speaker 5: and what they do. They start running for office and
- 1:07:18Speaker 5: then they say that they tough on crime.
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: Look at my.
- 1:07:21Speaker 5: Convictions, look at my conviction rates.
- 1:07:27Speaker 7: Check it.
- 1:07:27Speaker 5: You guys know that's right, because they be saying it.
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: They be saying, look at when they running for office,
- 1:07:33Speaker 5: they say, look check their conviction rates.
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: That's what they say.
- 1:07:42Speaker 5: They say, check the conviction look at my conviction rates.
- 1:07:51Speaker 5: Y'all don't I mean, are y'all are y'all hearing me?
- 1:07:56Speaker 7: This is a free call from we got case see
- 1:08:00Speaker 7: you on deck now, and it makes that Connelly unit.
- 1:08:03Speaker 7: This call is being recorded and it's subject to monitoring.
- 1:08:07Speaker 7: To accept this free call, press one to refuse this.
- 1:08:10Speaker 7: Thank you for ucing securius. You may start the conversation now.
- 1:08:14Speaker 5: Hey brother, how are you doing this evening?
- 1:08:18Speaker 10: How you doing?
- 1:08:20Speaker 5: I am.
- 1:08:24Speaker 6: A couple of days.
- 1:08:26Speaker 5: Oh, you want to talk about it? Because you know,
- 1:08:30Speaker 5: I was just talking about the DA because you know,
- 1:08:32Speaker 5: I feel so I'm feeling some type of way because
- 1:08:35Speaker 5: you know, they just suppressing, hiding stuff, you know, just
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: to get to conviction. They don't want to do the
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: investigation and you know, and all of this stuff. And
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: then all of a sudden they get all these convictions
- 1:08:49Speaker 5: up under their belt and they run for office and
- 1:08:52Speaker 5: they be like, all tough on crime, check my convictions. So,
- 1:08:56Speaker 5: you know, I guess people just I guess I'm just
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: a crazy one. Maybe I'm lack of sleep. It's something
- 1:09:05Speaker 5: I don't know I've been up.
- 1:09:09Speaker 11: Well, it's never it's never about the integrity of doing
- 1:09:12Speaker 11: doing the right thing, because one of the the paramount
- 1:09:17Speaker 11: in any of the integrity and what the d A
- 1:09:20Speaker 11: is gos to do, they're sposed to do that investigation
- 1:09:25Speaker 11: on the guilt of the innocence and to see the
- 1:09:29Speaker 11: circumstances of why the individual was in the situation that
- 1:09:35Speaker 11: he is from this from the kicko.
- 1:09:37Speaker 6: And they don't do that.
- 1:09:39Speaker 11: They're about getting the conviction perience. You're guilty before super innocence.
- 1:09:44Speaker 11: And that's the man of any of the day. They're
- 1:09:48Speaker 11: not trying to do the large tellers the law telling
- 1:09:52Speaker 11: them they got to always do the innocence proply guilty.
- 1:09:56Speaker 11: So they're gonna do that anymore. And that that in
- 1:09:58Speaker 11: itself the mindset of of consecutors who talk to any
- 1:10:04Speaker 11: kind of uh incident that there the courts these days.
- 1:10:09Speaker 6: And I have even questions about.
- 1:10:12Speaker 11: Grand jury from the point of the grand jury that.
- 1:10:18Speaker 6: There's there's there's some wishywashy things about that grand jury
- 1:10:22Speaker 6: thing because I've come to find out, try out people
- 1:10:25Speaker 6: with the grand jury home enforcements for a journey who
- 1:10:31Speaker 6: uh people that's in the legal system in itself, Why
- 1:10:37Speaker 6: are they being selected? And I remember when when I
- 1:10:40Speaker 6: was even when I picked the vote in my jury,
- 1:10:45Speaker 6: I had police officers, I had shared I had lawyers,
- 1:10:51Speaker 6: I had people that was a part of the court system,
- 1:10:56Speaker 6: uh mments, uh military. But like they said, certain individuals
- 1:11:05Speaker 6: whom they put in the and and in the array
- 1:11:07Speaker 6: of their jury, they shouldn't be in the part of
- 1:11:10Speaker 6: the cheery, especially if you're law enforcement, especially the prosecuting department.
- 1:11:16Speaker 6: Why are you letting these individuals be part of the jury.
- 1:11:20Speaker 6: And that's that's one of the things I questioned, uh
- 1:11:23Speaker 6: on the boarder of my jury, and I ask for
- 1:11:27Speaker 6: a different bird because a lot of these different diregularities
- 1:11:31Speaker 6: that they do in the court system. So how are
- 1:11:33Speaker 6: you gonna how is the asystem the accused of an
- 1:11:38Speaker 6: upman have far busters of your peers when the individuals
- 1:11:44Speaker 6: are not even part of their peers.
- 1:11:47Speaker 5: And you know what see I was is about to
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: ask you that you know, if you how is that
- 1:11:55Speaker 5: possible to have lawyers and and uh police are serious
- 1:12:00Speaker 5: and judges If you have judges and all of this
- 1:12:05Speaker 5: sitting on somebody's case and they're not, I mean, shouldn't they,
- 1:12:12Speaker 5: But shouldn't the jury be Okay? They said, the jury
- 1:12:15Speaker 5: is supposed to be You're supposed to have a jury
- 1:12:17Speaker 5: of your peers. What does that look like? What do
- 1:12:22Speaker 5: because everybody, I too cannot had a jury of their peers,
- 1:12:27Speaker 5: especially you guys from Texas.
- 1:12:32Speaker 11: One of the things that I've seen, although you have
- 1:12:35Speaker 11: black individuals in the ray of your theory of the
- 1:12:38Speaker 11: election of mod what what most of the prop kids
- 1:12:44Speaker 11: I had, they they were not. That's that's that's what
- 1:12:49Speaker 11: it is.
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: I believe that my whole thing was that I have
- 1:12:56Speaker 6: an attorney who was the X I shooting the quote
- 1:13:01Speaker 6: that I had got my time out and I was
- 1:13:03Speaker 6: got my college and the two bias that will prompt
- 1:13:08Speaker 6: you my case. He taught them to a job. So
- 1:13:11Speaker 6: that's already a double a double u X against me
- 1:13:16Speaker 6: right there, because there's no fairness in that, because you will,
- 1:13:19Speaker 6: I had an attorney to give me the Southern lafe,
- 1:13:22Speaker 6: so you you kind also, uh, you have black youn
- 1:13:27Speaker 6: African Americans and get there in my in my jur
- 1:13:30Speaker 6: in my boat iron from the select But the first
- 1:13:33Speaker 6: ding d a do and even my attorney they they
- 1:13:38Speaker 6: had got all the black people too, So how am
- 1:13:43Speaker 6: I getting a fair way of maturity? And then yeah,
- 1:13:47Speaker 6: it's not all of them. And then.
- 1:13:51Speaker 11: The then African American female put them in my sority,
- 1:13:54Speaker 11: their pasical that had issues with individuals in their lives
- 1:14:00Speaker 11: U ex military career women them there, they're they're not
- 1:14:08Speaker 11: still not gonna be in aligned with me, you know,
- 1:14:11Speaker 11: with my situation what I'm gonna do. So it was
- 1:14:15Speaker 11: like I've already got a stack to get I gotta.
- 1:14:17Speaker 6: Go sax Souperman did as well. But also black male
- 1:14:25Speaker 6: and her back man that was my peers. If you
- 1:14:33Speaker 6: ask him, I couldn't connect them.
- 1:14:38Speaker 11: I had a guy who was a lieutenant, but I
- 1:14:42Speaker 11: don't know what he was a lieutenant and his performant
- 1:14:44Speaker 11: of my jury. You picked him to be Majeria male
- 1:14:50Speaker 11: who was a lieutenant. I don't know if he was
- 1:14:52Speaker 11: an army police department and he's been deforman of the
- 1:14:58Speaker 11: jury before.
- 1:15:00Speaker 6: So, like I said, I can't explain what what is.
- 1:15:04Speaker 11: The make up of anyone whom you're supposed to build
- 1:15:08Speaker 11: my peers?
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: And nothing?
- 1:15:09Speaker 11: These individuals of not my likeness and not from the
- 1:15:15Speaker 11: environment that I was I was the product of. Uh
- 1:15:19Speaker 11: you're not from a neighborhood or at uh uh background
- 1:15:25Speaker 11: from where I was raised or how I was brought
- 1:15:28Speaker 11: up or so looking, what is what does it look
- 1:15:32Speaker 11: like when you select individuals of my peers?
- 1:15:35Speaker 6: Let me give me let me jump in.
- 1:15:42Speaker 5: Let me jump in. I don't I don't want to.
- 1:15:44Speaker 5: I don't want to hit the bell. That's but I'm
- 1:15:48Speaker 5: gonna let Cornell jump in. Cornell. What is what does
- 1:15:54Speaker 5: the what should someone's jury look like? What would you think?
- 1:16:01Speaker 5: Because us I'm hearing from Texas that African American men
- 1:16:08Speaker 5: when they go to Trout they get an all white jury.
- 1:16:11Speaker 5: So we know that's not a jury of your peers.
- 1:16:16Speaker 5: So what what would that look like? What's that supposed
- 1:16:18Speaker 5: to look like?
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: Okay, you know the Preme Court of the United States
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: has outlined the fact that anybody can get a fair trouble,
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: whether if you're black.
- 1:16:30Speaker 6: White, green and yellow or whatever.
- 1:16:31Speaker 2: Why because and any people or putting on your theory
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: will have to be a citizen of the United States.
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: If you are a clan of the United States, you
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: can sit on a jersey, whether you're a police officer,
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: a different attorney, whatever.
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: Now an attorney and a district attorney have.
- 1:16:50Speaker 6: An option to question the jury county or not. They
- 1:16:54Speaker 6: can be pairing departure.
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: So now we know and not clean from history, that
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: African Americans are being defined by the lights to affair
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: and their partial jury. Wow, because America, the fan taken
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: to court before a jury of all white You've never
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: seen a white man taken to hall fac jury.
- 1:17:15Speaker 6: You've never in your life seen that.
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: So now that the Plain Court stake Vanilla air Brest
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: of the United States, that does not unconstitutional for African
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: Americans to be convicted by the all white Jews. So
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: with till if the Print Court comes back and change
- 1:17:31Speaker 2: that all through a way where the jury can showy
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: challenges all together, we would never have a sut affair
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: and impush. And this is the same process put on
- 1:17:43Speaker 2: grand jury tickets. We do not know who is sitting
- 1:17:47Speaker 2: in the grand jury. It can be the father, the mother,
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: the brother, the sister to the district attorney and we'll
- 1:17:54Speaker 2: never know that. Wow, because this is the grand Jersey.
- 1:17:59Speaker 2: We don't know when tim was. The Print Court to
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: come back and change over to await with Kim Cherry
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: Tallenger by.
- 1:18:08Speaker 10: The just attorney and the lawyer, then we will never
- 1:18:12Speaker 10: have a friend in for the trial.
- 1:18:14Speaker 5: Now, So you saying that it's it's constitutional or it's
- 1:18:21Speaker 5: not unconstitutional for an African American man to go to
- 1:18:26Speaker 5: travel all white.
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: Jury, that's absolutely right, that's absolutely right.
- 1:18:34Speaker 6: The case is middle animal versus United States.
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: Middle L is a guy, a tallis tech. Now he's
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: trying to kill any talk. Okay, Al went to all
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: white jury troll it got convicted with mitt all the
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: same addicted what we spoke about. He had come here
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: and became a model ignant has never had no cases
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: in the pits, just to teach the other hand may
- 1:18:56Speaker 2: how to be model nant. But the tic the go
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: a part of the plot accusing to release mister Miller
- 1:19:01Speaker 2: as John Miller l. But Niddal has the president case
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: that the deflair court can't back to say that he
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: is not saying he was evenly convicted by all white Jews.
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: But mind yourself. They have just found the manual from
- 1:19:18Speaker 2: Houston Detective and then section where the dead are acting
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: the district attorney and the attorney not the pict of
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: African Americans on the Jurse gernerin. So now this Manuel
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: had fed around here in the state of sects here
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: in other states. It's not just that facts of being
- 1:19:37Speaker 2: convicted by all white Jersey. So with the fan said,
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: now even I myself but convicted by two separate all
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: white Jers.
- 1:19:46Speaker 6: Man so that was a common thing.
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: So mister mister the case more than the absolutely.
- 1:19:53Speaker 6: White that he did not have a fair.
- 1:19:55Speaker 4: Job h.
- 1:20:00Speaker 6: From the tickto don't call him that? How old am
- 1:20:05Speaker 6: I gonna get have a fair cloud when I haven't
- 1:20:09Speaker 6: I have an attorney to see me to receive and
- 1:20:16Speaker 6: just took the look who gives men? Give me a lawyer,
- 1:20:22Speaker 6: But there's others. He just don't come, and I was
- 1:20:25Speaker 6: not going to see the lawyer again. And that you know,
- 1:20:28Speaker 6: I'm do the loader, you getting free, the serk just
- 1:20:34Speaker 6: a friend of mine. There's a lot of the human
- 1:20:39Speaker 6: coro just just friend of mine. In my mother, I'm
- 1:20:43Speaker 6: like that, you've got to kind of if anyone comes
- 1:20:49Speaker 6: to talk to you about don't talk that. I'm gonna
- 1:20:53Speaker 6: see that look at your gain after this layer can't repent.
- 1:20:56Speaker 6: I've never seen him again. You could he even speak?
- 1:21:00Speaker 6: My attorney pick me in the corporal and asked me
- 1:21:04Speaker 6: do I counsent this attorney being able to be twitched
- 1:21:10Speaker 6: because the bottom scional couple you come from trong the
- 1:21:16Speaker 6: other lawyer.
- 1:21:17Speaker 10: Never this other one.
- 1:21:19Speaker 6: It just came and I feel like they called it
- 1:21:23Speaker 6: your fand me in my in my pits, and the
- 1:21:27Speaker 6: strong cosation in that fo you never got me born,
- 1:21:31Speaker 6: and God gives me all my all my duty space,
- 1:21:36Speaker 6: give allot of state to shy in a police and
- 1:21:39Speaker 6: I'm the fool was shot by me against me. He's
- 1:21:45Speaker 6: he's a swat officer, he has good training. Became a.
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: Pattern.
- 1:21:51Speaker 6: Uh, the pattern does not need So this was my
- 1:21:58Speaker 6: stepson's trying away from me, and they had the girls
- 1:22:00Speaker 6: on me. They've never done these things.
- 1:22:02Speaker 10: I needed that.
- 1:22:03Speaker 6: You never mind others wood disappears, come to the farma
- 1:22:06Speaker 6: bit on my beha.
- 1:22:08Speaker 11: I needed a psychonscious in that particular time because I worked.
- 1:22:12Speaker 11: If I tried to do some side by.
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: Cop okay that I was entitled to have.
- 1:22:19Speaker 5: I think Cornell wanted to chime in.
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: Yeah, let me jump up. So for anybody who's listening
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: for your stories, what would you have from them? What
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: conn they help you get on your particular.
- 1:22:39Speaker 6: Well? First thing I like to don't there's the attorney
- 1:22:43Speaker 6: to represent me, because name was Albert him who tier
- 1:22:47Speaker 6: is junior? He's a sad are you I would like
- 1:22:50Speaker 6: to know?
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: I'd like me.
- 1:22:52Speaker 6: How did you get off my tape? It's attorney cy
- 1:23:00Speaker 6: think my taste? He start he still test my taste
- 1:23:08Speaker 6: to acknowledge that I want to know, give me.
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: I want to.
- 1:23:18Speaker 6: Fifteen years right now.
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: And I was, okay, how can they How can the
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: pupet support you? Do you have anything, uh take that
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: old petition or anything that you have outline, you know,
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: for the public to be able to put you help
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: you anyway that they did they want to get involved
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: in your particular.
- 1:23:49Speaker 6: That people like you know is all so much contact
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: being ask anything he can do because if I give
- 1:24:03Speaker 6: if I feel a statement from him saying that he
- 1:24:05Speaker 6: could have got twenty five kids, I can give him
- 1:24:08Speaker 6: a patto just on that. Man, if there's any quality,
- 1:24:14Speaker 6: you know, the issues because of my things going on
- 1:24:21Speaker 6: with nobody can relate to my issues. I need to.
- 1:24:23Speaker 6: I need to agree with my time to evaluation to
- 1:24:26Speaker 6: to because kind of kind of because I stopped being propy,
- 1:24:33Speaker 6: I was not I know.
- 1:24:35Speaker 11: If at the time was that's some issues that I'm
- 1:24:39Speaker 11: today about that because I still have my good curious
- 1:24:42Speaker 11: episodes that happened in my life.
- 1:24:44Speaker 6: Is very traumatic. You know, feel call meal on a
- 1:24:48Speaker 6: mental issue, you know sometimes because I'm still resolving that episode.
- 1:24:58Speaker 11: Something like that.
- 1:25:02Speaker 5: Okay, I just have a question for you because you
- 1:25:07Speaker 5: said you want someone to reach out to the lawyer.
- 1:25:11Speaker 5: Have you reached out to the lawyer to ask them
- 1:25:14Speaker 5: you know what's going on?
- 1:25:15Speaker 6: Have you? He will not answer any of my letters.
- 1:25:21Speaker 6: I've been writing this man throughout the years, been for
- 1:25:24Speaker 6: fifteen years, fifty year sentence be legally gift to me
- 1:25:29Speaker 6: nobody I should have got this. Do you do you
- 1:25:33Speaker 6: what but assumed that you was enhance some allegations you
- 1:25:37Speaker 6: in the liberals hasment allegation I think.
- 1:25:40Speaker 11: That I never was convicted all or that I was
- 1:25:43Speaker 11: able to to it in orders to say that I
- 1:25:45Speaker 11: was the hobbitual offend.
- 1:25:48Speaker 6: It's not even how many I won't convict me on
- 1:25:52Speaker 6: something and I got done. And then the second offense
- 1:25:56Speaker 6: that just because they can meet you in order to
- 1:25:57Speaker 6: certify you have the hospitual offending, the offense was it
- 1:26:01Speaker 6: still has a the pal pinion for my peal, the
- 1:26:07Speaker 6: DC can acknowledge that computer detective with the facility of
- 1:26:14Speaker 6: the convictions good to the fact that uh then has
- 1:26:18Speaker 6: an udent that it has to have a gash the
- 1:26:24Speaker 6: unifiers having the perpendion on it, that he didn't.
- 1:26:27Speaker 11: Do that.
- 1:26:29Speaker 6: Like I said, you live they take my crew and
- 1:26:33Speaker 6: that she had three five people put on at the
- 1:26:36Speaker 6: same time, so how received you will have the time?
- 1:26:41Speaker 6: Gave my case copy and you're not and you're not
- 1:26:44Speaker 6: affording them, so I expect the same. But I'm understand
- 1:26:48Speaker 6: that after as she did, after she gave my appeal,
- 1:26:53Speaker 6: her opinion that my competition calling, then it will was
- 1:26:59Speaker 6: legally anything that I do is in charge.
- 1:27:02Speaker 10: My fiction.
- 1:27:04Speaker 6: Now came back and they had heard they had running
- 1:27:12Speaker 6: her into the phone. So the hearing, I say that
- 1:27:18Speaker 6: they have a hearing because they don't comprise you with
- 1:27:21Speaker 6: the loveer. So I'm fighting my own caste pro safe.
- 1:27:24Speaker 6: But I wrote through and said that if.
- 1:27:26Speaker 11: I have a hearing, I want to stified, and then
- 1:27:28Speaker 11: I want because because not immunion, because and that's.
- 1:27:34Speaker 6: That's really so I'm fighting my case.
- 1:27:43Speaker 2: Okay, okay, what did you want but the audience to
- 1:27:46Speaker 2: know about the.
- 1:27:53Speaker 5: You know what, what would you like to leave.
- 1:28:00Speaker 11: What?
- 1:28:01Speaker 6: I'm just the man just trying. I'm a just man
- 1:28:04Speaker 6: trying to get hold of my family. I'm trying to
- 1:28:06Speaker 6: get hold of my my mother. She just had a
- 1:28:09Speaker 6: home tact.
- 1:28:10Speaker 11: She had a struggle.
- 1:28:12Speaker 6: They did make the searching on her yesterday. She went
- 1:28:15Speaker 6: in the twenty eight she went at the hospital and uh,
- 1:28:22Speaker 6: and I had to beat home for my family. I
- 1:28:24Speaker 6: mean the second he gave me a food rush. And
- 1:28:30Speaker 6: I don't see prefer what he did to me. You know,
- 1:28:34Speaker 6: I just want to go to I'm fout of the
- 1:28:37Speaker 6: position in the court, trying to keep back in and
- 1:28:40Speaker 6: I would really appreciate the support of anyone when I
- 1:28:42Speaker 6: do a letter, uh, you know on my behands. You know,
- 1:28:49Speaker 6: my neighbors wouldn't see number zero one, six, three, four,
- 1:28:55Speaker 6: five nine. Even doing this, I'm still balanced up in
- 1:28:58Speaker 6: here with the leading stuff, as you know, retaliation from
- 1:29:02Speaker 6: me being in an advocacy for her arm and you know,
- 1:29:06Speaker 6: it's it's crazy. I'm bout some crazy stuff right now,
- 1:29:08Speaker 6: but I really don't want to see it because I'm
- 1:29:10Speaker 6: trying to get it to them, and I it's it's
- 1:29:13Speaker 6: it's it's a lot, you know, and what time isn't fair,
- 1:29:19Speaker 6: but it's it's it's not even fair when you got
- 1:29:21Speaker 6: cooking offices here, just do the legal acts and and
- 1:29:25Speaker 6: and doing things to get other people like I'm WoT
- 1:29:28Speaker 6: I'm with Dficer right now to retaliate against me, and
- 1:29:32Speaker 6: he's been really he's been after for a while and
- 1:29:36Speaker 6: he did some many bigger stuff to me preachingly. So
- 1:29:39Speaker 6: it's just I just wish I'll just keep me in
- 1:29:42Speaker 6: your curves, you know, on me to be able to
- 1:29:46Speaker 6: uh h, to get to this you know things. I
- 1:29:51Speaker 6: always had his me as the target. But God got
- 1:29:54Speaker 6: me in his faith right now because God is don't
- 1:29:56Speaker 6: see me through this as well.
- 1:29:59Speaker 5: You you know, Casey, you're not you're You're definitely in
- 1:30:04Speaker 5: our players and I thought, you're I hear this and
- 1:30:08Speaker 5: I read this from other inmates that you know, they
- 1:30:15Speaker 5: the CEOs harassed them. They and then when they go
- 1:30:19Speaker 5: to their superiors they write them up it's nothing did
- 1:30:23Speaker 5: and it constantly just happened. Well, I don't know if
- 1:30:27Speaker 5: you guys heard about the CEO that was killed. I
- 1:30:34Speaker 5: want to say probably about a week ago over there
- 1:30:37Speaker 5: in Ohio. And what has been said from the end,
- 1:30:50Speaker 5: from on the inside, coming from the prison, from the
- 1:30:53Speaker 5: the inmates, it's saying that the the guy that actually
- 1:30:58Speaker 5: killed things, killed the CEO he was being the CEO
- 1:31:03Speaker 5: was actually harassing him, and he went to the superiors.
- 1:31:09Speaker 5: He went to the higher ups and he was putting
- 1:31:11Speaker 5: in complaints after complaints, and they kept being ignored, and
- 1:31:17Speaker 5: you know, the CEO would just constantly harassing and wasn't
- 1:31:20Speaker 5: nothing being done? So finally from this is this is
- 1:31:26Speaker 5: this is something that I heard and that I read
- 1:31:32Speaker 5: that that is being said.
- 1:31:35Speaker 4: Is that that day that the.
- 1:31:39Speaker 5: CEO had said something real harsh to the inmate and
- 1:31:46Speaker 5: the inmate just snapped because he said it wasn't nothing,
- 1:31:52Speaker 5: It wasn't nothing being done. But is that in York instance?
- 1:32:00Speaker 5: Where are you reporting what's going on or you just
- 1:32:05Speaker 5: letting it?
- 1:32:08Speaker 6: I've broken this opposite of the sixth time sixty and
- 1:32:12Speaker 6: this opposite has been diagnized me it's liquority. But this
- 1:32:16Speaker 6: is what but you up and and he and I
- 1:32:20Speaker 6: tell him that you know that I don't want to
- 1:32:22Speaker 6: be places from this officers and of his colleagues or
- 1:32:26Speaker 6: anyone from the staff. Uh for kissed me? From me
- 1:32:30Speaker 6: participating in the prevents pecision. One of the things that
- 1:32:34Speaker 6: when I agreements back, even when I too, you know
- 1:32:38Speaker 6: that they saying there's nothing to sactuate your claiming. Just
- 1:32:45Speaker 6: my against the oscar the doctor to me, you see
- 1:32:51Speaker 6: wife hang on to anyway, you know, And and that's
- 1:32:56Speaker 6: one of them fair stand Yeah, can uh n kill
- 1:33:06Speaker 6: they almost like the Pain. Pain jump on your maids.
- 1:33:11Speaker 6: I've seen him boost up and they and they boostup Retali, their.
- 1:33:17Speaker 11: Friends, their countrymen, and they've been home on African American man.
- 1:33:23Speaker 6: They nothing man. Then this administration won't put up and
- 1:33:28Speaker 6: they these people, you know, I have no means some
- 1:33:32Speaker 6: of them all. But you I thought they act like
- 1:33:36Speaker 6: the Pain. They act just like any one comedie of
- 1:33:39Speaker 6: the associated uh you know, and and they couldn't and
- 1:33:45Speaker 6: they would jump on your state and stuff your dad.
- 1:33:48Speaker 6: They plant and it's just you know, they're campaign or
- 1:33:55Speaker 6: whiting U cases in order to take you down. And
- 1:33:59Speaker 6: they laugh about.
- 1:34:00Speaker 11: And then you know about the other inmate, the situation.
- 1:34:04Speaker 6: Which said you're call from out and take you on somebody,
- 1:34:08Speaker 6: who do you start.
- 1:34:10Speaker 11: Spreading a smart campaign against the inmates to make a
- 1:34:13Speaker 11: look ban amongst the kills them up us.
- 1:34:17Speaker 9: A while.
- 1:34:19Speaker 11: Youation and this character amongst the individuals about because.
- 1:34:24Speaker 6: You're trying to kid hit him to look at a
- 1:34:29Speaker 6: sight in the mount.
- 1:34:31Speaker 5: So okay, see, I don't mean I guess we done
- 1:34:34Speaker 5: went over because we got jameson Gate calling in right now.
- 1:34:38Speaker 5: So so I just want to say I will.
- 1:34:41Speaker 6: See you in That's what it is everybody. God bless
- 1:34:47Speaker 6: you and.
- 1:34:49Speaker 5: See you later. Well.
- 1:34:55Speaker 7: Hello, this is a free call from very very an
- 1:35:01Speaker 7: inmate at Cornelin and this call is being recorded and
- 1:35:05Speaker 7: it's subject to monitoring. To accept this free call, press
- 1:35:09Speaker 7: one to refuse this pre call. Pre thank you for
- 1:35:11Speaker 7: using to curious. You may start the conversation now.
- 1:35:15Speaker 5: Well hull oh, mister legate, howre you doing? I am
- 1:35:22Speaker 5: doing good. Let me we just wrapped it up with Casey.
- 1:35:25Speaker 5: Casey was you know, I had to hit the bell
- 1:35:28Speaker 5: on him, but he didn't pay the the bill, no attention,
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: So so okay, I just want to say this before Cornell.
- 1:35:41Speaker 5: Cornell gonna call back, but we were just talking about
- 1:35:45Speaker 5: the he was saying he was having problems with the
- 1:35:50Speaker 5: with the CEO over there. I just want to make
- 1:35:54Speaker 5: this the claimer. Under no circumstances do we can done violence.
- 1:36:03Speaker 5: We do not condone violence, whether it's inmate on inmate,
- 1:36:09Speaker 5: inmate on CEO, CEO on COEO. We do not condone violence.
- 1:36:14Speaker 5: And we're we're not advocating for violence or you know
- 1:36:22Speaker 5: in an upper note, we want peace. I just want
- 1:36:28Speaker 5: to say to the administrators that run these prisons, you
- 1:36:33Speaker 5: guys are in charge the CEO. Safeties are in your
- 1:36:39Speaker 5: hand as well as the inmate safetyes. So when the
- 1:36:43Speaker 5: when the inmates come or what a complaint, don't brush
- 1:36:47Speaker 5: it off investigated, have us sit down talk with the CEO.
- 1:36:52Speaker 5: Don't don't brush it off or else we be in
- 1:36:55Speaker 5: a You will have a predicament like what's going on
- 1:36:59Speaker 5: in O That CEO loss his life because you breast
- 1:37:04Speaker 5: something off? Don't you you plan? Don't do that, you
- 1:37:08Speaker 5: plan with fire. I'll investigate your prisons. If you guys
- 1:37:15Speaker 5: have loved ones that's currently in prisons, check on them.
- 1:37:20Speaker 5: Check on them, especially during the holiday season. See how
- 1:37:24Speaker 5: they're they're doing, their mental capacity is doing. Just check
- 1:37:29Speaker 5: on them. You never know what's going on with your
- 1:37:32Speaker 5: loved ones while they behind h while they while they're
- 1:37:38Speaker 5: in there. You you don't know, so you know, please
- 1:37:45Speaker 5: check on your loved ones. I guess, mister, let me
- 1:37:51Speaker 5: see what's going on so we can get him back.
- 1:37:55Speaker 5: But I just wanted to say, I just wanted to
- 1:38:00Speaker 5: say that, you know, shouldn't no one go to work
- 1:38:05Speaker 5: and lose their life. Should no one that been that's
- 1:38:12Speaker 5: sentenced to do time, they shouldn't lose their life as well?
- 1:38:16Speaker 5: You know, I just believe that they need to be
- 1:38:23Speaker 5: more aware of what's going on in their prisons and
- 1:38:27Speaker 5: not just there just to get a check. Just walk
- 1:38:29Speaker 5: through there and just okay, that's cool, you know, and
- 1:38:33Speaker 5: then put on a flow show when the big when
- 1:38:36Speaker 5: the when the big guys come through there. That to
- 1:38:40Speaker 5: make sure make sure everything is okay. Cornell, do you
- 1:38:43Speaker 5: have anything to say you have?
- 1:38:47Speaker 6: Well, ma'am, you know what ma'am, you know I would
- 1:38:49Speaker 6: like that.
- 1:38:50Speaker 2: You know, we don't don't anything like that negative, you know,
- 1:38:56Speaker 2: you know that's always.
- 1:38:59Speaker 4: That.
- 1:39:00Speaker 2: But with that, then sad and that you know your
- 1:39:02Speaker 2: absolutely right can take the inmate at the number one car.
- 1:39:06Speaker 2: But with that I would have to call back the
- 1:39:09Speaker 2: phone number one they get for the inmate at the car.
- 1:39:17Speaker 5: Angela, if you can, can you take me to a
- 1:39:23Speaker 5: break real quick? I'm my little My voice is a
- 1:39:26Speaker 5: little dry, and I need to step away for a minute,
- 1:39:30Speaker 5: so if you can, can you No, I'm trying to
- 1:39:34Speaker 5: get him back up. I don't know what's going on,
- 1:39:38Speaker 5: so I'm gonna just try to reset the phone and
- 1:39:46Speaker 5: and getting back. Thank you. So if you if you
- 1:39:53Speaker 5: can hear me, can you take me to a break?
- 1:39:57Speaker 5: I need to step away for a minute. If not,
- 1:40:05Speaker 5: I would just sit here and we just shoot the
- 1:40:10Speaker 5: breeze until Cornell called back, or until we getting mister Legate.
- 1:40:20Speaker 4: Back up with us.
- 1:40:25Speaker 5: You know this, this time has been been wonderful. Like
- 1:40:32Speaker 5: I said, I'm in, I'm actually going to school now.
- 1:40:42Speaker 5: I'm My major is business and I have received the
- 1:41:04Speaker 5: president I made the President's List. I completed both classes
- 1:41:10Speaker 5: with aids, so I'm on my way to winners. So
- 1:41:17Speaker 5: we're gonna see what winner is gonna do. Let me
- 1:41:20Speaker 5: introduce my grandson christ from William four years old. This
- 1:41:26Speaker 5: is who you guys seen in.
- 1:41:29Speaker 10: Yurn in the back.
- 1:41:31Speaker 5: Look up, Christian, say hi to everybody.
- 1:41:34Speaker 3: Hi aiady, Okay, we see you later, Okay, thank you.
- 1:41:44Speaker 5: And that's why I do it, that's why be thought
- 1:41:49Speaker 5: about on injustice because I have four grandsons, ages from
- 1:41:56Speaker 5: ages thirteen. Kyler will be twelve on Sunday. Then I
- 1:42:01Speaker 5: have Josiah just turned eleven, and now little Tristan Williams
- 1:42:06Speaker 5: he's four years old. So I don't want them to
- 1:42:14Speaker 5: enter into this system, you know, unjusted.
- 1:42:19Speaker 6: And you know being.
- 1:42:23Speaker 5: Rasto pearls fout or or anything, you know.
- 1:42:29Speaker 6: Three.
- 1:42:30Speaker 7: This is a free call from James.
- 1:42:34Speaker 5: Okay, so now we got mister legates mc williams.
- 1:42:38Speaker 7: This call is being recorded and its subject to monitoring.
- 1:42:42Speaker 7: To accept this free call, rus Well, thank you for
- 1:42:44Speaker 7: using securious. You may start the conversation now, all right, hello, Okay.
- 1:42:51Speaker 5: Had me over here, little sweating. I don't know what happened.
- 1:42:57Speaker 6: I don't need tell you.
- 1:42:59Speaker 2: I'm like, okay.
- 1:43:00Speaker 6: Then the body answer is the second cloud. So I'm here.
- 1:43:04Speaker 6: Now that's a good thing.
- 1:43:05Speaker 5: Yes, and we're still live. We're just waiting off Corney
- 1:43:08Speaker 5: all the call back. I was gonna step away and
- 1:43:13Speaker 5: get some water, but I have some water right here,
- 1:43:17Speaker 5: because you know, we over here, we drink our water
- 1:43:21Speaker 5: and we stay in our lane.
- 1:43:22Speaker 6: Okay, right, yeah, you know, I like I like to
- 1:43:27Speaker 6: reiterate on what you said about the Bibles in prison
- 1:43:30Speaker 6: because I think I think that a lot of well,
- 1:43:33Speaker 6: I'm hearious, David Pass. Now they're gonna started by January,
- 1:43:37Speaker 6: all even by now, they're supposed to start. All CD officers.
- 1:43:45Speaker 6: They're supposed to be eating me.
- 1:43:48Speaker 5: I'm listening.
- 1:43:50Speaker 6: Oh, they're supposed to be eating body camps. So now
- 1:43:54Speaker 6: you know, because when when an altercation happens and the
- 1:43:57Speaker 6: officers don't investigate it right, high ranks or stuff like that.
- 1:44:01Speaker 6: They always say, I believe my officers before anything. Well,
- 1:44:04Speaker 6: not with body cams. They can always go back to
- 1:44:06Speaker 6: the body camp and see what actually started to enter it.
- 1:44:10Speaker 6: You know, I always learned the time ago it does
- 1:44:13Speaker 6: get paid. Are we argue with the officers because you're
- 1:44:15Speaker 6: never gonna You're never gonna win. It's a no one situation,
- 1:44:19Speaker 6: or I just I can always go on and do
- 1:44:21Speaker 6: what I've gotta do. And that's if you're right. There's
- 1:44:24Speaker 6: actually I don't condone any any any violence of officers
- 1:44:28Speaker 6: or inmates, of inmates for his it's what happened here
- 1:44:31Speaker 6: in the in the penitentiary. Uh So, like I said, uh,
- 1:44:36Speaker 6: bodycams when between officers and defenders. Bodycams are coming to
- 1:44:40Speaker 6: and I know that there's a supposed to be deals
- 1:44:41Speaker 6: them out here on this unit sometimes this month. So
- 1:44:46Speaker 6: I'm waiting to see how all these are, all the
- 1:44:48Speaker 6: officers that cut you out and do all this stuff.
- 1:44:51Speaker 6: I like to see how they're gonna act when they
- 1:44:52Speaker 6: get hit body.
- 1:44:55Speaker 5: Anyway, I don't know, have you guys seen on the
- 1:44:58Speaker 5: news that over there in Rochester through New York about
- 1:45:01Speaker 5: the young man that the I believe those were CEOs
- 1:45:05Speaker 5: that killed me. He was and he was handcuffed, and
- 1:45:09Speaker 5: they said they didn't activate their body camp cameras. But
- 1:45:14Speaker 5: even though they didn't activate the body cameras, the cameras
- 1:45:18Speaker 5: were still rolling and that video was very graphic of
- 1:45:23Speaker 5: what they did to that young man.
- 1:45:26Speaker 10: Wow, that's yes, you know, I do.
- 1:45:31Speaker 6: I know that they say that they're not going to
- 1:45:33Speaker 6: be able to take turn off the body camps unless
- 1:45:35Speaker 6: they're in the restroom. You know, they have to go
- 1:45:38Speaker 6: to the restroom or they they can turn off the
- 1:45:40Speaker 6: body camps, but other than that, they're supposed to leave
- 1:45:42Speaker 6: them one of their home shold And even if you
- 1:45:45Speaker 6: do turn it off, that's like admitting the guilty. Why
- 1:45:48Speaker 6: do you got to turn it off for if there's
- 1:45:50Speaker 6: an incident or you land there that makes you intentionally
- 1:45:54Speaker 6: and knowingly from committing some kind of incident and you
- 1:45:58Speaker 6: didn't want to record it, but like you said, on
- 1:46:00Speaker 6: over than rochesters, they recorded it. Even Uh, sorry about
- 1:46:06Speaker 6: the family I had for the family who lost room,
- 1:46:09Speaker 6: you know, daughter or stuff like this. But you know,
- 1:46:12Speaker 6: if it is the rehality to check if people have
- 1:46:15Speaker 6: to really look at that. There's a different boths are
- 1:46:20Speaker 6: different idealistical people or customs and everything. Everybody's different. We're
- 1:46:27Speaker 6: we're we're a world of a mixed variety of people.
- 1:46:31Speaker 6: You know, even the ones that are supposed to be
- 1:46:34Speaker 6: you know, uh are technically challenged. They they themselves awesome
- 1:46:39Speaker 6: with UH cause causant internet, you know, because there they
- 1:46:45Speaker 6: act out of our character and some people might be
- 1:46:47Speaker 6: offended by it. And when they do that, and they
- 1:46:50Speaker 6: market into argument arguments our fight and escalate to other
- 1:46:54Speaker 6: incidents and and it's but it's true. But yeah, I
- 1:47:03Speaker 6: know this is the last of the show rights for
- 1:47:05Speaker 6: this year.
- 1:47:06Speaker 5: Yes, and you are the last yes for the year.
- 1:47:11Speaker 5: You know, we had to bring you back, mister with Day.
- 1:47:14Speaker 5: We couldn't end this year without you.
- 1:47:18Speaker 6: And oh thank you for having me.
- 1:47:21Speaker 5: So you know what, you what's been going on? We
- 1:47:25Speaker 5: haven't talked in a minute, you know what, how you
- 1:47:28Speaker 5: been doing.
- 1:47:31Speaker 6: I'm good, I'm blessed either way. I mean, these these
- 1:47:33Speaker 6: these are just kind of year. It always gets to
- 1:47:35Speaker 6: me because this is my twenty sixth year and awaiting
- 1:47:37Speaker 6: my family and you know, I'm already coming to the
- 1:47:41Speaker 6: anniversary of my daughter's passing, which is going to be
- 1:47:43Speaker 6: a January twenty fifth, not twenty six, which will make
- 1:47:49Speaker 6: it nineteen years as you passed away on me, and
- 1:47:52Speaker 6: you know, just having a year, it's really it's really
- 1:47:54Speaker 6: hard on me. But you know, I only write keep
- 1:47:58Speaker 6: my faith and and I can't gotch for everything, you
- 1:48:01Speaker 6: know a little bit going on here there, I've been
- 1:48:04Speaker 6: I've been fighting. I saw was I did. Try to
- 1:48:06Speaker 6: find out about the gun. I wrote them, and they
- 1:48:08Speaker 6: haven't written me back, you know, because it but you know.
- 1:48:12Speaker 13: You showed me.
- 1:48:12Speaker 15: You showed me that portion of the of the document
- 1:48:15Speaker 15: before it says that they don't know what happened to
- 1:48:17Speaker 15: the gun. I'm like, what do you mean you don't
- 1:48:19Speaker 15: know what happened to the gun?
- 1:48:21Speaker 6: So I wrote the police Evidence Department and and to
- 1:48:26Speaker 6: hold them. Hey, look, I'm gonna want to do it
- 1:48:28Speaker 6: the an aten of the gun. So I'm gonna make
- 1:48:30Speaker 6: sure you have to run if you don't have to,
- 1:48:31Speaker 6: don worry who has or who's who has trusted FI. So,
- 1:48:38Speaker 6: but I still have not received anything from them, and
- 1:48:40Speaker 6: it's not really going on, maybe three weeks, but you know,
- 1:48:42Speaker 6: there are days I can understand. H I'm also talented
- 1:48:46Speaker 6: motion for you. They received it obviously twenty nine, but
- 1:48:51Speaker 6: courts still failed to respond. So I'm working on a
- 1:48:55Speaker 6: rhythm and bament to compel. You have to actually, I
- 1:48:58Speaker 6: feel like court because for them to either deny it
- 1:49:02Speaker 6: that are they hearing or to afford me and hearing
- 1:49:04Speaker 6: it because there is undeterminable Uh, there's untie peraminal grounds
- 1:49:11Speaker 6: aside from the record. In other words, you can't even
- 1:49:13Speaker 6: tell from the record that to do everness would be
- 1:49:16Speaker 6: helpful because they won. I don't have an accusing the
- 1:49:18Speaker 6: one to a person they said the solicited fine. You know,
- 1:49:23Speaker 6: he was a persistent dead and you know they made
- 1:49:27Speaker 6: a big nolation about it. But now that he's a well,
- 1:49:30Speaker 6: we don't have no evidence to a shape against him.
- 1:49:31Speaker 6: But wait, where does that leaves me? You don't have
- 1:49:34Speaker 6: an accusing no more. Then you don't have the solicitor
- 1:49:37Speaker 6: no more. So what does that mean? That means I'm
- 1:49:38Speaker 6: just just sit here for a crime that they just
- 1:49:43Speaker 6: made up, you know. And and and that's what I'm
- 1:49:46Speaker 6: trying to child the Court of Appeals right now. And
- 1:49:48Speaker 6: I'm trying to stand the emotions for amount or really
- 1:49:51Speaker 6: hearing and hopefully they will.
- 1:49:54Speaker 2: But they know that, you know, I kind of got them.
- 1:49:57Speaker 6: I mean, they don't have no evidence, they don't have
- 1:49:59Speaker 6: nothing to to back get up say. They're just trying
- 1:50:01Speaker 6: to push me to the limit. There and they found
- 1:50:05Speaker 6: as much as I can against them. Because I still
- 1:50:07Speaker 6: can't get an attorney. I can't afford the attorney. And uh,
- 1:50:11Speaker 6: but I still don't. I still don't lose my faith.
- 1:50:14Speaker 2: I have faith.
- 1:50:14Speaker 6: I keep my face.
- 1:50:16Speaker 2: I thank God every day every day I wake up, I.
- 1:50:18Speaker 6: See three pay turn another space in my life and
- 1:50:20Speaker 6: allowed me to take another step. And this time, you know,
- 1:50:25Speaker 6: I know He's gonna give me another idea, another way,
- 1:50:27Speaker 6: another thought in my mind that might bring it closer
- 1:50:30Speaker 6: to or just you know that, I'm grateful.
- 1:50:34Speaker 5: You know what, mister Uh the gate is coming. It's coming.
- 1:50:40Speaker 5: You know, everything points to someone else. They don't have
- 1:50:47Speaker 5: no DNA, they don't have no gun shout residents. If
- 1:50:54Speaker 5: they go back and they look at that documentary that
- 1:50:58Speaker 5: was that they did and they do their investigation, they
- 1:51:04Speaker 5: will see that it wasn't you. They will see that
- 1:51:08Speaker 5: the lady, it was a lady in a documentary that
- 1:51:10Speaker 5: said that the at the gas station across the street.
- 1:51:16Speaker 5: There was a camera and they did not go. They
- 1:51:20Speaker 5: did not go and ask for the the tape they
- 1:51:26Speaker 5: because they would have seen it. They would have seen
- 1:51:28Speaker 5: exactly what happened. But they did a terrible investigation.
- 1:51:39Speaker 2: So I had.
- 1:51:41Speaker 5: I have Cornell on here. He's just personally waiting. So Cornell,
- 1:51:46Speaker 5: did you you want to you have anything you want
- 1:51:50Speaker 5: to ask mister Legate.
- 1:51:53Speaker 6: Yes, I have been reading and reading and reading and
- 1:51:56Speaker 6: reading and everything read. Yes, this is what is true,
- 1:52:01Speaker 6: that you're actually going from up.
- 1:52:02Speaker 15: The departments, and you know, the evidence also proved that
- 1:52:07Speaker 15: the districtcern of Office, the police Department, and the Mother
- 1:52:09Speaker 15: Becomer's office deliberately frames okay, and that you are a
- 1:52:13Speaker 15: political prisoners as of right now, you still are political
- 1:52:17Speaker 15: prisons after twenty six years.
- 1:52:20Speaker 6: So now I'm thinking out one saying, I ask myself,
- 1:52:23Speaker 6: I said.
- 1:52:23Speaker 2: Well, how do we beat uson Legate's caps?
- 1:52:26Speaker 12: Well, mister Legate, your cases are felling with from my situation,
- 1:52:29Speaker 12: these people have told you that I think you strew
- 1:52:31Speaker 12: up to know the weapon that that you convicted with.
- 1:52:34Speaker 6: Mister mcg they did not destroy the wapping anytime a
- 1:52:39Speaker 6: court reporter received evidence that admitted into the evidence of
- 1:52:42Speaker 6: the case. The only way that that evidence can be destroyed,
- 1:52:45Speaker 6: Misson mccaid is a petition from the jail. The tenant
- 1:52:49Speaker 6: have to sign an artist to destroy the whapper. Not
- 1:52:52Speaker 6: only that, the weapon has to be released from the
- 1:52:55Speaker 6: police department to the bigger county sheriff department. So now
- 1:53:00Speaker 6: you made a request about this weapon and somebody again,
- 1:53:04Speaker 6: somebody is telling you that this weapon has been destroyed. Now,
- 1:53:08Speaker 6: the only Prinson who can tell you that information, mister
- 1:53:11Speaker 6: the Gate, would be the city's attorney, because the city
- 1:53:14Speaker 6: attorney is the only one who has to be responded
- 1:53:17Speaker 6: to any question from the police department related any evidence
- 1:53:22Speaker 6: received from the police department to be in the court office.
- 1:53:26Speaker 6: So now I don't know who told you that the
- 1:53:28Speaker 6: weapon has been destroyed. So now we are going to
- 1:53:30Speaker 6: backtrack and we're going to find out exactly where the
- 1:53:34Speaker 6: weapon that who destroyed, who wants the right to be destroyed?
- 1:53:38Speaker 2: That weapon right there will put you Henderson.
- 1:53:40Speaker 6: Mister legation, because that's something is not the murder weapons.
- 1:53:43Speaker 5: So well, you know it's in the documentary that they
- 1:53:46Speaker 5: don't know in the documentary is they don't know where
- 1:53:51Speaker 5: the weapon is at. That's what that's what I showed
- 1:53:56Speaker 5: that's what I played for, mister legein they don't know where.
- 1:53:59Speaker 6: It's okay, Well, the court reporter got the weapon, man.
- 1:54:04Speaker 6: The only way the court reporter can release that evidence weapon, man,
- 1:54:09Speaker 6: is that the genius has addition to order to the
- 1:54:12Speaker 6: court reporter to release that weapon. And when that weapon
- 1:54:16Speaker 6: is released, it has to go back to the police department.
- 1:54:19Speaker 6: It cannot go back to nobody else. Wow, because they
- 1:54:21Speaker 6: got a.
- 1:54:22Speaker 12: Mandatory guide learner that five days from the belief that
- 1:54:25Speaker 12: this weapon has to be turned back into the police department.
- 1:54:29Speaker 12: And the only way that it can come out of
- 1:54:31Speaker 12: there is that the criminal investigator have to sign it
- 1:54:33Speaker 12: out and the division commander have to approve for it
- 1:54:37Speaker 12: to be signed out.
- 1:54:38Speaker 6: So as a right now, they don't have no repons
- 1:54:41Speaker 6: saying that this weapon has actually been destory. They're only
- 1:54:44Speaker 6: telling you that right because the paper trailers want to
- 1:54:48Speaker 6: show you that this weapon is not the murder weapon.
- 1:54:50Speaker 6: So now I gotta say, mister Legate, the murder.
- 1:54:53Speaker 2: Weapon that they're.
- 1:54:54Speaker 6: Claiming to be the murder weapon is the only way
- 1:54:56Speaker 6: right now that she will be able vindicate yourself from
- 1:54:58Speaker 6: this case.
- 1:54:59Speaker 15: Improved that you have been deliberately framed by the police
- 1:55:03Speaker 15: department office and the district between the officers.
- 1:55:07Speaker 5: So, you know, mister Legget, I have a question for you.
- 1:55:11Speaker 5: Me and you we talked. We talked a while ago,
- 1:55:16Speaker 5: and I noticed a lot of people get tired of
- 1:55:23Speaker 5: fighting because they just want to give up and just wanna,
- 1:55:28Speaker 5: you know, just want a deal. You know, I take
- 1:55:30Speaker 5: a deal. So if my question to you is, if
- 1:55:35Speaker 5: they come to you right now and say, James Legate,
- 1:55:39Speaker 5: we'll let you out if you confess, stop saying that
- 1:55:46Speaker 5: that you're innocent, If you go ahead and just plead
- 1:55:49Speaker 5: guilty to this charges, we'll let you out. Would you
- 1:55:55Speaker 5: take them up on that deal?
- 1:56:00Speaker 6: You know, my mom asked me that same question. He goes,
- 1:56:03Speaker 6: so why don't you They came up there with just
- 1:56:05Speaker 6: want you again, you know, take the digness you can
- 1:56:07Speaker 6: come home. I said, I'm not gonna do that. I
- 1:56:09Speaker 6: said when I when I did get arrested, there's something
- 1:56:11Speaker 6: that I did. I great guilty because I was too.
- 1:56:15Speaker 6: I even tell my attorneys there, I said, if you
- 1:56:17Speaker 6: look at the times that I got it wrong, I
- 1:56:19Speaker 6: didn't look guilty because I worked to I'm not gonna
- 1:56:21Speaker 6: leave guilty to something I didn't do, especially a murder.
- 1:56:24Speaker 6: I did not do this murder and I'm not gonna
- 1:56:27Speaker 6: fleet guilty if I have to find in prison and
- 1:56:29Speaker 6: later on to get it come out that I didn't.
- 1:56:32Speaker 6: You know that the two comes down then, I mean,
- 1:56:35Speaker 6: I'm the know the decus would be art. But to
- 1:56:38Speaker 6: the day I die, I want to be fighting my kid.
- 1:56:40Speaker 6: I don't care if I go to the pole officer and.
- 1:56:42Speaker 2: They tell me, hey, well, you're remore for this case.
- 1:56:45Speaker 6: I was asking them what work.
- 1:56:46Speaker 2: I'm remorse for the people.
- 1:56:49Speaker 6: I feel for the family, but I can do nothing.
- 1:56:52Speaker 6: I'm gonna say I'm just trying, and I'm not gonna
- 1:56:55Speaker 6: I'm not gonna admit at nothing because I didn't do nothing.
- 1:56:57Speaker 2: And that's the way I'm not.
- 1:57:00Speaker 6: You know, this is why I've been fighting all these years.
- 1:57:03Speaker 11: You know.
- 1:57:03Speaker 6: I remember I told my daughter my mom when they
- 1:57:06Speaker 6: have saved me in this case, and I knew I
- 1:57:07Speaker 6: had to do thirty years to come up a parole.
- 1:57:10Speaker 6: I told him, I don't know if I could do
- 1:57:11Speaker 6: thirty years. I study years, and my daughter took my
- 1:57:15Speaker 6: hands to Dad, you can do it. I know that
- 1:57:18Speaker 6: you can just keep fighting. I know that you're gonna
- 1:57:20Speaker 6: do it, and you know, and it's sad because she
- 1:57:23Speaker 6: couldn't hear it. And well, this is why I keep fighting.
- 1:57:33Speaker 6: I'm fighting because I want the teacher to come out.
- 1:57:35Speaker 6: This is why I'm gonna have you to be examinerated.
- 1:57:38Speaker 6: If you say that you got evidence to convict me,
- 1:57:41Speaker 6: they convict me under those evidence. Right now, you can
- 1:57:44Speaker 6: me you convicted me under a post pretendent. Somebody hired
- 1:57:49Speaker 6: me to do my hid you this man murdered for that. Okay,
- 1:57:54Speaker 6: but now I mean this is guy who's presumed dad,
- 1:57:57Speaker 6: the guy who's actually hired me to do they actually
- 1:58:00Speaker 6: dead and now he's aligned. Now you don't got no evidence.
- 1:58:04Speaker 5: Not even the guy who accused me or accused him.
- 1:58:08Speaker 6: From over here, and he is telling me I need
- 1:58:10Speaker 6: to go take care of this first. How is that looking?
- 1:58:14Speaker 6: How's that looking? And and just regular people, if you
- 1:58:17Speaker 6: just listen to those words, what does that sound?
- 1:58:21Speaker 11: Right?
- 1:58:21Speaker 6: Well, if you don't have this guy and this guy,
- 1:58:24Speaker 6: how does this guy doing the princess? You know, like
- 1:58:28Speaker 6: you said, I got twenty six years and my time
- 1:58:30Speaker 6: is continuing to run, and I'm going to continue to fight.
- 1:58:33Speaker 6: Afterel I improve my gon. You know, I understand the
- 1:58:37Speaker 6: gun issue and all this also, I understand the gun
- 1:58:41Speaker 6: issue the old case. I'm looking at you. Where is
- 1:58:45Speaker 6: my accuser? What was the guy who actually hated me
- 1:58:48Speaker 6: to do it here? Why are they going to bring
- 1:58:50Speaker 6: us this time? See? This is why I want to go.
- 1:58:52Speaker 6: I want to do a farm. I don't want to
- 1:58:54Speaker 6: get expolerated like that. I want them to tell me
- 1:58:57Speaker 6: in work. But you know what, we don't have no
- 1:58:59Speaker 6: evidence against you. So you're telling me another word. You're
- 1:59:02Speaker 6: telling me I was twenty six first years of my
- 1:59:06Speaker 6: life and visits under a fabricated murder charge you you
- 1:59:11Speaker 6: know or evidence?
- 1:59:13Speaker 5: Well, y, I want to jump there real quick because
- 1:59:17Speaker 5: we got seven minutes before the season end. And I
- 1:59:24Speaker 5: just want to thank you, mister Legate for answering that question,
- 1:59:28Speaker 5: because now the people know ever since I talked to you,
- 1:59:37Speaker 5: ever since we spoke, ever since I met mister Legate,
- 1:59:43Speaker 5: nothing changed in his story. Go look at the documentary.
- 1:59:48Speaker 5: He haven't seen the documentary. He only hear the little
- 1:59:53Speaker 5: parts that I played. And it's the same thing he's
- 2:00:01Speaker 5: that he brings over here to Let's talk about it.

- 2:00:37Speaker 5: your closing and then I'm gonna go to Cornell and
- 2:00:41Speaker 5: then I'll close close the season. So mister Legate, well,
- 2:00:48Speaker 5: thank you, and.
- 2:00:49Speaker 6: Thank you everybody after listening, and thank you for going
- 2:00:53Speaker 6: and look at the documentary, and thank you for or
- 2:01:00Speaker 6: is judg mental but being open minded? Look at the
- 2:01:03Speaker 6: evidence for yourself some people to see if anybody's got
- 2:01:07Speaker 6: questions or they want to they want to ask me
- 2:01:09Speaker 6: anything to induce you to afraid to contact and and
- 2:01:14Speaker 6: and to relay everything to me. I mean, I'm just
- 2:01:18Speaker 6: trying to prove my innocy. I'm trying to go back
- 2:01:21Speaker 6: to court. I'm trying to show what I what what
- 2:01:24Speaker 6: I could not do the injustice that that can't start
- 2:01:28Speaker 6: out here, you know. And also I do I know
- 2:01:30Speaker 6: this is gonna be a new coming here, and I
- 2:01:32Speaker 6: know it's everybody. I happy and bless us, and I
- 2:01:36Speaker 6: hope that that it's better than this year. And I
- 2:01:38Speaker 6: know that man is going to be better than this year,
- 2:01:40Speaker 6: and I don't say God, it's on my ride, and
- 2:01:43Speaker 6: I know he's of everybody's try to believe in justice,
- 2:01:46Speaker 6: and that's all I'm asking If you can't believe on
- 2:01:48Speaker 6: in the petition so we can get as many pignatures
- 2:01:50Speaker 6: as possible to get the district attorney to intervene. And

- 2:02:14Speaker 12: number one. And I have read mister Eddie gar Slift.
- 2:02:17Speaker 6: Jr's statement that he made and that he did not
- 2:02:20Speaker 6: want to get involved in but I'm going to make
- 2:02:23Speaker 6: sure that I tracked him down and find out that
- 2:02:26Speaker 6: he would be willing to get involved now because they
- 2:02:28Speaker 6: know you're animal. It came out of his voice that
- 2:02:31Speaker 6: he was eenimal.
- 2:02:32Speaker 12: But he didn't want to get involved, and he said
- 2:02:34Speaker 12: it wouldn't nobody else to be willing to get involved.
- 2:02:37Speaker 12: I would love to have our supporters to actually.
- 2:02:40Speaker 6: Stay with mister the Gates case and visit the Chance
- 2:02:42Speaker 6: at the Hall and let's.
- 2:02:43Speaker 12: See if we can get all the signatures that we
- 2:02:45Speaker 12: can and support that we need to bring listening to
- 2:02:47Speaker 12: Gaate home and to get an investigation.
- 2:02:49Speaker 6: But I personally could get to the other side.
- 2:02:51Speaker 12: Our personally will make sure that we would get nothing
- 2:02:54Speaker 12: to Stan gave a new pot on his case. So
