Kellys Take Over Solar-Powered Pizza Truck | Boise News
Sarah and DK Kelly, ex-owners of White Rabbit and Petite 4, are rolling into Boise with Solari Pizzeria — a solar-powered food truck serving up some of the best Neapolitan pizza in town. They’re teaming up with veteran pizza pros Gary Ebert and Glenn Fiertl, who built the truck from scratch and have been perfecting the craft for five seasons. Over the next few months, the Kellys will learn the ropes at the Boise Farmers Market before taking full control, with plans to expand to breweries and wineries next summer.
