Iranian Terror Cells In US & Trump’s Cabinet Buying Bunkers? What Do They Know? w/ Clayton Llewellyn · Man in America Podcast

• 0:14
Speaker 1: Welcome to Man in America, a voice of reason in a world gone mad. I'm your host, Seth Holhouse. The war in Iran is escalating. Now there were a lot of the messages that we're hearing at the very beginning of this. It would be a very quick process, some heavy strikes, capitulation, and maybe a regime overthrow, but what's happening is proving to be different.
• 0:43
So there's been a lot of mixed messaging, which is kind of odd, but, you know, even from, you know, key people in the Trump administration about what's really happening. Will there be boots on their ground? We're not sure. Will there be a draft? We're not sure.
• 0:56
So there's a lot of things that are still being left in the air. But one thing we do know is that our military, in combination with the, Mossad and IDF, you know, other agencies, you know, Israel specifically with America, you know, we're laying waste to a country. Right? A powerful nation. A lot of civilians are dying.
• 1:20
That's just the reality of it. Now the other part of this is that this nation, Iran, has a lot of abilities to fight back. If you look at just our country, look at what happened with the open border. There are a lot of Iranian and other Middle Eastern, you know, Chinese, Russian, etcetera. There are a lot of people that came across the border, especially under the Biden administration, and these cells are in our country.
• 1:51
And we saw, which I'll be going over in today's show, General Flynn recently put a message out, and I'm seeing it with lots of others as well, warning that there's actually been some intercept intercepted communications indicating that some of these cells in our own country are gonna start attacking. Now this is obviously a a grave concern because war is not what we think of the war movies from World War two or Vietnam War, you know, lots of just troops on the ground and guns blazing. There could be infrastructure attacks. There could be, you know, you know, kind of really isolated terrorist attacks. There could be grid attacks.
• 2:27
There could be a lot more happening, especially with these people that are already in our country. This is the the greatest concern to the Americans. It's not some boat showing up and dropping off troops or, you know, a big warship arriving and firing rockets at us. It's the people that are already inside our country. Just today, this came out.
• 2:46
So the Iranian parliament speaker said that Iran will adopt an eye for an eye principle. Right? So, basically, they're saying that and this is what their official announcement is saying that if The United States starts an infrastructure war, that they will target our infrastructure. So this is a direct threat. Right?
• 3:07
So if we start laying waste to the infrastructure in Iran, which from the pictures I'm seeing, the videos coming out, it appears that that's what's happening. Right? We're seeing massive oil, refining stations blowing up. We're seeing a lot of, you know, pretty heavy attacks in Iran that, to me, looks like infrastructure attacks. But what they're saying is that if we do it to them, they're gonna do it to us.
• 3:34
So, I mean, I know that we live in somewhat of a bubble here in America, we have this this illusion of safety. Right? We think, oh, this is America. Right? Like, no one's attacked Americans on American soil.
• 3:45
But I think there's a very real possibility that we could see some of this stuff happening on our own soil. Now some of it could be from, you know, Iranian enemies, some of it could be from CCP enemies, some of it could be from our own government staging false flag events as a way to get the the population to be that much more on board with this war because it seems like that the population in America is not on board with this war as much as they're trying to tell you on Fox News, oh, hey. Look at the poll ratings. Like, the the dialogue I'm seeing is that most people are not in support of this war. So that might require something more drastic from some of the intelligence agencies, you know, that's been done a million times before.
• 4:28
Right? Oh my goodness. Look at this terrorist attack over here. Now we need the Patriot Act. Now we need to go invade another country that has this oil that we need.
• 4:35
So it's just important for us to understand that we should keep our heads on a swivel because the safety that we feel, the comfort in America, there's a very thin veil, right, between this comfort and between the reality of what we're seeing around the world. And if you look at, again, what's happening in Iran, they might do the same thing to us in their own way. So just be wary of that. And so joining me today is my good friend, Clayton Llewellyn. So he is the guy that started Heaven's Harvest, which is a survival, preparedness company specifically focusing on, food and water and other supplies.
• 5:13
And so what we're gonna be talking about today is just what he's seeing with this war, how he's seeing people react to it. So he's at the very kinda center of the, you know, kind of the the community of people that are looking to become more prepared. So how is he seeing the average American react to this? Is he seeing, an increase in orders, and much more? So we're talking to him about what he's seeing, but also what are the threats that he's seeing with this war, some really simple things to get more prepared, and then a few just some stories that he has as well.
• 5:45
Like, for instance, to him talking about a recent shipment that he made where he's, like, loading up a yacht with survival food. So some people are obviously planning. But, also, what we'll be talking about in addition to that is some recent information that had come out that it appears that there's a couple of high level Trump admin, I think maybe even cabinet members, that are actively building some sort of nuclear bunker. So as much as they the government is telling us that, hey, short term pain, long term gain, and they're telling us this messaging, even people very close to Trump himself are building survival bunkers. So would they be doing that if they had full confidence that, hey, we've got this.
• 6:29
You know, there's no way they're gonna, you know, fight back in a way that's meaningful. I don't know. Right? Make up your own mind. But I do think that it's time for us to have a pretty sober discussion of what what does it look like if this war extends into the boundary of America.
• 6:46
Right? What does it look like when this war that we're seeing over in The Middle East, flaming cities, black skies, what does that look like on American soil? And so the purpose of this conversation is not to fearmonger. It's not to say we're all gonna die. We're all screwed.
• 7:00
It's actually the opposite. It's like, actually, some really simple things that we can do to make sure that we're not all screwed. But it's also having a you're taking a sober look at just how vulnerable our country is because that's the reality of it. Right? Our country is very vulnerable, with all of these cells that are already within the walls of our nation.
• 7:21
So I hope that you enjoy this interview. I hope you take something away from it. It's it's it should be informative and and just a rational discussion. Now before we jump in, I've got a few quick notes for you. First off, if you're watching on Rumble, thank you for supporting us free speech platform.
• 7:36
Rumble is, is just a fantastic platform, and they've never censored me for anything. And I really appreciate that. So thank you for supporting this platform. Also wanna remind you, every show that I do is done as a podcast as well. So if you go to your favorite podcast app, just search for Man in America, and you'll find me on there.
• 7:53
And I guess that's it. Let's go and jump into this interview with Clayton. Clayton, man, it's good to have you back on the show. It's been a little while, I'm looking forward to this discussion. So, thanks for being here with us today.
• 8:06
Speaker 2: Man, absolutely. Thanks for having me.
• 8:07
Speaker 1: Yeah. So, today is, one of my, I could say, one of my more favorite discussions, though it's not always the discussion that's held in the best of circumstances, but it's the eye, the overall topic of preparedness. And I know that that's what you live and breathe, which is great. But we're seeing some really interesting things coming out of this, this what's happening with Iran. Right?
• 8:33
I guess it's I guess, technically, we call it the Iran war. And so, you know, we're gonna be digging into a lot of stuff around that. But, before we jump into a few of the things I've prepared I wanna talk about, I know that, you know, you obviously you specialize in a lot of things, but one of things is just preparedness and survival supplies. Right? Food, water, seeds, etcetera.
• 8:55
And I know that when you and I talk sometimes, you're a really good kinda canary in the coal mine in terms of how the American public is is feeling. I know that after Trump got in, you know, especially the first, you know, six months plus of of him being in office, I think a lot of people just felt much more safe. Like, I know that we saw the big reduction in people that were looking for preparedness information that they felt, you know, much more, I guess, you know, secure. But what I'm seeing is as, you know, the Trump has kinda continued and people are seeing that the reality is not what they expected, without going in in the details, especially with this, you know, war situation with Iran, a lot of people are now kind of gaining a sense again, Okay, I think that I still need to be more serious about being prepared. And so, I guess my first question for you is, what are you seeing in terms of orders coming in, public sentiment?
• 9:53
Are you seeing any shifts with people happening in the past couple of weeks?
• 9:58
Speaker 2: Yeah, Seth, you know, I think that's human nature. But I'll be honest, I'm glad I'm kind of glad it works that way too. Because when your whole life is dedicated to this, it's exhausting. It really is. I mean, it wears you out.
• 10:10
It wears you down. You know? So I can learn to appreciate that six months of, like, let's take a break. Like, we're okay right now, you know, I appreciate that. But then there comes a time like right now where it picks back up and you know, you start to become more aware of what's going on around you.
• 10:29
You know, we've really seen it in the last, I hate to say two to three weeks, but when they started putting, you know, ships in The Gulf over there, everybody started waking up again, like this could be bad, you know, and it's we're dealing with Iran now. This isn't Iraq or, Afghanistan or Pakistan. Like, this is Iraq. They can shoot back. They've got you know, we've we've had an administration before this one that had an open border for four years.
• 10:54
Like, who knows what's in this country? So it's I do believe everybody well, I don't everybody's waking back up to, alright, time to get serious again. So we've definitely picked back up significantly in what's going on around here.
• 11:09
Speaker 1: And I and I think it's it's a good thing. Right? Because not to say that it's a good thing for people to be scared and and to feel threatened and and not feel safe in their own country, but I'd say that, you know, the preparedness level of the average American home, let's just say, in the last hundred years, has dropped so, so far. I mean, if I had to say just because the way that, you know, our grandparents lived right? We we call it prepping, but it's like for them, it was just how they lived.
• 11:43
Right? It was you know? So if you go back let's just say go back to 1926. Right? Let's go back a 100 years.
• 11:49
My guess is probably, you know, 80 to 90% of the the entire population in The United States. That was much more of an agrarian, you know, you know, kind of nation. But the vast, vast majority of people in this country would be able to live through a grid down scenario, live through a lot of different scenarios that now would end up just wiping out almost the inverse of the number of people that would have been prepared that long ago. Right?
• 12:17
Speaker 2: Seth, it's funny you say that because my dad has joked about this. Like, everything I'm doing here, he's like, Clayton, I've lived that way for sixty years of my life. Like, we have a garden every year. We can our vegetables every year. We have a root cellar.
• 12:33
Like, they have all this stuff still, you know, and it's been completely lost in generations after that. We don't do any of this stuff anymore. If we want fresh peaches or green beans, we go to the grocery store. We think it's always going to be there. You know, we don't think anybody can poison our food supply.
• 12:51
Although the reality of it is that's not the truth, you know? So you're absolutely right. A hundred years ago, the completely different situation. I don't even think it was a hundred years ago. I mean, I think this has been lost in the sixties or the seventies, you know, because our grandparents didn't live like this.
• 13:06
So, you know, much different situation than it was 5060, '70, or one hundred years ago.
• 13:12
Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. And I think, I mean, a lot of it, I think, is by design. I think a lot of it has been part of this ongoing plan to bring down America. And I think that one of the best ways they can do that is to make sure that the families are broken up and split apart, but also just the families are not living in the ways that are sustainable. Right?
• 13:32
Because, I think it was Kissinger, right, talked about, you know, you control their food, you control the water, you control the money, you know, you control the energy. You know, you you control the nation. Right? And so it's like right now, like, what happens? I know you one of your things is food.
• 13:46
Right? It's like, well, what happens if the grocery stores, which we know you know, these grocery stores, they don't keep a, you know, a month worth of food. Right? They've got probably now the AI systems that are calculating exactly what products need to come in on the trucks every day. And so maybe, you know, they've got a week's worth of food.
• 14:03
And so I think a lot of people don't think about the fact of, like, okay, what happens if I can no longer just go to the grocery store for any reason? Right? It could be a grid down scenario. It could be some sort of supply chain disruption. But, like, what happens if you go there and the shelves are empty?
• 14:19
I I think for a lot of Americans, they they they unfortunately, they they kind of, not say they live paycheck to paycheck, but they live kind of pantry to pantry, like they live can to can, right, where they're just buying what they need every week, and that's not a good situation. As many of you know, I'm not really a big fan of the stock market. For the most part, I look at it as just another tool the system's created that's really about getting people to put their assets somewhere outside of their own control, and that's why I never liked it. I always keep this 10 ounce bar of silver on my desk as a reminder that this is real money. I paid $200 for this back in the day, and now it's worth close to 1,000.
• 14:57
That's real. So I saw my dad lose nearly his entire $4.00 1 k, like his life savings, when the .com crash hits. And so I rarely ever talk about investing in the stock market because, honestly, I think it's full it's rigged, it's full of fake paper money. However, I had a really interesting conversation with someone last week who spent twenty years studying the markets. His name is Mark Wilburn, and he's expert, but his approach is night and day different from the typical buy and hold and put all your faith in the four zero one k and hope for the best.
• 15:30
Instead, Mark is a trader. He's not an investor, and he shows you how to make really strategic moves with stocks so you can operate more like a SEAL team on a mission. So it's not about buying the next Nvidia and hoping it goes to the moon. It's about understanding how the game really works so that you can spot the patterns and know when to get in and when to get out at a profit. Then you can take those profits, and you can buy silver, gold, real estate, guns, ammo, whatever you decide to store your wealth.
• 15:59
So it's not about trusting big banks or some Wall Street manager with your money. It's about taking matters into your own hands. And so Mark will be hosting a free five day online training called Zero to Trading Boot Camp. Okay? So it's Zero to Trading Boot Camp.
• 16:16
It's from March 16 to the twentieth of this month. And he's gonna show you how to do all this. So the events for everyone, whether you're brand new to trading or already active in the market. So tickets are normally $97, but Mark has agreed to open up registration for free for all of my listeners because he wants to support people like you. So go to m I a hyphen boot camp.
• 16:39
So mia-bootcamp.com or click the link in the description below the the video to reserve your spot. It starts March 16. Okay? So again, click the link below, to claim your free ticket. It's mia-bootcamp.com.
• 16:55
Honestly, you're going to love it.
• 16:58
Speaker 2: You know, we talked to a lot of people all the time about this. I mean, you just said like the grid down situation like there, you know, I people will call in here and say, I've got this, I've got that, I've got two freezers in my garage, you know. Well, in a grid down situation, those freezers in your garage are gonna be good for about a week. So once that stuff starts to defrost and thaw, it's no longer good. That years worth of food, your frozen food you think you have in your freezers is worthless.
• 17:25
You know, so now let's like look at what you got in your pantry and how quick you're gonna go through that. So a lot of people don't even have what they think they have. You know, I know we had to jump off course here a little bit when we had those hurricanes over here or not the hurricane. Well, it wasn't a hurricane that blew up through here and dumped all the rain on Asheville. Like, we went over and helped out over there, and it just amazed me that the people had bought second homes in the mountains, you know, to to get up to get away from COVID when it was in Atlanta and all those other places.
• 17:54
I mean, this is their their their getaway home, their their bomb shelter, if you will. And they were standing in line getting food. I mean, I'm I'm glad we are there to help, but you've you've bought a $2,000,000 house in the mountains, and you can't even take care of yourself. You can't even filter water. You know, what's the point of all that?
• 18:17
So it's crazy how many of us aren't prepared for even a simple thing like, you know, taking care of ourselves for a week.
• 18:27
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a good point. Actually, I'll pull up a website my wife, Kate and I built. What we discovered was that, exactly what you said, there's a lot of people that they think they're prepared. They think, Oh, we live out in the woods, etcetera, but they've got so many gaps. So, what we think, what we put together is, Okay, what if we can just put together a free score, like a free test, so people can go through?
• 18:48
So, that's what we did here, right? This just readyscore.com. Like, we, put together this test for people, So they go in there and they can you can literally within ninety seconds, there's two different tests that we put together. You can do a quick one, which is under two minutes or a longer one, which is about eight minutes, but it goes through so say the full assessment, right? It's got 40 different questions, 11 different areas, around eight minutes, but it goes through and asks you, right, okay, where do you live?
• 19:14
Do you live in suburban neighborhood, small town? And so you go through, and you you go through, and you answer all these questions. Right? How much food do you have? Your mindset.
• 19:24
Anyway, so then once you get through the end of it, then it gives you your almost like a credit score. Right? So out of a 100, it tells you, okay. Here is your ready score. So say you're a 75.
• 19:33
I think I got, like, around a 75. And so it shows you, okay. Here's your areas that you're strong, but here are your biggest weak areas. And that's the thing is, I think for a lot of people, like, just they haven't thought through a couple things, and they might have so much, but actually they don't have backup medical supplies, or they don't have anything more than kind of basic water filtration. So that was the idea with that is just to help people, just to have that assessment, which I think is really, really important because I think a lot of the deaths that I'm seeing that have happened in natural disasters are not because of the disaster, because people weren't prepared for the disaster.
• 20:07
Right? And so you can blame it on the disaster, but it's like, okay. Yes. If but yes. You know, your uncle froze to death in his home.
• 20:14
That's really bad. But, you know, a month ago, if he would have gone out gone off to the Home Depot and spent $600 on a generator and got, you know, 30 gallons of gas, he wouldn't have died. You know what mean? So it's really it's it's the lack of preparedness, I think, that actually ends up taking a lot more lives than the actual disaster itself.
• 20:35
Speaker 2: Yeah. And there's that that false sense of security that our government will be there to take care of you. Like, and time again, we see it. That's not the way it happens. It's not the way it works.
• 20:43
And these are all localized disasters. You know I mean? Like, this is very, when a hurricane hits, it's a small, you know, it's a very small percentage of Florida that really needs help. Like, if something were to happen on a national scale, FEMA's not going to be there. I mean, they're very inefficient when it's a small disaster, much less something big.
• 21:04
So, yeah, it's it's scary how many people aren't ready for anything.
• 21:10
Speaker 1: It is. Well and I wanna pull up something because you mentioned just the people that you know, within our own country. And so this is a post put out by general Flynn and, who obviously understands war quite well. Right? And, you know, I won't read the whole thing, but he says that, Sitrep, right, Iran conflict update, he just put this out yesterday.
• 21:32
He says, Interceptive communications indicate Iranian sleeper cells inside The United States are being activated. This is the front that most Americans are not prepared for. And he gives some more, information, you know, basically kind of explain what's going on over there. But the the big thing, I'm seeing this on on other places as well, is just that, yeah, this this was my concern, right? This is my you know, everyone's focused on the boots on the ground.
• 21:59
What happens if we send troops over there, you know, we're gonna lose troops? But, you know, as far as I understand, you know, we're we're in the realm of unconventional warfare now. Right? You're not gonna have Iran with, you know, kind of big boats landing on our shores like d day with, you know, troops running in. That's not how war needs to be fought.
• 22:18
You know, they could you know, I've done a lot of of study into our grid, for instance. I'm sure you have too. And our grid is extremely weakened, very, very vulnerable. Obviously, to an EMP, it's like it's it's toast with an EMP, but which they could do that. Right?
• 22:34
All, you know, all you need is a couple, you know, small warheads and a a ship, you know, with a container, Club K container launching system, you know, go go sit in the Gulf Of America, put up a nuke above the country, there's your EMP. But even on a smaller scale, you know, if there's these Iranian sleeper cells, which obviously we know that our country has been full of people coming in over the border that have been kinda let in, a lot of them, you know, being having affiliations to CCP, you know, the Iranian regime, etcetera. So it would be pretty easy for a couple different sleeper sleeper cells to activate and hit, you know, key power grid areas, hit key transportation places. I mean, so these are these are very real threats that could quickly shut down life in America.
• 23:22
Speaker 2: Seth, it's been a couple years ago. We watched them fly a weather balloon, or we say they'd say it was a weather balloon the whole way across the country. We didn't do anything about it. Did we ever find out what all the what what was flying around the Northeast there a year ago that got swept under the rug? Does anybody know where that what that was, where it came from?
• 23:43
Like, I mean, the drones that were shooting all over the place at night, don't think for a second Iran can't do that and put some kind of a chemical or some kind of a bio weapon or some kind of an EMP in that balloon or that drone. It's really scary where we're at. And again, it's nice to be able to take like a big step back and a sigh of relief when Trump's in office and think, okay, we're good for a little while. I don't need ammo. I don't need food.
• 24:06
I don't need this. I don't need that. Well, the reality of it is we're back to that situation. And like you said, we've upset Muslims all around the world. And I mean, I'm not saying it's something we shouldn't have done.
• 24:21
You know, I believe in strength through peace, but we have to be prepared on this side too.
• 24:26
Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh, yeah. Well, what's interesting is I'll pull an article up here is that, you know, again, we talk about lot of people feeling kind of safe. Okay. Hey, Trump's in.
• 24:34
The government's gonna protect us. You know, I personally don't believe that to be the case, especially now, you know, with where we're at. But this is a a a post. This is on a zero hedge, and I've seen this in the past day or so, you know, kind of really spreading around that so I guess there's a handful of, Trump cabinet members that are allegedly buying nuclear bunkers. Now, this is, again, just kind of, from some comments made by a guy who runs Atlas survival shelters.
• 25:03
And so, you know, but it's worth considering. So I'll just read a little bit about this. It says the Iran conflict has ignited a massive surge in demand for nuclear approved bunkers across America, with even top Trump administration officials securing their own underground fortress fortresses amid whispers of World War three. Says, as the telegraph reports, Ron Hubbard, the owner of Atlas Survival Shelters, which I've been following those guys for quite some time. It's kinda one of my little dream things.
• 25:30
Like, I wish maybe one day I'll buy an Atlas Survival Shelter. But, anyway, he says so, Hubbard says that they've been inundated with calls since the conflict erupted with inquiries spiking tenfold. Says the Texas based company, which builds everything from $20,000 basic shelters to multimillion dollar compounds, is reaping a harvest from the heightened tensions. So Hubbard revealed that two senior Trump cabinet members are new customers, you know, saying, quote, one of them texted me yesterday saying, when will my bunker be ready? So it says that the bunkers boast hardened steel construction, armored blast doors, air purification systems, and some of them, you know, even have, like he says, luxuries like cinemas, pools, gun ranges, all designed to withstand, drone strikes or worse.
• 26:17
So, anyway, there's a picture of one of the bunkers that they're they're building. And and there's they they've got some cool stuff. I mean, I I've you know, like I said, I've laid awake at night dreaming of building a nice bunker like that. But, I mean, this just shows you, okay, these are just you know, these are Trump people people obviously very close to to Trump. So, obviously, they're sensing a a threat in this situation that's very real.
• 26:43
Speaker 2: You know, we've we had a a bunker company reach out to us probably about a week ago asking us to supply some of the bunkers they're putting in in the ground with food. We've had people reach out in the last couple days where we've sent pallets of food to their yacht in Florida to like they're again, these are wealthy people that can afford this kind of stuff, but it's crazy. Like even those wealthy people are starting to really, to really stock up. Like it shocked me what it shocked me where we've sent food in the last two weeks.
• 27:23
Speaker 1: So it's not just that you're seeing, say, your average, know, say middle class American family that say they're ordering a three month food kit. Right? You're you're seeing something different.
• 27:34
Speaker 2: We we sent we sent a box truck full of food to Florida to be loaded on a yacht, like survival food. So that that's that's their bunker. You know? They're
• 27:47
Speaker 1: So the so I guess maybe that if things kinda hit the fan, they'll just take their yacht, and they'll just go sail out and park in the middle of the sea and just kinda
• 27:56
Speaker 2: I guess. They loaded it down. So like I said, we've had the bunker companies reach out to us. Our sales have really, like really picked up here in the last couple weeks. And it's again, it's back to the seeds, the water filtration, the survival food.
• 28:13
It's definitely picked up. But the same way, you know what I mean? We had plans and I don't wanna scare everybody from flying, but I mean, we had plans for a trip and I backed off of them. Like, let's stick close to home here for a little bit. When general Flynn's release and stuff like that, make sure, you know, take pause and let's just hang out here for a few weeks, see what's going on.
• 28:34
Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Not a not a bad idea. In terms of you know, obviously, I kinda talked to a couple of things, sleeper cells and and the nuclear threat, obviously, with the the the bunkers being built. But what are the what are the concerns you have, right, when you're watching this what the situation unfold over there, which, I mean, a lot of indicators show that it's not just this kind of two weeks and done situation.
• 28:59
I mean, a lot of the analysis that I'm seeing, they're saying this could drag on for a very long time, that there's a very strong opposition force still there. They have a new leader that's even more extreme than the previous one. And I'm seeing videos of, like, mass, mass, gatherings in support of the Iranian regime, like, you know, huge you know, hundreds of thousands of people out, out showing their support for the regime. So it's not, again, like, this simple CIA kinda hat trick. Hey.
• 29:31
This guy's dead, here's our new puppet. Right? It's, you know, could be much worse. But what are what are the things that that you're seeing? Like, what's your kind of mind going through in terms of the threats for us here on American soil?
• 29:43
Speaker 2: Again, we I think we're kind of blind to what war's really like. You know? We've we've never had this this country's never been bombed. We don't know what it's like to live through that. Like, I mean, we read it on the news and that's about it.
• 29:56
My biggest concern is with, you know, the last administration leaving the border open like that. We know we know they're in here. Like they don't have to jump on a plane this time. They're already here. You know, intercepting those communications that, you know, time to release the sleeper cells.
• 30:16
I mean, it didn't really specifically say where that's at. That's a pretty big concern of mine. Like I'm gonna stay out of Atlanta for a little while. I'm, you know, I'm not gonna gather in those big places for a little while. Like it's, that's my big concern.
• 30:30
Like, and I know there's not a whole lot you want to say about this, but to take the power grid out in this country would be really, really, really easy. Really easy. You don't even need an EMP to do it. Like, I'll say much more than that, you don't need an EMP to do that. You know what I mean?
• 30:48
And the Iranian regime knows that. You could take out the power on the East Coast for years with, you know, very simply, like it's not a lot, you know, you could poison our food supply or our water supply like very easily, you know. So it's that's my biggest concern is who was let into this country for the last four years or during that last administration, what they could possibly do to disrupt us.
• 31:17
Speaker 1: Exactly. I mean, and it's not even I guess without getting into the specifics of how these things could work, you're right. I mean it could be a single kind of substation, right, that could be enough to take out an entire region. Because I remember it was maybe four or five years ago that people they were shooting. There's, like, a power station out in California that that was being shot, and they suspected it was an attempt on disrupt disruption to the power grid.
• 31:47
  Do you remember that happening?
• 31:49
Speaker 2: I do. It amazes me that we don't have concrete walls around substations with armed guards. It amazes me. And at some point in time, we will, but we're gonna wait till something happens. I mean, it's kind of the way we work.
• 32:04
We wait we wait for the the disaster to happen before we fix the problem, But it amazes me there's not fortified concrete walls around substations, especially key substations that really control a lot of the power distribution in this country. I mean, if you shut the power off in this country, we would be lost. Like, it'd be a disaster. You're done getting fuel out of the ground. Like, can you imagine no red lights in the major cities or, you know, no traffic control devices?
• 32:35
You're not going to your grocery store. You're not paying for anything anymore. You know, like everything we do now is digital or electronic. Like it would shut this country down for years because you're not going to Home Depot and buying a new transformer. And you're not going over there and putting bubble gum on the side of it and thinking you fixed the problem.
• 32:59
It needs completely disassembled, shipped back to China or Germany or The Philippines or wherever it was manufactured. Like it's years and years and years to fix this stuff. The power companies don't keep extra ones in their yards. You know what I mean? This is a fifty year machine.
• 33:16
Like you set it and forget it. Well, they don't buy extras. And you could literally shut the power down in this country with a few people on the East Coast, and everything East Of The Mississippi would be done for years. Again, we don't realize how fragile it is.
• 33:33
Speaker 1: I I yeah. I couldn't agree more. I mean and and this is something that I've spent probably too much time, you know, studying and and and reading, you know, whether it's just, you know, reports or fiction books or nonfiction, you know, kind of manuals on this stuff. I mean, it's it's a very real situation. And and even looking at just what happens if water, water treatment shuts down?
• 33:59
And that's something that a lot of people don't don't don't really think through. Like, what happens if you go to your sink and you can't pull water out of there anymore? Where are you gonna get water? Are gonna go to the river? What happens if everyone else is going to the river?
• 34:10
What happens if someone died upstream? Right? Now you've got cholera, you've got all the waterborne stuff that's happening. And that's one thing that if you look into these kinds of scenarios, water ends up being one of your biggest killers in that kind of a situation. Because for a lot of people, they don't understand how to purify water, they understand the need of purifying water, and they'll go drink from a river or a ditch if that's their only source of water.
• 34:36
Of course, you know, if you're going on day two with no water, you're going to do whatever it takes to get water into your body. But, that's, you know, waterborne illnesses and dehydration. Those are the real killers in these kinds of situations.
• 34:52
Speaker 2: Well, in situations like that, you know I mean? Like it's, again, you hate to even like say this kind of stuff, putting these thoughts into people's heads, but they know it better than we do. I mean, they've studied this how to shut down our country. Like, shut down the water production, go dump poison in the river, you know? Now nobody's got water.
• 35:12
Or if you drink it, you're dying, you know. So it's they they have they've thought this out. They're not gonna bomb us. You know what I mean? They're not landing on our shores, but how do we poison us from within?
• 35:23
They know how to do it. They know how they're going to do it. You know, God forbid it ever happens, but, you know, this is this is the stuff that keeps me up, you know, not not fighting off a foreign invader, but what they're gonna do from within. And again, this is this is what got me into this business years ago. You know, it's every everybody everywhere I live, everybody got a gun.
• 35:46
Like nobody's landing on our shores, but they'll do something from within. And in the last, like I said, and during that last administration, the gates were wide open. Who's in here right now? That's what scares me.
• 36:01
Speaker 1: Well, even looking what could be done with even drone technology. Because that's the thing is that the vectors of war have just changed so much. There's a lot of people that think, Oh, okay, I've got 30 long guns, and I've got, you know, 30,000 rounds of ammo, I'm good. But do you have drone detecting software, hardware? Right?
• 36:24
Like, it's like, go look at some of the footage of what's happening with the with over in Ukraine. You can see it's a it's it's a drone war over there. You see all the footage of you might have a a full armored, you know, troop carrier, right, or a big old MRAP. It doesn't matter. It just all it takes is one drone driven into the back of that thing and detonated.
• 36:43
So the people that think that they can just kinda camp up in their houses with their shotguns, it's like, well, you know, I don't think that you're gonna see drone warfare that every attack house is getting hit with drones. But if you're in a region where there's that kind of conflict happening, I I I think very, very few people, even the guy who's excellent with, you know, shooting down ducks and birds and everything or, you know, clay pigeons, I think very few people would be able to take a drone out of the air. If that drone is carrying a payload, let alone if a drone's carrying a payload into a power substation, you have no idea who even did it.
• 37:19
Speaker 2: Yep. It's not even the explosives on the drone that scare me. It's the chemicals or the bioweapons that could be on that drone that scare me.
• 37:26
  Speaker 1: That's a good
• 37:27
Speaker 2: point. Like, you fly a drone across New York City full of anthrax or, you know, whatever. You spread that real quick, and you got a whole city that's dying.
• 37:39
Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. That's that's a good point. And I know even, you know, back to the water discussion, you know, you mentioned some of these people down in, the Asheville region, these, you know, dollars 2,000,000 cabins and kinda off grid homes that had very, very little in preparedness. I think you'd mentioned that you were literally having to fly in pallets of water.
• 38:00
Right? And actually and and or truck in pallets of just bottled water because a lot of these people didn't have a $20 life straw that they could use to filter their own water. Right?
• 38:13
Speaker 2: I'm really grateful that country came together and, like, everybody went over there to help. Like, I've like, I can really appreciate that. I'll tell you it's really frustrating, really frustrating, especially doing what we do and you preach it all the time, like be ready for this stuff, be ready for this stuff. Like there were people over there that truly needed help. You know I mean?
• 38:35
Their survival supplies were washed down the river and they were gone. But then there were people on top of the hill in their $2,000,000 home, $3,000,000 home with their $400,000 car parked outside of it, standing in the same line trying to get food and water. Like, that blew my mind as to how ill prepared we are as a society. We care more about the Lexus sitting in the driveway than we do about a bucket of survival food or a life straw or a filter bottle. Like, we can't even take care of ourselves.
• 39:14
But you got a $400,000 car sitting there and a $2,000,000 house. Like, and you bought that to run from COVID. You know what I mean? Like, if if COVID happens again, I can go up to the mountains and I'm okay. Like, you kidding me?
• 39:31
You couldn't even you can't even feed yourself. You can't even filter water. Like, what are you what are you doing? You know? Like, it was it was really, really frustrating to watch that.
• 39:44
I mean, I'm I'm getting I'm glad we were there to help. I'm glad everybody was there to help. They're still over there helping. But the people that truly lost their homes that really needed help, like they got half the effort because we were feeding the people that were just fine, just didn't have anything in their pantry. Know what I mean?
• 40:02
Like, the power went out, and they were completely lost. No idea what to do.
• 40:07
  Speaker 1: Yeah. It's it's just it's it's wild.
• 40:10
Speaker 2: Shocking. Shocking to see it. So
• 40:15
Speaker 1: what are because I know that, you know, for a lot of people, the idea of preparedness is overwhelming. I think that's that's part of what stops a lot of people from doing it is it's also it's kinda why we put that test together. Right? Just ready readyscore.com is that it doesn't have to be overwhelming. Right?
• 40:32
So, okay, do an assessment, figure out okay. Because I think for a lot of people, they could spend a $100 and actually be more prepared than 95% of the entire nation. Right? Even if they've got a a life straw and a single bucket of freeze dried food, right, that just gives them, okay, hey, it's it's a month worth of food and water secured. You know, for a lot of people, don't go they don't they won't go past a week worth of their supplies.
• 40:57
And after a week, that's when everyone starts to hit that. And that's the thing is you you look at because I've done a lot of look you know, kind of studying this, like, what happens say the grid goes down. Well, you know, go read One Second After. Right? It's it's one of my favorite books.
• 41:09
But after three, four days, that's when the chaos really starts. Because for a lot of these people that they didn't prepare, you know, they're gonna do whatever it takes. It doesn't matter how friendly your neighbor is if their kid is is not being fed. Right? That they're looking at their five year old, you know, son who's crying and and hungry, that that dad's gonna do what it takes.
• 41:32
You know what I mean? And so it's, yeah, it's it's it's a it's a frightening situation, actually, how far they've taken America. I think it take us from being one of the most resilient and self reliant countries into being just completely just hanging off the government teat.
• 41:50
Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. You know what? You kinda nailed it right there. Like, this isn't this doesn't cost hundreds of thousands of dollars or even thousands of dollars.
• 41:58
You know, like the life straw or the filter bottles, to filter water. I mean, that's by far the most important thing to have. Like, and just half a percent of America have the ability to filter their own water. You know, it's crazy. Again, but even back to the food, know, you've kind of nailed it right there after three or four days, and I hate to say this like, this sounds awful to say this, but when I think of my preparedness, like if I can get my family through a month or six weeks, I mean, that's that's the bare minimum.
• 42:32
But if you can get them through a month or six weeks, I honestly believe the rest majority of this country will be dead. They'll kill each other. They'll be on the verge of starving to death. Like so I I don't need years and years and years worth of food. Get me a couple months.
• 42:50
Get me three months. You know what I mean? Hide out. Hunker down. Like, I don't think there's gonna be a whole lot left.
• 42:59
Awful to say that, but it's the reality of it. You know? I mean, it's like you said, go three or four days without food or water. Go a week without water and it's you're all but dead. You know?
• 43:14
A Few days and you're dead. Yeah.
• 43:16
Speaker 1: I'll I'll pull up just on your site, just as an example. Right? Your site, heavensharvest.com. Right? You know, variety of different kind of water filtration things here.
• 43:27
You I've got one of these UltraPresses, right? I think it's a GeoPress, but you know, water filtration. These are water bottles. These are great. A $100, $90.
• 43:36
Speaker 2: Those are awesome, awesome, awesome water bottles. And the thing I like about them as opposed to that LifeStraw, is I can fill that bottle up and go. Like the LifeStraw kind of gotta be bent over a creek. You know what I mean? I like the LifeStraw like if I'm hiking or camping, but like in a true survival situation, I prefer that filter bottle.
• 43:58
Because I can dip it and go and run real quick. You know? I can I can get inside? I can, you know, drink the water later too.
• 44:07
Speaker 1: And so just to explain, because I've I've got a couple of these actually. It it basically works like a French press. Right? You know, people that make coffee, put the coffee grinds in, you kind of press it, then you filter it out. This works the same thing.
• 44:18
You can go to a a creek, fill your bottle up, you kind of press it through the filter, and you've got clean, drinkable water. It's almost like a it's like a portable Berkey, basically. But, yeah, even that one thing. Right? And and how I mean, these how long do these filters last for?
• 44:33
Right? You think it's, oh, it's it's only one bottle, but you could literally sit there by a creek all day and fill up a whole bathtub worth of drinking water through this, right?
• 44:41
Speaker 2: That is how that works. And it does depend on how clean the water is you're filtering. If you're trying to filter a mud puddle that everybody's been running through and you're picking up a lot of silt, the filter's not gonna last that long. If you're filtering water that's been settled and pretty clear, that filter will last a long time. Seth actually kind of interesting, I'm sure a lot of your listeners are familiar with the show Alone, where they drop guys off in the middle of the wilderness and they survive, you know, last man standing kind of a deal.
• 45:13
The guy that won one of the seasons of that, I'm pretty good friends with, and he's the one that turned me onto that bottle. That is the best filter bottle I've ever used. So that's coming from somebody that's a true survivalist is where that came from.
• 45:27
Speaker 1: And so, like looking obviously, know, preparedness is, it's so multifaceted. Right? And and you can get like, if if I were to list off, you know, like, I think I've got five different kinds of generators. Right? I've got a PTO generator that I can use diesel to power.
• 45:43
I've got, I think, three different solar generators. I've got a a whole house generator that runs on propane. I've got a gasoline generator. You know? So I've I've kind of you you can go way down the the rabbit hole with this stuff.
• 45:57
Right? Which I've done. I think you have too. But for the average person, though, like, don't have to go through all that. So if someone were were to come to you and say, okay.
• 46:07
Look. I've done very little stuff to prepare. I'm really worried about what's happening with the situation in Iran. I'm worried about some of these disruptions. I'm on a budget.
• 46:18
Right? What are what are some of the key areas that you'd recommend where people start, right? In terms of, here's here's a good foundation for you. How would you point what which direction would you point people to?
• 46:28
Speaker 2: You know, we get a lot of people, and it's it's really shocking how many people in the cities in the last couple years, the city has really woken up to it. And quite honestly, believe a lot of it is it's the younger generation that's living in the city and their parents have told them, COVID woke everybody up. And the biggest thing we've done is we put together, I don't know if you can pull back up, showing everybody those MRE meals we've made now that don't require a generator, don't require a heat source, it's all in the bag. Those self feeding meal kits right there, some of those with the water brick that stores the water and now you can eat and drink in the city, wherever you're at. You don't need all the, again, like all the generators or the fuel supplies or any of that.
• 47:22
You don't have to worry about, you know, a fire in your house. Everything to cook that meal is in that bag. And a couple of those water bricks that are filled up and stored, and again, read the directions on that stuff. If you're getting it out of like a well, you need to add a few drops of chlorine to it. If you're getting it out of a public water supply, it's already got chlorine in it.
• 47:44
And they'll last in those water bricks for quite a while. So honestly, those water bricks, a filter bottle and some of those MRE meals is really, really, really a great start for a survival kit or a preparedness kit.
• 48:01
Speaker 1: And so, okay, so looking at even food. So you mentioned before having, say, a month of food, right? And in terms of water, like, what would you recommend? Because, you know, the figures I've come across, really, you wanna have, at a minimum, a gallon of water per person per day. Right?
• 48:22
But when you're getting when you're getting into hygiene and everything, then you're gonna need more. We've, you know, we've got an above ground pool that was part of the house that we bought, which which I'm really grateful for because for washing, toilet stuff that, you know, I've got I mean, maybe it's 10 or 20,000 gallons. I'm not sure how many gallons it is. It's a, you know, it's a big pool. But how many gallons of water, though, do you should people be storing?
• 48:46
Speaker 2: I'm right there with you. We do a gallon of water per person per day is where we're at with our family. Hey. Can I tell you a quick story real quick?
• 48:54
Speaker 1: Oh, I love stories. Yeah. Go ahead.
• 48:56
Speaker 2: This is bad. Last July, I got diverticulitis.
• 49:02
Speaker 1: Is that from diving? You get bit by, like,
• 49:04
Speaker 2: a a shrimp? No. This is this is this is it's a it's in your colon, but it's a problem with your colon. And you guys can look this up, it's called diverticulitis. I'm gonna tie this story into survival here.
• 49:23
It's in your colon. I had to go on a liquid diet for a month. All I could have was water, apple juice, and chicken broth. And it taught me a really valuable lesson about survival. As Americans, we eat a lot more than we need to eat.
• 49:48
We don't have to have three meals a day. Now there's gonna be a lot of people disagree with me on this. We always say we need, you know, 2,000 calories a day to survive. Look, I did it. I mean, I lost weight, but I lived on water, apple juice, and chicken broth for a month and I was fine.
• 50:09
Like, I didn't need three meals a day. I didn't need 2,000 calories. Like, as long as I had a little bit of food, a little bit of nutrition, as long as I had water, I survived for a month and didn't eat anything. I'm not saying go do that. But what I am saying is if you can just get yourself a meal or two a day at best and get you a 500, a thousand calories, you're going to lose weight.
• 50:40
You're not going to go run a marathon. You know what I mean? But you will survive. Like we don't need what we think we need. You know, a breakfast, lunch, and a dinner is not a necessity.
• 50:53
You know what mean? We don't need it. So again, back to the survival and everybody thinking, my gosh, I gotta have all this stuff. Like I don't think we do. You know, for the long term, like I don't we can never put enough food in our closet to survive for a lifetime.
• 51:10
It's never gonna happen. Can't save it, can't store it. Like, kinda like the difference between gold and silver. You know what I mean? Like a million dollars worth of gold is a stack that high, a million dollars worth of silver, you need wheelbarrows to carry it.
• 51:25
Like food's the same way. You're never gonna be able to put enough food away, especially if you're living in the city or a neighborhood to last a lifetime. Get you through a month, get you through a couple of weeks, get you through six weeks. That's what you need to put away. And you don't need to have what you think you eat today to survive.
• 51:46
Have a way to filter water, have enough to give your family a meal a day, just a minimum, just to get them through the hard time. Because there will be light on the other side. Get you a seed kit, you know, eventually to be able to grow a little bit of your own food is huge. But don't go out there and get all stressed. Like I've gotta have all this stuff to take care of myself for six weeks because you don't, like I lived it.
• 52:11
I lived not eating anything for a month besides water, apple juice, and chicken broth, and I was fine. You know, if I could just add a meal in there a day, I'd have been terrific. So don't get as stressed about this as you think you need to be to do it. Know, it's not, it's really not, it's not as dramatic as we like to think it is.
• 52:36
Speaker 1: Which is good because I think that, especially coming from you, that helps relieve a lot of stress people have and thinking, Oh gosh, I don't have $10,000 to buy a year worth of food, right? Or whatever that cost would come out to. And think that's part of the key. And that's what I'm doing with a lot of what I'm doing. So, got, you know, my book coming out, Prep Like Noah.
• 52:58
We have the community that we're launching soon, the ARC community, and part of it is that, you know, obviously, you have the people that are the hardcore preppers, right? Like, I'd probably put myself in that category yourself as you know, potentially having, you know, years worth of food, you know, all that kind of stuff. Maybe a backyard bunker, an off grid, off grid cabin somewhere. But that's like a tiny portion of the population. It's like, my thinking is, okay, if I can help, you know, the you get to a point where, say, the average American home even just has a month worth of food and some sort of water storage and filtration, like that right there would, I don't know exactly what it'd be, let's just say that there's a grid down scenario.
• 53:40
That could actually reduce the amount of people that die in the first thirty days by half, right? Like, literally be a difference of 100,000,000 lives still being here thirty days into that scenario, if those people have, again, even just a month of food, access to clean water, just those basics. It makes a it makes a huge difference.
• 54:03
Speaker 2: That makes a huge difference. And again, that's, this is our business. This is what we do. This is the lifestyle we live. You know what I mean?
• 54:09
Nobody, a lot of people don't do this. But a lot of people don't even have the ability to take care of themselves for twenty four hours. Like, let's get those people taken care of. You know what I mean? Make it and again, it doesn't cost a fortune.
• 54:21
This isn't like you need to go refinance your house. Figure out how to filter water, get you a meal a day for six weeks. You're just something to put in your belly. You know, again, I lived it for a month. We don't need what we think we need, you know?
• 54:37
And quite honestly, we're probably gonna get better after that month not eating three meals a day.
• 54:41
Speaker 1: Yeah. So you look really healthy. You look the most fit. I mean, not that you looked unfit before, but you you look healthy. I
• 54:48
Speaker 2: dropped I dropped 30 pounds in thirty days, and that was not eating anything. But, again, like, you survived. You didn't die. You know what I mean? Like, I had water.
• 54:58
I was fine. I mean, I look around at people, it wouldn't hurt for a lot of us to lose 30 pounds in thirty days.
• 55:05
Speaker 1: I'm like thinking, okay, what if I could pull that off too? I could sin to lose 30 pounds.
• 55:12
Speaker 2: I'm telling you, it really opened my eyes though to like, we don't need all this. You know, we don't need to do this. And if this is a survival situation, like I was still working every day, still out and about. Like if it's a survival situation, most of us are gonna be hunkered down. So you're not burning the calories that you're gonna burn when you're out working every day.
• 55:33
You know what mean? If you can only get a thousand calories a day, that's not ideal, but you're not going to die. You're not going to starve to death. You know, our hardest part is we're just used to eating. You know, we were talking about this in here yesterday, come 12:00, our brains start thinking, all right, it's time to eat.
• 55:53
Like my whole life I've been told at 12:00, let's eat. Like that's what we do. How about if we retrain our brains to instead at 12:00 we're eating, 12:00 we're going for a walk. Like, and that's what lunch means to us now, as we go for a walk, we don't sit down and eat. We don't really need it.
• 56:10
You know, we're consuming more than we really need to live. Again, it relates back to survival. You don't need three meals a day, you know. If you can have it, if you can do it, that's awesome. But you don't need that to survive.
• 56:23
You know, get you, again, one of those MREs, get you one a day for six weeks. You're going to live, you're going to survive. Figure out how to filter water, you're going to live, you're going to survive.
• 56:37
Speaker 1: Exactly. So let me I know you've got a call, so I want you to be mindful of your time. But I'll pull up your website, one last time. These links will all be in the description. So it's heavensharvest.com.
• 56:48
We've also got a promo code. So, Seth, my name, s e t h, will get, 15% off, which that, you know, that really makes a difference, right? 15% off. So, you've got on your website here, it's also so, you accept gold and silver too, right? So, if someone said, Hey, can I pay?
• 57:04
And I've got you know, here's four ounces of silver. Can I trade this? Like, I I love seeing that.
• 57:10
Speaker 2: Yep. Absolutely. We do that we do that a bunch, to be honest with you.
• 57:16
Speaker 1: That's great. So, on your website though, as we kind of talked about here, see right here, this is the, these are the MREs, right? The meals ready to eat. You've got your seed buckets, which even these, you know, they're not that expensive. Pack one of these away, just have it sitting in case, you know.
• 57:34
Now, I don't recommend for someone that if you've never built a garden or garden that you wait until you're kind of starving to think about building a garden. It's good to even a small one, get used to that process. So seeds, so up here, real simple website, which I appreciate. You've got water, so you've got filtration and storage, both are important. These water bricks are great, they're portable, you know, they're easy to carry around, they're stackable.
• 57:59
You have also the filtration products, again, that's the water bottle that we talked about. And then under food, so you've got a variety of things on here. These are just these kits, these are the one week kits. So, will require heat for cooking. It's, you know, a lot of dehydrated food, but, so you've got the food buckets, but then you've also got organic, which is good.
• 58:21
I know a lot of these food companies, this is also why I like your company, these kits are full of just trash. They lie about the calories, they inflate calories through Kool Aid and pudding and stuff. So, you've got protein kits, and really, it's kind of everything. So, you have all the different kits, you have the meals ready to eat. Anything else people should be aware of?
• 58:42
Speaker 2: Everything on that website is stuff that I personally use. I've kind of gotten rid of all the garbage. Didn't, you know what I mean? I wanted to find one option that worked great. And that's kind of how we've laid the website out.
• 58:58
You know what I mean? Like those seed kits, there's 39 different varieties in there. That's not a one year seed kit. Like those we've put them in Mylar bags so that if that seed kit, most of those seeds will last up to ten years. And there's hundreds of seeds in each kit.
• 59:14
That's not like the kit you're gonna buy from your local hardware store. You know, again, let's split that up. I mean, you could split that up with 10 of your family members if you wanted to, you know, or stick it back in the refrigerator and use it again the following year. The water bottles, again, those are the options that I have found that work the best. Like not things that I think may work or just something we could sell, but those are the things that work the best.
• 59:41
The food kits, you kind of nailed them. We've gotten rid of all the garbage out of them. If you're in the country, if you're in a rural area, those food kits are a much better value. If you're in the city, if you're in a neighborhood and you lose power, you can't make a fire or you can't heat water, those MREs work awesome. You know what I mean?
• 1:00:00
The heat sources inside the bag, there's no smoke, there's no flames. It's a perfect meal for like somebody in the urban area.
• 1:00:10
Speaker 1: Which is which is important. Sorry. Go ahead.
• 1:00:13
Speaker 2: The cans on there, the number 10 cans, you know, that's another one of those. It's easy to take those cans, stick them in a closet, and you know, something happens, bust open one of them cans, now you got some fruit and stuff or some vegetables to snack on.
• 1:00:29
  Speaker 1: Or some coffee.
• 1:00:32
Speaker 2: Sweetles are silly, man. Have you ever had those things?
• 1:00:34
  Speaker 1: No, uh-uh.
• 1:00:36
Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, Seth. I gotta like hide that can from myself. But again, I know that's not a healthy option or a healthy alternative, but there's a little bit of sugar and a little bit of calories. Just something fun to eat when you're in a survival situation.
• 1:00:54
Speaker 1: Well, it's, I mean, it's important to note, right? Right here, you got coffee and some candy, and those are things that shouldn't be overlooked, right? That's the one thing is that looking at, okay, the little things are gonna make you happy, you know? So if if the if the world's gone to hell in a handbasket, but you can still have your morning coffee and a little bit of candy just to make you smile or to give to the kids, that that goes a long way. Not to mention, like, coffee as a barter item.
• 1:01:22
Like, at one point, I I I was just kinda silly. I think I think I've got probably 400 pounds of bagged sealed coffee beans, just stored in in in big containers. You know? And and then maybe by now, it's it's kind of gone gone past being fresh coffee. But, you know, in in a scenario, it's like, you know, coffee, I it's like, I'll trade you a pound of coffee for, you know, 30 rounds of nine millimeter.
• 1:01:46
Right? People need their coffee, even cigarettes. If you want prep, right? Fill a closet with cartons of cigarettes and liquor. You've got one of the best bartering items you could possibly imagine.
• 1:02:00
  Speaker 2: Absolutely true.
• 1:02:02
Speaker 1: So, well, Clayton, I know that you've you've got to go, and and, I think it's a good time for us to wrap up. But the website's heavens heavensharvest.com, promo code is Seth, 15% off. I'll make sure those links are in the show description. And, yeah, I guess, do have any any final thoughts before we sign off?
• 1:02:19
Speaker 2: No. Like I said, don't get overwhelmed with this stuff. It's not as difficult as you think. Something is better than nothing.
• 1:02:26
Speaker 1: Yeah. That's it. Well, it's good coming from a person like you, because a lot times you hear people that are like the survival experts, they're it's like, you gotta have two years of this and this, and it's just so overwhelming that people are like, okay, just forget. I'll just die when it all happens. But it's actually yeah.
• 1:02:42
Speaker 2: That's exactly how we keep getting pushed. Look, you gotta be able to do this for years and years. And that's, I don't think that's the reality of it. You know what I mean? Get you through a month, get you through six weeks.
• 1:02:52
Most of us are gonna be dead, You know? And then you can kinda come out and but even stupid little stuff, you know what I mean? Like hurricanes or earthquakes, like just be able to take care of yourself for a month because FEMA's not gonna be everywhere at the same time. You know? And again, does I lived it for a month not eating anything, but I had a little bit of liquid and I was fine.
• 1:03:14
You know? If you can add a meal to that a day, man, that'd have been terrific. I'd have lost a little bit of weight, which most of us can afford to lose anyway. You know? So a little bit of something's a lot better than nothing.
• 1:03:28
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a good point. It's a good point. And I'd rather be, you know, five years early than one day late, because that's the thing is as soon as this stuff hits, you know, you saw the pictures of the grocery stores and everything, even with this ice storm coming up, shelves, entire shelves are empty, no food anymore. All the bread's gone, all the milk's gone, all the eggs are gone, canned food's gone. Like it happens quick.
• 1:03:55
Speaker 2: It does. And Seth, when we started doing this, it's probably been fifteen or twenty years ago, like, my wife and I don't do that anymore. We don't have to do that. You know, and there's a bit of a sigh of relief to that, you know, like you see it on Facebook, like store shelves are empty. Like we've never, in fifteen or twenty years, we've never had to run to the grocery store before the storm anymore.
• 1:04:17
Like we just don't do it. Like, yeah, we're good. Like plenty of food at the house, you know? Like I said, I've it makes you feel much better. Makes you feel much better.
• 1:04:28
  Just a
• 1:04:28
Speaker 1: It does. It does. Well, Clayton, thanks again. It's always good talking with you. And, we'll do another update, I'm sure, on this.
• 1:04:37
But, yeah, thank you for doing what you're doing. And I'm so happy to work with you guys. I know that you're, you know, made in America, strong, you know, moral, good values. You're you're the kind of companies that we need more of in this country. Just patriots that just love God, love the country, and are looking for ways to help.
• 1:04:55
So thank you for for doing what you what you've done.
• 1:04:58
Speaker 2: Absolutely. Thank you, Seth.
• 1:04:59
Speaker 1: Of course. Take care. So I hope you enjoyed that interview with Clayton. I just want to show you a couple things before we sign off that I talked about in the show. So first off is the website, ReadyScore.
• 1:05:12
So it's just readyscore.com, and the link is in the description as well. And you just go to readyscore.com, you click on this, get your free ReadyScore, click on that button. You can select oh, this is loading my previous test I just started taking. Anyway, you click on there, you can select whether you wanna do like the two minute test or the eight minute test. You go through it, and then it gives you your, results, right?
• 1:05:33
So you get your ready score, it shows you exactly where your areas are that you need to improve, Should be a helpful tool for you. The other thing I mentioned was the ARC community. So this is launching March 17. So we are a week away from finally launching this. We've got over 10,000 people on the wait list as it is.
• 1:05:54
I don't think we're gonna open it up for everybody all at once. So probably because it might just be a little too crazy. So, if you wanna get on that waiting list to join the ARC community, just go to buildthearc.com, and that link is in the description below. And so what the ARC is, if you're not familiar with it, it's a private online community centered around preparedness. Not just, you know, prepper, how many guns you have, but real preparedness, real community.
• 1:06:21
Like, that's the whole point is to build community. And so it's not just an online community where everyone's anonymous. These are real people. And the whole idea is that we're using this online community to build real offline connections. So we're gonna have, chapters in every region across the nation, also chapters in different countries around the world that sign up.
• 1:06:40
So the idea with it is that once this gets started, you'll be able to find your local chapter, meet people in your area, connect with them. Because I'm the feedback that I'm getting from a lot of you is that there's it's just so hard. You feel like you're on an island. It's so hard to find people that think the way that you do, that you can talk about the things that we talk about. I know that, you know, for me, this is my life, but for a lot of you, you watch this show, and you go back into your normal community.
• 1:07:05
And if you start talking about EMP attacks or satanic cabal or whatever it is, people look at you like you're crazy and so you just stop talking about it. So the art community though is where you find your people. Right? But it's also about the fact that your people are also looking for you. And so that's the whole idea.
• 1:07:23
So there's gonna be a lot of resources, training resources, you know, online courses for, say, water one zero one, food preparation one zero one, etcetera. There's gonna be forums, even like a prayer request section. So if you wanna if you have an issue, they wanna go on there and get some support from others. There's also gonna be, you know, kind of very detailed knowledge, boards. So if you wanna ask a question about solar or raising chickens, there are a lot of experts that will be part of this community that would love to help you out and say, okay, hey, here.
• 1:07:53
Here's what you can do. Right? Oh, you know, send me a picture of your solar setup and, oh, your your wiring is wrong here. So that's the idea though with the ARC community. It's about really building community with people that see the world like you do and see the threats that you do as well, and it's coming together to support each other.
• 1:08:09
So again, if you wanna join up the the waiting list for that, go to buildthearc.com, put in your name and your email, join the wait list. And, we're hope like I said, it's it's launching, the seventeenth, so there might be a little bit of kind of a a process of getting everyone in. But if you want to join that wait list, go to buildtheark.com, and I hope to see you in there. Alright. Thank you.
• 1:08:32
  Take care, and God bless.
