Transcript
- 0:28Welcome into the treehouse. Time to leave your worries outside and join me.
- 0:33Dan O'Malley, along with Trey Trenholme and Raj Sharma have a big show today.
- 0:42Normally I hate it when people say that because it usually fails to deliver
- 0:46on the promise. But today it is true. We have something to celebrate.
- 0:53That will happen later on, but right now there is very very very
- 0:57important, semi breaking news, not just in the state of Texas, but
- 1:03in a number of states around the country. They're coming for our porn.
- 1:07Gentleman, They're or our porn. I don't remember seeing this on Fox four.
- 1:18I don't think the slogan should be you can pry it out of my
- 1:21cold dead fingers. If they ever thought people were going to get mad about
- 1:33guns, Yeah, you can tell what a coincidence. Both of those things
- 1:42are holding something that shoots. Horn Hub Yes and a multitude of other companies
- 1:52owning adult content websites have filed the lawsuit against the Great State of Texas over
- 1:57a new law passed last session, which they say violates multiple constitutional amendments.
- 2:02The law, which will go into effect on September first. So if you're
- 2:07looking to you know, skirt these laws and you better get to pound and
- 2:10before the first of September the law would I want to see how high the
- 2:15numbers jump from now until September one, and then what the what the refractory
- 2:22period yes will be like after the first Yeah, the law would require adult
- 2:30websites like porn hub to have age verifications and health warnings before users can enter
- 2:38the websites. The lawsuit, which is filed by Free Speech Coalition Incorporated alongside
- 2:45other companies, argues this law violates the first eighth and fourteenth Amendments of the
- 2:50United States Constitution. It argues that the age verification requirement is overbroad and fails
- 2:58strict scrutiny by employing the least effect yet most restrictive means of accomplishing the States
- 3:04stated purpose of protecting miners. M h. Here's what I'm curious about,
- 3:12yes, is do these politicians, I mean, they have to realize that
- 3:19you are going to piss off a lot of people if all of a sudden
- 3:22they can't get to their porn, including some people that are very tech savvy.
- 3:28So if you were anywhere, if you voted yes for this this bill,
- 3:31your browser history better be damn spotless, because otherwise all your stuff is
- 3:39gonna get out because they're gonna hack your stuff. Yeah, your house better
- 3:43look a lot better than Mike's apartment. Everybody on board the bing bus,
- 3:53right, Yeah, it's I whoever, don't. I just don't know how
- 4:01we as the state of Texas that prides ourselves on being you know, we're
- 4:08the lone star state with this were that where everything's bigger here, like like
- 4:11Oklahoma is like they've already got like I think they've now passed recreational I know
- 4:16it's medicinal marijuana. I think we have that here now, but like Oklahoma
- 4:20got ahead of us. Yeah, I don't know how that happened. And
- 4:24Oklahoma's like you want weed in porn? Okay. I think that's like they're
- 4:29how they're getting people to move to Oklahoma. It's like, hey, you
- 4:30know, Texas, they're gonna they're gonna make you say, are you a
- 4:33teen? Oklahoma? Come? Like yeah? And Oklahoma where everything is indeed
- 4:43Okay, I love that slogan. It's like, hey, Oklahoma, we
- 4:48strive for mediocrity. Yeah. I think it's one of those things that they
- 4:54snuck in, like it's one of those bills that they kind of snuck in
- 4:57the middle, like when they were trying to pass something else and nobody actually
- 5:00read it. Yeah, it's probably one of those pork bills. So it's
- 5:04so you had like some big spending package, and like the main title of
- 5:08the package, everybody was for, like let's say education, but underneath they're
- 5:14underneath and like the smaller print. There was a smaller bill and that was
- 5:16this one, and everyone here, yeah, yeah, we're all on board
- 5:19of education. And then someone gets out the magnifying glass and they see that,
- 5:24Hey wait a minute, and next thing, you know, half the
- 5:26Texas legislatures wait, is jumping up and down, hands up, going what
- 5:30about me? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Somebody's like I can't
- 5:35clear I can't clear this fast enough. There's when you have when you have
- 5:42a bunch of politicians turning to all of their staffs asking what's a cash So
- 5:51I normally pay the hookers with and you know what they love about those hookers,
- 5:58the hookers, don't I d So, in addition to the age verification
- 6:04requirement, I mentioned the health warnings that are attached with this law. That
- 6:09health warnings include statements such as exposure to this content is associated with low self
- 6:15esteem and body image, eating disorders, and paired brain development, and other
- 6:17emotional and mental illnesses. I just go back to the initial part where it
- 6:23says this new law would require adult content websites like porn hub to have age
- 6:29verifications and health warnings before you can enter the websites, which I have to
- 6:35ask, how hard are you hitting it if they're telling you to take it
- 6:40easy. I've never I've never I've never watched so much that I mean,
- 6:46I guess, I guess the eating disorder would be the forget to eat.
- 6:54You're watching so much, you forgot to take up food break because I've never
- 6:57I've never heard something I've never in mind, and I lived in California for
- 7:00eleven years and and people have like I've met people with God love them all
- 7:05kinds of of of body issues or whatever. But I've never heard anybody be
- 7:10like, you know what, I just the anorexia started when it was just
- 7:14in a racial couple gang bangs. That's when that's that's when that's when the
- 7:19boulimia started. Yeah, it turns out porn is a gateway addiction. Who
- 7:28needs weight watchers when you got porn, there should be a calorie counter in
- 7:38the corner. How many weight watchers when you've got BBW watchers. But seriously,
- 7:46if you have to have a health law, or if if you have
- 7:50a law requiring a health warning before you can enter a website, how vigorously
- 7:57are you jerking off? That's when like, yeah, if you have to
- 8:01have like medical professionals at your side, like before you engage with yourself into
- 8:07a self love situation, are you getting dressed and looking like a high school
- 8:13wrestler going into cut lake? I think I would agree with it. Like
- 8:20this if like in the middle of your marathon, like a little thing just
- 8:24pops up and goes hydrate. Uh, And then you mean you made like
- 8:28instead of clippy it's cocky. Yes, but just somewhere with this, really
- 8:37with this really non helpful suggestions. Yes, just just just every like every
- 8:46forty minutes or so, something just pops up and goes pedialyte. It makes
- 8:52it sound like, you know, you'll have some medical team standing outside your
- 8:56door ready to rush in at halftime, give you an IV get you puffed
- 9:01up. The second half it seemed like, look, Michael Jordan wan he
- 9:05had the flu. Meanwhile, you're splayed out on the trainer's table, rubbing
- 9:09your nipples in preparation of both paddles. The whole new category. Now give
- 9:16me the juice. We just took masturbation and made it a sport. Teenage

- 12:31another? What did we do? Speaking love? Just somebody across the hill?
- 12:39Is yours working? You mean the Internet? No? The born I've
- 12:46worn stopped working. That's the law you passed you More on I can't get
- 12:52stick chicks, what about you? Although with the going the going viral on
- 13:00the Instagram, I did I did uh I did get two one one one
- 13:05Australian stripper and one, uh porn star that followed me. Now, so
- 13:11you nailed them? No no, no, no no no, they just
- 13:13follow me on. Then oh is that the is that the new I got
- 13:16a I got a porn star is not that you actually were with them sexually,
- 13:20but just that they follow you. Now yeah, she she she comes.
- 13:24She said a great sense of humor. And I was like, well,
- 13:26and and you're and what what was your response? You're great at what
- 13:31you do as well. Hashtag blessed in the prayer hands viral Going viral does
- 13:41have its advantages. Congratulation does well not to be outdone by the Texas legislature.
- 13:54A man has been arrested for driving a power wheels jeep in the street
- 13:58while intoxicated. Well done, Yeah, well done. I think the most
- 14:05surprising thing about this story is the fact that it did not happen in Florida,
- 14:09but instead happened in Indiana, where I typically not much else happens.
- 14:15Yeah. That sounds that sounds like an Indiana. That sounds like a Midwest.
- 14:18That sounds like a Midwest thing like that. Like it's like, you
- 14:22know, I can see that just in my head is like you know what,
- 14:24you're too you're too drunk to get in the car. And he's like,
- 14:28I got it. No, I'll figure this out, and he looks
- 14:33around. Then the light bulb goes off over his head when he sees a
- 14:35children's toy. Honestly, if it from the Midwest, I would expect something
- 14:43more rural, like a little maybe a tractor, a riding lawnmower or something,
- 14:48you know, yeah, something agricultural. Yeah, I mean I figured
- 14:54those guys are drunk anyway when they're when they're when they're like, I don't
- 14:58know, harvesting their crops, I would assume that they're like knocking back Keystone
- 15:05tall boys. I don't know why it's Keystone, but in my head it
- 15:07is no, No, that makes total sense. In my head, it's
- 15:09budd Ice. Oh nice. Okay yeah. But also in my head,
- 15:13if you're gonna get pulled over for a rural d WI and you want to
- 15:18go super Midwest, yeah, the vehicle needs to be an ox plow.
- 15:24Okay, now I'm gonna I that seems almost Amish Midwest. I mean yeah,
- 15:30I was gonna say, like, dude, that's kind of what I
- 15:31was kind of what I was going for. I know that I know they
- 15:35used that in India. Do they still do that? A key here?
- 15:37Like like the Land of Mechanization always still have an ox plow that would be
- 15:43amazing and to be and to be just royally effed up on one of those
- 15:46would be the best. Like you charge two tickets for that ride, that's
- 15:52gonna be fun. Well, I mean it goes back to like like Trey
- 15:54you mentioned the getting a d w I on a tractor. To me,
- 15:58that's what started a whole d WI vehicle craze. Was the guy that got
- 16:04pulled over driving a tractor and got arrested for a d w I. But
- 16:10here's and I don't mean to interrupt you on that. The guy who did
- 16:15that. It was on a John Deer and they it was caught. It
- 16:18was quote caught on tape. I met him and hate to to to break
- 16:26the news. This is this is breaking news, breaking breaking your heart news.
- 16:32It was fake. Uh yeah, he staged the whole thing, his
- 16:37buddy. Yeah, so the guy who arrests him. Honestly, I'm honestly,
- 16:41I'm really not that surprised it was. You know, it's back when
- 16:45I mean and and and to his credit, like he was I guess trying
- 16:48to be a comic or it was a comic. I don't know what it
- 16:51was. The situation was, but I met him and he was like the
- 16:55first one to go like uber viral because back then viral they considered about ten
- 17:00thousand views or so oh yeah yeah yeah, and back then you'd go viral
- 17:03and it was just you. There was no other distraction. There was no
- 17:07there was there was nobody else or no other video going viral concurrently. Just
- 17:12I mean, it was just a guy on their tractor for like three to
- 17:15four months until Tazon Day started singing Chocolate Rain and then he got it for
- 17:19a while. Yeah, And so he he just came up with this idea.
- 17:25Him and his buddy, who's a sheriff in that town. They went
- 17:26to high school together and that's who he had arrest him on his John Deere
- 17:33or whatever it was. So it was a stunt to launch his comedy career.
- 17:37He was just doing it as a goof his buddy that's a sheriff,
- 17:41was kind of telling him like, you know, you can get arrested,
- 17:42like you can get a d y and a golf cart, you can get
- 17:45it. And his joke was can you get a dui on a tractor,
- 17:48and the sheriff apparently was like yes, and he's like, that would be
- 17:52hilarious, and so they filmed it and it was just as a goof and
- 17:57he put it out there just to see what the reaction would be, and
- 18:00it went into the millions of views. Like and again I think back then
- 18:04it was like ten thousand was viral, maybe a fifty thousand, and he
- 18:08went into the millions. And so he was up like an up and coming
- 18:11like stand up comic, and I think he was trying to launch his career
- 18:17on the back of that, which is a brilliant move that many people.
- 18:21But he let the count out of the bag by explaining it that it was
- 18:25staged and so and you're right though, because what that did that video basically
- 18:29created the template that so many others still followed to this day. Yes,
- 18:33correct, So he was like a pioneer in that sort. But he kind
- 18:37of like I think we were with the Laugh Factory in Hollywood and they brought
- 18:41him in to do a spot and I mean, he was fine, but
- 18:45he just kind of like turning me. At one point we got to be
- 18:48like talking the whole night and he's explaining what happened, but he just turned
- 18:52to me. He's like, man, I don't know what the f I'm
- 18:53doing. Like it was very sweet. It was very like you can tell
- 18:57he was guy. It was very Midwestern of him. Yeah, it was.
- 19:00And it was like you you can tell, like they were like,
- 19:02oh, we gotta sign him, we gotta we gotta get him, you
- 19:03know, an agency and a manager to this and that, and he got
- 19:06all of that, and he's like, man, I was just goofing with
- 19:08my buddy, and now I'm performing here and he's got he's got some jokes,
- 19:14he's got some stuff that's funny. H And I don't know if he's
- 19:17still doing comedy. I've never I never saw him again, but I'm assuming
- 19:19he probably still does maybe even Like it's also difficult though to do to be
- 19:25known for one thing and then be doing something else, because if someone comes
- 19:29to see you at a comedy show and you're the tractor d WI guy,
- 19:33they kind of expect the tractor, but that's really difficult to bring on stage.
- 19:37Yeah, or tractor stories like I get, but I mean, we
- 19:41need to clarify that law because I I used to go to for forever before
- 19:45I got too busy to go, which which sucks. But I used to
- 19:48go to my fraternity golf tournaments every year. We had one year where very
- 19:55intoxicated older alumni driving a golf cart and then you just saw one. If
- 20:03I hadn't, if I could have take recorded, I would have like one
- 20:07bails out on one side, one goes out the other side, and another
- 20:08one goes out the same side, and then it just starts heading towards the
- 20:12water and you just hear somebody's like, it's going in the drink. I
- 20:17was like, And then a golf cart went into the water. And the
- 20:21only thing that the country club made us do was pay for the golf cart,
- 20:25or made them do. I didn't. I had nothing to do with
- 20:26it, but made them kind I was kind of hoping that you were going
- 20:30to say that you guys were so drunk in the golf carts on a private
- 20:33golf course that the law came in and arrested people for DW I see,
- 20:37that's can they do? That's what I'm that's my question. Can they do
- 20:41like trade? Do you know, like can they do that? Because all
- 20:42they did was like you're never playing at this golf course. Like the next
- 20:45year, they're like, you're not coming back, Like this is this golf
- 20:49course I think it was Onion Creek in the host They're like, we're done
- 20:52with you. Now you have to pay the seven thousand or whatever it was
- 20:56for the golf cart. I that was it. Like there was no law
- 20:59call, that was no DUIs, there was nothing. But these guys were
- 21:02like, it's it's Trey. You'll you guys know what I'm talking about.
- 21:06It's when it's so drunk. Were white people get read seen Trey in that
- 21:11state many many times. That's what I said, Tray, you'll understand.
- 21:15Oh yeah, yeah. And the truth the matter is is that there's probably
- 21:21on any given Monday, on any given golf course, you could you could
- 21:23issue some dwis or at least some absolutely some some public in talks because that's
- 21:30what golf tournaments are. And yeah, there's usually some hammered hammered people.
- 21:33Yeah, these were these were older like eight like eighties, like seven,
- 21:37like late seventies alumni that came through and they were they were reliving the glory
- 21:41days. And uh, there was a couple of bottles. I know,
- 21:44I know for a fact that there was a couple of bottles of Crown because
- 21:45I was offered a shot of crown and uh so many years ago, and
- 21:51and I just kind of watched, and I wasn't playing golf, and I
- 21:55just kind of watching, just driving around, checking on people, and then
- 21:57I just see this golf cart and people are just bailing out, like the
- 22:00golf cart was on fire. And then you just go. It was just
- 22:04like us saying golf. You weren't necessarily participating, you weren't drinking, you
- 22:08were just witnessing. Yes, I mean I was. I was partaking in
- 22:12some very nice cold beer. Uh well on the golf course. Because that's
- 22:18my fear is that I've heard you can get arrested for DUI in a golf
- 22:22cart. And then I saw that, I'm like, bring on the whiskey
- 22:25if they if they put that in the water, and then yeah, yeah,
- 22:30in that spirit, if you had to be pulled over for a d
- 22:34WY, what non let me actually wait, hang on, let me rephrase
- 22:38this. If you had to make the news, okay, for getting pulled
- 22:45over for a d WY, what non motorized vehicle would you want to be
- 22:49driving? If you have to make the news for a d wy What non
- 22:55motorized vehicle would you want to be driving. I'm gonna go with big wheel.
- 23:00Big wheel, A big wheel with the with the Do you remember it
- 23:02when they, Oh, I have one? I had? I had the
- 23:03g I Joe big wheel. Oh did you have the Okay? Did your
- 23:07just have the little the little handle that you could pull up like the brake
- 23:10and do the slide? No? No, I didn't have that. I
- 23:12just gravel to stop me. So because of and I'm assuming because of that
- 23:19very reason, because so did mine. I had both versions of it.
- 23:22So I had the one where it's like you stopped when nature stopped you and
- 23:26whatever injury for me. For me, I stopped when either I got tumped
- 23:30over in the gravel or I ran into the acidend of a cow. Yeah,
- 23:36which tree can relate to, having spent many years in Leonard, Texas.
- 23:38Yeah. And then they had the one where it was like a little
- 23:42like a little orange red handle where you could pull up and that was your
- 23:47break. It kind of stopped the one of the back left tire or if
- 23:51you want to call it a tire, the back left plastic round thing.
- 23:53Yeah, and you could do like if you if you timed it right and
- 23:56you knew what you're doing, you could do the slide like that. That's
- 24:00how like I want to be going, Like I want to be peddling,
- 24:02just aft up, just peddling as fast as I can. And they're like
- 24:06boo, and I'm like pretending you're fast and furious but in a big wheel.
- 24:10Absolutely, and then like you know you need to stop and pull out.
- 24:11I just want to pull up that handle and turn it and slide and
- 24:15be like, let's go to jail, bitches. Trey, what about you
- 24:19if you had to get pulled over for a d WY what non motorized vehicle
- 24:22would you want to be driving? If I was gonna do it, I
- 24:29think I'd go on like riding a donkey. Wow, you're gonna pull a
- 24:34Jesus. Wow. That would be one of the greatest clickbait headlines of all
- 24:45time. Jesus arrested for d w I In law enforcement, we call that
- 24:53the Bethlehem happens every Palm Sunday. There's Jesus again sorting through is issues.
- 25:12They gave him too much water. You're listening to the actually, hang on
- 25:30a quick second. That actually would be the greatest all time reply to the
- 25:34police officer when Jesus is asked, you've been drinking and his response is just
- 25:38water, officer, you're listening to the Treehouse online, that Treehouse on air.
- 25:56It's wine, it's water, it's wine, it's and the officer responds,
- 26:00all right, then if you've just been drinking water, how much water
- 26:03have you had? Just two? Let's get Daniel Cook from cook DFW into
- 26:18the Treehouse now their phone number eight three three Cook DFW, the website cook
- 26:22dfw dot com. Daniel, I know that when it comes time to put
- 26:26a new roof on somebody's house, there's a lot of paperwork that needs to
- 26:29be done, needs to be filed, and it's not all on them when
- 26:32they call you, is it, Dan? Not at all? And we
- 26:34make it a point to really tell the client what to expect from the start
- 26:38all the way to the finish. A lot of these cities are not messing
- 26:41around anymore. They're wanting register gcs in their cities, and then you have
- 26:47to then register for a permit on top of that, and then sometimes there's
- 26:51even more paperwork that the city requires from the contractors. So you know,
- 26:53when as a company like ours, we do all that for you. We
- 26:56make sure all the paperwork is processed, we make sure we follow up with
- 27:00the cities, We get your post inspections performed for you as well to make
- 27:04sure your home is protected. And a lot of contractors probably are not doing
- 27:08those steps because they take up tons of time. My wife is probably in
- 27:12an office at least, you know, an hour to an hour and a
- 27:15half on each build processing all these paperwork. And so make sure you're getting
- 27:19that done though, because that is what's going to protect your home. And
- 27:22if you sell your home and later on maybe you don't get the paperwork and
- 27:26somebody ask, you know, did you have work done on your house?
- 27:30You know, all by legal means, and you did not do these some
- 27:33of these things that could come back and cause some problems with sell your home
- 27:36stuff. Making sure that you know it's getting done the right way, because
- 27:38that's truly what we believe in is only the right way. And I hope
- 27:42everybody's having some kind of success like that. And if you're not, and
- 27:45if you've not had that in the past, and then you need to call
- 27:48Daniel Cook from Cook DFW Roofing and Restoration because they will do it the right
- 27:52way eight three three cook DFW. That's eight three three cook DFW or cook

- 28:04now from Brooks Plumbing, the website Brooks Plumbing Texas dot com. So I'm
- 28:08curious, Jacqueline, do people call you for a second opinion or a second
- 28:12quote when they have an issue all the time, all the time, Assuming
- 28:17that's a good idea, it's a great idea. Shop your quotes. Doesn't
- 28:21matter if it's a water heater, if it's a garbage disposal, if you're
- 28:23redoing your waterlines because you've had a leak. Shop the quote. And what
- 28:26I always tell people is is that if you especially if you're paying for somebody
- 28:30to come to your house diagnose a problem and provide you a written estimate,
- 28:34if you have to surrender any form of currency to that person, and they
- 28:38give you something that is so vague that it's not what I call shoppable,
- 28:42you can't hand it to me and it doesn't have enough detail that I can't
- 28:45provide you a competitive quote that is, in my opinion, purely intentional.
- 28:51It should be a red flag. If the plumber comes to your home and
- 28:53on the quote that he writes out for you, it just says five thousand
- 28:57dollars to fix stuff. So give Brooks Plumbing a call. They'll actually give
- 29:02you that itemids detailed quote, whether you're they're the first one you call or
- 29:07the second in case you need that second opinion. Two one four three six

- 29:45I'm still laughing at the Jesus being pulled over for WI on a on a
- 29:48donkey. All right, Trey being pulled over, jan What would your choice
- 29:53be? What would my choice be if I had to get a DWI and
- 30:00the news for driving a non motorized vehicle. This should be good. I'm
- 30:04glad you asked because I've I've had some thoughts on this since you first sent
- 30:07me the news story about the man getting a DWY and a power wheel jeep.
- 30:12But I think my first choice would be, uh, if I had
- 30:15to get if I had to get a d w Y while driving a non
- 30:19motorized vehicle and it hits the news everywhere, Flintstone's car just the officer walks
- 30:27up, looks down, and then I just lift the car and he sees
- 30:33my feet and the officer looks at me and go still counts now when he
- 30:42does the field sobriety test, do you have to still walk the straight line
- 30:45holding a car? No, you have to do it holding a Dino and
- 30:48a big old rock, and especially now I imagine getting the DWY in the
- 30:57Flintstones car while in the drive getting your Brontosaurus ribs. The other one I
- 31:04thought of would actually be pretty good, would be if you get a d
- 31:10w I for getting arrested riding the baggage claim at the airport. Oh,
- 31:18that'd be good. Yeah, that's like now that the baggage claims motorized son
- 31:22and you seem to be operating it, So getting a wagon but then the
- 31:26other one go ahead rush. Yeah, they do have and this should be
- 31:30interesting. Let's let's let's see what happens in the future. They do have
- 31:33the motorized luggage now where you can sit on it and actually it's like a
- 31:37scooter, but it's your luggage. I have seen that, I've seen I've
- 31:41seen that quite a bit. And there was actually a guy he may have
- 31:47gotten a d WI or at the very least, there was an interaction with
- 31:52airport police. I think it was in Florida. Not surprisingly, of course,
- 31:56he was writing his luggage cart is his luggage scooter around the airport,
- 32:01and the airport police stopped him until you gotta stopped at Yeah. When I
- 32:07saw that, because I saw that in Skymall and I was like, that's
- 32:09brilliant. But I would enjoyed stopping off, like you know, you have
- 32:15to get there early for your flight. I always enjoyed stopping off and having
- 32:20a drink or two before getting on the flight. And then I thought,
- 32:22man, what a what a crappy way. Just you know what, this
- 32:28is efficient. I'm not hurting anybody. I'm not like weaving through, I'm
- 32:32not stumbling. I'm just gonna have a couple of cocktails. Hop on my
- 32:35luggage and and you know, just just to have just to be able to
- 32:40tell that story I think would be hilarious yet shameful at the same time.
- 32:45Yeah, it's definitely a double edged sword there. What would you get arrested
- 32:49for going to the gate? And I just thought of another one. I
- 32:53just thought of another one, Tray, if I had to get a DWY
- 32:58make the news on a non motorized vehic, it'd be riding the handle bars
- 33:00of your bicycle Tray because I got the tray, because Tray is sober,
- 33:10so he's not getting pulled over. I'm just being so drunk riding his handlebars
- 33:15that I get nailed. But isn't he the designated driver though? Way?
- 33:22Yeah, But but if I'm writing his handlebars, I appear to be in
- 33:24an operational Okay, Okay, you can sit on the bar in the middle,
- 33:34like in between the seat in the in the handle bars, you can
- 33:37see on the little bar and hold onto him. Yeah. I just have
- 33:39this this middle image of you know, this cross between step Brothers and Titanic,
- 33:52and you know what, Tray and in this in this version of the
- 33:54story, there's plenty of room on your wood all right now. I wish
- 34:01I had to come up with that idea. It took a turn for the
- 34:04worst there all, But Hollywood is u is uh is sorry they didn't make
- 34:09that movie Step Brothers. And people say Hollywood's out of ideas, we have
- 34:16them sending them Sober Tray. And speaking of Sober Tray, I've meant to
- 34:23bring this up over the last couple of episodes, but we've been doing other
- 34:27stupid things. So a weekend, if we want, just for a brief
- 34:30moment, step out of the realm of stupid, and we have a sort
- 34:34of birthday to celebrate here in the treehouse, and that is Tray's sobriety.
- 34:38Yay Tray. You posted on social media the ever the other day, you
- 34:45actually have a sober birthday? Is that a Is that a common thing in
- 34:47the sober community is to have a like an annual. Yeah, you you
- 34:52have your call it your belly button birthday, which is your your actual birthday,
- 34:57and then your your sober birthday. Oh so it's not your alcohol birthday.
- 35:01No, it's it's the day you quit. Oh yeah, I guess
- 35:05it'd be two different things. Yeah, Actually, I would imagine if if
- 35:09you had alcohol birthdays. Then that means you need to have the sober birthday.
- 35:15This is the day I started. Time to celebrate. But speaking of
- 35:22celebration, so you've now been sober seven years right, that is correct.
- 35:25So your sober baby is now seven years old. So how do we how
- 35:30do we celebrate that? Do we get you a cake? Yeah? Do
- 35:34I send you some TIFFs treats? You know, I will never say no
- 35:38to sweets, but otherwise it's which interesting lye Rod, did you know that
- 35:43that's a common side effect of quitting drinking. Yes, the mega sweet tooth.
- 35:47Yeah, it is that. That was everyone told me, They're like,
- 35:52oh you're you're I just I never ate sweets before. I if you
- 35:55had given me the choice of never sweets or fried food like you eat one
- 36:00forever and not have any health consequences, I would have take fried food.
- 36:04And then the first day, the first day I quit, yeah, I
- 36:08would have gutted somebody for a snicker doodle. But now now it's really awkward
- 36:15to watch Tray eat candy because watching Tray eat candy looks like he's enjoying a
- 36:20fifteen year old Scotch. So Tray is ice cream on your sweets list or
- 36:27is it just more like hard candies and things or is it any anything sweet?
- 36:30It's I mean, for the most part, anything sweet. But yeah,
- 36:32ice cream and cake are probably the number ones on the list. So
- 36:37what we can do to celebrate your seven years of sobrieties? We can have
- 36:42an ice cream and cake party for you. Oh yeah, sounds lovely and
- 36:47maybe even maybe even a petting zoo with a donkey with two big jugs of
- 36:53water on each side. Out of curiosity, I mean, Raj, is
- 37:00you had to quit for a little bit? I quit? Have you ever
- 37:01thought about it? Oh? Have I ever thought about quitting drinking? Yeah?
- 37:07You know what I have? But uh, but but my demons are
- 37:13still thirsty, sad, But try be sure to listen. Like follows describe
