Universal Laws: Decoding the Spiritual Rules of Reality · The Unity Code - Where Science Meets Energy, Consciousness, and Spirit.

Speaker 1: Hello there and welcome back to empower your soul.
• 0:04
Speaker 1: I am here today to talk about the spiritual universal laws and don't mind the rustling of paper, because I have printouts for this, because I often screw these up, so you might see me screw it up and hear me screw it up on this podcast today.
• 0:18
Speaker 1: But essentially my guides at the very beginning of my spiritual journeys told me to know these universal laws so well that I could play jump rope with them and I never really understood it.
• 0:28
Speaker 1: And then I read Deepak Chopra's I think it's the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success book and I've actually read that a few times now and I read it, and read it, and read it and I'm like I don't understand why am I reading this?
• 0:39
Speaker 1: Why do I have to know these laws?
• 0:41
Speaker 1: And it's because knowing these laws helps explain a lot of the funks that we get in in this world.
• 0:50
Speaker 1: Okay, like, more specifically, I couldn't find a teacher to teach me any of this stuff, so I had to teach it myself, but it really helped me on knowing these laws really helps me put things into perspective and learn things and explain things and essentially, like I always say it to my kids, like you need to learn the rules of the game so that you can learn how to break the rules in a way that is beneficial to you.
• 1:14
Speaker 1: So I'm not going to say it's manipulation, necessarily, but you need to know the universal laws so that you know how and when to break them to your benefit.
• 1:22
Speaker 1: And that's what I'm here to teach all of you today.
• 1:24
Speaker 1: And this is going to go really fast.
• 1:26
Speaker 1: And I encourage you, if this is a topic of yours, like, go read the Deepak Chopra book, go Google it on the internet because, like, it is so helpful and beneficial for me and it really helps me break down these complex ideas, thoughts, patterns in a very simple way and allows me to really process and move through information very quickly as a result.
• 1:46
Speaker 1: So let's talk about it.
• 1:47
Speaker 1: Okay, so I think there's nine I believe nine universal laws.
• 1:51
Speaker 1: I'm going to go through there.
• 1:52
Speaker 1: They're divided into three different sections, depending on what is like the basis of the foundational, of the spiritual law, and I'll go through them at a high level and then I'll give some examples about how they work together to kind of change reality or what is causing you to get stuck in some of these lower vibration things that are going on.
• 2:11
Speaker 1: Okay, so the first few laws are foundational, so these are really just like the basis of everything that exists, and I suspect you probably have heard of most of these.
• 2:22
Speaker 1: Okay, so one is the universal law of oneness, okay, divine oneness, and this is essentially the idea that we are all connected, and the simplest way for me to explain this is the way my guides have explained it to me is that God, goddess, source, however you want to say it, the one is a plug that gets plugged into the wall and that we are all the lights on those Christmas light strands.
• 2:50
Speaker 1: Okay, so, like source, god is the plug that goes in the wall.
• 2:55
Speaker 1: He, she, it is the one that lights us up and we are all the individual light bulbs.
• 3:00
Speaker 1: So we are all connected through him, her, it, and we are all part of this universal field of consciousness on the same plane of everybody.
• 3:12
Speaker 1: So when, when people say everyone's part, god, this is what they're talking about.
• 3:16
Speaker 1: They're talking about this universal law of divine oneness, and it just means that.
• 3:23
Speaker 1: This is why I'm reading from my notes here, this is why, like in quantum physics, there's this principle of entanglement, and it's just because we are all freaking connected, right?
• 3:32
Speaker 1: So that's the universal law of oneness there.
• 3:36
Speaker 1: When I move into the second one, the law of vibration, hopefully my mouth will stop saying false words.
• 3:43
Speaker 1: The law of vibration here, this is essentially that everything has a vibration, right, and we know this through physics.
• 3:50
Speaker 1: We know that everything is energy and that this is just saying that there's different.
• 3:53
Speaker 1: Everything is energy, everything is vibration, the vibrational level at which things are going to be different, because you have high vibe spirit, love, joy, right and you have low vibe fear, grief, etc.
• 4:05
Speaker 1: So vibrations can vary, but everything has an energetic vibration.
• 4:10
Speaker 1: So that is the law of vibration there.
• 4:13
Speaker 1: And then there's the law of correspondence, which is essentially this idea and it's not it's not the opposites, because that was coming up in a little bit but the law of correspondence is as above so below.
• 4:27
Speaker 1: So it's this idea that essentially the macro is related to the micro.
• 4:33
Speaker 1: So essentially, our external circumstances reflect and shape our inner circumstances.
• 4:39
Speaker 1: So it just means that like we are repeating patterns at a big level at a little level across the scales of existence, that like we're repeating patterns at a big level at a little level across the scales of existence, so this is that mirror thing that your external circumstances are going to reflect your internal state, right.
• 4:56
Speaker 1: So that's why using like personal transformations is so key, because because what you see on the outside is how you feel on the inside.
• 5:01
Speaker 1: Everyone knows that, right, hopefully.
• 5:04
Speaker 1: See on the outside is how you feel on the inside.
• 5:08
Speaker 1: Everyone knows that, right, hopefully.
• 5:10
Speaker 1: Not everyone probably likes it, but makes sense.
• 5:11
Speaker 1: So the second section of these laws is all about personal growth.
• 5:13
Speaker 1: Okay, so these are relevant to our, I'm going to say, like our personal journeys, or whether it's spiritual, but either way, growth, growth journeys here in this lifetime.
• 5:22
Speaker 1: So the first one is what people like to refer to as karma, and this is the law of cause and effect, and this is essentially that any, any action we take now will impact us in the future.
• 5:34
Speaker 1: And I know when we've talked about karma, it tends to be very negative, because I think a lot of people do associate karma with negative, negative things we have to overcome, or like punishments from past things that we've done in past lives, etc.
• 5:47
Speaker 1: But really, what this law of cause and effect is is that the decisions we make today impact what's going to happen in the future, and it's the same that the decisions we made in the past impact who we are today.
• 5:58
  Speaker 1: So it can.
• 6:00
  Speaker 1: It's not a death sentence.
• 6:05
Speaker 1: It just means that what you do today is going to impact the future.
• 6:08
Speaker 1: So choose positive today so that hopefully, the future will be also positive.
• 6:12
Speaker 1: So that's all that means is the law of cause and effect here.
• 6:15
Speaker 1: But you can see why people call it karma, because they think we did something negative in a past life and now it's impacting us here.
• 6:21
  Speaker 1: It's fun, right, it's fun.
• 6:23
Speaker 1: The second in the personal growth is the law of attraction, and again made famous by the secret, the movie and the book which one of my friends absolutely swears by.
• 6:32
Speaker 1: And it just means that, essentially, the vibration that you're at is going to attract similar vibrations on the outside, right.
• 6:41
Speaker 1: So so your vibrational thoughts, emotions, etc.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: Are going to attract the same vibrational level external to you Thoughts, vibration, you know.
• 6:50
Speaker 1: Emotions, right, and this is why we end up Nope, I'm not going to go there yet spirits laughing at me in my head.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: So this is why you need to put out the energy that you want to be in the world, because when you put out the energy that you want to be, you're going to attract what you want to be right.
• 7:07
Speaker 1: So you are essentially just going to attract the vibration that you are or the vibration that you're trying to put out into the world.
• 7:16
Speaker 1: And then the next one is the law of action, and this is really something that a lot of people forget about, because I would say that the law of attraction is very, very broken in its understanding and it's very, very toxic on social media, because a lot of people think, okay, well, I'm going to put out this intention to, to attract the, the mega millions, or the power, the, what's it called?
• 7:39
Speaker 1: The power, the jackpot numbers right on the lottery.
• 7:44
Speaker 1: I'm just going to say it that way Powerball, I think, is what I want to say.
• 7:47
Speaker 1: I'm going to set the intention I'm going to get the winning Powerball numbers, including the multiplier, because absolutely yes, and then that information is just going to come to me and I'm going to set the intention that I'm going to win the lottery, and it's going to naturally come to me because I'm sending that intention, and that's the law of attraction.
• 8:03
Speaker 1: But here's the thing it doesn't work, does it?
• 8:06
Speaker 1: Because then we'd all be millionaires, billionaires by now, right?
• 8:17
Speaker 1: So the critical I'm going to say, counterpart to the law of attraction is the law of action, and you can't just set the intention of setting the vibration out there and setting.
• 8:21
Speaker 1: I'm going to set my vibration at this level and I'm going to set my vibration at this level and I'm going to naturally attract everything that happens to me, because it takes work right.
• 8:31
Speaker 1: And that's what the law of action is.
• 8:32
Speaker 1: It's saying that thoughts and intentions aren't enough.
• 8:33
Speaker 1: You actually have to take steps to manifest what you desire.
• 8:35
Speaker 1: And because we're in the physical world, we need to take physical steps to achieve what we want in this life.
• 8:42
Speaker 1: So that really honors kind of the fact that we have things we need to do here.
• 8:46
Speaker 1: You can't just think positive thoughts, you have to do positive actions to go with it as well.
• 8:51
Speaker 1: And then the last one in this personal growth section is called the law is the mouthful of perpetual transmutation of energy, and that just means that energy is constantly flowing and changing form.
• 9:03
Speaker 1: So we all know you, energy can't be destroyed, it just kind of changes form.
• 9:07
Speaker 1: So this is the idea that even if you're at a certain vibrational level, you can change what that vibrational level is.
• 9:13
Speaker 1: Things are transformable, they're transmutable, right, you can.
• 9:17
Speaker 1: You can change the energy that you have, whether it's short term or long term, you know, short term, you can go to a healer that's going to help you clear out your chakras, raise your vibrational level, and you walk out, you know, clicking your heels together, feeling amazing, but then it kind of goes down after a little while, doesn't it Right?
• 9:38
Speaker 1: And the same can happen when you're in a group, when you go to I don't know like a circle of mediums or something like that, and you, you feel amazing in that space and you're like I read so well when I'm with that other group, with this group of mediums, and when I'm in my practice, circles amazing.
• 9:55
Speaker 1: But when I leave it, I don't even know where spirit is, because when you're in that space your vibration matches the vibration of the group and you're really, really high vibe, but then when you leave, your vibration lowers, right, interesting right.
• 10:08
Speaker 1: So this is this idea that your energy, your vibration level can change, whether it's short term, by doing these pockets of work, healing circles, etc.
• 10:18
Speaker 1: Or long term, if you start doing the deep cleaning out of the closets and this and the dark nights of the soul, etc.
• 10:26
  Speaker 1: Etc.
• 10:26
Speaker 1: So this is just the transmutation of energy.
• 10:31
Speaker 1: Law is essentially saying you are not a victim of your energy vibration, you can change it.
• 10:36
Speaker 1: And then, as we get to the last group of laws here these are the laws of universal balance and how it operates in our spiritual journey of laws here these are the laws of universal balance and how it operates in our spiritual journey.
• 10:46
Speaker 1: So there is the law of polarity, which is what I was saying.
• 10:49
Speaker 1: It wasn't before, but the law of polarity is that everything has an opposite hot, cold, light, dark, love, fear, right, and this teaches us that opposites are just different angles of the same thing and it's just opposite ends of the spectrum, right, it helps us really think about and transcend this black and white binary thinking and helps you find balance in everything.
• 11:12
Speaker 1: So it really helps remind us like there's a solution in every opportunity.
• 11:18
Speaker 1: So, if you feel fear, move towards love to balance that energy, right.
• 11:22
Speaker 1: If you feel lack, focus on abundance and that's going to bring you back to the center.
• 11:26
Speaker 1: So it's just like, take whatever energy you're stuck in, go to the opposite end of the spectrum and it's going to help balance that.
• 11:34
Speaker 1: Next up is the law of rhythm.
• 11:35
Speaker 1: So this is all about patterns, cycles, seasons, and it really acknowledges just the natural ebb and flow through life.
• 11:43
Speaker 1: Right, we go through natural cycles of rest and expansion.
• 11:47
Speaker 1: We cannot be in super aggressive mode all the time, trying to do everything all the time, because then you get burnt out, right?
• 11:54
Speaker 1: So there's just this natural ebb and flow, this balance of energy that happens, and this is the law of rhythm.
• 12:00
Speaker 1: And during downtimes, as I've said before, this is the time for rest and integration and to prepare for the next upcoming crazy cycle, because, lord knows, we all go through those cycles, right?
• 12:14
Speaker 1: And then the last one, I believe, is the law of gender.
• 12:16
Speaker 1: So I'm not sure how I feel about this one, I don't know if I can place this one yet, but is the law of gender.
• 12:18
Speaker 1: So I'm not sure how I feel about this one.
• 12:19
Speaker 1: I don't know if I can place this one yet, but I know it's out there.
• 12:22
Speaker 1: So the law of gender is essentially there's and it's.
• 12:25
Speaker 1: I would say it's similar to the law of polarity.
• 12:27
Speaker 1: There's, but they this one says it's like based on masculine and feminine energies.
• 12:32
Speaker 1: Right, and it's just.
• 12:33
Speaker 1: And it's just different ends of consciousness.
• 12:35
Speaker 1: Right, because masculine energy tends to be more directive, active, logical right, where I have spent most of my corporate career.
• 12:42
Speaker 1: And then feminine energy is more receptive, creative, intuitive right.
• 12:46
Speaker 1: So it's just about balancing again those energies within ourselves, the logical with the intuitive, and bringing together both of them to help us kind of manifest what we want, because different circumstances call for different energies and we all know that.
• 13:01
Speaker 1: So let's talk about some examples of how these laws can impact your life.
• 13:06
Speaker 1: Okay, so the first one I want to call out and I'm like putting my hand on my head because I'm just like, oh, if I could just have all my clients like realize this, like just have all my clients like realize this, like that would be amazing.
• 13:24
Speaker 1: But here's the thing let's talk about relationships.
• 13:26
Speaker 1: Okay, so I can't tell you how many times I have clients that talk about this and this is why I'm recording this podcast is specifically this example right here, and this is why, like my friends do that, everyone does this right, and so why relationships don't last.
• 13:48
Speaker 1: So I'm going to put it out there.
• 13:54
Speaker 1: As I know a very, very high vibe woman.
• 13:55
Speaker 1: She is so high vibe that most people can't fucking handle her, right?
• 13:57
  Speaker 1: She she's.
• 13:58
Speaker 1: She knows exactly who she is, she knows her strengths, she knows her flaws and she knows exactly who she is right.
• 14:04
Speaker 1: And because she's so intelligent and because she's so strong willed and I'm going to say she's got a really, really good mix of that masculine and feminine energy in her and everything is like if you can imagine a stereo like everything is amplified to the max.
• 14:20
Speaker 1: That's the personality of this woman.
• 14:23
Speaker 1: But what happens is that she's been fucking burned.
• 14:26
Speaker 1: She's been burned in romantic relationships, in in just friend relationships, you name it, because people can't meet her at that level.
• 14:35
Speaker 1: And even though she has tried to stay at her level, her authentic level, somewhere along the way of life she learned that people can't handle her at that level.
• 14:48
Speaker 1: So she's dumbed down her energy, right.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: So she's lowered her vibration.
• 14:53
  Speaker 1: She's high.
• 14:54
Speaker 1: I'm just like when I say that what that means is like she hit her accomplishments.
• 14:57
Speaker 1: She doesn't let her full funny out right, like her full, probably like sarcastic, probably a little raunchy self out right, like right.
• 15:07
Speaker 1: And so she's really started to turn down the dials in terms of her personality and her energy, to make her more palatable to the people that are around her.
• 15:16
Speaker 1: But then what happens is sure, now she can find friends where she couldn't really find friends before.
• 15:21
Speaker 1: But here's the thing they're friends at that new vibrational level, they like her at that level.
• 15:26
Speaker 1: And so, when you think about the law of vibration and attraction, when she lowers that vibration because she can do that right Now she's attracting the lower vibe people in her life and and they're she's attracting people essentially the dumbed down version of herself, right?
• 15:45
Speaker 1: And so when you vibrate at that lower frequency, you're attracting people at that lower vibration frequency and she can't fucking stand them, right?
• 15:55
Speaker 1: They are not an energetic match to her, they're an energetic match to the masked version of herself, right.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: And this can be true for personal relationships, this can be true for romantic relationships and, like, when you start putting that mask on to make you more palatable for people, you are attracting people at that masked level and that is not at your authentic level.
• 16:19
Speaker 1: So, the more that you can show up as your authentic self from day one, what you're going to find is, yeah, you're going to probably have fewer people that are attracted to you or want to be a friend in a friendship or relationship with you, but the people who find you are the real people that are matched to who you are.
• 16:41
Speaker 1: So I'm going to this is exactly what I talk about when I talk so many clients, so many.
• 16:46
Speaker 1: I love all of you and I think it's natural because we want to be loved and we want to be seen, and it and a lot more people see you at a dumbed down version of you, but then they don't stay, and I think that is a testament for people who really stay true to their own vibrational levels.
• 17:07
Speaker 1: And it feels lonely, but it just means you haven't found the right people yet, because I promise they're out there.
• 17:12
Speaker 1: So you just got to keep going out and being authentic, you, and when you find them, they'll be friends for life.
• 17:18
Speaker 1: I just heard someone go oh really Sorry, sorry that person, I'm sorry, okay.
• 17:28
Speaker 1: Second example you are feeling stuck in your career, right?
• 17:32
Speaker 1: So, just like me, many people really dream of starting their own business and spend like years and years and years thinking about it but not fucking taking any action on it.
• 17:40
Speaker 1: Right, they stay in their jobs that don't fulfill them.
• 17:43
Speaker 1: They make vision boards and they do affirmations and like, but nothing freaking changes.
• 17:49
Speaker 1: And that's because they're trying to do this law of attraction thing with these vision boards and this manifestations and like doing these like full moon rituals of what you want and what.
• 17:59
Speaker 1: Like, what am I releasing and what do I need to want to bring into my life, but you're ignoring the law of action.
• 18:04
Speaker 1: So that's why you get stuck.
• 18:06
Speaker 1: Thoughts alone are not enough to change your path.
• 18:09
Speaker 1: Change your destiny, change where you're supposed to be, and the universe responds to what we do as well as what we think.
• 18:17
Speaker 1: So you need to.
• 18:18
Speaker 1: If you're in this bucket, you need to start really taking action, taking steps towards achieving your dream.
• 18:24
Speaker 1: You know, start taking time each day towards your business plan, etc.
• 18:28
Speaker 1: Like finding a way out of your regular job, right, and just these small, tiny steps show to the universe that you're ready and then, like magic, happens.
• 18:37
Speaker 1: So that's how to really get, get out of the stuck in your career.
• 18:43
Speaker 1: Now let's give some examples about body image and health struggles, right?
• 18:46
Speaker 1: So a lot of people really struggle present, company included.
• 18:50
Speaker 1: Sorry, we all have our flaws.
• 18:51
Speaker 1: That one's mine about the, how they feel about their bodies.
• 18:54
Speaker 1: You know what, right after I had kids, was my best physical self.
• 18:59
Speaker 1: Can you even imagine that?
• 19:00
Speaker 1: It's because, like breastfeeding and it was just like I lost weight like nobody's business.
• 19:06
Speaker 1: And and I'm sidebar here my kids couldn't eat dairy or soy.
• 19:12
Speaker 1: And let me tell you, I served I've survived on Near East rice and Oreos True story, um and so getting back on track here.
• 19:26
Speaker 1: So they'll try extreme diets that might work really briefly, before they actually like put on more weight, because that's what happens, right?
• 19:36
Speaker 1: So they're criticizing themselves in the mirror, you know, focusing on everything that's wrong, every perceived flaw, and just generally just not feeling good about themselves and comparing themselves to others because fucking social media.
• 19:55
Speaker 1: So, as we think about this problem, the laws at work say that the law of polarity is going to work against you when focusing on hating your body, because you are essentially directing negative energy at yourself over and over and over again.
• 20:05
Speaker 1: And because you're directing negative energy at your body, what do you think is going to happen?
• 20:10
Speaker 1: That energy manifests as physical issues and like emotional eating, right?
• 20:16
Speaker 1: So like the law of polarity is like really saying I'm going to put, put these negative energy.
• 20:20
Speaker 1: And then, if you add in the law of cause and effect, like you're putting negative energy into you, so you're setting that up in the future, right, I'm, my scale is is a higher number than I want it to be, and then you're just like, oh, this is miserable, so I'm just going to go eat like a tub of ice cream, right?
• 20:36
Speaker 1: So like this is what I'm talking about.
• 20:37
Speaker 1: So, when you want to, if you want to shift this, you really have to like use the laws and help you there.
• 20:44
Speaker 1: So if you start appreciating what your body can do and and making choices today that are positive in terms of your body and I don't mean like go on crash diets at all, I mean like talk about three things you love about your body, like thank you, legs for carrying me through the day, right.
• 21:02
Speaker 1: Thank you, body for caring to, for forming two children, the loves of my lives.
• 21:08
  Speaker 1: Right.
• 21:08
Speaker 1: Like thank you, thank you, shoulders for being strong enough to carry, you know, my fucking purse every day that carries the world for my entire family.
• 21:18
Speaker 1: It's like a gallon of hand sanitizer those of you with kids you get it.
• 21:22
  Speaker 1: So that's what I mean.
• 21:23
Speaker 1: So, as you think positive thoughts and put positive energy towards your body and take positive action towards your body, then your body is going to respond in kind and you will naturally want to treat your body better and you're going to start seeing it more positively.
• 21:36
Speaker 1: And then it becomes a lot easier for you to show up the way you want to show up.
• 21:44
Speaker 1: Because if you love your body, just like you love your family, why wouldn't you do everything you could to help it, right?
• 21:49
Speaker 1: So it's just about changing the narrative from a negative I have to, I have to eat lettuce, I have to do this right, which has, even though it's positive action, it's negative thoughts and that's why it doesn't go anywhere.
• 22:00
Speaker 1: Right, because your action and your, the law of law of action and the law of attraction are totally off, right?
• 22:08
Speaker 1: So, yeah, you're the.
• 22:10
Speaker 1: Everything has to be in alignment for it to work.
• 22:12
  Speaker 1: Isn't that weird?
• 22:13
  Speaker 1: It's weird.
• 22:13
Speaker 1: Okay, let's talk about.
• 22:17
Speaker 1: Let's talk about money.

Speaker 1: Let's talk about money Because some people work so hard in their careers, but they might always struggle financially, and I think there's a lot to this.
• 22:27
Speaker 1: So this is definitely oversimplified here.
• 22:29
Speaker 1: But you know they, you might put a push hustle, work really hard, right, and yet money is remaining tight, and and you might get into a space where you actually don't like accepting financial help from people, you don't like taking money from other people or help or receiving from other people.
• 22:46
Speaker 1: And so this is this is all about the law of gender, right, because you want this masculine money is feels really masculine, doesn't it Like?
• 22:55
Speaker 1: It feels like it's quantifiable, you can touch it, you can feel it right, it takes action and this is what we've been taught as society.
• 23:02
Speaker 1: So I think it's bigger than what we're talking about here.
• 23:04
Speaker 1: But we've been taught as a society that we need to be productive and that money is like the direct result of being productive, and I know that's not always true, but it requires action and pushing to work hard to achieve that money.
• 23:18
Speaker 1: And that's all masculine energy and there really isn't a lot of feminine energy with it, like receiving and allowing.
• 23:25
Speaker 1: So that law of gender is showing you that you're a little bit off balance there.
• 23:29
Speaker 1: So it's not really helps and I'm sure there's like money trauma there and I'm sure it goes a lot deeper than this.
• 23:37
Speaker 1: But just an example how you need to, you know, really focus on accepting things to.
• 23:42
Speaker 1: You need to not only push really hard, but you need to accept any to.
• 23:46
Speaker 1: You know, for example, I'm going to see if my team can give me a really good example with this one Finding creative ways to like receive energy right, receive money, receive positive thoughts and things, and not just pushing for money all the time, because I think there's a lot of creative ways that we can get money, but we also, but we are stuck in the more traditional masculine ways of things.
• 24:11
Speaker 1: So, you know, saying yes, accepting things, accepting receiving in terms of money, in terms of compliments, in terms of anything, is really going to set you up for success.
• 24:18
Speaker 1: And also, you know, like celebrating when the universe gives you money, right?
• 24:23
Speaker 1: Yes, I found a dime on the on the ground the other day.
• 24:29
Speaker 1: I was so ecstatic, like it's ridiculous.
• 24:31
Speaker 1: I found a dollar in a purse somewhere and I was like, yes, money right, and it's like.
• 24:36
Speaker 1: I could have easily been like, oh, it's a dollar gonna do 10 cents.
• 24:39
Speaker 1: I can't buy anything any day, right.
• 24:41
Speaker 1: But but I was just, you know, I received it.
• 24:43
Speaker 1: I sent this amazing vibration out into the universe like thank you for this dollar, thank you for this 10 cents.
• 24:49
Speaker 1: And the more that I do it, the more I see that that money comes flowing in from very unexpected sources.
• 24:54
Speaker 1: So I'm just gonna leave that idea and that thought with you.
• 24:58
Speaker 1: And then I would say the last one I want to talk about is conflicts with kids, because I talked about them.
• 25:04
Speaker 1: I love my kids, drive me crazy.
• 25:08
Speaker 1: My hair is very gray because of them.
• 25:10
  Speaker 1: It's all dyed, I swear.
• 25:12
Speaker 1: So what I find personally with my own kids is that I really struggle with my kids.
• 25:18
Speaker 1: Right, they are a lot.
• 25:19
Speaker 1: They, you know, they're at the age where hormones are starting to rage.
• 25:23
Speaker 1: Things are like it's a lot, and I just find there's a lot of volatile emotions in the house.
• 25:28
  Speaker 1: Not everything's predictable.
• 25:29
  Speaker 1: It's.
• 25:29
Speaker 1: It's a lot and I just find there's a lot of volatile emotions in the house.
• 25:29
  Speaker 1: Not everything's predictable.
• 25:30
Speaker 1: Every day can be very different.
• 25:31
Speaker 1: There are no patterns to any of this stuff, but what I do find is that the law of correspondence helps me out, right, it's showing me where my child is essentially a mirror to myself.
• 25:44
Speaker 1: And what did I?
• 25:45
Speaker 1: What did I give them that I was unhealed in, right?
• 25:48
Speaker 1: So, instead of me reacting I'm going to try really hard, I try to do this.
• 25:56
Speaker 1: I'm not very good at it yet.
• 25:57
Speaker 1: But instead of me reacting to my son, who was bouncing off the wall last night, just bouncing off the wall, talking nonstop, like I had to tell him, could you just stop talking for 10 seconds, could I, so I could get my brain straight Instead of reacting, I can pause and say what is he doing that triggers in me, what is he doing externally that is causing me to feel frustrated, upset, reactionary, because he is a mirror to me, right?
• 26:28
Speaker 1: And instead of realizing that it's not him that needs to quiet down and bring his energy level down, it's me saying why does?
• 26:37
Speaker 1: Why does his higher energy level trigger me?
• 26:40
Speaker 1: Why does his constant talking trigger me?
• 26:42
Speaker 1: And like, personally, I need quiet to think, I need quiet to piece and puzzle things together.
• 26:48
Speaker 1: And I know this about myself, right, and, and I probably waited till the end of the day and I was trying to get some things done while he's trying to talk to me and I'm multitasking, and now I'm frustrated because I'm half doing my work, half doing the mom job and it doesn't feel good.
• 27:03
Speaker 1: So that's the mirror that I'm talking about with the law of correspondence is it's like hang on, pause, what's going on?
• 27:08
Speaker 1: Why am I getting frustrating?
• 27:09
Speaker 1: And going back through current activities, thought processes, concerns and being like okay, it's that, what am I going to do about that?
• 27:18
Speaker 1: So that's that law of correspondence in and really helping me really use him as a mirror to see reflections on how, what needs, what do I need to work on?
• 27:28
Speaker 1: Because, lord knows, I have a lot I need to work on.
• 27:30
Speaker 1: So that's kind of how these laws operate.
• 27:34
Speaker 1: Again, these were very, very high level.
• 27:36
Speaker 1: Probably not the best examples, but examples on how you can use these laws to really think about and live your life a little bit differently, because they just help guide you and I like the.
• 27:47
Speaker 1: This is my therapy when I have problems.
• 27:49
Speaker 1: I go to these laws and I'm like tell me more about this.
• 27:52
Speaker 1: And I just pause and I'm like, okay, so if I feel like in my business I'm pushing, pushing, pushing right, am I?
• 27:59
Speaker 1: Is my alignment, is my alignment in place?
• 28:01
  Speaker 1: Did I?
• 28:02
Speaker 1: Did I put the right effort in place?
• 28:03
  Speaker 1: Did I?
• 28:04
Speaker 1: Am I thinking about the right vibration?
• 28:07
Speaker 1: Am I, you know?
• 28:08
Speaker 1: So I always take a look and I use these laws to really analyze is everything truly in alignment for success?
• 28:14
Speaker 1: Am I using all masculine energy or do I need to use a balance right?
• 28:17
Speaker 1: So I'm always using these laws to gut check myself in how am I doing, where am I going, what hurdles am I running into and what needs to change to be more in alignment.
• 28:31
Speaker 1: So there are your universal laws of success, everybody.
• 28:36
Speaker 1: If you found this episode helpful, I would love to hear about it.
• 28:41
Speaker 1: If you thought this was a load of malarkey, I'd also love to hear about it.
• 28:45
Speaker 1: Let me know, but I hope that this was helpful in you really thinking differently about the universe and how it shows up for you and how you can show up to have the universe support you even more than it already does today, sending you all the love.
• 28:57
  Speaker 1: Take care everybody.
