Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Epstein Chronicles. So, according to Leslie Groff and the transcript
0:09
that was just released, the girls that she was calling
0:13
to schedule for massages, well, they didn't sound like they
0:16
were underage. I mean, come on, how could I know
0:21
that they're underage? I mean the fact that they're having
0:25
recitals at school or that they can't show up because
0:28
they have school that might have clued you in. But sure,
0:32
let's go with you had no idea. Look, folks, I'm
0:36
not buying into it because remember I'm looking at this
0:39
from the perspective of it being a Rico case like
0:42
it should be. So all these people are part of
0:47
the conspiracy. Every single one of them had a job
0:50
to do that furthered the conspiracy, Right, Leslie Groff. She
0:54
was setting schedules, she was booking people, she was having
0:58
girls travel across day line, and they were getting abused.
1:02
So what does that may occur? In my opinion, it
1:06
makes her a co conspirator. Now, of course, she's not
1:09
at the level of somebody like Laane Maxwell who was
1:12
actually engaging in the abuse herself, but enabling this shit
1:16
and being part of it logistically is almost as bad,
1:20
and in the eyes of the law, you're just as culpable.
1:23
And that's why they use rico so often. I mean,
1:26
you see them use rico all the time, but now
1:30
when they should be using it, when they should have
1:32
used it, they avoided it. So people like Sarah Kelln Vickers,
1:37
people like Leslie Gross, people like Adriana Ross, Larry Vasovski
1:41
and the rest of them, they're not in the cross, Harris,
1:45
because without Epstein, everything went away right, the whole entire case,
1:50
the whole entire trial, and any hope of us getting
1:53
any kind of transparency went right out the window when
1:57
Epstein died in the custody of the United States government.
2:00
And boy, that sure was convenient for them, wasn't it.
2:03
Today's article was published by The Independent, and the headline
2:06
Epstein's longtime assistant tells oversight committee nobody ever sounded like
2:10
they were under age in a closed door interview. This
2:15
article was authored by Alex Woodward, a former assistant to
2:19
Jeffrey Epstein, booked appointments for her employer almost daily, but
2:23
denied ever scheduling appointments with people she believed were under age.
2:27
According to a transcript of her interview with members of
2:30
Congress investigating the late sex offender, Like, what kind of
2:35
naive person do you have to be to believe that? Now?
2:38
Of course, in the eyes of the law, it's hard
2:41
to prove if you don't charge it with rico forget it.
2:46
But we're not talking about the eyes of the law.
2:48
We're talking about us standing around the water cooler called
2:52
the Internet. So of course we're not constrained by the
2:54
letter of the law. And when something smells like shit,
2:58
usually it's a big piloish. Leslie Groff, Epstein's former executive assistant,
3:05
appeared voluntarily voluntarily Again, why is it voluntarily? Why not
3:09
subpoenad why not brought in and compelled? I'll tell you why.
3:15
Because James Colmer and his band of morons have no
3:18
desire to get to the bottom of it. Just a
3:21
band aid, just another way to kick it down the road.
3:23
Graff appeared voluntarily for a closed door interview with the
3:26
House Oversight Committee to dispel the false notions that she
3:29
knowingly enabled or conspired with him to commit his evil
3:33
as does it matter if you know that you're helping
3:37
it doesn't, So ignorance of the law is not a
3:40
defense of it. You knew something was wrong. You knew
3:45
that this guy was already convicted as somebody who hurt children,
3:50
or at least one child, and that should be enough
3:53
for you. That should have been your tell. That should
3:56
have been the time when you went for the exit.
3:59
But you didn't do that, did you. You stuck around,
4:02
You got rich, and you continued to live high on
4:05
the hog. On Jeffrey Epstein's Dime. Throughout her eight hour
4:11
interview on June ninth, an often incredulous panel questioned how Groff,
4:15
who worked for Epstein for eighteen years, was unaware of
4:18
his abuse. Look, it's logical to ask that question. How
4:23
didn't you know anything about the abuse? You were considered
4:26
Jeffrey Epstein's brain. You never heard any scuttle But nobody
4:30
was like, hey, you know what, this shit is weird.
4:33
I have no idea what's going on, but this shit
4:35
is weird. Nobody said that. I have a very hard
4:39
time believing it. And again, we're in that gray area.
4:42
How do we prove that you can? But I think
4:45
it's fair to take the leap considering everything that we
4:48
know and considering how this conspiracy operated and how it
4:53
conducted itself. You want us to believe that, after eighteen
4:57
years working in the employee of me, mister Epstein, than
5:01
not on one occasion, did you believe that any of
5:03
your contacts in setting up these appointments with Jeffrey Epstein
5:07
were either a minor or an underage person? Correct, as
5:10
Democratic Representative Raja krishnal Morthy, that is correct, Graff replied, Well, look,
5:17
if it was a woman being trafficked underage or not,
5:21
she's part of it. If she made the phone call,
5:24
if she booked the travel arrangements, if she was involved
5:28
in any way, she is now part of the conspiracy.
5:31
And I don't think I'm breaking any news here when
5:33
I tell you that Leslie Groff was involved every step
5:36
of the way. Okay, krishnal Morthy responded, this strange credibility,
5:42
Miss Groff. An attorney for the committee, also asked Groff
5:46
whether a fourteen year old child sounds the same as
5:48
a person in their twenties or thirties or forties. It's possible.
5:52
I don't know, I was not evaluating voices. Groff replied,
5:57
it nobody ever sounded like there were under age Well, look,
6:02
Officer she didn't look like she was fifteen. What are
6:05
we even doing here? Is that really a valid excuse?
6:08
They didn't sound under age. I mean, I don't know
6:14
if I would have been able to contain myself. If
6:16
I was on that committee, I would have popped off.
6:20
And fuck, maybe I should run for office with the
6:23
sole purpose of popping off and calling all these people
6:26
in Congress the psychopaths that they are. I bet who
6:30
I would be beloved, show up there and just dance
6:34
on my own tune, do whatever I want, vote however,
6:36
I want whatever is best for the people in Nevada.
6:39
Imagine having a representative that does that. Well. Unfortunately, not
6:44
too many of those in Congress or the Senate right now.
6:51
Grop's interview, which was not under oath, oh well not
6:54
under oath, marks the first time that she has faced
6:58
questions about our connections to Ebstein since she initially spoke
7:01
to the FBI in twenty twenty one, two years after
7:04
Epstein died in prison. She was initially identified as a
7:08
potential co conspirator in the case against Epstein, but was
7:11
never charged. Yeah, because Philippe and Mukasey came in and said, no,
7:18
do you really think that they didn't have the goods
7:20
on all these people. They did. We've seen the evidence,
7:25
and now it's coming out that the OIG report missed
7:28
a whole bunch of stuff, right, So, like I told
7:32
you then, it's a whitewash. And I'm even more sure
7:35
of it now. This whole entire thing has been a
7:39
cover up, and I know everybody wants to just pin
7:42
it on the Trump administration, and look, they're conducting that
7:46
active cover up right now as we speak. But this
7:49
was happening before them. I want everybody held accountable, going
7:53
all the way back to the first Clinton administration. Now
7:56
is that feasible? Is that going to happen? Probably not,
8:00
But that's what I want. It's important for the committee
8:04
to understand that, to my knowledge, I never met any
8:06
of these messuses, she said in her opening remarks. None
8:09
of these women or anyone else ever told me that
8:12
they were miners or that they were sexually abused. Nothing
8:15
I heard or saw led me to believe otherwise. Well,
8:18
according to one girl, Groff was right outside the office
8:22
while she was being assaulted. She didn't hear anything. I mean,
8:26
she can say that, right, And again, how do you
8:29
prove it you can't. So it's a very valid and
8:32
viable defense, even if it's a bunch of fuckery. But
8:36
that's very hard to prove. So that's why I always
8:39
tell you we should be going after them with paperwork, money, trail. Baby.
8:44
You want to know these sons of bitches, that's how
8:46
you do it. And the people that are really serious
8:49
about justice, about accountability, that's what they're talking about. People
8:54
that are out here chasing their tails with the salacious bullshit.
8:57
They're part of the sky Op. Groff work for Epstein
9:01
from two thousand and one to July twenty nineteen, when
9:05
the wealthy and well connected financier Pedophile was arrested on
9:09
federal sex trafficking charges. She has never been charged with
9:12
a crime and has denied any wrongdoing in connection with
9:15
the pedophile. Her lawyers have also maintained that she was
9:19
not aware of his crimes. Massages were a normal part
9:23
of his day, she told lawmakers. I didn't know their
9:27
ages at all. It was a normal part of the day,
9:29
she said to me. It was like a luxury. I
9:32
couldn't believe that somebody would pay for you know, do
9:35
that for you know, every day. That was a luxury.
9:37
You did once a year? Oh, please, once a year.
9:42
I would say that people that are in positions where
9:45
they do manual labor, I would say once a month,
9:49
if the funds are right and people are able to
9:51
afford it, at least once a month. Massages are very
9:56
good for recovery. But that wasn't what Epstein was up to.
9:59
It wasn't a a massage, you know, like you go
10:02
and get at insert place here. You know what kind
10:05
of massage he was looking for. And he was bringing
10:08
in little girls, girls that weren't even a massage therapists.
10:11
But Leslie Groff, she didn't know that right. Epstein would
10:17
call her with literally dozens of tasks every morning, she
10:19
told the panel, I had no free time. I went
10:22
from task to task. I had two phones on my desk,
10:24
ringing constantly, she said. Almost daily I made massage appointments
10:28
for mister Epstein. He provided me the name and telephone
10:32
of a massuse and I called her. These calls lasted
10:35
literally a few seconds. Yeah, how about the travel arrangements?
10:40
How did that work out? Sometimes messus Is called the
10:44
office and asked if Epstein wanted a massage, and Epstein
10:48
often directed Groff to arrange massages for his guests. She said, well,
10:53
we all know what the massages were for Epstein, so
10:56
do you really think they weren't that for his guests.
10:59
Everybody was come at Epstein's house for a nice little massage.
11:03
Come on, man, why would these rich people go to
11:08
Jeffrey Epstein's house to get a massage. They got more
11:11
money than God. They can have any massage therapists come
11:14
to them. They can go to any facility in the world.
11:17
But they're going to Jeffrey Epstein's to sit around in
11:20
their tidy whiteies so they can get a regular massage. Yeah, okay, sure,
11:24
I buy that to me. The few minutes it took
11:28
to arrange massages from mister Ebstein were just part of
11:31
his routine, like going to the gym was for some people,
11:33
she said. Epstein lied tour after his arrest in two
11:37
thousand and eight and insisted that he had been blackmailed
11:39
and set up. She told the panel, Oh, well, he
11:42
told you that right, No further investigations needed. That year,
11:47
Epstein signed a controversial plea agreement admitting to soliciting a
11:51
minor for prostitution, an arrangement criticized as a sweetheart deal
11:54
that helped them evade more serious federal charges and a
11:58
longer prison sentence. Well, or how about a prison sentence
12:02
at all? Homeboy was in the stockade? Wasn't in prison?
12:09
He angrily said that the allegations against him were false
12:11
and that he had no idea that the women he
12:14
had contact with was a miner. Groff said, it was
12:16
a shakedown. He claimed for money. In my mind, that
12:19
was the reason that he was treated so leniently by
12:22
law enforcement for such a serious crime. It was a shakedown.
12:26
He wouldn't have been punished at all. Okay, God, these
12:29
people think you're stupid. And Leslie Groff, she definitely thinks
12:33
you're stupid. Epstein convinced her to continue working for him.
12:39
She said, I actually believed he had been set up.
12:42
I believed that he could be kind and generous in
12:44
caring because of the way he often treated me and others.
12:48
I know now that this kindness was a facade and
12:50
just part of his manipulation. She told the committee. Yeah,
12:54
how about that two hundred and fifty thousand dollars check
12:56
he cut you? What was that for? Had nothing to
12:59
do with your silun right right. In the years after
13:03
his twenty nineteen arrest, she struggled to sleep and eat,
13:07
faced harassment and death threats, and has been shunned by friends.
13:10
She said, well, nobody should harass her, and certainly nobody
13:13
should be firing off death threats. What should happen is
13:17
she should be investigated as a co conspirator. That's what
13:20
should happen. Her heart breaks for survivors of his abuse.
13:25
She told the panel, I believe them. Words cannot express
13:28
how badly I feel that I was employed by mister
13:30
Epstein during the time he abuses women. She said, I
13:34
will live with that horrible feeling for the rest of
13:36
my life. Yeah, try walking a day in the shoes
13:40
of the people that were abused. The committee's month long
13:43
Epstein investigation is running parallel to federal and state probes
13:47
into the pedophile and his alleged ties to the powerful
13:50
network that abuse young women and girls. The Department of
13:54
Justice under President Donald Trump, who was eager to move
13:57
on from the years of scrutiny into Epstein and his associate,
14:01
Glenn Maxwell, has released millions of documents in the government's possession,
14:06
but has not prosecuted others in Epstein's orbit. Well, they
14:09
don't want to open the door. They feel like if
14:11
they prosecute one, they'll have to prosecute all, and then
14:16
that means what five to six people from Trump's administration
14:19
might be in the crossairs, not exactly what the administration
14:22
is looking for. Earlier this month, the Committee referred to
14:26
men to the Justice Department for a criminal prosecution after
14:30
a survivor of sexual assault allegations, marking the first such move.
14:34
After a series of interviews and congressional hearings, Democrats on
14:38
the committee have repeatedly urged testimony from the President, though
14:42
Trump has not been accused of criminal wrongdoing and one's
14:46
appearance in the Epstein files does not suggest otherwise. Trump
14:50
has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing in connection with Epstein and
14:54
in Sissi cut ties with Epstein years before the Wealthy
14:57
Pedal file was under investigation. Well cool, why are you
15:01
covering it up now? What motivated you to engage in
15:06
this cover up? That's the real question. The committee is
15:10
also expected to hear a testimony from Alan Dershowitz, adding
15:14
to a list of high profile figures who have sat
15:16
for interviews, including Bill Gates, Bill and Hillary Clinton and
15:20
Trump's Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick following the committee's interview with
15:25
former Attorney General Pam Bondi, who was fired by Trump
15:28
earlier this year. Her predecessor, Todd Blanche could be next
15:32
to mine for a closed door session. Oh, closed door session.
15:36
Everything private. You have no right to see it or
15:38
hear it. Just listen to what we tell you, yo.
15:42
I'm tired of that shit. All of this needs to
15:45
be transparent and public. I don't know if James Comer
15:48
knows this or not, but we don't trust him or
15:51
the committee. So just telling us to trust you is
15:53
not going to work because trusting you, guys, is what
15:56
got us into this mess in the first place. So no,
16:00
don't trust you, and no, we don't trust the process.
16:04
So no more of these closed door sessions, no more
16:07
voluntary interviews, and no more letting people skate by with
16:12
barely scratching the surface. And when it comes to Leslie Groth,
16:16
I think that it's time that we get her under
16:18
oath and not with one of these voluntary depositions. And
16:22
I think that goes for all of Jeffrey Epstein's Corps four,
16:26
every single person who was protected by the NPA should
16:30
be brought in under subpoena, not voluntarily and forced answer
16:34
questions and questions that are backed up by legal jeopardy.
16:39
I know they say if you lie to Congress that
16:41
you know, you can go to jail, prison, whatever. Has
16:44
anyone ever went to prison for that? Maybe a couple
16:46
of people politically motivated. Do you think anyone's going to
16:50
go to prison here? Highly doubt it. Now, if you
16:54
have a subpoena and you're compelling people to give this
16:57
testimony an a lie, different story, right, more jeopardy for
17:00
the person giving the testimony. And you would think with
17:03
something like this, that's what we would want. But unfortunately,
17:07
this committee was never established to get to the truth.
17:10
And that's why we have to stay on top of
17:12
them and hold them accountable. And that's exactly what we're
17:15
going to keep doing. All right, folks, that's gonna do
17:18
it for this one. All the information that goes with
17:21
this episode can be found in the description box.
