- 0:02Yo yo, back again the c Sanchez here with Quincy Jamal and Joe Fern
- 0:07Easy like again with another episode of the Grounded Show. We were talking a
- 0:12little bit before the show about this game right here, and I'm surprised these
- 0:16guys never heard of it. It was like a like a little X rated
- 0:21kind of game that they dropped for the N sixty four And one of my
- 0:26friends actually had it and he was the one that put me on with and
- 0:29it was just like a crazy ass game. This is like one of the
- 0:31levels, like one of the levels that everybody always remembers some stuff, Yeah,
- 0:39like the matrix field. So this is a piece of corn, the
- 0:53little kernel thing that he got in his hand, and this is a big
- 0:56piece of shit. Yeah tillou Yeah, they got the sound effects and everything.
- 1:15Me me, me, me me, he said, The Great am,
- 1:22the great mighty you are you jap come from my chocolate stuffish? How
- 1:34about some sketchy little twato you're really you don't seem to know which break your
- 1:45name? Sweet is the only thing that makes it through my rear. Wow,
- 1:52you think I keep this lovely cream? Yeah, that's wild, that's
- 1:57savage. And the four and sixty four. You could have got that at
- 2:04Blockbuster on a Friday and rented that John out. That's a crazy game,
- 2:08bro. I remember watching him play and I was like, dog, what
- 2:13is this man? But yeah, Bro, Conquers Bad for Day and that's
- 2:17savage. Did you beat that game? You would? Bro? I never
- 2:21I never really played it because he had it, you know what I mean.
- 2:23I just watched him play this level and watched him play a little bit
- 2:27of other stuff. But it was mad RAUNCHI, Bro, that's crazy how
- 2:31easy shit could pass by. It's crazy because it got like the same like
- 2:36graphics is like Banjo KAZUOI or something. Yeah, Rare made it. Oh
- 2:40same same that's from Donkey Kong, you know. And yeah, wow,
- 2:46like they really made that game. Bro. That's like a super infamous game.
- 2:50I'm surprised you'll never heard of it. Nah, Conquers Bad for Day
- 2:53man. But also on zero, we're going we're going straight to it right
- 2:59now? Was this we're going straight to it. I'm not even gonna say
- 3:05nothing. If you're a woman then you really should know something. Uh I'm
- 3:08not a woman. Mm hmm. The next stop is on the Radar Radio
- 3:16Dave Blunts Brotter. Find out David Blunts in the bill of performing pryme in
- 3:22the kitchen right here, I'm step out here, gonna step in. I
- 3:24let's go yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. Hold on, man,
- 3:34I gotta get him first. Dog. Shout out to my boy Matt
- 3:38Man. And he always he always makes fun of me because every time I
- 3:42introduce him to somebody, always mentioned that I met him when he was an
- 3:45infant dog, Like he's my my boy, Mike's little brother. And like
- 3:49one of the first times I met Mike, we went to his crib and
- 3:53like right next to his TV in the living room, they had a little
- 3:54bassinet, and then he went and showed me Matt and for some reason I
- 3:58remember that, and now he's like, you know, twenty five, twenty
- 4:00six something, you know, like the grown man. It's kind of crazy.
- 4:04But he pulled up bro, and he was just like, dog,
- 4:06have you ever heard of Dave Blunts? And Bro, just here we go.
- 4:12Shout out to Matt. Yeah, wake up three a year men.
- 4:23I'm thinking about Madison. She telled me she got a new nigga and his
- 4:27name Miss Julian. Give a fuck about her new niggas. I'm just trying
- 4:30to give my check. Nigga, I just say on me because I'm a
- 4:32fat nigger. I don't give a fuck cause I'm a bitchkinner, got a
- 4:35white kitchee, a ripplinter. Got you much money, Nigga, Fuck you
- 4:39don't. My Spiso may be your babysitters. I heard that Nigga wasn't a
- 4:42kid diddler. I heard that Nigga was a penal fighting reconssentsibly take yo,
- 4:46I have the kickens he took. My heart is missing, Madicine. Don't
- 4:49love me. No crying in the kitchen. I gotta locked in, gotta
- 4:55poke kids on the bad bitches on my digg I get a new bitch and
- 4:59it don't work. So thinking down Madison, I tooked to Jessie Jones and
- 5:01he told me I should go to marry so second. He said that every
- 5:04time that he goes there feels just like he's an heaven. I tould have
- 5:09hold on all my niggas, but I don't swing go there because that's the
- 5:15club for the game. I'm like, just tell me, just get the
- 5:18ups. He told me he was real hard. He's starting to say,
- 5:25though, bro, that he gotta be the engineer. He's locked in,
- 5:31Bro, that's like a team session for sure. He heard it being recorded
- 5:40because I told me, like Bruce Jenner, I'm like fuck around and got
- 5:44to swing wake up three. Hey, you know man, I'll think about
- 5:47Madison. She tells me she got a new nigga and his name is Julian.
- 5:51Give a fuck about her new niggas. I'm just trying to give my
- 5:55check nigga. Niggers say no niggas. I'm a fat nigga. It couldn't
- 5:58look like earthquake. The comedian Whiga Babysitter was a kid deler kid, what
- 6:09happened? We don't diddle kids day? What is going on here? The
- 6:17part this is the part that fishes me off the most, And I'm gonna
- 6:23I'm gonna keep it too real right here, dog. The part that fishes
- 6:27me off the most about this is Buddy is sliding. It looks but he
- 6:34is. It looks edited, but he is. Yeah, it's not live
- 6:40for sure. Yeah, it's a bunch of it's chopping a lot to make
- 6:43it sound like the song, Like when you pull it up on iTunes,
- 6:46the song sounds like he was definitely just lip syncing it. Mm hmm.
- 6:51He was saying some crazy stuff, but he was slid thinking about Man,
- 6:59if he was like enough the lyrics on that, that would be a slider.
- 7:02Yeah, the lyrics. Yeah, that song that would hit on TikTok
- 7:05easily. He's coming up right now. He's coming up right now and yo.
- 7:11And the funny thing is, I'm not gonna do this, but he
- 7:13took me down the rabbit hole like his music. Right. He just has
- 7:16like these random people that I'm my theory is is just random people in his
- 7:21life and he just shouts him out on songs and like references them like we're
- 7:27supposed to know who they are, you know what I mean? Like he
- 7:30talks about Madison, Adrian Adrian or Adriana Julian. He mentions this guy David
- 7:38Brown, and he always says that he stinks, like like like I'll leave
- 7:42you stinking like David Brown, or he'll say this this weed I'm hitting stinking
- 7:46like David Brown. Like he just always references David Brown at something. David
- 7:51Brown he just talking about like his friends around him, bro, like there's
- 7:58no way, but yeah, that's that's why what what y'all thought about that?
- 8:05And that ain't for me. I'll tell you that it ain't for me.
- 8:09He was like that emo metally like that, like the little Uzi verse
- 8:15ship. I like that, like that old like rock Wayne kind of melody.
- 8:18Uh, I like I do like that melody. They comparing him to
- 8:24like a young Uzi. Yeah, they're comparing him to like Playboy Cardi.
- 8:28I guess I don't listen to because he has a high He had the high
- 8:33pitch. No, I get it. Uh, it could be a banger,
- 8:37and I know bangers. It could be a banger. I don't know,
- 8:43man, I don't know you. I don't know about that. It
- 8:52got a market, I guess, but I will say, man, that
- 8:56auto tune was over saturated for me a lot. Bro. Yeah, yeah,
- 9:01this is my thing, just strictly from a music standpoint. When I
- 9:05listened to it, I was like, damn, bro, he could really
- 9:07Like I could tell that he can make a dope song. Yeah yeah,
- 9:11you know what I mean, Like you could hear it in what he's doing
- 9:13that like dog this dude in an accident that he's that that that we're talking
- 9:18about him on this show, you know what I mean? Like he got
- 9:20a sound and it's infectious, you know what I mean, Like you sequency,
- 9:24it ain't for me. But unfortunately that's that's the main comment I seen
- 9:30though, Like unfortunately he sliding. Yeah yeah, and that I can agree
- 9:35with, Like he's not I've heard much worse, bro, keep hitting hitting
- 9:41that hard or I heard that too? Was that on purpose? Yeah?
- 9:45That was definitely on purpose, bro. So then like it was just a
- 9:50random, like little wormhole that led me to this Dom Kennedy song because me
- 9:54and him were talking about how just there's all these different sounds and stuff and
- 9:58you discover people like, for example, that Dave Blunts got he got Hella
- 10:03fans, bro, but we never even heard of him, Like he's not
- 10:05even in our vicinity, Like we're we're not gonna look him up again after
- 10:09this, you know what I mean. And then I was like, yeah,
- 10:13bro, because they got rappers like he never really like tapped in with
- 10:16Dom Kennedy. I'm like, yeah, you know, like you go to
- 10:18the West Coast, bro, they talk about Dom Kennedy like he's the goat,
- 10:20you know what I'm saying. Like that's like they're like top five always
- 10:24in rotation type guy, like I could almost probably compare it to like how
- 10:28future is out here, Like everybody's always bumping future over there. They always
- 10:31bumping Dom Kennedy. Bro, this is like an older joint night sock loss
- 10:39sith Vega's so big. I got lost. She's been feeling on me.
- 10:43Were gonna have been the dose. We're gonna drive by the sea. We
- 10:46just got that West Coast vibe, you know what I mean? He got
- 10:50that You know that uh familiar sound that you hear like snoop, what's his
- 10:56name, Nipsey? You hear it a lot, you know what I'm saying
- 10:58that even too short little bit you hear it in there, like just that
- 11:01inflection. And he's nice. Bro, He's a dope artist and he's been
- 11:05around for a minute. Bro. Yeah, I like don care. Yeah,
- 11:09oh yeah, you got him in like a lot of your smoking playlists
- 11:11and stuff, right, yeah for sure. Yeah man, that you know
- 11:18that that Dave bluntstained That thing had me going crazy. I was laughing so
- 11:24hard, wild bro Yo, when you get a chance, like if you
- 11:30just want to laugh, like just look him up and like check out his
- 11:33other stuff because it's like it's almost like it should be a parody and you
- 11:37don't even know if it is or isn't, you know what I mean,
- 11:39Like at this point he might be serious, bro, but it's so funny
- 11:43dog and it's just crazy. Like Quincy was saying, like everything out of
- 11:46market and people will you know what I'm saying, people will vibe with whatever,
- 11:50Like as long as it just hits that nerve with him, they're just
- 11:54locked in, you know. Yeah, Like I said, it ain't for
- 12:03me. I want to hear your your musical, uh you know what I
- 12:09mean, and like my musical like analyzation of it. I just all right,
- 12:13So like for me, the context ain't really for me, Like I
- 12:16don't feel like he's really talking about anything. And then on top of that,
- 12:20it's very surface leon and then the oversaturation of the auto tune really wasn't
- 12:28doing it. The outside of that though, like the way he was sliding
- 12:33it that he was like, Bro, if if uh Donna or a little
- 12:39baby or whoever came with it in that same pocket, we will be having
- 12:43a different conversation, you know what I mean. The lyrics in there exactly.
- 12:50Yeah, it's funny man, like that the way the way some some
- 12:54sounds come together and the way they just connect with people and then we hear
- 12:58it and second, bro, what is this dog like? It's so crazy
- 13:03when people hear that and fucking love that shit break down the festival hearing that
- 13:07shit? Bro? Who knows if that do? You know what I'm saying,
- 13:09If we don't even have a choice, if we're gonna hear about him
- 13:13again, you know, maybe pass and he just goes crazy and we have
- 13:16no choice but to hear people talk about Dave blunts. Bro. Yeah,
- 13:22the Garretts Blunt they shout out to Dave Blunstone. Man. The one thing
- 13:26that I've learned about just being in music and seeing like what the hustle is
- 13:31like and everything. Dog, I don't I don't ever like be little any
- 13:35artists, you know what I'm saying, especially if they're making moves. You
- 13:37know what I'm saying, Because it's tough, bro, and to make Uh.
- 13:43It's actually something I took kind of from an episode of Comedians and Cars.
- 13:46It was Jimmy Kimmel and Seinfeld, and Jimmy Kimmel was saying, like,
- 13:50the reason why he's able to be so like positive and energetic with people
- 13:56even if they're like coming with a dumb movie or a movie that bombing or
- 14:00something. He can still give him that energy because he knows that it takes
- 14:03as much work to make a bad movie as it makes as it takes to
- 14:07make a good movie movie. You know. So it's like, either way,
- 14:09this person busted. They ass and put their heart and soul into this,
- 14:13So I'm going to respect it like that, you know what I'm saying,
- 14:16Like, Yeah, that's you know, that's true in music and you
- 14:18know too, quincy, Like we see mad people that got all the talent,
- 14:22but they just don't even almost try to make it happen, you know
- 14:24what I mean. And then you see the people that don't got the talent
- 14:28like that, they're the ones that's grinding to the studio, you know what
- 14:31I mean. Yeah, we gotta appreciate people just put in the work consistently.
- 14:37Yeah, facts, But yeah, how was that? How was that?
- 14:41Trip? Joe? The Big Fody? Are you feeling man? It's
- 14:45good? Actually I turned forty next Friday, officially the last one, but
- 14:50it was good. Man. Spend a good time out there. It's a
- 14:52really nice resort. They cater to you very very well. Get this archa
- 14:58therapy thing where I was dreading that shit too, just like the pair of
- 15:01sailing. But I'm glad I went. It's like a whole process where you
- 15:07go from hot to cold to hot cold steam room and the waters and that
- 15:11shit brought me back to life and it was good. It's great. We
- 15:15waited six months for that and it went by like in six minutes. It's
- 15:18crazy. How time did you have any like moments of reflection or anything like
- 15:24that, or was it just more like, yeah, good night. The
- 15:30night of our actual birthday night, we had like a private dinner and everybody
- 15:35were white. It was like thirty of us and like all the core group
- 15:39of boys who've been boys for like twenty years. We had like really good
- 15:43conversations about it. Brought up all memories about all the bad memories too,
- 15:48and how far we made it, and it's a good time to reflect them.
- 15:52How long we've been friends and the shit we've been through. That's dope.
- 15:56Yeah, man, that's rare too, Like having a group of friends
- 15:58like that that you actually like grew up with and stuff. You know,
- 16:02depending on where you are where you come from, that's damn near impossible,
- 16:06you know what I mean. So it's definitely a blessing. That's that's yeah,
- 16:11that's like some movie ship. Especially all our spouses, like all our
- 16:15spouses really get along, they really try and they really just like let us
- 16:19be who we are, and everybody just tries to be a room, big
- 16:22hay happy group despite all many people is there, like a million personalities.
- 16:29Everybody just let the whole energy flow and like it was not stop, just
- 16:33good energy the whole the whole time of day. That's a good time.
- 16:37Glad you enjoyed that. That's appreciate that. And you just wrapped up the
- 16:41Master's program, right, Quincy, Yes, sure you got the email.
- 16:48Yeah, huh, man, I'm feeling good, but I'm feeling relieved.
- 16:49Man, I ready to you know, I feel like this for this first
- 16:53week. So I basically finished last Friday, got the email confirming everything today,
- 17:00and I feel like this week I've just been just catching up, like
- 17:03on rest. Man, Like my body is just like decompressing from the last
- 17:07year because like a lot of people don't know, but like I basically did
- 17:11like a two to three year program in eleven months, so you know,
- 17:15I really like, yeah, I was busting my ass some light. Yeah,
- 17:19yeah, I'm definitely decompressing this week and trying to focus on this wedding
- 17:25and just transitioning. Man, just transitioning, transitioning before the wedding. That's
- 17:30a big task. It's a lot going on, man, Damn. I
- 17:37was sharing to I was sharing the look book to wife today because I was
- 17:47like, she needs two months to pick out a fucking outfit. I got
- 17:49my suit in the mail. You got to I'm waiting on mine stuff.
- 17:52Yeah, it came like two three days. That what I called you was
- 17:56because I picked it up. Okay, yeah, got easy. H What
- 18:02do you mean you already got the fit picked out for you? How to
- 18:04argue with that? I wanted to wear a coat. M It's it's funny
- 18:11because just I was telling I was talking about it with wifey, like I've
- 18:18never had a friend that like got married, you know what I'm saying.
- 18:21It's kind of crazy, like when you think about it, like nom bro,
- 18:23Like I mean, I've had friends that got married, but not like
- 18:27in a traditional way. Like my closest friend from high school, he he
- 18:32just had like a court wedding, like you know, before they shipped.
- 18:34He shipped out for the navy, you know what I mean. Yeah,
- 18:37so like he would have been probably the only one that I knew that I
- 18:41would have been like involved with his wedding or whatever. And like every other
- 18:45friend that I had, there's they just don't get married, brother, not
- 18:48those types of guys. It'd be like that, yo. So another thing
- 18:56that I had showed him after he showed me the Dave Blunts thing, because
- 18:59he hasn't aptain with Steely Dan. And I know I've been telling y'all about
- 19:03them for a little while, and uh, they have a really dope live
- 19:08performance that's pretty classic for them, and it's a pretty good representation of their
- 19:15sound. And you know, if if you don't really dig this like that,
- 19:18then you know you probably won't won't dig them, but definitely I know
- 19:22you guys will before anybody listening and checking it out, you definitely gotta tap
- 19:26in with the the instruments and what they what they're doing, you know what
- 19:30I mean, because this is this is something right here. Oh yeah,
- 19:55that big groovy guys bro Steally to me, Steely Dan, their pocket is
- 20:07legendary. It is you'll see you'll you're hearing it already, but that groove
- 20:14and then all their songs, Bro, they always got the right groove.
- 20:18Dog. They they just tapped in. You man, you that's so this
- 21:11guy right here that that's popping in on the side, he plays the piano
- 21:15for them, right. He's also like basically the guy that puts all the
- 21:18songs together, the composer writer. His name is Donald Fagan. Bro He
- 21:22he's like the mastermind behind Steely Dan and like a lot of the crazy stuff
- 21:27they've done with their library, Like they're they're like the originators are like a
- 21:33lot of sounds like just as far as like the way they put their records
- 21:37together and like their vibe and just the way it's been it was composed,
- 21:41like where like maybe a lot of people don't really know who Steely Dan is,
- 21:47but people in music know who Steely Dan is, and a lot of
- 21:49people took a lot of vibes from me. You know, I'm gonna put
- 21:56it right to the guitars people to hear that, yo, every video.
- 22:08Buddy looks just like this dog like he just laid down and he's about to
- 22:15have the best sleep of his life. Skill in the area of the monster
- 22:19meal, he's snapping. That boy is literally sleep going crazy in the middle
- 23:07of a dream. Bro, that makes sense. Yeah, Bro, definitely
- 23:14check them out. Man. They got another song called Peg that they have
- 23:18Michael McDonald on it, like he joined the band for a little bit to
- 23:22do that sings. You know, I keep forgetting, you know, from
- 23:26the Doobie Brothers, you know what I'm saying. Great singer, great player
- 23:32also and they had him in the band for a little bit. In PEG,
- 23:34he does a lot of like the background vocals and he had him He
- 23:38talks about it in an interview where Donald had him stack vocals like in a
- 23:44crazy way and do mad different takes and mad different voices saying mad different things.
- 23:49And when you hear PEG and you hear the hook and you just hear
- 23:52when all the instruments come in and all the voices come in, Oh my
- 23:56gosh. Bro. Yeah, facts, he's he's he's a genius for sure,
- 24:03all timer in music. Like he's a low key like all time legend,
- 24:07like you know, up there with anybody type thing. Bro. I'm
- 24:11gonna check it out. I see that that do it again joint is on
- 24:15the camp buy a three album. Do you do you have any albums or
- 24:18do you know of any albums that you're Yeah, I got it. I
- 24:22got him like in my my iTunes and stuff, you know what I mean.
- 24:26Yeah, I'll be keeping an eye on them, and I'm gonna splurge
- 24:29you in one of these days. I'm really just try to catch them at
- 24:30the record store. Yeah, they had they had one. Last time I
- 24:37went. They actually had one of the records. It was like thirty something
- 24:38bucks, but it was one of the later ones, and I don't really
- 24:41liked that one, so I was like, I'm not going to get it
- 24:44just to say I got still damn records. You know what I'm saying.
- 24:47I'm never gonna play this. Yeah, it was like one of the joint
- 24:49the joints they dropped like late in the eighties, and it just wasn't my
- 24:55vibe they had. The band had gone through like a whole nother, Like
- 24:57it was one of them bands that always broke up to you know what I
- 25:00mean. Like that's why I was just reading, you know, creative Differences,
- 25:03you know all that. It always be that way. Man, when
- 25:07you get people that's that good together, it's just hard to get them on
- 25:12the same page. Everybody want to be they feel like they in charge,
- 25:15you know, like everybody want their agenda to come across. It's tough,
- 25:21it's hard, and then even with music, it's like it's so personal,
- 25:23you know what I mean, Like you don't want to put that in somebody
- 25:26else's hands, you know, or you don't want to say something that you
- 25:29don't feel like it's really like you. You know, it'd be crazy how
- 25:32somebody songs be going crazy and people ask the artists about them and they'd be
- 25:36like, yeah, you know they somebody wrote it for me. They just
- 25:37presented to me. I just sung it like they don't really have no connection
- 25:41to it. People are like, I'm like, how because you sung it
- 25:44so well? Is like yeah, because this is my job, bro,
- 25:47you know what I'm saying, Like, that's what I do. Somebody writes
- 25:48me a song and I sing it crazy because I'm still singing it. But
- 25:52at the end of the day, you know, it doesn't mean that I'm
- 25:55connected to this thing. You know. Right there's mad refrotraction going on right
- 26:00now. In fact, oh yeah, yeah, he's seen that. All
- 26:03them Drake references have been popping up any It's funny, man, because every
- 26:08once in a while, stuff like this comes out and people that aren't really
- 26:12tapped into how music is made. Are privy to. Yeah, some people
- 26:18don't write their own songs, you know what I mean, and it like
- 26:21blows their mind. But you know it makes sense, bro. And now
- 26:22everybody got every aspect, you know, not everybody's Michael Jackson. Bro.
- 26:26And even Michael Jackson ay't write all his songs, you know what I'm saying,
- 26:30the ones that he wrote exactly, the ones that he wrote, Yeah,
- 26:34Beyonce, Yeah, a lot of these, a lot of these artists.
- 26:38Bro. Music is just trying to use the best instruments, whether it
- 26:44be vocals, you know, a pen and selection. Yep. That that's
- 26:48uh, that's something that Drake is amazing that, you know what I'm saying.
- 26:53Regardless you're talking about these reference tricks, but ain't not on booty flowing,
- 26:56you know what I'm saying, Like these are he knew he knows how
- 27:00to pick. You know, he got to hear for the sound. You've
- 27:03seen that new thing going around where they're saying that well, academics was saying
- 27:08that Kodak was saying to him and Drake got a lot of songs together,
- 27:12but he don't drop none of them because Drake always wants him to drop him,
- 27:15and Kodak's like, why don't you drop him? You know what I'm
- 27:18saying, And basically it's like one of those things where you know, he
- 27:23feels like Drake is trying to do that, like as a power move type
- 27:27thing or like a positioning type thing, and he's looking at it, like,
- 27:30Bro, you drop the album with twenty one, you drop the album
- 27:33with the Future, you know what I'm saying, Like, I'm not about
- 27:36it, We're not about to do all this music and then you're just gonna
- 27:37give it to me and I drop it, you know what I mean?
- 27:41And you know I feel him, bro, I honestly feel him, especially
- 27:44somebody like Kodak, you know what I mean. He ain't. He ain't
- 27:47somebody that's just coming around the block, you know, a new artist.
- 27:51He's established. He's established, Bro. He hits bro, Like regardless if
- 27:56you're a fan or not. He is a legacy artist at this point,
- 28:00Like he could perform as long as he wants because his catalog is that deep
- 28:03and it spans across such a good time, you know what I mean,
- 28:06Like as far as longevity goes, you know, so I definitely feel that.
- 28:11You know, you're not gonna big dog somebody that feels like they're a
- 28:17big dog, you know, exactly exactly. Yeah, that's the it's the
- 28:23Florida and them too dog. Yeah, you drop it for me. What
- 28:32you said, Joe, I say you got through that too. Oh yeah,
- 28:36facts super facts. Sometimes people will reach out to you want to do
- 28:41songs with you, and then all right, let me know when you put
- 28:44it all together, Like, nah, bro, it don't work like that.
- 28:48I got a plan that I'm executing. You hitting me up to work
- 28:52like you we're gonna I'm down to do it, but we're gonna make it
- 28:55happen, you know what I mean. I'm not about to take on the
- 28:57task if you want to do a song with me, like, it don't
- 29:00work like that? Yeah, what's up with? Who could don though?
- 29:08Bro? It's Kyrie game started right? Yeah? Just start? Oh yeah,
- 29:14we'll wrap up in like a minute or two. But yeah, no,
- 29:15no, But what do you think it is though? You think home
- 29:18court advantage or what do you think? Boston got the number? I mean,
- 29:22Boston got the size they got they had. Porzingis playing pretty well now
- 29:26he's I believe he's I don't know, does he playing Yeah, so he
- 29:33ended up being out. That's going to be a huge advantage for them because
- 29:37he's causing them problems. Yeah, bro, But yeah, I just feel
- 29:44like Kyrie need to step up. The young players on the Mavericks need to
- 29:48shake off that that stage fright, you know what I mean? I'm too
- 29:52o, Bro, that's this is this is part for the course in the
- 29:55NBA, though. I saw that said Luca hit eight threes in the ohbody
- 30:00else in the teammates is more than one. Yeah, he's he's ooping.
- 30:03I mean, he ain't nothing you can say to that man. He is
- 30:06going on right for his fucking life myself right now. You know what I'm
- 30:11saying, He shouldn't because the team ain't whack. Team ain't whacked by any
- 30:14stretch. I do agree. I forgot who said it, but they need
- 30:18to start playing tim hardaway dog. How many DMPs you're gonna get this man?
- 30:22You need scoring? Let him come in, you know what I'm saying.
- 30:25I mean, French legs. That guy's paid to and he ain't no
- 30:27scrub. You know, he might be a little inconsistent, but you got
- 30:30to give him some burn, bro, especially if he won with the Warriors,
- 30:34and then you got all these other people not even shooting well. PJ.
- 30:41Washington's not shooting well, Derek Laly not shooting well, like Gafford a'
- 30:45shooting well. So I mean, what do you got to lose. It's
- 30:48not like you're going to be taking somebody out that's shooting for you. You
- 30:52know what I'm saying, right, I just don't want Boston the win,
- 30:56bro. Never. I don't want them to Yeah, I don't want them
- 31:00to win. It's crazy how like people don't like a team because of the
- 31:03fans. You know, it's a real thing when even the players don't like
- 31:08Boston though, Like even the Boston legends. Dog did not go back to
- 31:12Boston and like go for games and stuff. Bill Russell wouldn't go. He's
- 31:18like one of the biggest freaking Boston legends. A lot of them, Bro,
- 31:21they don't be out there like that. They didn't like how they were
- 31:23treated by by the fan base, even being players there. And the fan
- 31:26base is ratchets, just like the Patriots fan base same place. You know,
- 31:33you know what it is, you know what it is. We got
- 31:37we gotta over there, we got I want to say, we got three
- 31:41episodes to we had we got to play in one hundred lacking Bro, y'all
- 31:47seen the the stream Drew skiks and that and hard the clips from that some
- 31:52of them. Yeah, bro, that's that shit look funny as he obviously,
- 31:56I'm never gonna watch something that you want to do that mm hmm.
- 32:00You ain't about that life, yo, what's up all? Dude? Who's
- 32:02crib? Though? You ain't about that life? Who's crib? Quincy's for
- 32:07the weekend? Left right? He's like, oh, ship, I mean
- 32:14there's another Quincy in the chat. I mean, let's do it. Ship.
- 32:22I ain't saying nothing but word, it's an episode one hundred. What's
- 32:25up then? But I did. I did see that stream that Yeah,
- 32:30they are you know what I was when I because I was watching by myself
- 32:35and my wife he was doing something in the computer and she couldn't help to
- 32:38start watching. And I realized I was like, there's three different target audiences
- 32:45between the three of them, and they're combining all three because Kevin Hart and
- 32:49they're all, yeah, the best in their I'm saying so Kevin Hart as
- 32:53at his age range now he has the adults, you know, the high
- 32:59class adults who don't watch kids streaming, who don't watch all these dumb movies,
- 33:04but they love Kevin Hart and they love him doing reality shit. Then
- 33:07you got Drew Ski's whole fan base of just straight up social media, straight
- 33:14up for the social media, and you have younger fan base all in the
- 33:19streaming generation and ship. That's three different fan bases all targeted on one central
- 33:24person. You could tell like they have a lot of respect for Kai Sanat
- 33:30for doing something like that twice because Hart did it by himself. What a
- 33:34move for Kevin Hart, bro. Yeah, that's the second time he did.
- 33:37Did you see when he did it by himself? Yeah? No,
- 33:39I didn't see it. Yeah, he just did it just for the first
- 33:43time ever by himself, him and Kai two weeks ago. Because you got
- 33:46your you're drinking your two step. No, but he just did it for
- 33:51the first time by himself, like two weeks ago, and it comes back
- 33:54two weeks later. What is going on there? You go, I said
- 33:58you got to drink your two step? Facts, bro, I'm a hustler,
- 34:05Yeah, but what were you saying about the Kevin Hart one? That
- 34:08he did it two weeks ago and they came back two weeks later and did
- 34:10it again with Drew Ski. Oh you mean he did it by himself with
- 34:15Knat Yeah the first Okay, I thought it was part of this, Like
- 34:21I thought they were just together at first, and then Drew later and again
- 34:25it was literally just two weeks ago. It wasn't even that long ago.
- 34:30So he did that. He saw the response. Them clips were so funny,
- 34:34bro Yeah, roasting like that and just you know what I'm saying,
- 34:37just vibing bro. So when they had Lebron call in today, yeah,
- 34:40yeah, that ship was so funny. He's like, you seen Lebron say
- 34:45the N word and word yo yo. Lebron says the word like drunk.
- 34:51He's so stupid. That's like in the back like Lebron James. I was
- 34:55like, I would have been beat in the back like Lebron James. I
- 35:00would have been I don't care, so I don't care. That would have
- 35:07been me for sure. Yeah. That's funny, man. That was That
- 35:09was a dope. That was some dope clips that came out of that.
- 35:13Man. Now, like the streaming generation is so it's streaming generation is becoming
- 35:20well, podcasts was when it blew up, so now everybody just streams and
- 35:23it's not even a podcast, it's just a stream, and it's becoming oversaturated.
- 35:29So you gotta come with shit that nobody else does, or there's no
- 35:32reason for someone to watch you over somebody else. Yeah, it's like definitely
- 35:37you can see that all the like people doing nothing streams are dying just because
- 35:42people are back to normal stuff. You know, the pandemic's done. People
- 35:44ain't just sitting around all day with their phone just off to the side while
- 35:47they're just vibing, you know what I mean. So everybody got to be
- 35:51on on their game, you know. And you know before these dudes was
- 35:55just falling asleep on the stream and people was watching it, you know what
- 35:58I mean, Like one hundred thousand people watching a dude in a blame Yeah,
- 36:01exactly. Crazy. Well, yeah, man, I'm about to watch
- 36:07this game, bro. I'm ready to see thee lose hopefully. Man,
- 36:12I'm trying to trying to catch the at least a thousand today, you feel
- 36:16me, Bro? We need to like channel all of our minority energy together
- 36:21to defeat Boston dog like power that's being funneled over there right now. We
- 36:27need to like combat it with minority offensive and just make sure that the Mavericks
- 36:35win. Bro. I hope they all ship their pants tonight. I don't
- 36:38they their pants. That's funny, man. All I know is that the
- 36:43Mavericks better state. But I hope that the Celtics are never butter after acting
- 37:13after at a puty not not put not not pusty counts not not count coup
- 39:30not not after I do
