- 0:00Speaker 1: Yeow, this is the Mark Simone Show on sevent tenor.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Well, he got a lot to get to today. We've
- 0:13Speaker 2: got a lot of lawsuits going on. Trump is suing
- 0:15Speaker 2: the Wall Street Journal, the Justice Department is going after
- 0:19Speaker 2: that Weasley, wormy weirdo Ejen Carroll, Joe Biden is suing
- 0:25Speaker 2: the Justice Department. We'll get to all of these. Jill
- 0:28Speaker 2: Biden caught in what seems to be massive lies. We'll
- 0:32Speaker 2: get to oil prices, We'll get to Iran. Of course,
- 0:35Speaker 2: we'll get to Kathy Hochel. Huge gaff, What an embarrassing gaff.
- 0:40Speaker 2: She tries to go after Trump claiming he's not a
- 0:42Speaker 2: Knicks fan. And it tells you something about Kathy Hockle
- 0:45Speaker 2: that she never bothered to check the evidence, never bothered
- 0:49Speaker 2: to check the record on Trump and the Knicks. We'll
- 0:52Speaker 2: get to Colbert and Byron Allen in sixty minutes, and
- 0:57Speaker 2: hold lot more coming up in those data centers. This
- 0:59Speaker 2: countra about the data centers everywhere. Well, there's a little
- 1:04Speaker 2: secret backstory to all of that coming up today. In
- 1:08Speaker 2: the White House, you know, they have the daily Press
- 1:09Speaker 2: Briefing every day where the Press Secretary comes out and
- 1:14Speaker 2: does the briefing and then takes questions and answers about
- 1:17Speaker 2: a half hour an hour. Press Secretary Caroline Levitt is
- 1:21Speaker 2: on maternity leave, and normally when the Press Secretary is away,
- 1:25Speaker 2: they put the deputy press secretary. It was never that.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Good but.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Competent, but President Trump came up with a great idea
- 1:33Speaker 2: instead of that deputy press secretary, nobody knows, Let's have
- 1:36Speaker 2: the cabinet members do it. And the first day it
- 1:39Speaker 2: was Rubio who was dazzling, charming, funny, great with the press,
- 1:44Speaker 2: really did them a lot of good. And then they
- 1:47Speaker 2: let Dvance do it. Not as good as Rubio, but
- 1:49Speaker 2: he was pretty good. Today it'll be Scott Besson, who's
- 1:52Speaker 2: also brilliant, I mean absolutely brilliant, super high IQ and
- 1:59Speaker 2: he's got a good sense. So this should be an
- 2:01Speaker 2: interesting briefing. That's today at two o'clock. You know, it's
- 2:06Speaker 2: been a big story on the news. Oil prices up.
- 2:08Speaker 2: You know, they go up five points, up five dollars
- 2:10Speaker 2: a gallon the lead story on the nightly news, NBC
- 2:15Speaker 2: Nightly News, CBS, ABC Nightly News. The oil prices are up.
- 2:20Speaker 2: So if you've decided that that's a story, that's a headline,
- 2:25Speaker 2: leading story the price of oil? Then how come they
- 2:28Speaker 2: don't do it when it goes down? This week I
- 2:31Speaker 2: went down about twelve points twelve dollars a gallon. It
- 2:35Speaker 2: wasn't a story, wasn't on the news. Came up a
- 2:37Speaker 2: little today, but it's still way down from last week,
- 2:41Speaker 2: way down. Why isn't that a story? If it goes
- 2:46Speaker 2: up five dollars and that's a big story, you lead
- 2:48Speaker 2: the news with it when it drops twelve dollars a gawn,
- 2:51Speaker 2: Why isn't that a story?
- 2:53Speaker 4: Well?
- 2:54Speaker 2: Again, fake news at work? So hey, this is going
- 2:58Speaker 2: to be an interesting legal battle here. E Gene Carroll.
- 3:03Speaker 2: That's that wacko weirdo woman who took President Trump to
- 3:08Speaker 2: court claiming he raped her in Bergdorff. Goodman. He's talking
- 3:13Speaker 2: to her and then wanted to try on some lingerie,
- 3:16Speaker 2: led her into the dressing room, and it was in
- 3:17Speaker 2: the dressing room that he raped her. Well, there's no
- 3:21Speaker 2: evidence that that ever happened. She can't even give you
- 3:24Speaker 2: a real story. She can't even tell you what year
- 3:27Speaker 2: it was. She can't give you any detail or any
- 3:30Speaker 2: can't even tell you what year it was. What does
- 3:31Speaker 2: that tell you? And if you talk to everybody at
- 3:36Speaker 2: Bergdruff Goodman. I have people that were running that store
- 3:40Speaker 2: at the time. They absolutely say it was impossible, couldn't
- 3:44Speaker 2: have happened. There's no way on earth Donald Trump could
- 3:48Speaker 2: have walked in there and not be followed around by
- 3:52Speaker 2: a manager or somebody to help them. It would never happen. Now,
- 3:55Speaker 2: I know everybody was working in that exact floor at
- 3:59Speaker 2: the time. That's the women's store. They tell me that
- 4:02Speaker 2: in all their time there, many years, not once did
- 4:05Speaker 2: Donald Trump ever come in the women's store. I've checked
- 4:08Speaker 2: with everybody at Bergdarf. He did come in the men's
- 4:10Speaker 2: store twice. Both times he came with a bodyguard with
- 4:15Speaker 2: him the whole time, and again salesperson and a manager
- 4:19Speaker 2: escorted him around the whole time. But he never set
- 4:21Speaker 2: foot in the women's store. So her story absolutely ludicrous.
- 4:24Speaker 2: Nobody in their right mind believes it. So how did
- 4:27Speaker 2: you get so far with that lawsuit? Well, the word
- 4:31Speaker 2: was at the time that the billionaire tech billionaire, Reid
- 4:35Speaker 2: Hoffman financed the whole thing, got her the finest, toughest
- 4:39Speaker 2: lawyers got her, armies of lawyers paid for the whole
- 4:42Speaker 2: thing was millions of dollars funded the whole thing. And
- 4:47Speaker 2: this happens a lot nowadays. That's how Peter Tiel went
- 4:50Speaker 2: after Gawker, that awful website. He wanted to shut him down.
- 4:53Speaker 2: He hired an army of lawyers and they started by
- 4:56Speaker 2: looking through every legal case las suit that was possible
- 5:01Speaker 2: against Gawker, and they found one that they thought was surefire,
- 5:06Speaker 2: couldn't miss. It was the Hull Cogan case. So they
- 5:08Speaker 2: went to Hulk Hogan and backed him with millions of
- 5:11Speaker 2: dollars and armies of the finest lawyers. Well, it seems
- 5:14Speaker 2: the same thing happened with Egen Carroll. That's the allegation,
- 5:17Speaker 2: and that was the word at the time that Reid
- 5:19Speaker 2: Hoffman had financed her, backed her, and they knew if
- 5:22Speaker 2: they got it into a crazy Manhattan courtroom filled with
- 5:26Speaker 2: Trump derangement syndrome, that he would easily be convicted a
- 5:30Speaker 2: crazy Trump arrangement syndrome jury judge was surefire. Now this
- 5:35Speaker 2: thing is being held up from getting to the higher courts.
- 5:38Speaker 2: But when it gets out of the crazy Manhattan Trump
- 5:41Speaker 2: hating world and to a real court with real people,
- 5:45Speaker 2: they'll look at the evidence and probably toss it out.
- 5:47Speaker 2: There's just not enough evidence to show anything. Nothing there. So,
- 5:53Speaker 2: but apparently somewhere in a deposition, Egen Carroll was asked
- 5:57Speaker 2: about who was financing her lawsuit and she said, nobody's
- 6:01Speaker 2: financing it. So the Justice Department is now going after her.
- 6:06Speaker 2: There's a criminal investigation into her for perjury, and it
- 6:09Speaker 2: looks like a pretty solid case. So it should be
- 6:13Speaker 2: pretty easy to prove how those lawyers got paid. So
- 6:16Speaker 2: there could be perjury charges against e Gene Carroll. She's
- 6:20Speaker 2: currently under investigation. This will be a great case and
- 6:25Speaker 2: it'll be if justice might finally get done here. Now.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Joe Biden issuing the Justice Department because when he was
- 6:35Speaker 2: writing his book, he sat down with the ghostwriter and
- 6:38Speaker 2: on tape, I guess it was all a video and audio,
- 6:41Speaker 2: the guy interviewed Biden for hours about his life, and
- 6:44Speaker 2: apparently on the interview Biden was in a total fog,
- 6:48Speaker 2: didn't know where he was, couldn't barely talk, would lose
- 6:51Speaker 2: his mind at times. So somehow the special counsel that
- 6:57Speaker 2: was investigating Biden, remember Biden stole seven thousand classified documents,
- 7:02Speaker 2: had them in his house, had them in his office.
- 7:03Speaker 2: When they were investigating that they got to hold the
- 7:07Speaker 2: Justice Department, the Special Council got a hold of this tape,
- 7:10Speaker 2: this video, and this is the special counsel that concluded
- 7:15Speaker 2: from watching it. This guy can't go into a courtroom.
- 7:18Speaker 2: His mind is so shot, his faculties are so bad,
- 7:22Speaker 2: you wouldn't be able to testify in a courtroom. And
- 7:25Speaker 2: that's how the one of the reasons the charges got dropped.
- 7:27Speaker 2: So the Justice Department has possession of that recording, so
- 7:32Speaker 2: they're going to release it. Biden is frantically suing the
- 7:36Speaker 2: Justice Department to block the release. They're arguing all kinds
- 7:39Speaker 2: of things, privacy, invasion of privacy. Legal scholars all tell
- 7:44Speaker 2: me he's got very little chance of winning. That most
- 7:47Speaker 2: likely will be released. In fact, they think it's about
- 7:49Speaker 2: ninety nine point nine percent that we're all going to
- 7:52Speaker 2: see that video at some point, and then very embarrassing
- 7:56Speaker 2: for Democrats in the media, you're going to see Biden
- 7:58Speaker 2: was totally completely a vegetable the whole time he was president.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Here's another thing going on. Jill Biden does an interview
- 8:08Speaker 2: for CBS. It's going to be on the Sunday Morning Show.
- 8:12Speaker 2: That's where you know that CBS Sunday morning shows before
- 8:15Speaker 2: Meet the Press. It's a very good show. Jane Paul's
- 8:17Speaker 2: the host, and it's all topics for people over the
- 8:20Speaker 2: age of one hundred. Everybody on it's over one hundred,
- 8:23Speaker 2: so it's perfect for Joe Biden and Jill Biden. And
- 8:27Speaker 2: they asked her about how bad he was, and you
- 8:29Speaker 2: could see the debate how bad he was. That's why
- 8:32Speaker 2: he had to drop out. He was such a vegetable
- 8:34Speaker 2: in the debate. And she says in the interview, were
- 8:39Speaker 2: you shocked when you saw it? She goes, no, I
- 8:41Speaker 2: was scared. I was very scared. I believed he was
- 8:43Speaker 2: having a stroke. I thought he was having a stroke.
- 8:48Speaker 2: I was so scared. Well, if that's the case, if
- 8:51Speaker 2: she was so scared, if somebody's so bad, you'd think
- 8:54Speaker 2: they're having a stroke. But then we go to the
- 8:57Speaker 2: video of her one second after the debate was over.
- 9:00Speaker 2: There's this video that was seen all over television of
- 9:03Speaker 2: her yelling about how great Joe was. He says. She says, Joe,
- 9:06Speaker 2: you are amazing. You answered every question perfectly. You were unbelievable. Well,
- 9:11Speaker 2: was she lying then or is she lying now? Everybody
- 9:16Speaker 2: believes that knows them really well, they believe she's lying now,
- 9:23Speaker 2: not that she thought he ate was brilliant in the debate,
- 9:25Speaker 2: but they think she's lying now. They think she never
- 9:28Speaker 2: thought he was having a stroke because at that time,
- 9:31Speaker 2: during those years, that's the way Biden was all the time.
- 9:35Speaker 2: He was always completely lost. His mind was totally shot.
- 9:39Speaker 2: He was like a bird's eye vegetable. He was always
- 9:42Speaker 2: like that. But you can't admit that. You can't admit
- 9:45Speaker 2: you covered that up for four years. You can't admit
- 9:48Speaker 2: you committed elder abuse and kept that quiet. So that's
- 9:51Speaker 2: why the stroke story. So they're going to make it
- 9:54Speaker 2: sound like, oh, you couldn't believe how you looked totally
- 9:57Speaker 2: never saw him like that before we thought he was
- 9:58Speaker 2: having a stroke. It was so on new for him.
- 10:00Speaker 2: So that's why the line now to pretend they never
- 10:04Speaker 2: saw him that bad, that it was so unusual that
- 10:07Speaker 2: So it's covering up their cover up. That's the whole
- 10:10Speaker 2: purpose of this lie. Lots to get to let's get
- 10:14Speaker 2: to this idiotic Kathy Hochel. Donald Trump. President Trump said
- 10:20Speaker 2: he may it probably will come to a Knicks game.
- 10:23Speaker 2: This is unheard of. No president has ever gone to
- 10:26Speaker 2: an NBA Championship game. But then no president ever went
- 10:30Speaker 2: to a Super Bowl till Donald Trump went. So he's
- 10:33Speaker 2: going to come to the NIXT game. He'll sit in
- 10:35Speaker 2: Madison Square Garden, probably with the Jim Dolan, the owner.
- 10:39Speaker 2: Here's Trump.
- 10:39Speaker 5: Jim Dolan's great guy. He's, as you know, owns in Georgia,
- 10:44Speaker 5: Madison Square Garden. He's having a good year.
- 10:48Speaker 6: And what a team.
- 10:49Speaker 5: They won all their games. They really they have some
- 10:52Speaker 5: great players. I think I'll be going to one of
- 10:54Speaker 5: the games. I was invited by numerous people and Jim,
- 10:58Speaker 5: and I think I'll be gone.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Yeah. So what do you do if you're idiotic Kathy Huckel,
- 11:04Speaker 2: if your bird brain Kathy Huckel, you try to attack
- 11:08Speaker 2: him for it. You attack him over everything.
- 11:09Speaker 6: You know.
- 11:10Speaker 2: She calls him all the time. He said, he gets
- 11:12Speaker 2: calls from her all the time. So in private, she's
- 11:14Speaker 2: trying to be his buddy. In public, she's acting like
- 11:17Speaker 2: his worst enim. So she starts making fun of him
- 11:19Speaker 2: that he's not a Knicks fan. Look at him pandering
- 11:22Speaker 2: like Chuck Schumer. He doesn't know anything about the Knicks.
- 11:24Speaker 2: He's never been a Knicks fan. And she actually tries
- 11:26Speaker 2: to make this case, I asked.
- 11:33Speaker 7: Him to name the starting lineup from nineteen ninety three
- 11:36Speaker 7: championship team to see.
- 11:37Speaker 8: How he does ah ha.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Although it turns out there was no nineteen ninety three
- 11:43Speaker 2: championship team. She's the one who doesn't know anything about
- 11:46Speaker 2: the Knicks, doesn't know what he's talking about. There was
- 11:48Speaker 2: a nineteen seventy three championship team, but in ninety three
- 11:51Speaker 2: they lost the championship. There was no championship team. So
- 11:56Speaker 2: and again she's kind of I mean, we know she's
- 11:58Speaker 2: not too bright, but check the record. Trump has always
- 12:02Speaker 2: been a big, big Knicks fan. You can find a
- 12:06Speaker 2: thousand pictures of my online all through the eighties, nineties,
- 12:10Speaker 2: two thousands, sitting in the front row of a Knicks game.
- 12:12Speaker 2: He was in a million Knicks games. I remember back then.
- 12:15Speaker 2: I'm not a basketball fan. I have no interest in basketball.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Back in the nineties the two thousands, sometimes you'd see him,
- 12:23Speaker 2: he start talking about how the Knicks did last night,
- 12:24Speaker 2: and I don't know what he was talking about, but
- 12:27Speaker 2: huge Knicks fan. Actually, go to my Twitter, you'll see
- 12:31Speaker 2: a video of him hanging out with the Knicks way
- 12:34Speaker 2: back then. In fact, you'll see him throwing the ball
- 12:39Speaker 2: and actually scoring a basket with the knicks. So I
- 12:43Speaker 2: remember the apprentice he put the knicks on. He's always
- 12:45Speaker 2: been a huge Knicks fan. Tremendous gaff for idiotic Kathy Hokeel.
- 12:52Speaker 2: So these data centers are opening up all over the place,
- 12:56Speaker 2: and it's causing tremendous controversy, even riots protest. AI is
- 13:02Speaker 2: obviously getting bigger and bigger. And to do AI you
- 13:05Speaker 2: need massive data centers. You know, they talk about the
- 13:10Speaker 2: environment and the climate and electricity, and well nothing nothing
- 13:16Speaker 2: uses more electricity than an AI AI search. Even a
- 13:21Speaker 2: Google search uses a ton of electricity. So you can
- 13:24Speaker 2: take all the trucks and buses and gas gothers in
- 13:28Speaker 2: the world, they don't use one million of the energy
- 13:32Speaker 2: that AI uses. So to do AI, you got to
- 13:35Speaker 2: build massive data centers and put them in a community.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Now many communities are protesting. Some are legitimate. There's that
- 13:43Speaker 2: mister wonderful Kevin O'Leary's data center in that state. It's
- 13:47Speaker 2: a small town and they're worried it's using like three
- 13:50Speaker 2: times the electricity of that town normally has. It's causing
- 13:54Speaker 2: residents to have less electricity, less water pressure, all that,
- 13:58Speaker 2: So this pro not really even protests. They're just holding
- 14:03Speaker 2: community meetings, you know, trying to get it stopped. But
- 14:06Speaker 2: in other areas, especially in New Jersey, there's riots in
- 14:09Speaker 2: front of data centers. Now it looks like these are
- 14:13Speaker 2: all environmentalists. Are people concerned about electric just a few,
- 14:18Speaker 2: But most of this is funded by China. We're in
- 14:22Speaker 2: a real AI battle with China. We're ahead of them
- 14:25Speaker 2: in this battle, but they're trying to crush our AI capabilities.
- 14:30Speaker 2: So many of these protests are paid for, funded by
- 14:34Speaker 2: China by Neville Roy Singham, who's the George Soros, the
- 14:39Speaker 2: other George Soros. He's in China, operates out of China,
- 14:43Speaker 2: uses the money of the communist Chinese government, So they
- 14:46Speaker 2: are funding this. And who jumps in to help out?
- 14:50Speaker 2: Who partners with the Chinese on this? Mikey Cheryl left
- 14:54Speaker 2: wing Democrats yelling and screaming about data centers today.
- 14:57Speaker 7: The public has no clue how much energy or water
- 15:00Speaker 7: any of these data centers actually need. I want to
- 15:03Speaker 7: mandate transparency and start by requiring data centers to report
- 15:07Speaker 7: energy and water used to the public every six months.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Well, they're not supposed to report it to us because
- 15:12Speaker 2: I don't know what they could give me all the numbers.
- 15:14Speaker 2: I don't know what the hell I'm looking at. You're
- 15:16Speaker 2: the governor, You're supposed to go meet with them privately,
- 15:19Speaker 2: examine their numbers, and you make the that we're paying
- 15:22Speaker 2: you for to know this stuff, and decided you can
- 15:24Speaker 2: give me all the data center electricity numbers. Well what
- 15:28Speaker 2: do I don't know if it's good or bad. But
- 15:31Speaker 2: Democrats are jumping in on this. They may even know
- 15:34Speaker 2: it's the communist Chinese funding these riots, these protests. You know,
- 15:38Speaker 2: they don't care if itever it hurts the Republicans. They're
- 15:41Speaker 2: get involved.
- 15:41Speaker 7: We're going to make sure that data centers engage with
- 15:43Speaker 7: and invest back in the communities where they built. This
- 15:48Speaker 7: isn't an uncommon ask. For a long time in America
- 15:51Speaker 7: was understood that if a business wants to thrive in
- 15:53Speaker 7: a community, it has to give back to that community.
- 15:56Speaker 2: That's what every business does, That's what a business is.
- 15:59Speaker 2: They come in the community here, we're going to spend
- 16:01Speaker 2: two billion dollars. We're going to hire four hundred people.
- 16:03Speaker 2: We're going to pay all these taxes they are given.
- 16:06Speaker 7: Back, So we're developing strong statewide guidelines for community benefit
- 16:10Speaker 7: agreements for this industry, deals that will require data centers
- 16:14Speaker 7: to address issues like noise, light and pollution, deals to
- 16:18Speaker 7: invest in surrounding towns and schools, housing, whatever those towns
- 16:22Speaker 7: decide that they most need.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Yeah, so I'm it's all fake and phony. It's all
- 16:27Speaker 2: a messer of it paid for by China trying to
- 16:29Speaker 2: screw up us in the AI race. But for Mikey Cheryl,
- 16:33Speaker 2: for a Corey Booker, for all the crazy Democrats, it's
- 16:37Speaker 2: like the ice facilities. Well, we'll get to that coming up.
- 16:40Speaker 2: If it's a good political tool, a good if they
- 16:42Speaker 2: can weaponize it. They don't care who's funding it. Hey,
- 16:44Speaker 2: we'll take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three
- 16:47Speaker 2: to two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight
- 16:50Speaker 2: hundred three to two one zero seven ten in.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Mark on Demand by setting up preset for his podcast
- 16:58Speaker 1: on the iHeartRadio app. Now back to Mark Zimon on wor.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Well, let's take some calls. Eight hundred three two one
- 17:12Speaker 2: zero seven ten. Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Let's go to Rich in Myrtle Beach. Rich, how you doing?
- 17:20Speaker 6: Oh? Thanks?
- 17:20Speaker 9: Mark, Little Rainy Paruty down here but still hot and humid.
- 17:24Speaker 9: Summer's right around the corner. And I tried to get
- 17:26Speaker 9: on yesterday with you know, you're talking about this John
- 17:28Speaker 9: Corman getting absolutely destroyed down in Texas there. What's happening,
- 17:32Speaker 9: I think is that as Trump has bought more and
- 17:35Speaker 9: more young men and young people into the Republican Party,
- 17:40Speaker 9: they don't want these dinosaurs. They don't want these rhinos.
- 17:43Speaker 9: And that's why when he supports somebody who's younger than
- 17:46Speaker 9: John Cornyan, these young people who are coming into the
- 17:49Speaker 9: party now want to get rid of the rhinos and
- 17:52Speaker 9: the dinosaurs. They want younger people. And man, that's another
- 17:55Speaker 9: reason why he's bat in one hundred percent.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a good point. He's brought a lot of
- 17:58Speaker 2: people over from the Democrat Party into the Republican Party,
- 18:02Speaker 2: some younger people, a lot of the working people, the
- 18:05Speaker 2: blue collar people who traditionally always Democrats are now Republicans.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Let's go to Bill in Idaho. Bill, how you doing.
- 18:15Speaker 9: My mark?
- 18:17Speaker 10: I used to be Bill from Manhattan, but now I'm
- 18:20Speaker 10: Bill from Corda Lane, Idaho.
- 18:23Speaker 2: What are you the fugitive? You on the land? You
- 18:25Speaker 2: keep moving?
- 18:26Speaker 6: Well?
- 18:27Speaker 11: No, well, one thing, it's yeah, sort of on the
- 18:30Speaker 11: lane that way, but I wouldn't put.
- 18:32Speaker 4: It that way.
- 18:35Speaker 9: You know, there's not enough Chinese here where.
- 18:40Speaker 6: The corner lane Idaho.
- 18:41Speaker 2: Oh you mean Chinese people are food?
- 18:44Speaker 11: Well, you know, when I was going to be in Manhattan,
- 18:47Speaker 11: if I want to do my loagdry, this is weird.
- 18:49Speaker 9: I never did it.
- 18:50Speaker 4: I just left it out the front door and this
- 18:52Speaker 4: Chinese woman came by picked it up.
- 18:55Speaker 2: I love hearing your ethnic stereotypes.
- 18:58Speaker 4: But well, yeah, I went down to the store where
- 19:02Speaker 4: she was.
- 19:03Speaker 10: Yeah, and she's had.
- 19:05Speaker 2: A fascinating story, but not for normal people. But thanks, okay,
- 19:10Speaker 2: all right, Foster Brooks Junior, thanks for calling. Yeah, people
- 19:13Speaker 2: move to Idaho and then they can't figure out that
- 19:15Speaker 2: you can't get coach Chinese food, you can't get a pastromi.
- 19:18Speaker 2: So it's a lot of things you can't get in Idaho.
- 19:21Speaker 2: That's why a lot of people live here. Let's go
- 19:23Speaker 2: to Robert in Westchester. Robert, how you doing.
- 19:27Speaker 9: Good morning, Mark, Thank you for taking my call. Mark
- 19:30Speaker 9: Between Mikey Cheryl and it's idiot Mundai scaring away businesses,
- 19:35Speaker 9: making this place unattractive. What do they think is going
- 19:38Speaker 9: to be the tax base? These stupid cannabis stores. And
- 19:41Speaker 9: with this idiot, you know, charging twenty million dollars for
- 19:44Speaker 9: a grocery store. We know what that's all about. That's
- 19:46Speaker 9: going to be his little slush one. He's able to
- 19:49Speaker 9: take care of his money.
- 19:50Speaker 2: I don't think so. I think he will genuinely be
- 19:52Speaker 2: wasting it. I don't think.
- 19:56Speaker 4: People.
- 19:56Speaker 2: Yeah, genuinely, genuinely just wasting money. And you got to remember,
- 20:00Speaker 2: Democrats never believe in science. They never follow the science.
- 20:05Speaker 2: There's a science on an economy, on how it works. Yes,
- 20:09Speaker 2: if you chase away the big business and the taxpayers,
- 20:12Speaker 2: you have no more tax revenue. But there's an economic
- 20:15Speaker 2: model that works. Yeah, to take socialism for instance, We've
- 20:18Speaker 2: tested it ten thousand times. It failed every time. That's
- 20:23Speaker 2: the science. But Democrats don't believe in science. They never
- 20:26Speaker 2: follow the science. They keep doing the same stupid things.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Good morning, Mark, Good morning matter?
- 20:36Speaker 6: Mark.
- 20:36Speaker 3: Doesn't Kathy to Creepoko have a grubby hands all over
- 20:40Speaker 3: this eg and Carol case? Didn't she extend the reporting
- 20:46Speaker 3: time for rape cases? And that other dirt bag what's
- 20:50Speaker 3: his name? George Conway who's now running for Congress, I
- 20:56Speaker 3: believe were for the Senate. And in one of his
- 20:58Speaker 3: ads he both about how he busted Troup with the
- 21:03Speaker 3: eg and Carol case. He looked at some detective show.
- 21:09Speaker 3: What was that, NYPD.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's a good point. I forgot to mention that.
- 21:12Speaker 2: So first of all, yeah, the legislature changed the law
- 21:16Speaker 2: allowing Egen Carroll to bring You normally can't bring a
- 21:19Speaker 2: rape case from five hundred years ago, but they changed
- 21:21Speaker 2: the law, no statue limitations, so she could bring it.
- 21:23Speaker 2: And yeah, she can't seem to be specific about anything
- 21:26Speaker 2: that happened, but what she's described was the exact plot
- 21:30Speaker 2: of a Law and Order episode that she watched in
- 21:33Speaker 2: a rerun. So it's very very suspected.
- 21:36Speaker 3: Yeah, and this bumb George Conway is running on that
- 21:41Speaker 3: he should be investigated for conjuring up this whole scheme because.
- 21:47Speaker 2: He's not a dishonest. He's just a crazy Trump hater.
- 21:49Speaker 2: You got Trump arrangement syndrome and very very very angry.
- 21:54Speaker 3: Sure, he's not dishonest, Mom, he's pleasy.
- 21:58Speaker 2: To be man, very successful, wealthy guy. Now he's just
- 22:01Speaker 2: crazy with Trump pay They go nuts with this Trump
- 22:03Speaker 2: arrangement syndrome?
- 22:05Speaker 3: Is he still married to Kelly and cow that's.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Been over a long long time. That was years ago,
- 22:10Speaker 2: long time, right, all right, Vincent, thanks for calling. Hey.
- 22:13Speaker 2: When we come back the hunt for Steve Moore, we'll
- 22:16Speaker 2: see if I think he'll show up. I think we'll
- 22:17Speaker 2: talk to Steve Moore next to brilliant economists who can
- 22:21Speaker 2: teach us all kinds of stuff and shed light on
- 22:23Speaker 2: a lot of stuff. We'll get to that next on
- 22:25Speaker 2: seven to ten. Wo R.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Let's get back to the Mark Simone Show on WI Well.
- 22:33Speaker 2: A brilliant economist, Steve Moore. You should read his columns,
- 22:38Speaker 2: of course, you see them all over television. You get
- 22:40Speaker 2: his book, The Trump Economic Miracle. You'll love the book.
- 22:44Speaker 2: And he runs the Committee to Unleash Prosperity and they
- 22:47Speaker 2: put out the best daily briefing, news analysis. You want
- 22:51Speaker 2: to sound really smart, get this every day. It's free.
- 22:53Speaker 2: It'll come right to your email. Just go sign up
- 22:56Speaker 2: at Unleash Prosperity dot com. Steve more, how you doing, hey.
- 23:02Speaker 4: Mark doing pretty well? The economy is showing some signs
- 23:05Speaker 4: of picking up. It's amazing how resilient and durable this
- 23:08Speaker 4: economy is that even with you know, for to four
- 23:11Speaker 4: to fifty of l or gallon gas, economies is doing
- 23:16Speaker 4: pretty well. We've got a good jobs report, the boy
- 23:18Speaker 4: the stock markets on a tear, and we're seeing you know,
- 23:23Speaker 4: a pretty good incomes are actually rising faster than inflation
- 23:27Speaker 4: by a bit. And so if we can get the
- 23:30Speaker 4: straight of hormos open, get that oil flowing again, I
- 23:32Speaker 4: think we're gonna have a blockbuster second half of the year.
- 23:34Speaker 2: Yeah, of course, I was watching sixty Minutes. They had
- 23:37Speaker 2: this idiotic Aaron sorkinon who on sixty Minutes Sunday said
- 23:41Speaker 2: a recession is coming. It's gonna at any moment of recession.
- 23:45Speaker 2: What the hell is he talking about? It makes no sense.
- 23:49Speaker 4: Well, you know, I mean, when you have high gas prices,
- 23:53Speaker 4: there's no question that that, you know, is a tax
- 23:55Speaker 4: on the economy. It's a negative, no question about it.
- 23:58Speaker 4: But so far economies really just smoke through this. Now,
- 24:02Speaker 4: food price I'm a little worried about food prices too,
- 24:04Speaker 4: because fertilizer prices are really high right now. So that
- 24:08Speaker 4: might affect, you know, coming at the end of the
- 24:10Speaker 4: summer and early fall, we might see you know, an
- 24:14Speaker 4: increase in food prices. But you know, boy, not the
- 24:17Speaker 4: stock market and all the economic indicators. You saw the
- 24:21Speaker 4: the the Reserve Board says we're growing a four percent discord.
- 24:24Speaker 4: That's a blockbuster number.
- 24:26Speaker 2: That's amazing. Hey, Stevemore, we're talking about these data centers. Now,
- 24:30Speaker 2: there's protests all over trying to block the data centers.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Stop the data centers. We know a lot of it
- 24:35Speaker 2: is funded by the Chinese trying to hurt us in
- 24:37Speaker 2: the AI race. But what's the truth. Are they really
- 24:41Speaker 2: bad for a community? Are they really draining our electricity?
- 24:45Speaker 4: Well, look, people are obviously nervous about you know, the robots,
- 24:48Speaker 4: and people are nervous about what this is going to
- 24:50Speaker 4: mean for jobs. You know, five and ten years down
- 24:53Speaker 4: the road, will will the robot take my job? And
- 24:56Speaker 4: so I get that people are apprehensive, but it's almost
- 25:00Speaker 4: like remember when fracking started about fifteen years Oh my god, cracking.
- 25:04Speaker 4: It's gonna cause earthquakes, They're gonna pollute our water, and
- 25:06Speaker 4: it's going to cause all these problems. We hate fracking.
- 25:09Speaker 4: And of course now we know fracking out of trillions
- 25:12Speaker 4: and trillions of dollars to our economy. It's you know,
- 25:15Speaker 4: we'd be paying six seven eight dollars a gallon of
- 25:17Speaker 4: gas if we weren't for that incredible technology that you know,
- 25:21Speaker 4: all the lies that we're set about fracking and we
- 25:24Speaker 4: just call it shade a oil and gas right now,
- 25:26Speaker 4: and everybody's for that. So it's a little bit like that.
- 25:28Speaker 4: People are afraid of the unknown. But this is going
- 25:32Speaker 4: to be the most amazing period of not just productivity.
- 25:35Speaker 4: It's going to make so much more productives, just like
- 25:38Speaker 4: the Internet did. Just like you know when we invented
- 25:40Speaker 4: elect this is like the the invention of electricity. That's
- 25:44Speaker 4: how big it's going to be. And so people, you know,
- 25:47Speaker 4: there's going to be there's not gonna be a shortage
- 25:49Speaker 4: of homes. Everybody's going to be a castle. I'm on
- 25:52Speaker 4: the board of a company called light Speed. We build
- 25:54Speaker 4: houses with robots, and we're going to build build them
- 25:57Speaker 4: twice as fast, half as expensive. So it's going to
- 26:00Speaker 4: be enormous. But even one thing I think that the
- 26:03Speaker 4: industry is so terrible at These are the smartest people
- 26:05Speaker 4: on the planet, that five trillion dollar industry, and they
- 26:08Speaker 4: don't explain to people all of the incredible benefits that
- 26:11Speaker 4: are to come we For example, I was meeting with
- 26:14Speaker 4: some health experts last week and they were saying, because
- 26:18Speaker 4: of AI, they will be able to detect cancer cells,
- 26:23Speaker 4: you know, way way earlier than the technology now. In
- 26:27Speaker 4: other words, the way you defeat cancer is you, you know,
- 26:30Speaker 4: combat those cancer cells early, you know, the earlier you
- 26:33Speaker 4: of the prognosis, so that we have will have the
- 26:36Speaker 4: capacity to end cancer in this country. Well also, I
- 26:40Speaker 4: mean we'll literally be able to give sight to the blind.
- 26:44Speaker 4: All of these amazing advances, and yet people are nervous
- 26:48Speaker 4: about it. The data centers are, well, I don't understand.
- 26:51Speaker 4: It would be like, you know, Michigan saying no, we
- 26:53Speaker 4: don't want any more of those auto plants. I don't
- 26:55Speaker 4: get it. It creates jobs, It pays revenue. In Loudon County, Virginia,
- 26:59Speaker 4: outside where I live, of you know, the the data
- 27:02Speaker 4: centers are paying half the property taxes. Wow, they pay
- 27:05Speaker 4: for the schools, they pay for the roads, they pay
- 27:07Speaker 4: for the hospitals.
- 27:08Speaker 2: Huh. Hey, if we have a good point, nobody has
- 27:10Speaker 2: more money than the oil companies, the data companies, Why
- 27:13Speaker 2: don't they hire a bunch of pr firms. Why don't
- 27:15Speaker 2: they do something that I know look.
- 27:17Speaker 4: Here I am. I'm sitting here waiting for that million
- 27:19Speaker 4: dollar check. But we defend you know that, we defend
- 27:23Speaker 4: it not because they're paying us, but because this is
- 27:25Speaker 4: going to be so good for America. And by the way,
- 27:28Speaker 4: the most important point, I think the most persuasive point
- 27:31Speaker 4: for people who are nervous about AI, and polls show
- 27:34Speaker 4: about you know, sixty percent of Americans are more nervous
- 27:37Speaker 4: than excited about AI. I would simply say this, it's coming,
- 27:40Speaker 4: It's coming, The robotics is coming. It's you know, you
- 27:43Speaker 4: can't hold back the future. The only real question that
- 27:47Speaker 4: matters right now for Americans is will the United States
- 27:51Speaker 4: be at the forefront of this or will China? We dominated,
- 27:56Speaker 4: the United States dominated the Internet age, and I want
- 27:59Speaker 4: to make sure that America, not China, you know, is
- 28:03Speaker 4: the dominant force in the AI robotics.
- 28:05Speaker 2: Age, and they want to make sure we're not. And
- 28:07Speaker 2: that's why they're funding all of these protests against the.
- 28:10Speaker 4: Exactly that's exactly right. And you know, you're Mark, You're
- 28:14Speaker 4: one hundred percent right. So all of these revolts that
- 28:16Speaker 4: are going on, a lot of that is funded because
- 28:19Speaker 4: people are afraid and why are they afraid because China
- 28:23Speaker 4: is funding this movement, telling people all of these weird,
- 28:27Speaker 4: you know things about oh, it's going to destroy America
- 28:30Speaker 4: and that's that's a propaganda campaign that is being funded
- 28:35Speaker 4: by our enemies.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Hey, this new crazy New Jersey Governor mikey Ryl. She's
- 28:42Speaker 2: out there protesting the data centers and isn't she chasing
- 28:45Speaker 2: Exon out of New Jersey.
- 28:48Speaker 4: Yeah, this is such an amazing story. So you know,
- 28:52Speaker 4: let's face it, Exon Mobile is one of America's greatest
- 28:56Speaker 4: iconic companies. It's been in New Jersey, US out there
- 29:00Speaker 4: for one hundred and forty years. It's something like the
- 29:03Speaker 4: tenth largest company in the United States. And after one
- 29:07Speaker 4: hundred and forty years, they finally said, we're fed up
- 29:09Speaker 4: with the you know, the liberal policies, the high taxes,
- 29:13Speaker 4: the fact that you know, here they are the home
- 29:16Speaker 4: of one of the largest oil companies and they're they're
- 29:19Speaker 4: bringing lawsuits against the climate change losses the oil companies.
- 29:23Speaker 4: So they finally said we are out of here. Yesterday
- 29:27Speaker 4: the shareholders seventy to thirty percent said we're moving to Texas.
- 29:31Speaker 4: And you know, we heard this story over and over again.
- 29:34Speaker 4: So New Jersey is losing one of its greatest companies
- 29:38Speaker 4: because of the liberal governance there.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Well, how dune do you have to be to be
- 29:43Speaker 2: crazy about getting more tax revenue and chase away your
- 29:45Speaker 2: biggest tax payers. I mean, it makes exactly.
- 29:48Speaker 4: It is absolutely crazy. It's like the Seattle may or
- 29:51Speaker 4: when you know, Starbucks and Microsoft and Amazon started moving
- 29:55Speaker 4: you know, these are iconic Seattle companies started to move
- 29:59Speaker 4: you know, jobs out of there because of their liberal policies,
- 30:01Speaker 4: and the mayors say, bye bye, we don't want you to.
- 30:03Speaker 9: Well, who's going to pay the bills?
- 30:06Speaker 2: Hey, even the Hollywood Los Angeles Hollywood is leaving Hollywood.
- 30:10Speaker 2: They're kind of losing the movie business here, aren't they.
- 30:14Speaker 4: Just like you know, New York is losing the financial
- 30:16Speaker 4: services sector. It's sad. You know, if you look at
- 30:19Speaker 4: the ten movies that were on the Oscar list for
- 30:23Speaker 4: the Best Picture, and by the way.
- 30:25Speaker 6: None of them were any good.
- 30:26Speaker 2: But of those ten, not one of.
- 30:28Speaker 4: Them was actually made in the movie studio in Los Angeles. Wow,
- 30:32Speaker 4: Because why, it's too costly to do business there. The
- 30:35Speaker 4: labor rules are crazy that people are sick of the
- 30:38Speaker 4: woke stuff. And by the way, Hollywood's near those mountains
- 30:42Speaker 4: where the where they had the forest fires, so nobody
- 30:45Speaker 4: wants to make a movie there anymore. So it's really
- 30:48Speaker 4: a sad thing. The amount of employment in Hollywood is
- 30:52Speaker 4: dropped by half in just the last five years.
- 30:55Speaker 2: Wow, So this will affect this mayoral race in Los Angeles,
- 31:00Speaker 2: won't it.
- 31:02Speaker 6: Wow?
- 31:02Speaker 4: What a story that is. I mean, is it Pratt?
- 31:06Speaker 2: Yeah? Pratt, Spencer Pratt.
- 31:08Speaker 4: He's he's amazing and he's surging in the polls they have.
- 31:12Speaker 4: They're going to elections the election booth on Tuesday, and
- 31:16Speaker 4: it looks like it'll be the current mayor versus Spencer Pratt.
- 31:20Speaker 4: That'll make it into a runoff. And then it's a
- 31:22Speaker 4: question of whether people in Los Angeles realize how much
- 31:25Speaker 4: trouble they're in. I love La by the way, It's
- 31:27Speaker 4: on my favorite cities, but have you been there lately.
- 31:29Speaker 2: It's pretty terrible.
- 31:31Speaker 4: Garbage, homeless people everywhere, dirty and unsafe. I hope that
- 31:36Speaker 4: the people in Los Angeles have the courage to change,
- 31:39Speaker 4: just like by the way Rudy Giuliani turned around New York.
- 31:42Speaker 2: You were there when that happened.
- 31:43Speaker 4: I think Spencer Pratt could really turn make make la
- 31:47Speaker 4: great again.
- 31:48Speaker 2: Hey, the only problem is you get a Rudy Giuliani.
- 31:50Speaker 2: It's it's great, but then you get a Democrat comes
- 31:53Speaker 2: in afterwards puts it right back where it was, so
- 31:56Speaker 2: they screw it all up again.
- 31:57Speaker 6: Yep.
- 31:59Speaker 2: Well, Steve Moore, great stuff. Everybody gets Steve Moore's book,

- 33:40Speaker 2: People are starting to worry about him a little. He's
- 33:43Speaker 2: becoming a little unhinged. And you know you pay a
- 33:47Speaker 2: fortune to go to the concert listen to these ridiculous rants. Well,
- 33:50Speaker 2: we'll get to that coming up, and we'll get to

- 34:04Speaker 1: Mark Somemo the Issues you really care about?
- 34:07Speaker 10: On seven ten wor.
- 34:11Speaker 2: Well, Hey, a word is that the US and Iran
- 34:14Speaker 2: have reached a deal. That there is an actual deal.
- 34:19Speaker 2: They will have to go to the President for his
- 34:20Speaker 2: final approval, but we'll see that. But the word is
- 34:23Speaker 2: they've reached an agreement of some kind. We had to
- 34:26Speaker 2: take some action yesterday because Iran was about to pull something.
- 34:32Speaker 2: They had four drones in the air. They were about
- 34:34Speaker 2: to go after a ship. We quickly shot the four
- 34:38Speaker 2: drones right out of the air, and there's a ground
- 34:40Speaker 2: base that was launching them about to launch a fifth
- 34:43Speaker 2: drone and we immediately blew that up. So that might
- 34:46Speaker 2: have helped speat things up. But this morning it looks
- 34:50Speaker 2: like it looks like a deal is just about reach.
- 34:53Speaker 2: Now we don't know if it's a good deal a
- 34:55Speaker 2: bad deal. The President has not seen it yet. We
- 35:00Speaker 2: basically have all the cards right now. Yeah, they can
- 35:01Speaker 2: close the straight of horn Moose and it raises the
- 35:03Speaker 2: worldwide price of oil. That's just a little temporary thing.
- 35:07Speaker 2: But as long as the straits closed, Iran has no income.
- 35:12Speaker 2: That's their revenue oil going to the Straight of hoorn Moose.
- 35:16Speaker 2: As long as it's shut down, their economy is shut down.
- 35:19Speaker 2: And they've got a problem in that it's been going
- 35:22Speaker 2: on for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks, so
- 35:24Speaker 2: they've had to have this huge backup of oil that
- 35:27Speaker 2: they've had to store somewhere, and apparently they're just about
- 35:30Speaker 2: out of storage facilities for the oil. So if you
- 35:33Speaker 2: can't store the oil anymore, you got to shut down
- 35:36Speaker 2: your wells. And once you shut down the wells for
- 35:40Speaker 2: a time, it's very, very tough to reopen them. Everything
- 35:44Speaker 2: shuts down, rusts up, dries out. It could be a
- 35:47Speaker 2: long time damage to their economy. So that's one problem.
- 35:52Speaker 2: The other problem is we've frozen all of their assets.
- 35:54Speaker 2: We've got about five hundred billion in Iranian money that's frozen.
- 35:58Speaker 2: We're holding, so big, big, big problem for Iran. So
- 36:02Speaker 2: they're the ones motivated to make a deal. We can
- 36:05Speaker 2: last like this for a long time. I mean, the
- 36:06Speaker 2: price of gas being up is a bad thing, but
- 36:10Speaker 2: outside of that, we don't have anything to worry about it.
- 36:12Speaker 2: They've got everything to worry about a shut economy. Their
- 36:15Speaker 2: oil field's about to get damaged from being shut down.
- 36:19Speaker 2: So it looks like a deal has been reached. It's
- 36:23Speaker 2: on its way to the President for approval. But we'll
- 36:25Speaker 2: see what happens, so expect something to be announced later today.
- 36:30Speaker 2: The Trump is suing the Wall Street Journal for ten
- 36:33Speaker 2: billion dollars. It's over the crazy Epstein sort of stuff
- 36:39Speaker 2: the Wall Street Journal. There's a number of complaints. One
- 36:43Speaker 2: is that they published that ridiculous birthday card. It was
- 36:47Speaker 2: a birthday card that looked like all sorts of celebrities
- 36:49Speaker 2: mailed in all sorts of birthday greetings. There was one
- 36:54Speaker 2: from Donald Trump, which is clearly not Donald Trump, so
- 36:58Speaker 2: most likely Epstein just faked it. He does know a
- 37:01Speaker 2: few celebrities, he sent him some birthday stuff, but it
- 37:04Speaker 2: looks like looks like he forged some of them. The
- 37:08Speaker 2: one from Donald Trump is an obscene drawing with Trump's
- 37:11Speaker 2: signature under it. I got a lot of Trump's signatures
- 37:14Speaker 2: on a lot of letters and notes, and that signature
- 37:18Speaker 2: doesn't match any of them, so it's clearly not Trump's signature,
- 37:21Speaker 2: and that obscene drawing. It doesn't look like anything Trump
- 37:24Speaker 2: would do, so they published it. Trump is suing them
- 37:29Speaker 2: for ten billion. Now here's the problem. He may have
- 37:32Speaker 2: a case here, but he's suing for damage to his reputation.
- 37:37Speaker 2: It's a tough case to make. I mean, who could
- 37:40Speaker 2: have a reputation that's been more attacked than Donald Trump?
- 37:43Speaker 2: How could you make the case in the courtroom that
- 37:45Speaker 2: what they said about me was so harmful to me
- 37:49Speaker 2: when the worst things on earth are being said about
- 37:51Speaker 2: you a billion times a day, every second, all over them.
- 37:54Speaker 2: So how could you claim your reputation was hurt? And
- 37:58Speaker 2: the Wall Street Journal can claim it was an Epstein
- 38:01Speaker 2: birthday card? Thing came from Epstein, came from his files.
- 38:04Speaker 2: We had every reason to publish it. It was from Epstein.
- 38:08Speaker 2: May have been faked by him, but it was from him.
- 38:11Speaker 2: So we'll see where this lawsuit goes. Bruce Springsteen, now
- 38:19Speaker 2: I never thought he was that political. I mean, in
- 38:21Speaker 2: all the years, you know, there's some songs about America
- 38:24Speaker 2: about this, but he's never been political.
- 38:27Speaker 3: But he's guts and I.
- 38:28Speaker 2: Don't know if he really has as much Trump hatred.
- 38:30Speaker 2: I think he does. But can also be for business purposes.
- 38:34Speaker 2: You know, he's an old old timer from him way
- 38:37Speaker 2: back when, and they're trying to stay cutting edge current.
- 38:40Speaker 2: And he attacked Trump like crazy. Well maybe it's good
- 38:43Speaker 2: for his business, but and it's fine. You know, you
- 38:47Speaker 2: want to attack Trump.
- 38:48Speaker 3: Great.
- 38:49Speaker 2: I don't think anybody takes Bruce Springsteen seriously when it
- 38:52Speaker 2: comes to politics. But if you were watching in a
- 38:55Speaker 2: week or two, boy, in the middle of the concert,
- 38:57Speaker 2: he starts doing a rant about Trump. Actually it's on
- 39:00Speaker 2: my Twitter if you can take a look at it.
- 39:02Speaker 2: He's ranting about Trump, how he's destroying America. But the
- 39:06Speaker 2: funniest thing, you can see the video on my Twitter.
- 39:08Speaker 2: He's reading it off a teleprompter. He's not the brightest
- 39:11Speaker 2: guy in the world, so he has to read the
- 39:13Speaker 2: rant off a teleprompter. But apparently last night he's at
- 39:18Speaker 2: a concert, doing a concert in DC. Now, you go
- 39:21Speaker 2: to a Bruce concert, you're paying a fortune to sit there.
- 39:23Speaker 2: What are you paying all this money for for him
- 39:25Speaker 2: to do his hits, for him to entertain you. You're at
- 39:28Speaker 2: a concert, You're there to have fun. So apparently he
- 39:33Speaker 2: launched into a vulgar rant about Trump, using the F words, screaming,
- 39:39Speaker 2: the effing White House. He's screaming, screaming in this rant.
- 39:44Speaker 2: But here's the thing. It went on for six minutes,
- 39:50Speaker 2: six minutes of screaming about Trump. This is in the
- 39:53Speaker 2: middle of a concert. Six minutes. That's two songs that
- 39:57Speaker 2: could have been in there. He's just going on and
- 40:00Speaker 2: on and on. Now a lot of people around him
- 40:02Speaker 2: are starting to worry, really worry that he's becoming unhinged.
- 40:07Speaker 2: If you hate Trump, great, you know, yell about it
- 40:09Speaker 2: for ten seconds, twenty seconds in between songs, a minute
- 40:13Speaker 2: if you have to. But if I can't even play
- 40:16Speaker 2: it on the air because it's a lot of f words.
- 40:19Speaker 2: But it's really deranged ranting. He's not even saying anything.
- 40:22Speaker 2: He's just screaming and yelling about Trump, and he's just
- 40:25Speaker 2: repeating things over and over again. Six minutes, six minutes
- 40:31Speaker 2: in the middle of a concert. Yeah, you don't talk
- 40:34Speaker 2: about anything for six minutes in the middle of a concert.
- 40:37Speaker 2: So people starting to worry that they're gonna have to
- 40:42Speaker 2: do Something're gonna have to medicate him a little, give
- 40:44Speaker 2: him some of the oj on trial medication and mellow
- 40:47Speaker 2: them out, get him to calm down. Hey, Stephen Colbert
- 40:51Speaker 2: went off the air and Byron Allen replaced it with
- 40:54Speaker 2: his comics Unleashed. It's pretty good, actually, you know, if
- 40:59Speaker 2: you'll watch it, it's pretty much it's the same thing
- 41:01Speaker 2: as Gutfeld. It's four comedians and shares and its Gutfeld's
- 41:05Speaker 2: very funny, and this is very funny, and you start
- 41:07Speaker 2: to realize, you know, that's what late night TV was
- 41:09Speaker 2: supposed to be. You know, you're supposed to get all
- 41:12Speaker 2: riled up and angry and Trump hatred and get yourself
- 41:15Speaker 2: all into a frenzy over Trump before you go to sleep.
- 41:18Speaker 2: But if you watch that Byron Allen show, or you know,
- 41:21Speaker 2: like Gutfeld, it's very charming, relaxed, it's very funny, you laugh,
- 41:26Speaker 2: it's humor. It's what you want to watch right before
- 41:28Speaker 2: you fall asleep. To take a look at it tonight,
- 41:32Speaker 2: it's on eleven thirty to twelve thirty, and it's just
- 41:35Speaker 2: very funny stuff. It's really funny, and it's doing well.
- 41:39Speaker 2: Now you're going to see in the fake news they're
- 41:42Speaker 2: going to put out all these numbers about how the
- 41:44Speaker 2: ratings are terrible, how it's down eighty five percent for Colbert. Well,
- 41:48Speaker 2: that's not really true. Overall, I think it's averaging about
- 41:52Speaker 2: a million people, which is not you know, Colbert didn't
- 41:54Speaker 2: do much more than that. But again, it just came on.
- 41:58Speaker 2: It's going to take a while to attract its own audience. Obviously,
- 42:01Speaker 2: the angry hate field Colbert audience. They're not looking for
- 42:05Speaker 2: laughs in comedy, so they went away. And it'll take
- 42:08Speaker 2: Byron Allen a while to attract his own audience. So
- 42:11Speaker 2: the overall number looks like it's down. But but Byron
- 42:16Speaker 2: Allen has been putting out these numbers. You know, a
- 42:19Speaker 2: lot of these ratings come from New York in LA
- 42:21Speaker 2: and d C. New York and LA, the major cities,
- 42:24Speaker 2: the very blue elitist in New York, you know, Washington,
- 42:28Speaker 2: d C, LA, that crowd. But Byron Allan has been
- 42:32Speaker 2: putting out the breakdowns of real America, you know, the
- 42:35Speaker 2: real heartland of America. If you look at the other cities,
- 42:39Speaker 2: if you look at Nashville, if you look at the Midwest,
- 42:42Speaker 2: if you look at normal places, it's actually beating Colbert already.
- 42:47Speaker 2: It's actually way up from what Colbert had. So give
- 42:51Speaker 2: it a few weeks till people find out it's on.
- 42:53Speaker 2: Takes a little word of mouth takes a little you know,
- 42:56Speaker 2: changing channels before people find it. So a month or
- 42:58Speaker 2: two from now it may have much much bigger ratings
- 43:03Speaker 2: than Colbert ever had. Hey, those iced attention centers, you know,
- 43:07Speaker 2: the one in New Jersey again, tremendous rioting, yelling, screaming.
- 43:13Speaker 2: There's a crazy left wing kooks that are was a
- 43:16Speaker 2: truck driver trying to get out, these protesters blocked him.
- 43:20Speaker 2: He gets out and starts going after them. These are
- 43:24Speaker 2: Antifa thugs there. This's Antifa funded by George Soros types,
- 43:28Speaker 2: funded by Nevill Roy Singman out of China. So they're
- 43:32Speaker 2: ginning all of this up to go after these ice centers.
- 43:35Speaker 2: And of course the knee jerk Democrats play right along
- 43:39Speaker 2: with the Democratic officials. The Mikey Sheryl, the Cory Booker's
- 43:43Speaker 2: yelling about this ice center. And Mark Wayne Mullen, new
- 43:49Speaker 2: Homeland Security Secretary, he's asked about it in this cabinet
- 43:54Speaker 2: meeting yesterday. The cameras are on him and he said,
- 43:56Speaker 2: it's a detention center. It's a prison, it's not a
- 43:59Speaker 2: holiday inn. It's not supposed to be great conditions. Now
- 44:02Speaker 2: there's this controversy about the food that they're being starved
- 44:05Speaker 2: at that. Well, actually they're on a hunger strike, as
- 44:08Speaker 2: though you've been hearing this hunger strike. That's Mikey Cheryl,
- 44:10Speaker 2: that's why we had to act. Well, yeah, it turns
- 44:13Speaker 2: out it's not really a big hunger strike. It's just
- 44:16Speaker 2: a handful of certain detainees want their own ethnic food.
- 44:20Speaker 2: And well here's here's Mark waynemullin.
- 44:22Speaker 12: It's there a sanctuary city and they're no.
- 44:25Speaker 13: Hang on, they say that they're that it's because they're
- 44:29Speaker 13: on a hunger strike, when there was only a handful
- 44:30Speaker 13: of individuals that was refusing to eat because they want
- 44:33Speaker 13: their ethnic group or their ethnic right food. Well, they
- 44:36Speaker 13: go back to the country and get whatever fee they want.
- 44:39Speaker 2: So now most of the people in there by the
- 44:41Speaker 2: way are rapists, murderers, gang members, drug dealers, that sort
- 44:46Speaker 2: of stuff. This is who democrats are defending like crazy.
- 44:49Speaker 2: So he's also got an idea that if you're you know,
- 44:52Speaker 2: some places to New York wherever, or a sanctuary city,
- 44:57Speaker 2: no enforcement, no law enforcement, no, no, we're a sanctuary.
- 45:02Speaker 2: It's an interesting idea. If you're really a sanctuary city
- 45:04Speaker 2: and you're not going to help ice, maybe we'll ban
- 45:08Speaker 2: international flights from coming in. It's interesting.
- 45:10Speaker 12: It's there a sanctuary city and they're receiving international flights
- 45:15Speaker 12: and we're asking them to partner with us at the airport,
- 45:18Speaker 12: but once they walk out of the airport, they're not
- 45:20Speaker 12: going to enforce immigration policy. Maybe we need to have
- 45:24Speaker 12: a really hard look at that because we need to
- 45:26Speaker 12: focus on cities that want to.
- 45:27Speaker 2: Work with us. Yeah, interesting idea. I don't get away
- 45:30Speaker 2: with it. But hey, this sixty minutes, they're trying to
- 45:33Speaker 2: clean house there. Barry Weiss, the new CBS chief, is
- 45:37Speaker 2: trying to get rid of all the fake news, slanted partisans. Yeah,
- 45:41Speaker 2: sixty minutes have been caught lying and wrong about so
- 45:44Speaker 2: many things. Leslie Stall totally wrong, covering up the surveillance
- 45:48Speaker 2: and Trump two, all that kind of stuff. So bad
- 45:50Speaker 2: stuff been going on at sixty minutes. So apparently you
- 45:53Speaker 2: got rid of Sharon al Fonsei. I haven't seen sixty
- 45:56Speaker 2: minutes in years, but apparently she's been there for you years.
- 46:01Speaker 2: So she's leaving. They gave her some other sort of
- 46:03Speaker 2: job at CBS. But she put out a nasty, nasty statement.
- 46:08Speaker 2: She said, don't think for a second that this was
- 46:11Speaker 2: a routine corporate transition. This is not modernization, this is
- 46:16Speaker 2: not restructuring. So he's basically saying I was fired for
- 46:19Speaker 2: my beliefs. Well, good, good, stop slanting sixty minutes. We
- 46:25Speaker 2: think of our old buddies, Mike Wallace and those guys
- 46:29Speaker 2: and Morally Safer and Harry Reason. I look what you're
- 46:32Speaker 2: doing to their show. Hey, ozempic. That's interesting because you
- 46:38Speaker 2: had to try to lose weight. You know, they used
- 46:39Speaker 2: to have diet pills, they used to have all kinds
- 46:42Speaker 2: of weight loss schemes, diets and work that didn't work.
- 46:46Speaker 2: Then ozempic is invented, and all of those kind of shots,
- 46:50Speaker 2: those ozempic type things. You just take the shot and boom,
- 46:53Speaker 2: you lose weight. You see it in your friends, you
- 46:55Speaker 2: see it in people. Well you get that ozmpic, that's it,
- 46:58Speaker 2: weight loss scent success. You're gonna lose weight. It's guaranteed
- 47:02Speaker 2: with the Well, there's another thing like this that's being developed.
- 47:07Speaker 2: I think they're pretty close. They may have a cholesterol
- 47:11Speaker 2: shot that will just bring down your cholesterol. They're working
- 47:14Speaker 2: on this. They're very close to perfecting it, an actual
- 47:17Speaker 2: cholesterol shot. So if you can't get your cholesterol down
- 47:21Speaker 2: you'll take this shot every week, problem solved. There'll be
- 47:24Speaker 2: more and more of these where you'll just take some
- 47:26Speaker 2: injection every week, instantly, instantly solving your problem. Hey, you
- 47:32Speaker 2: got to give credit to Andrew Cuomo. Boy, this guy
- 47:35Speaker 2: I admire the the hootz buthers guys. This guy will
- 47:40Speaker 2: say anything.
- 47:41Speaker 3: You know.
- 47:42Speaker 2: When he governed, one reason everybody hated him so much
- 47:45Speaker 2: after he left is that he was the most left
- 47:48Speaker 2: wing extremist governor we ever had in Albany. He's the
- 47:52Speaker 2: guy that gave us no bail, no jail. He's the
- 47:55Speaker 2: guy that shut Indian Point down. He's the guy that
- 47:58Speaker 2: emptied out the prisons, prisons. He's the guy that totally
- 48:02Speaker 2: changed the parole board, put on all these crazy left
- 48:05Speaker 2: wingers that let everybody out. They let out forty three
- 48:08Speaker 2: cop killers. I may go on and on the craziest
- 48:11Speaker 2: left wing stuff. The worst one he gave us was
- 48:13Speaker 2: the no bail, no jail. I mean that pretty much
- 48:16Speaker 2: caused the crime with But if you watch him on
- 48:19Speaker 2: an interview now, he'll actually say, as a moderate Democrat,
- 48:24Speaker 2: you know these democrats are vert, there's a moderate Democrat.
- 48:27Speaker 2: He actually convinces himself of this and I guess if
- 48:31Speaker 2: you say it enough times, maybe somebody will believe you.
- 48:34Speaker 2: But I'm looking at this yesterday, Joe Biden, there's Cuomo.
- 48:39Speaker 2: He's going after Joe. The people that covered up Joe Biden.
- 48:43Speaker 2: He was totally incapable. Where was everyone? Where was everyone?
- 48:47Speaker 2: Where was the Democratic Party? Where was the chief of staff?
- 48:50Speaker 2: Why didn't they say anything? What about you? You didn't
- 48:54Speaker 2: say anything either for the whole four years, and you
- 48:56Speaker 2: were governor for a good chunk of that. You were
- 48:59Speaker 2: dealing with the Biden Where the hell were you? You
- 49:01Speaker 2: never said a word about it. Now, you got to
- 49:04Speaker 2: give him credit for a nerve, real nerve. I don't
- 49:07Speaker 2: think he's totally delusional. I think he's just good at
- 49:09Speaker 2: the again, just pathological hoods. But it's unbelievable. You know,
- 49:15Speaker 2: the Democrats did that autopsy to see what went wrong
- 49:18Speaker 2: in twenty twenty four, what went wrong in that election?
- 49:22Speaker 2: Well they put out the detailed autopsy. Everybody looking at
- 49:25Speaker 2: it says they can't believe this autopsy. It's the biggest
- 49:28Speaker 2: joke ever. It never mentions Biden's mental state, never says
- 49:32Speaker 2: a word about it, never said anything about the choice
- 49:36Speaker 2: of Tim Waltz, which was total disaster. Never says anything
- 49:40Speaker 2: about Kamala Harris and her bad debate performance, her screwed
- 49:44Speaker 2: up interviews where she doesn't know what she's talking about.
- 49:47Speaker 2: Never gets into her Border czar where she was the
- 49:50Speaker 2: worst in the world. It puts the blame on Biden
- 49:54Speaker 2: allies for failing to rally enough votes. It never gets
- 49:59Speaker 2: into these election process where they tossed Biden out and
- 50:03Speaker 2: appointed a candidate without the public being involved. Hey, we'll
- 50:06Speaker 2: take some calls next. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 50:10Speaker 2: seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two one
- 50:14Speaker 2: zero seven ten.
- 50:16Speaker 1: Give woor a, Bri said on the iHeartRadio app to
- 50:19Speaker 1: hear Marx Simone and all the WOR hosts in an instance,
- 50:24Speaker 1: go back to the Mark Simo show on WOR.
- 50:29Speaker 2: Hey, let's take some calls. Eight hundred three two one
- 50:33Speaker 2: zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two
- 50:36Speaker 2: one zero seven ten. Let's go to Dave in Chicago. Dave,
- 50:40Speaker 2: how you.
- 50:40Speaker 9: Doing, Good morning, Mark.
- 50:42Speaker 6: I'm doing very well. Thank you, Mark.
- 50:44Speaker 11: According to a Financial services company survey, their report says
- 50:49Speaker 11: nearly forty percent of Americans admit that they have gone
- 50:53Speaker 11: on a date to obtain a free meal, and the
- 50:56Speaker 11: cost is approximately ninety five dollars on.
- 51:00Speaker 6: The first date.
- 51:01Speaker 11: Not lastly, Mark, if it was me, I don't care,
- 51:05Speaker 11: I would take them to Patsy's.
- 51:07Speaker 2: Well, Patsy's is a great restaurant, a very impressive place
- 51:12Speaker 2: for our first date. But there are women I guess
- 51:16Speaker 2: that would go out just for the free meal. But
- 51:19Speaker 2: what are you gonna do? I mean, I don't blame them.
- 51:21Speaker 14: I mean.
- 51:24Speaker 2: I'm editing my jokes here. So but it's a good point, Dave.
- 51:28Speaker 2: Thanks for calling if any woman wants to call and
- 51:30Speaker 2: admit to that. But it works the other way. There
- 51:33Speaker 2: are plenty of men who are like Jiggilo's go out
- 51:35Speaker 2: with some wealthy old woman just for the free everything.
- 51:39Speaker 2: Let's go to Rob in Franklin Square. Rob. How you
- 51:43Speaker 2: doing good?
- 51:44Speaker 3: Mark? Good morning?
- 51:46Speaker 15: Yeah, Springstay. He's always been he's always been political. You
- 51:50Speaker 15: remember the forty one shots with the with the unfortunate
- 51:54Speaker 15: shooting of Amadel Dil. You know, you try to blast local.
- 51:58Speaker 15: It was a tragic accident, you know, accidental shooting. But
- 52:02Speaker 15: he's always he's always been political. He jump on the
- 52:04Speaker 15: bag and vandwagon, thank the police and all that.
- 52:07Speaker 2: All right, thanks for calling. Yeah, there's a lot of singers.
- 52:10Speaker 2: Something's in the news. George Floyd, Yeah, y'all, George Floyd
- 52:12Speaker 2: is you know, you throw it in there for ten seconds.
- 52:15Speaker 2: Score political points with that. But when he when Springsteen
- 52:18Speaker 2: yesterday went into this six minute that's a long time
- 52:22Speaker 2: six minute rant about Trump, it sounded like he really, really,
- 52:26Speaker 2: really really is nuts. I mean, he's not the brightest
- 52:29Speaker 2: guy in the world. He can be a brilliant musician
- 52:31Speaker 2: and songwriter and not be that bright. You just have
- 52:35Speaker 2: I don't want to measure names, but some of the
- 52:36Speaker 2: greatest songwriters, they weren't the brightest guy someway. They just
- 52:39Speaker 2: had an incredible gift for writing music. Let's go to
- 52:44Speaker 2: doctor Bob, great surgeon in Long Island. Doctor Bob, how
- 52:47Speaker 2: you doing?
- 52:48Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 52:48Speaker 9: Hi, Mark.
- 52:49Speaker 10: I was looking enough to see Bruce Blakeman in the
- 52:52Speaker 10: memorial the parade at Freednick Little Knick area. He was
- 52:56Speaker 10: fantastic with the crowd presented very well, very warm, greedy,
- 53:00Speaker 10: some welcome to people there. Uh, Swazi did not get
- 53:04Speaker 10: that kind of reception, and there were no one else.
- 53:06Speaker 10: Was any any Greek statue that was in that parade,
- 53:08Speaker 10: which is Swas.
- 53:11Speaker 2: I mean, he's not the worst Democrat, but Bruce Blakeman
- 53:13Speaker 2: has become quite quite a powerful states quite a speaker.
- 53:17Speaker 9: He's the real deal.
- 53:18Speaker 10: Also, we went to a golf outing some of my
- 53:20Speaker 10: friends that page uh for Bruce Blakeman and a big turnout.
- 53:26Speaker 10: He was terrific. He really is the whole pack that.
- 53:28Speaker 10: She really is a great guy. And that's great plans
- 53:31Speaker 10: for the states.
- 53:32Speaker 2: Yeah, perfect choice for governor. Everybody get out there, help
- 53:35Speaker 2: Bruce Blakeman become governor. And thanks for calling, and he'd
- 53:39Speaker 2: be he'd be great. Let's go to uh Linda in
- 53:43Speaker 2: Long Island. Linda, how you doing?
- 53:45Speaker 10: Are you doing?
- 53:47Speaker 4: No?
- 53:47Speaker 6: No, no, it's time.
- 53:48Speaker 2: No wait, let me said, it's you. How are you?
- 53:53Speaker 9: It's been a while, Okay, you missed it. Yeah. Do
- 53:56Speaker 9: you remember when Leslie Still was written up about how
- 54:01Speaker 9: she followed the politicians into the men's room.
- 54:04Speaker 8: Do you remember that? Yeah?
- 54:06Speaker 2: Yeah, you too, Yeah, yeah, she's uh.
- 54:09Speaker 9: Oh my god, it was a while back.
- 54:11Speaker 4: I didn't know if you remember it.
- 54:12Speaker 2: Yeah. She used to be with CBS News like a
- 54:15Speaker 2: you know, reporter on like the evening news. Well million
- 54:19Speaker 2: years ago, that's what she did. She was pretty nice
- 54:21Speaker 2: back then, and then she gets into sixty minutes and
- 54:24Speaker 2: part of it is they are crazy. Part of it
- 54:26Speaker 2: is the culture of fake news. You got to act great, Yeah,
- 54:30Speaker 2: you got to act crazier and crazier. All right, thanks
- 54:33Speaker 2: for calling you. But that's a lot of reporters. They
- 54:35Speaker 2: are the pushiest people in the world. You know, if
- 54:39Speaker 2: you go back a million years, it was always a
- 54:41Speaker 2: little slanted. Walter Cronkite, he was little to the left,
- 54:47Speaker 2: you know, slightly on the air on there, slightly to
- 54:50Speaker 2: the left on the air. Yeah, maybe sticking to the
- 54:52Speaker 2: adjective that sounded a little prejudicial, but he kept it
- 54:58Speaker 2: pretty straight. And I knew well Cronkit in real life.
- 55:00Speaker 2: In real life he was a very very liberal guy.
- 55:04Speaker 2: But you kept it quiet on the air. And then
- 55:06Speaker 2: everything changed. I guess with Dan Rather, he's like the
- 55:09Speaker 2: grandfather of today's fake news. Remember he faked that whole
- 55:13Speaker 2: Bush went a wall with the fake documents, with the
- 55:16Speaker 2: forged documents. CBS eventually fired him over that, and then
- 55:21Speaker 2: that kind of changed the whole game. And then when
- 55:22Speaker 2: Trump came along, they just said we're taking the gloves off. Well,
- 55:26Speaker 2: lie will make up anything. We'll claim there was Russian collusion.
- 55:29Speaker 2: Will make up any preposterous story and push it. Nobody
- 55:33Speaker 2: pushed that Russian collusion fake story more than Stephen Colbert.
- 55:37Speaker 2: Give him credit for that. Let's go to Joe in
- 55:40Speaker 2: Elmwood Park.
- 55:43Speaker 14: Good morning, Mark. Yes, Steve Moore and your last quote.
- 55:48Speaker 14: We lost Budwiser and Newark. We just lost after seventy
- 55:53Speaker 14: five years of the brewery, Budweiser, Anne haus A Bush
- 55:57Speaker 14: and Nowark and another thing. God bless Mark. Yeah, we
- 56:01Speaker 14: got a million. He's doing a good job. We got
- 56:03Speaker 14: a million illegals in New Jersey. Maybe more.
- 56:07Speaker 2: Well, yeah, he's getting plenty of them rounded up. And
- 56:10Speaker 2: you start with the worst. You start with the rapists,
- 56:11Speaker 2: you start with the murderers, you start with the gang members,
- 56:14Speaker 2: you start with the drug dealers. You start with them
- 56:17Speaker 2: and get them in detention and then get them the
- 56:19Speaker 2: hell out of the country. It's an amazing thing. I
- 56:21Speaker 2: never thought you'd never lived to see politicians chase businesses
- 56:25Speaker 2: out of a state. From Budweiser at Exeon leaving New Jersey.
- 56:30Speaker 2: I mean, if you claim to love tax revenue, these
- 56:32Speaker 2: are the biggest payers of tax revenue. Why would you
- 56:35Speaker 2: chase them out besides paying more tax revenue. In fact,
- 56:38Speaker 2: they pay most of it, most of the tax revenues
- 56:41Speaker 2: paid by these businesses. Not only that, they're the employers,
- 56:44Speaker 2: they create all the jobs, so it's absolutely crazy that
- 56:48Speaker 2: they chase them out of a state. Absolutely That's why
- 56:50Speaker 2: you got to give guys like Chuck Schumer credit. You know,
- 56:54Speaker 2: he's the opposite. You got a business, here's my sall number.
- 56:56Speaker 2: Call me anytime you need anything, and in exchange for
- 56:59Speaker 2: a massives. He takes care of every business. But today's
- 57:03Speaker 2: new Democrats, I just want you going. They want you
- 57:06Speaker 2: to close up, fire everybody and leave. Hey, when we
- 57:08Speaker 2: come back. The very funny Jimmy Fayla who's on wor
- 57:13Speaker 2: every night nine to midnight, great show every night. We'll
- 57:16Speaker 2: talk to him next on seven to ten WR.
- 57:20Speaker 1: It's more of Mark the Mark Simone Show on WOR.
- 57:26Speaker 6: Well.
- 57:26Speaker 2: Jimmy Fayla, the great talk show, great comedian. You know
- 57:30Speaker 2: he's on here and now on WR, very popular, doing
- 57:33Speaker 2: really well every night nine to midnight. You can listen
- 57:36Speaker 2: to him weeknights nine to midnight and make sure you
- 57:39Speaker 2: watch his Saturday night TV show. It's the best late
- 57:41Speaker 2: night show on TV. Best monologue in television. It's every
- 57:44Speaker 2: Saturday night, ten o'clock Fox News Channel. Jimmy Fayla, How
- 57:48Speaker 2: you doing.
- 57:50Speaker 6: I'm doing man, I just got back from Reno.
- 57:53Speaker 2: Reno. Yeah, he also tours the country doing a great comedy.
- 57:57Speaker 2: What is it like in Reno?
- 58:00Speaker 8: Well, listen, man, my mom is seventy five. She's never
- 58:04Speaker 8: had mess so you know, you gotta you gotta check
- 58:07Speaker 8: these items off the bucket list.
- 58:09Speaker 6: Well you can you know she was No, she had
- 58:11Speaker 6: a good time. We did it. We did a show.
- 58:13Speaker 8: We lost a little money gambling, but we didn't lose
- 58:16Speaker 8: so much that we wound up working at the Bunny Ranch.
- 58:19Speaker 8: So it was a winning trip.
- 58:21Speaker 9: Uh.
- 58:21Speaker 2: Is that where Michael Corleon? No, No, he was in
- 58:23Speaker 2: Lake Tahoe.
- 58:24Speaker 8: This is Reno, Yes, Tahoe. We drove through there too.
- 58:27Speaker 8: That's really nice. Really uh oh yeah, Taho's real nice.
- 58:31Speaker 8: It's not far from Reno. Just a lot of mountain
- 58:34Speaker 8: roads and you know, you gotta want it because those
- 58:38Speaker 8: roads are not your friend. A lot of like windy
- 58:40Speaker 8: turney curvy roads. But we you know, it's like driving
- 58:44Speaker 8: with tiger woods. It's got a sudden swerve.
- 58:47Speaker 2: So yeah, Reno had it work. Never caught up with
- 58:49Speaker 2: Vegas though they never really took off the same way.
- 58:52Speaker 2: It's a different No.
- 58:54Speaker 8: Reno never caught up with Atlantic City, you know. But
- 58:58Speaker 8: it's having a nice time. They're having a they have
- 58:59Speaker 8: a good thought.
- 59:02Speaker 2: Hey, Jimmy Faylor, let's talk about the crazy Joe Biden.
- 59:06Speaker 2: What a liar this woman is.
- 59:09Speaker 8: Yeah, it's just a she's an actual sociopath. Because the
- 59:14Speaker 8: thing is, you know, she's trying to sell books and
- 59:16Speaker 8: she thinks this is the juicy SoundBite. Oh my god,
- 59:19Speaker 8: I thought he had a stroke. But she's so used
- 59:22Speaker 8: to getting favorable coverage from the media that she's never
- 59:25Speaker 8: pondered like the pushback on something like this, meaning, if
- 59:29Speaker 8: you thought he had a stroke, why did you bring
- 59:31Speaker 8: him to a rally after that debate? Chant four more
- 59:35Speaker 8: years and talked to him like an infant? Do you remember,
- 59:38Speaker 8: she goes, Joe, you did.
- 59:39Speaker 6: It, You answered all the questions and started a four
- 59:43Speaker 6: more years.
- 59:43Speaker 8: So you think your husband had a stroke and the
- 59:45Speaker 8: only thing you're doing is signing him up for four
- 59:47Speaker 8: more years of work.
- 59:49Speaker 6: You're not a spouse, you know.
- 59:51Speaker 8: Well, she's a dirt bag. She liked being on Air
- 59:54Speaker 8: Force one obviously, and you know she liked the media,
- 59:58Speaker 8: really adored her because she was a liberal first lady.
- 1:00:01Speaker 8: I mean, you think about the disparity in coverage. Jill
- 1:00:04Speaker 8: Biden was on the cover of every fashion magazine there is. Okay,
- 1:00:08Speaker 8: Malania Trump gets no magazines. She speaks, he's a supermodel.
- 1:00:12Speaker 8: She speaks five languages. Okay, Jill speaks two languages, English
- 1:00:16Speaker 8: and Joe.
- 1:00:17Speaker 6: You know.
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: So the idea that you know, she got drunk on
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: all of this power, and that's why she was trying
- 1:00:24Speaker 8: to still show for him, like he wasn't run in
- 1:00:26Speaker 8: the country for four year. You know that.
- 1:00:27Speaker 6: I know that.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Yeah, but you know the stroke thing, that's a brilliant
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: lie because if you don't say that, because by saying that,
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: you make it sound like, oh, it's so unusual to
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: see him screw up like that. It was so different
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: that that's why he thought it was a stroke, because
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: it's not like the normal Joe. That way helps the
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: cover up, doesn't it.
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: Yeah, oh, one hundred percent.
- 1:00:47Speaker 8: I mean that's the angle here is she's trying to
- 1:00:50Speaker 8: say with a straight face, that was the only time
- 1:00:52Speaker 8: I saw him like that. The only problem again is
- 1:00:55Speaker 8: we have video of him talking to dead people. We
- 1:00:58Speaker 8: have video of him wandering off at the g twenty
- 1:01:02Speaker 8: you remember the sun with her Italian president had to
- 1:01:05Speaker 8: go get him. We have video of him shaking hands
- 1:01:07Speaker 8: with invisible people. And he also happens to be the
- 1:01:11Speaker 8: only president who made the sign language interpreter shrug. So
- 1:01:15Speaker 8: very hard to make a case for someone being around
- 1:01:18Speaker 8: him every day and not knowing things were a little off.
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: Yeah. Hey, President Trump is a big fan of yours.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: He watches the Saturday night TV show. He loves that show.
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: He's tweeted about it, said so, and he's coming to
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: He's gonna actually see the Knicks. He'll be at first
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: president ever to see an NBA playoff. That's pretty good,
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: isn't it.
- 1:01:38Speaker 6: I'm pumped up.
- 1:01:39Speaker 8: And he was obviously a big fixture at the Garden
- 1:01:41Speaker 8: when he lived here. He went to a lot of
- 1:01:42Speaker 8: those games. Everybody remembers the you know, the videos of
- 1:01:45Speaker 8: the playoffs in the nineties. But I love the Hucal
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: thing so much because if the Kathy Hulkeel blunder of
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: you know, I would challenge him the name the roster
- 1:01:54Speaker 8: of the nineteen ninety three championship team.
- 1:01:56Speaker 6: Do you know what the Knicks were doing.
- 1:01:57Speaker 8: In nineteen ninety three, Mark Heroin. They were hanging out
- 1:02:00Speaker 8: at the Viper Club.
- 1:02:02Speaker 6: They were shooting drugs with Xavier McDaniel whoever was on
- 1:02:05Speaker 6: the team.
- 1:02:06Speaker 8: You know, I'm being silly, but the point is they
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: were out of control. Ninety four, they went okay, and
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: they had a shot against the Rockets, as we all
- 1:02:13Speaker 8: famously remember, and Trump was there for that. Kathy Hochel
- 1:02:17Speaker 8: is you know, her claying the fame and you know this,
- 1:02:20Speaker 8: she's only governor because she was the one woman in
- 1:02:22Speaker 8: Albany who was too annoying for Cuomo to hit on. Okay,
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: if she was a little easier to deal with socially,
- 1:02:31Speaker 8: she would have been on that me too list, Okay,
- 1:02:33Speaker 8: because you know she's just a nut. And she was
- 1:02:36Speaker 8: the one who said do you remember when she said
- 1:02:37Speaker 8: black kids from the Bronx don't know what a computer
- 1:02:40Speaker 8: is like.
- 1:02:42Speaker 6: Can you?
- 1:02:42Speaker 8: I'm assuming one of those kids was in charge of
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: her basketball research, because how the hell else could you
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: get up there and talk about a championship in your
- 1:02:51Speaker 8: town that wasn't one.
- 1:02:53Speaker 6: That's crazy, Yeah, she does.
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: She look like one of those annoying like Upstate suburban
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: real estate agents.
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: Launch.
- 1:03:01Speaker 8: She does she ever man and the worst, just the
- 1:03:06Speaker 8: worst kind, and it's hard to it's hard for me
- 1:03:09Speaker 8: to watch her for any length of time because she
- 1:03:11Speaker 8: does a lot of contrived things, like that line was
- 1:03:14Speaker 8: a contrived thing. And afterwards, her Twitter account tweeted she
- 1:03:19Speaker 8: knew they didn't win a championship. She was trying to
- 1:03:22Speaker 8: bait Trump into thinking they did four d chefs.
- 1:03:26Speaker 6: That's what they tweeted.
- 1:03:28Speaker 8: And I was like, dude, just take the loss and
- 1:03:30Speaker 8: make the story go away.
- 1:03:32Speaker 6: That was worse than the original lot.
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: You know, Hey, Colbert's gone. I've been watching the Byron
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: Allen's show that replaced it. It's kind of like yours. It's,
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: you know, four funny people talking.
- 1:03:44Speaker 6: Yeah, it's silly.
- 1:03:46Speaker 8: But the challenge the Comics Unleashed is it's comedians. They're
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: doing pre planned bits, so it's funny, but we're they're
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: doing bits from their act.
- 1:03:55Speaker 6: So it's like, let's say me and you were.
- 1:03:57Speaker 8: On a show and you have a joke about riding
- 1:03:59Speaker 8: the subway. I have a joke about going to the gym. Okay,
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: Byron looks at you and goes, now, Mark, how do
- 1:04:05Speaker 8: you get to work every day, and you do your
- 1:04:07Speaker 8: joke about the subway, and then he turns to me
- 1:04:10Speaker 8: and goes, well, Jimmy, maybe you wouldn't need that gym membership.
- 1:04:14Speaker 6: You were talking about backstage.
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: If you travel the way Mark does, then that's my
- 1:04:17Speaker 8: you to.
- 1:04:18Speaker 6: Do the subway bit. So the whole thing.
- 1:04:20Speaker 8: Is contrived and fake, and people usually like it at
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: first because it is funny. It's comics doing good bits
- 1:04:26Speaker 8: from their act. But once you see how contrived it is, yeah,
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: it's kind of hard to unsee. That. Being said, it's
- 1:04:33Speaker 8: about eighty million dollars a year cheaper than Colbert, so
- 1:04:35Speaker 8: it's going to be around for a little while.
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: Yeah, so you know your Saturday night show. It's very good,
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: it's right. But the monologue is the best monologue in TV.
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: It's the only thing like it, like Carson, like Leno,
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: where you make fun of both sides. It's just genuinely funny.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: It's not angry partisan. It's doing very well. So do
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: you think any network will figure out if this is
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: what we need? It's just fun and fun.
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: It's hot.
- 1:05:02Speaker 8: You know what the challenge is something like that is
- 1:05:05Speaker 8: you need, first of all, you need to be able
- 1:05:06Speaker 8: to do that, and most of these guys who wanted
- 1:05:10Speaker 8: to post in late night shows don't really have a
- 1:05:12Speaker 8: background in stand up you know what I mean. Like
- 1:05:14Speaker 8: Cobert couldn't do this if he wanted to, because he's
- 1:05:16Speaker 8: not a he's gonna stand a background, you know. Like
- 1:05:19Speaker 8: even Gutfeldt's kind of like a monologue guy, you know,
- 1:05:22Speaker 8: where he sits in his chair and writes his monologues.
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: He doesn't really have a background, so he shows a
- 1:05:25Speaker 8: little more to the right. But like you actually, first
- 1:05:28Speaker 8: of all, have to be able to do it, which
- 1:05:29Speaker 8: not a lot of people can. But second of all,
- 1:05:31Speaker 8: the real challenge for these networks is, you know, they've
- 1:05:35Speaker 8: been driving home this narrative that everybody over here at
- 1:05:38Speaker 8: Fox is just sitting around in maga hats punching liberal
- 1:05:41Speaker 8: babies all day. So it's hard to justify the reality
- 1:05:45Speaker 8: that were actually decent people and we do talk to
- 1:05:48Speaker 8: both sides, because they've been force feeding the audience this
- 1:05:52Speaker 8: narrative that we don't like. They think we're a right
- 1:05:55Speaker 8: wing attack machine. Yet half our audience wants to shoot
- 1:05:58Speaker 8: the TV because of how many.
- 1:05:59Speaker 6: Liberals we have.
- 1:06:00Speaker 8: Yeah, you know, think of all the heat Jessica tarlokcats
- 1:06:03Speaker 8: because she's a real liberal and we let her.
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: We let her express liberal views that our audience might
- 1:06:08Speaker 6: not agree with. Whereas when you throw on.
- 1:06:10Speaker 8: An MSNBC, the Republican on MSNBC is like a chicken
- 1:06:14Speaker 8: that works at pop offs. You know, he ain't looking
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: out for chicken, okay, And that's the reality of MSNBC.
- 1:06:20Speaker 8: Joe Scarborough is supposedly the Republican on that channel.
- 1:06:23Speaker 6: Are you anyone gonna tell me with a straight.
- 1:06:25Speaker 8: Face that he's out espousing Republican viewpoints?
- 1:06:29Speaker 6: It's banana?
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: Yeah? Hey, Also, you're you do I think the longest
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: monologue in TV is like twenty something minutes. Yeah, Colbert did,
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: Like Colbert did four minutes and he had twenty two writers,
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: So how do you do it everything for twenty.
- 1:06:43Speaker 8: Two writers four minutes? And the joke is always Trump?
- 1:06:47Speaker 6: I mean the truth is what helps me for real
- 1:06:50Speaker 6: is being on radio nine to midnight.
- 1:06:52Speaker 8: Here on w r you are covering the news cycle
- 1:06:54Speaker 8: for three hours a night, so it's kind of all
- 1:06:57Speaker 8: in your head by the time you sit down to
- 1:06:59Speaker 8: write a TV show. So for me, I don't find
- 1:07:01Speaker 8: it to be particularly hard. It's just figuring out how
- 1:07:05Speaker 8: to package the things they need to say.
- 1:07:08Speaker 6: It's not you know, because I'm not doing.
- 1:07:09Speaker 8: News, You're doing comedy. So the comedy might be about
- 1:07:13Speaker 8: the news, but you've got to figure out which news
- 1:07:16Speaker 8: really lends itself to the surrounding story.
- 1:07:19Speaker 6: You know. That's where there's always some kind of.
- 1:07:21Speaker 8: A through line.
- 1:07:22Speaker 6: And that'll definitely be tomorrow.
- 1:07:24Speaker 8: That'll definitely be a lot of what I'm doing, Like
- 1:07:26Speaker 8: Saturday Night is this week had a lot of craziness,
- 1:07:29Speaker 8: like the vegan senator in Texas who thinks God is
- 1:07:31Speaker 8: a woman. Yeah, okay, that's a crazy week. Okay, the
- 1:07:36Speaker 8: electric Ferrari that has a fing you know that the
- 1:07:38Speaker 8: electric Ferrari has an actual motor noise, like they have
- 1:07:42Speaker 8: a fake motor noise on it, Like you put a
- 1:07:44Speaker 8: quarter in it outside of supermarket. Okay, like it's bananas.
- 1:07:49Speaker 8: So there's a lot of things. You basically find things
- 1:07:51Speaker 8: that are worthy of our mockery that the audience watched
- 1:07:54Speaker 8: this week.
- 1:07:55Speaker 6: And you just let it rip, and that's that's what
- 1:07:57Speaker 6: we'll be doing.
- 1:07:58Speaker 8: I'm ready.
- 1:07:58Speaker 6: I can't wait.
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: But if you haven't seen it, watch Jimmy fail A
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: Saturday Nights at ten o'clock. It's the best late night
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: show on TV. You can go online and see you

- 1:08:11Speaker 2: nine to midnight. It's really good. Who's on tonight?
- 1:08:17Speaker 8: Oh, Kennedy's back tonight because she's all fired up about
- 1:08:21Speaker 8: this Sprent Spencer Pratt thing. Because Kennedy had a house
- 1:08:24Speaker 8: out in the Pacific Palisade before they decided to empty
- 1:08:28Speaker 8: the fire hydrants and had to a swim up bar
- 1:08:30Speaker 8: in Ghana with Karen Bath, so she's fired up. We're
- 1:08:33Speaker 8: gonna have a good pow wow with Kennedy.
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: Later, all right, And it's just great. So three hours
- 1:08:37Speaker 2: of great, great talk and fun and the last you'll
- 1:08:39Speaker 2: love it. It's tonight and every weeknight, nine to midnight

- 1:09:23Speaker 2: Well, Hey, it looks like the word is there's some
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: sort of deal that's been reached with Iran. There isn't
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: Iran agreement that's on its way to the President. He
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: hasn't looked at it or approved it yet, but that's
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: the word. Keep an eye on that. There'll be a
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: press briefing today at two o'clock. The Press secretary on
- 1:09:41Speaker 2: maternity leave, so Scott Besstt will handle it. But I
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: imagine at that briefing there'll be a lot to talk
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: about this Iran deal, about Egen Carroll and all that
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: sort of stuff, and we'll be back tomorrow to discuss
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: it all. I'm here every day ten to noon, or

- 1:10:02Speaker 2: listen to it anytime, day or night wherever you get podcasts,
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: so I'll be back tomorrow at ten. Have a great
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: day seven ten wor
