- 1:28Speaker 2: Let's go, let's go, let's.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Go, let's go.
- 1:31Speaker 2: It's a story you need to hear to believe. Then
- 1:34Speaker 2: grab your popcorn because there is more. Don Lemon went
- 1:38Speaker 2: on Jimmy Kimmel last night. Well, of of course he did,
- 1:42Speaker 2: because Don Lemon's now a star for disrupting church services,
- 1:46Speaker 2: for intimidating parishioners. The left, we're honest, they'd say, Hey,
- 1:52Speaker 2: this is what he did. That's not cool, that's.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Not right, that's really ugly.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Hey, I disagree with but man breaking into a church
- 2:03Speaker 2: service and disrupting and blocking people from.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Being able to get their kids, that's a bridge too far.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Not the left.
- 2:10Speaker 2: The left is okay with any act no matter how
- 2:13Speaker 2: violent it is in order to.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Push their agenda and their ideology.
- 2:17Speaker 2: That's where we're AT's not deniable. It is not deniable.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Everything is an attack. Everything is hey, you deserve to die.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Yesterday for me it was wait, you're gonna go out
- 2:33Speaker 2: in public after saying these things?
- 2:35Speaker 1: You said, oh, yeah, that's every day. It's no different
- 2:39Speaker 1: for me than it is for you or anybody else.
- 2:42Speaker 1: This is who they are.
- 2:44Speaker 2: And so Jimmy Kimmel, a guy okay with the violence,
- 2:50Speaker 2: had Don Lemon on the show, and Don Lemon is
- 2:52Speaker 2: going through a poor me routine about how this happened.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Back from the thing, and I was walking up to
- 3:00Speaker 3: the room and I pressed the elevator button and then
- 3:02Speaker 3: all of a sudden, I feel myself being jostled and
- 3:05Speaker 3: and the people trying to grab me and put me
- 3:07Speaker 3: in handcuffs. And I said, what are you doing here?
- 3:09Speaker 3: And they said we came to arrest and I said,
- 3:12Speaker 3: who are you? And then finally they like identified themselves
- 3:14Speaker 3: and I said, if you are who you are, and
- 3:16Speaker 3: then where's the warrant?
- 3:18Speaker 2: Just for the sake of arguments, you mean, they didn't
- 3:22Speaker 2: identify themselves at first. And also someone would have to
- 3:27Speaker 2: help me here. In every arrest, right, a warrant for
- 3:33Speaker 2: your arrest is something we would hear about standard. You've
- 3:38Speaker 2: heard that before. Warren't certainly enter someone's home, but there
- 3:41Speaker 2: are plenty of arrests that take place without a warrant,
- 3:44Speaker 2: like having, oh, we have to show you just that
- 3:48Speaker 2: would seem like kind of standard. But he asked for
- 3:51Speaker 2: the warrant. Maybe he didn't, maybe he didn't. Who knows.
- 3:54Speaker 2: It's a Don Lemon story. It's all made for TV.
- 3:59Speaker 3: And they didn't have a warrant, so they had to
- 4:01Speaker 3: wait for someone from outside, an FBI guy, to come
- 4:04Speaker 3: in to show me a warrant.
- 4:05Speaker 1: On a cell phone. And by that time I.
- 4:08Speaker 3: Was like trying to, you know, figure out what was
- 4:11Speaker 3: going on, to get my bearings, and they dropped all myself.
- 4:13Speaker 1: My glasses had fallen on the floor. I'm like, I
- 4:15Speaker 1: can't read that.
- 4:15Speaker 3: So they had to pick my glasses up and I
- 4:17Speaker 3: read it and still what does that mean?
- 4:19Speaker 1: You know? So and then they proving the point the
- 4:22Speaker 1: warrant didn't matter, show me the warrant. Here's the warrant.
- 4:26Speaker 2: That doesn't mean anything. This is you You saw it
- 4:32Speaker 2: coming a mile away. But this is where it gets interesting.
- 4:35Speaker 3: It was a bunch of guys and they took me outside.
- 4:37Speaker 1: FBI guys were out there.
- 4:38Speaker 3: I mean, it was a host that had to be
- 4:40Speaker 3: maybe a dozen people, which is a waste jimmy of resources.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Because I told them weeks before and maybe once or
- 4:47Speaker 3: twice that we would you know, I think my attorney
- 4:50Speaker 3: tried to contact them once maybe twice, that I could
- 4:53Speaker 3: just go in and it would have to be the
- 4:54Speaker 3: folks who were just working there that day, and they
- 4:56Speaker 3: wouldn't have to have all these people following me around.
- 4:59Speaker 1: It's more than just a resources. So they grab you
- 5:01Speaker 1: and they take you where. Well, you're right about more
- 5:04Speaker 1: than just the waste of resources. They want that.
- 5:06Speaker 3: They want to embarrass you, they want to intimidate you,
- 5:08Speaker 3: they want to instill fear, and so that's why they
- 5:11Speaker 3: did it that way.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Now I want it known for the record that I
- 5:15Speaker 2: absolutely believe that to be true, and I believe that
- 5:18Speaker 2: to be true when they arrested Paul Metafort and a
- 5:21Speaker 2: host of other people. That is why they do it
- 5:24Speaker 2: that way, and I do oppose it.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Said so a million times.
- 5:30Speaker 2: They go in with first of all, overwhelming force because
- 5:34Speaker 2: that's the standard, it would seem. And yes, there are
- 5:38Speaker 2: people who in law enforcement who liked the show of it,
- 5:41Speaker 2: and yes I find it wrong. But he had no
- 5:46Speaker 2: problem in going in tomorrow lago when Trump had already said.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Come get the stuff, come look at the stuff.
- 5:53Speaker 2: The Secret Service put a lock on the door, but
- 5:55Speaker 2: they did the raid for the show.
- 6:00Speaker 1: I am not about to listen to Don Lemon.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Complain about something that we have all discussed.
- 6:08Speaker 1: We would like to.
- 6:08Speaker 2: See it done differently, but no, when it happens to him,
- 6:13Speaker 2: then it's a problem.
- 6:14Speaker 1: It was a problem, and it was a problem.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Don Lemon wants to consider himself somehow still above it
- 6:23Speaker 2: all and above the fray.
- 6:25Speaker 3: They took me down to a holding place in the
- 6:28Speaker 3: Federal courthouse, and they give you mugshots, strip search all that.
- 6:34Speaker 3: No strip search, but mugshot, fingerprints the whole nine yards.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Twice. Did they put you in a cell? I was
- 6:41Speaker 1: in a holding room. You're in a holding room? Yes,
- 6:43Speaker 1: And how long are you in that holding room?
- 6:45Speaker 3: From about midnight twelve thirty to one or so the
- 6:49Speaker 3: next day?
- 6:50Speaker 1: Who did you make your one phone call to? Here's
- 6:53Speaker 1: the interesting thing. I didn't have a one phone call.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Wait a minute, I watch a lot of TV.
- 6:58Speaker 2: I know, thank goodness, the lawyers here are on the case.
- 7:05Speaker 2: You know who else didn't get their phone calls? A
- 7:08Speaker 2: lot of people arrested for doing absolutely nothing wrong on
- 7:11Speaker 2: January sixth, as opposed to Don Lemon, who absolutely did
- 7:15Speaker 2: something wrong there in Saint Paul and was part.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Of the organizing. Don Lemon is not a victim.
- 7:27Speaker 2: If we want to discuss a change of tactics, I'm
- 7:30Speaker 2: all in. I said that about Ice, I say it
- 7:32Speaker 2: about this absolutely. Don Lemon is not some poor victim
- 7:39Speaker 2: in all this, walked into a church to disrupt people
- 7:44Speaker 2: engaged in their faith, engage in intimidation. And then, as
- 7:48Speaker 2: the indictment discusses, was there blocking others, preventing others from leaving,
- 7:54Speaker 2: Others were being prevented from getting to their children.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I hope he's found guilty. Not a journalist, not that day.
- 8:05Speaker 1: No no, no, no no.
- 8:07Speaker 2: He wants to use it as a shield, and no
- 8:09Speaker 2: one who is honest should let him
