- 0:01Speaker 1: Katie and Josh one hundred. Nobody's so but heart about
- 0:05Speaker 1: Rod Stewart canceling his show at Red Rocks. Well, I
- 0:09Speaker 1: mean shows too, right, yeah, he had Everyone was freaking
- 0:12Speaker 1: out over this. I don't even though he's still alive.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Well no, I mean Rod Stewart's still alive.
- 0:18Speaker 2: He's still alive. Then touring apparently.
- 0:21Speaker 3: But it's mad at him though, vocal.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Cord something and keep resting them doctor's.
- 0:26Speaker 4: Order, which makes sense because if you've been singing for
- 0:29Speaker 4: what life, those those are probably tired.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Ah yeah, cute upper respiratory infection resulting in laryngitis. That's
- 0:38Speaker 1: why he had to cancel some shows in California. But
- 0:40Speaker 1: then he popped up in Boston for some of the
- 0:43Speaker 1: World Cup. They showed him like in a box or something,
- 0:47Speaker 1: screaming and having Oh no, that's yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 0:51Speaker 1: somebody's like too ill to perform, but okay to fly
- 0:53Speaker 1: across the country for soccer.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Oh no.
- 0:56Speaker 1: And then yes, something happened here when he's got some
- 0:58Speaker 1: sort of vocal chordation. You and I'm again. I didn't
- 1:02Speaker 1: know he was so big. I was watching some of
- 1:04Speaker 1: the newscasts this morning. People were lined up outside Red
- 1:06Speaker 1: Rocks yesterday and they got the notice like twenty minutes
- 1:09Speaker 1: before the show.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Yeah, but they were the doors, they were.
- 1:11Speaker 5: Pier Oh you should have seen Facebook. People were coming
- 1:15Speaker 5: from all corners of the internet.
- 1:16Speaker 2: To call out Rod Stewart.
- 1:18Speaker 5: And I get it though, because it's like if you're
- 1:20Speaker 5: sick when you're younger and you call him sick to
- 1:22Speaker 5: school and then you're caught later playing outside at the playground.
- 1:26Speaker 5: You know you can't do that. So I understand why
- 1:29Speaker 5: people are upset. I mean, some people travel a whole
- 1:31Speaker 5: day to see artists at Red Rocks.
- 1:34Speaker 1: They had multiple people talking about how they came in
- 1:36Speaker 1: from out of state exactly.
- 1:37Speaker 3: Uh, and they were standing they had never been to
- 1:39Speaker 3: Red Rocks.
- 1:40Speaker 1: And this is going to be their big, you know,
- 1:41Speaker 1: Red Rocks debut Rod Stewart, who apparently is still alive.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Yeah. They were like this sucks. Yeah, no, I mean
- 1:50Speaker 2: it's still beautiful here though. Here's the thing.
- 1:53Speaker 5: I saw somebody pose this question and I thought it
- 1:56Speaker 5: was genius because we have this happen not consider instantly,
- 2:00Speaker 5: but it happens a couple of times a year where
- 2:02Speaker 5: an artist is scheduled to play at Red Rocks and
- 2:04Speaker 5: they scrap their show.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Right now, Rod.
- 2:06Speaker 5: Stewart's is postponed, so he's hoping to make it up
- 2:08Speaker 5: at a later.
- 2:09Speaker 3: Time, but September, I think exactly.
- 2:12Speaker 5: I know, yeah, next year, but no, so they Honestly,
- 2:14Speaker 5: there was somebody who said, what if they take like
- 2:17Speaker 5: a screen, like if a show gets canceled, put a
- 2:21Speaker 5: screen up and let us watch a movie or something.
- 2:23Speaker 2: I mean, we've came, you know.
- 2:25Speaker 6: Well, no, people get the experience.
- 2:27Speaker 5: RIGHTX in itself is part of the experience. I mean,
- 2:30Speaker 5: people don't travel across the country to go to you.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Know, let me go buy a seventeen dollars beer. Well yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 2:37Speaker 5: But that's the thing is like someone just said, if
- 2:39Speaker 5: you could make it worth our while a little bit,
- 2:42Speaker 5: you know, obviously you're going to be sad you don't
- 2:43Speaker 5: get to see Rod.
- 2:44Speaker 2: Stewart, but maybe you can.
- 2:45Speaker 3: He's still alive.
- 2:46Speaker 2: You see a classic movie throw.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Of the people they were interviewing were you know, they're
- 2:53Speaker 1: up there? Yeah, right, they're up there. Wouldn't be funny
- 2:55Speaker 1: if they like turn around and bought tickets for like
- 2:57Speaker 1: an E d M show or something the night after.
- 3:00Speaker 3: You know, songs we're here.
- 3:03Speaker 2: You've got the neon sunglasses with their hair dyed.
- 3:08Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 3:11Speaker 3: Hey, Happy Fudge Day.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Everybody, milk milk lemonade around the corner.
- 3:16Speaker 3: Fudge is made? Am I right?
- 3:20Speaker 2: So long song before?
- 3:22Speaker 3: What you never sang that? In elementary school?
- 3:24Speaker 1: Milk milk lemonade around the corner, fudges made.
- 3:27Speaker 6: Little kids used to say, I never heard that.
- 3:30Speaker 4: I have not heard that since first grade.
- 3:33Speaker 3: Yeah, there was a banger back in the day. Happy
- 3:36Speaker 3: Fudge Day. Everybody love fudge. I love fudge. To fudge
- 3:41Speaker 3: makes me so happy.
- 3:43Speaker 4: My grandma's fudge. My grandma's fudge is the best I've
- 3:45Speaker 4: ever had.
- 3:46Speaker 3: Oh yeah, everyone knows your grandma's fudge. Okay, worldlie, she's known.
- 3:53Speaker 1: People have known that fudge since eight number time for
- 3:57Speaker 1: some sports. Netflix is going to adapt to this best
- 4:02Speaker 1: selling novel called ice Breaker. I've never heard of it,
- 4:06Speaker 1: but apparently all the ladies love it. It's a hockey romance.
- 4:10Speaker 1: It follows an aspiring Olympic figure skater who must share
- 4:14Speaker 1: ice time with an NHL prospect and then they fall
- 4:19Speaker 1: in love and make sweet sweet love.
- 4:21Speaker 3: On the ice or something I don't know. Wasn't this
- 4:25Speaker 3: made already in the eighties the cutting Edge.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Remember that movie The Cutting Edge was the figure skater
- 4:30Speaker 1: with the hockey guy.
- 4:32Speaker 5: Yes, absolutely this has been done, but there are so
- 4:34Speaker 5: many hockey romances out there right now, it's becoming the thing.
- 4:38Speaker 5: Like I love how the Stanley Cup was like the
- 4:40Speaker 5: third most popular hockey thing this last couple of weeks
- 4:43Speaker 5: because it's heated rivalry.
- 4:45Speaker 2: That new one.
- 4:45Speaker 5: I just heard about it, and yeah, it's got everybody talking, yeah.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Watching, Yeah, I love how.
- 4:56Speaker 5: There's a whole thing on TikTok where ladies are watching
- 4:58Speaker 5: guys warm up for their hockey games, warming up on
- 5:01Speaker 5: the ice.
- 5:02Speaker 2: I don't know if you've ever seen it, Jeremy.
- 5:04Speaker 3: But Berry, I can't say.
- 5:05Speaker 5: That I have Katie the eyes if you will stretch
- 5:08Speaker 5: the head, Oh yeah, yeah, okay, you're stretching the hip flexers.
- 5:11Speaker 4: But they are grinding that ice and it is very
- 5:15Speaker 4: very sensual music.
- 5:16Speaker 6: Oh that's bad.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Like Pony by Genuine. Yes, that's a good one.
- 5:22Speaker 3: I had no idea that was a thing. Oh, it's
- 5:24Speaker 3: a whole thing on Katie.
- 5:26Speaker 2: I spent a lot of time.
- 5:27Speaker 3: I bet you do your on TikTok.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, now get this the Cleveland Cavaliers auctioned
- 5:34Speaker 1: off several chairs that celebrities use during Games three and
- 5:38Speaker 1: four of the Eastern Conference Finals at Rocket Arena. Taylor's chair,
- 5:44Speaker 1: Taylor Swift's chair from Game three was by far the
- 5:47Speaker 1: most expensive. She was the game with Travis and his
- 5:50Speaker 1: chair only got fourteen hundred bucks, and her chair sold
- 5:55Speaker 1: for like seven thousand dollars. Seven grand K's chairs Soul,
- 6:01Speaker 1: Timothy Chamley's chair twelve hundred bucks. Ben Stillers were like
- 6:05Speaker 1: seven hundred and some bucks. Mgk's seats about six thirty five.
- 6:11Speaker 1: But who's these again? Perverts buying Taylor Swift's chair for
- 6:15Speaker 1: seven thousand dollars, some weirdo.
- 6:19Speaker 3: You know, somebody's sniffing it, right, somebody's sniffing it. Somebody
- 6:22Speaker 3: is sniffing that chair Smithy Swift. Yes, there's Taylor Swift.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Farts on that chair. That sounded like a Taylor far exact.
- 6:34Speaker 5: No, that's not that's a Travis far All.
- 6:39Speaker 3: Right, What else is going on in the world of sports?
- 6:40Speaker 3: All right?
- 6:41Speaker 4: Well, the World Cup is ongoing right now in Spain
- 6:43Speaker 4: is a massive, massive favorite to win the entire thing,
- 6:47Speaker 4: and they took on Cape Verdey in their first match
- 6:50Speaker 4: I didn't even know this.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Was that a vampire tree?
- 6:52Speaker 6: Cape Verde.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Apparently it's a country in Africa. I did not know that.
- 6:56Speaker 4: But it's a small little country. And they to Spain.
- 7:01Speaker 4: This is a huge deal because a nil nil draw,
- 7:04Speaker 4: zero zero draw means that Spain could drop in the
- 7:08Speaker 4: in the entire lineup there, and that's a huge deal. Well,
- 7:12Speaker 4: one better on Polymarket decided to put a million dollars
- 7:16Speaker 4: on Spain winning yesterday because Spain was a minus fourteen
- 7:20Speaker 4: hundred favorite, meaning they had about a ninety five.
- 7:22Speaker 6: Percent probability chance to win this.
- 7:23Speaker 4: Ok, that's a pretty darn safe bet. Bet absolutely ninety percent.
- 7:28Speaker 4: You're like, we got this. No, they lost a million
- 7:32Speaker 4: dollars yesterday, which is a weird thing because to bet
- 7:34Speaker 4: a million dollars they would have only won eighty six thousand.
- 7:36Speaker 4: So like in the grand scheme, that doesn't seem like
- 7:39Speaker 4: a very smart bet. I guess to put a million
- 7:42Speaker 4: down to win a million, they lost a million dollars.
- 7:49Speaker 4: They lost a million dollars yesterday because Spain couldn't score
- 7:52Speaker 4: a darn goal.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Damn oh man, absolutely, oh, she couldn't score at all.
- 7:59Speaker 4: Well, we're gonna keep it here in the World Cup
- 8:01Speaker 4: because Japanese fans are absolutely shocking the American world right now.
- 8:06Speaker 4: So Japan played at and T Stadium yesterday, which was
- 8:09Speaker 4: in Dallas, Texas, and at the end of the game,
- 8:11Speaker 4: they scored a late goal to tie the game up
- 8:14Speaker 4: and create a two two tie against the Netherlands, and
- 8:17Speaker 4: all of a sudden, the Japanese fans started waving around
- 8:20Speaker 4: what looked like a blue flag, and we as Americans,
- 8:23Speaker 4: were all like, what are they doing. Turns out they
- 8:25Speaker 4: bring their own blue trash bags to the stadium and
- 8:30Speaker 4: they wave them around as the match comes to a close,
- 8:32Speaker 4: especially if they win or end in a draw, and
- 8:35Speaker 4: then at the end of the match they go and
- 8:37Speaker 4: pick up their entire trash around the stadium.
- 8:40Speaker 1: I love the Japanese they got going on.
- 8:47Speaker 6: Is one of the cool things.
- 8:48Speaker 4: They're called the Samurai Blue fans, hence the blue flags.
- 8:51Speaker 4: That's why they're waving them around, and then they open
- 8:53Speaker 4: those They're so courteous. The argus crew and the cleanup
- 8:58Speaker 4: crew that was there at the end of the game
- 8:59Speaker 4: said we had almost nothing to clean up, and I'm
- 9:02Speaker 4: assuming the things they had to clean up were the
- 9:04Speaker 4: American fans there.
- 9:06Speaker 6: Truly.
- 9:07Speaker 4: There are pictures going battle everywhere of them helping the
- 9:10Speaker 4: cleanup crew as they're walking around the stadium.
- 9:12Speaker 3: That's just what they do.
- 9:14Speaker 6: I've never seen anything like.
- 9:16Speaker 4: You know what they'd like to Japan has off to
- 9:19Speaker 4: jap That's how they keep their city clean.
- 9:22Speaker 6: They just clean up.
- 9:22Speaker 2: They even care about our cities.
- 9:25Speaker 6: I love it.
- 9:25Speaker 1: I just threw my Starbucks cut on the floor in here,
- 9:27Speaker 1: honestly take notes. There is a list out from rancor
- 9:32Speaker 1: dot com, which is basically all they do, where they
- 9:35Speaker 1: ranked the best characters in the Toy Story franchise. I'm
- 9:41Speaker 1: not really uh surprised by one and two.
- 9:45Speaker 3: One is Woody is buzz? Where is bo Peep?
- 9:53Speaker 6: I mean she's barely Yeah.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Who's number three?
- 9:56Speaker 3: The Slinky Dog?
- 9:57Speaker 6: He's gotta be slinky dog?
- 9:59Speaker 2: Yeah, what do you got to do it?
- 10:01Speaker 5: I like those little aliens too that are in the cochine.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Yes, I have been.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Chosen Rex Rex is four, Hamm is five, and the
- 10:12Speaker 1: Little Green Man are number six. Potato had seven, Bullseye
- 10:17Speaker 1: is eight, Jesse is nine, and Andy's dog Buster came
- 10:21Speaker 1: in at ten.
- 10:22Speaker 6: Bullseye who doesn't talk? Is that of Jesse?
- 10:25Speaker 3: I guess there's Peeps at twelve.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Okay, Barbie's on there, the Etches Sketches at eighteen. Uh,
- 10:35Speaker 1: and mister prickle Pants the Hedgehog came in at twentyth.
- 10:40Speaker 6: That's one of the ones. I didn't see that.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I'm trying to I feel like the Aliens were a
- 10:45Speaker 1: little more fun than Woody and Buzz even.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Oh, the Aliens are the best anyway.
- 10:51Speaker 6: So there's your list.
- 10:52Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 10:53Speaker 2: I mean, you have to have Woody and Buzz.
- 10:55Speaker 6: I guess she kind of.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Oh geez, Jatay's song is topping the Billboard Hot one hundred.
- 11:03Speaker 1: It's number one right now. So she's raking more money,
- 11:06Speaker 1: and why aren't we playing that more?
- 11:08Speaker 5: I know, I really like that song. It's all the
- 11:11Speaker 5: songs she's put out recently. That's probably my favorite.
- 11:15Speaker 1: All Right, when you do your part, maybe I'll dig
- 11:17Speaker 1: it up and we wait again if you're really good. Okay,
- 11:20Speaker 1: So here's a divorce I did not see happening. Jelly
- 11:24Speaker 1: Roll has quietly filed for divorce from his wife Bunny
- 11:29Speaker 1: back in May in Tennessee. According to court records.
- 11:34Speaker 2: That is nuts to me. I thought that they were
- 11:36Speaker 2: gonna have a baby and stuff like that was right.
- 11:38Speaker 1: They rave about each other constantly. He like credits her
- 11:42Speaker 1: for a lot of his weight loss journey. Yeah, and
- 11:47Speaker 1: is always talking extremely highly of Bunny.
- 11:50Speaker 3: But something happened. I think he did he cheat on
- 11:52Speaker 3: her At some point.
- 11:53Speaker 5: I thought they had an open relationship, Like, oh, is
- 11:56Speaker 5: that what? I thought that they had an open relationship.
- 11:59Speaker 5: And so when I heard the stories about cheating, I
- 12:01Speaker 5: was like, well, how does that make sense? But you know,
- 12:03Speaker 5: all of that can be so specific to the couple.
- 12:06Speaker 5: Maybe he did something that they agreed he wouldn't. Who knows,
- 12:10Speaker 5: but I'm with you. I was shocked when I.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Heard the shocking new teeth and it's like, I got.
- 12:15Speaker 6: Options that could be too man.
- 12:18Speaker 4: You never know because she's with him during his prison sentence.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:22Speaker 5: I haven't they been together since like high school or
- 12:26Speaker 5: something on and off, Like I.
- 12:27Speaker 3: Feel like it's been a very long time. So maybe
- 12:29Speaker 3: they're just sick of.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Each married happened years.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Sick of me, Yeah, it's coming. It happens over me.
- 12:38Speaker 3: I ticked her off right before bed last night, so
- 12:42Speaker 3: that's how you do. And I went to bed. I
- 12:44Speaker 3: made her mad.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Then I fell asleep right before you go to bed. Yeah,
- 12:48Speaker 1: well I'll do that's a tomorrow problem.
- 12:49Speaker 2: I'm tired after the show thing.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Yeah, end up just burying it it.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, I'll.
- 12:58Speaker 3: Just wake up with a nice pick in my chest.
- 13:00Speaker 2: At some point. It's fine, it's fine.
- 13:04Speaker 3: What's going on locally.
- 13:05Speaker 5: Well, Aurora lifted the firework band, so that's good news. Yes,
- 13:10Speaker 5: Aurora Fires, you said it's going to temporarily lift the
- 13:13Speaker 5: city Stage one fire restrictions so people can buy and
- 13:17Speaker 5: set off fireworks within city limits. This is going to
- 13:19Speaker 5: be from now through July fourth. Now remember still only
- 13:23Speaker 5: ground firees.
- 13:24Speaker 3: You can't put the pots in.
- 13:26Speaker 5: You, I mean across the state of Colorado. That's frowned
- 13:29Speaker 5: upon and forbidden. Actually, but you can light them up
- 13:32Speaker 5: in a town if they stay on the ground. So
- 13:35Speaker 5: sparklers and what's your I.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Like the fountains, right, little tanks, the roosters.
- 13:42Speaker 4: My old fireworks stand. They just put it up and
- 13:44Speaker 4: I just drove past the day, so nostalgic. And we
- 13:46Speaker 4: sold so many of those tanks because the little boys
- 13:49Speaker 4: come into the tent and they're like, I see a
- 13:51Speaker 4: tank that I can blow up.
- 13:52Speaker 6: It's so cool. Those were so much fun. To light
- 13:55Speaker 6: off those.
- 13:56Speaker 2: The crackling balls are also a lot of I knew it,
- 14:01Speaker 2: I knew it. Oh crack, and then the snakes.
- 14:04Speaker 3: It's very dry here, you know, just.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Snap, crack, pop in your pants.
- 14:10Speaker 5: Huh okay, So yeah, you can light them up in Aurora.
- 14:13Speaker 2: But just be careful with those, right, be careful with
- 14:16Speaker 2: the fire law.
- 14:17Speaker 4: Mom.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 14:18Speaker 5: A woman was driving with her permit, her driver's permit,
- 14:22Speaker 5: and she was caught going ninety miles an hour at
- 14:25Speaker 5: a sixty five.
- 14:26Speaker 2: I'm impressed, My goodness.
- 14:27Speaker 5: Here's the other thing. She was only nineteen years old.
- 14:30Speaker 5: I'm really impressed her with her driver's permit. This was
- 14:34Speaker 5: in bolder and speed limit their sixty five. So obviously
- 14:37Speaker 5: ninety is not okay.
- 14:38Speaker 2: She's gonna have.
- 14:39Speaker 5: To make a court appearance and it could really screw
- 14:42Speaker 5: up her chances of getting.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Her actual links. Crazy right, And here's the thing.
- 14:48Speaker 5: I saw a story and it stemmed from that insane
- 14:51Speaker 5: incident on I seventy where those two grown men stopped
- 14:55Speaker 5: on the interstate to get out and fight, and they
- 14:57Speaker 5: talked about the aggression, road rage, aggression and just people
- 15:01Speaker 5: driving a little crazy fast and whatnot. They're saying the
- 15:04Speaker 5: heat and the high gas prices, that has a lot.
- 15:06Speaker 2: To do with it.
- 15:08Speaker 5: For one, Like, and here's why they say it, Like,
- 15:10Speaker 5: if you are at the gas pump and you fill
- 15:12Speaker 5: up your tank and it costs you an arm on
- 15:14Speaker 5: a leg, that's going to put you in the mood already,
- 15:16Speaker 5: and then you get behind the wheel and you drive,
- 15:19Speaker 5: and it just ups your chances of being a little reckless.
- 15:22Speaker 5: And I didn't even think about that, but they say
- 15:24Speaker 5: it's definitely impacting the people out there on the road.
- 15:27Speaker 2: So how nuts is that? Huh?
- 15:29Speaker 3: That is so nuts?
- 15:30Speaker 2: So nuts.
- 15:31Speaker 4: I feel like it's so dumb to be aggressive like that.
- 15:34Speaker 6: The gas prices are nothing to lose your life over come.
- 15:37Speaker 2: On absolutely.
- 15:39Speaker 6: Yes heat. Those guys were.
- 15:43Speaker 5: Well, then we have one more here with the two
- 15:45Speaker 5: hundred and fiftieth celebration of USAY Colorado.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Also at one fifty.
- 15:50Speaker 5: They're doing a lot of those lists about right, like
- 15:52Speaker 5: most patriotic states in the country.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Everywhere I look, everything's red, white and blue right now.
- 15:57Speaker 2: I mean, as it should be. As it should be.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Two hundred fifty is a really big deal.
- 16:01Speaker 5: But they're saying wallet Hub ranked the most patriotic states
- 16:05Speaker 5: in the country and Colorado in the top five. So
- 16:10Speaker 5: we've got let's get number five. It's organ rounding up
- 16:15Speaker 5: the top five. Then we have Montana and.
- 16:18Speaker 3: I know Oregon.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Organ. That's all I say, Organ, Like in Oregon.
- 16:25Speaker 6: Do you know what?
- 16:25Speaker 3: We can?
- 16:26Speaker 6: Church?
- 16:27Speaker 2: Not the point of the story. Stop it. Sometimes Orgon,
- 16:30Speaker 2: it comes out and stop it.
