And so when you're making decisions in your life and you have to trust your intuition where you thought something was gonna be for you and you were excited about it and you're behind it, but it ends up being something else. That is when intuition really matters. That is when trusting yourself really fucking matters. Hello, everybody, and welcome back to the She's Next Level podcast. And we release episodes every week. So be sure to stick around. Today's episode is packed for you guys. I'm so excited because I was like What am I even gonna be talking about today? I was really thinking about what would be the most impactful for the community and I thought about intuition. And I haven't talked about intuition or created a dedicated episode around intuition. And so today is the perfect day to do so because everything I do literally I use intuition for like day in and day out. And I'm using intuition more and more every single day. And it's just really fascinating to me the things that I'm able to channel and pull in and just be in awe of like the things happening that my intuition was telling me was gonna happen or just things working out the way that they were meant to. And that is a state that we all want to get to is that magnetic flow state. And that is the state when you are aligned with your highest version of yourself, your higher self. And you are in flow with your intuition. So today I really want to talk about my journey with intuition and how it's opened up my life in so many ways, guys. Like it's it's wild. I want to also talk about how the misconceptions and certain things that you do want to like watch out for when it comes to maybe going to an intuitive and the psychics out there. And then I also want to give you guys something to walk away with in how to start opening up your life with intuition by how to understand it and what it looks like, how it feels like, to give you some practical things that you can do to start using it yourself Just to get started, just to get going with it. Because there's obviously a lot more to this topic than just what we're covering today. And then I have a fun story to share with you guys that really tested me, man. I think the biggest thing that I really want to empower people with is the ability to trust yourself and be able to know that you have your own fucking back and that no matter what people say, even people that are experts in intuition or experts in whatever the fuck they do, right? I want you to still trust yourself and be able to check in with your true core self because I talked about this in previous episodes around the differences between your true self and your programmed self. And this is the biggest thing that people miss is that their programmed self becomes so real to them that it becomes like, no, this is me that you don't even realize what's actually true for you. And you know as you grow through life, when you start to feel A disconnect, and when you start to feel those lower frequency emotions and you feel unhappy, and that is a big telling sign that you are not your true self. And what really intuition has opened up for me has been me getting to know my true self. And at this point, I am not willing to do anything that is not connected to my true self. So I have a fun little story to share with you guys to kind of take you guys. Behind the scenes of like me making difficult decisions and me choosing my intuition over my fucking brain, which is like what people call your ego, right? So let's get started. The first thing I want to talk about is how intuition has opened up my life in so many ways, guys. Like I want to take you guys down memory lane because I grew up in a religious household. I am Indian and my parents believe in Hinduism, the whole religion thing, and they're very, very motherfucking religious. And I remember growing up and I would always question things as a child. Like that's always been kind of in my nature. Thank fucking God I have. Because I just never felt drawn to it. I never felt like it was the truth. And if you've ever felt that way, girl. You are spot on. A whole nother fucking debate about religions. Don't even get me started I found myself, you know, drifting away from the that way, being the way that I connected with my family, and drifting away from the things that I learned that I had to do as a kid, being with them, right? Like there's just certain things that you just have to do because of family as a kid growing up. And so essentially no one ever taught me what intuition was. Like we never talked about it. It was never in the religion. in my opinion, I mean I haven't heard of it yet. So I didn't realize that I was intuitive my entire life without knowing that that was intuition. And how I know when I trace pieces back into like, no, I was intuitive was That I would just have these inner knowings, because inner knowing is one form of intuition. And it's just kind of like you just kind of know things without like figuring out where the information came from. You just kind of know. And so I would have moments where like I just knew things that were gonna happen, or I just knew that this path was right for me or this way to go. I knew not to trust somebody, and it would always end up being right. But I still, even despite those things, didn't realize, that's my intuition. And I should trust that more. It was kind of more of like it would be like a strong thing coming through and I'm like, nope, I ain't doing this. Or when I went against my intuition for example, I knew, not to move forward with a certain investment with somebody. That it wasn't gonna turn out well. Like I even didn't even know the details of it, but I just knew that it wasn't the right move for me. And then it ends up not being the right move for me, right? and so I know that you guys probably have so many examples of this that has happened in your life as well, where you knew something that was either gonna happen, maybe you saw it, maybe you heard it, maybe you felt it. There's so many different forms of intuition, which we'll be getting into later, so that you guys can get familiar with this. But you knew and you went against it or you went with it and you saw what happened. And so moving on, you know, as my journey of life through learning about personal development that started way back during my Herbalife days, like way, way, way, way back. That was kind of like the intro to self-help. And then I got into learning about manifestation and the subconscious mind back in 2024. And then I started self-image healing and learning to love myself more. And, you know, that's still a work in progress as it's always going to be. There's new levels to things. But I really healed a lot of that foundation self-image things back in 2024, got going with that. And that led me to It training my intuition with one of the most best intuitives in the world that really has trained it, honed it in into a scientific precise level where it's accurate, it is changing people's lives. So I really got into it, and it's just so crazy because when I first started learning intuition and I got myself into it, I was resisting it so much. I was like, this shit is like. Weird, it's hard, like I don't even know what I'm doing. And I mean, here we are. Like, I literally read energy for a living, which is really, really fucking cool. And helping people with their healing, like their mental and physical health. And that's really, really cool to be able to do it through intuition because I've done it for myself. And now being able to do it with other people, it's really, really, really interesting. And so I think it is Honestly, necessary at this point in our lives, especially with all the shit going on in the world. And people really just want true, genuine connection, but they also want to be able to feel like they can trust people and they can trust life and they can trust themselves so that they can feel safer in their life. And so intuition is a non-negotiable at this point. We need to get on board. We need to start listening to the guidance system that we have within. And that is the way that you're going to fast track. To your goals in your life. I mean, honestly, intuition has made me more effective, made me more efficient, has helped me cut out all the fucking noise out there in the world for me to then do the things that I actually gain a lot of happiness and fulfillment from and that I really enjoy. And it's shifted a lot of values for me too, where before I used to value money over my own happiness. And now I value both, obviously, but if I had to choose, I'd choose my happiness more. You know, there's a lot of new levels with intuition as well. There's a lot of cool things you can do with intuition once you learn how to do it. and you get to your goals a lot faster. So make it easy for yourself. One of the things that I feel like people need to be careful of when it comes to intuition. And I know a lot of people go to psychic readers out there, you know, and they get tarot readings and all that shit. Girl, I used to be the one. I used to be the one to do this. And this is one of the reasons why I actually wanted to learn more about intuition because I had a preview of it before where I knew this girl, she used to do tarot readings and I I was going to her all the fucking time. Like the moment I got a taste of like, this information is true. Like, you use intuition to figure that out. Like, I was just like, I need to know what the fuck's gonna happen in my life. Like, I need to know how to live my life. Like, I need to, I just, you know, this feeling that I got. And so I would always go back to her and I would always leave out, honestly, feeling empowered, but also disempowered. Because I felt like I wasn't able to get those answers myself. And I felt like there was more things that I needed to know that I had no idea. And then I had to go back to her to get that information versus me knowing I can figure it out, right? So one of the biggest things that I notice and that I've learned about with psychics out there, there's nothing wrong with going to a psychic. I just want to preface that because I still have my intuitive friends that I go to. And I still book intuitive reads for myself because there's certain things that I get emotional about. And I like to learn from other people too and how they what questions they ask and how they go about it. So I still get reads myself, not as much as I used to, but time and time I I get them. And one of the things that you want to look out for when it comes to going into it, like an intuitive to get a read, is that you need to know. If they are aware of dark energies out there, I think this is the biggest thing in the self-help world that a lot of people are just either ignorant or they're doing it intentionally within knowing that there are dark energies out there and they're not practicing energetic hygiene, which is so important because there are dark energies out there, just as there's light. And you want to make sure that if you go to an intuitive to get a read. That they are aware of that and they are doing everything that they can to clean their energy out to be a clear channel to receive the information to give to you. And making sure that the information is literally from light, like source and source or your higher self. And these intuitives don't even know those things either. sometimes when I talk to other intuitives out there in the world when I come across them and I ask them certain questions that they're just like I just tune in and I see what comes through and I'm like you don't want to be fucking doing that because you're not gonna be getting information from the right channel from the right thing for the what you need so this is something that a lot of them are not aware of And you wanna make sure that you're not getting the wrong information. You also want to make sure that they're not emotionally manipulating that information because of their emotional bias. So there are things that they need to do to make sure that's not happening. And a lot of these intuitives just don't know. Like they're gifted, but they don't have the structure, they don't have the correct information to be able to do what they do in the best way. So just be careful of those things if you guys are gonna go get intuitive reads. It's great, but just make sure that they're aware of the dark energy knowledge and you wanna ask them what the fuck they're doing to do that and what their process looks like. And that'll give you more of a peace of mind as far as like how your information is coming through and just trust that person more. Like people literally trust their lives with intuitives. And so it's important for you to do your due diligence and make sure that you're getting Somebody that is, you know, properly trained, whether they've had intuition their whole life or not, like they're practicing that energetic hygiene and all of those things. One of the things that people don't understand about intuition, and I've even had some people ask me, like, what the fuck is that? Just like I did back then. Like I didn't fucking know. I didn't even know the word intuition, honestly. I was like, what the f like it's literally, you guys, it's so crazy. The world and the bubble that I lived in. No one really talked about it. So I want to give you guys kind of a general understanding of what intuition is. So you're not thinking, like, this is just a woo-woo concept. Like, she's just I'm cr talking some crazy here. No, this is literal science, okay? Intuition is literally the art of reading energy. So everything is energy. There's light, there's light information in everything. And so Using intuition is literally just the ability to read that light energy, that information in that light energy. And there's so many different layers and frequencies of light that we can read from. And that is why, like, we're connecting to certain different fields to connect that information together. And that's a little bit more advanced, but that's why it's important to know all aspects of it. And you can even look this up when it comes to quantum physics if you don't even understand energy. You will learn about energy there. It's been scientifically proven, that there is energy. Everything is made up of energy. Everything has a certain frequency to it. And so with intuition, we're literally just reading energy. And what's really cool about intuition is that I can read my past lives. I can read the future, which is something that I do often. And so By my ability to read the future and tap into the energetic frequency, the light information that's available out of so many different timelines, right? Like so many different possibilities. I'm able to then navigate my life in a more aligned way. I'm able to then fast track myself to my goals versus doing all this trial and error bullshit that a lot of people do. So, knowing that everything is made up of light, I also want you to understand that your body is also made up of light. And we have the energetic light body, then we have the physical body. But ultimately, even your body is using intuition to communicate with itself. It's all happening on a subconscious level. So when we are learning to use our intuition, it is literally us bringing all of that subconscious knowledge or reading something that's happening on an energetic level to our conscious brain to understand it. Because it's a whole different language. It's a language of light. It's a whole nother type of understanding. But it gets easier as you practice. And once you understand the different forms of it and all of that, you'll be good to go. And I know this sounds like, what the fuck, bitch? Like, I know this sounds difficult. when I started learning about it, I was like, I don't even know what I'm doing, but you guys will get the hang of it once you start actually intentionally intending to connect to it and hone in on it. Because whether you want to be an intuitive yourself and you want to read Energy for a living, or just even for yourself. And even if you're not wanting to do those things, which I just can't see why you would want to, even if you're not, like having this understanding is really gonna help you understand when things happen, when you really get that intuitive hit, or when you really feel something off, you're able to trust it and listen to it and understand what what this is, why is this happening? So there are different forms of intuition that. we all receive from. So we have our third eye, which is our ability to see things from their third eye. We have our inner knowing, which has been the dominant one for me. It's just like it there's nothing that it comes from. Like you can't tangibly see where it came from. It's just a knowing that you have that just ends up happening. And then we have our hearing so we can literally hear like a voice in our head or like a sound. And this one's a little tricky because you know You can sometimes think about your brain and your thoughts talking to you versus the sound coming through, but there is that. and then we have our feeling intuition. So we can feel in our bodies, you know, sometimes we'll get like a strong expansion feeling, and sometimes that can be a yes. When you feel a more of a contraction, tightness, or anything like that, that's more of a no. Then we also have like a tasting intuition where you can taste things in your mouth. And I think that one's a little bit more rare, but we do have that. So there are different forms, and there's a lot more that expand beyond this. Honestly, guys, like anything can be intuition. There's even word intuition where you can you know, just set the intention to receive an answer through word, and you'll just ask your question, you'll see what word you see, and just interpret that. There's color intuition, which has been one that I've been practicing more. And that was just been so interesting. Like you're interpreting the answer to the question based off of a color. But I want to give you guys just the foundational basics. Usually it's the seeing, the hearing, the feeling, the knowing. And you guys all have a dominant one. So everybody has intuition. And I just want to make that very motherfucking clear. Okay. Everyone has it. Some of us are more connected to it than others, but it's always there and it speaks to you through a certain form of communication. And so I think it is important for you guys to start getting familiar with how does it communicate with me? Because once you understand how it starts to communicate with you consistently, then you can start to use it more and trust it more and trust yourself because of that. So I would recommend to start. I mean, there's TikTok. videos on intuition games, which is really, really fun. And I would just start to play with that and see like, you know, when you get the answer right or wrong, like see how it comes through for you. Start practicing because that's the only way you're gonna get better with this. The only thing I wanted to mention though with when it comes to feeling in the body with intuition is that if you are really disconnected from your body and there's just like a lot of numbness going on and you don't really feel your emotions as much, you've suppressed them for so long, and you're just very disconnected, then you may not feel a lot of the emo like the intuition in the body as much. That might not happen as much for you. But it's okay because there's other ways that you can get information. And one of the other things that I want to give you guys too is that you can use your body as a pendulum to get answers from your intuition So you can literally stand straight and then you can ask the question that you need to ask and make sure you're fucking straight like this, like a line. And then if you tilt forward, that's usually a yes. And if you tilt backwards, it's usually a no. But you still want to make sure that that is your yes answer and no answer for whatever question you ask. So always like do that. Do do the set sitting up straight and then ask yourself like a question. And I would always start basic questions, guys. So like when you're starting using intuition, you wanna make sure you're asking yourself basic questions so that you're training that muscle. You want to just say something like, Doing heroin is good for me. Doing heroin is good for me. And say it three times, doing heroin is good for me. And it you'll see your body naturally start to tilt. It's really fucking cool. When I started doing this, I was like, Holy shit. Like it was a really great way for me to start developing that trust with myself. So I do recommend that for you guys if you are kind of like, I don't know about this way of intuition with these different things, and I don't really feel my body like that. Well that's another way you guys can start. Don't rely on it, but at least get started with it. Another thing I want to talk about is that your intuition is only as good as your questions that you ask. And it's only also as good as your intention. So you always want to make sure that when you're asking your questions, you want to keep them direct but also basic. So you don't want to be asking like five different things in a question. Where it's something like, doing this is effective and it'll lead me to this and then this will happen. Like, no, that is way too much. You need to ask yourself basic questions and ask as many questions as you need, especially for more important things in your life. You know, emotions is a big fucking thing that gets in the way of us getting clear answers and like just thinking clearly. In accessing our intuition. And if you guys haven't listened to my prerequisite episodes around emotions and how they are the key to living a happier life, I do have two that I created and I will link everything in the description box along with other prerequisite episodes. If you are new to the podcast and you haven't listened to those, even if you're not new to the podcast and you haven't listened to those yet, go fucking listen to those because it that'll tie everything together into a perfect bow for you guys to understand this information on a deeper level and how there's so many different things that creates our ability to trust ourselves, listen to our intuition, and even access it in the first place. something that I really like that I started practicing earlier earlier on and that I recommend for everybody to start with to start cultivating that trust with yourself and using intuition to help you develop more of that relationship of trust is to just ask yourself, like going out for a walk is gonna make me happy. You know, like Simple little things like that. Ask yourself like eating this food is gonna make me feel bloated. Whatever. Ask basic questions and then see what happens based on the answer that you get. Because that's how you're gonna start to cultivate more trust in your intuition and knowing, like, okay, I kind of know, like, this is a more of a no thing, this is more of a yes thing. The thing is, is a lot of people are not even aware of this shit and they're not doing it, they're literally just living their life. mindlessly and allowing life to just happen to them instead of allowing life to happen for them and for them meaning taking control of their life because they absolutely have the full control of everything that happens in their life. They get to fucking decide how they want to live their life. They get to decide if something isn't aligned for them or not. And the way you actually get to know between all the programming and bullshit and the the influence and the contagions in the world is by you using your intuition. And so I have a fun story to share with you guys around how this played out for me. Talk about self-trust, man. This really rocked me a little bit. it made my ego kind of be like, what the fuck, bitch? I was just it was crazy. I basically had received this information from an intuitive read that I had with somebody that I respect in the industry, and that kind of comes from the same community that I've been a part of. And so I trust them. I trust that they know what the fuck they're asking and making sure that the information's accurate. And so it's been since like March. Yeah, it's been since March since I had that reading. And I I'm starting to create this mini course because that was one of the things that came up for me in terms of like increasing my impact and financial flow. And then I like literally create this whole like idea for it. I'm starting to create the first module. I finished it this morning. And then I had this like intuitive nudge for me to check in to make sure and see if this is actually something I should move forward with. And it's crazy because I was actually feeling excited about it. Like I actually really enjoyed creating it. And I was like, like this is so valuable. And like this is something that I would want and I wish I would have had, you know, years ago from all the time and training and like implementing of these tools that I'm writing out. I would have like wanted it years ago. So like of course I'm excited about it. I love it. And I I just it was it's crazy what your emotions can do. And kind of sway your judgment in terms of like what is actually best for you. So I intuitively look in, I ask a whole bunch of questions, and then I realized that like this is not something that is the best option for me. It was one of the options, but it's not the best one that I would be the most proud of, that I would be the most happiest with, that I would make the most impact with, that would be the way that I, my true self, would do it. And that literally. cracked me open because I was like, shit. I really thought that this thing was gonna be for me and that I was gonna like go in with it. But wow, intuition told me otherwise. And I like obviously had moments of doubt because I was like, how could this be? Like this intuitive told me this thing. And you know, I trust her. And I had to actually ask a lot more other questions to help me get even clear on that. And to be honest with you, I still have a lot more questions because I'm still kind of like, what? Like, why did this happen? And I'm gonna get to the bottom of it, but I have decided that I'm not going to release the mini course because I'm at a place in life and talk about self-love, which is the heart of everything that I do now, everything in my work, is that if you're gonna invest your time into something that isn't the most aligned for you, that isn't really gonna make you the most happiest and fulfilled, that isn't going to be in alignment as who you are and what you do, and just not the best option, then that is not self-love. Like the version of you that truly loves yourself gives yourself the best of the best, she doesn't do anything that is not the best choice that is not in alignment with what her soul knows that she's capable of. She doesn't minimize herself. She doesn't just settle. And so I want you guys to remember that too when you're making decisions in your life and you have to trust your intuition where you thought something was gonna be for you and you were excited about it and you're behind it, but it ends up being something else. That is when intuition really matters. That is when trusting yourself really fucking matters. Because man, it really ripped one open for me. I was just like, how could this happen? Even with like all the training and all the experience that I have with this. And I'm so glad it happened because I would have rather it happened now than me creating it and then regretting creating it. And we just don't want that. So I just want to give you guys a little update. I still want to create something for you guys. And I don't know yet what that's gonna look like. I gotta sit down, do my own little intuitive thing, and figure that out. But just know that it'll come as it's meant to come and I will continue showing up for you guys here on the podcast. And this is like, I love doing this. I love talking to you guys. I really wish sometimes I can like literally talk to you guys and answer questions and do that. It isn't something that I've looked into yet, but I wanna still continue sharing the things that I'm learning, the things that are helping me to help support you guys in your journey. So that is what we have for today. Thank you so much for tuning into my TED Talk about intuition. There is a lot more to where this comes from. I'll tell you that. But this is supposed to be just an intro, another prerequisite episode, if you were to call it, around intuition to help you guys kind of understand it on a foundational level so that, you know, you guys really understand the importance of it, honestly. I think at the end of the day, we all need it. And really get on board with using your intuition more. So something new. I'm bringing on to the podcast is that you guys can submit your questions that you have for anything that you want me to talk about and dive into. And you will have the opportunity to be featured on the podcast. So this is a great way for you to be able to pick my brain on anything that you want me to dive deeper into for you. If you guys enjoyed this episode, share it with a friend, man. Share it with a fellow friend and leave me a review on this podcast. If you're listening on Apple, give me a five star review.
