- 0:00Speaker 1: Justin Bieber on KISE FM. So you saw that Justin
- 0:03Speaker 1: obviously did his two shows at Coachella. They paid him
- 0:06Speaker 1: ten million bucks. Yeah, it's his feet. And then he
- 0:09Speaker 1: went over by two minutes and he was fine ten
- 0:11Speaker 1: thousand dollars each time he went over. I mean, I'm
- 0:16Speaker 1: sure I didn't care an expensive minute, but I wonder
- 0:19Speaker 1: how many people get charged of fine by not hitting
- 0:22Speaker 1: their time and how discipline is Coachella.
- 0:26Speaker 2: They yeah, there was a bunch there was like it
- 0:29Speaker 2: was like forty four thousand dollars and four fines for
- 0:32Speaker 2: just weekend two.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Yeah you do not. I mean, how about the fact
- 0:35Speaker 1: they're out there timing it to the minute.
- 0:38Speaker 3: Do you want something cute?
- 0:39Speaker 1: I want to know everything cute in this world, including
- 0:42Speaker 1: strawberry shortcakes. Story you might like it too. It's much
- 0:46Speaker 1: as you get to kick out out. Yeah, no one else.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Very short reference is great. Yeah the strawberry shortcake. No,
- 0:53Speaker 1: I know, but Mark chuckled. Anyway, if one person, if
- 0:56Speaker 1: one person connects with me, it's worth it. Go ahead.
- 0:59Speaker 4: I think that you can use this Halloween costume for yourself.
- 1:02Speaker 4: But Billie Eilish and Justin Bieber from Coachella weekend two.
- 1:06Speaker 1: I'm just trying to figure out why we're talking about Halloween.
- 1:09Speaker 4: It's never too early to start planning already at summer,
- 1:12Speaker 4: and then after summer is Halloween.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Can you just come back to me on that summer's
- 1:16Speaker 1: in two months?
- 1:17Speaker 3: But like, wouldn't you like that? I feel like you
- 1:19Speaker 3: would love that costume?
- 1:21Speaker 1: I'm justin Bieber.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Yeah, and then you just have to find your billy.
- 1:26Speaker 5: I'll be your billy.
- 1:27Speaker 1: So okay, fine, it's solid. Do I what do I
- 1:31Speaker 1: do to dress up like justin Bieber? Sure?
- 1:34Speaker 3: Though he was clothed all Coachella.
- 1:39Speaker 1: With no sleeves.
- 1:40Speaker 4: Yeah, no sleeves, and he had shorts and then he
- 1:42Speaker 4: had like almost naked. He had like, what's the color
- 1:46Speaker 4: beige boots?
- 1:47Speaker 1: I think, Sisney, your hair is the same color as
- 1:49Speaker 1: Billy elis. Right, now, let's go, So you're good. I
- 1:51Speaker 1: see to find a vest with those sleeves and draw
- 1:53Speaker 1: some tattoos and get a beanie and like a.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Cool some cool sunglasses and a beanie.
- 1:58Speaker 1: That would be so embarrassing it might work. I would
- 2:05Speaker 1: be so embarrassing it might actually work. I'm down, Like
- 2:09Speaker 1: we have ej out in Bellflower with three gas, got
- 2:12Speaker 1: Ryan's roses this morning, got somber tickets, Art's kiss, Ryan's
- 2:16Speaker 1: roses coming up. She just found out about something from
- 2:18Speaker 1: the beginning of their relationship. They've since been married three years,
- 2:22Speaker 1: but she claims that information changes everything after three years.
- 2:25Speaker 1: What is that? What happened? Seven forty it's a public service,
- 2:30Speaker 1: try and get to the bottom of it. Ryan's roses.
- 2:32Speaker 1: So there's a potential scam, another scam. I am convinced
- 2:37Speaker 1: that every I'm not convinced. I just have a rule
- 2:39Speaker 1: with myself and I'm very disciplined at this. If any
- 2:42Speaker 1: text message comes in with a phone number I don't
- 2:45Speaker 1: recognize and says you in town scam or looking for
- 2:50Speaker 1: still looking for a job.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Or what, I'm like, you're getting that text now when
- 2:58Speaker 4: you'd probably click on who.
- 3:02Speaker 1: But what kind of bot? Are you looking for a job? No,
- 3:06Speaker 1: I'm not looking for one, not today. But you know
- 3:10Speaker 1: they the scams are everywhere. Now there's a FedEx scam.
- 3:14Speaker 1: We think and maybe Tan you fell for this. We
- 3:16Speaker 1: don't know, Sisney, what is it?
- 3:17Speaker 2: So we think, Okay, So in this one's not even
- 3:19Speaker 2: a text message.
- 3:20Speaker 5: It is actual mail that gets mailed to your house.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Yeah, like paper and sure, and it comes in an
- 3:25Speaker 2: envelope and it looks legit. It has the FedEx logo
- 3:28Speaker 2: on it all the things. When you open it, it
- 3:30Speaker 2: looks it's like the FedEx dot com website, and it
- 3:34Speaker 2: tells you you have a bill for five dollars. Are
- 3:35Speaker 2: you owe FedEx for some sort of overseas tax that
- 3:41Speaker 2: already sounds yes, Wait a minute, and they have pictures
- 3:44Speaker 2: of the invoice. They'll have like three different invoices on this,
- 3:47Speaker 2: like four sheets of paper that are mailed. And it's
- 3:49Speaker 2: like Michaels was like a male's black satin jacket and
- 3:54Speaker 2: the mine was something else, also satin.
- 3:57Speaker 1: And we're celebrating the release of the Michael Jackson movie idea.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Although I am gonna go say it anyways. Yeah, so
- 4:02Speaker 2: it's so weird, and I too. Tanya was gonna fall
- 4:05Speaker 2: for it and pay for it, and Michael said, don't
- 4:06Speaker 2: pay for it. It's a scam. And they keep sending
- 4:08Speaker 2: it every month, every month, the same thing.
- 4:09Speaker 3: But mine was legit, so you should have really, No,
- 4:14Speaker 3: it was.
- 4:14Speaker 4: And I paid the four dollars and eleven cents and
- 4:17Speaker 4: then came two fed X to like the actual FedEx.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Are you sure I went to Yes, we didn't click
- 4:22Speaker 4: the link in the mail that they sent us that
- 4:25Speaker 4: we didn't do any of that. We called the actual
- 4:26Speaker 4: like consumer product whatever of.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Fed X unless they re routed the call. The scammers
- 4:32Speaker 1: make you think it was. And now the scamers have
- 4:34Speaker 1: your credit card number, which could be the case could
- 4:36Speaker 1: have What thing is if anybody reaches out and asks
- 4:38Speaker 1: for something you don't know it's coming, I think you
- 4:40Speaker 1: just take a bee.
- 4:41Speaker 6: Yeah, so I.
- 4:41Speaker 5: Didn't order this, I didn't buy this.
- 4:43Speaker 1: I don't have this, not for this satin goal.
- 4:47Speaker 4: Because mine was from attacks of something that I did
- 4:49Speaker 4: purchase and it had like the day that I purchased
- 4:52Speaker 4: it when I arrived.
- 4:53Speaker 1: We won't think less of you. If you fell for
- 4:55Speaker 1: a scam, it's not to be so defended. I felt.
- 4:58Speaker 3: I have fallen for so many scams.
- 4:59Speaker 4: I I've been scammed a bunch, which is why I've
- 5:01Speaker 4: been like, so.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Yeah, you're like my dad.
- 5:04Speaker 5: You just pay everything that comes in the veil.
- 5:07Speaker 1: You've released Cortisol unnecessary this morning, and I apologize. Got
- 5:11Speaker 1: Taylor unfolded actually pretty excited on Monday. American Idol, If
- 5:17Speaker 1: you're falling along on social or watching the show. The contestants,
- 5:20Speaker 1: many of which are dudes, will be singing the songbook
- 5:23Speaker 1: the Catalog of Taylor Swift, which we just announced. So
- 5:25Speaker 1: that's kind of exciting. And there's some other Taylor Swift
- 5:29Speaker 1: buzz on Reddit about so I guess and Sinisney, you
- 5:33Speaker 1: went deep on this, but yeah. Originally, Taylor said that
- 5:37Speaker 1: some of these tracks from the Vault would not be.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Released as early as back in October. She said something
- 5:43Speaker 2: along the lines that it wasn't coming anytime soon, is
- 5:46Speaker 2: what she said back.
- 5:46Speaker 1: In October, not on her mind, just put them aside,
- 5:49Speaker 1: don't think about it to the fans. But now fans
- 5:51Speaker 1: have conjured up this theory that maybe they are coming
- 5:54Speaker 1: out after she said not so soon. What's happening, Well.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Not so soon back in October, and then when they
- 6:00Speaker 2: actually the theory of when they will be released does
- 6:03Speaker 2: check out, because that is not so soon back when
- 6:05Speaker 2: she said it, and now it's coming up.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Depends on your definition of soon, thank you very much.
- 6:09Speaker 2: So Swifti's on Reddit are going crazy with this theory,
- 6:12Speaker 2: saying that she is going to release vault tracks from
- 6:15Speaker 2: the Reputation album just in time before her wedding this summer.
- 6:20Speaker 2: So they're saying the wedding is rumored to happen before
- 6:23Speaker 2: Kelsey goes back to training camp. Travis Kelsey, Yeah, yeah.
- 6:29Speaker 3: It's you, Kelsey.
- 6:30Speaker 1: I'm the same Taylor.
- 6:33Speaker 3: Travis.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know Swift and Kelsey doesn't make it. It
- 6:37Speaker 1: doesn't I get confused.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Okay, So the wedding is going to happen obviously, they
- 6:42Speaker 2: think before he goes back to training camp, and that
- 6:45Speaker 2: kicks off in late July. So whether it's going to
- 6:47Speaker 2: be that July third day that everybody's tossing around maybe
- 6:50Speaker 2: sent it's such a Recorday, So it's one hundred percent
- 6:53Speaker 2: based on what Tanya's saying, and.
- 6:55Speaker 1: There's no knowledge of anything whatsoever to see. Yeah, it's just.
- 7:00Speaker 5: None of them. This is the thing. None of us
- 7:02Speaker 5: have knowledge.
- 7:02Speaker 1: These are all rumors. They're as I would go even further,
- 7:06Speaker 1: it's safe to say many times when we report some
- 7:08Speaker 1: of these things in pop culture, we don't have knowledge
- 7:10Speaker 1: of them. Yeah, we're just looking at what people are
- 7:12Speaker 1: buzzing about.
- 7:13Speaker 2: We're buzzing with them in theory because obviously we want
- 7:16Speaker 2: all the things Taylor that she can give us and
- 7:18Speaker 2: wants to give us.
- 7:19Speaker 5: And then just this morning I saw another theory.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Okay, it won't be.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Fall tracks that'll be released before the wedding, that it
- 7:26Speaker 2: will actually be an entire new album.
- 7:28Speaker 3: That's crazy, That.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Is crazy the world Can one have the capacity to
- 7:33Speaker 1: do so much? I mean, I'm saying that, but like
- 7:36Speaker 1: and creatively ctively creative, it's non negotiable.
- 7:44Speaker 4: I want to backtrack that because I still have a
- 7:45Speaker 4: little hope that it's June thirteenth, the wedding.
- 7:48Speaker 3: The wedding, got it?
- 7:49Speaker 1: Well, yeah, I mean only the calendar will tell once
- 7:51Speaker 1: we can tick off the days.
- 7:53Speaker 5: We wait and we wait.
- 7:54Speaker 1: We wait and we wait. All right, I got a
- 7:55Speaker 1: quote of the day next and the item you should
- 7:57Speaker 1: not put in the bin at t S. You don't
- 8:00Speaker 1: want to do this. If you're traveling today, you're on
- 8:02Speaker 1: a kiss, so listen. TSA. Lines are long, and you're
- 8:06Speaker 1: in a hurry, and many times you're just trying to
- 8:09Speaker 1: get on schedules, so you throw everything in the bin
- 8:11Speaker 1: before you go through the machine. And they're saying experts
- 8:15Speaker 1: say never throw your earbuds in the bin because they're
- 8:20Speaker 1: made of plastic and rubber. So whatever gets on them,
- 8:24Speaker 1: stays on them and it enters you through your ear.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Ew.
- 8:30Speaker 1: I never thought about it, and I'm wearing them now.
- 8:33Speaker 1: I know I'm taking them in, I'm taking them out,
- 8:36Speaker 1: and I'm wondering, Tubs, not to put you on the
- 8:39Speaker 1: spot and now that you're responsible for cleaning our earbuds here,
- 8:43Speaker 1: because we're all wearing little earbuds and.
- 8:45Speaker 2: I have an ear infection currently right now?
- 8:49Speaker 1: Is it from this, Tubs, When was the last time,
- 8:53Speaker 1: To be honest, I know you've been distracted with your wedding.
- 8:56Speaker 1: When was the last time you cleaned Sisney's ear butts? Well,
- 9:01Speaker 1: those are her personal earbuds, so I don't never does here.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I do not take them in my pocket at the end.
- 9:10Speaker 1: When's the last time you doallast these with some lisol?
- 9:14Speaker 2: It might might have been a while in Tubs defense.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Oh gosh, it's like another episode of that.
- 9:21Speaker 4: When are you taking those to the airport and putting
- 9:23Speaker 4: them in the TSA bucket?
- 9:25Speaker 1: Which one's on you?
- 9:26Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 9:27Speaker 1: What do you mean? Some mean it's on him. He
- 9:29Speaker 1: should be cleaning them the equipment.
- 9:31Speaker 3: We shouldn't be putting them in the TSA buckets.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Why are you taking it back to the original story.
- 9:35Speaker 1: I'm trying to blame tubs for something.
- 9:36Speaker 3: I'm trying to take the blame off tubs.
- 9:38Speaker 1: All right, Well, I'm going to give you a quote.
- 9:39Speaker 1: We're all going to move forward in life. Today's quote.
- 9:43Speaker 1: If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't
- 9:46Speaker 1: be in it.
- 9:49Speaker 5: Oh my gosh.
- 9:51Speaker 7: Kiss FM headlines with well, the new lax people mover
- 9:57Speaker 7: is now in it's testing phase, operating on a full
- 10:00Speaker 7: schedule to prove the system is ready for the public.
- 10:03Speaker 2: A wildlife alert at Runyon Canyon is warning hikers about
- 10:08Speaker 2: sick and dying squirrels and urging people to keep their
- 10:11Speaker 2: distance and leash their dogs. The La City Council authorized
- 10:16Speaker 2: nine point five million dollars to repair sidewalks near venues
- 10:20Speaker 2: for the twenty twenty eight Olympics, and Ticketmaster says they
- 10:24Speaker 2: are releasing more tickets to Harry Styles thirty shows at
- 10:27Speaker 2: Madison Square Garden after reclaiming after reclaiming them scalpers.
- 10:33Speaker 5: They go on sale next Thursday at.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Two point seven Kiss FM.
- 10:38Speaker 5: By the way, Ryan, Yes, I met Acon the other day.
- 10:42Speaker 1: You met Akon.
- 10:43Speaker 2: He was in here in the building and we got
- 10:45Speaker 2: to chatting and he had only the nicest things to
- 10:48Speaker 2: say about you and your mom.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Okay, so tell me because there were neighbors, right, well,
- 10:56Speaker 1: so yeah, gay con moved into the house next door
- 10:59Speaker 1: to my parents in Atlanta, and they got invited to
- 11:02Speaker 1: a party at his house, and my mom and dad
- 11:03Speaker 1: called him. They were like, should we go? Should we
- 11:05Speaker 1: not go?
- 11:06Speaker 5: Oh?
- 11:06Speaker 2: And there was multiple times, even just when he was
- 11:09Speaker 2: having his own parties and maybe he didn't even invite
- 11:11Speaker 2: your mom too, said she would stop by with cookies
- 11:13Speaker 2: and stuff, and he's like, and he's like, and we're
- 11:15Speaker 2: all hanging out.
- 11:15Speaker 5: We just have the girls over. There's Ryan's mom with
- 11:19Speaker 5: the tray of cookie.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Did he talk about the cars? He would drive by
- 11:22Speaker 1: my mom taking a walk and offered to take her
- 11:24Speaker 1: to the mall?
- 11:24Speaker 2: He didn't, but I told him that he needs to
- 11:26Speaker 2: stop by and visit because.
- 11:27Speaker 5: Obviously you guys have a lot to catch up on.
- 11:30Speaker 1: A kon a legend and my mom's mind. I know
- 11:34Speaker 1: you you didn't know that there was a collab with
- 11:36Speaker 1: Connie and Akon. No, you knew about to smack that
- 11:38Speaker 1: with him and m but you didn't know about Acon
- 11:40Speaker 1: and Connie. Yeah, all right, I'm so happy. Yeah, Akon.
- 11:44Speaker 1: If you or your your people are listening, let's go.
- 11:46Speaker 1: We got to rehash, got to relive those moments and memories.
- 11:49Speaker 1: I'll never forget it. He'd drive down the street, my
- 11:52Speaker 1: mom would on her walk and he'd be going sometimes
- 11:55Speaker 1: to the mall and he'd offer my mom a ride
- 11:57Speaker 1: to Perimeter mall, the mall around the corner. You want
- 12:00Speaker 1: to go? Can you imagine? She rolls up. I think
- 12:02Speaker 1: you had the car with the doors on the flip
- 12:04Speaker 1: up or something.
- 12:04Speaker 5: Yeah, and that was before like anybody had those.
- 12:07Speaker 1: All right, So now it's Bellflower EJ At what gas station?
- 12:12Speaker 1: Are you in? Bellflower?
- 12:14Speaker 8: So we are at the arco and we are here
- 12:17Speaker 8: with Cindy from Bellflower.
- 12:18Speaker 6: She was saying, how random this is, Cindy?
- 12:20Speaker 1: See how Ryan?
- 12:22Speaker 9: Hi?
- 12:22Speaker 4: Ryan, how are you?
- 12:23Speaker 1: I'm good, Cindy. You didn't think you'd be talking to
- 12:25Speaker 1: me at the ARCO on a Landra and wood if
- 12:28Speaker 1: this morning? What do you mean so random? Ever?
- 12:30Speaker 9: Ever? Absolutely not nervous. This is slake, I dream come true.
- 12:35Speaker 9: I tell you every morning.

- 12:42Speaker 1: full of gas.
- 12:44Speaker 9: Ooks so I actually have been a struggling artist. I'm
- 12:52Speaker 9: an author. I just wrote a book last year. We
- 12:54Speaker 9: were at LA Accessible of Books, and it's just, you know,

- 13:20Speaker 9: Sure, absolutely so. My book the name is Pedals of Purpose.
- 13:24Speaker 9: It is a book about how to bridge your gardening
- 13:29Speaker 9: hobbies with your mental health to help you with grounding
- 13:33Speaker 9: with mental health services like just people that have like depression, anxiety,
- 13:39Speaker 9: things like that, just to ground you, center you and
- 13:42Speaker 9: give you a focus for a purpose bigger than you
- 13:46Speaker 9: know just what's going on around you.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Love the Pedals of Purpose. It's like you're you were
- 13:51Speaker 1: meant to be on our show today talk about this.

- 15:17Speaker 1: I got a bunch of notifications yesterday about this la
- 15:20Speaker 1: USD news. If you're a student of LAUSD or the
- 15:24Speaker 1: parent of one big news assistanty you and your friends
- 15:27Speaker 1: talking about this?
- 15:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 15:29Speaker 1: LAUSD has become the first school district in the nation
- 15:32Speaker 1: to require screen time limits for students. No screens at
- 15:37Speaker 1: all for first grade and younger zero none. You cannot, yes,
- 15:43Speaker 1: And in the past you could have.
- 15:45Speaker 2: They would have maybe iPads in the classroom to do
- 15:47Speaker 2: an activity and then you know, be monitored. But still
- 15:50Speaker 2: I just think it's too young. First grade and under
- 15:52Speaker 2: they don't need it.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Okay, Now, what about as you get older, because that's
- 15:57Speaker 1: when you become more and more into it and you
- 15:59Speaker 1: build up your social net work of friends and your
- 16:01Speaker 1: group texts and everything. What happens in elementary in middle
- 16:05Speaker 1: school with this new news.
- 16:07Speaker 2: They may not use their devices at lunch and at recess,
- 16:10Speaker 2: where I guess in the past they have been allowed to.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Then the question is, like you sneak over to the
- 16:16Speaker 1: corner of the playground or you you know, try and
- 16:19Speaker 1: go to the restroom and you get on your phone.
- 16:23Speaker 1: How much will they enforce the rule? I mean, what's
- 16:29Speaker 1: the penalty. I don't know what the penalty is, like.
- 16:32Speaker 3: The bathroom start what I'm saying.
- 16:34Speaker 2: No, but this is all to encourage pen and paper
- 16:36Speaker 2: assignments in general. So I wonder if it's just we're
- 16:39Speaker 2: going to see a shift in all grades were maybe
- 16:42Speaker 2: before you would all have iPads in the classroom or
- 16:46Speaker 2: laptops and then you would, you know, submit a report
- 16:49Speaker 2: that way.
- 16:49Speaker 11: Maybe.
- 16:49Speaker 5: Don't you remember like back then I was like sit.
- 16:51Speaker 2: Down and write out the story like with pen and
- 16:53Speaker 2: paper in the classroom.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, Like when I try and write something now,
- 16:57Speaker 1: I didn't recognize what I'm writing. Right, This is a
- 17:00Speaker 1: good lesson, This is a good exercise.
- 17:02Speaker 5: I think it's good.
- 17:03Speaker 2: And then they're going to be blocking YouTube on school
- 17:05Speaker 2: provided devices as well, so even if they have a
- 17:08Speaker 2: device once they're in the older grades, they can't access YouTube.
- 17:10Speaker 2: I'm a firm believer in kids not watching YouTube. It
- 17:13Speaker 2: just it's it just it consumes their brain in a
- 17:17Speaker 2: way that I don't even know, and I don't want
- 17:19Speaker 2: to know.
- 17:19Speaker 5: So it's like it's out. We banned YouTube in our house.
- 17:22Speaker 1: So LAUSD banned cell phones last year. Now they're taking
- 17:26Speaker 1: it even further. This was very big news, not only
- 17:29Speaker 1: here obviously around the country as other school districts take
- 17:31Speaker 1: a look at what LAUSD is doing.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Yeah, and they're starting it now where it's usually like
- 17:36Speaker 2: to be like, Okay, we'll give it another year and
- 17:37Speaker 2: then we'll start it like it's kicking off literally in
- 17:39Speaker 2: this next school year twenty six to twenty seven.
- 17:41Speaker 1: All right, So new news there, want a two point
- 17:43Speaker 1: seven KISSFM? Jopped? Want a two point seven KISSFM? It's
- 17:52Speaker 1: time for Ryan's roses. She says, I recently found out
- 17:56Speaker 1: my husband was sleeping with another woman during the first
- 17:59Speaker 1: few months we were when I thought we were exclusive.
- 18:01Speaker 1: My therapist says, it was before his real commitment to me.
- 18:05Speaker 1: But I can't shake it, especially because this woman is
- 18:07Speaker 1: still in his life and now I feel like I've
- 18:10Speaker 1: been around her this whole time without knowing the truth. So, Kat,
- 18:17Speaker 1: you feel a little duped by this, and it was
- 18:22Speaker 1: while you were dating, not married. But the point is
- 18:26Speaker 1: he never told you the truth and was never totally
- 18:28Speaker 1: transparent when you had a committed relationship when you were
- 18:31Speaker 1: dating and he was cheating on you.
- 18:32Speaker 11: Yeah, mm hmm, that's right.
- 18:36Speaker 1: I got to question the therapist talking about commitment versus
- 18:39Speaker 1: real commitment. What I know what in the therapist's mind
- 18:45Speaker 1: is the difference you're either with me or you're not.
- 18:47Speaker 1: You commit or you're not. I don't know if I
- 18:50Speaker 1: want somebody that is supposed to be the expert telling
- 18:53Speaker 1: me that there are qualifications in different categories of commitment.
- 18:57Speaker 3: Great area, we all talk about that.
- 18:59Speaker 1: There's no great If you're at my therapist, you got
- 19:02Speaker 1: to say, hey, you're right. You guys made a deal
- 19:04Speaker 1: of pactic commitment and somebody needs to honor that. If
- 19:07Speaker 1: you don't honor that, are they gonna honor everything else
- 19:09Speaker 1: going forward? I think that's the therapy speech.
- 19:11Speaker 2: You're being disrespected that type of stuff.
- 19:14Speaker 1: How does he know the other woman?
- 19:15Speaker 2: Kat?
- 19:17Speaker 12: So she's like literally in the friend group. Her name
- 19:21Speaker 12: is Serena, and so we see her a lot like
- 19:24Speaker 12: and and not even that, like we see her in
- 19:26Speaker 12: groups and stuff, but like he hangs out with her
- 19:29Speaker 12: like without me, no, like on on.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Is she single?
- 19:35Speaker 12: Yes?
- 19:36Speaker 1: Yes, all right? I got everything. I got everything and
- 19:38Speaker 1: in fact, that it's making you feel this way full stop,
- 19:43Speaker 1: I period. So Kat, hang on now we're gonna make
- 19:46Speaker 1: the car with your husband kiss to them. We're in
- 19:50Speaker 1: the middle of Ryan's roses. It's kiss FM about to
- 19:53Speaker 1: call Kat's husband Ryan's roses. We found out that she
- 19:57Speaker 1: found out that we all just found out that when
- 20:01Speaker 1: they were dating three years ago, before they got married,
- 20:04Speaker 1: he cheated on her the first few months they were dating.
- 20:07Speaker 1: She thought they were totally exclusive, that was the deal.
- 20:10Speaker 1: And then she's with her therapists and therapist says, yeah,
- 20:13Speaker 1: that's before the real commitment. But now that she knows this,
- 20:16Speaker 1: she can't get it out of her mind because he
- 20:19Speaker 1: never came forward with it, and she wonders about his
- 20:23Speaker 1: commitment to commitment period there what else has he not
- 20:29Speaker 1: told you? What else has he not told you since
- 20:32Speaker 1: you've been married? I mean, it's drive, it's keeping you
- 20:34Speaker 1: up at night. And that's why we're going to make
- 20:35Speaker 1: the call to find out a little bit more. Her
- 20:39Speaker 1: name is I wrote it down Serena. Yeah, and she
- 20:43Speaker 1: is single, and let's find out who he sends. Okay,
- 20:47Speaker 1: I need you to say, Ryan, you have my permission
- 20:49Speaker 1: to call, and then his name. Go ahead.
- 20:51Speaker 12: Okay, Ryan, you have my permission to call.
- 20:54Speaker 1: We're going to make the call right now. Be very quiet.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Let's see what we can find out. If he said
- 21:00Speaker 1: the roses, who's he thinking about romantically? Serena or Kat?
- 21:03Speaker 1: Here we go, good luck, Thank you? Hello?
- 21:17Speaker 5: Hi, can I speak to Dylan please? Yeah?
- 21:22Speaker 11: This is doing.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Hi Dylan. My name is Dina. I'm calling from full
- 21:25Speaker 2: Bloom in Fullerton. How are you doing this morning?
- 21:30Speaker 1: Okay, that's great. So I'm calling.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Because we're offering a free promotion. It's actually awesome. It's
- 21:34Speaker 2: a free dozen red roses that you can send to
- 21:36Speaker 2: anybody that you'd like. I don't need anything from you,
- 21:39Speaker 2: just the name of the person and a quick note.
- 21:41Speaker 2: We can have him out by lunchtime today.
- 21:45Speaker 11: Well, how did you get this number?
- 21:48Speaker 2: You may have purchased something online in the past eighteen
- 21:50Speaker 2: months and selected to receive promotional offers from local vendors.
- 21:53Speaker 2: That's how we get our database.
- 21:57Speaker 13: Okay, I mean is this for because it really sounds
- 22:01Speaker 13: uh sony as hell.
- 22:04Speaker 2: No, listen, Dylan, We're just trying to promote our business.
- 22:06Speaker 2: We do ask that if you're pleased with our arrangements
- 22:09Speaker 2: or the recipient is pleased with the arrangements, then you
- 22:11Speaker 2: come back as a customer one day and hopefully we
- 22:13Speaker 2: just gained another customer. Is there anybody special that you'd
- 22:17Speaker 2: want to send these roses to?
- 22:19Speaker 10: Uh?
- 22:22Speaker 13: Well, uh, probably shouldn't do that. I mean, hey, my
- 22:25Speaker 13: my wife might find out. What's that I'm just I'm kidding,
- 22:31Speaker 13: I'm kidding. Oh okay, No, no, seriously, though, you you
- 22:35Speaker 13: can send the flowers to my wife Cat okay with
- 22:39Speaker 13: with a K.
- 22:41Speaker 5: K at okay kt. And what would you like to
- 22:46Speaker 5: put on the card?
- 22:49Speaker 1: All right?
- 22:49Speaker 13: You can uh you can put down uh uh okay
- 22:54Speaker 13: uh to the prettiest girl in the world. Love Dylan.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Okay, and Dylan, thanks for coming on and celebrating your
- 23:04Speaker 1: wife Kat with us online. My name is Ryan Seacrest.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Your voice is being broadcast on the radio, and just
- 23:10Speaker 1: to jump into it, we're calling you because she had
- 23:12Speaker 1: had some concern about the lack of transparency before you
- 23:16Speaker 1: got married, when it came to you cheating on her
- 23:19Speaker 1: with Serena, and she's concerned that maybe she doesn't even
- 23:23Speaker 1: know everything that's happened since you've gotten married. Is there
- 23:26Speaker 1: anything you want to tell her? She's on the line
- 23:28Speaker 1: with us.
- 23:28Speaker 11: Now hold on? So wait, okay, back up, my wife
- 23:32Speaker 11: asked you to call me.
- 23:34Speaker 12: She did.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Oh on the fuck cat? Do you want to tell
- 23:38Speaker 1: them while we're on the phone together.
- 23:41Speaker 12: Yeah, I would love to. I mean, do you still
- 23:43Speaker 12: have feelings for Serena, because it seems like you do.
- 23:45Speaker 11: Hold on, hold on, Okay, you called a radio station.
- 23:49Speaker 11: Why not just why just talk to me?
- 23:51Speaker 12: It was because you're not doing anything about it. You're
- 23:55Speaker 12: not addressing it head on. So honestly, this was the
- 23:59Speaker 12: only way that I feel like we can get her
- 24:00Speaker 12: out of our lives is to like expose you on
- 24:03Speaker 12: the radio.
- 24:07Speaker 11: Okay, So, Serena, we're bringing this up again, Like, uh,
- 24:12Speaker 11: I mean I don't have a feelings for her, This
- 24:15Speaker 11: is not this is not no, well no, generally.
- 24:18Speaker 12: Don't sleep with people for months if they don't have
- 24:20Speaker 12: feelings for them.
- 24:21Speaker 11: That was but that's what it was.
- 24:23Speaker 8: Like.
- 24:23Speaker 11: I didn't love her, that was all it was.
- 24:25Speaker 12: Okay, And because you were sleeping with me at the
- 24:29Speaker 12: same time, agree that.
- 24:32Speaker 11: Look, I yeah, I messed up. Okay, that was not
- 24:34Speaker 11: a great decision on my part. Look, can't can't look
- 24:36Speaker 11: can we can we like talk about.
- 24:39Speaker 1: This Dylan while we're here, why what And you said,
- 24:42Speaker 1: what did you mean when you said, uh, my wife
- 24:44Speaker 1: might find out find out what.
- 24:46Speaker 7: It was a joke.
- 24:47Speaker 1: That was a joke. Oh my gosh, it's going.
- 24:50Speaker 5: To send them to Serena and then you change your minds.
- 24:55Speaker 11: They were in your life, there's out of our lives. No, look,
- 25:00Speaker 11: I just think that we'll talk about it, like maybe
- 25:03Speaker 11: off the radio. It's not like, look, you know, it's
- 25:06Speaker 11: not as simple as just cutting her off like whatever,
- 25:08Speaker 11: like simple.
- 25:11Speaker 12: Yeah, okay, Dylan, you got a real problem to address
- 25:18Speaker 12: here in your marriage.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Kat thank you for reaching out. There is smoke here,
- 25:21Speaker 1: let's see if there's fire, good luck. Thank you very much.
- 25:25Speaker 1: But I don't I don't know. I'm not so sold
- 25:27Speaker 1: in the fact that he's not hiding something else. Yeah,
- 25:30Speaker 1: that's Ryan's roses.
- 25:31Speaker 8: This is Kids on Air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Cortis is go the track, kiss of him, about to
- 25:43Speaker 1: pay a bill, Somber tickets on the way, Jordan in
- 25:45Speaker 1: the back room right out of bird Bank, working here,
- 25:48Speaker 1: and she's back from what a dream trip. We all
- 25:50Speaker 1: have these dream trips that are still on our list.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Yours was to go to Japan. With eleven high school friends.
- 25:56Speaker 1: How uneasy was that to navigate with so many people
- 26:00Speaker 1: on a big trip like that.
- 26:01Speaker 14: You know, it started off a little rocky, but eventually
- 26:05Speaker 14: we were just like we split up.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Most of the time you did different groups heats of people. Okay,
- 26:10Speaker 1: So now, Jordan, the stories that I heard you talking
- 26:14Speaker 1: to Ruby about I just having to be listening in
- 26:17Speaker 1: with the red microphone right there that there's a light
- 26:19Speaker 1: on it. That you guys went out and your drink
- 26:23Speaker 1: was vodka Red Bulls and everything went to at least
- 26:26Speaker 1: four in the morning.
- 26:27Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 26:28Speaker 14: Yeah, I had so many vodka Red Bulls. I don't
- 26:31Speaker 14: even know who I am anymore.
- 26:34Speaker 1: This is kiss you are, Jordan. So tell me about
- 26:37Speaker 1: the highlight what I'm not? Such an exciting trip. You
- 26:40Speaker 1: went to Tokyo. It's beautiful, the bright lights, the people,
- 26:45Speaker 1: it's just so much fun and so much energy too.
- 26:48Speaker 1: So what was one of the highlights.
- 26:50Speaker 6: Definitely the nightlife, for sure.
- 26:53Speaker 14: I don't typically I mean, I go out here and
- 26:56Speaker 14: there in Hollywood, but going out there you gotta go crazy.
- 27:00Speaker 6: So I took it upon myself to pool an all
- 27:02Speaker 6: nighter and it was amazing.
- 27:05Speaker 1: It what's amazing usually people after that say it was horrible.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I never want to do that again, And then they
- 27:10Speaker 1: do it again. If they say that, what was so
- 27:12Speaker 1: amazing about your all nighter?
- 27:14Speaker 6: The process?
- 27:15Speaker 14: So once you party it up, they give you like
- 27:18Speaker 14: drinking tickets that say continue. So you leave for an hour,
- 27:22Speaker 14: go to a restaurant that's open for twenty four hours,
- 27:24Speaker 14: meet new people, and then you go back to the
- 27:26Speaker 14: club at six am and just keep drinking and dancing
- 27:30Speaker 14: for this life.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Wait, wait, because they have to clean up or something.
- 27:33Speaker 14: Yeah, they got to clean up all the confetti and
- 27:34Speaker 14: all the drinks on the floor, and then boom, like
- 27:38Speaker 14: when you walk in, it's like brand new again.
- 27:40Speaker 1: It was so cool, Sisney, you want to continued tickets?
- 27:44Speaker 5: I mean, yeah, why not?
- 27:46Speaker 6: They two drinking tickets? Like, how awesome?
- 27:50Speaker 10: Is that?
- 27:50Speaker 1: All right? So you went to do a little karaoke?
- 27:53Speaker 1: Here it is.
- 27:59Speaker 14: Everyone.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Everybody. Everybody is that way. Okay, let's see how close
- 28:07Speaker 1: that is to the original? No, not really.
- 28:13Speaker 6: You know, Tana didn't have load of red bulls.
- 28:16Speaker 1: You know, that's a good thing she did. Thank you,
- 28:21Speaker 1: Anna Montana for sparing us your vodka Red Bulls. What
- 28:25Speaker 1: time was that karaoke? Oh?
- 28:27Speaker 14: We started at eleven. We were supposed to only be
- 28:30Speaker 14: there for like an hour. We ended up staying till three.
- 28:34Speaker 1: How'd you get back? I'm just like she got back
- 28:36Speaker 1: in one piece.
- 28:38Speaker 14: Everything was walking distance. We were like two minutes from
- 28:40Speaker 14: that karaoke bar.
- 28:42Speaker 1: We have to get back to lah.
- 28:44Speaker 14: Yeah, we definitely took so many We walked and took
- 28:47Speaker 14: the train, the whole thing.
- 28:50Speaker 1: Welcome back. I'm glad you had the trip of a lifetime.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Here's too many more.
- 28:53Speaker 5: Yay, keep it going.
- 28:55Speaker 1: I think we should plan ours. Oh my gosh, yes, right,
- 28:58Speaker 1: all right, let's come back at Kiss FM one thousand
- 29:00Speaker 1: dollars to pay your bills. But not before. It's Kiss
- 29:10Speaker 1: FM Heated Rivalry. It's on HBO Max. I have yet
- 29:15Speaker 1: to watch that. I have yet to finish dt F
- 29:20Speaker 1: Saint Louis. I've yet to start the new Nicole Kidman
- 29:23Speaker 1: series on Prime. So this is going to be, you know,
- 29:26Speaker 1: in my queue, in my.
- 29:27Speaker 3: Stack, this should be first in your queue.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Well, I got to finish something I've started before I
- 29:32Speaker 1: start something else. Go ahead. It was very popular on
- 29:36Speaker 1: HBO Max. It's come back now for a season two.
- 29:38Speaker 1: No surprise.
- 29:39Speaker 4: Yes, but I just feel like this fan base of
- 29:41Speaker 4: Heated Rivalry is very very passionate. Like, this is a
- 29:45Speaker 4: very passionate fan base. We are really really excited about
- 29:48Speaker 4: season two, and we just turns out we got some details.
- 29:51Speaker 4: So it sounds like the tone is getting a major
- 29:53Speaker 4: shift and it's a ten year time jump. So the
- 29:56Speaker 4: show runner revealed that the new season is headed into
- 29:59Speaker 4: much more serious territory, and then he basically said that
- 30:02Speaker 4: the hotel room stuff from season one is largely gone.
- 30:06Speaker 4: And I feel like that is something that like really
- 30:11Speaker 4: excited the fans, Like that was something that kept it
- 30:13Speaker 4: very like steamy.
- 30:15Speaker 3: So I'm interested about that.
- 30:17Speaker 4: But spoiler alert, Season one ended with Shane and Elia
- 30:19Speaker 4: finally confessing their love for each other. Season two picks
- 30:21Speaker 4: up for them trying to keep their relationship a secret,
- 30:25Speaker 4: and then filming starts August. They're looking at April twenty
- 30:28Speaker 4: twenty seven release for season two. But I feel like
- 30:30Speaker 4: what made the show so popular in season one is
- 30:34Speaker 4: going to be very different in season two. So it's
- 30:36Speaker 4: kind of like, if it ain't broke, why fix it?
- 30:40Speaker 4: But then I guess they have the thing, Yeah you.
- 30:43Speaker 1: Have to, yeah, yeah, I mean I don't know what
- 30:45Speaker 1: to happened in the hotel room. But I think you
- 30:47Speaker 1: can imagine, Okay, and this sounds like a ten year
- 30:52Speaker 1: jump is going to make the relationships have the ability
- 30:54Speaker 1: to be very layered and complex, right, I mean it'll
- 30:58Speaker 1: be much more complex with a ten year or jump
- 31:00Speaker 1: and all that history behind them or between them and everyone, right, yeah, yeah,
- 31:05Speaker 1: So it seems like a lot of excitement for that. Sidney.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Have you seen season one of Heated Rivalry? I have not.
- 31:10Speaker 2: I started like the first episode, but the kids were
- 31:13Speaker 2: still awake, and so then I had to turn it
- 31:15Speaker 2: off very quickly, and then I just didn't go back
- 31:17Speaker 2: to it.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Okay, all right, well it's on the list. Thank you.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Tanya came and Paula Jenny there, Dracula, you're on kiss.
- 31:25Speaker 1: I want to remind you EJ's out in Bellflower with
- 31:27Speaker 1: free gas, so go back to him in Bellflower. We
- 31:31Speaker 1: met Cindy Hernandez earlier this morning. Cindy happened to be
- 31:34Speaker 1: driving up to the gas station at the Arco at
- 31:38Speaker 1: Alandra and Woodruff, and that's where EJ decided to just
- 31:40Speaker 1: randomly show up and buy her tank of gas. Turns
- 31:42Speaker 1: out she is a struggling book author and artist, a
- 31:45Speaker 1: poet and an author who had a book at the
- 31:48Speaker 1: La Book Festival a few days ago, and we met
- 31:50Speaker 1: her and chatted with her, and it was really just
- 31:54Speaker 1: nice to be able to take care of her tanket gas.
- 31:55Speaker 1: So if you're looking to get your tank filled up,
- 31:58Speaker 1: he will be in Bellflower at another gas station in
- 32:01Speaker 1: a few minutes and I'll get that exact location, but
