Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 0:04
Speaker 1: The lawsuit between the U.S. Virgin Islands and J.P. Morgan
• 0:08
Speaker 1: has devolved into an absolute backyard brawl, with both sides
• 0:13
Speaker 1: lobbing salvo after salvo at the other side, hoping to
• 0:18
Speaker 1: damage the credibility of their opponent in this high stakes lawsuit.
• 0:23
Speaker 1: And if the U.S. Virgin Islands thought that J.P. Morgan
• 0:26
Speaker 1: wasn't going to fight back, they made a critical mistake.
• 0:30
Speaker 1: Because J.P. Morgan is not going to write a check
• 0:33
Speaker 1: to the U.S. Virgin Islands without at the very least
• 0:36
Speaker 1: exacting their price in blood, if you will. Meaning they're
• 0:40
Speaker 1: going to expose everything that they say the Virgin Islands
• 0:43
Speaker 1: was involved in in hopes to destroy their credibility inside
• 0:47
Speaker 1: of that courtroom. And that's what it comes down to. J.P.
• 0:51
Speaker 1: Morgan understands that they're already on the hook for $ 290 million.
• 0:56
Speaker 1: You really think they want to have another payout here?
• 0:58
Speaker 1: Of course not. So they're looking at all of the
• 1:01
Speaker 1: facts and their high profile lawyers are certainly looking at
• 1:05
Speaker 1: all of the facts. And if we can find this information,
• 1:08
Speaker 1: do you really think that the JP Morgan legal teams
• 1:11
Speaker 1: can't come up with it? Not only have they turned
• 1:14
Speaker 1: up this information, I'm guessing that they've turned up a
• 1:18
Speaker 1: whole bunch more. And it looks to me that JP
• 1:20
Speaker 1: Morgan plans to release each one of these dumps in
• 1:24
Speaker 1: a calculated strike. Today we have an article from LawAndCrime.com
• 1:30
Speaker 1: and the headline, Will it work for you? Ex-Virgin Islands
• 1:34
Speaker 1: First Lady allegedly ran suggested language for sex offender law
• 1:39
Speaker 1: by Jeffrey Epstein. This article was authored by Adam Klasfeld.
• 1:44
Speaker 1: So that's nice, huh? You're in charge of writing the
• 1:47
Speaker 1: sex offenders law for the U.S. Virgin Islands, and before
• 1:51
Speaker 1: you write the law, you're like self-reporting. You know what
• 1:53
Speaker 1: I need to do? I need to get in contact
• 1:56
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein and see what he has to say
• 1:58
Speaker 1: about the language in this law. How could you not
• 2:02
Speaker 1: sue the U.S. Virgin Islands knowing all of this? If
• 2:06
Speaker 1: I was a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein, I would be
• 2:08
Speaker 1: at a lawyer yesterday trying to get a lawsuit going
• 2:11
Speaker 1: against the U.S. Virgin Islands using the same principles and
• 2:15
Speaker 1: basics that were used against J.P. Morgan, especially learning stuff
• 2:20
Speaker 1: like this. If you have somebody who is the first
• 2:23
Speaker 1: lady of the U.S. Virgin Islands, and she's also... Working
• 2:27
Speaker 1: for Epstein and then, at the very same time, manipulating
• 2:31
Speaker 1: language in the sex offenders law? You mean to tell
• 2:34
Speaker 1: me that somebody shouldn't be held culpable for that? Because
• 2:38
Speaker 1: that law itself right there is a big deal, right?
• 2:41
Speaker 1: If you're writing a favorable law for sex offenders, how
• 2:44
Speaker 1: can you tell me that you're a victim, meaning the island,
• 2:47
Speaker 1: when it comes to somebody like Epstein setting up shop
• 2:51
Speaker 1: in a place that's favorable to them? You set the tone.
• 2:55
Speaker 1: You set the scenario, you set the stage, and Epstein
• 2:58
Speaker 1: just swooped in. So, before you start coming with your handout,
• 3:02
Speaker 1: talking about your ode, anything else, the whole entire U.S.
• 3:06
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands leadership structure, and anyone thinking that they should
• 3:10
Speaker 1: get some money, should sit down and re-evaluate their strategy,
• 3:14
Speaker 1: because I think the gravy train is about to come
• 3:16
Speaker 1: off the tracks. Three years after pleading guilty to soliciting
• 3:20
Speaker 1: prostitution of a minor, Jeffrey Epstein had the ear of
• 3:24
Speaker 1: the wife of the then Virgin Islands governor in attempting
• 3:27
Speaker 1: to craft sex offender legislation that wouldn't put too much
• 3:31
Speaker 1: of a crimp in his lifestyle. Another reason why he
• 3:34
Speaker 1: chose New Mexico as well. Remember, everything that Epstein did,
• 3:38
Speaker 1: he was thinking a few steps ahead, especially when we're
• 3:41
Speaker 1: talking about the legal system. And he had all of
• 3:44
Speaker 1: this set up in a manner where it was beneficial
• 3:47
Speaker 1: to him if he ever got caught. Grease the right
• 3:49
Speaker 1: palms now, so later on down the road, they owe
• 3:52
Speaker 1: me a favor. That's one of the latest scorching allegations
• 3:56
Speaker 1: in a legal brief filed by JPMorgan Chase, which is
• 3:59
Speaker 1: trying to turn the tables on the Virgin Islands government.
• 4:03
Speaker 1: And I am here for it. It is about time
• 4:05
Speaker 1: that the U.S. Virgin Islands government was called out. I
• 4:09
Speaker 1: feel like I'm the only person that's been doing this
• 4:11
Speaker 1: for a few years now. And look, it's not because
• 4:14
Speaker 1: I have a bone to pick with the U.S. Virgin
• 4:17
Speaker 1: Islands in general, but wrong is wrong. And until you
• 4:20
Speaker 1: start holding some people accountable in your own backyard, I
• 4:23
Speaker 1: don't want to hear about how you're a victim or
• 4:26
Speaker 1: how restitution needs to be paid to the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• 4:30
Speaker 1: In fact, I think it's the other way around. If
• 4:32
Speaker 1: anyone's getting restitution, it should be those survivors from the U.S.
• 4:36
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. Since late last year, the Virgin Islands has
• 4:41
Speaker 1: tried to hold the behemoth financial institution liable for knowingly
• 4:45
Speaker 1: profiting from Epstein's sex trafficking conspiracy. JP Morgan's most potent
• 4:50
Speaker 1: defense against the allegations has been a counter-offensive, the latest
• 4:54
Speaker 1: of which reveals alleged communications between Epstein and former Virgin
• 4:59
Speaker 1: Islands First Lady Cecile de Jong from 2011. Look, they
• 5:05
Speaker 1: were close. There's no doubt. This is all documented stuff.
• 5:08
Speaker 1: that we've been talking about for years now. The only
• 5:11
Speaker 1: question is, what is inside of those documents? We've never
• 5:15
Speaker 1: had access to the emails. We knew they existed, and
• 5:18
Speaker 1: we knew that the conversations were had. This just confirms
• 5:22
Speaker 1: it with some receipts. And that's because JP Morgan, like
• 5:25
Speaker 1: the article says here, is on a counter-offensive. And the U.S.
• 5:28
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, for their part, are used to steamrolling people
• 5:31
Speaker 1: when it comes to the Epstein situation, especially with the
• 5:35
Speaker 1: way they were handling the estates. Well, JP Morgan is
• 5:39
Speaker 1: in Epstein's estate, and the legal team that JP Morgan
• 5:42
Speaker 1: has on hand is a lot more powerful than anything
• 5:46
Speaker 1: the Epstein estate could ever imagine of deploying. And that's
• 5:50
Speaker 1: why you see this insane amount of pushback from JP Morgan,
• 5:54
Speaker 1: whereas the estate, they just took it in the pants
• 5:57
Speaker 1: and said, you know what, let's settle and keep it moving.
• 6:00
Speaker 1: They knew they were going to pay that money out
• 6:01
Speaker 1: one way or the other, and the estate didn't care
• 6:04
Speaker 1: if they paid the U.S. Virgin Islands or those survivors.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: as long as they were off the hook. That May,
• 6:10
Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands legislature considered amending sex offender monitoring laws,
• 6:15
Speaker 1: and the bank quoted DeJong running the proposed language by Epstein.
• 6:19
Speaker 1: This is the suggested language. Will it work for you?
• 6:22
Speaker 1: DeJong wrote, according to the brief. We should add out
• 6:26
Speaker 1: of the country for more than seven days. Otherwise, I
• 6:29
Speaker 1: could not go for a day trip to Tortola at
• 6:32
Speaker 1: the last minute, the sex offender allegedly replied, referring to
• 6:35
Speaker 1: the largest isle On the British Virgin Islands. Imagine that's
• 6:39
Speaker 1: what he's worried about. I can't go to Tortola. After
• 6:42
Speaker 1: decades of raping and ruining people's lives, this is what
• 6:45
Speaker 1: his pal down in the U.S. Virgin Islands and him
• 6:48
Speaker 1: are chatting about. And we're not talking about just some lady.
• 6:50
Speaker 1: We're talking about somebody who is at the very levers
• 6:53
Speaker 1: of power. And this person thinks it's a good idea
• 6:56
Speaker 1: to ask a convicted sex offender what they think about
• 6:59
Speaker 1: the new sex offender law or the language within that law.
• 7:03
Speaker 1: Epstein also fretted the statute's transparency provisions could make certain
• 7:07
Speaker 1: information accessible by the press, according to the filing. Well,
• 7:11
Speaker 1: no worries there. The press wasn't interested in covering what
• 7:14
Speaker 1: Epstein was doing at the time. Oh, they'll go back
• 7:17
Speaker 1: now and there'll be some revisionist history and these outlets
• 7:20
Speaker 1: will act like they've been at the forefront. But I'm
• 7:22
Speaker 1: here to tell you they haven't been. DeJong allegedly responded
• 7:26
Speaker 1: that she didn't want to email back and forth before
• 7:29
Speaker 1: describing the hurried timetable for the legislation. And you know
• 7:33
Speaker 1: why she didn't want to email, right? She didn't want
• 7:35
Speaker 1: a paper trail. Of course she didn't want to email
• 7:37
Speaker 1: back and forth. She's smart enough to know that the
• 7:39
Speaker 1: person she's talking to is not exactly the citizen of
• 7:43
Speaker 1: the year. JP Morgan claims that the then Virgin Islands
• 7:47
Speaker 1: first lady wasn't just an ally of Epstein, but a
• 7:50
Speaker 1: paid manager of his Virgin Island companies, receiving a salary, bonuses,
• 7:55
Speaker 1: and other benefits. Epstein and his then personal attorney, Maria Hodge,
• 8:01
Speaker 1: also lobbied the Virgin Islands Department of Justice and the
• 8:04
Speaker 1: Attorney General's office with apparently disappointing results for the wealthy
• 8:09
Speaker 1: sex offender, according to the filing. So even though Epstein
• 8:13
Speaker 1: had a lot of people working on his behalf down
• 8:15
Speaker 1: in the U.S. Virgin Islands, not everybody was in on it.
• 8:19
Speaker 1: Not every politician was willing to just give this guy
• 8:22
Speaker 1: a blank pass to do whatever he wanted. But unfortunately,
• 8:27
Speaker 1: there were enough down there who were willing to do that,
• 8:29
Speaker 1: and that in turn led to Jeffrey Epstein being able
• 8:32
Speaker 1: to pretty much do whatever he wanted within the territory.
• 8:36
Speaker 1: I know this was a horrible week, and I'm really
• 8:39
Speaker 1: sorry about how things panned out. DeJong apologized to Epstein
• 8:43
Speaker 1: after the law's passage in June of 2011. Not being
• 8:47
Speaker 1: able to take someone at their word is incredibly frustrating. However,
• 8:51
Speaker 1: all is not lost. And we will figure something out
• 8:54
Speaker 1: by coming up with a game plan to get around
• 8:57
Speaker 1: these obstacles. So she's basically saying, We're going to come
• 9:00
Speaker 1: up with a game plan to get around these new
• 9:02
Speaker 1: sex offender laws here on the island. That way, they
• 9:05
Speaker 1: don't apply to you. And keep in mind, while we're
• 9:07
Speaker 1: talking about this, that this island that these people represented
• 9:12
Speaker 1: ended up with $ 105 million. After this woman was here
• 9:15
Speaker 1: talking about we're going to come up with a plan
• 9:18
Speaker 1: to avoid the sex offender laws, you really think that
• 9:21
Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands should get one single dollar? And
• 9:24
Speaker 1: if the answer is yes to that, please shoot me
• 9:26
Speaker 1: some email and explain to me why. they shouldn't be
• 9:29
Speaker 1: liable and instead why they should be collecting another bag.
• 9:33
Speaker 1: That plan, J.P. Morgan says, involved getting then Virgin Island
• 9:37
Speaker 1: senators involved to facilitate Epstein's easy travel to and from
• 9:42
Speaker 1: the territory. Huh, senators, I wonder, Stacey Plaskett involved in that?
• 9:48
Speaker 1: Is anyone ever going to call her out either? I
• 9:50
Speaker 1: doubt it, but somebody should considering her ties to Epstein
• 9:55
Speaker 1: and then the BS response we got from her. I
• 9:58
Speaker 1: would love to see JP Morgan really push the envelope
• 10:01
Speaker 1: here and take them to court all the way to
• 10:03
Speaker 1: discovery and then call everybody in. That way, everybody has
• 10:07
Speaker 1: to go under oath. And if people are lying, perhaps
• 10:10
Speaker 1: there'll be some consequences. J.P. Morgan has fought tenaciously to
• 10:14
Speaker 1: rid itself of liabilities and the torrent of bad press
• 10:17
Speaker 1: that came with it associated with Epstein's name. The bank
• 10:22
Speaker 1: reached a $ 290 million settlement to resolve a class action
• 10:26
Speaker 1: lawsuit filed anonymously by an Epstein survivor, averting a potentially
• 10:30
Speaker 1: embarrassing trial that would have put the alleged conduct of J.P.
• 10:34
Speaker 1: Morgan executives under the public glare. Attorney Brad Edwards, known
• 10:39
Speaker 1: for his representation of Epstein survivors, credited assistance from the
• 10:43
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands government for helping to reach that deal. Okay,
• 10:47
Speaker 1: that's fine and well, but I still don't trust them,
• 10:50
Speaker 1: and I don't understand how Brad Edwards doesn't see the
• 10:53
Speaker 1: forest through the trees here. You would think that a
• 10:55
Speaker 1: lawyer would be all over this, right? Let me get
• 10:58
Speaker 1: another bag. Let me secure some more dough. The information
• 11:02
Speaker 1: and support the U.S. Virgin Islands and its legal team
• 11:05
Speaker 1: provided to the survivors was enormously valuable, and we recognize
• 11:09
Speaker 1: the importance of the government's continued litigation against JPMorgan Chase
• 11:14
Speaker 1: to prevent future crimes, Edwards said in a statement. Yeah,
• 11:18
Speaker 1: that doesn't hit too well for me. In fact, I
• 11:20
Speaker 1: find that statement a bit ridiculous, honestly. There's no way
• 11:23
Speaker 1: that anyone's going to stop doing what they're doing because
• 11:26
Speaker 1: they have to pay a fine. How about sending some
• 11:29
Speaker 1: people to jail? How about holding these politicians accountable for
• 11:33
Speaker 1: the decision they made to get into bed with a
• 11:35
Speaker 1: slimy ass snake like Jeffrey Epstein? Instead, it seems like
• 11:39
Speaker 1: people are just willing to let them get off. Well,
• 11:41
Speaker 1: I'm here to tell you that's never going to happen
• 11:43
Speaker 1: on this podcast. I'm never going to sit here and
• 11:45
Speaker 1: tell you that the U.S. Virgin Islands has the right
• 11:48
Speaker 1: of it because they do not. What they're doing here
• 11:51
Speaker 1: is absolutely wrong and disgusting. Now, look, I'm all for
• 11:55
Speaker 1: going after the bank and holding them liable. But the
• 11:59
Speaker 1: fact that they're trying to do it for financial benefit
• 12:02
Speaker 1: and financial benefit alone is really gross, especially considering what
• 12:08
Speaker 1: they were up to themselves. And for me, that seals
• 12:11
Speaker 1: the deal as them being liable and as a institution,
• 12:15
Speaker 1: if you will, that played a crucial role in Jeffrey
• 12:18
Speaker 1: Epstein's criminal enterprise, keeping it moving for decades. The Virgin
• 12:24
Speaker 1: Islands Attorney General's Office, for its part, has held firm
• 12:27
Speaker 1: and has announced no intention to settle its case before
• 12:31
Speaker 1: a trial in October. The government has described the bank's
• 12:34
Speaker 1: hyperbolic conspiracy theories about the Virgin Islands as an effort
• 12:38
Speaker 1: to distract and deflect, asking senior U.S. District Judge Jed
• 12:43
Speaker 1: Rakoff to strike the intimations of hypocrisy as an affirmative defense.
• 12:49
Speaker 1: Venetia Velasquez, a spokesperson for the Virgin Islands AG, sounded
• 12:54
Speaker 1: a similar note in a statement. JPMorgan Chase has cherry-picked
• 12:58
Speaker 1: and mischaracterized Epstein's interactions with U.S. Virgin Island officials and
• 13:03
Speaker 1: residents in an attempt to distract and shift blame away
• 13:07
Speaker 1: from its role in facilitating Jeffrey Epstein's heinous crimes, Velasquez said.
• 13:12
Speaker 1: And while there's truth to that, that doesn't do away
• 13:15
Speaker 1: with the fact that what they're saying is true. How
• 13:18
Speaker 1: many times do we have to go back in the
• 13:20
Speaker 1: time machine and pull up an article from 2020 or
• 13:23
Speaker 1: 2019 talking about the complicity of the U.S. Virgin Islands
• 13:28
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein? JPMorgan Chase seeks to attack the people
• 13:33
Speaker 1: of the Virgin Islands for not discovering the very information
• 13:37
Speaker 1: that bank executives refuse to share. Nobody's attacking the people
• 13:41
Speaker 1: of the U.S. Virgin Islands, the elected officials. Don't try
• 13:44
Speaker 1: and conflate the issue. JPMorgan Chase had a legal responsibility
• 13:49
Speaker 1: to report the evidence in its possession of Epstein's human trafficking.
• 13:53
Speaker 1: It failed to do so, and it should be held
• 13:55
Speaker 1: accountable for violating the law. Correct me if I'm wrong,
• 13:59
Speaker 1: but doesn't the U.S. Virgin Islands have subpoena power? Don't
• 14:03
Speaker 1: they have the power to enter or not enter into
• 14:06
Speaker 1: any deal with anybody they choose to? Well, what's the
• 14:09
Speaker 1: answer for their behavior then? If J.P. Morgan could have
• 14:13
Speaker 1: stopped Jeffrey Epstein and they could have, well, what does
• 14:16
Speaker 1: that say about the U.S. Virgin Islands who had the
• 14:19
Speaker 1: power of the law and the United States government on
• 14:21
Speaker 1: their side and they failed to act? So save the
• 14:24
Speaker 1: whataboutism and get ready to feel the pain. JP Morgan
• 14:28
Speaker 1: insists that its arguments are legitimate. Tellingly, USVI's motion seeks
• 14:33
Speaker 1: to strike only those specific defenses that threaten to expose
• 14:37
Speaker 1: its relationship with Epstein. The bank's attorney, Felicia Ellsworth, noted
• 14:42
Speaker 1: in her brief, the former governor's first lady is hardly
• 14:45
Speaker 1: the only Virgin Islands official identified in JP Morgan's brief.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: The bank has also alleged that Epstein had close ties
• 14:53
Speaker 1: with current Governor Albert Bryan, who fired ex-Virgin Islands Attorney
• 14:58
Speaker 1: General Denise George, the prosecutor who first filed the case
• 15:02
Speaker 1: against J.P. Morgan. Former sex trafficking prosecutor Mitchell Eppner suspects
• 15:07
Speaker 1: that if a federal judge finds J.P. Morgan's claims about
• 15:11
Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands fair game for trial, the bank will
• 15:14
Speaker 1: use the information to draw the government to the negotiation table.
• 15:18
Speaker 1: It's a standard in litigation to use the process to
• 15:21
Speaker 1: disincentivize the opponent to continue, said Eppner, who is now
• 15:25
Speaker 1: a partner at Rottenberg Lippmann Rich PC. If unsuccessful in
• 15:30
Speaker 1: that effort, the trial will begin on October 23rd, 2023.
• 15:35
Speaker 1: And I think the wild card here is going to
• 15:37
Speaker 1: be if one of the survivors or several of the
• 15:40
Speaker 1: survivors decide that they want to get involved. And sue
• 15:43
Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands on top of it. Because I
• 15:46
Speaker 1: think that's certainly a possibility. Especially considering we haven't heard
• 15:50
Speaker 1: from anywhere near all of the survivors yet. So I
• 15:54
Speaker 1: won't be shocked if, moving on in the future, we
• 15:56
Speaker 1: hear that the survivors or a survivor has sued the U.S.
• 16:01
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands as well. And if that happens, the U.S.
• 16:04
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands has nobody to blame but themselves. They should
• 16:07
Speaker 1: have took their $ 105 million and kept it moving. But no,
• 16:11
Speaker 1: they needed more. And now that greed threatens to expose
• 16:14
Speaker 1: them for what J.P. Morgan's asserting is their role in
• 16:18
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. All right, folks, that's going to
• 16:22
Speaker 1: do it for this one. All of the information that
• 16:24
Speaker 1: goes with the episode can be found in the description box.
• 16:28
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 16:33
Speaker 1: As the lawsuit between J.P. Morgan and the United States
• 16:36
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands continues to work its way through the system,
• 16:40
Speaker 1: there have been a lot of allegations fired off from
• 16:44
Speaker 1: both sides. And in the latest salvo, J.P. Morgan's really
• 16:48
Speaker 1: taking off the gloves and letting loose as far as
• 16:52
Speaker 1: the allegations that they're making. And these allegations that they're making,
• 16:56
Speaker 1: for those of you who might not have been following

Speaker 1: the story for a while, they're all true. And there
• 17:01
Speaker 1: are years and years of receipts that back it all up.
• 17:04
Speaker 1: So today we have an article from Law and Crime

Speaker 1: Islands and how the U.S. Virgin Islands is now being

Speaker 1: from Law and Crime and the headline, Jeffrey Epstein had

Speaker 1: general behind J.P. Morgan's suit. According to documents, This article

• 17:45
Speaker 1: don't know about crusading AG, more like another AG who's
• 17:49
Speaker 1: trying to enrich her buddies. Because if she was worried
• 17:53
Speaker 1: about justice, she would have went after all of these
• 17:56
Speaker 1: people in the Virgin Islands who were helping Jeffrey Epstein.
• 17:59
Speaker 1: who were complicit in setting him up with charities, setting
• 18:03
Speaker 1: him up with all this other bullshit. But no, they
• 18:06
Speaker 1: didn't do that, did they? It was all civil. It
• 18:08
Speaker 1: was all about trying to get some money. And if
• 18:11
Speaker 1: things were as vile down here in the Virgin Islands,
• 18:14
Speaker 1: as the U.S. Virgin Islands is contending, don't you think
• 18:17
Speaker 1: that some people that helped Epstein down here at the
• 18:21
Speaker 1: metal level, setting up businesses and whatnot, should go to
• 18:24
Speaker 1: jail or go to prison? But we didn't hear that
• 18:26
Speaker 1: from Denise George, not once. So you can spare me
• 18:29
Speaker 1: with the whole crusading Attorney General nonsense. I don't buy
• 18:33
Speaker 1: that for a minute. Jeffrey Epstein had close ties to
• 18:38
Speaker 1: the sitting U.S. Virgin Islands governor who fired the crusading
• 18:42
Speaker 1: Attorney General behind a lawsuit accusing JPMorgan Chase of knowingly
• 18:46
Speaker 1: profiting from sex trafficking, a court filing alleges. JPMorgan has
• 18:51
Speaker 1: tried to deflect claims that it was complicit in Epstein's crimes,
• 18:55
Speaker 1: by pointing the finger back at one of its accusers,
• 18:59
Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands government. And look, two things can be
• 19:02
Speaker 1: right at the same time. I'm not sitting here saying
• 19:05
Speaker 1: that J.P. Morgan shouldn't be held responsible. They should. But
• 19:09
Speaker 1: for the U.S. Virgin Islands to play this game of
• 19:12
Speaker 1: everybody else is culpable and we're not is just looney
• 19:16
Speaker 1: tunes to me. Considering that this was all taking place,
• 19:20
Speaker 1: at least this part of the conversation, in their territory.
• 19:24
Speaker 1: Who had subpoena power down there? Who could go and
• 19:26
Speaker 1: arrest people? Who could draw a warrant and kick in
• 19:29
Speaker 1: a door? Certainly not J.P. Morgan. So where was the U.S.
• 19:33
Speaker 1: Virgin Island government when all of this was going down? Oh,
• 19:37
Speaker 1: that's right. They were profiting on the backside of Epstein's bullshit.
• 19:42
Speaker 1: Earlier this week, J.P. Morgan filed a heavily redacted document
• 19:46
Speaker 1: claiming the Virgin Islands government actively facilitated and benefited from
• 19:50
Speaker 1: Epstein's continued criminal activity. Look, there is nothing incorrect about that.
• 19:55
Speaker 1: And as you all know, I hate J.P. Morgan. I
• 19:58
Speaker 1: hate the financial sector overall. So I'm not sitting here
• 20:02
Speaker 1: and trying to prop them up. But the facts are
• 20:04
Speaker 1: the facts. Two things can be right at once. And
• 20:07
Speaker 1: in this case, I see them as both being right.
• 20:10
Speaker 1: And that means J.P. Morgan and the U.S. Virgin Islands
• 20:13
Speaker 1: are culpable. Pretty simple from where I'm sitting. On Thursday,
• 20:17
Speaker 1: broad swaths of redactions were lifted from the document, including
• 20:21
Speaker 1: black lines shielding passages about sitting Governor Albert Bryan. The
• 20:26
Speaker 1: USVI had three governors over the last 16 years. John DeJong, 2007-2015.
• 20:31
Speaker 1: Kenneth Mapp, 2015-2019. and Albert Bryan, 2019, to the present.
• 20:42
Speaker 1: A footnote of the document notes, as detailed herein, Epstein
• 20:46
Speaker 1: had close ties to each of them. So how do
• 20:48
Speaker 1: you get away from that, right? Every single one of
• 20:51
Speaker 1: these governors, every one of these big-time politicians down in
• 20:55
Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands was connected to Jeffrey Epstein. And now,
• 20:59
Speaker 1: when the rug gets pulled out from underneath everybody, and
• 21:03
Speaker 1: it's time to pay the price, All of a sudden,
• 21:05
Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands is also crying about being a victim?
• 21:10
Speaker 1: Because if you break it down, what's happening here with
• 21:12
Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands is they've profited on both ends.
• 21:17
Speaker 1: They profited on the criminal conduct of Jeffrey Epstein, and
• 21:20
Speaker 1: then on the back end of that, they set themselves
• 21:23
Speaker 1: up as a victim, and they profited from the estate,
• 21:27
Speaker 1: money that should have went to the survivors, money that
• 21:30
Speaker 1: should have went to survivors that haven't even come forward yet.
• 21:33
Speaker 1: But here we are with the U.S. Virgin Islands pocketing
• 21:37
Speaker 1: $ 105 million. And for what? Facilitating Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit? Boy,
• 21:43
Speaker 1: that's a nice reward. Certain unsealed passages describe donations either
• 21:48
Speaker 1: solicited by or to Bryan. In 2018, the now current
• 21:53
Speaker 1: USVI governor, Albert Bryan, facilitated donations by Epstein to USVI
• 21:59
Speaker 1: schools and little leagues. One of those lines states, And remember,
• 22:03
Speaker 1: Stacey Plaskett was still going to visit Epstein all the
• 22:06
Speaker 1: way up to 2018 at the townhouse. She's confirmed that herself.
• 22:11
Speaker 1: So she was there, obviously, to try and get these
• 22:13
Speaker 1: funds for the U.S. Virgin Islands. And they didn't care
• 22:16
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein was a registered sex offender. What do
• 22:19
Speaker 1: they care? Nobody cared. And you know how I know that?
• 22:22
Speaker 1: Because their actions speak much louder than their words ever could.
• 22:27
Speaker 1: Before being arrested for sex trafficking, Epstein routinely placed donations
• 22:32
Speaker 1: to cultivate an image of a wealthy philanthropist and often,
• 22:36
Speaker 1: prosecutors say, to gain access to young victims. His now
• 22:40
Speaker 1: convicted accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell's trial, turned up evidence of Epstein's
• 22:44
Speaker 1: donation to Interlochen School of the Arts, a summer camp
• 22:48
Speaker 1: where Epstein met an anonymous 14-year-old victim who testified under
• 22:53
Speaker 1: the pseudonym Jane. And I don't think Maxwell's trial is
• 22:57
Speaker 1: the one that revealed that. We were all talking about
• 22:59
Speaker 1: Interlochen School for quite some time. And you have to
• 23:02
Speaker 1: remember that even before Maxwell's trial popped up, there was
• 23:06
Speaker 1: a bunch of court documents out there floating around. There
• 23:09
Speaker 1: was a bunch of commentary from these survivors that just
• 23:13
Speaker 1: hadn't hit the mainstream legacy media. And once the survivors
• 23:18
Speaker 1: took their story to social media, well, we see what
• 23:21
Speaker 1: happened in the aftermath of that. JPMorgan's filing contains few
• 23:25
Speaker 1: details about the charitable causes in which Bryan allegedly sought
• 23:30
Speaker 1: to insert Epstein, but there are a few clues. One
• 23:33
Speaker 1: exhibit is described as showing Governor Bryan's suggestions for which
• 23:37
Speaker 1: schools Epstein should donate $ 50, 000. Another exhibit states Albert Bryan
• 23:43
Speaker 1: asked that the $ 30, 000 go to VI Little League. And
• 23:47
Speaker 1: this is what they do. And this is what they've
• 23:49
Speaker 1: always done. And remember, this was all after Epstein was
• 23:52
Speaker 1: already a registered sex offender. So none of these people
• 23:55
Speaker 1: have that excuse to fall back on. And certainly not
• 23:58
Speaker 1: Stacey Plaskett. You would think that she'd be under way
• 24:02
Speaker 1: more pressure here for her relationship with Epstein, considering all
• 24:05
Speaker 1: of her nonsense. all of her carrying on, I would
• 24:08
Speaker 1: think that at some point, this lady's going to have
• 24:11
Speaker 1: to answer some hard questions about her relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
• 24:15
Speaker 1: But unfortunately, like we know, the legacy media loves to
• 24:19
  Speaker 1: protect their faves. A third describes a discussion of a $ 25, 000
• 24:25
Speaker 1: private gift to current Governor Bryan's inaugural committee. Oh, well,
• 24:29
Speaker 1: isn't that nice? And I'm sure Epstein was just doing
• 24:31
Speaker 1: it out of the kindness of his heart, folks. It
• 24:34
Speaker 1: had nothing to do with quid pro quo. It had
• 24:36
Speaker 1: nothing to do with hooking up these politicians down in
• 24:40
Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands, hoping that on the backside, he
• 24:43
Speaker 1: gets something in return. And what did he get in return? Protection,
• 24:48
Speaker 1: able to maneuver financially, basically, however he wants, tax breaks
• 24:53
Speaker 1: out the wazoo. But yeah, the U.S. Virgin Islands, they're
• 24:57
Speaker 1: a victim here. Days after ex-Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise
• 25:01
Speaker 1: George sued JP Morgan over its relationship with Epstein, Brian
• 25:06
Speaker 1: fired her without explanation. Local press reported that George hadn't
• 25:11
Speaker 1: informed Brian about the lawsuit before filing it, but the
• 25:15
Speaker 1: governor's office downplayed any connection between the two events. George
• 25:20
Speaker 1: was replaced by her deputy, Carol Thomas Jacobs, and the
• 25:24
Speaker 1: AG's post is currently under the stewardship of Arielle K. Smith.
• 25:29
Speaker 1: whom Brian nominated in April. Gives you confidence down there, huh?
• 25:33
Speaker 1: There is zero oversight in places like this. And when
• 25:36
Speaker 1: you have all of these people complicit the way we
• 25:39
Speaker 1: see them complicit here, very easy for a guy like
• 25:42
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein to operate, and not only operate, but to flourish.
• 25:47
Speaker 1: A spokesperson for the governor didn't immediately respond to an
• 25:50
Speaker 1: email requesting comment. Another part of the document details, former
• 25:55
Speaker 1: First Lady Cecile de Jong's alleged role in tweaking the
• 25:58
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands sex offender legislation to Epstein's liking. Not only
• 26:03
Speaker 1: do you have this happening with her working towards getting
• 26:07
Speaker 1: the sex offender registry buttoned up for Epstein, you had
• 26:10
Speaker 1: the New York prosecutors, and I'll keep saying this, arguing
• 26:14
Speaker 1: on Epstein's behalf that he wasn't going to be a
• 26:17
Speaker 1: repeat offender, that he was a level one offender, not
• 26:20
Speaker 1: a level three offender. Can anyone explain that? Has anyone
• 26:24
Speaker 1: really asked the New York prosecutor's office what they were
• 26:27
Speaker 1: up to and why they were making that argument, considering
• 26:30
Speaker 1: who we were dealing with? Of course not. Let's hear
• 26:32
Speaker 1: some more about Alex Acosta. Is there anything you want
• 26:36
Speaker 1: me to do? At the hearing tomorrow, DeJong wrote to
• 26:39
Speaker 1: Epstein before the passage of the legislation, according to the document.
• 26:44
Speaker 1: I am going to try to find out if anyone
• 26:46
Speaker 1: from justice has been asked to testify again on Monday.
• 26:50
Speaker 1: JP Morgan claims, that Epstein's personal attorney, Maria Hodge, exchanged
• 26:55
Speaker 1: emails and phone calls with the territory's Department of Justice
• 26:59
Speaker 1: and Attorney General about changes to the bill, which, ultimately,
• 27:04
Speaker 1: weren't to his satisfaction. Imagine being a child molester, a
• 27:07
Speaker 1: sex offender, and still calling the shots down here the
• 27:10
Speaker 1: way he was? So don't tell me about the U.S.
• 27:13
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, getting any more money. $ 105 million isn't enough?
• 27:18
Speaker 1: I guess not, because their greed is once again showing here,
• 27:21
Speaker 1: but this time, they might pay for it. First Lady
• 27:25
Speaker 1: de Jong, the bank says, offered Epstein comfort. I know
• 27:29
Speaker 1: this was a horrible week, and I'm really sorry about
• 27:31
Speaker 1: how things panned out, she allegedly wrote. Not being able
• 27:35
Speaker 1: to take someone at their word is incredibly frustrating. However,
• 27:39
Speaker 1: all is not lost. And we will figure something out
• 27:42
Speaker 1: by coming up with a game plan to get around
• 27:44
Speaker 1: these obstacles. In other words, we'll come up with a
• 27:46
Speaker 1: game plan to get around the laws that were put
• 27:48
Speaker 1: on the books because you're a child molester. But don't worry,
• 27:51
Speaker 1: we'll get around that because I'm, you know, married to Mr.
• 27:54
Speaker 1: DeJong here and I can do whatever I want. So
• 27:57
Speaker 1: my question is, where's the Rage Brigade? Oh, that's right.
• 28:01
Speaker 1: They only show up when it's convenient to them and
• 28:03
Speaker 1: their political narratives. J.P. Morgan claims that DeJong delivered by
• 28:08
Speaker 1: crafting a plan to travel from and to the Virgin
• 28:12
Speaker 1: Islands with the help of then local politicians. So here's
• 28:17
Speaker 1: the facts, folks, OK? They're all culpable. J.P. Morgan, Virgin Islands,
• 28:22
Speaker 1: all of those politicians that were in office, that were
• 28:27
Speaker 1: in bed with Epstein, all of them, they're all culpable.
• 28:30
Speaker 1: So I'm going to be interested to see how this
• 28:32
Speaker 1: gets responded to by the U.S. Virgin Islands moving forward
• 28:35
Speaker 1: here with their next court filing. Because you know they're
• 28:38
Speaker 1: going to respond to this. And honestly, the U.S. Virgin Islands,
• 28:42
Speaker 1: in my opinion, has really stepped in it here. I
• 28:45
Speaker 1: don't think they expected a full frontal assault the way
• 28:48
  Speaker 1: they're getting it from J.P. Morgan. I don't think they
• 28:51
Speaker 1: expected them to turn the tables the way they have.
• 28:54
Speaker 1: And I think that the U.S. Virgin Islands has now
• 28:57
Speaker 1: been caught flat foot. Because for years, their buddies in
• 29:00
Speaker 1: the legacy media didn't really dig into this story. I mean,
• 29:04
Speaker 1: imagine Stacey Plaskett up there yelling and screaming from an
• 29:08
Speaker 1: ivory tower about this, that or the other thing. Meanwhile,
• 29:11
Speaker 1: she's palling around with Jeffrey Epstein. Give me a break already.
• 29:15
Speaker 1: So now the ball's in the court of the legacy media.
• 29:19
Speaker 1: Are they going to do their job or are they
• 29:21
Speaker 1: going to continue to whitewash their faves participation in Jeffrey
• 29:25
Speaker 1: Epstein's criminal enterprise? All right, folks, that's going to do
• 29:29
Speaker 1: it for this one. All of the information that goes
• 29:31
Speaker 1: with the episode can be found in the description box.
• 29:36
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein show. Chronicles.
• 29:41
Speaker 1: As the lawsuit between J.P. Morgan and the United States
• 29:45
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands continues to work its way through the system,
• 29:49
Speaker 1: there have been a lot of allegations fired off from
• 29:52
Speaker 1: both sides. And in the latest salvo, J.P. Morgan's really
• 29:56
Speaker 1: taking off the gloves. and letting loose as far as
• 30:00
Speaker 1: the allegations that they're making. And these allegations that they're making,
• 30:04
Speaker 1: for those of you who might not have been following
• 30:06
Speaker 1: this story for a while, they're all true. And there
• 30:09
Speaker 1: are years and years of receipts that back it all up.
• 30:12
Speaker 1: So today we have an article from Law and Crime

Speaker 1: talking more about the corruption down in the U.S. Virgin
• 30:18
Speaker 1: Islands and how the U.S. Virgin Islands is now being

Speaker 1: Morgan has tried to deflect claims that it was complicit

Speaker 1: in Epstein's crimes by pointing the finger back at one

Speaker 1: of its accusers, the Virgin Islands government. And look, two

Speaker 1: it's time to pay the price, all of a sudden
• 34:13
Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands is also crying about being a victim?
• 34:18
Speaker 1: Because if you break it down, what's happening here with
• 34:21
Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands is they've profited on both ends.
• 34:25
Speaker 1: They profited on the criminal conduct of Jeffrey Epstein and
• 34:28
Speaker 1: then on the back end of that, they set themselves
• 34:31
Speaker 1: up as a victim and they profited from the estate,
• 34:36
Speaker 1: money that should have went to the survivors, money that
• 34:38
Speaker 1: should have went to survivors that haven't even come forward yet.
• 34:42
Speaker 1: But here we are with the U.S. Virgin Islands pocketing
• 34:45
Speaker 1: $ 105 million. And for what? Facilitating Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit? Boy,
• 34:51
Speaker 1: that's a nice reward. Certain unsealed passages describe donations either
• 34:56
Speaker 1: solicited by or to Bryant. In 2018, the now current
• 35:01
Speaker 1: USVI governor, Albert Bryant, facilitated donations by Epstein to USVI
• 35:07
Speaker 1: schools and little leagues, one of those line states. And remember,
• 35:11
Speaker 1: Stacey Plaskett was still going to visit Epstein all the
• 35:14
Speaker 1: way up to 2018 at the townhouse. She's confirmed that herself.
• 35:19
Speaker 1: So she was there, obviously, to try and get these
• 35:22
Speaker 1: funds for the US Virgin Islands. And they didn't care
• 35:24
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein was a registered sex offender. What do
• 35:27
Speaker 1: they care? Nobody cared. And you know how I know that?
• 35:30
Speaker 1: Because their actions speak much louder than their words, ever could.
• 35:36
Speaker 1: Before being arrested for sex trafficking, Epstein routinely placed donations
• 35:40
Speaker 1: to cultivate an image of a wealthy philanthropist, and often,
• 35:44
Speaker 1: prosecutors say, to gain access to young victims. His now
• 35:48
Speaker 1: convicted accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell's trial, turned up evidence of Epstein's
• 35:53
Speaker 1: donation to Interlochen School of the Arts, a summer camp
• 35:56
Speaker 1: where Epstein met an anonymous 14-year-old victim who testified under
• 36:01
Speaker 1: the pseudonym Jane. And I don't think Maxwell's trial is
• 36:05
Speaker 1: the one that revealed that. We were all talking about
• 36:07
Speaker 1: Interlochen School for quite some time. And you have to
• 36:10
Speaker 1: remember that even before Maxwell's trial popped up, there was
• 36:14
Speaker 1: a bunch of court documents out there floating around. There
• 36:17
Speaker 1: was a bunch of commentary from these survivors that just
• 36:22
Speaker 1: hadn't hit the mainstream legacy media. And once the survivors
• 36:26
Speaker 1: took their story to social media, well, we see what
• 36:29
Speaker 1: happened in the aftermath of that. JPMorgan's filing contains few
• 36:34
Speaker 1: details about the charitable causes in which Bryan allegedly sought
• 36:38
Speaker 1: to insert Epstein, but there are a few clues. One
• 36:41
Speaker 1: exhibit is described as showing Governor Bryan's suggestions for which
• 36:46
Speaker 1: schools Epstein should donate $ 50, 000. Another exhibit states... Albert Bryan
• 36:51
Speaker 1: asked that the $ 30, 000 go to VI Little League. And
• 36:55
Speaker 1: this is what they do. And this is what they've
• 36:57
Speaker 1: always done. And remember, this was all after Epstein was
• 37:00
Speaker 1: already a registered sex offender. So none of these people
• 37:04
Speaker 1: have that excuse to fall back on. And certainly not
• 37:06
Speaker 1: Stacey Plaskett. You would think that she'd be under way
• 37:10
Speaker 1: more pressure here for her relationship with Epstein, considering all
• 37:14
Speaker 1: of her nonsense. all of her carrying on, I would
• 37:16
Speaker 1: think that at some point, this lady's going to have
• 37:19
Speaker 1: to answer some hard questions about her relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
• 37:23
Speaker 1: But unfortunately, like we know, the legacy media loves to
• 37:27
  Speaker 1: protect their faves. A third describes a discussion of a $ 25, 000
• 37:33
Speaker 1: private gift to current Governor Bryan's inaugural committee. Oh, well,
• 37:37
Speaker 1: isn't that nice? And I'm sure Epstein was just doing
• 37:40
Speaker 1: it out of the kindness of his heart, folks. It
• 37:42
Speaker 1: had nothing to do with quid pro quo. It had
• 37:44
Speaker 1: nothing to do with hooking up these politicians down in
• 37:48
Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands, hoping that on the backside, he
• 37:52
Speaker 1: gets something in return. And what did he get in return? Protection,
• 37:56
Speaker 1: able to maneuver financially, basically, however he wants, tax breaks
• 38:02
Speaker 1: out the wazoo. But yeah, the U.S. Virgin Islands, they're
• 38:05
Speaker 1: a victim here. Days after ex-Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise
• 38:10
Speaker 1: George sued JP Morgan over its relationship with Epstein, Brian
• 38:14
Speaker 1: fired her without explanation. Local press reported that George hadn't
• 38:19
Speaker 1: informed Brian about the lawsuit before filing it, but the
• 38:23
Speaker 1: governor's office downplayed any connection between the two events. George
• 38:28
Speaker 1: was replaced by her deputy, Carol Thomas Jacobs, and the
• 38:32
Speaker 1: AG's post is currently under the stewardship of Arielle K. Smith.
• 38:37
Speaker 1: whom Brian nominated in April. Gives you confidence down there, huh?
• 38:41
Speaker 1: There is zero oversight in places like this. And when
• 38:45
Speaker 1: you have all of these people complicit the way we
• 38:47
Speaker 1: see them complicit here, very easy for a guy like
• 38:50
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein to operate, and not only operate, but to flourish.
• 38:55
Speaker 1: A spokesperson for the governor didn't immediately respond to an
• 38:58
Speaker 1: email requesting comment. Another part of the document details, former
• 39:03
Speaker 1: First Lady Cecile de Jong's alleged role in tweaking the
• 39:07
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands sex offender legislation to Epstein's liking. Not only
• 39:11
Speaker 1: do you have this happening with her working towards getting
• 39:15
Speaker 1: the sex offender registry buttoned up for Epstein, you had
• 39:19
Speaker 1: the New York prosecutors, and I'll keep saying this, arguing
• 39:22
Speaker 1: on Epstein's behalf that he wasn't going to be a
• 39:25
Speaker 1: repeat offender, that he was a level one offender, not
• 39:28
Speaker 1: a level three offender. Can anyone explain that? Has anyone
• 39:32
Speaker 1: really asked the New York prosecutor's office what they were
• 39:35
Speaker 1: up to and why they were making that argument considering
• 39:38
Speaker 1: who we were dealing with? Of course not. Let's hear
• 39:41
Speaker 1: some more about Alex Acosta. Airline credit. Is there anything
• 39:44
Speaker 1: you want me to do? At the hearing tomorrow, DeJong
• 39:47
Speaker 1: wrote to Epstein before the passage of the legislation, according
• 39:51
Speaker 1: to the document. I am going to try to find
• 39:53
Speaker 1: out if anyone from Justice has been asked to testify
• 39:56
Speaker 1: again on Monday. J.P. Morgan claims that Epstein's personal attorney,
• 40:02
Speaker 1: Maria Hodge, exchanged emails and phone calls with the territory's
• 40:06
Speaker 1: Department of Justice and Attorney General about changes to the bill,
• 40:11
Speaker 1: which ultimately weren't to his satisfaction. Imagine being a child molester,
• 40:16
Speaker 1: a sex offender, and still calling the shots down here
• 40:18
Speaker 1: the way you was. So don't tell me about the U.S.
• 40:22
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands getting any more money. $ 105 million isn't enough?
• 40:26
Speaker 1: I guess not, because their greed is once again showing here,
• 40:29
Speaker 1: but this time they might pay for it. First Lady DeJong,
• 40:34
Speaker 1: the bank says, offered Epstein comfort. I know this was
• 40:37
Speaker 1: a horrible week, and I'm really sorry about how things
• 40:40
Speaker 1: panned out, she allegedly wrote. Not being able to take
• 40:43
Speaker 1: someone at their word is incredibly frustrating. However, all is
• 40:47
Speaker 1: not lost, and we will figure something out by coming
• 40:50
Speaker 1: up with a game plan to get around these obstacles.
• 40:53
Speaker 1: In other words, we'll come up with a game plan
• 40:55
Speaker 1: to get around the laws that were put on the
• 40:57
  Speaker 1: books because you're a child molester. But don't worry, we'll
• 41:00
Speaker 1: get around that because I'm, you know, married to Mr.
• 41:03
Speaker 1: DeJong here, and I can do whatever I want. So,
• 41:05
Speaker 1: my question is, where's the Rage Brigade? Oh, that's right.
• 41:09
Speaker 1: They only show up when it's convenient to them. and
• 41:11
Speaker 1: their political narratives. J.P. Morgan claims that Dijon delivered by
• 41:16
Speaker 1: crafting a plan to travel from and to the Virgin
• 41:20
Speaker 1: Islands with the help of then local politicians. So, here's
• 41:25
Speaker 1: the facts, folks, okay? They're all culpable. J.P. Morgan, Virgin Islands,
• 41:31
Speaker 1: all of those politicians that were in office, that were
• 41:35
Speaker 1: in bed with Epstein, all of them, they're all culpable.
• 41:38
Speaker 1: So I'm going to be interested to see how this
• 41:40
Speaker 1: gets responded to by the U.S. Virgin Islands moving forward
• 41:43
Speaker 1: here with their next court filing. Because you know they're
• 41:46
Speaker 1: going to respond to this. And honestly, the U.S. Virgin Islands,
• 41:51
Speaker 1: in my opinion, has really stepped in it here. I
• 41:53
Speaker 1: don't think they expected a full frontal assault the way
• 41:56
  Speaker 1: they're getting it from J.P. Morgan. I don't think they
• 41:59
Speaker 1: expected them to turn the tables the way they have.
• 42:02
Speaker 1: And I think that the U.S. Virgin Islands has now
• 42:05
Speaker 1: been caught flat foot. Because for years, their buddies in
• 42:09
Speaker 1: the legacy media didn't really dig into this story. I mean,
• 42:12
Speaker 1: imagine Stacey Plaskett up there yelling and screaming from an
• 42:16
Speaker 1: ivory tower about this, that or the other thing. Meanwhile,
• 42:19
Speaker 1: she's palling around with Jeffrey Epstein. Give me a break already.
• 42:23
Speaker 1: So now the ball's in the court of the legacy media.
• 42:27
Speaker 1: Are they going to do their job or are they
• 42:29
Speaker 1: going to continue to whitewash their faves participation in Jeffrey
• 42:34
Speaker 1: Epstein's criminal enterprise? Alright folks, that's going to do it
• 42:37
Speaker 1: for this one. All of the information that goes with
• 42:40
Speaker 1: the episode can be found in the description box.
