- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, we got tickets to Chance the Rapper. We're
- 0:03Speaker 1: going to play our classic John Jay and Rich. Remember
- 0:06Speaker 1: the times. Dulce, good morning. Dulce.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Hello.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Dulce. Oh, hold on, Dulce. Hold on, Dulce, real quick.
- 0:15Speaker 1: That was Zara Larson. She's going to be at our
- 0:17Speaker 1: iHeartRadio Music Festival, along with BTS, Benson Boone, Cardi B,
- 0:20Speaker 1: Major Lazer Soup Doll, Goo Goo Dolls. And it's almost sold.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Friday night's sold out. Tickets for Saturday are available and
- 0:27Speaker 1: going fast now, so go to AXS.com. Okay, Dulce, you
- 0:31Speaker 1: are playing for Chance the Rapper tickets.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Yes.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Let's do it.
- 0:36Speaker 4: Okay, it's Remember the Time. It's all kinds of stuff.
- 0:38Speaker 4: It's pop culture, movies, music, TV shows. They've all been
- 0:43Speaker 4: mushified into a montage. All you have to do, Dulce,
- 0:48Speaker 4: is tell us what year it all happened. Players ready?
- 0:50Speaker 4: Let's remember the time.
- 0:51Speaker 3: They are contaminated.
- 0:59Speaker 4: Put those apes down. You have no idea what you're
- 1:04Speaker 4: dealing with. I've been asked many times during this farewell season,
- 1:16Speaker 4: is ending the show bittersweet? Well, I say all sweet,
- 1:21Speaker 4: no bitter. Some are saying that you're bipolar. Wow, what
- 1:23Speaker 4: does that mean?
- 1:25Speaker 1: I guess that, you know, you're on two ends of
- 1:27Speaker 1: the spectrum. Wow, and then what? What's the cure? Medicine?
- 1:31Speaker 4: Make me like them?
- 1:32Speaker 1: Not going to happen. I'm bi-winning.
- 1:47Speaker 4: A couple of little bonus clues for you. It is
- 1:50Speaker 4: also the launch this year of Snapchat and the Royal
- 1:55Speaker 4: Wedding with Kate and William. So, Dolce, you go first.
- 2:00Speaker 4: What did you hear? What did you recognize? What year
- 2:01Speaker 4: do you think that all happened? Uh....
- 2:11Speaker 2: One, 27.
- 2:16Speaker 4: Did you say 2027?
- 2:18Speaker 1: It's happening next year.
- 2:18Speaker 4: Sorry. We haven't done one of those. Remember the futures yet.
- 2:25Speaker 1: I know. I know.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Um, I'm going to.
- 2:32Speaker 4: Say 20.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:33Speaker 2: 2019.
- 2:34Speaker 4: Say that again. 2019.
- 2:35Speaker 1: 2019, okay.
- 2:38Speaker 4: John Jay, your move.
- 2:39Speaker 1: What did you hear?
- 2:39Speaker 4: What did you recognize?
- 2:40Speaker 1: Dude, I heard so much.
- 2:41Speaker 4: There's a lot in it.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I feel like I heard a clip from almost every
- 2:46Speaker 1: year of the decade. It sounded like it was all
- 2:49Speaker 1: over the place. In fact, so you had the Game
- 2:51Speaker 1: of Thrones theme playing in there on purpose, right? It
- 2:53Speaker 1: wasn't part of Oprah's. No. Because there was Oprah's Farewell thing.
- 2:56Speaker 1: There was Planet of the Apes. But there are so
- 2:58Speaker 1: many different versions of Planet of the Apes. I don't
- 2:59Speaker 1: know which one that was. And, of course, Born This Way.
- 3:01Speaker 1: So I remember Gaga's thing came out in 2009. It
- 3:04Speaker 1: was a big. But that wasn't Born This Way. Born
- 3:06Speaker 1: This Way came out after that. God, that's such a
- 3:09Speaker 1: good montage. It's very, very difficult.
- 3:12Speaker 3: 2019.
- 3:16Speaker 1: God. Snapchat, though. That's what takes me way later in
- 3:19Speaker 1: the decade. So I'll go 20. I'm going to go 2018. 2018.
- 3:25Speaker 4: 2018.
- 3:26Speaker 1: 2017. Whoa, 2017. 2017.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Okay, so Dolce says 19. John Jay says 2017. Kyle,
- 3:32Speaker 4: it is your move.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Okay, there was Tiger's Blood winning, which makes me feel
- 3:37Speaker 2: like it's later than my original guess. Gaga, Born This Way,
- 3:41Speaker 2: I thought was 2010-ish. And then you said The Royal Wedding.
- 3:46Speaker 2: And I remember one of my friends who had gotten
- 3:49Speaker 2: married the year or two before watched The Royal Wedding
- 3:52Speaker 2: in her wedding dress. And so that leads me to
- 3:56Speaker 2: believe that it was, again, around 2010. So since there
- 4:01Speaker 2: are a couple of the other clues that make me
- 4:03Speaker 2: feel like it's later, like Rebecca Black Friday, that makes
- 4:05Speaker 2: me feel like it's later.
- 4:06Speaker 1: But the other ones make me feel like it's there.
- 4:07Speaker 2: So I'm just going with the gut and saying 2010.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Okay.
- 4:09Speaker 4: 2010, says Kyle. Obviously a tricky montage, Peyton. Yeah. It
- 4:16Speaker 4: all happened the same year, though, I promise.
- 4:17Speaker 3: I had Planet of the Apes, Born This Way. That
- 4:19Speaker 3: sounded like Split, that movie Split, with the, I don't know.
- 4:23Speaker 3: And then Rebecca Black Friday, which is what put me
- 4:26Speaker 3: to my 13th birthday party. Because I remember last Friday
- 4:30Speaker 3: night was out at the same time, Katy Perry, which
- 4:33Speaker 3: puts me like 2009, 2010, 2011. So since Kyle is 2010...
- 4:41Speaker 3: I'm going to go 2011.
- 4:43Speaker 4: Okay. I think that's seventh grade middle school for me.
- 4:47Speaker 4: So we do have a winner amongst you four. So
- 4:49Speaker 4: the Royal Wedding, William and Kate, the launch of Snapchat,
- 4:53Speaker 4: Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Born This Way,
- 4:56Speaker 4: Lady Gaga, Oprah's Last Show, Game of Thrones, Charlie Sheen,
- 4:59Speaker 4: Freaking Out, Rebecca Black's Friday. For the second time in
- 5:03Speaker 4: a row, your winner is Peyton with 2011.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Good job.
- 5:06Speaker 4: Middle school match, baby.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Snapchat's been around that long?
- 5:11Speaker 4: It sure has.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Oprah quit that long ago? Yeah.
- 5:15Speaker 4: It's been, you know, almost 15 years, what, since Oprah quit.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Is that right?
- 5:18Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Wow.
- 5:20Speaker 4: That was a tough one, Rich. That was good.
- 5:22Speaker 3: That brought back some good memories.
- 5:23Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Dulce, you still get the tickets? Yes.
- 5:28Speaker 4: Awesome.
- 5:28Speaker 1: All right, so hold on. That's crazy.
- 5:31Speaker 2: I graduated in 2011.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Where'd you go to school? It's a charter school. What's
- 5:37Speaker 1: it called?
- 5:38Speaker 4: Precision.
- 5:39Speaker 1: What was their mascot?
- 5:42Speaker 4: Honestly, even that one.
- 5:45Speaker 1: It was so small.
- 5:48Speaker 4: The Precision.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Prison inmates.
- 5:51Speaker 3: I graduated with six people, yo.
- 5:53Speaker 1: You graduated with six people? Yeah.
- 5:56Speaker 4: I hope you're a valedictorian because if not, you know. No,
- 6:00Speaker 4: the valedictorian didn't show up. I'm too smart for this place.
- 6:07Speaker 1: I do say, hold on. You got to go see
- 6:08Speaker 1: Chance the Rapper. That charter school paid off. Thank you.
- 6:12Speaker 1: All right, hold on. Hold on. Speaking of Oprah, do
- 6:15Speaker 1: you know that Oprah Winfrey in 1972 won a beauty pageant?
- 6:19Speaker 1: She won Miss Black Tennessee.
- 6:21Speaker 3: Oh, that's cool.
- 6:22Speaker 4: I did not know that.
- 6:22Speaker 3: I didn't know she was.
- 6:23Speaker 4: Was she from Tennessee?
- 6:25Speaker 1: She became the first black female anchor on Nashville News
- 6:28Speaker 1: Station the next year.
- 6:29Speaker 4: Oh, wow.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Yeah, she's a boss.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Michelle Pfeiffer won Miss Orange County in California in 1978.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Sharon Stone won Miss Crawford County in Pennsylvania. Halle Berry
- 6:40Speaker 1: won Miss Teen All-American in 1985. Vanessa Williams was Miss America,
- 6:46Speaker 1: the first black woman who won Miss America in 1984.
- 6:48Speaker 4: She's awesome.
- 6:50Speaker 1: And did you know that Priyanka Chopra Jones was also?
- 6:53Speaker 4: Yeah. Miss Universe, right?
- 6:56Speaker 1: She was Miss India and Miss World in 2000 when
- 7:01Speaker 1: she was 18.
- 7:02Speaker 4: And his ex-girlfriend was Miss Universe.
- 7:05Speaker 1: No way.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Nick Jonas? So he just gets all these... He likes
- 7:08Speaker 4: the pageant winners.
- 7:10Speaker 3: Beautiful draw, dropping nothing wrong with them women.
- 7:12Speaker 1: And Rich, your wife does the Miss America pageant. Who
- 7:15Speaker 1: won the most recent one?
- 7:17Speaker 4: Miss Texas. I forget what her name is, but she
- 7:18Speaker 4: just won this past weekend. Her name is now Miss America, dude.
- 7:21Speaker 4: That's right.
