- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice shooters. It's nice.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Lovel lovel lo loo welcome to the notty. But I
- 0:17Speaker 2: show up your house, drump shooter, and it is Wednesday,
- 0:20Speaker 2: which means I doar. Friend. Donny matrim joins us, Hey, Donnie,
- 0:23Speaker 2: are you there? Hello?
- 0:24Speaker 1: Little I'm glad to be back. I missed you guys
- 0:27Speaker 1: last week.
- 0:28Speaker 2: We missed. We talked about you behind your back.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Did you listen?
- 0:30Speaker 2: Good?
- 0:31Speaker 1: There's so much to say. I mean, they're good, there's bad,
- 0:33Speaker 1: there's ugly, there's all lit. No, I'm back home, and yeah,
- 0:38Speaker 1: I know it's weird because we're a happy podcast and
- 0:41Speaker 1: we're just we like makee people laugh. But people don't
- 0:44Speaker 1: talk enough about when you go home. It's the feelings
- 0:47Speaker 1: you have and the feelings you leave with. And so
- 0:51Speaker 1: that's where I was for an entire one.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Yeah, it's tricky. I have a really pleasant experience with
- 0:56Speaker 2: my family, but nevertheless, when I go back home, divert
- 1:00Speaker 2: into that box, that role that I was assigned to play,
- 1:04Speaker 2: and you played for the first what sixteen, seventeen, eighteen,
- 1:07Speaker 2: maybe nineteen twenty years of your life, and then you
- 1:09Speaker 2: leave and you spread your wings. But then whenever I
- 1:12Speaker 2: go back, I'm back to being that little boy. You're like, I.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Don't have to play this game anymore. I don't play
- 1:18Speaker 1: it with my friends. This is who I am. I'm
- 1:20Speaker 1: going to be this person. I'm sorry.
- 1:22Speaker 2: Yeah, it's hard, isn't it. Families can be really hard.
- 1:24Speaker 2: But we're lucky enough that we've made our own little
- 1:26Speaker 2: family here on the Naughty but Nice Show. Naughties, you
- 1:30Speaker 2: are so kind to us. Thank you for that. Let's
- 1:32Speaker 2: jump into the show and see if we can cheer
- 1:34Speaker 2: up at Onie. What time is it, my friends?
- 1:36Speaker 1: It is pea time.
- 1:39Speaker 2: So I got a few notes about yesterday show, particularly
- 1:42Speaker 2: from my friend Robbie, who listens Hello Robbie, Yllo lelo.
- 1:45Speaker 2: She said it sounded like I was whispering because I
- 1:47Speaker 2: didn't want to wake up Bruce. Actually, you are onto
- 1:50Speaker 2: something you Noughti's known me very well. I was whispering
- 1:54Speaker 2: a little bit, but it had nothing to do with
- 1:56Speaker 2: me being a considerate husband. I had a sore throat.
- 2:00Speaker 2: We were out late on Monday night and I was talking, talking, talking,
- 2:05Speaker 2: and by one o'clock I'd practically lost my voice. And
- 2:09Speaker 2: so that's probably why yesterday's show might have been a
- 2:12Speaker 2: little bit more soft, but don't worry, it's back today. Okay.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Big story at the top of the show. Meghan Marckle
- 2:17Speaker 2: and Harry their allies are mucking Kate Middleton's photoshop mishap.
- 2:23Speaker 2: This is not helping. So in the midst of Kate's
- 2:27Speaker 2: photoshop debarcles, sources close to Meghan and Harry have weighed
- 2:31Speaker 2: in asserting that this missstep would never have happened to
- 2:36Speaker 2: Megan or Harry, not on their watch. So, according to insiders,
- 2:40Speaker 2: the exiled British Royals but believe that they would face
- 2:44Speaker 2: severe backlash if they had done this, So we're all
- 2:48Speaker 2: being very supportive of Kate, almost sympathetic.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Now.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Harry and Meghan's friends are saying, had Harry and Meghan
- 2:56Speaker 2: photoshopped a picture, the response would have been different. So
- 3:00Speaker 2: they're comparing what they think the response would have been
- 3:03Speaker 2: to them to what the response has been to Meghan.
- 3:07Speaker 2: They also added that despite her apology for any confusion caused,
- 3:14Speaker 2: sauces say that Harry and Meghan would never have made
- 3:19Speaker 2: this mistake. Say Megan, it's quite meticulous. She notices every
- 3:23Speaker 2: single detail. This isn't a mistake. Meghan would have made
- 3:27Speaker 2: a couple of questions here. One should these sauces these
- 3:30Speaker 2: friends shut up? And two are they right? Meghan might
- 3:34Speaker 2: not have made this mistake? What do you think?
- 3:36Speaker 1: Well, okay, you know I'm all the time using team Meghan.
- 3:40Speaker 1: I'm not team Meghan here because the thing is as though,
- 3:43Speaker 1: is I don't think Kate's got off easy here. There
- 3:47Speaker 1: are a lot of people like making fun of her.
- 3:49Speaker 1: If you go on Twitter or x is what it's
- 3:52Speaker 1: called now, you know formally noticed Twitter, everybody is making
- 3:55Speaker 1: fun of Kate Middleton and they're making fun of the
- 3:58Speaker 1: photoshop fail. But if you think of it, Kim Kardashian
- 4:01Speaker 1: has done it. Remember Chloe Kardashian did it recently with
- 4:03Speaker 1: her hands in the car. And that's the thing. It's like,
- 4:06Speaker 1: I get it. Yes, people photoshop photos all the time,
- 4:10Speaker 1: but not everybody is the future Queen of England and
- 4:14Speaker 1: has been missing for weeks. I think that is where
- 4:18Speaker 1: this all stems from. If she wouldn't have been missing
- 4:20Speaker 1: for weeks and she would have just did a photoshop fail,
- 4:22Speaker 1: people have been like, oh ha haha, photo yeah fail.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Yeah, it's the added experience, isn't it. One little knock nah,
- 4:29Speaker 2: two knocks, three knocks four knocks and they start to
- 4:31Speaker 2: add up, and I think that's what's going on here
- 4:32Speaker 2: with Kate. We've not seen her since Christmas Day, and
- 4:35Speaker 2: so now add to this this photo, and now we're suspicious.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Is she trying to mislead us? What is really going on?
- 4:43Speaker 2: Why the dickens have we not seen Kate? But going
- 4:46Speaker 2: back to Harry and Meghan here, I've done this. I've
- 4:50Speaker 2: been the friend who has laughed or made fun of
- 4:53Speaker 2: a common enemy, somebody that we don't like, thinking I'm
- 4:57Speaker 2: helping Donnie. If something happen to somebody that you didn't like,
- 5:02Speaker 2: I'd be like, it wouldn't happen to Donnie. But that
- 5:04Speaker 2: actually doesn't help. It brings Harry and Meghan into a
- 5:09Speaker 2: story that they have no business being in. Do I
- 5:12Speaker 2: think Harry and Meghan are sitting in California paying attention
- 5:16Speaker 2: to this? Yes? I do. I think they're googling.
- 5:18Speaker 1: She's seventy in laughing the sitting.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Yes, But the friends shouldn't tell us if they're real friends,
- 5:24Speaker 2: zip it don't bring Meghan and Harry into this. What
- 5:28Speaker 2: do you think though about the idea that this wouldn't
- 5:32Speaker 2: have happened to Meghan? That she's much more hands on
- 5:36Speaker 2: that she's more meticulous. What do you think about that?
- 5:40Speaker 1: I mean, we say that, but then again, I go
- 5:41Speaker 1: back to what I said before it happened to Kim
- 5:43Speaker 1: Kardashian did one of the most crafted, handmade celebrities in
- 5:48Speaker 1: the world. Somebody would have a team of I would
- 5:51Speaker 1: almost argue that the Kardashians have a team bigger than
- 5:54Speaker 1: Cap Middleton's team, or bigger than Megan Markles team, and
- 5:57Speaker 1: they've made these fails. So I think it's like Meghan
- 6:01Speaker 1: says this, but also, Meghan, you've done a lot of
- 6:03Speaker 1: dumb things. Remember you went to that restaurant called the
- 6:06Speaker 1: Duchess or whatever right after you wanted to not be
- 6:08Speaker 1: called the Duchess. This is the thing. Meghan makes mistakes
- 6:11Speaker 1: too in this It just it's ar coming across a
- 6:14Speaker 1: little petty.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Isn't it. Just? No, you're right, and part of me
- 6:17Speaker 2: wants to be like, oh, let's leave Kate alone and
- 6:20Speaker 2: let let Kate recover, Let's leave her in peace. I
- 6:23Speaker 2: hate that this forced mistake is making us talk about
- 6:27Speaker 2: it because we were talking about Kate. Although it started
- 6:29Speaker 2: to die down a little bit after we saw the
- 6:31Speaker 2: picture of her with her mom, Carol. But now this
- 6:34Speaker 2: this photoshop, Oh my goodness, that's why we're all talking
- 6:37Speaker 2: about let's leave Kate alone, which brings us to our
- 6:40Speaker 2: whole question of the day. Meghan and Harry's friends are
- 6:43Speaker 2: mocking Kate Middleton's photos sharp disaster. They're saying that this
- 6:49Speaker 2: would never this mistake would never have happened to Megan.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Do you agree? Do you think Meghan would have made
- 6:55Speaker 2: a mistake like this? It could happen to anybody, couldn't it.
- 6:57Speaker 2: What do you think? Go vote on our Twitter page
- 7:00Speaker 2: naughty nice rabat Facebook pages naughty gossip. But I'm be
- 7:03Speaker 2: sure to check back tomorrow hour to hear your results.
- 7:07Speaker 2: Hey Donny, what are you working on?
- 7:09Speaker 1: But I will say I'm excited to listen tomorrow and
- 7:11Speaker 1: I want to hear what the results are of this poll.
- 7:13Speaker 1: That poem actually excites me because I think more people
- 7:15Speaker 1: will agree with me. But that's okay. Anyways, Matthew Perry
- 7:19Speaker 1: his will has come out and he's revealed the executors
- 7:23Speaker 1: and surprising trust name. So you know, Matthew Perry passed
- 7:27Speaker 1: away the friends. According to documents, he appointed Lisa Ferguson
- 7:31Speaker 1: and Robin Ruzan as co executors of his one billion
- 7:35Speaker 1: dollar estate within the Alvi Singer Living Trust, a nod
- 7:39Speaker 1: to Woody Allen's character from Annie Hall. Oh that's right. Yes,
- 7:45Speaker 1: so with the beneficiaries which he made it in two
- 7:47Speaker 1: thousand and nine, his father, his mother, his half siblings,
- 7:50Speaker 1: and his ex girlfriend. Funny, weird, funny, I say funny,
- 7:54Speaker 1: but because it is a little funny, but it's also weird.
- 7:57Speaker 1: He's specified although he doesn't have any kids, that if
- 8:00Speaker 1: he did have any kids, none of his kids would
- 8:03Speaker 1: benefit from his estate. So, Rob, this is where I
- 8:06Speaker 1: need a little clarification on this. He has a one
- 8:09Speaker 1: million dollar estate. I just I are that friends money?
- 8:15Speaker 1: Is that saying that's all he had was one million left?
- 8:17Speaker 2: No, he has a million dollars in certain assets. He's
- 8:22Speaker 2: a state he's worth tens of millions, if not hundreds
- 8:26Speaker 2: of millions. Now, he did not die with a million
- 8:29Speaker 2: dollar here. I think that this million dollars is how
- 8:32Speaker 2: much money he had in the bank or how much
- 8:34Speaker 2: cass he had on hand. No, there are tens, if
- 8:37Speaker 2: not hundreds of millions of dollars here, which is why
- 8:39Speaker 2: it's really important for him to have executors. Now, an
- 8:42Speaker 2: executor just puts whatever you want in your will into place,
- 8:48Speaker 2: So an executor doesn't really have as much power as
- 8:51Speaker 2: you think. Your will is the ultimate documentaryar and that's
- 8:55Speaker 2: what he has. So he has a will. He's been
- 8:57Speaker 2: quite clear about where he wants his money to go.
- 9:00Speaker 2: His family are the people he trusts them most, so
- 9:03Speaker 2: that's why his mother, his father, his half siblings, his
- 9:07Speaker 2: ex girlfriend too, are in charge of this and also
- 9:11Speaker 2: benefacts of it. So they will be getting a lot
- 9:14Speaker 2: of money. I'm told to a massive amount of his
- 9:17Speaker 2: money's going to charity. He's going to give a lot
- 9:19Speaker 2: of it to a foundation that he's going to start up.
- 9:22Speaker 2: You're right, it's a little bit confusing here. You're going
- 9:24Speaker 2: to see reports of this million dollars in the press. No,
- 9:27Speaker 2: that is a red herring. There's hundreds of millions of
- 9:30Speaker 2: dollars here. Friends alone earned every cast member between twenty
- 9:35Speaker 2: and thirty million dollars a year, and it's been on
- 9:38Speaker 2: for many, many years. It's been off for a lot
- 9:40Speaker 2: of years too, but it's always on TV playing, so
- 9:42Speaker 2: that's why they are worth so much money. But it
- 9:45Speaker 2: is interesting too what he says about children. He doesn't
- 9:47Speaker 2: have any children, but he did say in the will.
- 9:51Speaker 2: In the will that any potential children that he might
- 9:55Speaker 2: have would inherit nothing. Although he did have no offspring.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Although maybe there might be a baby out there that
- 10:02Speaker 2: we don't know about. Matthew was a red blooded chap
- 10:06Speaker 2: He enjoyed the ladies, so potentially, Donnie, there could be
- 10:11Speaker 2: a kid. But if you are Matthew Perry's son a daughter,
- 10:16Speaker 2: bad luck, because here you're getting nothing from the esseect nothing.
- 10:20Speaker 2: I don't put that in your will. I mean, it's
- 10:21Speaker 2: very clear he does not want any children getting any money.
- 10:25Speaker 1: I think about this in a very personal question. But
- 10:27Speaker 1: do you have a will?
- 10:28Speaker 2: I do not.
- 10:29Speaker 1: I probably should you should?
- 10:32Speaker 2: Yeah? Can I be the executor of your will? Please?
- 10:34Speaker 1: I mean I have not much to offer, but I
- 10:37Speaker 1: do have something, Darling.
- 10:39Speaker 2: You have a regular slot every Wednesday on the Naughty
- 10:41Speaker 2: but Nice podcast. Now that alone you should leave a
- 10:46Speaker 2: million dollar trust. Okay, this story is quite serious. So
- 10:49Speaker 2: Raquel Lewis is really rebuking Lisa van der Pump for
- 10:54Speaker 2: victims shaming in the Revenge Paul lawsuit. Sir Raquel, who's
- 10:59Speaker 2: now Rachel. It gets confusing, so Raquel. Rachel is firing
- 11:03Speaker 2: back at Lisa vander Pump accusing her former boss a
- 11:06Speaker 2: victims shaving amid her revenge porn lawsuit against Tom and Adriana.
- 11:13Speaker 2: So she is saying that the former boss is dismissing
- 11:16Speaker 2: her legal action as quote ridiculous. That's what Lisa said,
- 11:19Speaker 2: It's ridiculous. But she's saying, hang on a minute, Lisa,
- 11:21Speaker 2: did you even read the brief? I doubt you did,
- 11:24Speaker 2: because she's saying these comments would not have been made.
- 11:27Speaker 2: And then Rachel Raquel is clarifying that the lawsuit resolves
- 11:32Speaker 2: around a FaceTime video that was recorded without her knowledge
- 11:36Speaker 2: or her consent and allegedly shared amongst the cast members.
- 11:41Speaker 2: And she said this video should never have been filmed,
- 11:45Speaker 2: it shouldn't have been shared. I think she's implying here
- 11:49Speaker 2: that it's pornographic in nature. Don't record people without their permission,
- 11:55Speaker 2: and if you're stupid, mean enough to do that, don't
- 11:59Speaker 2: share it. I think Rachel Raquel is right here, and Lisa,
- 12:04Speaker 2: be careful what you say here because call and get
- 12:06Speaker 2: ridiculous and not knowing all the facts is only gonna
- 12:10Speaker 2: make Lisa look terrible. But all the details do come out. Yeah.
- 12:14Speaker 1: The thing is that though I think people out there
- 12:16Speaker 1: need to know this. This is even if you film
- 12:18Speaker 1: something on your phone, you send it to somebody, you're
- 12:21Speaker 1: a consenting adult. They are consenting adult. If that person
- 12:24Speaker 1: turns around and post it online, if that person turns
- 12:28Speaker 1: around shows it to other people, they are liable. So
- 12:32Speaker 1: that's where the revenge porn lawsuit comes into effect, because
- 12:36Speaker 1: you know, it's it's just gross. It's a gross thing
- 12:40Speaker 1: to do. Because I don't shame people send voto photos,
- 12:44Speaker 1: send you know, be proud of your body, but if
- 12:46Speaker 1: you receive something, don't go around showing everybody. It's not
- 12:50Speaker 1: cool and it's illegal. It's a legal for people to
- 12:53Speaker 1: know that.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it's illegal. And that's what Rachel Raquel here is
- 12:56Speaker 2: really got on her side. There's laws against this. This
- 12:58Speaker 2: isn't a brother law. And can't decide which way to
- 13:01Speaker 2: go on this equation, right or wrong. He can't do
- 13:04Speaker 2: a poll and watch what happens lime and make the decision.
- 13:06Speaker 2: There's there's a law here. There's there's so many many
- 13:08Speaker 2: laws here. And it sounds as if Rachel Raquel of
- 13:11Speaker 2: what she's saying is true, people are really as serious
- 13:14Speaker 2: there's trouble here, a million, absolutely, And Lisa, you put
- 13:19Speaker 2: yourself at risk here. You said something dumb. Don't say
- 13:22Speaker 2: anything until you know all the facts. Okay, we were
- 13:26Speaker 2: all talking on this show, certainly maybe everywhere else too,
- 13:29Speaker 2: about John Cena being naked at the Oscars. Now, Jimmy
- 13:32Speaker 2: Kimmel's revealing that ABC you were not quite a supportive.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Delicious. So Jimmy Kimmel, he came out and he says
- 13:45Speaker 1: that the ABC execs were actually a little nervous about
- 13:49Speaker 1: the whole John Cena's git. He goes, they were terrified
- 13:52Speaker 1: over the unconventional idea. And I think about him, like,
- 13:55Speaker 1: there's nothing really unconventional about that, because if you've seen
- 13:58Speaker 1: it came out now that he was actually wearing like
- 14:00Speaker 1: a manchini, he was covered with whatever undernea he's covered up,
- 14:04Speaker 1: weren't fully naked. But he goes, there were extensive meetings, emails,
- 14:08Speaker 1: phone calls, anxiety among ABC executives. But this is the thing.
- 14:12Speaker 1: I think that people don't realize we're in the business
- 14:16Speaker 1: and they think that's funny, and that the executives have
- 14:18Speaker 1: just been like, hah, that's funny. No, I can imagine
- 14:21Speaker 1: there was month long about yes one what three minutes
- 14:26Speaker 1: get yeah?
- 14:27Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, Oh. There was meetings, days of meetings, weeks
- 14:30Speaker 2: of meetings about this. And remember too, in life, you
- 14:34Speaker 2: very rarely get told thank you for taking a risk,
- 14:38Speaker 2: but if something goes wrong, you always get blamed. And
- 14:41Speaker 2: so if you're not going to get praised, but you're
- 14:43Speaker 2: going to get blamed, it's easy to be risk adverse.
- 14:45Speaker 2: And that's why so many TV shows, podcasts, things you
- 14:50Speaker 2: watch movies are a little bit duller because it's easier
- 14:53Speaker 2: to be safe. Now, I think there's a balance here.
- 14:57Speaker 2: You want to be alive and fun and have some joy,
- 15:01Speaker 2: but at the same time, she don't want to be reckless,
- 15:03Speaker 2: and I think that's what Jimmy did here. It's a
- 15:05Speaker 2: wild idea to have somebody walk out naked at the Oscars.
- 15:07Speaker 2: That's a wild idea. However, then they had precautions cover
- 15:11Speaker 2: him up if something does drop, if he does drop
- 15:13Speaker 2: the envelope, he is covered, make sure we cut straight
- 15:16Speaker 2: to commercial break. And so I think that they really
- 15:19Speaker 2: planned this out here and ultimately paid off because it
- 15:21Speaker 2: was the highest rated Oscars in many many years. Okay,
- 15:25Speaker 2: we're going to take a quick break and we will
- 15:26Speaker 2: be right back. Welcome back to the naughty but I
- 15:31Speaker 2: share am your hairs. We're on the shooter with idear
- 15:33Speaker 2: friend Donnie Meeta made Donnie. Let's get to the polls
- 15:36Speaker 2: to guess the day. We talked about how we spotted
- 15:39Speaker 2: Kate leaving Windsor Castle with Prince William after her photoshop fail.
- 15:45Speaker 2: Our question was, should we see more Kate? Can they
- 15:47Speaker 2: just put this to rest? If we see more Kate,
- 15:50Speaker 2: let's have a look. Oh, seventy five percent said yes,
- 15:53Speaker 2: we should see more Kate. I think I'm with you.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Maybe not photo shoots, maybe not on the balcony of
- 15:59Speaker 2: the Alice, but they could drive around London, sit in
- 16:03Speaker 2: the back of the car, do some waves. At this point,
- 16:06Speaker 2: the rumors are so loud and they have not helped themselves.
- 16:09Speaker 2: This photoshop has just made it even worse. I think
- 16:11Speaker 2: now they've got to the point where somebody, a pr
- 16:13Speaker 2: person has to walk in and say, Kate, we either
- 16:16Speaker 2: tell everybody the truth or you get out there in
- 16:18Speaker 2: your wave or maybe a combination of bothything.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Do an Instagram live. I mean, there's not a lot
- 16:23Speaker 1: of Instagram, but something like that. Just put a selfie
- 16:25Speaker 1: out there with the kids of you and the kids
- 16:27Speaker 1: hanging out. Just put the rumors to rest. By doing nothing,
- 16:30Speaker 1: you're making it bigger.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Yeah, worse, much worse. Absolutely, don't forget to vote on
- 16:34Speaker 2: today's Paul got a Twitter page, I'd notty nice rather,
- 16:37Speaker 2: but her Facebook page is Natyscome and be sure to
- 16:40Speaker 2: check back to mor Rowood to hear your results. And
- 16:43Speaker 2: now it's time for the nicest of the day.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Well, you know, we're still talking about the keep Middleton.
- 16:53Speaker 1: But wood Be Goldberg, who I'm obsessed with. I love
- 16:56Speaker 1: will Be. She's usually the voice of reason on the View,
- 16:59Speaker 1: and she came out defending Kate and she was like, look,
- 17:02Speaker 1: everyone does it, Yes, everyone does it. These interviews I
- 17:07Speaker 1: do with you know, Selena Gomez or you know, Livia
- 17:10Speaker 1: Rodrigo whatever, I'm wearing concealer. But then guess what we're doing.
- 17:14Speaker 1: We're editing the video to make us look a little
- 17:16Speaker 1: softer alone or more alive. Everyone does it. But I
- 17:21Speaker 1: do laugh because me and Whoopee have in common. She goes,
- 17:24Speaker 1: she may be the future queen and she's still an
- 17:27Speaker 1: amateur photographer.
- 17:29Speaker 2: Good for you. I love Whoope. I do love Whoopee.
- 17:32Speaker 2: The nicest the day and now I noticed the day naughty, naughty, naughty.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Ol Pacino is saying that their remarks about him presenting
- 17:39Speaker 2: Best Picture at the Oscars were offensive and hurtful. So
- 17:43Speaker 2: al Pacino is addressing the controversy. He presented Best Picture
- 17:47Speaker 2: at the Oscars, and he clarified that it wasn't his
- 17:50Speaker 2: intention to admit the other nominees, but rather a decision
- 17:54Speaker 2: that was made by producers, not him, to just announce
- 17:57Speaker 2: the winners. If you remember, he came out and he
- 17:59Speaker 2: didn't announced all ten movies. He just opened the envelope
- 18:03Speaker 2: and announced Oppenheimer. And people are saying that he messed up.
- 18:07Speaker 2: He was confused. Some people were saying it was his age.
- 18:10Speaker 2: He went on to say that this is really hurtful
- 18:13Speaker 2: and it's offensive, and he said, and it's wrong. They decided,
- 18:18Speaker 2: the producers that rather than have him list all ten,
- 18:22Speaker 2: which they had been doing throughout the evening, they didn't
- 18:26Speaker 2: need to repeat themselves. He was just going to come
- 18:29Speaker 2: out and announce the winner. Producers have backed him up
- 18:32Speaker 2: on this too and said it was their mistake. It
- 18:35Speaker 2: was their their faultyer, So it had nothing to do
- 18:38Speaker 2: with al Pacina. What do you think the show.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Was probably running a little long? And that's what happens
- 18:44Speaker 1: on the fly. It's a live you got to do it, Yes,
- 18:47Speaker 1: cut it out.
- 18:48Speaker 2: Yes, nothing to do with him? Were then autistic of
- 18:51Speaker 2: the day, And let's end with a moment of rub,
- 18:53Speaker 2: you rob, you get a get a rub. There's new
- 18:55Speaker 2: research act that shows a direct connection between the joy,
- 18:59Speaker 2: the happy that you allow in your life and your
- 19:03Speaker 2: ability to move on from trauma. If you want to
- 19:05Speaker 2: get past the trauma in your life. We might have
- 19:08Speaker 2: big traumas in our lives, we might have micro traumas
- 19:10Speaker 2: in our lives, but we all have trauma. If you
- 19:12Speaker 2: want to move on from it, the best way to
- 19:14Speaker 2: move on is to allow joy, to allow happiness into
- 19:19Speaker 2: your life. I never say I want to be happy.
- 19:21Speaker 2: I always say I want to be happier. I just
- 19:23Speaker 2: want to be five six seven two percent happier and
- 19:27Speaker 2: to know how you get there by letting joy into
- 19:30Speaker 2: your life. Some days there is happiness, There is joy
- 19:35Speaker 2: all around me, Donnie, and I don't let it in.
- 19:37Speaker 2: And I've decided that is not how I'm going to
- 19:39Speaker 2: live anymore. When I see a cute doggie walk down
- 19:42Speaker 2: the street, I'm going to let that joy into my life.
- 19:45Speaker 2: When I see a beautiful bunch of flowers growing in
- 19:50Speaker 2: the garden on the street, on the sidewalk we live
- 19:53Speaker 2: in New York City, I'm going to stop and smell
- 19:55Speaker 2: the roses. Donnie, do you let joy into your life?
- 19:58Speaker 1: I really do. I think you know. It's funny because
- 20:01Speaker 1: you know, I'm very snarky and very like you know,
- 20:03Speaker 1: stay a bunch of like snarky things. But in life
- 20:05Speaker 1: in general, I don't surround myself with drama. No drama
- 20:09Speaker 1: in my life. I keep everything positive and happy. And
- 20:12Speaker 1: if you're bringing drama into me, you're not gonna be
- 20:14Speaker 1: a part of my life.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Absolutely. I think we all have the DNA inside us
- 20:18Speaker 2: to enjoy life. We have that joy DNA. So my
- 20:20Speaker 2: question is at what point did you stop playing? At
- 20:24Speaker 2: what point? How old were you when you stopped having fun?
- 20:27Speaker 2: Children have fun. If you put a bunch of kids
- 20:29Speaker 2: together in a room with a cardboard box, they figure
- 20:32Speaker 2: out a way to have fun. I go back to
- 20:34Speaker 2: doing that. Then the world will not fall apart. My friends,
- 20:38Speaker 2: if you stop and let in the joy, let it in,
- 20:41Speaker 2: it's all around you. Just let it in. Hey, that
- 20:46Speaker 2: is it for today? Thank you so much for listening.
